- 0:02Speaker 1: Gave this list went viral things that women think are
- 0:06Speaker 1: embarrassing but men don't actually care about. And because you
- 0:10Speaker 1: are our resident male, all right, I wanted to get
- 0:14Speaker 1: your take on this. When a girl passes gas.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Or verbs, oh, do you guys care about that?
- 0:22Speaker 1: Do you guys care about that? I want you to
- 0:23Speaker 1: know that, literally, never in my life have I ever
- 0:26Speaker 1: passed gas knowingly in front of a partner.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Ever knowingly.
- 0:31Speaker 1: I can't be held accountable for what I do in
- 0:33Speaker 1: my sleep. Okay, all right, but is that something that
- 0:37Speaker 1: I should be caring about or do guys care about that?
- 0:39Speaker 3: No?
- 0:39Speaker 2: I don't think so.
- 0:40Speaker 3: No?
- 0:41Speaker 1: All right? What about an acne flare up or pimples
- 0:44Speaker 1: because we're not Yeah, oh god.
- 0:46Speaker 3: No, we don't care about that. You don't know I
- 0:50Speaker 3: have siriasis. The last thing I'm gonna do is like
- 0:54Speaker 3: give corey crap about like a ZiT. Okay, A normal
- 0:59Speaker 3: adult may does not care about care, and if they do,
- 1:03Speaker 3: they aren't the one get rid of them.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I like it. Okay. What about scars or stretch marks
- 1:08Speaker 1: or cellulite or the little tummy pooch? Does that bother you?
- 1:12Speaker 1: I literally have missed events because I felt bloated. Do
- 1:15Speaker 1: you you do guys care about this? No?
- 1:20Speaker 2: I don't think so.
- 1:20Speaker 3: No, And I'm I'm speaking once again as the resident
- 1:24Speaker 3: male here on Big ninety eight point seven. There might
- 1:26Speaker 3: be a guy riding in his car listening right now,
- 1:28Speaker 3: who might But I can only speak from my perspective. No,
- 1:33Speaker 3: none of that would bother me at all.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Okay, good, I like this. This is just proving that
- 1:37Speaker 1: I think we're actually.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Dude, Hey, thank you. Women actually worry about these things. Yeah,
- 1:42Speaker 3: regularly do. They worry about them for themselves, though maybe
- 1:45Speaker 3: it's a little less for like what guys think.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Maybe it's just for their own.
- 1:49Speaker 1: I think when you're in the dating world, Okay, you're
- 1:52Speaker 1: concerned about these things. But it's good to know that
- 1:54Speaker 1: most guys are not.
- 1:55Speaker 3: A real, normal, regular functioning man does not care about
- 2:00Speaker 3: any of these things.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Okay, this one's near and dear to my heart. Anything
- 2:03Speaker 1: to do with the boobs, so like, if they're too small,
- 2:08Speaker 1: if they're asymmetrical for me, if they're swingy hanies, like
- 2:12Speaker 1: if they sag you do guys care about that? Or
- 2:15Speaker 1: are they just happy they get to see them money?
- 2:17Speaker 1: Just happy to be here? Okay, Okay, and then this
- 2:20Speaker 1: one body hair.
- 2:23Speaker 2: No, no, no, I'm just I'm just kidding.
- 2:25Speaker 1: You know what. For me, I used to be really
- 2:27Speaker 1: self conscious. Listen, I'm Cuban b Okay. I've been had
- 2:30Speaker 1: a mustache since I was like five, okay, right, and
- 2:33Speaker 1: so I try to be very diligent about getting rid
- 2:37Speaker 1: of it. I just shave it like a man. I
- 2:39Speaker 1: just shaved my mustache. But sometimes, like you know, you
- 2:43Speaker 1: miss the spot or the five o'clock shadow comes in
- 2:47Speaker 1: sooner than you. And so that was something that I
- 2:49Speaker 1: was always worried about. But thankfully my boyfriend Minike his
- 2:54Speaker 1: like celebrity crush, I guess was free to call O
- 2:57Speaker 1: growing up the artist that has a you and a
- 3:00Speaker 1: brown a mustache.
- 3:01Speaker 3: So I feel, okay, you're in the clear. Then yeah, yeah,
- 3:04Speaker 3: I'm fine. Oh I got once again. I think dudes understand.
- 3:08Speaker 3: You know, if it's been a little bit before you
- 3:09Speaker 3: did the complete shower or what's that called? Oh yeah
- 3:12Speaker 3: everything everything shower, Yeah, where you get the legs done.
- 3:14Speaker 3: I always kind of laugh if I feel little poke
- 3:16Speaker 3: or prickle, like under the sheets when Corey and I
- 3:18Speaker 3: are going to sleep at night. Oh, you're nice and
- 3:21Speaker 3: warm on your legs. So once again, no, I don't
- 3:25Speaker 3: think dudes. They might have a preference, but I think
- 3:29Speaker 3: it's totally fine if it's like been a while.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Not a deal breaker if a girl has a mustache,
- 3:34Speaker 1: because I definitely have a mustache.
- 3:36Speaker 3: So when you go to when you go to dairy
- 3:38Speaker 3: Queen is your favorite ice cream to get mustachio?
- 3:45Speaker 1: You're so stupid.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Today's variety Big ninety eight point seven. It's Gave and Angie.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Rainy today. Pretty much off and on showers all day today,
- 3:56Speaker 3: and we do have a high of fifty nine. We
- 4:00Speaker 3: like starting out the show with some positivity. Just little victories.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Doesn't have to be world changing, just something small that
- 4:06Speaker 3: made you smile.
- 4:08Speaker 2: It could be from over the weekend. It could be
- 4:09Speaker 2: from this morning.
- 4:10Speaker 3: It could be from the last any time of your existence,
- 4:13Speaker 3: any part of any part of your life. Angie, do
- 4:15Speaker 3: have a little victory to get our Monday started today?
- 4:18Speaker 1: Oh? I sure do. This weekend I was kid free,
- 4:22Speaker 1: they were with their dad, and so I got to
- 4:24Speaker 1: finish binge watching the final season of You on Netflix
- 4:29Speaker 1: and start binge watching Ransom Canyon on Netflix. Oh all right, yeah,
- 4:35Speaker 1: have you started watching it? It stars Josh Dumel and
- 4:38Speaker 1: Minka Kelly.
- 4:39Speaker 3: So Corey and I started you last night. I have
- 4:43Speaker 3: Oh okay, I got three or three episodes done or
- 4:46Speaker 3: something like that. Have not jumped into Ransom Kelly. I
- 4:48Speaker 3: know the last time I saw like the Netflix top list,
- 4:51Speaker 3: it's like the number one or two most watched show
- 4:53Speaker 3: on Netflix right now.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Yes, very very popular.
- 4:55Speaker 1: I dream of running into Josh Dumel here in Fargo
- 4:59Speaker 1: because he's mayor to miss North Dakota.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Yeah, we got did you see we got a message
- 5:03Speaker 3: about that. I can't remember what we were talking about last week.
- 5:06Speaker 3: It was have you ever seen a celebrity out?
- 5:07Speaker 1: Oh?
- 5:07Speaker 2: Yeah, have you ever seen a celebrity out in the wild?
- 5:09Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 5:10Speaker 3: And someone was like, you got to put Josh Dummel
- 5:12Speaker 3: on your bucket list or whatever.
- 5:13Speaker 2: He's always kind of walking around here, I.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Know, And now that I started watching it, if I
- 5:18Speaker 1: ever have the courage to say anything to him, if
- 5:20Speaker 1: I ever see it, I'm like, oh my god, I
- 5:21Speaker 1: love your show.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Okay, I love that. That's very cool.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Do you have a little victory.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I do have a little victory.
- 5:27Speaker 3: I played some golf for the first time of twenty
- 5:29Speaker 3: twenty five over the weekend. I had a big, just
- 5:31Speaker 3: kind of weekend in Minneapolis. I had to go get
- 5:34Speaker 3: fitted for a suit for a good friend of mine's wedding,
- 5:37Speaker 3: and so a couple of my buddies and I we
- 5:39Speaker 3: went golfing Whole one goodness, awful, terrible.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Oh.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I was gonna say, how hold this season over? Par?
- 5:45Speaker 3: Did you end first hole of the season horrible? But
- 5:49Speaker 3: the very next hole I birdied at, you know, on
- 5:53Speaker 3: this pretty far golf hole I guess, on this Minneapolis
- 5:57Speaker 3: golf course called Theodore Worth. So what started out like,
- 6:00Speaker 3: oh man, it's gonna be a long day, we turned
- 6:02Speaker 3: it around real quick on whold two, which was really
- 6:04Speaker 3: cool because when I don't know if anyone who golfs
- 6:07Speaker 3: can kind of relate, but I really just kind of
- 6:09Speaker 3: try to get pars I don't need, right, Getting birdie
- 6:12Speaker 3: is a little it's hard to do it.
- 6:14Speaker 1: It's a little victory when you get the bird.
- 6:16Speaker 2: It is a little victory, that's exactly right.
- 6:18Speaker 3: And so to get a birdie on my second hole
- 6:21Speaker 3: of the entire year was pretty cool.
- 6:28Speaker 1: This couple news is still just so wild to me
- 6:31Speaker 1: that Billie Ray Cyris and Elizabeth Hurley are dating. They
- 6:35Speaker 1: are a couple, and we talked about this last week
- 6:39Speaker 1: in the tea and I was thinking, but how, why,
- 6:41Speaker 1: how did they get together? This seems like such an
- 6:44Speaker 1: unlikely pairing. So I did some digging and it turns
- 6:47Speaker 1: out they met filming a rom com called Christmas in Paradise.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Quick little sidebar, I'm obsessed with Christmas rom com, So
- 6:56Speaker 1: now I have to check that out.
- 6:57Speaker 3: That sounds like a movie that's gonna be straight to
- 7:00Speaker 3: Channel seventeen exactly, and.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I will be turning to Channel seventeen. But Christmas in
- 7:05Speaker 1: Paradise he was fresh off his divorce with whoever his
- 7:08Speaker 1: latest wife was, so they met there. Then there was
- 7:12Speaker 1: radio silence for a couple of years, when all of
- 7:15Speaker 1: a sudden, Billy Ray gets a text from an unknown
- 7:18Speaker 1: number and it said, it looks like life might be
- 7:21Speaker 1: a little tough and just wanted you to know I'm
- 7:25Speaker 1: in your corner. And it was Elizabeth Hurley. She made
- 7:30Speaker 1: the first move to reach out. And I think this
- 7:34Speaker 1: is insanity. However, I did want to know who made
- 7:40Speaker 1: the first move in your relationship.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Oh okay, well I'll tell you what. It was. Not Corey.
- 7:47Speaker 2: I know that for sure.
- 7:48Speaker 3: It was I did and did, And if you've never
- 7:51Speaker 3: met my wife, which is a very good chance you haven't,
- 7:53Speaker 3: to be honest, but she's like kind of shy and
- 7:56Speaker 3: a little bit quiet, so that I bet the thought,
- 7:59Speaker 3: you know, if you're someone who doesn't talk a ton,
- 8:01Speaker 3: or if you're not like super outgoing, you're listening right
- 8:03Speaker 3: now and you're the idea of making the first move
- 8:06Speaker 3: sounds like your worst nightmare. That would basically be the
- 8:10Speaker 3: case for my wife. So I made the first night
- 8:13Speaker 3: made the first move.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Excuse me? Sent the first text that was kind of
- 8:16Speaker 2: up to me.
- 8:17Speaker 3: Well, I always say, you know, honey, if it wasn't
- 8:19Speaker 3: for me, we wouldn't even be together. Isn't exactly true
- 8:22Speaker 3: at all, But it's just a funny little, you know,
- 8:24Speaker 3: banter of back and forth bickering.
- 8:26Speaker 1: We like to do seven oh one two, eight oh one,
- 8:29Speaker 1: ninety eight seven. Who made the first move in your relationship?
- 8:33Speaker 1: I actually was the aggressor in my the current relationship,
- 8:38Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, and in my former marriage.
- 8:40Speaker 2: That is the least surprising thing I've ever heard. Did
- 8:45Speaker 2: you know?
- 8:46Speaker 3: Today is the anniversary of when Winona Ryder was caught
- 8:50Speaker 3: shoplifting at Sacksmith.
- 8:51Speaker 2: F is it really?
- 8:53Speaker 3: Honestly, I have no idea, but I want to know
- 8:55Speaker 3: if you stole something from me last week?
- 8:59Speaker 1: What?
- 9:00Speaker 3: Well last week? I don't know if you know it's
- 9:02Speaker 3: on Friday. Did you borrow my hoodie? No, that wasn't
- 9:07Speaker 3: my black hoodie in my office.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I don't know what you were talking about.
- 9:12Speaker 3: You had on this black hoodie and yeah, I swear
- 9:15Speaker 3: I thought it was mine.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Was that not my hoody?
- 9:18Speaker 1: No? No, Yabe, I wouldn't just steal from you. How
- 9:23Speaker 1: dare you No? That was my boyfriend's hoodie.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Well, him and I have the exact same hoodie. Andrew
- 9:29Speaker 3: was wearing this hoodie last week on Friday. I was
- 9:31Speaker 3: convinced it was mine, and I just didn't say anything.
- 9:34Speaker 3: I was like, Oh, maybe she's cold.
- 9:36Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I think it's insane that you waited. You didn't say
- 9:40Speaker 1: anything to me Friday. You didn't say anything to me
- 9:43Speaker 1: all weekend. Did you just resign yourself to I guess
- 9:46Speaker 1: I don't have that hoodie anymore. I'm not your girlfriend, Gabe.
- 9:48Speaker 1: I can't just steal your hoodie.
- 9:50Speaker 3: I'm not saying that maybe you're cold. I guess it
- 9:52Speaker 3: wasn't that big of a deal. I assumed I could
- 9:54Speaker 3: get it back.
- 9:55Speaker 1: No, you're very kind, But once I steal a hoodie,
- 9:57Speaker 1: I don't give it back. But I didn't steal yours.
- 9:59Speaker 1: I still old my boyfriends, and I feel like that's acceptable.
- 10:02Speaker 1: All right.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I was kind of curious after that. I
- 10:05Speaker 3: was convinced Angie had stolen this hoodie. So we want
- 10:08Speaker 3: to know this morning. Is there someone at your work
- 10:12Speaker 3: who was caught stealing something?
- 10:15Speaker 2: Let us know?
- 10:16Speaker 3: Gives caller text us at seven oh one two eight
- 10:19Speaker 3: zero one nine eight seven. It could be as minor
- 10:22Speaker 3: as I thought Angie stole my hoodie, or maybe it
- 10:24Speaker 3: was something a lot worse, a lot bigger.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I'm still offended with you, but fine, Ryan texted us.
- 10:32Speaker 1: He said, we had a guy who got fired for
- 10:35Speaker 1: stealing people's lunches out of the work fridge. He got
- 10:39Speaker 1: caught once and warned to not do it again. My
- 10:42Speaker 1: work installed cameras in the break room and he got
- 10:45Speaker 1: caught on camera doing it again. He was let go
- 10:49Speaker 1: the next day. Is that worth it for a lunchable?
- 10:52Speaker 2: My guy?
- 10:53Speaker 3: Yeah, that had to be a great turkey sandwich, holy smokes.
- 11:00Speaker 3: Today's Variety Big ninety eight point seven off and on
- 11:03Speaker 3: rain today with a high of fifty nine.
- 11:07Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 11:09Speaker 1: I've got a moral dilemma for you game for everyone
- 11:13Speaker 1: in the FM area. Did you see this over the weekend?
- 11:17Speaker 1: There were there was an armored truck in the Chicago
- 11:21Speaker 1: area where bags of cash fell out. I did see this, Yes,
- 11:26Speaker 1: and fifty to one hundred people walked away with a
- 11:29Speaker 1: total of three hundred thousand dollars. So my question, my
- 11:37Speaker 1: question is you see this happening. You're rolling down the street,
- 11:41Speaker 1: you see this happening. Are you one of the people
- 11:43Speaker 1: who decides let me get this money, honey? Or do
- 11:47Speaker 1: you not do?
- 11:48Speaker 2: Stay back? All right, I want to try to answer
- 11:51Speaker 2: this as honestly as possible.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Yes, that's all I've ever wanted, honesty, That's right.
- 11:56Speaker 2: I think it would depend on where I was at
- 11:57Speaker 2: in my life.
- 11:58Speaker 3: If you had asked you when I was just dead
- 12:01Speaker 3: broke in my young twenties, one hundred times out of
- 12:04Speaker 3: one hundred, I'm probably trying to grab a couple bucks. Interesting,
- 12:07Speaker 3: one hundred times out of one hundred. In my younger years,
- 12:10Speaker 3: as a thirty four year old, it's a little bit different.
- 12:13Speaker 3: My financial situation is a little bit different. I'm like married,
- 12:17Speaker 3: you know, I have a dual income house. I don't
- 12:19Speaker 3: not that it wouldn't be nice if someone gave me
- 12:22Speaker 3: three hundred thousand dollars. I think anybody hanging out right
- 12:25Speaker 3: now with big ninety eight point seven goes, yeah, it
- 12:27Speaker 3: takes three hundred thousand dollars. Yeah, if someone were to
- 12:29Speaker 3: give it to me, it'd be great. But I I
- 12:32Speaker 3: the consequence of getting caught for taking it is not
- 12:36Speaker 3: worth it at this point in my life. Okay, yes,
- 12:39Speaker 3: when I was twenty two and had no money and
- 12:42Speaker 3: was eating like peanut butter and jelly and ramen for
- 12:46Speaker 3: breakfast and dinner for days and days at a time,
- 12:48Speaker 3: that would be a little bit different right when I
- 12:51Speaker 3: was younger. But now it's just not. It wouldn't be
- 12:53Speaker 3: worth it to me at this stage of my life.
- 12:55Speaker 1: That's what I was thinking. I My whole thing is that,
- 12:59Speaker 1: and it's kind of annoying. I feel like you've experienced
- 13:01Speaker 1: this game is where I'm like such a rule follower.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I get like so nervous to bend or break any rule,
- 13:07Speaker 1: and so if I see this happening now, I'm not
- 13:10Speaker 1: a snitch. Okay, So anybody else who's grabbing the bags
- 13:14Speaker 1: of cash. That's fine, I don't need stitches, but I'm
- 13:17Speaker 1: not gonna participate because then I just think in the moment,
- 13:21Speaker 1: people are probably thinking, yeah, free money. But surely there
- 13:24Speaker 1: are ways to trace that, or there's CCTV around the
- 13:28Speaker 1: cameras around the neighborhood that can identify who took.
- 13:31Speaker 3: What right most definitely, there will likely be a story
- 13:35Speaker 3: come out at some point, you know, in the near
- 13:37Speaker 3: couple of months that goes like, fifteen people arrested for
- 13:40Speaker 3: taking money flying out of truck in the Chicago area.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Is it worth it? Would you do this?
- 13:47Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 13:47Speaker 1: Eleven oh one two to zero one ninety eighty seven
- 13:50Speaker 1: would you take some money from the cash truck?
- 13:54Speaker 2: And this why or why not?
- 13:55Speaker 3: This is a judgment free zone, by the way, we
- 13:58Speaker 3: want honesty here on it, right point seven. So if
- 14:00Speaker 3: you're getting wads and wads of cash, no reason to
- 14:04Speaker 3: be a shamed. Today's Variety Big ninety eight point seven.
- 14:09Speaker 3: It's Gabe and Angie off and on rain today with
- 14:12Speaker 3: a high of fifty nine, maybe even a thunderstorm later
- 14:14Speaker 3: this afternoon, So be mindful of that as you go
- 14:16Speaker 3: about your Monday.
- 14:19Speaker 1: I have reached a milestone that every parent dreads. Oh no,
- 14:25Speaker 1: the day you can no longer help your child with
- 14:28Speaker 1: their homework.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Oh no, what happened?
- 14:31Speaker 1: The sad part is he's only in second grade.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Oh no, second grade? It has a dreaded times tables.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I feel really embarrassed about this, but he had we
- 14:43Speaker 1: were doing. We procrastinated a little bit. He got the
- 14:46Speaker 1: homework on Friday, right before bed yesterday, Yeah, it was
- 14:52Speaker 1: exactly at seven pm, Gabe. So this was they're working
- 14:56Speaker 1: on the unit in math is cutting numbers in half?
- 14:59Speaker 1: So these were the math problems. What's half of two?
- 15:02Speaker 1: What's half of a thousand? What's half of two hundred?
- 15:05Speaker 1: And that was fine, he got all those questions easy, psy.
- 15:09Speaker 2: No problem.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Then there was a follow up question, and it was
- 15:14Speaker 1: what makes it pretty easy to divide these numbers in half?
- 15:19Speaker 1: And when I tell you, Gabe, I had no idea
- 15:21Speaker 1: what kind of answer he was supposed to give there,
- 15:25Speaker 1: just because it's easy. I don't know. I don't know,
- 15:29Speaker 1: and I did something that I'm very ashamed of but
- 15:32Speaker 1: also thankful we have the technology. I turned to Chet GPT.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Oh sure, yep, I asked, how do I explain this
- 15:42Speaker 1: and this was the answer.
- 15:43Speaker 3: It gave me because you can break that into two
- 15:46Speaker 3: equal groups.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Okay, so that's what I told my son to write.
- 15:53Speaker 1: But I felt guilty the entire time. A that girl,
- 15:58Speaker 1: how did you not come up with this on your own?
- 15:59Speaker 1: This is a second grader's homework. And B that I
- 16:02Speaker 1: turned to chat GBT is that technically cheating?
- 16:07Speaker 2: Okay?
- 16:07Speaker 3: I know we had talked a little bit about ago
- 16:10Speaker 3: about the old following the rules. I think just getting
- 16:13Speaker 3: the homework done any way you can is following the rules.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Right.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Oh oh, I like that got the first and only
- 16:19Speaker 3: parent to have gone to chat GPT to help with homework.
- 16:22Speaker 3: There's no way you're unique in this situation. It's sure true.
- 16:26Speaker 1: But at what age let us know, text us seven
- 16:29Speaker 1: oh one to eighth one ninety eight seven. At what
- 16:32Speaker 1: age did you did your kid need help with their
- 16:35Speaker 1: homework and you could no longer?
- 16:36Speaker 3: Do?
- 16:37Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 16:37Speaker 3: Give us a call, shoot us a text. What do
- 16:39Speaker 3: you remember an age you would have been in.
- 16:42Speaker 1: You know what's so funny is that my mom is
- 16:45Speaker 1: an immigrant, so she can't She went to school specifically
- 16:48Speaker 1: to learn English. Oh sure, so then she knew all
- 16:51Speaker 1: of the proper grammar rules. So when I was in
- 16:53Speaker 1: high school, I was asking my mom help with like
- 16:56Speaker 1: can you conjugate this?
- 16:57Speaker 3: Yeah, let us know it's seven oh one two eight
- 16:59Speaker 3: zero one seven. When you could no longer help your
- 17:02Speaker 3: kid with their homework, Today's Rity Big ninety eight point seven.
- 17:07Speaker 3: It's Gabe and Angie off and on Rain today with
- 17:09Speaker 3: a high of fifty nine. You Ed Sheeran has one Grammys,
- 17:17Speaker 3: he's sold out stadiums, he has four number one albums.
- 17:20Speaker 3: But now he's celebrating something completely new, and this is
- 17:24Speaker 3: being a Best Dressed list.
- 17:27Speaker 2: Did you see this?
- 17:28Speaker 1: I did, and he was wearing like this pink suit.
- 17:31Speaker 1: I think he was at the time one hundred.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Yeah he did.
- 17:34Speaker 1: He looked good. I liked it, but I guess he
- 17:38Speaker 1: had some questionable fashion taste before.
- 17:41Speaker 3: Yeah, he had a fun and interesting way to celebrate
- 17:45Speaker 3: him being on a best dress list. He decided on
- 17:48Speaker 3: his Instagram to post fifteen times he was voted the
- 17:52Speaker 3: worst dressed, and oh my gosh, you and I were
- 17:55Speaker 3: going through him.
- 17:56Speaker 2: And he has no shame at all.
- 17:57Speaker 3: He posts the good, the bad, and the ug lee
- 18:01Speaker 3: ug l y, and we were going through some of them.
- 18:05Speaker 3: I mean, we're like, yeah, I get it that one's
- 18:06Speaker 3: pretty bad.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Yeah, and I respect it that he's very posting it.
- 18:10Speaker 1: I think, Gabe, you and I should post to the
- 18:13Speaker 1: big ninety eight point seven Facebook page and to the
- 18:16Speaker 1: Instagram some of our questionable worst dressed sure looks. The
- 18:21Speaker 1: thing is, I feel like when we were really out
- 18:24Speaker 1: and about and taking pictures all the time, that was
- 18:27Speaker 1: the twenty tens, okay, and I feel like all fashion
- 18:31Speaker 1: was questionable back then. We were in the club wearing
- 18:34Speaker 1: business casual like it was. It was a hard time
- 18:37Speaker 1: and for me personally, I fell victim to a trend
- 18:41Speaker 1: that I hope never comes back. The gladiator sandal. All.
- 18:47Speaker 2: I know what you're talking about, the hercules.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Hercules, Yes, why were we wearing that?
- 18:53Speaker 2: I have no idea.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Why I'm gonna post a picture because I celebrated a
- 18:57Speaker 1: birthday wearing these gladiators and I just think that's so embarrassing. Gabe,
- 19:03Speaker 1: what's your.
- 19:04Speaker 2: Like, Well, I gotta ask about this. I was it.
- 19:06Speaker 3: Every time your Facebook memories pops up, you're reminded of
- 19:09Speaker 3: that sandal. Facebook memories needs to be a little more
- 19:11Speaker 3: selective of what they want me to remember.
- 19:13Speaker 1: I cringe every time I think, well, I guess I
- 19:15Speaker 1: should go watch Hercules now, Like, uh, what's yours?
- 19:20Speaker 2: I made? I don't know why I thought this was cool.
- 19:23Speaker 3: I think it was because my dad wore these all
- 19:26Speaker 3: the time. But I went through a little phase where
- 19:29Speaker 3: I thought rocking suspenders was super cool and in a
- 19:35Speaker 3: alternative universe, I do think there are people who can
- 19:38Speaker 3: pull this off. At my wedding, we wore suspenders. We
- 19:40Speaker 3: didn't have I feel like that's it, but I was
- 19:43Speaker 3: wearing suspenders with like my jeans and with my like
- 19:48Speaker 3: I don't even know how to explain it, but I
- 19:50Speaker 3: went through a little suspenders phase game.
- 19:54Speaker 2: I would wear a belt with them. You know what
- 19:56Speaker 2: I'm saying.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Okay, I'm looking at this picture you sent me of you, suspect.
- 20:00Speaker 2: That's pretty bad.
- 20:01Speaker 1: This is I mean, you were in your hipster era.
- 20:05Speaker 2: My guy, my hair was long. Yeah.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Okay, we're gonna post this to the Big ninety eight
- 20:10Speaker 1: point seven socials because this has to be documented.
- 20:13Speaker 3: We're gonna celebrate Ed Sheeran's fifteen worst dressed with a
- 20:17Speaker 3: couple of our own. Yes, post some of yours if
- 20:20Speaker 3: you're brave in the comments. Is there a photo you
- 20:22Speaker 3: see where you're like, what on earth.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Was I thinking? Right there?
- 20:28Speaker 3: Today's riiety Big ninety eight point seven, It's gave an
- 20:31Speaker 3: Angie cloudy rainy today with a high of fifty nine.
- 20:35Speaker 3: And before we get into Gabes good news of the day,
- 20:37Speaker 3: which boy do we need? After seeing some of these
- 20:39Speaker 3: fashion mistakes. On Big ninety eight point seven's Facebook page,
- 20:43Speaker 3: Angie and I posted some of our worst dressed outfits
- 20:45Speaker 3: to celebrate Ed Sheeran, who was voted for the first
- 20:49Speaker 3: time in his career best Dressed, and he celebrated by
- 20:52Speaker 3: putting some of his fashion don'ts on Instagram. Go check
- 20:56Speaker 3: out our outfits on either of the Facebook pages.
- 20:59Speaker 2: It's also on Instagram. It's about to be and it's
- 21:01Speaker 2: about to be.
- 21:02Speaker 3: On the Instagram. Here's Gabe's good News of the day.
- 21:09Speaker 3: All right, Teens Andy go Forth and Dave and Hugg
- 21:12Speaker 3: are being praised for helping save more than a dozen
- 21:16Speaker 3: people from a fire at the Village Apartment retirement retirement
- 21:20Speaker 3: community in the Midwest. Here this is actually in Nashville, Illinois.
- 21:24Speaker 3: I didn't I didn't know there was a Nashville, Illinois,
- 21:27Speaker 3: but I either. I know now last Wednesday evening they
- 21:30Speaker 3: noticed some smoke while driving home and they rushed to
- 21:32Speaker 3: the scene.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Hearing people screaming.
- 21:34Speaker 3: They immediately called nine to one one, but after learning
- 21:36Speaker 3: that emergency responders wouldn't be there right away, they entered
- 21:40Speaker 3: in the building themselves to help evacuate some of these
- 21:43Speaker 3: obviously retired residents.
- 21:46Speaker 1: So they're agers, yes, oh my gosh.
- 21:49Speaker 3: Inside the smoke filled building, the teams split up across
- 21:52Speaker 3: the floors to wake sleeping residents, many who are elderly
- 21:56Speaker 3: and can't hear that well.
- 21:57Speaker 2: They actually mentioned this.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Here the elderly people, so they just have a little
- 22:02Speaker 1: hearing problems, so it was really hard getting people to
- 22:04Speaker 1: try to wake up and let them know that there's
- 22:06Speaker 1: a fight now.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Despite the smoke and limited visibility, they managed to guide
- 22:10Speaker 3: over a dozen people to safety. The representative for this
- 22:15Speaker 3: state mentioned this being a great and heroic moment and action,
- 22:20Speaker 3: preventing a potential tragedy for a lot of elderly people.
- 22:23Speaker 3: A few residents did require some medical treatment, with two
- 22:26Speaker 3: airlifted to the hospital for burns and one treated locally
- 22:29Speaker 3: for smoke inhalation. Displaced residents were given temporary shelter at
- 22:34Speaker 3: a nearby.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Church, and although they're being hailed as heroes.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Both the boys just say they believe they did what
- 22:40Speaker 3: anyone else would do in that situation.
- 22:42Speaker 2: How sweet is that?
- 22:43Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, I love them. And they just put Nashville,
- 22:47Speaker 1: Illinois on the map.
- 22:48Speaker 2: I didn't know that was the thing. Yeah, we do know.
- 22:50Speaker 3: And you know what, we hear stories like this, and
- 22:52Speaker 3: in the bottom of your heart, you hope that you
- 22:55Speaker 3: would do what they did. You hope that you would
- 22:58Speaker 3: do the right thing in all of these situations. Yeah,
- 23:00Speaker 3: it is harder said than done. I think, to run
- 23:02Speaker 3: into a burning place on fire trying to save people,
- 23:06Speaker 3: it is. We all want to think we would do it,
- 23:09Speaker 3: but it might be a lot harder said than done.
- 23:12Speaker 1: And it's really impressive that they are just teenagers and
- 23:15Speaker 1: you know thought, you know what, this is the right
- 23:17Speaker 1: thing to do, so we're gonna do it. Oh my gosh,
- 23:19Speaker 1: good on them. I hope all the good things happen
- 23:21Speaker 1: to them.
- 23:22Speaker 3: The world is full of nice people. If you can't
- 23:24Speaker 3: find one, you gotta be one.
