**$50 Silver Price!** THIS is Critical - (Precious Metals Gold News Update) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:00
Silver is back flirting with the $50 per oz level.
• 0:04
We got a ton of stories to look at this morning that indicate to
• 0:09
us that we could very well be moving into the $50 range and
• 0:13
above once again. I'm personally a little bit
• 0:16
surprised. I would have thought we would
• 0:17
have consolidated more in the mid 40s before a move into the
• 0:21
end of the year, but we'll see where this takes us.
• 0:23
We'll look at what's going on. It's fascinating and we have a
• 0:27
real cool, almost secret factor when it comes to precious
• 0:32
metals. We're going to talk about at the
• 0:33
end of this live stream video, again, something that's nobody's
• 0:37
talking about. That's what we're always doing
• 0:39
down here in the basement, talking about some of the things
• 0:42
that nobody's talking about that in the future a lot of people
• 0:46
talk about. That gives us the basement edge
• 0:49
that we all love so well. And if you want to be a part of
• 0:52
the basement edge over and over, please subscribe to the channel.
• 0:55
I really appreciate you joining me down here in the basement.
• 0:59
It's super early today on what is it, Friday, November 7th,
• 1:03
2025. I got some in real life stuff
• 1:06
going on that's going to make my schedule a little goofy in the
• 1:09
coming week, so please bear with me, but I wanted to hop on here
• 1:13
because I love connecting with you.
• 1:14
Please subscribe to the channel and let's dig in.
• 1:17
Let's go take a look at what's happening already early this
• 1:20
morning in the silver market. Flirting with the potential to
• 1:24
get to that $50 range. We'll go out to Kitco.
• 1:27
First, the spot silver price currently at $48.65.
• 1:32
Gold back right below the critical $4000 level as well.
• 1:38
Both of the metals are performing very well.
• 1:41
Let's go out to the futures market here next and take a look
• 1:45
at what's CNBC is telling us. OK, they've got silver in the
• 1:49
futures market up $0.60 and we'll do a backwardation check
• 1:54
here next. But let's look at the silver
• 1:56
  chart, guys. Again, I'm surprised.
• 1:58
How are you feeling about this? I would have thought that we
• 2:01
would spend a little more time consolidating.
• 2:04
I was even thinking we could get down into the like, you know,
• 2:07
low mid 40s, like $4443 per oz. And again, we get the crayons
• 2:15
out. This is the futures price
• 2:18
December of 2025 and hold on here, we want to look at the OK,
• 2:24
we got it up, I apologize, get the one year chart.
• 2:27
Sorry, we're live and it's early again.
• 2:29
Look at this one year chart of silver.
• 2:32
OK, still intact. Yes, we had and we talked about
• 2:36
this many times. We had a little micro spike
• 2:39
anytime with any asset, 99% of the times when you have a spike
• 2:43
up, you have a spike down. Now what's so critical about
• 2:46
this is that when we look at 00, hold on here, I made a mistake.
• 2:54
Nope, we're back. OK, I don't know what happened
• 2:57
  there. Hit the wrong button.
• 2:58
OK. What's critical here is that
• 3:00
over this period of time where the silver price has done so
• 3:05
well and let's go back and look at a five year chart, OK?
• 3:11
Yeah, if we, I mean if we go all the way back here into what 2022
• 3:17
and look at how the silver prices developed, this is pretty
• 3:22
much been, I mean, we got pretty steep there at the end, but it
• 3:24
has been a a beautiful, absolutely beautiful gradual
• 3:29
ascent and price, not a spike, which would lead us to believe
• 3:32
that we're that we, we are building a strong base.
• 3:35
Maybe we are building a base, I don't know.
• 3:38
What do you think? Are we building a strong base?
• 3:41
Leave a comment in the comment section.
• 3:43
I don't ask that often enough. Are we actually building a base
• 3:46
in the 48 $4950 per oz range for silver they could bring us?
• 3:51
I heard a guy yesterday talking about like $85 silver by the end
• 3:55
of the year. You know what that means for our
• 3:58
old friend the silver bear, right?
• 3:59
He's blindfolded with an $85 on his blindfold.
• 4:02
We could be taking his blindfold off by Christmas.
• 4:05
I don't know not and nothing is out because the world of silver
• 4:09
has changed in so many ways. Let's go out to China and, and
• 4:13
the reason why we pay attention to China and what's going on
• 4:16
with the price of gold and silver in China is because they
• 4:20
are becoming the price setter and will continue to become the
• 4:25
  price setter for precious metals.
• 4:27
Here we go. At the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
• 4:30
Eric Yong says a silver price is now above $50.
• 4:36
The SGE, the Shanghai Gold Exchange and the Shanghai
• 4:39
  Futures Exchange vaults keep draining.
• 4:41
Combined, they are almost below 1500 metric tons right now.
• 4:46
Things are getting critical. And if we go to our friend the
• 4:50
Oriental Ghost, I believe, yeah, he's saying that the silver
• 4:54
vaults there have hit all time lows.
• 4:58
But as you can see here on this chart and again this is the
• 5:02
Shanghai Gold Exchange, which is the physical market in China for
• 5:06
silver. We are definitely above $50 per
• 5:10
oz. Let's go do a check on the paper
• 5:15
markets, right. The old good old make believe
• 5:18
markets were traditionally up until now when things are
• 5:22
changing, the silver price had been set, the gold price had
• 5:26
been set in the paper markets, the LBMA in London, England, in
• 5:30
the Shanghai, I'm sorry, in the in the COMEX in the United
• 5:33
States, the Shanghai gold exchanges where we're getting
• 5:36
the new physical price. But let's go see how many paper
• 5:40
contracts are being traded on a daily basis.
• 5:44
Now this just out yesterday's data, the silver market did
• 5:49
indeed trade 325 million paper oz yesterday.
• 5:55
And yes, we got the right screen up.
• 5:57
So very interesting. The other big news, I'm going to
• 6:00
cover this more. There's a couple reasons why
• 6:03
this obviously is huge. But the big news that came out,
• 6:07
the United States has now added silver and copper to the
• 6:12
critical minerals list. I'm going to do a whole big
• 6:15
segment on this in an upcoming video, probably on Sunday.
• 6:18
But there's another secret reason why this is such a big
• 6:22
deal, guys. I mean, people have been
• 6:24
clamoring. Can we say that maybe the United
• 6:29
States is a couple decades late on this now that silver is in a
• 6:32
major shortage? You know what that means for the
• 6:36
future and the price of silver. Let's go take a look now at the
• 6:41
Federal Reserve, the Fed watch tool.
• 6:43
OK, it's still 30 days out, but alright.
• 6:46
Are we expecting more interest rate cuts, more easy money when
• 6:50
we're already in an environment of inflation?
• 6:53
  Don't believe what they're saying.
• 6:55
Believe what your receipt you get from the grocery store tells
• 6:58
you. We are in a period of inflation
• 7:00
and if the Fed continues to cut rates, the the Fed stopped doing
• 7:05
queue quantitative tightening, which is essentially easing as
• 7:09
well. We could see this explosion in
• 7:12
the silver and gold price very similar to what we saw in the
• 7:15
  1970s, which was absolutely incredible.
• 7:19
But let's go take a look at the Fed watch and see what they're
• 7:23
what what the big traders are expecting.
• 7:25
So this is the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Fed Watch
• 7:28
tool. The next Fed meeting is in 30
• 7:31
days and here's what we can expect.
• 7:34
For those of you who are new to this and haven't read it, I'll
• 7:37
give a quick explanation. This shows us the current rate
• 7:41
that the Fed has 3.7 three .75 to 4% down here.
• 7:49
OK, this is the odds of the rate not changing at the next
• 7:53
meeting, which again is in about 30 days.
• 7:56
That's at 30%. However, the odds of a rate cut
• 8:00
going down to 3.5 to 3.75 now stand at almost 70%.
• 8:06
So it looks like the Fed is indeed is indeed going to be
• 8:12
cutting rates that will be rocket fuel again for the price
• 8:16
of silver and gold. I do want to say thank you to
• 8:17
channel sponsor first mint. There a silver mint in Las
• 8:22
Vegas, NV, getting their silver from the owner, their owner
• 8:26
first Majestic Silver, who mines the silver in Mexico.
• 8:30
So this silver from first Mint goes from the mine to the mint
• 8:34
to you. No COMEX, no LBMA, and I think
• 8:38
we can safely say it's the precious silver around.
• 8:41
I'm going to show you their website here and here we are at
• 8:45
first meant. This is their Folds of Honor
• 8:47
campaign, which supports the spouses and children of fallen
• 8:53
members of the first responder and military community.
• 8:56
But they're the main website here where you can get the
• 8:58
everything is first meant.com. You go over there to store and
• 9:03
you can see they have bars, they have rounds, they have some
• 9:06
accessories, and there's the Folds of Honor where you can
• 9:09
check that out. Free shipping on orders over
• 9:12
$299 and there is a discount code that you can use.
• 9:17
  VIPRB. Very important person.
• 9:21
Ron's basement, because you are a very important person.
• 9:24
And thanks again for being down here, guys.
• 9:26
We are in just wild, wild times when it comes to the precious
• 9:29
metals. It's going to continue to be
• 9:31
just an incredible ride for us. And here's why.
• 9:34
We just talked about the Fed cutting rates, but let's go take
• 9:37
a look at the US national debt and get an update.
• 9:41
Can you believe this, right? I mean, it wasn't too long ago
• 9:46
that we were just celebrating or mourning the fact that we had
• 9:50
crossed over $38 trillion in national debt.
• 9:55
And now let's go and we'll use Orange today.
• 9:59
What do you say now, guys? As you can see in the upper left
• 10:03
corner, we already have 38 trillion approaching 38
• 10:07
trillion, 200 billion. It's hard to remember all these
• 10:11
numbers, but it is incredible. This is the US national debt is
• 10:15
not going down. Any new dollars that are being
• 10:19
created and there are a lot of them are being created with
• 10:22
debt. So don't let it fool you, right.
• 10:25
The value of real assets, the value of silver and gold will
• 10:28
only continue to to increase as measured in U.S. dollars.
• 10:34
If we're going to use the US dollar is the unit of measure to
• 10:39
quote UN quote price are ounces of silver and gold.
• 10:46
All right, let's talk about one more very interesting thing.
• 10:49
The secret factor that I think no one is talking about when it
• 10:53
comes to gold and two silver, something that 5 or 10 years
• 10:58
from now we're going to look back and say, wow, nobody was
• 11:02
really talking about that, but we're going to be talking about
• 11:04
that before I do that. Thank you.
• 11:06
Channel sponsor first Mining Gold again, I'm down here and
• 11:10
able for us to connect together in the basement, have these
• 11:13
great meetings because of the support of the sponsors.
• 11:16
First mining Gold is a gold development stage company in
• 11:20
Canada with two big multi million ounce projects.
• 11:24
You can learn about them at firstmininggold.com.
• 11:27
I'm telling you guys whether you like crypto, hate crypto, no
• 11:30
matter how you look at it, tokenization of gold and silver.
• 11:35
Not saying that you have to participate.
• 11:36
I any of us have to participate, but it is happening, it is
• 11:41
coming and it could create massive amounts of demand for
• 11:45
the physical metal because each one of those tokens that is
• 11:48
created is backed by real metal. Currently there's a one really
• 11:53
big 1X AUT which is administered and owned by the company Tether.
• 11:59
They've got a big vault in Switzerland where they have all
• 12:02
the gold that backs up each one of those tokens.
• 12:04
This is growing tokenization of real world assets and it could
• 12:09
create massive amounts of demand for physical gold and silver.
• 12:14
Here's some proof. And it's starting to get picked
• 12:17
up by the mainstream media. Here we go Wall Street says
• 12:24
tokenization will change global markets and gold is next.
• 12:29
All right, hold on here. Uh oh, hold on one second.
• 12:36
Having some tech issues and let's see if we can get this to
• 12:41
move. Here we go Now we'll move a
• 12:43
little bit. Let's Scroll down here.
• 12:45
I got just one paragraph, couple couple blurbs that I wanted to
• 12:49
share with you. Here we go.
• 12:52
Sorry, guys, The computer is acting very funny this morning.
• 12:58
There we go. As gold soared to new highs in
• 13:00
October, stablecoin issuer Tether saw as much as a.
• 13:04
What is going on here? Hold on.
• 13:09
I don't know what happened. OK, here we go.
• 13:13
We're not going to give up. Ah well, you guys love it when I
• 13:16
have tech issues. I hope you're doing great this
• 13:20
  morning. Happy Friday morning.
• 13:22
Here we go. I'll read this.
• 13:23
As gold soared to new highs in October, stablecoin issuer
• 13:26
Tether saw as much as a 60% jump in the value of its gold tokens
• 13:32
XAUT. Tether noted that XAUT market
• 13:36
cap jumped from 1.4 billion at the end of last quarter to
• 13:40
nearly 2.1 billion last month prior to the gold sell off
• 13:45
  tokenization. Tokenized gold currently
• 13:47
accounts for only about 1% of the broader real world asset
• 13:52
market, while stable coins backed by the US dollar or short
• 13:55
term treasury boast a market cap of around 300 billion.
• 13:59
Tokenized gold represents just about 3 billion led by Tethers
• 14:03
XAUT. And there's another one called
• 14:05
PAX Gold. I also want to share with you
• 14:08
this from Marin Catoosa, right, one of the most respected names
• 14:12
out there. He says maybe flows are moving
• 14:15
to tokenize gold faster than anyone is reporting.
• 14:20
OK. And here this shows us right at
• 14:22
the green line on this chart shows us the flow of money into
• 14:28
tokenized gold. And the the gold line shows into
• 14:33
the gold ETF and they're really kind of similar in a lot of
• 14:36
ways, right, the ETF number there.
• 14:38
But as you can see right the the tokenized gold, the amount of
• 14:43
money going in going into tokenized gold is increasing
• 14:46
even faster. But they both right are
• 14:50
electronic, I want to say representations, but tokenized
• 14:57
gold. Each token is backed by 1 ounce
• 14:59
of gold. In the ETFs, each one of the ETF
• 15:02
shares is is essentially also backed by 1 ounce of gold.
• 15:05
I think that again, whether you love it or hate it, I'm not
• 15:09
going to argue the ETF argument or the the crypto tokenized gold
• 15:14
argument. But the reality is both those
• 15:17
ETFs and tokenized gold are sucking big amounts of metal out
• 15:22
of the market. And some people prefer that.
• 15:25
A lot of people think crypto's the future.
• 15:27
I don't know, we'll see. But I do think that in five or
• 15:29
ten years, we could very well be looking back and saying, wow,
• 15:33
tokenized gold, tokenized silver really created a huge demand for
• 15:38
the actual physical metal. All right, guys, have a great
• 15:41
day. Let's take, let's go take one
• 15:43
more quick look and see what's happening out there in the
• 15:46
  markets. And here we go.
• 15:50
We are now at Kitco. OK, silver up $0.42 per oz, Gold
• 15:57
up $16.00 per oz. All right, let's go.
• 15:59
Let's have a good day. We're going to see where this
• 16:02
takes us. We are in this battle for $50
• 16:04
silver. I appreciate you joining me.
• 16:06
Please subscribe to the channel, come back down, join me anytime
• 16:09
in the basement. Have a great day and I will see
• 16:13
  you, yes you soon.
