- 7:24Speaker 1: not sure where she is trying to see. I'm y'all,
- 7:41Speaker 1: I'm trying to get her a messenger, trying to get

- 8:16Speaker 1: But y'all know, if she don't come on, I'm not
- 8:19Speaker 1: staying on alone. I just what. I try to be
- 8:22Speaker 1: obedient and we are to occupy this space. This our
- 8:27Speaker 1: Sunday through Friday at eight pm. So I want to
- 8:32Speaker 1: be obedient to that. But since I'm here, I might
- 8:35Speaker 1: as well share with you guys some of the things
- 8:36Speaker 1: that we have going on that you guys can get
- 8:39Speaker 1: involved in. So, if you are an author or you
- 8:42Speaker 1: are expiring author and you have a message, you have
- 8:45Speaker 1: a message of hope, you have a message that you
- 8:50Speaker 1: want to share with somebody, we're looking for some hosts
- 8:54Speaker 1: to join us on. We're looking for some men to
- 8:58Speaker 1: join them kings of the lay. And then we still
- 9:01Speaker 1: have two spots available on the divas of the airways.
- 9:05Speaker 1: We have two spots available on the divas of the airways,
- 9:09Speaker 1: and we are currently looking for some mails. So if
- 9:13Speaker 1: you are a mail and you're looking for opportunity to
- 9:16Speaker 1: share your voice on an amazing network. I encourage you
- 9:19Speaker 1: to come on over and be a part of the
- 9:22Speaker 1: Crew podcast and be a part of what we got
- 9:25Speaker 1: going on over here. I tell you will not be disappointed.
- 9:29Speaker 1: You will not be disappointed. You will not be disappointed.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Opportunity to share your voice, opportunity to allow that message
- 9:35Speaker 1: that's been placed on the inside of you can come
- 9:37Speaker 1: forth and to come out. Somebody's waiting to hear from you.
- 9:40Speaker 1: Somebody's waiting to hear from you. We also looking for
- 9:45Speaker 1: individuals that want to write for the magazine. We're always
- 9:50Speaker 1: looking for new voices, new perspectives. So if you are
- 9:55Speaker 1: looking to broaden your writing experience and to allow your
- 10:01Speaker 1: voice to be heard and to be seen, we are
- 10:04Speaker 1: definitely looking for some more writers to join us over
- 10:08Speaker 1: It Inspired Office magazine. So if you are looking for
- 10:13Speaker 1: opportunity to share your expertise and to really pour into
- 10:18Speaker 1: our black and brown community, this is a great opportunity
- 10:22Speaker 1: for you to allow your expertise to come forth, your
- 10:25Speaker 1: gifts and your talents to shine inside of this magazine.
- 10:30Speaker 1: We drop every month. It is a monthly magazine and
- 10:34Speaker 1: we usually drop between the twentieth of the month and
- 10:37Speaker 1: the last day of the month unless we're doing special auditions,
- 10:41Speaker 1: and if we're doing special auditions, we try to drop
- 10:44Speaker 1: around whatever holiday or whatever special audition it is. But
- 10:50Speaker 1: know that we have opportunities. If you are looking to
- 10:54Speaker 1: share your writing expertise, in your expertise, in the fields
- 10:59Speaker 1: that you operate in, your gifts, your talents, we definitely
- 11:03Speaker 1: can use you over on the Crew podcast and Aspiring
- 11:08Speaker 1: Office magazine. And then if you are an author that
- 11:11Speaker 1: is looking for a community to network, to to share,
- 11:16Speaker 1: to collaborate, to create, come on over to the one
- 11:21Speaker 1: hundred out the movement. We're all unbrelative, only the same thing,
- 11:24Speaker 1: and we all believe in the four seeds and that
- 11:27Speaker 1: is connect, collaborate, create, in community building. So I'm telling
- 11:33Speaker 1: you this is an amazing opportunity. So again, I'm not
- 11:41Speaker 1: sure where our host is for the night. I did
- 11:49Speaker 1: not get a response back from her, so not sure
- 11:52Speaker 1: what's going on, but pray all is well with her
- 11:56Speaker 1: and y'all. We keep it pushed. That keep it pushing,
- 12:00Speaker 1: We keep it pushing. We'll be back tomorrow, I think,
- 12:03Speaker 1: Black Dominus on tomorrow. We don't stop, we come, we
- 12:08Speaker 1: come right tomorrow. Black Diminus on tomorrow, and then, of
- 12:12Speaker 1: course y'all know Saturdays, we're off Tarrida Tarrida's on Sunday,
- 12:20Speaker 1: Latonia's on Monday, and then Patrisa's on Tuesday, and then
- 12:25Speaker 1: we are off Wednesday and Thursday of next week because
- 12:28Speaker 1: we do not have hosts for those hours for those shows,
- 12:33Speaker 1: so we're off. So I'll probably be doing some I'll
- 12:36Speaker 1: probably be doing some stuff here on the network with
- 12:40Speaker 1: some of those that are incarcerated. I'll probably bring some
- 12:42Speaker 1: of those guys that are incarcerated on share their stories
- 12:46Speaker 1: and try to bring some light to some of the
- 12:47Speaker 1: things that's going on behind prison walls. So that's probably
- 12:51Speaker 1: what we're gonna do. On eleventh and twelfth. Of course,
- 12:53Speaker 1: y'all know, I'm gonna be interviewing our kings on TikTok.
- 12:58Speaker 1: So we have some amazing men's that I'm gonna be
- 13:01Speaker 1: interviewing on Wednesday and Thursday of next week. They are
- 13:07Speaker 1: a part of the one hundred out the movement, so
- 13:09Speaker 1: you're gonna getn opportunity to meet some of the kings.
- 13:11Speaker 1: I know you guys have been seeing a lot of
- 13:13Speaker 1: the women, but we've not been seeing a lot of
- 13:16Speaker 1: stuff from our men, but we're gonna have an opportunity
- 13:19Speaker 1: to see some of these men, share their brands, share
- 13:22Speaker 1: what they're doing. You got an opportunity to purchase some
- 13:25Speaker 1: of their books and to support them and connect with them.
- 13:29Speaker 1: So make sure that you tune in next week. Wednesday
- 13:34Speaker 1: and Thursday, I'm gonna be live on TikTok and I
- 13:39Speaker 1: am going to be interviewing some of those that are
- 13:43Speaker 1: incarcerated on Wednesday and Thursday and next week live right
- 13:48Speaker 1: here on the Crew podcast in the eighth in the
- 13:50Speaker 1: eight o'clock hour, y'all in the eight o'clock hour, because
- 13:53Speaker 1: we do not have hosts for those two days. We
- 13:56Speaker 1: do not have hosts for Wednesday and Thursday of next week,
- 14:00Speaker 1: so I am going to be holding down the fort
- 14:03Speaker 1: until we get those spaces filled in. So y'all are
- 14:07Speaker 1: probably gonna be meeting some of those incarcerated individuals that
- 14:12Speaker 1: y'all hear me talk about all the time. Those that
- 14:15Speaker 1: are authors, you will get the opportunity to meet them.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Cornell is an author, the Kendrick who Patrice had on
- 14:24Speaker 1: her shoulder the other day. He's an author. And I
- 14:27Speaker 1: have a couple of more authors that I work with.
- 14:30Speaker 1: That is incarcerated and definitely going to see if I
- 14:33Speaker 1: can get them on next week because they are also men,
- 14:38Speaker 1: you know, they just happened to be incarcerated. You know.
- 14:42Speaker 1: This month is our our black history, our men's Black
- 14:46Speaker 1: History Month, because there's not a national reckon reckon recognition
- 14:52Speaker 1: of our black men, so we do have. This month
- 14:56Speaker 1: is Men's Men Mental Health Awareness Month as well. If
- 15:02Speaker 1: you did not know that, this month is also Men's
- 15:06Speaker 1: Mental Health Awareness Month, and this is so the month
- 15:12Speaker 1: of June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, Father's Day.
- 15:16Speaker 1: We recognize our men the whole month of June. So
- 15:22Speaker 1: for us, for the last five years we have been celebrating.
- 15:27Speaker 1: We call it Black Men's History Month. We have Women's
- 15:33Speaker 1: History Month and all this other stuff, but there's not
- 15:37Speaker 1: a specific time that's truly set aside for our men,
- 15:41Speaker 1: and especially our black men, who have done so much
- 15:44Speaker 1: and have been treated so badly, and I feel like
- 15:48Speaker 1: society has truly let them down, has truly disappointed them,
- 15:52Speaker 1: and has truly not stood up to you know, what
- 15:55Speaker 1: they are supposed to be doing when it comes to
- 15:58Speaker 1: our men. So I definitely am my brother's keeper. So
- 16:03Speaker 1: y'all always see me trying to shot them out, trying
- 16:06Speaker 1: to uplift them, trying to encourage them, trying to you know,
- 16:10Speaker 1: let them know that they are not forgotten. So we
- 16:15Speaker 1: just dropped another book book two Kings, You Are Not Forgotten,
- 16:19Speaker 1: and it was specifically designed for those that are incarcerated.
- 16:23Speaker 1: I'll tell you, I truly enjoyed working with the three
- 16:27Speaker 1: individuals that work with me, that collaborated with me to
- 16:30Speaker 1: do this book. Y'all. It is a thirty one day devotional.
- 16:36Speaker 1: It has transitional information, it has all type of stuff.
- 16:40Speaker 1: So if you have someone that is incarcerated, this is
- 16:43Speaker 1: definitely a must have for them, especially as they began
- 16:48Speaker 1: to work towards coming home. This is something that could
- 16:52Speaker 1: help them as they began to transition back home because
- 16:55Speaker 1: it has different resources and different things, and it walks
- 16:59Speaker 1: you different processes and different things that can help you
- 17:03Speaker 1: on that journey because a lot of times these prison
- 17:06Speaker 1: systems are not set up, they're not designed for true rehabilitation.
- 17:10Speaker 1: They was not designed for true rehabilitation, so we don't
- 17:16Speaker 1: see that. You know, they do everything but rehabilitate our kings.
- 17:21Speaker 1: You know, they do everything in their power to break
- 17:23Speaker 1: them and y'all have heard that. If y'all followed the podcast,
- 17:28Speaker 1: y'all tune into the podcast, y'all listen to some of
- 17:31Speaker 1: these clips. Y'all listen to some of the shows. Here
- 17:33Speaker 1: what goes on behind these prison walls and what these
- 17:37Speaker 1: individuals sometimes have to endure. And then you talk about
- 17:42Speaker 1: them being wrongfully and overly incarcerated and still having to
- 17:48Speaker 1: endure some of the stuff that they have to endure.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I think it's horrific and they should not have to.
- 17:52Speaker 1: But we gonna make sure that we do our part
- 17:57Speaker 1: and keeping them uplifted and keeping them inspired and keeping
- 18:02Speaker 1: them encouraged, because a lot of people, when you go
- 18:05Speaker 1: to prison, they forget about you. They forget that you
- 18:09Speaker 1: still exist. They cast you off, especially if you have
- 18:13Speaker 1: a long sentence. You know, when I hear people saying
- 18:17Speaker 1: that they got ninety nine years, they got one hundred years,
- 18:20Speaker 1: they got all of this. Then I know a lot
- 18:22Speaker 1: of family members. A lot of these individuals end up
- 18:25Speaker 1: by themselves because they're family members. They cast them to
- 18:29Speaker 1: the wolves, they forget about them. If you have a
- 18:33Speaker 1: loved one, y'all, y'all, don't forget about them, because there's
- 18:36Speaker 1: always a chance that they can be that they can
- 18:39Speaker 1: be parole, that something can be found out about their case.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Because y'all know, if you follow, if you follow the news,
- 18:48Speaker 1: and you follow what goes on, we see all the time.
- 18:51Speaker 1: How many times do we see individuals that have been
- 18:55Speaker 1: wrongfully and overly incarcerated that eventually set free and able
- 19:01Speaker 1: to you know, be redeemed. You know, it happens all
- 19:05Speaker 1: the time, and it happens more to our black and
- 19:08Speaker 1: brown people than any other race. And y'all, we we
- 19:12Speaker 1: gotta keep fighting, We gotta keep standing, We gotta keep
- 19:14Speaker 1: bringing awareness to what's going on, because truly, the judicial
- 19:19Speaker 1: system is not set up for us. But we are
- 19:22Speaker 1: as people, we are, we are evolving. You know, as
- 19:26Speaker 1: much as they try to keep us down, as much
- 19:28Speaker 1: as they try to keep us buried, you know, we
- 19:31Speaker 1: always rise a bub that's just something about us. We
- 19:35Speaker 1: can never It's like, we can never be contained because
- 19:39Speaker 1: we are not meant to be contained. Like when you
- 19:43Speaker 1: know who you are and you know what you possess,
- 19:46Speaker 1: then you know the power that you walk in. And
- 19:50Speaker 1: we gotta keep going forth. We gotta keep going forth,
- 19:52Speaker 1: got to keep going forth. And we as brown people y'all,
- 19:55Speaker 1: we gotta stick together, and we got to do a
- 19:57Speaker 1: better job at supporting each other and uplift in each
- 20:00Speaker 1: other and not pulling each other down. Because now we see, y'all,
- 20:05Speaker 1: we see if your eyes hadn't been open, then they
- 20:09Speaker 1: they're not gonna be open. But I'm grateful and again,
- 20:14Speaker 1: thank you guys for jumping on. Again. This was not
- 20:17Speaker 1: my show. This was supposed to be a doctor Chen's show.
- 20:21Speaker 1: She her name of her show is Asked Speaks and
- 20:26Speaker 1: knowledge to power prosperity with the Queen Mother. I'm not
- 20:30Speaker 1: sure what happened. Again, she's out of the Virgin Island,
- 20:34Speaker 1: so sometimes and we know that she sometimes have connections
- 20:39Speaker 1: problem and depending on what's going on over there, and
- 20:43Speaker 1: they'm telling what may be going on, So we always are.
- 20:47Speaker 1: We're always mindful of that when we come on the
- 20:51Speaker 1: shows that you know, we don't know what's going on.
- 20:54Speaker 1: But again, I just wanted to be obedient and wanted
- 20:58Speaker 1: to make sure that I occupied the space for as
- 21:01Speaker 1: long as I occupy the space to provide whatever knowledge
- 21:05Speaker 1: and I could provide. So that's what I did, and
- 21:09Speaker 1: I'm gone, y'all. I stuck around for as long as
- 21:13Speaker 1: I could, and I'm gone. I'm out of here again.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Tomorrow same time, eight pm Easter Standard time, we'd be
- 21:21Speaker 1: right back here with Black Diamond. She is one of
- 21:25Speaker 1: the amazing hosts here. She will be on tomorrow night
- 21:29Speaker 1: eight pm. I think she has a couple of guests,
- 21:35Speaker 1: and then on the third Friday, y'all, she'll be back
- 21:38Speaker 1: with the panel. If you not had a chance to
- 21:42Speaker 1: catch the panel, you definitely want to check check out
- 21:46Speaker 1: her third Friday show. Every third Friday, she had an
- 21:50Speaker 1: amazing panel where they are discussing I think it's called
- 21:56Speaker 1: oh my God, don't get me to quote it wrong,
- 22:00Speaker 1: but it's a tied to a book, cracks in the
- 22:04Speaker 1: something not easily broken something, y'all. But I'm telling you,
- 22:08Speaker 1: it's an amazing time because there's about seven or eight
- 22:12Speaker 1: of them and they come on and they talk about
- 22:17Speaker 1: things that you know, they've had to heal from, and
- 22:21Speaker 1: she walk us through the journal, the workbook that they have.
- 22:25Speaker 1: It's a work book and they are working through that
- 22:27Speaker 1: book and they are just openly discussing things that I
- 22:31Speaker 1: can tell you definitely have been helping a lot of
- 22:34Speaker 1: us here, a lot of us here, a lot of
- 22:36Speaker 1: us that are tuned in that wouldn't even a part
- 22:39Speaker 1: of the project. Y'all. We had to go out and
- 22:41Speaker 1: buy the book so we can go ahead and walk
- 22:42Speaker 1: along with them. I said, I'm sitting over here and
- 22:45Speaker 1: backstage producing these shows, and I'm seeing all of this.
- 22:49Speaker 1: I say, you know what, I need to go ahead
- 22:50Speaker 1: and get involved in this too. So yeah, y'all tune
- 22:54Speaker 1: in tomorrow night. I promise y'all. Y'all, y'all, y'all would
- 22:58Speaker 1: be blessed, Black down, and we'll be here tomorrow night.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Y'all see y'all. Then y'all have a good night.
