A paradigm shift is a radical change in a person's or organization’s way of thinking and doing. Pretty much the whole modern American church needs a paradigm shift, shown clearly by our failure to affect our culture in a godly way and win our country to Christ. This type of shift means we have been thinking and doing things wrong. We need a change that will produce exponential and lasting growth in the church.
