British Detectives Head to America to Speak With Virginia Roberts’ Family (7/11/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:04
Epstein Chronicles. For over a decade, Virginia Roberts was pleading
0:11
with the authorities in the UK to take action against
0:15
Prince Andrew, and for years she was ignored time and
0:19
time again. And I can't help but ask myself if
0:23
things would have been different, if all these people who
0:25
say they care now would have cared back then. And
0:29
then from there, I asked myself, would Virginia still be
0:32
with us if the authorities in the UK and the
0:36
United States took what she said more seriously? And I
0:40
think it's safe to say that the answer to that
0:42
question is yes. Well, now, after over a decade, the
0:48
UK is sending a team of detectives to the United
0:51
States to talk to Virginia's family about her allegations against
0:56
Prince Andrew. And look, I'm not very confident that anything's
1:01
going to come of it, as far as anything tangible,
1:04
but at least it's a step in the right direction.
1:06
At least the UK authorities are sending people over to
1:09
speak with Virginia's family. You would think that the FBI
1:13
would want to do that too. You would think that
1:16
every organization in America that's investigating this would want to
1:21
speak with Virginia's family. Now, look the evidence that they
1:25
could provide, if any, is going to be secondhand and hearsay.
1:30
And I'm not going to bullshit you and tell you
1:32
that you know that's going to end up with Andrew
1:34
going to prison. But I feel like it's another brick
1:38
in the road. And I think there's a lot of
1:40
people out there that don't understand how cases are built.
1:44
They're built on circumstantial evidence. That's what the foundation is.
1:48
And while one piece of that circumstantial evidence on its
1:51
own might not mean much, when you put it all together,
1:55
it tells a whole different story. And I think that
1:59
is something that I really learned covering the Brian Kolberger trial.
2:04
I mean, talk about twists and turns. I don't think
2:07
there's a more complex case that's made its way through
2:10
the system in the last ten or twenty years. I
2:13
mean we're talking about every challenge you can possibly imagine
2:17
was thrown at the prosecution, and the hoops they had
2:21
to jump through to make sure that Brian Colberger's right
2:24
to a fair trial was respected was insane. And now
2:29
there's a new report out that it costs the taxpayers
2:32
of Idaho eight million dollars eight million dollars for that
2:37
scumbag just to plead guilty. And look, we all knew
2:41
he was guilty right once we started getting the information.
2:44
Who was relatively obvious. But my point is this stuff
2:47
is complicated, and if you're going to build a case
2:50
against somebody, you have to start with circumstantial evidence. That's
2:53
how it goes. So today we have an article from
2:56
the Sun and let's see what they have to say
2:58
about the detectives from the u UK coming over to
3:01
America to speak with Virginia's family and the headline andy
3:07
probe Andrew detective to fly to the US to interview
3:10
Virginia Roberts family over her sex allegations against the prince.
3:15
This article was authored by Sam Creed. Thames Valley police
3:21
officers will reportedly fly to the US to speak with
3:24
Virginia's relatives over her sexual assault allegations against the ex prince.
3:29
And look, I'm trying not to get too agitated by this,
3:33
but if these people would have carried this much when
3:35
Virginia was around, things could have been a lot different.
3:38
And I can tell you for a fact, that this
3:40
kind of shit weighed on Virginia, the fact that people
3:43
didn't listen in the UK, the fact that Andrew was
3:46
continuously protected. It weighed on her, and I think it
3:50
would weigh on anybody. Imagine being on the battlefield basically
3:54
alone against Jeffrey Epstein's people. That's what it was like
3:58
when Virginia first came out. Nobody really knew what Epstein
4:02
was up to. Then Virginia shows up and blows the
4:05
lid off of everything, and for quite some time she
4:09
was on her own. She didn't have people backing her up. Instead,
4:13
she was being attacked continuously and NonStop. And unfortunately, even
4:19
though she's not with us anymore, there's still people out
4:21
there that do it. And it's mind boggling to me,
4:24
like Virginia's the bad guy here, like she did something wrong.
4:31
The ex Duke was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in
4:34
public office at his Sandringham home on his sixty sixth
4:37
birthday in February. Andrew was later released under investigation, but
4:42
cops say they have widened their inquiry into his ten
4:46
years as UK Trade Envoy, and that's just how it
4:48
goes any investigation for any crime. They look at you
4:52
for everything. So say you get hit with a felony
4:55
for I don't know, insert crime here, They're gonna look
4:59
at everything. The're gonna look at your bank records, They're
5:01
gonna look at your taxes, They're gonna look at everything.
5:05
And if they can find a way to smack you
5:07
in the face with the legal hammer, get ready, you're
5:10
about to get cracked. In May, TVP detectives confirmed that
5:15
they were probing claims of sexual misconduct allegedly carried out
5:18
by the outcast Royal. I mean, I know I've said
5:22
it about forty five billion times, but imagine being the
5:26
son of Queen Elizabeth and fucking it up this bad yo,
5:31
I would be living the life like you wouldn't believe.
5:34
I'd be everywhere, I'd be doing all kinds of good deeds.
5:38
Is there a leper colony for me to go visit?
5:40
Where can I go? Who can I help? How do
5:42
I harness this great privilege to help other people? I'm
5:47
the fucking Prince of England. But no, it has to
5:50
be a whole other thing, right, it has to be
5:52
how can I get more? How can I benefit from this?
5:57
Not about the people of the UK, not about his mom,
6:01
about himself. And that's what Andrew's always been about himself.
6:05
And he's always behaved the way he behaves because there's
6:08
never been any kind of punishment, no life lessons. I
6:13
know the vast majority of us out there, if we
6:15
went around our lives growing up the way Andrew did,
6:19
we'd be walking around with fat lips and black eyes.
6:23
But Prince Andrew, because he's a queen's son, Bah, he
6:27
can say and do whatever he wants. Well, I'm here
6:30
to tell you, my brother, you cannot That fucking ship
6:33
is sailed, and that bill that you've been avoiding, that
6:38
shit is coming due. And it's understood that officers are
6:44
now set to speak with Sky and Amanda Roberts, Virginia's
6:48
brother and sister in law, the Times reports, And that's
6:51
good they should have to say. Virginia's family, her brother
6:54
and sister especially, should have a lot to say about
6:58
what's going on. And I think that they can provide
7:01
some context about certain issues with Virginia. So it's a
7:05
good idea for the authorities to talk to them. Police
7:09
had previously urged alleged victims and survivors of Andrew's pale
7:13
Jeffrey Epstein to talk to them. Virginia was a key
7:16
figure in the downfall of the Pedal financier, who died
7:20
in prison in twenty nineteen. She later sued Andrew in
7:24
twenty twenty one, claiming she was forced to have sex
7:27
with him on three occasions when she was a teen. Well, yeah,
7:31
because it's true. It's a fact. I believe my friend Virginia,
7:35
and I don't believe the jerkofs in the media who
7:38
said it was a lie. You know, there's people out there.
7:42
You got people like Lady vig Taria Hovey and anybody
7:46
associated with her. All those people, they can all eat
7:51
a big fat bag of stinky dicks. Because guess what,
7:55
you bunch of scumbags, you were wrong. Virginia was telling
8:01
the truth. And you're a boy, Hansy Andy, the Joe
8:05
Exotic of the Windsor family. Well, he's everything Virginia told
8:10
us he was. She later sued Andrew in twenty twenty one,
8:15
claiming she was forced to have sex with him on
8:18
three occasions when she was a teen. Andrew went on
8:21
to pay his accuser, who claimed he had never met
8:24
and estimated twelve million pounds in an out of court
8:27
settlement and not really an out of court settlement. They
8:30
went to court, Andrew took a look at discovery, and
8:34
his lawyer, Andrew Brettler, one of the best to do it, said, look, Bud,
8:39
you have no case. You need to plead, You need
8:42
to come to the table, and you need to find
8:45
a settlement because if you go to trial and a
8:48
jury sees this, you are cooked. And not only are
8:51
you cooked civilly, You're probably going to go to prison.
8:55
Now I'm paraphrasing because I wasn't in the room, but
8:58
I'm guessing that's the way the conversation went with Andrew Butler,
9:02
and who the hell is settling with somebody for twelve
9:05
million pounds if you've never even met them? Please miss
9:10
me With all of that, The former Duke of York
9:14
denied any wrongdoing in relation to miss Roberts or Epstein.
9:18
Following Andrew's arrest, Virginia's emotional brother Sky Roberts and Danielle
9:23
Wilson said their broken hearts are lifted. They said, out
9:27
last today, our broken hearts have been lifted at the
9:29
news that no one is above the law, not even
9:32
Royalty on behalf of our sister Virginia Roberts. We extend
9:37
our gratitude to the UK Thames Police for their investigation
9:41
and the arrest of Andrew mount Vaan Winsor. And look,
9:45
I'll be the first to tell you I was shocked
9:47
as fuck when they arrested Prince Andrew. I didn't expect it, sorry,
9:51
never expected it, and now that they did, it's a
9:56
game changer because once you're on that ledge, doesn't take
10:00
much for the authorities to push your ass off. And
10:03
my friends, he is dangerously close to the edge. He
10:09
was never a prince for survivors everywhere. Virginia did this
10:12
for you. Cops are also assessing claims of fraud, corruption,
10:17
bullying and perverting justice in relation to his stint as
10:21
Trade Envoy from two thousand and one to twenty eleven.
10:25
Officers are in contact with the Royal Household and the
10:28
government's Business and Trade Department. Thames Valley Assistant Chief Constable
10:33
Oliver Wright said he really hoped alleged victims would come forward.
10:37
Mister Wright said there's a number of aspects of allegedmist
10:40
conduct that the investigation is examining. We are speaking to
10:44
a range of witnesses and want anyone with information to
10:47
get in touch with us. More than three million documents
10:51
and videos relating to Epstein have been released by the
10:53
US Justice Department since December. The files appeared to show
10:58
Andrew passing on details related to royal visits and investment
11:01
opportunity briefings. Well yeah, that's what he was doing, and
11:05
god knows what else. Who knows what this guy was
11:09
doing to gain profit. UK police forces are said to
11:14
be in touch with US authorities to obtain original material.
11:18
The Widen police probe is examining other potential aspects of
11:21
misconduct in public office, which carries a maximum life sentence.
11:26
Well it should, like for real, I mean, the British
11:30
people haven't suffered enough indignity, they haven't suffered enough embarrassment
11:34
at the hands of Prince Andrew. Now they have to
11:36
get robbed on top of it. Sounds like a shitty
11:39
deal to me. So I hope these investigators find enough
11:43
information that leads to more problems for Andrew. And I
11:47
say that because, in my opinion, if anybody deserves to
11:50
be left without a chair at the end of the song,
11:53
it's certainly the Joe exotic of the Windsor family. All
11:59
the information that goes with this episode can be found
12:02
in the description box.
