  SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Flourishing Fat.
• 0:10
  SPEAKER_01: I'm returned here.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_01: I am helping really hot.
• 0:15
  SPEAKER_01: I'm a coach for Navajo.
• 0:17
SPEAKER_01: We can apply with a cop.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_01: You can apply and take it to the card.
• 0:29
  SPEAKER_01: Wisdom.
• 0:30
  SPEAKER_01: Enjoy.
• 0:34
SPEAKER_01: Watch your life and relationship to begin to do it.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_00: Until you embody the information, that's what it actually turns into wisdom.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: So today what we're going to talk about is like what actual changes or differences do you experience when the divine feminine enters into alignment and union.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: Like it becomes a part of you and it becomes a way of being.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: So here's some uh ways of observing, um, noticing uh feeling, seeing, hearing those shifts and changes when we really start to actually experience the divine feminine coming into a full alignment and union within you and with all of your systems.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_00: So we're going to talk about this first part, which is our movement comes from groundedness instead of momentum or pressure or force.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_00: That's that's something to really consider, and you know, we think about the way that we used to do movement, a lot of times it came from tension, or a lot of times even from wanting to resolve uncertainty or unsafety, or from trying to close loops, meaning trying to shift patterns that have been playing out for so long that you're just tired of creating them.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: That whole every time I turn around, there I am again.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: Or if you continue to do what you've always done, you're always gonna get what you've always gotten, and you're just darn tired of creating what you've always created.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_00: You really want something different.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: Um, but when this shift happens, now movement arises only when there is an internal coherence and a drop from being more in your mental down into your heart, and um we we don't necessarily move to secure a connection or safety, we move because the body just says, okay, now body and heart, really, and um so this is why our timing becomes uncanny with all of this.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_00: It's not rushed, but it's not delayed, it's exact or precise or intentional, very conscious and intentional.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: So another thing that we want to address here is how our nervous system becomes the primary authority in this shift.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: Um because united and embodied aligned feminine energy lives in the body before it lives in language.
• 5:19
SPEAKER_00: Our choices and our decisions are no longer filtered through like mental justification or external reassurance or symbol seeking or um sign seeking, um, those kinds of things.
• 5:39
SPEAKER_00: We or even rationalization, mental rationalization.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_00: We allow the body and the heart to lead and the mind follows.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: That's um that's a really different way of of living, but it and and growing and expanding.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: It's it's a completely whole new way of moving out of that inner separation into embodied coherence.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: Um, in this, peace is not a reward that we earn after everything all works out.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: Peace is the precondition for engaging.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: Like you feel peaceful, you feel aligned, you feel grounded, and you feel flow.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: And like we've talked about in past podcasts, you feel warmth, you feel warmth, a gentleness, a warmth, uh just a knowingness, a calmness.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_00: And that goes to say that our nervous system is really regulated.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: Um, anything that costs it costs us our regulation is instinctively declined.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: It's noticed, it's acknowledged, it's validated, and we we ask ourselves, what are the costs here?
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: And then we instinctively decline because it just literally becomes the way that we choose in to that again that embodied coherence.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: Um, the next thing is our desires become self-sustaining.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: So we still definitely desire deeply, but our desire is no longer outward seeking, and it doesn't ask to be mirrored to exist, it circulates internally, nourishing our creativity, our sensuality, and our presence.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: And so our desires are that, our values are that, is our ability to nourish ourselves, to have really beautiful self-compassion, and working through flow and warmth and joy, and those kinds of things working through our creativity and our sensuality and our presence.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: Like that's where we want our foundation to lie, and desires stop pulling us toward um things, it actually anchors us inward.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: So our desires are driven from a state of beingness.
• 9:15
SPEAKER_00: So instead of the have do be paradigm, like I have to have this or do this in order to be peaceful, we just choose that peace, we choose that self-compassion and that presence and sensuality and creativity within us, that inner sense of belonging and knowingness of who we really are as a divine feminine being.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: And then, okay, so the first paradigm that is in is not supportive of the feminine is the well, I have to have this, then I'll do this, and then I'll be this.
• 10:04
SPEAKER_00: It's let me be in this co you know, embodied coherence and divine feminine, and united with that beingness, and then I just naturally will do, and then have because of cause and effect and natural universal laws, we just have.
• 10:37
SPEAKER_00: Um we have the relationships we want, we have um the adventure that we want to experience, we have even what we desire physically, as far as abundance and prosperity.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_00: So again, desire stops pulling us forward, pulling it, anchors us inward, our desires anchor us into that space.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_00: Oh, this can be deep, and I would love to break all of this down, and I will in future podcasts.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_00: I'm just giving you some things to ponder and to chew on and think about and start to encourage and invite you to look at what you're truly valuing.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: So um the next one, now remember, these are changes that happen in our lives, things that we can, you know, viscerally feel or literally see, um are our relationships with uncertainty transform.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_00: We don't rush to define outcomes, and we don't fill silence with meaning.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: We we allow things to unfold.
• 12:16
  SPEAKER_00: That's that's part of flow.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: Um, we don't have to define an outcome per se.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: We just let things unfold and get curious and be aware and observant, and um than to not always be searching for ways to feel silence with some sort of meaning.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: We're okay to just be silent with ourselves and feel that sense of belonging within.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: And we also see a shift in knowing that clarity is something the body receives, not something that the mind forces.
• 13:03
  SPEAKER_00: Ah, that's a big one.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_00: The well, I'm gonna say that again.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_00: Clarity is something that the body receives.
• 13:11
SPEAKER_00: So we feel it in the womb space, we feel it in the gut, we feel it in the heart center.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: It's not something that the mind tries to force.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_00: Um being in the divine feminine does come from us, you know, accessing that womb space, that um creative center and our heart, and even our throat chakra, you know, with our voice.
• 13:45
SPEAKER_00: Um, it's so listening to that again.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna say it again, we we know that clarity is something the body receives, not something that the mind forces.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_00: That right there literally could be a podcast on its own.
• 14:04
SPEAKER_00: I mean, my my whole body is just like feeling this excitement and passion and um creativity towards just that specific topic.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_00: So I will make note of that and we'll cover that more in depth as well.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: Um this is another amazing one, and that is waiting or letting things unfold without needing that, you know, that have to, need to, ought to, should to define an outcome.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: It's waiting no longer feels like deprivation, it feels like alignment ripening, or uh, you know, watching a flower bloom or something ripen or something grow.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: You place the seed, and then you just kind of see the breaking of the soil, and then pretty soon a little teeny type of green leaf begins to just poke through the broken soil.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: It's that's another way to imagine it, but this waiting no longer feels like deprivation, like we're going without, we're going without, we're waiting, we're having to wait and wait and wait and wait.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_00: It just feels like alignment ripening.
• 15:39
  SPEAKER_00: So that's that's flow again.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_00: That is just that characteristic, that divine characteristic and value that we that we look towards and um want to move into.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: Here's the next one that chaos loses its allure or its um validity.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_00: So validity once felt like aliveness, intensity once passed for intimacy, but in the divine feminine energy, the nervous recalibrates, and then stability sets in, which begins to register as depth.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_00: Consistency registers as devotion, and presence registers as power.
• 16:46
  SPEAKER_00: Let's say that again.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_00: Stability registers as depth, consistency registers as devotion, and presence registers as power, and that is in that coherence, that alignment.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_00: The nervous system just naturally goes in and recalibrates that for us.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_00: And we just absolutely no longer need stimulation to feel real or alive.
• 17:19
SPEAKER_00: Just breathing, just being can feel very much alive.
• 17:28
SPEAKER_00: I've in my years of doing a lot of different coaching and mentoring um and facilitating, I've I've found that it's very difficult for a lot of women to just be to even like I I am a forest and nature therapy guide, and to ask someone to just go sit by a tree and be with that tree for 10 minutes is one of the hardest things they'd ever done.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: Like to just be with a tree.
• 18:06
SPEAKER_00: Just feel it, maybe watch it, but listen.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: It it's pretty interesting to see how that very thing how people just want stimulation.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_00: They're always silence drives them crazy, stillness makes them feel they're not like they're not c accomplishing something, or getting from A to Z, or um, you know, experiencing some visceral um excitement or exhilaration, like riding a bike and or water skiing or running, and which none of that's bad, but or wrong.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_00: It's just we really no longer need.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: Notice that word need stimulation to feel real or alive.
• 19:03
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, here's another one.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: External forces stop governing our center, our power center, our mind.
• 19:17
SPEAKER_00: Money, recognition, influence, none of those things can destabilize us.
• 19:28
SPEAKER_00: Like that can't get us off center.
• 19:32
SPEAKER_00: The lack of money or the lack of resolution recog or recognition or influence, none of those destabilize us.
• 19:43
SPEAKER_00: They can move around us and we can be aware of them and be curious, but it doesn't we don't allow it to move through us and be be part of us that we embody or align with.
• 20:01
  SPEAKER_00: We definitely can notice.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: We can be thankful for recognition, we can um desire or we can uh ch aspire to be of great divine influence, but that it that's something that moves around us, not necessarily through us.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: Um and we can engage without being seduced.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: This listen to these we can engage without being seduced or coerced, and we can receive without losing orientation, and we can lead without hardening.
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: I love that last one.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: We can lead without hardening.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: I was just talking to someone today, and they were talking about a teacher that they had, and it was a woman teacher, and she was this gal I was talking to was saying, man, she was just so hard and abrupt and brash, and everything had to be a certain way, and she was always yelling and forcing and pushing to you know accomplish you know some certain task, and and she goes, it none of us felt safe in the class.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: Um, sometimes in athletic sport, you know, in sports like tracker, you know, different things, a coach will get very intense and will yell and become very passionate.
• 21:44
SPEAKER_00: And sometimes that can be motivating for some people, but I love this idea to lead without hardening.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_00: That becomes a whole different kind of leadership from a whole different type of.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_00: Intention and foundation.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: It's definitely more of the divine feminine.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_00: Um, then there's nothing external that replaces her internal axis.
• 22:14
  SPEAKER_00: That's that alignment.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_00: Nothing outside of ourselves external can replace.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_00: We can sometimes, you know, be definitely affected a little bit and get off of our internal axis, get a little off balance or a little off-center, but we don't allow anything external to replace our internal axis or compass.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_00: Okay, we're getting so close to really um wrapping this actual podcast up, but I just want to cover a few more things, and then like I said, in future podcasts, I will break these things down even more.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: So emotional activation becomes informational, not personal.
• 23:12
  SPEAKER_00: I love this one.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: Emotional activation becomes informational, not personal.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: It gives us information, but we don't personalize it, we don't tag it or um you know anchor it to our identity.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: So triggers no longer hijack our identity and when when something becomes activated.
• 23:43
SPEAKER_00: And what we choose to do, and how we choose to um stay in that alignment, that in that embodied coherence, is by observing, always observing before reacting.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: So our goal is always to respond from our internal compass that we've been talking about, and from our value system being in the divine feminine.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: And so again, we observe before reacting, or I would rather say actually responding, because there's that wonderful equation that says event plus event, which we're always having events, event plus so E plus R equals O.
• 24:43
SPEAKER_00: The R is either you react or you respond, and then that is always going to create your outcome.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_00: So an event plus a reaction could get a very different outcome than an event plus responding equals outcome.
• 25:08
SPEAKER_00: Um another thing that we strive to do in feminine alignment and in the divine feminine um characteristics and values is to we allowing ourselves to feel without narrating and adjust without collapsing.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_00: I'm learning that one really big right now because there's times when I just want to collapse and cry and feel all these emotions, which it's fine to feel emotions, but I don't want to feel them to the point I collapse, to the point they completely take over.
• 25:56
SPEAKER_00: I can feel them and allow the emotion to move through my body as I choose to observe, and I can feel it, but I don't need to narrate, narrate all of those feelings, or give a story to all of those feelings so I can adjust without collapsing.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_00: This is one I'm really, really working on to embody and align, stay aligned in these values and characteristics of the divine feminine.
• 26:38
SPEAKER_00: Activation reveals where integration has already occurred.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_00: There is no shame in sensation, no urgency to fix, and no story to prove.
• 26:51
  SPEAKER_00: Ah! I love it.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: I love it, I love it, I love it.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_00: Um so many times we spend so much time trying to prove our narrative.
• 27:05
SPEAKER_00: And when we can just breathe embody in that place of warmth, self-compassion, vulnerability, alignment, groundedness, we don't have a story to prove or a narrative to prove.
• 27:30
SPEAKER_00: Okay, connection deepens without drama.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_00: So in truth, as we get into these deeper connections and relationships, we can do it without drama because our irrational field begins to grow quieter.
• 27:57
SPEAKER_00: It just becomes quieter, we become less irrational and reactive, which creates a space for less tension, less emotional theatrics, and less push-pull and far more truth.
• 28:16
  SPEAKER_00: Living in our truth.
• 28:20
SPEAKER_00: And connections are no longer built through intensity or built through mutual nervous system safety, which that's taught a lot.
• 28:33
SPEAKER_00: Um, and those who meet us stay, and those who cannot will naturally just fall away.
• 28:44
SPEAKER_00: And love becomes a state, not an exchange.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_00: I really do love this part too.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_00: Um, we no longer are doing love.
• 28:56
SPEAKER_00: We we want reciprocity, and so we do want to be in the state of love, but it's again, it's a beingness of love instead of doing love.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_00: Love is how we listen, how we pause, how we choose.
• 29:21
SPEAKER_00: That's the that's the momentum or the state of beingness that we um choose to listen with, and we choose to pause with, and we make choices from, is that state of love.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_00: It becomes literally a state of beingness, and if affection no longer requires demonstration, and care no longer requires sacrifice.
• 29:56
  SPEAKER_00: Think about that one.
• 29:59
SPEAKER_00: That's back in that have do be paradigm.
• 30:03
SPEAKER_00: That's when we go into well, caring comes from sacrifice.
• 30:09
  SPEAKER_00: Let's rethink that one.
• 30:12
  SPEAKER_00: Let's get back into the be-do-have.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: When we're in our state of beingness, of love, be love is a state and can be, if you choose that.
• 30:26
  SPEAKER_00: It's not an exchange, it's a state.
• 30:31
SPEAKER_00: And so care no longer requires sacrifice.
• 30:35
SPEAKER_00: It's just what we want to do, what we can do, what we're able to do, what we choose to do or choose to be.
• 30:44
  SPEAKER_00: I apologize for that.
• 30:46
SPEAKER_00: What we want to be, what we choose to be, what we can be.
• 30:51
SPEAKER_00: Um our presence alone communicates devotion when we are in that flow of energetic embodied coherence.
• 31:09
SPEAKER_00: Um, this is another one, and union is no longer a future event.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_00: We are not moving toward union, we are not preparing for it, and we're not waiting for it.
• 31:24
SPEAKER_00: Union when we you when we enter into the union of divine feminine within us, it's an internal condition from which we now live.
• 31:39
SPEAKER_00: And from this condition, um others do begin to respond differently, and opportunities organize differently, and paths open up without force, and we create from you know passion and flow and joy and being not because we demand alignment, but because coherence reorganizes reality.
• 32:12
SPEAKER_00: Really think about that one, not because we demand alignment with the feminine, but because being cohesive and coherent with that state of beingness, it just begins to reorganize our reality.
• 32:33
SPEAKER_00: The divine feminine is a very unified energy.
• 32:40
SPEAKER_00: It's not always striving to attract and proving readiness, and it's not reaching out for something, it's inhibiting ourselves or inhabiting, sorry, inhabiting ourselves fully, feeling that true sense of belonging with ourselves, and nothing inside of us is split, and nothing inside of us is negotiating, and because of that, everything that meets us meets us in a place of wholeness.
• 33:23
SPEAKER_00: And this is like this is what I'm really desiring.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_00: This is that state of beingness that I want to walk this planet in.
• 33:41
  SPEAKER_00: This state of beingness.
• 33:43
SPEAKER_00: And it's you know, it's gonna take curiosity and it's gonna take being very conscious and allowing and letting things unfold, but we can keep we can keep our eye on the tar on or keep our eye moving forward, our desires clear, and our values um aligned with these principles that I've been sharing with all of you.
• 34:23
SPEAKER_00: Um it's it is about true alignment with our truth, with our true identity, our truth of who we are inheritantly, and and that just feeling a sense of belonging within and within ourselves.
• 34:43
SPEAKER_00: So um I just wanted to share these.
• 34:48
SPEAKER_00: I've been able to kind of put some words together that explain and maybe demonstrate and draw the picture, or set the stage, maybe a way of saying it, for you to just give some thought to this desire to see the changes that happen when our true divine feminine enters into union and alignment, and how we can move from that inner separation and disconnection to a literal embodied coherence.
• 35:36
SPEAKER_00: That I believe is an awakening.
• 35:39
SPEAKER_00: That is how we awaken, how we truly come alive from the inside out, and how we can live from our womb space, creative center, and from our heart with love and passion and sensuality and joy and vulnerability and playfulness, playfulness.
• 36:09
SPEAKER_00: And uh so I just leave these thoughts and ideas and concepts with you to ponder about and perhaps listen to this again and take some notes.
• 36:22
SPEAKER_00: But the challenge I want to leave you with is this one that this one specific thing.
• 36:34
SPEAKER_00: Uh the desire I'm looking through my notes here.
• 36:41
SPEAKER_00: Um okay, that just that love becoming our state of beingness, that that's like who we are, and that we love in how we listen.
• 37:05
SPEAKER_00: And that's different than loving to listen.
• 37:08
SPEAKER_00: We are in a state of love, a state of beingness, that we are love, that our heart beats from the momentum and from the power of love.
• 37:23
SPEAKER_00: And to love in how we listen, love how we pause, and how we choose.
• 37:41
SPEAKER_00: Love as our state of beingness is how we listen, how we pause, and how we make choices.
• 37:56
SPEAKER_00: And that the presence, our presence alone communicates devotion.
• 38:04
SPEAKER_00: First of all, to ourselves, and to even perhaps our higher self, and our higher um source, the universe, God, Heavenly Father, whatever you choose to call that.
• 38:26
SPEAKER_00: Our presence alone communicates our devotion to our higher source, to our higher self, to us, and that will transfer over to those that we love and are in relationship with.
• 38:44
SPEAKER_00: So I would just invite you to practice that.
• 38:49
SPEAKER_00: Love when you listen, and it's just about setting an intention.
• 38:55
  SPEAKER_00: Take a breath.
• 38:57
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna listen from a state of beingness, that beingness of love when I listen, when I pause, and when I make choices.
• 39:10
SPEAKER_00: Okay, this is probably a good time to just close this specific podcast.
• 39:19
SPEAKER_00: And I just hope that you found it inspirational and give and inviting and valuable with a lot to think about and get curious about.
• 39:32
SPEAKER_00: And I would just ask you that if this has been something that you would like to share or have a conversation with um with someone else about these concepts and principles, share this podcast with someone that that you'd you know you would perceive would find it helpful or interesting, or bring more clarity to some questions perhaps that they may have.
• 40:03
SPEAKER_00: And then subscribe, rate, and review on your favorite platform.
• 40:08
  SPEAKER_00: Feedback is always welcome.
• 40:11
SPEAKER_00: And just want to remind you that you can visit my website, awakenedacademy.io.

SPEAKER_00: Now, on there, there is a space where you can make an appointment for a personal alignment session, discovery session.
• 40:33
SPEAKER_00: And there's also just some few a few little videos that you can purchase for a very small donation that just has some really other basic concepts, maybe that don't particularly relate to the divine feminine, but that are just helpful for everyday life and situations and um things to consider to enhance your life and make it better.
• 41:07
SPEAKER_00: And then um think about joining me for another one as I start to actually dissect these principles that we've talked about today and maybe give them a little bit more attention and awareness and dive deeper into each one of those.
• 41:27
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for joining me today, and I look forward to connecting with you again on another episode of Flourishing Femme.
