- 0:08Speaker 1: Terrible advice. It's well in the naughty but Nice. I'm
- 0:16Speaker 1: your host from Shooter. It is Friday. Normally our good
- 0:19Speaker 1: friend Corey Andrew joins us, but today he's traveling. So hopefully, Corey,
- 0:24Speaker 1: you're on a beach in a speedo, enjoying a margat reader.
- 0:29Speaker 1: I hope you are. My friends, don't worry, noughties, We've
- 0:31Speaker 1: got a ton of gossip to get to. Let's jump
- 0:33Speaker 1: into the show. What time is it, my friends? It
- 0:35Speaker 1: is tea time. So Ray Leona has passed away, just
- 0:40Speaker 1: sixty seven years old. The legendary actor who's career defining
- 0:46Speaker 1: performances in crime classics like Good Fellas, died in his
- 0:51Speaker 1: sleep while he was filming a movie in the Dominican Republic.
- 0:56Speaker 1: He was just sixty seven years old. He's been in
- 1:00Speaker 1: a ton of amazing films, including Field of Dreams. Remember
- 1:05Speaker 1: that famous line, if you build it, he will come.
- 1:09Speaker 1: That's Ray and also too. He was filming a brand
- 1:12Speaker 1: new movie called Dangerous Waters when he suddenly passed away.
- 1:18Speaker 1: The cause of his death and the details are not
- 1:21Speaker 1: known at the moment. His fiancee, who's a podcaster and
- 1:25Speaker 1: an entrepreneur, was with him on the movie set when
- 1:28Speaker 1: he passed away. The two just got engaged Christmas twenty twenty.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Sources say they were very much in love and we're
- 1:35Speaker 1: planning to get married very very soon. Let's talk about
- 1:38Speaker 1: his breakout moments that I think we all remember in
- 1:41Speaker 1: the Martin school Casey film Good Fellas. How great was that?
- 1:46Speaker 1: Lorraine Brocko has issued a statement, this is sad, sad,
- 1:50Speaker 1: sad news. Jennifer Lopez also worked with Ray, and she
- 1:54Speaker 1: issued a statement saying he was so kind to her children.
- 1:58Speaker 1: I think he played such a tough guy all those
- 2:01Speaker 1: tough movies, we forget that off screen he was really
- 2:05Speaker 1: really gentle. He leaves behind a daughter, Carson, who's just
- 2:09Speaker 1: twenty three. She was often on the red carpet with
- 2:12Speaker 1: her dad. I saw an interview she did where she
- 2:17Speaker 1: too said what a gentle guy he was, and how
- 2:19Speaker 1: she laughed when she saw that macho guy he played
- 2:24Speaker 1: on screen. Ray Rest in peace, Hey Moving Along. An
- 2:29Speaker 1: x TMZ employee claims that Amber heard staged photographs of
- 2:36Speaker 1: her alleged bruise caused by Johnny depp. So a former
- 2:40Speaker 1: TMZ employee testified at the defamation trial and lifted the
- 2:46Speaker 1: curtain on how stars do work with Papa ARTZI. So
- 2:51Speaker 1: this guy was an assignment manager and he was in
- 2:54Speaker 1: charge of about twenty photographers in Los Angeles. It's like
- 2:59Speaker 1: being in air traffic control that you're in the tower
- 3:03Speaker 1: and all these photographers are like planes circling circling around
- 3:08Speaker 1: l A. You tell them when to land, where to go,
- 3:11Speaker 1: and that was his job. When asked who usually tipped
- 3:15Speaker 1: off TMC, he explained, quote, oftentimes it would be publicists
- 3:20Speaker 1: or managers or agents, B list celebrities and lawyers definitely.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Also lawyers would do this. Now you know, before I
- 3:26Speaker 1: was a gossip columnist, I was a publicist to some
- 3:28Speaker 1: of the biggest stars in the world. J Loo and
- 3:31Speaker 1: did he Alicia Keys, Jessica Simpson, big big stars. I
- 3:34Speaker 1: can confirm publicists do tip off photographers. I've done it
- 3:37Speaker 1: myself many many times. What you do is you call
- 3:40Speaker 1: them up and you tell them where your client's going
- 3:42Speaker 1: to be. So you say, at two o'clock, they will
- 3:44Speaker 1: be at Central Park West and fifty four Street, just
- 3:47Speaker 1: an example, Go and meet them there. They'll get out
- 3:50Speaker 1: of a car. They won't look at you because if
- 3:51Speaker 1: you look into the camera, it's too obvious. It looks
- 3:54Speaker 1: like it was staged. So they walk past you, they
- 3:57Speaker 1: don't look into the lens. You get your picture and boom,
- 4:00Speaker 1: it's all over the world that photograph that you wanted
- 4:04Speaker 1: out there. So this guy from TMZ, he said that
- 4:07Speaker 1: he was instracted to dispatch photographers to the l A
- 4:11Speaker 1: Courthouse on May two, thousand and sixteen, that was the
- 4:16Speaker 1: day that Amber filed for a temporary restraining order against Johnny.
- 4:22Speaker 1: He said that his news producers would not give him
- 4:25Speaker 1: that assignment without verifying the credibility of the source who
- 4:30Speaker 1: set the tip that heard would be filing. So what
- 4:33Speaker 1: he's saying there is they didn't just randomly go to
- 4:36Speaker 1: the l A court House. Oftentimes weeks months go by
- 4:40Speaker 1: and there's no action there. In the celebrity world, they
- 4:42Speaker 1: don't have photographers just camped outside. They get a tip
- 4:45Speaker 1: off from a publicist or a manager. He said, Bliss
- 4:47Speaker 1: celebrities lawyers agents that their client is going to be
- 4:52Speaker 1: there filing, and said that's why they are sitting there waiting.
- 4:56Speaker 1: It's a quick pro quo. It's a mutual relationship between
- 4:59Speaker 1: the liberty and the photographers. So he said they were
- 5:02Speaker 1: trying to capture Amber leaving the courthouse and an alleged
- 5:06Speaker 1: bruise on the right side her face. She was going
- 5:10Speaker 1: to stop, he said, and turned towards the cameras and
- 5:13Speaker 1: display the Brewers on the right side of her face.
- 5:17Speaker 1: So that's how they got such a clear picture. It's
- 5:20Speaker 1: not through a huge lens. Often they know the photographers
- 5:24Speaker 1: are there and they want to be photographs, so sometimes
- 5:26Speaker 1: they stop. They actually stop. They looked to their left,
- 5:29Speaker 1: they looked at their right. They make sure you get
- 5:32Speaker 1: the picture, and then they get into their car. Now
- 5:35Speaker 1: asked if teams got the shot, he replied, yes, we did.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Obviously we got the shot. Now herds team are denying
- 5:43Speaker 1: that she worked with t m Z. He also went
- 5:45Speaker 1: on to describe another time that he dispatched Papa Rances
- 5:49Speaker 1: to a parking lot adjacent to a lure office where
- 5:53Speaker 1: Amber was to appear for a deposition. He was asked,
- 5:57Speaker 1: do you normally send Papa Ranzi to park in self
- 6:00Speaker 1: law officers and he said no, not at all, And
- 6:03Speaker 1: they asked, did you get your shot of Amber and
- 6:05Speaker 1: he said yes, we did. Interestingly too, he talked about video.
- 6:09Speaker 1: So there's a video released to teams of Johnny slamming
- 6:13Speaker 1: some cabinets inside his apartment, So obviously this could only
- 6:18Speaker 1: be captured by Johnny or Amber. There were the only
- 6:20Speaker 1: two people in the apartment, and the video he alleges
- 6:24Speaker 1: were sent through an email tipline to TMZ. The problem
- 6:29Speaker 1: is here is that the only way you can obtain
- 6:31Speaker 1: a copyright to videos is if TMZ shot it themselves.
- 6:36Speaker 1: The only other way is that you have to get
- 6:39Speaker 1: the original copyright owner to give it to you. You
- 6:43Speaker 1: can purchase it from them. So when you see video
- 6:47Speaker 1: inside somebody's apartment, you're not allowed to run that unless
- 6:51Speaker 1: you have permission. You need to either buy the copyright
- 6:55Speaker 1: or you need to have permission from the original owner.
- 7:00Speaker 1: So it's full of suspicions here, which brings us to
- 7:02Speaker 1: our pole question of the day. An x TMZ employee
- 7:06Speaker 1: claims that Amber heard staged a photo of her alleged
- 7:10Speaker 1: bruises from Johnny. Depth. Does this change the way you
- 7:15Speaker 1: feel about Amber? Does this change the way you feel
- 7:18Speaker 1: that she it seems played worked hand in hand with
- 7:22Speaker 1: the paparazzi. Hey go vote on our Twitter page at
- 7:26Speaker 1: Naughty Nice Rob. You can also leave a comment on
- 7:29Speaker 1: our Facebook page and Orty, Gossip and Michelity. Check back
- 7:32Speaker 1: on Monday to hear your results. More legal trouble. Kevin
- 7:35Speaker 1: Spacey has been charged with four counts four counts of
- 7:39Speaker 1: sexual assault in the UK. Kevin the Oscar winning actor
- 7:42Speaker 1: has been charged with four counts of sexual assaults against
- 7:47Speaker 1: three different men that The sixty two year old was
- 7:50Speaker 1: charged following your review of evidence by the Metropolitan Police
- 7:55Speaker 1: after there were a series of complaints dating back to
- 7:59Speaker 1: two thou and and five. Mr Spacey no longer lives
- 8:03Speaker 1: in the UK, so he will not be formally charged
- 8:06Speaker 1: unless he returns to the country, so he's not going
- 8:08Speaker 1: to go back there. In the hurries here, He's also
- 8:11Speaker 1: been charged with causing a person to engage impenetrave sexual
- 8:15Speaker 1: activity without their consent. The charges follow a review of
- 8:19Speaker 1: the evidence gathered by the Metropolitan Police. Mr Spacey spent
- 8:24Speaker 1: over a decade as the artistic director of the Old
- 8:28Speaker 1: Vic Theater in London and was subject to a Scotland
- 8:32Speaker 1: Yard investigation following accusations against him. In two thousand and seventeen,
- 8:38Speaker 1: it emerged that the met Police was investigating the actor
- 8:42Speaker 1: over further allegations dating back to two thousand and five. Hey,
- 8:49Speaker 1: some sort of happy sad news here, Eleanor finally said
- 8:53Speaker 1: goodbye to her show after nineteen seasons. That's over three
- 8:59Speaker 1: thousand episodes, four thousand guests, and over three hundred million
- 9:04Speaker 1: dollars raised for charity. Now the Comeleon is ready to
- 9:07Speaker 1: say goodbye. On a very special episode that aired yesterday,
- 9:12Speaker 1: Ellen announced the end of a show in two thousand
- 9:15Speaker 1: and twenty one after a brutal year of headlines remember
- 9:18Speaker 1: those toxic workplace scandal. In a new interview, she said
- 9:23Speaker 1: she isn't feeling as emotional about the final situation as
- 9:27Speaker 1: she did in the months that she was actually taping
- 9:30Speaker 1: the episodes in late April, so Ellen's already finished work.
- 9:34Speaker 1: These are all pre taped, they edited, so they aired,
- 9:37Speaker 1: but they were definitely not live. She told The Hollywood
- 9:40Speaker 1: Reporter that since she knew the season was about to end,
- 9:45Speaker 1: she wanted to take it all in. She wanted to
- 9:47Speaker 1: remember every one of those last moments. And she said,
- 9:51Speaker 1: it's funny because the last couple of months I was
- 9:54Speaker 1: more emotional than I was the last two weeks, is
- 9:57Speaker 1: what she told the publication. I got really emotional about
- 10:00Speaker 1: two months ago, but that last week I wasn't really
- 10:03Speaker 1: because I just wanted to enjoy it. This is so important.
- 10:06Speaker 1: She really wanted to enjoy it. I was working a
- 10:09Speaker 1: lot and she wanted to be there. In the moment,
- 10:13Speaker 1: she got really emotional. Her last guest to Jennifer Anderson.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Pink was there to her friend Pink, who wrote the
- 10:18Speaker 1: theme song to to the show, Jen was there. Jen
- 10:21Speaker 1: was the very first guest, the very first guest ever
- 10:24Speaker 1: to be on the Ellen Show, so it was appropriate
- 10:27Speaker 1: I think for her to to end the show. It
- 10:29Speaker 1: was a lovely, touching game. I know, I know Ellen's
- 10:32Speaker 1: disappointed us. I know those scandals, those accusations have been really,
- 10:36Speaker 1: really hurtful. But I think Ellen has made a huge difference.
- 10:40Speaker 1: And she said this on the show. Twenty years ago.
- 10:42Speaker 1: When she started, she couldn't say the word gay, she
- 10:44Speaker 1: couldn't talk about her wife because gay marriage was not allowed.
- 10:47Speaker 1: The world has changed in twenty years, and I think
- 10:50Speaker 1: some of that is because of Ellen and also to
- 10:52Speaker 1: She talked about being compassionate and bring enjoy into people's lives. Oh,
- 10:58Speaker 1: we have a bit of a dig here. So Paul
- 11:00Speaker 1: Wilson has taken a dig at the Royal family after
- 11:03Speaker 1: meeting Harry. She has. She made her stance very clear
- 11:07Speaker 1: on the royal family and all the drama. On a
- 11:09Speaker 1: new Instagram post, she met up with Harry during a
- 11:13Speaker 1: recent polo match. Of course, so fancy, and she took
- 11:17Speaker 1: a picture with him. It's adorable. It's on Naughty gossip
- 11:20Speaker 1: dot com. She captioned the picture equipped Team Harry. Now
- 11:24Speaker 1: will some people think she might be referencing his polo match.
- 11:28Speaker 1: She could be. There's also a double meaning here. In
- 11:31Speaker 1: twenty Harriet and his wife Megan shot the world when
- 11:35Speaker 1: they stepped away from the Royal family. They're no longer
- 11:38Speaker 1: senior members of the family. Inside his time, the rebel
- 11:42Speaker 1: knows exactly what she's up to here, Team Team Harry.
- 11:46Speaker 1: A little bit of good news here though. They are
- 11:48Speaker 1: going to go back to the UK with their two children,
- 11:50Speaker 1: Archie and Lillibert, to take part in the jubilee celebration
- 11:55Speaker 1: that's starting very very soon. It's going to commemorate the
- 11:59Speaker 1: Queen's seventy years on the throne. So the two of
- 12:03Speaker 1: them are not going to be on the Royal balcony,
- 12:05Speaker 1: but they will be there inside. As a telling me,
- 12:08Speaker 1: the royals are very excited to see Harry and Megan
- 12:12Speaker 1: and most importantly too, yes they live Little Archie. They've
- 12:15Speaker 1: never met Little Lily, that the Queen is finally going
- 12:18Speaker 1: to meet Lily Bert, who was named after her. Hey,
- 12:22Speaker 1: quickly before we get a break, former Real Housewife of
- 12:25Speaker 1: New Jersey Caroline Manzo's saying she would love to return
- 12:29Speaker 1: to the show to not the s h you know
- 12:31Speaker 1: what out of Teresa Judici or so. She was doing
- 12:35Speaker 1: her son's podcast LB and he asked her about returning
- 12:39Speaker 1: to the show, and she said that she would love
- 12:42Speaker 1: to return to knock the you know what to Teresa. Verbally,
- 12:46Speaker 1: she put that into not physically, but I want to
- 12:48Speaker 1: put her in her place. She said, I am tired.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I am tired of certain things. I am tired of her,
- 12:55Speaker 1: Teresa opening up her very uneducated math and using me
- 12:59Speaker 1: as a web to say that I was the one
- 13:02Speaker 1: that spearheaded her I R S claim and stuff like that.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Teresa thought that she really did. She thought Caroline tipped
- 13:10Speaker 1: her off to the I R S. She said, sometimes, crazy,
- 13:15Speaker 1: you've got to smack the bully, and I'm more than
- 13:17Speaker 1: happy to smack the bully. She wasn't holding back at all.
- 13:22Speaker 1: She did say though, that she doesn't think Bravo can
- 13:24Speaker 1: afford her anymore. She said, Bravo doesn't want to pay me.
- 13:27Speaker 1: So guess what, Bravo, you don't get this for free.
- 13:31Speaker 1: You don't get the Dame for free. They are paying Teresa,
- 13:35Speaker 1: I'm sure an exorbitant amount of money. Karen I wants
- 13:38Speaker 1: the same amount of money to return. We all think
- 13:41Speaker 1: these housewives get millions and millions of dollars. It's not true.
- 13:45Speaker 1: They do very well. It's in the hundreds of thousands,
- 13:47Speaker 1: like to fifty thousand. It's a lot of money, but
- 13:50Speaker 1: it's not the millions and millions of dollars that they
- 13:54Speaker 1: put out. I think or their people sort of imply
- 13:56Speaker 1: they do really well from it. But they don't make
- 13:59Speaker 1: millions and millions. It's just impossible. Their ratings on a
- 14:02Speaker 1: cable network, if they get a million people an episode,
- 14:06Speaker 1: they just can't afford to pay all the cast members
- 14:08Speaker 1: a million. It's impossible. It's impossible. You've gotta have a
- 14:11Speaker 1: hit like Jennifer and Friends on NBC with about ten
- 14:16Speaker 1: million people watching to make that sort of money. So
- 14:18Speaker 1: a lot of money, but not quite the sword of
- 14:21Speaker 1: money those ladies like to pretend they are earning. Hey,
- 14:24Speaker 1: we're going to take a quick break and we will
- 14:26Speaker 1: be right back. Welcome back to the naughty but nice
- 14:30Speaker 1: I'm your house. She had a coreys off to day.
- 14:32Speaker 1: But don't worry, naughties, we're in this together. Hey, let's
- 14:35Speaker 1: get to the polls that the dar did you sing along?
- 14:38Speaker 1: Thank you very much. Last year we talked about Caitlin Jenna,
- 14:41Speaker 1: who wasn't invited to Courtney Kardashian's Italian wedding. Should they
- 14:46Speaker 1: have invited her? Let's have a look, oh said no,
- 14:50Speaker 1: Caitlin's trouble. They're not close, They're not friends anymore. They
- 14:53Speaker 1: didn't talk anymore, and Caitlin does talk about them all
- 14:56Speaker 1: the time in the press. She does. She has loose
- 14:59Speaker 1: lips that Kate and so no, she shouldn't be invited.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Oh ouch, don't forget to vote on today's poll. Go
- 15:05Speaker 1: to our Twitter page at naughty nys rom Facebook is
- 15:09Speaker 1: naughty him? Hey, why don't we do our nicest stuff?
- 15:12Speaker 1: The day, Kim Kardashian is apologizing to her family for
- 15:18Speaker 1: how Kanye treated them. So on a new episode of
- 15:21Speaker 1: the Kardashians, we got to see Kim's reaction to finding
- 15:25Speaker 1: out that her husband or her ex husband, I should say,
- 15:28Speaker 1: Kanye West was putting out a song about her. She said, well,
- 15:31Speaker 1: very classy, good for you, Kim, and then she went
- 15:34Speaker 1: on to say Kanye is coming out with a new
- 15:36Speaker 1: rap song. Her sisters were like what Kendall was like,
- 15:40Speaker 1: that means he's talking mad stuff about us. I'm probably
- 15:44Speaker 1: saying whatever. Chloe was like quotes, most men are not
- 15:48Speaker 1: trashing the mother of their kids like like that publicly.
- 15:51Speaker 1: We don't have to sit here and throw stones back.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Just take it on the chin. So she's saying, just
- 15:58Speaker 1: take it, don't fight back, is furious about it. Chris Jenna,
- 16:01Speaker 1: the mommy, said you're the mother of his kids and
- 16:05Speaker 1: I've done nothing but be great to him. That's really
- 16:08Speaker 1: true as well. Chris went on to share when people
- 16:12Speaker 1: are saying disparaging things about us, it hurts all of
- 16:15Speaker 1: us because one day to our kids are going to
- 16:18Speaker 1: grow up and they're going to see that, and it's
- 16:21Speaker 1: something they're going to be very very aware aware of.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Kim added that it's never going to stop. And all
- 16:27Speaker 1: I can do is control how I react to something.
- 16:30Speaker 1: I can't control how he treats me, you know, or
- 16:33Speaker 1: how he treats you guys. Then, in her confession all
- 16:36Speaker 1: away from the family, she said, I do realize the
- 16:39Speaker 1: impact that my relationship has had on my family, and
- 16:43Speaker 1: I've never had the opportunity to just say I'm sorry, guys. Kim,
- 16:48Speaker 1: this made me really emotional. Goodness, gracious, have you ever
- 16:53Speaker 1: brought somebody into your family's life who has not been
- 16:56Speaker 1: a good guy, good person, a good girl. Oh it's complicated,
- 17:00Speaker 1: isn't it, Kim. We're sending you the best and nicest
- 17:03Speaker 1: of the day now, our naughtiest, naughty, naughty, naughty. It's
- 17:06Speaker 1: Britney Spears. His dad, So Britney Spiers, his lawyer is
- 17:09Speaker 1: demanding that her father, Jamie sit down for that deposition.
- 17:13Speaker 1: It's been going on months. Britney's lawyers are accusing her farmer,
- 17:17Speaker 1: Jamie Spears, of refusing to sit down for a deposition.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Months after he was suspended from her conservatorship. He filed
- 17:26Speaker 1: a motion the lawyer did to compel Jamie to be deposed,
- 17:30Speaker 1: stating that quote. He still not has appeared for his
- 17:34Speaker 1: deposition since he was first given notice on October one.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Jamie has failed to comply with any of the rules
- 17:44Speaker 1: and the lawyer went on to say, quote, Mr Spiers
- 17:46Speaker 1: can run, but he cannot hide from his legal obligations.
- 17:52Speaker 1: He went on to say that after using his daughter's
- 17:54Speaker 1: money for more than thirteen years to fund his own
- 17:57Speaker 1: legal expenses, for the first time, Mr Spears will now
- 18:01Speaker 1: have to pay his own legal fees. And naughtiest of
- 18:05Speaker 1: the day makes me mad. Third day. Years he had
- 18:08Speaker 1: Britney's money, he had her life in her hands, and
- 18:11Speaker 1: now that she's free from him, they have some questions
- 18:14Speaker 1: about that money, about what he did all those years,
- 18:18Speaker 1: and he's decided he's above the law. He doesn't want
- 18:20Speaker 1: to doesn't want to do it. It doesn't work like that, Jamie,
- 18:23Speaker 1: does not work like that. You've got to do that deposition. Hey,
- 18:26Speaker 1: let's end with a moment of rob. You're gonna Robbie,
- 18:28Speaker 1: Robbie gooda rob. I want you to really listen to this,
- 18:31Speaker 1: because smart people fail all the time. When I worked
- 18:34Speaker 1: to Jessica Simpson, goodnesseners, I love Jessica and I saw
- 18:37Speaker 1: her have more than her fair share of failures, including
- 18:41Speaker 1: her marriage with Nicholas Sayer. And get this, when Jessica failed,
- 18:45Speaker 1: it was in front of the whole world watching and judging.
- 18:48Speaker 1: But Jess got up. She never gave in. She got
- 18:51Speaker 1: back up, and that taught me what success really was.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Success is getting back up. You can hail all the time,
- 19:02Speaker 1: get back up and and that's how you are going
- 19:05Speaker 1: to succeed. I know it, my friends, I just know it.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Hey Vancent for this week. Thank you so much for
