Yeah. So my experience with Diablo in

general is not super deep. I don't have a ton of

experience. I never played Diablo 2.

I remember Diablo from when I was a kid.

Like I remember that being a thing but I just I never really

got my hands on it didn't really play it.

I ended up getting Diablo 3 way late into its life.

Torchlight and Path of Exile. Yeah, I had picked up Torchlight

and really enjoy Like that, that kind of gameplay I always grew

up really like enjoying Borderlands Borderlands used to

played, it was enjoyable, but I got sidetracked pretty easily

with this beta coming out and, you know, everybody was pretty

hyped on Diablo. For, I really wanted to get in

on a Diablo game kind of from the ground level, like, when it

came out. So I was really interested in

this. So that's when I subjected

myself to that sandwich that potentially kills people, 10 and

ended up playing the opener. The closed beta last weekend or

the weekend before I guess and had a great time.

Like it was fantastic. I think I mean before the beta

was even over, I ended up pre-ordering.

The deluxe edition of the game, which I honestly have gotten in

the habit of just not pre-ordering games lately and

just kind of waiting, especially now that I'm not doing the

podcast, I don't have to write but for this, I mean, as much of

I really wanted to be there from the ground floor and and enjoy

the hell out of it. I think it hit all of the notes

turned off by three kind of being a little bit more cartoony

and not as dark. You know, that's, that's a

staple of the Diablo franchise but Diablo for kind of gets back

into that dark and gritty type of world and now, kind of almost

from a different perspective. Whereas, you know, what we've

seen so far in this is Big spoiler, like it's kind of

plastered all over the place. They're still demons and stuff.

Your that you're fighting. But a lot of what you're

fighting is actually like evil humans, right?

Like there's are not fighting this Sara Lee but a lot of the

story plots are actually just fucking evil people.

But yeah, from a gameplay standpoint, like this was just

It's in a way a turn, your brain off kind of thing, click and
