Sarahn: Hello, beautiful people. Today is July 11th, and today's calendar challenge is own the spotlight. Your deepest fear is not that you are inadequate. Your deepest fear is that you are powerful beyond measure. It is the light, not the darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that others do not feel insecure around you. Okay. And by stepping boldly and joyfully and shining your light, you give others permission to do the same. All right. I don't know if you know that quote. I love it, but my favorite line in that is your playing small does not serve the world. Ooh. Do you want to serve the world? Is your is your is your mismanaged humility encouraging you to shine your light? Or is your mismanaged humility encouraging you to dim your light? Because sometimes we get it twisted and we think that we're serving others by turning it down. No, serve others by turning it up because you give other people permission to do the same when you do so. Okay. Own the spotlight. The spotlight is yours. The joy is yours. You better take it.
