- 1:10Speaker 4: But how are you your stud.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Going pretty grassy? Your made dog? You're a six son
- 1:17Speaker 3: of a bee. There's something wrong with your brain. You've
- 1:23Speaker 3: got a whole bunch of perversions. I love that about you, man,
- 1:32Speaker 3: Thanks man. The other thing I love about you is
- 1:34Speaker 3: you were in a backbone T shirt because you are
- 1:39Speaker 3: from head to toe a goddamn backbone.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Brother. And then there's Keyzy, oh key Hello, wearing a
- 1:51Speaker 2: bi big sort of tindy T shirt.
- 1:54Speaker 6: I'd call it a smock.
- 1:57Speaker 5: I'm not wearing a smock a moon a moon, I'm
- 2:04Speaker 5: wearing a large size Lead Zeppelin shirt.
- 2:10Speaker 6: I'd say x ex hel.
- 2:17Speaker 5: What's going up on the show, Moogie?
- 2:19Speaker 3: Oh great Christion?
- 2:22Speaker 6: What's happening on the Big Show with old mogis.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Another day, another opportunity to get yourself into the drawer,
- 2:29Speaker 3: to come over to Magic Ground with the feelacy listening
- 2:32Speaker 3: out for the que to call and give us a
- 2:33Speaker 3: ring on hackey. There might be a couple of chances
- 2:36Speaker 3: across the show. You're going to have to stay tuned
- 2:38Speaker 3: all the way through it seven o'clock to find out. Hell,
- 2:40Speaker 3: there might be five chances. Maybe there might be Keasley Brother,
- 2:45Speaker 3: You've hit the big time. I have at the big time, Fellers.
- 2:48Speaker 3: It's huge news.
- 2:49Speaker 5: What I'm nervous, but I'm excited and just to see
- 2:52Speaker 5: my career go to that next level. I'm fissed up,
- 2:55Speaker 5: but I'll tell you about it later on.
- 2:56Speaker 6: Yeah, how good.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Also this time of the year every year to do this.
- 3:00Speaker 3: This year we're going to do the double header. We've
- 3:02Speaker 3: got cyclone Chat and Daylight savings chat. Wow, this is
- 3:07Speaker 3: we would spread that out, yes, but we're doing it
- 3:09Speaker 3: all on the one show and coming up next, old
- 3:12Speaker 3: haughty Jizbot. You've got a landlord crisis, brother, but it's
- 3:15Speaker 3: not the kind of landlord crisis that people will be thinking.
- 3:18Speaker 3: And if you want to know what it is, you're
- 3:19Speaker 3: going to have to stay tuned to find out.
- 3:21Speaker 6: Great stuff for mate. In the meantime, there's Smashing Pumpkins.
- 3:26Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Darchy.
- 3:30Speaker 4: Yes, indeed, what a tune there, Royal Blood on the
- 3:33Speaker 4: Radio Hodarchy Big Show. This glorious as it turns out
- 3:37Speaker 4: Wednesday afternoon.
- 3:38Speaker 6: And Fellers, it's finally happened.
- 3:41Speaker 4: You're a cool of course, had old Houghdy Jays moved
- 3:43Speaker 4: into the CBD this year, and of course I moved
- 3:50Speaker 4: from the Great West Auckland, which is still you know,
- 3:53Speaker 4: still got a place in my heart.
- 3:54Speaker 6: I've got to say, yellows.
- 3:55Speaker 5: Really, because it seems like you've turned your back on it.
- 3:57Speaker 3: I have.
- 4:00Speaker 6: The process of doing that.
- 4:02Speaker 4: We're renting out our crumbly old villa out there in
- 4:05Speaker 4: west Auckland, and the inevitable is eventually happened because she
- 4:09Speaker 4: is an old girl, and as much as we loved her,
- 4:12Speaker 4: it had issues. And today we got our first text
- 4:17Speaker 4: from our tenant with a problem, an issue, right, and
- 4:22Speaker 4: the issue was that the ceiling is leaking.
- 4:27Speaker 5: In one area, in one little.
- 4:29Speaker 4: Area and our little sort of sunroom slash dining room,
- 4:33Speaker 4: which we never dined in.
- 4:34Speaker 5: You provided them with a bucket, though, didn't you.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Oh there's buckets there, and we did mention that. But
- 4:41Speaker 4: I don't know how you guys, you know, And I
- 4:43Speaker 4: want to be a good landlord, obviously. I've had my
- 4:45Speaker 4: experiences with landlords over the years, and I'm sure a
- 4:48Speaker 4: lot of people out there have. As far as I
- 4:51Speaker 4: see it, we have five options.
- 4:53Speaker 5: Follow that's a lot. I've been where I'm sitting. There's
- 4:57Speaker 5: one option.
- 4:57Speaker 6: No, No, there's five.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Don't just you know, give yourself a narrow pathway here
- 5:03Speaker 4: A I ignore the text.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Great option, Yeah that's the one that you're thinking of.
- 5:09Speaker 4: Yeah, I knew you were thinking of that. It just
- 5:11Speaker 4: doesn't sit that well with me.
- 5:14Speaker 5: Well, it's not for everyone, no, but it certainly is
- 5:16Speaker 5: for me.
- 5:17Speaker 6: B We acknowledge the text, but do nothing.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a good one.
- 5:22Speaker 6: That's a good one.
- 5:23Speaker 4: Isn't it for that sort of been my experience over
- 5:28Speaker 4: the years. No.
- 5:28Speaker 3: Well, the good thing is with option two that you've
- 5:30Speaker 3: got the adjacent is it makes them think that something's
- 5:33Speaker 3: going to change. You respond, yes, you say, ah, I
- 5:37Speaker 3: hear you. We've got we've got somebody coming over.
- 5:39Speaker 6: Thanks for that.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Yeah, we'll get back to you.
- 5:41Speaker 6: Well, it kind of.
- 5:42Speaker 4: Merges into my option C, which is to acknowledge the
- 5:45Speaker 4: text but not do anything for at least two or
- 5:48Speaker 4: three months.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Right, you know what.
- 5:50Speaker 5: I'm saying, winter, Yeah, un till it's raining way more.
- 5:53Speaker 4: I'll get on to it. But then you don't contact
- 5:56Speaker 4: them for two or three months.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Yeah right, Okay.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Of course there is option D, which is four or
- 6:03Speaker 4: option four. I just get on with it and deal
- 6:07Speaker 4: with the situation and get it fixed. See that seems
- 6:10Speaker 4: to me that's extreme, right, Yeah, Well that's a winds
- 6:14Speaker 4: to me exactly because as soon as you get a
- 6:16Speaker 4: professional win, there's going to be costs involved.
- 6:19Speaker 5: Exactly how much that could cost and you don't want
- 6:22Speaker 5: to part with any money?
- 6:23Speaker 4: Right, No, And of course there's the theft option or
- 6:28Speaker 4: option E, which is I give them notice and get
- 6:32Speaker 4: new tenants them, I evict them. I say, I'm sorry,
- 6:37Speaker 4: you guys are just too much admin.
- 6:41Speaker 6: You've got.
- 6:41Speaker 4: I don't know how much notice you've got to give
- 6:43Speaker 4: them these days, how much a couple of hours, I'll
- 6:46Speaker 4: give them a week.
- 6:47Speaker 5: That's very generous.
- 6:48Speaker 6: Get your stuff out of there and scramble.
- 6:51Speaker 5: For the problem is do you want to would you
- 6:52Speaker 5: rather spend a bit of money maintaining the wow the
- 6:56Speaker 5: weather tightness of your house or evict ten And it's
- 7:00Speaker 5: every time it rains, you know what I mean.
- 7:03Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a good point actually, because that's also a
- 7:05Speaker 4: lot of admin. Yeah, my experience of landlords has generally
- 7:09Speaker 4: been option B or option two, which is that they acknowledge,
- 7:15Speaker 4: they acknowledge your problem, and then do nothing about it.
- 7:18Speaker 3: Right, It's like a JS just I'm letting you know
- 7:23Speaker 3: we've got a leak in the sphere bedroom and then
- 7:25Speaker 3: you say, oh, yeah, yeah, I know.
- 7:30Speaker 7: Yeah, Okatie, Yeah, Well maybe what how about this, if
- 7:35Speaker 7: the audience has any experience dealing with landlords text us
- 7:38Speaker 7: three four eight three or call us on eight hundred hodarchy,
- 7:41Speaker 7: because if there are some good stories around how landlords
- 7:44Speaker 7: are dealing with them and how they deal with you know.
- 7:46Speaker 4: Because at the moment, I'm leaning for option C, which
- 7:49Speaker 4: is to say yeah, no, I hear what you're saying,
- 7:52Speaker 4: and then do nothing for at least two or three months.
- 7:54Speaker 5: That's option three.
- 7:55Speaker 4: But option three, but you know, I also want to
- 7:58Speaker 4: be a good barstard and a good land.
- 8:00Speaker 5: But you've never have been, so why start now?
- 8:03Speaker 6: You know that's fair, It's tough.
- 8:06Speaker 5: We've already got a text here of victor bastards.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, well, I'll tell you what. Whatever option is
- 8:11Speaker 4: the most popular, this is the one I'm going to
- 8:13Speaker 4: go with. Out of a one to five or a
- 8:16Speaker 4: to e.
- 8:18Speaker 5: So confusing Texas three four eight three, you've got to
- 8:21Speaker 5: draw fifty bucks. Cast next, it's leaders. You can also
- 8:23Speaker 5: call us on eight hundred Hodarky, The.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Hold Archy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy. Tune
- 8:31Speaker 1: in week days at four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Evillas there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this beautiful
- 8:38Speaker 4: Wednesday afternoon, and we were chatting in the previous break
- 8:41Speaker 4: about Hoodie Jay becoming a landlord, and the inevitable has happened,
- 8:45Speaker 4: and that is that my tenants have come and texted
- 8:48Speaker 4: me with a problem that I need to sort out
- 8:52Speaker 4: because as I say my old house is he's an
- 8:54Speaker 4: old villa. There are a few issues, and so it
- 8:57Speaker 4: was sort of inevitable that it did happen. As far
- 9:00Speaker 4: as I can see my options, I have five options.
- 9:03Speaker 4: One is that I ignore their text. Two is that I
- 9:06Speaker 4: acknowledge their text and do nothing. Three is that I
- 9:09Speaker 4: do something, but not for at least two months.
- 9:12Speaker 6: Four as I get on with it and just deal
- 9:14Speaker 6: with it straight away.
- 9:15Speaker 4: Or five I give them notice and get new tenants
- 9:19Speaker 4: evict them.
- 9:19Speaker 5: There are plenty of other options though, As people are
- 9:21Speaker 5: texting through on three four eight three, This one's good,
- 9:24Speaker 5: Like I ask them what they did to cause the
- 9:26Speaker 5: leak and then ask them for money. Ah, it wasn't
- 9:30Speaker 5: leaking when I was here.
- 9:31Speaker 6: That was very good.
- 9:33Speaker 3: It is good. It wasn't leaking when it wasn't raining.
- 9:35Speaker 3: What have you done?
- 9:36Speaker 6: Correct? Yeah? Nice? Nice someone here?
- 9:40Speaker 5: Obviously option ABC if sex someone here has got the
- 9:46Speaker 5: wrong end of the stick saying fix it, you tight ass.
- 9:48Speaker 5: But I think they've misunderstood.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Yeah no, that's you're not getting it. That's my least
- 9:52Speaker 4: favorite option, to be honest with you.
- 9:54Speaker 5: Yeahzy, What about this one from Sam? Get up there
- 9:56Speaker 5: and fix the basket? Or rip the roof off.
- 9:58Speaker 6: Look, I'm tempted to do that, you know what I mean.
- 10:01Speaker 4: I mean, I'm a bit of a handy man around
- 10:03Speaker 4: the place, and I mean I've been there for twenty
- 10:06Speaker 4: odd years.
- 10:07Speaker 6: Never fixed a bloody thing in my life. I could, I.
- 10:10Speaker 4: Could turn over a new leaf and fix it myself,
- 10:12Speaker 4: save myself a few backs.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Well, yeah, the risk there is obviously that you'll make
- 10:17Speaker 3: it worse, and I think that's a realistic risk. I
- 10:21Speaker 3: think the idea of getting new tenants is probably a
- 10:23Speaker 3: good one. What you want, your ideal tenants are probably
- 10:25Speaker 3: elderly with no immediately no immediate family sort of coming. Yeah, yeah, okay,
- 10:32Speaker 3: they've got nobody to rely on, just the kind air
- 10:36Speaker 3: of hoidygs which doesn't exist.
- 10:39Speaker 4: I'm actually that first option was a bloody good one
- 10:42Speaker 4: which I didn't even consider, Fellas, which is I say
- 10:45Speaker 4: they created the problem and that they need to fix it.
- 10:49Speaker 6: And or yes, I'll be evicting them, Yes, one hundred percent.
- 10:54Speaker 5: Someone here is saying a logan says it's going to
- 10:56Speaker 5: cost a lot more money if you just leave it.
- 10:58Speaker 6: Yeah, been a believer in.
- 11:00Speaker 4: That philosophy, you know what I mean, Fellows eventually these
- 11:04Speaker 4: things come right, Just give it time.
- 11:06Speaker 3: The thing about it, who's it worse for? Is it
- 11:08Speaker 3: worse for you as a landlord living in your ivory
- 11:11Speaker 3: tower and an apartment in Central Auckland, Or is it
- 11:14Speaker 3: worse for them the tenant living in a house that's
- 11:17Speaker 3: leaking and damp and then were probably cold. So who's
- 11:21Speaker 3: the most likely to fold and get it fixed? Is
- 11:24Speaker 3: it you or them? I would say them. They're going
- 11:26Speaker 3: to probably have to fork out the money themselves and
- 11:28Speaker 3: resolve the issue themselves.
- 11:29Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 11:30Speaker 5: Nice, I was saying that they're pretty strapped for cash
- 11:32Speaker 5: as well, aren't they? Young family?
- 11:34Speaker 4: You know that's nice, Mogi, Because it's gonna get bloody cold.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Let's be honest, it's going to be, especially that house
- 11:39Speaker 3: with no insulation in it.
- 11:41Speaker 6: Oh mate, shears windy airs?
- 11:43Speaker 3: Does it not?
- 11:44Speaker 6: Because it just rattles through the place, you know what
- 11:47Speaker 6: I mean?
- 11:48Speaker 3: The only thing to keep you warm of the rats?
- 11:50Speaker 4: Well that yeah, but yeah, that's that's true. And making love,
- 11:56Speaker 4: making love of course, howls.
- 11:59Speaker 5: How do you know we heard you?
- 12:01Speaker 3: Mate?
- 12:02Speaker 5: Sam's text one through here Option seven G threatened to
- 12:08Speaker 5: sue them for damages unless they fix the issue. The
- 12:11Speaker 5: tenants then leave you alone and you get your roof
- 12:13Speaker 5: fixed for free, you know what I mean. So you're
- 12:15Speaker 5: going to soothe them. Yeah, and then they go, okay,
- 12:17Speaker 5: we're being not approach him because he's pretty fiery. Yes,
- 12:20Speaker 5: they fix it. Then they think, okay, we won't get
- 12:22Speaker 5: in touch with jasonymore.
- 12:23Speaker 3: Or the happy middle ground is the bucket, yes, because
- 12:27Speaker 3: if the water lands and the bucket, then there is
- 12:30Speaker 3: no issue free water.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Actually that's really I'm going to text them now and
- 12:36Speaker 4: just say there's a spare bucket from recollection in the laundry. Yeah,
- 12:40Speaker 4: which is a leaky bastard too, But okay, yeah, there's
- 12:46Speaker 4: there's a couple there.
- 12:46Speaker 6: Mind you.
- 12:47Speaker 4: Having said that, I just realized that the bucket that
- 12:49Speaker 4: I had in there it's broken as well.
- 12:51Speaker 3: So probably better than nothing.
- 12:52Speaker 4: Well, yeah, it's better than just straight onto their carpet.
- 12:55Speaker 4: I suppose, oh my carpet.
- 12:59Speaker 5: Yeah, does it have carpet? No?
- 13:03Speaker 1: The Archy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy. Tune
- 13:06Speaker 1: in on Radio Holuky.

- 16:32Speaker 4: That's it's interesting taking taking your foreman? Is that a
- 16:37Speaker 4: bit sort of.
- 16:41Speaker 5: Yes, yes, yeah, that's a lot of the.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Like they get along well with your four.
- 16:46Speaker 5: Which is weird, you know, to get on really well
- 16:50Speaker 5: with your FORI.
- 16:53Speaker 4: Like, if you want to trip overseas, would you take
- 16:56Speaker 4: your fury?
- 16:56Speaker 6: Would you take off your head?
- 16:58Speaker 3: One?
- 16:58Speaker 6: What about Toddy? Tony out of you know the boss?
- 17:01Speaker 5: Well he's not a Fourie.
- 17:03Speaker 6: No, he's not a foury, but you know you'd be into.
- 17:05Speaker 5: That into Toddy? Yes, well certainly if I want a
- 17:08Speaker 5: trip and I was giving the choice of bringing one person,
- 17:10Speaker 5: yes I would bring Toddy certainly. Got my wife?
- 17:12Speaker 3: No no, no, no no no, which I mean you
- 17:14Speaker 3: haven't got a fury Jay's but if you did.
- 17:19Speaker 4: Look, I we've been over there, smogie.
- 17:22Speaker 6: I've got an ankle sock as we.
- 17:23Speaker 3: Call it, talk about we're talking about Foreman.
- 17:26Speaker 5: What are you talking about?
- 17:28Speaker 6: Yeah? My my Foreman? Where's my I know you not.
- 17:32Speaker 6: I just can't do this anymore. Here's Velvet Revolver.
- 17:36Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hdarchy.
- 17:41Speaker 6: Jane's addiction There on the Radio Hurdarchy Big Show this
- 17:44Speaker 6: Wednesday afternoon. The time is four fifty two. Let's talk TV.
- 17:51Speaker 4: What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue?
- 17:57Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 17:58Speaker 6: Yes, who.
- 18:00Speaker 3: For the brief amount of time that my mother was
- 18:02Speaker 3: staying with us in there, ye, she was over from
- 18:06Speaker 3: the Hawk's Bay. We watched the rest of the Alan
- 18:09Speaker 3: Partridge series which is on Neon, and it's about him
- 18:14Speaker 3: talking about trying to sort out his mental health and
- 18:17Speaker 3: what it is that people are going through with their
- 18:18Speaker 3: mental health. Alan Partridge, of course the comedian played by
- 18:21Speaker 3: Steve Coogan since the mid nineties, which has somehow retained
- 18:26Speaker 3: its high level. It's just at a great, great character
- 18:30Speaker 3: and it's remained funny all the way throughout from the nineties.
- 18:33Speaker 3: I've probably done six or seven series since the nineties.
- 18:36Speaker 3: He's the character is like a TV host, radio host,
- 18:40Speaker 3: sort of a fellow there. My mother knew nothing about it.
- 18:43Speaker 3: I said nothing to her. I just put it on
- 18:46Speaker 3: and she was dying laughing. She knew nothing about I've
- 18:49Speaker 3: never seen him before in her life. Each episode is
- 18:52Speaker 3: quite different as he tackles sort of different issues with
- 18:54Speaker 3: mental health. Some of them funnier than others. One of
- 18:57Speaker 3: them wasn't funny at all to me, but I stuck
- 18:59Speaker 3: with it and there's some huge laughs. And I highly recommend.
- 19:02Speaker 3: It's on Neon and it's Alan Partridge something around.
- 19:05Speaker 5: The good thing about British characters like that, like if
- 19:09Speaker 5: that character was in the US, there would have been
- 19:12Speaker 5: nine seasons, twenty four episodes a season. Yeah, But because
- 19:16Speaker 5: you just get little six episode hits.
- 19:18Speaker 3: Every few years, which is what this is.
- 19:20Speaker 5: Yeah, And Steve Keaganho's genius puts like so much effort
- 19:23Speaker 5: and more time into these little things. You just get
- 19:26Speaker 5: hits of high quality content sparingly and it never gets old.
- 19:30Speaker 5: That's right. It's so great.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Highly recommend four Busiest.
- 19:34Speaker 6: Possible five feels. Last night I watched I survived.
- 19:40Speaker 5: Stop watching that show.
- 19:43Speaker 4: Oh it's nearly finished, and it was, Oh no, it's
- 19:45Speaker 4: twenty four to seven.
- 19:46Speaker 10: Man, it's a non stop channel. It's a NonStop channel
- 19:50Speaker 10: with old mate, the possum hunder in it. No, that's alone. Yeah,
- 19:55Speaker 10: another reality alone. This was a doozy.
- 19:58Speaker 5: What was the scenario?
- 20:01Speaker 4: A farmer and he was on his farm, and it
- 20:06Speaker 4: was out in the middle of nowhere in America, and
- 20:08Speaker 4: he farmed by himself, in fact, normally in the city,
- 20:12Speaker 4: true combine harvester.
- 20:16Speaker 3: Oh, here we go.
- 20:18Speaker 4: Yeah, let's just say he fell out carnage and should
- 20:23Speaker 4: he survive. He wakes, he comes to and he goes, oh,
- 20:29Speaker 4: what the hell happened there?
- 20:31Speaker 6: What's going on? What's going on?
- 20:33Speaker 4: Tries to get up, tries to get up, and he's
- 20:38Speaker 4: got no arms. He's got no arms, not one arm.
- 20:47Speaker 4: He's got both of.
- 20:48Speaker 3: His arms gone.
- 20:49Speaker 5: Because usually you have two.
- 20:50Speaker 4: You usually have to but it might be a scenario
- 20:52Speaker 4: where you could lose one and you prop yourself up.
- 20:55Speaker 4: But he said, I went to prop myself up on
- 20:57Speaker 4: this arm, and I realized I didn't an arm. So
- 21:01Speaker 4: I then went to prop myself up on the other
- 21:03Speaker 4: arm and realized I didn't have an arm on that
- 21:05Speaker 4: side either.
- 21:07Speaker 6: And guess what what he survived.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Must have been bleeding him.
- 21:11Speaker 6: But yeah, bloody, oh he lost a lot of blood.
- 21:14Speaker 5: Nogi, that's amazing, there was a middle of nowhere.
- 21:16Speaker 3: Has he survived that?
- 21:18Speaker 6: Well?
- 21:18Speaker 4: He eventually gets found by a loan another farmer from
- 21:24Speaker 4: miles away who just happened per chance to go past
- 21:28Speaker 4: the field and go, hang on, there's something not right.
- 21:30Speaker 3: Here, just so he could just see a guyser.
- 21:32Speaker 6: Of blood or like a pool of blood.
- 21:35Speaker 4: So he went and called the emergency services and stuff.
- 21:38Speaker 6: And he survived.
- 21:39Speaker 4: But he had to be like that for quite some time, armless,
- 21:43Speaker 4: and he still is to this day.
- 21:44Speaker 6: But I don't know.
- 21:45Speaker 4: How he survived because he would have lost a crapload
- 21:47Speaker 4: of blood.
- 21:48Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 21:48Speaker 3: No, I don't know either. That sort of sounds a
- 21:50Speaker 3: little bit fishy to me.
- 21:51Speaker 4: He made a conscious effort to slow to keep his
- 21:55Speaker 4: bloody go every single part of Yeah, he was going
- 21:59Speaker 4: to do the hand this thing, but he went I
- 22:01Speaker 4: hang on arms.
- 22:02Speaker 5: Yeah. Did they find his arms?
- 22:04Speaker 4: Yes, but they were they couldn't be reattached.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Crows had eating them.
- 22:10Speaker 6: He wasn't a piece of lego Keysy.
- 22:13Speaker 3: It doesn't work, you can't just.
- 22:17Speaker 5: I just asked if they found his arms. I'm not
- 22:19Speaker 5: saying that he's lego.
- 22:20Speaker 3: What did he do with him?
- 22:22Speaker 6: The machinery?
- 22:23Speaker 9: Right?
- 22:23Speaker 5: His arms were there fall out of the combine house.
- 22:26Speaker 6: There was something there.
- 22:27Speaker 5: Was he didn't have any arms smoking. Were you not listening?
- 22:31Speaker 4: He stood up and realized something went wrong with the
- 22:34Speaker 4: machine and he was just he didn't turn it off
- 22:37Speaker 4: and got in an awkward position and fell into Yeah.
- 22:41Speaker 3: God, full on me.
- 22:43Speaker 5: It was on Samsung TV.
- 22:45Speaker 6: Sam Sung TV. I'll give it five busy and the.
- 22:51Speaker 5: Rating systems ruined. Coming up after five, another chance to
- 22:54Speaker 5: get yourself in the drawer from Magic Ground. Listen out
- 22:56Speaker 5: and get ready to call plus fellers. I have had
- 22:59Speaker 5: the big time and I want to need some serious
- 23:01Speaker 5: career advice.
- 23:03Speaker 6: Good stuff, mate, The.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Whole Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy tune

- 24:55Speaker 6: Could you put one in for me?
- 24:56Speaker 3: That's just while you're ordering, because as you say, you know,
- 24:59Speaker 3: if you're ordering a case, might as well all get
- 25:01Speaker 3: in on it.
- 25:01Speaker 6: Yeah. Actually, can I have a palette?
- 25:03Speaker 4: Kesy, I'll hit you on the next one. Yeah, yeah,
- 25:06Speaker 4: I mean you guys can help yourself to my pellette.
- 25:09Speaker 4: Come round to the old apartment there, right.
- 25:11Speaker 5: So I'm ordering a palette of Toledo's ye please, okay,
- 25:13Speaker 5: I was just okay Toledo's cut and said, your fresh

- 25:31Speaker 6: he has a massive announcement near that's huge chance, so
- 25:36Speaker 6: stay tuned for that. In the meantime, he has.
- 25:38Speaker 5: Nothing to do with being pregnant or anything like that. Mogi,
- 25:40Speaker 5: you're right.
- 25:40Speaker 1: C Plus the Hiarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and
- 25:45Speaker 1: Kezy tune.
- 25:46Speaker 4: In on Radio Gorilla's there on the Radio Darchy Big
- 25:51Speaker 4: Show this Wednesday evening. The time is fourteen minutes past
- 25:55Speaker 4: five o'clock.
- 25:56Speaker 5: Fellers, listen, I've got some huge news. Look, it's not
- 25:58Speaker 5: breaking news.
- 26:00Speaker 3: I don't use the breaking news Stingley.
- 26:02Speaker 5: No, I'm not going to That's why I said that.
- 26:05Speaker 5: But it is huge news in terms of Kezy, in
- 26:07Speaker 5: terms of the show, and to be honest, my career
- 26:11Speaker 5: and where it goes from here. I don't I don't
- 26:17Speaker 5: know how to say this, but I have been approached by.
- 26:24Speaker 3: Women's Day to do what deliver them?
- 26:29Speaker 5: No, no, not to deliver them like a paper oute
- 26:32Speaker 5: I've been I've been approached by Women's Day, which is
- 26:34Speaker 5: one of New Zealand's premier magazines. They want to do
- 26:37Speaker 5: an article on old Kezy and I guess it was.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Is that one of those weight loss articles? Nah?
- 26:44Speaker 5: Although I can recommend when I see them if I
- 26:47Speaker 5: say yes, documenting your weight game journey because that could
- 26:51Speaker 5: be quite interesting.
- 26:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:52Speaker 4: Yeah, totally my weight loss journey with Kesy, the weight
- 26:55Speaker 4: game journey.
- 26:57Speaker 5: But anyway, they've approached me and they've said, hey, we're
- 27:00Speaker 5: interested in doing a story on you because.
- 27:02Speaker 4: Can I can I just clarify here? No, that is
- 27:06Speaker 4: great news, mate, cheers. Does it involve your wife and
- 27:12Speaker 4: your literally, yes.
- 27:14Speaker 3: That makes sense.
- 27:15Speaker 5: I don't have it literally on the way. No, no, no,
- 27:18Speaker 5: it's not doing a y. I don't have a little
- 27:21Speaker 5: old keysy. There's nothing happening, nothing happening down there, down there,
- 27:25Speaker 5: that's not what I'm saying. It's not an article about
- 27:27Speaker 5: how there's nothing happened downstairs.
- 27:30Speaker 3: Article.
- 27:30Speaker 6: Yeah, what a great article. Yeah, yeah, that's a scoop
- 27:32Speaker 6: because there's nothing to be ashamed of.
- 27:34Speaker 3: One hundred percent happened to me.
- 27:37Speaker 5: That's probably if there was an article on how there's
- 27:39Speaker 5: nothing going on downstairs, I'll probably be like, you know,
- 27:41Speaker 5: even old Mogi, you know, he's got nothing. Yeah, and
- 27:44Speaker 5: I here trigger and his here triggers hat like but.
- 27:49Speaker 6: No, there's a lot going on.
- 27:52Speaker 5: But no, I guess that the question is I was
- 27:55Speaker 5: kind of hoping you guys could help with It's like
- 27:56Speaker 5: what kind of angle, right, because I guess I want
- 27:59Speaker 5: to was in there as well. Yeah, they wanted the
- 28:01Speaker 5: family life.
- 28:02Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, family life.
- 28:03Speaker 4: You know, because I asked because obviously there's going to
- 28:06Speaker 4: be a photo shoot. Do you have boat shoes?
- 28:10Speaker 5: I don't have boat shoes.
- 28:11Speaker 6: Right, okay, because you'll need some boat shoes. Are you doing,
- 28:14Speaker 6: was it woman floaters? Oh you got your floaters, but no,
- 28:17Speaker 6: they're about filthy at the.
- 28:18Speaker 5: Moment at home and his massive hoofs. Yes, yeah, that's
- 28:23Speaker 5: an angle that like women would want to read right about.
- 28:26Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, the headline could be big shoes to fill? Yeah, yeah,
- 28:39Speaker 5: because I was kind of thinking maybe a bit more
- 28:41Speaker 5: interesting stuff, you know, I don't know, you know, you know,
- 28:45Speaker 5: kept being involved with it, like an iconic station like
- 28:47Speaker 5: Hodaki and you.
- 28:48Speaker 3: Know what about kezy my nips and me about your
- 28:52Speaker 3: meat petty nips because people love those.
- 28:55Speaker 5: Yeah, I know they love them. But I was kind
- 28:56Speaker 5: of hoping we'd steer away from that sort of thing
- 28:58Speaker 5: and just be more about, like, here's my journey from
- 29:01Speaker 5: being a young fellow.
- 29:02Speaker 3: Well, I min I has already done that, and that
- 29:05Speaker 3: article sank without a trace.
- 29:07Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, how I found love on the bus? He went,
- 29:10Speaker 5: He went a Stuart story.
- 29:12Speaker 6: Yeah, straight with it, didn't he He did?
- 29:14Speaker 5: He went very straight with it.
- 29:15Speaker 4: I'm yeah, look, I agree with me. You got three
- 29:19Speaker 4: options here.
- 29:20Speaker 3: You go.
- 29:20Speaker 5: Option one A.
- 29:22Speaker 6: One A the baby route.
- 29:24Speaker 4: I don't have a baby excited about you know, blah
- 29:27Speaker 4: blah blah started. I have Option B meat petty naps
- 29:33Speaker 4: or option three C my weight loss journey.
- 29:40Speaker 3: But that's going to be further down the track.
- 29:42Speaker 6: It's going to be down the track because you ever
- 29:43Speaker 6: started it obviously.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:47Speaker 5: Yeah, So I guess one of those three.
- 29:50Speaker 6: Is that what you?
- 29:51Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 29:53Speaker 5: To be honest, I was thinking something different, but those
- 29:54Speaker 5: a girl, I'll go to them with that.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Yeah. Are you the one that has come up with
- 29:57Speaker 3: the idea?
- 29:58Speaker 5: Yeah, but I just wouldn't mind providing them with a few,
- 30:00Speaker 5: right right, okay, because I was going to do something
- 30:02Speaker 5: along the lines of like, oh, you know, I'm not
- 30:03Speaker 5: just a media guy, like, oh, I've got a cool.
- 30:05Speaker 6: Truck that my dad did for me.
- 30:10Speaker 5: No, I can't fit in, but yeah, I guess I'll
- 30:15Speaker 5: go baby announcement.
- 30:16Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, that's good man. Congratulations, Gizie.
- 30:20Speaker 4: That's big news, mate, that is great, big news.
- 30:23Speaker 5: Thanks. I'm anticipating a big future.
- 30:26Speaker 3: Oh yeah for me. We work from a night, didn't
- 30:29Speaker 3: He's on Breakfast with Old I think that's his name.
- 30:35Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 30:39Speaker 4: He is indeed radio head there on the Radio Hodarchy
- 30:42Speaker 4: Big Show this Wednesday afternoon, the time five twenty six.
- 30:46Speaker 3: It was Daylight Savings ended on Saturday night. I know, man,
- 30:49Speaker 3: it's crazy. We wound back the clock. I can't believe
- 30:52Speaker 3: we haven't spoken about it this week, because normally that
- 30:54Speaker 3: is prime radio chat. One of the things people complain about,
- 30:58Speaker 3: obviously is that things are in darker as a sign
- 31:02Speaker 3: that summer is over, that we're moving into the dark,
- 31:05Speaker 3: cold days of winter. But I actually love it because
- 31:08Speaker 3: I'm winding back the clock. Every time you wind back
- 31:10Speaker 3: the clock and you wake up Sunday and you're like, Jesus,
- 31:12Speaker 3: I feel amazing, yes, and you don't know why. You're like,
- 31:15Speaker 3: that's right, Daylight Savings wound back the clock. I feel
- 31:18Speaker 3: like I'm looking ten years younger. I feel like I've
- 31:21Speaker 3: got a bit of lead in the old pencil again.
- 31:23Speaker 3: My hair trigger's back, Kezy. You know what I'm saying, Yeah, totally.
- 31:27Speaker 5: I mean, you're only you're only winding it back one hour.
- 31:30Speaker 6: I feel like a whole new Man mogie. I know
- 31:33Speaker 6: what I'm saying, Yeah, I feel invigorated.
- 31:36Speaker 4: It was quite cute last night actually, because when we
- 31:39Speaker 4: went after the show to walk to the car park,
- 31:41Speaker 4: Old skied. Old Kezy was a bit scared. I mean,
- 31:44Speaker 4: I have to hold his hand, you know, across the
- 31:46Speaker 4: road anyway. But there was dark outside. We were both
- 31:49Speaker 4: were we kezy. We were both like, whoa, what's going
- 31:52Speaker 4: on here?
- 31:54Speaker 5: That's right? Yeah? Next sometimes I'll put Jason my shoulders
- 31:57Speaker 5: and walking across the road.
- 31:58Speaker 3: He likes that.
- 31:59Speaker 5: Yeah, now that he's put on a few pounds, I
- 32:01Speaker 5: can't really do it anymore.
- 32:06Speaker 4: But yeah, no, I mean it's funny how people's perception
- 32:09Speaker 4: of it is all over the place. You know, people
- 32:11Speaker 4: get very negative it are it's dark eye. You know,
- 32:13Speaker 4: we're heading into winter. But I feel younger every year.
- 32:16Speaker 5: In time, but you're only winting the clock back a
- 32:20Speaker 5: little bit.
- 32:21Speaker 3: Yeah, we want the cockbait.
- 32:23Speaker 5: Yeah no, I know you want iFund the clock back.
- 32:26Speaker 5: I feel amazing, right, Okay, So so that the act
- 32:29Speaker 5: of one in the clockback a wee bit has made
- 32:32Speaker 5: you feel a lot younger and and invigorated.
- 32:35Speaker 3: Yeah right, I feel I feel like I've got my
- 32:37Speaker 3: youth back.
- 32:38Speaker 4: I'm not joking when I say I feel like I'm
- 32:40Speaker 4: twenty nine again.
- 32:43Speaker 5: Right, So you've gone from thirty nine to twenty nine.
- 32:45Speaker 3: Yeah, farut, I would say that's probably that's probably accurate.
- 32:49Speaker 6: Finally, enough.
- 32:50Speaker 4: I went into a seven eleven today and the guy
- 32:54Speaker 4: he asked me my age because I was trying to
- 32:56Speaker 4: get some vape.
- 32:58Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you got you got the way?
- 32:59Speaker 6: Do you got it? Got idea? And I was like,
- 33:01Speaker 6: are you joking? Man?
- 33:02Speaker 4: And I think that's purely because I looked ten years younger.
- 33:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 33:06Speaker 3: Absolutely, it is like you came in on Tuesday, Cads.
- 33:09Speaker 3: I could have sworn you'd lost twenty thirty pounds.
- 33:14Speaker 1: The Hdiarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio HODARCHI
- 33:18Speaker 1: Sound Garden.
- 33:19Speaker 6: There on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show.
- 33:21Speaker 4: This moody Wednesday night at the time five thirty eight.
- 33:28Speaker 6: Are we doing this hour?
- 33:29Speaker 5: We it's on the news with me Chee Fela's interesting stuff.
- 33:39Speaker 5: Ogie's just showed me a drawing of a penis just
- 33:43Speaker 5: as I'm about to read the news. That's done nothing
- 33:45Speaker 5: but derail this segment. Well, it doesn't take much felas
- 33:50Speaker 5: there is an unstoppable mushroom tearing through but mushroom's unstopped.
- 33:58Speaker 5: This isn't an article about my downstairs mogi.
- 34:01Speaker 3: This is serious business.
- 34:03Speaker 5: There is a real unstoppable mushroom tearing through North American forests,
- 34:12Speaker 5: and the fungy enthusiasts are going into damage control mode.
- 34:16Speaker 5: Ah okay, So this fungus it's called the golden oyster mushroom.
- 34:22Speaker 6: It sounds delicious.
- 34:24Speaker 5: Ah yeah, I don't know if it is delicious. Maybe
- 34:26Speaker 5: it is. But basically it's rapidly spreading across North America
- 34:29Speaker 5: through forests in that and it kind of pushes out
- 34:32Speaker 5: and gets rid of all the other fungi. Yeah good,
- 34:35Speaker 5: And so the scientists are really worried about fungy diversity, right, yeah,
- 34:41Speaker 5: you know, it's because it's replacing all these different and
- 34:43Speaker 5: it sort of takes over and it's rapidly spreading across forests.
- 34:46Speaker 4: And I don't know, Mogi, if you've had an oyster mushroom,
- 34:49Speaker 4: they're very really nice. They have a really sort of
- 34:53Speaker 4: silky kind of texture to them, and they're actually quite
- 34:56Speaker 4: meaty to eat. You would you would not be blamed
- 35:01Speaker 4: if you thought you were actually eating meat because it's
- 35:04Speaker 4: so meaty.
- 35:04Speaker 3: And just on your point there, Kiz one hundred percent.
- 35:07Speaker 3: And also very mushroom me Jase.
- 35:10Speaker 4: Very mushroomy mushroom taste good in a stir fright.
- 35:14Speaker 3: Well, a lot of mushrooms, Keezy not Keezy's mushroom because
- 35:17Speaker 3: we've been down that path. They don't taste very mushroomy
- 35:21Speaker 3: at all. No, and over time they become less mushroomy. Yes,
- 35:25Speaker 3: and that's that's not good.
- 35:27Speaker 5: What else isn't good? Another thing that's not good is
- 35:30Speaker 5: the lack of mushroom diversity. That's gonna We're facing fells,
- 35:33Speaker 5: We're facing a mushroom epidemic here.
- 35:35Speaker 3: Well, my attitude towards mushrooms has always been the strongest
- 35:39Speaker 3: survives kzy and you don't want to get involved with
- 35:41Speaker 3: nature now. Of nature decides that these are the number
- 35:44Speaker 3: one mushrooms, then so be it to all the other
- 35:47Speaker 3: mushrooms are just going to have to stick up for themselves.
- 35:49Speaker 3: I'm not getting involved in mushroom politics.
- 35:53Speaker 6: And I'll be honest with you. I'm over the button mushroom.
- 35:55Speaker 3: Oh I hate the button mushy. Someone's a button mushroom.
- 35:59Speaker 6: No, are you sure as how that bad?
- 36:02Speaker 5: I mean sending people out there, don't mind them. I've
- 36:05Speaker 5: found but yeah, I'm just saying it's not here in
- 36:08Speaker 5: New Zealand yet the golden oyster mushroom. But just keep
- 36:12Speaker 5: your wits about you.
- 36:13Speaker 3: When did this happen?
- 36:15Speaker 5: This is a week ago the article but but, but,
- 36:19Speaker 5: but it's a current event that is happening now. It's
- 36:22Speaker 5: another pressing matter that we need to have on our
- 36:25Speaker 5: minds at this particular moment. Amongst all the other stuff
- 36:27Speaker 5: going on, We're just also going to keep an eye
- 36:29Speaker 5: out for the Golden Noister mushroom because it's coming for us.
- 36:35Speaker 5: And that's what's what's on the news. On the news
- 36:39Speaker 5: is keasy there, so sort of feels like we should
- 36:42Speaker 5: have a big pole. What about mushrooms? Good idea, we
- 36:46Speaker 5: could do that.
- 36:47Speaker 3: Yeah, well instead of a button mushroom. But I was
- 36:50Speaker 3: thinking we should get have a have a big pole
- 36:52Speaker 3: about this segment.
- 36:53Speaker 5: No, not about the segment like golden Oyster mushrooms, yes
- 36:58Speaker 5: or no sort of thing. What's wrong with the segment?
- 37:04Speaker 1: His Guns N' Roses, The Archy Big Show with Jason,

- 43:12Speaker 6: You just had a massive meal just before.

- 43:15Speaker 4: five dinners every night.
- 43:17Speaker 3: So yeah, last night I had delicious fish. It was
- 43:22Speaker 3: a snapper easy.
- 43:23Speaker 6: Oh nice.
- 43:24Speaker 3: I was a lental with alental and beetroot salad, a
- 43:28Speaker 3: little bit of shaved what do you call it this sharmazan?
- 43:32Speaker 3: No shaved shaved, hand shaved ape shaved.
- 43:42Speaker 6: Oh yeah, nice.
- 43:43Speaker 3: Bloody delicious it was. And then I had some of
- 43:45Speaker 3: the leftover side today with some chicken, and I don't
- 43:47Speaker 3: know what I'm going to have when I get home,
- 43:48Speaker 3: but i'll tell you tomorrow.
- 43:49Speaker 6: Yeah, I tell you what.
- 43:50Speaker 4: You can't beat a bit of beautiful snapper. You can't
- 43:54Speaker 4: out of a golffare so true.
- 43:57Speaker 5: I I'm really starting to wean myself onto seafood.
- 44:01Speaker 3: Wean yourself on, remember, because I'm going yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 44:05Speaker 3: ween on, you're wean off.
- 44:06Speaker 5: No, but I'm weaning myself on your sucker was at
- 44:09Speaker 5: suckle on. I'm starting to really suckle on the old
- 44:11Speaker 5: seafood because I'm going to pan later in the year
- 44:13Speaker 5: and I have been eating fish and I'm now at
- 44:15Speaker 5: the point where I go, yum, you know, not like
- 44:19Speaker 5: oh whatever, a lot of that, but oh yeah, that's
- 44:21Speaker 5: young it. Before I was like.
- 44:23Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you like yeah, yeah, portman, you're a
- 44:27Speaker 4: meat man, aren't you.
- 44:29Speaker 9: Yeah, not so much about what it is, how much
- 44:32Speaker 9: of it yeah, and it hasn't been minced and does
- 44:35Speaker 9: it come from a pig that's basically up next to
- 44:39Speaker 9: the Big Show, Big Dinner, Dilemma, big.
- 44:41Speaker 3: Servants, good stuff.
- 44:43Speaker 6: In the meantime, He's Stone Temple Pilots.

- 44:51Speaker 4: Read Chili Peppers here on the radio Hodarchy Big Show
- 44:56Speaker 4: this Wednesday evening. The time is six to a and
- 45:00Speaker 4: exciting news New Zealand. The Big Show is on the
- 45:05Speaker 4: road again.
- 45:06Speaker 5: Oh, I certainly, Jay. So we're hopping in the old
- 45:08Speaker 5: Big Show van, which is kind of like the Mystery
- 45:10Speaker 5: machine from Scooby Doo a Big Show written on the
- 45:13Speaker 5: side like Wilma. I'm like Wilma, Velma, Velma Louise. Yeah,
- 45:20Speaker 5: said Wilma from the Flintstones. Um, yeah, so I'm like Velma.
- 45:25Speaker 5: We're in the van. We're heading down to Dunedin all right,
- 45:28Speaker 5: April the twenty second.
- 45:30Speaker 4: We're catching the faery as well, because obviously if we're
- 45:32Speaker 4: in a van, it's.
- 45:35Speaker 3: Not a van. Oh, it's a plane.
- 45:36Speaker 5: It's an air plane. I'm just trying to do a
- 45:39Speaker 5: bit of theater in the mind for the audience. Picturing
- 45:41Speaker 5: them picturing us in a van, yeah, driving down, you know,
- 45:44Speaker 5: with a dog with a with a mystery solving dog.
- 45:49Speaker 5: But in reality we're hopping on a plane and we're
- 45:51Speaker 5: flying down to Dunedin there, to Emerson's Dunedin once again
- 45:54Speaker 5: we've been there before. Was of an event. Was it
- 45:57Speaker 5: was a huge, reached capacity early bloody good time it was.
- 46:01Speaker 5: And we're going down there to celebrate the fact that
- 46:03Speaker 5: Emerson's delicious hazy ipa hazed and confused it's turning ten wow.
- 46:09Speaker 5: So it was my favorite brew from old Emerson's there.
- 46:11Speaker 5: So to go down and celebrate, yeap one hundred percent.
- 46:13Speaker 5: To go down and celebrate with a true friend like
- 46:15Speaker 5: the old Hasten confused, I Pa, you know that means
- 46:17Speaker 5: a lot to me.
- 46:18Speaker 4: Nice you know, and not to sort of make a
- 46:19Speaker 4: big deal about it, but I think it's the first
- 46:21Speaker 4: time ever in a big show history that we've done
- 46:24Speaker 4: a live show and we had a queue outside the
- 46:26Speaker 4: pub wall.
- 46:27Speaker 5: They weren't allowed to know because it.
- 46:31Speaker 3: Was absolutely rammed to the gun.
- 46:32Speaker 2: It was.
- 46:32Speaker 3: In fact, if you remember, there was an individual there
- 46:37Speaker 3: that had a tattoo on the smaller the back, just
- 46:41Speaker 3: above the belt. There that said, good eating, good eating.
- 46:46Speaker 6: Yeah, and there's.
- 46:51Speaker 5: One hundred people through the door free backbone tea Fellers.
- 46:54Speaker 6: That's great stuff.
- 46:55Speaker 5: That is good stuff. So you want to get there, really,
- 46:58Speaker 5: you want to get there early Emerson's Danedan Wednesday, the
- 47:02Speaker 5: twenty second of April fourtal seven. Yes, and don't forget.
- 47:06Speaker 4: No, don't say what you're gonna say, keasy, do not
- 47:11Speaker 4: what say what you're about to say?
- 47:13Speaker 5: How What all I'll say is you know what you're
- 47:17Speaker 5: not allowed to do?
- 47:17Speaker 6: Oh?
- 47:18Speaker 3: Yes, yeah that's all I say.
- 47:19Speaker 4: Yeah, good stuff man, No, but do come down. We
- 47:21Speaker 4: all have seeing the punters down in Dunedin. Beautiful city,
- 47:24Speaker 4: isn't it feels Dunedan?
- 47:26Speaker 6: Yeah, it's all good. And I've just bought my new
- 47:28Speaker 6: switch it so I'll be toasty air.
- 47:30Speaker 3: That's not new, that's old. Is someone else you's doing that?
- 47:33Speaker 5: You've worn there like ten times.
- 47:35Speaker 1: Here's Peil Jam the Hiarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike
- 47:38Speaker 1: and Keyzy.
- 47:39Speaker 5: Tune in on Radio Hoky.
- 47:42Speaker 4: Is indeed Bush there on the radio ho Donkey Big Show.
- 47:46Speaker 4: There's Wednesday evening, but right now it's time for.
- 47:53Speaker 5: Sixty nine. At gmail dot com get.
- 47:58Speaker 3: In touch with.
- 48:02Speaker 5: Stop yelling over the top of that. I mean it
- 48:05Speaker 5: sounds great, does yeah, it sounds really good. It does
- 48:09Speaker 5: really maladreis getting touch fellas, and we have had someone
- 48:11Speaker 5: get in touch. Now this was a bit of an
- 48:13Speaker 5: older one, but I've just gone back and found and
- 48:16Speaker 5: it is from a bloke named Hamish. Um No, that's
- 48:21Speaker 5: not how.
- 48:21Speaker 3: The segment wasymous.
- 48:23Speaker 5: Yeah, but Hamish, he's put his name in there and
- 48:26Speaker 5: he said, you know, it's fine. But basically he commonly
- 48:30Speaker 5: has vivid dreams that he can remember the next day,
- 48:34Speaker 5: and so for the first time ever, he had one
- 48:36Speaker 5: involving the big shot. Oh, this is swear that, he says,
- 48:39Speaker 5: I swear this is exactly how the dream happened. So
- 48:42Speaker 5: I'm just going to read it out for you guys.
- 48:43Speaker 5: All right, we'll just sort of interpret it there. In
- 48:46Speaker 5: my dream, I was at a house party. The scene
- 48:48Speaker 5: kept shifting. One moment, I'd be accompanied with my wife
- 48:52Speaker 5: and kids and be awkwardly trying to get them to
- 48:54Speaker 5: entertain themselves in the corner out of the way the
- 48:56Speaker 5: other guests. The next moment, I'd be accompanied by my
- 48:59Speaker 5: WORKMATEE and random people who apparently worked for Radio Hodaki
- 49:03Speaker 5: looking out a window, I spotted Mogi walking into the
- 49:07Speaker 5: neighboring house. Mogi was sporting a bushy salt and pepper
- 49:11Speaker 5: beard and a graying friar tuck haircut that blended into
- 49:16Speaker 5: a shaggy mullet.
- 49:18Speaker 3: Wow.
- 49:18Speaker 5: Interesting look. Mogi was weeping profusely in his arms. He
- 49:23Speaker 5: carried a sleeping child, who I assumed was his daughter.
- 49:27Speaker 5: By his side walked a faceless woman who was also
- 49:29Speaker 5: weeping and sobbing. I presume this was Moggi's wife, right,
- 49:33Speaker 5: so interesting. A hush went through the crowd of partygoers.
- 49:38Speaker 5: The Big Show received some really bad news today, someone whispered.
- 49:42Speaker 5: Everyone was immediately sad. The dream shifted and I was
- 49:46Speaker 5: in an empty room, gray carpet, no furnishings, white frosted
- 49:50Speaker 5: glass windows cast everything in a dull, muted light. In
- 49:53Speaker 5: the corner, Hoidy J was sitting in an old corduroy
- 49:56Speaker 5: brown bean bag. He had a look of deep contemplation
- 49:59Speaker 5: on his I found myself approaching Hoidy J without meaning to.
- 50:04Speaker 5: He had a deeply mournful, melancholic air about him. I
- 50:07Speaker 5: knew instinctively that I should not disturb him, and that
- 50:10Speaker 5: HODYJ detested being accosted by random strangers. I knew I
- 50:14Speaker 5: should leave HOODI j alone, and yet I suddenly heard
- 50:17Speaker 5: myself saying, Hey, Jace, I know you probably hear this
- 50:20Speaker 5: a lot, but I just want to say I really
- 50:21Speaker 5: like your show. It makes me laugh and it's great
- 50:23Speaker 5: to listen to after a hard day at work. In
- 50:26Speaker 5: a way, you guys are providing a real public service.
- 50:30Speaker 5: I braced myself, expecting scorn and ridicule, but instead, hoidyj
- 50:33Speaker 5: turned to me and beamed a bright, golden smile. He
- 50:36Speaker 5: said nothing, but shook my hand in greeting. Immediately, the
- 50:39Speaker 5: light in the room brightened and the party sprang back
- 50:41Speaker 5: to life.
- 50:42Speaker 3: Wow.
- 50:43Speaker 5: I could hear Mogi's laughter all around me. He was
- 50:45Speaker 5: not in the room physically, but I could hear Mogi
- 50:47Speaker 5: repeatedly saying stuff like how good, It's all good, so weird.
- 50:54Speaker 5: The dream then shifted and I was back in the
- 50:55Speaker 5: house party again. Keesy was sprawled on the floor in
- 50:58Speaker 5: the middle of the room. I looked down to see
- 51:00Speaker 5: if he was awake. Something was off. Kesey's face here
- 51:03Speaker 5: and body all looked normal, just as I'd seen him
- 51:05Speaker 5: in promotional pictures and videos. Previously, but his eyeballs were
- 51:09Speaker 5: grossly out of scale, at least two to three times
- 51:11Speaker 5: too small for his eye sockets. What's more, the skin
- 51:14Speaker 5: of his eyelids was cracked and leathery, the signs I
- 51:17Speaker 5: presumed of a lifetime battling exmer. Are you all right, Kezy,
- 51:22Speaker 5: I asked, with concern. You've got really hooded eyes. I
- 51:25Speaker 5: immediately realized I had caused defense. Keezy set bolt up
- 51:28Speaker 5: right and started shouting, you could effort right off, mate.
- 51:31Speaker 5: The eerie music sound effeit from the Uncle Bully fight
- 51:34Speaker 5: scene then suddenly played in the background. I tried to
- 51:36Speaker 5: calm Kezy down, offered him the same greeting I had
- 51:39Speaker 5: made to Hoidy J earlier. Do you know how vapid
- 51:42Speaker 5: and meaningless that sounds? He said, in a snide, mocking tone.
- 51:45Speaker 5: Do you know how many people tell me they're like
- 51:46Speaker 5: the Big Show? I don't care. You can f right off, amish,
- 51:50Speaker 5: And then the dream shifted is in Paris on the street,
- 51:52Speaker 5: wanting a chocolate croissant. Oh what do you think it
- 51:54Speaker 5: will mean?
- 51:55Speaker 3: Well? That happened?
- 51:56Speaker 5: Did it? Yeah? Did that happen?
- 51:59Speaker 3: I don't remember? Months ago? Yeah, Holy, you were off
- 52:02Speaker 3: your face. You were Meggan hood it eyes. Yeah, talking
- 52:07Speaker 3: about Moody Bastard as well. Yeah, totally abuse Hamish for
- 52:11Speaker 3: no reason.
- 52:12Speaker 5: Oh I'm sorry Hamish if I cause, Yeah, I'm sorry,
- 52:14Speaker 5: but I don't remember that.
- 52:16Speaker 6: Yeah, not surprising.
- 52:19Speaker 5: Hey you meet Petty Knips sixty nine gmail dot com.

- 53:43Speaker 3: won't he. I think so, yeah, or something like that,

- 53:49Speaker 3: like great, I've got this holiday in front of me,
- 53:51Speaker 3: but then towards the end you're like, I've wasted all
- 53:53Speaker 3: this money, yeah on my silly little jaunt.
- 53:56Speaker 5: Really is that how you feel after a holiday? Because no, no, no,
- 53:59Speaker 5: but he will ah.

- 54:22Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 54:23Speaker 3: True, So I might sit down and flick through sort
- 54:26Speaker 3: of six or seven different media platforms and search for
- 54:29Speaker 3: saying to look all in vain, of course, before ultimately
