SPEAKER_02: That's also like one of the leagues where I had a different draft strategy, and you know, it seemed a little bit weird the you know, the way it was set in the first place.

SPEAKER_02: So for um uh for me, my drafting, you know, you have that contrarian league, that league that's always gonna be different from your primary, and and unfortunately that seems to always be my worst league.

SPEAKER_02: So outside of that, um my other two leagues are pretty good.

SPEAKER_02: Uh, I'm still in the hunt for four and four, five and three.

SPEAKER_02: So I I got some pretty good records there.

SPEAKER_00: And I it's funny because the two contrarian leagues I had where I took a different draft strategy, I'm actually doing really well.

SPEAKER_00: And it's it's kind of just dumb luck because you know, I was just a little bit faster on the waiver wire, paying a little closer attention to some other guys.

SPEAKER_00: You know, the the two leagues I'm in with you, those are some those guys are some players.

SPEAKER_00: So, you know, the contenders league, I'm doing really well, but the champions league I'm not, and um a lot of the same guys, and same thing with James League.

SPEAKER_00: It's just that my first three players, I had McCaffrey, Pacheco, and Mike Evans.

SPEAKER_00: You know, I'm struggling to make the playoffs, it's unlikely, but that's the game, and that's why sometimes when you take a different approach and your guys stay healthy, or just some guys you're not expecting to go off, go off, that can go a long way.

SPEAKER_02: Because when you have too many superstars, you know, like in these uh eight-man leagues or less, you unfortunately end up losing a lot of that that competitiveness because it's all also stacked for everybody.

SPEAKER_00: You know, you'd have all these you'd have some studs on the waiver wire and a deep bench where you didn't know who to play.

SPEAKER_00: I want to have my go-to's and then a couple guys I'm I'm on I'm looking at on my bench thinking, should I start them?

SPEAKER_02: Like that Trevor Lawrence loves his slot because if you think about it, he's a quarterback that doesn't really get through his progressions all that well.

SPEAKER_00: And I mean, you just gotta look at the volume he's been getting throughout the year to realize that the the chances are Baker's gonna lean on him, and that's exactly what happened.

SPEAKER_02: So the the fact that Tampa Bay had Mike Evans and Chris Godwin meant that Kate Otten couldn't really break out because there was no need for him to break out, right?

SPEAKER_02: So uh Lions versus Packers, Packers are playing with Malik Willis, but I don't expect them to have much of a drop off.

SPEAKER_02: Yes, downgrade your wide receivers for Green Bay, but there's certain players you upgrade.

SPEAKER_02: Now, obviously, I wanted to save the Lions for last because we already know who the Lions are, they have two freaking a two-headed ram of running backs with Jameer Gibbs and David Montgomery.

SPEAKER_00: Amari Cooper didn't do anything, but it was his first game with the Bills, and I think with another game of practice, he'll get enough volume to be a flex play.

SPEAKER_00: I know it's it's like you're a little apprehensive to start him because of last week, but I think a week of practice goes a long way with someone that's at his level.

SPEAKER_00: Um, but he is banged up, so keep an eye on that.

SPEAKER_00: And then unfortunately, the Bills' wide receivers as a whole are unpredictable.

SPEAKER_00: Um, but Khalil Shakir has been pretty solid this season, even with limited opportunities, and the same goes for Keon Coleman, but he is a somewhat risky play.
