  that wrote these white papers a lot of times understood what

  they were saying, but they would, they would put millions

  and millions of dollars into these projects, OK.

  And then they would launch the coins, I think they call them

  Icos, initial coin offerings and basically use that, use the

  retail investors as exit liquidity.

  And then what often times most of the time would happen is all

  that utility that they promised how they were going to change

  the world with some shell game, black magic, I don't know,

  whatever you want to call it never materialized.

  The utility never worked out. So then you got this coin that
