- 0:14Well, welcome to The Last Hope of a Dying Republic, folks.
- 0:17I'm your host, Reverend Bill Cook.
- 0:19I'm the founder and CEO of America's Black Robe Regiment.
- 0:22My lovely wife Judy is here with me.
- 0:25We are so excited to be part of the Morning in America series on America Out Loud and hope that you will join us weekly.
- 0:32We have some wonderful guests coming up for experts on many topics and should be of interest to everyone, especially if you are paying attention to what's happening in our republic.
- 0:42In case you're wondering what the Black Robe Regiment is, briefly, it's an historical term that the British use to describe the American clergy who fought in the revolutionary war, who the British blame for what they call the rebellion, what we call the war for liberty.
- 0:55Today, the Black Rope Regiment is raising up pastors to secure liberty to our own and the next generation.
- 1:03They are the last hope of our now dying republic.
- 1:07But we are not just raising up pastors.
- 1:08We're raising up patriots like many of you.
- 1:11And you may be just the one needed to save this republic.
- 1:14I believe all of us have a part to play.
- 1:18For more information on America's Black Rope Regiment, go to our website, BRRUSA.org.
- 1:24Our guest today is someone who has been doing her part to be the hope of this dying republic by helping Americans to stay healthy or to become healthy.
- 1:36Welcome, Dr.
- 1:37Janice Schmidt.
- 1:39Dr.
- 1:40Dr.
- 1:41Janice Schmidt is a wife, mother, board certified naturopath doctor, master herbalist, certified natural health professional, PhD natural fertility specialist, holistic product developer, organic beekeeping research scientist, and ordained minister.
- 2:00And I will say we take her bee pollen every day.
- 2:04She raises bees in Florida, and we love her bee pollen.
- 2:08Dr.
- 2:08Schmidt is founder of Janna's all natural and whole Ola Ministries.
- 2:14Dr.
- 2:14Schmidt is also one of the founding doctors of healing for the ages and wellness director and prayer warrior with the goal care health and wellness.
- 2:23She's also a board member and teaches continue education with the body and author of the upcoming book, The Fertility Formula, which she's going to talk about later on in the in the show.
- 2:34I'm sure you'll be very interested, so don't leave.
- 2:37Dr.
- 2:38Jana, her husband Mike, our proud board members with America's Black Robe Regiment.
- 2:43Dr.
- 2:44Jana has been a natural health consultant and natural fertility specialist for over 30 years and currently shares the truth and teaches about health, healing, and faith at churches, schools, on podcasts, at live events, at educational classes online and in person.
- 3:03And through and through her website, Janet's Allnatural.com.
- 3:09So it is such a uh blessing and an honor to have you with us today, Janet.
- 3:15Thank you.
- 3:16I always enjoy my time with you all.
- 3:17We always have lots to talk about.
- 3:19So much, so much to talk about as always.
- 3:21And I was laughing at the bio quite often as I'm um I at a college or university and I write my name and then the letters that go after it.
- 3:30I just I start to laugh.
- 3:31I think this just means I really like school.
- 3:33Like I love reading, I love learning.
- 3:36They just keep giving me these letters after my name.
- 3:38It's just kind of kind of ridiculous, but they just go on and on.
- 3:41And um and also I realize I've forgotten things in the bio we were talking before the show.
- 3:47Um America's Frontline Doctor, which I'm incredibly honored to be a part, um, part of them.
- 3:53They've done so such good work and continue to do so in um health freedom and and just incredible work.
- 3:59All even not just our country, but around the world.
- 4:01So thank you.
- 4:02Lovely to be here.
- 4:03Lovely to always talk about ways to be healthy.
- 4:06Um I'm actually going to talk about today something very simple, um, but it's very, very important.
- 4:13Um actually a water.
- 4:15It's um, you know, other than air, you can get more small basic of what the body needs than water.
- 4:22Um that's the topic I'm gonna dive in today because it's something very simple that we can be very aware of that makes a huge difference in our overall health.
- 4:37Yeah.
- 4:38Well, we are happy that you chose that topic, especially with it being uh it where we live.
- 4:44Uh May is the beginning of the heat season, and you're down in Florida, so you have it almost all year round.
- 4:51But it's a time that we have to remember to take our water bottles with us.
- 4:55And we were just at a baseball game last night, and our 10-year-old grandson didn't remember to bring his water bottle, and he was suffering.
- 5:03I'm like, how could you forget to bring the water bottle?
- 5:06So tell us uh how important is water for make maintaining overall health and well-being.
- 5:13Well, you know, like I said, it's very basic, and we we need to look at the whole picture of staying healthy.
- 5:20It requires more than just eating and exercising.
- 5:22Sadly, we need to know um the environmental dangers that lurk at every turn.
- 5:27And water is often overlooked as an avenue of extreme health dangers.
- 5:31We just think, oh, it's just water, but it's not true.
- 5:33Water isn't all created equal.
- 5:35Um, but knowing what the environmental dangers are and how to get the clean water that our body actually needs.
- 5:42The God-given water that our body actually needs is really important.
- 5:46Yeah, it's really important.
- 5:47I mean, digestion, elimination, hydration brings oxygen and uh nutrients to the cells, and it protects our brain, our joints, uh, blood pressure, um there's so much body temperature.
- 5:58I mean, with 95% water, it really matters what kind of water and that we must make sure that there's not impurities that we're feeding our body.
- 6:07Um percentage was that you said we are what percentage?
- 6:11About 75% made of water, which is it's it's amazing to me.
- 6:15I I saw a chart that was saying that the different parts of the body and how much water is actually contained in that.
- 6:23Um, like our our lymph is like 94% water.
- 6:27Our lungs has 80% water, our spleen is five percent water.
- 6:32Uh our red blood cells are sixty-eight percent water, even our teeth are about ten percent water.
- 6:39There's water involved in everything, and so I feel like it's really important that we we do be really conscious of of how to stay hydrated and and what you know it preventing high um dehydration is really important um because we know that dehydration can lead to unclear thinking, mood changes, physical issues like kidney stones, um, and we need to support all those vital organs with really good clean water.
- 7:01And we need to support all those vital organs with really good clean water.
- 7:05Um and a lot of people are like, well, I drink, you know, fill in the blank juice or this, so I'm getting I'm getting my water, but it's not the same because the body doesn't react the same to a glass of juice as it would to a glass of water.
- 7:06And a lot of people like, well, I drink, you know, fill in the blank juice or this.
- 7:10So I'm getting I'm getting my water, but it's not the same because the body doesn't react the same to a glass of juice as it would to a glass of water.
- 7:18The water is very cleansing, but the the juice, even though it might be good for you with carrots juice or something, um it uh it still has to go through a process and the kidneys and you have to filter it out.
- 7:18The water is very cleansing, but the the juice, even though it might be good for you with carrots juice or something, um it uh it still has to go through a process and the kidneys and filter it out, and it does tax the body in some
- 7:28It and it does tax the body in some ways, whereas water cleaning, nice clean water doesn't.
- 7:32It's very cleansing.
- 7:34Um everything from healthy skin to joint lubrication and and um and um you know weight management.
- 7:40There's so much involved in water.
- 7:43Yeah.
- 7:44So that's that's that's very important.
- 7:46Well, what about Gatorade?
- 7:47Yeah, the idea behind Gatorade is good because it's you want electrolytes, but what else they add into it, the the sweetener and then the color is actually a disservice to our body.
- 7:58So uh actually just a little bit like sea salt in water would be better for you than Gatorade.
- 8:04And my my choice for electrolyte replacement um is coconut water.
- 8:10We raised three boys in the Florida heat, and they were all soccer players and very outdoor, and that they needed to stay hydrated, and that was probably the best.
- 8:19The coconut water was the best electrolyte replacement, and also work with a lot of um uh teams, college teams, professional teams about how to stay hydrated and how to you know eat right for act athletic performance and success.
- 8:32And that's one of the things I warn about is you don't want to put sugar in your body when you need electrolights, and you don't want to add the the food dyes because that's going to brain.
- 8:44Um, and it's a neurological disruptor, and definitely no artificial sweeteners, that's even worse.
- 8:50So I I kind of steer clear of Gatorade.
- 8:53Sorry, Gatorade, but it's your God made, right?
- 8:57Coconut water is the best.
- 8:59Yeah, so you think coconut water is better than water, but you're just saying, like when you're you're really exerting yourself in a maybe an athletic event.
- 9:07Right, and you need coconut replenishment very quickly, but overall, just just good clean filtered water is better.
- 9:14But yes, in those times where you may be dehydrated and you need to uh fill in the electrolytes very quickly, and you don't maybe have salt, then uh coconut water is amazing.
- 9:23The electrolytes are very high in coconut water.
- 9:26Okay.
- 9:27So since we are talking about it, it's we're heading into the hotter season.
- 9:32What are the signs of dehydration?
- 9:35Well, low energy, I think is one of the signs of dehydration and really slow metabolism, like um you just feel a little bit sluggish, uh, that you don't, you know, not quite up to speed like you normally do hard to get up.
- 9:50Um proper muscle, like twitching, muscle twitching can also be a sign of like a cramp can also be a sign that you're low in um water, but a lot of those the water, like I said, the electrolytes can help with the muscle cramps too.
- 10:04So I think that's probably one of the biggest signs that people notice immediately.
- 10:09Have you ever gotten that little twitch on your eye?
- 10:11Like it just often um mineral and hydration issue.
- 10:18That's those are some.
- 10:20We should definitely look out for that in in these hot summer months.
- 10:23Yes, dizziness, uh, incoherent, yeah.
- 10:26Just I mean, you would think that just being thirsty alone would be enough to tell people they need water, but I remember this.
- 10:34I think it was my husband Mike, who's to be a marine, and he said, Yeah, this was uh when he was in um training, and they said that your thirst is only a third of the need of the body.
- 10:47So if you're thirsty, then you probably need to drink that again two more times.
- 10:52So it's only only when you right, does that make sense?
- 10:55So when you're thirsty, only a third of what the body actually needs.
- 10:58So you drink it, you're not thirsty anymore, you need to drink more.
- 11:02Um, and they were teaching them that, you know, when they were in basic school or these camps or whatever that training.
- 11:08So you're saying thirst isn't the first sign.
- 11:12And it's not, it's you're not necessarily hydrated when you just think that you've satiated your thirst.
- 11:18Yeah, yeah.
- 11:19That's interesting.
- 11:20So there's a great deal of confusion over ways to filter water and the different types of water.
- 11:27Um we've got distilled reverse osmosis.
- 11:31We have an alkaline water machine.
- 11:33We've also tried hydrogen water that and we don't notice any difference when we do hydrogen water.
- 11:39Uh, maybe we're not drinking enough of it.
- 11:41Um then of course there's spring water.
- 11:43So what is the best way to get healthy clean water?
- 11:48Which do you prefer?
- 11:49There's a lot of ways to get uh clean water.
- 11:52I think maybe I'll I'll touch on just briefly the ones that you mentioned.
- 11:56Distilled water has been I I feel like this is the way God filters water.
- 12:02If you think about the water cycle and how it evaporates and goes into the clouds and comes down, I mean this is beautiful cycle.
- 12:08Well, that's distilling.
- 12:10And distilled water has been purified by boiling it into a vapor, condensing it back into lipid liquid in a separate container.
- 12:17And when you do that, any impurities of the original water, um, like uh well, just any of the impurities that don't boil um below or near the boiling point of the water actually remain in the original container.
- 12:31So the what you have left over is absolutely clean and pure.
- 12:36And I love distilled water to naturally detox the body of inorganic minerals.
- 12:42So inorganic minerals are minerals that are gonna harm the body, and treating distilled water actually pulls them out of the body.
- 12:49There's a there's a gland called the pineal gland, and it can get calcified with all kinds of minerals that don't belong in the body.
- 12:58And when the pineal gland is calcified, there's a a lack of connection for your um motivation.
- 13:06There's a lack of connection for your meaning in life.
- 13:09We often say when you decalcify the pineal gland, it also opens up your prayer life.
- 13:14You're more in tune.
- 13:15It's it's very, very interesting.
- 13:17You become more connected and you have more motivation and purpose.
- 13:22It's and just drinking distilled water can help decalcify the pineal gland.
- 13:27It's very, very simple and very effective.
- 13:31What does calcification of the pineal gland?
- 13:33Does it look like anything?
- 13:34Is there any way of you know when you get down into the city?
- 13:38Yeah, in autopsies, it looks like stone instead of this soft, squishy little gland, it's hardened.
- 13:43So it's literally calcified with the stuff all around it.
- 13:46Yeah.
- 13:46So that's what that looks like.
- 13:48I mean, like physically it looks like.
- 13:50Um but yes, the the opposite of all the things I said that happens when you do have this nice clean pineal gland are the ramifications of uh the calcification, the lack of motivation and purpose and um almost cut off spiritually and don't don't connect prayer and it's really really amazing to see what happens when you get those things out of the body that don't belong there, how well in tune you are to what God wants you to do and how and your prayer life, your motivation.
- 14:00Of uh the calcification, the lack of motivation and purpose and um almost cut off spiritually and don't don't connect prayer and uh it's really really amazing to see what happens when you get those things out of the body that don't belong there, how well in tune you are to what God wants you to do and how and your prayer life, your motivation.
- 14:22It's really really beautiful, actually.
- 14:22It's really really beautiful, actually.
- 14:24Um distilled water.
- 14:24Um distilled water.
- 14:26Um you mentioned that too.
- 14:26Um osmosis water, you mentioned that too.
- 14:29So
- 14:29So reverse osmosis water is it's a purification system, it's really wonderful, it has um a semi-permeable membrane to separate the water molecules from other substances, and they're so dense that it really gets out pharmaceutical, uh, virus, bacteria, um, all these um inorganic uh minerals.
- 14:51Uh it's really uh a great um option.
- 14:56And I've had a couple people ask me this question.
- 14:58I don't I don't know if any of your listeners are curious, but if you're taking out everything like reverse osmosis does, including the good minerals and the distillation process.
- 15:10How is the water still good for you if you don't have the minerals?
- 15:13And the answer is yes and no.
- 15:15The answer is yes if you are eating things with natural minerals in it.
- 15:21If you're not, then no, it's going to be hard for you actually to absorb and utilize that water.
- 15:25So you need to eat a variety of food, use um like sea salt, Himalayan pink salt.
- 15:31Um, but you can also add that to your water, just a pinch of that, um, and it will be very, very hydrating.
- 15:36We actually need the good minerals in our bodies to hydrate in um for the cells to absorb the water.
- 15:42Um so it's very important if you're taking everything out and need to make sure your diet has minerals in it, and these are fresh fruits and vegetables, you know, on a daily basis.
- 15:51Makes all the difference.
- 15:53Um so you have um a machine that changes the pH of the water.
- 15:57Is that right?
- 15:58Right.
- 15:58I've heard of these things.
- 16:00I've played around with them before.
- 16:02PH scale ranges from zero to fourteen, and seven is like neutral.
- 16:07And water above seven is considered alkaline, and water below seven is considered acidic.
- 16:13And typically um alkaline water will be like eight to nine in the pH range.
- 16:20Um but and there's an advanced hydration when it's alkaline.
- 16:24Um it can be uh water can be absorbed more quickly, like we are talking and help hydrate, and it's really um beneficial for digestion and antioxidant properties, detoxification.
- 16:34It's wonderful to have the water um alkaline, but my favorite favorite way to do it.
- 16:42There's two ways to squeeze lemon in the water and just filtered water, and that will make it alkaline in your body.
- 16:50It's really amazing.
- 16:51And then the other way is to add literally a pinch of baking soda to your filtered water, and you water becomes alkaline instantly.
- 16:59So you can have you know a seven and you put a little pinch of baking soda in there and it's a nine, and you're actually changing the pH of the water.
- 17:05Um so that's pretty that's pretty cool too.
- 17:08I don't necessarily recommend always drinking it like that, but I don't ever recommend drinking acidic water.
- 17:16I have found in a couple of springs, uh, their water, you know, the in the bottles, spring water, when we the alkalinity, it's super easy, these little pH strips you can test your alkalinity, you can test the water.
- 17:27Uh often the alkalinity is around four.
- 17:31And I called um in our in Florida here, there's a spring.
- 17:35I called them and I said, Hey, I I'm curious.
- 17:38Is do I just have like I have 10 bottles of water here, and they're all between three and five, and they're within legal limits, and they hung up on me.
- 17:50But and when you feed acid water into your body, it increases inflammation.
- 17:56Yeah.
- 17:56Inflammation is the start of many diseases.
- 17:58So we want to keep our bodies running on more seven, eight, nine alkaline.
- 18:04Um, so yeah, that's that's alkaline water for sure.
- 18:08And you mentioned hydrogen water.
- 18:10I'm glad I'm glad you mentioned hydrogen water, and I'm actually glad you mentioned that you don't see a difference.
- 18:15Hydrogen water is regular water that's been infused with an additional um molecule of hydrogen to create this antioxidant-rich therapeutic water.
- 18:27Um, and there's over a hundred clinical studies that I've read that have examined hydrogen water's added hydrogen molecule potential and the potential is great.
- 18:36Metabolic health, athletic, uh reduction in inflammation, cardiovascular health.
- 18:41However, not all hydrogen water um makers are created equal.
- 18:47Equal.
- 18:49So some like do it just a little bit and you just don't feel anything.
- 18:53So it it kind of matters uh how it's made.
- 18:58Um I like it, I don't do it all the time, but if I'm feeling a little sluggish or I have a headache, I'll put it in a little hydrogen water maker and drink it.
- 19:06Um it's helped, you know, difficult situations in our family.
- 19:09So, you know, if we're traveling, we like to take that with us.
- 19:12Um, just kind of a little added boost.
- 19:14But um so I I do see results, but I also see hydrogen water makers that don't do anything.
- 19:20Um, we probably got the one that was not very well um I I'd love to talk about bottled water for a moment before and then come back and talk about the dangers in tap water.
- 19:32Um and uh everyone needs to hear about the dangers and and tap water.
- 19:36So um bottled water, um there's a widespread reliance on bottled water, and it's posing this human health and environmental health uh risk.
- 19:48Um estimated a million bottles bought every minute worldwide.
- 19:53So when we come back from the break, I'll talk about the health risks of those bottles.
- 19:58You won't the things you may not have ever heard before, and it's um it's pretty uh pretty amazing.
- 20:04You you won't want to drink out of another plastic bottle again.
- 20:07Wow.
- 20:08Successful weight loss is about changing the gut-brain relationship with food.
- 20:12I'm Dr.

- 21:32Now is our time, my fellow America.
- 21:35America Outloud dot news.
- 21:37Liberty and justice.
- 21:49Welcome to Last Hope of a Dying Republic.
- 21:51We're speaking with Dr.
- 21:52Janet Schmidt about water, the importance of water, important staying hydrated and basically hydrating with the right kind of water.
- 22:00So Jenna?
- 22:03Yes, yes.
- 22:04We were just talking about bottled water.
- 22:06We're talking about the different types of water, reverse osmosis and uh uh hydrogen water, and I really wanted to share uh a little bit of information about bottled water.
- 22:16And this isn't just opinion, these are actually facts about bottled water.
- 22:20I mentioned that an estimated one million bottles in plastic water bottles uh are bought every minute in the world.
- 22:26Uh and here are some of the um health risks.
- 22:30Uh there are harmful chemicals in the plastic that leach into the water.
- 22:36These include heavy metals and something called PFAS P FAS.
- 22:42These don't break down in the body.
- 22:44They they stay for thousands of years in our environment and they're in the water, they're in the plastics.
- 22:50Um, and many of these leach into the bottle.
- 22:53And the trouble is a lot of bottled water really lacks rigorous safety checks.
- 22:58So they can just get it right out of the tap bottle and you're you're off.
- 23:03In fact, up to two-thirds of bottled water in the US is simply repackaged tap water.
- 23:09Well, tell you what's in tap water.
- 23:12Ugh.
- 23:12Yes.
- 23:12So they nest.
- 23:14Yeah.
- 23:15The harmful chemicals in these plastic bottles, um, like BPA, you may have heard of like BPA free is important.
- 23:21It's leach in, especially when it gets hot or a sunlight hits it, so those bottles of water you keep in your car, they're toss them immediately.
- 23:29They're just they're just toxic.
- 23:32Um and they don't have to be ex um exposed for very long to become toxic.
- 23:37Um there's there's studies found that the contaminants, including microplastics, um are in up to 78% of all bottled water samples.
- 23:47Microplastics are um it's a contamination.
- 23:51We see it all over from different, you know, plastic containers and clothes and but in waters uh uh especially I feel like it's it's abundant because of the even you know, kids' water bottles is plastic ones are gonna leach slowly into the water.
- 24:07Um includes um, you know, immune disruption, um, changes in uh blood fat levels, uh and because it it's an endocrine disruptor, it messes with the hormones and it has risks for long um health risks like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and even obesity, which is very wild because it's endocrine disruptor, um, and it's messing with our hormones, and this can lead to just these plastics.
- 24:34So I want to highly recommend to stay away from them and what what's being leached into that's disrupting the hormones is called xenoestrogens, so they act like estrogen.
- 24:46Oh wow, well it's just just uh very bizarre, and can you imagine what that does to kids as they're growing?
- 24:52It's just gonna get their hormones completely off.
- 24:56So I have lots of theories on that too.
- 24:58Um tap water, let's get into tap water.
- 25:01It used to be I as a kid, we drank out of the hose, like I didn't even think about it.
- 25:05Yeah, right?
- 25:06He was running around like I'm thirsty to have the hose.
- 25:08And um now I wouldn't dare unless I know that it's been filtered.
- 25:14In fact, our water is like our hose water, I have filters on it because I'm watering my plants.
- 25:18I'm eating those plants.
- 25:19Um bacteria, heavy metals, arsenic lead, cadmium, pharmaceutical drugs.
- 25:27So all the pharmaceutical drugs that people are taking that go through the water system and that supposedly get pure soluble, that's going right back into the water.
- 25:36Uh uh birth control, uh, you you don't want to take the whole town's uh pharmacy cabinet.
- 25:44Uh and a lot of the medicines can't be thrown away in the hospitals.
- 25:48They have to throw, they have to flush them, which goes right into our water system.
- 25:52It's been found in rivers and streams and lakes and ocean and drinking water.
- 25:57Uh you know, we know chlorine um destroys the microbiome, and that's what they used to purify that water.
- 26:04Fluoride supposedly to help our teeth, total endocrine disruptor.
- 26:08I don't I'd avoid fluoride completely, it wrecks the thyroid, it messes with um iodine in the body, and then pesticides um as well in tap water from runoff of you know, everybody's spraying glyphosate and different things like that.
- 26:23So it's very it's very concerning.
- 26:25Um one of the most concerning things is there's the multiple toxins in tap water, one called PCB, uh benzene, asbestos, and heavy metals, and azodides together, and this is very common, found in tap water, um, become a fingerprint for cancer and kidney and liver toxicity uh and neurological damage.
- 26:47Um there was this really cool study, a five-year study conducted with a thousand people, um, and they all had cancer, and they found that they all tested positive for those five toxins in their saliva, their lymph, their organs, their tumors, and their drinking water.
- 27:03Very, very concerning.
- 27:05So tap water is dangerous.
- 27:08Um, and maybe later on I can tell people how to find out what's in their tap water, just so you can know for yourself.
- 27:15Um a lot of people say, well, I have a well, I don't use municipal water, so is that better?
- 27:21It's a good question.
- 27:23There are advantages and disadvantages to well water.
- 27:26You guys are on municipal water, right?
- 27:29Yeah, us too.
- 27:30Um but as a kid, I know that we had uh a big farm that had well water, and the pros are independence, right?
- 27:37You you have water that is self-sufficient water source, and you're not relying on the municipal system and and then all the chemicals that they put in it cost effective.
- 27:46Once you know you have the well, um, and it's rich in minerals that can be um cleaner um than treated municipal water, you know, obviously depending on location.
- 27:55Um cons, uh, you know, there's maintenance to wells, but there's contamination risk because anything that runs off.
- 28:00contamination risk because anything that runs off anything that clouds rain down or any runoff can get into well so I often say even if you have well water you should still filter it because you don't know all the contaminants that are coming in from the ground water right yeah so that's it's pretty pretty wild um I I would like to share with everyone how to test their water like there there are some sample tests you know you can get on Amazon and and often our counties if you just go to county say hey I want a water test they they'll give it to you for free you send it and the report comes back but there's a company that's already done this for places all over the country and it's EWG dot org environmental working group dot org and if you type it in I don't know if you can do it while we're while we're talking and put in your zip code um I'll give you one example um I did it for a place in Dallas somebody asked me can you check our water so Dallas location serves about a million people and it's sourced from um surface water so rain and lakes and streams and they had 24 times more safety guideline of bromate um they had 2.8 times chloroform uh more than this is on this the safe um they had uh something called TTHMS this contributes to cancer 94 times the higher limit the higher limit that you know is wow safe uh and it just gives this whole nitrates and the list goes on and on and on and on and I was shocked so and you can check arsenic and heavy metals you just type in your your zip code or your address or you know city and it'll tell you the data when it was done how many people it is and what's the source of their water um and you can see what's in your water and I have not seen any place that's clean completely there's always some some high too high of a level of something that's going to cause um problems you know endocrine disruptors uh fertility issues um that you know brain issues neurological uh it's just been um it's been wild and and you can just play around and go all over the country with uh with the ewg.org they are also a great resource for other uh things like clean foods and um companies that are doing things right uh so that's a great resource well can you think of a a few communities that you thought like were better than others when you checked off the top of your head well I checked I've I do a lot in Florida I check a lot in Florida and I I was surprised that there was a lower levels of certain things in in areas where like um Brevard County where I live took out fluoride from the drinking water so that's no longer so you know counties that are actively trying to not add in harmful chemicals there that I see a little bit yeah a little bit less uh problems there um there was another one so I did uh cocoa which is really close to me and I thought well they're gonna be great and they were not so I was looking for what was in radium radium nine point eight times a higher limit that is safe legal limit um of radium and this surprises me because there's a legal limit to these things and our water is exceeding those arsenic 29 times higher uh levels of arsenic in um in the water and just the tap water so when you go out to eat and you order something to eat and and you just say I'll just have water things about think about that Coke no actually no because what is cocoa water too from the same water but added sugar and colors so bring our I think coke is worse than just the water um but um yeah bring your own water bring your own water it's crazy I just want to ask I I've I'm sure that um I've heard a read that our air and water are both supposed to be so much cleaner than they were say 20 years ago is that not true are we getting worse or are we getting better?
- 28:04Anything that clouds rain down or any runoff can get into well.
- 28:09So I often say even if you have well water, you should still filter it because you don't know all the contaminants that are coming in from the ground water.
- 28:18Right.
- 28:18Wow.
- 28:19Yeah.
- 28:20So that's it's pretty pretty wild.
- 28:23Um I I would love to share with everyone how to test their water.
- 28:29Yeah, that'd be great.
- 32:41I guess it depends on where you live but no I I actually think there's more toxins being released than ever before um and I do I do see j only just honestly in the last couple years uh efforts to clean up the air stop the spraying of certain chemicals but as long as there's glyphosate and um all this pharmaceuticals going into our water I don't I don't think it's getting any better.
- 33:09I mean the it's a it's a small victory that they take fluoride out but then there's still other things to be considered.
- 33:18I would love to say that it's all cleaner and better people like us are they are aware are making efforts to have their water and their air and food and you know more clean but what's being available I I haven't seen it on a on a grand scale change uh other than maybe a little worse sadly.
- 33:37You know it almost seems like um with all this information and and the need to filter water and so forth it seems like you know it's almost it's not a good idea to drink water talk we started out saying we have to drink water drink water you just have to filter and and and there are ways to filter it.
- 33:56There's all kinds of great resources at Janizal Natural wonderful and then healing for the ages is another resource healing for the ages we have a water guide how to make we call it our homebrew holy water you know the ways to do it and we are a little extreme with it but it it makes a difference and once you get these things in place it's not hard.
- 34:17It's not something that you have to continually um replace but I have a whole house filter we have a gravity fed filter and have a distiller um and then there's a sh water structuring which is super easy there's so many ways to structure water from putting it in the sunlight or praying over it which I'd love to talk about too those are so healing for the ages has a free water guide.
- 34:39We four docs we've worked on it Dr.
- 34:42Brian Artist, Dr.
- 34:43Henry Ely, Dr.
- 34:44Ed Group, and then I'm the S in Ages, Dr Schmidt put together a water guide um to help you navigate some of this so you can have clean you know water all the time Crystal is a great company Alexa pure is a great company um Burke has gone through some issues because um somebody was trying to copy them and then because they use silver which I love silver is an antiviral antiparasitic anti bacterial antifungal agent because they were using that California said they were a pesticide using pesticides but it was just silver.
- 35:00Um Burkey has gone through some issues because somebody was trying to copy them.
- 35:07And then because they use silver, which I love, silver is an antiviral, antiparasitic, antibacterial, antifungal agent, because they were using that.
- 35:16California said they were a pesticide using pesticides.
- 35:20But it was just silver.
- 35:21So they've gone through some challenges, but they are a great company.
- 35:21So they've gone through some challenges but they are a great company if you're traveling life straws really good
- 35:25If you're traveling, life straw is really good.
- 35:29A distiller, my favorite is H2O Labs.
- 35:32They have every size distiller you can imagine.
- 35:35And then water wise is a great one for an R.O.
- 35:40There's a lot of great books out there as well.
- 35:42RO being reverse osmosis.
- 35:45Right.
- 35:45And then for some people that like I can only use a pitcher.
- 35:48I can only like I I can't afford or the way I live, I can't, you know, if they rent.
- 35:54If if that's all you got, then I think a gravity fed like Alexa Pure Berkey and perhaps a pitcher called zero water.
- 36:03It makes a really efficient picture.
- 36:05Most of the Britta ones, not worth your time.
- 36:08Um they're okay.
- 36:10They're okay.
- 36:11They're better than nothing, I should say.
- 36:12But if you really want to get all those harmful things out of your water, then there's a you know, maybe a couple steps you have to take.
- 36:20But it's worth it.
- 36:21I promise it's worth it.
- 36:22But I mentioned how to store your water, it uh it actually really matters because our you know, you put your water in in in a vessel, right?
- 36:31If it's plastic, we just talked about plastic, and not only is it gonna mess up, you know your hormones, but also micro microplastics that are getting in uh into so many things that just they actually don't ever go away in your body unless you do an actively, they just break down further.
- 36:50Um it can cause reproductive problems, respiratory health, colon, and lung cancer has been linked to microplastics.
- 36:58It's just it's it's wild.
- 37:00Um, and even we see animals are susceptible to this.
- 37:03So glass is great, stainless is great.
- 37:06Um some people put um water and copper pictures.
- 37:09Um I love just plain glass.
- 37:11Uh blue glass is probably my favorite.
- 37:13It has therapeutic um benefits all on its own.
- 37:17Um blue glass, yes, and amazingly, sunlight acts to structure the water that helps it be the structure that it originally intended to be.
- 37:28So water is really um uh how do I put it?
- 37:33I don't want to say emotional, but it is really affected by um its surroundings, the environment.
- 37:40So if I don't know if you ever did the the study when you grew plants with classical music or you grew plants with No, I've never tried it, but I've heard of it, yeah.
- 37:51I can do that, and and uh the plant with the heavy metal music didn't grow very well and the plant beautifully.
- 37:57Um and but that's the same for water.
- 38:00If you put hard edge uh music with water, it disrupts this the molecule of water and it becomes muddled, and then if it's in sunlight or you hear um brazen worship music, it like it it goes back to this beautiful structure, and uh I think I have some of these pictures on my website, but uh Dr.
- 38:24Masoro Imoto did work in this and he found I mean he proved that spoken and written words literally changed the structure of water.
- 38:35It was really groundbreaking work that everything we listen to, everything we say has an effect on water, and what are we made up of, right?
- 38:44We have 75% water.
- 38:46Right.
- 38:47Amazing.
- 38:48Um and the it has a direct impact.
- 38:51Um and he shows literally crystalline structures of water.
- 38:55He takes pictures of them after prayer, or if you know something horrible's been said over the water and it changes the molecular structure and the molecular structure of the clean, beautiful water that's been prayed over looks like a snowflake, and the other just looks like this muddled mess.
- 39:11And which one would you want in your body?
- 39:14I I feel like it also takes a new meaning over praying over your food.
- 39:19Right?
- 39:20When you pray over your food, you're you're you're giving thanks to your grateful heart, but also what's before you, you're praying the structuring the water with prayer, and he shows that in his book.
- 39:31It's really, really amazing.
- 39:33Um but when we come back after this break, um, we can talk more about uh storage, microplastics.
- 39:39I've got way more resources for you and um and ways to keep your body healthy and filter your water.

- 41:16Welcome back to Last Hope of a Dying Republic.
- 41:19We're speaking with Dr.
- 41:20Janice Schmidt about water.
- 41:22Water is important.
- 41:24Yes.
- 41:26It is important.
- 41:27And uh thank you again for having me on America Out Loud.
- 41:31I'm sure honored to be here and share something very basic in our lives and very important and something we do every day, and that's uh drink water, and it's important to have clean, filtered water.
- 41:41We talked about all the different sadly ways that water gets muddled and further prefer from God's design.
- 41:50Um but thankfully we have this knowledge and we can get it back to the way God wants us wants us to have water in our system.
- 41:58Amen.
- 41:58You mentioned a couple times the term microplastics.
- 42:00Microplastics.
- 42:02That's an intriguing term.
- 42:02That's an intriguing term.
- 42:03It makes me wonder what is a microplastic.
- 42:03It makes me wonder what is a microplastic.
- 42:06Microplastics are um very small molecules of plastic that get um broken off of um you know, like storch containers, even clothes.
- 42:06Microplastics are very small molecules of plastic that get um broken off of um you know like storage containers, even clothes.
- 42:17Um there's so much plastic in our environment.
- 42:17Um there's so much plastic in our environment, you know.
- 42:20You know, if you put it in a microwave, you heat it up, yeah.
- 42:20If you put it in a microwave, you heat it up, yeah.
- 42:23It it very small fragments of the plastic get into into the food, into um our water.
- 42:23It it very small fragments of the plastic get into the food, into um our water.
- 42:31And it's it's really interesting because our you know, these tiny fragments of plastic fail to break down in our environment.
- 42:40They kind of stay, and we need to get them out of our body.
- 42:43There's waste to detox, but it's really important not to put them in your body in the first place.
- 42:48They can um contribute to these biological changes like inflammation.
- 42:52There's studies that show animal and human cells, um, micro increase their exposure, and increased exposure increases chances of heart attack um and cancer.
- 43:03So it's it's huge, it's important.
- 43:04And I think um in our quick fix, easy lifestyle, one it quick type of thing.
- 43:11We've we've neglected to see that these quick and easy ways to store food or I don't know, just it just um has caused problems.
- 43:22It's accumulated over time, and um going back to the some of the older ways of taking care of things like put it in glass, you know.
- 43:30I make beeswax wraps with it's like organic cotton and we dip them in beeswax, and that's our um what we use instead of plastic wrap or foil.
- 43:41Wow.
- 43:42Yeah.
- 43:42Well, the thing is about plastics and these other artificial uh chemicals is that they're cheaper, so that's why I mean I I I try very hard to only wear cotton.
- 43:53Yeah, and it's so difficult to find cotton that's affordable for one thing.
- 43:58But even if you wanted to spend a lot of money, uh if you're able to and willing to, it's hard to find.
- 44:04It is.
- 44:05And you know, I'm glad you brought that up because I feel the same way.
- 44:08And I've been searching for years to find an organic linen company that I can work with to add that line to Jan is all natural, and I just found them.
- 44:17So we're of taking pictures of all the all the different clothes, and I'm gonna make it as affordable as possible because it's wonderful.
- 44:26It's expensive to buy organic and linen perfect for our help protect you from all kinds of environmental problems.
- 44:35So I feel like we have to go back to go forward to go forward well in in this society in this life right now.
- 44:42We need to look at what God made for us to eat.
- 44:46Right.
- 44:48Um and it becomes more simplified, but it's it's the way forward.
- 44:54It's the way forward.
- 44:56Amen.
- 44:56You mentioned a couple times the uh the microwave.
- 45:00Does a microwave do anything to water?
- 45:03Yes, good or bad.
- 45:04Terrible, actually.
- 45:06It disrupts the molecular structure that we were talking about.
- 45:08If you looked at those crystal images of a water molecule after it's been in a microwave, it's completely obliterated.
- 45:17Wow.
- 45:17And not only that is it changes the polarity.
- 45:21So when you drink it, it takes from your energy to get there's a balance and polarity in all food and water and um the microwave disrupts it.
- 45:32So when you ingest to that, it disrupts your polarity.
- 45:35And it takes a lot of the energy of your body, right?
- 45:39So how do you keep water up after uh you've had a cup of cup of coffee in the morning, you know, maybe you shouldn't even drink the coffee.
- 45:46Put it in the saucepan.
- 45:48So easy.
- 45:49If you know microwave there, you're gonna be tempted.
- 45:53If you just completely remove it, you will be so surprised how very little you need it.
- 45:58Yeah, you just keep a little saucepan, put it in there, or a little teapot, so easy and um make sure that the pans are not plastic, right?
- 46:06Don't have any plastic coating on them, right?
- 46:08And they're still and not aluminum.
- 46:10And but um, yes, it it's you're you'll be incredibly surprised how um it's not that hard to be without a microwave.
- 46:19There's even countries that ban microwaves because it it's so um disruptive to the molecular structure of our body and our food.
- 46:27Well, um, unless there's something else you wanted to say about water, I wanted to ask you about uh the book that you're still writing.
- 46:35Was there something else that you want to convert some water?
- 46:38I guess I can just wrap up with you know, thinking about what's healthy for us in the water.
- 46:43A healthy body and mind are gonna help equip us with the tools we need to truly fulfill what God has put before us.
- 46:50So when you when you reach for something you know is not good for you, think you have to think twice about what is that gonna do, what are the consequences of that?
- 46:59Um and you know, every once in a while we do things, you know, there's maybe a special something that your taste buds just love and you have every once in a while.
- 47:08There's grace for that, right?
- 47:09But on a regular basis, like what are you putting in your body, um, what water are you drinking, which is you know very basic, but it goes to everything we do.
- 47:18In fact, the the people we're around, the the movies we watch, the music we listen to, it it all it all goes to our health and how we can fulfill what God's put before us and further the kingdom, right?
- 47:31This is that's the whole question.
- 47:34Amen.
- 47:34That's that yeah, that's probably all I really wanted to say about about water.
- 47:37And yeah, I I uh I do have a book going, it's been done for a long time, but I keep finding new information, and I just I and people are like, oh, you can just do a second, you know, a revised edition, but I can't.
- 47:50I really want to get as much of this chalk full of information as possible.
- 47:53And it's called the fertility formula.
- 47:56Um, and it's God's formula for fertility, right?
- 48:00It's this is just removing avenues of harm and giving what it needs, and and dedicating that you you our bodies are designed to God, and it's amazing what happens.
- 48:14It's absolutely amazing.
- 48:15It's one of the biggest joys in my professional life.
- 48:19Um and personal life too, because I helped many friends have have children.
- 48:23Um, and it's literally let's get the the toxins out of your um out of your body internally and externally, get them out of your of your home as much as you possibly can, and give the body time to to reset.
- 48:39Some people may need longer, some people don't need long at all.
- 48:43But had bubbles coming now, it's really sad.
- 48:46Um, they're in their 20s and early 30s, and they just can't get pregnant.
- 48:52And something as simple as take your cell phones out of your pockets.
- 48:57Cell phones in your pocket can reduce sperm count by 70%.
- 49:0070%.
- 49:00Get them out of the way.
- 49:00Get them out of take the laptops out of your lap.
- 49:02Take the laptops out of your lap.
- 49:04That's that alone can make all a difference.
- 49:04That's that alone can make all a difference.
- 49:08Put it up on a counter.
- 49:08Put it up on a counter.
- 49:09Um use um shungite.
- 49:09Um use um shungeite.
- 49:12I always have shungite, and you can find out what shungite is on my website, Jan is all natural.
- 49:12I always have shungite, and you can find out what shungite is on on my website, Jan is all natural.
- 49:17Shungite in a nutshell is this beautiful God given stone that absorbs Wi Fi radiation.
- 49:17Shungite in a nutshell is this beautiful God given stone that absorbs Wi-Fi radiation.
- 49:23It's reduce it.
- 49:23It's reduced it.
- 49:25I've got it all over jewelry or whatever, or stickers.
- 49:25I've got it all over jewelry or whatever or on or stickers.
- 49:29There's so many ways to help reduce the Wi-Fi radiation, but that it's not just crucial for fertility, it's crucial for our health overall.
- 49:37Um and we're being bombarded with it, so we can't block it all.
- 49:41I mean, satellites are blanketing us.
- 49:44We can't stop all the Wi-Fi radiation, but we can learn to live with it by taking really good care of ourselves, drinking good water, um, and um, you know, wearing the right clothing and keeping shun guys, so um that's all part of the fertility formula is knowing what those avenues are to help remediate those weapons in our literally call them weapons.
- 50:08Um that's one of the main things, and then of course bee pollen.
- 50:13I cannot I cannot without talking about bee pollen.
- 50:17Right.
- 50:22For the plants, it's fertility for the plants.
- 50:25Bees pollinate on the plants so they can make fruit to make new plants.
- 50:29So it's one of those absolutely perfect God multivitamin.
- 50:34We don't have to do anything to it.
- 50:36The bees do everything with all the plants, provided the bees are pollinating on plants that are clean, they're not sprayed with anything, and that they're drinking water that's clean, not out of somebody's pool or something like that.
- 50:51So our bees are our Janazon Natural Bees, um, they have organic flowers year round because we live in Florida, and their water is as clean as the water we drink.
- 51:01I make sure that they get clean filtered water as well.
- 51:05Um thriving.
- 51:06They're the bees are thriving, which not a lot of people can say, and I also put shunite in their hives because they are so all the little creatures in our in our environment that take care of us, and so that those are some of the things I go into in the in the fertility formula.
- 51:26There's there's lots of others.
- 51:27Um and and giving couples hope because there's always hope you yeah, there's always hope that if that for couples that want a family and God can do miraculous ways.
- 51:40How much has infertility increased since the plandemic?
- 51:45Six hundred percent.
- 51:48Really?
- 51:50From my from my understanding, yes.
- 51:52Six hundred percent.
- 51:53So is that because of COVID itself, or is it and is it higher amongst those who've taken the shot, or is it just all encompassing both?
- 52:05Well, it is it is all encompassing, and there's a lot of factors that play into it.
- 52:09Um how strong someone's body was and how their immune systems were they receive if they receive the shot.
- 52:16Um a lot of younger bodies can navigate it, but if they have problems already, then it's it's gonna be harder.
- 52:22But generally speaking, I I won't see a couple for fertility if they've gotten the shots, either of them.
- 52:31I will see them for their health.
- 52:33Let's detox you from what was in the shot because it's wreaking havoc on people many people's bodies.
- 52:41And you're detoxed from that, and there are ways to do this.
- 52:44We uh healing page is again we if anybody wants to go look at those.
- 52:48We've found ways that literally naturally bee pollen's one of the ways, by the way.
- 52:54Help get the the poison out of your body and get your body working naturally again because we want it as clean and as close to the way God designed it, and getting those toxins out is first, and then after that we can talk about fertility.
- 53:07Generally, it's during that that fertility happens anyway, because they're getting the poisons out and their bodies are working like normal, and then a couple gets pregnant.
- 53:16Generally, I don't have to go on beyond that, but um I I I can't because I if I they if I know they have poisons in their body, we need to do that first.
- 53:27But if if they haven't had the shot, even uh contracting COVID, there's some things that potentially need to be done.
- 53:34And if they haven't contracted COVID and they didn't get the shot, well then there's environmental things that are going on, right?
- 53:40That so cleanses and detoxes and um I'm a big proponent of gentle detoxes, gentle cleanses, very effective, very gentle, might take a little bit longer, a few more extra days, but um but then your your body's not in shock.
- 53:56So many cleanses make you feel horrible because you're dumping all this waste that's been holding and held in your organs and body.
- 54:04So um I'm I'm on the camp of let's do this gently, easily, work with the body naturally and get everyone healthy, and then stay that way, right?
- 54:15And it doesn't it doesn't cost a lot.
- 54:17I I try to do as much as natural things like get in the sunshine, eat micro things that naturally will do these wonderful things that you could go buy, you know, hundreds of dollars worth of toxic, but you don't have to.
- 54:30And knowing is great because then it's sustainable.
- 54:34If it's simple and affordable, you can sustain and do it all the time, and then families can teach that to their children and then have this whole generation of healthy, healthy kids coming up.
- 54:46Awesome.
