- 0:04Testecleese: And now is the time when things are shifting.
- 0:06Testecleese: going to be a new world. Order out there.
- 0:09Testecleese: Unbelievable!
- 0:13Testecleese: I struggled.
- 0:15Testecleese: Who are fake news.
- 0:17Testecleese: I am not suicidal.
- 0:21Testecleese: We'll circle back with you directly I can circle back. I'll circle back and do not come.
- 0:29Testecleese: Do not come.
- 0:30Testecleese: I'm gonna come.
- 0:32Testecleese: Hello! Hello! Hello! And welcome to Episode 293 of the Jeffrey and Brian show. I am Jeffrey.
- 0:39Brian McFadden: I'm Brian.
- 0:41Testecleese: And we're just you guys drinking some Beers sorry for what's going on a little bit of a slow Newsweek.
- 0:47Testecleese: But
- 0:49Testecleese: everyone's still talking about the same garbage they were talking about last week, so I mean, I guess that's just the way it goes. You know.
- 0:54Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 0:57Testecleese: Elaine Maxwell finally spoke with the the Doj concerning all that Epstein stuff.
- 1:05Testecleese: Her lawyer said that she was asked questions about a hundred different people
- 1:12Testecleese: and then they complained about her living arrangements in prison.
- 1:18Testecleese: and I guess they asked for a pardon, too. I don't know how far that's gonna go.
- 1:24Testecleese: But I mean, if we got nothing on Epstein, how do we know that this woman did anything?
- 1:29Testecleese: marks?
- 1:30Testecleese: Ow, that's about it with that
- 1:34Testecleese: so? Did you see this birthday crap, Epstein, birthday crap with trump.
- 1:39Brian McFadden: Yeah, it's a whole lot of nothing.
- 1:42Testecleese: Yeah. You notice how they won't publish it for people to see.
- 1:46Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:47Testecleese: Air
- 1:48Testecleese: and it the verbiage didn't sound like words. Trump would use either. I don't have it in front of me, unfortunately, but I've heard it written to me several times.
- 1:55Testecleese: which I think is hilarious because today the Wall Street Journal came who published that and is getting sued by trump for it
- 2:03Testecleese: came out today and said, Oh, yeah. There was also an entry from Bill Clinton in there. Oh, interesting! How you left that bit out.
- 2:10Testecleese: you know, until you're facing defamation charges.
- 2:15Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 2:17Testecleese: Don't know.
- 2:19Testecleese: So
- 2:20Testecleese: this Colbert thing that's going on in the late show. What 30 years the show has been on the air. That letterman started.
- 2:26Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:28Brian McFadden: the whole. The whole format was started, like in 1953. I learned that on the the no agenda show.
- 2:37Testecleese: Of course I was unaware of that.
- 2:40Brian McFadden: But
- 2:40Testecleese: Sure.
- 2:41Brian McFadden: Yeah, cause it started with,
- 2:45Testecleese: There were Carson.
- 2:46Brian McFadden: Like Johnny Carson. Yeah, that's the format. Johnny Carson.
- 2:48Testecleese: Format. Yeah, but not the late show itself.
- 2:50Brian McFadden: No. Well, apparently the late show had this huge budget, and they had like 200 staff members, and they filmed in.
- 2:58Testecleese: That.
- 2:58Brian McFadden: And they filmed in New York City.
- 3:00Brian McFadden: and Colbert didn't even offer to take a pay cut to keep the show going.
- 3:05Brian McFadden: because that's what happened during Covid. A lot of the people that were more magnamious, you know. They took a pay cut to keep their staffs getting paid, you know, and getting a paycheck when everything was shut down during Covid. I mean, they could have moved that freaking show out of New York. They could have, you know, cut his staff in half. I mean, obviously, he's not that funny if he needs, you know, thousands of writers to write his material for him, you know type deal.
- 3:34Brian McFadden: Yeah. Well, no one was watching it, too, he said. He came out, and he's like, Oh, it's the number one rated show. It's like.
- 3:40Testecleese: Yeah. But who are you comparing it against and like? And did you see who's watching the show? It's 70 year olds.
- 3:46Brian McFadden: No, there's 7 year olds I've been, I doubt. I doubt they're watching it live. They may be recording it, but I mean
- 3:52Brian McFadden: and it, and it's always it became so one sided that it was. It's just like Saturday live. I used to love watching Saturday live when they picked on both sides of the political aisle.
- 4:02Testecleese: Yeah.
- 4:03Brian McFadden: Now it's only one side, and I got no interested in staying up to watch it. I'd rather do something else better with my time like go to sleep.
- 4:12Testecleese: Yeah, or drink a beer.
- 4:14Brian McFadden: Exactly, you know. And you know. Funny thing about Jimmy Kimmel's show, because Trump pre
- 4:20Brian McFadden: truth, doubt recently that Jimmy Kimball will be next.
- 4:23Brian McFadden: I learned this on the agenda show, too, today that Jimmy Kimball's not even posting his own show right now
- 4:30Brian McFadden: he's got guest hosts doing a show, and he's off doing. Who wants to be a millionaire?
- 4:37Testecleese: I thought I saw his face on. Who wants to be the millionaire? And I was a little surprised by that.
- 4:40Brian McFadden: Yep, yep, that's what he's doing these days.
- 4:43Testecleese: Interesting stuff. Well, Colbert is saying that this is all political, and this is like a
- 4:49Testecleese: some secret deal that went down with.
- 4:52Brian McFadden: I don't believe that I think the deal is that his show is bringing him like a million dollars a year, and they were spending 40 million on the show.
- 5:00Testecleese: Yeah, they said, between 40 and 50 million dollars a year. They're losing.
- 5:05Brian McFadden: If he wasn't willing to take a pay cut, you know. So be it. You know the show's done, I mean.
- 5:11Testecleese: Well, yeah, again, it's a it's elderly folks watching this, and they're not spending money on stuff. You know what I mean.
- 5:17Testecleese: So nobody's advertising, you know what I mean. Besides, like drug companies which
- 5:22Testecleese: he's hoping Rfk, Jr. Could do something to make that illegal in this country.
- 5:29Testecleese: but yeah, he's saying that, you know, it's obvious that they're just trying to like suck up to trump, as he says, this paramount gives trey and Matt Trey from South Park 1.5 billion dollars.
- 5:43Brian McFadden: Well, that's an anime show that's making money, you know. They they the hbo, had the licensing agreement on that for the longest time, and it expired and paramount. Bought it back, you know.
- 5:55Testecleese: Yeah. And Hbo went ahead and took down all their episodes early without warning. But
- 6:00Testecleese: hold on. That's 1.5 billion over 5 years. Okay.
- 6:04Testecleese: that's what 300 million dollars a year.
- 6:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 6:08Testecleese: They do 10 episodes a year when they do a season.
- 6:12Brian McFadden: Right.
- 6:14Testecleese: Holy shit, dude.
- 6:15Brian McFadden: But this isn't just. They're not just paying for new shows. They're paying for the whole.
- 6:20Brian McFadden: The whole King caboodle. All the shows are moving to paramount, plus all of the that.
- 6:26Testecleese: Here's the crazy thing is, did you see the new episode that they put out.
- 6:29Brian McFadden: No, I haven't watched it in a while.
- 6:31Testecleese: Oh, it's the cringiest anti-trump stuff I have ever seen.
- 6:38Testecleese: Basically, they just took their Saddam Hussein character.
- 6:42Brian McFadden: Turn them in front.
- 6:43Testecleese: And put Trump's face on it, and did the same stupid voice. Satan, that's not.
- 6:48Brian McFadden: Not gonna alienate anybody.
- 6:50Testecleese: And and made fun of Trump's tiny Dick
- 6:53Testecleese: and call them fat for the entire episode, and they even did like a 30 second full frontal nudity.
- 7:01Testecleese: And all I could think was, if they're canceling Colbert for just being an asshole to trump, then how the hell! Why the hell are they paying these guys to do this, you know?
- 7:12Testecleese: Which is too bad, because last time they did a trump thing
- 7:17Testecleese: it was hilarious with Mr. Garrison being trump.
- 7:21Brian McFadden: I thought it was hilarious. PC. Principle.
- 7:24Testecleese: But now he's now PC principles, power, Christian principle.
- 7:30Testecleese: Yeah, it's
- 7:32Testecleese: I don't know. I might watch one more to see if it's worth my effort, but I got a feeling that this is them giving up on the show because they don't care. They're rich enough.
- 7:42Testecleese: but I don't know but it it seems like South Park, one ahead in like
- 7:48Testecleese: slap. This liberal conspiracy theory between paramount and trump aside, you know.
- 7:55Testecleese: Even James Carville came out and said that Colbert was almost certainly cancelled because it just wasn't making money and nobody's watching it.
- 8:03Testecleese: I mean, he's getting something like 200,000 viewers in the on mute demographics, or that that's not.
- 8:12Testecleese: That doesn't justify 200 personnel on staff.
- 8:16Testecleese: No fuck. No.
- 8:18Testecleese: no, it's just. It's nobody nobody's watching it, because nobody cares. We know. Okay, you hate trump.
- 8:23Testecleese: You're not going to give us actual news.
- 8:25Testecleese: You're not going to give us an actual, witty take. You're gonna have hypodermic needles dancing around telling us to get vaccinated.
- 8:35Testecleese: Bye.
- 8:37Testecleese: So you're familiar with Candace Owens.
- 8:39Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 8:41Testecleese: Right. But did you know who she was when she was working at the Daily Wire?
- 8:45Brian McFadden: Yes, because of you.
- 8:47Testecleese: Okay. Okay. Okay.
- 8:49Testecleese: Well, for a while now she's been going off about how Macron, the French president's wife, is actually a dude.
- 8:58Testecleese: Now she's, you know, an older woman. Could you just imagine being so ugly as a woman that people like? Oh, that's obviously a man.
- 9:05Testecleese: That's that's gotta hurt your feelings right?
- 9:08Testecleese: But it's funny because she came out and was like, Oh, trump! Called me and asked me to back off.
- 9:14Testecleese: Was it Brigant Macron?
- 9:17Brian McFadden: Or Epstein.
- 9:19Testecleese: Wow!
- 9:20Testecleese: Well, this is, she said, that this you know, he actually called about this, but she's like he didn't greet her, or he didn't like respond to any of her comments or questions. I was like, you got some kind of weird robo call that was pre recorded by someone else fucking with you, and you bought it, you know.
- 9:34Testecleese: But now Macron is suing Owens over over this.
- 9:41Testecleese: and it's like, I'm sorry, Buddy. She's in the United States. Good luck
- 9:46Testecleese: suing her over misgendering you. Not your wife, you know.
- 9:51Testecleese: but that's that's not helping the French look strong, I'm like, oh, she's mean. You're not allowed to be mean.
- 9:59Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 10:03Testecleese: Did you see this inflation post? The Democrat party put out.
- 10:08Brian McFadden: No, I didn't. I missed the.
- 10:09Testecleese: Oh, it was hilarious
- 10:12Testecleese: like! Look at the damage trump has done and like. Look at! This is all Trump's presidency, and they put up a like a graph of the cost of like individual items, all skyrocketing.
- 10:24Testecleese: Yeah. The problem is, they went up until 2022 and began under Biden's
- 10:30Testecleese: taking office. They they basically said, like, Look what Biden did. But we're gonna try to blame trump. They got eviscerated online for this.
- 10:39Testecleese: and then the Democrats did a quiet delete.
- 10:42Testecleese: It was actually the Democrat party that posted this on or whatever it is.
- 10:48Testecleese: But yeah, it's like you do realize that was your guy in office right.
- 10:52Brian McFadden: Right.
- 10:54Testecleese: I thought it was fucking hilarious.
- 10:59Testecleese: Other news, some dude, some father here in the States like, took off and went to Russia.
- 11:05Brian McFadden: The whole family to Russia.
- 11:07Testecleese: Yeah, to try to get away from like woke America.
- 11:12Testecleese: Yeah, he's regretting that decision. He's been sent to the front lines for Russia.
- 11:16Brian McFadden: Yeah, but he's fighting in Ukraine.
- 11:19Testecleese: Yeah, that was a giant fucking mistake. Huh?
- 11:21Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 11:23Brian McFadden: Why would you? If you go to flee this country, why would you go to Russia anyway, unless you're actually Russian.
- 11:30Brian McFadden: right?
- 11:31Testecleese: And email.
- 11:31Brian McFadden: That wouldn't be my 1st choice of a place to go outside of the Us. For sure.
- 11:36Testecleese: I wouldn't leave this country to live anywhere else honestly, and I grew up.
- 11:42Brian McFadden: See myself living like in Thailand or the Philippines.
- 11:47Testecleese: My retirement check would go a whole lot further.
- 11:51Testecleese: Mexico City.
- 11:54Brian McFadden: Much crime.
- 11:56Testecleese: Yeah. You like them lady boys in Thailand. Huh?
- 11:58Testecleese: No, not anymore. Never, never really did find out.
- 12:05Brian McFadden: I, though the women I was with in Thailand, were not ladyboys.
- 12:11Testecleese: Sure.
- 12:15Testecleese: You shade this one, I think.
- 12:17Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 12:18Testecleese: Yeah, what's what's the deal?
- 12:22Brian McFadden: Oh, this is just another thing that you know. Trump's been pushing, you know, and finally the Us. Olympic and Paralympic people have said they're going to bar
- 12:30Brian McFadden: transgender women from competing in women's categories. So if you're a transgender woman, you want to be in the Olympics, you gotta. And you're a male transitioning the female, you got to compete as a man.
- 12:45Brian McFadden: Here's a question, is this getting off.
- 12:47Testecleese: Is this going to affect the rest of the world
- 12:51Testecleese: when the Olympics are in the United States.
- 12:53Brian McFadden: It should.
- 12:55Testecleese: That's what I was thinking. I'm not sure how that works.
- 12:58Brian McFadden: I'm not either.
- 12:59Testecleese: Let's be real dude like Venezuela. Oh, yeah.
- 13:04Testecleese: Venezuela has been caught cheating before sending men to play soccer in the Women's Division, but they actually, the the Venezuelan Youth baseball team just got denied visas to play in the World Series
- 13:17Testecleese: Little League World Series in the States.
- 13:22Testecleese: I'm not surprised because they send grown ass men to play little League baseball. You know that. Slip off and disappear into the the nation when they get the chance.
- 13:32Testecleese: All right on to local here.
- 13:35Testecleese: I had the most trouble finding anything local worth talking about in West Virginia.
- 13:40Testecleese: It looks like you didn't have much luck either.
- 13:44Brian McFadden: No.
- 13:47Testecleese: Shoot! I might have actually shared this one. Not I'm not sure your public media stations.
- 13:53Brian McFadden: I shared that one.
- 13:54Testecleese: Okay, what's up.
- 13:56Brian McFadden: Well, you know the Rescission Bill was approved. I don't know if Trump signed it yet, but the House and the Senate voted for it. So
- 14:05Brian McFadden: public broadcasting is losing like
- 14:09Brian McFadden: 2 billion dollars or something like that in the scheme of things. It's a drop in the bucket, but
- 14:15Brian McFadden: everybody's doing. Woe is me! Public broadcasting is going to die. Now let them compete with the freaking market, you know. That's what they should be doing.
- 14:25Testecleese: 1, 2 billion dollars. That's nationwide, right?
- 14:27Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 14:28Testecleese: Split up amongst every
- 14:31Testecleese: public broadcasting organization in the country, I mean was like you said, dropping. What was that? 50 bucks a piece.
- 14:38Brian McFadden: Yeah, they can get their donors to pitch in and pay for that.
- 14:42Testecleese: Yeah, and I'm and the WHRO. That's like the.
- 14:48Brian McFadden: That's the Norfolk Station.
- 14:50Testecleese: Stuff, right.
- 14:51Brian McFadden: Norfolk Station.
- 14:53Testecleese: Yeah, wow, I mean, I've watched public access before. That's only because I knew somebody that was doing something. I found interesting. Nobody watches public access TV and you know it.
- 15:02Testecleese: It seems like a giant waste of money, anyway. But if someone wants to pay for it, I say, go ahead just seems crazy that we, the people, are.
- 15:10Testecleese: and I think it's nuts that, even like Virginia would put money into this garbage.
- 15:14Testecleese: It it's not like they're doing news and weather. You know what I mean.
- 15:19Brian McFadden: Well, there's say they do that.
- 15:22Testecleese: Who's doing? I don't know. Maybe maybe it's different than the public access I had growing up.
- 15:27Testecleese: Ours would be off most of the day they would kick on at a certain time when someone like rented the space
- 15:34Testecleese: well over here in West Virginia. The court went ahead and dismissed
- 15:40Testecleese: an aclu case about the vaccine exemptions that Governor Morrissey put into place. He! He basically said, religious exemptions.
- 15:50Testecleese: You could say I'm not getting the shot. And the Aclu tried to say, No, you can't do that like who's fucking you to force drugs into my body?
- 15:59Testecleese: And who are you to tell me that I can't say no, that's not my religion.
- 16:03Brian McFadden: Right.
- 16:07Testecleese: Blew my mind when they tried to get everyone force everyone to get a Covid shot.
- 16:12Testecleese: Bye.
- 16:13Testecleese: you know. The same time these folks are arguing my body, my choice for abortion, and then trying to force drugs into my body
- 16:20Testecleese: like, listen here, bitch, if I'm gonna put drugs in my body. I'm going to pick which drugs. Okay? And I'm not doing it with a needle most of the time. Because I, you know.
- 16:30Testecleese: Oh, lot of deaths this week. Dude.
- 16:34Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 16:37Testecleese: Shit. Malcolm Jamal Warner. You remember him right.
- 16:41Brian McFadden: Yeah, cosby show.
- 16:43Testecleese: Yeah, and he did Malcolm and Eddie, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
- 16:46Testecleese: He was in Costa Rica with his family, and drowned
- 16:50Testecleese: 54 years old. That sucks
- 16:54Testecleese: the big one that everyone saw was Ozzy died well, like 2, 3 weeks after his final show.
- 17:00Brian McFadden: A week less than a week.
- 17:01Testecleese: Less than a week. Jeez!
- 17:06Testecleese: So I suffer that everywhere.
- 17:08Brian McFadden: I tried to play ozzy songs on the jukebox at the Vfw. Day, and I got to pay an extra credit to do it right now instead of 2, it's 3 credits.
- 17:16Testecleese: Why?
- 17:17Brian McFadden: Capitalism. And he's popular.
- 17:19Testecleese: So high in demand.
- 17:21Brian McFadden: Everybody's playing Ozzy right now.
- 17:24Testecleese: I listened to some aussie right before the show. Actually, Mr. Crowley and Crazy train, and
- 17:30Testecleese: a couple others.
- 17:31Brian McFadden: See you on the other side.
- 17:33Testecleese: Yeah. Yeah.
- 17:36Testecleese: Another musician you familiar with chuck mangione.
- 17:39Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 17:41Testecleese: Inciting Mark South Park.
- 17:44Brian McFadden: I thought he was. I think he was on a South Park episode.
- 17:47Testecleese: He might have been, but he was on a lot of King of the Hill episodes.
- 17:50Brian McFadden: That might be where it was on King of.
- 17:52Testecleese: Yeah, he was always in the the shop smart, or wherever it was, where they.
- 17:55Brian McFadden: Shopping. I watched King of the Hill, but it's on so that's probably where I got it from. Yep.
- 18:00Testecleese: 84. He's a jazz musician for anyone who doesn't know.
- 18:05Testecleese: and actually for shits and giggles anyone out there go ahead and just like type into Youtube. Chuck mangione on King of the Hill. You'll get a laugh because he's like walking through the hardware store playing is was it a clarinet or something?
- 18:20Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 18:22Testecleese: I don't know. Maybe it's an oboe I don't know enough, and Hulk Hogan died.
- 18:27Brian McFadden: Yep, that was yesterday.
- 18:29Testecleese: Oh, my goodness, man!
- 18:31Brian McFadden: Died on my birthday.
- 18:33Testecleese: That's unfortunate.
- 18:36Testecleese: Hogan and Ozzy man entertain so many
- 18:41Testecleese: not that Mangione and Warner didn't watch.
- 18:47Testecleese: Just I don't know man crazy.
- 18:49Testecleese: It's almost like they knew the work week. The Newsweek was gonna be slow. So they went and died.
- 18:55Brian McFadden: Talk, about.
- 18:59Testecleese: Alright!
- 19:00Testecleese: Did you see this shit going on coming out concerning Obama being office with.
- 19:08Brian McFadden: There. Yeah. He's been referred to the Department Justice for misconduct in the Russia, Russia, Russia Gate.
- 19:16Testecleese: Yeah, I'm pretty sure. Was it, gnome? Said Treason.
- 19:20Testecleese: And I was like that.
- 19:21Brian McFadden: That's pretty. That's yeah. That's yeah. That's probably not gonna happen.
- 19:25Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, I mean, you could. I'm sure they could find a way to
- 19:31Testecleese: make it fit verbally. But that just says I don't think it's gonna take in a courtroom.
- 19:36Testecleese: They might get into some kind of sedition for trying to control the outcome of an election, though.
- 19:42Testecleese: because it turns out that they had a ton of information saying, all this Russiagate is bullshit.
- 19:51Brian McFadden: Right? Oh, yeah, they had, like 51 intelligence officials saying that it was true. True, true, you know.
- 20:01Testecleese: Well, yeah, well, yeah. And Obama came turn. And it's like, Yeah, go ahead and publish it, anyway.
- 20:07Testecleese: Because of a sentence fragment.
- 20:11Testecleese: They decided that Trump was trying to use Russia to steal the election.
- 20:17Testecleese: Oh, and this tied directly into Hillary's private server.
- 20:24Testecleese: Your emails?
- 20:29Testecleese: You know they were probably working in cahoots. I'm guessing, you know.
- 20:32Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 20:34Testecleese: From what I could find. It looks like Putin was expecting Clinton to win.
- 20:40Testecleese: and was actually excited about it because he knew she wouldn't do shit about him invading Ukraine just like Obama. Didn't.
- 20:48Brian McFadden: Right, so he had to delay his invasion until Trump wasn't in office.
- 20:53Testecleese: Exactly.
- 20:55Testecleese: So. Yeah. All trump even accused him of treason, too.
- 21:00Testecleese: All right.
- 21:01Testecleese: Alright.
- 21:02Testecleese: We'll see where this goes.
- 21:05Testecleese: You know I'm I'm hearing a lot of people on the right say, Oh, nothing will happen, and that's probably correct, because the Republicans never do shit.
- 21:12Testecleese: But remember, the Democrats made up a bunch of shit and tried trump for it.
- 21:18Testecleese: Yup!
- 21:20Testecleese: And now that's all being turned back on them.
- 21:23Testecleese: Even the people that prosecuted and were getting hit with the same shit. It's like, well, you knew so much about it because you were doing it.
- 21:28Brian McFadden: Right.
- 21:30Testecleese: It's just just fucking crazy.
- 21:35Testecleese: Yeah. And now Jim Acosta is coming out. Oh, my God! Jim Acosta is like, I don't know all this heated rhetoric about Obama could put a former president at risk. Motherfucker, you guys spent.
- 21:45Brian McFadden: Year.
- 21:46Testecleese: Years and years, and.
- 21:47Brian McFadden: Trying to get drum.
- 21:50Testecleese: And calling him Nazi, and worse than Hitler, literally Hitler, to the point where multiple people tried to kill this man. One of them actually shot him in the head.
- 22:02Testecleese: And you're worried about people calling Obama a bad word.
- 22:06Brian McFadden: Right.
- 22:07Testecleese: We'll where do these people live?
- 22:11Testecleese: What? What is their worldview?
- 22:15Testecleese: That this is just evil and wrong to do to a former President? When they did the same thing. And Jim Acosta is one of the guys that was pushing it.
- 22:23Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, he's a guy got kicked out of the White House briefing area for the longest time.
- 22:28Brian McFadden: because his by trump and he had to go to court in order to get back in.
- 22:35Testecleese: Who was was it Swalwell? Schiff.
- 22:39Brian McFadden: With the Chinese people and his his
- 22:45Testecleese: I was thinking ship was one of the big ones pushing
- 22:47Brian McFadden: Oh, he was now he's in California.
- 22:51Testecleese: Yeah impeachment. And this Russia gay crap, and how we split him in prison for colluding with the Russians.
- 22:58Testecleese: Ship should probably go to prison, too, because
- 23:00Testecleese: he claimed to have all this evidence, he just wouldn't show it to us.
- 23:03Brian McFadden: Right.
- 23:04Testecleese: He. He had Jack shit. If they had it they would have released it. It would have leaked out somehow to someone by now.
- 23:10Testecleese: just like if trump was actually implicated with Epstein that would have been released years ago.
- 23:16Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 23:19Testecleese: Oh, there swallows in the next up topic here.
- 23:24Testecleese: So one year after the election, here.
- 23:28Testecleese: Swalwell comes out and says that
- 23:31Testecleese: the Dems lost, because, you know, they just didn't get enough. Kamala Harris. They couldn't get enough. Harris.
- 23:38Brian McFadden: I posted this I laughed my ass off when I saw this.
- 23:42Testecleese: Yeah, what she spent like 1.5 billion dollars getting her message out in a couple of months.
- 23:46Brian McFadden: But she never did an actual interview. She never like. Did any press availability. She was worse than Biden was when it came to press availability.
- 23:55Testecleese: Yes.
- 23:55Brian McFadden: I mean trump. He talks to the press like for hours at a time. He opens up the cabinet meetings to the press. He talks to him when he's going to the Helo, you know.
- 24:05Brian McFadden: Yeah, wide open.
- 24:07Testecleese: And his 1st time doing
- 24:09Testecleese: his 1st time in office. He was doing Cnn. Interviews all the time. Now he's pretty much giving up on it, because he knows he can't get a fair shake.
- 24:16Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 24:18Testecleese: But, dear God, come on! Oh, my God! She spent so much money on nothing. It's like, Oh, if I get beyonce to show up and say, I support Harris. Everyone will vote for me.
- 24:29Testecleese: No man's like I understand. A lot of dumb kids think that way.
- 24:34Testecleese: but that's not enough people to win an election.
- 24:37Testecleese: especially people consider, like my father, that vote Democrat at his age.
- 24:42Testecleese: He doesn't know who beyonce is. He doesn't know who Katy Perry is. He doesn't know who any of these people are, because he doesn't give a shit.
- 24:49Brian McFadden: Right.
- 24:51Testecleese: He's like, why are you trotting out these 40 year old women wearing almost nothing, you know.
- 24:58Testecleese: But oh, this is funny! Hunter did just recently did an interview. Did you see any of it?
- 25:05Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 25:06Testecleese: Jeez! What a piece of trash! Huh!
- 25:09Brian McFadden: One thing he said was his father was on Ambient.
- 25:15Brian McFadden: That doesn't make any sense, because the guy was going to bed at like
- 25:19Brian McFadden: 6 o'clock at night. He didn't need Ambien helps you sleep, fall asleep. I don't think he needed any help on sleep, because we've got plenty of video of him at world meetings, where he was dozing off.
- 25:32Testecleese: And if he is on ambience, stop taking it so you can stay awake.
- 25:36Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 25:38Testecleese: And definitely.
- 25:38Brian McFadden: Amazing.
- 25:39Testecleese: Take it! Go ahead!
- 25:40Brian McFadden: Was this the interview he did with Joe Rogan.
- 25:44Testecleese: I think it was a different one, actually, but I'm not sure.
- 25:47Brian McFadden: Joe Rogan said he'd make a good president.
- 25:50Testecleese: Hunter, biden.
- 25:51Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 25:53Testecleese: Yeah. Didn't Hunter on that show also explain how to make crack out of cocaine on the Joe Rogan show.
- 26:00Brian McFadden: Probably.
- 26:01Testecleese: I think he did. I? I may be wrong, but I think he's like, Oh, yeah, I was like, what the fuck are you doing dude.
- 26:11Testecleese: And then, yeah, then, Rogan's like, Yeah, you'd make a good present. The crackhead.
- 26:16Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 26:20Testecleese: Yeah. Meanwhile, Cnn brings out a doctor
- 26:23Testecleese: who hasn't practiced medicine since the Residency
- 26:27Testecleese: to break. Have comments about Trump's swollen ankles.
- 26:33Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, that was a big, huge news story all of a sudden.
- 26:37Brian McFadden: you know. And I come to find out. It really isn't that big a deal.
- 26:43Testecleese: No, the guy's like 79, right?
- 26:44Brian McFadden: -
- 26:46Testecleese: This shit happens, but he's burning his mouth, or she, I think I'm not sure
- 26:52Testecleese: check it. It's been a while since I've read this article
- 26:57Testecleese: Chris Purnell. So I'm assuming a dude.
- 27:00Brian McFadden: Yeah. Crispel with a CH.
- 27:04Testecleese: Was like given his. You know, this is what this means. This is what that means. It's like, hold on! Hold on! When Biden was in office, and there were doctors all the place saying, there's something clearly not right like, well, you're not his doctor. You don't know what's going on.
- 27:16Brian McFadden: Right.
- 27:17Testecleese: But now it's okay, because it's not biden. And this this is the issue I I have when I speak to Liberals.
- 27:25Testecleese: is because they don't seem to see
- 27:28Testecleese: like you said it wasn't okay then. But now you're saying it's okay now. And you said it was okay then. But now it's not okay with this other thing.
- 27:34Testecleese: I was like, at least when I talk to the Republicans, they're going to be like, yeah, trump. Probably shouldn't be doing that, or
- 27:39Testecleese: you know what I mean. They'll at least talk to me about something, or explain me why I'm wrong versus just saying that. Oh, I'm some far right conspiracy theorist, I'm like no, it here it is, right in front of you like this is the person doing it, you know.
- 27:51Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:54Testecleese: Like my little sister. I saw her when I was up in Pennsylvania.
- 27:59Testecleese: and just the stuff, she said. Like I you could tell. She never once watched an actual press conference, or listened to what trump actually had to say himself.
- 28:09Brian McFadden: Right.
- 28:10Testecleese: She's going off a talking point she got off of like Facebook and Tiktok.
- 28:14Testecleese: You do realize that these people are just trying to make money, and they're getting money by you, clicking on it and not paying attention.
- 28:20Brian McFadden: Yeah, they're doing clickbait.
- 28:22Testecleese: Yeah.
- 28:25Testecleese: she's just whatever he's. He's the not. He's the devil. Everyone fucking hates him like obviously, not everyone, because he's President United States. That means he got more votes than your guy.
- 28:35Testecleese: And then I showed her the polling.
- 28:37Testecleese: How the Democrat party is the lowest it's ever been.
- 28:41Testecleese: and it's like, well, where'd you get that from? I was like Cnn.
- 28:44Testecleese: you know. I just she just
- 28:47Testecleese: dumps. It's like Nope, I don't believe it. It's like I don't know what to tell you. I was like. You'll believe anything that says trump is bad.
- 28:52Testecleese: but when the actual numbers come in you won't believe that.
- 28:57Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 29:00Testecleese: I had a little trouble understanding the verbiage in this next one. Here
- 29:05Testecleese: Ron Klain. He was Biden's chief of staff for the 1st 2 years.
- 29:10Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 29:11Testecleese: He told lawmakers on Capitol Hill how Hillary and Biden's former national security advisor, Jake Sullivan.
- 29:17Testecleese: told them that that the President was not politically viable in 2024,
- 29:26Brian McFadden: Too little too late!
- 29:28Testecleese: Yeah, see, that's the thing is.
- 29:31Brian McFadden: This just proves that if this is actually true, this just covers the huge cover up. They had going on trying to make Biden look more competent than it really was. In the end.
- 29:41Testecleese: Yeah, but that doesn't.
- 29:44Brian McFadden: Everybody was pushing. Everybody was talking about the 25th Amendment when Trump was in office. It didn't get brought up once when Biden was in office, and it there was a lot more things that could have been used for the 25th Amendment in Biden's instance than with Trump.
- 29:59Testecleese: I think that's why he dropped out of the race is because I bet just my thoughts I think Nancy Pelosi
- 30:07Testecleese: 25th on yep.
- 30:09Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 30:09Testecleese: And he just got out.
- 30:11Testecleese: But I mean, everyone saw this. This guy wasn't there. And it took until the debate, when people could, actually, because people actually tuned into that like, what is this like this?
- 30:20Brian McFadden: That's all. His ambien.
- 30:22Testecleese: Yeah.
- 30:23Testecleese: Because again, what? You took your Ambi and then pounded a 5th of Jack Daniels before the debate.
- 30:29Testecleese: It took that for people to realize something was wrong, and it's like no man. This is what we've been trying to tell you for years. But you just listen to Cnn like. No, no, that's all made up. It's like, here's the video of him falling while he's standing still, you know.
- 30:43Testecleese: and all the Democrats had to do was listen
- 30:47Testecleese: and pay attention and go. Wow! This is a bad idea. They might have beaten Trump in this election had they had an actual.
- 30:53Testecleese: real primary, you know.
- 30:56Testecleese: Who knows?
- 30:59Brian McFadden: Very few people wanted to vote for Team Biden. After what he did to the economy.
- 31:06Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 31:09Testecleese: All right. This next woman here. I think she's in Minnesota.
- 31:13Testecleese: Yeah. Minnesota State. Senator Nicole Mitchell, Democrat.
- 31:19Brian McFadden: Alright!
- 31:21Testecleese: From the
- 31:22Testecleese: it, says Senator. I don't know what Dfl Woodbury means. So, anyway, she was just found guilty of felony, burglary.
- 31:29Brian McFadden: Oh, this lady? Yeah.
- 31:32Testecleese: Yeah. And there's a video of her like, I don't know what. I'm not an expert. This. It's like you were dumb enough to record yourself breaking into, and it was like a in-laws house, or something like that, right.
- 31:45Brian McFadden: I don't remember the details. I just remember that
- 31:49Brian McFadden: she'll probably get to become still. Stay a Senator. She can probably just vote from prison.
- 31:55Testecleese: I think she dropped. I think she resigned having trouble finding this year.
- 32:02Testecleese: But yeah, she was guilty of 1st degree burglary and possession of burglary tools. This is just hours of
- 32:10Testecleese: after the closing argument, so like the to
- 32:13Testecleese: the jury already had their mind made up
- 32:18Testecleese: the fallout of the verdict upend the balance of power of the State Capitol with Democrats. Have a 1 seat Senate majority
- 32:26Testecleese: she's a 1st term Democrat meteorologist and former lieutenant Colonel on the Air National Guard.
- 32:32Testecleese: She's faced pressure to resign since police arrested her.
- 32:36Testecleese: Hmm.
- 32:37Brian McFadden: But she didn't resign yet.
- 32:39Testecleese: I thought she did, but
- 32:41Testecleese: she was discovered in the basement, dressed in black, and told officers at the time that she was there to retrieve her late father's items.
- 32:47Brian McFadden: So she was pulling the
- 32:50Brian McFadden: the oh, damn! What's his name? The the Oj. Simpson defense.
- 32:59Testecleese: What? What was the Oj's that the glove does not fit.
- 33:02Brian McFadden: No where he were, broke into that that collector's house that had all his Memorabilia.
- 33:09Testecleese: Oh, yeah, stuff.
- 33:10Brian McFadden: Bye.
- 33:11Testecleese: I I thought you talked about the criminal charges, not the civil charges.
- 33:17Testecleese: Yeah, she admitted to trespassing and lied to the police
- 33:22Testecleese: but you did them both in concern for ailing stepmother who's got Alzheimer's.
- 33:28Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 33:28Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 33:30Testecleese: Yeah.
- 33:31Brian McFadden: It makes no sense.
- 33:33Testecleese: She had when this has burglary tools. She had like crowbars and stuff.
- 33:38Brian McFadden: That's burger tools.
- 33:40Testecleese: Yeah. Like, wouldn't you?
- 33:42Brian McFadden: Are you walking around with a crowbar on a regular basis?
- 33:46Testecleese: No, I typically need a reason to have a crowbar with me. And this tells you that she's
- 33:51Brian McFadden: So.
- 33:51Testecleese: Not experience in this. Excuse me.
- 33:55Testecleese: crowbars are not usually the best way to get into somewhere and not leave a giant.
- 34:01Brian McFadden: Noticeable blemish for everyone to see.
- 34:03Brian McFadden: Yeah, it's definitely it's definitely gonna leave a mark. If you're using a crowbar to break.
- 34:09Testecleese: Now I'm wondering, though like, was there an alarm system in this house because the police caught her in the basement, wearing all black, trying to stand still so they wouldn't see her on the.
- 34:18Brian McFadden: What she thought she behind a green screen or something. Yeah.
- 34:23Testecleese: Well, when the police turned the light on.
- 34:25Brian McFadden: Magically. They saw her.
- 34:30Testecleese: Senator in Minnesota.
- 34:32Brian McFadden: This is what people vote for in Minnesota.
- 34:36Testecleese: Yeah, I can see you're looking at it.
- 34:37Brian McFadden: Probably get reelected too.
- 34:40Testecleese: Yeah, I could see her looking at her partner in crime being like.
- 34:43Testecleese: don't move. They only see movement fucking team. Rex.
- 34:48Brian McFadden: Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
- 34:50Testecleese: Which watch Jurassic Park, Lady.
- 34:54Brian McFadden: I haven't seen the new Jurassic Park yet.
- 34:57Testecleese: I don't know which one's the new one, but.
- 35:00Brian McFadden: There's 1 in theaters right now, I heard. It's that bad.
- 35:03Testecleese: Oh, okay, okay, yeah. The new Adam Salem movie is out. I'm gonna watch it tonight.
- 35:08Brian McFadden: Well, I started. I've watched about
- 35:11Brian McFadden: 30 min of it so far. It's the.
- 35:13Testecleese: I saw some bad. I saw some bad reviews.
- 35:15Brian McFadden: If you like, if you like, Adam Sandler and you like Happy Gilmore, one. You're going to like this. It's it's.
- 35:22Testecleese: Well, that's the thing is anything that takes this long for a sequel. It can never live up to this expectations you had. She's like boondock saints? 2.
- 35:29Testecleese: What? What was that? 2025 years.
- 35:31Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 35:32Testecleese: Like, oh, the second one sucked like, no, it was actually very good. It's just it took so long to do a second movie that it was never going to be as good as you want it to be, because.
- 35:40Brian McFadden: No.
- 35:41Testecleese: You know.
- 35:41Brian McFadden: Sandler. From what I've seen of it so far, he's got all his usual characters in the movie. I haven't seen Drew Barrymore yet, but I've seen all his normal people that he has in the movies with him.
- 35:53Testecleese: Yeah, yeah. And apparently he's got some lady golfers in it.
- 35:58Testecleese: And I was scrolling through reading an article I was like, who the fuck is that there's this like
- 36:04Testecleese: drop dead gorgeous woman! Apparently. She's a professional golfer that's in the movie.
- 36:09Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 36:10Testecleese: And I'm gonna sound crass here, but she's
- 36:14Testecleese: stacked like a brick house. Very buxom woman, right.
- 36:18Brian McFadden: No.
- 36:18Testecleese: And all I can think is it's gotta be difficult to swing like a driver
- 36:23Testecleese: with giant boobs in the way. Huh!
- 36:26Brian McFadden: I haven't seen that her in the movie yet.
- 36:27Testecleese: It's page something
- 36:31Testecleese: now. I remember the 1st name, because it's my uncle's wife's name not, you know, not a super common name
- 36:38Testecleese: off alright! So largest teachers union in the country
- 36:45Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 36:45Testecleese: The NEA.
- 36:48Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 36:50Testecleese: They are going to be separating the holocaust from the Jewish people.
- 36:56Brian McFadden: How do you do that.
- 36:59Testecleese: Well by saying, all peoples that were exterminated and anti-jew extermination camps.
- 37:08Testecleese: And I got a little bit of a laugh, because, like no, you're right. The Nazis didn't just kill Jews. They they hated Catholics. They didn't like black folks.
- 37:18Testecleese: but I bet you that.
- 37:19Testecleese: But this has to be because you can't keep saying cheering on. People say they kill the Jews at school
- 37:27Testecleese: and calling the other guys Nazis.
- 37:32Testecleese: you know what I mean. It's like. No, no, the Nazis are the one who killed the Jews. Remember, remember that.
- 37:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 37:40Testecleese: But yeah, I they they can't abolish the teachers union. And what's crazy about it
- 37:46Testecleese: is this, teachers union is some kind of federal something, something.
- 37:50Brian McFadden: It was. It was given something special.
- 37:53Testecleese: Way back in the day.
- 37:55Testecleese: What's it called?
- 37:59Testecleese: Crap! I can't find it, anyway.
- 38:03Testecleese: It's in the same category as like the Vfw.
- 38:06Brian McFadden: And a couple other things.
- 38:10Testecleese: yeah, they can't like, even if they took away that status, they could still, you know, exist. So they're talking about forcing a new
- 38:19Testecleese: charter in.
- 38:21Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 38:22Testecleese: Is. Oh, yeah, let me.
- 38:24Testecleese: as I as I just had it booted up, I'm gonna I close it as I want to read some of it out loud
- 38:32Testecleese: In a bipartisan run. United States, Virginia!
- 38:37Testecleese: Donald trump! Oh, there you go!
- 38:39Testecleese: This is what they do. The Nea's Nea's annual Representative Assembly held this month in Portland, generated headlines and mockery as copies of controversial resolutions approved by the Union's delegates, were leaked to the public, including everything from attacking democratically elected Donald Trump as a fascist
- 38:56Testecleese: to undermining the enforcement of our immigration laws, and in a brazen display of unions, anti-semitism and cutting ties from the pro-jewish Anti-defamation League.
- 39:08Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 39:11Testecleese: Right.
- 39:12Testecleese: These are teaching our children these folks.
- 39:17Testecleese: Wow!
- 39:18Testecleese: And you know, it took until Covid for people to notice that things weren't right.
- 39:23Testecleese: But now
- 39:24Testecleese: it's like you found out they weren't teaching your kids how to read or how to do math.
- 39:29Brian McFadden: No, that's that's for the zoom
- 39:31Brian McFadden: when you know the classroom stuff was being broadcast online for the parents that were at home, too, during Covid to watch it.
- 39:40Testecleese: Yeah. And now that's over with, everyone's already forgotten that they're not teaching your kids how to do this off like, oh, who cares if they're talking about trump and transgenders.
- 39:48Brian McFadden: I wouldn't say everybody's forgotten about it. But you know definitely the mainstream media. They don't want to bring it up.
- 39:57Testecleese: Yeah, I'm I.
- 39:59Testecleese: I communicate with my child's school.
- 40:03Brian McFadden: How's that going.
- 40:06Testecleese: Pretty well for the most part. I get a heads up of what they do, what they won't do. They?
- 40:11Testecleese: They have nothing to do this transgender thing, they said. They will not teach it. They will not even address the topic. They do not talk about sexuality with these kids like
- 40:20Brian McFadden: They shouldn't at that age.
- 40:22Testecleese: Yeah, they're like, no, we're not gonna tell you. We're not gonna make it a point for for a teacher to tell your kid that that teacher is gay. It's like there's no need for your kid to know that
- 40:30Testecleese: like. And I was like, Okay, like, well, heads up. We're also not gonna tell your kids
- 40:35Testecleese: that their teacher is heterosexual and married to a woman, you know.
- 40:42Testecleese: So I don't know.
- 40:44Testecleese: This is a problem. I think we're having a lot is, people aren't paying attention at all to what's going on. Their kids in school.
- 40:50Testecleese: and they wonder why these kids come back. Thinking communism is a great idea.
- 40:54Brian McFadden: Right or Socialism.
- 40:59Testecleese: Yeah.
- 41:00Brian McFadden: I don't think we have anything in here for New York City this month this week.
- 41:05Testecleese: There is.
- 41:06Brian McFadden: Okay, we'll get to it. Then.
- 41:09Testecleese: We could talk about what I'm down if you want. I've.
- 41:12Brian McFadden: Well, that's what I was leaning towards. You know, he's
- 41:17Brian McFadden: yeah. Just a second. Okay, yeah, cool.
- 41:19Testecleese: Yeah, real soon.
- 41:22Testecleese: I just want to bring up one more thing about school.
- 41:24Brian McFadden: Sure.
- 41:25Testecleese: The Democrats in California are pushing a bill to give descendants of slave preferential college treatment.
- 41:33Brian McFadden: Didn't the Supreme Court just say, that's not a thing anymore?
- 41:37Testecleese: Yes, and how can you prove you're the descendant of a slave.
- 41:40Brian McFadden: Everybody who attended of a slave. You and I could probably.
- 41:43Testecleese: Life.
- 41:43Brian McFadden: You, and I could probably prove where to send it to slaves. I mean.
- 41:46Testecleese: Your name. Your name is Mcfadden. You're probably Irish.
- 41:49Brian McFadden: Yes, I am Irish.
- 41:50Testecleese: Okay, okay, you're almost certainly descendant of a slave. Then.
- 41:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 41:54Brian McFadden: And so is Elizabeth Warren.
- 41:59Testecleese: No, she's native dude.
- 42:01Brian McFadden: She pulled that card early. She screwed up.
- 42:06Testecleese: Yeah. But how could you possibly prove that you're the descendant of a slave, considering these folks were property.
- 42:13Testecleese: there weren't birth certificates. You know what I mean. It's like, what are you just saying? I'm black. Therefore it's like, Okay.
- 42:17Brian McFadden: Pretty much. Yeah.
- 42:18Testecleese: You came from Haiti 2 months ago, you know.
- 42:22Testecleese: Yeah.
- 42:25Testecleese: And what about the Chinese that were building the train tracks, the rail.
- 42:28Brian McFadden: Definitely slaves.
- 42:32Testecleese: All right on New York.
- 42:36Testecleese: Dude went nuts and slash some dude with a knife on the subway station. You know the platform.
- 42:45Testecleese: Guy that got cut chased him down with his buddy.
- 42:50Testecleese: disarmed the dude. The guy kept fighting back, so they stabbed him to death.
- 42:54Brian McFadden: Oh, wow!
- 42:55Testecleese: With his own weapon.
- 42:57Brian McFadden: I wouldn't do that in New York.
- 42:59Testecleese: No, no, they've the, was it? Daniel Penny went through that.
- 43:05Brian McFadden: In New York. He did get acquitted eventually, but it was like
- 43:10Brian McFadden: forever that it happened. I remember writing back when I was in the Navy, you know. I took the New York Subway a lot, you know, when I went to visit New York, and it was a safe thing then now not so much.
- 43:25Brian McFadden: This is the shit that happens every day on the New York subway system.
- 43:30Testecleese: Shoot woof! Maybe a year ago every week we would talk about how many people got pushed in front of a a train right.
- 43:37Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 43:38Testecleese: It was crazy. It was.
- 43:40Testecleese: The numbers were unbelievable.
- 43:44Testecleese: Yeah, anyway, there's there's your entrance into New York. Do you want to?
- 43:49Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah. Well, we got this
- 43:51Brian McFadden: you know they have, like, I think New York City has ranked choice voting or some stupid shit like that.
- 43:58Testecleese: Primaries, yes.
- 43:59Brian McFadden: Okay in the primaries. Well, the problem here we're we're dealing with now is we've got several people that are still. I mean, Como didn't make the Democrat primary, so he's going to run as an independent now.
- 44:13Brian McFadden: I think Chris Slova, who is running as a Republican, slash, independent.
- 44:20Brian McFadden: Mayor Adams is running independent.
- 44:23Brian McFadden: And then there's the Socialist that's going to run as a Democrat.
- 44:27Brian McFadden: What is this is like a replay of the trump primary from his 1st Presidential election.
- 44:35Brian McFadden: There are so many people
- 44:37Brian McFadden: diversifying the vote. It's almost a shoe in for this Socialist to become the Mayor of New York.
- 44:44Testecleese: The more and more stuff I see coming out about this guy, the more I'm like he's just a terrible idea.
- 44:49Brian McFadden: Yeah, he's gonna be worse than Blasio.
- 44:52Testecleese: Yes, he's talking about abolishing private property.
- 44:56Brian McFadden: Yeah, he's talking about getting rid of grocery stores in the city and bringing in having government run.
- 45:05Testecleese: You didn't necessarily get rid of private grocery stores, but they would be driven out of business.
- 45:10Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, I mean the people that own the grocery stores that we're out, you know.
- 45:13Testecleese: Yeah, and hotels, not hotels. Housing like we're just gonna pack up and leave because it's gonna cost. You're gonna put a cap on how much we can charge rent. Meanwhile they're gonna do that much damage every month.
- 45:26Testecleese: you know. It's like I I can't. And that's obviously not gonna be everyone living in New York City. Clearly.
- 45:31Brian McFadden: Some people won't be able to afford to get out. That's the problem going on now. The rich people are leaving New York State and New York City. Already the ones who can afford to go and do the business elsewhere are gone.
- 45:43Testecleese: Oh, he takes all your money.
- 45:45Testecleese: Yeah, before he takes all your money. And here's the problem that nobody thinks about.
- 45:50Testecleese: Oh, I'm sort of pull a number out of my butt because I don't know what it is. We'll say that it costs 10 million dollars
- 45:56Testecleese: to maintain.
- 45:59Testecleese: The water system to get like water into your house right.
- 46:04Testecleese: To your home and like, flush your toilets, drink. Take a shower all that stuff, bye.
- 46:09Testecleese: and let's just say there's 10 million residents.
- 46:12Testecleese: Okay. So right now, everyone's paying a dollar to keep the water system running. Now, what happens if 5 million of those people pack up and leave
- 46:22Testecleese: just doubled your cost
- 46:24Testecleese: to maintain the water system, because it still costs 10 billion dollars to keep this giant water system operating.
- 46:29Brian McFadden: Well, the
- 46:30Brian McFadden: people are leaving are paying most of the taxes. The people that are staying are on like social services because they can't afford to go anywhere.
- 46:38Testecleese: Yeah, and that's.
- 46:40Brian McFadden: So the people that are draining the system are still there, and the people that were funding the system are fleeing out. Now.
- 46:49Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I mean, shoot. Wow!
- 46:54Testecleese: Late show just ended. There goes how much money that was coming in New York right.
- 47:01Brian McFadden: Well, they got another year. He's they gave him, you know. They give him big time heads up. He's got a whole other season to do so.
- 47:09Testecleese: What else.
- 47:10Brian McFadden: Yeah, it's coming. It's gonna happen. I mean, they're not like giving it a reprieve.
- 47:16Testecleese: When I've stopped in New York City before, when I was driving through from Norfolk up to the south shore of Massachusetts.
- 47:24Testecleese: Oh, all right, let's check out the city.
- 47:27Brian McFadden: To go as a tourist and go down to Manhattan and wander around a little bit and do stuff, you know.
- 47:32Testecleese: Yeah.
- 47:34Brian McFadden: I'm scared to go there now.
- 47:36Testecleese: Dear God, I wouldn't stop in New York if I had to.
- 47:40Testecleese: But yeah, exactly. It was fun to like, go in and just check it out. But I was like I couldn't imagine living here just so loud.
- 47:45Brian McFadden: Right, so many people.
- 47:46Testecleese: So busy. It's insane.
- 47:51Testecleese: Go. Figure. I'm now living on a mountaintop in the woods.
- 47:54Brian McFadden: Right.
- 47:55Testecleese: In the middle of nowhere.
- 47:57Testecleese: I can actually see stars at night.
- 48:00Testecleese: It's crazy.
- 48:02Brian McFadden: If I if I go to the boat, I can see stars at night, too.
- 48:05Testecleese: I was just gonna say, the night sky here reminds me of being in the middle of the ocean on a navy ship.
- 48:11Brian McFadden: I was trying to explain that to my wife, and she didn't get it. You know. She's like.
- 48:15Testecleese: There's actually billions more.
- 48:16Brian McFadden: Like. Well, if you go on a cruise, the sky is gonna be the same as when you're at home. You know. I'm like sunset once, you see, one sunset you've seen them all I'm like. No, that's not how it works. Sorry.
- 48:29Testecleese: She does not enjoy nature. Huh!
- 48:31Brian McFadden: Not on a boat.
- 48:34Testecleese: All right, all right on a boat oh, check this out!
- 48:41Testecleese: Hear about this terrorist in New York. They're not charging with terrorism, I guess, but
- 48:45Testecleese: he had a whole bunch of homemade bombs that he was hiding on like rooftops, and when he was being apprehended he chucked his homemade explosives on the subway track in New York.
- 48:59Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 49:00Testecleese: Fucking nut jobs, and the thing is, he was dumb enough to buy all the chemicals. He's chemically stuff, not not gasoline or gunpowder.
- 49:09Brian McFadden: You bought it on Amazon.
- 49:10Testecleese: Yeah, he went and bought it online with his own debit card or whatever it had mailed to his house. They're like, let's go have a look. The guy's like I have a handful of bombs. Oh, no.
- 49:21Testecleese: my goodness!
- 49:25Testecleese: While we're talking about Liberal States here, Massachusetts is looking to ban cigarettes like tobacco.
- 49:35Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 49:37Brian McFadden: I don't know how you can do. That's gonna be great for the gangs and the gangsters, because that'll create a huge Black market for that shit.
- 49:47Testecleese: Yeah, people people drive from the next day.
- 49:49Brian McFadden: Taxes that come in on tobacco. Sales are gone.
- 49:54Testecleese: Wow!
- 49:55Brian McFadden: Well, they got there. I guess they can replace it with the marijuana taxes now, you know. But still.
- 49:59Testecleese: True. But what they're saying is, anyone born born, or after January 1, 2,006 will not be allowed to buy tobacco products
- 50:08Testecleese: so like your buddy born the day before you
- 50:12Testecleese: can buy cigarettes. But you can't.
- 50:14Brian McFadden: That's.
- 50:14Testecleese: Massachusetts.
- 50:15Brian McFadden: As well.
- 50:16Testecleese: I mean it is, but that's gonna be a tough one, dude like exactly. You let people buy pot.
- 50:26Brian McFadden: They're making it sound like cigarettes are worse than pot.
- 50:32Testecleese: Well, if that's the case, then how would the Government lie to me for so long?
- 50:37Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 50:40Testecleese: This is something I brought up, though, when I was working at the dispensary as security.
- 50:45Testecleese: I was like, I can't buy
- 50:47Testecleese: flavored tobacco like apple dip like skull.
- 50:51Testecleese: because you know, it encourages kids to use it. Meanwhile, I can get actual gummy bears full of pot. That's not gonna encourage children to use it.
- 51:03Testecleese: And yeah, they're doing the same thing. Now, there's like, Oh, let's get rid of tobacco altogether. It's okay.
- 51:08Brian McFadden: I mean, there's already been problems with smuggling from, you know, like the South to the north, with cigarettes because of the huge taxes that
- 51:19Brian McFadden: Massachusetts and New York put on cigarettes already, you know. I can buy a carton of cigarettes down here for like 60 bucks for cheap ones. Now.
- 51:29Testecleese: Yeah. When I came up from Virginia I used to bring 2 cartons with me to give my father, because that's the most you're allowed to travel across State lines with.
- 51:36Brian McFadden: Right, and how much would they be in Massachusetts?
- 51:39Testecleese: Oh, don't work!
- 51:41Testecleese: I don't.
- 51:42Testecleese: I would buy a pack, a camel wide blue for 1785.
- 51:50Brian McFadden: But even now it's still probably an $8 pack of cigarettes in Virginia.
- 51:57Testecleese: I don't know about that. Maybe I just know that I buy them here at at a place that's
- 52:03Testecleese: Actually, I don't. I've been there once as I drove by lowest prices in the State, like no markup, and I think I paid 1050.
- 52:14Testecleese: Yeah, holy Shit! This is nuts.
- 52:17Brian McFadden: And start, roll your own.
- 52:20Brian McFadden: When are you gonna grow? Some tobacco plants.
- 52:22Testecleese: Not. Gonna that sounds like way too much work.
- 52:26Testecleese: And I have. I have no idea how far one tobacco plant will go.
- 52:31Testecleese: Not to mention these guys. Put these little Carton filters on them, you know.
- 52:34Brian McFadden: Yeah, those are good for you.
- 52:36Testecleese: Oh, yeah, it gets all the poison. It catches all the yucky, you know.
- 52:40Brian McFadden: It helps.
- 52:44Testecleese: Well, anyway. Also in Massachusetts, a judge just dropped charges on more than a hundred 20 people.
- 52:51Testecleese: That's perfect because of funding issues. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts cannot afford to pay public defenders.
- 53:01Brian McFadden: This sounds bad.
- 53:03Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, it is bad.
- 53:07Testecleese: Maybe if they weren't housing thousands of illegal migrants.
- 53:11Brian McFadden: Sanctuaries, day.
- 53:13Testecleese: Boston.
- 53:13Brian McFadden: Sanctuary, stage.
- 53:15Testecleese: Yeah, maybe they could afford to prosecute the criminals. But no, no, no, you're all.
- 53:21Brian McFadden: We've got our priorities.
- 53:23Testecleese: Yeah, exactly.
- 53:26Testecleese: I keep taking a swig out of this can, but I keep forgetting it's empty.
- 53:30Brian McFadden: We'll get her up another one.
- 53:31Testecleese: Yeah. Alright! Tell me what's going on in San Francisco? Another
- 53:34Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah. Well, Sanctuary Sanctuary City, San Francisco, I mean.
- 53:40Brian McFadden: people have left the city. Tourists aren't going there anymore. So San Francisco is going to ban homeless people from living in Rvs with a new parking limit.
- 53:52Testecleese: Yeah,
- 53:55Testecleese: didn't trump come out and say something about these cities having to clean up the homeless people. You can't let them live on the streets. I'm like I get what you're saying, dude. But what are you going to do with them?
- 54:03Brian McFadden: I mean these people in Rvs, though, so I mean of the most. I don't would think these would be the most offensive people. You know, they're not actually like pooping in the streets, you know. They got an Rv.
- 54:17Testecleese: Yeah, as long as you find somewhere to hook it up and empty it out.
- 54:20Brian McFadden: Well, that might be an issue, but you know.
- 54:22Testecleese: And.
- 54:23Brian McFadden: At least they've got a roof over their head, you know.
- 54:26Testecleese: Yeah. And assuming the Rv is not beat to shit, they could just parking limits. Just move over the next parking lot for a couple of days right.
- 54:34Brian McFadden: Well, probably a lot of these Rvs aren't really movable anymore. That's why.
- 54:37Testecleese: That's what I'm thinking, too.
- 54:38Brian McFadden: That it brings in the new parking window.
- 54:41Testecleese: Hmm, yeah. Then the State's gonna
- 54:46Testecleese: sees these things once they've been abandoned long enough.
- 54:50Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah. Then, what are you gonna do with them? Because they.
- 54:53Testecleese: They're gonna try to auction them off. But no.
- 54:55Brian McFadden: How are you gonna buy this shit?
- 54:57Testecleese: That's ripped to shit and covered in human waste because.
- 54:59Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 55:02Testecleese: All right. I ain't picking on homeless folks, but, generally speaking.
- 55:07Testecleese: if you put in a little bit of effort.
- 55:09Brian McFadden: They've chosen that lifestyle.
- 55:12Testecleese: Well, you won't be homeless long.
- 55:16Testecleese: Typically, your career living on the side of the road. People are either drug addicts, mentally ill.
- 55:25Testecleese: just insanely sedentary.
- 55:29Testecleese: Refuse to get up and do anything, you know.
- 55:32Testecleese: Oh, sure, was it? Ben Shapiro is always saying, if Graduate High School
- 55:38Testecleese: don't have babies until you get married and get a job, and you'll avoid homelessness.
- 55:45Brian McFadden: Right.
- 55:48Testecleese: Yeah, don't be wrong. You might not have a gorgeous house in the.
- 55:50Brian McFadden: I don't have a gorgeous house, but I've got a roof over my head so.
- 55:54Testecleese: Yeah, you own that thing yet, or you still got another 25 years on.
- 55:58Brian McFadden: I've got a balloon payment. I'll have to refund down the road.
- 56:03Testecleese: You got a balloon payment.
- 56:04Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 56:07Testecleese: Have you? Hmm!
- 56:09Testecleese: Alright!
- 56:10Brian McFadden: I gotta wait until I get my credit better. We're we're taking. We're doing some shit here soon. So hopefully, to fix some things up so.
- 56:17Testecleese: Yeah, get your credit score up and then refinance. Right?
- 56:21Testecleese: Yeah, okay.
- 56:23Testecleese: It's funny. We already talked about refinancing, and this sale hasn't officially gone through yet. I'm like, no, if if we can pay less, I'd like that, you know.
- 56:30Brian McFadden: You still haven't bought that property yet.
- 56:33Testecleese: It was supposed to happen this month.
- 56:36Testecleese: but they went and did another water test, and it failed. So it's like, Oh, my God! Alright, so we'll figure out what's going on.
- 56:43Brian McFadden: So you can't be alone on it. If the water test fails.
- 56:46Testecleese: Not through the Va.
- 56:48Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 56:49Testecleese: But we'll see they may just look the other way because it barely failed the test.
- 56:55Testecleese: I just don't want to have another crew come out here to test my water again, cause I.
- 56:58Brian McFadden: But you might be able to afford the down payment on a conventional loan. I know you don't want to, but you know.
- 57:04Testecleese: Yeah. But why bother if I don't have to right now? I'm not paying rent or mortgage, and all that money is getting
- 57:10Testecleese: put aside, invested, and furnishing this home.
- 57:14Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 57:16Testecleese: Shoot. I bought. Basically, I brought over a bed, a bunk bed, as far as furniture goes.
- 57:27Testecleese: Wow! That's it. Actually, maybe this couch, mommy, I'm not sure.
- 57:31Testecleese: And yeah came here, and we bought a giant stand up freezer all new furniture for every room set up 2 different offices.
- 57:40Brian McFadden: Have you got rid of all the
- 57:42Brian McFadden: oh, the lunchables out of the beer fridge yet?
- 57:45Testecleese: Oh, God! No.
- 57:48Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 57:52Testecleese: I, and for a while my daughter was eating like 2 or 3 of these things a day. I was like no.
- 57:56Brian McFadden: She got bored with them. She wants something else.
- 58:00Testecleese: I stopped. You can't eat like 5, 4, or 5 a day that's
- 58:04Testecleese: out of control. You need to eat like real food, too.
- 58:07Testecleese: But she loves him so much.
- 58:09Brian McFadden: Sure.
- 58:10Testecleese: Come up to me at like 10. Is it lunchtime yet?
- 58:13Brian McFadden: I'm like, no, if you're hungry I'll make you some food she was. I want a lunchable.
- 58:20Testecleese: All right. Go downstairs and pick one.
- 58:23Brian McFadden: I need room for beer.
- 58:25Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I can get a 30 rack in there. I can't put the case in there full anymore. I feel like.
- 58:30Testecleese: take it out and put them in just right. But whatever
- 58:35Testecleese: I should have put this with schools. But I put it with immigration.
- 58:40Testecleese: Oh, well.
- 58:41Testecleese: there are 5 schools right now, universities being investigated for referencing illegal area aliens with their scholarships and programs.
- 58:49Brian McFadden: That's been deemed illegal by the Supreme Court.
- 58:53Testecleese: Yeah.
- 58:54Testecleese: University of Louisville, Louisville University of Nebraska, Omaha.
- 59:00Testecleese: University of Miami, University of Michigan, and the University of Western Michigan or Western Michigan University. I'm sorry.
- 59:07Brian McFadden: Yeah. West. Michigan, University.
- 59:08Testecleese: Are all facing discrimination investigations.
- 59:15Testecleese: So it's like, not even that they will bring in these people in to go to school.
- 59:20Testecleese: but they are, and and using taxpayer dollars for it.
- 59:23Brian McFadden: Right.
- 59:23Testecleese: We were. Yeah, we were hooking them up with special deals, too.
- 59:26Brian McFadden: You know.
- 59:29Testecleese: Why like why, wow!
- 59:36Testecleese: It! It just seems crazy. We have enough people here in this country that need that need this help
- 59:41Testecleese: which brings me on to this great
- 59:44Testecleese: replacement conspiracy I keep hearing about.
- 59:47Testecleese: I was saying. All the the Republicans keep talking about this great replacement conspiracy theory.
- 59:53Testecleese: I'm like the Democrats. You guys came out and said it
- 59:57Testecleese: for years. You told everyone, don't reproduce. Have an abortion. Trans your kids trans yourself so you can't have kids.
- 1:00:05Testecleese: And then, now you're saying, Oh, we're not having enough babies to replace our population. So we need to bring in these illegal migrants. It's like, so you need. You can't replace your population. So you need someone else to do it. Replacement.
- 1:00:20Brian McFadden: Something like this lady.
- 1:00:22Testecleese: Oh, my God! She should go to prison forever!
- 1:00:25Testecleese: Asian Diaspora can and should play in assisting the effort to stabilize and rebuild Haiti. I'm from Brooklyn, New York. We have a diaspora that can absorb a significant number of these migrants, and when I hear colleagues talk about the doors of the end being closed.
- 1:00:50Testecleese: No room in the end, I'm saying. You know, I need more people in my district just for redistricting purposes.
- 1:00:57Brian McFadden: And those members could could clearly fit here.
- 1:01:06Brian McFadden: Yeah, she needs more members for redistricting, because a lot of people don't realize that you don't have to be a Us. Citizen to fill out the census form. And when it comes to the House of Representatives it's actual population. People, not citizens.
- 1:01:21Testecleese: And electoral college votes.
- 1:01:25Testecleese: People don't realize that.
- 1:01:28Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:01:31Testecleese: Bad it it. She came out and said the quiet part out loud, that
- 1:01:36Testecleese: yeah, we needed people so we could cheat in elections. Basically.
- 1:01:39Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:01:41Testecleese: What the fuck and I love, how we've been talking about this for months, and that's what they're doing.
- 1:01:47Testecleese: Yeah, more than months. I mentioned that to my sister a while ago, a couple of weeks ago, when I was up there.
- 1:01:54Testecleese: and she oh, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I sent her this video.
- 1:01:59Testecleese: She goes, she goes, she said, something like, Oh, that's 1 person I was like. This is an elected official saying that they need this to stay in power.
- 1:02:07Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:02:07Testecleese: Like this is exactly what I told you was happening.
- 1:02:10Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:02:11Testecleese: I was like, what would you think if we took all these illegal immigrants and moved them into Red States right before the census and all of a sudden Texas got 6 extra seats. California lost the 6 seats, you know. West Virginia gained 3 seats, you know.
- 1:02:27Testecleese: He's like, well, that would be terrible. Yeah, but it's okay. Will the Democrats do it?
- 1:02:33Brian McFadden: That's what it seems like.
- 1:02:34Testecleese: Let's see, that's that's the problem I'm having with these folks is it seems to be a
- 1:02:40Testecleese: I don't even know what words it is to use. It's not double state is not even the right term anymore.
- 1:02:46Testecleese: but, like by any means necessary, the ends justify the means. How's that?
- 1:02:52Testecleese: It may be wrong, but as long as we're the right thing's gonna happen out of it.
- 1:02:56Testecleese: And yeah, but you don't get to decide what's the right thing the people do you keep talking about democracy? Then we have a democratic election, and you're offended by the results.
- 1:03:05Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:03:09Testecleese: Alright. This next one's a little out of date.
- 1:03:12Testecleese: it says Kilmar Brago. Garcia's lawyers asked the judges to delay release from jail over deportation concerns.
- 1:03:20Testecleese: He's already been released from jail.
- 1:03:21Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:03:24Testecleese: Did he get picked up by ice right away.
- 1:03:26Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:03:27Testecleese: Of course not. And why not?
- 1:03:29Brian McFadden: Because we're waiting to try him in Tennessee for for human trafficking charges.
- 1:03:35Testecleese: Why the Mega and.
- 1:03:39Brian McFadden: Make an example of them.
- 1:03:41Testecleese: So we're going to put him in prison.
- 1:03:43Brian McFadden: We already tried to deport them once, and the media had a feeding frenzy about it. So let's try different.
- 1:03:50Testecleese: That's because they don't know what they're talking about. Go ahead and have your stupid little fucking hearing where you can go. Yep, Nope, I know I've been told to leave the country. Yep, I've been told that you can pick me up at any time. No, I know that El Salvador is no longer a war zone. Oh, I'm going now. Okay, that's all. It takes
- 1:04:09Testecleese: it. It just it's expensive, and it's giant waste of money to to get.
- 1:04:17Brian McFadden: That's why the you were in the military. You know how it works. You know
- 1:04:22Brian McFadden: you got a budget every year you got to spend that budget, or you. If you don't use it, you lose it next year.
- 1:04:29Testecleese: Yeah, I lost my shit on the Carl Vincent.
- 1:04:33Testecleese: We will come back from a world tour to go into dry dock.
- 1:04:39Testecleese: We called it operation. Davy Jones.
- 1:04:42Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, throwing everything over the board. So you get.
- 1:04:45Testecleese: Everything, everything. I was throwing $50,000 valves over the side, brand new valves
- 1:04:51Testecleese: over the side of the ship into the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.
- 1:04:55Testecleese: and you know these weren't like
- 1:04:58Testecleese: the little ball valve onto your kitchen sink. You know what I mean. He's a giant brass weighs a couple 100 pounds. You got him on a fucking
- 1:05:07Testecleese: pallet, Jack, and you got 2 guys rolling it over the rear end of the ship to drop it in the ocean.
- 1:05:13Testecleese: Oh, I was so mad! This is this is what you're taxing me for is to throw this shit in the bottom of the ocean. No, thanks, guys, thanks.
- 1:05:21Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:05:24Testecleese: Alright! You still a share going.
- 1:05:27Brian McFadden: No, I turned it off.
- 1:05:28Testecleese: Alright! Let me get my share going.
- 1:05:32Testecleese: I got this here. There is a hotline for unaccompanied minors who have been
- 1:05:42Testecleese: illegal migrant minors that have been like lost, or, you know, misplaced their adult.
- 1:05:48Brian McFadden: Is this like the Lgbtq hotline that got shut down by the trump administration.
- 1:05:53Testecleese: No, this did not get shut down. But hold on, let me get the
- 1:05:57Testecleese: that. The Biden Administration, while they were letting all of these unaccompanied minors into the country. And as we've talked about today, they weren't keeping track of them. They issued these kids a hotline that they could call
- 1:06:11Testecleese: if they had trouble with the sponsor family that they were put with.
- 1:06:16Brian McFadden: But you're saying that 65,000 calls to this hotline designated to protect these kids
- 1:06:23Brian McFadden: went unanswered. Is that what you're telling this committee.
- 1:06:26Brian McFadden: Yes, sir, wow!
- 1:06:31Brian McFadden: Not a really good hotline.
- 1:06:33Testecleese: No. And.
- 1:06:37Testecleese: dear God, this is the big thing that everyone was talking about for a long time was this unaccompanied minors, and like oh, they're not unaccompanied. They're with adults. I'm like, yeah, they're with the fucking cartel member that run.
- 1:06:47Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:06:49Testecleese: That, you know, abused them, to use a polite word.
- 1:06:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:06:53Testecleese: Possibly, for all we know, selling them to Epstein or Maxwell.
- 1:07:00Testecleese: because nobody knows who these kids are. They don't have any identification. They're not accounted for, and even when they call for help there's no one answering the phone.
- 1:07:11Testecleese: 65,000 went unanswered. How many calls? How many calls did they get, because I keep hearing. It's not that big a deal. There's not that many unaccompanied minors coming across. So is this every single one of them that came.
- 1:07:21Brian McFadden: Not anymore, because trump shut down the border.
- 1:07:26Testecleese: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:07:28Testecleese: Nice.
- 1:07:28Testecleese: Saw that he's playing.
- 1:07:30Brian McFadden: He didn't do a whole lot of effort to do it, either, you know, I think it's the.
- 1:07:36Testecleese: But it's closed.
- 1:07:36Brian McFadden: That said, the threat of deportation is scaring people from coming across the border. Now.
- 1:07:42Testecleese: Yeah, he claimed that we have 0 last month or something or the 1st quarter I was like, I don't believe that.
- 1:07:48Testecleese: Just like I. They claim that there's a million people that self deported.
- 1:07:53Testecleese: You don't think it's that high. Well, they're getting paid to self-deport now.
- 1:07:56Testecleese: I know. But there's you have to go on. There's actually a record of that. Show us the numbers. If you're going to claim a million.
- 1:08:04Testecleese: Because right now, the rate that they're at with these deportations. If they continue this rate until all 4 years, it's gonna be less than a million people.
- 1:08:13Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:08:15Testecleese: We gotta get this up to like 300,000 a day. And hopefully, this giant surge of money that just went into
- 1:08:23Testecleese: border patrol and ice will help with that.
- 1:08:27Testecleese: But I'll say.
- 1:08:28Brian McFadden: They're getting rid of Irs agents to pay for more ice agents.
- 1:08:32Testecleese: Well, good, isn't it?
- 1:08:35Testecleese: Hearing people say, shit like, Oh, how are we going to tax the billionaires? How many Irs agents do you need per billionaire to make sure they're paying their taxes.
- 1:08:43Brian McFadden: Not that very.
- 1:08:45Testecleese: No, because Biden hired what 80,000.
- 1:08:47Brian McFadden: You tried it never! Actually all went through.
- 1:08:50Testecleese: Yeah. And then he went past on that you had to report any cash transaction of not even cash transaction
- 1:08:57Testecleese: $100.
- 1:08:58Brian McFadden: Yeah, that's been that's been suspended now, too. So.
- 1:09:02Testecleese: Yeah, that's because
- 1:09:04Testecleese: you hire these agents. And then you look at people moving $600. They're not taxing billionaires doing this. They're taxing you and me trying to. You know what I mean
- 1:09:14Testecleese: for the love of God. Okay, how is this? We get one Irs agent per billionaire. We all right.
- 1:09:20Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:09:21Testecleese: That's less than 80,000.
- 1:09:23Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:09:25Testecleese: And how many billionaires people think there are.
- 1:09:27Brian McFadden: Not that many, not as many as people think there are.
- 1:09:32Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:09:34Testecleese: they're worried about the millionaires and millionaires until they're worth a million dollars. And they realize that they're technically a millionaire like, Oh.
- 1:09:40Testecleese: shit.
- 1:09:42Testecleese: you know, like a lot of people don't realize they're actually millionaires because they never like accounted for their
- 1:09:50Testecleese: the 3 vehicles, their home. You know what I mean
- 1:09:54Testecleese: their their timeshare there, etc, etc, etc.
- 1:09:57Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:10:00Testecleese: Their stock portfolio, their their retirement fund. You know
- 1:10:05Testecleese: all of that counts. It's like, if you're saying, just tax any millionaire because they have the money. It's like Buddy. You may only have 50 bucks in your pocket, but you're technically a millionaire, because look at all that saving you've done for retirement. Your 401 K.
- 1:10:20Testecleese: You know you. You own those stocks.
- 1:10:24Testecleese: And I brought this up to my father. He said, Yeah, but what am I going to sell my stocks to pay taxes like? That's what you're asking Elon Musk to do.
- 1:10:30Brian McFadden: Right, exactly.
- 1:10:31Testecleese: Us, and you're gonna tank the value of Tesla, which is gonna wreck my retirement portfolio.
- 1:10:39Testecleese: When the CEO and founder of the company sells off 20% of his shares.
- 1:10:45Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 1:10:47Testecleese: I? I say that it would tank. Then it would bounce back. I would just buy more when it went down.
- 1:10:55Testecleese: Oh, there we go back on immigration
- 1:11:00Testecleese: medical staff at shoot. I thought we were gonna see Guapo by now.
- 1:11:04Brian McFadden: Thought we were due.
- 1:11:06Testecleese: Some medical staff at a hospital in California.
- 1:11:10Testecleese: They're getting charged with interfering with the ice operation
- 1:11:15Testecleese: and the guy that the ice was there to arrest was not a patient, he was not an employee. He was fleeing ice on foot.
- 1:11:23Brian McFadden: Oh, wow!
- 1:11:23Testecleese: Ran into this hospital and went and hid in the surgical unit.
- 1:11:28Testecleese: And employees they are trying to block and
- 1:11:31Testecleese: fights these Federal agents over it.
- 1:11:35Brian McFadden: Good.
- 1:11:36Testecleese: Put him in prison, put.
- 1:11:37Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:11:38Testecleese: I don't care anymore. No, you don't get to say I don't. I think the police were wrong doesn't matter. You cannot hit a cop.
- 1:11:47Testecleese: unless your life's absolutely on the line right.
- 1:11:50Brian McFadden: One article that's not in here that I saw just tonight before the show came on. Apparently Michigan's trying to pass a law where ice ages can't wear masks
- 1:12:01Brian McFadden: to do their job.
- 1:12:03Testecleese: That sounds like a law you can't pass because it only picks one group of people.
- 1:12:08Brian McFadden: I'm sure they've written it broader than that, but they're targeting the ice agents.
- 1:12:14Testecleese: Then I hope all these antifa guys realize that they're all gonna get arrested when they wear their masks to go out and mass protest and burn buildings down.
- 1:12:21Brian McFadden: Oh, they might have it written for law enforcement only.
- 1:12:26Testecleese: You. You can't. You can't be doing stuff like this.
- 1:12:29Testecleese: This is a big thing we brought up.
- 1:12:32Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:12:32Testecleese: During the Covid thing to get to wear a mask everywhere, and it's like.
- 1:12:37Brian McFadden: All the criminals and the regular people are wearing masks. So it's nice to start seeing signs when you're going to the bank. No mask allowed. Now, you know.
- 1:12:45Testecleese: Yeah. Used to get arrested for walking into a bank with a mask on.
- 1:12:49Brian McFadden: Right you you do again. It's we're back to that now.
- 1:12:53Testecleese: Dear God! And but it's become such a thing now. I can wear a mask on my face, and no one will think twice about it. So if I'm going to go commit a bunch of crimes, I'm obviously going to put a mask.
- 1:13:02Brian McFadden: Hell, yeah. Hell, yeah. Yup.
- 1:13:04Testecleese: Hide my identity.
- 1:13:06Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:13:07Testecleese: Dear God!
- 1:13:11Testecleese: You see this shit about the Mexican soldiers.
- 1:13:15Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:13:16Testecleese: Oh,
- 1:13:18Testecleese: They were looking for cartel stuff like drug traffickers and gun runners near the border.
- 1:13:27Testecleese: They stumbled across the border and didn't realize it into the United States.
- 1:13:32Brian McFadden: That's just showing you how porous the border is.
- 1:13:35Testecleese: Exactly exactly, and no.
- 1:13:40Brian McFadden: Not only do they come across the border with their weapons crossing into our country illegally.
- 1:13:46Testecleese: They surrounded a group of Americans.
- 1:13:50Brian McFadden: Oh! Damn!
- 1:13:50Testecleese: Point and pointed their weapons at them.
- 1:13:53Brian McFadden: That can't end well.
- 1:13:55Testecleese: No? Well, I appreciate what ended up is they just ended up apologizing and going back.
- 1:13:59Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 1:14:01Testecleese: But like exactly if a whole bunch of dudes.
- 1:14:06Testecleese: decked out and full on military gear, can just walk across the border.
- 1:14:10Brian McFadden: Ugly.
- 1:14:12Testecleese: And how easy is it to do?
- 1:14:14Testecleese: Just slip across when you know
- 1:14:16Testecleese: when someone's not looking. Oh, apparently they're not never looking.
- 1:14:23Testecleese: Meanwhile,
- 1:14:26Testecleese: Some dude was caught on top of the the border wall.
- 1:14:30Testecleese: And the United States military that's down there
- 1:14:34Testecleese: that's been helping out all branches of the military. By the way, even Coast Guard is at the border helping.
- 1:14:41Testecleese: Fired
- 1:14:43Testecleese: fired warning shots which I found surprising, because that's illegal in the United States. The only organization allowed to fire a warning shot in the United States is the United States Navy, and that's probably because they're in the ocean, and a warning shot will just land in the water instead of
- 1:14:58Testecleese: continuing on into someone's house.
- 1:15:02Testecleese: But yeah, they fired a warning shot and sounded an alarm.
- 1:15:07Testecleese: Dude heard this the alarm and the gunshot, and just
- 1:15:11Testecleese: slipped back up over the wall and disappeared back into Mexico.
- 1:15:16Testecleese: So that's at least one example of the border wall. Working, I guess.
- 1:15:22Testecleese: What do you think, Brian, of every branch of the military being down at the border helping immigration enforcement?
- 1:15:29Testecleese: And what do you think of the fact that this guy that was on the wall.
- 1:15:32Testecleese: literally on top of the wall
- 1:15:35Testecleese: caused one of these military groups to fire a warning shot.
- 1:15:45Brian McFadden: That's crazy!
- 1:15:47Testecleese: For sure. That's illegal in the United States, isn't it?
- 1:15:49Brian McFadden: Yeah, you can't fire warning shots. There's no such thing as a warning shot in the military in the Us.
- 1:15:55Testecleese: Well, the United States Navy is allowed to fire a warning shot.
- 1:15:58Brian McFadden: They're the only ones we've talked about this numerous times on this show. If anybody's listening, they'll remember.
- 1:16:06Brian McFadden: Yeah, it's because that round isn't gonna go through and hit someone's house, you know.
- 1:16:10Testecleese: Here he is, squa poza!
- 1:16:13Testecleese: Showing up finally.
- 1:16:14Brian McFadden: All right.
- 1:16:16Testecleese: You missed all the of course. Of course, the
- 1:16:20Testecleese: el Salvadoria I keep. Wanna say, Guatemalan, the El Salvadorian shows up as we're getting out of immigration.
- 1:16:25Brian McFadden: Well, we can Re. We can circle back for a minute if we need to.
- 1:16:31Testecleese: Well, the Doj has fired the wife of a dude.
- 1:16:35Brian McFadden: Oh! And she freaked the fuck out about this.
- 1:16:38Testecleese: Yeah, she went nuts. How she's insulted. She made an app for your phone call.
- 1:16:43Brian McFadden: Her husband made an app.
- 1:16:46Testecleese: No.
- 1:16:47Brian McFadden: Yeah, her. She's the. She is the wife of the app creator.
- 1:16:53Testecleese: So she's the one actually in the Doj. I'm sorry.
- 1:16:55Brian McFadden: He's making that they're saying. Their excuse for firing was that she gains money monetarily from the app.
- 1:17:04Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:17:06Testecleese: But yeah, it's to how to avoid ice and how to.
- 1:17:09Brian McFadden: Ice. Alert app, you know.
- 1:17:14Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 1:17:16Testecleese: I don't know like I'm not sure where I stand on these these apps. It's not illegal
- 1:17:24Testecleese: to put information out. But it's another thing altogether to actively help people break the law.
- 1:17:29Brian McFadden: Right right. Maybe you don't want to do that. If your your wife works for the Federal Government.
- 1:17:40Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:17:41Testecleese: yeah, because they could have even said she has inside knowledge how ice works, and that he was using that to help us out.
- 1:17:46Brian McFadden: Yeah. And I mean, she was probably the one providing health care and all the benefits for the family with her job. And he was just a developer developing apps.
- 1:17:58Testecleese: Wobble you.
- 1:17:58Brian McFadden: I can't be muted. Something's going on plug in the headphones much better.
- 1:18:06Testecleese: Gotcha.
- 1:18:07El Guapo: All right. So in that same breath, would that make ways illegal? Because you have to tell like, Hey, a cop over here when you're speeding.
- 1:18:15Testecleese: No, that's avoiding breaking the law in front of the cops. Instead of avoiding the cops. The law.
- 1:18:22El Guapo: Okay. Yeah. Alright. I got you.
- 1:18:25Testecleese: Yeah, excellent question, though.
- 1:18:28El Guapo: Yeah, I mean, you break it a lot. Just don't break it no more when you get here.
- 1:18:33Testecleese: Yeah. Slow down a little bit.
- 1:18:36El Guapo: Hey? Whatever you do it, do the opposite.
- 1:18:39Testecleese: You know ways.
- 1:18:41Testecleese: I just use whatever I don't.
- 1:18:43El Guapo: Bubba go out and bought it. I think.
- 1:18:45Testecleese: Yeah, Google uses. And it's got the you can notify when there's a police presence, when there's an accident, a slow down, low.
- 1:18:52Brian McFadden: And Apple's added that kind of thing to it to their app. It's not as crazy as was, but you know they still have notification things you can do on there now.
- 1:19:03El Guapo: Didn't la use that for like the traffic like, hey, this is what we you got the ways app.
- 1:19:12Testecleese: Yeah. Well, California had an issue way more because people were summoning, summoning them to light them on fire.
- 1:19:21Testecleese: All right.
- 1:19:24Testecleese: This planned parenthood defunding thing. Got paused.
- 1:19:30Testecleese: It's a Massachusetts judge.
- 1:19:34Testecleese: Do you say? Not all planned parenthoods give money or do abortions so.
- 1:19:39Brian McFadden: There
- 1:19:40Brian McFadden: not going to hold up when the Supreme Court's gonna get involved and planned? Parenthood is going to lose their money just like Npr. Did.
- 1:19:50Testecleese: Yeah. And
- 1:19:53Testecleese: this is the thing is, the Democrats have no platform. Besides, resist what trump is doing. Why don't you come out and tell us what you actually want to do.
- 1:20:00Brian McFadden: They don't know what they want to do.
- 1:20:02Testecleese: Exactly.
- 1:20:04Testecleese: I'm going to bring up my sister again. We abortion came up.
- 1:20:09Testecleese: and he's like, I don't know, I think, that, you know, and she does her thing. I was like, yeah, but it's a it's a human life.
- 1:20:15Testecleese: you know. She was not born yet, and I was like so.
- 1:20:18Brian McFadden: So she's not a Catholic.
- 1:20:21Testecleese: She claims to be. But well, the funny thing is.
- 1:20:23Brian McFadden: So she's a biden. Catholic is what you're saying.
- 1:20:26Testecleese: Well, she told me that she believes that someone should still get charged for double murder, for killing a pregnant woman. How come she's not getting charged for murder, or at least the doctor.
- 1:20:36Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:20:36Testecleese: And then she's like, Well, yo, I think you're right. The people use it for birth control. That's disgusting, you know, that's like
- 1:20:42Testecleese: 80 to 90%.
- 1:20:45Testecleese: And it's less than 1% when someone's life is actually like at risk. And that's technically, it's not even called an abortion. At that time. It's a medical procedure where the baby dies.
- 1:20:53Brian McFadden: Right exactly.
- 1:20:57Brian McFadden: And most people agree with that.
- 1:21:00Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I'm not gonna say no, don't get medical care to save your life.
- 1:21:05Brian McFadden: You know. Yeah. And it's funny, because my sister says she says,
- 1:21:09Testecleese: Or I can't remember exact words.
- 1:21:12Testecleese: something along the lines of getting accidentally pregnant.
- 1:21:16Testecleese: And I was like, what do you mean? Accidentally.
- 1:21:18Brian McFadden: There's no such thing.
- 1:21:19Testecleese: I was like you went to school right.
- 1:21:21Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:21:21El Guapo: No like when you put you don't pull out on top. Is that's an accident.
- 1:21:25El Guapo: Yeah, no.
- 1:21:26Brian McFadden: So they're using the rhythm method.
- 1:21:28El Guapo: Yeah. It's just a pull up game.
- 1:21:30Testecleese: Well, no rhythm method is when you avoid that time of the month where you can actually conceive versus just pulling out and blowing it somewhere else. But yeah, she said.
- 1:21:39Testecleese: accidentally pregnant. I was like accidentally pregnant, like, what is this like that eminem song like, what? What did she trip slip, fall, and land on his. Dick.
- 1:21:48Testecleese: I was like, you know, and she's like what I was like. Stop what dudes blow inside you. And I was like, Okay.
- 1:21:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:21:54Testecleese: I was like. That's where babies come from.
- 1:21:57Brian McFadden: What I learned in school.
- 1:21:59Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:22:01Testecleese: Oh, my God! Accidentally pregnant. Then she mentioned rape, and I was like again, that's less than 1%.
- 1:22:07Testecleese: And I still don't think the baby deserves to die for that, but
- 1:22:12Testecleese: if it got reduced down to just that, I think I'd be willing to accept it for at least a little while.
- 1:22:19El Guapo: How about?
- 1:22:19Testecleese: Account.
- 1:22:20El Guapo: I said, I'm pregnant. Usually you can use Plan B, like 2. 3 days later.
- 1:22:24Brian McFadden: Now you can, but I mean they prefer abortions.
- 1:22:30El Guapo: No, no, but I'm saying like, how long does it take to see me to travel away to the egg?
- 1:22:35El Guapo: It's like 2, 3 days.
- 1:22:37Testecleese: Yeah up. Yeah, up to 5 days or something like that up to 7 days. And then.
- 1:22:41Brian McFadden: It depends on how good your seamen are.
- 1:22:45El Guapo: Easily. It takes a while to swim down.
- 1:22:48Testecleese: So believe it or not. It's further trip than people realize.
- 1:22:51El Guapo: Yeah, compared to the Siemen size.
- 1:22:54Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:22:56Testecleese: Well, yeah. Well, the ovum itself is a lot larger than the sperm.
- 1:22:59El Guapo: Hmm.
- 1:23:02Testecleese: Alright! So this birthright citizenship as we're talking about it, has been deemed unconstitutional.
- 1:23:08Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, we knew this was coming.
- 1:23:11El Guapo: No.
- 1:23:12Testecleese: Yeah, I think.
- 1:23:13Brian McFadden: Look at the cord that did it.
- 1:23:17Brian McFadden: 9th Circuit Court.
- 1:23:19Testecleese: Of course.
- 1:23:20Brian McFadden: Isn't that the California Court.
- 1:23:23Testecleese: Is.
- 1:23:25Brian McFadden: Going to the Supreme Court standby to stand by.
- 1:23:29Brian McFadden: I do think I think the Supreme Court is going to rule against it.
- 1:23:35Testecleese: I don't know.
- 1:23:35Brian McFadden: It has some exemptions put in place, but.
- 1:23:40El Guapo: That'd be.
- 1:23:42Brian McFadden: Country will be a whole lot better
- 1:23:44Brian McFadden: if we don't have people come from China just to get
- 1:23:47Brian McFadden: pregnant, pregnant people coming from China over here to have babies so that their babies can be have birthright, citizenship.
- 1:23:55Testecleese: Well, this is something else that came up when I was talking to my sister. She's like, Oh, now we're going to deport everybody, you know. Blah blah, she's talking about
- 1:24:02Testecleese: birthright citizenship.
- 1:24:04Brian McFadden: Yeah, that's amazing.
- 1:24:06Brian McFadden: Interesting conversations with your sister.
- 1:24:08Testecleese: This. This entire conversation lasted maybe 45 min, but we just kind of got it out of the way because we knew it was gonna be an issue. We got it out of the way and got it over and done with.
- 1:24:18Testecleese: I say that, but this is also when I was at my uncle's birthday party, and I already had.
- 1:24:23Brian McFadden: How many beers.
- 1:24:24Testecleese: Enough. I had a get black and tan with Guinness in it. Oh, forgot how good that stuff is!
- 1:24:30Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:24:31El Guapo: Sounds, like, yeah.
- 1:24:32Testecleese: Yeah, a couple of Heffenweizens, and then, gin Martini.
- 1:24:38Brian McFadden: Oh, wow!
- 1:24:39Testecleese: Oh, so good!
- 1:24:41Testecleese: But that was when this conversation happened.
- 1:24:47Testecleese: But I explained to her I was like, No, that's just when neither parent was a citizen.
- 1:24:51Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:24:52Testecleese: That. You don't automatically get American citizenship, because well, then, where would you be a citizen, or what have you born.
- 1:24:57Brian McFadden: How about your home country, where you came from?
- 1:25:00Testecleese: We? She actually said, what if you were born in Canada? And I was like.
- 1:25:03Brian McFadden: You be a Canadian citizen?
- 1:25:04Testecleese: I was like, but you'd still be an American citizen, because your parents are American.
- 1:25:09El Guapo: I guess I never, never heard the concept like, if you were born in China. You're not Chinese.
- 1:25:13Brian McFadden: There's only how many countries are there that have this this rule in place? It's you can count it on one hand, isn't it? Yeah.
- 1:25:21El Guapo: It's only 2.
- 1:25:22Brian McFadden: I think it might just be the United States and Canada. Actually, yeah.
- 1:25:26Testecleese: I'm not sure Australia might. I don't.
- 1:25:28Testecleese: Probably the British do.
- 1:25:29Brian McFadden: I'm going to put it on the prediction page that doesn't exist anymore. That birthright citizenship dies.
- 1:25:36Brian McFadden: Well, Trump's in office this time.
- 1:25:39El Guapo: Hmm.
- 1:25:40Brian McFadden: Think it actually goes away like you're not just automatically. Citizens being born here.
- 1:25:44Brian McFadden: you know. I think Supreme Court is going to rule in his favor.
- 1:25:48Testecleese: I I think that's
- 1:25:50Testecleese: well. Here's the thing. Is the the judge at the Appeals Court cited the 14th Amendment.
- 1:25:57Testecleese: Let me see if I could find the actual work.
- 1:26:00Brian McFadden: I also predict that trump's gonna get another Supreme Court nominee.
- 1:26:06El Guapo: Oh, you did get get down to.
- 1:26:07Testecleese: Maybe 2.
- 1:26:08El Guapo: So.
- 1:26:10Brian McFadden: I think
- 1:26:11Brian McFadden: I think some of the older Republicans are going to retire, so we don't have another. Ruth Bader Ginsburg incident.
- 1:26:18El Guapo: What do you? When are you thinking they're going to do it before the midterm or after.
- 1:26:21Brian McFadden: After.
- 1:26:23El Guapo: I don't know, because they may put the job by the fucking rule again on us.
- 1:26:27Brian McFadden: I don't see Clarence Thomas leaving before the midterms.
- 1:26:30El Guapo: No, but I'm saying that because the only reason
- 1:26:35El Guapo: what's the face? Name? Obama didn't get a pick because we.
- 1:26:38Brian McFadden: I know what happened. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Oh, you got trouble.
- 1:26:42El Guapo: I know I got shocked in here.
- 1:26:44Brian McFadden: Shark, shark, shark.
- 1:26:47Testecleese: Do, do, do.
- 1:26:49Brian McFadden: Be sorry.
- 1:26:49El Guapo: Who's the shark?
- 1:26:52Testecleese: So the the panel of judges on the Board of Appeals.
- 1:26:58Testecleese: Wrote Trump's order is invalid because it contradicts the plain language of the 14th Amendment
- 1:27:04Testecleese: Amendments, grant of citizenship to all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction.
- 1:27:09Brian McFadden: It was about slaves.
- 1:27:10Testecleese: If your parents are not citizens, they are not.
- 1:27:14El Guapo: Subject to the jurisdiction thereof. And you can say, Oh, they'll still get arrested, or whatever. Yeah, but no, they're not.
- 1:27:20Testecleese: They're not. Yeah. They're not.
- 1:27:22Brian McFadden: Don't think that argument works in the long run.
- 1:27:25El Guapo: Yeah, but.
- 1:27:26Testecleese: No, because you're not subject to the jurisdiction.
- 1:27:28Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:27:29El Guapo: Don't understand what the word subject means. That's the key word right there.
- 1:27:34Brian McFadden: That's why I really believe that the Supreme Court is going to rule against it. Down the road.
- 1:27:40El Guapo: This is why I make fun of the British is like, oh, we know what Americans are. Citizens and British are subject the keyword subject, you know.
- 1:27:52Testecleese: Did you see? Ellen and Portia might be leaving the Uk.
- 1:27:57Brian McFadden: They're not welcome there anymore.
- 1:28:00Testecleese: Yes, but that's not even the big reason
- 1:28:02Testecleese: they decided to go live in some rural patch of land with a bunch of acreage, and have horses and everything.
- 1:28:10Testecleese: Too much work, much physical work.
- 1:28:14Brian McFadden: They could hire people to do it.
- 1:28:16Testecleese: That's what I said, because apparently they were like, Oh, yeah, we're gonna be, you know.
- 1:28:21Testecleese: home centers, or whatever.
- 1:28:23Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:28:24Testecleese: Riding around on their ride on mowers and everything.
- 1:28:27Brian McFadden: You know.
- 1:28:27Testecleese: Apparently that was too much work for Ellen. So her wife went and bought 4 sheep
- 1:28:33Testecleese: to take care of the grass.
- 1:28:35Brian McFadden: How'd that work out.
- 1:28:37Testecleese: Not so great because they didn't think to put in a fucking fan.
- 1:28:46Brian McFadden: Oh, they're idiots!
- 1:28:48Testecleese: Okay, the horses didn't leave because their food is over here. They eat this.
- 1:28:52Brian McFadden: Care. The sheep are going wherever the grass goes.
- 1:28:54Testecleese: They can eat the grass. So so Ellen herself built a fence.
- 1:28:59Testecleese: and the sheep went right through the fence when they got more sheep.
- 1:29:03Testecleese: And yeah, it's just it's too much work. And I was like, Wow, these are the very people that you were talking so much shit about before you left this country.
- 1:29:12Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:29:15Testecleese: Oh!
- 1:29:17Brian McFadden: I don't think we brought it up. But do you think Trump's actually going to revoke Rosie's citizenship?
- 1:29:25Testecleese: Whose.
- 1:29:26Brian McFadden: Rosie O'donnell.
- 1:29:29Brian McFadden: Does, the.
- 1:29:29Testecleese: No.
- 1:29:30Brian McFadden: Ready to do that.
- 1:29:32Testecleese: She. She was born of American citizens here, right.
- 1:29:36Brian McFadden: Yup, and she moved to Ireland.
- 1:29:38Testecleese: There's nothing he can do about that.
- 1:29:39Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:29:40Testecleese: Nothing.
- 1:29:43Testecleese: It's funny because I so watching a Tim Pool live night show the timcast thing.
- 1:29:50Testecleese: Maybe 2 or 3 months ago.
- 1:29:51Testecleese: when Rosie was running her mouth again.
- 1:29:54Testecleese: and one of the guys on the show was like, I'm surprised Ireland hasn't deported her. They're like, Shut the fuck up. She'll come back here.
- 1:30:06Testecleese: So Guavo didn't last long, did he?
- 1:30:08Brian McFadden: He's got children to deal with.
- 1:30:10Testecleese: Hmm.
- 1:30:11Brian McFadden: He'll be back if we're still around.
- 1:30:15Testecleese: This us attorney thing that trump is trying to do with Alina. Haba.
- 1:30:21Brian McFadden: New, in New Jersey.
- 1:30:23Testecleese: Yeah, did you see this?
- 1:30:25Brian McFadden: Yeah. The rogue judges have voted to replace her, and she's still swearing up and down. She's still the Attorney general of that area.
- 1:30:34Testecleese: Well, then, they put her like Number 2 in command, or whatever, and trump wasn't fired.
- 1:30:40Brian McFadden: Of course.
- 1:30:41Testecleese: Yeah, when fired her, so that
- 1:30:46Testecleese: I didn't realize that judges could just say, No, you can't do this
- 1:30:51Testecleese: to something that judges have no say in, but they've been doing that a lot lately, haven't they?
- 1:30:55Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:30:59Testecleese: I gotta stop dude. I keep scrolling down so I can like, see what's coming up next. And then I keep forgetting you're gonna close the box above it, and just.
- 1:31:06Brian McFadden: Alrighty!
- 1:31:07Testecleese: Up.
- 1:31:08Testecleese: It's my own fault. I know you're gonna do it, and I don't pay attention.
- 1:31:11Brian McFadden: It just makes it cleaner for me in the long run, you know.
- 1:31:15Testecleese: Oh, yeah.
- 1:31:16Brian McFadden: I'm glad you learned how to do that, because I still don't know how to do it. So.
- 1:31:22Testecleese: Headings.
- 1:31:23Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:31:25Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, it's right. You have to go full screen on your Google Doc to do it.
- 1:31:30Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:31:31Testecleese: So back to the UN. And climate change.
- 1:31:37Brian McFadden: Big surprise, big surprise. We're pulling out of more UN stuff.
- 1:31:44Brian McFadden: Yeah, did it again.
- 1:31:47Testecleese: Yeah, I got no problem with this and
- 1:31:50Testecleese: Spain. There's some like 30 meter telescope that's being built.
- 1:31:54Testecleese: That was gonna go in Hawaii
- 1:31:57Testecleese: and trump pulled the funding from that, too. And Spain was like, well, if you guys are a bunch of douchebags, I guess we'll finish the project. It's like good. Maybe someone else in this country can do something. Yeah.
- 1:32:09Testecleese: right?
- 1:32:11Testecleese: Having a ton of fun with fucking with his headphones. Huh?
- 1:32:21Testecleese: Forgot.
- 1:32:21Brian McFadden: Sending some headphones.
- 1:32:23Testecleese: Oh, yeah, I know right, just like with the
- 1:32:27Testecleese: you NATO, not NATO. That's the North North Atlantic Tree Organization.
- 1:32:33Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:32:34Testecleese: Oh, my God, what's the all the troops? And
- 1:32:42Testecleese: no, the is it native that I'm thinking of? Yeah. Treaty organization? Okay.
- 1:32:46Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:32:47Testecleese: There's there's the other one that's trade something. Never mind.
- 1:32:51Brian McFadden: European Union.
- 1:32:53Testecleese: Now what
- 1:32:54Testecleese: trump wanted the rest of these countries to pay in at least the amount that they've agreed to decades ago. That weren't. It's like, Why don't you guys like oh, United States is going to stop sending weapons to Ukraine fucking? Uk, you can do it, too. Why does it have to be the United States.
- 1:33:10Brian McFadden: Well, now, now, the latest agreement about Ukraine is
- 1:33:14Brian McFadden: that NATO's going to pay for the weapons that go to Ukraine.
- 1:33:20Testecleese: Yeah. But the United States part of NATO.
- 1:33:22Brian McFadden: Yeah. But now the money's not coming directly from the United States to pay for the weapons. It's gonna come from all the other countries, too, we're gonna share the share the burden more. Now.
- 1:33:34Testecleese: I guess that'll help some. And exactly. Why. Why is the United States doing all this? Whenever the rest of the world is looking at the Us. Like, you guys need to do something fuck you Australia, you could do something, too.
- 1:33:45Testecleese: you know, and then Poland is like, Hey, let's let's put up some fucking fighter jets and
- 1:33:51Testecleese: buzz the border, you know.
- 1:33:53Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:33:54Brian McFadden: And then you had this top UN court. The Icc came out and said that all the wealthy nations have to curb global warming. Thank God, we're not a part of that court system.
- 1:34:06Testecleese: Yes, I'm so glad we had refused to be part of what the interpol, as well.
- 1:34:10Brian McFadden: Yeah, I think we're part of Interpol is this is the International Criminal Court.
- 1:34:15Testecleese: So interpol, has no jurisdiction in the United States, either.
- 1:34:18Brian McFadden: Oh, okay.
- 1:34:20Testecleese: But yeah, like, you guys need to pitch in to curb global warming and do all this other stuff.
- 1:34:26Testecleese: And I love how they call the global warming. And our climate change.
- 1:34:29Brian McFadden: They go back and forth.
- 1:34:31Testecleese: Of course they do, because none of them know the target either.
- 1:34:33Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:34:34Testecleese: But trust.
- 1:34:35Brian McFadden: And the countries that are the biggest offenders are never included in any of these treaties.
- 1:34:40Testecleese: India and China.
- 1:34:41Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:34:42Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:34:44Testecleese: Trump had a 2 word response for this.
- 1:34:47Brian McFadden: I love it.
- 1:34:48Testecleese: America, first.st
- 1:34:50Brian McFadden: I love it.
- 1:34:52Testecleese: Yeah. And this is very fascinating, because I stumbled across this article before I saw the UN. Thing saying, you guys have to do something about it.
- 1:35:01Testecleese: Excuse me, most dangerous. Glacier. Okay.
- 1:35:09Testecleese: That's what it's known as picture taken of the Iss 2 years ago. Actually,
- 1:35:17Testecleese: There's 3 glaciers in the Karakoram Mountain range in Asia.
- 1:35:23Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:35:24Testecleese: And they've been gaining ice and merging into one Mega glacier.
- 1:35:30Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:35:32Testecleese: For a while. Now.
- 1:35:34Brian McFadden: That's part of global warming.
- 1:35:36Testecleese: Apparently it's near the borders of India, Pakistan, China, and Afghanistan.
- 1:35:40Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 1:35:42Testecleese: Now people don't think Pakistan and Afghanistan for glaciers.
- 1:35:45Brian McFadden: No, of course that.
- 1:35:47Testecleese: Yeah. And not only are there glaciers there, but they're getting bigger and merging.
- 1:35:52Brian McFadden: That doesn't sound like global warming. Me, that sounds more like global cooling.
- 1:35:58Testecleese: Guava. You're muted again.
- 1:36:03Testecleese: Oh, God! He's getting his ass kicked by his headphones.
- 1:36:05El Guapo: There we go. How about now?
- 1:36:07Testecleese: Alright!
- 1:36:08El Guapo: They're gonna call a mutation weather. Now, you know, they got crazy.
- 1:36:14Testecleese: It's crazy that they'll scream climate change when hurricane happens.
- 1:36:19El Guapo: Yeah, no shit. It's always changing.
- 1:36:23Testecleese: We have a particularly cold winter like oh, weather isn't climate, and I was like, well, then, how come the fucking hurricane was, you know.
- 1:36:30El Guapo: No.
- 1:36:31Testecleese: It's like, okay, climate might be glaciers growing, because that doesn't happen in a week, you know, that's not a storm.
- 1:36:38Testecleese: So so if anything, it's getting cooler
- 1:36:42Testecleese: to allow more ice to grow. But
- 1:36:44Testecleese: you know, what do I know? I'm just reading the facts in front of my face, instead of just believing what some Wackadoo on Cnn is telling me, you know.
- 1:36:51El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:36:56Testecleese: Check this shit out. Dude crazy broad in Seattle, Washington.
- 1:37:01El Guapo: Hmm.
- 1:37:02Testecleese: Is suing the blue angels.
- 1:37:05El Guapo: For the noise. I saw that thing the poster like pollution and stuff like that.
- 1:37:11Testecleese: Acoustic torture.
- 1:37:13El Guapo: Oh, my God, yeah.
- 1:37:15Testecleese: Well, they like.
- 1:37:15El Guapo: Honestly, I think we need an invasion
- 1:37:19El Guapo: because we getting too soft. Dude, too fucking soft.
- 1:37:23Testecleese: Wait. These folks have no idea.
- 1:37:24El Guapo: No idea how fucking privilege you got it right now.
- 1:37:27Brian McFadden: Who.
- 1:37:28Testecleese: Woman in woman in Seattle is suing the blue angels for acoustic torture.
- 1:37:33Brian McFadden: Oh, I saw this.
- 1:37:34El Guapo: You know what I was. I was hoping we won. So we get a big black eye and we learn our lesson. Well, you know.
- 1:37:41Brian McFadden: We're we're in the Virginia beach area. We hear jets flying overhead all the time, and Lane.
- 1:37:47Testecleese: Freedom.
- 1:37:48Brian McFadden: Down to freedom. Yep.
- 1:37:50El Guapo: Fucking lady is complaining because it's like acoustic torture.
- 1:37:53Brian McFadden: Overcatch.
- 1:37:55Testecleese: Cat was dying, and she wanted the cat to be able to rest.
- 1:37:59El Guapo: I don't believe it. I want to see this guy. I want to see this guy.
- 1:38:02Testecleese: And cat's apparently dead now, but.
- 1:38:04El Guapo: It could be.
- 1:38:05Testecleese: Bitch they've been doing this air show for decades in Seattle.
- 1:38:10Brian McFadden: Big money, too. I mean, it brings money into the city for this air show. People show up just for the air show and spend money at the Air Show.
- 1:38:19Testecleese: And how long would this? What's an hour? Maybe 2, for 3 days, maybe.
- 1:38:26Brian McFadden: The blue angels are probably only flying like an hour. Is that.
- 1:38:29Testecleese: There's not this warm up stuff and other.
- 1:38:31El Guapo: Well, yeah, yeah.
- 1:38:32Testecleese: Crops.
- 1:38:32El Guapo: So yeah, they won't. Yeah.
- 1:38:33Brian McFadden: Yeah, but they're not going to make as much noise as the blue angels.
- 1:38:37Testecleese: No, especially not like a single prop doing the crazy stunts right.
- 1:38:40Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:38:42Testecleese: But yeah, just like, lady, you need to calm down you like, if you so.
- 1:38:49El Guapo: Whatever lawyer pick up this fucking case, need to get fucking. Oh, my God.
- 1:38:54Testecleese: Bent.
- 1:38:55El Guapo: You get sent to a fucking Southern Sudan for a while for the weekend.
- 1:39:03Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:39:04El Guapo: See how they like.
- 1:39:05Testecleese: Exactly.
- 1:39:07El Guapo: You gotta be happy to hear a fucking war. What is it the a-ten coming by.
- 1:39:12Testecleese: Yeah, a 16 or an 18 bombing by.
- 1:39:15El Guapo: Yeah. Fly by.
- 1:39:17Testecleese: It's funny, because I'm a marine buddy of mine.
- 1:39:22Testecleese: Yeah, you know, different branches. Are. You always make fun of each other?
- 1:39:25Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 1:39:27Testecleese: Some. He and I were making fun of each other, sitting at the bar one day, having a beer up in Massachusetts.
- 1:39:32Testecleese: and he was goofing off, and some guy came by and talked trash about the navy.
- 1:39:38Testecleese: and my marine Buddy goes. Were you in the corps? He goes? No, no, I didn't serve. He's like I almost did. He goes
- 1:39:44Testecleese: marine dude goes almost. How'd you almost join the marines, you know.
- 1:39:50Testecleese: and he goes heads up? I can make fun of the Navy because they're my brothers. Because, tell you what, though, when we're pinned down with like automatic gunfire at us, like the greatest sound in the fucking world is a whole bunch of jets coming off an aircraft carrier to save your ass.
- 1:40:06Brian McFadden: Yep. Yep.
- 1:40:09El Guapo: Shoot. I almost joined the army almost, and I failed. The the you know, the aspect test, the tryout.
- 1:40:16Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:40:16El Guapo: I was like, I don't want to join the army. I just failed on purpose.
- 1:40:20El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:40:21Testecleese: Right.
- 1:40:22El Guapo: No, no, they're like, because I went to look at. Find out my navy recruiter. Of course he wasn't there. Him him and the Army and the Air Force Guy, weren't there.
- 1:40:31Brian McFadden: You know. I guess the Air Force guys by appointment only, of course.
- 1:40:36El Guapo: And the army guys like, Hey, what are you doing here like.
- 1:40:40Brian McFadden: Yeah. The army guys always there.
- 1:40:42El Guapo: Yeah, he just swoop me in like, come on, take the test like, let's see where you are like. Okay, like, no. I want to join the army. I don't wanna run. That's the whole reason to join the army. I like running every day.
- 1:40:53Brian McFadden: Reverse, zooming.
- 1:40:55El Guapo: Yeah. So I'm okay with that.
- 1:40:59El Guapo: But we don't swim all day all every day.
- 1:41:02Testecleese: Well, obviously he's pretty good swimming, I mean, swimming across the the Rio right.
- 1:41:06El Guapo: Hell, yeah.
- 1:41:07Brian McFadden: Really.
- 1:41:07El Guapo: I swimmer. I went to a rescue swimmer school, and so Bobby.
- 1:41:11Testecleese: Sorry.
- 1:41:13Brian McFadden: And the joke.
- 1:41:14El Guapo: I went to the I went to swim school, but I fell almost around.
- 1:41:18Testecleese: The the joke was that you illegally came into the United States by swinging.
- 1:41:21El Guapo: Got it. Yeah, yeah, that's right.
- 1:41:23El Guapo: sar. School, too. I was a good Sr. School.
- 1:41:28Brian McFadden: Iran is claiming that it sent a helicopter to warn a Us. Navy destroyer and dude down.
- 1:41:36Testecleese: Huh!
- 1:41:37Brian McFadden: Shoot it off! Sky!
- 1:41:39Testecleese: They probably should have, but it didn't open fire, I guess, but
- 1:41:43Testecleese: you know as well as I. The navy would have looked at that thing
- 1:41:47Testecleese: they would hit the buttons on their ship.
- 1:41:49Testecleese: got a target lock on it, and just maintained course. And you know that.
- 1:41:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:41:54Testecleese: Like, no, we don't give a fuck what you guys are doing. We're not leaving because of you.
- 1:41:58Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:41:59Testecleese: And they're like, Oh, we warned them, and they left. It's like, no, they didn't.
- 1:42:02Brian McFadden: They left because they were on their way out.
- 1:42:04Testecleese: If if they did leaving. Yeah, they were already leaving.
- 1:42:09Testecleese: I've had plenty of situations in the navy, where in some some
- 1:42:13Testecleese: dumbass country it was like, Oh, yeah, we'll go tell them they can't be here. It's like
- 1:42:17Testecleese: fuck you. I don't care.
- 1:42:20Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:42:24Testecleese: Apparently did a raid in Syria.
- 1:42:26Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:42:28Testecleese: Killed a new senior leader of Isis.
- 1:42:32Testecleese: Yeah, I didn't hear about this shit until today.
- 1:42:34El Guapo: Okay.
- 1:42:35Brian McFadden: That's because
- 1:42:36Brian McFadden: what is really, how old is the senior leader of Isis these days, because we've been killing them.
- 1:42:42El Guapo: Bro.
- 1:42:42Brian McFadden: Years and years.
- 1:42:44Testecleese: 25.
- 1:42:45Brian McFadden: I'm thinking less, I'm thinking. Maybe 18.
- 1:42:49Testecleese: It depends, though, is this the 1st one we've got involved in since Biden left office. Because Biden let Isis grow right back up.
- 1:42:56El Guapo: Hmm.
- 1:42:58Testecleese: When we had declared victory over Isis and had eradicated it under trump.
- 1:43:03Testecleese: which I mean you can't. It's the terrorist organization will just regrow. But.
- 1:43:07Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:43:10Testecleese: It sounded good.
- 1:43:12Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:43:13Testecleese: So Caroline Levitt was criticized for wearing a Mini skirt because she's too old for that.
- 1:43:23Brian McFadden: What the fuck.
- 1:43:24Testecleese: 1st 1st of all, she's 27.
- 1:43:28Brian McFadden: How old are you going to be to wear a miniskirt.
- 1:43:31Testecleese: Second of all this Mini skirt went down to almost her knee.
- 1:43:34Brian McFadden: That's not a miniskirt.
- 1:43:36Testecleese: Yeah. And I'm like, now let's have a look at the people on the left. Let's have a look at Beyonce and Katy Perry, who are in their forties, late forties.
- 1:43:44El Guapo: No, no, no, you.
- 1:43:45Testecleese: Wearing almost nothing.
- 1:43:46El Guapo: The wrong ones. You need to talk about the the Congress.
- 1:43:53Testecleese: All right.
- 1:43:53El Guapo: Congress. They got nobody looking good in there except Aoc.
- 1:43:59Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:44:01El Guapo: That's pretty much it. The only good looking lady.
- 1:44:03Testecleese: No go ahead.
- 1:44:05Testecleese: The the lesbian one that got into a big argument on the plane a couple of years ago.
- 1:44:11Brian McFadden: Hi!
- 1:44:13Brian McFadden: There are so many Lesbians that get arguments. It's hard.
- 1:44:16El Guapo: Was it the one the congresswoman that I was having sex with a female? And she took a picture of her naked.
- 1:44:24El Guapo: and they let her go like damn.
- 1:44:27Testecleese: Don't know anything with that.
- 1:44:28Testecleese: I I made sure not to open any more of those after the pictures of those 2 dudes butt, fucking each other on the high floor.
- 1:44:35El Guapo: See!
- 1:44:36Brian McFadden: How about 2 girls? One cup.
- 1:44:38Testecleese: Oh, God, no!
- 1:44:39Testecleese: For all I know, it's happening in the freaking. Well, just say the oval office, but knowing trump, it might be
- 1:44:47Testecleese: a little private show, and, by the way, nobody go out there and watch 2 girls, one cup.
- 1:44:56El Guapo: I remember when.
- 1:44:56Testecleese: Not as good.
- 1:44:57El Guapo: A year.
- 1:44:58Brian McFadden: What do you guys.
- 1:44:59El Guapo: Talking about.
- 1:45:00Brian McFadden: It's not as appealing as you think.
- 1:45:04Testecleese: Exactly like this is.
- 1:45:05Brian McFadden: Ha! Ha! Ha!
- 1:45:06Testecleese: Oh oh no!
- 1:45:07Brian McFadden: It's disgusting.
- 1:45:09Testecleese: Motherfucker. Why.
- 1:45:10Brian McFadden: You're only gonna watch like 30 seconds of it before you turn the shit off.
- 1:45:14Testecleese: Worse. It gets worse.
- 1:45:16Brian McFadden: I don't even think it's I don't even know. It's not still online anymore, you know.
- 1:45:22Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 1:45:22El Guapo: I agree.
- 1:45:23Brian McFadden: Somebody look it up for us.
- 1:45:24El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:45:24Brian McFadden: One of the yeah.
- 1:45:26Testecleese: One of them like shit in a cup, and the other one ate it right.
- 1:45:29Brian McFadden: Yes, exactly.
- 1:45:30Testecleese: And then the other one ate that and threw it up.
- 1:45:33Brian McFadden: Yep, yep, that was fucking, disgusting.
- 1:45:38Testecleese: I was like, this is, this is what we're getting for porn these days.
- 1:45:41Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:45:42Testecleese: With these kids.
- 1:45:45Brian McFadden: Cool.
- 1:45:46Testecleese: That happens is they have to talk about trumpet and PP. Tape
- 1:45:48Testecleese: came to fruition. I was like.
- 1:45:50Testecleese: Pee-pee is the biggest thing I'm okay with that.
- 1:45:53Brian McFadden: Don't have a problem with people peeing on beds.
- 1:45:55Brian McFadden: shitting and eating. It is a whole other story.
- 1:46:00Testecleese: Yeah, I remember when that came out, and then all of a sudden, there was like a dollar to watch it.
- 1:46:07Testecleese: Oh, dear God, what a terrible, terrible experience in the world! Right.
- 1:46:13Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:46:16Testecleese: Anyway, the White House has called for a redesign of the trash can of the trash can of the gas can.
- 1:46:23Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, we're gonna make them.
- 1:46:25Brian McFadden: And again.
- 1:46:27Testecleese: You gotta make them great again.
- 1:46:28Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:46:28El Guapo: They're gonna make it so freaking expensive. Now, people still complaining about it because
- 1:46:34El Guapo: we work in our parts store with the auto parts sales retail.
- 1:46:40El Guapo: And people's like, why is this too expensive like? I don't see the prices do. 1st of all, and second of all, you guys complain about. You need to make this safer. You know, you had to pay an engineer for this, and it's expensive.
- 1:46:54El Guapo: you know. You have to make money out of this.
- 1:46:57Testecleese: Well, here's the thing is these gas cans are designed so that the vapors don't escape out of the can because it's bad for the environment.
- 1:47:04Testecleese: But but instead, now, when you try to use the damn gas.
- 1:47:07El Guapo: Yeah, it's the plastic.
- 1:47:08Testecleese: Ashes, gas everywhere.
- 1:47:10El Guapo: Is the plastic is designed for like because they complain about the plastic. Oh, no, you need to make a set, because, remember, it used to be made out of metal for a while.
- 1:47:18Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:47:19El Guapo: Yeah. And they're like, Oh, no, you need to make it like so environmental, friendly, or some shit like that.
- 1:47:24Testecleese: Well plastics, not more environmentally friendly, but they had plastic gas cans way before they went to this.
- 1:47:30El Guapo: Stupid nozzle that catches the vapors.
- 1:47:34Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, he didn't know, though.
- 1:47:35El Guapo: Yeah. And then people's like, How do you put this in the gas car? And I had to show them like, look, there's a Nasso built in. I had to show people don't never. Oh, my God! It's just they need. They need to make this driver license stricter those like. Oh, my God.
- 1:47:53Brian McFadden: What the real id is for.
- 1:47:55El Guapo: No, no, no.
- 1:47:56Testecleese: These aren't gonna make it more difficult to get a driver's license, though.
- 1:47:59Brian McFadden: It is, you gotta have all kinds of documentation to get it.
- 1:48:02Testecleese: Yeah. Yeah. But that's just to get a little star talking about driver license in general, you need to list
- 1:48:09Testecleese: very soon. You have. You can only get the star.
- 1:48:12Testecleese: But the thing is that doesn't be able to get the star on. Your Id doesn't make you a better driver.
- 1:48:18El Guapo: No.
- 1:48:19Testecleese: The test should be more difficult.
- 1:48:22El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:48:23Testecleese: Like like you should have to parallel Park.
- 1:48:26Brian McFadden: I did it. I hit the Prolo Park back in the day.
- 1:48:29Testecleese: I did, too, but I know.
- 1:48:31Brian McFadden: In the 19 eighties I had a parallel park.
- 1:48:34Testecleese: I was born in the 19 eighties, too.
- 1:48:36Brian McFadden: Both of you were.
- 1:48:38Testecleese: Check it.
- 1:48:39Brian McFadden: I'm old as fuck.
- 1:48:41El Guapo: Yeah, you were you met Henry, for you could have talked about.
- 1:48:43Testecleese: I didn't meet Henry Ford. He worked.
- 1:48:46Brian McFadden: On the Assembly line. Dude 49.
- 1:48:50Brian McFadden: I ain't that old. I was born in 68, and yesterday was my birthday.
- 1:48:57Testecleese: Yes, it was. Yeah. So what? You have? 75. Now.
- 1:48:59Brian McFadden: Fuck you.
- 1:49:01Testecleese: Tried, I did.
- 1:49:02Brian McFadden: Yay!
- 1:49:03Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:49:05Testecleese: You got your aarp card.
- 1:49:06Brian McFadden: No, I don't believe.
- 1:49:07Testecleese: Why not?
- 1:49:08Brian McFadden: I be.
- 1:49:09Testecleese: Get, take the discounts, dude.
- 1:49:12Brian McFadden: I can find my discounts other ways.
- 1:49:14Testecleese: Alright. I'm just saying, well, yeah, they don't usually stack either, anyway, and your military id is probably good enough right.
- 1:49:19Brian McFadden: I'm not paying them money to like be like politically left wing.
- 1:49:26Testecleese: Okay, I'm not familiar with the Ernst report. Are you.
- 1:49:34Brian McFadden: No, but I saw that I shared this. Basically.
- 1:49:38Brian McFadden: Biden approved 1.2 million dollars to be spent on us swimming pools overseas to refurbish them.
- 1:49:53Brian McFadden: The the swimming pools were in Iraq and Russia.
- 1:49:58Testecleese: I thought there was at least another one.
- 1:50:01Testecleese: I know that those 2 were mentioned early in it, but
- 1:50:05Brian McFadden: Zimbabwe.
- 1:50:07Testecleese: Oh, Zimbabwe.
- 1:50:08Brian McFadden: Donna!
- 1:50:09Testecleese: Ghana. There we go!
- 1:50:11Brian McFadden: You know.
- 1:50:12Testecleese: Yeah, 1.2 million is not a ton of money, but those would disagree with you.
- 1:50:20Testecleese: I didn't realize that our embassies had swimming pools in them.
- 1:50:24Brian McFadden: Well, I mean it's we've got to keep the the government employees happy and satisfied.
- 1:50:31Testecleese: Exercise like I need to pee.
- 1:50:34Brian McFadden: All right.
- 1:50:35Testecleese: Tell me about this collision. By the way, I saw another thing where another collision almost happened. But what's up.
- 1:50:46El Guapo: My bad.
- 1:50:48El Guapo: No, I think my kids need to be a lawyer.
- 1:50:51Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 1:50:52El Guapo: Yeah, I go like no running the house. I wasn't. I was speed walking.
- 1:51:01Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, she's already got her thing going. Yeah.
- 1:51:07Brian McFadden: we're going to watch this near collision of A, B 52.
- 1:51:11El Guapo: Okay. Oh, the one that everybody's talking about.
- 1:51:15Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:51:15El Guapo: Hmm.
- 1:51:27Testecleese: There's no sound on that at all.
- 1:51:29Brian McFadden: I don't think there is.
- 1:51:31Testecleese: Oh, well, we do have a video platform, I guess.
- 1:51:34Brian McFadden: Our 25 degree bank to.
- 1:51:36Testecleese: Right. Then, diving the Skywest Pilot apologized to the passengers on board. Sorry about the aggressive maneuver. It caught me by surprise.
- 1:51:45Brian McFadden: Making a sharp turn as the biggest bomb by Skywest, making a sharp turn as the biggest bomber in the Air Force fleet. A B-fifty. 2 roars over the crowd below for those of you on the right hand side. You probably saw the airplane kind of sort of coming at us. Nobody told us about it. After making a hard 25 degree bank to the right. Then diving.
- 1:52:05El Guapo: The Skywest Pilot apologized to the passengers on board. Sorry about the aggressive maneuver. It caught me by surprise. This is not normal at all. I don't know why they didn't give us a heads up, because
- 1:52:17El Guapo: the Air Force base does have radar, and nobody said, Hey, there's also a B-fifty
- 1:52:22El Guapo: passenger. Monica Green says the sudden turn felt very sharp. I just remember the plane going like sideways like that, and just looking straight.
- 1:52:31Brian McFadden: It happened just a thousand feet above the ground. In a statement Skywest says, flight 3,788 had been cleared for approaching.
- 1:52:40El Guapo: By the tower, but performed a go around when another aircraft became visible in their flight path. The Minot tower doesn't have radar. It operates on visual flight, rules the Faa.
- 1:52:51Testecleese: Says the tower is run by a private company, and these controllers are not Faa employees. I'm not sure the B 52 crew even knew that the Delta airplane was there. So, and they were not talking to the same controller. It comes just 6 months after an army Black Hawk helicopter collided with an American eagle region.
- 1:53:10Brian McFadden: Plane.
- 1:53:10El Guapo: 67 people over Washington tonight. The private company that operates the Minot Tower is deferring all questions to the Faa. The military says that B. 52 was flying on an approved flight path. Tom.
- 1:53:24El Guapo: ladies and gentlemen.
- 1:53:28Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. This just happened to that Blackhawk.
- 1:53:31Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:53:31Testecleese: And this whole thing came up on how we need to do something so that they're sharing communications because they're on separate communication channels, military, and
- 1:53:40Testecleese: apparently nothing changed. Nothing happened.
- 1:53:42Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:53:44El Guapo: you know what it is, though honestly
- 1:53:48El Guapo: I met some female helicopter pilots. They're good dude. I'm excellent dude, but right now I think what's killing? I was kidding what's affecting a lot of females. Dude is feminism. Oh, no man could tell me what to do. Oh, I know better, you know, instead of like
- 1:54:05El Guapo: as it's like regular people like, Okay, cool. You know, you told me to go this way. I go this way, you know.
- 1:54:11El Guapo: they just feel like they need to be in control. They need to be in charge, even though they're not listening to somebody else that are like any better, you know.
- 1:54:21Testecleese: I'll take it a step further and say, feminism
- 1:54:23Testecleese: destroyed the 2 parent of the household.
- 1:54:27Testecleese: Yeah, but no. But
- 1:54:28Testecleese: all these women need to go to work, and you doubled the workforce, therefore, having the pay. So now you need 2 people in the family to work.
- 1:54:36El Guapo: No, when I was in my 22, I had this 40 year female pilots, command and officer no big deal whatever. It's excellent officers to follow orders according to the whatever somebody's telling them. But now you already got this fucking egomania like no, I know better. No man could tell me what to do like. Then they want to do whatever the fuck they want to. Do. You know.
- 1:55:00Testecleese: And not even necessarily that. But.
- 1:55:03Testecleese: chief engineer, I worked under for a while on one of my ships. I was a woman, and she had something to prove.
- 1:55:11El Guapo: The controller.
- 1:55:14Testecleese: Oh! She pushed us so hard.
- 1:55:17El Guapo: And all right.
- 1:55:18Testecleese: And this is, fix all this shit. Get it all your blah. Blah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:55:23Testecleese: as we're bringing the ship into dry dock for an overhaul.
- 1:55:27Testecleese: It's like we're going into port
- 1:55:29Testecleese: to have an entire crew. Guys do this repair instead of just me and 2 other guys. You know.
- 1:55:38Testecleese: you know. Gotta make your name if you want to be captain, I guess. And she I'm assuming that she was under the impression that she'll never get it as a woman, unless she goes, works twice as hard. Problem, is telling other people to work twice as hard. Is not you working twice as hard.
- 1:55:54Testecleese: But maybe that's just my opinion.
- 1:55:59Testecleese: Think that's all we got. What do you think, Brian?
- 1:56:03Brian McFadden: Pretty much.
- 1:56:04Testecleese: Alright!
- 1:56:05Brian McFadden: Unless Ray's got something he wants to throw in there real quick.
- 1:56:08El Guapo: Like, you guys were talking a lot of things last week like I wanna put my 2 cents in. But I was driving.
- 1:56:17Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:56:18El Guapo: All right. Well.
- 1:56:19Testecleese: This off.
- 1:56:19El Guapo: No. When I was listening to listen to your podcast and stuff.
- 1:56:22Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:56:23Brian McFadden: One more listener.
- 1:56:25Testecleese: There you go!
- 1:56:26El Guapo: Yep, but let's flush it.
- 1:56:30El Guapo: Oh, and then you need to bring a flushy sound down.
