- 0:10Speaker 2: Hinta virus? Yeah, the virus, haunt virus.
- 0:12Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I was kind of out of touch with
- 0:14Speaker 1: it last week. But I guess the people on the
- 0:16Speaker 1: cruise ship a lot of people were able to evacuate.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Yeah. I think there was like twelve or thirteen Americans
- 0:21Speaker 2: on board.
- 0:22Speaker 1: This woman's viral rant on TikTok ask people to stay quarantined.
- 0:25Speaker 2: You guys see this, So.
- 0:26Speaker 3: The people owned the boat with the haunt of virus
- 0:28Speaker 3: and they want to get off. Well, I ain't trying
- 0:30Speaker 3: to be heartless and cruel, but no, no, no, y'all
- 0:32Speaker 3: can't get off. Stay out there, listen. Let them control
- 0:35Speaker 3: it while y'all out there in the water. Go out
- 0:37Speaker 3: on the bathroom and do whatever y'all need to do.
- 0:39Speaker 4: We don't need no motion.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Over her spreading and taking us out. I'm sorry now,
- 0:45Speaker 3: I'm not again, I'm not trying to be insensitive. I
- 0:48Speaker 3: understand y'all got families, y'all got kids, y'all want to
- 0:51Speaker 3: get to what y'all want to do come home and
- 0:52Speaker 3: the fake.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Them, right. Yeah, I mean she got a point.
- 0:56Speaker 4: It is pretty crazy. But I think like everything I've
- 0:59Speaker 4: seen online about that is like, are we preparing for
- 1:02Speaker 4: another pandemic here? It's like it's too soon to have
- 1:04Speaker 4: more unprecedented times? No for sure? Like when was do
- 1:08Speaker 4: we know when the last like like pandemic or epidemic?
- 1:11Speaker 4: It wasnavirus before coronavirus, Like when was Yeah, it was
- 1:16Speaker 4: something it was like swine flu or SARS something else. Yeah,
- 1:19Speaker 4: like twenty sixteen or something.
- 1:21Speaker 2: But it didn't really hit the stage.
- 1:23Speaker 4: It wasn't as bad as it was shut down. Yeah,
- 1:26Speaker 4: that was crazy.
- 1:27Speaker 1: So you guys know when you call a customer service
- 1:30Speaker 1: on hold forever and they hang up when you you're
- 1:31Speaker 1: so pissed because you can't get back.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Yeah, you know that happened to the Pope. What.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Yeah, it was call this bank's customer service line to
- 1:40Speaker 1: change the information on his account, and the lady was like,
- 1:43Speaker 1: you know, you need to come in and do it
- 1:45Speaker 1: in person, and he was like, well, he really can't
- 1:48Speaker 1: do that, and then he said, well what if I
- 1:52Speaker 1: told you I'm Pope Leo?
- 1:53Speaker 2: And the lady just hung up on him.
- 1:57Speaker 4: It was actually him.
- 1:58Speaker 1: It was real.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, I saw this like a meme of
- 2:02Speaker 4: Pope Leo, and it made me literally lo ol. It
- 2:05Speaker 4: was like the devil wears Praduct, but the Pope wears Nike,
- 2:08Speaker 4: because he was walking in his robe and wearing Nike
- 2:10Speaker 4: Air Force one.
- 2:12Speaker 1: This is a father Tom McCarthy telling the story.
- 2:15Speaker 5: Two months in he calls his bank to change his
- 2:18Speaker 5: phone number, and so he gets a lady says, yes, ma'am,
- 2:21Speaker 5: I'm Robert Prevos, I'd like to change. She asked all
- 2:23Speaker 5: the security questions and then and oh, I'm sorry, sir.
- 2:26Speaker 5: It says here you have to come in person. And
- 2:33Speaker 5: he said, well that's not gonna. I'm not going to
- 2:36Speaker 5: be able to do that. Would it matter to you
- 2:38Speaker 5: if I told you I'm Pope Leo?
- 2:41Speaker 2: She hung up on him.
- 2:44Speaker 5: Could you imagine being known as the woman who hung
- 2:48Speaker 5: up on the Pope.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Speaking of religion, AI is really everywhere a Buddhist group
- 2:56Speaker 1: has ordained a humanoid robot named Gabby.
- 2:58Speaker 2: I saw it.
- 3:00Speaker 6: It's like this whole uh, you know, like a ceremony
- 3:03Speaker 6: and you see this robot walking down in front of
- 3:05Speaker 6: these monks. And it's still got a robe on, and
- 3:07Speaker 6: like these giant robot hands.
- 3:08Speaker 2: It's really creak out.
- 3:09Speaker 5: Man.
- 3:09Speaker 4: That just seems like not right.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Well, yeah, you're saying a robot has a soul. Yeah,
- 3:15Speaker 2: that's weird.
- 3:15Speaker 4: Crazy.
- 3:16Speaker 1: So there's a lot of wearable tech out there right now,
- 3:18Speaker 1: right smart watches, fitness rings, earbuds, and now there's a
- 3:21Speaker 1: beanie that they say may be able to read your
- 3:24Speaker 1: thoughts and might be able to translate your thoughts into
- 3:26Speaker 1: a text on a separate device.
- 3:28Speaker 4: That would be bad news for me. I say a
- 3:30Speaker 4: lot of things that need to be.
- 3:34Speaker 2: That's not a great neighborhood my brain. It's really scary
- 3:38Speaker 2: and darkness.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Sometimes, you know, when you're at the gate at the
- 3:41Speaker 1: airport and your bording time is so long way off,
- 3:44Speaker 1: but you're still you're waiting. You need information. Most of
- 3:48Speaker 1: us know, well, there's no one working the gate yet.
- 3:50Speaker 1: This guy who's gone viral because he grabbed a handheld
- 3:53Speaker 1: intercom and demanded service at Delta. At one point, a
- 3:56Speaker 1: pilot nicely tells him to go to another gate. But
- 3:58Speaker 1: this is what happened.

- 4:27Speaker 2: saying I could go somewhere else. So does anybody want
- 4:32Speaker 2: to help with customer service?
- 4:34Speaker 4: That's so funny. I like that first on how he
- 4:36Speaker 4: wasn't outing himself. He was like, there is a customer here.
