Coach Blalock and I discussed his journey and Running from running track his freshman year at Calhoun high school to Running Cross Country, his junior year, then we discuss Running collegiately at Reinhartd then we discussed his getting it to coaching which led him to where he is now at Johnson University then we discussed his Cross Country team for the Royals, their highlights and successes and what’s to come this fall
