- 0:11Speaker 1: turning our attention to the deposition of Courtney Wilde. Now
- 0:16Speaker 1: the man who's in charge of this deposition, the one
- 0:19Speaker 1: asking the questions, is Jack Goldberger, who is a lawyer
- 0:23Speaker 1: for Jeffrey Epstein. So when I say question, that's Jack Goldberger.
- 0:27Speaker 1: asking the questions, and when I say answer, that's Courtney
- 0:30Speaker 1: doing the answering. And if anybody else joins in with
- 0:34Speaker 1: asking questions or answering, I'll make sure to notate that
- 0:37Speaker 1: as well. So, let's get to it. Question, Goldberger. Okay,
- 0:44Speaker 1: would you state your name for the record, please? Answer,
- 0:47Speaker 1: Courtney Elizabeth Wilde. Question, do you go by another name? Answer, yeah,

- 1:48Speaker 1: do you know what it was? Answer, just robbery. Question,
- 1:51Speaker 1: just a plain robbery. Answer, yes. Question, okay. And he
- 1:56Speaker 1: was sentenced as a habitual offender. Answer, yes. Question, correct. Answer, yes. Question,
- 2:03Speaker 1: do you know what it means to be a habitual offender? Answer, yeah. Question,
- 2:07Speaker 1: what does it mean? Answer, that he's had a history.
- 2:10Speaker 1: He has history, you know. Question, do you know what
- 2:12Speaker 1: his history is? Answer, well, the first time he went
- 2:16Speaker 1: to prison, he was convicted for robbery as well, I believe. Question, okay,
- 2:21Speaker 1: were you married to him? When he was convicted of
- 2:24Speaker 1: the robbery that has him in the Sewanee Correctional Institution now? Answer, yes. Question, okay,
- 2:30Speaker 1: and do you know what his sentence is? Answer, he
- 2:33Speaker 1: was sentenced to 13 years. Question, okay, were you living
- 2:37Speaker 1: with him when the robbery that had him convicted and
- 2:40Speaker 1: sentenced to 13 years took place? Answer, yeah. Question, and
- 2:44Speaker 1: where were you living then? Answer, in Delray Beach. Question,
- 2:49Speaker 1: and what was the address there? Answer, I can't remember
- 2:52Speaker 1: the address offhand. Question, okay. So, Brant Moody was convicted
- 2:56Speaker 1: in Palm Beach County for robbery? Answer, yes. Question, and
- 3:02Speaker 1: sentenced as the habitual offender? Answer, correct. Question, okay. And
- 3:07Speaker 1: I'm sorry if I asked you this already, but do
- 3:09Speaker 1: you know when that took place? Answer, about five years ago. Question, okay. So,
- 3:15Speaker 1: you were not yet in custody on your trafficking case? Answer, correct. Question, okay.
- 3:21Speaker 1: And you and Mr. Moody have a child. Is that correct? Answer, yes. Question, okay.
- 3:28Speaker 1: And your child was born in prison? Answer, no. My
- 3:31Speaker 1: child's five years old. Question, okay. Have you been married
- 3:35Speaker 1: to anyone else other than Mr. Moody? Answer, no. Question,
- 3:40Speaker 1: any other marriages in your life? Answer, no. Question, okay.
- 3:44Speaker 1: What is the sentence that you are serving now, Ms. Wilde? Answer,
- 3:48Speaker 1: a 36-month sentence. Question, okay, and what were you convicted of? Answer, trafficking,
- 3:54Speaker 1: violation of probation, and petty theft. Question, okay, you were
- 3:58Speaker 1: convicted of trafficking in amphetamines? Answer, yes. Question, okay, and
- 4:03Speaker 1: do you know what drug in particular you were convicted
- 4:06Speaker 1: of trafficking in? Answer, methamphetamine, amphetamines. Question, what county were
- 4:12Speaker 1: you convicted of trafficking in amphetamines? Answer, Hillsborough. Question, okay. Answer, Tampa, Florida. Question, okay,
- 4:22Speaker 1: and you were convicted of trafficking in more than 28
- 4:25Speaker 1: grams of methamphetamine? Answer, no, actually, it wasn't more than
- 4:29Speaker 1: 28 grams. That's what I was booked on. But it
- 4:32Speaker 1: was under 28 grams when I pled out. Question, but
- 4:35Speaker 1: you pled to trafficking, correct? Answer, correct. That's correct. Question,
- 4:41Speaker 1: what does trafficking mean? Answer, selling drugs, basically. Question, okay,
- 4:44Speaker 1: so you were convicted of selling drugs? Answer, well, trafficking, right. Question, okay,
- 4:50Speaker 1: but trafficking means selling drugs. Answer, correct. Question, you entered
- 4:55Speaker 1: a guilty plea to something, did you not? Answer, correct. Question,
- 4:59Speaker 1: and you stood in front of a judge and told
- 5:01Speaker 1: the judge that you were guilty. Did you not? Answer,
- 5:05Speaker 1: I did. Question, and you told the judge that you
- 5:08Speaker 1: were guilty of selling drugs, is that correct? Answer, yes,
- 5:11Speaker 1: if that's how you want to word it, yes. Question, well,
- 5:14Speaker 1: you tell me how you want to word it. You
- 5:17Speaker 1: can word it any way you want to. Answer, yes,
- 5:20Speaker 1: I told him I was guilty of trafficking, selling methamphetamine. Answer, okay,
- 5:25Speaker 1: and the trafficking in methamphetamine had a significance because it
- 5:28Speaker 1: carried a minimum mandatory sentence with it, did it not? Answer, right. Question,
- 5:34Speaker 1: and do you know what I mean when I say
- 5:35Speaker 1: mandatory minimum sentence? Answer, yes. Question, okay, what does it mean? Answer,
- 5:42Speaker 1: that I had to do, it was three years that
- 5:46Speaker 1: I had a minimum mandatory of three years. Question, so
- 5:49Speaker 1: the judge could think you were the nicest person in
- 5:52Speaker 1: the world and he had to give you three years
- 5:54Speaker 1: in prison. Answer, correct. Question, okay. And you negotiated a
- 5:59Speaker 1: guilty plea to that trafficking case? Answer, yes. Question, you
- 6:03Speaker 1: had a lawyer representing you, did you not? Answer, I did. Question. Okay,
- 6:09Speaker 1: did you have a court-appointed lawyer or did you have
- 6:11Speaker 1: a private paid lawyer? Answer, no, I had a private attorney. Question, okay.
- 6:16Speaker 1: And that private attorney negotiated the plea for you, correct? Answer, correct. Question, okay,
- 6:23Speaker 1: and do you know that you could be facing up
- 6:25Speaker 1: to 30 years on that trafficking case? Answer, I think
- 6:28Speaker 1: it was like seven years. I could have gotten was
- 6:31Speaker 1: seven years. It went down to three. Question, okay, your
- 6:36Speaker 1: understanding is that the maximum you could have been sentenced
- 6:39Speaker 1: to on the trafficking case that you pled guilty to
- 6:41Speaker 1: was seven years in prison? Answer, correct. Question, and your
- 6:45Speaker 1: lawyer told you that? Brad Edwards, I object. Goldberger, you
- 6:51Speaker 1: don't need to answer that question. That's fine. Okay. Your
- 6:54Speaker 1: understanding was that you could only be sentenced to seven
- 6:57Speaker 1: years in prison. Answer. When I first was booked on
- 7:00Speaker 1: the charge and I went to the first appearance, the
- 7:03Speaker 1: first judge you see at first appearance told me it
- 7:06Speaker 1: was a minimum mandatory of seven years. Question. Okay. Answer.
- 7:10Speaker 1: So that's what I was told. Question. Right. So I'm
- 7:13Speaker 1: not talking about the minimum mandatory. I'm talking about the
- 7:16Speaker 1: statutory maximum was for the offense for which you entered
- 7:20Speaker 1: into a plea negotiation. Answer with trafficking charges. It's about
- 7:24Speaker 1: the weight of the drug. And because I had 28 grams,
- 7:27Speaker 1: it was a seven year minimum mandatory. Now, when I
- 7:31Speaker 1: sat in county and I fought it for 10 months,
- 7:33Speaker 1: when they went back and tested the drugs, it wasn't
- 7:36Speaker 1: 28 grams. It was under 28 grams. So I took
- 7:39Speaker 1: a guilty charge, pleaded guilty to trafficking, selling drugs or methamphetamines,
- 7:45Speaker 1: and took 36 months. Okay, my question though, this is
- 7:50Speaker 1: Goldberger again, putting aside the minimum mandatory, do you know
- 7:55Speaker 1: what the statutory maximum is? Do you know what I
- 7:58Speaker 1: mean when I say statutory maximum? Answer, no. Question, okay,
- 8:03Speaker 1: now you say that you fought and contested that charge
- 8:06Speaker 1: for 10 months. Answer, correct. Question, okay, so you told
- 8:10Speaker 1: the judge for 10 months that you were not guilty
- 8:12Speaker 1: of the offense, correct? Objection by Mr. Scarola. Objection. Leading.
- 8:19Speaker 1: The witness. I don't know how to. Mr. Scarola. Objection. Pleading. Goldberger.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Did you tell the judge that you were guilty of
- 8:27Speaker 1: the offense for 10 months? Answer. Correct. Scarola. Objection. Leading. Goldberger. Question.
- 8:35Speaker 1: And after 10 months, did you enter a guilty plea? Answer. Yes. Question. Okay,
- 8:40Speaker 1: so after 10 months of saying that you were not guilty,
- 8:43Speaker 1: you stood in front of a judge. Was it the
- 8:45Speaker 1: same judge, by the way? Answer, yes. Scorola, objection, compound,
- 8:50Speaker 1: and leading. Question, okay, did you tell the judge that
- 8:55Speaker 1: in fact you were guilty of selling drugs? Answer, so
- 8:58Speaker 1: when I was booked, if you could see the charges
- 9:00Speaker 1: that I was booked to, when I pled guilty, I
- 9:03Speaker 1: wasn't charged with all those charges that I was first
- 9:06Speaker 1: booked on. But yes, I pleaded guilty after 10 months. Question. Okay. Answer.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Of seeing the same judge. Yes, I did. Question. Well,
- 9:15Speaker 1: in addition to pleading guilty to trafficking in drugs and
- 9:18Speaker 1: selling drugs, you also pled guilty to violation of probation. Answer. Correct. Question.
- 9:25Speaker 1: And in fact, you were on probation for theft for stealing.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Were you not? Answer. Correct. Mr. Scrolla. Objection. Leading. Question.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Were you on probation for theft? Answer. Yes, I was. Question. Okay.
- 9:40Speaker 1: And were you on probation for felony theft? Answer. There
- 9:43Speaker 1: is a possibility. Yes. Question. Okay. Answer. I'm sure I was. Question. Okay.
- 9:50Speaker 1: You sure you were? Answer. Yes, I was. Question. Why
- 9:54Speaker 1: are you sure you were on probation for felony theft? Answer,
- 9:58Speaker 1: let me go back. I was on probation for felony theft. Question,
- 10:02Speaker 1: and the reason why you were on probation for felony
- 10:05Speaker 1: theft is that you had so many convictions of petty theft. Answer, correct. Scarola,
- 10:12Speaker 1: objection leading. Goldberger question. Was there another charge that you
- 10:16Speaker 1: were also charged with and pled guilty to when you
- 10:19Speaker 1: were sentenced to three years in the state Florida Department
- 10:22Speaker 1: of Corrections? Answer. It was the trafficking violation of probation
- 10:26Speaker 1: and petty theft question and the petty theft answer. Correct. Question. Okay.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Did you plead guilty to that petty theft? Answer. Yes. Question.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Was that a crime of dishonesty? Answer. Was it a
- 10:41Speaker 1: crime of dishonesty? Question. Yeah. Answer. I mean, she gets
- 10:46Speaker 1: interrupted by Scarola. Excuse me. I'm going to object to
- 10:50Speaker 1: the extent in question calls for legal conclusion. Goldberger. Okay.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Did you do something dishonest when you stole and got
- 10:57Speaker 1: convicted of petty theft? Answer. Sure. Question. Okay. What was it?
- 11:04Speaker 1: He gets interrupted by Scarola. Same objection. Goldberger goes on.
- 11:09Speaker 1: What was it that you did? That was dishonest when
- 11:12Speaker 1: you stole and pled guilty to the petty theft. Answer,
- 11:16Speaker 1: I took something that wasn't mine. Question, and what did
- 11:18Speaker 1: you take? Answer, I can't remember right now. Question, because
- 11:22Speaker 1: there were so many of them. Answer, no, I just
- 11:25Speaker 1: can't remember exactly what I took. Question, did you have
- 11:29Speaker 1: a bond when you were arrested for selling, trafficking, and amphetamines? Answer, yes,
- 11:34Speaker 1: I did. Question, I don't remember how much it was. Answer,
- 11:37Speaker 1: I don't remember how much it was. Question, did you
- 11:40Speaker 1: try and post bond at all? Answer, no. Question, okay,
- 11:44Speaker 1: did you have the money to post bond? Answer, no. Okay,
- 11:49Speaker 1: and if I tell you that the bond was $ 25, 000,
- 11:52Speaker 1: did you have $ 2, 500 to post bond? Answer, correct. Question,
- 11:58Speaker 1: who is your lawyer on the case? Answer, Julian Hayes. Question,
- 12:03Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Julian? Answer, Julian Hayes, yes. Question, okay, is
- 12:08Speaker 1: that a man or a female? Answer, a man. Question, okay.
- 12:12Speaker 1: And he was retained as a lawyer on your part? Answer, yes. Question, okay.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Did you hire a lawyer? Answer, yes. Question, did Mr.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Edwards assist you in the matter? Answer, no. All right,
- 12:26Speaker 1: so we're going to wrap up right here. And in
- 12:27Speaker 1: the next episode, we're going to pick up where we
- 12:29Speaker 1: left off. All of the information that goes with this
- 12:32Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone?
- 12:37Speaker 1: And welcome to another episode of Of the Epstein Chronicles.
- 12:41Speaker 1: In this episode, we're going to pick up where we
- 12:42Speaker 1: left off with the Courtney Wilde deposition. Question. Now, have
- 12:48Speaker 1: you been at this correctional institution? I say this correctional institution.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I think it's called Gadsden. Is that what it's called? Answer. Uh-huh. Question. Gadsden.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Correctional institution. Answer. Yes. Question. Have you been there since
- 13:03Speaker 1: your sentence? Answer. Yeah. Well, when I was first sentenced,
- 13:07Speaker 1: they took me to RNO. Question, what's that? Answer, RNO
- 13:12Speaker 1: is where they bring everybody that gets sentenced to prison,
- 13:15Speaker 1: and they basically show you how to be a prisoner
- 13:17Speaker 1: for about two months. And then they ship you to
- 13:19Speaker 1: whatever compound you're going to. So I stayed at RNO,
- 13:23Speaker 1: which is a compound in Ocala, for two months, and
- 13:26Speaker 1: then I was shipped here. Question, and you go to
- 13:29Speaker 1: this RNO to learn how to be a prisoner? Answer, yeah,
- 13:32Speaker 1: basically that's where they show you how to live in
- 13:35Speaker 1: these conditions, basically. Question, I see, okay. And you've been
- 13:39Speaker 1: here ever since, leaving RNO? Answer, yes. Question, in Ocala? Answer, yes. Question, okay,
- 13:46Speaker 1: when is your projected release date, Ms. Wilde? Answer, my,
- 13:51Speaker 1: it's October 12th, 2018. Question, okay, is that subject to change?
- 13:56Speaker 1: Or is that kind of cast in stone because of
- 13:58Speaker 1: the minimum mandatory sentence? Answer, no, that's going to be
- 14:03Speaker 1: my release date. Question, okay. So on October 12th of 2018,
- 14:08Speaker 1: how much of the three-year minimum mandatory sentence, the minimum
- 14:11Speaker 1: sentence you could have received, will you have served? Answer.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I'll do two and a half years on three years. Question. Okay.
- 14:19Speaker 1: And the plea bargain that your lawyer, Hayes, is that
- 14:22Speaker 1: the name? Answer. Uh-huh. Mr. Hayes negotiated for you was
- 14:26Speaker 1: the minimum sentence that you could receive. Is that correct? Answer. Yes. Question. Okay,
- 14:33Speaker 1: and what was your arrest date on the trafficking in drugs? Answer,
- 14:37Speaker 1: it was April of 2016. Question, okay, without telling me.
- 14:42Speaker 1: What he may have told you, did you consult with Mr.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Edwards at any time after your arrest in April of 2016? Answer,
- 14:49Speaker 1: about the case, about the trafficking case? Question, yes. Answer, no. Question, okay,
- 14:55Speaker 1: the theft that you had placed on probation? Based on
- 14:57Speaker 1: the records I'm reviewing, took place in November, actually November
- 15:01Speaker 1: 9th of 2015. Scarola, object to the form of the question.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Scarola continues, excuse me, object to the form of the question.
- 15:12Speaker 1: It's leading and it references documents not in evidence. Question
- 15:16Speaker 1: by Goldberger, do you remember that arrest? Answer, yes. Question, okay,
- 15:21Speaker 1: and what were you charged with having stolen? Answer, it
- 15:24Speaker 1: was petty theft. I don't remember what. Question, you don't
- 15:27Speaker 1: remember what you stole? Answer, no. Question, do you remember
- 15:31Speaker 1: what store you stole from? Answer, it was Walmart. Question, Walmart? Answer, uh-huh. Question,
- 15:37Speaker 1: do you have any other convictions from having stolen from Walmart? Answer, yeah. Yes,
- 15:42Speaker 1: I do. Question, okay. I want to talk to you
- 15:44Speaker 1: about your criminal record for a little while. Do you
- 15:47Speaker 1: remember the first time you were ever convicted of a crime? Answer, no. Question,
- 15:54Speaker 1: do you remember how old you were? Answer, no, I don't. Question,
- 15:58Speaker 1: do you know how many times you have been convicted
- 16:00Speaker 1: of a crime? Answer, no, I don't. Question, have you
- 16:04Speaker 1: ever testified as to the number of times you've been
- 16:06Speaker 1: convicted of a crime? Answer, no. Question, you've never testified
- 16:11Speaker 1: to that? Answer, said how many times I've been convicted
- 16:14Speaker 1: to a crime? Question, yes, ma'am. Answer, not to my knowledge. Question, okay.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Do you remember being deposed in the past? Do you not? Answer, yes. Question, okay.
- 16:25Speaker 1: And Mr. Edwards was your attorney? Answer, yes. Question, and
- 16:29Speaker 1: he was sitting there. Answer, okay. Question, and it took place, actually,
- 16:35Speaker 1: in May of 2010. Do you remember that? Answer, yes. Question, okay.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Have you had an opportunity to review that deposition since
- 16:43Speaker 1: it was given? Answer, no. I haven't looked at it
- 16:46Speaker 1: or read it or anything, no. Question, you've never read
- 16:50Speaker 1: that deposition? Answer, no, I haven't. Question, okay. Do you
- 16:53Speaker 1: recall having been asked questions about your convictions at the
- 16:57Speaker 1: deposition in May of 2010? Answer, there were so many questions,
- 17:02Speaker 1: I can't remember exactly if that question, I'm sure. I'm
- 17:05Speaker 1: sure if it was, I don't remember. Question, okay. And
- 17:09Speaker 1: you don't remember answering questions about how many times you've
- 17:12Speaker 1: been convicted of a crime back in May of 2010? Answer, no. Question, okay.
- 17:18Speaker 1: I asked you about your convictions from stealing from Walmart,
- 17:21Speaker 1: and your testimony, I think, was that you've stolen from
- 17:24Speaker 1: Walmart before this most recent case. Is that correct? Answer, yes. Question, okay,
- 17:30Speaker 1: do you remember a case back in June of 2009,
- 17:33Speaker 1: June 4th of 2009, when you pled guilty to petty
- 17:37Speaker 1: theft for having stolen 38 items, 38 items from Walmart? Answer, yes,
- 17:42Speaker 1: I do remember that. Question, tell me what you remember
- 17:45Speaker 1: about the case. Answer, I went to jail. For stealing
- 17:48Speaker 1: from Walmart? Question, do you remember what you stole? Answer, no. Question, okay,
- 17:55Speaker 1: but that one sticks in your mind. Answer, well, it does.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Now that you brought it up, yeah. Question, I see.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Do you remember a conviction or an arrest for battery
- 18:03Speaker 1: concerning someone by the name of Deanna Cornelius? Answer, yes. Question, okay,
- 18:10Speaker 1: who is Deanna Cornelius? Answer, I don't know who she was.
- 18:14Speaker 1: I don't know her as a person. I didn't even
- 18:16Speaker 1: know her. Question, you know her name though? Answer, yeah.
- 18:19Speaker 1: I don't know the name by memory, but I know
- 18:21Speaker 1: who you're talking about. The incident that you're talking about. Question,
- 18:26Speaker 1: what incident am I talking about? Answer, I got into
- 18:30Speaker 1: an altercation with somebody when I went out one night. Question, okay.

- 18:41Speaker 1: Was it platinum gold? Answer, yes. Question, okay. Question. Were
- 18:47Speaker 1: you working at Platinum Gold when you had the altercation
- 18:50Speaker 1: with Deanna Cornelius? Answer. No. Question. You weren't working as
- 18:54Speaker 1: a bartender and a stripper? Answer. I was when the
- 18:58Speaker 1: incident occurred. I was not working at the moment. No. Question.
- 19:01Speaker 1: I see. Answer. I did work there, but I wasn't
- 19:04Speaker 1: working at that moment. Question. Okay. When you got arrested
- 19:08Speaker 1: for the battery at Platinum Gold, were you using the
- 19:10Speaker 1: name Courtney Wilde or were you using an alias? Do
- 19:13Speaker 1: you know what I mean when I say an alias? Answer. Yeah.
- 19:16Speaker 1: It was a stage name. I think it was when
- 19:19Speaker 1: they came and arrested me. I was working, but the
- 19:21Speaker 1: incident happened like two or like the night or two
- 19:24Speaker 1: nights prior or something like that. Question. Okay. And what
- 19:28Speaker 1: stage name were you using? Answer. I can't remember. Answer.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Did you ever use the name Taylor? Is that the
- 19:34Speaker 1: name you used? Answer. Yeah. Question. Okay. And was that
- 19:38Speaker 1: the name you were using when you were arrested for
- 19:40Speaker 1: battery on Deanna Cornelius? Answer. Yeah. When they came and
- 19:44Speaker 1: arrested me, that was the stage name that I was
- 19:47Speaker 1: working under, the name Taylor. Question, okay. Answer, yeah. Question, okay,
- 19:49Speaker 1: so you were visiting that club. Not working the night
- 19:52Speaker 1: the incident took place. Answer, correct. Question, okay, and then
- 19:56Speaker 1: two nights later, you were working there. Under the alias Taylor,
- 20:00Speaker 1: is that correct? Answer, correct. Question, okay, and the incident
- 20:04Speaker 1: that took place, the allegation... was that you struck Miss
- 20:07Speaker 1: Cornelius with a purse containing a can of Slim Fast.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Is that correct? Mr. Scarola, objection leading. Courtney Wilde, no,
- 20:17Speaker 1: none of that's true. I took the case to trial
- 20:20Speaker 1: and I beat it. The lady said a lot of
- 20:22Speaker 1: things that weren't true. And if you noticed, I was
- 20:24Speaker 1: never convicted. That's one of the cases I was never
- 20:27Speaker 1: convicted of, so... Question, okay, how many other cases have
- 20:32Speaker 1: you been convicted, arrested for in your life that you
- 20:34Speaker 1: haven't been convicted of? Answer, I'm not sure. Question, okay,
- 20:38Speaker 1: do you remember being arrested for aggravated battery? Question, I
- 20:42Speaker 1: believe that was the time I was arrested for aggravated battery.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Was with that lady. Question, oh, the Slim Fast case. With,
- 20:51Speaker 1: with an, he gets cut off by Courtney. I don't
- 20:54Speaker 1: even know anything about a Slim Fast. Question, okay. But
- 20:58Speaker 1: when you ask about aggravated robbery, your recollection, is that
- 21:02Speaker 1: it involved the case with Cornelius? Answer, Yeah. Question. Okay.
- 21:07Speaker 1: All right. Have you been arrested for possession of cocaine
- 21:10Speaker 1: before and convicted actually? Sclerola objection compound. Question. Have you
- 21:16Speaker 1: been convicted of possession of cocaine? Answer. No. Question. Have
- 21:21Speaker 1: you been arrested for possession of cocaine? Answer. I don't
- 21:24Speaker 1: believe so. Question. Okay. Do you remember in June of
- 21:27Speaker 1: 2007 being arrested for possession of cocaine? Answer. Okay. So
- 21:33Speaker 1: maybe I was. I can't remember. Question. Okay. How many
- 21:37Speaker 1: times have you been in jail in your life? Answer,
- 21:39Speaker 1: I don't know. Question, did you know back in May
- 21:42Speaker 1: of 2010 when you gave a deposition? Answer, I'm not sure. Question,
- 21:47Speaker 1: what's the longest amount of time you've ever been in jail? Answer,
- 21:50Speaker 1: right now. Question, okay, prior to this time that you're
- 21:54Speaker 1: spending in jail now, what was the longest amount of
- 21:56Speaker 1: time you've ever had to spend in jail? Answer, six months. Question, okay,
- 22:01Speaker 1: and what was that for? Answer, grand theft. Question, okay,
- 22:05Speaker 1: and where did that take place? Answer, the Grand Theft Charges.
- 22:08Speaker 1: I believe it was Walmart, actually. Question, that was the
- 22:11Speaker 1: right answer. A bad question. What county were you convicted in? Answer,
- 22:16Speaker 1: Palm Beach County. Question, okay. And you served six months
- 22:19Speaker 1: in jail for that? Answer, yes. Question, because it was
- 22:23Speaker 1: not your first offense, right? Answer, correct. Scarola, objection, leading.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Question by Goldberger. How many offenses have you, how many
- 22:32Speaker 1: convictions have you had prior to the one in which
- 22:35Speaker 1: you served six months in the Palm Beach County Jail? Answer.
- 22:38Speaker 1: It was a total of three grand thefts that I
- 22:41Speaker 1: served six months on. If that's what you're asking. Question.
- 22:45Speaker 1: So you pled to three grand thefts? Answer. Correct. Question.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Three different time periods though? Answer. Yes. Question. Okay. So
- 22:53Speaker 1: you pled to three at one time? Answer. Correct. Question.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Entered into plea negotiation? Answer, I can't. I mean, it was,
- 23:02Speaker 1: I can't remember exactly the year, but yes, I believe
- 23:05Speaker 1: so though. Question, okay, who represented you on those cases? Answer,
- 23:10Speaker 1: public defender. Question, okay, and you were looking at perhaps
- 23:13Speaker 1: more than six months in jail for those three offenses
- 23:16Speaker 1: for which you were charged? Answer, I can't remember. Question,
- 23:20Speaker 1: you don't know? Answer, right. Question, but you certainly know
- 23:23Speaker 1: that you entered into plea negotiation, right? Answer, correct. Question,
- 23:28Speaker 1: when you were deposed in May of 2010, you indicated
- 23:31Speaker 1: that you had been convicted of crimes maybe four times,
- 23:34Speaker 1: perhaps three times. Scarola, object to the form of the
- 23:38Speaker 1: question misleading and proper impeachment. Mr. Goldberger, does that seem
- 23:42Speaker 1: to be accurate? Scarola, objects once again. Same objections. Courtney Wilde,
- 23:49Speaker 1: I can't remember. I can't remember what I said at
- 23:52Speaker 1: the deposition. Question, would it refresh your memory to look
- 23:55Speaker 1: at the deposition? Would it help you? Answer, no, I mean,
- 23:59Speaker 1: are there going to be more questions about the deposition
- 24:01Speaker 1: that I took? Question, probably. Answer, okay, sure. So if
- 24:06Speaker 1: you want to put it here and I can go back,
- 24:08Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know. Question, okay, so let me
- 24:11Speaker 1: first start by asking you to look at page 286
- 24:14Speaker 1: of the deposition and see if it refreshes your memory. Scorola,
- 24:19Speaker 1: do you have an extra copy? Goldberger, I don't, I'm sorry. Brewer,
- 24:23Speaker 1: I think I've got one. Scarola, pardon me. Brewer, I
- 24:26Speaker 1: think I got one. Scarola, okay. We'll just wait for
- 24:31Speaker 1: a minute. Which page are you on? Goldberger, 286. Goldberger,
- 24:35Speaker 1: so what I'd like you to do is read page
- 24:38Speaker 1: 286 and ask you if it refreshes your memory as
- 24:41Speaker 1: to how many times that you've been convicted of a crime. Mr. Skrola,
- 24:47Speaker 1: I'm going to object. This is improper use of a deposition,
- 24:50Speaker 1: which indicates that there was no answer to that question
- 24:53Speaker 1: at the time. How many times have you been convicted
- 24:56Speaker 1: of a crime? Answer, I'm not sure. Goldberger just keeps
- 25:00Speaker 1: going on. Read the next page if you would, ma'am.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Courtney Wilde, 287. Goldberger, I want you to have all
- 25:07Speaker 1: the context that you need, so read as much as
- 25:09Speaker 1: you need to, to see if it refreshes your recollection
- 25:12Speaker 1: as to how many times you've been convicted of a crime.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Courtney Wilde, at this point in time, Mr. Goldberger, yes ma'am,
- 25:21Speaker 1: but we know that there's been a lot more since then, right?
- 25:25Speaker 1: The witness, okay, so, but she gets cut off by
- 25:27Speaker 1: Scarola again. Excuse me, I'm going to object. Argumentative. Goldberger, okay. Scarola, leading.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Courtney Wilde, it says either convicted or pleaded guilty to
- 25:39Speaker 1: a crime, maybe four times. Scarola, read the entire answer
- 25:43Speaker 1: if you would, please. Miss Wilde, And if you could
- 25:47Speaker 1: read it out loud, please. Since you've read a portion
- 25:50Speaker 1: of it out loud, page 296, starting at line 19.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Courtney Wilde, it says, what page is it? 286. Scarola, 286,
- 25:59Speaker 1: beginning at line 19. Just read that into the record.
- 26:04Speaker 1: And Courtney Wilde begins. And so how many times have
- 26:06Speaker 1: you been convicted of a crime? My answer was, I'm
- 26:09Speaker 1: not sure. Mr. Goldberger, keep going. Scarola. And then the
- 26:13Speaker 1: next question and answer. Courtney Wilde, the next question may be,
- 26:17Speaker 1: you're either convicted or pled guilty to a crime, and
- 26:20Speaker 1: I said maybe four, four times, three times. Mr. Goldberger,
- 26:25Speaker 1: and your answer was maybe three or four times? Scarola,
- 26:28Speaker 1: excuse me, would you continue to read? Goldberger interrupts him. Well,
- 26:32Speaker 1: I'm going to ask, I'm going to ask her a question. Scarola,
- 26:36Speaker 1: would you continue to read the next? Goldberger, please don't
- 26:39Speaker 1: interrupt me, it's my deposition. Scarola, well, the record's going
- 26:43Speaker 1: to reflect that the witness has been cut off. Mr. Goldberger, okay. Scarola,
- 26:48Speaker 1: not permitted to read. Goldberger, you can answer the entire question,
- 26:52Speaker 1: and you can read the entire matter. But as you
- 26:54Speaker 1: read the question, I want to ask you questions about
- 26:56Speaker 1: your answer. Just so you testified, did you not, that
- 27:00Speaker 1: you had been convicted three times or four times, now
- 27:03Speaker 1: you can, did you? The witness, that's what my answer was. Goldberger,
- 27:09Speaker 1: Now your counsel wants you to read the rest of
- 27:10Speaker 1: the record and you can go ahead. Courtney Wild, what
- 27:15Speaker 1: crimes have you either been found guilty or pled guilty to?
- 27:18Speaker 1: And my answer was I'm not really certain offhand exactly
- 27:22Speaker 1: what they were. Mr. Scarola, thank you. That's fine. All right, folks,
- 27:27Speaker 1: we're going to wrap up this episode right here. And
- 27:29Speaker 1: in the next episode dealing with the topic, we're going
- 27:32Speaker 1: to pick up where we left off. All of the
- 27:34Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found at
- 27:37Speaker 1: in the description box. What's up everyone and welcome to
- 27:40Speaker 1: another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're
- 27:44Speaker 1: going to pick up where we left off with the
- 27:45Speaker 1: Courtney Wilde deposition. Mr. Escarola, you can continue with the deposition. Goldberger, okay. Question,
- 27:54Speaker 1: did you also plead guilty to theft of an auto? Answer, yes,
- 27:58Speaker 1: when I was 15, I believe I did. Question, okay,
- 28:01Speaker 1: you entered a guilty plea to that. Answer, yes. Question,
- 28:05Speaker 1: as we sit here today, Other than the offenses that
- 28:08Speaker 1: you say took place after 2010, do you have a
- 28:11Speaker 1: recollection of any other crime that you have entered a
- 28:14Speaker 1: guilty plea to in the past? Answer, possession charges. Question,
- 28:18Speaker 1: possession of what? Answer, possession of Xanax. Question, okay. Do
- 28:22Speaker 1: you know when those took place? Answer, I can't remember
- 28:25Speaker 1: exactly the years, no. Question, okay. You used the plural, though,
- 28:30Speaker 1: meaning that you pled guilty to possession of Xanax more
- 28:33Speaker 1: than one time? Mr. Scrolla, objection leading. Courtney, I believe so. Goldberger,
- 28:40Speaker 1: did you plead guilty to possession of Xanax more than
- 28:43Speaker 1: one time in your life? Answer, I think it might
- 28:45Speaker 1: have been twice, but it could have been just once.
- 28:48Speaker 1: I'm not 100%. Question, okay. Do you have a recollection
- 28:52Speaker 1: of other offenses that you have pled guilty to as
- 28:55Speaker 1: we sit here today? Answer, right on the spot. Right now,
- 28:59Speaker 1: I can't remember exactly everything that I've pled guilty to, no. Question, okay,
- 29:04Speaker 1: is your recollection though that there are other offenses that
- 29:07Speaker 1: you have pled guilty to? Answer, yes. Question, all right,
- 29:11Speaker 1: when was the last time in your life that you
- 29:12Speaker 1: saw Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, right before, right before he went
- 29:16Speaker 1: to jail. I seen him the weekend before he went
- 29:19Speaker 1: to jail. I came back from my club and I
- 29:22Speaker 1: was watching the news and I seen his mugshot on TV.
- 29:26Speaker 1: And that's how I knew that he had been to jail,
- 29:28Speaker 1: but it was probably like a week or so before
- 29:30Speaker 1: that that I had seen him. Question, and do you
- 29:33Speaker 1: know what year that was? Answer, no. Question, okay. Do
- 29:36Speaker 1: you think it was more than 10 years ago? Answer, yeah. Question, okay.
- 29:40Speaker 1: answer close to 10 years ago question all right so
- 29:44Speaker 1: the trafficking in drugs that you had pled guilty to
- 29:46Speaker 1: where you sold drugs correct that's what you told me
- 29:50Speaker 1: you sold drugs right answer that's basically she gets cut
- 29:54Speaker 1: off by Mr. Scarola objection compounded Courtney once again I
- 30:00Speaker 1: didn't say I sold drugs. I said I pled guilty
- 30:02Speaker 1: to trafficking, a trafficking charge. Which trafficking means selling drugs,
- 30:06Speaker 1: but I wasn't selling drugs. Goldberger, you pled guilty to
- 30:10Speaker 1: something you didn't do? Edwards, objection, misstates your testimony. Mr. Goldberger,
- 30:16Speaker 1: did you plead guilty to something that you didn't do? Answer,
- 30:20Speaker 1: I don't know how. I don't even know how to
- 30:21Speaker 1: answer that. Question, best you can, ma'am. Answer, no, I
- 30:25Speaker 1: was convicted. I was guilty of trafficking methamphetamine, I guess. Question, okay. Answer,
- 30:30Speaker 1: because the amount of weight that it was. Question, and
- 30:34Speaker 1: what year was that? Answer, when I was sentenced. Question,
- 30:38Speaker 1: yes ma'am. Answer, 2016. Question, and when did the event
- 30:43Speaker 1: take place? Answer, April 2016. Question, okay, that was sometime
- 30:48Speaker 1: before 5 and 10 years since the last time you
- 30:51Speaker 1: had seen Jeffrey Epstein. Answer, that's correct. Question, okay, how
- 30:55Speaker 1: many tattoos do you have now? Answer, I'm not, I
- 30:58Speaker 1: don't know, I have a lot. Question, okay, have you
- 31:01Speaker 1: obtained any of those tattoos in the last 10 years? Answer, yes. Question,
- 31:06Speaker 1: which tattoos have you obtained in the last 10 years? Answer,
- 31:10Speaker 1: basically almost all of them. Question, the tattoo on your
- 31:13Speaker 1: left arm of a barbed wire? Answer, yes. Question, okay,
- 31:17Speaker 1: when did you get that? Answer, I was probably 18
- 31:20Speaker 1: when I got that. Question, okay, do you have a
- 31:22Speaker 1: tattoo on your left hand, on your ring finger? Is
- 31:25Speaker 1: that correct? Answer, yes. Question, okay, what does that say? Answer,
- 31:30Speaker 1: it says BJGM. Question, and what does that stand for? Answer,
- 31:35Speaker 1: my husband's initials. Question, Mr. Moody. Answer, yes. Question, okay,
- 31:40Speaker 1: when did you obtain that? Answer, whenever we got married
- 31:43Speaker 1: about six years ago. Question, okay, you have a tattoo
- 31:46Speaker 1: on your left leg, correct? Answer, yes. Question, does it
- 31:50Speaker 1: say Divine Nordic or Nordic Divine? Answer, no, it just
- 31:54Speaker 1: says Divine. Question, Divine. Answer, yeah. Question, oh, okay, and
- 31:59Speaker 1: when did you get that? Answer, when I was young.
- 32:02Speaker 1: So it was probably over 10 years ago that I
- 32:04Speaker 1: got that. It was one of my first tattoos. Question,
- 32:09Speaker 1: I'm sorry, one of the first tattoos you ever got? Answer, yeah. Question, okay,
- 32:13Speaker 1: do you have a tattoo on your neck? Answer, no. Question,
- 32:16Speaker 1: do you have a tattoo that says, get it how
- 32:19Speaker 1: you live, with a cross? Answer, right. Oh, yeah, it's
- 32:23Speaker 1: on the back of my neck. Question, back of your neck? Answer, yeah. Question. Okay.
- 32:29Speaker 1: And when did you obtain that one? Answer. When? Probably
- 32:33Speaker 1: about over 10 years ago. That was one. That was
- 32:35Speaker 1: one of the first tattoos I got. Question. Okay. Do
- 32:38Speaker 1: you have a tattoo of Bob Marley somewhere? Answer. Yes,
- 32:41Speaker 1: on my side. Question. On your side? Okay. And a
- 32:45Speaker 1: lion's face? Answer. Uh-huh. Question. And a girl? Answer. No girl. Question. Okay.
- 32:51Speaker 1: So it's a tattoo of Bob Marley and a lion's face? Answer. Correct. Question. Okay.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Two different tattoos or one? Answer. It's just one tattoo. Question.
- 33:02Speaker 1: I see. And when did you obtain that? Answer. A
- 33:05Speaker 1: couple of years ago. Question. Okay. Do you have a
- 33:08Speaker 1: tattoo on your right arm that says of an elephant
- 33:11Speaker 1: and it says believe? Answer. Yes. Question. Okay. And when
- 33:16Speaker 1: did you obtain that? Answer. Like when I was 20. Question.
- 33:20Speaker 1: And you have a tattoo on your right leg of roses? Answer. Yes. Question. Okay.
- 33:25Speaker 1: When did you obtain that? Answer, a couple of years ago. Question,
- 33:29Speaker 1: when did you first start using drugs? Answer, when I
- 33:32Speaker 1: was 14 or 15 years old. Question, okay, what year
- 33:35Speaker 1: were you born? Answer, 1987. Question, okay, so you first
- 33:40Speaker 1: started using drugs in 2001. Is that a fair statement? Answer,
- 33:44Speaker 1: I would say probably 2002. Question, 2002. Answer, yeah. Question, okay,
- 33:51Speaker 1: and when I said 2001, but you corrected me to 2002,
- 33:54Speaker 1: is there something that helps you remember? that you started
- 33:57Speaker 1: using drugs in 2007 or 2002? Answer, yeah. When I
- 34:02Speaker 1: first started going to Jeffrey's house, I soon started using drugs.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Question right. So your drug usage was entirely because of
- 34:09Speaker 1: your visiting, Mr. Epstein? Answer, yeah, basically. I, she gets
- 34:15Speaker 1: cut off again. Okay. She continues, started using drugs because
- 34:20Speaker 1: I started going to Jeffrey Epstein's house. Question, okay, were
- 34:23Speaker 1: you using drugs because you were a dancer, a stripper? Answer,
- 34:27Speaker 1: I was a dancer and I was using drugs, but
- 34:30Speaker 1: I believe the core root of my issue, I wasn't
- 34:32Speaker 1: a dancer until I was of age to be a dancer.
- 34:35Speaker 1: I started going to Jeffrey's house when I was 14
- 34:37Speaker 1: years old. Question, are you, now Courtney cuts him off.
- 34:42Speaker 1: So 14, 15, 16, 17, I was not a dancer. Question,
- 34:47Speaker 1: are you testifying today that you were not a stripper
- 34:49Speaker 1: back when you were 14 years old? Answer, I was
- 34:52Speaker 1: a dancer, but I was not a dancer at 14
- 34:54Speaker 1: years old. Question, okay, do you remember working at a
- 34:57Speaker 1: place called Curves? Answer, I remember going to a place
- 35:00Speaker 1: named Curves, but I never worked there. Question, you never
- 35:03Speaker 1: worked at Curves as a stripper? Answer, no. Question, did
- 35:07Speaker 1: you testify differently concerning working as a stripper at Curves? Answer, I,
- 35:13Speaker 1: she gets cut off by Scarola, object to the form
- 35:15Speaker 1: of the question, improper impeachment. Courtney continues, I never worked
- 35:20Speaker 1: as a stripper at Curves. Goldberger, okay. Courtney, I had
- 35:26Speaker 1: been to Curves. I had gone to Curves, but never
- 35:28Speaker 1: worked as a stripper there. Goldberger, when was the first
- 35:31Speaker 1: time you went to Curves? Answer, when I was like 15. Question, okay.
- 35:36Speaker 1: Is Curves a bar? Answer, yes. Question, does Curves sell liquor? Answer, yes. Question, okay. Answer,
- 35:43Speaker 1: I think they do. Question, yes. How did you get
- 35:46Speaker 1: into Curves if you were 14 or 15 years old? Answer,
- 35:50Speaker 1: I don't. The friend that I went with knew somebody
- 35:53Speaker 1: that let us in. Question, okay, what was the friend's name? Answer, Tatum. Question,
- 35:58Speaker 1: you went there with Tatum Miller? Answer, yes. Question, okay,
- 36:02Speaker 1: the first time you went to Curves was with Tatum Miller? Answer, yes. Question, uh-huh,
- 36:08Speaker 1: and you were 14 or 15 years old? Answer, I'm sure,
- 36:11Speaker 1: like 14, 15 years old. Question, okay. I'd like you
- 36:14Speaker 1: to read starting on page 27 through page 30 and
- 36:18Speaker 1: see if that refreshes your recollection as to whether you
- 36:21Speaker 1: danced as a stripper at Curves when you were 14
- 36:24Speaker 1: or 15 years old. Brad Edwards, what lines did you say? Goldberger,
- 36:31Speaker 1: it's all over. She can read. Let me see the
- 36:33Speaker 1: page number. Edwards, page 27 just starts in the middle
- 36:37Speaker 1: of the sentence. That's why. Goldberger, yeah, let me, I'll
- 36:41Speaker 1: give you a line. Okay, you can start actually on
- 36:44Speaker 1: the top of page 26 and read as much as
- 36:47Speaker 1: you want. And you can read as much of it
- 36:49Speaker 1: as you want into the record if your counsel wants
- 36:52Speaker 1: you to and see if that refreshes your recollection as
- 36:55Speaker 1: to whether you were working as a stripper at Curves
- 36:58Speaker 1: when you were 14 or 15 years old. Mr. Edwards, object.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Improper impeachment. You can read it yourself. Mr. Brewer, excuse me.
- 37:07Speaker 1: Excuse me. One attorney. Mr. Edwards, well, I represent the witness. Goldberger,
- 37:12Speaker 1: that's fine. That's fine. I don't care. The witness, okay,
- 37:15Speaker 1: so what was the question? Goldberger, yes, ma'am. Did you
- 37:20Speaker 1: work at Curves as a stripper? Answer, no. Question, okay.
- 37:23Speaker 1: So what you testified in that deposition in May of
- 37:26Speaker 1: 2010 is incorrect. Mr. Skrola, excuse me, I'm going to object.
- 37:32Speaker 1: That's improper impeachment. If you have a specific page and
- 37:35Speaker 1: line in reference, a question and answer, then we would
- 37:38Speaker 1: be happy to review it. Goldberger, yes. Did you work
- 37:41Speaker 1: as a stripper when you were 14 or 15 at
- 37:44Speaker 1: a nightclub called Curves? Answer, yeah, it says that. I
- 37:48Speaker 1: said that. I worked there a couple of times, but... Question,
- 37:51Speaker 1: did you? Answer, I don't remember ever working there. I
- 37:54Speaker 1: don't remember ever working there as a stripper, no. Question, okay. Answer, no. Question,
- 38:01Speaker 1: so let's get back to when you first started using drugs.

- 38:40Speaker 1: She knew some of the same people, yes. Question. Okay,
- 38:44Speaker 1: so you got Xanax from Tata Miller. Answer. No, I'm
- 38:47Speaker 1: not saying I got Xanax. I said we know the
- 38:49Speaker 1: same people. We lived in the same neighborhood as the
- 38:51Speaker 1: people that we got them from. Okay, and this was
- 38:55Speaker 1: when you were 14 or 15? Answer. Yes. Question. You

- 39:31Speaker 1: And in the next episode dealing with the topic, we're
- 39:33Speaker 1: going to pick up where we left off. All of
- 39:35Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
- 39:38Speaker 1: in the description box. What's up, everyone? And welcome to
- 39:41Speaker 1: another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're
- 39:45Speaker 1: going to pick up where we left off with the
- 39:47Speaker 1: Courtney Wilde deposition. Question, putting aside your time at Curves,
- 39:55Speaker 1: when do you recall first being a stripper? Answer, I
- 39:59Speaker 1: was like, I think 17, just like a week before
- 40:01Speaker 1: my 18th birthday. Question, okay, and where did you first
- 40:05Speaker 1: besides Curves and you deny ever having worked at Curves
- 40:08Speaker 1: as a stripper, correct? Answer, I know I went there.
- 40:13Speaker 1: I remember the night when in the deposition, how it
- 40:15Speaker 1: says I tried out to be a stripper and audition
- 40:19Speaker 1: and stuff. I know I would go there, but I
- 40:21Speaker 1: don't remember ever going there to work, you know, a
- 40:23Speaker 1: couple of times a week. I don't remember that. Question. Well,
- 40:27Speaker 1: you remember auditioning as a stripper, though at Curves? Answer. Yeah,
- 40:31Speaker 1: I remember getting on stage. I wasn't really taking off,
- 40:34Speaker 1: taking it as an audition to work there. I was
- 40:37Speaker 1: just like, you know, intoxicated and got on stage like
- 40:40Speaker 1: playing around, I guess. Question. And this is when you
- 40:43Speaker 1: were 14 or 15? Answer. That's correct. Question. Okay. And
- 40:48Speaker 1: were you playing around auditioning by taking off your clothes? Answer.
- 40:52Speaker 1: I don't remember taking off my clothes either. Question. Okay.
- 40:55Speaker 1: So your recollection is that you went on the stage,
- 40:58Speaker 1: but you did not take off your clothes. Answer. I
- 41:00Speaker 1: can't remember. Question. I see. Was that before you met
- 41:04Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein or after? Answer. No, that was definitely after. Question. Okay.
- 41:10Speaker 1: What was the next place that you either auditioned or
- 41:14Speaker 1: stripped at? Answer. I can't exactly remember. I don't know.

- 41:22Speaker 1: think it was like Platinum Showgirls. Question, where was Platinum Showgirls? Answer,
- 41:27Speaker 1: in Boynton. Question, okay. And when did you dance there,

- 41:35Speaker 1: Did you use the stage name when you danced at
- 41:37Speaker 1: these places? Answer, yeah. Question, okay, other than Taylor. Do
- 41:42Speaker 1: you remember what the other names might have been? Answer, no. Question, okay,
- 41:47Speaker 1: do you remember other clubs that you stripped at? Answer,
- 41:50Speaker 1: there was Aphrodite's, which is the same place as Platinum Gold. Question, okay,
- 41:55Speaker 1: where else? Answer, Cheetah. Question, when you stripped at Aphrodite,
- 41:59Speaker 1: were you underage? Answer, no, I don't believe I was. Question, okay,
- 42:04Speaker 1: did you get arrested while you were at Aphrodite for
- 42:06Speaker 1: an incident with a girl? Answer, that's the same incident
- 42:10Speaker 1: we spoke about. Question, okay, did it involve flicking a
- 42:12Speaker 1: cigarette at Redacted? Or are we talking about the Slim
- 42:18Speaker 1: Fast incident? Answer. I thought it was the same. It
- 42:21Speaker 1: could have been the same. No, I think it was different.
- 42:23Speaker 1: I can't remember. Question. Okay. Do you remember a different
- 42:27Speaker 1: incident when you got arrested for flicking a cigarette at
- 42:30Speaker 1: a fellow dancer? Was it a fellow dancer, by the way? Answer.
- 42:33Speaker 1: I can't remember. Question. Okay. Do you remember using the
- 42:36Speaker 1: name Divine? Answer. Yes, I did. Question. Okay. How about
- 42:40Speaker 1: the name Margo? Answer. Yes. I use that one name too. Question, okay,
- 42:45Speaker 1: were you over the age of 18 or under the
- 42:47Speaker 1: age of 18 when you were using the names of
- 42:49Speaker 1: Margo and Divine? Question, I believe I was over 18. Question, okay,
- 42:55Speaker 1: and I'm sorry, how old were you when you began
- 42:57Speaker 1: to work at Platinum Showgirls as a stripper? Answer, I
- 43:01Speaker 1: believe I was 18. Question, okay. Answer, I know I
- 43:05Speaker 1: went in there the week before my 18th birthday. Question, okay,
- 43:09Speaker 1: as a customer, but Question. Do you think you ever
- 43:12Speaker 1: answered the question differently? Scarola. Object to form and question.
- 43:17Speaker 1: The witness I can't remember. Scarola. Improper impeachment. Mr. Goldberger.
- 43:22Speaker 1: Would it refresh your memory to look at your deposition
- 43:24Speaker 1: to see if you've ever answered the question differently? Scarola.
- 43:28Speaker 1: Which question? Goldberger. Whether she said she was of age
- 43:31Speaker 1: when she danced at Platinum Showgirls. Page 121. Goldberger. Did
- 43:36Speaker 1: you read that question, ma'am? Answer, yeah, I read it. Question, okay,
- 43:39Speaker 1: let me read that into the record to make sure
- 43:42Speaker 1: this is what you read. Did you read this question
- 43:45Speaker 1: talking about Platinum Showgirls? Page 121, line 2. Line 3,
- 43:50Speaker 1: when you first start working there, that is, how many
- 43:54Speaker 1: months after? I was 17. I had just turned 17
- 43:57Speaker 1: when I worked there. That was your answer. Answer, how
- 44:00Speaker 1: long ago was this deposition taken? Question, May of 2010.
- 44:03Speaker 1: May 6, 2010. Answer, okay. Question, so seven years ago. Answer, yeah,
- 44:11Speaker 1: it was eight. Well, almost eight years ago. So I
- 44:14Speaker 1: can't understand if I don't have exact, if my answers
- 44:17Speaker 1: aren't exactly. There's a lot of stuff that, you know,
- 44:19Speaker 1: I've been through. There's a lot. So a lot of
- 44:22Speaker 1: this stuff I've blacked, I've blocked out of my mind.
- 44:25Speaker 1: You know, really, I haven't really thought about it. So
- 44:27Speaker 1: you're trying to pick apart things that just really, you know,
- 44:30Speaker 1: if I can't remember, I can't remember. I'm giving you
- 44:33Speaker 1: the best. I'm here in good faith and giving you
- 44:36Speaker 1: the best knowledge that I have. Question, okay, was your
- 44:39Speaker 1: memory better back in 2010? Answer, I mean, that's just
- 44:43Speaker 1: a crazy question to ask. You don't think so? Answer, well,
- 44:46Speaker 1: was it? Answer, I mean, I can't remember. Question, you
- 44:50Speaker 1: can't remember whether your memory was better in 2010? Answer, right. Question,
- 44:55Speaker 1: all right, very good. Scrolla, excuse me, I'm going to
- 44:59Speaker 1: object to the last series of questions as improper impeachment. Goldberger,
- 45:03Speaker 1: when you worked at either Platinum Showgirl or Curves or Aphrodite...
- 45:08Speaker 1: And what was the other club that you worked at?
- 45:10Speaker 1: Answer Aphrodite and Cheetah. Question and Cheetah. Okay. And when
- 45:15Speaker 1: did you work at Cheetah? Answer. I know I worked
- 45:17Speaker 1: there as an adult from 18 up, so I can't
- 45:20Speaker 1: remember exactly the day and time that I worked at Cheetah,
- 45:23Speaker 1: but I have worked at Cheetah before. Question. Okay. When
- 45:27Speaker 1: you worked at any of those clubs, in addition to
- 45:29Speaker 1: stripping on stage, did you perform lap dances? Answer. Yes. Question. Okay.
- 45:34Speaker 1: For the benefit of all of us, would you tell
- 45:36Speaker 1: us what a lap dance is? Answer, when you dance
- 45:39Speaker 1: in front of a male or female or for money. Question, okay,
- 45:43Speaker 1: and is there touching involved? Answer, yes. Question, okay, and
- 45:47Speaker 1: have you done that before? Answer, yes. Question, okay, what's
- 45:51Speaker 1: your state of dress or undress when you do a
- 45:55Speaker 1: lap dance? Answer, you get undressed, you take your top off. Answer, okay,
- 45:59Speaker 1: not your bottoms. Answer, no. Question, okay, you've done that
- 46:04Speaker 1: many times in your life. Answer, yes. Question, okay. Have
- 46:08Speaker 1: men masturbated in front? She cuts him off. No. While
- 46:11Speaker 1: you were giving lap dances? She answers again. No. Question.
- 46:15Speaker 1: Has there been a period in your life, other than
- 46:17Speaker 1: when you were in jail, since you turned age 15,
- 46:20Speaker 1: when you first started eating Xanax, that you were not
- 46:22Speaker 1: using drugs? Answer. Has there? Say it again. Question. Sure. Okay,
- 46:28Speaker 1: you testified that you started using drugs when you were
- 46:30Speaker 1: 14 or 15. Correct? Answer. Correct. Question. And you were
- 46:34Speaker 1: smoking weed, you said. Answer. Uh-huh. Answer, yes. Question, okay,
- 46:40Speaker 1: eating Xanax? Answer, yes. Question, and drinking? Answer, correct. Question, correct, okay.
- 46:46Speaker 1: Other than the times that you've been in jail, was
- 46:48Speaker 1: there a time when you were sober and you weren't
- 46:51Speaker 1: doing drugs during that time? The time when you were
- 46:54Speaker 1: 15 until today's date? Answer, besides me being in prison
- 46:58Speaker 1: for this amount of time, no. Question, okay, so during
- 47:01Speaker 1: your entire childhood through adulthood, other than the time you've
- 47:04Speaker 1: been in jail, you've been a drug user? Edwards objects,
- 47:08Speaker 1: objection misstates testimony. Courtney Wild, when I was pregnant too.
- 47:13Speaker 1: When I was pregnant with my son for the nine months. Goldberger, okay,
- 47:16Speaker 1: you abstained. Answer, correct. Question, during that time period? Okay.
- 47:22Speaker 1: What other drugs have you done during that time period? Answer,
- 47:25Speaker 1: I've done a lot of drugs. Question, well, let's go
- 47:28Speaker 1: through them then. Answer, okay, cocaine, meth, acid. Wait, wait, wait,
- 47:33Speaker 1: you've done cocaine? Answer, correct. Question, okay, when you say meth,
- 47:38Speaker 1: what do you mean by that? Answer, methamphetamine. Question, okay, acid,
- 47:42Speaker 1: is that LSD? Answer, correct. Question, what other drugs were
- 47:46Speaker 1: you doing at this time period? Answer, pills. Question, what
- 47:49Speaker 1: kind of pills? Answer, like opiates. Question, opiates. Answer, yes. Question, oxycodone. Answer, yes. Question, okay,
- 47:59Speaker 1: any other opiates that you were taking during this time
- 48:02Speaker 1: period where you were using drugs and or not in
- 48:04Speaker 1: prison or were not pregnant? Answer, no, that's about it. Question, okay, heroin? Answer, yes. Okay.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Have you ever shot heroin? Answer, yes. Question, okay, with
- 48:16Speaker 1: the needle? Answer, yes. Question, okay, fentanyl? Did you ever
- 48:20Speaker 1: do fentanyl? Answer, yes. Question, okay, what other drugs? Am
- 48:24Speaker 1: I missing any? Answer, no, that's about it. Question, okay,
- 48:29Speaker 1: during the time that you were going to Jeffrey Epstein's home,
- 48:31Speaker 1: were you doing all those drugs we've talked about? Answer, no,
- 48:34Speaker 1: I was smoking. I started smoking weed and doing Xanax
- 48:38Speaker 1: and drinking. Question. Okay. So during that time that you
- 48:41Speaker 1: would have gone to Jeffrey Epstein's house, you were smoking weed. Answer. Uh-huh. Question.
- 48:46Speaker 1: Doing Xanax. Answer. Uh-huh. Question. And drinking. Correct. Question. Okay.

- 48:59Speaker 1: believe that I went to the deposition on drugs. No. Question. Okay.
- 49:03Speaker 1: Were you using drugs at or around the time? That
- 49:06Speaker 1: you gave the deposition in May of 2010? Mr. Skrola,
- 49:10Speaker 1: object to the form of the question. Mr. Edwards, object
- 49:13Speaker 1: to the form. Scorola, vague, also compound. Goldberger, you can answer. Courtney, yes. Question, okay.
- 49:21Speaker 1: And what drugs were you using around May 6th of 2010? Scorola,
- 49:26Speaker 1: same objection. The witness, the same drugs. Weed, Xanax, drinking
- 49:30Speaker 1: at night. Goldberger, when did the heroin and oxycodone start? Answer,
- 49:35Speaker 1: that didn't start until I was like 23. Question, okay, so...
- 49:40Speaker 1: That would have been 2000. I'm sorry, 2010. What year
- 49:43Speaker 1: were you born? Answer, 87. Question, all right. And you
- 49:48Speaker 1: said you started doing heroin, oxycodone, when you were 23? Answer,
- 49:53Speaker 1: when I was 23. I'm 29 now, so... Question, all right.
- 49:58Speaker 1: So that would have been 2000 and... Oh, you're 29 now? Answer, yes.
- 50:02Speaker 1: So sometime around 2008 is when you started doing heroin? Answer, yes. Question,
- 50:07Speaker 1: and oxycodone? Answer, correct. Question, okay, and you blame your
- 50:11Speaker 1: heroin and oxycodone use on Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, I believe
- 50:15Speaker 1: that's like the root, you know, the root issue here. Question, okay,
- 50:20Speaker 1: when you say the root issue, what do you mean
- 50:22Speaker 1: by that? I don't understand that. Answer, I believe that
- 50:25Speaker 1: the first traumatic event that happened in my life at
- 50:28Speaker 1: age 14, I started eating the Xanax and stuff like
- 50:31Speaker 1: that to go to Jeffrey's to make me feel more comfortable.
- 50:34Speaker 1: And I feel like ever since then, once I started
- 50:36Speaker 1: taking the Xanax, ever since then, It's just been a
- 50:39Speaker 1: real downward thing for me my whole life. Question, what
- 50:43Speaker 1: other traumatic events have occurred in your life that have
- 50:45Speaker 1: caused you to use heroin and oxycodone and other illegal
- 50:49Speaker 1: illicit drugs? Answer, besides just, you know, the drug use,
- 50:54Speaker 1: like stuff that I once I started doing drugs, you know,
- 50:57Speaker 1: traumatic events, I really don't have. Besides, she gets cut off.
- 51:02Speaker 1: I mean, things have happened to me when I was
- 51:04Speaker 1: like young, a young girl and stuff like that. Answer,
- 51:07Speaker 1: tell me about those. Answer, it starts with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 51:11Speaker 1: Going and taking, you know, bringing girls to Jeffrey. Young
- 51:14Speaker 1: girls like myself who, you know, suffer with the same
- 51:16Speaker 1: things that I suffer with are drug addicts, half of
- 51:19Speaker 1: them now. Since I've been in prison, I've met three
- 51:22Speaker 1: girls that I brought to Jeffrey's, you know, since I've
- 51:24Speaker 1: been here. Here in this prison? Answer, yes, here in
- 51:28Speaker 1: this prison. Question, okay, who are they? Answer, one of
- 51:31Speaker 1: the girls' names is Jacqueline Miller. Question, yes, who else? Answer,
- 51:36Speaker 1: I don't feel comfortable. I don't want to give those
- 51:38Speaker 1: people's names if they don't want me to. Question, well,
- 51:41Speaker 1: I'm asking a question, so, Scarola, excuse me, let's just
- 51:44Speaker 1: take a moment. Goldberger, can she answer? Do you have
- 51:48Speaker 1: some sort of objection? Scarola, pardon me? Goldberger, can she answer?
- 51:53Speaker 1: Do you have an objection? Scarola, we haven't raised an objection. Answer, okay,
- 51:58Speaker 1: do you recall the names of anyone else? Answer, I
- 52:01Speaker 1: don't know their first and last names, no. Question, okay,
- 52:03Speaker 1: so Jacqueline Miller is the only one you know? Answer, yes,
- 52:07Speaker 1: the first one. Question, okay, so when you say three others,
- 52:11Speaker 1: there are others? Answer, there's two others besides Jackie Miller
- 52:16Speaker 1: that I've met since I've been here, yes. Question, okay,
- 52:19Speaker 1: and you brought them to Jeffrey Epstein's house? Answer, I haven't,
- 52:23Speaker 1: but they had been. Question, okay, and you don't remember
- 52:25Speaker 1: their names? Answer, no. All right, folks, we're going to
- 52:29Speaker 1: wrap up right here. And in the next episode dealing
- 52:32Speaker 1: with the topic, we're going to pick up where we
- 52:34Speaker 1: left off. All of the information that goes with this
- 52:36Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box.
