- 0:41Hi. It's Adam here.
- 0:42And in this hypnosis session, you're going to be listening to
- 0:46a financially based hypnosis session about debt.
- 0:49And I think debt is one of those things that can be really
- 0:55crippling and almost painful in a way because it can feel
- 0:59overwhelming. It could feel like a real
- 1:00burden, particularly if you've got aggressive letters coming
- 1:05through the post or you've got people phoning you trying to get
- 1:08their debts paid. And sometimes you can't see the
- 1:10wood for the trees. And this hypnosis session is
- 1:13designed to put you in a resourceful state, but also to
- 1:18be able to prioritize those things that have the biggest
- 1:21consequences, but also urging you to pay off the most
- 1:26expensive debts first and figuring out your rights and
- 1:29your obligations to see what you can actually do to increase the
- 1:32runway or have more time. Because it can feel suffocating
- 1:36with a lot of debt. But equally, it can feel
- 1:38liberating and like you're making progress if you start to
- 1:41pay off that debt. And you can see the light at the
- 1:44end of that tunnel. This session uses various
- 1:47metaphors, metaphors for cash flow, but also metaphors for the
- 1:52burden of debt and how to lighten that load.
- 1:55O there's a bit going on here. Some of the suggestions are very
- 1:58very specific to the client that I was working with that had very
- 2:01specific debt problems. They were a business owner.
- 2:04They also had a buy to let property.
- 2:06It might not be that that's your situation.
- 2:08So accept the suggestions that are useful and relevant,
- 2:11disregard any that aren't. And if you do like the idea of a
- 2:15bespoke session just for you, there will be a link in the
- 2:18description where you can schedule that free consultation
- 2:20call. For now though, find a quiet,
- 2:22comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
- 2:25Relax and enjoy the session. Take a deep breath in and as you
- 3:06breathe in, breathe in that relaxing feeling of calm and
- 3:11relaxation. And as you exhale, that's it.
- 3:17And just release any tension. And if it's safe to do so, allow
- 3:24your eyelids to close, and as they close, feel a wave of
- 3:33relaxation starting from your eyes and rippling down your
- 3:40cheeks, into your jaw and upwards into your forehead.
- 3:45Feel a wonderful sense of release.
- 3:51That's it. So breathing in that relaxation
- 3:56and exhaling that tension as you allow yourself to drift deeper
- 4:07and deeper. Relaxed now, that's it.
- 4:11And I want you to use the power of your imagination to imagine a
- 4:24paradise beach. Not a standard beach, Pure
- 4:31paradise. Perhaps pure white sands,
- 4:37crystal clear waters, perhaps sunshine and privacy.
- 4:47This paradise beach is just for you.
- 4:53And maybe you can imagine the feeling, the sensation of
- 4:57sunshine on your skin, or perhaps a gentle breeze.
- 5:08Feel that sense of ever increasing relaxation.
- 5:15That's it. The kind of relaxation that
- 5:20feels resourceful, wonderful, but most importantly, safe.
- 5:29This is safe relaxation, and I want you to imagine there's a
- 5:37large palm tree giving you shade from the sun but not obscuring
- 5:43the view of that incredible sea and beach.
- 5:49And for some reason, I'd like you to imagine there is an old
- 5:56fashioned Victorian bathtub. You know the ones, a
- 6:03freestanding bathtub, the ones with legs.
- 6:09And imagine it with gold taps. But there's something strange
- 6:14about this bathtub. It has three taps, not 2, and it
- 6:22has many plug holes. I want you to imagine how you
- 6:28would feel to turn each of the three tabs on.
- 6:36Each tab represents a stream of income, and maybe one of those
- 6:48income streams is from a business, the work that you do,
- 6:54the value that you create. Just imagine that tap allowing a
- 7:02certain pressure of water to start going into that Victorian
- 7:06bathtub. And then imagine a second tap.
- 7:13And maybe this is regular payments that come in that help
- 7:18in some way, maybe for bills, maybe for your children.
- 7:28But just understand that that tab can be relied upon.
- 7:34You can't make the tab give you more water, but equally that tab
- 7:41won't dry up. The tab that represents your
- 7:46business or that could have more flow or less flow depending on
- 7:54what happens in your business. And then the third tab allow
- 8:01that to represent a property. Think of your property.
- 8:09A property that gives you a flow of income even after paying a
- 8:16mortgage, any essential bills, perhaps insurance.
- 8:22Even after that, water is still flowing in from that golden tap
- 8:33and it feels reassuring as you stare into this Victorian
- 8:38bathtub to think about those 3 streams of income and some of
- 8:48them you can't increase too much, but one of them you can.
- 8:55And the tap that represents your property.
- 8:59You realise how important it is that that tap doesn't stop
- 9:06flowing. I want you to get a sense that
- 9:11if the taps represent money flowing into your life, then
- 9:17these multiple plug holes there at the bottom represent your
- 9:23expenses. Some are necessary and some less
- 9:30so. Some are important and to others
- 9:37less so. And I want you to think about
- 9:43how this bathtub seemed in the past.
- 9:48Those times when you were spending money on things that
- 9:52were speculative that you would hope would lead to more money
- 9:57flowing in but didn't really turn out that way.
- 10:04Money was going out but not coming in.
- 10:08And I want you to get a sense that sometimes these were one
- 10:13off payments and that would be the equivalent of getting a big
- 10:19bowl, scooping up the water in the bath and throwing it outside
- 10:24the bath. But sometimes you have these
- 10:29regular payments that just need to be made.
- 10:33And these are the plug holes, money that keeps flowing out
- 10:38month after month. And while it might seem that the
- 10:45ideal thing to do is to just have more water flowing into
- 10:49this bathtub, if there's too many holes and plug holes in
- 10:54this bathtub, it will feel like a hamster wheel.
- 11:01That the harder you work, the harder you need to work.
- 11:06And it dawns on you right now there is a priority to plug the
- 11:15holes. And the biggest holes and the
- 11:21most important holes are those that if those expenses are not
- 11:28paid, it could lead to big consequences.
- 11:35And one of those consequences is that one of your tabs stops
- 11:40flowing. Allow it to make sense for you
- 11:48because you want to break a cycle, a cycle of water flowing
- 11:55into the bathtub and always flowing out.
- 11:59You want a future where the bathtub is overflowing.
- 12:06Maybe that represents a word like abundance, security, or
- 12:13freedom. And that's all possible.
- 12:19But first we need to plug those holes.
- 12:24So imagine a comfy hammock between 2 palm trees.
- 12:29Imagine relaxing and just staring into the water flowing
- 12:33from those golden tabs into that Victorian bathtub, and the sound
- 12:40of the water flowing takes you deeper and deeper.
- 12:46Relaxed. That's it.
- 12:48And imagine, with each breath you are switching off the noise
- 12:56of the outside world, and you're turning inwards to a place of
- 13:04calm, of strength, of possibility, drifting inwards,
- 13:10deeper, deeper, relaxed. Your arms and legs feel limp,
- 13:15loose and heavy. Eyelids feeling more relaxed,
- 13:22almost like your eyes are stuck shut, feeling a desire to drift
- 13:29deeper and deeper still. And I want you to use the power
- 13:35of your imagination to imagine that your physical body stays
- 13:40there on the hammock, but your imagination is now walking down
- 13:47that paradise beach, passed in an ornate Victorian bathtub with
- 13:54golden taps. And further down the beach, on
- 13:57those incredible soft white sands, the air is fresh, the sun
- 14:05is shining. But on your back, you are
- 14:09carrying a large, heavy rucksack.
- 14:16It's filled with something. And as you walk, you can feel
- 14:20its weight, a burden. Maybe it's a burden of rocks and
- 14:30pebbles, heavy rocks and heavy pebbles in that rucksack, and
- 14:37it's been on your back for a while.
- 14:42And you know this weight represents something important.
- 14:48And as you stop and unzip that bag and look inside those rocks,
- 14:53those pebbles, they represent your debts, your liabilities,
- 15:01your obligations, some big, some small, some urgent, others less
- 15:11so. And up until now, maybe they
- 15:16felt overwhelming, like it's too much to carry.
- 15:23And sometimes you've tried to distract yourself from all that
- 15:28weight that you've been carrying.
- 15:32Sometimes you've tried to lighten the load by cutting back
- 15:37or getting rid of some of those rocks and pebbles.
- 15:43But it felt daunting. But what if today that changes.
- 15:52Today, you're not alone. Today you feel relaxed and
- 15:59resourceful. Today you have a plan.
- 16:10You begin to take out the debts 1 by 1, and just imagine a table
- 16:19there on that beach of white sands.
- 16:22Take out the rocks and pebbles, each one representing a debt,
- 16:27and you lay them out in front of you on that table.
- 16:32And some of these represent immediate consequences, the kind
- 16:39of consequences where you could lose something like a golden tab
- 16:44flowing income into your life. So these get your attention
- 16:51first. Maybe think of these deaths,
- 16:55these rocks, these pebbles as your top priority, The kind of
- 17:02things that could lead to serious consequences if left
- 17:07unpaid. But you don't feel daunted.
- 17:12You feel empowered and strong. As you say to yourself, I will
- 17:20handle what matters most first. I will protect my foundations
- 17:30and then you gather the debts that are charging at the highest
- 17:34interest. It's like credit cards and
- 17:38overdrafts. These are like little piranhas
- 17:42eating you alive. If these are high cost, then you
- 17:48will have a motivation to clear quickly.
- 17:54I want you to get a sense that this game feels winnable, where
- 18:01every repayment here feels like a win, like removing a heavy
- 18:07stone from that backpack. It feels good, it feels lighter
- 18:17and I want you to think that there are ways in which you can
- 18:20help to clear these bigger debts, reduce any unnecessary
- 18:28spending and any income that comes from your business.
- 18:34You earmark it, ring fence it for your most important
- 18:40obligations first. So now you have a plan, a path,
- 18:49and every repayment buys you more time, a step closer to
- 18:56freedom and security. And as you walk farther down the
- 19:04paradise beach, just imagine an option.
- 19:11You can circle round into a Cove, or you could leave the
- 19:16beach and go off into nature, a bath path with two different
- 19:24directions, and imagine somewhere to the left.
- 19:31Perhaps in that nature you see a shop with unnecessary things,
- 19:38impulse buys, false promises and emotional spending.
- 19:44And to the right, you see a sign that reads Freedom, and you
- 19:51smile because each time you choose not to spend on something
- 20:00you don't need, it's like lightening the backpack, making
- 20:06you feel more empowered, strong and powerful.
- 20:11Where every wise choice you make brings you closer to freedom.
- 20:19And maybe you begin to notice some things that you've had in
- 20:22your life, things that aren't useful don't bring you
- 20:28happiness, things you don't no longer use anymore.
- 20:31And I want you to think that maybe someone else in the world
- 20:36would value that more than you would.
- 20:41And if that's the case, then you can let it go.
- 20:46I want you to imagine how good it would feel to send things
- 20:49that you don't need and don't use.
- 20:53And every time you sell something like that, each item
- 20:57sold becomes another stone lifted and removed from your
- 21:02backpack. And then it gets easier because
- 21:09you've been carrying this weight for so long.
- 21:12The nature of debt is the compounding of interest makes
- 21:16that burden heavier and heavier, like you're being eaten alive.
- 21:23But you're moving in the different direction now where
- 21:28the burden's getting lighter and lighter.
- 21:31It's getting easier. You are gaining momentum and I
- 21:39want you to think in your mind, perhaps you can imagine a
- 21:45holiday that you've always wanted, or a really special meal
- 21:51with someone you love. I want you to think that in the
- 21:57past, maybe they've been used to distract you from the burden
- 22:02that you're carrying. I want you to see them now.
- 22:09Not just things you can't have or can't do, but rewards you get
- 22:16for lightening that backpack. You will enjoy them more when
- 22:21you earn them, when they feel deserved.
- 22:25Because every step forward, clearing your debts, lightening
- 22:31that load, is a step towards true luxury.
- 22:38Some people say you can't put a price on Peace of Mind, of
- 22:43pride, of progress. But you can.
- 22:48Paying off those debts will give you that Peace of Mind, that
- 22:53pride, that progress. I want you to imagine yourself
- 22:59one year from now. I want you to see see what's
- 23:07happened when for a year you've negotiated good payment terms of
- 23:15repaying your debts. Maybe you've used AI and
- 23:19technology to truly understand your rights, your options, your
- 23:23obligations. A year of prioritising the most
- 23:28important and costly debts first.
- 23:33And I want you to see a year of doing that.
- 23:37You can see yourself smiling more, more relaxed, less
- 23:45stressed, see yourself with a thriving business.
- 23:51And I want you to notice somewhere in that future, it's a
- 23:56Victorian bathtub. But don't be surprised if it has
- 24:00at least three, if not four or five golden taps flowing into
- 24:05that bathtub. And instead of many plug holes
- 24:11in the bottom, there's hardly any.
- 24:16And because of that, see the bath rising, A deeper bath, a
- 24:24full bath, perhaps even an overflowing bath.
- 24:30And I want you to get a sense then this, this is a version of
- 24:36you without a pack bag. What was a burden became
- 24:44something that strengthened you because you know it to be true
- 24:49that if you were carrying a heavy backpack for years,
- 24:53wouldn't your legs and heart be stronger?
- 24:58Because you are wiser now than you've ever been before, and as
- 25:02you lighten the load, you retain the strength and wisdom.
- 25:09I want you to get a sands, then some debts with low interest.
- 25:15They're fine to keep, just keep making the repayments.
- 25:21Small amounts of debt isn't bad, can even be useful, but
- 25:29overwhelming debt that can lead to emotional pain and overwhelm.
- 25:38And I want you to see that that has changed in your future.
- 25:48Maybe that backpack is there, but it's empty or at least
- 25:52manageable. The wait is simply gone because
- 25:58you realise something powerful. Every repayment is a release.
- 26:09It's empowering to pay off these debts.
- 26:14These are shackles that have been holding you down, a burden
- 26:20that attempted to break your spirit, but it didn't and it
- 26:25can't. I want you to see that paying
- 26:32off these debts is like training for a marathon, that even after
- 26:38the marathon is done, you are stronger and fitter than you
- 26:42were before. And as you pay down these debts,
- 26:47you will be wiser, more financially smarter, and more in
- 26:53control in your life than you ever were before.
- 26:57So see that future version of you walking tall, free, proud,
- 27:01empowered, and then return to that beach with a clear idea as
- 27:11to how you can get to that place in your future.
- 27:18On that beach of paradise, you can prioritise what's most
- 27:22important. You feel strong every time you
- 27:26avoid wasteful or unnecessary spending.
- 27:32You enjoy the game of progress, you protect your vital organs,
- 27:39and you use your resources wisely because you are on the
- 27:44path to financial freedom. You are becoming the person who
- 27:50is free from debt. One step, one choice, one
- 27:54victory at a time. I want you to return back to
- 28:01that version of you there on the hammocks between the palm trees,
- 28:06but notice the bath is rising. Just thinking positively is
- 28:15already making changes in your subconscious mind.
- 28:20But I want you to step into that version of you in the hammock.
- 28:24Leave the hammock. And I want you to feel clarity,
- 28:31positivity, even optimism that this game is winnable.
- 28:39It's time to leave this paradise beach within your imagination.
- 28:44So take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your
- 28:49nose. Just wiggle your fingers and
- 28:52wiggle your toes. Connect and calibrate into the
- 28:55here and the now. That's it as I now count from
- 28:591:00 to 10:00 to awaken you starting to count 123 Waking up
- 29:08456, more alert 7-8. Open your eyes.
- 29:13Open your eyes. 910. Wide awake, Wide awake, wide
