- 2:17Speaker 2: all things.
- 2:17Speaker 3: Agatha all along. Last week we talked about episode one
- 2:20Speaker 3: and two.
- 2:21Speaker 2: This week we are talking about episode three, titled Through
- 2:26Speaker 2: Many Miles of Tricks and Trials. I'm understanding of these
- 2:30Speaker 2: episode titles are like that's the Witch's Road song, right,
- 2:33Speaker 2: It's like the Ballad of Issues, So this is like
- 2:36Speaker 2: the pieces of the song, right, the titles.
- 2:39Speaker 5: It's also like where they are in their quest basically,
- 2:41Speaker 5: so it's like, because you know, the ballad is spelling
- 2:43Speaker 5: out what they got to do on their quest, So
- 2:45Speaker 5: like each episode is like, this is this part of
- 2:48Speaker 5: the quest.
- 2:49Speaker 4: This is this part of the quess, basically.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Gotta got it all right. We talked about how we are.
- 2:56Speaker 3: We were seated. We're loving what we see so far, right.
- 3:00Speaker 2: I told you I was a little concerned episode one,
- 3:02Speaker 2: but then I said, oh no, y'all got me, y
- 3:03Speaker 2: understand it. And now that we are truly in the
- 3:06Speaker 2: thick of things, the show is on the role officially,
- 3:09Speaker 2: and I am very happy with what they've come up
- 3:12Speaker 2: with right now. Agatha all along is very imaginative, It
- 3:16Speaker 2: is very fun. It has the dark comedy and dark
- 3:19Speaker 2: humor that a lot of people will appreciate. I think
- 3:22Speaker 2: it's something different, as we mentioned, than what Marvel has
- 3:25Speaker 2: been doing, at least in the recent times. And it's
- 3:29Speaker 2: a bunch of generally with I guess besides Agatha and
- 3:32Speaker 2: a couple others, some new characters, right So I think
- 3:34Speaker 2: that's even the more important piece to me.
- 3:37Speaker 3: And all of these characters are very interesting.
- 3:39Speaker 2: They all have vastly different personalities, vastly different motives, and
- 3:45Speaker 2: they're all complex. So I am really happy with where
- 3:48Speaker 2: we are right now. What about you, borscha?
- 3:51Speaker 5: Yeah, like I told you, like me and witchcraft and witches,
- 3:55Speaker 5: things like I just like automatically, and then it's the
- 3:57Speaker 5: season for it too, So I just feel like the
- 4:00Speaker 5: all the vibes are coming together.
- 4:02Speaker 4: I like the mystery components, like you don't.
- 4:05Speaker 5: We're not getting the full picture from anyone about what
- 4:09Speaker 5: actually is.
- 4:10Speaker 4: Going on with them and while they're on the road.
- 4:13Speaker 5: So I've been enjoying like unpeeling the little snippets to
- 4:17Speaker 5: be like, wait a minute, what does that mean?
- 4:18Speaker 4: And you're like writing that down as we go.
- 4:20Speaker 2: To Yes, it's giving spooky season all the way, and
- 4:23Speaker 2: I know you're very very happy you you fall Chilate people,
- 4:28Speaker 2: congratulations not so much whatever people, Yes it's fall time.
- 4:36Speaker 3: I just felt the chill in the air. I wasn't happy.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Episode three, the Witches are on the Witches roll. They're
- 4:44Speaker 2: starting to quest. It's giving ash Ketchum left his home
- 4:48Speaker 2: at ten years old to go catch the Pokemon. What's
- 4:52Speaker 2: interesting is it's very familiar, right, the whole idea of
- 4:56Speaker 2: your setting out on a quest, right, and you got.
- 4:58Speaker 3: It, you have trials. That was a setup even before.
- 5:02Speaker 2: They said anything, and then they just kind of reiterated.
- 5:05Speaker 2: What I find interesting about Agatha ol Along is they're
- 5:08Speaker 2: giving you all the answers in your face, and they're
- 5:11Speaker 2: very explicit, obviously with setting up what's happening on screen,
- 5:15Speaker 2: and whether you know it or not, all the fucking
- 5:18Speaker 2: answers are there already. I watched this episode twice, and
- 5:22Speaker 2: obviously on the second round I saw all the things
- 5:25Speaker 2: I missed the first where I'm like, damn it, they
- 5:27Speaker 2: told me what was gonna happen at the end of
- 5:28Speaker 2: the episode in.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Like scene two, right, so.
- 5:34Speaker 2: We have the coven on the road and they still
- 5:39Speaker 2: have missus Hart.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Actually her name is Sharon.
- 5:42Speaker 2: They got her with her, and I was concerned about
- 5:45Speaker 2: Miss Hart this entire time. I was just like, this
- 5:49Speaker 2: lady ain't got no powers, she's not a witch, and
- 5:52Speaker 2: she got dragged down here.
- 5:54Speaker 3: I don't think she gonna make it.
- 5:55Speaker 5: When you write it up last episode, I was like,
- 5:57Speaker 5: I'm not gonna say nothing, because she's gonna We're gonna watch,
- 6:00Speaker 5: we gonna see, and we're gonna we're gonna see what happens.
- 6:05Speaker 5: I just wish that they had been more concerned about her,
- 6:07Speaker 5: as like you for me, when you bring someone on
- 6:11Speaker 5: a trip and you know they don't have the same
- 6:15Speaker 5: like tolerance or whatever as you do. You watch out
- 6:18Speaker 5: for them a little bit more because you're like, that's
- 6:20Speaker 5: the person that we got to watch out for.
- 6:22Speaker 4: She don't got it like the rest of us.
- 6:23Speaker 3: And I feel like.
- 6:26Speaker 4: It was kind of natural for her. She's kind of like.
- 6:28Speaker 5: Not necessarily like the mother character, you know, like a
- 6:33Speaker 5: mother hand of a friend group, but she kind of
- 6:35Speaker 5: was like she was like looking out for a teen
- 6:37Speaker 5: and the rest of them in a way that none
- 6:38Speaker 5: of them were looking out for each other. And I like,
- 6:41Speaker 5: I'm just like sad for her that, like she put
- 6:43Speaker 5: more care into her interactions with them than they ever
- 6:45Speaker 5: put into her, and they needed to have more thoughtful
- 6:48Speaker 5: to her.
- 6:49Speaker 3: And and that's kind of the point. Missus Hart is
- 6:51Speaker 3: a tragic character all around.
- 6:53Speaker 2: You saw how how she was she went through and
- 6:55Speaker 2: Wanda vision uh even in this episode at the point
- 6:59Speaker 2: where she's hallucinating and she's remembering that point where Wanda
- 7:03Speaker 2: was exphysiating her husband right joking her husband that he
- 7:06Speaker 2: can't breathe, and she's like, wanta want Like I just
- 7:09Speaker 2: kept feeling like from the from the beginning, so I
- 7:11Speaker 2: just kept feeling bad for Missus Harper. I was just like,
- 7:14Speaker 2: she's not supposed to be here. And she cannot survive this,
- 7:17Speaker 2: like this is not her lane whatsoever. And yeah, it's
- 7:20Speaker 2: nice to have a little bit of comedic relief with her.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Ass don't need to be down here, okay, Like this
- 7:25Speaker 2: is the friend group going to Miami, and this is
- 7:27Speaker 2: the one that ain't got the money to be.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Down there with y'all right, this is the one that
- 7:31Speaker 3: one hundred dollars.
- 7:32Speaker 5: She was she didn't ask you did, because the other
- 7:35Speaker 5: one she ain't asked to be that she was essentially
- 7:38Speaker 5: trick to be down there.
- 7:38Speaker 3: And this obviously is mentioned.
- 7:42Speaker 2: This is on purpose, as mentioned of her being the
- 7:45Speaker 2: tragic character. This is on purpose that she has been
- 7:48Speaker 2: put into this space. Uh, this this this characterization. And
- 7:52Speaker 2: then you as the viewer, you're latching on her. You,
- 7:54Speaker 2: especially if you saw wanavision, you already know her plight
- 7:57Speaker 2: and what her story was she been through, and you're
- 7:58Speaker 2: already sympathetic towards her. And now she's thrown in the
- 8:01Speaker 2: mix with with selfish ass Agatha and Agatha just as typical,
- 8:07Speaker 2: and I'm sure that she'll have her heroes art, but
- 8:10Speaker 2: as typical, she has no thought or care about the
- 8:14Speaker 2: about the purpose or the reasoning for missus Hart. She's
- 8:16Speaker 2: just she call him missus Hart. To me, her name
- 8:18Speaker 2: is Sharon. I'm doing the same thing. Her name is Sharon,
- 8:21Speaker 2: but she called her missus Heart.
- 8:22Speaker 3: She's calling her her.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Slave name from when she was in the next you understand,
- 8:26Speaker 2: like it's it's it's like to your point, it's she
- 8:31Speaker 2: was afforded so much more care. And I don't even
- 8:34Speaker 2: blame the other members of the coven because they don't
- 8:36Speaker 2: know that lady. They this is the first time, and
- 8:38Speaker 2: they were saying it from the beginning when they first.
- 8:40Speaker 3: On the roll AYO, she ain't spposed to be here,
- 8:41Speaker 3: like Kale jen Ca.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Miss Cale was like, oh, why is she down here?
- 8:47Speaker 3: You know, she ain't one of us. You know, she's
- 8:49Speaker 3: a tourist, So how are we supposed to deal with this?
- 8:52Speaker 3: And right away she almost fucking.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Dies in quicksand grass, like immediate And I also left
- 8:59Speaker 2: the question for me, like why would you walk away
- 9:01Speaker 2: from the group when you're in a place you don't know?
- 9:04Speaker 5: But whatever she was, I feel like she was very
- 9:06Speaker 5: much in her Like that's real quick, like that is
- 9:08Speaker 5: the leg of the question.
- 9:09Speaker 4: But like I also feel like part of her was
- 9:11Speaker 4: like still.
- 9:11Speaker 5: Stuck in this like mindset that she was like, oh,
- 9:14Speaker 5: the only thing could be down here is like I'm
- 9:16Speaker 5: part of the historical society.
- 9:17Speaker 4: It's like you know what I mean. She's like, this
- 9:19Speaker 4: isn't real. She wasn't. She wasn't. It was clicking, but
- 9:24Speaker 4: she was in denial. She was like.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Hmmm, yes, So I felt bad, like I wanted to
- 9:32Speaker 2: mention her first, just because like she's the heart, right,
- 9:35Speaker 2: Miss Sharon was the heart and she was the innocent
- 9:42Speaker 2: and that's that to me, that's the greatest thing. She
- 9:44Speaker 2: has been innocent this entire time, and unfortunately, by the
- 9:48Speaker 2: end of this episode suffers the consequences of her innocence
- 9:51Speaker 2: in what I believe to be I haven't seen episode
- 9:54Speaker 2: four yet. I believe to be her death, and I'm
- 9:59Speaker 2: wondering what of the they recurring consequences there, well that
- 10:02Speaker 2: will happen to each person and also if this is
- 10:05Speaker 2: indeed a permanent death, how that's going to affect Agatha
- 10:08Speaker 2: and the rest of the group.
- 10:09Speaker 5: Yeah, that was my question, Like, I don't Episode four
- 10:12Speaker 5: does not raise any questions to her death that it
- 10:14Speaker 5: just continues it. So yeah, that was my questions, Like,
- 10:19Speaker 5: is this a permanent death, like when we get to
- 10:21Speaker 5: the end of the season, like is there not going
- 10:23Speaker 5: to be some kind of like option for resurrection or something.
- 10:27Speaker 5: We just don't know what the road doesn't look like.
- 10:29Speaker 5: And I think it's interesting two things. One, I think
- 10:33Speaker 5: it's interesting for.
- 10:37Speaker 4: Her to be the heart of the group and.
- 10:39Speaker 5: To have left so early that usually that like in
- 10:41Speaker 5: other stories, you tend to see that have some kind
- 10:44Speaker 5: of like lingering effect that ends up being that they
- 10:47Speaker 5: like have to do something around later.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I think they if this is indeed the true death.
- 10:53Speaker 2: I think she suffered enough, and they and maybe they
- 10:58Speaker 2: were like, you know, we're not going to drag her,
- 11:00Speaker 2: Like first of all, she's not let's be real, she's
- 11:01Speaker 2: not supposed to be down there. She's not supposed to
- 11:04Speaker 2: be up in witches Hell, which is Miami with the
- 11:07Speaker 2: rest of them, like they she and and and as
- 11:11Speaker 2: you think about it's like how she going to like
- 11:13Speaker 2: all they all you would see they did keep her.
- 11:16Speaker 2: It was trying to keep her alive, right, like it
- 11:18Speaker 2: would be constant bumbling and things happening, whereas like save
- 11:21Speaker 2: miss Sharon, right and and as a story, you.
- 11:25Speaker 3: Don't have time for that, right you gotta, you gotta.
- 11:29Speaker 2: We got someplace to be, literally, we got someplace to
- 11:31Speaker 2: be in this story, and I can understand why, and
- 11:34Speaker 2: the whole idea of her not suffering anymore, like she's
- 11:37Speaker 2: been through so much already. She's she's is as you say,
- 11:42Speaker 2: she's in denial. It's like clear what's happening, but she
- 11:46Speaker 2: don't want to believe it, and she's just thrust into
- 11:49Speaker 2: situations constantly. It happened for three years in WandaVision and
- 11:52Speaker 2: then then her her husband die, so like she's been
- 11:56Speaker 2: living alone and all this other stuff, and it's just
- 11:58Speaker 2: like it's almost a put her out of her misery
- 12:02Speaker 2: type of thing. But it's fucked up for me.
- 12:05Speaker 5: I'm kind of like hoping that, you know, maybe she
- 12:09Speaker 5: if she didn't diet true death, maybe she's already back
- 12:12Speaker 5: up as few Like maybe this was her.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Symbolic death on which is rope.
- 12:16Speaker 5: She's not supposed to be here, but she is in
- 12:18Speaker 5: a place where she's supposed to be, which is West View.
- 12:21Speaker 4: That's that's gonna happen, I hope.
- 12:23Speaker 3: So because she didn't she didn't deserve she deserve it.
- 12:26Speaker 4: And she was looking out for the kids.
- 12:27Speaker 5: So that's One of the things that like what I
- 12:30Speaker 5: wanted to get into a little bit was like, what
- 12:32Speaker 5: do you think caused her death? Because I was watching
- 12:34Speaker 5: this episode and like this is like the second or
- 12:37Speaker 5: third time. I'm like the first time I watched it
- 12:40Speaker 5: through I kept going back, so it's kind of like,
- 12:42Speaker 5: m I don't know the third time. And I noticed
- 12:46Speaker 5: that when they did the potion, everyone put a hair in,
- 12:52Speaker 5: but no one wents to get a hair from missus Hart.
- 12:56Speaker 5: So did she get three times poisoned because she had
- 12:59Speaker 5: two cups one for her one for the teen and
- 13:02Speaker 5: then the antidote wasn't actually because she was breathing and
- 13:04Speaker 5: they were able to get hurt that like she was
- 13:06Speaker 5: moving whenever she like gave her the drink. So did
- 13:10Speaker 5: her ingesting the antidote without her actual like being part
- 13:15Speaker 5: of it.
- 13:15Speaker 4: Did that do it?
- 13:18Speaker 2: I didn't even think about that port I didn't realize
- 13:20Speaker 2: they didn't get her hair. And you said you saw
- 13:21Speaker 2: it through that they didn't get her hair. That could
- 13:23Speaker 2: be where it's just like unless you're involved, you can't.
- 13:27Speaker 2: I also wanted it also because she's just not of magic, right,
- 13:30Speaker 2: But it's like.
- 13:31Speaker 5: They didn't do like she was a part of the ancidote,
- 13:34Speaker 5: and she needed the antidote if it's supposed to because like,
- 13:36Speaker 5: and that's weird that the potion glowed and like the
- 13:39Speaker 5: right color without her hair in it, you know what
- 13:42Speaker 5: I mean? Because like it was like, oh, it needs
- 13:43Speaker 5: the blood of an unpoisoned and then it started glowing.
- 13:47Speaker 5: But it why wasn't it like still like glowing because
- 13:50Speaker 5: the clock kept ticking because she didn't get to have
- 13:52Speaker 5: the antidote.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Oh so it's not like a hole in the story
- 13:56Speaker 2: because because you're like, how can it be both? How
- 13:59Speaker 2: can it be you who did the spell correct? Because
- 14:01Speaker 2: because according to miss kale I go call her Greens
- 14:06Speaker 2: and things.
- 14:07Speaker 3: According to Greens.
- 14:08Speaker 2: You're supposed to everything had to be in a particular order,
- 14:11Speaker 2: and everybody of the cup. But I think she said
- 14:14Speaker 2: of the cup, well, technically Sharon was.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Of the coven and she drank two cups.
- 14:21Speaker 2: And she did suffer the same poison. So you're right,
- 14:25Speaker 2: how can you it both be? The the antidote is
- 14:30Speaker 2: correct because it glued glowed the correct color, but at
- 14:32Speaker 2: the same time, it's incorrect because it was missing a hair.
- 14:36Speaker 4: Hmm.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Okay, I thought I also I thought about that exactly
- 14:42Speaker 2: how she died, but I didn't think about it that deeply.
- 14:44Speaker 3: You're right, that's that's weird.
- 14:46Speaker 2: I thought, maybe it's because she had two cups while
- 14:49Speaker 2: everybody else only had one, and so maybe she was
- 14:51Speaker 2: like extra extra poisoned and it was just too much,
- 14:54Speaker 2: too much time.
- 14:55Speaker 3: It was like too late.
- 14:57Speaker 2: It also could be to that point, like it doesn't matter,
- 15:00Speaker 2: like when they by the time they get the look
- 15:02Speaker 2: of down her throat, it was already at the zero mark,
- 15:06Speaker 2: and maybe they it wasn't a beast of what I'm
- 15:09Speaker 2: trying to say, a buzzer beater, Like maybe it really
- 15:12Speaker 2: was just too late.
- 15:12Speaker 3: I don't know, but your point makes a lot of sense.
- 15:17Speaker 4: I was looking. I was like, what is the damn?
- 15:19Speaker 2: I don't even thinking about that what I had said
- 15:22Speaker 2: earlier about like all the answers were in your face.
- 15:24Speaker 2: They telegraphed her death very very early on, and not
- 15:27Speaker 2: just from the sinking through the grass when they walked
- 15:31Speaker 2: up to the house and they were just like in
- 15:34Speaker 2: Marvel about it, Miss Sharon said this might be the end,
- 15:40Speaker 2: and the camera lingered on her for a little bit
- 15:43Speaker 2: and then lingoln on that line. I'm like, around the
- 15:45Speaker 2: second watch, I said, I was like, damn.
- 15:49Speaker 3: And then when and.
- 15:51Speaker 4: Then she said she wanted to die in that kitchen.
- 15:54Speaker 3: Then she kept that, she kept alluding to death.
- 15:57Speaker 2: I would die in that kitchen that for her, she's
- 16:00Speaker 2: sinking through and and you know she's not coming back
- 16:03Speaker 2: up and she's everything that. It was just like there
- 16:06Speaker 2: were there were at least three chances or three points
- 16:09Speaker 2: where and I think, you know, bad things come in
- 16:11Speaker 2: three cities. It was three points where it was just like,
- 16:14Speaker 2: this is alluding, this is the telegraph.
- 16:16Speaker 3: To your death. And then it fucking happened.
- 16:20Speaker 2: And then of course, like in that same scene where
- 16:22Speaker 2: I mentioned where she was just like, this is the
- 16:23Speaker 2: end right after teen says and it was weird too.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Upon second watch, she's He's like, well, upon the first
- 16:29Speaker 2: watch it was weird. He goes, well, that would be
- 16:32Speaker 2: a bummer, and even Agna look at him like, nigga,
- 16:37Speaker 2: what you mean? Why would you not want this to
- 16:38Speaker 2: be the end of the road. And I'm just like, see,
- 16:41Speaker 2: and we gotta we're gonna talk about him next. That's
- 16:43Speaker 2: what I'm like, Wait a minute, there's something up with
- 16:45Speaker 2: this kid. There's something something not cleaning the milk on
- 16:49Speaker 2: this one for for obvious reasons, but also it's just
- 16:52Speaker 2: like he's saying weird shit. And for example, you're down
- 16:55Speaker 2: here in which is Miami, and you know it's like
- 16:59Speaker 2: the world stuff possible, Agatha don't even want to fucking
- 17:02Speaker 2: talk about it, which was pissing you off, because bitch you.
- 17:05Speaker 4: Does she not want to talk about it?
- 17:06Speaker 5: Or does she actually because like, here's my thing and
- 17:09Speaker 5: we can we're gonna.
- 17:10Speaker 3: I don't want to talk you keep going.
- 17:11Speaker 5: But like I gotta said, she did this road before.
- 17:15Speaker 5: I'm not casting aspersions maybe you know what I mean.
- 17:18Speaker 5: But here's where my doubt sets it, as she really
- 17:21Speaker 5: truly did the Riches Road before. Wouldn't she knows she
- 17:24Speaker 5: couldn't cheat because she wouldn't. She wouldn't She have had
- 17:27Speaker 5: gone through a trial where she tried to cheat before
- 17:29Speaker 5: and it didn't work, So why would she do it again?
- 17:32Speaker 4: Like why would you?
- 17:34Speaker 3: Because she's trifling as fuck?
- 17:38Speaker 2: You know, Portia you maybe one hundred right, And it
- 17:40Speaker 2: may also just be that because that's her character. She's
- 17:43Speaker 2: trifle as bitch, and she that's her nature to to
- 17:49Speaker 2: to be to do subfuse to to cheat at shit,
- 17:54Speaker 2: to like because if say for example, it was real
- 17:56Speaker 2: that she did go down there. Well, you still needed
- 17:58Speaker 2: a coven to go down there the first time, right,
- 18:00Speaker 2: She did her niggas wrong the first time, right, so
- 18:04Speaker 2: she and she still got what she wanted. So what's
- 18:06Speaker 2: to say she's not doing that same thing again too.
- 18:09Speaker 2: So it could be what you're saying, or she could just.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Be her. But if she again, if the road won't
- 18:16Speaker 4: let you cheat.
- 18:20Speaker 3: She could be lying. She could be lying.
- 18:22Speaker 2: I don't know, But isn't that how she got the
- 18:24Speaker 2: isn't that how she got the dark Hole?
- 18:27Speaker 3: She took the road, and that's how she got the
- 18:29Speaker 3: dark holder? Is that what people saying?
- 18:30Speaker 2: Because I've been learning that there's lots of stories about her,
- 18:35Speaker 2: but not necessarily the truth, right.
- 18:37Speaker 4: But what.
- 18:39Speaker 5: The gossip that gin dropt was that her I got
- 18:42Speaker 5: the sacrifice, her first gotten son, uh for the dark Hole.
- 18:47Speaker 3: That's the story. That's what that's that's what the street says.
- 18:51Speaker 4: That's the gospel right on the street. Jennifer Kale is
- 18:57Speaker 4: Giselle from White Real House, like.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Word on a street, the street shut up?
- 19:07Speaker 4: Just so.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Okay, I maybe maybe, like I said, I, it could
- 19:16Speaker 2: go either way. You could be one hundred percent right,
- 19:18Speaker 2: And it could also just be that's her nature, she's
- 19:22Speaker 2: just gonna.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Keep doing it.
- 19:23Speaker 2: But it would make like I said, it would make
- 19:24Speaker 2: sense also what you're saying, because as every time they
- 19:28Speaker 2: were talking through doing something happened, she never fucking smoke
- 19:30Speaker 2: up and it still was because that's just because she's
- 19:34Speaker 2: strife or is it because she don't know what the
- 19:36Speaker 2: fuck going on?
- 19:37Speaker 3: To your point, right?
- 19:38Speaker 5: And then there's also the thing of I was gonna
- 19:41Speaker 5: say for I like, again, I don't know what she
- 19:44Speaker 5: does and doesn't know and why she's perpect like, Okay,
- 19:47Speaker 5: I guess you can perpatse if you want to, that's cool, fine.
- 19:52Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 19:53Speaker 5: There's just something about I Guessa's like she's like a
- 19:56Speaker 5: how do I She's not really like a well she
- 19:59Speaker 5: is like a well dug kind of person, but she's
- 20:02Speaker 5: not like I'm going to withhold information, especially if it's
- 20:05Speaker 5: gonna make me better.
- 20:06Speaker 4: I was gonna say that I think that, you know.
- 20:09Speaker 3: She wants information from other people for sure.
- 20:12Speaker 5: For real, but like for if it's going to make
- 20:14Speaker 5: you she gets to the next step, she's like, she's like,
- 20:16Speaker 5: let me get all these but she's in the same line,
- 20:17Speaker 5: so I can keep moving, you know, like but me
- 20:20Speaker 5: not hold us back.
- 20:21Speaker 2: But she's the character time, and you've seen it all
- 20:24Speaker 2: over the place, especially like that that middle ground person
- 20:27Speaker 2: who's not a hero, not necessarily a villain, where they'll
- 20:30Speaker 2: tell you just enough where they need you, but they're
- 20:34Speaker 2: not going to tell you the full story.
- 20:36Speaker 3: Yeah that's Agatha. Yes, so that's.
- 20:39Speaker 4: What she thinks.
- 20:41Speaker 5: Yeah, well she thinks you need is a very limited amount.
- 20:43Speaker 5: So it's not even like it's like she's like even
- 20:45Speaker 5: like a giving like she's like very I was gonna
- 20:48Speaker 5: say that, Like who's to say, like because she was
- 20:52Speaker 5: on the witch's road. She worn't on a witch's road
- 20:54Speaker 5: with her old coven. That was so long ago that
- 20:56Speaker 5: her cheating became like a thing that the road reset
- 20:59Speaker 5: for was like, oh hey, we'll never let that happen again.
- 21:02Speaker 2: That's true, because she do, she'd be outside the box
- 21:05Speaker 2: all the time. She don't be following the parameter, she'd
- 21:08Speaker 2: be doing her own thing. So that's she's an unprecedented one.
- 21:11Speaker 2: So you're right, this guy teen, this boy, this teen,
- 21:17Speaker 2: this person, this this entity. Where we spoke about who
- 21:22Speaker 2: he can be, who he might be, we had have
- 21:25Speaker 2: said early on he could be Nicholas Scratch, which in
- 21:28Speaker 2: the comic books, Nicholas is Agatha's son. As you heard
- 21:33Speaker 2: just mentioned about Jennifer Calee mentioning that oh word on
- 21:38Speaker 2: the street is Agatha gave up her firstborn son, her
- 21:42Speaker 2: only son, her only child, for the Dark Hold. And
- 21:48Speaker 2: also in the comic books, there's a point where like
- 21:50Speaker 2: Nicholas grows up right and he comes back, he comes
- 21:54Speaker 2: back for Agatha basically, and it's just like, bitch, you
- 21:57Speaker 2: left me for dead, and you know, brings her back,
- 22:01Speaker 2: like he brings her back with to to like basically
- 22:04Speaker 2: fight with the the Salem Seven, so like the people
- 22:06Speaker 2: who are chasing her now, And it's very different in
- 22:09Speaker 2: the book and in the comics books as well, Like
- 22:11Speaker 2: in the books, the Salem Seven are actually Nicholas's children.
- 22:16Speaker 2: So it's and I don't think they're gonna go that
- 22:19Speaker 2: route in this who knows, but because you know, the
- 22:21Speaker 2: MCU does stuff vastly different many times, but there there's connection,
- 22:26Speaker 2: there is what I'm trying to say. And then also
- 22:29Speaker 2: just towards teen, like again we talked about his whole
- 22:32Speaker 2: like we were like, what's what's the whole spell thing
- 22:34Speaker 2: on him where he can't anytime he says his name
- 22:36Speaker 2: or anything about him, Agatha couldn't hear him. Apparently witches
- 22:41Speaker 2: can't hear or or understand that. So what we learned
- 22:46Speaker 2: is that a sigils and that's what that's the term
- 22:48Speaker 2: they're using, has been placed on him where they're.
- 22:50Speaker 3: Hiding him from witches. Who would they be hiding from
- 22:54Speaker 3: a witch?
- 22:54Speaker 4: Right? Like?
- 22:54Speaker 3: Who, well, who's important enough to be hidden from other witches?
- 22:58Speaker 2: And yes, this is probably gonna be require a lot
- 23:00Speaker 2: more common book knowledge, but I mean looking at you
- 23:03Speaker 2: will see you later. But I'm just trying to understand, like,
- 23:08Speaker 2: because there are some clues. Like I said, we already
- 23:09Speaker 2: said Nigga scratch even though Agaba's rabbit is named Senor scratchy.
- 23:17Speaker 2: I just remember that, So that could have been that
- 23:20Speaker 2: could technically be her son just transfigured into a rabbit anyway,
- 23:24Speaker 2: could but sure, let's say teen could be him. Teen
- 23:27Speaker 2: could also potentially be wicked. You said that last week.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Wickan is one of actually Wanda's children along with I
- 23:35Speaker 2: don't know what I forgot his real name is, but
- 23:38Speaker 2: Billy And he said the billy Tommy right, he's Tommy.
- 23:42Speaker 5: Yeah, he's one of I think it's Billy.
- 23:46Speaker 2: The nigga is a is a witch, ok and he's
- 23:50Speaker 2: he's he's in the books. He is Scarlet Witch's son.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Excuse me, Wanda's son. So you know, obviously there's some
- 23:57Speaker 2: attagonists and stuff going on there because Zaga.
- 24:00Speaker 3: But and then.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Jennifer also mentions, you know, you could be a demon, right,
- 24:04Speaker 2: and that could still lead into all that other stuff
- 24:06Speaker 2: we just mentioned.
- 24:07Speaker 3: Then she said the last part, which I know niggas
- 24:10Speaker 3: of the comic books.
- 24:10Speaker 2: I was like, finally, Nigga an agent of Miss Fiststone.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Okay, Mephists is the mc US devil. So the devil.
- 24:19Speaker 5: You didn't say you could be? She said, an agent.
- 24:22Speaker 5: She said, I get the son could be. She said,
- 24:25Speaker 5: you're right, you're right. She said, she right, And she
- 24:27Speaker 5: said I get the would not even know her son
- 24:30Speaker 5: if she met him. So I think Jennifer also is
- 24:33Speaker 5: with us. She's also like, are you at the son?
- 24:35Speaker 5: Are you thank you?
- 24:39Speaker 2: Yeah, because she said it kind of coyly like yeah,
- 24:42Speaker 2: well you she wouldn't know her you you know, her
- 24:46Speaker 2: son could be this and looked at him like, who
- 24:49Speaker 2: is you, nigga?
- 24:49Speaker 3: You know where your mom stay at.
- 24:52Speaker 5: And that's the thing I think when the episode starts
- 24:54Speaker 5: and I have to this is what I get for
- 24:56Speaker 5: not looking at my notes.
- 24:57Speaker 4: That's how I was watching rewatching it today.
- 25:00Speaker 5: They're something that the team said, like early on in
- 25:03Speaker 5: the episode where it was like, are his parents in
- 25:07Speaker 5: a spelled sleep somewhere?
- 25:08Speaker 4: Because what he said.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Because he said when they was like, because Jennifer says,
- 25:14Speaker 2: like in a like in a in a sliding kind
- 25:17Speaker 2: of way, where are your parents? Just like that, and
- 25:19Speaker 2: he goes, they're probably asleep. He said a real like
- 25:23Speaker 2: regular dagla, they probably asleep. See poor show you this
- 25:27Speaker 2: is why you're the divination, which you'd be divine and shit,
- 25:30Speaker 2: that's what's happened.
- 25:31Speaker 3: You're right.
- 25:32Speaker 2: They could he could be on the goddamn spell a
- 25:34Speaker 2: spell of what who put him under?
- 25:36Speaker 3: What's going on? Who does this boy?
- 25:38Speaker 2: When when he's trying to speak his name again, the
- 25:40Speaker 2: sigel appeared. I was looking at the schedule again before
- 25:43Speaker 2: I just just basically saw it as, oh, it's just stitching.
- 25:47Speaker 2: But it was a very particular type of swiggle, and
- 25:50Speaker 2: it was giving a letter M a bit.
- 25:52Speaker 4: It was.
- 25:55Speaker 2: It was giving M for maximum or M four from
- 25:58Speaker 2: a phisto. Okay, now this is me like, can.
- 26:01Speaker 4: He wind up maximumfits could be n.
- 26:04Speaker 2: W way Okay I was I'm reaching like it's fantastic
- 26:07Speaker 2: right now. I'm just saying there could be a correlation.
- 26:11Speaker 2: I'm just saying, but he's been saying some weird stuff
- 26:15Speaker 2: and increasingly saying more and more questionable things to where
- 26:19Speaker 2: you are having reactions from the other characters now, including
- 26:23Speaker 2: Agatha looking at him like why would you say that?
- 26:25Speaker 2: You know what I mean, like stuff like yo, we're
- 26:27Speaker 2: trying to get off this road. Why would you be
- 26:28Speaker 2: upset that it ended?
- 26:30Speaker 3: When you know?
- 26:30Speaker 2: And he's extremely knowledgeable, not that you can't be a
- 26:33Speaker 2: knowledgeable team, but he's more knowledgeable than maybe the next team.
- 26:40Speaker 2: So I was just like, are you just are you
- 26:42Speaker 2: truly just a stand or is there something more?
- 26:46Speaker 5: I just want to note that, like, Okay, this is
- 26:50Speaker 5: and this I don't want to We'll go where it goes.
- 26:52Speaker 5: But when he's talking to Alice, the protection witch on
- 26:58Speaker 5: the couch, so what do we see the teen doing
- 27:03Speaker 5: is ingratiating himself with every witch in the coven in
- 27:08Speaker 5: a way where they're kind of like, you know, are
- 27:10Speaker 5: kind of like they kind of have warm at least
- 27:12Speaker 5: non Agatha emotions towards that. I Geta has also warmed up, yes,
- 27:17Speaker 5: but like like really quick for some reason. Not how
- 27:19Speaker 5: they like, not how they feel towards Agatha, Like they
- 27:22Speaker 5: have a different cause like Agatha introduced them to him.
- 27:25Speaker 4: They could like put like her.
- 27:26Speaker 5: They're saying like ugh for Agatha onto him, but they
- 27:29Speaker 5: like are solely warming up to him where they don't have.
- 27:32Speaker 4: Not to Agatha yet.
- 27:33Speaker 5: Right, And when he's talking to Alice, Alice is like yeah,
- 27:40Speaker 5: she opens up and she says something very like she
- 27:43Speaker 5: had got her mother made her get a tattooed when
- 27:45Speaker 5: she was thirteen, right while they were on the road,
- 27:48Speaker 5: and Team says, I also had something very traumatic happened
- 27:51Speaker 5: to me when I was thirteen, boy sixteen, peep.
- 27:55Speaker 4: This three years ago? Was Wanda and Westfield?
- 28:01Speaker 3: That's wicked?
- 28:03Speaker 4: Or was he one of the children.
- 28:05Speaker 5: Whose parents are still did did his parents not wake up?
- 28:10Speaker 4: After wan Dove? Like, what is what's happening?
- 28:17Speaker 3: Damn?
- 28:17Speaker 2: Pusha context cruise is amazing, nigga, ah shit.
- 28:25Speaker 3: This is good. This is this is why I like
- 28:27Speaker 3: this show.
- 28:27Speaker 2: Okay, it's making you think even though there's so many
- 28:29Speaker 2: things being thrown at you with like the answers, it's
- 28:32Speaker 2: still done pretty artistically in a way where it's like
- 28:36Speaker 2: it could lead to a lot of potential answers.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Right, I like this.
- 28:41Speaker 2: Another thing that was thrown at us from the very
- 28:45Speaker 2: beginning was.
- 28:46Speaker 3: The nature of this trial.
- 28:47Speaker 2: So as we learn that as they're gonna be going
- 28:51Speaker 2: down this road, they're gonna be facing a trial that
- 28:54Speaker 2: tests each one of the witches specific specialty.
- 28:58Speaker 4: Right.
- 28:58Speaker 2: This first trial was about the potions, because we were
- 29:01Speaker 2: talking about poisons and antidotes and whatnot, and and and
- 29:05Speaker 2: and greens was up first?
- 29:09Speaker 5: Oh wait, wait, sorry, what's the last thing? Yeah, before
- 29:12Speaker 5: we get away from like a teen and his sidual. Yeah,
- 29:15Speaker 5: like you mentioned, what they say is that every witch
- 29:21Speaker 5: is unable to hear him.
- 29:23Speaker 3: Every witch, Sharon, But did she walk away that back?
- 29:28Speaker 4: But she had walked.
- 29:29Speaker 5: Away very conveniently, very conveniently, and now she did.
- 29:36Speaker 2: You're right, she could have heard and understood all of
- 29:40Speaker 2: that because she's not a witch.
- 29:43Speaker 3: I hate them so bad. I hate what were you saying?
- 29:48Speaker 2: Yes, back to the whole trial and the whole purpose
- 29:50Speaker 2: of the TRIALM what this is about? And and going forward,
- 29:52Speaker 2: every last witch is going to come to their own
- 29:55Speaker 2: version of a trial right away. Again, upon second watch,
- 29:59Speaker 2: I was like, it was right there the whole time
- 30:01Speaker 2: they told you these bitches about to drown, Okay, when
- 30:05Speaker 2: they've pulled up to this house, it's this big, beautiful,
- 30:08Speaker 2: very stufford wise summer house, right and they even change
- 30:11Speaker 2: up And you talked about J Crew last week, they
- 30:13Speaker 2: turned straight up J Crew and all the time.
- 30:15Speaker 3: And I see why you said that.
- 30:17Speaker 4: Can I also say that, yeah?
- 30:19Speaker 5: As an ABC Fanney Revenge, it's said Long Island and
- 30:28Speaker 5: that looks like the summer home of like the rich
- 30:31Speaker 5: people that Emily van Camp who is Sharon Carter that
- 30:35Speaker 5: she was messing with and Revenge, it looks just like
- 30:38Speaker 5: their house.
- 30:38Speaker 4: I'm like, is that the same set?
- 30:40Speaker 3: Yes?
- 30:41Speaker 4: And I'm fine recycled girl, let's get the planet friendly.
- 30:45Speaker 4: But it was it was like, wow, are.
- 30:47Speaker 2: We It might be because that is what the show
- 30:50Speaker 2: is also imbuing, literally is imbuing when we talk about
- 30:53Speaker 2: magic and we talk about just practicality, they're imbuing from
- 30:57Speaker 2: the credits.
- 30:57Speaker 3: You see that all the stories and.
- 31:00Speaker 2: And and pop culture witches and things, and there's things
- 31:03Speaker 2: that they say and do within the episode. Each episodes
- 31:07Speaker 2: that are actually callbacks or references to other stuff we mentioned.
- 31:11Speaker 2: The craft, we mentioned obviously, the the toile in Trouble,
- 31:15Speaker 2: which is the witches going down, you know through the
- 31:18Speaker 2: that scene of the witch I think it's from Sleeping
- 31:20Speaker 2: Beauty or whatever when she goes down into the floorboards
- 31:24Speaker 2: so white, right right right right right, like and yes,
- 31:29Speaker 2: damn near all of them are all like potentially ABC
- 31:32Speaker 2: slash Disney owned so and some type of connection. So, yes,
- 31:38Speaker 2: good observation, that house being very all of that, very revenge,
- 31:44Speaker 2: very separate, you know, very hampty, Yeah, very sag harbor. Yes,
- 31:48Speaker 2: that's all beachfront. That's all beachfront. That in the back
- 31:52Speaker 2: of the house. When they look at the back of
- 31:52Speaker 2: the house, there's like two unbrothers. They at the goddamn beach.
- 31:55Speaker 2: On the porch, there's like a pillow that has a
- 31:58Speaker 2: picture of a crab on it. In the house as
- 32:01Speaker 2: you're I'm looking without the scenes, all the photos on
- 32:04Speaker 2: the walls are women in water floating or like kind
- 32:09Speaker 2: of like descending in the water. It's all like, I
- 32:14Speaker 2: was just like shit, they sharing before they even got
- 32:18Speaker 2: to the house, was sinking, Okay, there are there are
- 32:23Speaker 2: signs and symbols of water and and and and being in.
- 32:27Speaker 3: The water and going potentially down.
- 32:28Speaker 2: In the water all over and even people saying words
- 32:32Speaker 2: like sinking and stuff like that.
- 32:33Speaker 3: So like it. They gave it to us right away
- 32:36Speaker 3: at what this was about. But this was to be about.
- 32:39Speaker 2: And then as you saw towards the end of this trial,
- 32:42Speaker 2: how the house was magically underwater all of a sudden.
- 32:45Speaker 5: So Agatha tried to whenever she got caught out for
- 32:48Speaker 5: trying to like cheek out for trying to cheat, she
- 32:53Speaker 5: tried she like was like throwing she's trying to break
- 32:55Speaker 5: a window. The first thing that happened that same window
- 32:58Speaker 5: she was trying to crack open. It's the same one
- 33:00Speaker 5: that started slowly cracking and leaking water.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Into the collos oil.
- 33:03Speaker 2: And and and maybe like you know, if we go
- 33:05Speaker 2: about your thought notion that they redid they redid the
- 33:10Speaker 2: trials to like a compensate for for Agatha's treachery. They
- 33:14Speaker 2: was just like, oh, no, bitch, anything you do, you're
- 33:16Speaker 2: gonna put your your your cruel.
- 33:18Speaker 3: You want to put your gang.
- 33:19Speaker 2: In danger, right but yang and danger yourself as well,
- 33:22Speaker 2: because it's your fault.
- 33:24Speaker 4: You're in it.
- 33:24Speaker 3: You're with them, right, this is all your fault. You're
- 33:26Speaker 3: not gonna win the trial.
- 33:28Speaker 5: I think that, like I'm interesting, Like I really like that,
- 33:32Speaker 5: like the Battle of Witch's Road does kind of spell
- 33:34Speaker 5: out like how the sequence of the trials and like
- 33:37Speaker 5: the different things people are gonna do. I think it's
- 33:40Speaker 5: also interesting that each person's motivation, you know, for like
- 33:46Speaker 5: why they're on the Liters Road is tied to like
- 33:50Speaker 5: what trial they're gonna have to go through and like
- 33:52Speaker 5: what they need to do to move on. So like
- 33:55Speaker 5: Jennifer's problem is that she's her magic has been bound
- 33:59Speaker 5: and she's trying to bind it. So for her to
- 34:02Speaker 5: craft potion, she has to think reverse engineer. When she's
- 34:06Speaker 5: given the antidote, she has to unbind and unbind her
- 34:09Speaker 5: mind and like remember and like find an education. For Alice,
- 34:16Speaker 5: she has like protection magic, and so she's on the road.
- 34:21Speaker 5: Her motivation to be on the road is to find
- 34:23Speaker 5: her mother, who's supposed to be her protector, so that's
- 34:27Speaker 5: like an ongoing thing.
- 34:28Speaker 4: And then for divination like.
- 34:33Speaker 5: The Diffnation, which like Lilia, she has to think through
- 34:38Speaker 5: like reversal of fortunes, like how like you know, like
- 34:43Speaker 5: knowing the because so she says in the episode two
- 34:47Speaker 5: that one thing about knowing the future is that she
- 34:50Speaker 5: was actively run out of town. She's like, she's also
- 34:53Speaker 5: a tragic figure like from Greek myth Cassandra, where every
- 34:59Speaker 5: she was very accurate in her predictions, but they would
- 35:01Speaker 5: run her out of town or just completely ignore her,
- 35:05Speaker 5: and then whenever something happened, they'd be like, oh, she's
- 35:08Speaker 5: and then they'd runt her out of town kind of thing.
- 35:11Speaker 5: And so for her, I feel like what we're going
- 35:14Speaker 5: to see, like when we see each trial happen, it's
- 35:16Speaker 5: gonna be that person having to do the opposite of
- 35:19Speaker 5: what their like training is to do or whatever.
- 35:22Speaker 4: Like you're like, oh, Jennifer has to reverse engineer, Like
- 35:26Speaker 4: what is protection going to look like?
- 35:29Speaker 5: You know, especially if she's looking for her mother and
- 35:32Speaker 5: then divination, what is like the opposite of like knowing
- 35:35Speaker 5: the future are going to be like rooted in the past.
- 35:37Speaker 5: We did see her past as her vision the hallucination.
- 35:43Speaker 2: Let's talk about their hallucinations actually, because to the idea,
- 35:48Speaker 2: these are very distinct and very let's face it could
- 35:52Speaker 2: be terrifying, terrifying visions that you see traumatized and that's
- 35:56Speaker 2: the better word, traumatizing visions who have the visuals. So
- 36:00Speaker 2: so again I feel so bad from Miss Sharon, Miss
- 36:04Speaker 2: Sharon seeing her like she's back in that and the heck,
- 36:08Speaker 2: seeing her husband getting choked out like.
- 36:11Speaker 5: And she's unconscious, like she's like she's not even like
- 36:14Speaker 5: in a state where she can like you know, trying
- 36:16Speaker 5: to get her mind.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Off of it, and her that broke my heart, her
- 36:20Speaker 2: saying Wanda, Wanda, please let him go.
- 36:22Speaker 3: Please. That broke my damn heart. I was just like,
- 36:25Speaker 3: not again, right? Who then?
- 36:27Speaker 2: Then?
- 36:27Speaker 3: Who else had the visions?
- 36:29Speaker 2: Then?
- 36:30Speaker 5: Then I think the next so they slit off and
- 36:32Speaker 5: it's very Scooby Doo.
- 36:34Speaker 3: It is very Scooby. All right, we're gonna go you
- 36:39Speaker 3: go over you over there, we're gonna find the bad guy.
- 36:41Speaker 2: I don't remember the exact order, but you just whoever
- 36:43Speaker 2: comes to mind for it, you can just mention them.
- 36:46Speaker 5: Yeah, so I think they go the two. So I
- 36:49Speaker 5: thought it was interesting that the two who were so
- 36:52Speaker 5: Jen is on her own because she's putting in the
- 36:53Speaker 5: pushings together and Agatha and Lily I go off together,
- 36:59Speaker 5: and I got, that's the one who's going to have
- 37:00Speaker 5: a dilayed reaction to the postion because she did. She
- 37:03Speaker 5: just drink it before they went off, and then ten
- 37:05Speaker 5: and Alice go off and teen didn't drink. So they
- 37:07Speaker 5: made sure that the person who was going to have
- 37:09Speaker 5: a delayed reaction, it's with the person who's going to
- 37:12Speaker 5: have a licination basically, right. And so I think the
- 37:16Speaker 5: first one we start seeing might be Gens. We just
- 37:19Speaker 5: get like a little inkling of like suddenly the yeah,
- 37:22Speaker 5: what the fuck, room turns blue or something, and she's
- 37:25Speaker 5: like she thinks she sees her mom, but it's not
- 37:27Speaker 5: her mom.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Well no, Jen, Jen, well you oh, you're talking about
- 37:31Speaker 2: the Asian lady were talking about.
- 37:34Speaker 4: Like whatever. Because she was like because the first time she.
- 37:36Speaker 3: Says mom, Jen hit sees a man the first thing
- 37:38Speaker 3: she said.
- 37:39Speaker 4: But she says mom. And then she's like, wait a minute, I.
- 37:41Speaker 3: Didn't ever say mom. She said mom. She said mom,
- 37:44Speaker 3: mm hmm, okay, I don't recall that.
- 37:48Speaker 2: I remember her going to the room turned blue and
- 37:51Speaker 2: it was like she was in a lab, she thought,
- 37:53Speaker 2: or there was a guy. It was the kitchen still,
- 37:55Speaker 2: but that guy who was in that white robe looking thing. Now,
- 37:59Speaker 2: at first I said a lab because it looked like
- 38:01Speaker 2: a like an old school.
- 38:02Speaker 3: Type chemist type ship.
- 38:04Speaker 2: But then it also kind of was giving priests a
- 38:06Speaker 2: little bit like when you baptizing somebody.
- 38:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I was sure, but he did.
- 38:11Speaker 4: I think he gave more chemists, like I think chemist.
- 38:14Speaker 2: Right, or chemists or something like that. So he definitely baptized.
- 38:18Speaker 2: That's probably why I thought that way. But I did
- 38:22Speaker 2: think she was about to say something like dad or mom,
- 38:26Speaker 2: you know, like to your point, I think maybe it
- 38:28Speaker 2: looked like she was about to say because someone else
- 38:31Speaker 2: had mentioned mom. I think that was right after the
- 38:34Speaker 2: protection which saw her mother, and that's probably why it
- 38:37Speaker 2: just carried over to the next thing.
- 38:39Speaker 4: I just thought that it was I think it because
- 38:41Speaker 4: I think they did that. I think they did like they.
- 38:42Speaker 3: Were like they did they did it side by side
- 38:45Speaker 3: and then they did that whose nigga is that?
- 38:49Speaker 5: So that's my thing is again because like they're facing
- 38:53Speaker 5: their trial, like their like worst fears or big trials.
- 38:56Speaker 5: Her big trial is that her magic was bound. So
- 38:58Speaker 5: my theories that that the guy who bound her magic
- 39:01Speaker 5: he was.
- 39:02Speaker 2: When he said I'm disappointing you. I don't fuck with you.
- 39:04Speaker 2: He was like he said something particularly.
- 39:06Speaker 4: You're very you're very inconvenient.
- 39:09Speaker 3: Oh you're an inconvenient woman. Saw might wait a minute.
- 39:12Speaker 3: Who talks like that? Usually it is like a partner
- 39:13Speaker 3: that like, but he said like that.
- 39:15Speaker 5: But he like, again, we know that Gen's magic has
- 39:18Speaker 5: been bound for one hundred and fifty years. That's the
- 39:20Speaker 5: sort of like lingo of someone one hundred and fifty
- 39:23Speaker 5: years ago is to cause someone.
- 39:25Speaker 3: And they looked old timy.
- 39:26Speaker 5: It looked old timy like a chemist instead of like
- 39:30Speaker 5: an apothecary or whatever, you.
- 39:32Speaker 3: Know, like maybe she was working someplace.
- 39:34Speaker 4: And she felt like that's the person who.
- 39:37Speaker 3: Had feelings for him or something.
- 39:39Speaker 5: And I don't know if she have feelings for him,
- 39:40Speaker 5: because I know that being traumatized, you're going to react
- 39:44Speaker 5: to someone even if he once loved them, like m
- 39:47Speaker 5: But she didn't react in a way that she was
- 39:48Speaker 5: like initially like happy to see him.
- 39:50Speaker 3: She was like she was scared.
- 39:51Speaker 2: But I just want to abuse of type relationship non relation.
- 39:55Speaker 2: I don't know, to be okay, fine, protection which we
- 40:02Speaker 2: see she seen him another heartbreaking and she like that's
- 40:07Speaker 2: another heartbreaking imagery, just because we know her whole point
- 40:12Speaker 2: of being here is to find her mother disappear without
- 40:14Speaker 2: a trace, nothing right, you got nothing to go by,
- 40:17Speaker 2: and there's and obviously she's kind of at a dead
- 40:20Speaker 2: end in her life where she nothing's moving the daughter right,
- 40:22Speaker 2: so for her to see her mom after all this time,
- 40:25Speaker 2: it's like, you know, you think it's real. And then
- 40:28Speaker 2: her mom is crying distraught, talking about your grandmother died
- 40:31Speaker 2: the day and she's thousand miles away, and I still
- 40:33Speaker 2: felt it, right, and I'm just like, okay, there's some
- 40:34Speaker 2: witch shit going on. And then her mom just yelling out,
- 40:39Speaker 2: I can't protect you, and another just a tragic, hard
- 40:46Speaker 2: thing to deal with. I just I just I don't
- 40:49Speaker 2: even know because I'm just thinking about that and that
- 40:51Speaker 2: was me and my mom said that to me.
- 40:53Speaker 3: I'll just be on the floor right like, I don't know.
- 40:56Speaker 3: And this is the I mean, the road is abusive,
- 40:59Speaker 3: but goddamn.
- 41:00Speaker 4: And I feel like these hallucinations aren't just like.
- 41:04Speaker 5: You know how whatever you dream and things don't make
- 41:07Speaker 5: sense and they just gonna come together like you know
- 41:08Speaker 5: what they mean sometimes because you like, you know where
- 41:11Speaker 5: this is coming from, but at the same time, you're like,
- 41:13Speaker 5: this doesn't make any sense. These hallucinations feel more like memories,
- 41:17Speaker 5: like they're kind of just.
- 41:18Speaker 3: Like memories, memories, any fun facts or fun note.
- 41:24Speaker 2: When I look back at what they were drinking, I
- 41:27Speaker 2: was just looking at the label. I don't know what
- 41:28Speaker 2: language is in, but it basically says rain I Roja
- 41:33Speaker 2: Red Queen, red Witch, scarlet witch.
- 41:36Speaker 3: They drinking. Now they on that Wanda, Okay, they on.
- 41:41Speaker 2: The reality distortion. Okay, just like when they walked in
- 41:45Speaker 2: the spot and they all all they hold.
- 41:47Speaker 3: Drip change like reality distortion, so all that. Who else
- 41:53Speaker 3: got to think? Okay, this was the most interesting to me. Laila, La, Lilia,
- 41:57Speaker 3: Lilith whatever, home girl.
- 42:02Speaker 2: She's from Italy or whatever the fut Cicily she's from.
- 42:05Speaker 3: She's from some dynasty or some shit. She have the
- 42:09Speaker 3: most wild.
- 42:10Speaker 2: You know, Assassin's Creed type scenery to me, because I
- 42:16Speaker 2: was like, but wait a minute, who's this little princess?
- 42:18Speaker 2: And she started speaking in Italian and and like what
- 42:22Speaker 2: was what was her situation about? I feel like you
- 42:24Speaker 2: might got a better insight than me, but I was
- 42:26Speaker 2: just very intrigued, like, well, what's so propera are we
- 42:28Speaker 2: in right now?
- 42:29Speaker 5: I was looking at like, you know, look, I dabbled
- 42:35Speaker 5: in like historical like fiction and like something in fashion,
- 42:39Speaker 5: like I dabbled there, do I do.
- 42:42Speaker 3: I live there?
- 42:44Speaker 5: It was getting up, it was giving like you know,
- 42:46Speaker 5: like Renatorian area. It was given a Renaissance Renaissance even
- 42:52Speaker 5: before all that, like for Borgias, like like Renaissance era Renaissance.
- 42:56Speaker 3: Okay, oh so like da Vincian on him, yeah.
- 42:59Speaker 5: But a little bit before that girl but before well
- 43:04Speaker 5: but anyways, but it gets so it gave like possibly
- 43:10Speaker 5: the timing of the Inquisition because like you know, the
- 43:12Speaker 5: Spanish or the Inquisition, but so that the Italians and
- 43:15Speaker 5: she's a witch.
- 43:16Speaker 3: She's a witch with that's when it was burning. It
- 43:20Speaker 3: was burning them less.
- 43:22Speaker 5: And it's and it's funny but not funny, hauhuh when
- 43:25Speaker 5: she talks about like because like at the end of
- 43:27Speaker 5: the episode, they get out because the gate out of
- 43:30Speaker 5: the house is through an oven, and she says, I
- 43:34Speaker 5: once had a friend who died in an oven, and
- 43:39Speaker 5: it's right, but at the same time they be burning
- 43:42Speaker 5: witches and she lived through the Inquisition then and then
- 43:46Speaker 5: also there's an illusion I don't I can't remember if
- 43:49Speaker 5: the actors is Jewish, but that might also be.
- 43:52Speaker 2: Like oh my god, please don't please, I really don't
- 43:55Speaker 2: want that to be a Holocaust reference.
- 43:58Speaker 4: I fat it was. It was like just like trying
- 44:01Speaker 4: to be light, but like I.
- 44:02Speaker 3: Really hope not.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Back to just one thing I had just said about,
- 44:07Speaker 2: I immediately got the reference to Hansel and Gretel because
- 44:09Speaker 2: in a story, the witch is trying to eat them
- 44:12Speaker 2: and they end up defeating her and pushing her ass
- 44:14Speaker 2: in of and so that's why I thought they was
- 44:15Speaker 2: getting at again another Yeah.
- 44:16Speaker 5: That's why that's exactly where I went. But I'm like, also, like,
- 44:18Speaker 5: there's so many different layers to that, and I'm like,
- 44:22Speaker 5: I don't know. I also think that to the point
- 44:25Speaker 5: of like Hansel and Gretel, I think every episode that
- 44:28Speaker 5: we've had so far you could probably tie to a
- 44:30Speaker 5: different fairy tale. Like yeah, there's just so many different
- 44:33Speaker 5: aspects of like and that's the thing that's really really
- 44:35Speaker 5: cool about uh which stories is that they have been
- 44:40Speaker 5: around for so long, They've been integrated into like the
- 44:43Speaker 5: mythost for so long that like, yes, they're on the
- 44:49Speaker 5: road and it's like the yellow bick road and you
- 44:50Speaker 5: gotta stay on path and you can't go off of it,
- 44:54Speaker 5: and there's just so many really cool things. And I'm like,
- 44:58Speaker 5: I like that there are leading to like the things
- 45:01Speaker 5: that like again if it's the inquisician, like like that's
- 45:04Speaker 5: something that we like really haven't seen a lot of.
- 45:06Speaker 4: So that's like a good like tying, especially she's that old.
- 45:09Speaker 4: And then like she lift.
- 45:10Speaker 5: Through that, like her trauma's real big trauma and that
- 45:13Speaker 5: her scene was the scariest scene.
- 45:14Speaker 2: It was very I mean it started with like a
- 45:17Speaker 2: nun or something like like a scary looking undead nun
- 45:20Speaker 2: or something, and that was a lot like death coming
- 45:22Speaker 2: behind her was like I thought it was one of
- 45:25Speaker 2: the de mentors, the one of the sailing the mentors
- 45:28Speaker 2: behind her.
- 45:28Speaker 3: What I don't lit it. I was just like, we
- 45:31Speaker 3: gotta go. I just can't. I'm not into that. We
- 45:34Speaker 3: gotta go and.
- 45:35Speaker 4: Had her celto up.
- 45:36Speaker 5: She was speaking in Sicilian to Agatha and a yeah.
- 45:41Speaker 3: She was shaking and you know, and she also be
- 45:43Speaker 3: be just saying shit.
- 45:44Speaker 2: Anyway, when what she said earlier in the in the group,
- 45:47Speaker 2: she was like, oh, you gotta protect Agatha, right, and
- 45:50Speaker 2: Aga was like great, thanks, and then what else she
- 45:52Speaker 2: said she says something else She just blurted out. She'd
- 45:54Speaker 2: just be blurting out shit that obviously is going to
- 45:57Speaker 2: be foresight into what's going to be happening soon, right
- 46:02Speaker 2: wild Also, you last week when you were talking about
- 46:07Speaker 2: the credits, how the credits have images and what's about
- 46:09Speaker 2: to happen and different people were gonna meet and stuff,
- 46:12Speaker 2: there is a very particular striking image of the protection
- 46:16Speaker 2: which is Mom in the credits. So now we actually
- 46:19Speaker 2: get to see her in this episode. So we said
- 46:23Speaker 2: teen didn't drink, so he didn't see anything, and then
- 46:25Speaker 2: the last person to see something get the vision is
- 46:28Speaker 2: Agatha and it goes back to what they were like
- 46:31Speaker 2: about her baby, right like maybe she she traded in
- 46:34Speaker 2: her baby for the dark cold and her vision is
- 46:37Speaker 2: of well, we hear is baby crying and she.
- 46:42Speaker 3: Immediately melts like, oh my god. You know what if
- 46:44Speaker 3: that goes towards it removes.
- 46:46Speaker 2: The blanket thing and it's a baby and it's just
- 46:48Speaker 2: the dark cold and she's you know, screaming, and I'm
- 46:51Speaker 2: just like, well, damn visions, you really did trade your
- 46:54Speaker 2: son and for this or was it like you had
- 46:57Speaker 2: to make a choice and you chose the book, Like
- 46:59Speaker 2: what did you do?
- 47:02Speaker 3: What? What did you do? You know what streacherous what
- 47:04Speaker 3: you do?
- 47:05Speaker 2: Or am I supposed to feel bad for you at
- 47:07Speaker 2: by the end because I'm gonna find out something else happened.
- 47:10Speaker 4: Am I supposed to feel bad because I don't.
- 47:13Speaker 3: Am I supposed to feel bad for that bitch, you know,
- 47:15Speaker 3: the lady of the wheelchair? But I don't know. I
- 47:19Speaker 3: don't know.
- 47:19Speaker 2: And also like at the end of the day, like
- 47:21Speaker 2: you do, Agatha is likable, I will say that, just yeah.
- 47:28Speaker 4: That people can relate to, like your selfish part of you.
- 47:31Speaker 5: You know, you have a selfish part of yourself, and
- 47:33Speaker 5: so when you see someone acting from a place of selfishness,
- 47:36Speaker 5: you're like, I don't love it, but I see where
- 47:39Speaker 5: it's coming from.
- 47:39Speaker 4: Like it's like a it's relatable on that way.
- 47:42Speaker 5: Right right, I don't know if she's Yeah, she's really
- 47:44Speaker 5: I don't I don't know if likable is part of it.
- 47:46Speaker 4: Possibly, but she's relatable.
- 47:49Speaker 3: Yeah, you're right, she's relatable. I say, I like that,
- 47:53Speaker 3: but that bitch is crazy.
- 47:55Speaker 2: But she's more relatable than anything to like the d right,
- 47:58Speaker 2: the part of your what they said, you have your
- 48:00Speaker 2: ego and the it and all that stuff, the one
- 48:02Speaker 2: that's all about whatever you want in the selfishness, that
- 48:05Speaker 2: repellian brain.
- 48:06Speaker 3: Of yours, right like she she feeds right into that.
- 48:09Speaker 2: Yeah, but this was all like the first like very
- 48:13Speaker 2: horror type entry into the series and makes sense, you know,
- 48:18Speaker 2: with it tracking towards Halloween and all this other stuff.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Like I said, there were just throughout the episodes, there
- 48:25Speaker 2: was a lot of random Easter eggs and things in
- 48:27Speaker 2: there and just references right, Like, I don't know specificly
- 48:31Speaker 2: what this was for, but like when she did she
- 48:33Speaker 2: picked up when I got to pick up the object
- 48:34Speaker 2: to try to break out of the house, she picked
- 48:36Speaker 2: up a white queen.
- 48:38Speaker 3: She picked up a giant chest piece which was the
- 48:41Speaker 3: queen piece.
- 48:42Speaker 2: And I don't know that meant something or anything like that.
- 48:44Speaker 2: I already told you about the red Queen wine that
- 48:46Speaker 2: they drank. The fact that the wine refilled itself, that's
- 48:52Speaker 2: just on some magic, creepy shit. But that's also like
- 48:55Speaker 2: to be like I'll say, don't say Jesus turned water
- 48:58Speaker 2: into wine.
- 49:00Speaker 5: The call back to Steven strange with Thor like whenever,
- 49:05Speaker 5: like Thor's like at the like the segments Totorum and
- 49:08Speaker 5: like Thor's and he's like he just keeps refeeling like
- 49:12Speaker 5: more me right right right right, and and Thor's just
- 49:16Speaker 5: like okay, and he's like I feel like.
- 49:18Speaker 4: He's also like he took it like a challenge. He
- 49:19Speaker 4: was like, you think I can't finished this? I got it.
- 49:21Speaker 3: Right right right right right. No, it was giving that
- 49:24Speaker 3: you're right, You're right.
- 49:26Speaker 5: And I wanted to I did not I miss this note.
- 49:28Speaker 5: I'm sorry to the comic fans. You're gonna have more
- 49:31Speaker 5: on this than I do. But I did look up
- 49:34Speaker 5: Lilia when I saw like like those like components of
- 49:37Speaker 5: her story that I'm like, is this related to the Inquisition?
- 49:41Speaker 5: And I think you mentioned last episode that she's a
- 49:43Speaker 5: descendant of kali Astro, like as in the Book of Caliostro,
- 49:49Speaker 5: which which we saw and the Multiverse's madness, like we
- 49:53Speaker 5: saw like that's the sparkling book they were trying to
- 49:56Speaker 5: go after. So like if that is a big like
- 50:02Speaker 5: factor in her story, and like we have the dark Hold,
- 50:05Speaker 5: it is like the anti book and then the big
- 50:08Speaker 5: Calros the other one.
- 50:10Speaker 4: What is that gonna cut tie into?
- 50:12Speaker 5: And like how you know scary her story is also
- 50:16Speaker 5: I think she says, h no, her last thing is
- 50:22Speaker 5: Caldera or like she says something like they're talking and
- 50:25Speaker 5: they keep mentioning caldera and that is cauldron.
- 50:30Speaker 3: In Spanish, or and they turn the sink into a cauldron.
- 50:37Speaker 4: Mm hmm oh.
- 50:38Speaker 2: And also about the whole water thing, miss Green's almost
- 50:42Speaker 2: drowning being dunked in the water all that ship and
- 50:46Speaker 2: also like which is green? Yeah, yeah, And also that's
- 50:49Speaker 2: one way to kill a witch, right to drown her.
- 50:51Speaker 4: So I mean, it's the way to it's not.
- 50:54Speaker 5: The lovely thing about the witch trials is like all
- 50:56Speaker 5: the ways that they like go to like try to
- 50:59Speaker 5: kill you, so which is like if you're not yeah,
- 51:02Speaker 5: and you're just if you're a human, big, this is
- 51:05Speaker 5: how you.
- 51:05Speaker 2: Die, right, this is how you go And and interestingly,
- 51:08Speaker 2: I mean and also it's obviously it's all related and
- 51:10Speaker 2: and interrelated just the ways of with at which witch.
- 51:16Speaker 3: Is damn another time twister can die.
- 51:18Speaker 2: They're all related to very base elements, right, water, fire,
- 51:23Speaker 2: I don't know if air is one of them, but
- 51:25Speaker 2: like you know, you could burn a witch, you could
- 51:27Speaker 2: drown a witch and some other shit. You could probably
- 51:29Speaker 2: you can bind them with certain certain metals stone.
- 51:32Speaker 4: Which is their air. So you're like cutting off their
- 51:34Speaker 4: air when you're stone.
- 51:35Speaker 3: Them bot the ofpting on Earth. But yeah, that too,
- 51:38Speaker 3: damn damn, this is fucked up.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Another reference, Oh, one of the cats when they first
- 51:45Speaker 2: walk into the house, they say huge tiny lies, right
- 51:50Speaker 2: little Yeah, they say huge time Like that was direct
- 51:53Speaker 2: reference to Big Little Lies the actual TV show Starrying
- 51:56Speaker 2: our friend Nicole Kidman here, And I don't know if
- 51:59Speaker 2: you ever watched that show. I have, I don't, Okay,
- 52:02Speaker 2: I don't know if I like, maybe I watched a
- 52:03Speaker 2: few episodes.
- 52:04Speaker 3: But again when.
- 52:05Speaker 2: I talked about how they told you in the beginning
- 52:08Speaker 2: with this was about like it takes big little lies.
- 52:10Speaker 2: The whole show takes place in a beach front town, right,
- 52:13Speaker 2: so I'm just like, and there's all these treachery and
- 52:16Speaker 2: different things going on between the mothers of the town
- 52:18Speaker 2: and whatnot, and that's what you end up seeing here?
- 52:22Speaker 3: What else? What else? In just terms of.
- 52:25Speaker 2: Any Easter Eggs references, callbacks or mages, obviously, the.
- 52:31Speaker 3: Way their dressed is something.
- 52:33Speaker 2: I know, Kales is something about she looks like one
- 52:35Speaker 2: of her customers.
- 52:39Speaker 5: I think I told you last episode, like since I
- 52:41Speaker 5: saw the nails in the end credits, so like that's
- 52:47Speaker 5: something that they actually did make sure that when they
- 52:50Speaker 5: had their like reality work, everyone was with a cute
- 52:53Speaker 5: little French set with either a square or an oval
- 52:57Speaker 5: cut like nail set or whatever, and then as soon
- 52:59Speaker 5: as they came back on.
- 53:00Speaker 4: The road they had their regular degular nels.
- 53:02Speaker 3: You're right, because Acta did have her nails, and I
- 53:04Speaker 3: was I was checking out.
- 53:06Speaker 5: Jennifer, so all of them, even Alice, she had like
- 53:09Speaker 5: they all had their nails. I don't I didn't see
- 53:11Speaker 5: the teens, but everyone else had their nails.
- 53:12Speaker 2: Then I think no, because they just made him all
- 53:14Speaker 2: because they got rid of his eyeliner and everything else, right,
- 53:16Speaker 2: they just made him like Super j Crew, right, So okay,
- 53:21Speaker 2: and what what else did I see there? I don't
- 53:24Speaker 2: know if you saw anything else where, and even like
- 53:27Speaker 2: just any inklings about what's gonna happen.
- 53:30Speaker 3: I mean you, I don't know if you saw all
- 53:31Speaker 3: of episode. For you, I think you did, so obviously
- 53:34Speaker 3: don't tell me anything. But like at the end, besides
- 53:41Speaker 3: Sharon being dead.
- 53:42Speaker 4: Now what.
- 53:44Speaker 3: Like what and what do they do with her body?
- 53:46Speaker 6: Like, oh Jesus that and like I like, now that
- 53:52Speaker 6: we've seen their traumas, what what did we actually know
- 53:58Speaker 6: about these folks and what do they like are they
- 54:00Speaker 6: going to share with each other?
- 54:02Speaker 4: Because while they saw what they went.
- 54:04Speaker 5: Through, the teen makes like an active effort to ask
- 54:08Speaker 5: Agatha what she saw and she don't tell him nothing,
- 54:12Speaker 5: and I don't I don't think the rest of the
- 54:15Speaker 5: crew actually says what they saw yet.
- 54:17Speaker 4: I mean they're trying to move, so they don't really
- 54:19Speaker 4: have a moment.
- 54:20Speaker 2: Yeah, well, well what's her name says tells Tin that
- 54:23Speaker 2: she saw her mom.
- 54:25Speaker 5: Elic's pretty forthcoming though, like if all the witches else
- 54:28Speaker 5: has been like the most like straightforward so far, I think.
- 54:33Speaker 2: And also they didn't have time to like really have
- 54:35Speaker 2: a therapy session right, like they were trying to get
- 54:38Speaker 2: their stuff together.
- 54:40Speaker 3: I did find it.
- 54:41Speaker 2: Interesting that Agtha was being has has been and is
- 54:45Speaker 2: particularly in this episode, being very detective of Teen, Like
- 54:51Speaker 2: at first she was just kind of It's like on
- 54:53Speaker 2: one hand, like she was just kind of being, you know,
- 54:55Speaker 2: negligent mother when he.
- 54:56Speaker 3: Was like can I have a drink? And she was
- 54:58Speaker 3: like yeah, right, and everybody I was.
- 55:00Speaker 4: Like no, and then share it, right because she was
- 55:02Speaker 4: being the mother hen.
- 55:03Speaker 3: It was like got it, like let me take it.
- 55:05Speaker 2: But then fast forward to almost the end when when
- 55:09Speaker 2: they were like, nah, you gotta drink this, Agatha, and
- 55:12Speaker 2: he was just like, you know, well if.
- 55:14Speaker 3: You don't do it, I will, and she was just
- 55:16Speaker 3: like no.
- 55:17Speaker 2: And she said no with a very forceful tone, like
- 55:20Speaker 2: and to me, a protective tone. And Cale looked at
- 55:22Speaker 2: her like, okay, bitch, you know like you care about
- 55:25Speaker 2: this one, like why does it matter?
- 55:27Speaker 4: So?
- 55:27Speaker 2: And Cale's clocking it all because you know, she had
- 55:29Speaker 2: that side conversation with teens. So I'm trying to see
- 55:33Speaker 2: how that's gonna be a play as well that I
- 55:35Speaker 2: could see that being a big play.
- 55:37Speaker 3: I just need to know who this boy is.
- 55:39Speaker 4: That's the that's important question in the room. Here's my thing.
- 55:44Speaker 4: I do think that it's like a worthy like mystery.
- 55:47Speaker 4: I do you think he's doing that.
- 55:48Speaker 5: We're gonna like it's gonna be a payoff, It's gonna
- 55:51Speaker 5: be good, it's gonna be worth knowing. But here's my
- 55:54Speaker 5: thing about having a mystery presented to you from the
- 55:58Speaker 5: beginning is usually hiding and there's something else you're supposed
- 56:02Speaker 5: to be paying attention to you as well.
- 56:04Speaker 3: The answer what Ben has always said.
- 56:06Speaker 2: He says they they the answer is given to you
- 56:09Speaker 2: from the beginning, Like they're not gonna introduce somebody random
- 56:12Speaker 2: and say, oh, that was the answer.
- 56:14Speaker 3: Like the answer is there, and we just don't attention.
- 56:18Speaker 4: That's one mystery?
- 56:20Speaker 5: Is there a bigger mystery that we're not paying much
- 56:23Speaker 5: attention to you? Because everyone's eyes are on this one?
- 56:26Speaker 5: Like what are we That's why I'm like, this is
- 56:28Speaker 5: a clue over here for something else. Here's another clue.
- 56:31Speaker 5: Why don't we know as much about this person? What's
- 56:32Speaker 5: going on over here?
- 56:33Speaker 3: We know act have to hide and stuff, and we know,
- 56:36Speaker 3: like and like.
- 56:37Speaker 5: What's being set up is like the ties to the teens,
- 56:40Speaker 5: like identity Basically it's like, oh is he her son?
- 56:45Speaker 4: Right?
- 56:45Speaker 5: Like so it's kind of interrelated to the teen mystery,
- 56:48Speaker 5: but it's like what are we missing?
- 56:50Speaker 4: Is there something about the Witches Road that we're missing?
- 56:53Speaker 5: And like these particular witches and their questioning like is
- 56:56Speaker 5: there there's something?
- 56:58Speaker 2: And I also feel like they're not gonna It's like
- 57:00Speaker 2: as much as everything's being given to you, I also
- 57:03Speaker 2: don't think they're not gonna be that obvious, like for
- 57:06Speaker 2: it to be the sun right, Like of course we're
- 57:08Speaker 2: gonna suspect him to be the sun, right, and if
- 57:12Speaker 2: that does become the thing, it's like, okay, it's obviously,
- 57:14Speaker 2: but to your point, it's gonna be another twist there
- 57:16Speaker 2: that we've were missing completely.
- 57:18Speaker 5: Especially is I get to truly say on this road
- 57:25Speaker 5: when the uh the Salem seven are breathing got her
- 57:28Speaker 5: neck and they're also a coven possibly.
- 57:31Speaker 2: So oh them niggas was gonna it will be there
- 57:33Speaker 2: by now, like they reopening that door, like at first,
- 57:36Speaker 2: you know, they close the door on it, and it
- 57:37Speaker 2: just seem like they'd be good. But I'm like, to
- 57:38Speaker 2: your point, they are whole ass coven too. They could
- 57:40Speaker 2: open that bitch easy. I thought that was one of
- 57:43Speaker 2: them in the hallucination that Lilian had or Lilith so
- 57:47Speaker 2: whatever her name is.
- 57:48Speaker 3: So I m who knows who? Girl who knows?
- 57:55Speaker 2: I'm seated. I like the show they're doing the thing.
- 58:00Speaker 2: I loved all the tiktoks and people like getting into
- 58:03Speaker 2: it when they were singing the song to get into
- 58:06Speaker 2: you know, Hell's Miami so so to speak. But yeah,
- 58:11Speaker 2: I'm good. I just need them to be careful with
- 58:15Speaker 2: the with the scary not as long as it's not gory.
- 58:17Speaker 3: And bloody and stuff like that. I'm good, but you.
- 58:19Speaker 4: Know, are you like a Freddy Cat?
- 58:22Speaker 3: No, I just don't like it. Think it's disgusting. I
- 58:24Speaker 3: don't like the.
- 58:26Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 58:27Speaker 2: No, like I'm not like most horror movies don't scare me.
- 58:30Speaker 2: In fact, I think they're silly. I don't find that scary.
- 58:34Speaker 2: I just I also, I just particularly don't like coore
- 58:37Speaker 2: and just nasty forsake and nasty.
- 58:39Speaker 3: It's not my thing.
- 58:39Speaker 4: Oh I don't either.
- 58:40Speaker 5: I like, I like creepy things, so like I like
- 58:42Speaker 5: things that are like, actually, it's gonna be interesting, like
- 58:48Speaker 5: I hopefully they don't put too many like.
- 58:51Speaker 4: Fear factorque things in there.
- 58:53Speaker 3: You know, please don't. I don't want to. I don't
- 58:55Speaker 3: want to, please don't.
- 58:59Speaker 2: I'm more the things that that are more scary to me,
- 59:01Speaker 2: or like stuff like Final Destination type shit where it's
- 59:04Speaker 2: just like, yeah it's improblem but it's like this could happen,
- 59:06Speaker 2: but it could.
- 59:07Speaker 5: And I love I love how tiutize our generation is
- 59:10Speaker 5: like anytime a lock to everybody's like nope.
- 59:12Speaker 2: I've literally if I see a truck full of anything
- 59:16Speaker 2: that looks kind of funny, I am not driving nowhere
- 59:19Speaker 2: near behind that truck and fat, I'm getting the fuck
- 59:21Speaker 2: out the way of the moment.
- 59:22Speaker 3: I can not doing it. Y'all got it?
- 59:25Speaker 5: And I'm not in the fair factor stuff because I
- 59:27Speaker 5: think that Jennifer Kales she kind of plays around with that.
- 59:29Speaker 5: When she's like saying the ingredients for things, She's like
- 59:32Speaker 5: the excretions of a like a social insect or whatever.
- 59:37Speaker 2: And the inclusion social insects some shit like that. I'm like,
- 59:40Speaker 2: huh and honey, and that's what I'm saying. The team
- 59:43Speaker 2: knows too much for him to be like, oh you mean, honey, nigga,
- 59:47Speaker 2: how you what?
- 59:49Speaker 5: The team is carrying a notebook too, like they have
- 59:52Speaker 5: like so whenever they had their outfit changes. I guess
- 59:55Speaker 5: that kept her broach Alice was able to make her tabulous.
- 59:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 59:59Speaker 5: And then and the teen is like, wait, where's my notebook?
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: And he had his notebook on him.
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: That's his amulet, dark.
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: Notebook coming ambulet and viewed with powers. What are we doing?
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: That's suspicious? Suspicious?
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: Oh and just the last point. I don't know if
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: you had any more notes or anything, but the last one. Uh,
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: the couse they keeps is a different song at the
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: end of each episode.
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: This song was heads Will Roll by Yeah Yeah yeahs.
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: I don't know, so that was the.
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: I love yeah yeah.
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: By the way, like I recognized I think Karen. I
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: recognize Karen at least there. I recognize her voice right away.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: But heads Will Roll and it's about death.
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: I don't know. So that was my thing? Is that?
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: Like initially when I first watched him, I was like,
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: are they all different songs?
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: Like?
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: But the first two episodes are the Ballad of which.
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: Yeah, the first two episode yeah, and I don't I
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: couldn't tell if it was a different versions. And then
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: if you notice on YouTube they released Disney released the
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: Ballad of which is Road, the Sacred Chant version.
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: Mmmmm, might you talked about that?
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: So after they after it dropped the episode or whatever
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: I want to say, like earlier this week they dropped
- 1:01:12Speaker 5: this one.
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: So does that mean next.
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: Week we're gonna get another version of or the next
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: time we hear about it, which is road, we're gonna
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: have another version dropped on YouTube like a week or
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: so after?
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: You know what they said, Like when it was on
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: the road, there was nothing there.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: They turned around the house with there they said, was
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: that there before Agatha says, stop asking that question, and
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: that's what's happening.
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: But something like these news is gonna lie to us
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: up and down during this series.
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: It's gonna be sleight of hand tricks, misdirection, treachery, it's
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: going to be subterfuge, all of the words. We're gonna get,
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: all of it, all of the magicians, strict shit we're
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: gonna get. And I think it's gonna be a fabulous time.
