Sarahn Says: Hello, hello, beautiful people. Today is Thursday, June 4th. And today's calendar challenge is play music from your cultural background. This month of June, we are celebrating connection, keeping our hearts open to meaningful relationships and cherishing other people and being present with others. And really being present with others is being present with yourself. So we're finding ways. all month long to celebrate presence and connection, culture and community. Today's calendar challenge is really rooted in the joy that comes when you tap into sounds that are true to your heritage. True to your nationality or your ethnicity, whatever parts of yourself, whatever parts of your cultural background you love to celebrate, we're doing so today. I love music. It's also Black Music Month. Music is just a beautiful way to celebrate our heritage and our history. So today, play music from your cultural background. Maybe it's reggae, maybe it's soca, maybe it's ⁓ bachata, maybe it is jazz, maybe it is classical. Whatever feels true to you, tune in today and celebrate the connection of who you are and how you relate and connect to those around you through the art of music. Music is such a beautiful way to tap into joy. And remember, just enough is more than enough, Sarran says.
