- 0:05Speaker 1: Mighty show ahead for you. New people arriving at the
- 0:08Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security. New efforts to get DHS funded.
- 0:13Speaker 1: And President Trump's rescue for the airports is already having results.
- 0:17Speaker 1: We've got a lot to discuss today on the program.
- 0:21Speaker 1: I don't even know. I can't even, I should, I
- 0:22Speaker 1: should hesitate to tease anymore because if I try, I
- 0:25Speaker 1: might not get to all of it. That's how much
- 0:27Speaker 1: we have to discuss. It's all ahead. On this edition
- 0:30Speaker 1: of Vince, it's great as always to have you with us.
- 0:32Speaker 1: We've got a great series of sponsors on our program
- 0:34Speaker 1: that make it all possible. And I want to start
- 0:36Speaker 1: today with a sponsor that I told you about last
- 0:38Speaker 1: year but is back with us right now. That's Pocket Hose.
- 0:41Speaker 1: This episode is brought to you by Pocket Hose. It's
- 0:43Speaker 1: the world's number one expandable hose. This comes at the
- 0:46Speaker 1: perfect time, I know, as things are getting warmer. People
- 0:48Speaker 1: are turning those hose bibs back on. You got to
- 0:51Speaker 1: get the water flowing. Do it with pocket hose. It's
- 0:54Speaker 1: a good idea. You know, if you've ever wrestled with
- 0:56Speaker 1: one of those old fashioned rubber hoses and trying to
- 0:58Speaker 1: wrap it up and put it away, it's a mess.
- 1:00Speaker 1: It's crazy. And then you get the kinks and the
- 1:02Speaker 1: creases and that constant fight to get it perfect. How
- 1:06Speaker 1: about just use Copperhead's pocket hose? Copperhead's Pocket Pivot. fixes
- 1:11Speaker 1: all of that with a full 360 swivel. And it'll
- 1:15Speaker 1: give you smooth, steady water flow and total freedom to
- 1:17Speaker 1: move about your yard with total ease. And then when
- 1:20Speaker 1: you're finished watering, the cool thing is it's rust-proof, it's anti-burst.
- 1:23Speaker 1: You turn the water off and then the hose just
- 1:26Speaker 1: shrinks back down to size.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Amazing.
- 1:28Speaker 1: No heavy lifting, no wrestling to get it back onto
- 1:30Speaker 1: the reel. The brand new Pocket Hose Copperhead with Pocket
- 1:33Speaker 1: Pivot is a total game changer. I love it. Super convenient,
- 1:37Speaker 1: especially for anything you have to do that's kind of

- 2:18Speaker 1: Sending proof. Much love to the Patriot family here on
- 2:20Speaker 1: this Taco Tuesday. If you'd like to be a part

- 2:37Speaker 1: about three shows a day? at least for tomorrow. Here's
- 2:40Speaker 1: what's happening tomorrow. I've got the 8 a.m. program and
- 2:42Speaker 1: then 10 o'clock on Dan Bongino's amazing podcast. I will
- 2:46Speaker 1: be joining him. Remember that crossover episode I asked you about?
- 2:49Speaker 1: Should we do crossover work? Yeah, we're doing crossover work. Tomorrow,
- 2:52Speaker 1: I'm joining the Dan Bongino show during his 10 o'clock program.
- 2:55Speaker 1: So look forward for that. I can't wait. I can't
- 2:58Speaker 1: wait to chat with Dan. We're going to do that.
- 3:00Speaker 1: And then, of course, as always, I've got the big
- 3:02Speaker 1: national radio show each day. Thank you for all of
- 3:03Speaker 1: you who hang in there with me on all of it.
- 3:05Speaker 1: I appreciate it. It's great to spend the day with
- 3:07Speaker 1: you guys. All right. We've got a lot going on
- 3:10Speaker 1: in the world. This morning, overnight, we get Mark Wayne Mullen.
- 3:15Speaker 1: We get Mark Wayne Mullen. Mark Wayne Mullen is Senate
- 3:17Speaker 1: confirmed now. The Senate just voting 54 to 45 to
- 3:22Speaker 1: confirm Mark Wayne Mullen to be the next DHS secretary.
- 3:26Speaker 1: That's fun news. Good to see that come through. They
- 3:29Speaker 1: moved on it. Applause and cheers breaking out, says Bill Malusian.
- 3:34Speaker 1: The only Republican no vote was Senator Rand Paul, who
- 3:37Speaker 1: hates Mark Wayne Mullen's guts. So Rand Paul said, no,
- 3:41Speaker 1: I'm not voting for you. But the good thing is
- 3:44Speaker 1: that we've moved to a phase now where it's just
- 3:46Speaker 1: a simple majority vote to get these nominees through. And
- 3:51Speaker 1: we got Mark Wayne Mullen through on a 54-45 vote.
- 3:54Speaker 1: The only two Democrats to vote yes were John Fetterman.
- 3:57Speaker 1: And Martin Heinrich, a not often heard name in terms
- 4:03Speaker 1: of doing the right thing. There's John Fetterman, Martin Heinrich
- 4:06Speaker 1: of New Mexico. Senator Ruben Gallego, who's a Democrat, did
- 4:10Speaker 1: not vote, did not vote, opted not to vote yesterday.
- 4:13Speaker 1: But Mark Wayne Mullen gets confirmed as the new DHS secretary,
- 4:17Speaker 1: replacing Kristi Noem. Now, you may be thinking to yourself, self,
- 4:23Speaker 1: isn't this an issue for the United States Senate? Don't
- 4:25Speaker 1: we need every last vote we could possibly get in
- 4:27Speaker 1: the Senate? We just lost Mark Wayne Mullen. What are
- 4:28Speaker 1: we going to do? Well, you are a very wise person.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Thank you for raising that issue. Mullen's replacement is expected
- 4:37Speaker 1: to potentially be sworn in today. I want you to
- 4:40Speaker 1: look at, here's what Politico is reporting this morning. They say,
- 4:46Speaker 1: Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt is expected to make an announcement
- 4:49Speaker 1: this morning on his replacement. The Senate is looking to
- 4:52Speaker 1: do the swearing in today. Alan Armstrong, an oil executive,
- 4:57Speaker 1: is expected to be picked to finish Mullen's term as
- 5:00Speaker 1: first reported by something called NOTAS and confirmed by two
- 5:04Speaker 1: people briefed on the plan. So Kevin Stitt, Oklahoma Governor, Republican,
- 5:08Speaker 1: has to pick a Republican under Oklahoma law to replace him.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Not that we would expect differently, but you never know
- 5:16Speaker 1: with these Republican governors.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Not all of.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Them are great. And Kevin Stitt picks Alan Armstrong here.
- 5:23Speaker 1: And this is a world where you need somebody who's
- 5:25Speaker 1: going to support the Save America Act. You need somebody
- 5:28Speaker 1: who's actually going to support common sense in the United
- 5:30Speaker 1: States Senate. We'll see if we get all of that
- 5:32Speaker 1: with Alan Armstrong. But we have a Republican senator en route.
- 5:36Speaker 1: And by the time you hear this, in fact, could
- 5:37Speaker 1: already be sworn into the United States Senate. So we
- 5:39Speaker 1: really have no lag time here. as Mark Wayne Mullen
- 5:43Speaker 1: heads out the door and a new guy comes in,
- 5:46Speaker 1: it appears immediately, which is very good news in a
- 5:50Speaker 1: high stakes environment where we need to get a lot done.
- 5:52Speaker 1: We need the Save America Act. Yes, indeed. And we
- 5:55Speaker 1: also need DHS funding because TSA agents are operating without pay.
- 6:00Speaker 1: They're going to food banks. They're miserable right now. These
- 6:04Speaker 1: TSA agents, you know what they're having to deal with
- 6:06Speaker 1: right now? Benny Johnson, our buddy Benny Johnson, Got in
- 6:09Speaker 1: touch with a bunch of TSA agents in the past
- 6:12Speaker 1: 24 hours. And he got a summary of kind of
- 6:14Speaker 1: what they're up to. He said, one of them said,
- 6:17Speaker 1: I had to sell my car to pay my mortgage.
- 6:20Speaker 1: They're going on nearly two months now. No pay. He
- 6:24Speaker 1: had to sell his car to pay his mortgage. Another one.
- 6:26Speaker 1: I work 12-hour shifts. I don't see my kids. Now
- 6:29Speaker 1: I can't even afford to buy my family dinner. As
- 6:32Speaker 1: I'm going through this, you can thank a Democrat for
- 6:34Speaker 1: all of this. I'm going to have to quit this job.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I'm going to have to quit this month, says another,
- 6:39Speaker 1: and find another job.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Here's another.
- 6:43Speaker 1: My wife had to go back to work.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Another.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I can't afford basic groceries. Another. I have no more
- 6:47Speaker 1: savings left.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Another.
- 6:49Speaker 1: This makes no sense. ICE is funded through 2030. Democrats
- 6:52Speaker 1: are just punishing us. These TSA agents know what's up.
- 6:58Speaker 1: One thing became clear after today, says Benny. Democrats targeting
- 7:02Speaker 1: TSA is morally depraved. It hurts passengers and law enforcement alike. Well,
- 7:06Speaker 1: he's right about that. He's right about that. But Democrats
- 7:08Speaker 1: are using human suffering, as they always do, for their
- 7:12Speaker 1: own cruel enjoyment and for leverage to get more power
- 7:15Speaker 1: for themselves. Which is, what do they want to use
- 7:17Speaker 1: that power for? To disarm ICE, to disable ICE, to
- 7:20Speaker 1: diminish ICE, to stop immigration enforcement, to protect illegals. So
- 7:24Speaker 1: Americans have to suffer so that illegals can flourish. That's
- 7:27Speaker 1: the Democrat Party way. That's what they're up to right now.
- 7:30Speaker 1: And so we've heard from, that's interesting, that's twice now
- 7:34Speaker 1: in two days we've heard from all of these various
- 7:36Speaker 1: agents in the government. Bill Malusian published a great list
- 7:39Speaker 1: yesterday of all the ICE agents who were asked to
- 7:41Speaker 1: go to the airport by the president of the United States.
- 7:43Speaker 1: They head off to the airports and they said, this
- 7:45Speaker 1: is great. I love this. I serve at the behest
- 7:47Speaker 1: of the president. I'm glad to help. This is very exciting.
- 7:52Speaker 1: All these ICE agents love that they can step up
- 7:54Speaker 1: and help. Meanwhile, the TSA agents giving this honest accounting
- 7:57Speaker 1: of my life is miserable. I'm suffering. I'm going to
- 8:00Speaker 1: have to quit this job. I can't make ends meet.
- 8:02Speaker 1: And Democrats are to blame. This is all lining up
- 8:05Speaker 1: to tell us Exactly the story that reality tells us,
- 8:07Speaker 1: which is the Democrats are once again screwing this country.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Thanks to Benny Johnson for chasing down some of those
- 8:14Speaker 1: quotes yesterday. The president did send ICE to 14 different
- 8:18Speaker 1: very busy airports yesterday. 14 different airports, including Houston's George
- 8:24Speaker 1: Bush Intercontinental Airport. as well as the William P. Hobby Airport,
- 8:29Speaker 1: New York City's JFK International, New Jersey's Newark Liberty Airport,
- 8:34Speaker 1: Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, Phoenix's Sky Harbor International Airport. They
- 8:41Speaker 1: all get ICE agents yesterday. And, you know, this job,
- 8:47Speaker 1: President Trump was on the tarmac yesterday. He did a
- 8:49Speaker 1: kind of an extended press conference yesterday on the tarmac.
- 8:52Speaker 1: And he was talking to the media. And somebody asked him, like,
- 8:54Speaker 1: why are you sending ICE to the airports? Is this
- 8:55Speaker 1: for immigration enforcement? What's this about? And the president says, straightforward,
- 8:59Speaker 1: he goes, look, I'm sending them to help TSA. It's
- 9:02Speaker 1: not about immigration enforcement. I'm not going to stop them
- 9:05Speaker 1: from enforcing the law in any capacity, but they're there
- 9:07Speaker 1: to help TSA. Watch the president yesterday.
- 9:09Speaker 4: Will we see ICE arresting illegal migrants in airports?
- 9:13Speaker 2: That's why the Democrats have gone crazy.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Because they've allowed, by what they did in the holdup,
- 9:19Speaker 3: we've put ICE, who are a very high.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Level, I mean, they really are a high.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Level group of people. And they love it because they're
- 9:27Speaker 3: able to now arrest illegals as.
- 9:30Speaker 2: They come into the country. That's very fertile territory. But
- 9:34Speaker 2: that's not why they're there. They're really there to help.
- 9:38Speaker 1: That's fundamentally they're not there to arrest illegals. That is
- 9:41Speaker 1: their job. So if they encounter illegals, they'll arrest them.
- 9:44Speaker 1: But they're there to help TSA. They're there to do
- 9:47Speaker 1: it all. That's what the president announced yesterday. Now, this
- 9:50Speaker 1: is a source of panic on the left. They are
- 9:52Speaker 1: freaking out. Wait a second. You mean illegals won't be
- 9:57Speaker 1: able to fly freely around the United States? Yeah, that
- 10:00Speaker 1: was spillover benefit of sending the ICE agents is we
- 10:03Speaker 1: arrest more illegals. Oh, you don't like that? That's hilarious.
- 10:09Speaker 1: We've got to enforce our laws. We've got to enforce
- 10:11Speaker 1: our laws. So yeah, no, you're not going to get
- 10:13Speaker 1: any tears from me over the fact that ICE agents
- 10:15Speaker 1: can do their jobs in a new environment. Now they
- 10:17Speaker 1: can do it at the airports. But man, I'll tell
- 10:20Speaker 1: you what, the left is telling so many lies right now.
- 10:22Speaker 1: The left is telling so many. They're trying to create
- 10:24Speaker 1: scandals where there are none. First of all, it's not
- 10:26Speaker 1: a scandal for ICE to do his job at all.
- 10:30Speaker 1: And that brings us to the left's fake scandal of
- 10:33Speaker 1: the week. You guys ready for this? It is the
- 10:35Speaker 1: left's fake scandal.
- 10:37Speaker 5: And now it's time for the left's fake scandal of
- 10:42Speaker 5: the week.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Yes, it is.
- 10:43Speaker 6: Extra, extra.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Yes, it's time for the left's fake scandal of the week.
- 10:50Speaker 1: This week, it's about ICE agents enforcing the law at airports.
- 10:55Speaker 1: There's a video going around of a woman getting arrested
- 10:59Speaker 1: at San Francisco International Airport by ICE agents this week. Uh-oh,
- 11:04Speaker 1: what does that mean? Were the ICE agents deployed to
- 11:07Speaker 1: arrest her? Take a look. This is cut to, this
- 11:10Speaker 1: is the viral video running around, especially on places like Blueski,
- 11:13Speaker 1: where the left goes crazy about how much they hate Trump.
- 11:16Speaker 2: Watch. What's your name? Show the badge.
- 11:19Speaker 7: Where's the badge?
- 11:20Speaker 2: Where's your badge?
- 11:23Speaker 8: Can someone call 911?
- 11:26Speaker 7: Where's your badge?
- 11:27Speaker 1: Can I see?
- 11:28Speaker 6: Let me see your badge.
- 11:30Speaker 4: Can I see your badge?
- 11:31Speaker 1: I don't know if that's legitimate. I don't know if
- 11:34Speaker 1: that's legitimate, says Rando. Can I see your badge number, sir?
- 11:38Speaker 1: What is your name?
- 11:40Speaker 7: What is your name?
- 11:44Speaker 2: Where is your badge number?
- 11:45Speaker 7: I'm asking for your badge number, sir! What is your
- 11:56Speaker 7: badge number?
- 11:57Speaker 1: What is your badge number? It's hilarious. All right, that's enough.
- 12:03Speaker 1: So when you get this Democrat, you get this obvious, like,
- 12:06Speaker 1: you can tell. I know everything about her voting history.
- 12:08Speaker 1: I know that there's a lot of distress in her
- 12:11Speaker 1: personal life. I know that her unhappiness spills out into
- 12:14Speaker 1: misery for the rest of us. I know a lot
- 12:16Speaker 1: about this woman based on her shrieking, ridiculous behavior. attitude
- 12:21Speaker 1: this little busybody in San Francisco airport what's your badge
- 12:24Speaker 1: number who are you show me your badge number the
- 12:26Speaker 1: guy's on the phone they're like calling for backup they're
- 12:28Speaker 1: trying to figure out how we're gonna get this lady
- 12:29Speaker 1: out of the airport and the woman they're being nice
- 12:31Speaker 1: to her the woman doesn't even have the handcuffs on
- 12:33Speaker 1: if you look closely in the video the illegal alien
- 12:36Speaker 1: she's got one handcuff on and the other is not
- 12:38Speaker 1: yet on her wrist and she's throwing this temper tantrum
- 12:41Speaker 1: about the fact that she's being taken into custody yeah
- 12:45Speaker 1: and so here's what actually happened in case you're wondering
- 12:48Speaker 1: what actually happened Bill Malusian with the report. This comes
- 12:51Speaker 1: to us by way of DHS. DHS tells Fox this
- 12:55Speaker 1: viral incident at the San Francisco airport last night, that
- 12:58Speaker 1: would have been Sunday night, involved ICE arrests of a family, Guatemalan,
- 13:04Speaker 1: of a family of Guatemalan illegals who have had a
- 13:07Speaker 1: deportation order since 2019. You've had seven years to get
- 13:13Speaker 1: your ass out of the country, and yet you're still here?
- 13:18Speaker 1: The least we can do is gently take you into
- 13:20Speaker 1: custody and then get you out of the country. One
- 13:24Speaker 1: of the females tried to flee while being escorted for processing.
- 13:28Speaker 1: It happened before ICE was even deployed to help TSA.
- 13:31Speaker 1: This was Sunday night. They were deployed on Monday. DHS
- 13:35Speaker 1: statement to Fox, quote, this arrest occurred before ICE officers
- 13:38Speaker 1: were even deployed to airports to bolster TSA efforts to
- 13:41Speaker 1: help American travelers who are facing hours-long lines across the country.
- 13:45Speaker 1: On March 22nd, 2026, That was Sunday. ICE officers arrested
- 13:50Speaker 1: Angelina Lopez Jimenez and Wendy Godinez Lopez at the San
- 13:55Speaker 1: Francisco International Airport. The family has an outstanding final removal
- 13:58Speaker 1: order from an immigration judge since 2019. While being escorted
- 14:05Speaker 1: to the terminal for processing, Lopez Jimenez attempted to flee
- 14:09Speaker 1: and then resisted law enforcement. ICE is working as quickly
- 14:12Speaker 1: as possible. to repatriate the family unit to their home
- 14:15Speaker 1: country of Guatemala. Well, isn't that nice? This ends so sweetly.
- 14:18Speaker 1: The Trump administration is keeping the family together. As Tom
- 14:21Speaker 1: Holman said, they can be deported together. There's no family
- 14:24Speaker 1: separation here. You can all go together. That's what's underway.
- 14:28Speaker 1: To the left, all panicky. Oh, no, they're going to
- 14:30Speaker 1: deport more people. Oh, good. They're going to deport more people. Hilarious. Anyway,
- 14:36Speaker 1: that's the last fake scandal of the week. Thank you
- 14:38Speaker 1: very much, as always, to the American left for producing
- 14:40Speaker 1: an endless series of idiotic dumpster fires for us to highlight.
- 14:45Speaker 1: That's that's the thing. And also Monday night, Tom Holman
- 14:48Speaker 1: revealed last night, Tom Holman revealed that, yeah, these ICE agents,
- 14:52Speaker 1: they're not merely there to help TSA. If they find criminals,
- 14:57Speaker 1: they're taking them into custody. Watch Tom Holman last night.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Trump made a.
- 15:01Speaker 9: Brilliant move this week, and he called me and said,
- 15:03Speaker 9: let's send ICE to the airport. I thought it was
- 15:04Speaker 9: a smart move. And we're filling the holes. The wait
- 15:07Speaker 9: lines already dropped. Plus, we're doing a security function at
- 15:11Speaker 9: the airport. We're going to arrest criminals going to his airport.
- 15:13Speaker 9: We're going to look for human trafficking, sex trafficking, money smuggling.
- 15:19Speaker 9: We're going to be at the airport working with our
- 15:21Speaker 9: brothers and sisters and TSA agents. They're our brothers and
- 15:24Speaker 9: sisters in DHS. President Trump made a smart move. We're
- 15:27Speaker 9: going to keep the airplanes flying. We're going to get
- 15:30Speaker 9: the American people to those lines quicker. And we're not
- 15:32Speaker 9: going to give up President Trump's promise to American people
- 15:35Speaker 9: to make this country safer every day. And that's what
- 15:37Speaker 9: we're going to keep doing.
- 15:38Speaker 1: They're going to get all the criminals. They're going to
- 15:40Speaker 1: look for human traffickers, sex traffickers, money smuggling. If they
- 15:43Speaker 1: even see signs of this, they're going after it. This
- 15:46Speaker 1: is beautiful. This is wonderful. Oh, Democrats, you don't like this?
- 15:49Speaker 1: I have a big solution for you. DHS funding, Save
- 15:53Speaker 1: America Act. You give us those things, it's going to
- 15:55Speaker 1: be beautiful. It's going to be beautiful. Can't wait. Can't
- 15:59Speaker 1: wait to see it. All right. So we'll get more
- 16:02Speaker 1: to those negotiations in a moment. The president helping out
- 16:06Speaker 1: the airports has led to some pretty dramatic results. TSA
- 16:10Speaker 1: agents arrived in Atlanta, for instance, yesterday, and CNN was
- 16:13Speaker 1: stunned to find out that all of the wait times
- 16:15Speaker 1: had suddenly plummeted.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Watch.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Here's what happened on CNN yesterday.
- 16:20Speaker 5: Finally, we can take a deep breath here. The numbers
- 16:22Speaker 5: have dropped off, the lines are getting shorter. I think
- 16:25Speaker 5: the average wait time now is under 40 minutes, so
- 16:28Speaker 5: If you have a flight to catch today, it's a
- 16:30Speaker 5: good time to come to Hartsfield-Jackson International. Talking about those
- 16:33Speaker 5: ICE agents, you can see a few behind me right there.
- 16:36Speaker 5: And then I'm going to walk you this direction and
- 16:37Speaker 5: you can see some more of them gathered over here.
- 16:40Speaker 5: This is what they've been doing for the most part
- 16:42Speaker 5: today is doing the patrols around the airport, talking and gathering,
- 16:48Speaker 5: not really helping the public in the sense of they're
- 16:50Speaker 5: not taking tickets from anybody. They're not interacting with the
- 16:53Speaker 5: public we've seen so far. They're not checking anyone's I.D., The.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Guy's standing outside security making that assessment. But the reality
- 17:00Speaker 1: is whatever functions TSA is serving at the– sorry, ICE
- 17:03Speaker 1: is serving right now at the airport, those are functions
- 17:05Speaker 1: that free up TSA agents to do the job that
- 17:10Speaker 1: they need to do, which is get passengers through security.
- 17:13Speaker 1: So ICE being there is enough to help relieve– So
- 17:17Speaker 1: much of the pressure that's on TSA, which is wonderful.
- 17:20Speaker 1: It's the same thing when we deploy the National Guard
- 17:22Speaker 1: to the border. It frees up Border Patrol to actually
- 17:26Speaker 1: do their jobs, at least traditionally when we were doing that.
- 17:29Speaker 1: We don't have to do that anymore because the border
- 17:31Speaker 1: is locked down, thanks to President Trump. So thanks to
- 17:34Speaker 1: the ICE agents. I know that I kept seeing reports yesterday,
- 17:38Speaker 1: and this is what I was encouraging yesterday morning on
- 17:40Speaker 1: the program, that if you run into an ICE agent
- 17:43Speaker 1: at the airport, thank them, thank them. And a lot
- 17:46Speaker 1: of people have been doing that, thanking the ICE agents
- 17:48Speaker 1: at the airports, very happy to see them there and
- 17:51Speaker 1: to support them. So that's been great news, really great news. Yeah,
- 17:56Speaker 1: now the left is trying to, in these negotiations with
- 18:00Speaker 1: the president of the United States, they're trying to hurt ICE.
- 18:04Speaker 1: They're trying to stop immigration enforcement. And among the things
- 18:07Speaker 1: that they want to do is they want to, quote,
- 18:10Speaker 1: unmask ICE agents. They want to make it so that
- 18:12Speaker 1: their identities are exposed and You know what that means.
- 18:15Speaker 1: That means that the weak and vicious-minded people who form
- 18:18Speaker 1: the base of the Democrat Party can then attempt to
- 18:21Speaker 1: hurt their families, threaten them, dox them, and in some
- 18:25Speaker 1: cases attempt to assassinate ICE agents, which we've seen over
- 18:28Speaker 1: the last year. Really awful stuff. There's a reason ICE
- 18:31Speaker 1: agents have to protect their identities. It's because the left
- 18:34Speaker 1: is insane. That's why. We have a left-wing assassination culture.
- 18:39Speaker 1: And Brandon Gill, who's just a remarkable congressman, remarkable for
- 18:42Speaker 1: his clarity of thought and expression for sure, He posted
- 18:46Speaker 1: this last night. He said, you know, banning ICE agents
- 18:49Speaker 1: from wearing masks is an explicit invitation for left-wing terrorists
- 18:53Speaker 1: to dox, threaten, and harm them and their families. Requiring
- 18:57Speaker 1: ICE to get Article III judicial warrants, this is what
- 19:00Speaker 1: the left is trying to do, for a civil deportation would,
- 19:04Speaker 1: for example, allow the illegal alien who just murdered Sheridan
- 19:08Speaker 1: Gorman to evade ICE unless he commits an additional federal crime.
- 19:14Speaker 1: These are the demands being made by Democrats to end
- 19:16Speaker 1: the long lines at America's airports, and it's completely absurd.
- 19:20Speaker 1: It's completely absurd, he rightly points out. Now, yeah, for sure.
- 19:24Speaker 1: This whole thing, what he's referencing here, judicial warrants, right now,
- 19:28Speaker 1: the way that these people are being taken into custody
- 19:32Speaker 1: is with administrative warrants, typically. That's the way this happens.
- 19:35Speaker 1: You get administrative warrants from an immigration judge. The left
- 19:39Speaker 1: is trying to elevate, escalate, the amount of hurdles required
- 19:44Speaker 1: to take an illegal alien into custody, including and especially
- 19:47Speaker 1: illegal aliens who already have final orders of deportation. They want, quote,
- 19:51Speaker 1: judicial warrants. They want to gum up the works so much.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Our justice system doesn't even have the capacity for this.
- 20:00Speaker 1: They want to gum up the works so much that
- 20:03Speaker 1: no illegal alien can be deported. And then they pretend
- 20:05Speaker 1: like they're doing it because it's some sort of constitutional process. No,
- 20:09Speaker 1: this is designed to stymie justice, which would be an
- 20:13Speaker 1: unconstitutional act. And that's what the Democrats are up to.
- 20:17Speaker 1: So Brandon Gill is right about this. I had Brandon
- 20:19Speaker 1: Gill on the radio show this past week. There was some,
- 20:21Speaker 1: apparently some conversation with the White House where the White
- 20:25Speaker 1: House was saying, well, maybe, maybe we'll get, let the agents,
- 20:28Speaker 1: you know, wear their name tags or take their masks off,
- 20:30Speaker 1: but just everything else, leave them be. Maybe we'll do
- 20:34Speaker 1: the security cameras, the body cameras. Look, As I said
- 20:39Speaker 1: to the congressman, and he agreed with me on the air,
- 20:41Speaker 1: I was like, I don't like this whole thing about
- 20:42Speaker 1: like exposing the identities of ICE agents. You know, if
- 20:47Speaker 1: we were operating in a different world where there weren't
- 20:48Speaker 1: so many risks to them, it would make perfect sense
- 20:51Speaker 1: to me. But right now, we got to treat them
- 20:53Speaker 1: like members of a gang unit whose job it is
- 20:56Speaker 1: to take some of the worst of the worst into
- 20:58Speaker 1: custody and to not have their identities exposed. You know
- 21:01Speaker 1: how gang units will cover their faces when they make
- 21:03Speaker 1: these raids and arrests because they need to protect themselves
- 21:05Speaker 1: and their families. This is the situation we're dealing with
- 21:08Speaker 1: right now. So, you know, no concessions, no concessions on
- 21:12Speaker 1: that front. We have to protect our ICE agents who
- 21:14Speaker 1: are doing amazing work. The other thing is this judicial warrants, like,
- 21:22Speaker 1: don't even fall for that. But the body cameras, body
- 21:25Speaker 1: cameras are wonderful. Body cameras have proven over and over
- 21:29Speaker 1: to actually demonstrate that the lion's share of men and
- 21:32Speaker 1: women who, you know, down a uniform for law enforcement
- 21:35Speaker 1: are actually doing their jobs well. And a lot of
- 21:37Speaker 1: the accusations that the left launches at cops are just
- 21:40Speaker 1: plainly false. The video shows that. Body cameras have turned
- 21:45Speaker 1: out to be a very good thing for law enforcement.
- 21:49Speaker 1: And I'm all for it, ICE agents wearing body cameras.
- 21:52Speaker 1: So if that's the, quote, concession, it's a good thing
- 21:54Speaker 1: because in the end, it'll demonstrate how good these guys
- 21:56Speaker 1: are at their jobs. That's it. That makes a lot
- 22:00Speaker 1: of sense to me. So Stay strong in this Trump
- 22:03Speaker 1: administration as you engage in these ridiculous negotiations with the
- 22:07Speaker 1: Democrats just to give DHS funding.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Wild.
- 22:11Speaker 1: All right, more ahead on all of it. And then
- 22:14Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about what's going on
- 22:15Speaker 1: with Iran. The president with some major breakthroughs this week
- 22:18Speaker 1: says that Iran is now negotiating a very high stakes
- 22:21Speaker 1: negotiation playing out to bring an end to this entire
- 22:24Speaker 1: war and to open up the Strait of Hormuz. We'll
- 22:27Speaker 1: give you the details on it in just a moment
- 22:29Speaker 1: here on this episode of Vince, it's great to have
- 22:32Speaker 1: you with us. I want to thank Rumble Wallet for
- 22:34Speaker 1: being a great sponsor of our program. Rumble Wallet. You
- 22:37Speaker 1: guys know about Rumble Wallet?
- 22:38Speaker 3: You should.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Rumble Wallet's amazing. You know, there's a lot of censorship
- 22:42Speaker 1: in the world.
- 22:42Speaker 2: A lot.
- 22:43Speaker 1: A lot of the big tech companies shutting down conversation,
- 22:46Speaker 1: preventing you from seeing stuff that you are entitled to
- 22:49Speaker 1: see or communicating at all. This is why Rumble was
- 22:52Speaker 1: created in the first place. It's a free speech platform.
- 22:56Speaker 1: It's beautiful. And now, not only is Rumble fighting for
- 23:00Speaker 1: free speech, they're fighting for you to have freedom with
- 23:03Speaker 1: your own money. What a world in which you don't
- 23:05Speaker 1: have freedom with your own money. You do with Rumble Wallet.
- 23:08Speaker 1: You really do. Rumble Wallet is where you control your
- 23:11Speaker 1: own money. It's not a bank. It's not a government.
- 23:13Speaker 1: It's not a tech company. Not even Rumble can touch
- 23:16Speaker 1: your money. This is your money, your freedom. You see,
- 23:20Speaker 1: with Rumble Wallet, you can do all sorts of things.
- 23:22Speaker 1: You can tip creators, like yours truly, instantly, without any
- 23:27Speaker 1: fees or anything. You can also buy and save digital

- 23:34Speaker 1: new US-regulated stablecoin. Tether Gold is real gold on the blockchain,
- 23:39Speaker 1: actual gold bars that you own. USAT keeps your money
- 23:44Speaker 1: steady and protected from inflation, all without relying on banks. So,
- 23:49Speaker 1: You ready to take control back? You can do it
- 23:51Speaker 1: with Rumble Wallet. Go to wallet.rumble.com or search Rumble Wallet
- 23:55Speaker 1: in your app store. Download it, open your account, move
- 23:58Speaker 1: your money to where it belongs in your own hands.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Rumble Wallet is a technology provider only, not a custodial service.
- 24:05Speaker 1: See terms at wallet.rumble.com. Okay, one more thing on... DHS negotiations.
- 24:14Speaker 1: I'm hearing rumblings this morning that there's a reconciliation deal
- 24:18Speaker 1: perhaps being worked up where Republicans will be able to
- 24:21Speaker 1: use the reconciliation process, as in a simple majority in
- 24:26Speaker 1: the Senate, to achieve some of the spending things that
- 24:29Speaker 1: they want to do, like DHS funding, maybe some elements
- 24:32Speaker 1: with the Save America Act. Not quite a gaveling, but
- 24:36Speaker 1: we'll gavel a little bit for it. We'll see. I'm
- 24:39Speaker 1: going to keep an eye on this because, you know,
- 24:41Speaker 1: the reconciliation thing isn't the force of law. I want
- 24:44Speaker 1: to be clear about this. It's not going to be
- 24:46Speaker 1: the force of law that the Save America Act would be.
- 24:49Speaker 1: If they do any of this through reconciliation, they will
- 24:53Speaker 1: use funding mechanisms to try and convince states to have
- 24:59Speaker 1: election integrity. That's a different thing. It's not federal law
- 25:02Speaker 1: requiring states to have election integrity. It would be funding
- 25:06Speaker 1: incentives saying you could lose funding if you don't do this,
- 25:10Speaker 1: or you can gain funding if you do. That's a
- 25:13Speaker 1: different construction. In fact, that's, just to give you an example,
- 25:18Speaker 1: you know why the drinking age is 21 in every
- 25:20Speaker 1: state in America? You know that? It's not a federal
- 25:22Speaker 1: law that we have a 21-year-old drinking age. It's that
- 25:28Speaker 1: federal highway funding is actually conditioned on whether or not
- 25:33Speaker 1: the drinking age is 21. So every state followed suit.
- 25:36Speaker 1: That's why the drinking age became 21, because the federal
- 25:38Speaker 1: government used a funding mechanism to secure that. This is
- 25:43Speaker 1: what they're talking about right now. So we'll see. I'm
- 25:45Speaker 1: going to keep an eye on this reconciliation thing. And
- 25:48Speaker 1: I would keep an eye, especially on what President Trump
- 25:50Speaker 1: says on Truth Social about that subject. So here's the
- 25:56Speaker 1: update for you that I'm worried about, I'm concerned about.
- 26:01Speaker 1: John Thune is squirming right now. John Thune is squirming.
- 26:04Speaker 1: And one, I'm glad he's squirming because they were trying
- 26:08Speaker 1: to ignore the Save America Act entirely. But here's what
- 26:11Speaker 1: we just got. This comes to us from a fellow
- 26:14Speaker 1: called Burgess Everett over at Semaphore. He said yesterday afternoon,
- 26:20Speaker 1: Thune says it's not realistic to link the Save America
- 26:24Speaker 1: Act with DHS funding, which is what President Trump asked
- 26:27Speaker 1: for yesterday. Because Save can't pass the Senate right now,
- 26:31Speaker 1: Burgess says. Quote, it's something that I think there is
- 26:34Speaker 1: almost unanimous agreement among Republicans on the policy. But the
- 26:38Speaker 1: idea that we have to guarantee its passage in order
- 26:40Speaker 1: to fund the government, I think you all know that's
- 26:42Speaker 1: not realistic. Why is John Thune such a squish here? President,
- 26:50Speaker 1: I'm being nice. President Trump just said, guys, Democrats are
- 26:57Speaker 1: under the gun for what they're doing to American air
- 27:00Speaker 1: travel right now. Americans are blaming the Democrats correctly. for
- 27:05Speaker 1: shutting down DHS and inducing misery in the United States.
- 27:09Speaker 1: We have leverage over them right now. Use it to
- 27:14Speaker 1: score not only funding for DHS, but for the Save
- 27:18Speaker 1: America Act, the priorities in the Save America Act. Here's
- 27:20Speaker 1: your opportunity. What kind of negotiator is John Thune to
- 27:25Speaker 1: then go out to the press and be like, yeah,
- 27:26Speaker 1: that's not possible? Whose side of the table are you
- 27:30Speaker 1: sitting on? Are you with us or are you seated
- 27:34Speaker 1: with the Democrats? Don't bring John Thune to a negotiation,
- 27:37Speaker 1: by the way. If you're buying a car, a house, anything,
- 27:40Speaker 1: don't bring John Thune with you because he'll give away
- 27:42Speaker 1: the ball game even before the negotiation is underway. What
- 27:46Speaker 1: are you doing? Even if this isn't any way a reality,
- 27:49Speaker 1: why would you say it out loud? Join the president's
- 27:53Speaker 1: side of the table, Thune. Come on, son. We only
- 27:57Speaker 1: have a country to save. It's crazy. So I don't
- 28:02Speaker 1: think we can do that. Stop your whining. Join the fight.
- 28:08Speaker 1: He's under pressure, though. I'll tell you what, the reason
- 28:09Speaker 1: they're even chattering about this reconciliation thing right now is
- 28:12Speaker 1: they're looking for a way out. We'll see. We'll see.
- 28:14Speaker 1: We're keeping a close eye on this. So that's the
- 28:17Speaker 1: Save America Act today.
- 28:18Speaker 10: Wild.
- 28:21Speaker 1: All right, one more piece of election, one more big
- 28:24Speaker 1: piece of election news for you. I'll get to Iran
- 28:25Speaker 1: in a moment, but I want to do the Supreme
- 28:27Speaker 1: Court case yesterday. There was a hearing yesterday in the
- 28:31Speaker 1: United States Supreme Court, oral arguments yesterday, about the practice of,
- 28:37Speaker 1: that happens, you know how many states do this? It's
- 28:39Speaker 1: like 15 states. There's a ton of states that allow
- 28:42Speaker 1: ballots to come in after election day. After election day,
- 28:48Speaker 1: they're counting ballots.
- 28:51Speaker 2: What?
- 28:51Speaker 1: Now, of course, you know this way. I mean, I
- 28:54Speaker 1: act shocked, not actually shocked, but I am appalled that
- 28:57Speaker 1: this is an ongoing issue in the United States, that
- 28:59Speaker 1: ballots keep on coming in after election day. So yesterday
- 29:02Speaker 1: you get hearing on the whole subject. In a moment,
- 29:06Speaker 1: I'm going to go through it with you and why
- 29:09Speaker 1: there's some cause for hope after yesterday's Supreme Court hearing
- 29:14Speaker 1: that maybe we're going to get a pretty big fix
- 29:17Speaker 1: in one sense for America's elections and root whether or
- 29:20Speaker 1: not we get the Save America Act. I've got the
- 29:22Speaker 1: details on that coming up. I want to thank two
- 29:26Speaker 1: more great sponsors, and then we'll climb right into the
- 29:29Speaker 1: Supreme Court story. This is This next sponsor I love.
- 29:33Speaker 1: I'm wearing the t-shirt today. Blackout Coffee. I love Blackout Coffee.

- 29:41Speaker 1: about right. I didn't take the measurements this morning, but
- 29:43Speaker 1: I think that's right. Let me see.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Hmm.

- 32:32Speaker 2: All right.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Here we go, Supreme Court, yesterday, big Supreme Court hearing.
- 32:38Speaker 1: We're gonna keep receiving ballots after election day all across
- 32:41Speaker 1: the country?
- 32:44Speaker 2: What?
- 32:44Speaker 1: Here's Harmey Dhillon. She's the head of the Civil Rights
- 32:47Speaker 1: Division at the Justice Department explaining exactly what was happening
- 32:50Speaker 1: yesterday at the Supreme Court, watch.
- 32:52Speaker 8: The practice of Mississippi, and by the way, parenthetically, many
- 32:56Speaker 8: other states, of allowing ballots to trickle in and be
- 32:59Speaker 8: counted days and sometimes even up to three weeks after
- 33:03Speaker 8: an election, is inconsistent with our federal election statute. So
- 33:07Speaker 8: on prior cases, the United States Supreme Court has addressed
- 33:10Speaker 8: these types of issues. And Justice Kavanaugh wrote in a
- 33:13Speaker 8: case in 2020 that these kinds of disparate trickling in
- 33:18Speaker 8: and uncertainty and a wide swath of different kinds of
- 33:22Speaker 8: laws creates uncertainty around elections and indeed undermines confidence in
- 33:27Speaker 8: our elections. So we argued in our brief that Because
- 33:31Speaker 8: Congress has these laws that refer to an election day,
- 33:35Speaker 8: election day should mean election day, meaning the last day
- 33:38Speaker 8: by which ballots can be received by the state and processed.
- 33:43Speaker 8: And so here, Mississippi allows it for five days. Some
- 33:47Speaker 8: states allow it for 10 days, up to 21 days.
- 33:49Speaker 8: Eight states don't even require a postmark on mail ballots.
- 33:53Speaker 8: So for those of you who are concerned about whether
- 33:56Speaker 8: this would impact our military abroad being able to cast
- 33:59Speaker 8: their ballots, It doesn't because there's a special statute for
- 34:02Speaker 8: that under federal law. So there's no preemption issue.
- 34:05Speaker 1: All right. So, okay. Did she say anything that sounds
- 34:09Speaker 1: crazy there? That sounds like it makes common sense. So
- 34:11Speaker 1: you've got a situation where you've got all these states,
- 34:14Speaker 1: some of which don't even require postmarks. What did she say?
- 34:16Speaker 1: Eight states don't even require postmarks. They're receiving ballots after
- 34:19Speaker 1: election day. And they're like, oh yeah, let's count those.
- 34:23Speaker 1: And she makes the most obvious point, which is like
- 34:26Speaker 1: election day is supposed to be election day. It's a day.
- 34:30Speaker 1: And then if you're worried about the military, any situation
- 34:32Speaker 1: where we have forward deployed military, this is what the
- 34:33Speaker 1: president keeps talking about. If we're going to use absentee ballots,
- 34:36Speaker 1: it's got to be for people who actually need it,
- 34:37Speaker 1: like forward deployed military. OK, they can submit their ballot.
- 34:41Speaker 1: We have federal laws that deal with the handling of
- 34:44Speaker 1: military ballots because we've got to make sure we take
- 34:46Speaker 1: care of the men and women in the military, make
- 34:48Speaker 1: sure their votes are counted. But beyond that, this idea like, OK,
- 34:51Speaker 1: we're counting ballots after Election Day for random civilians. How
- 34:54Speaker 1: about no? How about you get your ballot in on time?
- 34:57Speaker 1: How about you get up off your rump and you
- 34:59Speaker 1: go to your polling place and you vote? Why is
- 35:02Speaker 1: that so hard to do? Don't you expect the basics
- 35:05Speaker 1: out of your kids? Like, you know what, they get
- 35:08Speaker 1: to mail in their term paper and it can show
- 35:10Speaker 1: up five days after it was supposed to be submitted.
- 35:13Speaker 1: Is that how it works? No, you get your term
- 35:15Speaker 1: paper in on time. There's a deadline. Get it in
- 35:17Speaker 1: on time. You fail, you fail. That's it. It's like,
- 35:22Speaker 1: you know, You would think for voting that we would
- 35:26Speaker 1: have higher standards, but we don't. We have really lax,
- 35:29Speaker 1: crappy standards in the United States of America. Some of
- 35:32Speaker 1: the worst standards in the Western world. So how did
- 35:37Speaker 1: it go yesterday in the Supreme Court? Well, Samuel Alito,
- 35:40Speaker 1: Supreme Court Justice Alito, great man. He brought up what
- 35:44Speaker 1: you just heard me, heard Harvey Dillon say. It's election day.
- 35:47Speaker 1: That's right. Mary Maria Anand says it's election day. It's
- 35:53Speaker 1: a day. Here's Sam Alito yesterday.
- 35:56Speaker 11: We have lots of phrases that involve two words, the
- 36:02Speaker 11: last of which, the second of which is day. Labor Day,
- 36:06Speaker 11: Memorial Day, George Washington's birthday, Independence Day, birthday, and election day.
- 36:14Speaker 11: And they're all particular days.
- 36:17Speaker 4: So if we start with that, if I have nothing
- 36:20Speaker 4: more to look at than the phrase election day, I
- 36:25Speaker 4: think this is the day in which everything is going
- 36:27Speaker 4: to take place, or almost everything. Then we have three
- 36:31Speaker 4: points in time, 1844, 1872, 1914. We can ask, what
- 36:39Speaker 4: would people have thought on those days is meant by.
- 36:41Speaker 11: This phrase, Election Day.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Which of those should we choose?
- 36:45Speaker 11: Which of those dates should we choose?
- 36:49Speaker 10: I think you could choose any of the three. I mean, honestly,
- 36:52Speaker 10: I think the single best one, if you're just going
- 36:54Speaker 10: to choose one, is 1872. And the reason I say
- 36:57Speaker 10: that is because 1914 is the latest in time, but
- 37:00Speaker 10: that's the one that Congress gave the least thought to.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:04Speaker 1: They're talking about various presidential elections, including Ulysses S.
- 37:08Speaker 3: Grant.
- 37:08Speaker 1: The point ultimately is what you just heard Sam Alito make,
- 37:12Speaker 1: which is it's about election day. It's about election day.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Let me also point out something else. You know, this
- 37:19Speaker 1: idea that we have election month or election year, whatever
- 37:22Speaker 1: the hell we're doing these days, you realize like fundamentally
- 37:26Speaker 1: that system deprives voters of a fulsome understanding of the candidates.
- 37:33Speaker 1: They don't all go to the polls with the same
- 37:34Speaker 1: understanding of who these candidates are. If you have a
- 37:37Speaker 1: late breaking development about a candidate, you find out that
- 37:41Speaker 1: they're completely corrupt or that like they've been unfaithful or
- 37:45Speaker 1: something and that goes against your desire to vote for
- 37:48Speaker 1: them or that they have some sort of policy that
- 37:50Speaker 1: they were concealing from you, whatever. The point is the
- 37:53Speaker 1: voters should be able to go to the polls with
- 37:56Speaker 1: the same facts available to them. If you vote for
- 37:59Speaker 1: a guy and then he drops out days later for
- 38:02Speaker 1: whatever reason, and the election's still a month away, well,
- 38:06Speaker 1: you're screwed. You just cast your ballot for a guy
- 38:08Speaker 1: who's not even in the race anymore. Voters should go
- 38:12Speaker 1: to the polls with the benefit of all of the
- 38:15Speaker 1: same facts, all of the same available facts. So this
- 38:18Speaker 1: is why elections should be tight affairs. We should try
- 38:22Speaker 1: and make it a single day with limited exceptions for
- 38:27Speaker 1: people who just can't go to the polls. This is
- 38:28Speaker 1: why we have a couple of absentee ballots. Other than that,
- 38:31Speaker 1: get to the polls. Election day. This like crazy system
- 38:36Speaker 1: that we've devised in the United States only invites more fraud,
- 38:41Speaker 1: which is what we're trying to tackle right now. So
- 38:43Speaker 1: the Supreme Court, Sam Alito saying yesterday, This is crazy.
- 38:47Speaker 1: And by the way, a lot of the conservative justices
- 38:49Speaker 1: yesterday joined him, joined him on this.
- 38:53Speaker 3: All right.
- 38:54Speaker 1: So Preacher Retired is in our comments. He goes, faceplant time.
- 38:57Speaker 1: You're right, Preacher Retired. It is faceplant time. Here is
- 39:00Speaker 1: Sonia Sotomayor yesterday faceplanting in the United States Supreme Court
- 39:06Speaker 1: because she tried it like this random gotcha moment with
- 39:09Speaker 1: the Republican lawyer. And he pointed out that what she
- 39:13Speaker 1: is saying is insane.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Listen.
- 39:16Speaker 6: Do you believe that absentee voting by the military and
- 39:20Speaker 6: overseas voters, the various laws, that federal laws under which
- 39:24Speaker 6: states have proceeded with respect to those votes, are illegal?
- 39:29Speaker 6: or they're not saying what everybody has understood them to
- 39:33Speaker 6: say that states can accept absentee ballots after the election
- 39:39Speaker 6: military and overseas ballots I.
- 39:41Speaker 10: Don't think any vote is unlawful let me let me
- 39:44Speaker 10: try to address how I think you would reconcile UOCAVA
- 39:47Speaker 10: with the Election Day statutes. And to start, I think
- 39:50Speaker 10: it's important to recognize that UOCAVA is not limited to
- 39:54Speaker 10: the federal general election. So UOCAVA applies to primary elections,
- 39:58Speaker 10: to runoff elections, and special elections, and federal general elections.
- 40:02Speaker 10: The Election Day statutes only apply to the general federal election.
- 40:06Speaker 10: So the way I would reconcile the two is to
- 40:08Speaker 10: say that all the references in UOCAVA to state deadlines
- 40:12Speaker 10: are perfectly fine, not preempted at all. not displaced at all,
- 40:16Speaker 10: not even anomalous with respect to the primaries, the runoffs,
- 40:19Speaker 10: and the special elections. Then the court has a job
- 40:22Speaker 10: to do in the federal general election as to say, like,
- 40:26Speaker 10: kind of which is the specific, which is the general.
- 40:28Speaker 10: I think the more logical way to do it would
- 40:30Speaker 10: be to say that with the understanding in this court,
- 40:33Speaker 10: if you decide in our favor, that for the federal
- 40:36Speaker 10: general election, the ballots have to be in by election day.
- 40:40Speaker 6: Maybe we should have another president now because wasn't it
- 40:44Speaker 6: in Florida that they were counting military votes after receipt?
- 40:49Speaker 10: So with all due respect, that is the reddest of
- 40:51Speaker 10: red herrings because what happened in the 2000 election in
- 40:54Speaker 10: Florida is that pursuant to a consent decree that was
- 40:58Speaker 10: entered by a federal court because Florida was violating the
- 41:02Speaker 10: principal provision of UOCAVA, which says you have to give
- 41:05Speaker 10: the ballot absentee ballots to the overseas voters 45 days
- 41:09Speaker 10: in advance. Because Florida was violating that, there had to
- 41:12Speaker 10: be a consent decree to create a remedy that was
- 41:15Speaker 10: not provided.
- 41:16Speaker 6: What happened was that the judge made up the deadline,
- 41:19Speaker 6: not the state.
- 41:22Speaker 3: So.
- 41:23Speaker 1: What you just heard is the Supreme Court equivalent of
- 41:27Speaker 1: getting completely owned. Sonia Sotomayor got dunked on. She got
- 41:31Speaker 1: posterized by that lawyer. And just to give you a
- 41:36Speaker 1: sense of what some of the terms mean, UOCAVA, you
- 41:39Speaker 1: heard them keep referencing UOCAVA. UOCAVA is a law. It's
- 41:43Speaker 1: the Uniform and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act. It is
- 41:48Speaker 1: designed to make it, it's a law that's designed to
- 41:51Speaker 1: tell us how we should handle people who send in
- 41:53Speaker 1: absentee ballots from overseas, and particularly the military. Okay, so
- 41:56Speaker 1: that's what UOCAVA is. Now, under that law, you need
- 42:01Speaker 1: enough time. The state needs to provide the ballots in
- 42:05Speaker 1: advance of the election with enough time so you can
- 42:07Speaker 1: actually get the ballots back in on time. She brought
- 42:11Speaker 1: up Florida. Now, there was a weird moment. Sonia Sotomayor
- 42:13Speaker 1: was like, well, we would have a different president now.
- 42:16Speaker 1: What the hell are you talking about? The Florida thing
- 42:19Speaker 1: she's talking about is the 2000 election. Bush-Gore election. During
- 42:25Speaker 1: that sequence of events, what they just described, basically members
- 42:28Speaker 1: of the military weren't given their Florida ballots overseas with
- 42:32Speaker 1: enough time to actually cast them and get them back
- 42:34Speaker 1: in time. And so a judge had to say, look,
- 42:37Speaker 1: Florida violated the law here. UOCAVA, which I just referenced,
- 42:41Speaker 1: meant that they were entitled to those ballots 45 days
- 42:43Speaker 1: in advance. They didn't have them. So the remedy that
- 42:46Speaker 1: the court prescribed is you got to count some of
- 42:48Speaker 1: these military ballots a little bit after election day. You
- 42:51Speaker 1: have to. because you as a state failed to deliver
- 42:55Speaker 1: them to the members of the military on time. They're
- 42:58Speaker 1: entitled to participate in these elections. Sonia Sotomayor completely face-planted
- 43:04Speaker 1: yesterday in this, looking for excuses for why, well, actually,
- 43:08Speaker 1: there's a whole bunch of reasons why we'd want to
- 43:09Speaker 1: count ballots after an election. No, there's not. Only under
- 43:13Speaker 1: an extraordinary circumstance where you're trying to, like, take care
- 43:16Speaker 1: of the military who had their rights violated would you
- 43:19Speaker 1: do something like that. Beyond that, no.
- 43:22Speaker 9: No.
- 43:23Speaker 1: So the big finding yesterday, the Associated Press and everybody
- 43:26Speaker 1: else says that, um, Basically, the court is all leaning
- 43:32Speaker 1: right now, based on the oral arguments, all leaning towards
- 43:34Speaker 1: stopping this practice. No more counting ballots after election day.
- 43:39Speaker 1: You're an adult. You're a voter. Get your ballot in
- 43:42Speaker 1: on time. It has to be in by election day.
- 43:46Speaker 1: The voters deserve a clear understanding of who won the election.
- 43:50Speaker 1: It can't be months after election day that the state
- 43:53Speaker 1: finally renders a judgment. You can't do that. You need
- 43:56Speaker 1: it quickly. You need it now. It's election day. So
- 44:00Speaker 1: good for the United States Supreme Court. Some progress there.
- 44:02Speaker 1: It's not over yet. It's not a fait accompli. But
- 44:06Speaker 1: some very good indicators that we could be getting a
- 44:08Speaker 1: meaningful fix to America's elections, courtesy of the Supreme Court.
- 44:11Speaker 1: And that could affect a lot of states. We're talking, what,
- 44:14Speaker 1: they say 14 or 15 states.
- 44:16Speaker 2: A lot.
- 44:16Speaker 1: A lot of states affected by this. And that's good news.
- 44:21Speaker 1: That's very, very good news. Okay. Let's see. There's other
- 44:25Speaker 1: things we need to get to. We have to get to.
- 44:28Speaker 1: Let's get to Iran now. shall we? Let's get to Iran.
- 44:32Speaker 1: President Trump has, uh, remember the sequence of events, Trump
- 44:36Speaker 1: on Saturday threatens to blow up all the Iranian power plants.
- 44:40Speaker 1: He says, I'm going to do it by Monday night,
- 44:42Speaker 1: unless you stop your nonsense in the Strait of Hormuz.
- 44:45Speaker 1: By Monday morning, yesterday morning, he gets, he puts out
- 44:49Speaker 1: an announcement on Truth Social that, um, Suddenly, Iran's playing ball.
- 44:54Speaker 1: They're negotiating. And here's what we got from Axios yesterday,
- 44:58Speaker 1: a report on the subject of what the negotiations look like.
- 45:01Speaker 1: The United States is negotiating with a senior Iranian official,
- 45:04Speaker 1: according to the president. Now, Iran is denying such talks,
- 45:08Speaker 1: as I was telling you yesterday. But to hell with that.
- 45:11Speaker 1: That doesn't mean anything. The Iranians lie about everything, including
- 45:14Speaker 1: the distance at which their missiles can be fired. But
- 45:17Speaker 1: the president says, yeah, they are negotiating. And the person
- 45:21Speaker 1: allegedly with whom they're negotiating is the head of the
- 45:24Speaker 1: Iranian parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf. Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner
- 45:30Speaker 1: have reportedly been in touch with this guy, according to
- 45:34Speaker 1: an Israeli official. So the Israelis are apparently disclosing this
- 45:38Speaker 1: to the press that this is with this guy, Ghalibaf. Now,
- 45:42Speaker 1: President Trump himself said, didn't say this guy's name. And
- 45:47Speaker 1: he was kind of intentional about it. He's not trying
- 45:50Speaker 1: to draw too much attention to the person that they're
- 45:51Speaker 1: negotiating with, including if it's golly boff. Listen to the
- 45:55Speaker 1: president yesterday explaining they're talking to a top person and
- 45:57Speaker 1: it's not the Supreme Leader. Cut five, watch.
- 46:00Speaker 2: A top person, don't forget.
- 46:02Speaker 3: We've wiped out the leadership phase one, phase two, and
- 46:06Speaker 3: largely phase three. But we're dealing with a man who
- 46:09Speaker 3: I believe is the most respected and the leader.
- 46:14Speaker 2: You know, it's a little tough. They've wiped out— we've
- 46:17Speaker 2: wiped out everybody. The Press Is that the Supreme Leader?
- 46:19Speaker 2: The President No, not the Supreme Leader. We don't— The
- 46:21Speaker 2: Press There's not much talk about him. The President Well,
- 46:23Speaker 2: nobody's ever— nobody heard of the second Supreme Leader, the son.
- 46:25Speaker 2: The Press Are these direct calls? The President Nobody. We
- 46:27Speaker 2: have not heard from the son. Every once in a while,
- 46:30Speaker 2: you'll see a statement made, but we haven't. We don't
- 46:32Speaker 2: know if he's living.
- 46:34Speaker 3: But the people that seem to be running it, and
- 46:37Speaker 3: they seem that based on, really, fact, because things they've
- 46:40Speaker 3: said have taken place. Mr.
- 46:43Speaker 2: President, I know you've deployed... I don't want them to
- 46:47Speaker 2: be killed. Okay? I don't want them to be killed.
- 46:51Speaker 3: Mr.
- 46:51Speaker 2: President, you've deployed.
- 46:52Speaker 3: Nobody wants to be that... Nobody wants that job right now,
- 46:55Speaker 3: you know? Nobody's exactly looking forward to being the head
- 46:59Speaker 3: of that particular country, but perhaps we'll be able to
- 47:02Speaker 3: solve that problem.
- 47:04Speaker 1: Yeah, nobody wants that job, and I don't want him
- 47:06Speaker 1: to be killed. This is why I don't want to
- 47:07Speaker 1: say his name right now. Now, again, the press is
- 47:10Speaker 1: running around saying, well, the Israelis told us it's Ghalibaf.
- 47:12Speaker 1: The Israelis told us this. So I checked this morning
- 47:17Speaker 1: on this guy Ghalibaf's ex-account. He's swearing up and down.
- 47:21Speaker 1: He's like, we're not negotiating. Our people demand the complete
- 47:24Speaker 1: and humiliating punishment of the aggressors. No negotiations with America
- 47:27Speaker 1: have taken place, he says. But then I'm looking down
- 47:31Speaker 1: at the comments. Guys, have you seen the comments under
- 47:34Speaker 1: this dude's post? It's a bunch of like pro-Iranian regime nutjobs.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Like people, they're all writing in Persian. It's all being
- 47:41Speaker 1: translated by X. Thank you, Elon Musk. Attacking him, saying
- 47:45Speaker 1: that he's a traitor who got the dear leader killed.
- 47:49Speaker 1: Look at this. They're just like endless comments attacking this
- 47:54Speaker 1: guy by, in people speaking in Persian. A bunch of
- 47:58Speaker 1: Iranian regime bots attacking him, accusing him of like, well,
- 48:03Speaker 1: how dare you deal with the Americans? Look, I hope
- 48:06Speaker 1: President Trump can handle this. I have a lot of
- 48:09Speaker 1: faith in this guy. But the president wants somebody to
- 48:14Speaker 1: negotiate with here. He wants to bring an end to this. Now,
- 48:18Speaker 1: one of the most interesting details about this Axios report,
- 48:20Speaker 1: and they're not the only ones to report this, is
- 48:22Speaker 1: that according to their Israeli source, these... Basically, you've got
- 48:29Speaker 1: Witkoff and Kushner who might be going to meet with
- 48:32Speaker 1: Ghalibaf in the Middle East as early as later this week.
- 48:39Speaker 1: And if they go, they might be joined by the
- 48:42Speaker 1: vice president of the United States, J.D.
- 48:44Speaker 3: Vance.
- 48:47Speaker 1: So J.D. Vance may be involved, may not just be involved,
- 48:51Speaker 1: may be leading negotiations with the Iranians here. And if
- 48:56Speaker 1: that's the case, what has happened is President Trump has
- 48:59Speaker 1: once again entrusted J.D. Vance with a very massive mission.
- 49:04Speaker 1: That's a big deal. So he's got these two huge
- 49:06Speaker 1: missions he's dealing with right now. One, he's got to
- 49:10Speaker 1: solve all this fraud in the United States and bring
- 49:13Speaker 1: the fraudsters to justice. He's the fraud czar now. And
- 49:15Speaker 1: then two, if this is true, he's also going to
- 49:18Speaker 1: help navigate how do we bring about peace with Iran?
- 49:23Speaker 1: You don't give that to somebody who's terrible at everything.
- 49:26Speaker 1: You don't give that to Kamala Harris. You give it
- 49:28Speaker 1: to a guy like J.D. Vance, a guy who's highly competent.
- 49:31Speaker 1: And it's interesting to me, in the world where everybody's
- 49:34Speaker 1: speculating about it, who's going to be the next Republican
- 49:36Speaker 1: nominee for president? Well, first of all, it's a couple
- 49:38Speaker 1: of years away. We'll deal with it when we get there.
- 49:40Speaker 1: Who does Donald Trump like? Well, I don't know. President
- 49:43Speaker 1: Trump keeps entrusting Marco Rubio and J.D. Vance with the
- 49:47Speaker 1: biggest jobs on planet Earth. So I just think it's
- 49:51Speaker 1: great that he's got a great team around him that
- 49:52Speaker 1: he can trust. And interesting to see here, this development.
- 49:57Speaker 1: So keep your eyes on that this week. That's a
- 49:59Speaker 1: very big detail as well. So what does the president
- 50:02Speaker 1: want out of a deal with Iran? Well, here he
- 50:04Speaker 1: gave us an outline yesterday. Cut six. Listen to what
- 50:06Speaker 1: he had to say.
- 50:10Speaker 3: We're looking for all of the things that we've been
- 50:12Speaker 3: talking about. We want to see no nuclear bomb, no
- 50:16Speaker 3: nuclear weapon, not even.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Close to it.
- 50:18Speaker 3: Low key in the missiles. We want to see peace
- 50:20Speaker 3: in the Middle East.
- 50:22Speaker 2: We want the nuclear dust. We're going to want that.
- 50:27Speaker 2: And I think we're going to get that. We've agreed
- 50:29Speaker 2: to that. Yeah, we've agreed to that. Do you want
- 50:32Speaker 2: the enriched uranium before you can end this?
- 50:33Speaker 3: We want no enrichment, but we also want the enriched uranium.
- 50:38Speaker 3: If this happens, it's a great start for Iran to
- 50:44Speaker 3: build itself back, and it's everything that we want. And
- 50:48Speaker 3: it's also great for Israel, and it's great for the
- 50:50Speaker 3: other Middle Eastern countries— Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, all of them,
- 50:56Speaker 3: Kuwait and Bahrain in particular. So it's great for all
- 51:00Speaker 3: of them.
- 51:01Speaker 1: And all of those countries, by the way, not all
- 51:03Speaker 1: of them, but certainly a healthy percentage of them, they
- 51:05Speaker 1: are involved right now reportedly as mediators between Iran and
- 51:09Speaker 1: the United States. The Middle East wants this settled up.
- 51:11Speaker 1: They do not want this chaos in their neighborhood. They
- 51:14Speaker 1: want Iran to stop. They've wanted it for years, and
- 51:17Speaker 1: they're very grateful that the United States is finally doing
- 51:19Speaker 1: something about it. So there are a lot of forces
- 51:23Speaker 1: at work here to try and bring about a peace,
- 51:25Speaker 1: get the Strait of Hormuz opened up. The president said
- 51:27Speaker 1: yesterday that Iran has agreed. He said actively that the
- 51:34Speaker 1: Iranians have agreed, the regime, whatever's left of it, has
- 51:37Speaker 1: agreed not to have a nuclear weapon. Take a listen
- 51:39Speaker 1: to the president yesterday.
- 51:40Speaker 3: You said there's many points of agreement with Iran right now.
- 51:44Speaker 2: What can you give us? Many, like 15 points. 15 points.
- 51:50Speaker 3: Well, they're not going to have a nuclear weapon. That's
- 51:52Speaker 3: number one. That's number one, two and three. They will
- 51:55Speaker 3: never have a nuclear weapon. They've agreed to that.
- 51:59Speaker 1: They've agreed to that. Well, that seems like a gigantic
- 52:02Speaker 1: piece of breaking news. There's the president announcing it yesterday.
- 52:05Speaker 1: And then the Strait of Hormuz. What about 20 percent
- 52:07Speaker 1: of the world's oil supply that flows through the Strait
- 52:09Speaker 1: of Hormuz? Here's the president on the fact that he
- 52:12Speaker 1: says it will be jointly controlled if this plan goes well.
- 52:16Speaker 2: Watch.
- 52:18Speaker 1: The Press Well, Iran will still be able to control
- 52:20Speaker 1: the flow of oil?
- 52:20Speaker 2: The President Be jointly controlled.
- 52:23Speaker 8: The Press By whom?
- 52:24Speaker 2: The President Maybe me.
- 52:26Speaker 11: Maybe me.
- 52:26Speaker 2: The Press Do you want the United States to be
- 52:28Speaker 2: in control of this?
- 52:28Speaker 3: The President Me and the Ayatollah, whoever the Ayatollah is,
- 52:30Speaker 3: whoever the next Ayatollah. Look, and there'll also be a
- 52:34Speaker 3: form of a very serious form of a regime change. Now,
- 52:38Speaker 3: in all fairness, everybody has been killed from the regime.
- 52:43Speaker 3: They're really starting off. There's automatically a regime change, but
- 52:46Speaker 3: we're dealing with some people that I find to be
- 52:50Speaker 3: very reasonable, very solid.
- 52:53Speaker 2: The people within know who they are. They're very respected.
- 52:57Speaker 3: And maybe one of them will be exactly what we're
- 53:00Speaker 3: looking for. Look at Venezuela, how well that's working. Okay.
- 53:05Speaker 1: I think this is one of the most fascinating clips
- 53:07Speaker 1: we've played all day. The president is clearly threading a
- 53:11Speaker 1: needle here. He's threading a needle. Notice the words he used.
- 53:16Speaker 1: He said that the Strait of Hormuz will be jointly controlled,
- 53:19Speaker 1: perhaps by me. No doubt he's saying the United States
- 53:22Speaker 1: is going to exert the most influence on this subject.
- 53:26Speaker 1: And by the new Ayatollah, whoever that is. The new Ayatollah. Now,
- 53:30Speaker 1: what does that mean? That means the mullahs will continue
- 53:35Speaker 1: to wield power under that construction. The mullahs. Now, who's
- 53:39Speaker 1: the leader? How much has the regime changed? Well, it's
- 53:43Speaker 1: changed dramatically. Everybody's dead. Lots of people are dead. So, like,
- 53:47Speaker 1: the actual leadership is going to change pretty dramatically. And
- 53:50Speaker 1: the president's goal is to soften him up enough that
- 53:52Speaker 1: we actually get somebody we can work with for the
- 53:55Speaker 1: long term. But he is not engaged in a complete
- 54:00Speaker 1: regime change operation where we take out all of the malas,
- 54:03Speaker 1: we get rid of that, we try and restore the
- 54:06Speaker 1: Shah or anything like that. That's not what he's doing.
- 54:09Speaker 1: He's trying to do what he did. Did you hear
- 54:11Speaker 1: what he said? He referenced Venezuela, where they take out Maduro.
- 54:15Speaker 1: They keep that lady, the second-in-command, in charge, and they say, okay,
- 54:19Speaker 1: we're going to work with the commie lady. We'll leave
- 54:21Speaker 1: her in charge. We'll keep the fundamentals, the skeleton of
- 54:23Speaker 1: that regime in place, but we'll get them to be
- 54:26Speaker 1: more obedient to U.S. policy, U.S. priorities, and making life
- 54:31Speaker 1: better for the Venezuelan people. That's what he wants to
- 54:34Speaker 1: do in Iran as well. So this isn't one of
- 54:36Speaker 1: those things where it's like Iraq, where it's debathification. We're
- 54:39Speaker 1: going to wipe out the whole bath party. We're going
- 54:41Speaker 1: to purge every reminder of it. We're going to tear
- 54:44Speaker 1: down all the statues. We're going to destroy all the infrastructure.
- 54:47Speaker 1: The president's like, no, no, no. That way lies chaos.
- 54:49Speaker 1: We've seen what that looks like before. We're not doing that.
- 54:52Speaker 1: So pay attention to his language. I think it's very,
- 54:54Speaker 1: very specific. He's saying, look, fundamentally, the regime is changing
- 54:58Speaker 1: because everybody who was at the top is dead. But
- 55:02Speaker 1: we're leaving an Ayatollah in place. There's going to be
- 55:04Speaker 1: an Ayatollah. We're going to have to work with him.
- 55:06Speaker 1: I think that's a really big indicator of how the
- 55:08Speaker 1: president is trying to navigate towards the end of this
- 55:10Speaker 1: conflict right now. So that's all very fascinating and I'm
- 55:15Speaker 1: glad to see the president engaged in this. There's reporting,
- 55:19Speaker 1: Benjamin Netanyahu posted to X yesterday that he spoke with
- 55:23Speaker 1: President Trump in the last 24 hours, actually Monday morning
- 55:27Speaker 1: he spoke with him. He said that President Trump, he
- 55:29Speaker 1: disclosed that President Trump believes there's an opportunity now to
- 55:32Speaker 1: leverage all of the achievements of the war to attain
- 55:35Speaker 1: an agreement with Iran that will, quote, safeguard our vital interests.
- 55:40Speaker 1: He's directing this to the Israeli people. At the same time,
- 55:46Speaker 1: we continue to strike both in Iran and in Lebanon.
- 55:48Speaker 1: We are crushing their missile program, said Netanyahu. So Netanyahu
- 55:52Speaker 1: confirming that he spoke with the president as well, as
- 55:54Speaker 1: President Trump says, I'm working my way towards an agreement here,
- 55:58Speaker 1: which is a very, very big deal. One more thing
- 56:03Speaker 1: for you, and then I've got a lot more to
- 56:05Speaker 1: get to on the big national radio show today. Holy crap.
- 56:09Speaker 1: I really wish we could do this show for two
- 56:11Speaker 1: hours today. I really do have a lot. But let
- 56:13Speaker 1: me just share just a great story with you. You
- 56:17Speaker 1: remember Old Dominion University, the terror attack that took place recently?
- 56:21Speaker 1: That part's not great, but the way it was stopped,
- 56:24Speaker 1: just good old-fashioned American heroism. You had ROTC cadets at
- 56:29Speaker 1: Old Dominion who were in that room, as that lunatic
- 56:32Speaker 1: goes into the room, that Islamist Iranian psychopath, or no,
- 56:39Speaker 1: Sierra Leone. That's right. He's from Sierra Leone. But the
- 56:41Speaker 1: Islamist psychopath goes in there and starts opening fire on
- 56:45Speaker 1: the room. And the cadets stab him to death. One
- 56:51Speaker 1: of the cadets pull a knife and stabs this guy
- 56:53Speaker 1: to death right there in the room. God bless him.
- 56:56Speaker 1: He brought a knife to a gunfight and he won.
- 56:59Speaker 1: And this week, This is a very little-noticed story, so
- 57:03Speaker 1: I just want to bring it to attention. Those ROTC
- 57:06Speaker 1: guys were all given medals for their heroism by the
- 57:12Speaker 1: Trump administration. Look at this. For those of you on Rumble,
- 57:15Speaker 1: you can see the photo of this here. The Secretary
- 57:18Speaker 1: of the Army, as well as the Sergeant Major of
- 57:20Speaker 1: the Army, this weekend awarded eight Meritorious Service Medals and
- 57:25Speaker 1: two Purple Hearts to the cadets from Old Dominion University.
- 57:30Speaker 1: the Army ROTC during a private ceremony on March 22nd.
- 57:35Speaker 1: So that would have been on Sunday. The cadets from
- 57:38Speaker 1: ODU were recognized for their bravery and their sacrifice during
- 57:42Speaker 1: the March 12th shooting incident in their ROTC classroom. Guys,
- 57:47Speaker 1: they're in ROTC. They're not even fully in the service yet.
- 57:52Speaker 1: These guys already have meritorious service medals and purple hearts.
- 57:58Speaker 1: Isn't that an amazing story? God bless these guys. And
- 58:02Speaker 1: do I have... And Major's here.
- 58:05Speaker 3: Too, guys.
- 58:06Speaker 1: Look at this.
- 58:07Speaker 6: I'm sorry.
- 58:08Speaker 1: Let me get Major in here. Allison, drop Major off.
- 58:12Speaker 1: Let me get the Major cam going. Major. Come here, buddy.
- 58:14Speaker 1: Major's in the house today. Major's always in the house.
- 58:17Speaker 1: He just doesn't always stop by the program. Major is
- 58:21Speaker 1: the single best dog I've ever had. Major's a good boy. Anyway,
- 58:25Speaker 1: Major loves you guys. I love having you guys, the
- 58:27Speaker 1: best audience anywhere. Thanks for being here with me. I've
- 58:29Speaker 1: got the big national radio show today. We're going to
- 58:31Speaker 1: do that at 12 to 3 Eastern time. Major will
- 58:35Speaker 1: be here. Sometimes, if you're listening to the radio show,
- 58:37Speaker 1: you can hear the dogs barking in the background. I
- 58:40Speaker 1: used to be really concerned about that. I'd be like, oh, no,
- 58:43Speaker 1: the dogs are barking. Now I'm like, eh, whatever. It's
- 58:44Speaker 1: a part of the show. It's a part of the show.
- 58:47Speaker 1: We've got the big national radio show, 12 to 3
- 58:49Speaker 1: Eastern time. If you want to join me for it,
- 58:50Speaker 1: go to thevinshow.com, find your local radio affiliate, or join
- 58:53Speaker 1: us on Rumble, rumble.com. We start that video broadcast live
- 58:57Speaker 1: at 1 p.m. each day, 1 p.m. You can join
- 59:03Speaker 1: the chat for that. And then we've got Dan Bongino's
- 59:06Speaker 1: great program. That's on Rumble, 10 o'clock, rumble.com slash bongino.
- 59:09Speaker 1: And then at noon Eastern time, which is coincidentally the
- 59:12Speaker 1: same time I'm doing the radio show, that's when Hayley
- 59:14Speaker 1: Caranilla is on Rumble, rumble.com slash Hayley, rumble.com slash Hayley.
- 59:18Speaker 1: Hayley with two Ys.
- 59:18Speaker 2: Why?
- 59:19Speaker 1: Because she's so awesome. She's great. What a great team
- 59:22Speaker 1: we have here at Silverlock. And I will be joining
- 59:25Speaker 1: Dan Bongino tomorrow on his podcast on the 10 a.m.
- 59:28Speaker 9: Show.
- 59:28Speaker 1: So if you haven't had your fill of me yet,
- 59:30Speaker 1: Maybe you will by the time I get through with
- 59:31Speaker 1: Bongino tomorrow. It's going to be great. Thanks, as always,
- 59:34Speaker 1: for being with us. Really, again, the best audience anywhere.
- 59:36Speaker 1: You guys are great. You guys are great. I've got
- 59:38Speaker 1: a lot more to discuss, including big news today. And
- 59:42Speaker 1: maybe we'll get to some summary of it tomorrow. Remember
- 59:44Speaker 1: Arctic Frost, you know, that Jack Smith operation to spy
- 59:48Speaker 1: on President Trump and everybody around him and every Republican
- 59:52Speaker 1: senator and congressman they can get their hands on? Yeah,
- 59:54Speaker 1: there's a big hearing today in the United States Senate.
- 59:57Speaker 1: It's set for this morning. And we just found out
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: news that Kash Patel, the director of the FBI, every
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: facet of his life was being spied upon by Jack Smith. Everything.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: His text messages, his phone, his email accounts, his finances, everything.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: These lunatics were completely out of control. And I got
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: more information coming up about that on the radio show today.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: We'll get to it. As always, thanks for being with me.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: Talk to you tomorrow.
- 1:00:30Speaker 5: The U.S.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Soccer Podcast.
- 1:00:33Speaker 6: I'm your host, Megan Klingenberg, and I am super stoked
- 1:00:35Speaker 6: to be joined by Daryl Dike.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: Arguably, your most impressive quality.
- 1:00:39Speaker 6: Cannot be measured.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: You're a guy who is the definition of grit.
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: Injuries have ended plenty of careers, but instead you decided
- 1:00:47Speaker 5: yours would only be a chapter instead of the ending.
- 1:00:49Speaker 8: Welcome to the show, Daryl.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: Thank you so much.
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: That's a good intro right there.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: That's good. The U.S.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: Soccer Podcast.
