  Look,
• 0:57
  I,
• 0:57
  like
• 0:58
  we've
• 0:58
  talked
• 0:58
  about,
• 0:58
  I
• 0:59
  just
• 0:59
  moved
• 0:59
  into
• 0:59
  a
• 1:00
  new
• 1:00
  house.
• 1:00
  Yeah,
• 1:00
  you're
• 1:00
  into
• 1:00
  the
• 1:01
  home
• 1:01
  buying
• 1:01
  situation.
• 1:02
  Yes.
• 1:02
  If
• 1:03
  I
• 1:03
  could
• 1:04
  have,
• 1:04
  like,
• 1:05
  I,
• 1:05
  I
• 1:05
  get
• 1:05
  the
• 1:06
  value
• 1:06
  of
• 1:06
  this
• 1:06
  because
• 1:07
  we
• 1:07
  are
• 1:07
  trying
• 1:08
  to
• 1:08
  find
• 1:08
  like,
• 1:08
  light
• 1:09
  bulbs
• 1:09
  and
• 1:09
  light
• 1:10
  switches
• 1:10
  and
• 1:10
  all
• 1:11
  kinds
• 1:11
  of
• 1:11
  things
• 1:11
  here.
• 1:12
  But
• 1:13
  my
• 1:14
  question
• 1:14
  is,
• 1:15
  is
• 1:15
  this
• 1:16
  really
• 1:16
  something
• 1:16
  that
• 1:17
  Lowe's
• 1:17
  should
• 1:17
  be
• 1:18
  doing?
• 1:18
  Like,
• 1:18
  is,
• 1:19
  Is
• 1:19
  Lowe's
• 1:20
  the
• 1:20
  person
• 1:20
  that
• 1:20
  should
• 1:20
  be
• 1:21
  owning
• 1:21
  this?
• 1:21
  I
• 1:21
  don't
• 1:22
  think
• 1:22
  so.
• 1:22
  Like,
• 1:23
  if
• 1:23
  I
• 1:23
  were
• 1:23
  Lowe's,
• 1:24
  I
• 1:25
  feel
• 1:25
  like
• 1:26
  I
• 1:26
  would
• 1:26
  be
• 1:27
  looking
• 1:27
  to
• 1:27
  your
• 1:28
  partners
• 1:28
  who
• 1:28
  are
• 1:29
  already
• 1:29
  managing
• 1:29
  the
• 1:29
  home.
• 1:30
  So
• 1:30
  Google
• 1:30
  Home
• 1:31
  or
• 1:31
  Alexa
• 1:32
  or,
• 1:32
  you
• 1:32
  know,
• 1:32
  what
• 1:33
  are
• 1:33
  the
• 1:33
  other
• 1:33
  smart
• 1:34
  systems
• 1:34
  that
• 1:34
  are,
• 1:35
  that
• 1:35
  people
• 1:35
  are
• 1:35
  already
• 1:36
  buying
• 1:36
  into
• 1:37
  because
• 1:37
  of
• 1:37
  their
• 1:37
  TVs,
• 1:38
  their
• 1:38
  Ring
• 1:38
  doorbells,
• 1:39
  you
• 1:39
  know,
• 1:39
  all
• 1:39
  these
• 1:39
  other
• 1:40
  smart
• 1:40
  home
• 1:40
  things.
• 1:41
  I
• 1:41
  think
• 1:41
  Lowe's
• 1:42
  would
• 1:42
  be
• 1:42
  smart
• 1:43
  to
• 1:43
  position
• 1:43
  itself
• 1:44
  as
• 1:44
  like
• 1:44
  a
• 1:44
  partner
• 1:45
  within
• 1:45
  this
• 1:45
  that
• 1:45
  integrates
• 1:46
  into
• 1:46
  one
• 1:46
  of
• 1:46
  those
• 1:47
  or
• 1:47
  both
• 1:47
  of
• 1:47
  those
• 1:48
  systems
• 1:48
  into.
• 1:48
  Instead
• 1:49
  of
• 1:49
  me
• 1:49
  having
• 1:49
  to
• 1:50
  have
• 1:50
  another
• 1:50
  Lowe's
• 1:50
  app
• 1:51
  for
• 1:51
  something
• 1:51
  like,
• 1:52
  I,
• 1:53
  I
• 1:53
  don't
• 1:53
  think
• 1:54
  that
• 1:54
  that
• 1:54
  part
• 1:55
  makes
• 1:55
  sense
• 1:55
  because
• 1:55
  I
• 1:55
  think,
• 1:56
  you
• 1:56
  know,
• 1:57
  it
• 1:57
  has
• 1:57
  to
• 1:57
  be
• 1:58
  integrated
• 1:58
  into
• 1:58
  something
• 1:58
  that
• 1:59
  I'm
• 1:59
  already
• 1:59
  using.
• 2:00
  I
• 2:00
  don't
• 2:00
  see
• 2:00
  myself,
• 2:01
  even
• 2:01
  if
• 2:01
  I
• 2:01
  bought
• 2:01
  all
• 2:02
  my
• 2:02
  appliances
• 2:02
  from
• 2:03
  Lowe's,
• 2:03
  I
• 2:03
  just,
• 2:03
  I
• 2:03
  don't
• 2:04
  see
• 2:04
  myself
• 2:04
  going
• 2:05
  in
• 2:05
  and
• 2:05
  like
• 2:05
  using
• 2:05
  that
• 2:06
  on
• 2:06
  a
• 2:06
  regular
• 2:07
  basis
• 2:07
  because
• 2:07
  it's
• 2:07
  not
• 2:08
  something
• 2:08
  that
• 2:08
  I
• 2:09
  need
• 2:09
  to
• 2:09
  access
• 2:09
  every
• 2:10
  day.
• 2:10
  So
• 2:11
  I
• 2:11
  guess
• 2:11
  if
• 2:11
  I
• 2:11
  would,
• 2:11
  if
• 2:12
  I
• 2:12
  were
• 2:12
  to
• 2:12
  proceed,
• 2:14
  I
• 2:14
  would,
• 2:15
  I
• 2:15
  would
• 2:15
  continue
• 2:15
  with
• 2:16
  this
• 2:16
  path.
• 2:16
  I
• 2:16
  think
• 2:16
  Lowe's
• 2:17
  has
• 2:17
  got
• 2:17
  a
• 2:17
  good
• 2:17
  thing
• 2:17
  going.
• 2:18
  I
• 2:18
  would
• 2:18
  add
• 2:18
  everything
• 2:19
  though,
• 2:19
  like
• 2:19
  all
• 2:20
  my
• 2:20
  purch
• 2:20
  from
• 2:21
  those,
• 2:21
  like
• 2:21
  paint
• 2:21
  colors,
• 2:22
  light
• 2:22
  bulbs,
• 2:23
  and,
• 2:23
  you
• 2:24
  know,
• 2:24
  my
• 2:24
  appliances
• 2:25
  into
• 2:26
  a
• 2:27
  larger
• 2:28
  home
• 2:28
  management
• 2:29
  application.
• 2:29
  But
• 2:30
  that's,
• 2:30
  that's
• 2:30
  just
• 2:31
  me.
• 2:31
  I
• 2:31
  know
• 2:31
  you
• 2:31
  like
• 2:32
  this,
• 2:32
  so
• 2:32
  explain
• 2:33
  to
• 2:33
  Me?
• 2:34
  Why?
• 2:35
  Well,
• 2:35
  I
• 2:35
  don't
• 2:35
  know.
• 2:36
  Actually,
• 2:36
  I
• 2:36
  like
• 2:36
  it
• 2:37
  less
• 2:37
  now.
• 2:38
  Okay.
• 2:38
  I
• 2:38
  like
• 2:39
  it
• 2:39
  less
• 2:39
  now
• 2:39
  because
• 2:39
  I
• 2:40
  thought
• 2:40
  you
• 2:40
  presented
• 2:40
  a
• 2:40
  really
• 2:41
  cogent
• 2:41
  argument
• 2:41
  there.
• 2:41
  I
• 2:42
  think
• 2:42
  it's.
• 2:42
  I
• 2:42
  think
• 2:42
  it's
• 2:43
  your
• 2:43
  point
• 2:43
  about
• 2:44
  who
• 2:44
  has
• 2:44
  the
• 2:45
  right
• 2:45
  to
• 2:45
  win
• 2:45
  in
• 2:46
  this
• 2:46
  idea,
• 2:46
  if
• 2:46
  it's
• 2:46
  a
• 2:47
  good
• 2:47
  idea,
• 2:47
  is
• 2:47
  interesting
• 2:48
  because,
• 2:48
  you
• 2:48
  know,
• 2:48
  you're
• 2:48
  not
• 2:49
  going
• 2:49
  to
• 2:49
  make
• 2:49
  all
• 2:49
  your
• 2:49
  purchases
• 2:50
  at
• 2:50
  Lowe's,
• 2:50
  generally
• 2:51
  speaking,
• 2:52
  but
• 2:52
  maybe
• 2:52
  the.
• 2:52
  My.
• 2:53
  My
• 2:53
  Lowe's
• 2:53
  Rewards
• 2:54
  members
• 2:54
  are.
• 2:54
  Maybe
• 2:55
  those
• 2:55
  are
• 2:55
  the
• 2:55
  people
• 2:55
  that
• 2:55
  are,
• 2:55
  like,
• 2:56
  really
• 2:56
  in
• 2:56
  love
• 2:56
  with
• 2:56
  Lowe's
• 2:57
  and
• 2:57
  they
• 2:57
  buy
• 2:57
  all
• 2:57
  their
• 2:57
  stuff
• 2:58
  at
• 2:58
  Lowe's.
• 2:58
  So,
• 2:59
  you
• 2:59
  know,
• 2:59
  if
• 2:59
  I
• 2:59
  go
• 2:59
  down
• 3:00
  that
• 3:00
  road,
• 3:01
  I
• 3:02
  kind
• 3:02
  of
• 3:02
  like
• 3:02
  the
• 3:02
  idea,
• 3:03
  but
• 3:03
  I
• 3:03
  don't.
• 3:03
  I
• 3:04
  don't
• 3:04
  love
• 3:04
  the
• 3:04
  idea,
• 3:05
  but
• 3:05
  I
• 3:05
  do
• 3:05
  think.
• 3:06
  I
• 3:06
  think
• 3:06
  this
• 3:06
  is
• 3:06
  where
• 3:06
  you're
• 3:07
  thinking,
• 3:07
  too,
• 3:07
  is
• 3:07
  like,
• 3:07
  I
• 3:08
  think
• 3:08
  it's
• 3:08
  a
• 3:08
  good
• 3:08
  experiment.
• 3:09
  Right.
• 3:10
  But
• 3:10
  the
• 3:10
  trick
• 3:10
  is,
• 3:10
  of
• 3:10
  course,
• 3:11
  like,
• 3:11
  how
• 3:11
  do
• 3:11
  you
• 3:11
  get
• 3:11
  people.
• 3:12
  How
• 3:12
  do
• 3:12
  you
• 3:12
  get
• 3:12
  people
• 3:12
  to
• 3:13
  use
• 3:13
  it?
• 3:14
  But
• 3:14
  because
• 3:14
  if
• 3:14
  you
• 3:15
  can't
• 3:15
  get
• 3:15
  them
• 3:15
  to
• 3:15
  use
• 3:15
  it,
• 3:15
  it's
• 3:15
  going
• 3:16
  to
• 3:16
  be
• 3:16
  a
• 3:16
  very
• 3:16
  sticky
• 3:17
  experience
• 3:18
  because,
• 3:19
  like
• 3:19
  you
• 3:19
  said,
• 3:19
  coordinating
• 3:19
  your
• 3:20
  warranty
• 3:20
  and
• 3:20
  repair
• 3:21
  information
• 3:21
  across
• 3:21
  all
• 3:21
  your
• 3:22
  plants
• 3:22
  is
• 3:22
  not
• 3:23
  something
• 3:23
  easy
• 3:24
  to
• 3:24
  do.
• 3:24
  And
• 3:24
  if
• 3:24
  Lowe's
• 3:25
  can
• 3:25
  make
• 3:25
  that
• 3:25
  easy
• 3:25
  for
• 3:26
  me,
• 3:26
  and
• 3:27
  I
• 3:27
  shop
• 3:27
  at
• 3:27
  Lowe's
• 3:28
  a
• 3:28
  lot,
• 3:28
  then
• 3:28
  there's
• 3:28
  value
• 3:29
  there.
• 3:29
  And.
• 3:29
  Yeah,
• 3:30
  and
• 3:30
  Lowe's
• 3:30
  should.
• 3:31
  Should
• 3:31
  at
• 3:31
  least
• 3:31
  be
• 3:32
  able
• 3:32
  to
• 3:32
  get
• 3:32
  people
• 3:32
  to
• 3:33
  set
• 3:33
  this
• 3:33
  up
• 3:33
  very
• 3:33
  easily,
• 3:34
  too,
• 3:34
  because
• 3:34
  I
• 3:34
  think
• 3:34
  you
• 3:34
  can
• 3:34
  incent
• 3:35
  people
• 3:35
  to
• 3:35
  use
• 3:36
  it
• 3:36
  to
• 3:36
  interact
• 3:36
  with
• 3:37
  it.
• 3:37
  Lowe's
• 3:38
  can
• 3:38
  ultimately
• 3:38
  pipe
• 3:39
  retail
• 3:39
  media
• 3:39
  into
• 3:40
  it
• 3:40
  right
• 3:41
  to
• 3:42
  it
• 3:42
  as
• 3:42
  well.
• 3:43
  So
• 3:43
  I
• 3:43
  think
• 3:43
  so
• 3:44
  from
• 3:44
  a
• 3:44
  test
• 3:44
  perspective,
• 3:45
  I'm
• 3:45
  like,
• 3:45
  why
• 3:46
  not?
• 3:46
  That's
• 3:46
  what
• 3:46
  I
• 3:46
  say.
• 3:47
  But
• 3:47
  I
• 3:47
  think
• 3:47
  your
• 3:47
  question
• 3:48
  about
• 3:48
  who
• 3:48
  has
• 3:48
  the
• 3:48
  right
• 3:48
  to
• 3:48
  win
• 3:49
  is
• 3:49
  really
• 3:49
  interesting,
• 3:50
  Chris.
• 3:50
  Does
• 3:51
  this
• 3:51
  change.
• 3:51
  So
• 3:52
  you're
• 3:52
  one
• 3:52
  of
• 3:52
  those
• 3:53
  people
• 3:53
  that's
• 3:53
  good
• 3:53
  and
• 3:54
  has
• 3:54
  one
• 3:54
  of
• 3:54
  the
• 3:54
  programs
• 3:55
  where,
• 3:55
  like,
• 3:55
  you
• 3:56
  have
• 3:56
  the
• 3:56
  home
• 3:56
  Service
• 3:56
  plus
• 3:57
  or
• 3:57
  whatever,
• 3:57
  the
• 3:57
  coverage
• 3:58
  to,
• 3:58
  like,
• 3:58
  make
• 3:59
  sure
• 3:59
  that
• 3:59
  all
• 3:59
  of
• 3:59
  your
• 3:59
  appliances
• 4:00
  are
• 4:00
  warrantied
• 4:01
  at
• 4:01
  any
• 4:01
  given
• 4:01
  time.
• 4:02
  What
• 4:03
  if
• 4:03
  Lowe's
• 4:03
  added
• 4:04
  something,
• 4:04
  a
• 4:04
  service
• 4:05
  component
• 4:05
  to
• 4:05
  this?
• 4:06
  Does
• 4:06
  that
• 4:06
  change
• 4:06
  your
• 4:06
  opinion
• 4:07
  of
• 4:07
  it?
• 4:07
  Because
• 4:08
  that.
• 4:08
  That
• 4:08
  might
• 4:09
  slightly
• 4:09
  skew
• 4:10
  where
• 4:11
  I.
• 4:13
  A
• 4:13
  hundred
• 4:13
  percent.
• 4:14
  Because
• 4:14
  that's
• 4:14
  when
• 4:14
  you
• 4:14
  said,
• 4:14
  who
• 4:15
  has
• 4:15
  the
• 4:15
  right
• 4:15
  to
• 4:15
  win
• 4:15
  on
• 4:16
  this.
• 4:16
  I
• 4:16
  think
• 4:16
  that
• 4:16
  was
• 4:17
  where
• 4:17
  my
• 4:17
  mind
• 4:17
  went.
• 4:17
  Exactly.
• 4:18
  It
• 4:18
  was
• 4:18
  like
• 4:18
  a
• 4:18
  service
• 4:19
  like
• 4:19
  that.
• 4:19
  Whoever
• 4:20
  is
• 4:20
  going
• 4:20
  to
• 4:20
  maintain
• 4:21
  your
• 4:21
  furnace
• 4:22
  and
• 4:22
  your
• 4:23
  air
• 4:23
  conditioning
• 4:23
  unit
• 4:24
  is
• 4:24
  going
• 4:24
  to
• 4:24
  be
• 4:24
  the
• 4:25
  primary
• 4:25
  person
• 4:25
  that
• 4:26
  you
• 4:26
  want
• 4:26
  to
• 4:26
  house
• 4:27
  this
• 4:27
  information,
• 4:27
  because
• 4:27
  that's
• 4:28
  how
• 4:28
  you're
• 4:28
  going
• 4:28
  to
• 4:28
  be
• 4:28
  coordinating
• 4:29
  this.
• 4:29
  So,
• 4:29
  yes,
• 4:30
  if
• 4:30
  Lowe's
• 4:30
  can
• 4:30
  partner
• 4:30
  with
• 4:30
  somebody
• 4:31
  like
• 4:31
  that,
• 4:31
  or
• 4:31
  Lowe's
• 4:31
  starts
• 4:32
  that
• 4:32
  own
• 4:32
  their
• 4:32
  own
• 4:33
  service
• 4:33
  themselves,
• 4:33
  which
• 4:33
  they
• 4:33
  may
• 4:33
  even
• 4:34
  have.
• 4:34
  I
• 4:34
  have
• 4:34
  no
• 4:34
  idea.
• 4:35
  Right.
• 4:35
  Then.
• 4:35
  Yes,
• 4:36
  I
• 4:36
  like
• 4:36
  this
• 4:36
  idea
• 4:37
  a
• 4:37
  lot
• 4:37
  more.
• 4:37
  And
• 4:37
  I
• 4:38
  think
• 4:38
  that's
• 4:38
  what
• 4:38
  you're
• 4:38
  thinking
• 4:39
  too,
• 4:39
  right?
• 4:39
  Yeah,
• 4:40
  yeah,
• 4:40
  for
• 4:40
  sure.
• 4:40
  I
• 4:41
  mean,
• 4:41
  that's
• 4:41
  the
• 4:42
  totally
• 4:42
  different
• 4:43
  business
• 4:43
  model,
• 4:44
  but
• 4:44
  I
• 4:44
  think,
• 4:45
  again,
• 4:45
  it
• 4:45
  makes
• 4:45
  sense
• 4:46
  of,
• 4:46
  like,
• 4:46
  then
• 4:47
  there's
• 4:47
  the,
• 4:47
  like,
• 4:47
  it
• 4:48
  gets
• 4:48
  back
• 4:48
  to
• 4:48
  what
• 4:48
  we
• 4:48
  were
• 4:48
  saying,
• 4:48
  too.
• 4:49
  Like,
• 4:49
  then
• 4:49
  there's
• 4:49
  the
• 4:49
  incentive
• 4:50
  to
• 4:50
  be
• 4:51
  going
• 4:51
  to
• 4:51
  that
• 4:52
  or
• 4:52
  to
• 4:52
  be
• 4:52
  using
• 4:52
  it
• 4:52
  or
• 4:53
  looking
• 4:53
  at
• 4:53
  it
• 4:53
  more
• 4:53
  on
• 4:54
  a
• 4:54
  more
• 4:54
  frequent
• 4:54
  basis.
• 4:55
  So.
• 4:55
  All
• 4:56
  right,
• 4:57
  let
• 4:57
  us
• 4:57
  know.
• 4:57
  Provider
• 4:58
  of
• 4:58
  the
• 4:58
  new
• 4:58
  furnace
• 4:59
  or
• 4:59
  whatever.
• 4:59
  Yeah.
• 4:59
  In
• 4:59
  that
• 5:00
  situation.
• 5:00
  Exactly.
• 5:01
  Exactly.
• 5:01
  When
• 5:02
  it
• 5:02
  breaks
• 5:02
  down.
• 5:02
  Which
• 5:03
  it
• 5:03
  will,
• 5:03
  Ann.
• 5:03
  Which
• 5:03
  it
• 5:04
  will.
• 5:05
  I'm
• 5:05
  not
• 5:05
  ready
• 5:05
  to
• 5:06
  hear
• 5:06
  that
• 5:06
  yet.
