- 0:02SPEAKER_03: And now it's time for the Elise Richmond Show right here on WNAU.
- 0:07SPEAKER_03: And now, without further ado, here's Elise.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: Good morning, everybody.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Elise Richmond Show.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: I'm so glad you could join me this morning.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: It's WNAU 1470, right here in New Albany, Mississippi, and we are so happy to be here.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: It's a great place to be.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: All of Mississippi is a great place to be.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: I really believe that.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: Anyway, thank you so much for being here with me.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: Let me remind all of you that the sponsors are Colonel Dan and Burton's Mississippi for America First and Pontaw County Republican women.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: And we'll talk a little bit more about them later.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: But the Elise Richmond Show is extremely happy to have both of them as sponsors.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: Both of them are very generous sponsors.
- 0:57SPEAKER_00: And Colonel Gannon Burton, thank you so much.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: And thank you to Mississippi for America First.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: And thank you to the Pontiauk County Republican Women Federated and all of their members.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: You can join them, or you can just go in and check them out on the second Monday of every month at 6 o'clock at the Pontiauk County Main Street in Pontiauk Library.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: You are welcome to come in anytime.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: You will be greeted by bunches of blabbing ladies and a lot of real good food, and the meeting starts at 6 30.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: So there you have it.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: Great sponsors.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: Okay, I am looking at so many things happening this morning.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: As some of you know, yesterday was my birthday, and I had such a good time.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: I had a great time this weekend too, because I went to OMIS.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: And anytime I go to O Miss, it makes me happy and smile as I'm driving up there and the road is straight, straight, straight.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: And you look up, and there are all the water towers, and it just makes me happy.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: It's a good place.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: My one of my happy places.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Anyway, remember that the Elise Richmond Show is conservatively speaking.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: We're saying exactly what you are thinking every Tuesday at 11 o'clock.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: And Bob Richman is here with me this morning.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: So the discussion is going to be about the redistricting meeting where we both spoke last Thursday night in South Haven.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: So that's another thing that happened.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: It was a very interesting meeting, and you're going to want to hear all about it, I know, because Bob and I, at some points during the evening, felt we had been dropped right back into California.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: There were Karen's, tons of Karen's, and tons of folks carrying on, black and white.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: I'm going to go ahead and say that because this issue has kind of gotten to be sort of that, I guess, because of redistricting and these areas and all.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: But we will talk about that too.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: We have Ron Eller, the Republican candidate that's running against Benny Bernie Thompson.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: And um he's gonna, we're hoping to send him as one of Mississippi's House of Representatives, U.S.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: House of Representatives.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: He's gonna be joining us about 11:30, and we've got some things to talk to him about.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: So we're all looking forward to candidate Ron Eller coming on the show.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: And then of course, you cannot miss out on talking about Ole Miss Rebels and Mississippi State Football because it is starting out this coming weekend.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: Can you all believe it?
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: I am absolutely so excited.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: It seems like you go along, you're excited, you're looking at every game, you're yelling for your team, you're so Monday morning looking at the stats.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: It's also fun listening to all of the uh football sports commentators and what they have to say about the game.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: And you go along so excited, and then before you know it, it's the playoffs, and you're hoping your team's in playoffs, and you're hoping they're getting a bowl, and then you watch all that, and then all of a sudden it's like, oh my gosh, now what do I do?
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: Because there's no more football unless you're into pros, and some of us really are that too.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: Um, I'd say go Niners at this point and go Bears.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: Those are my two teams.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: Anyway, you go forward and then all of a sudden there's nothing.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: So you get involved in basketball, then you get involved in uh baseball, and yeah, those sports are great, and you have a really good time doing that.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: But oh my lands, you can't wait for football to start again.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: So I hope everybody's gotten all their football clothes out because we all have our colors we have to wear, have to make sure everything's gone to the cleaners, everything is all cleaned and pressed and ready to row.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: So I am looking so forward to first game this coming Sunday in Nashville, Tennessee.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: The O Miss Rebels are gonna play Louisville at 6 p.m.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: So that's our first game.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: And then the Mississippi State Bulldogs are gonna be kicking off their season Saturday at 6.30.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: It's a home game for them, and they're gonna be playing Louisiana Monroe.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Now I think I've got that all correct because I was looking at it all so fast.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: Oh my lands.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: But anyway, those rebels are so ready.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: I have a real good feeling about it, but you know what?
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: We come into every, every season, so hopefully and hearing all of the oh yeah, this is the year, this is the year, and then you get disappointed as time goes along, but this year is gonna be a crazy year.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: I've already heard from a real good friend of mine, grew up with uh Christy, and she is a Mizzou tiger, and she always sends me an incredible birthday card every year, and this year was no exception, and she put a little note in it, and she, of course, immediately put the thing in there about when we're gonna be playing Missouri, because they're gonna come to O Miss.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: And so um Christy and I always support each other's teams until they're playing, so we will not be supporting Mizzou on the 26th.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: Oh no, that's no, no, no, no, no, on October 17.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: I thought that was the wrong date when I looked at it.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: So O Miss will play Mizzou at home on the 17th of October, and I'm looking forward to that game.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: In the meantime, of course, Bob and I have a few comments to talk about all of this.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: Um I think the the rebels are ready, and I haven't found anybody, however, that wants to comment about uh Mississippi State.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: I heard on Sunday a week ago talking to some bulldogs that they're scared, but they're hopeful.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: Anyway, I have comments from alumni friends and comments about the rebels before we get into the South Haven Thursday night meeting on redistricting.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: Everybody agrees and they are totally excited.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: Was even talking to people at that South Haven meet meeting on redistricting about Trinidad Chambliss and Keyshawn Lacey playing together again this year.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: So rebels can't wait to uh watch them.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: We just can't wait.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: Also, there's another whole bunch of other people on the team, and um, we've picked up two good linebackers.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: I'm hearing that that's gonna strengthen everything, and because that was kind of a weakness last year.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: And there are three new safeties.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: They were pulled out of the portal, so that's going to improve those positions.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: It's all good pluses for my rebels.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: What say you, Bob Richman?
- 7:35SPEAKER_02: Well, I think the uh audience and our fans, at least that listen to us.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: We have fans.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Well, nobody ever told me that.
- 7:42SPEAKER_02: I can understand now why I married you.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: Oh, why is that?
- 7:47SPEAKER_02: Football, basketball, baseball, and sports.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I kind of like all of them.
- 7:51SPEAKER_02: A lot of men's wives aren't as enthusiastic about sports as you are.
- 7:57SPEAKER_02: And where do you get that from, Elise?
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: My parents.
- 8:00SPEAKER_02: Mostly your mom, though.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: My mom, yeah.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: She was a Texan and she loved football, and she loved Tom Landry, and she loved those Dallas Cowboys.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: And we as a and my dad loved football too.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: And as a family, from the time I was so small, I remember in the winter going to Anna Jonesboro Community High School football games, and she had to be at every game, especially when the boys in our neighborhood, and I was dropped into a neighborhood of all guys, three on one side, three on the other side, two down the street, two more down the street, three back behind us.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: Uh, they all played football, basketball, and all of it.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: And as a neighborhood, my mother watched every one of those guys.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: And I remember as a small child, like little Biddy, being wrapped up in blankets to go sit and watch them in the middle of winter in the snow.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: And she would get out there and yell.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: They called her the coach, and she'd start sliding down the bench, pushing as they were.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: She was trying to push them down toward the go-post.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: And I'd say, Mom, sit down.
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: Anyway, sometimes she would embarrass my dad, and he would just get up and go to the concession stand because she was having a fit about things.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: She would yell at referees.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: This was in Anna at the high school football.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: Now, she didn't act like that when she went to pro games or when she went to SIU games.
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: She was a lady.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: But boy, she'd get riled up at that high school stuff.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, I watched that all my life, and it's so fun to be a great cheerleader.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: There you have it.
- 9:33SPEAKER_02: That also points out that I had a great, wonderful mother-in-law.
- 9:37SPEAKER_02: I had no problem being around or anything like that.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because she was always into sports, that's for sure.
- 9:43SPEAKER_02: Back back to the team.
- 9:45SPEAKER_02: Back to the team, the oh Miss Rebels.
- 9:47SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 9:48SPEAKER_02: You know, everybody has high hopes, and I think we can keep our high hopes alive if the team stays healthy.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: Yes, gotta have them healthy.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: Oh my landscape.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: But we want that for everybody's team except LSU.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: No, I didn't say that.
- 10:04SPEAKER_02: So, you know, I think that the coach is gonna have them prepared.
- 10:08SPEAKER_02: A lot of times you see a team at the beginning of the year and they play soft teams, and they have to kind of work into the schedule of working all out the kinks and things like that.
- 10:19SPEAKER_02: I think he's gonna have them ready to play.
- 10:22SPEAKER_02: And they're playing Louisville, which is a top ranked 20 team.
- 10:27SPEAKER_02: They are a good team.
- 10:28SPEAKER_02: It's a tough team to start with because they should win, but yet, again, they're a ranked team.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:34SPEAKER_02: And but I think they'll be prepared.
- 10:37SPEAKER_02: They won't make that many mistakes.
- 10:39SPEAKER_02: And if they do make some mistakes, they'll be able to recover from them and get a win in their first game.
- 10:45SPEAKER_02: In fact, get a win in their first five games.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: I want to win on every game and every season, especially that LSU game.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: OMG, folks.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be something else to do.
- 10:57SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm looking forward to seeing how much better the defense is because I always complained for the last couple of years that Old Misses Defense they didn't play defense to win, but they played defense not to lose in hopes that their offense scores enough points to win.
- 11:17SPEAKER_02: And if they have a tough defense, that would be really good.
- 11:21SPEAKER_02: Plus, it'll make their season a lot easier to go undefeated.
- 11:26SPEAKER_02: And um I always watched teams that had really good defense.
- 11:30SPEAKER_02: 49ers with Ronnie Lott.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: I loved Ronnie Lott.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: He was just wonderful to watch.
- 11:36SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 11:36SPEAKER_02: So, you know, I like I like good defenses, but again, it's nothing better than a great offense.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: Who remembers Dick Butkus and Doug Buffone?
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: Anyway, I have to say something too about Mississippi State, and I want somebody to come forward and tell me about state.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: We even made calls today and couldn't get a hold of anybody, and we were last minute because it was a very busy week.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: I can't believe I'm right back in the booth again.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: But long story short, we are all saying the rebel nation is saying, Hottie Tottdy go rebels, and there you have it.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: So I think we're gonna take a break right now, and we'll be coming back because our discussion next segment is the redistricting meeting and what we heard, saw, and what we think is gonna happen.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: So you stay with us.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: We're right here on WNAU 1470.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Hottie Tottdy Go Rebels.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: What are your plans for celebrating America's semi-quincentennial?
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: Well, I've got a great idea for you.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: Join the Ponto and welcome back to the Elise Richard Show.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: We are conservatively speaking, we are saying exactly what you are thinking.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: Now that's about politics, but when we're talking about football, we're wild.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: Anyway, it's WNAU 1470 in Old East Station.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: That is a political station at 11 o'clock, and we're gonna get right to the politics right now.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: So, Bob Richman, you and I were speakers on Thursday, last Thursday night in South Haven, and we were r actually representing the Mississippi Federation of Republican women and their stance on redistricting.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: We both had talking points that we gave.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: We both added our own um twists to it, and so let's talk about that and what say you.
- 13:29SPEAKER_02: Absolutely, Lisa.
- 13:30SPEAKER_02: It was unbelievable to go ahead and see what went on there.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I can I can divide it into kind of three different parts.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: There were the actual facts that we have that we can talk about what we actually said, we can talk about the other part of what they were saying against it, and then we can talk about the hysteria of the Karens and the Democrats, the Democrat Socialist of America were acting out a big time.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: We thought we were in California with all the crazy hair.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: Anyway, what say you again?
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: I ask.
- 14:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like I say, it was kind of incredible how how it went went down.
- 14:09SPEAKER_02: It was so funny because you know, people were blown away by all these ladies wearing red.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the whole section in the the if you can picture it, there is an actual stage, and then you have uh all of the senators and the representatives, Mississippi Senators and representatives that came that are on that committee or came because they were in DeSoto County, and it was their county where they were holding the meeting.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: They're holding these meetings all over the state, by the way.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: This coming Tuesday is the one over in the Delta.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: Unfortunately, Bob and I or tonight maybe it's over in the Delta.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: Not this coming Tuesday, tonight.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: I'm about a week behind because of so much craziness.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: But anyway, they uh were all sitting there, a whole section of them bleeding into the sides of um where the Democrats were sitting, so they're kind of pushing them back over toward the walls and toward the back of the room, all sitting there in red.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: And of course, the Democrats, even one of them made a comment.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: One of the Karen said, Oh, I shouldn't have worn red pants tonight.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: I don't want anybody to think I'm a Democrat.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: And I thought I looked at her and I said, Well, I probably wouldn't think you're a Democrat in the Black Lives Matter t-shirt.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: But hey, not saying.
- 15:20SPEAKER_02: And um it was funny because the first part of the meeting, every time someone got up and spoke, it was a conservative or a Republican talking about the Constitution and why it's illegal and quoting Judge Thomas.
- 15:37SPEAKER_02: And you know, going ahead and saying this and that.
- 15:40SPEAKER_02: And then all of a sudden, towards the end of the meeting, it was all the Democrats that got up there.
- 15:44SPEAKER_02: Now you have to understand the way they picked each up everybody to go ahead and talk is you as soon as you got there, you went up to the front and signed up.
- 15:53SPEAKER_02: Well, all the Republicans were early.
- 15:56SPEAKER_02: On time, and they signed up and signed up and signed up, and then all the latecomers, the Democrats who get there, you know, a minute late or two minutes late or whatever, um and they all were at the end of the meeting because they were late.
- 16:11SPEAKER_02: They were late.
- 16:12SPEAKER_02: And what also really frustrated me, there was no pledge, there was no prayer, there was nothing as far as anything to do with opening up a meeting and going through the things that you should go through when you go ahead and hold a government meeting and hold a government meeting.
- 16:30SPEAKER_02: And then you're not gonna elected officials.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: Yes, that was the first thing that Bob and I noticed.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: And the uh elected official that was running this meeting uh should have had more of a handle on it.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: He was about as dynamic as a wet noodle, and he just you would never believe that there wasn't a flag in the room, a Mississippi State flag or an American flag, or a prayer or a pledge, because we never started a meeting in California without all of that ritual, and I think it's important.
- 16:59SPEAKER_02: Well, I don't think I've ever started a meeting out here without all of that assistant.
- 17:04SPEAKER_02: That's right.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: Well, a Republican women's meeting.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: Right, right.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: So that was kind of the first thing that we noticed, and then we all get it going, and I was told after the meeting was over that there were thirty-five Republicans that spoke, and there were only 14 Democrats that spoke.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: So we well outnumbered them, and we well outnumbered them in preparedness because our talks were prepared and we stood calmly and made sense.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: They got up and ranted and raved and carried on and screamed and yelled, and sometimes you couldn't even understand what they were saying, but that's beside the point.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: And then there were some of them, yes, that did get up and state the case clearly.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: So let's talk about why we were there.
- 17:54SPEAKER_02: Well, there really isn't a s a case to state, even though they didn't quite understand.
- 18:00SPEAKER_02: I'm talking about the Karen's and the Democrats, didn't quite understand what was happening or what was going on.
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: Or why they were there.
- 18:08SPEAKER_02: Because everybody said, and this is everybody, said that you don't have to redistrict, you you don't have to follow, there was no laws broken.
- 18:20SPEAKER_02: And there was no in the current redistrict, and there's no no reason why you need to redistrict.
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: Well, let's see.
- 18:28SPEAKER_02: The Supreme Court, the highest court in our land, deemed that these districts were drawn illegally, they weren't drawn constitutionally.
- 18:40SPEAKER_02: That means the federal law was broken.
- 18:44SPEAKER_02: Now, what's the remedy when you break a federal law?
- 18:47SPEAKER_02: Well, if you keep on breaking a federal law, if you're a legislature, you can be kicked out of office, you can go to you can go to jail.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: There's all sorts of remedies that have to be come later.
- 19:00SPEAKER_02: It's not right away, which really messed me up why they they're keeping these districts now, like Benny Thompson.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: That's why they didn't come forward and deal with it right the minute Calais versus Louisiana was settled by the Supreme Court, and the answer came out the end of June.
- 19:18SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 19:18SPEAKER_02: So anyway, it's back to they kept on saying you don't have to do it.
- 19:21SPEAKER_02: There's no law that's been broken.
- 19:23SPEAKER_02: They don't understand, they hate the Constitution.
- 19:26SPEAKER_02: All Democrats who spoke at that meeting hated the dem the Constitution and said it doesn't count.
- 19:34SPEAKER_02: There's no by saying that there's no law being broken or no law states you have to change a district, they have total denial or total not knowing what the Constitution is or what it stands for.
- 19:50SPEAKER_02: Because it clearly you have to change these districts because they were drawn on race.
- 19:57SPEAKER_02: And how we kept on trying to say, you know, you can't use race and da-da-da-da-da.
- 20:03SPEAKER_02: Every single Democrat stated this is all about race.
- 20:09SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they did.
- 20:10SPEAKER_02: Which was true.
- 20:11SPEAKER_02: To them, it's all about race.
- 20:13SPEAKER_02: They were given a privilege illegally by putting people in office that didn't deserve to be in office because the district was drawn illegally.
- 20:23SPEAKER_02: But they want to keep that.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: They don't want to break up their communities, they said.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: Well, there's this button.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: It has nothing to do with that.
- 20:31SPEAKER_02: Communities.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: Hey, California, you should see how the communities snake through each other's district and all around.
- 20:38SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's ridiculous how how gerrymandering works.
- 20:41SPEAKER_02: And Republicans do it too.
- 20:43SPEAKER_02: Yes, they do.
- 20:44SPEAKER_02: And it's unfair.
- 20:44SPEAKER_02: And like I stated at the meeting, what I saw in California, what the Democrats did in California, I didn't appreciate.
- 20:52SPEAKER_02: And it made me mad.
- 20:53SPEAKER_02: I don't want the Republicans here in Mississippi to do the same thing.
- 20:58SPEAKER_02: Gerrymander districts to keep all Republicans in office.
- 21:02SPEAKER_02: What you need to do is you need to be honest about it.
- 21:05SPEAKER_02: And how you be honest about it is you go ahead and use math, geography, and make in the con in the um on the maps.
- 21:17SPEAKER_02: On the maps, in the Congress, you should have four districts going east to west.
- 21:23SPEAKER_02: Each district connects to the east side and the west side of the state of Mississippi.
- 21:28SPEAKER_02: Of the state of Mississippi, and you stack four boxes on top of each other.
- 21:32SPEAKER_02: Not boxes, but rectangles on top of each other.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, all the way from the Tennessee line down to the dust.
- 21:37SPEAKER_02: And then you go ahead and you adjust the north and south boundaries as best you can to get equal number of population.
- 21:42SPEAKER_02: And then whatever happens, happens.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Now everybody has a chance to bring their candidate forward.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: No matter who it is or where it is, they can bring their candidate forward.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: If their candidate wins, they win.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: That's your representative, that's your senator.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: It has nothing to do with representation.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Race.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: It can be anybody who wants to run and wins.
- 22:03SPEAKER_02: But here's the difference though.
- 22:05SPEAKER_02: Yes, it has a lot to do with race.
- 22:07SPEAKER_02: Because here in Mississippi, it shouldn't.
- 22:10SPEAKER_02: Well it shouldn't, but it does.
- 22:11SPEAKER_02: Here in Mississippi, the Democrats are about 40 percent.
- 22:15SPEAKER_02: I'm using rough numbers.
- 22:17SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 22:18SPEAKER_02: In Mississippi, the Democrats are about 40 percent.
- 22:21SPEAKER_02: In Mississippi, black people are 38 percent.
- 22:25SPEAKER_02: So the Democrat Party in Mississippi is all black except for a few Karen's and white people.
- 22:32SPEAKER_02: Because if you look at the Democratic side of the uh Senate and the Democratic side of the House, we call it the House in in California, all of the members are black except for one in both the House and the Senate here in Mississippi.
- 22:52SPEAKER_02: On the Republican side, they're all white except for one.
- 22:56SPEAKER_02: So it's all about Democrats are black, Republicans are white.
- 23:01SPEAKER_02: Majority of them.
- 23:01SPEAKER_02: Let's say a majority, so I can be more specific so people can't say, oh, you're wrong.
- 23:06SPEAKER_02: No, a majority of Republicans are white and a majority of Democrats are black.
- 23:11SPEAKER_02: And so therefore, if you redistrict, you're gonna get mostly white people in that district, and you're gonna have Republican districts, no matter how you do it, if you keep race out of it.
- 23:24SPEAKER_02: And that's what I'm trying to do is to keep the race out of it and not give them their special treatment that they've been used to for a long time.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: Going along the racial lines of what was stated there, I can also say a couple of things.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: There was a gentleman who was um he had been a Marine, I think he said he'd been in the military for 30, 35 years, and he came forward and spoke, and he said, you know what amazes me that 60 years later he was a Vietnam vet also too.
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: Sixty years later we're still talking about race.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: Why is that?
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: Why are we still talking about race?
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: And I thought he had a major point because to me personally, it makes no difference.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: I just want it to be fair.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: I want elections to be fair, and I want the districts to be drawn fairly.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: And that's just uh as a citizen of the United States of Mississippi, that's what I want to see.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: And I think that's what I'm talking about when I say I want race to be out of how you're drawing the districts, because now it's been stated by the Supreme Court that you cannot do that.
- 24:32SPEAKER_00: Trevor Burrus, Jr.
- 24:33SPEAKER_02: It's against the law of Democrats, yeah.
- 24:36SPEAKER_02: It's illegal.
- 24:37SPEAKER_00: And so um, yeah, so that's kind of what I'm saying here.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: And then the other thing, when I finished my speech, I quoted uh the I have a dream from Dr.
- 24:46SPEAKER_00: Martin Luther King Jr.
- 24:49SPEAKER_00: on uh August the 28th, 1963, his I Have a Dream speech, where he states that it is his dream that in the future, and I'm paraphrasing here, his four small children will be judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
- 25:12SPEAKER_00: And I quoted that, and whoa!
- 25:15SPEAKER_02: They hated that.
- 25:17SPEAKER_02: You're wrong.
- 25:18SPEAKER_02: You're you guys wrong there saying that I dream.
- 25:21SPEAKER_02: It wasn't his dream speech.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was titled something else.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: It was titled uh Rise Up and Fight Speech or Rise Up Speech.
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I've never heard that in my life.
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: All I've ever heard in my life is the I have a dream speech.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: And it was like, and the minute I said Dr.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: Martin Luther King Jr., they they all bristled and the the Democrats all bristled like I, as a white person, have no right to quote Dr.
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: Martin Luther King Jr.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: It's like he belongs to he belongs to the world, he belongs to America, he does not just belong to one race of people.
- 25:57SPEAKER_00: I listened to what he thought, what he said, and people who didn't like him, fine.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: Every politician, you have people who love him, you have people who don't like him.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: So you've got this situation happening where there is just a lot of thought that needs to be looked at and and changed because it was wrong, and they just jumped all over me, and I was shocked.
- 26:21SPEAKER_00: I was totally shocked.
- 26:22SPEAKER_02: You know, it's uh it's also so funny because it's like if you don't have a black person in office, then the blacks aren't representative.
- 26:31SPEAKER_02: Well, but if you put a black person in office that's a Republican or Clarence Thomas that's a Supreme Court judge, oh they hate Clarence Thomas.
- 26:40SPEAKER_02: He's a house black, he's either this, he's that.
- 26:43SPEAKER_02: You know, but I'm sure that uh black black person up in northern Mississippi, I mean, he would understand that they don't he's not respected by the black community or anything like that.
- 26:54SPEAKER_02: So it's not about black race, it's about Democrat or Republican.
- 27:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it still is Yeah, it's about communists against patriots.
- 27:04SPEAKER_00: That's basically what it is.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: American patriots against the communist Islam.
- 27:11SPEAKER_02: And it's gonna be funny to see what happens in the future, but I I believe here in Mississippi we're gonna have riots.
- 27:16SPEAKER_02: I do.
- 27:17SPEAKER_02: When it comes when it comes to election time or things like that, or once they draw these districts, bless me, there's gonna be people out there at that at the State House, and there's gonna be problems.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: You can say rallies.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: I'm looking at the clock.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: It is 1130, and we are gonna have to take a break because boy, oh boy, there's still so much coming up.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: Ron Eller for Congress in the 2nd Congressional District is our next guest.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: So I know you're gonna want to stay tuned to what Ron Eller has to say.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: So stay with us here on WNAU 1470 because we're gonna be coming right back with more, more, more.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: I have to get my microphone in here and I forgot I needed it.
- 28:05SPEAKER_04: That's okay, I understand.
- 28:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 28:08SPEAKER_04: I'm I'm actually sitting in uh ICU uh doing my day job right now.
- 28:12SPEAKER_04: Hurrah.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: Well, I don't know how you do everything you do because you are a busy, busy man.
- 28:18SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna get right to the point here with you.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: Uh in your campaign, how is it going?
- 28:27SPEAKER_00: That's actually my first question.
- 28:30SPEAKER_04: Yes, ma'am.
- 28:31SPEAKER_04: It is an uphill battle.
- 28:33SPEAKER_04: Let's face it.
- 28:33SPEAKER_04: I'm facing the chairman of the January 6th committee, the fellow that tried to take President Trump's security detail, the fellow that sued President Trump after his second uh acquittal under the impeachment process, none other than, as you would call him, Benny Bernie, Biden Thompson.
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 28:51SPEAKER_00: We named him, didn't we?
- 28:53SPEAKER_04: Yes, you did.
- 28:54SPEAKER_04: And uh so well did you name him.
- 28:57SPEAKER_04: I mean, let's face it, Benny Thompson has been uh he's a poster child for why we need term limits and but the way I have to be the uh limits, which makes me a political outsider being the uh chairman for term limits.
- 29:12SPEAKER_04: You know, when you look at Benny Thompson, uh of interest is well, one, he was on the Communist Party, on the executive committee for the communist party.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: He is the communist, there's no doubt.
- 29:23SPEAKER_04: Exactly.
- 29:24SPEAKER_04: And he's one of the original DSA uh candidates.
- 29:28SPEAKER_04: He was uh endorsed and has been uh supported by the DSA since 1996.
- 29:33SPEAKER_04: He's been in office since 1993.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: Can you believe it?
- 29:37SPEAKER_04: Associated with the Republic of New Africa, which was a true insurrection that actually murdered some police officers and called for the uh removal of the states of South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and the northern panhandle of Florida to become an independent nation uh separate from the United States.
- 29:59SPEAKER_04: That is an insurrectionist.
- 30:01SPEAKER_04: That is a communist, and he should not be in office.
- 30:04SPEAKER_04: It's just like uh, you know, why do we allow uh certain groups to uh maintain uh positions within our government?
- 30:12SPEAKER_04: Communists should not be allowed to have a position.
- 30:14SPEAKER_04: I would uh venture a statement that uh will not be popular with uh the Karens out there in the world.
- 30:21SPEAKER_04: But you know, if you are a Muslim, if you're a Muslim and uh support Sharia law, you have no business being in the United States uh governmental service.
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: You have no business being in the United States.
- 30:35SPEAKER_00: Go back to where you can be supporting Sharia law and do what you want to do, but don't do it in America.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: Period.
- 30:44SPEAKER_04: Don't burk don't burk up my country.
- 30:46SPEAKER_00: Right, don't burk up my country.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: Absolutely don't.
- 30:49SPEAKER_04: Well, you know, uh of uh concern, there are now 20 mosques in the state of Mississippi.
- 30:55SPEAKER_00: I know, and what is that all about?
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: And the reason nobody will say anything and they're all being so kumbay off.
- 31:00SPEAKER_04: Because you're you're a racist the moment you do.
- 31:03SPEAKER_00: You're a racist the moment you say anything, and you also are um i uh they're not, it is not a religion, it is a civil law.
- 31:16SPEAKER_00: It's just it's governed by things beside a religion.
- 31:21SPEAKER_00: And then the side of it that has Allah and the Quran and all of that, read that and see what they want to do to the infidels, and that would be me and you, and all of you Christians out there at the sound of my voice.
- 31:36SPEAKER_04: Uh, you know, uh transgender, uh gay, lesbian, they're gonna stone you to death.
- 31:41SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: And everybody, I I thought I I could not believe the the gays for Islam or something like that that came out, some group, and I'm like, what?
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: Are you crazy for for Mondani?
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: Are you crazy?
- 31:57SPEAKER_00: They they hate you, they will kill you.
- 31:59SPEAKER_00: But some people are so uninformed, Ron.
- 32:02SPEAKER_00: And it is our duty as American citizens to inform ourselves of what's actually going on.
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: And all you have to do to figure out what the Communist Party is uh to read uh the premises of the Communist Party and uh the Marxist Party, and all you have to do to find out about Islam is read the Quran.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: And you will see right away, you can educate yourself as to what is really happening.
- 32:24SPEAKER_00: And uh the uh Democrat Socialists of America, the DSA, are communists and they are aligning themselves with the Muslims and wait until the Muslims decide to take them over.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: Uh-oh.
- 32:40SPEAKER_02: Ron, Ron, I've got a question for you.
- 32:43SPEAKER_02: Uh sir.
- 32:44SPEAKER_02: Where in the United States or where in the world have Muslims come in and made it a better place?
- 32:51SPEAKER_04: Uh uh uh friend.
- 32:55SPEAKER_02: And and and we're talking for centuries.
- 32:57SPEAKER_02: We're talking for thousands of years.
- 33:00SPEAKER_02: They've never made a place better.
- 33:02SPEAKER_02: Now people say, well, what about the United States?
- 33:04SPEAKER_02: Hey, people are they have made it better.
- 33:07SPEAKER_02: People are coming in droves illegally to try to get into the United States because I think the United States is pretty fantastic myself.
- 33:14SPEAKER_02: Now you talk to a Democrat, they wouldn't agree with you, but again, that's their whole thing is to change it to being a socialistic different than what it is now a capitalist state.
- 33:25SPEAKER_04: So you are correct.
- 33:26SPEAKER_04: Well, I saw a thing recently.
- 33:28SPEAKER_04: I need to uh probably post this.
- 33:31SPEAKER_04: Syria, uh, before the Muslims moved in, was a Christian nation.
- 33:35SPEAKER_04: Iraq was a Christian nation.
- 33:38SPEAKER_04: Uh Turkey was uh split, uh it was Christian and uh you know, like Hindu, but uh there there are a lot of places that were one time Christian nations where Muslims have taken over, and it's happening in Europe.
- 33:52SPEAKER_04: Look at England.
- 33:53SPEAKER_04: Absolutely, absolutely Germany.
- 33:56SPEAKER_04: You said something uh about uh uh the Quran, that's a hate speech, uh, because that's right, and and they would prosecute you and jail you for that in places like Germany and England.
- 34:08SPEAKER_04: That's crazy.
- 34:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we had uh friends in Palm Springs, and uh one of the actual uh sponsors of my radio show was from Germany, and she had her nephew and relatives coming over from time to time, and we would meet them and I would interview them to find out what was actually going on.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: And one of them in a small village in Germany uh made the statement that the women couldn't go out at night again together.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: They used to like walk down to the pub and you know, the half baub, and they would, you know, sit and have a beer or talk and couldn't even go down there and do anything together at night because of the groups of Muslim men that harassed them and went even further than that.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: And so it's something that they do, Bob is correct, they don't do anything that makes life better.
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: And look how they treat women, and this is what I can't understand.
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: All those Karen screaming and yelling, all of those uh women, don't they know what Muslims do?
- 35:08SPEAKER_00: Don't they have a clue?
- 35:10SPEAKER_00: I have a clear picture of my mind of Danny Pearl being beheaded.
- 35:14SPEAKER_00: I have a clear picture of my mind of some woman being buried in the ground up to her neck and stoned.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: That was a clear video that was taken and snuck out and played, and boy oh boy.
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: So everybody needs to really look at and educate themselves on what they are following.
- 35:36SPEAKER_00: Because, in my opinion, boy oh boy, it's a mess.
- 35:40SPEAKER_00: If you are a Democrat socialist at this point in America, you need to clean up your act.
- 35:46SPEAKER_04: Honestly.
- 35:47SPEAKER_04: You are correct.
- 35:48SPEAKER_04: Well, you and Bob know this.
- 35:50SPEAKER_04: I'm a retired military officer.
- 35:52SPEAKER_04: I went from E1 to E7, I was a warrantic, I retired as a captain.
- 35:56SPEAKER_04: And in my military travels, I actually lived in Egypt and Israel and Gaza, and uh was uh spent a lot of time with the Bedouins.
- 36:06SPEAKER_04: And uh one of those things that you'd have to remember is gee, Elise, your property.
- 36:11SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 36:12SPEAKER_04: Uh in uh the Bedouin culture out there in the desert, uh, they fly a little white flag above their hooch when they have a daughter of folk marrying age that you you know a suitor could come and purchase.
- 36:23SPEAKER_04: Uh and a marrying age is like twelve to fourteen.
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 36:28SPEAKER_00: It's so against our culture, it is so opposite of our culture, and uh, the more we allow it to seep into our culture, the worse it's going to be because it is their caliphate to defeat us.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: And if you don't want to be a Muslim, then you're dead.
- 36:45SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 36:46SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 36:47SPEAKER_04: Well, all we have to do is to go to our local Walmart uh, you know, our big box store, and you'll see a man walking with a woman behind uh ten feet wearing a burqa and stuff, uh, carrying the kids.
- 37:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 37:01SPEAKER_04: Jesus not walking next to him.
- 37:02SPEAKER_04: He's dressed like an American and she's dressed uh in a burqa.
- 37:07SPEAKER_04: That ought to tell you a little bit about uh suppression.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: Absolutely, and you also can tell uh hit their daughters uh absolutely what they would do to their daughters.
- 37:17SPEAKER_00: If you can imagine somebody telling, go kill your daughter to their brother or going out and killing their own child.
- 37:23SPEAKER_00: It's amazing to me how this happens.
- 37:25SPEAKER_00: On her killings.
- 37:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah, honor killings, because she decided to wear American clothes or she decided to date an American boy.
- 37:33SPEAKER_00: Um it's just so against what we believe.
- 37:38SPEAKER_02: So, Ron, I I saw a picture of you uh with about six young black males uh campaigning with you.
- 37:47SPEAKER_02: Can you explain that?
- 37:49SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that that was kind of funny.
- 37:51SPEAKER_04: Uh a uh fellow that uh used to be in uh the Jackson uh uh you know city council.
- 38:02SPEAKER_04: He's a uh left, he's a black man who's a Republican.
- 38:06SPEAKER_04: He reached out to me because Benny Thompson was having a rally with the NAACP at the Hilton.
- 38:12SPEAKER_04: Uh and uh he said, Hey, I've got some friends that would like to meet you, bring some signs and stuff.
- 38:18SPEAKER_04: They want to help, they're gonna stand out in front of the Hilton and sign wave for you while that event's going on.
- 38:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, some brave people.
- 38:24SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 38:25SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 38:26SPEAKER_04: I I went down there, I brought them uh each a hat and stuff, and we were out there sign waving while Benny was inside rabble rousing uh with uh clergy.
- 38:38SPEAKER_04: What what type of response did you get on the street?
- 38:41SPEAKER_04: Well, on the street, very positive.
- 38:43SPEAKER_04: A lot of horn honking and stuff, and uh good.
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: Good for you.
- 38:46SPEAKER_04: Those young men were all they're all a voting age, and uh man, they are I I love those guys.
- 38:54SPEAKER_04: Uh and and their their opinion was look, we know what what DSA is.
- 38:58SPEAKER_04: They're trying to put illegals before us, they're trying to uh take over our economy.
- 39:03SPEAKER_04: We don't want this.
- 39:05SPEAKER_04: You know, we want to be united.
- 39:07SPEAKER_04: And I like Right.
- 39:08SPEAKER_00: DSA won want DSA the Democrat Socialists of America want to open the borders again.
- 39:15SPEAKER_00: We know what kind of chaos that caused.
- 39:18SPEAKER_00: And people lose their jobs when uh illegals are put in those positions because they work for cheap.
- 39:25SPEAKER_00: And it's got cheap labor, and we we need to have American citizens.
- 39:31SPEAKER_00: We need to have all of the people that are on those crazy visas that they've extended and forgotten who the these people even are.
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: We need Americans taking those jobs back again.
- 39:41SPEAKER_02: And what about in Silicon Valley?
- 39:44SPEAKER_02: What about the attendees of the NAACP?
- 39:46SPEAKER_02: How did they treat you and the and the young men out there?
- 39:50SPEAKER_04: You know, uh we'll we'll just say uh I saw people looking down their nose.
- 39:55unknown: Yeah.
- 39:56SPEAKER_04: So that's okay.
- 39:57SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you know, but of interest.
- 39:59SPEAKER_04: I've actually uh been attending a lot of different uh black churches throughout uh central Mississippi, and uh I would tell you for the most part I've been pretty well received uh initially.
- 40:11SPEAKER_04: Some of them some people are standoffish, and some not, you know, I I know the Bible pretty well, and like I tell them, look, Acts 17, 26, from one man he built all nations.
- 40:21SPEAKER_04: If we go back to the book of Genesis, Noah, and uh Noah's Ark.
- 40:27SPEAKER_04: You know, when the Mount uh the Ark came to rest on Mount Ariad, and they opened the hatch and they came forth, God told them to come forward and be fruitful and multiply.
- 40:36SPEAKER_04: So we know we all come from Ham, Shem, Jephiah, and Noah.
- 40:40SPEAKER_04: We have a commonality.
- 40:42SPEAKER_04: And you know, I work in cardiac surgery, I've seen a lot of people from the inside.
- 40:46SPEAKER_04: You know what?
- 40:47SPEAKER_04: Uh that Chinese guy, that Choctaw guy, that uh black guy, that uh white guy, they all look alike from the inside.
- 40:56SPEAKER_04: We're all one race.
- 40:58SPEAKER_04: That's the human race.
- 40:59SPEAKER_04: It's time that we stop this division, it's identity politics.
- 41:02SPEAKER_04: And civilite, I believe, like to keep us divided because if we're divided, we're easy to control.
- 41:09SPEAKER_04: It talks about that in the books of Luke and Matthew.
- 41:11SPEAKER_04: A kingdom that is divided is a house that'll fall.
- 41:13SPEAKER_04: But our founding followers talked about this.
- 41:15SPEAKER_04: Patrick Henry in his last public address, United We Stand, Divide, we fall.
- 41:20SPEAKER_04: Well, regardless of how you self-identify, white, black, gay, straight, rich, poor, uh, Republican, Democrat, everybody wants the same basic things.
- 41:30SPEAKER_04: Everybody wants clean air and water, everybody wants a good school and education for their children, everybody wants a safe place to live, everybody wants a good paying job, and everybody wants lower taxes.
- 41:39SPEAKER_04: Since we want the same things, it is time that we unite behind a single source.
- 41:44SPEAKER_04: And, you know, ladies and gentlemen, the Democratic Party for the most part, there are Democrats that need to leave that party like Fetterman.
- 41:51SPEAKER_04: He needs to leave.
- 41:53SPEAKER_04: He is a conservative, he's proved himself a conservative.
- 41:56SPEAKER_04: Conservative doesn't necessarily mean Republican, it means that you believe in the Constitution, constitutional law, and supporting and defending the Constitution.
- 42:04SPEAKER_04: I took an oath in the military many years ago to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and hurrah.
- 42:13SPEAKER_04: I'm still under that oath, and I will do that.
- 42:17SPEAKER_00: And I know that you will.
- 42:18SPEAKER_00: I really do believe that with all my heart.
- 42:21SPEAKER_00: Um, you have stated on some of your campaign literature that you are America first candidate.
- 42:28SPEAKER_00: And then you leave.
- 42:30SPEAKER_00: Yes, and what does that mean to you?
- 42:32SPEAKER_04: That means to me, you know, when we uh write legislation, it needs to be favorable to America, number one.
- 42:40SPEAKER_04: If it's you know, if it helps somebody else, that's fine.
- 42:43SPEAKER_04: But you know, we are uh at the apex of that.
- 42:48SPEAKER_04: That means returning any manufacturing back to the United States.
- 42:52SPEAKER_04: I posted a picture not too long ago on social media of a bag of IV fluid that I took off the shelf at a hospital I was working in here in Mississippi, and every bit of it was written in Mandarin Chinese.
- 43:04SPEAKER_04: You know what?
- 43:05SPEAKER_04: We can produce IV fluid here in the Baxter plant in the Delta.
- 43:09SPEAKER_04: Why in the heck do we have IV fluid coming from China?
- 43:12SPEAKER_04: This was normal saline.
- 43:14SPEAKER_04: So we're talking salt water.
- 43:15SPEAKER_04: This is not something that was high tech, that you know, oh, it could only be made in one place in the world.
- 43:21SPEAKER_00: What scares me about Oh, I'm sorry, Ron, go ahead.
- 43:24SPEAKER_04: That's okay.
- 43:25SPEAKER_04: Manufacturing of anything, whether we're talking our medicines, electronics, all these things need to be done here by Americans for Americans.
- 43:34SPEAKER_04: I and I talk about that.
- 43:35SPEAKER_04: It's like the cash registers at the grocery store and places, I will not use a self checkout.
- 43:41SPEAKER_04: That's taking jobs out of your community, tax dollars out of your community.
- 43:45SPEAKER_04: The job you save may be your own.
- 43:46SPEAKER_04: You buy American and uh support American workers and American labor.
- 43:52SPEAKER_04: Except that sounds like a pro union kind of thing, I know.
- 43:56SPEAKER_00: But you know, uh it really is true.
- 43:58SPEAKER_00: We need to bring all Of that outsourcing back, and I think Donald Trump is doing a good job of that, and I know you will support him in that.
- 44:05SPEAKER_00: Um we believe in free enterprise, we promote business development and small business and returning coarse manufacturing to the USA.
- 44:13SPEAKER_00: We have to do that.
- 44:14SPEAKER_00: Um how do you stand on this border issue?
- 44:18SPEAKER_00: Because if uh Benny Thompson would open the borders in a hot minute.
- 44:22SPEAKER_00: And uh so talk about that a little bit because I believe that was one of the things that the Biden administration did that was the most detrimental thing to America because they let terrorists in too.
- 44:34SPEAKER_04: They certainly did.
- 44:35SPEAKER_04: Well, I have a friend who I'm supporting right now, trying to help him get his uh uh citizenship.
- 44:41SPEAKER_04: Uh he's uh actually a deputy sheriff here in Mississippi.
- 44:45SPEAKER_04: He's been here since age three.
- 44:47SPEAKER_04: He's a DACA kid.
- 44:48SPEAKER_04: He went to elementary school, junior high school, high school, went to the police academy.
- 44:54SPEAKER_04: He's working as a uh deputy sheriff in Mississippi.
- 44:58SPEAKER_04: Uh and uh, you know, he's a doctor kid.
- 45:02SPEAKER_04: I I I love him to death.
- 45:03SPEAKER_04: He's a real American.
- 45:05SPEAKER_04: I have some doctor friends, one who came from Nigeria, who's now a citizen.
- 45:09SPEAKER_04: You know, we need to help these kind of people that believe in America and are going to support America.
- 45:15SPEAKER_04: But one of the things I would tell you is if you came here illegally, even if somewhere you got into a pathway to citizenship and became a citizen, since you entered the country illegally, we need a law on the books that says, hey, you can never vote in a uh federal election.
- 45:32SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 45:33SPEAKER_04: And that that would eliminate, you know, uh Republican, Democrat, independent, libertarian, whoever, from saying, Oh yeah, we're gonna get behind and support these people.
- 45:42SPEAKER_04: It's uh we'll take care of those that take care of themselves.
- 45:45SPEAKER_04: And if you come here uh thinking you're on a ride in a wagon, no, you don't get uh welfare for life.
- 45:53SPEAKER_04: And in fact, we probably need to look at a national program.
- 45:56SPEAKER_04: Like when I lived in Germany, you got uh you could get welfare, but it was for a small, finite time, and then you had to pay it back.
- 46:05SPEAKER_04: You know, they took so much extra tax out of your uh paycheck uh at the end of the day once you did become employed.
- 46:11SPEAKER_00: So it's not a oh uh we're gonna just uh take care of you for the rest of your life.
- 46:17SPEAKER_04: Take care of you from cradle to grave type of a situation, what like socialists want to do.
- 46:22SPEAKER_02: Ron, I like that uh idea because during the time that Biden was president and these millions of illegals were just pouring across our border like there was nothing there.
- 46:34SPEAKER_02: Um and all along the Republicans are saying he's just doing that so we can get more people in here to vote Democrat and give them this and give them that, give them free hotels, so they vote Democrat.
- 46:45SPEAKER_02: And the Democrats would say, Oh, no, no, no, no.
- 46:48SPEAKER_02: We're not doing that to get those votes.
- 46:50SPEAKER_02: Look at it now.
- 46:51SPEAKER_02: Look at all the illegals that Trump is trying to keep from voting, and the Democrats are going goofy and crazy.
- 46:59SPEAKER_04: Well, they are election and yeah, and election integrity is a very important issue.
- 47:03SPEAKER_04: And one of the things that makes me really scratch my head uh is how we allow uh, you know, sometimes one party control of uh election and election results.
- 47:15SPEAKER_04: I'll use Hines County, Mississippi as an example.
- 47:18SPEAKER_04: You know, uh everybody that's working the polls for the most part and uh where they're counting votes.
- 47:26SPEAKER_04: Well, not everybody, but the vast majority belong to a particular party.
- 47:30SPEAKER_00: Democrats uh they're Democrats.
- 47:32SPEAKER_00: That means they're communists.
- 47:34SPEAKER_00: And that means that they've got control, they can sit there all night and put and just feed ballots into the machines.
- 47:40SPEAKER_00: Just feed them in.
- 47:41SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 47:41SPEAKER_00: That's what they do in California until they've got the number they need to because they've already seen the number of how many votes the Republican has won by, so now they know how many ballots they need to feed in and go over by 60, 100, 115, 140, so that their candidate wins.
- 47:58SPEAKER_04: You know, what it comes down to is we need state and national laws saying, hey, you have to have a mix.
- 48:04SPEAKER_04: You know, if you have one Republican, you gotta have a Democrat.
- 48:08SPEAKER_04: If you have two uh Democrats, you know, you're gonna have to have a couple Republicans too.
- 48:13SPEAKER_00: And what about those libertarians and independents?
- 48:15SPEAKER_00: Why don't they get involved?
- 48:17SPEAKER_00: You know, you might be an independent.
- 48:18SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
- 48:19SPEAKER_00: You can't make up your mind.
- 48:21SPEAKER_00: But what it might mean is you need to also think about freedom.
- 48:26SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you might be non-committal.
- 48:28SPEAKER_00: That's right.
- 48:29SPEAKER_00: And you don't have to say it out loud, but boy, you need to get in there and help.
- 48:34SPEAKER_04: And you know, when we think about the Democratic Party, they've really left uh the uh black uh individuals in this country a long time ago.
- 48:42SPEAKER_04: Yes, and just like the DSA, but you know, black people are not uh typically voting for DSA people.
- 48:49SPEAKER_04: Black people, I I think just like a lot of Mexicans, are very conservative.
- 48:53SPEAKER_04: Yes, they believe in God and country and family.
- 48:57SPEAKER_04: But you know, the Democratic Party, DSA, they believe in, you know, transgender mutilation of children, they believe in putting illegals first, they believe in putting uh boys and men in women's sports, they believe in putting boys and uh men in women's bathrooms, they believe in uh providing uh that early surgery and things for kids, they believe in abortion to and off of uh babies, even in the third uh trimester, the day of birth.
- 49:24SPEAKER_04: That's called murder.
- 49:25SPEAKER_04: Exactly.
- 49:26SPEAKER_04: You know, we that's something we got right here in Mississippi, and fortunately it's helping change the nation.
- 49:32SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 49:33SPEAKER_00: That was one major coup.
- 49:35SPEAKER_00: I was so proud of uh the AG's department there.
- 49:38SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 49:39SPEAKER_00: Incredible.
- 49:40SPEAKER_02: One thing that I'd be interested in is because since uh Roe v.
- 49:43SPEAKER_02: Way was taken and put back to the States, uh there have been more abortions in the United States than ever before.
- 49:50SPEAKER_02: I wonder in Mississippi, since that happened, if abortions have gone down or gone up.
- 49:56SPEAKER_04: Do you have any that's a great question?
- 49:58SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
- 49:58SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 49:59SPEAKER_02: I it's gotta that they've got to have gone down here in Mississippi because it's against the law.
- 50:04SPEAKER_04: Yeah, well, uh, you know, that makes you also wonder about things like the morning and after pill and stuff like that.
- 50:10SPEAKER_04: I mean, you can go on a cruise ship and uh oops, and uh get your prescriptions on on a lot of different cruise ships, is my understanding for things like that.
- 50:20SPEAKER_04: But you know, but but back to the Democratic Party, if you think about this versus the Republican Party, you know, the Republican Party is the party of uh fleeing freeing slaves, emancipation proclamation, uh voters' rights, things like that, where the Democratic Party was the party of slavery, they were the party of the KKK, they're the party of Jim Crow, and they were the party that tried to suppress voter uh rights.
- 50:44SPEAKER_04: And uh how they uh have spun this uh lie, because they keep saying it so much, uh oh, it's the Republicans that are holding your back.
- 50:52SPEAKER_04: Uh it's mind-boggling how people have been brainwashed to believe that.
- 50:58SPEAKER_00: Well, voting for um, or voting in November, I should say, is it's clear-cut.
- 51:05SPEAKER_00: You're either voting for America and you're voting for capitalism, and you're voting for all of these things that you have listed here on this card free enterprise, limited government, individual liberties, national defense, strength, and traditional values, energy independence, all of those things that are good for America and America first.
- 51:24SPEAKER_00: And when you're voting for the other side, the DSA, the Democrat Socialists of America, the Democrat commies of America, you are voting for everything that is against America.
- 51:37SPEAKER_00: And black people are coming forward now and agreeing that they are not voting for these crazy people.
- 51:46SPEAKER_00: The people that the Democrat Party are putting up are just crazy.
- 51:49SPEAKER_00: Or they've been there for 100,000 years like Benny Bernie Thompson, and they need to be out.
- 51:55SPEAKER_00: He orchestrated with Liz Cheney all of the J6 stuff.
- 52:00SPEAKER_00: And that was how anyone could do that to American citizens is beyond me, and he did it.
- 52:07SPEAKER_00: And he needs to be out of office for that alone, in my opinion.
- 52:11SPEAKER_04: You would get no argument from me.
- 52:13SPEAKER_04: I bet.
- 52:14SPEAKER_00: I bet.
- 52:15SPEAKER_04: You know, and uh as the uh chairman for term limits, you know, that makes me a true political outsider that uh uh finds it sometimes hard to get support.
- 52:25SPEAKER_04: It was like redistricting.
- 52:26SPEAKER_04: You know, I can remember when that it first came out, uh I heard from several people, well, we can't do it because we've already had our primary, we'd have to have a new primary.
- 52:35SPEAKER_04: Exactly, yes.
- 52:36SPEAKER_04: And I thought about it for uh two days, and then I had a an epiphany, and I I called up a lot of people in leadership uh from the governor on down, uh, and I say that you know that is incorrect.
- 52:49SPEAKER_04: And the reason that's incorrect is if you think about this, uh we have legal precedence.
- 52:55SPEAKER_04: We did not have a new primary for uh Kamala Harris, and uh all of a sudden that that uh story went away.
- 53:02SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 53:02SPEAKER_02: You know, Ron, uh we're coming to the end of the show.
- 53:05SPEAKER_02: Can you tell us and the listeners if we want to help you and your campaign with a donation or with actually making phone calls or helping walk?
- 53:15SPEAKER_02: How do we get in touch with you and how do we donate money to your campaign?
- 53:19SPEAKER_04: Yes, sir.
- 53:20SPEAKER_04: The easy way to donate is just go to helprom.com.
- 53:24SPEAKER_04: That's helprom.com.
- 53:25SPEAKER_04: My website is voteronr.com.
- 53:28SPEAKER_04: And hey, you know, reach out to the Mississippi GOP.
- 53:32SPEAKER_04: Uh they're they're starting to come around.
- 53:34SPEAKER_04: We can definitely use your help in the uh Mississippi GOP.
- 53:38SPEAKER_04: We have to flip this entire state red in order to save it.
- 53:42SPEAKER_04: When you look at Mississippi, everybody would tell you it's the poor state in the nation, and it's not true.
- 53:47SPEAKER_04: And everybody would tell you, well, it's under Republican control, and that's why it's dead last economically, and that's not true either.
- 53:55SPEAKER_04: Because we only looked at the first, the third, and the fourth congressional districts were actually number 42.
- 54:00SPEAKER_04: The second congressional district, which is totally and has been for decades under democratic control, the poorest uh district in the nation and pulls down the rest of the entire state.
- 54:09SPEAKER_04: Yes, it does.
- 54:10SPEAKER_04: We uh replace that democratic leadership in the second congressional district and move Mississippi forward where we need to be.
- 54:18SPEAKER_04: We can lead from Mississippi.
- 54:20SPEAKER_04: Uh, I'd actually even had a bill at the Mississippi State House to put the Bible back in every classroom, even though I'm not in office, and I will get that done.
- 54:29SPEAKER_04: By God, I have a mission to complete.
- 54:32SPEAKER_00: Yes, and we're behind you on that.
- 54:34SPEAKER_00: And I want to encourage everyone to go to um Ron Eller's website, go to all of these places you can go to help him.
- 54:44SPEAKER_00: Anytime you uh need the Republican women, you know you can call us.
- 54:48SPEAKER_00: We'll get down there and we'll make phone calls for you from our own cell phones.
- 54:52SPEAKER_00: We can do that, and we want to support you all we can, and that every campaign needs money, as I said a couple years ago.
- 54:59SPEAKER_00: So everybody, let's jump in and help Ron Eller.
- 55:04SPEAKER_00: This is the year, especially if all this redistricting can happen, that there is a major chance to get Benny Burney out of office and get Ron Eller in there.
- 55:13SPEAKER_00: We need someone with common sense, someone who is an American patriot in that position.
- 55:21SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much, Ron Eller, for being on the Elise Richard Show again.
- 55:25SPEAKER_00: I thank you.
- 55:26SPEAKER_00: Where is Howie?
- 55:27SPEAKER_00: I thought he was gonna call in.
- 55:30SPEAKER_00: Howie Margaret Miller were thinking about just that's Ron Eller's campaign manager, and he went dome miss, and I've known him for oh my lands, what?
- 55:39SPEAKER_00: I don't even want to say it out loud.
- 55:41SPEAKER_00: Anyway, Ronella, thanks again for being on the show.
- 55:44SPEAKER_00: And you'll come back again, I know, anytime.
- 55:48SPEAKER_00: Take care.
- 55:49SPEAKER_00: Have a great day.
- 55:50SPEAKER_00: And to all of you listeners, I hope you love the Elise Fruition show today.
- 55:54SPEAKER_00: We loved it and we love doing it.
- 55:56SPEAKER_00: And we are broadcasting right here from WNAU 1470.
- 56:00SPEAKER_00: It's gonna become in just as a few seconds, a classic rock and roll station again.
- 56:06SPEAKER_00: But right now it is still a political show, and I'm going to say to you pray for Donald J.
- 56:15SPEAKER_00: Trump and his safety, his family's safety, pray for J.D.
- 56:18SPEAKER_00: Vance and his family's safety.
- 56:21SPEAKER_00: God bless all of you, and God bless this great country, America.
- 56:26SPEAKER_04: God bless America.
- 56:27SPEAKER_00: Yes, God bless America.
- 56:32SPEAKER_03: You've been listening to the Elise Richmond Show right here on WNAU.
- 56:37SPEAKER_03: Be sure and tune in again next Tuesday at eleven for the Elise Richmond Show.
