- 0:34Speaker 1: We are Abundant and Aligned.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Hello and welcome back to the Abundant and Aligned podcast.
- 0:45Speaker 2: As promised, you are tuning into an episode where I'm bringing you behind the scenes on my 2024.
- 0:53Speaker 2: And I love listening to episodes like this when other people do it, because, let's face it, we are nosy and we like to know the ins and outs of other people's lives.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Well, at least I do, and I know you guys do as well, so I'm delivering exactly that to you.
- 1:10Speaker 2: If you are nosy and you would love to know the BTS of what went down in my year, the numbers in my business, what worked, what didn't, what I loved, what I hated, what I'm doing in 2025, what I'm leaving behind, then this is the episode for you.
- 1:29Speaker 2: I feel like this is a good one just to listen to while you're driving or going for your walk, because, yeah, you are getting the tea on everything that went down in my 2024.
- 1:41Speaker 2: So let's get into it.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Like I mentioned in the last episode, this has felt like a weird year for me and up until I did my reflection exercise yesterday, I was kind of like what has this year been?
- 1:52Speaker 2: I wasn't really feeling much towards it, so I was comparing it to 2023, which was a huge year of growth, like I call it the year of my quantum leap, because it was just milestone after milestone and I got to the end of that year feeling so accomplished, so happy, so proud and just had this feeling that I didn't have this year until I did my reflection exercise.
- 2:15Speaker 2: That definitely did turn a page, but I don't know why.
- 2:19Speaker 2: But I just kind of felt like this was like an eh kind of year and I honestly think it's been, because it's just been one thing after another this year and I literally just got on my Instagram story and encouraged you all to take a moment and just reflect, recharge and take a breather before you go again next year, to avoid doing what I did this year, and that is just constantly moving on to the next thing and just checking things off your list.
- 2:45Speaker 2: And I think that's what I did this year.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I had a launch after a launch after a launch.
- 2:50Speaker 2: We're obviously planning our wedding and that has involved, obviously, a lot of planning but lots of events, which has been incredible.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Like this year has been incredible, but it's just been nonstop.
- 3:01Speaker 2: And I would finish one thing and then move on to the next, and I've only got myself to blame for that.
- 3:06Speaker 2: I mean, I was riding the momentum and I guess we do need to do that when it's there, but I do believe we can ride the momentum and still take a second to stop and smell the roses, and I definitely did not do that enough this year.
- 3:19Speaker 2: So that is a big lesson for me and something I will be changing in 2025.
- 3:24Speaker 2: I really set the intention that 2025 is a year to live my life more and, you know, continue to grow the business absolutely and continue to create this big, big life that I want, but do so while just enjoying life a little bit more, as opposed to working so much and, as I said, just constantly moving on to the next thing.
- 3:44Speaker 2: More, as opposed to working so much and, as I said, just constantly moving on to the next thing.
- 3:52Speaker 2: But anyways, I wanted to reflect on my year with you guys.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Share the numbers, share what went down in my 2024, what worked, what didn't, my wins, my lessons, my first, all of it, everything that has come from my 2024 reflection.
- 4:01Speaker 2: So let's get into it.
- 4:02Speaker 2: I thought I would share like a summary of my year.
- 4:05Speaker 2: I mean, I share so much on social media.
- 4:07Speaker 2: I feel like you guys are so a part of my life and I love that.
- 4:10Speaker 2: But I thought I would do a little 2024 recap with you all.
- 4:15Speaker 2: As I said, it's been a big year in the business lots of launches, new program, the first ever in-person immersion, but I also celebrated my 30th.
- 4:23Speaker 2: We have had lots of events with the wedding I'm extra like that.
- 4:27Speaker 2: It has been a two year planning period for this wedding and I've done all of the things and I love that about myself.
- 4:33Speaker 2: So it's been a really busy year, both personally and professionally.
- 4:37Speaker 2: It started my year started down at the South coast in Nauru with my family and we brought in the year in such a wholesome way and then, honestly, I feel like I have not stopped since.
- 4:47Speaker 2: But February we booked the venue for our wedding, which was such an exciting day for us, and really kick-started the wedding planning because I feel like we couldn't really do much until then.
- 5:02Speaker 2: March I had my first ever solo holiday.
- 5:05Speaker 2: I went up to Palm Cove for a friend's 30th and I stayed at a resort by myself for four nights.
- 5:11Speaker 2: It was also the launch of the first opening of the Academy.
- 5:15Speaker 2: So that was a bit of a milestone for me and my business.
- 5:18Speaker 2: I always dreamt about launching one of my programs from a resort and that's exactly what I did in March.
- 5:24Speaker 2: So that's how I started March.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I had a couple of other 30th that month, so that was actually a big month of travel.
- 5:31Speaker 2: April I had my bridesmaids lunch at the Tropic, where I asked my bridesmaids to be my bridesmaids.
- 5:39Speaker 2: That was extra.
- 5:40Speaker 2: That was beautiful, exactly like I wanted it to be.
- 5:43Speaker 2: That was extra.
- 5:47Speaker 2: That was beautiful, exactly like I wanted it to be.
- 5:48Speaker 2: I also launched another or the second round of her empire, so in 2024, I ended up doing two rounds of her empire, which, as you guys know, is my business mastermind.
- 5:55Speaker 2: By the way, spots are filling up for the 2025 round and I don't think I'm going to do two rounds next year.
- 6:00Speaker 2: So just a heads up on that.
- 6:02Speaker 2: But we opened up her empire again in April and filled those spots and started another six months in that incredible mastermind which I'm so proud of.
- 6:14Speaker 2: May I celebrated my 30th birthday.
- 6:16Speaker 2: I went home back down to Canberra, my mom and my sister organized and hosted a really beautiful long lunch and I could just sit back and enjoy that with my friends and family, which was really, really special and a 30th of dreams.
- 6:33Speaker 2: June I hosted Recalibrate, which is a free event that I do in the middle of the year, and we had over 500 people register for that event, which I'll be sharing more when I move to the numbers part of this episode.
- 6:45Speaker 2: But that was a really, really cool moment in the business.
- 6:48Speaker 2: I also brought my wedding dress in June.
- 6:52Speaker 2: July we moved house.
- 6:53Speaker 2: See, I told you, this year's been insane.
- 6:55Speaker 2: July we moved house and that was a very last minute move.
- 6:58Speaker 2: We didn't plan to move, but our landlord wanted the house back, so we had to look for a new house.
- 7:04Speaker 2: So we moved and that was exhausting and tiring and I hope to not have to do that anytime soon.
- 7:12Speaker 2: August I spoke at a women's event, which was my second speaking gig, and it was a nice moment because I got up on stage and I felt so confident and I feel like I really got my message across to the women in the room.
- 7:27Speaker 2: So that was a nice moment because the last time I did a speaking gig in October last year so in 2023, I was so nervous and I just felt like what I was saying didn't make sense and it was kind of all of a, it was kind of a blur.
- 7:41Speaker 2: So to go back almost a year later and do it again and just feel so confident and really grounded when I was speaking was a really nice growth moment for me.
- 7:51Speaker 2: So to those who are still fumbling and feel so anxious about public speaking, keep practicing, keep riding the wave, because eventually it will get easier, I promise.
- 8:02Speaker 2: In September we launched the Wealthy Woman, which is now available all the time, guys.
- 8:08Speaker 2: So if you didn't get into that opening of the Wealthy Woman which is my money manifestation course and you want to be a part of that program, you can go over to the website and purchase that at any time.
- 8:18Speaker 2: So just an FYI, that is a really good course to grab if you wanna update your money mindset.
- 8:23Speaker 2: But we did the final live launch of the Wealthy Woman in September.
- 8:29Speaker 2: September was the month I hosted the first ever in-person immersion here on the Gold Coast and it was honestly the most perfect day.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Like I am not shitting you when I say not one thing went wrong on that day.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Everything ran smoothly.
- 8:47Speaker 2: I've done a whole recap on that event.
- 8:49Speaker 2: But everything ran smoothly and like I feel like not many people can sit and say their first in-person event was perfect, not one hiccup, like but it was.
- 8:59Speaker 2: So that was a huge, huge moment for me and my business.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Because up until that point, that was a huge, huge moment for me in my business, because up until that point, everything in my business was online online programs, online events, the mastermind, my podcast, instagram, like it's all online.
- 9:12Speaker 2: And in 2024, I really had a calling to bring more in-person connection into my brand and that was the way that we did that for the first time and it could not have been more perfect.
- 9:23Speaker 2: 2025, I am doing two more events bringing way more in-person stuff into my brand.
- 9:30Speaker 2: So keep an eye out for that.
- 9:31Speaker 2: If you saw the immersion and you had the biggest FOMO, it will be coming back to the Gold Coast in 2025.
- 9:38Speaker 2: And on the agenda is also doing one over in the States.
- 9:43Speaker 2: So if you're one of my clients or listeners who live over in America, then just an FYI, we may get to meet very, very soon, which is exciting.
- 9:54Speaker 2: So that was September.
- 9:56Speaker 2: October, we had our annual family trip down to Sydney, where we go to the races and we watch the footy, and that's always just the best weekend on the calendar.
- 10:05Speaker 2: November, I was a keynote speaker at a women's retreat called Love Collective, which was a really nice moment.
- 10:13Speaker 2: I guess it was like an extension of the immersion because that was just one day, whereas this retreat was a whole weekend.
- 10:20Speaker 2: So we had lots of different parts to that and I really, really enjoyed that, and we'll definitely be considering retreats within my world in the near future.
- 10:30Speaker 2: So if you are someone who loves retreats, or loves the idea of retreats, then that will definitely be coming to the calendar and to my world eventually.
- 10:41Speaker 2: But yeah, in October I went down to sorry.
- 10:45Speaker 2: In November I went down to Shoal Bay and, as I said, was a keynote speaker at that event.
- 10:51Speaker 2: In November I also celebrated my hen's weekend, which you guys seen on Instagram was also perfect.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Honestly, again, my mom and sister I have them to thank for all of this.
- 11:04Speaker 2: They literally do these events.
- 11:05Speaker 2: They're so good at them.
- 11:06Speaker 2: I just turn up like a queen and sit back and drink wine and just lap it all up.
- 11:11Speaker 2: It really has been a year about me.
- 11:14Speaker 2: I keep laughing about that with my friends and family.
- 11:17Speaker 2: My wedding obviously is in the works, so people are getting invites and planning for that, but I had my bridesmaid lunch, my 30th, my hens.
- 11:26Speaker 2: It's kind of been a year about me, but anyways.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Yes, I had my hens in November and now December launching or filling spots for 2025, her empire and the Academy 2025 for those who want the six month payment plan.
- 11:44Speaker 2: So like, oh my God, what a freaking year, a ginormous year, and you can see why I felt like I just have not slowed down this year.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Every single month I've had something massive, on whether it is within the business or personally, and, oh my God, I'm so grateful for this year, like it's been the best year.
- 12:02Speaker 2: But I think that's why I got to the end just feeling a little bit like, oh my God, like what has this year been?
- 12:09Speaker 2: Because it's just been like nonstop and go, go, go.
- 12:12Speaker 2: And I feel like we can still have years like that.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Like I mentioned, I really do think we can ride the momentum and live our life so full, but I feel like we can also stop and celebrate and slow down and just embrace the moments a little bit more, and that's a big lesson from my year.
- 12:28Speaker 2: I probably should have done that more because, reading this out to you guys, I'm like it's actually been the best year and I should have got to the end feeling like that, but I didn't, and I think it's because it's just all blurred into one.
- 12:39Speaker 2: But anyways, that is my year.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Now I want to share my numbers with you guys.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Actually, before I share my numbers, I'm going to share my biggest wins for 2024, my biggest lessons for 2024 and some firsts that have come from 2024.
- 12:58Speaker 2: And then I'm going to share the numbers with you guys.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Now I only want to share numbers not because, like you guys know, I don't.
- 13:04Speaker 2: I like I care about the numbers, but I don't make my future depend on them.
- 13:10Speaker 2: So I don't look at the numbers from a launch and allow that to dictate what the next launch could look like.
- 13:15Speaker 2: I don't look at the number of followers I have on Instagram and allow that to dictate how much money I can make the next month.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Numbers are literally what you want to make them and I have always looked at my numbers like they're enough.
- 13:28Speaker 2: That's why I grew my business to six figures with under 5,000 followers.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Like there's some coaches out there that would say that's not enough followers to grow that much.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Or it's why I've had some quite successful revenue launches with you know, I don't know under a thousand on my email list.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Again, I've never made the numbers mean anything in my business and I make my mindset everything and if I decide on something and I believe in it, it can happen regardless of what the numbers say.
- 13:56Speaker 2: But I did take a look at the numbers this year and I do every year and I'm going to share that with you guys.
- 14:01Speaker 2: But biggest wins from 2024, number one was my revenue, for 2024 was another record breaking year and I again, like when I was looking at the numbers, I was like, wow, I have had an incredible year and I'm really, really proud.
- 14:20Speaker 2: But the revenue for the business this year was bigger than last year.
- 14:25Speaker 2: We are well and truly into six figures, multi six figure brand, which is just insane to say, and just a little moment that I can't believe.
- 14:35Speaker 2: It sometimes like numbers that I once dreamt about, numbers that once felt so far away in my business, especially the early days when I was in Arbonne and all I wanted was to work for myself and get out of my job and it all just felt so far away.
- 14:50Speaker 2: So to sit and look at the numbers, the revenue from this year, and see a huge increase from last year and the year before and be in six figures, well and truly is such a cool moment.
- 15:05Speaker 2: So keep going, guys.
- 15:06Speaker 2: If your income goals still feel far away, I promise they're closer than what you think and just remain excited by what's possible for you.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Remember that income goal is just an energetic frequency that you get to tune into.
- 15:21Speaker 2: It's not time and space away.
- 15:22Speaker 2: It is already existing as a vibration and by tuning into it, by believing in it and feeling worthy of it and expecting it, it can drop in at any point.
- 15:36Speaker 2: So, yeah, if I can do it, so can you, and I always say that to you guys.
- 15:40Speaker 2: But yeah, a huge revenue year, bigger than last year, as I said, well and truly into the six figures.
- 15:47Speaker 2: So that's really, really cool and really, really, I'm really proud of that.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Well and truly into the six figures.
- 15:50Speaker 2: So that's really, really cool and really, really, I'm really proud of that.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Number two was obviously hosting the first ever in-person immersion, which was literally perfect and I'm not just sitting here tooting my own horn for no reason.
- 15:59Speaker 2: It was so perfect the entire day.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Everything ran smoothly, everything was on time.
- 16:05Speaker 2: I loved what I said to the women in the room.
- 16:09Speaker 2: I loved the exercises I guided them through.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Everyone that came was perfect.
- 16:14Speaker 2: The impact that was made from that day like I'm still getting messages from women saying that day literally changed my life.
- 16:20Speaker 2: So it was exactly what I what I wanted it to be and, yeah, for the first event, like my gosh, it just makes me so excited for the events we're doing in 2025 and, you know, in future years.
- 16:34Speaker 2: So that was the second thing.
- 16:37Speaker 2: The third was launching her empire.
- 16:39Speaker 2: So, believe it or not, this is the first year of her empire, which, like the results that have come from this mastermind I don't know why I did not do this sooner, but yeah, so we've had two openings of Her Empire in 2024 and just the women that have been in that mastermind inspire me.
- 17:01Speaker 2: They're so courageous and just the life that they're creating for themselves, their families, is incredible, and I'm so honored that I get to be a part of everything that they're doing.
- 17:12Speaker 2: So we're getting to the end of a whole year of her empire and so much to celebrate that has come from that mastermind, and I'm so excited to do it with whoever is jumping in with me in 2025.
- 17:25Speaker 2: It's bigger and better than ever.
- 17:28Speaker 2: We've got a weekend retreat attached to it, new guest speakers.
- 17:35Speaker 2: I've got all these new business resources in there.
- 17:38Speaker 2: I've just signed up with a coach myself.
- 17:42Speaker 2: I'm in a mastermind, so I'm going to be bringing a whole different energy and, oh, I'm so excited, but, yeah, celebrating the first year of her empire, and such a successful year at that.
- 17:53Speaker 2: The next one was booking our wedding venues.
- 17:55Speaker 2: That's obviously so exciting.
- 17:57Speaker 2: That was booked in February and we are now less than two months out from getting married, which is crazy.
- 18:03Speaker 2: I'm going to be a wife in 2025.
- 18:05Speaker 2: My last name's changing like what the hell.
- 18:08Speaker 2: My last name's changing like what the hell.
- 18:14Speaker 2: So that was on there.
- 18:15Speaker 2: The next was having a team member.
- 18:15Speaker 2: So I had someone in the business working and helping me with the marketing side and obviously I had to pay her for that.
- 18:24Speaker 2: So being able to pay someone for an entire year to support me within the business is something I'm really proud of and it just goes to show the growth that we are creating in the business.
- 18:36Speaker 2: And, yeah, I just love to have having someone in the team as well to bounce ideas around, like business can get a little bit lonely sometimes.
- 18:44Speaker 2: So to have her a part of my brand and a part of my ideas and just to grow with her was really, really special.
- 18:51Speaker 2: So that's definitely on my list.
- 18:55Speaker 2: The next is my average income.
- 18:59Speaker 2: My average monthly income was always five figures, which, again, is just a really special moment, because the income months that I once dreamt about, that once felt so far away.
- 19:11Speaker 2: And now it's normalized and what is now a bad month or a low month once felt on the biggest pedestal.
- 19:22Speaker 2: So again, a reminder to keep going, guys.
- 19:25Speaker 2: What you have put out of reach and what you put on the pedestal will one day be so normalized, if not your bare minimum, and I'm I'm cheering, I'm cheering you on to get to that place for sure.
- 19:39Speaker 2: Um, next is being super, super, super consistent with my morning routine.
- 19:44Speaker 2: It is so a part of my day and in the last episode I mentioned to you guys get a book that you can do these reflection exercises in every single year, and this is like the perfect reason why that's a good example, like this is the perfect.
- 20:02Speaker 2: This is the perfect example of why that is good to do.
- 20:05Speaker 2: And, like I mentioned in the last episode, get a book to do this reflection exercise in every single year.
- 20:12Speaker 2: So do the reflection and then your planning day in this same book, and this is one of the reasons why it's really powerful.
- 20:21Speaker 2: I was reading past years and um, one of my goals was to be more consistent with my morning routine, in particular, meditating and journaling and going to the gym, and I had set a goal in one of the years to do that at least three times a week.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Now I do it five times a week and it is just so part of my day, like it's not forced, I don't have to remember to do it.
- 20:46Speaker 2: I just get up and I meditate and I journal and I go to the gym and it's just so a part of my lifestyle.
- 20:51Speaker 2: So that's why being able to reflect back on previous years is really powerful, because what is now so normal, like I mentioned before, was once a goal or something that you were trying to do, and now it's just who you are.
- 21:03Speaker 2: So that's just a nice moment for yourself.
- 21:06Speaker 2: But, yeah, just being so consistent with my morning routine and you know it's that is literally the reason why my business has grown the way it has and, like I said, I'll share my numbers with you guys in a second.
- 21:17Speaker 2: But you know, yes, I work hard and I show up consistently online and I've created an incredible community within my brand, but none of that, like that's not really what's created the success that I have.
- 21:34Speaker 2: It's my mindset behind all of that.
- 21:37Speaker 2: You know.
- 21:38Speaker 2: It's my mindset that allows me to show up every day.
- 21:42Speaker 2: It's my belief that gets the results that I do.
- 21:45Speaker 2: It's my energy that attracts you guys into my world, and none of this would be possible if I wasn't doing the daily practices like meditating and journaling and taking care of my mindset.
- 21:56Speaker 2: So being so consistent with that is it's nice to have that realization that it is just so a part of my day, because once upon a time it was something that I was striving for.
- 22:08Speaker 2: The next thing on my list is having my first solo holiday, so that was really fun.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Like I mentioned, I went to Palm Cove and stayed at a resort for four nights and I launched the academy from there.
- 22:18Speaker 2: So that was a vision board moment for sure.
- 22:21Speaker 2: I've also got here that every launch was a success.
- 22:24Speaker 2: So every single time I launched a program or a new offer, people purchased and enrolled and loved it and got results.
- 22:32Speaker 2: And I know you might be sitting there saying well, thinking well, duh, like that's your business model.
- 22:38Speaker 2: But again, like there are people out there who are potentially launching programs and they're not filling them up and if that is you, I'm here to help you fill up your programs.
- 22:49Speaker 2: But there's people that go years in business not seeing these kind of results and, again, like I, I I am proud of myself for that and I want you guys to be proud of the results you're seeing yourself.
- 23:03Speaker 2: So, um yeah, like, just don't let anything you're doing in your life go unnoticed, and that's what I love about this reflection exercise.
- 23:12Speaker 2: I launched a whole new course and literally pumped that out in the last four weeks.
- 23:17Speaker 2: So I had the intention of launching becoming the online CEO at the start of the year, but I kept putting it off and procrastinating and it just wasn't getting done and I had set the goal that I would launch that course this year.
- 23:30Speaker 2: So I've made it a part of her empire.
- 23:33Speaker 2: If you're in her empire in 2025, you get access to becoming the online CEO for free, and I set that deadline to make sure that I got this course done and I did, and it's available for purchase.
- 23:45Speaker 2: So if you want to become the online CEO, there is a course there to help you do that.
- 23:49Speaker 2: Congratulations to those who have already grabbed that course.
- 23:52Speaker 2: But yeah, I literally pumped that out in the last four weeks, probably why I'm exhausted and I'm so ready for a break.
- 23:58Speaker 2: But I stuck to what I said I was going to do and I launched the course and I love it and I know it's going to create so much more freedom in people's lives and just help them launch profitable online businesses so they can be making money while living their life and traveling the world and being present with their family and having that freedom that you guys know is so, so important to me.
- 24:21Speaker 2: So, launched the new course, becoming the online CEO.
- 24:24Speaker 2: I've got here that I was just so, like you know, having moments where I've grown in terms of my confidence, like I mentioned, speaking at those events, noticing that I wasn't shaking or nervous.
- 24:37Speaker 2: I felt really grounded, really confident, I delivered my message really concisely and, yeah, that was a growth moment for me.
- 24:45Speaker 2: And then, finally, the free events this year.
- 24:48Speaker 2: So, at the start of the year, new Year Bootcamp, which, by the way, is coming back next year, but it's had a glow up.
- 24:54Speaker 2: It's got a different name, a different vibe more to come on that.
- 24:57Speaker 2: But the New Year Bootcamp and then Recalibrate is another free event that I do in the middle of the year and the numbers.
- 25:03Speaker 2: We saw those events compared to last year is insane, which I'm going to share with you guys in a second.
- 25:10Speaker 2: So they're my wins.
- 25:12Speaker 2: I ended up having 12 of them, but, yeah, I wanted to share and celebrate that with all of you because there's a lot in there that you guys have been a big part of, so thank you for that.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Moving through now to my biggest lessons for 2024.
- 25:26Speaker 2: I've got three that I want to share and, honestly, like we could turn these into affirmations, which is what I love about this part of the exercise.
- 25:33Speaker 2: The first lesson that I have that I want to share with you all is energy is everything, and there were moments in launches where doubt would start to creep in and it showed in the numbers.
- 25:49Speaker 2: So I was able to turn it around by the end of the enrollment period.
- 25:54Speaker 2: But there were days where no one was signing up, no one was engaging on Instagram to do with the offer, and it was literally because I allowed doubt to creep in and it immediately showed.
- 26:06Speaker 2: So this year has been a big reminder of one.
- 26:09Speaker 2: We can turn things around so quick when we tune our energy back to having, as opposed to wanting, but just the impact our energy has on our results and, again, I saw some dips throughout launch periods because I let my energy do that.
- 26:22Speaker 2: So, remember, your energy is everything and you must, must, must believe in yourself, your business, your brand and what you're here to create, and know that people need you.
- 26:33Speaker 2: They need you to show up.
- 26:35Speaker 2: So that was lesson number one.
- 26:37Speaker 2: Lesson number two is, as I mentioned at the start, stop and celebrate more often.
- 26:42Speaker 2: So I definitely should have celebrated those milestones that I've just mentioned, like the income goal, like when we crossed that.
- 26:52Speaker 2: So what I made last year, I, what I made last year, I had already made by August this year and I should have celebrated that, but I didn't.
- 27:01Speaker 2: I just I kept on going, so just celebrating the milestones more and just taking a breath more and then finally enjoy life more.
- 27:11Speaker 2: So, like I said, this year has just been nonstop onto the next thing, onto the next thing, and I really want 2025 to be about living life more, slowing down more, still growing a lot and creating a lot of success, but doing so while just living life more and just knowing that we don't always have to be in a rush to get somewhere and to enjoy every minute of the ride there, and so that's really what I'm taking into 2025.
- 27:39Speaker 2: So some nice lessons for you guys that I'm sure will hit home for a lot of you.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Now just some firsts from 2024.
- 27:47Speaker 2: And this is new for my reflection exercise sharing some firsts.
- 27:51Speaker 2: The firsts were first time hitting the revenue that I did in the year.
- 27:57Speaker 2: First in-person event, first solo networking event that I went to holding space with Grace here in Queensland and it was a founder's dinner and I went by myself and I was so scared but I was so proud and it was honestly the best night.
- 28:13Speaker 2: First solo holiday, first time running her empire and the mastermind and just seeing the insane results that we did.
- 28:21Speaker 2: And then first time speaking as a keynote speaker at that retreat.
- 28:26Speaker 2: So what a year, and I hope yours has been just as impactful and rewarding and successful and if not, let's change it in 2025.
- 28:39Speaker 2: Like literally, if you're listening to this show, my work is for you.
- 28:43Speaker 2: I'm confident in that.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Whether it's the wealthy woman or the academy, or her empire, there is one way or another.
- 28:49Speaker 2: I can help you have incredible growth years.
- 28:52Speaker 2: So just know that.
- 28:58Speaker 2: Now to wrap up the episode, I do want to share my numbers with you guys.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Like I said, I did pull them apart and really looked at numbers this year versus numbers last year and the growth has been insane and, yeah, I thought I would share that with you guys.
- 29:11Speaker 2: But, like I said, don't let numbers dictate what's possible for you next year.
- 29:14Speaker 2: If you do this exercise and you look at your numbers and you didn't see as much growth as what I have, or you thought you would have grown more, or maybe you took a dip, whatever, who cares, don't make it mean anything and go again next year, go all in next year and know that anything is possible for you.
- 29:32Speaker 2: Remember, everything is energy.
- 29:35Speaker 2: The income is energy, your clients are energy, the opportunities are energy, everything is energy.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Time and space.
- 29:42Speaker 2: Do not separate you from them.
- 29:43Speaker 2: Your thoughts and your feelings and your expectation towards them is what separates you, and that you can collapse is what separates you and that you can collapse.
- 30:01Speaker 2: So the numbers now.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Revenue wise, the average annual revenue growth in my business since I started is 253%.
- 30:11Speaker 2: According to the US Bureau of Statistics, the average annual revenue growth for small businesses is typically 10% 10% and we're sitting at 253%, which is wild.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Again, guys, if I can do this, so can you.
- 30:34Speaker 2: So that was a huge moment for me and, like I said, this is what kind of turned my year around, from feeling like what, like what was this year?
- 30:41Speaker 2: To holy shit, jess, no, like this has been insane.
- 30:46Speaker 2: Appreciate this, feel grateful for this, like you are doing enough.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Um 253 average annual annual revenue growth.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Holy shit, guys, we are making an impact.
- 30:57Speaker 2: The ripple effect is in full swing.
- 30:59Speaker 2: Like that number there to me represents the impact that I, but we, are making in this world.
- 31:07Speaker 2: You know, I work with my clients and I change their life and they go out and change someone else's life and then they change.
- 31:12Speaker 2: I work with my clients and I change their life and they go out and change someone else's life and then they change and it's like this huge ripple effect and that's what that number means.
- 31:17Speaker 2: That's what that number means.
- 31:19Speaker 2: So, yeah, we're making waves, guys, and I'm so grateful that you're a part of it.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Free downloads I had a look at as well.
- 31:28Speaker 2: So we have the sleep meditation, shower meditation, the mental rehearsal meditation and some affirmations tracks.
- 31:34Speaker 2: That has gone up by 48% since last year.
- 31:38Speaker 2: Podcast downloads I didn't actually write that down.
- 31:41Speaker 2: I think podcast downloads have gone up by a hundred.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Sorry podcast listeners have gone up by 138% compared to last year.
- 31:52Speaker 2: And then the numbers for New Year, bootcamp and Recalibrate like I mentioned, I don't have what we got last year.
- 31:59Speaker 2: It was definitely so from memory.
- 32:01Speaker 2: New Year Bootcamp last year, in 2023, we had just over a hundred tickets gone.
- 32:09Speaker 2: This year, we had 328 tickets gone.
- 32:14Speaker 2: This year, we had 328 tickets gone.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Recalibrate, last year, I want to say, was maybe around the 100 mark as well, from memory, maybe even a little bit less.
- 32:24Speaker 2: Anyways, this year, 528 tickets gone, 528 of you grabbed a ticket to recalibrate and shifted your life midway through this year.
- 32:38Speaker 2: So, yeah, those numbers show so much growth and I want to share those with you guys because, yeah, I've never been about average results and I never came into business wanting my success to take a long time and because I believed that I could get to where I wanted as quickly as I wanted and I gave my absolute all.
- 33:08Speaker 2: That's why these numbers are the way that they are and, again, like, while these numbers show growth, I've never allowed the numbers to dictate my results, which is why, like, these results are huge, but I only have just over 5,000 followers on Instagram.
- 33:26Speaker 2: I have under 2,000 on TikTok.
- 33:30Speaker 2: My podcast ranks in the charts, but not all the time.
- 33:34Speaker 2: My email list is thousand.
- 33:38Speaker 2: Like.
- 33:39Speaker 2: These aren't huge numbers really, but yet they convert to insane revenue numbers, insane growth year after year, like income months, like it's the proof that if you believe in something, you can have it, no matter what tangible proof you may have in front of you right now.
- 34:00Speaker 2: And it's up to us to you know, like see what we want to see, hear what we want to hear.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Make things mean what we want to hear, make things mean what we want them to mean.
- 34:13Speaker 2: And when you run your life from that point of view, it just gets better and better and better and better and better.
- 34:22Speaker 2: And that's honestly what I want for all of you guys as well, which is why I share these episodes, which is why I bring you behind the scenes, because I'm just like you.
- 34:30Speaker 2: I'm just an everyday woman wanting more in my life and I'm showing up every day to make it happen.
- 34:37Speaker 2: And I always say this but if I can do this, so can you, and I want you guys to know that.
- 34:43Speaker 2: So I hope this episode has inspired you.
- 34:46Speaker 2: I hope it has, I guess, been a nice, honest and vulnerable chat about, kind of like where I've been at.
- 34:55Speaker 2: I'm sure lots of little nudges in there for things to maybe consider in your own life and business.
- 35:02Speaker 2: But yeah, like, thank you for being a part of this growth, thank you for being a part of my world.
- 35:09Speaker 2: You all mean so much to me and know, whether you're a client or you tune into the podcast episode or you follow me on Instagram, like.
- 35:19Speaker 2: I'm just so grateful for you and I want you to know that my love and my energy is beaming through the microphone into your ears right now and I hope you feel that.
- 35:28Speaker 2: So I will see you for one more episode.
- 35:32Speaker 2: We'll talk to you for one more episode to wrap up 2024, a bit of a season finale.
- 35:37Speaker 2: I'll take you very briefly through what you can expect from me in 2025, but mostly, just close down our year together.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Tie a beautiful bow on the year that has been, go away, take a break, reset, recharge, get our spark ready to go for an even bigger 2025.
- 35:56Speaker 2: And I have goosebumps thinking about what we are going to do in 2025.
- 36:01Speaker 2: You know, so much growth, so much impact, so much change.
- 36:05Speaker 2: Most importantly, a year for you to be the woman that you want to be.
- 36:09Speaker 2: So I'm so pumped for that and I'm honored to be a part of it.
- 36:12Speaker 2: No-transcript.
