- 0:12Speaker 1: All right, we're having issues with the system. Amen's keep
- 0:18Speaker 1: on its doing this thing early in the morning. It's
- 0:22Speaker 1: like the computers go to sleep and wake up, just
- 0:25Speaker 1: like human beings go to sleep and wake up. It
- 0:27Speaker 1: looks like the computer's karag this morning, but we're here
- 0:30Speaker 1: on the morning. DeVos, you broke, Sam Lopez A kadj
- 0:33Speaker 1: Sam Rock. Today we're talking about temporary satisfaction. Many people
- 0:40Speaker 1: are looking for a quick, fixed, temporary satisfaction, something that
- 0:43Speaker 1: will relieve the pain, something that will make them forget
- 0:47Speaker 1: problems and issues in life. And men they're using things
- 0:51Speaker 1: to try to escape reality, their own reality, Amen, and
- 0:55Speaker 1: they're looking for a temporary satisfaction. Making worldly things doesn't
- 1:02Speaker 1: add up to what you think will happen in your life.
- 1:06Speaker 1: You can probably think, well, if I do this and
- 1:08Speaker 1: I stack it with this, and I stack it with
- 1:09Speaker 1: the next thing, you're probably thinking, yeah, that's gonna that's
- 1:13Speaker 1: gonna make things happen. Right. So, and if you're like me,
- 1:20Speaker 1: you kind of rent down that route years ago, or
- 1:23Speaker 1: maybe you're going down that route right now, and you
- 1:25Speaker 1: start realizing now that doesn't necessarily work. It doesn't necessarily
- 1:30Speaker 1: necessarily add up to something that's going to fix an
- 1:33Speaker 1: issue or fix a problem. It's a temporary satisfaction. Today
- 1:37Speaker 1: in the morning, DEVO, we're gonna be in Hebrews, chapter
- 1:39Speaker 1: number eleven, verse number twenty five. Like Man, we're gonna
- 1:42Speaker 1: be in that scripture today. So if you have any questions, comments, concerns,
- 1:46Speaker 1: or any prayer requests, please don't hesitate to leave it
- 1:49Speaker 1: on a live chat. That's what we're here for. We're
- 1:51Speaker 1: here to engage, we're here to communicate. We're here to
- 1:54Speaker 1: just speak truth and love, and we're concerned for what
- 1:59Speaker 1: you're concerned about. God is concerned with every single detail
- 2:02Speaker 1: that we're concerned about. Amen. So we have a God
- 2:06Speaker 1: in heaven right, the Father who loves. We have the
- 2:09Speaker 1: Son who saves, and we have Holy Spirit, who gods
- 2:12Speaker 1: and man, we have three and one, and we serve
- 2:15Speaker 1: one God, not three gods. And every single time I
- 2:19Speaker 1: come up in a situation of my life, I can
- 2:21Speaker 1: rely one hundred percent on the Holy, true, living, Righteous God. Amen.
- 2:28Speaker 1: He's God that demonstrates his own love, demonstrates his word,
- 2:33Speaker 1: demonstrates his faithfulness. Amen. His power, his grace, his mercy,
- 2:37Speaker 1: his authority, all of it, We have it all in
- 2:41Speaker 1: the Lord Jesus. Amen, seeking worldly things doesn't add up
- 2:45Speaker 1: to what you think will happen in your life today
- 2:48Speaker 1: in the morning DEVO temporary satisfaction. Amen. So let's pray first.
- 2:52Speaker 1: After we pray, we'll shut us out for like sixty seconds,
- 2:55Speaker 1: shot us out. Help me shut us out to as
- 2:57Speaker 1: many people as possible. Amen. Even if you're not watching

- 3:35Speaker 1: check in with us as well. So let's pray, Father,
- 3:39Speaker 1: I thank you so much for your life giving power,
- 3:42Speaker 1: your word, which gives life, your light, which illuminates and
- 3:46Speaker 1: exposes all darkness. I thank you, Lord God for your power,
- 3:50Speaker 1: your love, your grace, your mercy, your authority. I thank you,
- 3:53Speaker 1: Lord God, that you have a complete satisfaction ready for us,
- 3:58Speaker 1: for our souls to be completely satisfied through your word,
- 4:02Speaker 1: because of what you have done through the Lord Jesus Christ.
- 4:05Speaker 1: I pray Lord God, that those including myself, who have
- 4:09Speaker 1: any idea or bring up ideas of seeking temporary satisfaction,
- 4:15Speaker 1: look God, that you would remind us that those temporal satisfaction,
- 4:20Speaker 1: that temporary satisfaction is exactly that temporary. Help us have
- 4:24Speaker 1: an eternal mindset, Help us to be fulfilled and filled
- 4:29Speaker 1: with your holy spirit, that we would know that eternal
- 4:33Speaker 1: satisfaction is available through you, by you, Because of you.
- 4:37Speaker 1: I pray I headge the protection of our minds right now, physically,
- 4:41Speaker 1: emotionally and spiritually. I pray that over every single person
- 4:44Speaker 1: that's watching and listening right now. I pray, Lord God,
- 4:46Speaker 1: that you will get the glory, honor, worship, and praise
- 4:50Speaker 1: every single time we come together and engage in your
- 4:52Speaker 1: word and talk and speak life towards one another. So
- 4:56Speaker 1: I pray the power of love that will overcome all
- 4:58Speaker 1: obstacles be evident in this morning Devo and moving forward
- 5:04Speaker 1: in Jesus Holy Name. Amen to that. Amen. So let's
- 5:07Speaker 1: go for it. Help me share this out sixty seconds.
- 5:09Speaker 1: After the sixty seconds, we'll come back and we'll get
- 5:11Speaker 1: right into our scripture Hebrews eleven twenty five. I'll be
- 5:14Speaker 1: right back. Man, We're back, We're back. Let's go for it. Man,
- 6:29Speaker 1: Let's see what the Word of God has for you
- 6:31Speaker 1: it has for me today. The word of God is
- 6:34Speaker 1: relevant all the time. Every time you read the Word
- 6:36Speaker 1: of God is always true. Every time you read the
- 6:38Speaker 1: world of God is always relevant. Every time you read,
- 6:40Speaker 1: the Word of God is always full of power. All
- 6:43Speaker 1: we have to do our part to play when we're
- 6:46Speaker 1: reading the Word of God. Our part is to apply
- 6:48Speaker 1: the Word of God in our day to day so
- 6:51Speaker 1: that way we can see if truly the Word of
- 6:53Speaker 1: God works in your life and in my life. Ay Man,
- 6:56Speaker 1: there's no mystery about the Word of God other than
- 7:00Speaker 1: don't know how God does things certain times right. But
- 7:03Speaker 1: his word is evident and it's plain. Amen. As a
- 7:06Speaker 1: matter of fact, the Bible does say that he makes
- 7:08Speaker 1: his word plain in our days. Amen. He's not speaking
- 7:12Speaker 1: in riddles. He's not speaking in mysteries. He's speaking to
- 7:14Speaker 1: us plainly by way of His Holy Spirit. So we
- 7:18Speaker 1: have what we need. Amen, in the Word and the Bible.
- 7:22Speaker 1: The book, Amen, doesn't contain the Word of God. The
- 7:26Speaker 1: Bible is the Word of God. Amen. Is a difference
- 7:30Speaker 1: between something that's in something and then something that is something.
- 7:34Speaker 1: I'm gonna say that again. There's a difference of something
- 7:37Speaker 1: that's in something or something that is something. Amen. The
- 7:41Speaker 1: Word of God is the Bible, not the Bible containing
- 7:45Speaker 1: the Word of God. Sister Joanne, I see you going,
- 7:47Speaker 1: and God bless you. Welcome back to the morning. Devo,
- 7:50Speaker 1: my sister and my friend. Is good to see you
- 7:52Speaker 1: with us. So let's go for it right here. Temporary satisfaction.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Some people are looking for that. I'm looking for temporary
- 8:02Speaker 1: satisfaction other than when I have a headache or a
- 8:04Speaker 1: pain in my body. Amen. I pray first, and sometimes
- 8:08Speaker 1: I have to take the meds right to pain relief meds.
- 8:11Speaker 1: If you have a headache, you take pain relief medicine.
- 8:13Speaker 1: But that's temporary. It's not really fixing the issue. It's
- 8:16Speaker 1: a temporary relief, temporary satisfaction. And then we're gonna need
- 8:21Speaker 1: further help and getting complete healing, complete satisfaction, complete right
- 8:30Speaker 1: things in life that we need to get done. Amen,
- 8:33Speaker 1: So let's see the word here over here in Hebrews
- 8:37Speaker 1: eleven and twenty five, Bible says, because he preferred to
- 8:43Speaker 1: endure the hardship of the people of God rather than
- 8:48Speaker 1: to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin. I'm gonna read
- 8:53Speaker 1: that again. Because he preferred to endure the hardship of
- 8:58Speaker 1: the people of God rather than to enjoy the passing
- 9:03Speaker 1: see that passing pleasures of sin. The Lord Jesus wasn't
- 9:08Speaker 1: concerned about passing pleasures a man. He was concerned about enduring.
- 9:14Speaker 1: He was concerned about the mission that God gave him
- 9:18Speaker 1: a man, the hardship of the people that he saw
- 9:21Speaker 1: going through hardship. He was having me and you on
- 9:26Speaker 1: his mind when he came to this planet Earth to
- 9:29Speaker 1: complete a rescue mission. It wasn't half done. It's a
- 9:33Speaker 1: complete work. It's a finished work of Jesus. Now, thank
- 9:39Speaker 1: you Jesus that you just say I'm finished, and I'm
- 9:41Speaker 1: done with everybody you said it is finished. It was
- 9:44Speaker 1: the mission that God the Father sent the Son to
- 9:48Speaker 1: complete and He completed that by way of the cross,
- 9:52Speaker 1: died and rose again, then appeared to hundreds of people
- 9:57Speaker 1: at the same time spoke to the disciples again with
- 10:00Speaker 1: his resurrected body. He was bodily resurrected, not spiritually resurrected.
- 10:06Speaker 1: And then he has sended before he as send it
- 10:08Speaker 1: to the Father. He sent the promise to the disciples,
- 10:11Speaker 1: wait for the coming Holy Spirit, ascend it to the
- 10:13Speaker 1: right hand of the throne, and sent back the Holy Spirit,
- 10:16Speaker 1: one who is just like Jesus, a man to be
- 10:19Speaker 1: our comforter, our guide, our guard, a man, our reminder
- 10:23Speaker 1: of his word and all of it. And we have
- 10:26Speaker 1: the complete finished work living within every single one of us,
- 10:31Speaker 1: who call ourselves born again believers. We are sons and
- 10:34Speaker 1: daughters of the Living God, a living king, a man.
- 10:37Speaker 1: So we have what we need because of what he did.
- 10:41Speaker 1: He preferred to do this rather than enjoy passing pleasures
- 10:46Speaker 1: of sin. And the Bible is clear that Jesus was
- 10:49Speaker 1: tempted by every single temptation we were ever tempted with,
- 10:53Speaker 1: and I think even more than that a man. Yet
- 10:56Speaker 1: he did not go into this temporary satisfaction mode. He
- 11:00Speaker 1: did not succumb to sin. He did not fall into
- 11:04Speaker 1: any kind of sin. He was sinless, without spot or blame.
- 11:08Speaker 1: A man, and he completed his work with medals of honor,
- 11:14Speaker 1: A man with so much integrity, perfection. Jesus was the
- 11:20Speaker 1: only perfect man that ever lived on this earth, a man,
- 11:23Speaker 1: any perfect human out there that could say, yeah, I'm
- 11:27Speaker 1: perfect too, a man. We're perfect in Christ, for sure,
- 11:30Speaker 1: one hundred percent. Scripture backs that up. But in the
- 11:33Speaker 1: flesh we are imperfect beings being perfected. It's a working out.
- 11:39Speaker 1: God's doing an inside job, and he's working that inside
- 11:44Speaker 1: job out through every single one of us. So that
- 11:46Speaker 1: way we could proclaim, we could declare, we could acknowledge
- 11:49Speaker 1: who Jesus is in our lives. We could testify of
- 11:52Speaker 1: the goodness of God and move forward in victory knowing
- 11:55Speaker 1: that He's able to complete every single thing that we
- 11:59Speaker 1: need to be complete. It amen in our lives, and
- 12:03Speaker 1: that's an eternal completion, not a temporary completion. That's an
- 12:07Speaker 1: eternal satisfaction, not a temporary satisfaction. Seeking temporary satisfaction in
- 12:16Speaker 1: sin rather than lasting fulfillment in Christ. A lot of
- 12:19Speaker 1: people are seeking the pleasures and pleasures verse pain right
- 12:25Speaker 1: seems like a good idea. I don't want to be
- 12:27Speaker 1: in pain. I want pleasure, but pleasure could turn into
- 12:31Speaker 1: bad habitual sin pattern amen like just seeking out the pleasure.
- 12:38Speaker 1: All you want is to feel nice, feel good right,
- 12:41Speaker 1: get high, get drunk, forget issues, forget life, forget your pain,
- 12:47Speaker 1: forget your problems. And that's very temporal. That's why if
- 12:50Speaker 1: you notice people who are trying to forget their issues,
- 12:53Speaker 1: people who are trying to forget life, people who are
- 12:56Speaker 1: trying to just get this temporary satisfaction, you'll notice that
- 12:59Speaker 1: they are always on the run for the next hit,
- 13:02Speaker 1: for the next pleasure, for the next high, for the
- 13:05Speaker 1: next bottle, for the next sexual encounter. Because they're always
- 13:10Speaker 1: trying to fill a void that only God could fill.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Is they're going for the temporal satisfaction, and they're forgetting
- 13:17Speaker 1: that we have a God who's an eternal being who
- 13:20Speaker 1: knows how to give us the eternal satisfaction, the one
- 13:24Speaker 1: hundred and ten percent completion a man in our lives.
- 13:30Speaker 1: I was on that roller coaster too, a man until
- 13:33Speaker 1: two thousand and one, until I admitted to myself and
- 13:36Speaker 1: admitted to God that I tried everything to try to
- 13:39Speaker 1: satisfy my soul. I tried everything that the world offered,
- 13:43Speaker 1: and I was unfortunately kind of good at most of
- 13:46Speaker 1: the things that the world offered, right, but I noticed
- 13:49Speaker 1: that it never satisfied me. It never completed the job
- 13:54Speaker 1: and never gave me what I was looking for. A man,
- 13:58Speaker 1: I was seeking satis faction, but I was doing it
- 14:01Speaker 1: the way the world does it. And the way the
- 14:03Speaker 1: world does it, you always have to be consuming something,
- 14:07Speaker 1: listening to things that's trying to fill your mind, eating
- 14:11Speaker 1: things that's trying to fill your stomach and feel your
- 14:13Speaker 1: body right, watching things that are trying to fill your imagination.
- 14:18Speaker 1: All of it was temporal fixes until Jesus met me
- 14:23Speaker 1: where I was a man and completely satisfied me. And
- 14:27Speaker 1: I knew I was completely satisfied. I felt dissatisfaction. I
- 14:31Speaker 1: was awakened to satisfaction. I knew what I was looking for,
- 14:34Speaker 1: that was more was found only through the Lord a man.
- 14:38Speaker 1: And by the way, I didn't call on the name
- 14:40Speaker 1: of the Lord Jesus my testimony, I can't lie about it.
- 14:43Speaker 1: I didn't say Jesus, come save me. I say God, God,
- 14:46Speaker 1: which is technically not God's name. God is not technically
- 14:51Speaker 1: God's name. So when people say, oh, my God, and
- 14:55Speaker 1: somebody comes to stop using God's name in vain, God
- 14:59Speaker 1: is not God's name. Technically, a man's name is Yahwe,
- 15:02Speaker 1: his name is Eloheim, his name is Jesus, Yeshi waha much.
- 15:05Speaker 1: His name is Adam, and I right, wonderful counsel, the
- 15:08Speaker 1: Prince of peace, almighty. Amen. He is the great, I
- 15:12Speaker 1: am great physician. He is the what did I say,
- 15:16Speaker 1: el shade already? Amen. He is the God of heaven
- 15:21Speaker 1: and earth. He has many names, many titles, and God
- 15:25Speaker 1: is not one of them. God is the name I
- 15:28Speaker 1: think the Germans gave to try to put a word
- 15:31Speaker 1: there that would describe an ultimate being, a supreme other. Amen.
- 15:36Speaker 1: And it was God the way humanly we could say
- 15:41Speaker 1: about God. But as part of worldliness. Man seeking temporary
- 15:47Speaker 1: satisfaction is part of his world system, his worldliness. And
- 15:51Speaker 1: if we're not careful as Christians, as believers, we might
- 15:54Speaker 1: start looking and acting just like the world system looks
- 15:57Speaker 1: and acts right because we're not focused. We're not focused
- 16:02Speaker 1: on the author and perfector of our faith, which is
- 16:06Speaker 1: the Lord Jesus. As long as we have our eyes
- 16:09Speaker 1: focused on the Lord, it'll be like you're seeing everything
- 16:12Speaker 1: else around you. I know you see what I see
- 16:15Speaker 1: in this world. Right, But when you're focused on the
- 16:18Speaker 1: author and perfector of your faith and my faith, men,
- 16:21Speaker 1: things look different. Right. You respond differently, you act differently,
- 16:26Speaker 1: you move differently, you speak differently. Because we're focused on
- 16:29Speaker 1: the one who is pure, the one who's pure light,
- 16:32Speaker 1: the one who shows us the way. He is the truth, Amen.
- 16:36Speaker 1: And he is the life. And he promises us eternal
- 16:38Speaker 1: life and abundant life right now and an eternal life
- 16:42Speaker 1: in the after. So what else? What else would you
- 16:46Speaker 1: need for a complete satisfactory life. Amen, We are completely satisfied.
- 16:52Speaker 1: I was so satisfied. Our spirit is willing, the flesh
- 16:55Speaker 1: is weak according to the scriptures. Right, So we don't
- 16:57Speaker 1: need any temporary fixes. We need goods. We need the
- 17:01Speaker 1: goods that we have that we find in the Lord
- 17:03Speaker 1: Jesus Christ. Amen. And he's the one who has everything
- 17:07Speaker 1: that's good for us. So living as the world is
- 17:12Speaker 1: living is a temporary IDEA living kingdom minded the way
- 17:18Speaker 1: God wants us to live by way of Holy Spirit
- 17:20Speaker 1: is an eternal situation, right, It's an eternal satisfaction is
- 17:26Speaker 1: an eternal perspective is an eternal mindset. It's a Kingdom mindset.
- 17:32Speaker 1: So I don't expect everybody to get what I'm saying
- 17:34Speaker 1: right here, Amen, because this is a kingdom mindset. We're
- 17:37Speaker 1: talking Kingdom principles right now. We're talking God principles right now,
- 17:41Speaker 1: the ultimate God. I know people think that you know, Okay,
- 17:45Speaker 1: that's your truth, and this is my truth and all
- 17:47Speaker 1: there's only one truth, right, and the one truth is
- 17:50Speaker 1: that a lie is a lie. Right, truth will never
- 17:55Speaker 1: be a lie, A lie would never be the truth.
- 17:58Speaker 1: The truth is always the truth, and a lie is
- 18:00Speaker 1: always a lie. Right universal, wrong will never be right,
- 18:05Speaker 1: right would never be wrong. Right will always be right,
- 18:07Speaker 1: and wrong will always be wrong right. Light will never
- 18:11Speaker 1: be dark, dark will never be light, Dark will always
- 18:14Speaker 1: be dark, and light will always be light. These are truths.
- 18:17Speaker 1: These are absolute truths. Amen. Life or death absolute. There's
- 18:24Speaker 1: no like, oh, I'm gonna be beyond life or death.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Jesus was beyond life or death. Amen. And then if
- 18:34Speaker 1: Jesus conquered sin and death like the Bible describes, and
- 18:38Speaker 1: I truly believe. And by the way, just because I
- 18:41Speaker 1: believe something doesn't make it right, doesn't make it true.
- 18:45Speaker 1: What God says has evidence behind it. Amen, you could
- 18:49Speaker 1: actually know that God's word is true by applying his
- 18:53Speaker 1: word in your life right now daily. That way people say, oh,
- 18:59Speaker 1: you just wishing is to just wishful thinking. Don't apply
- 19:02Speaker 1: it in your life and see what happens. Go to
- 19:05Speaker 1: the Lord Jesus Christ accent to forgive you believe in
- 19:08Speaker 1: his word. Confess Jesus as your personal Lord and savior,
- 19:11Speaker 1: and testify everywhere you go, and see what happens in
- 19:13Speaker 1: your life. You get to see like a lot of
- 19:15Speaker 1: people are gonna get away from you because they're not
- 19:17Speaker 1: gonna want what you have because it seems too easy
- 19:21Speaker 1: to be true. And how could Sam or how could
- 19:23Speaker 1: Joanne or how could anybody receive this God and receive
- 19:27Speaker 1: this eternal life and be so full of joy and
- 19:29Speaker 1: happiness and hope a man in love. And they're gonna
- 19:33Speaker 1: be so afraid of it or so thrown back by
- 19:37Speaker 1: it that we were picked a man, or that we
- 19:41Speaker 1: are living differently, that a lot of people will abandon you.
- 19:44Speaker 1: And they were like, you know what, I don't want
- 19:45Speaker 1: no part of that religion nowhere, Very rarely, I want
- 19:50Speaker 1: to say, maybe one and a half percent or two
- 19:52Speaker 1: percent of these morning DeVos. I ever talk about religion,
- 19:57Speaker 1: people automatically say, oh God, about God, Jesus, that's religion.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Don't talk about I don't know, talk about the denomination, right,
- 20:05Speaker 1: I don't talk about specific church. I don't talk about rituals.
- 20:09Speaker 1: I don't talk about you know, just focus pocus type things.
- 20:13Speaker 1: I'm just reading the scriptures, and the scriptures have the
- 20:17Speaker 1: Word of truth, the word of eternal life, and people
- 20:20Speaker 1: back up off of that and they call it religion
- 20:22Speaker 1: because they're not giving themselves a chance to understand the
- 20:26Speaker 1: Word of God. They're just going by whatever the world
- 20:29Speaker 1: is saying, and they're actually repeating everything they're hearing from
- 20:32Speaker 1: the world, and they're not repeating anything from the word. Right,
- 20:36Speaker 1: it's today's word in today's world. A man, good morning, brother, Frank,
- 20:41Speaker 1: I see you, good morning. God blessed you in your
- 20:43Speaker 1: family as well, my friend and my bro. So this
- 20:46Speaker 1: is interesting to me that Jesus wasn't concerned with temporal satisfaction.
- 20:54Speaker 1: He wasn't concerned with the pleasures of sin. As as
- 20:57Speaker 1: a matter of fact, it says the passing place measures
- 21:00Speaker 1: of sin. The Bible knows and the Bible declares, and
- 21:03Speaker 1: the Bible says that sin is pleasurable for a season.
- 21:07Speaker 1: That season is temporary. The Bible doesn't say that sin
- 21:11Speaker 1: is pleasurable for all eternity. The Bible doesn't say that.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Now the Bible said that the sin was pleasurable for
- 21:16Speaker 1: all eternity, then it wouldn't be sin, right, because then
- 21:20Speaker 1: there will be no consequences because you will have to
- 21:23Speaker 1: wait in eternity to receive the consequences. But because sin
- 21:26Speaker 1: is pleasurable for a season, that means there's season that ends.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Because of whatever sin that you're in or that I'm in,
- 21:34Speaker 1: that will habitually in. When that thing ends, consequences will
- 21:39Speaker 1: come with it. Amen, all of us know that this
- 21:42Speaker 1: consequences for doing dark things, wrong things, evil things. There's
- 21:46Speaker 1: always consequences. Some people right now, they're not experiencing the
- 21:51Speaker 1: consequences yet because they're so wrapped up in their sin.
- 21:54Speaker 1: They're so wrapped up in their darkness. They're having a
- 21:57Speaker 1: great old time and they're experiencing the grace of God
- 22:02Speaker 1: so much so that they say, you know what, God
- 22:05Speaker 1: is gonna forgive me. I'm gonna just keep on doing
- 22:07Speaker 1: this because I know that God's gonna forgive me. And
- 22:09Speaker 1: when God forgives me, it will be done with it,
- 22:11Speaker 1: and then then I'll get serious with God. A lot
- 22:15Speaker 1: of people are thinking that, and they're really like in sin,
- 22:19Speaker 1: going to church and sin being on church platforms and
- 22:24Speaker 1: worship platforms in sin and thaw tree, all kinds of stuff,
- 22:28Speaker 1: and they're up there and they're doing their thing because
- 22:30Speaker 1: they're experiencing the grace of God. And how dare you
- 22:35Speaker 1: ever try to judge me? Right, if you ever say something.
- 22:38Speaker 1: But I have to remind my brothers and sisters, including
- 22:41Speaker 1: myself all the time that when you walking into a
- 22:44Speaker 1: house of God, Amen, the church is the people and
- 22:49Speaker 1: the building is what contains the people of God. And
- 22:53Speaker 1: then there's an illuminating light, the light of Christ and
- 22:55Speaker 1: blazing out of every single one of us of His children.
- 22:59Speaker 1: So when you walk in darkness, that darkness is easily
- 23:02Speaker 1: seen because you're walking into a house of light. Right,
- 23:07Speaker 1: So do not be deceived. The Bible says God is
- 23:10Speaker 1: not mock. Whatever man souls, he will reap, and whatever
- 23:14Speaker 1: he reaps he was. So man, I always say backwards O,
- 23:17Speaker 1: but you get the message. So I can't hide my stuff,
- 23:21Speaker 1: my darkness. You can't hide your darkness when you're walking
- 23:24Speaker 1: into a house of light, a house of light, in
- 23:26Speaker 1: the house of love. Amen. We are the temples of
- 23:31Speaker 1: the Holy Spirit of God. We are moving and around
- 23:36Speaker 1: the earth. We are living epistols, living love letters for God.
- 23:39Speaker 1: So when we walk around thinking that nobody sees our stuff,
- 23:44Speaker 1: were actually wrong. And if nobody approaches me and says, sam,
- 23:47Speaker 1: I noticed XYZ. Happens all the time when I'm downcast
- 23:51Speaker 1: or when I'm in the wrong attitude, Heaven, somebody always
- 23:55Speaker 1: approaches me because they love me. And also some of
- 23:58Speaker 1: them approach me because they want to see me all right.
- 24:01Speaker 1: They want to say, what are you doing? What is
- 24:02Speaker 1: that all about? Right? Some people do it out of
- 24:05Speaker 1: a pure heart. Some people do it out of spite
- 24:08Speaker 1: because they want to see a man or a woman
- 24:11Speaker 1: of God fall. So many people want to see Christians fail. Man,
- 24:14Speaker 1: it's unbelievable because they're enticed by the spirit of this world,
- 24:18Speaker 1: the spirit of this age, and they want to see
- 24:21Speaker 1: Christians fail. But we don't fail. We fall and we
- 24:26Speaker 1: get back up. And our failure we fail forward. We
- 24:29Speaker 1: don't fail backwards. Amen, if that makes any sense. But
- 24:32Speaker 1: amount of time. Hebrews chapter eleven. Read the whole chapter
- 24:35Speaker 1: for yourself. We hung out converse them A twenty five
- 24:37Speaker 1: I believe it was. And we've seen that Jesus wasn't
- 24:41Speaker 1: considering passing pleasures of sin. He was considering the hardships
- 24:47Speaker 1: of his people, and he endured for us because he
- 24:50Speaker 1: loves us. Amen, and he loves you. It's the same.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Good morning's, sister, Joyce. God bless you. Thank you for
- 24:57Speaker 1: the blessings over the group amount of time, Amen, but
- 25:00Speaker 1: thank you so much for hanging out with me. So
- 25:02Speaker 1: God bless you all. God keep you all, and remember
- 25:05Speaker 1: always that God is good. Peace.
