6.29 Offer Help Before Someone Asks · Just Enough Joy

Sarahn: Hello, beautiful people. Today is June 29th and today's calendar challenge is offer help before someone asks. It's a beautiful thing when we can lend a helping hand to those we are in community with. It strengthens our community, it builds genuine relationships and it creates joy. When we go out of our way to support people, even when they don't ask for it, we're communicating to them that we see them. That we understand where they may need us or may want us, and it creates a ripple effect of generosity. I help you, you help me. Sometimes in moments when we're not even expecting it. And that's what makes it all the more special. It's so important that we remind ourselves that we belong to one another, that supporting each other reinforces our community and knowing that we can both. Give and receive care creates a deep sense of belonging for us. So today, offer help before it is asked. Joy grows when we notice someone's need before they have to carry it alone. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
