- 0:52Speaker 1: Coming to you live from the Students Fan Sports Complex,
- 0:56Speaker 1: which is up the hill from the Kenny Weast band
- 0:58Speaker 1: cap for only Brass Instagram, where I might have to
- 1:03Speaker 1: go on the IR. I do believe I might have
- 1:05Speaker 1: a torn meniscus. And none of.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Us are playing for last place in fantasy.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Football, but none of us are playing for first place.
- 1:15Speaker 1: And Merry Christmas on this Christmas Eve, Sports.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Allegedly, Welcome, Welcome, welcome, Thank you everybody for this Christmas
- 1:23Speaker 3: Eve special episode of Sports Allegedly. We have no friends
- 1:27Speaker 3: or family. That's why we're here all about.
- 1:30Speaker 1: No.
- 1:30Speaker 3: We want to get this pot in before obviously that
- 1:33Speaker 3: the games it probably is, but get the games in
- 1:35Speaker 3: before tomorrow. NFL action. Obviously, we're gonna talk a lot
- 1:40Speaker 3: of NFL. We'll preview a little bit of playoff football
- 1:43Speaker 3: for college. We're not going to give our picks because
- 1:44Speaker 3: we'll have one before next Wednesday. We're skipping bowls were
- 1:48Speaker 3: watching and we might talk a little bit about them
- 1:52Speaker 3: as far as any highlights, but otherwise let's get down
- 1:55Speaker 3: to the brass tacks. We obviously, as or you fans,
- 1:59Speaker 3: witnessed a heartbreaker last Friday night against Alabama in the
- 2:03Speaker 3: first round of the playoff in Norman. I think watching
- 2:08Speaker 3: that game, you know, I told you and I jokingly
- 2:12Speaker 3: felt like the mayor on Halloween Town because you know,
- 2:15Speaker 3: his head spins and he's happy, and then all of
- 2:17Speaker 3: a sudden, it's like no. And that's exactly what that
- 2:20Speaker 3: game felt like. As a fan.
- 2:23Speaker 2: I thought it was cause you're a bald.
- 2:24Speaker 3: And no, he's I thought the first quarter he'd obviously won.
- 2:29Speaker 3: The first quarter, Oklahoma had a ten nothing lead, ended
- 2:32Speaker 3: up being seventeen nothing before they ended up scoring seventeen
- 2:36Speaker 3: straight points to tie at halftime. That was the concern
- 2:38Speaker 3: right there.
- 2:39Speaker 2: They had twenty seven straight points before.
- 2:41Speaker 3: We well no, but I mean at halftime, so you
- 2:43Speaker 3: knew there was an issue there.
- 2:45Speaker 4: And there were so many bad plays.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Well you know when the punters dropping the ball and
- 2:51Speaker 1: they're given they're giving.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Catches. When did that catch happen?
- 2:57Speaker 4: Oh, that one when he was still turned around.
- 2:59Speaker 2: I don't remember.
- 3:00Speaker 3: I didn't you know, I didn't remember the details. I'm
- 3:02Speaker 3: just watching in that game and it's just kind of
- 3:05Speaker 3: you're just you see it the Georgia game all over again.
- 3:08Speaker 3: It's just it's coming and you just you have that
- 3:11Speaker 3: feeling and then you've got your your lou Gros Award
- 3:14Speaker 3: kicker missus two field goals late, and you know makes
- 3:16Speaker 3: the early one. I thought the play of the game,
- 3:18Speaker 3: and I don't care what anybody else says. I thought
- 3:20Speaker 3: the play of the game was and it wasn't mytear's fault.
- 3:22Speaker 3: But but you're up seventeen nothing, it's third down. You
- 3:27Speaker 3: can run for about ten yards, and he tries to
- 3:30Speaker 3: be the big dog and throw it for thirty and
- 3:32Speaker 3: Xavier it didn't get It's not in his area. He
- 3:35Speaker 3: misses it right, and you take that drive, you take
- 3:39Speaker 3: off time before halftime, you go up twenty four to seven,
- 3:45Speaker 3: and you've essentially almost put that game away. And right
- 3:49Speaker 3: after that block, punt time three and outs, pick six.
- 3:53Speaker 4: He threw a pick six.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Right, and I don't know, I don't know. I don't
- 3:56Speaker 2: know what happened on that one.
- 3:57Speaker 4: It was a clock, but it really was.
- 3:58Speaker 1: It was one of the through five yards behind the receiver,
- 4:02Speaker 1: right to the right to the linebacker that was breaking.
- 4:07Speaker 1: I didn't I didn't understand that whole play as it unfolded.
- 4:11Speaker 3: But it was.
- 4:11Speaker 2: It was.
- 4:12Speaker 4: It was a colossal meltdown by.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Every punter just for some reason, was he on the take,
- 4:20Speaker 1: No does he dropped the box and then tried to
- 4:22Speaker 1: pick it up.
- 4:22Speaker 2: We gave him great field position.
- 4:24Speaker 1: They flipped the script on us because we had them
- 4:29Speaker 1: by three turnovers last game and they have us.
- 4:33Speaker 4: It was totally the opposite, it really was.
- 4:34Speaker 2: It was.
- 4:35Speaker 3: It was just very It was a very weird game
- 4:37Speaker 3: because it was just like hell, you could not get
- 4:39Speaker 3: out of it if you were a fan.
- 4:41Speaker 2: And gave up, gave up too many big plays.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Everything just kept going.
- 4:45Speaker 3: But you know, the defense, they didn't play like they
- 4:48Speaker 3: had been, but you still hold the one yard rushing
- 4:50Speaker 3: forever per Carrie, you know, and quarterback throws this a
- 4:53Speaker 3: little over two hundred.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Yards and that defense, that defense comes down to the
- 4:58Speaker 1: same thing as what happened in Old Miss game a year.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Before, was you kept giving them short field position.
- 5:04Speaker 1: And your defense is as good as they are, they're
- 5:07Speaker 1: they're not going to be able to.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Hold up the whole time. Sure well, I mean you
- 5:10Speaker 3: look at it. You give six points away, give seven
- 5:13Speaker 3: points away. It's not you give six, but he kicks
- 5:15Speaker 3: the extra point, so that's seven points. I mean, that's
- 5:18Speaker 3: twenty seven to twenty four. You missed two field goals. Oh,
- 5:20Speaker 3: you look to be the better team in this game.
- 5:22Speaker 2: That's what.
- 5:25Speaker 3: It was frustrating about that, and then every facet and
- 5:28Speaker 3: this is the one game. Did you find anything in
- 5:31Speaker 3: this game that you really blamed. I mean, I'm sure
- 5:33Speaker 3: somebody out there is going to be like, oh, that
- 5:35Speaker 3: that yard, that down. But I thought coaching was pretty
- 5:38Speaker 3: well as far as scheming and everything. I didn't really
- 5:40Speaker 3: see nothing.
- 5:41Speaker 2: I really thought it.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Was just now got played by Alabama. Alabama made the
- 5:47Speaker 1: adjustments they needed to. We did not, and we gave
- 5:51Speaker 1: up too many big plays as well.
- 5:53Speaker 3: And it still goes back to the thing I've bitched
- 5:55Speaker 3: about all year, and he still gets a free pass,
- 5:58Speaker 3: is the OU line offensive line line thirty three carries
- 6:03Speaker 3: fifty five yards, and if you want to go real
- 6:08Speaker 3: running backs, it's fucking fourteen carries for forty yards. True,
- 6:14Speaker 3: that's taken out my Tier, and I know, but Tier
- 6:17Speaker 3: had run, you know, run plays himself.
- 6:21Speaker 4: And he also had some sacks.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Obviously.
- 6:23Speaker 2: You know, I'm not a fan of those using nineteen carries.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I'm not a fan of that. I'm not a fan
- 6:29Speaker 2: of the quarterback running that much.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Well, and ty sincident six carries.
- 6:35Speaker 2: I'm more of a fan of that to you.
- 6:37Speaker 3: But no, I just I think the running game all
- 6:39Speaker 3: year was just inept you know. And I think the
- 6:41Speaker 3: talent at running back is there. I don't know what
- 6:43Speaker 3: it is. Is this a coaching thing, is this a
- 6:44Speaker 3: scheme thing? You know? I get it that I was
- 6:48Speaker 3: telling freshman.
- 6:49Speaker 1: I was telling people, we need that big hoss running
- 6:53Speaker 1: back with a tree trunk for legs. We need a pounder,
- 6:56Speaker 1: we need we need a drone battist an Earl Amble,
- 7:00Speaker 1: the Walter Peyton, Barry Sanders at Therman Thomas, we need that.
- 7:05Speaker 1: We need that pounder. We need that guy with the big,
- 7:08Speaker 1: thick legs. I mean, who's the last running back that
- 7:10Speaker 1: you can remember besides Gibbs.
- 7:13Speaker 2: I think Derrick Henry.
- 7:14Speaker 4: I think Robinson.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Alabama seems to Alabama during the Nick Sabanary has seemed
- 7:18Speaker 1: to be the one producing those those big powerbacks and
- 7:23Speaker 1: not really finesse backs. Well, I think that a lot
- 7:25Speaker 1: of teams have john to finesse back.
- 7:27Speaker 4: We're still a bit.
- 7:28Speaker 3: I think you need both. But I think that's why
- 7:30Speaker 3: Xavier Robinson had such good games and periods through this
- 7:34Speaker 3: year is because he's a bigger guy six foot six
- 7:36Speaker 3: foot two.
- 7:37Speaker 4: I think he's twenty five. Yeah, but some of the
- 7:39Speaker 4: other guys are.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Yeah, I get I'm.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Talking about a guy that could squat seven hundred pounds.
- 7:43Speaker 1: So I'm talking about because I don't know if you
- 7:46Speaker 1: ever read the Walter Payton book or the Bo Jackson
- 7:49Speaker 1: book or even the Barry Sanders book about you know
- 7:52Speaker 1: what they did growing up and how you know they
- 7:55Speaker 1: were poor so they Walter Payton ran up almost a
- 7:57Speaker 1: vertical hill. I don't remember. I never read there old
- 8:01Speaker 1: Campbell book. I don't know what he did to get
- 8:02Speaker 1: those giant ass legs. But yeah, these guys, these guys
- 8:06Speaker 1: worked and worked and worked their their hardest. I mean
- 8:08Speaker 1: Bo Jackson used to run home from school all the
- 8:10Speaker 1: time because he was getting picked on. So you you
- 8:16Speaker 1: need those guys that put in that work. Now, granted
- 8:19Speaker 1: you look at their kids. Their kids come out and
- 8:21Speaker 1: their kids are what their dads were.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Yeah, because lifestyle.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Too, Yeah, massively different lifestyle.
- 8:27Speaker 3: No. I just I think it was a really good
- 8:29Speaker 3: year for OU. I think they exceeded expectations. It just
- 8:33Speaker 3: leaves that bad taste in your mouth as a fan because.
- 8:36Speaker 2: We lost to this team. Made it to the play This.
- 8:39Speaker 3: Team could have beat this team. It should have beat
- 8:40Speaker 3: it should have very easily.
- 8:42Speaker 2: They could have.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Here's here's the stepping blocks. We haven't made it since
- 8:46Speaker 1: twenty eighteen, twenty nineteen.
- 8:49Speaker 2: When was the last time we made it?
- 8:50Speaker 4: Oh, I don't remember.
- 8:52Speaker 3: It's been so long.
- 8:53Speaker 1: So we haven't made it in so long that we
- 8:55Speaker 1: we have these very bad years.
- 8:59Speaker 2: We keep building, we keep building, and we keep building.
- 9:01Speaker 1: And we finally get to the point that we're at
- 9:04Speaker 1: the playoff. Now for the next season, we need to
- 9:08Speaker 1: take that next step and start winning when we get there,
- 9:12Speaker 1: you know, doing proper preparation, proper game film.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Everybody in there. And it's the whole worry.
- 9:21Speaker 1: I know that a lot of this is the whole
- 9:22Speaker 1: worry about who's gonna be transferring out.
- 9:26Speaker 2: I know a lot of teams are that way.
- 9:28Speaker 3: Twenty nineteen.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Okay, so twenty nineteen, So we finally make it back
- 9:31Speaker 1: to the playoffs. Hey, that's that's a great step for
- 9:36Speaker 1: everything that's happened to us, losing a coach, you know,
- 9:38Speaker 1: having a coach bail on us, having to rebuild an
- 9:41Speaker 1: entire team over the last three years.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Yeah, but Indiana done it in one to know his
- 9:47Speaker 3: first year, he was there. His second year, I'm saying
- 9:50Speaker 3: it just took one year. His second year.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Yeah, he's in his second year.
- 9:53Speaker 4: This is his third now. But last year they were
- 9:55Speaker 4: in the playoff.
- 9:56Speaker 3: It just took him one of yes, yes, yes, this
- 10:00Speaker 3: is their second year in a row for playoff.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I kind of said we should have hired Signet at
- 10:06Speaker 1: one point you said, no, everything's fun.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Oh not having not Brent. No, Brent's building it right,
- 10:12Speaker 3: you know, but you remember, he's got to tell you.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I tell you all the oufense I talk talk to
- 10:18Speaker 1: they are so scared of him leaving and and showing
- 10:22Speaker 1: up somewhere else and having to play that defense.
- 10:25Speaker 4: Oh yeah, there's no way we get rid of.
- 10:28Speaker 1: But that's what everybody. There's a lot of the offense
- 10:31Speaker 1: we said that. We said that here.
- 10:33Speaker 3: I mean we've because I said, what what are you going?
- 10:37Speaker 3: You know, when we had our rough year last year,
- 10:38Speaker 3: what are you gonna do? You're gonna fire a guy
- 10:39Speaker 3: that's gonna turn around and be the DC that whips
- 10:41Speaker 3: your ass every time you play him?
- 10:43Speaker 4: Every time?
- 10:44Speaker 3: I mean, the defense was legitimate, legitimate, legitimate. Okay, so
- 10:50Speaker 3: far we'll talk a little bit about OU's transfer portal departures.
- 10:53Speaker 3: Jayden Gibson, wide receiver. Obviously we knew he was going.
- 10:56Speaker 3: He's got two years of eligibility. Kendle Adobe, defensive back,
- 10:58Speaker 3: one year left. Kobe mccannon z linebacker, out Isaya dent
- 11:02Speaker 3: O line two years left, kateen Helms. I'm surprised about
- 11:05Speaker 3: that one. I thought Kate had showed some flashes that
- 11:10Speaker 3: the god, what does.
- 11:13Speaker 2: He do that?
- 11:17Speaker 3: Stupid you click off? Not on anyway, Jacob Sex then
- 11:22Speaker 3: hurt every year and every game and every line. He's
- 11:27Speaker 3: got one year in Javanti Barnes running back. You know,
- 11:31Speaker 3: he just kind of fizzled out of that area. Shawn's
- 11:36Speaker 3: currently checking my take on this Hoosiers and then making
- 11:40Speaker 3: the playoffs because they did right there.
- 11:44Speaker 4: Notre Dame beat him, Okay, thank you, thank you.
- 11:50Speaker 3: The show and getting is wrong.
- 11:54Speaker 4: I think he's wrong.
- 11:55Speaker 2: I don't remember them there.
- 11:58Speaker 3: They were pretty big dog in that game, and it
- 12:01Speaker 3: was Notre Dame and everybody loves Notre Dame, so you know,
- 12:03Speaker 3: and it was kind of like, holy shit, they're there.
- 12:06Speaker 2: You know.
- 12:06Speaker 4: It's kind of one of them deals.
- 12:09Speaker 2: I mean, ten point loss, oh you we made it.
- 12:13Speaker 1: We just have to keep building, try to keep all
- 12:16Speaker 1: these kids together, keep this team, and you know, grab
- 12:20Speaker 1: some portal people.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Know we're we're gonna have some freshmen coming in, and.
- 12:24Speaker 4: We're gonna lose some defensive players obviously to the draft.
- 12:26Speaker 2: And yeah, we're gonna we losing player.
- 12:28Speaker 3: I don't think there's gonna be anything. Uh you know,
- 12:31Speaker 3: that's gonna be like we had.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Been in the past three seasons. Yes, and I was.
- 12:38Speaker 1: I saw an article where a lot of those guys
- 12:40Speaker 1: haven't done very well. The ones that the big names
- 12:43Speaker 1: that did leave us, you know, the kid that went
- 12:47Speaker 1: to Arkansas, the kid that went to Missouri, they've all
- 12:51Speaker 1: had bad seasons. So I guess we dodged a bullet
- 12:55Speaker 1: with them.
- 12:58Speaker 3: No, I agree, part let's move on to the second
- 13:00Speaker 3: playoff game that hasn't any interest. That was the next game,
- 13:04Speaker 3: the second game. The scheduling was stupid on this one
- 13:06Speaker 3: as well. So Miami Texas A and M obviously going
- 13:09Speaker 3: to be the best game of the day and they're
- 13:13Speaker 3: start at eleven am. Now we say best game of
- 13:16Speaker 3: the day. It was kind of back and forth of nothing.
- 13:18Speaker 3: It was very boring, able thought it was the most competitive,
- 13:22Speaker 3: I should say, not best watching, it.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Was the most competitive, dude to the fact that neither
- 13:27Speaker 1: offense understood how to play until until you.
- 13:31Speaker 3: Know, if you look at the stats though in that game, though,
- 13:34Speaker 3: is A and M. And that's going to be a
- 13:36Speaker 3: tough one for their fans to swallow as well.
- 13:38Speaker 2: It really is. They started out the season eleven and zero.
- 13:41Speaker 3: They pretty much dominated that game. I mean, you know,
- 13:44Speaker 3: some field position stuff. The kicker for Miami was horrible.
- 13:48Speaker 3: I think he missed three if I'm not mistaken. But
- 13:51Speaker 3: A and M once again eighty nine total rushing yards.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Miami had one hundred and seventy five through for two
- 13:56Speaker 3: thirty seven. But then you look at the turno time
- 13:58Speaker 3: and possession. A and M leve the turnovers, two interceptions
- 14:02Speaker 3: and they lost to fumble and that was the difference.
- 14:06Speaker 3: And I think he threw a pick the very last
- 14:08Speaker 3: play or towards the light end in the end zone
- 14:11Speaker 3: or towards the end red so uh. And he was
- 14:13Speaker 3: sacked seven times. So A and M there's your problem.
- 14:16Speaker 3: You need to go find offensive lineman. And that's a
- 14:17Speaker 3: huge money school too well, and I think that and
- 14:21Speaker 3: I think Reid I think they've got some talent there.
- 14:24Speaker 4: Defense obviously has got talent.
- 14:26Speaker 3: But what happened started out and lost well, and we
- 14:31Speaker 3: talked about this Sean who they beat.
- 14:33Speaker 4: They beat Notre Dame and that was it.
- 14:35Speaker 3: That's the only team that they'd beat, and they'd beaten
- 14:37Speaker 3: him just by one point, and they held love and tech.
- 14:40Speaker 3: I think we looked at that game as rushing was
- 14:42Speaker 3: horrible for that game, so that made a huge difference
- 14:46Speaker 3: in that. So I don't really have any interest in
- 14:49Speaker 3: talking about Congratulations Pete Golding and old miss his first
- 14:52Speaker 3: career win as a playoff as a coach in the
- 14:55Speaker 3: playoff game forty one.
- 14:57Speaker 2: But he's still using he's still using Lane Kiffin's staff.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Yeah, came over two Lane.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Congratulations too, Lane for making it again. You know they're
- 15:08Speaker 1: losing their entire coaching staff as well. I haven't heard
- 15:12Speaker 1: anything about them hiring a coach yet, have you.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Yes?
- 15:16Speaker 1: They Oh, that's right, they did hire they. I think
- 15:19Speaker 1: we talked about that last week, didn't we. Yes, I've
- 15:24Speaker 1: read who it was. Yeah, can he looks that up?
- 15:30Speaker 4: No, it was it's Neils, not Neil. Is it Neil
- 15:34Speaker 4: not Neil?
- 15:35Speaker 2: Oh my god, is it Neil not Neil.
- 15:37Speaker 3: He took the North or North Texas job. The guy
- 15:41Speaker 3: from West Virginia, Neil Brown. I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
- 15:46Speaker 1: But we get into the argument and and I've seen
- 15:48Speaker 1: this everywhere about why is the group of five in there?
- 15:53Speaker 1: And I think, you know, this would be my rent.
- 15:56Speaker 1: We need the group of five in there. The power
- 15:59Speaker 1: for need the group of five to play. If you
- 16:04Speaker 1: start excluding the group of five from the playoffs, they're
- 16:08Speaker 1: going to form their own thing and then they're not
- 16:10Speaker 1: going to be scheduling any Power four teams.
- 16:15Speaker 2: And at that point, if they do schedule a.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Power four team, they're gonna make them pay triple the
- 16:20Speaker 1: money that they usually pay. Because if you if you
- 16:25Speaker 1: take away the group of five, that's the feeder schools
- 16:29Speaker 1: for you know.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Kids to transfer, kids that are coaches all that.
- 16:36Speaker 1: You take that away, they'll just form their own their
- 16:39Speaker 1: own league and won't even play any of the Power four.
- 16:42Speaker 1: And then the Power four, well, bitch, because they'll have
- 16:45Speaker 1: to play each other all the time. Oh well, you
- 16:48Speaker 1: have to schedule nothing but acc Big twelve or Big ten.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Will Hallison, he was a passing game coordinator.
- 16:55Speaker 4: He's hired.
- 16:56Speaker 3: He's a former Southern miss coach passing game Corner.
- 16:58Speaker 1: For one year and they hired So stop with the
- 17:02Speaker 1: group forgot, stop with excluding the group of five.
- 17:04Speaker 4: I don't mind.
- 17:05Speaker 3: I don't mind including them if you move to sixteen.
- 17:08Speaker 3: I don't like this double inclusion thing.
- 17:11Speaker 1: The only reason why the double inclusion happened. I get it, it
- 17:13Speaker 1: was because Duke beat Virginia.
- 17:15Speaker 4: Well, yeah, because you take that.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Had Virginia won that game, Virginia would have been in.
- 17:20Speaker 3: Yeah, but you shouldn't have to have one conference win
- 17:25Speaker 3: one game at the end to not allow a Texas
- 17:29Speaker 3: a Vanderbilt.
- 17:31Speaker 1: One of the issues is they don't expect a team
- 17:34Speaker 1: that's not ranked to be playing in the championship game.
- 17:39Speaker 2: They expect those teams to be ranked.
- 17:41Speaker 3: I totally no, I totally get it, because they're gonna
- 17:43Speaker 3: get one automatically, right, they had Tulane automatically. Yes, they
- 17:49Speaker 3: were the highest ranked Power five.
- 17:50Speaker 4: I like that rule.
- 17:51Speaker 3: You need to keep one of those conference people in there.
- 17:54Speaker 3: I totally agree with it.
- 17:55Speaker 2: And the reason why James Madison made it was because the.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Whole Virginia and they were the next highest ranked, and
- 18:02Speaker 3: they were.
- 18:03Speaker 1: In fact that Duke beat them and Duke didn't make it.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Duke wasn't in the top twenty five. I'm sorry.
- 18:10Speaker 4: They had five losses.
- 18:11Speaker 3: They weren't even gonna get close, and even some voters
- 18:13Speaker 3: tried to start pumping them up into the top twenty five. Oh,
- 18:16Speaker 3: I know at the end, just I saw that relevant.
- 18:18Speaker 3: So James Madison wouldn't. Now, James Madison did score twenty
- 18:21Speaker 3: eight points in the second half against Oregon. Oregon's coach
- 18:24Speaker 3: was pissed. I know he was super pissed about that,
- 18:26Speaker 3: but it really wasn't dead time because they were already up,
- 18:29Speaker 3: you know, after the quarter.
- 18:32Speaker 4: They know it was forty eight points, they.
- 18:33Speaker 2: Were up, well, I mean the halftime it was.
- 18:36Speaker 3: Forty yeah, no, I get it, but it was forty
- 18:38Speaker 3: eight to twenty after.
- 18:40Speaker 1: The third quarter and they were on autopilot after that.
- 18:42Speaker 1: They had the backups in and all that. But I
- 18:48Speaker 1: didn't mind that.
- 18:49Speaker 2: James Madison was they they had made it, they had
- 18:52Speaker 2: proved it. And who the hell keeps coming in and out?
- 18:55Speaker 2: Are you coming over here?
- 18:56Speaker 3: Company? Oh, we've got family company.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Yeah, the family is family starting to slowly roll into
- 19:03Speaker 1: the sports complex.
- 19:05Speaker 3: And dig very loud. Just keep digging.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Thank you, brother, for all the noise slammed the door too.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Which yeah, all right, moving so.
- 19:18Speaker 2: As as it went as it went, Ole Miss and
- 19:20Speaker 2: Oregon both rolled. I think they had the easiest, uh,
- 19:23Speaker 2: the easiest of those two. Now here's the thing.
- 19:26Speaker 1: I wonder what would have happened if you took A
- 19:28Speaker 1: and M in Miami and put them against Tulane in Madison.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Well, it was an interesting guy, because I told you
- 19:33Speaker 3: in my playoff, I wanted to move Tulane to ten
- 19:37Speaker 3: and move Miami to eleven simply because Miami didn't win
- 19:42Speaker 3: a conference championship. Tulane did, and it wouldn't have created
- 19:47Speaker 3: a playoff. Now, I know you're not supposed to What
- 19:51Speaker 3: do you say to manipulate that you're supposed to put
- 19:54Speaker 3: the best teams one three? Yeah, but in reality I
- 19:58Speaker 3: was In reality, you're making it obvious.
- 20:01Speaker 4: So you're taking too lean, too late.
- 20:03Speaker 3: You know that Notre Dame's better, too, Lane, No, you
- 20:06Speaker 3: know Notre Dame's better, so and that that's what I'm saying.
- 20:09Speaker 4: You know they're better.
- 20:10Speaker 3: So you're obviously going, Okay, we'll just slide, We'll slought
- 20:13Speaker 3: you guys down at the bottom line.
- 20:14Speaker 2: But I still think I.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Think better games having Miami and Texas not play each
- 20:19Speaker 1: other and had Old Miss play Oregon and then James
- 20:22Speaker 1: Madison and two Lane play Miami in Texas. A.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Yeah, but you couldn't have done it because it just
- 20:27Speaker 3: you would be manipulating the playoff.
- 20:30Speaker 4: But it's sure make it a lot more fun.
- 20:31Speaker 2: It would, it really would have. So that's uh, that's
- 20:34Speaker 2: what happened there. Next games are not until the thirty first,
- 20:37Speaker 2: and that's Miami versus Ohio.
- 20:39Speaker 3: State, which will be an interesting matchup, will really break
- 20:41Speaker 3: down a lot of lunch.
- 20:43Speaker 1: They have Ohio State at nine and a half currently
- 20:45Speaker 1: that might rise as it shoue.
- 20:49Speaker 3: Hey, but look at the over and under? Does that
- 20:51Speaker 3: the forty two and a half? Does that seem a
- 20:52Speaker 3: little low for you? It does, because now what they're
- 20:55Speaker 3: saying is is they don't if you're forty two points
- 20:58Speaker 3: low and nine and a half spread, they're looking at
- 21:01Speaker 3: like a thirty five to six. Yeah, not much maybe
- 21:07Speaker 3: at twenty seven.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Well, no, Ohio State in their last couple of games,
- 21:11Speaker 1: they weren't really it's only been they weren't really outscored.
- 21:14Speaker 3: They played Michigan and that's a rivalry game. And then
- 21:17Speaker 3: they played Indiana lost, so I mean, I get that points.
- 21:22Speaker 3: I think that Indiana's got a legitimately good defense.
- 21:25Speaker 1: And then he got two and a half for Oregon
- 21:27Speaker 1: over Texas Tech on the first.
- 21:30Speaker 3: That's and it's a fifty two.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Is that January one?
- 21:35Speaker 2: It's January one, January. I'd like to take that day
- 21:38Speaker 2: down in Miamia.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Because that starts early.
- 21:41Speaker 2: And then of course the three o'clock Alabama Indiana.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Indiana rolls in that one, and then miss oh miss Georgia,
- 21:49Speaker 1: which is there another rematch? Yeah, and that's not our
- 21:52Speaker 1: that's that's not everybody's fault. That's just how it happened,
- 21:57Speaker 1: because you remember Georgia was set in number four until
- 22:01Speaker 1: they won the.
- 22:02Speaker 2: SEC title game and moved up.
- 22:04Speaker 3: Sure, Nope, I get it looks like fun. We'll talk
- 22:08Speaker 3: a lot about a lot of things going down.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Congratulations everybody roll tide.
- 22:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I think I think now you know, if you
- 22:15Speaker 3: get the Alabama team that's possible to play like they
- 22:18Speaker 3: have in the.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Yeah, if you get that Alabama team that lost after
- 22:23Speaker 1: week one, but like.
- 22:24Speaker 3: I said, it's still that started rolling. But Oklahoma very
- 22:28Speaker 3: easily could have beat them, and Oklahoma looked better until
- 22:30Speaker 3: every facet of the game adown.
- 22:35Speaker 2: So I'm gonna apologize for the kindle in the background,
- 22:41Speaker 2: anything else for your college.
- 22:43Speaker 1: I did my runt of the group of five because
- 22:45Speaker 1: I got tired of so many people bitching about that,
- 22:48Speaker 1: and hey, I'm off for a group of five forming
- 22:49Speaker 1: their own conference and charging Triple, charging the power for
- 22:54Speaker 1: Triple to play them.
- 22:56Speaker 3: I don't like, I said, I don't like the setup
- 22:59Speaker 3: because it move it.
- 23:00Speaker 2: To sixteen sixteen.
- 23:02Speaker 4: Well, hey, this gap is too big.
- 23:04Speaker 3: It's too big of a gap between games, and it
- 23:07Speaker 3: includes more.
- 23:07Speaker 4: What are we setting?
- 23:08Speaker 3: I mean, oh, you know you Alabama played Fridays this Fridays.
- 23:12Speaker 2: But it'll include more of the bowl games too.
- 23:15Speaker 3: It shouldn't relevant, yes to those, But I don't know
- 23:18Speaker 3: why they don't do that.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Are some of these balls just stubborn?
- 23:21Speaker 3: And that's what one thing maybe I wanted to ran
- 23:22Speaker 3: on a little bit was these presidents and these sponsor
- 23:25Speaker 3: these bulls. You are tend to be a little bit
- 23:27Speaker 3: stubborn when it comes to wanting your affiliations of these
- 23:31Speaker 3: teams and conferences. What you should do is everyone should
- 23:34Speaker 3: get together and beg whoever puts this subcommittee together and
- 23:38Speaker 3: I don't even know if it's NCAA.
- 23:39Speaker 4: I think they're a joke too.
- 23:40Speaker 3: But whoever's running the show and go, hey pick us two.
- 23:46Speaker 2: Six old white guys and a woman.
- 23:48Speaker 3: But but I do like kind I like the home
- 23:51Speaker 3: game feel of it too sometimes for all these So
- 23:54Speaker 3: I think.
- 23:55Speaker 2: The whole issue, the whole issue for the home game.
- 23:57Speaker 3: But you would get two extra Bowl games, wouldn't that
- 23:59Speaker 3: be right? If you to sixteen?
- 24:00Speaker 2: Right?
- 24:01Speaker 3: Then?
- 24:01Speaker 2: So the whole issue with the whole game the teams is.
- 24:05Speaker 1: How that you know, the money is distributed, distributed, so
- 24:08Speaker 1: all those conferences get four million dollars and nobody gets
- 24:13Speaker 1: to keep the money until the second round. The second round,
- 24:17Speaker 1: you keep the money, the team's keep them.
- 24:19Speaker 3: Well, well, I don't think any any team should have a
- 24:22Speaker 3: second round home game.
- 24:23Speaker 1: I just think no, I'm just talking, well, I'm just
- 24:26Speaker 1: talking about how how it progresses now with the money.
- 24:28Speaker 3: Yeah, go one through sixteen and uh, and then you
- 24:32Speaker 3: have that, you come up to eight still to four
- 24:35Speaker 3: six eight, and you've added four more teams nobody, and
- 24:39Speaker 3: you've added four more game home games?
- 24:42Speaker 4: You know, So what what's wrong with that?
- 24:44Speaker 3: Yeah? Nobody gets a buy these buys are done too,
- 24:47Speaker 3: because you think about a team like that didn't play
- 24:50Speaker 3: in their conference championship, which was that anybody?
- 24:53Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 24:54Speaker 3: Now all four played in their conference championship.
- 24:57Speaker 2: What do you talk about in the top three four?
- 25:00Speaker 4: Yeah, they all played in THEIRS.
- 25:01Speaker 3: I'm just thinking if it would be possible to swing
- 25:03Speaker 3: someone in the top four that didn't play in the
- 25:06Speaker 3: conference championship and then had to take another week off,
- 25:10Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying, Like if Notre Dame went undefeated,
- 25:12Speaker 3: they would be off an extra week, right, or if
- 25:14Speaker 3: they had just won Los mm, well they were seven
- 25:18Speaker 3: flash arm remember what they did the year before? Matt,
- 25:20Speaker 3: You could be right, but that's a long time being off.
- 25:23Speaker 3: Because football, you tend to want to have that.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Yeah, you want to you want to stay week two week.
- 25:28Speaker 3: You've got to play in a game plan and I
- 25:29Speaker 3: see eight nine.
- 25:30Speaker 1: It does get your guys healthy, but at the same time,
- 25:32Speaker 1: you guys get warm or you guys get cold.
- 25:35Speaker 3: So now we're taking Saturdays teams and the first game
- 25:39Speaker 3: isn'tntil what Eve night?
- 25:41Speaker 4: Is that what you said?
- 25:43Speaker 3: Yeah, Wednesday night is the first game. So you're going
- 25:46Speaker 3: from a Saturday Saturday, and so what is that seven.
- 25:49Speaker 3: That's ten days. Yeah, you know we could have added
- 25:52Speaker 3: another game in here and amongst all this around the bulls. No,
- 25:57Speaker 3: I'm talking about for championship.
- 25:59Speaker 1: So quick update on Michigan coaching. I've heard Jeff Brom
- 26:04Speaker 1: and today Todd Monkin was mentioned as a possibility.
- 26:12Speaker 2: I know that that Michigan has talked to Brom.
- 26:14Speaker 3: January third, Kalen de Bor will be named head coach
- 26:16Speaker 3: of Michigan.
- 26:20Speaker 2: He said he wants to stay there.
- 26:23Speaker 3: Why are they so slow rolling about getting a coach though, Michigan.
- 26:26Speaker 3: I mean it's almost like they've just given up that
- 26:28Speaker 3: year next year, you know what I mean, recruitings whatever.
- 26:31Speaker 1: In money Kenny's defense, we have not really watched a
- 26:35Speaker 1: lot of these balls. Washington State did beat Utah State.
- 26:38Speaker 4: Their coach left, went to Iowa State.
- 26:42Speaker 1: And Louisville beat Toledo and their coach. Louisville's coach is
- 26:47Speaker 1: possibly leaving two.
- 26:48Speaker 3: Years in a row with a Bowl win. I think
- 26:49Speaker 3: that's first time Louisville did it. And X number here
- 26:52Speaker 3: it's been a while.
- 26:53Speaker 1: You know, Ohio a winning beating UNLV and their coach
- 26:57Speaker 1: not coaching. He was caught a whole abuse and uh
- 27:02Speaker 1: banging a student.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Well well well, well well so he went all out
- 27:11Speaker 3: on it and that was his first full year, freaking idiot.
- 27:14Speaker 2: So that's all the games that have happened so far
- 27:16Speaker 2: for the that's all we've made.
- 27:19Speaker 3: What what games today?
- 27:21Speaker 2: We don't have any today today? Ye, nothing today.
- 27:24Speaker 1: It's gonna resume Friday with Central Michigan and Northwestern New
- 27:28Speaker 1: Mexico Minnesota.
- 27:32Speaker 3: Pat Fitzgerald getting the Michigan State job. Really is that
- 27:35Speaker 3: interesting to see how they do with him?
- 27:38Speaker 2: And Michigan State has went on such a horrible down swing.
- 27:41Speaker 3: Well, they had that one good year with mel Tucker
- 27:43Speaker 3: and they paid him all that money. And then if
- 27:44Speaker 3: you remember that was that one year where the rotation
- 27:47Speaker 3: they played one.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Well, right, and you got to remember that he got
- 27:50Speaker 1: busted for sexual assault, harassment.
- 27:54Speaker 3: I don't know, it's something he should have been doing.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Yeah, that was a lot of guys. You got money,
- 27:59Speaker 2: let it go, no kidding.
- 28:01Speaker 3: You know what?
- 28:02Speaker 4: I find that.
- 28:04Speaker 3: Well, and I find that I find it refreshing when
- 28:08Speaker 3: these people, like I mean, they're you know all these
- 28:12Speaker 3: we see these coaches get these things, and there's been
- 28:15Speaker 3: a lot of them last two years. But then you
- 28:18Speaker 3: think they're very small portion.
- 28:22Speaker 4: They're getting caught.
- 28:23Speaker 3: There's a small portion that's still quiet and will eventually
- 28:25Speaker 3: get caught or not. But you know, you would say
- 28:28Speaker 3: ninety five percent of thems. These coaches, for one, don't
- 28:32Speaker 3: have time, and too they're loyal to their wives and
- 28:34Speaker 3: children and families and stuff.
- 28:36Speaker 2: So sometimes and you somehow know how to get away with.
- 28:39Speaker 3: It sometimes sometimes sometimes it it kind of puts a
- 28:46Speaker 3: bad light on everybody.
- 28:47Speaker 2: But do you have anything else for college? I don't nothing.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Uh, you know transfer as college transfer, uh January second.
- 28:55Speaker 2: We talked about that a lot of kids. Are you
- 28:59Speaker 2: just talked about you? I'm just in general. It's opening
- 29:01Speaker 2: the second so I know that crap. There's a there's
- 29:09Speaker 2: a big running back that's coming on.
- 29:12Speaker 1: I just I just read it on my phone. There's
- 29:14Speaker 1: a big running back that's coming into the portal. He's
- 29:16Speaker 1: declaring for the second.
- 29:18Speaker 3: Well, as far as college, just wanted to touch it
- 29:20Speaker 3: real quick. Oh you men's basketball. They did land an
- 29:23Speaker 3: interesting addition Russian big man career lot and Stev that's
- 29:27Speaker 3: a total guess a lot and SEV.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Korea lot and SEV elections elations real.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Yes average seven points for you know, a big guy.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Then here's here's something, here's something that's not been mentioned.
- 29:46Speaker 1: And I know they really haven't played anybody. Uh, Tulsa's
- 29:49Speaker 1: ten and one eleven.
- 29:50Speaker 3: And they are they really are. And you say they
- 29:53Speaker 3: haven't played anybody. They've played a few good teams on
- 29:55Speaker 3: the fringe and have won.
- 29:56Speaker 2: On the fringe. But they the University of Tulsa basketball
- 30:00Speaker 2: men's basketball.
- 30:01Speaker 3: They did they beat me?
- 30:03Speaker 2: You know? Are you the only team? The only team
- 30:06Speaker 2: they lost was Kansas.
- 30:07Speaker 3: They were they were playing. Where are they going to
- 30:10Speaker 3: go play?
- 30:10Speaker 2: If they're in I don't know?
- 30:13Speaker 1: Are we still in the midst of They beat Denver,
- 30:18Speaker 1: Denver's best at hockey. Yeah, that is correct, very good
- 30:21Speaker 1: at hockey, Denvers because they've.
- 30:23Speaker 2: Won ship seven titles, six titles. Oh, look at it
- 30:31Speaker 2: all that you know what?
- 30:33Speaker 4: Hold on, I'll just tell you this right now.
- 30:36Speaker 2: I don't know what he's I don't know what ten
- 30:37Speaker 2: is going into.
- 30:38Speaker 4: No, because I think, are you are you men?
- 30:40Speaker 2: I know what we?
- 30:41Speaker 1: Oh?
- 30:41Speaker 2: You men? Have lost four? We're doing an interlude to
- 30:47Speaker 2: the NFL.
- 30:48Speaker 3: Yes, real quick, O s U currently setting at eleven
- 30:52Speaker 3: and one there one loss Oklahoma, oklahom Really, yes, oh
- 30:57Speaker 3: you women and oh you men played last was it
- 31:00Speaker 3: last week?
- 31:00Speaker 4: Do we don't talk about that?
- 31:01Speaker 3: I think maybe I live maybe a BLib at the end,
- 31:04Speaker 3: but they had played at the pey Coom Center, and
- 31:06Speaker 3: oh you win?
- 31:07Speaker 4: Sorry, oh you won?
- 31:08Speaker 2: No. I think what happened was is that we missed it.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Uh. Currently, the big you know, the Big twelve still
- 31:14Speaker 3: got a bad ass basketball conference.
- 31:16Speaker 4: Probably that's what.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Wanted.
- 31:19Speaker 3: And b y U has got a great I can't
- 31:21Speaker 3: remember that kid's name, rookie. They're twelve and one, Iowa
- 31:25Speaker 3: State's twelve, and oh, Arizona's twelve and oh you're still
- 31:28Speaker 3: eleven to one, Okland State eleven one u c F. Well,
- 31:31Speaker 3: what's going on?
- 31:31Speaker 4: Who's coaching u c F? And pull that up?
- 31:33Speaker 3: That's gotta be is that the old duke assistant or
- 31:37Speaker 3: duke player still down there? And then Colorado ten and two,
- 31:41Speaker 3: Baylor's good, Kansas ten and three. Everybody's that's early obviously
- 31:47Speaker 3: for that so big East Yukon.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Obviously, because I mean we've only got Yes, Johnny, wasn't
- 31:54Speaker 1: Johnny a two and a half three months untiln't Johnny
- 31:57Speaker 1: a duke?
- 31:58Speaker 2: Sah?
- 32:01Speaker 3: Yes, yes he played due, Yes, yes, yes, yeah, good
- 32:04Speaker 3: hire by them, and he's he's had a couple if
- 32:06Speaker 3: you look, pull up his coaching card, quiet and he's
- 32:08Speaker 3: he's an older guy, so he's not gonna get a
- 32:10Speaker 3: lot of big jobs. That's I'm not saying that's right.
- 32:15Speaker 3: But he was such a duke a coach forever and
- 32:19Speaker 3: then he just kind of went out there at Stanford
- 32:22Speaker 3: and just kind of went with it.
- 32:23Speaker 4: But he's been at UCF for about six is it
- 32:25Speaker 4: five six years?
- 32:29Speaker 3: Yeah, five six seven, And then then you go the
- 32:33Speaker 3: big twelve.
- 32:34Speaker 4: Yeah, twenties. He'd have a good last couple of years.
- 32:36Speaker 2: But that so u c F.
- 32:39Speaker 4: He's one hundred and seventy one. He's been there longer
- 32:41Speaker 4: than I thought. Man, that is nuts.
- 32:43Speaker 3: Yukon obviously good, Creighton not so good, but a good
- 32:47Speaker 3: conference record.
- 32:47Speaker 4: Villanova sets there, Villanova.
- 32:49Speaker 3: With a bounce back and they needed a Seaton Hall
- 32:53Speaker 3: good record also, Butler. Then you go over big ten Nebraska.
- 32:59Speaker 3: Look at them still twelve zero basketball. The mayor's got
- 33:01Speaker 3: it going on up in the brass.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Look at twelve O.
- 33:04Speaker 4: Michigan also doing so well, and then you've got.
- 33:08Speaker 2: DoD They finally drop no.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Arkansas is still in at nine and three, Illinois is
- 33:12Speaker 1: still in at eight and three, Tennessee is still in
- 33:14Speaker 1: at nine.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Are talking about the.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Florida still in at eight and four? Why? Why? What
- 33:20Speaker 2: have they done well?
- 33:22Speaker 3: Their losses have been against TEF teams. Who's Vanderbilt's coach?
- 33:26Speaker 3: They had struggled a little bit for some years?
- 33:30Speaker 4: And why am I not?
- 33:32Speaker 3: I can't think of his name. I've got to get
- 33:34Speaker 3: in my football. But Georgia you kidding me? Georgia and basketball?
- 33:37Speaker 3: That's Todd Uh? What was to Todd White? Came that
- 33:40Speaker 3: Florida fired him and he's done nothing? Where's he from?
- 33:46Speaker 2: I think we talked about James Madison, That's what it was.
- 33:49Speaker 2: I think we talked about him.
- 33:50Speaker 4: Has he been there?
- 33:51Speaker 3: So Georgia LSU obviously, and then.
- 33:56Speaker 2: Then you've got to you that's this is why we
- 33:58Speaker 2: talked about him, because he've been there two years. Yeah.
- 34:00Speaker 3: In Oklahoma. Oklahoma set in a nine to three. Currently
- 34:04Speaker 3: no conference wins or losses.
- 34:06Speaker 2: So we have oh god, that starts next month, doesn't
- 34:10Speaker 2: it now?
- 34:10Speaker 4: Some conferences have already started to play.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Well, they have the one in two bos, But are
- 34:15Speaker 1: the actual meat and potatoes of playing in the conference
- 34:18Speaker 1: doesn't start till next month.
- 34:20Speaker 3: I think, oh you set a record for point oh
- 34:22Speaker 3: u's twelve and one women. I think they set a
- 34:25Speaker 3: record one hundred and twenty six points scored in their
- 34:27Speaker 3: last game.
- 34:28Speaker 2: All right, let's move on, let's move on the NFL. So, Kenny,
- 34:33Speaker 2: what did you do last week? You said you were
- 34:34Speaker 2: four and two, and then I had to remind you that.
- 34:36Speaker 3: Yes, Seahawks, the Seahawks, I forgot one overtime. I just
- 34:40Speaker 3: can't believe that the Rams, who everyone has pinned as
- 34:43Speaker 3: the Super Bowl champs, and dude, Nick Bay the greatest
- 34:47Speaker 3: coaching look at the time, not just this year.
- 34:49Speaker 2: All the time.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Look at the Rams in the first three quarters, You're
- 34:52Speaker 1: up twenty three to seven, twenty three to fourteen, and
- 34:57Speaker 1: then from there.
- 34:59Speaker 2: You shit in the and Sam Darnold has it has
- 35:03Speaker 2: a good show.
- 35:03Speaker 3: Well I should have known that because I watched the
- 35:05Speaker 3: game and I love them going for two, which was great, right.
- 35:07Speaker 3: You know, I thought last week's football game schedule is
- 35:10Speaker 3: pretty good. I thought the Bears and the Packers was.
- 35:12Speaker 3: It was a very good game. The Bears kind of
- 35:15Speaker 3: slept them two and scored at.
- 35:17Speaker 2: The bullshit and two bullshit penalties on Booker.
- 35:21Speaker 1: He was trying to roll off of Love the first time,
- 35:25Speaker 1: and you could tell that still got a rough in
- 35:27Speaker 1: the passer.
- 35:28Speaker 2: And then whenever Love got his concussion.
- 35:30Speaker 1: And I don't want to hear any ship from any
- 35:33Speaker 1: Packers fans or anybody else. Booker had put his head
- 35:37Speaker 1: down into the left or Jordan Love put his head
- 35:43Speaker 1: down right in the way. Now Booker's going in and
- 35:48Speaker 1: trying to do a legal hit. There should be if
- 35:53Speaker 1: we're gonna bitch about these these quarterbacks and all these
- 35:56Speaker 1: rough in the passer, here's the thing, passer. We're gonna
- 36:00Speaker 1: make it to where quarterbacks can no longer U approve
- 36:06Speaker 1: the ball, advance the ball, and if they get a
- 36:12Speaker 1: hand on them, they're down right there.
- 36:14Speaker 2: That's it.
- 36:15Speaker 1: This is the only way that we're going to be
- 36:17Speaker 1: protecting the quarterbacks, if you Because Love really put his
- 36:23Speaker 1: head down into that hit and got himself knocked out.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Had he kept his head up and just kind of
- 36:28Speaker 1: tilted to his right or to his left, he would
- 36:32Speaker 1: have been totally fine. He would have taken a legal hit,
- 36:35Speaker 1: his legal, solid hit. But yeah, Booker did not try
- 36:39Speaker 1: to intentionally hurt him. Eybody's call him book a dirty player,
- 36:43Speaker 1: and I watched that whole game, especially in overtime.
- 36:47Speaker 2: That's right, bear down, Packers suck.
- 36:51Speaker 3: Oh now he's hopping on the bandwagon.
- 36:52Speaker 2: Folks still hate Caleb Williams.
- 36:56Speaker 1: But I always said, even if we go, even if
- 36:59Speaker 1: we don't ever win a game, the two games that
- 37:02Speaker 1: I want to be win are always against the Packers.
- 37:04Speaker 4: Sure, sure, it's the it's.
- 37:06Speaker 1: The biggest rivalry. And I hate that turd turd green
- 37:10Speaker 1: and piss yellow.
- 37:13Speaker 3: All right, anything else caught you, it said, said last week.
- 37:16Speaker 4: But what the big one was me is the Jaguars.
- 37:18Speaker 2: Oh yeah, well Steelers, Lyne, No, not me.
- 37:21Speaker 4: Lines are bad.
- 37:22Speaker 2: No, No, we were talking about it. I telled you.
- 37:25Speaker 1: I said, this is this is gonna be Tomlin's biggest
- 37:27Speaker 1: win of the season, and it's going to save his
- 37:29Speaker 1: job and and and.
- 37:30Speaker 3: What's funny is Detroit had it to g at the
- 37:32Speaker 3: end that they still could have put it away.
- 37:34Speaker 2: But you look at.
- 37:34Speaker 4: Golf's numbers, thirty four to fifty four.
- 37:36Speaker 3: He's not good. He's just not any good.
- 37:38Speaker 2: He stood three hundred and sixty four yards and three touchdowns.
- 37:40Speaker 3: Well, if you throw it fifty four yard times, you.
- 37:43Speaker 2: Should fifty four yards.
- 37:45Speaker 3: Yeah, no, fifty four times. You should have thrown man.
- 37:47Speaker 2: Aaron Rodgers pulled it out for him, though.
- 37:51Speaker 3: I think there it's it's becoming that that offense is
- 37:53Speaker 3: way too talented to be losing.
- 37:56Speaker 2: Well.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Hold on now Ashton genty finally having his breakout game
- 37:59Speaker 1: did that was a surprise.
- 38:01Speaker 3: Long, I guess, one of the best defenses.
- 38:04Speaker 1: One of the top defenses in the NFL over the
- 38:07Speaker 1: Houston Texans, and Houston only winning that game by two points,
- 38:10Speaker 1: and then the Bills only pulling out a three point
- 38:13Speaker 1: win over the Brown But.
- 38:15Speaker 3: You know, those are teams right there, though, that are
- 38:16Speaker 3: in the playoffs. They're going to play big. They're gonna
- 38:18Speaker 3: make big, big games.
- 38:20Speaker 2: They playing for positioning, I know.
- 38:21Speaker 3: But what I'm saying is is those games when you
- 38:23Speaker 3: played those that are really bad, those are trap games.
- 38:26Speaker 1: And Houston, I don't think Houston has has secured a
- 38:30Speaker 1: win yet, has secured of the playoff spot.
- 38:32Speaker 2: Yet they have not.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Uh Chargers, Cowboys, the downfall of Dallas. Uh oh, even
- 38:41Speaker 1: the Chiefs losing to the Titans massive surprise, not me.
- 38:47Speaker 2: It was for me only getting nine points. Yeah, so
- 38:52Speaker 2: he's gone. I don't know.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Who their quarterback is now Carson wins other than Panthers.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Panthers with a.
- 39:03Speaker 2: With a nice little three point win over the Bucks.
- 39:06Speaker 2: Cute if somebody had them at thirteen wins.
- 39:10Speaker 3: I mean they should be with that talent we had.
- 39:12Speaker 3: But we had injuries early in a tough schedule and
- 39:15Speaker 3: we did well. Now the schedule has lightened up and
- 39:17Speaker 3: we're doing worse.
- 39:18Speaker 2: And you've got your players.
- 39:19Speaker 4: Bet, I know that's what I'm saying. That's coaching. It's
- 39:21Speaker 4: time to make a change, all right.
- 39:23Speaker 3: I tweeted it out Tampa because light's good enough, You're
- 39:28Speaker 3: and your and your defensive pressure is not any good either.
- 39:30Speaker 3: You have got to have studs on those exteriors on
- 39:33Speaker 3: the ends. There's just nobody that'd be the thing I
- 39:35Speaker 3: draft is end in in. No.
- 39:39Speaker 4: I mean it ran about the I can ran.
- 39:40Speaker 3: About Tampa fucking rest of the offseason because it's just
- 39:44Speaker 3: been horrible.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Uh yeah, Jaguars Broncos, massive surprise.
- 39:51Speaker 2: Uh I figured it was gonna be a low scoring,
- 39:54Speaker 2: close game. Did we pick that? Mm hmm? We never
- 39:57Speaker 2: Oh no, we took you.
- 39:58Speaker 1: Okay, Yeah, I figured it was gonna be a low
- 40:00Speaker 1: scoring Broncos win. I did not expect it to be
- 40:06Speaker 1: a fourteen point.
- 40:10Speaker 2: Lawrence.
- 40:10Speaker 4: So a couple of things.
- 40:11Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you Jesus hold on Trevor Lawrence. That
- 40:15Speaker 2: came out.
- 40:15Speaker 3: For one, That's why Tampa tried so hard to keep
- 40:18Speaker 3: Liam knowing going knowing that he was a pretty good
- 40:23Speaker 3: offensive coordinator. I had twisted those words, try to keep
- 40:26Speaker 3: Liam Cohen knowing that he's a pretty good OC and
- 40:31Speaker 3: hold on. Then the owner, and then the owner comes
- 40:35Speaker 3: back and goes, I'll fire the gym if you'll come
- 40:37Speaker 3: over right. Then would have been Tampa's big decision to go, hey, no,
- 40:40Speaker 3: we're just gonna hire us ahead, We're gonna fire the bulls.
- 40:42Speaker 3: Now what they're gonna do is you could potentially see
- 40:45Speaker 3: Jaguars make a very big run. Hold on here, and
- 40:48Speaker 3: Trevor Lawrence is not that good. But I think, but
- 40:52Speaker 3: I think, you look at the transgression from the offense
- 40:54Speaker 3: from Tampa. I look at the hold on, you look
- 40:57Speaker 3: at the transgression of the defense that the head coach
- 40:59Speaker 3: calls he's not very good, and then and then Jaguars
- 41:04Speaker 3: are beating.
- 41:04Speaker 4: The best team.
- 41:05Speaker 1: Curious, I'm curious, now, Bruce arians he retired, correct, because
- 41:09Speaker 1: I know that somebody's talking about having him come in
- 41:12Speaker 1: for some other position at another.
- 41:16Speaker 4: Oh, he would be a hell of a coach at Pittsburgh.
- 41:19Speaker 1: Oh.
- 41:19Speaker 2: You know what, we forgot to mention who entered the
- 41:21Speaker 2: transfer portal? Kyle Whittingham. Who's that coach of the coach
- 41:27Speaker 2: of Utah.
- 41:29Speaker 3: Oh?
- 41:29Speaker 2: I forgot that he said that he in it. Sorry
- 41:31Speaker 2: that I forgot. That was a big story. He says
- 41:33Speaker 2: he's entered the transfer port Yeah.
- 41:35Speaker 4: I first came out he retired and they did.
- 41:37Speaker 2: But he wants job.
- 41:40Speaker 3: Uh So, anyways, that would be a good damn hire
- 41:42Speaker 3: right there.
- 41:43Speaker 2: Jaguars.
- 41:44Speaker 1: Jaguars beating the Broncos was was one of the biggest surprises,
- 41:50Speaker 1: probably if not the biggest surprise.
- 41:52Speaker 3: But that was my second point, Sean, I think I potentially,
- 41:54Speaker 3: with the right play caller, I could be wrong about
- 41:56Speaker 3: Trevor Lawrence because I've shipped on him for the past
- 41:58Speaker 3: four years since he's been in a feel like he's
- 42:00Speaker 3: not been any good. Now that could turn around, and
- 42:03Speaker 3: and but you know, you look at bow Nick's he
- 42:04Speaker 3: didna have a good game twenty eight to forty seven. Well,
- 42:07Speaker 3: I mean that's not.
- 42:08Speaker 2: A good Here's another Danny dimes.
- 42:16Speaker 4: Since his injury, that team has kind of fallen.
- 42:18Speaker 2: They fallen apart.
- 42:19Speaker 1: But when he went to the Colts, he's had such
- 42:24Speaker 1: a great season with a different coach.
- 42:28Speaker 2: Without day Ball.
- 42:29Speaker 3: Okay, speaking of that, real quick off, since we're not previewing,
- 42:33Speaker 3: we're not going to pick the new games yet, what's
- 42:35Speaker 3: your thought with you know, as we're talking about you're
- 42:37Speaker 3: talking about playoff order, we're also talking about draft order.
- 42:39Speaker 3: Once you pull that up real quick and see what
- 42:41Speaker 3: the current draft order is right now, Giants still should
- 42:45Speaker 3: have the number one pick.
- 42:46Speaker 4: What is your thoughts?
- 42:47Speaker 3: And there is some uh cow herds brought it up,
- 42:50Speaker 3: There's been some other people that's talked about it. What
- 42:52Speaker 3: is your thoughts? Our vikings bystander brought it up. What
- 42:56Speaker 3: is your thoughts on? Oh is that true?
- 43:00Speaker 4: The Raiders took the first place?
- 43:03Speaker 2: Oh boy?
- 43:05Speaker 3: Oh boy? Well they're taking Mendoza then, oh yeah.
- 43:11Speaker 2: Yeah, they're absolutely taking a quarterback.
- 43:13Speaker 4: See what their next few games are. I don't know
- 43:17Speaker 4: how that works as far as.
- 43:18Speaker 1: How they do like records, tiebreakers, win percentage in conference,
- 43:25Speaker 1: win percentage.
- 43:26Speaker 2: And division.
- 43:27Speaker 4: Let's see they finish up with.
- 43:30Speaker 2: They are going against the Giants and the Chiefs. So
- 43:34Speaker 2: it's possible the.
- 43:35Speaker 4: Giants this weekend.
- 43:36Speaker 3: Yes, for the number one pick.
- 43:40Speaker 4: What's the over under on that?
- 43:41Speaker 3: That's got to be like twelve? I think it was
- 43:45Speaker 3: like three, right, we didn't we looked right over those games.
- 43:49Speaker 3: We apologize one and a half. No, I'm saying the
- 43:52Speaker 3: over under forty one and a half.
- 43:54Speaker 2: No.
- 43:54Speaker 3: I was like, it's gonna be ten. Nobody's gonna want
- 43:56Speaker 3: to score. Look and it's going down. So there's the winner. Wow,
- 44:01Speaker 3: that is amazing.
- 44:03Speaker 2: I just I that is great.
- 44:07Speaker 3: So the winner of that, the loser of that game.
- 44:09Speaker 4: Gets the number one pick, allegedly.
- 44:12Speaker 2: Allegedly, that doesn't mean that the Giants might end up.
- 44:16Speaker 2: Let's see what the Giants.
- 44:17Speaker 4: I don't think the Giants have a very favorable last game.
- 44:21Speaker 1: I believe they might play the Commanders last. Don't they
- 44:24Speaker 1: know they've already played the Commander Raiders and.
- 44:26Speaker 4: Cal Cowboys will kill him.
- 44:28Speaker 2: So okay, And if I remember right, a lot of
- 44:32Speaker 2: these teams are eliminated.
- 44:34Speaker 3: So Dallas is Dallas needs to beat Washington, uh and
- 44:38Speaker 3: then beat the Giants and then they'll be five hundred
- 44:43Speaker 3: with a tie.
- 44:44Speaker 1: Yeah, a lot of these teams are already eliminated from
- 44:48Speaker 1: the playoff.
- 44:49Speaker 3: Wow, that is just crazy. I didn't realize that. But anyway,
- 44:53Speaker 3: so that was my point. Let's say the Giants get
- 44:55Speaker 3: the number one pick. Would you draft Mendoza in trade
- 44:58Speaker 3: Dark or would you keep Dark, trade your first pick
- 45:01Speaker 3: to someone and get other draft picks.
- 45:03Speaker 2: Oh, I Dart did very well.
- 45:05Speaker 3: I don't think he hasn't done very well in the
- 45:07Speaker 3: last five or six games or four, three or four games.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Well, he's got a lot of guys that ended up hurt.
- 45:13Speaker 4: So are they kind of whiffing it too?
- 45:15Speaker 2: Oh, he's better than cam Ward. I know that.
- 45:18Speaker 1: You go in, you get a couple of linemen, you
- 45:20Speaker 1: get you get another running back to compliment scatterboo.
- 45:27Speaker 2: You might need to get a receiver too, definitely need
- 45:29Speaker 2: I don't know what their deep.
- 45:32Speaker 1: I mean, that's a fact, and that's that's what a
- 45:35Speaker 1: lot of people were scared of when Dart didn't Dart
- 45:38Speaker 1: have a have a He went up for concussion protocol
- 45:41Speaker 1: and they said, why did you keep him in the
- 45:43Speaker 1: game knowing that you were losing.
- 45:46Speaker 2: I think that's another reason day Ball got fired.
- 45:49Speaker 4: That just was just bad all around. Look for him
- 45:53Speaker 4: to take the Bill's job.
- 45:54Speaker 3: If what's his face gets fired if they have a
- 45:57Speaker 3: bad showing in the playoffs, I think they're gonna fire him.
- 46:00Speaker 4: I don't think it's the right thing to do. The
- 46:01Speaker 4: Bill's coach, Now, why can't I could see his fish.
- 46:05Speaker 2: All right?
- 46:05Speaker 4: To move on to this week's game?
- 46:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, how long do you how long do you.
- 46:08Speaker 1: Set there and wait going into the playoffs? Well, I'm
- 46:11Speaker 1: not making it to the super Bowl. I think they've
- 46:14Speaker 1: been in the playoffs for like ten years.
- 46:15Speaker 4: It's the Tampa thing. Think about it.
- 46:17Speaker 3: Doungee took him, took him, took him, took him.
- 46:19Speaker 4: Couldn't never get over the hunt. Goruden comes in cheated.
- 46:23Speaker 3: He didn't cheat.
- 46:24Speaker 4: They didn't know he was going to play the Raiders.
- 46:26Speaker 2: Yeah, but he cheated him and Bo Wallace, Bo Billichack.
- 46:33Speaker 3: We're to talk about we're gonna pick the Christmas games. Obviously,
- 46:36Speaker 3: gonna have some boring ass games tomorrow, folks on Christmas. Sorry, Kenny.
- 46:40Speaker 1: So, Kenny tried to tell me that he was four
- 46:42Speaker 1: and two and I was three and three last week,
- 46:43Speaker 1: and I just remind him that.
- 46:46Speaker 2: I'm foreign too, and he's I just want people to know.
- 46:49Speaker 4: I just need him to know like you do.
- 46:52Speaker 2: I could talk in my hands too, all right, I'm
- 46:54Speaker 2: not putting it in my mouth.
- 46:55Speaker 3: Cow Boys Commanders.
- 46:56Speaker 4: I got this piece of just bothered anyway.
- 46:58Speaker 3: Cowboys can't bother you. After Cowboys and Commanders, Dallas Dallas
- 47:03Speaker 3: by a good ten, uh spreads eight and a half twenty.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Oh, let's go thirty four twenty two. That's a good ten.
- 47:16Speaker 3: I think this game is going to be a little
- 47:17Speaker 3: closer than that. I would probably take.
- 47:19Speaker 2: Johnson starting for Commanders.
- 47:21Speaker 3: Okay, well, now defense defense for Cowboys offense is going
- 47:27Speaker 3: to make some plays to make it look I changed
- 47:29Speaker 3: my mind. Forty one seventeen ass kicking all right, Lions
- 47:35Speaker 3: and Vikings one of the two more one of the
- 47:38Speaker 3: two more disappointing teams the last still, yes, they are
- 47:42Speaker 3: still in the hut. They're on the fringe because it's
- 47:46Speaker 3: gonna come down. Well and see it in that they
- 47:51Speaker 3: just flip.
- 47:52Speaker 2: So well, no Detroit needs needs a Green.
- 47:55Speaker 3: Bay Los loss, and they win because that's it that
- 47:58Speaker 3: it's coming down between them too. Oh for the seventh spot, Yes,
- 48:02Speaker 3: that's it. Yeah, because then two will get seven, Tampa
- 48:05Speaker 3: and Carolina will flop. Whoever wins that which Carolina has
- 48:09Speaker 3: got the advantage.
- 48:10Speaker 2: Gay's playing Baltimore.
- 48:13Speaker 4: Which Who's Tampa play this week?
- 48:17Speaker 2: Gardy told you didn't. I no, the Dolphins. They're playing
- 48:23Speaker 2: that resurgent Miami team.
- 48:25Speaker 4: Gotcha all right?
- 48:29Speaker 2: Vikings line score J. J. McCarthy's out. Oh wow, Lions
- 48:35Speaker 2: are playing for a playoffs spot.
- 48:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm definitely taking.
- 48:39Speaker 2: The line thirty two seventeen.
- 48:42Speaker 4: You get some weird scores.
- 48:43Speaker 3: I dot big money this week is the season. Defense
- 48:48Speaker 3: for Vikings plays pretty good. Flores is actually a really
- 48:51Speaker 3: good defensive coordinator. Offense has been struggling, so is golf.
- 48:54Speaker 3: I'm gonna keep a little overscoring. I'm gonna go twenty seven.
- 48:57Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying that the Vikings, their offense is
- 48:59Speaker 2: gonna screw.
- 49:00Speaker 4: I'm gonna go twenty seven to twenty four. Still take
- 49:02Speaker 4: the over.
- 49:03Speaker 2: You're gonna make. You're gonna make Detroit look like they
- 49:05Speaker 2: belong in the Super Bowl, not.
- 49:07Speaker 4: With twenty seven points.
- 49:08Speaker 3: But anyway, move on to the biggest disappointment. Chiefs fans
- 49:12Speaker 3: are crying even though it've been to like what the
- 49:14Speaker 3: last five Super Bowls at six or some shit, So
- 49:16Speaker 3: get over. We told you it was gonna happen anyhow,
- 49:18Speaker 3: you should have listened. We've been telling you Broncos on
- 49:22Speaker 3: the bounce back. For me, I think pretty handily, I'm
- 49:25Speaker 3: gonna go thirty.
- 49:26Speaker 1: I'm not even sure who quarterback thirty eight third, who
- 49:29Speaker 1: the quarterback for thirty Kansas City is gonna be?
- 49:32Speaker 3: And one of the chiefs touchdowns is special teams? All right,
- 49:36Speaker 3: thirty eight thirteen For.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Me, I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go thirty eight ten. Okay,
- 49:39Speaker 1: all right, just just because I don't think they get
- 49:42Speaker 1: that three points.
- 49:43Speaker 2: I don't know who they're I don't know who their
- 49:45Speaker 2: quarterback is.
- 49:46Speaker 4: Texans.
- 49:47Speaker 3: Next game we picked was Saturday game three thirty.
- 49:50Speaker 2: That's very interesting game.
- 49:52Speaker 3: It is because I one and a half pint Justin
- 49:54Speaker 3: Herbert did make the Pro Bowl. I don't know if
- 49:55Speaker 3: you saw that. They announced the quarterback. What means it
- 49:58Speaker 3: on paper not the game, but it means that about
- 50:01Speaker 3: the status that football. No, it's not the game.
- 50:04Speaker 4: I'm saying. The status is not the game. Don't get it.
- 50:07Speaker 4: He's in the top three quarterbacks in the a f C,
- 50:09Speaker 4: is what I'm saying, Drake.
- 50:10Speaker 2: When they all used to get trucks and stuff, so uh.
- 50:14Speaker 3: I just think that that Chargers have had a really
- 50:16Speaker 3: good year. They're very real rounds.
- 50:18Speaker 2: They've finished strong in the Texas four.
- 50:21Speaker 3: I mean they're gonna be right behind Denver and potentially Houston.
- 50:24Speaker 3: Houston's playing I think Houston has the best defense in
- 50:27Speaker 3: then they do.
- 50:28Speaker 1: But Houston is also playing for that last spot. Now
- 50:34Speaker 1: I get that right now, there are two games up on.
- 50:38Speaker 3: They'll be fine. The Colts are out, they'll be eliminating.
- 50:40Speaker 1: Technically they're playing I know still with Jacksonville, they're playing
- 50:44Speaker 1: for first in the South.
- 50:45Speaker 3: That is correct, well, and that's the only reason that
- 50:48Speaker 3: those teams are still in there, because the Colts will
- 50:52Speaker 3: be out. Colts can still technically with a weird tiebreaker.
- 50:57Speaker 2: The Charge. Now the Chargers do have a chance of
- 50:59Speaker 2: catching they do.
- 51:00Speaker 3: After that loss. That's correct. Yes, all right, what do
- 51:03Speaker 3: you got?
- 51:04Speaker 2: Give me?
- 51:04Speaker 3: Said that?
- 51:08Speaker 2: Give me a Chargers twenty one nineteen nice out.
- 51:14Speaker 3: Of twenty eight twenty four Chargers. Also all right, Bears,
- 51:17Speaker 3: dub Bears forty nine ers. You got one generational quarterback,
- 51:22Speaker 3: and you've got one that thinks he is so. And yeah, Caleb,
- 51:26Speaker 3: stop thinking your generational not even close.
- 51:28Speaker 4: No, And it tells you and don't.
- 51:30Speaker 2: I don't.
- 51:30Speaker 3: I think Caleb still makes some mistakes and he's young,
- 51:32Speaker 3: it's in a second year. But it shows you what
- 51:34Speaker 3: coaching is going to do. The offensive run of head
- 51:38Speaker 3: coaches NFL is going to be big. It's gonna keep
- 51:40Speaker 3: happening what's already started. I know, but I mean, it's
- 51:42Speaker 3: just gonna keep rolling defensive coordinators. If you've got a
- 51:45Speaker 3: child that wants to go into coaching a young man
- 51:47Speaker 3: or going to offense, because that's where you're gonna get
- 51:50Speaker 3: your bread and butter. At defense, they get big money,
- 51:52Speaker 3: but they never get the glory and so, and it's reciprocal.
- 51:56Speaker 3: It is reciprocal. There's gonna be some tides that change
- 51:59Speaker 3: every two years where defensive guys get head coaching jobs.
- 52:02Speaker 3: It's not a lot, though, unless your defensive guy can
- 52:05Speaker 3: bring a really bad ass. So see, because what Ben
- 52:08Speaker 3: Johnson has done at the Bears is night and day.
- 52:10Speaker 3: Ibra Flus is going to be fired from the Cowboys.
- 52:12Speaker 3: He's just not a It's just it just doesn't work.
- 52:16Speaker 3: I mean, he could be a good coordinator, and I
- 52:18Speaker 3: don't think he's got the talent. You look at what
- 52:21Speaker 3: the head coach of Washington. Why am I missing his name?
- 52:26Speaker 4: Dan Quinn?
- 52:27Speaker 3: How he took that Dallas defense with not good players
- 52:30Speaker 3: and then now look what his defense looks like. Just shit.
- 52:33Speaker 3: So I mean there's talent issues there.
- 52:36Speaker 2: Now.
- 52:36Speaker 4: I know Jade Daniels has had issues.
- 52:38Speaker 3: I'm they've offensive issues, But I'm just saying their defense
- 52:41Speaker 3: is bad, and so is the Cowboys's gonna be fired.
- 52:43Speaker 3: But anybody, you see what the Bears have done you
- 52:45Speaker 3: They've hired the right guy. They've got a good tutor
- 52:47Speaker 3: for Williams, and I think he I think he kind
- 52:50Speaker 3: of gets in his ass a little bit. You know,
- 52:52Speaker 3: I don't think he's not a toddler dude.
- 52:54Speaker 2: He gets everybody's.
- 52:55Speaker 3: He's.
- 52:57Speaker 2: It's not just it's not just Caleb's, it's everybody's.
- 53:01Speaker 3: With that being said, but I still like the forty
- 53:04Speaker 3: nine ers in this one. I like it because their defense.
- 53:06Speaker 3: I think it's low scoring because pretty sex But anyway I'm.
- 53:08Speaker 2: Taking I'm taking a twenty to seventeen nine ers.
- 53:11Speaker 4: Okay, I'll change mine because that is exactly what I had.
- 53:14Speaker 2: You can have it too.
- 53:15Speaker 3: It's okay, I'll go twenty four to twenty three. Why
- 53:17Speaker 3: can't we pick the same for twenty three. What do
- 53:20Speaker 3: you have, Sean, we've.
- 53:21Speaker 4: Cycled up twenty seventeen.
- 53:22Speaker 3: Yes, we've seen it every cow and then we got
- 53:25Speaker 3: the last.
- 53:25Speaker 4: Game we picked this week, which is gone. I think
- 53:27Speaker 4: is gonna be one of the better ones. Is struggling.
- 53:30Speaker 3: Both teams are kind of weird coming into the playoff
- 53:32Speaker 3: because I don't think both of them, either one of
- 53:33Speaker 3: them are playing their best ball? Are really And I
- 53:36Speaker 3: think there's drama with the Eagles. Eagles at Bill's six
- 53:38Speaker 3: and one at home for the Bills Eagles.
- 53:41Speaker 4: Well, I mean, you know why they struggle.
- 53:43Speaker 3: And then so I've said that over and over, we're
- 53:45Speaker 3: gonna keep taking Buffalo.
- 53:48Speaker 2: H twenty twenty four, twenty.
- 53:54Speaker 4: Twenty four, twenty Yeah, I got Buffalo as well too.
- 53:57Speaker 3: I think we all got the same picks on every
- 53:58Speaker 3: damn game.
- 54:00Speaker 4: No, man, I could change one.
- 54:04Speaker 3: I really don't want to because the only one, the
- 54:06Speaker 3: only one I would consider changing is sometimes the Chargers
- 54:12Speaker 3: have one of those look like they where did you go?
- 54:17Speaker 4: So anyway, all right, we're gonna wrap it up.
- 54:19Speaker 3: We got company. I've got dinner to cook. Thank you
