- 3:31law, restricts firearms in certain public areas,
- 3:35and introduces measures against untraceable ghost
- 3:38guns. Critics, including firearm owners and Second
- 3:43Amendment advocates, have already initiated efforts
- 3:46to place a repeal question on the 2026 ballot.
- 3:54Now on to sports. Michael Jordan is making a
- 3:59triumphant return to NBC as a special contributor

- 4:42this iconic era. In local sports. Last night

- 5:59lead. Despite Jason Tatum's impressive 42 points
- 6:04and 16 rebounds, Boston couldn't close the gap.
- 6:07and everyone is very concerned with how Tatum
- 6:10went down in the fourth quarter. It looked like
- 6:13it could be an Achilles injury. The teams head
- 6:17back to Boston for Game 5 on Wednesday, giving
- 6:20the Knicks a chance to close out the series against
- 6:22the hostile crowd at TD Garden. In top news,
- 6:28the United States has suspended livestock imports
- 6:32from Mexico due to a threat from the New World's
- 6:34screwworm, a dangerous parasite. U .S. Secretary
- 6:39of Agriculture Brooke Rollins stated the ban
- 6:42will be enforced on a month -by -month basis
- 6:44to protect American cattle. The parasite was
- 6:48recently detected within 700 miles of the U .S.
- 6:52border. Rollins emphasized that this is not about
- 6:56politics or punishment of Mexico, but rather
- 6:59focused on food and animal safety. Mexico's agricultural
- 7:03leaders argue that established protocols ensure
- 7:07cattle are free from the parasite, but discussions
- 7:10for a resolution are ongoing. In business news,

- 9:06Let's talk science. The Doomsday Glacier, known
- 9:10as Thwaites, poses a significant threat to coastal
- 9:14cities worldwide. Researchers from the British
- 9:18Antarctic Survey endure extreme conditions to
- 9:21study this vast ice flow, which is losing ice
- 9:24faster than it accumulates. Thwaites currently
- 9:28contributes to approximately 4 % of sea level
- 9:31rise. Its complete meltdown could raise global
- 9:35sea levels by half a meter, displacing millions.
- 9:39Although some scientists propose geoengineering
- 9:42solutions, such as thermosiphons to freeze the
- 9:45glacier, challenges remain. As climate change
- 9:48accelerates, the future of Thwaites remains uncertain,
- 9:51urging immediate action and research. And in
- 9:58entertainment news, Nicolas Cage is back as the

- 10:56Coffer. And he said, In times of change, learners
- 11:01inherit the earth, while the learned find themselves
- 11:05beautifully equipped to deal with a world that
- 11:08no longer exists. And that's a wrap for this
