- 0:04Woo woo. And that's all folks.
- 0:08Josh is not here. He left us again.
- 0:13Again. Back, back to old times.
- 0:15Yeah, classic, classic. He just doesn't like us.
- 0:19That's just what it. Is that's the message I'm
- 0:21getting? But it's fine because we do not
- 0:22need him to talk about Week 18 streamers for their fantasy
- 0:26hockey season. Wow, what a segue.
- 0:28But let me start by saying welcome until banger Management,
- 0:32Fantasy Hockey podcast and Med program.
- 0:36Letterman, Jake. Josh.
- 0:38Odge, Kevin. Guess what language that was?
- 0:42English. No one more try.
- 0:46OK, it was Russian. Norway you're not getting.
- 0:51This Norwegian. Haha, there you go.
- 0:54Alright, well, he's in Norway, so they write it down.
- 0:58It was a nice pun. It was a nice pun.
- 0:59You're welcome. And everybody, whoever missed
- 1:01the puns, which I'm sure all of you.
- 1:02Did and for all of Norway fans out there, represent?
- 1:06Yep, Mad Zuccarello, we love you and keep up the great work.
- 1:10Yeah, we, I don't. Do I know any other players from
- 1:13Norway? There's not many.
- 1:15There's gotta be. Anyways, if you, if you know
- 1:17them, listen in the comments below.
- 1:19We'll be looking out for that. But yeah, I mean, listen.
- 1:22Week 16 choices for reputations takers.

- 1:28on our social medias. Just click the link tree in our

- 1:33And make sure you rate US five stars and follow us on Spotify,
- 1:35Apple Music, or wherever you get your podcasts.
- 1:38But yeah, Week 16 choices for repetition speakers.
- 1:41I'm pretty happy with this week. I think I get to keep my house,
- 1:44but yet yet another injury. I feel like at least one third
- 1:47of our picks get injured every week.
- 1:49But Josh Norris was supposed to be was poised for a great week
- 1:53injured, got an L, but we had J Peterka and William Eckland, who
- 1:57both came in really clutch, getting multiple points.
- 2:01So that's a huge W, bringing us our season record to 21 and 12.
- 2:07Still still going pretty positive out here.
- 2:10It's very good. It's it's very good.
- 2:12We're recording this in a house and yeah.
- 2:17And next week, we'll also be recording this in a house once
- 2:20again. So yeah, especially my house.
- 2:23Yeah, Yeah. No, Kevin.
- 2:24Kevin's gonna start buying more houses.
- 2:27It's quite impressive, not gonna lie.
- 2:29So I think, yeah, I think we're doing really well. 21 and 12.
- 2:33It's very good record. And like you said, I mean, two
- 2:36or three of those were just injuries that are totally out of
- 2:38our control. So by and large, we are
- 2:42succeeding, and you will succeed if you keep listening to us.
- 2:44That's the way. The cookie.
- 2:45Crumbles that's we have to take away from that.
- 2:48But yeah, let's look into the streaming options for week 18 of
- 2:52the fantasy season. Most importantly, the four teams
- 2:55that play two games this week. So Anaheim, Buffalo, Detroit and
- 2:58the Winnipeg all have two games. They're not going to want to
- 3:01stream players from those teams, guys that are decently rostered
- 3:04on those teams that could probably be dropped.
- 3:06Bowen, Byram, Owen power. I think those defensemen, you
- 3:09know, you're not really getting much production in points and
- 3:12and the category coverage is not good enough to hold throughout
- 3:15A2 game week. I would definitely look to be
- 3:17dropping those guys and picking up somebody else's stream and
- 3:21the teams that play on off nights on this upcoming week,
- 3:24Chicago, Edmonton, LA, Montreal, Nashville and the New York
- 3:29Rangers. So those teams play out off
- 3:32night. So you'll want to maybe stream
- 3:33from those teams if you're full on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday,
- 3:36which end up being the busy nights.
- 3:39Yep, let's dive into it with some shots, points and power
- 3:44play points guys. And these guys are actually all
- 3:46rostered in less than 40% of leaks.
- 3:49Yeah, I mean, we listen to a lot of names, so we're hoping to
- 3:53give you multiple available options for your leagues
- 3:55depending on who's Ross and who's not.
- 3:57We'll start from the most roster to go down to the least rostered
- 4:00player. But like Jake said, all these
- 4:01guys are 40% owned or less. And I mean, listen, if you
- 4:05listen to previous episodes, you'll hear some familiar names,
- 4:08but if they're available, they're still good options.
- 4:10So let's start off hot with the best player in the NHL, pure
- 4:14Luke Dubois, who I traded off my fantasy team and has been on
- 4:19fire ever since. But he's a great stream for
- 4:22points and he'll give you some shots.
- 4:24And if in the faceoff leaks, he's good for those as well.
- 4:27So, I mean, he's been hot. Yeah, I think people are cluing
- 4:31into this and by the time you listen, he's probably going to
- 4:33be rostered in more than 40% of leagues because, you know, the
- 4:38production is almost just too good to ignore.
- 4:40He's fitting in so nicely on the Capitals, averaging .93 points
- 4:47over his last month and over two shots, really nice face off wins
- 4:51as well. If you're in a face off league,
- 4:52centre, left wing, it's it's really great.
- 4:55So he should absolutely be rostered for the time being, and
- 4:59it's a really, really nice ad for this week.
- 5:01Yep, the next few names I got Ryan O'Reilly SO2C for the
- 5:07national predators. He's gonna be lined 2 CPU one
- 5:10he's been I mean along with the other top fantasy assets on
- 5:14Nashville. He's been pretty hot since
- 5:16everybody else started getting hot, but he's honestly the the
- 5:19most widely available contributing option on the
- 5:22national predators. The P1 is going to be some good
- 5:25exposure, but line 2 as well. Honestly, he's been kind of
- 5:28clicking with those guys there. So he's great to stream if
- 5:30you're needing a pure. Did Tyler to Foley line 2 CPU
- 5:35one on the San Jose Sharks, he's gonna be playing with Celebrity.
- 5:39So that's great exposure on PP1. Once again, he just kind of had
- 5:43a tumultuous season. I would say kind of roller
- 5:45coaster in his value going up and down.
- 5:47The deployment has a lot of effect on that.
- 5:49But if you're playing with Celebri and he's a guy that's
- 5:51known to have good shot volume specifically.
- 5:54So I think he's a great option to stream this upcoming week.
- 5:57Jake, what do you think? Of two line 2 power play, one
- 5:59player. So there's like a lot in common
- 6:01there and I think they're undervalued for the production
- 6:04that they could put out this week.
- 6:06I do like O'Reilly a lot because he's got two off night games and
- 6:12at the end of the day, Toffoli is also just a nice ad because I
- 6:15think they're both just he's coming back from an injury right
- 6:18to Foley. So they're both.
- 6:20Undervalued. Exactly.
- 6:21To where they could be regarded in a few weeks, so both could.
- 6:26The next couple names I'm going to go with Alexi Protis.
- 6:30So he's I would say not my favorite just because he doesn't
- 6:34get any power play exposure, but he is on line 2 playing with.
- 6:38So there's some correlation there.
- 6:40But he you know, he's played with Ovi before as well.
- 6:42So it kind of just depends on where he slots it slots on the
- 6:45lineup. But he can be an option on the
- 6:47Capitals who have a great schedule this upcoming week.
- 6:51Nathan drew a line 1P1. I mean, he's still widely
- 6:54available. Somebody that's getting that
- 6:56deployment, playing with Nathan McKinnon and on the power play
- 6:59and on 5V5, like he should be rotting away more leagues than
- 7:03he currently is. I think the reason why he's not
- 7:05roster that much is because it's category coverage isn't the
- 7:07best, but it's point production is just like you can rely on the
- 7:11deployment and it's going to be there, right?
- 7:12You're going to get those assists and goals set up by
- 7:15McCann. So I like him a lot.
- 7:17He should be a rest of season hold in my opinion as long as
- 7:20the deployment doesn't like come crashing down to earth.
- 7:22Try to be really shocked about given how beat up the Avalanche
- 7:24are. So I'd be really wanting him on
- 7:27my roster and I'll give one more name, Quinton Byfield who's line
- 7:302P1 on the Kings. The Kings have a good schedule.
- 7:34Byfield has had his ups and downs throughout the season as
- 7:36well, but I really like him for points and and and shots.
- 7:39Being on P1 is going to be great for his value, especially that
- 7:42the Kings are getting Judy back. Line 2 not too bad either given
- 7:46they're kind of splitting their lines over I would say 3 lines.
- 7:50It's kind of like a top 9 I would say in LA.
- 7:53Yep, I like it a lot. Drawn to me is is someone who
- 7:57should just be rostered in most of your leagues, especially
- 8:00points leagues, because playing with McKinnon is fantastic and
- 8:04natures as well. I know it's not the rant and a
- 8:07name that we're used to, but I think that both natures and
- 8:11McKinnon are gonna just uplift drones fantasy value
- 8:14tremendously. So I'd be really excited if I
- 8:17was a joy owner and if he's available, then absolutely pick
- 8:21him up. And if you have an opponent, if
- 8:23there's a someone else in your leagues rostering him, I would
- 8:26try to buy him because he's had a tumultuous year.
- 8:28But I think he could be really great.
- 8:31Byfield's decent as well. Protest not as high on no power
- 8:34play one exposure, but with buy field, this is one of the rare
- 8:37young players on a good team that they're giving him tons of
- 8:41consistent minutes. So I think that's a little
- 8:43unique to his situation and they're giving him the
- 8:46opportunities. LA great team.
- 8:48And yeah, he's likely to benefit from that even though it's going
- 8:52to be a bit inconsistent. But yeah, for this week all
- 8:55good. Trans my guy here though for
- 8:57sure. Yep, love that.
- 9:00Next we got a defenseman, so Cam Fowler, whose line 1P2 for the
- 9:04Saint Louis Blues. I'll give Adam Fantilli as well
- 9:07line 1P1 I think so might take a long time follower.
- 9:11He's definitely slowed down significantly since you know, he
- 9:14was a hot pick up a few weeks ago.
- 9:16He's still worth rostering as long as he's, you know, on that
- 9:18power play for the Blues. But they're kind of doing some
- 9:20crazy things with power play where, you know, there's like a
- 9:22PP1AP1B. I don't know I said like that,
- 9:26but but yeah, but line one is gonna get a lot of 5 by 5
- 9:29minutes. So you can rely on that.
- 9:31And he'll go through waves where he's more valuable than others.
- 9:34But I think on a week like this, we're looking for defensive
- 9:38streamer that's going to get you power play exposure.
- 9:40He's one of the few names that it's going to be available on
- 9:43your waivers. Adam Fantilli, though, I mean,
- 9:45line 1P1 is slotting into the Sean Monahan role.
- 9:47Like he should be rolling way more leagues than he is
- 9:49currently. I think a lot of people are
- 9:51going to start to pick up on this, you know, because he's had
- 9:53some solid production ever since getting bumped up to lineup.
- 9:56I expect this production to be consistent for I mean, the
- 10:00duration of most of the rest of the season given Monaghan's had
- 10:03a set back and going to be out for a significant amount of
- 10:05time. So he's must roster.
- 10:07I mean, think him and drawing are should be on on more than
- 10:10half of Yahoo fantasy leagues like roster over 50% minimum.
- 10:15And then one more name I'd say in that kind of section is
- 10:17Darren Radish, who's been line 1P2 playing with Victor Hedman
- 10:22and getting some power play exposure to Kucherov as well,
- 10:25who's been playing on both power play.
- 10:27I mean, listen, you can't necessarily rely on the points,
- 10:30but I mean, when he's hot, stream him.
- 10:32And that's kind of where we're at here with Dan Radish.
- 10:34Defensive streamers are hard, especially when you're looking
- 10:36for points. So he's one of the names that
- 10:38can give you a better chance than not contributing in that
- 10:40section. Yeah, I'm not that high on
- 10:44Fowler fully rest of season. He he's just not that exciting.
- 10:47But to me fan Tilly is is an exceptional name without like
- 10:52he's a young player drafted high with a great opportunity to
- 10:55succeed playing alongside Marchenko, who's been unreal
- 10:59this season. So I expect big things from
- 11:01Fantilli and depending on how Nashville wants to deploy their
- 11:04power play. I really sorry Tapa depending on
- 11:08how Tapa wants to deploy their power play.
- 11:10I really think that Darren Radish is a nice guy to hold for
- 11:14the time being. He's also got some.
- 11:16He has two off night games this week, so that's nice to have.
- 11:20If you know you're full HD on the busy nights, you can play
- 11:23him on the other ones. And yeah, I think it's a really
- 11:26good option for a point scoring defenseman.
- 11:30These next three guys are honestly very exciting to me.
- 11:32So we got William Eckland, whose line 2P1, Pavel Zacha, line 1P1,
- 11:37Tyler Bertuzzi line 1P1. So all these guys First off the
- 11:40bat have great deployment and are going to get you some good
- 11:43minutes. Like they're going to play over
- 11:4415 minutes, absolutely, probably around 18 to 20 minutes
- 11:47depending on the night. But I like echoing the most out
- 11:50of these guys because he's playing with celebrity.
- 11:52Like the line 2 is kind of like a fake line too, because I feel
- 11:54like the line with Selena is going to be the main one and
- 11:57also that P1 exposure, right? So you're all up in that.
- 12:01And I mean, listen, he's a you said it before, he's a really
- 12:03highly talented prospect. He was he was a breakout
- 12:06candidate you mentioned in previous episodes recently.
- 12:09So I really like him this upcoming weekend.
- 12:11He can be one of those guys that you know, stays on your roster
- 12:13longer than anticipated. Pavel Zacha, I mean, we've been
- 12:16through this with the line 1C4 Boston throughout the whole
- 12:19season. It was Lindholm and Zacha.
- 12:21You're not getting the most points production out of that
- 12:23position. But I mean, listen, you can
- 12:25still contribute and getting that P1 exposure playing with
- 12:27Pasternack on 5V5 and on the power play.
- 12:31So if you're looking for points, the shots can be scarce at
- 12:36times, but it's all about the deployment here and streaming
- 12:39those points, I think is a great, great candidate for that.
- 12:42And Tyler Bertuzzi, mean listen, playing with Bedard, he's gonna
- 12:44have his those games where it doesn't do much, but he's going
- 12:48to have games where he's getting you a goal, two goals, maybe
- 12:50even hat trick and some shots. So playing with Bidard, you
- 12:54gotta stream that line. 1P1 is gonna get the good deployment.
- 12:58I'd be looking at streaming him this upcoming week.
- 13:00Really good options all around. I think Eckland may be my
- 13:04favorite season long hold, except for the fact that this
- 13:07upcoming week Tyler Bertuzzi has two off night games, so I think
- 13:11that gives him a little bit of an edge but.
- 13:15If you can fit him in your lineup then obviously that make
- 13:18the pictures get a better suit your lineup for this upcoming
- 13:20week. Absolutely, yeah.
- 13:22And for the whole season, though, I'm with you on Eckland
- 13:24because everything you said, Zach, is the biggest question
- 13:28mark to me only because I don't like he's been so good cuz
- 13:33Pasternak's been so good. And Pasternak has just been like
- 13:37impossibly good. There's no way he could keep
- 13:39this up even though he was due for positive regression.
- 13:42He's not getting over two points per game rest of season, so
- 13:46that's why I'm a little bit scared of Zaka.
- 13:48But you know, if you want that exposure to Pasternack, which I
- 13:52can't blame you if you do, this is the easiest way to get it so.
- 13:57Yeah, you're streaming. You're gonna be streaming
- 13:58assists from Zaca, most likely. His shots are not something to
- 14:01be relied on. You can get to zero shots.
- 14:03You can get your three shots. That's kind of like his range.
- 14:05Most likely will get you one shot, if I'm being honest.
- 14:08But you're getting an exposure to pass and getting those
- 14:11assists. I mean, listen, if you're
- 14:12playing 18 to 20 minutes a night, you're on the ice for a
- 14:15lot of time playing with some good quality.
- 14:17That's kind of what we're trying to go at this point with these
- 14:19low rosters guys. Yep, exactly.
- 14:23Next we have Barrett Hayton, Kappo, Kakko, Jaden Schwartz and
- 14:28Kent Johnson that would kind of put together.
- 14:30So Barrett, Hayton, his deployment, he's been getting
- 14:32some line 1 exposure, line 2 exposure, but he's settled on
- 14:36line 2P2. So I would keep that in mind.
- 14:38He also plays four games this upcoming week.
- 14:40So that's, you know, gives a little bit of advantage over
- 14:43these other guys. But yeah, I mean, points and
- 14:46shots are going to be getting from him.
- 14:48If you're in the faceoff league is also valuable there.
- 14:50Pure C. So a lot of all of those players
- 14:52are already clustered, so you might not need as many pure sees
- 14:55as usual, but he's a good option.
- 14:57Couple Coco line 1P2. I mean, listen, the resurgence
- 15:01from getting traded off the Rangers feel like strikes yet
- 15:04again for another young player, but he's been really solid.
- 15:07You can expect some good points. And I mean, listen, the
- 15:09exposures are good. I'm surprised it's not on PP1,
- 15:11but I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up there.
- 15:15And James Ford is kind of in the same boat.
- 15:16You're screaming for points some he gets you some goals and
- 15:20shots. I mean, listen, he's not.
- 15:22He's susceptible to the odd straight zeros game.
- 15:25But at this point, a lot of players are in this kind of
- 15:28range of roster percentage. But Seattle has a good schedule.
- 15:31I would look into that. Who's your favorite of this
- 15:34three? Like just rest of season and
- 15:36this week. 'S rest of season, I think I
- 15:39wanna bet on Jaden Schwartz just because I think his number, like
- 15:43his ice time, is probably the most reliable.
- 15:46He's had the same deployment the whole season, basically.
- 15:49Kapooka has been really fun though, ever since he got here,
- 15:51and I think he has the highest potential.
- 15:53I think both of those guys overbearing.
- 15:55Hatton for sure. Hate.
- 15:56I feel like it's just on a hot streak right now, but I wouldn't
- 15:59expect it to last too long. But listen, he's obviously a
- 16:01streaming option while he's hot and we want to give you options,
- 16:04all positions, left wing centres, right wings,
- 16:06defensemen. So that's kind of we're trying
- 16:08to do here. But yeah, that's how I would
- 16:10rank them. I think the Seattle guys are a
- 16:11little bit better than Hayden. Yeah, same here.
- 16:15And I mentioned Ken Johnson. He's really, I feel like he's
- 16:19really significantly slowed down in the category coverage, but
- 16:22his points production seems really kind of consistent
- 16:25because he's playing in the top six, He's getting that P1
- 16:27exposure. So he's lying 2PP1 and he's kind
- 16:30of always ends up on the scoresheet somehow, but you're
- 16:33not really getting any shots or anything else, right?
- 16:35So depends what you're looking for.
- 16:36If your league severely, severely values, you know,
- 16:40points specifically if you're in a points league, then great.
- 16:42If you're in a category league, he's not as valuable obviously
- 16:45because he's not really contributing those banger
- 16:47categories or just other categories besides points.
- 16:50So less there. But if you need points, I mean,
- 16:52listen, there's not many guys on waivers that can be reliably,
- 16:55reliably streamed 4 points that are disaster percentage owned.
- 17:00Yeah, I agree. Let's run through these next
- 17:04names. So Michael Bunting, Chandler
- 17:06Stevenson, Morgan Geekie, Bobby McMahon.
- 17:10I like McMahon a lot, so he's getting some better deployment.
- 17:15Line 1P1. This won't stick when the virus
- 17:18comes back and Matthew Nice comes back, but monitor the
- 17:22situation there. If they're not going to be
- 17:24healthy by the time you listen to this and you're streaming for
- 17:26these upcoming week, make man's a great option because he always
- 17:29gets volume in terms of shots and hits when he's playing 6
- 17:33minutes. So it's great he can get good
- 17:35points. Morgan Geekie has been honestly
- 17:38really surprising how much he's producing.
- 17:40Clearly I'm playing against some disk current week and it's not
- 17:42going well for me. So it's always like that, right?
- 17:45But line 1P2 Chandler Stevenson I'm less high on.
- 17:50He doesn't really contribute in the categories as much.
- 17:52But listen, Seattle has a decent schedule and you need a pure C
- 17:55and he can get you those points. He's playing on P1, so you know
- 17:58that exposure in itself is worthy to take into account for
- 18:02this upcoming week. But he'd be my least rid of the
- 18:04bunch. And Michael Bunting, I mean,
- 18:05listen, he's had the same deployment for awhile.
- 18:07And he's he for some reason, he is super productive on the power
- 18:11play, whether that's because he's playing with Cindy Crosby
- 18:13and his role in the power play. But if I had this, anybody from
- 18:17this list and bank on a power play point, it's gonna be
- 18:19Michael Bunting. So it feels like every week is
- 18:21at least getting you one of those.
- 18:23And I would really look into that, especially with the Malkin
- 18:26injury. I think he's playing more
- 18:27minutes overall. So keep that in mind.
- 18:30But yeah. McMahon is my favorite for this
- 18:33week because he's not as power play one dependent as the
- 18:38others. So even though Michael Bunting
- 18:41is probably my favorite rest of season, like you said, if
- 18:43McMahon is still on power play one then it's just a bonus.
- 18:47It's really nice to have. You got 7 Shaws last game at the
- 18:50time of this recording, so I really like McMahon.
- 18:53More he just won't be line one when nice comes back.
- 18:56So that's that's the only thing. That's a longer term injury
- 18:59though. So I saw Matthew Knights was
- 19:02day-to-day, I believe. Oh, I thought maybe I'm
- 19:05mistaken, but yeah, it's really contingent on an injury
- 19:08situation if it is the same idea that going into this.
- 19:15Week, No, I was mistaken. You were right.
- 19:17Noises out longer term so until after the Four Nations faced
- 19:20off. So I will probably thinking of
- 19:22somebody else but yeah so McMahon the deployment on line
- 19:26one at least seems reliable. So like you said, great, great
- 19:29for that. Yeah, I know.
- 19:31And so you know when to virus is back, which is more is gonna
- 19:35come before NYS than what I think what happened is that
- 19:38patch already who is currently on power play, one would get
- 19:41bumped off and it would be Tavares, Nielander, Matthews,
- 19:44Marner and then if McMahon is the guy there.
- 19:47That is great. For the time being.
- 19:49Yeah, that's sneaky good value. Yeah, So to me of the bunch that
- 19:55you mentioned, I'm super duper high.
- 19:57McMahon, I really like it. And Morgan Geekie is just kind
- 20:00of like a. Poor man's Pablo Zaka from
- 20:02appoints perspective. They're benefiting from
- 20:04Pasternak being amazing, that's what it is.
- 20:07So yeah, bunting is. Great, Steven.
- 20:10Yeah. Stevenson to me is my least
- 20:12favorite, but all decent options as always.
- 20:15But that's kind of my priority, like the way I'd prioritize it.
- 20:20Will round out these point streamers with Tony D'Angelo,
- 20:23Morgan Frost and Evgeni Dadonov playing line 2 CPU 1, Morgan
- 20:29Frost line 1P2 and of getting the dawn of line 1P2.
- 20:34So we're really we're scraping the bottom of the barrel here
- 20:36trying to give you guys a lot of deep options.
- 20:39I think Tony DeAngelo was scooped proactively and a lot of
- 20:42leagues when the Dobson injury happened and he got signed from
- 20:45the KHL. We've spoken about him in in
- 20:48previous episodes on what we think his rest of season outlook
- 20:51is. I think for this upcoming week,
- 20:52you can feel confident streaming if you need a defenceman.
- 20:55Morgan Frost, he was really hot for a couple of weeks,
- 20:59definitely slowed down, but he still a valuable streaming only
- 21:02playing line 1. That's something to take into
- 21:06account. The lack of people you want
- 21:07exposure does hinder his overall potential, obviously, and
- 21:10probably why he slowed down a little bit.
- 21:12But if you need a pure C and you're in a deep league, I think
- 21:15he's a great name. And the donor's still playing
- 21:17line 1, so that's a great P2 exposure.
- 21:20I mean, listen, you can only ask for so much when you're seeing
- 21:22somebody that's that low owned. But if you need a really, really
- 21:26deep league, I think he's a good name for this upcoming week.
- 21:30Yeah, I agree. I mean, D'angelo's a huge wild
- 21:34card right now. We'll we'll see how that shakes
- 21:37out. But yeah, I mean, this, this is
- 21:40this is a really low roster player, so prioritize the other
- 21:44ones. But if you're in a pinch or a
- 21:47really deep league, you could do worse than these guys.
- 21:50All right, let's get into the banger streamers for this
- 21:53upcoming week. Yep.
- 21:55So to start off, we have Blake Coleman averaging 2 1/2 shots
- 22:00and 2.2 hits over the last 30 days.
- 22:03That's really, that's really nice.
- 22:05I mean, Colman's been interchangeable between point
- 22:08streamers and Bangor streamers for the past few weeks because
- 22:11he's just been great. Overall, if you're a Coleman
- 22:13owner, you're very happy. And I think for this week it's
- 22:16really great. Then we could we could move to
- 22:20Josh Norris, who has four games this week, .5 Pimms, 1.6 shots,
- 22:276.7 faceoffs and 2.6 hits. So this is this is an amazing
- 22:32option for Bangor categories. And I think that, yeah, I mean,
- 22:38even if you're league doesn't have faceoffs, it's still pretty
- 22:40valuable. But.
- 22:41The fact that he's left wing and gets those face offs, that's
- 22:44really nice. And then I'm going to round this
- 22:46one off with a guy who's got two off night games this week. 2.3
- 22:51shots, 3.4 hits. That's Will Cooley of the New
- 22:54York Rangers. You love Will Cooley.
- 22:57He's there. He's your boy.
- 22:58Will Cooley loves me. Yeah, I mean, I agree with
- 23:03everything you said. I mean, Josh Norris, he's been a
- 23:06banger management staple. Obviously we mentioned it a
- 23:08bunch of times, but he was injured.
- 23:10So we might have been dropped in some of your leagues.
- 23:12But in terms of pure seeds with better contributing in your
- 23:14banger leagues, he's one of the best.
- 23:16And right now it might be a buy low option 2 if you if he's not
- 23:19on your waivers and you can you can get him on your team that
- 23:21that be great. And will Cooley, I mean, listen,
- 23:24he's been banger stud the whole season.
- 23:26If he still on waivers in a banger league, you scoop them up
- 23:28if you need to stream for sure. And you can have some staying
- 23:30power as well. Yeah.
- 23:33And you know, with Cooley, he's he's now playing second line,
- 23:37which is relatively. New Rest in peace Chris Kreider.
- 23:40Yes, crazy, and he's also power play too.
- 23:43He's the centre, so that's interesting for faceoff
- 23:46opportunities if you're in a faceoff league.
- 23:48But really what it is with him is his Shaw Tits are amazing.
- 23:52These three players, to me, if you're in somewhat of a deep
- 23:56bangers league and they're not rostered, that should not be the
- 24:00case and you should absolutely be picking up these guys.
- 24:03They're fantastic for beggars leagues and good schedules this
- 24:06week, so it's a good time to pick them up.
- 24:09Then you got Brayden Schenn, who to me probably belongs in the
- 24:14points category because he's been so good.
- 24:15But let's mention him here because he's also amazing for
- 24:18bangers. You know, averaging .8 points,
- 24:201.8 shots, 2.1 hits and 8.4 face offs.
- 24:25That's. Basically a double double
- 24:27almost. Yeah, yeah, this is, this is
- 24:29like this is everything you could want in a banger League
- 24:35player. He's really good.
- 24:36Fabian Zetterlund 2.3 shots, 1.5 hits and Nikita Zadorov who is a
- 24:42Pimm's monster 2.4 over the past month averaging per game 1.2
- 24:47shots, 2.3 hits and 2.2 blocks. Yep, all great options.
- 24:53I mean, we're trying to give you guys players that can not only
- 24:57contribute in the Bangor categories, but are not going to
- 24:59be like completely zeros for points as well.
- 25:01Like we want you guys to pick up players are gonna be overall
- 25:03relevant and just more relevant in Bangor leagues.
- 25:06And I think these guys all fit the description right.
- 25:07I love Brayden Schenn. I think right now he's hot and
- 25:10he's always been the guy that's going to be a really solid and
- 25:12bangers league specifically with face off wins as well.
- 25:14That's even better. Zetterling also mean hovering
- 25:18over a double double. These guys are always going to
- 25:21be people that you look at when you're trying to stream four
- 25:23hits. Yes, that's that's it.
- 25:27And you know, if you're in a Pimms league, Todorov's a nice
- 25:29guy to have. But yeah, Shen to me is just
- 25:32been fantastic. So it's a good gutter roster
- 25:35moving forward. Then you got Jake Neighbors 1.4
- 25:38shots, 2.3 hits. Jordan Stall, who has been a
- 25:42points stud that's probably going to regress, but his 1.5
- 25:46shots, 10.7 faceoffs and 2.6 hits.
- 25:49I think that that could be here to stay.
- 25:51So it's really nice in a bangers league.
- 25:53And then one a waiver wire episode if we didn't mention our
- 25:59favorite matchup, Olivier 1.9 Pimms 3 in .5 hits and 1.2
- 26:04blocks over the past month. He's just always here.
- 26:07Can't get rid of him even if we wanted to so.
- 26:09He's just the best banger guy to stream and on.
- 26:13I feel we just need to mention him because he's not a household
- 26:15name, to be honest, right? So if you're just tuning in for
- 26:17one of these first times on our waiver episodes, Matthew
- 26:20Olivier, he's arguably one of the most consistent bangers in
- 26:23the entire NHL. Great streaming option, 4
- 26:27bangers for your fantasy leagues.
- 26:29Not many players are averaging that high and level of Pimms.
- 26:33If you're in a Pimms league, which there's not many out
- 26:36there, but if you are, he's great and 3.5 hits and 1.2
- 26:38blocks from a forward position is that combination of both
- 26:42together is honestly very difficult to find.
- 26:44So he's great. And Jordan Stall, I mean, I know
- 26:46you're the biggest Jordan Stall fan, so there's that.
- 26:49You definitely benefits from having a rod playing with the
- 26:52lines, and he always ends up playing with either Davis or
- 26:54Shikhov, which is great for his production because he's going to
- 26:56get a lot of those assists. And I mean, listen, when you're
- 27:00doing 2.6 hits and 1.5 shots, you get considered in these
- 27:03banger streamer episodes. So yeah.
- 27:06Yep and for we just got a few more options for you.
- 27:10Martin Pospisil also always here 3.8 hits but also 1.7 shots and
- 27:161.2 Pimms very good someone playing two off nights this week
- 27:20we have Ryan didn't night games this week we got Ryan Danato
- 27:24with two shots and 1.9 hits so close to a double double but
- 27:28also not bad with points as of late.
- 27:31Alexander Romanov, who is just. Like the best Baker in the
- 27:35entire league. Yeah, yeah, he's than an A
- 27:37monster lately, but he's also has .8 points that's gonna
- 27:41regress. So don't don't count on the
- 27:44points, but 1.4 shots, 1.9 hits, 2.6 blocks.
- 27:47So really good overall defenseman and someone I've
- 27:50never heard of Louis Crevier 1.3 shots, 2.1 hits, 1.5 blogs, but
- 27:56he's got two off night games. So that's really nice because
- 27:59he's not going to be rostered in too many leagues.
- 28:01And at the end of the day, you know you always want to have an
- 28:06option to pick up someone in a deeper league, so.
- 28:09Yeah. I mean prioritize the others,
- 28:11but still. Good to I mean, I think Romanov
- 28:13is one of the best Bangaly pickups you can do right now
- 28:16with how banged up but how banged up the island, the
- 28:20islands are. He's getting a lot more ice time
- 28:23and has really reflecting in his banger categories like he's
- 28:25averaging a lot more hits and blocks.
- 28:27He's also getting some points right now, but that won't really
- 28:30state this kind of just the icing on top of everything else.
- 28:34Donado. He honestly is just, you know, a
- 28:37victim of bad deployment. He could be so much better than
- 28:40he actually is, but he's still relevant for banger streamers.
- 28:43If you're in a deep league, just the points upside is just going
- 28:46to depend on where he's playing in the lineup that week and the
- 28:49week NBA. I mean, listen, we're going,
- 28:50we're scraping lower right here to give you some options, but
- 28:552.1 hits, 1.5 blocks, hovering over a double double for
- 28:58defenseman. That's that's great.
- 29:00Yep. Before moving on to goalies, I'm
- 29:03going to ask Kevin permission for our reputation stakers from
- 29:07the point section this week because it's your house that
- 29:09depends on it so. You have my permission.
- 29:12We have Jonathan Drouin, Adam Fantilli and Bobby McMahon.
- 29:18What do you think? I think these are the best guys
- 29:22to pick for this upcoming week. I think all of these guys have I
- 29:26would say I mean Joanne Chantilly have long staying
- 29:29potential. McMahon obviously we'll have
- 29:31we'll have a significant value as long as nice and antivirus
- 29:35are out. But I.
- 29:36See with nice coming back too depending but.
- 29:38Yeah, but I mean, all three of these guys I think are the best
- 29:42streaming options for this upcoming week.
- 29:44I would really try to get them on your roster.
- 29:46And yeah, you're getting one of almost every position, right
- 29:49left wing, right wing, disable Ventis Pure C and McMahon left
- 29:52wing. So no matter what you need, you
- 29:55can get with one of these guys. And I really want to have them
- 29:58on my team for this upcoming week.
- 30:00I think I will have a house next week.
- 30:01That's basically what I'm saying.
- 30:03Nice. We all hope so.
- 30:05Cool, let's move on to goalies. So these are goalies who are
- 30:09going to get three games this week.
- 30:11Well, at least two starts. But yeah, I mean, they're the
- 30:16yeah. So we got Jake Allen, he's gonna
- 30:20get 2 starts and New Jersey Devil is they're playing
- 30:23Pittsburgh, Vegas and Montreal. I like this.
- 30:28Vegas is the toughest matchup, but they've been a bit all over
- 30:30the place. Montreal also never know what
- 30:34they could do. But overall, New Jersey is a
- 30:36good team, even though they've been also a bit inconsistent.
- 30:39And Allen's, they're going out with Mark Surmount, so it's a
- 30:42good option for you. Yep, I agree with all of these.
- 30:46I think Alan should be rostered way more than he currently is.
- 30:48He's at 38% rostered for the starting goalie for I mean, the
- 30:53team that has Stanley Cup aspirations.
- 30:55He's still widely available. I mean, Vegas is a tough
- 30:57matchup. And I mean, listen, we've seen
- 31:00you jersey kind of be in a rocky position as of late.
- 31:03So they could win or lose any of these games, but he's gonna
- 31:05start all three of these games most likely and give you a
- 31:08better chance to win than not in most of these games.
- 31:10So I really like him. Samuel Ersen has been one of the
- 31:13hotter goalies recently, which is crazy, but clearly I'm
- 31:17playing against him before this week.
- 31:19So lovely. Like he has been so.
- 31:22Good with, yeah. His numbers are crazy and I just
- 31:24saw that he's replacing marks from the Four Nations face off
- 31:27so. Exactly.
- 31:28Show how elite his production has been.
- 31:30I really like him. For this week, he's playing
- 31:32Utah, Washington and Pittsburgh. Philly is just a competitive
- 31:36team in every game, right? And he, he's looking like he's a
- 31:39solid goalie. So yeah, you're getting three
- 31:43starts most likely, but also you could get some strong quality.
- 31:48Yeah, exactly. I mean, they play Tuesday,
- 31:50Thursday, Saturday, no, back-to-back.
- 31:52So I'd expect them to get all those three games.
- 31:53Washington's a very tough team, but if Linger's playing, maybe
- 31:56they could win. And yeah, Utah and Pittsburgh
- 32:00are both totally beatable. So I really like Person for this
- 32:03week and then Dobb's. Dobesh.
- 32:07Thanks. Sorry, Dobesh.
- 32:09Don't insult the check your native like that.
- 32:12Yeah, I'd say I better check myself.
- 32:17Wow, you're still muted and. Not that hurts.
- 32:23Ha ha ha ha. Thank you.
- 32:26Thank you. We could we could edit out half
- 32:27of those Hawks because that was long.
- 32:28But that's fine, keep them in. But yeah, Jacob or Jacob, I
- 32:33don't know that part, Dobesh. So he's gonna get 2 starts this
- 32:36week because Habs play 2 back to backs, San Jose and LA and then
- 32:41also New Jersey and Tampa. So if he gets like the San Jose
- 32:45game, which is they could win and probably the New Jersey game
- 32:50is easier than Tampa as of late, but I don't know.
- 32:52But anyway, I like him versus a you know, I like him two starts.
- 32:57But to me this out of this list I'm taking Harrison easy.
- 33:01Yep, I mean essentially Ross and more than he currently is, but
- 33:05the but the bash 22% owned he was currently he I mean he was
- 33:09dropped after he lost his first game in the NHL against New
- 33:12Jersey last week. But I mean I would I would be
- 33:16very comfortable streaming him this upcoming week.
- 33:17You know you're getting two starts and the haves can beat
- 33:22any team. Listen, they're prone to
- 33:24conceding goals and that's unfortunate and especially with
- 33:27losing a kid and gully, that'll be even more difficult for them.
- 33:30But he's proven to be a good goalie and he can get you
- 33:34quality even if even if the Habs end up losing.
- 33:36So I'd be comfortable streaming in for two goalie stars this
- 33:39upcoming week. Yep.
- 33:41And then for a quality start. So this is someone who's going
- 33:43to get one start this week. You have Casey De Smith if he
- 33:47gets San Jose and not the LA Kings.
- 33:50Yeah, I mean, Dallas is a good team and he should be able to
- 33:55beat the Sharks. Calvin Pickard playing either
- 33:58Chicago or Saint Louis. Edmonton should win both of
- 34:02those, so it's good to have him there.
- 34:04And someone who hasn't been mentioned in Wow, it's been a
- 34:07long time. Justice is served on Noonan
- 34:10playing either Chicago or Buffalo.
- 34:13Yep, I mean, a lot of these back to backs have some good
- 34:16opportunities here. I think Dallas is a great team,
- 34:19right? So you'll you'll want to be able
- 34:20to stream the Dallas goalie anytime you can.
- 34:22LA obviously is a hard matchup. So but if he gets San Jose, I
- 34:26would definitely stream him against LA.
- 34:28I probably wouldn't if you're looking for a quality start.
- 34:31But Calvin Pickard, I mean, it's gonna be favored against Chicago
- 34:33and Saint Louis. We've seen both of those teams
- 34:35can pull out a win. But if I'm looking for a quality
- 34:38start, I rely on Picard depending on which game he plays
- 34:41and use this in Newnan. I was honestly kind of been low
- 34:46key better than Syros as of a very lately but but Chicago and
- 34:52Buffalo 2 very winnable games for the Nashville Predators.
- 34:54I'd be looking to stream on either of those games.
- 34:58So just make sure you're paying attention to which game these
- 35:00guys play and stream them accordingly.
- 35:04Yep, cool. So that wraps it up for this
- 35:08week's Waiver Wire episode. Are you OK, everybody?
- 35:13Yeah, sorry, I paused. Thank you to everybody.
- 35:15I lagged, if you will. But thanks everybody for joining
