I Helped Proclaim Autism Awareness Month

Last week I had the opportunity to visit the Commissioners Meeting in My County to aid in bringing Autism Awareness Month to my county. I also explained briefly the fact that autism is a spectrum disorder and the fact that I was able to stand in front of the Commissioners and do the things that I can do is no small feat. I was also joined by one of my coworkers who has a son with autism.
