  thrilled

  to

  talk
• 1:46
  with

  Evan
• 1:47
  Garcia.
• 1:47
  Evan,
• 1:48
  how
• 1:48
  are
• 1:48
  you
• 1:48
  today?
• 1:49
  Doing
• 1:50
  good,
• 1:50
  doing
• 1:50
  good.
• 1:50
  It's
• 1:51
  been
• 1:51
  a
• 1:51
  good
• 1:51
  Sunday
• 1:52
  now
• 1:52
  as
• 1:53
  we
• 1:53
  are
• 1:53
  recording
• 1:54
  and
• 1:55
  I'm
• 1:55
  looking
• 1:55
  forward
• 1:56
  to
• 1:56
  this
• 1:56
  because
• 1:56
  I've
• 1:57
  got
• 1:57
  some
• 1:57
  fun
• 1:57
  memories
• 1:58
  for,
• 1:58
  for
• 1:59
  some
• 1:59
  of
• 1:59
  these
• 1:59
  movies.
• 2:00
  And
• 2:00
  it's
• 2:00
  crazy.
• 2:00
  It's
• 2:01
  been
• 2:01
  over
• 2:01
  10
• 2:01
  years
• 2:02
  for
• 2:02
  this
• 2:03
  dude.
• 2:03
  It's
• 2:03
  just,
• 2:04
  it's
• 2:04
  wild.
• 2:05
  Like,
• 2:05
  I
• 2:05
  mean,
• 2:06
  looking
• 2:06
  at,
• 2:06
  like,
• 2:06
  that's
• 2:06
  why
• 2:07
  I
• 2:07
  wanted
• 2:07
  to
• 2:07
  do
• 2:07
  this
• 2:07
  series.
• 2:08
  It's
• 2:08
  just
• 2:08
  like,
• 2:08
  look
• 2:09
  at
• 2:09
  everything
• 2:09
  retrospectively.
• 2:10
  And
• 2:10
  yes,
• 2:10
  some
• 2:10
  of
• 2:11
  these
• 2:11
  I've
• 2:11
  seen
• 2:11
  a
• 2:11
  million
• 2:11
  times,
• 2:12
  but
• 2:12
  others,
• 2:12
  it's
• 2:13
  been
• 2:13
  quite
• 2:13
  a
• 2:13
  while
• 2:13
  and
• 2:14
  it's
• 2:14
  really
• 2:14
  fun
• 2:14
  looking
• 2:15
  at,
• 2:15
  you
• 2:15
  know,
• 2:16
  oh,
• 2:16
  what
• 2:16
  did
• 2:16
  I
• 2:16
  think
• 2:16
  of
• 2:17
  it
• 2:17
  back
• 2:17
  then?
• 2:18
  What
• 2:18
  do
• 2:18
  I.
• 2:18
  How
• 2:19
  does
• 2:19
  it
• 2:19
  hold
• 2:19
  up
• 2:19
  now?
• 2:20
  It's
• 2:20
  just
• 2:20
  been
• 2:20
  really
• 2:20
  fun.
• 2:21
  And
• 2:21
  I'm,
• 2:21
  I'm
• 2:21
  excited
• 2:21
  to
• 2:22
  have
• 2:22
  you
• 2:22
  on
• 2:22
  this
• 2:22
  one
• 2:22
  because,
• 2:22
  like,
• 2:23
  so
• 2:23
  far,
• 2:24
  the
• 2:24
  other
• 2:24
  episodes
• 2:24
  in
• 2:25
  the
• 2:25
  series,
• 2:25
  we
• 2:25
  did
• 2:26
  me
• 2:26
  and
• 2:27
  Christian
• 2:27
  and
• 2:28
  Andy,
• 2:28
  the,
• 2:28
  the
• 2:29
  first
• 2:29
  one
• 2:29
  on
• 2:30
  the
• 2:30
  first
• 2:30
  Fox
• 2:31
  X
• 2:31
  Men
• 2:31
  trilogy,
• 2:32
  and
• 2:32
  then
• 2:33
  me
• 2:33
  and
• 2:33
  Christian
• 2:33
  did
• 2:34
  the
• 2:34
  beginning
• 2:34
  of
• 2:35
  the
• 2:35
  mcu.
• 2:36
  Now
• 2:36
  we're
• 2:36
  on
• 2:37
  to,
• 2:37
  we're
• 2:38
  on
• 2:38
  to
• 2:38
  Thor.
• 2:38
  We're
• 2:39
  onto
• 2:39
  the
• 2:39
  first
• 2:39
  Captain
• 2:40
  America
• 2:40
  and
• 2:40
  the
• 2:41
  Avengers.
• 2:41
  So
• 2:42
  got
• 2:42
  a
• 2:42
  lot
• 2:42
  to
• 2:42
  talk
• 2:43
  about
• 2:43
  tonight.
• 2:43
  I'm
• 2:43
  very
• 2:43
  excited.
• 2:45
  And
• 2:45
  before
• 2:46
  we
• 2:46
  get
• 2:46
  started,
• 2:46
  I
• 2:47

  this
• 2:53
  later.

• 3:32
  And
• 3:32
  to

  not
• 3:36
  do
• 3:36
  this
• 3:36
  without
• 3:36
  you.
• 3:36
  So
• 3:37
  really
• 3:37
  appreciate
• 3:38
  it.
• 3:38
  Well,
• 3:39
  Evan,
• 3:39
  before
• 3:39
  we
• 3:39
  get
• 3:40
  into
• 3:40
  the
• 3:40
  main
• 3:40
  topic
• 3:40
  tonight,
• 3:41
  let's
• 3:42
  get
• 3:42
  into
• 3:42
  a
• 3:42
  quick
• 3:42
  lightning
• 3:43
  round
• 3:44
  where
• 3:44
  we
• 3:44
  talk
• 3:44
  about
• 3:45
  what
• 3:45
  we've
• 3:45
  been
• 3:45
  geeking
• 3:45
  out
• 3:46
  on
• 3:46
  lately.
• 3:46
  So
• 3:47
  I
• 3:48
  will.
• 3:48
  Well,
• 3:48
  very
• 3:49
  much
• 3:49
  in.
• 3:49
  In
• 3:49
  line
• 3:50
  with
• 3:50
  tonight's
• 3:50
  episode,
• 3:51
  watch
• 3:51
  the
• 3:52
  premiere
• 3:52
  of
• 3:53
  Daredevil
• 3:53
  Born
• 3:53
  Again
• 3:54
  Season
• 3:54
  two
• 3:55
  the
• 3:55
  other
• 3:55
  day.
• 3:56
  Really
• 3:56
  enjoyed
• 3:57
  it.
• 3:57
  I
• 3:57
  think
• 3:57
  the.
• 3:57
  The
• 3:58
  new
• 3:58
  season's
• 3:58
  off
• 3:58
  to
• 3:59
  a
• 3:59
  great
• 3:59
  start.
• 3:59
  And,
• 4:00
  you
• 4:00
  know,
• 4:00
  I
• 4:01
  know
• 4:01
  you
• 4:01
  and
• 4:01
  I
• 4:01
  have
• 4:01
  talked
• 4:01
  about
• 4:02
  the
• 4:02
  show
• 4:02
  in
• 4:02
  the
• 4:03
  past
• 4:03
  and,
• 4:03
  you
• 4:04
  know,
• 4:04
  the
• 4:04
  Netflix
• 4:04
  Marvel
• 4:04
  shows.
• 4:06
  So
• 4:06
  I'm
• 4:06
  really
• 4:06
  liking
• 4:07
  the
• 4:07
  season
• 4:07
  of
• 4:07
  Born
• 4:08
  Again
• 4:08
  at
• 4:09
  the
• 4:09
  start.
• 4:09
  I
• 4:09
  think
• 4:09
  it's
• 4:10
  pushing
• 4:10
  Matt
• 4:11
  in
• 4:11
  a
• 4:11
  really
• 4:11
  interesting
• 4:11
  direction.
• 4:12
  I
• 4:12
  love
• 4:12
  the
• 4:13
  spoiler
• 4:13
  alert,
• 4:13
  but
• 4:14
  I
• 4:14
  love
• 4:14
  that
• 4:14
  Matt
• 4:15
  and
• 4:15
  Karen
• 4:15
  are
• 4:15
  back
• 4:15
  together.
• 4:16
  I
• 4:16
  really
• 4:16
  love
• 4:17
  their
• 4:17
  dynamic
• 4:18
  and
• 4:18
  their
• 4:18
  chemistry.
• 4:19
  So
• 4:19
  I'm
• 4:19
  very
• 4:19
  happy
• 4:20
  there.
• 4:20
  Yeah.
• 4:21
  And
• 4:21
  I
• 4:21
  also
• 4:22
  think
• 4:22
  that
• 4:22
  in
• 4:23
  comparison
• 4:23
  with
• 4:23
  the
• 4:23
  previous
• 4:24
  season,
• 4:24
  we
• 4:25
  talked
• 4:25
  about
• 4:25
  this
• 4:25
  a
• 4:25
  lot
• 4:26
  last
• 4:26
  year,
• 4:26
  but
• 4:26
  with
• 4:26
  season
• 4:27
  one,
• 4:27
  it
• 4:28
  was
• 4:28
  kind
• 4:28
  of
• 4:28
  a
• 4:29
  mixed
• 4:29
  bag
• 4:29
  in
• 4:29
  terms
• 4:30
  of
• 4:30
  very
• 4:30
  much
• 4:31
  in
• 4:31
  terms
• 4:31
  of
• 4:31
  creative
• 4:31
  directions
• 4:32
  because
• 4:33
  they
• 4:33
  did
• 4:33
  an
• 4:33
  overhaul,
• 4:34
  a
• 4:35
  full
• 4:35
  creative
• 4:35
  overhaul
• 4:36
  about
• 4:36
  midway
• 4:36
  through
• 4:36
  production.
• 4:38
  Where,
• 4:38
  you
• 4:38
  know,
• 4:38
  originally
• 4:39
  the
• 4:39
  show
• 4:39
  was
• 4:40
  conceived
• 4:40
  as
• 4:42
  separate
• 4:43
  from
• 4:43
  the
• 4:43
  Netflix
• 4:44
  continuity,
• 4:45
  then
• 4:45
  they
• 4:45
  decided
• 4:46
  to
• 4:46
  pivot
• 4:46
  and
• 4:46
  bring
• 4:47
  back
• 4:48
  all
• 4:48
  the
• 4:48
  canon
• 4:48
  there,
• 4:49
  bring
• 4:49
  back
• 4:50
  Karen
• 4:50
  and
• 4:50
  Foggy
• 4:51
  and
• 4:51
  Bullseye
• 4:52
  and
• 4:52
  everything.
• 4:52
  And
• 4:53
  so
• 4:53
  that
• 4:54
  very
• 4:54
  much
• 4:54
  changed
• 4:54
  the
• 4:55
  trajectory
• 4:55
  of
• 4:55
  the
• 4:55
  show.
• 4:55
  And
• 4:56
  I
• 4:56
  thought,
• 4:56
  as
• 4:56
  best
• 4:57
  they
• 4:57
  could,
• 4:57
  they
• 4:57
  handled
• 4:58
  it
• 4:58
  well.
• 4:58
  But
• 4:58
  now,
• 4:59
  because
• 4:59
  all
• 4:59
  of
• 4:59
  that
• 5:00
  baggage
• 5:00
  is
• 5:00
  kind
• 5:00
  of
• 5:00
  in
• 5:00
  the
• 5:01
  past,
• 5:01
  we
• 5:01
  have
• 5:02
  a
• 5:02
  more
• 5:02
  cohesive,
• 5:03
  consistent
• 5:03
  vision
• 5:04
  going
• 5:04
  forward.
• 5:05
  And
• 5:06
  yeah,
• 5:06
  really
• 5:06
  enjoyed
• 5:07
  the
• 5:07
  first
• 5:07
  episode.
• 5:08
  I
• 5:08
  also
• 5:09
  checked
• 5:09
  out
• 5:09
  the
• 5:10
  Born
• 5:10
  Again
• 5:11
  podcast
• 5:11
  that's
• 5:12
  on
• 5:12
  Disney
• 5:13
  watching
• 5:14
  and
• 5:14
  single
• 5:14
  the
• 5:14
  show.
• 5:14
  It
• 5:15
  was
• 5:15
  really
• 5:15
  good.
• 5:16
  Yeah.
• 5:16
  Fun
• 5:16
  fact
• 5:17
  there
• 5:17
  is
• 5:17
  that
• 5:17
  they
• 5:18
  actually
• 5:18
  revealed
• 5:19
  that
• 5:19
  the
• 5:19
  reason
• 5:20
  Born
• 5:20
  Again
• 5:20
  happened
• 5:21
  is
• 5:21
  because
• 5:21
  of
• 5:21
  Spider
• 5:22
  man,
• 5:22
  no
• 5:22
  Way
• 5:22
  Home,
• 5:23
  because
• 5:23
  of
• 5:23
  Matt
• 5:24
  Murdock's
• 5:24
  cameo
• 5:25
  in
• 5:25
  that
• 5:25
  movie.
• 5:26
  Brad
• 5:26
  Winderbaum
• 5:27
  said
• 5:27
  when
• 5:27
  that
• 5:27
  happened,
• 5:28
  it
• 5:28
  was
• 5:28
  like,
• 5:28
  we
• 5:28
  have
• 5:29
  got
• 5:29
  to
• 5:29
  make
• 5:29
  Daredevil.
• 5:30
  We
• 5:30
  got
• 5:30
  to
• 5:30
  bring
• 5:30
  Daredevil
• 5:31
  back
• 5:31
  now.
• 5:31
  There's
• 5:31
  no
• 5:32
  choice.
• 5:32
  That
• 5:32
  reminds
• 5:33
  me,
• 5:33
  I
• 5:33
  have
• 5:34
  a
• 5:34
  meme
• 5:34
  that
• 5:34
  I
• 5:35
  was
• 5:35
  gonna
• 5:35
  post
• 5:35
  to
• 5:36
  our
• 5:36
  social.
• 5:37
  So
• 5:37
  if
• 5:37
  you
• 5:37
  guys
• 5:38
  want
• 5:38
  to
• 5:38
  look
• 5:38
  out
• 5:39
  for
• 5:39
  one
• 5:39
  of
• 5:39
  those
• 5:40
  silly
• 5:40
  memes
• 5:40
  that
• 5:41
  I
• 5:41
  put
• 5:41
  out.
• 5:42
  Yes,
• 5:42
  check
• 5:42
  threads,
• 5:43
  check
• 5:44
  Instagram,
• 5:45
  Facebook,
• 5:45
  all
• 5:46
  that
• 5:46
  stuff.
• 5:46
  So,
• 5:47
  yeah,
• 5:47
  so,
• 5:48
  yes,
• 5:48
  for.
• 5:49
  For
• 5:49
  mine.
• 5:50
  I've
• 5:50
  also
• 5:50
  done
• 5:51
  the.
• 5:52
  The
• 5:53
  Daredevil
• 5:54
  season
• 5:54
  one
• 5:55
  of
• 5:55
  Born
• 5:55
  Again
• 5:56
  season
• 5:56
  two
• 5:56
  or
• 5:57
  episode
• 5:58
  one.
• 5:58
  And
• 5:59
  yeah,
• 5:59
  yeah,
• 5:59
  it
• 6:00
  was
• 6:00
  one
• 6:00
  of
• 6:00
  those
• 6:00
  things
• 6:00
  where
• 6:01
  I
• 6:01
  came
• 6:02
  in
• 6:02
  with
• 6:02
  high
• 6:03
  expectations
• 6:04
  and
• 6:05
  didn't
• 6:06
  mean
• 6:06
  it.
• 6:07
  So
• 6:07
  I
• 6:07
  gave
• 6:08
  it
• 6:08
  the
• 6:08
  second
• 6:09
  Chance
• 6:09
  and.
• 6:10
  And
• 6:10
  I
• 6:10
  love
• 6:10
  it.
• 6:11
  It's.
• 6:12
  It's
• 6:12
  great.
• 6:13
  It's
• 6:13
  a
• 6:14
  great
• 6:14
  start
• 6:14
  to.
• 6:15
  To
• 6:16
  a
• 6:16
  new
• 6:16
  season
• 6:17
  that,
• 6:17
  like
• 6:18
  you
• 6:18
  said,
• 6:19
  it's
• 6:19
  not
• 6:20
  hindered
• 6:21
  with
• 6:21
  a
• 6:22
  past
• 6:22
  or
• 6:23
  some
• 6:23
  kind
• 6:23
  of
• 6:23
  baggage.
• 6:24
  You
• 6:24
  know,
• 6:24
  they
• 6:25
  are.
• 6:25
  They
• 6:26
  are
• 6:26
  generally
• 6:26
  going
• 6:27
  through
• 6:27
  a
• 6:28
  storyline
• 6:28
  that
• 6:29
  they
• 6:29
  have
• 6:29
  planned
• 6:29
  out.
• 6:30
  It
• 6:30
  seems
• 6:30
  like
• 6:30
  it.
• 6:31
  And
• 6:31
  my
• 6:32
  favorite.
• 6:33
  My
• 6:33
  favorite
• 6:34
  thing
• 6:34
  to
• 6:34
  watch
• 6:35
  that
• 6:35
  I
• 6:35
  can't
• 6:36
  wait
• 6:36
  to
• 6:36
  see
• 6:36
  how
• 6:37
  this
• 6:38
  develops
• 6:39
  is
• 6:40
  a
• 6:40
  Fisk
• 6:41
  and
• 6:41
  his
• 6:42
  relationship
• 6:43
  to
• 6:43
  Shaggy,
• 6:44
  to
• 6:46
  what's
• 6:46
  his
• 6:46
  face,
• 6:47
  Matthew
• 6:48
  Lillard.
• 6:49
  That
• 6:49
  dynamic
• 6:50
  is
• 6:50
  going
• 6:50
  to
• 6:50
  be
• 6:51
  insanity.
• 6:51
  I
• 6:52
  think.
• 6:52
  I
• 6:52
  think
• 6:52
  we're
• 6:53
  going
• 6:53
  to
• 6:53
  see
• 6:53
  some
• 6:53
  crazy
• 6:54
  stuff
• 6:54
  between
• 6:54
  those
• 6:54
  two
• 6:55
  guys.
• 6:55
  And
• 6:56
  I'm
• 6:56
  excited
• 6:56
  for
• 6:56
  that.
• 6:57
  And
• 6:57
  I
• 6:58
  want
• 6:58
  to
• 6:58
  throw
• 6:58
  in.
• 6:59
  I
• 6:59
  finally
• 7:00
  caught
• 7:01
  one
• 7:01
  piece
• 7:02
  and
• 7:02
  me
• 7:04
  and
• 7:04
  my
• 7:04
  wife,
• 7:05
  we
• 7:05
  binged
• 7:06
  all
• 7:06
  both
• 7:07
  seasons.
• 7:07
  And
• 7:07
  it's
• 7:08
  so
• 7:08
  good.
• 7:08
  It's
• 7:08
  so
• 7:09
  good.
• 7:10
  You
• 7:10
  ever
• 7:10
  watched
• 7:12
  the
• 7:12
  anime
• 7:12
  or
• 7:13
  you're
• 7:13
  just
• 7:13
  watching
• 7:13
  live
• 7:13
  action?
• 7:14
  Came
• 7:14
  in
• 7:15
  cold
• 7:15
  turkey,
• 7:16
  but
• 7:16
  we
• 7:16
  gotcha.
• 7:17
  But
• 7:17
  we
• 7:17
  plan
• 7:18
  on
• 7:18
  starting
• 7:19
  to
• 7:20
  watch
• 7:20
  the
• 7:20
  anime.
• 7:21
  Gotcha.
• 7:22
  Gotcha.
• 7:22
  With
• 7:23
  our
• 7:23
  son.
• 7:23
  He
• 7:24
  wants
• 7:24
  to
• 7:24
  watch
• 7:24
  it
• 7:24
  too.
• 7:24
  So
• 7:25
  I
• 7:25
  think
• 7:25
  we're.
• 7:26
  I
• 7:26
  think
• 7:26
  we're
• 7:26
  gonna
• 7:27
  do
• 7:27
  that.
• 7:27
  I
• 7:27
  know
• 7:28
  it's
• 7:28
  very
• 7:28
  popular.
• 7:28
  I
• 7:28
  do
• 7:28
  want
• 7:29
  to
• 7:29
  check
• 7:29
  it
• 7:29
  out
• 7:29
  at
• 7:29
  some
• 7:29
  point.
• 7:29
  I
• 7:30
  know
• 7:30
  with
• 7:30
  fans
• 7:31
  of
• 7:31
  the
• 7:31
  anime,
• 7:31
  they
• 7:31
  have,
• 7:31
  like,
• 7:32
  there's
• 7:32
  mixed
• 7:33
  reception
• 7:33
  in
• 7:33
  terms
• 7:33
  of
• 7:34
  so
• 7:34
  many
• 7:34
  episodes.
• 7:35
  Yes.
• 7:36
  Yeah,
• 7:36
  yeah,
• 7:36
  sure,
• 7:37
  sure.
• 7:37
  Yeah,
• 7:37
  absolutely.
• 7:38
  But
• 7:39
  awesome,
• 7:40
  awesome.
• 7:40
  I
• 7:40
  mean,
• 7:41
  well,
• 7:41
  excellent.
• 7:41
  Great
• 7:42
  picks.
• 7:42
  And
• 7:42
  yeah,
• 7:43
  we
• 7:43
  will
• 7:43
  definitely
• 7:43
  be
• 7:44
  talking
• 7:44
  about
• 7:44
  Born
• 7:45
  Again
• 7:45
  on
• 7:45
  the
• 7:45
  show
• 7:46
  in
• 7:46
  the
• 7:46
  near
• 7:46
  future.
• 7:46
  So
• 7:47
  if
• 7:47
  you're
• 7:47
  a
• 7:47
  fan,
• 7:47
  stick
• 7:48
  around,
• 7:48
  but.
• 7:49
  All
• 7:49
  right,
• 7:49
  well,
• 7:49
  let's
• 7:49
  get
• 7:50
  into
• 7:50
  it.
• 7:50
  So,
• 7:52
  yeah,
• 7:52
  as
• 7:52
  we've
• 7:52
  been
• 7:53
  doing
• 7:53
  with
• 7:53
  this
• 7:53
  series,
• 7:53
  we're
• 7:54
  kind
• 7:54
  of
• 7:54
  taking
• 7:55
  three.
• 7:55
  We're
• 7:56
  tackling
• 7:56
  three
• 7:56
  movies
• 7:57
  an
• 7:57
  episode
• 7:57
  because
• 7:58
  with
• 7:58
  the
• 7:58
  amount
• 7:59
  of
• 7:59
  movies
• 7:59
  we
• 8:00
  have
• 8:00
  to
• 8:00
  cover
• 8:01
  that
• 8:01
  we're
• 8:01
  gonna
• 8:02
  be
• 8:02
  hopefully
• 8:03
  trying
• 8:03
  to
• 8:03
  get
• 8:03
  to
• 8:04
  all
• 8:04
  of
• 8:04
  them
• 8:04
  before
• 8:04
  the
• 8:05
  release
• 8:05
  of
• 8:05
  Doomsday
• 8:06
  at
• 8:06
  the
• 8:06
  end
• 8:07
  of
• 8:07
  the
• 8:07
  year.
• 8:07
  But
• 8:08
  I
• 8:08
  kind
• 8:08
  of,
• 8:09
  you
• 8:09
  know,
• 8:09
  mapped
• 8:09
  out
• 8:09
  a
• 8:09
  schedule
• 8:10
  and
• 8:10
  I
• 8:10
  figured,
• 8:10
  like,
• 8:10
  you
• 8:11
  know,
• 8:11
  three
• 8:11
  movies
• 8:12
  at
• 8:12
  a
• 8:12
  time
• 8:12
  is
• 8:13
  a
• 8:13
  good
• 8:13
  way
• 8:13
  to
• 8:13
  dissect.
• 8:14
  So
• 8:14
  the
• 8:14
  way
• 8:14
  we're
• 8:14
  doing
• 8:15
  this
• 8:15
  is
• 8:15
  we're
• 8:16
  looking
• 8:16
  at
• 8:16
  each
• 8:16
  movie.
• 8:17
  We're
• 8:17
  talking
• 8:17
  about,
• 8:18
  you
• 8:19
  know,
• 8:19
  what
• 8:19
  we
• 8:19
  thought
• 8:19
  of
• 8:20
  at
• 8:20
  the.
• 8:20
  At
• 8:21
  the
• 8:21
  time
• 8:21
  of
• 8:21
  its
• 8:21
  release.
• 8:22
  We're
• 8:22
  looking
• 8:22
  at
• 8:22
  it
• 8:22
  retrospectively,
• 8:24
  and
• 8:24
  you
• 8:24
  know,
• 8:25
  how
• 8:25
  it
• 8:25
  compares
• 8:25
  with
• 8:25
  the
• 8:26
  rest
• 8:26
  of
• 8:26
  the
• 8:26
  mcu.
• 8:27
  So,
• 8:27
  Evan,
• 8:27
  let's
• 8:28
  get
• 8:28
  to
• 8:28
  our
• 8:28
  first
• 8:29
  movie
• 8:30
  in
• 8:30
  this
• 8:31
  segment,
• 8:32
  and
• 8:32
  that
• 8:32
  is
• 8:33
  the
• 8:33
  first
• 8:33
  Thor
• 8:34
  film
• 8:35
  from
• 8:35
  2011,
• 8:36
  directed
• 8:37
  by
• 8:37
  Kenneth
• 8:37
  Branagh,
• 8:38
  of
• 8:39
  course,
• 8:39
  starring
• 8:39
  Chris
• 8:39
  Hemsworth,
• 8:41
  Tom
• 8:41
  Hiddleston,
• 8:42
  Anthony
• 8:42
  Hopkins
• 8:42
  and
• 8:43
  Natalie
• 8:43
  Portman.
• 8:44
  So
• 8:45
  I'll
• 8:45
  give.
• 8:45
  Well,
• 8:46
  I'LL
• 8:46
  give
• 8:46
  just
• 8:46
  a
• 8:47
  little
• 8:47
  bit
• 8:47
  of
• 8:48
  intro
• 8:48
  about
• 8:48
  this
• 8:48
  movie.
• 8:49
  So
• 8:49
  this
• 8:49
  is
• 8:50
  obviously
• 8:50
  another
• 8:50
  origin
• 8:51
  film
• 8:51
  in
• 8:51
  the
• 8:51
  mcu.
• 8:52
  So
• 8:53
  Thor
• 8:53
  had
• 8:53
  never
• 8:53
  made
• 8:54
  any
• 8:54
  kind
• 8:54
  of
• 8:55
  real
• 8:55
  big
• 8:55
  screen
• 8:56
  appearance.
• 8:57
  You'd
• 8:57
  seen
• 8:57
  him
• 8:57
  in
• 8:58
  Summit
• 8:58
  Animation,
• 8:58
  but
• 8:59
  even
• 8:59
  then
• 8:59
  he
• 8:59
  was
• 8:59
  a
• 9:00
  more
• 9:01
  obscure
• 9:01
  Marvel
• 9:02
  character
• 9:03
  for
• 9:03
  the
• 9:04
  mainstream
• 9:04
  audiences.
• 9:05
  He
• 9:05
  was
• 9:05
  a
• 9:05
  dig.
• 9:06
  Like,
• 9:06
  if
• 9:06
  you
• 9:07
  brought
• 9:07
  him
• 9:07
  up,
• 9:07
  it
• 9:07
  was
• 9:08
  like
• 9:08
  some.
• 9:08
  A
• 9:09
  real
• 9:09
  nerd
• 9:09
  cred.
• 9:10
  Right?
• 9:10
  Absolutely.
• 9:11
  And,
• 9:11
  like,
• 9:11
  and,
• 9:11
  you
• 9:12
  know,
• 9:12
  I
• 9:12
  mean,
• 9:12
  and
• 9:12
  in
• 9:13
  the
• 9:13
  comics,
• 9:13
  you
• 9:13
  know,
• 9:13
  he
• 9:13
  had
• 9:14
  iconic
• 9:14
  runs,
• 9:15
  like,
• 9:15
  from
• 9:15
  Walter
• 9:16
  Simonson,
• 9:16
  but,
• 9:16
  yeah,
• 9:17
  absolutely.
• 9:17
  He
• 9:17
  was
• 9:17
  not
• 9:18
  a
• 9:18
  pop
• 9:19
  culture
• 9:19
  mainstay
• 9:20
  at
• 9:21
  this
• 9:21
  point
• 9:21
  of
• 9:21
  his
• 9:21
  intro.
• 9:22
  Very
• 9:22
  similar
• 9:23
  to
• 9:23
  Captain
• 9:24
  American
• 9:24
  Iron
• 9:24
  Man.
• 9:24
  It's.
• 9:25
  It's.
• 9:25
  You
• 9:25
  know,
• 9:25
  that's
• 9:26
  the
• 9:26
  thing
• 9:26
  I
• 9:26
  think
• 9:26
  we
• 9:26
  forget
• 9:27
  in,
• 9:27
  like,
• 9:28
  in
• 9:28
  2026
• 9:28
  is
• 9:29
  that
• 9:29
  these
• 9:29
  characters
• 9:30
  were
• 9:30
  not
• 9:31
  always
• 9:32
  staples
• 9:32
  of
• 9:33
  mainstream
• 9:34
  culture
• 9:35
  like
• 9:35
  they
• 9:35
  are
• 9:35
  today.
• 9:36
  So.
• 9:37
  So,
• 9:37
  yeah,
• 9:37
  this
• 9:37
  movie,
• 9:38
  I
• 9:38
  mean,
• 9:38
  it.
• 9:38
  It
• 9:39
  covers
• 9:39
  the
• 9:39
  origin.
• 9:40
  It,
• 9:41
  you
• 9:41
  know,
• 9:42
  it
• 9:42
  shows
• 9:42
  Thor
• 9:43
  as
• 9:43
  a
• 9:43
  more
• 9:44
  cocky,
• 9:44
  arrogant,
• 9:45
  you
• 9:45
  know,
• 9:46
  like,
• 9:47
  character
• 9:47
  trying
• 9:48
  to
• 9:49
  regain
• 9:49
  his
• 9:50
  honor
• 9:50
  after,
• 9:51
  you
• 9:51
  know,
• 9:52
  like,
• 9:52
  going
• 9:53
  to
• 9:53
  war
• 9:53
  without
• 9:54
  Odin's
• 9:55
  approval
• 9:55
  and
• 9:55
  then
• 9:56
  getting
• 9:56
  banished
• 9:56
  to
• 9:56
  Earth
• 9:57
  and
• 9:57
  he
• 9:58
  has
• 9:58
  to
• 9:59
  redeem
• 9:59
  himself
• 10:00
  in
• 10:00
  order
• 10:00
  to
• 10:02
  pick
• 10:02
  up
• 10:03
  his
• 10:03
  hammer
• 10:03
  Mir
• 10:04
  again.
• 10:05
  And
• 10:05
  then,
• 10:05
  you
• 10:06
  know,
• 10:06
  of
• 10:06
  course,
• 10:06
  we.
• 10:06
  We
• 10:07
  here,
• 10:07
  we
• 10:07
  get
• 10:08
  the
• 10:08
  intro
• 10:08
  to
• 10:09
  Thor
• 10:09
  and
• 10:09
  Loki
• 10:10
  and.
• 10:11
  And
• 10:11
  that
• 10:11
  relationship
• 10:12
  and
• 10:12
  how
• 10:13
  it,
• 10:13
  you
• 10:13
  know,
• 10:13
  lays
• 10:14
  a
• 10:14
  lot
• 10:14
  of
• 10:14
  groundwork
• 10:15
  for
• 10:15
  the
• 10:15
  rest
• 10:15
  of
• 10:15
  the
• 10:16
  mcu.
• 10:17
  Evan,
• 10:18
  before
• 10:18
  I
• 10:18
  share
• 10:18
  my
• 10:18
  thoughts,
• 10:19
  can
• 10:19
  you
• 10:20
  tell
• 10:20
  a
• 10:21
  little
• 10:21
  bit
• 10:21
  about
• 10:21
  your
• 10:22
  background?
• 10:22
  Well,
• 10:22
  first
• 10:23
  off,
• 10:23
  because.
• 10:23
  Because
• 10:24
  this
• 10:24
  is
• 10:24
  your
• 10:24
  first
• 10:24
  time
• 10:24
  on
• 10:25
  this
• 10:25
  series,
• 10:26
  my
• 10:26
  question
• 10:27
  is,
• 10:27
  were
• 10:27
  you
• 10:28
  watching
• 10:29
  all
• 10:29
  of
• 10:29
  the
• 10:29
  MCU
• 10:30
  movies
• 10:30
  from
• 10:31
  the
• 10:31
  beginning
• 10:31
  or,
• 10:32
  you
• 10:32
  know,
• 10:32
  like,
• 10:33
  you
• 10:33
  kind
• 10:33
  of.
• 10:34
  Come
• 10:34
  on.
• 10:34
  Came
• 10:34
  on
• 10:35
  later.
• 10:35
  What
• 10:35
  was
• 10:35
  kind
• 10:36
  of
• 10:36
  your.
• 10:36
  Yeah,
• 10:36
  for
• 10:36
  sure.
• 10:38
  I
• 10:38
  started
• 10:39
  it.
• 10:39
  And
• 10:40
  with
• 10:40
  the
• 10:41
  one
• 10:41
  that
• 10:41
  I
• 10:41
  like
• 10:41
  to
• 10:42
  include
• 10:42
  is
• 10:42
  the
• 10:44
  Ang
• 10:44
  Lee
• 10:44
  Hulk.
• 10:46
  I
• 10:46
  still.
• 10:47
  I
• 10:48
  still.
• 10:48
  I
• 10:49
  will
• 10:49
  go
• 10:49
  to
• 10:49
  the
• 10:49
  map
• 10:49
  for
• 10:50
  that
• 10:50
  film.
• 10:50
  It's
• 10:51
  a
• 10:51
  great
• 10:51
  film.
• 10:52
  But,
• 10:53
  yeah,
• 10:54
  me
• 10:54
  and
• 10:54
  my
• 10:55
  dad,
• 10:55
  we
• 10:55
  watch
• 10:56
  all
• 10:56
  these
• 10:56
  Marvel
• 10:57
  movies.
• 10:57
  The
• 10:59
  X
• 10:59
  Men,
• 11:00
  Blade.
• 11:02
  Yeah.
• 11:03
  And
• 11:03
  we.
• 11:04
  And
• 11:04
  the
• 11:04
  Spider
• 11:05
  man
• 11:05
  films.
• 11:05
  And
• 11:06
  we
• 11:06
  walked
• 11:07
  out
• 11:07
  of
• 11:07
  Spider
• 11:07
  Man
• 11:07
  3,
• 11:08
  but
• 11:08
  that's
• 11:08
  a
• 11:08
  whole
• 11:09
  other
• 11:09
  story.
• 11:11
  So.
• 11:11
  Yes.
• 11:12
  And
• 11:13
  I
• 11:14
  was
• 11:14
  very
• 11:14
  much
• 11:15
  into
• 11:16
  the
• 11:16
  film
• 11:17
  scene
• 11:17
  back
• 11:17
  then,
• 11:18
  and
• 11:20
  I
• 11:20
  knew
• 11:20
  when
• 11:21
  there
• 11:21
  was
• 11:21
  a
• 11:22
  new
• 11:22
  concept
• 11:22
  art
• 11:23
  dropping,
• 11:23
  and
• 11:24
  I
• 11:24
  remember
• 11:25
  being
• 11:25
  so
• 11:26
  stoked
• 11:26
  for
• 11:27
  this
• 11:27
  kind
• 11:27
  of
• 11:27
  stuff,
• 11:28
  and
• 11:28
  I
• 11:28
  was
• 11:28
  like,
• 11:29
  man,
• 11:30
  when
• 11:31
  they
• 11:31
  had
• 11:31
  VTs
• 11:33
  for
• 11:33
  Thor,
• 11:35
  what
• 11:35
  film
• 11:36
  was
• 11:36
  he
• 11:36
  teased.
• 11:36
  In
• 11:37
  with
• 11:38
  Iron
• 11:38
  Man
• 11:38
  2
• 11:38
  in
• 11:38
  the
• 11:39
  post.
• 11:39
  Iron
• 11:39
  Man
• 11:39
  2.
• 11:40
  Yeah.
• 11:41
  In
• 11:41
  the
• 11:42
  desert.
• 11:42
  Yeah.
• 11:42
  And.
• 11:43
  Yep.
• 11:43
  And
• 11:44
  Cajun
• 11:44
  Coulson
• 11:45
  finds
• 11:45
  it
• 11:45
  and
• 11:45
  stuff
• 11:46
  like
• 11:46
  that.
• 11:46
  Yeah,
• 11:47
  yeah,
• 11:47
  yeah.
• 11:48
  So
• 11:48
  I
• 11:49
  was
• 11:49
  just
• 11:49
  like,
• 11:49
  wait
• 11:50
  a
• 11:50
  minute.
• 11:50
  I
• 11:51
  think
• 11:51
  I
• 11:51
  know
• 11:51
  what
• 11:51
  they're
• 11:52
  doing
• 11:52
  here.
• 11:52
  Like,
• 11:53
  they
• 11:53
  are
• 11:53
  really
• 11:53
  doing
• 11:54
  this.
• 11:56
  So
• 11:57
  they,
• 11:58
  they,
• 11:58
  they,
• 11:59
  they
• 12:00
  are
• 12:00
  really
• 12:00
  going
• 12:00
  for
• 12:01
  it.
• 12:02
  And
• 12:02
  I
• 12:02
  was
• 12:02
  so
• 12:02
  stoked
• 12:03
  because
• 12:04
  this
• 12:04
  character
• 12:05
  is
• 12:05
  my
• 12:05
  dad's
• 12:06
  favorite
• 12:06
  character.
• 12:07
  Like
• 12:07
  he's
• 12:08
  his,
• 12:08
  his
• 12:09
  favorite
• 12:09
  superhero
• 12:10
  character,
• 12:10
  period.
• 12:11
  So
• 12:11
  I
• 12:11
  was
• 12:11
  like,
• 12:11
  all
• 12:11
  right,
• 12:12
  cool
• 12:12
  then.
• 12:12
  And
• 12:14
  so
• 12:14
  I
• 12:15
  didn't
• 12:15
  get
• 12:15
  to
• 12:15
  see
• 12:15
  this
• 12:15
  movie
• 12:17
  when
• 12:17
  it
• 12:17
  first
• 12:18
  came
• 12:18
  out
• 12:18
  because
• 12:18
  we
• 12:19
  were
• 12:19
  moving
• 12:20
  and
• 12:20
  was
• 12:21
  finishing
• 12:21
  college
• 12:22
  and
• 12:22
  I
• 12:22
  got
• 12:23
  married
• 12:23
  the
• 12:23
  year
• 12:24
  before
• 12:24
  and
• 12:24
  blah,
• 12:24
  blah,
• 12:25
  blah,
• 12:25
  blah.
• 12:25
  So
• 12:26
  we.
• 12:27
  So
• 12:27
  I
• 12:28
  kind
• 12:28
  of
• 12:28
  forgot
• 12:28
  about
• 12:28
  the
• 12:29
  film.
• 12:29
  And
• 12:29
  then
• 12:30
  I
• 12:31
  caught
• 12:31
  it
• 12:31
  with
• 12:31
  my
• 12:31
  dad
• 12:32
  at
• 12:32
  a
• 12:33
  dollar
• 12:33
  theater
• 12:34
  and
• 12:35
  I
• 12:35
  freaking
• 12:35
  loved
• 12:36
  it.
• 12:36
  It
• 12:36
  was
• 12:37
  worth
• 12:37
  it.
• 12:37
  And
• 12:38
  I
• 12:39
  thought
• 12:40
  Hemsworth
• 12:41
  was
• 12:42
  the
• 12:43
  perfect
• 12:43
  guy
• 12:44
  for
• 12:44
  it,
• 12:45
  but
• 12:45
  his
• 12:46
  eyebrows
• 12:46
  weren't.
• 12:47
  His
• 12:47
  eyebrows
• 12:48
  were
• 12:48
  not
• 12:48
  perfect
• 12:49
  for
• 12:49
  it.
• 12:51
  Natalie
• 12:51
  Portman
• 12:53
  coming
• 12:53
  from
• 12:54
  the
• 12:55
  Star
• 12:55
  wars
• 12:55
  world
• 12:56
  and
• 12:57
  oh,
• 12:58
  and
• 12:59
  the
• 12:59
  director,
• 12:59
  Kevin
• 13:00
  Branagh,
• 13:00
  I
• 13:01
  remember
• 13:01
  that
• 13:01
  being
• 13:02
  a
• 13:02
  huge
• 13:02
  deal.
• 13:02
  Like,
• 13:03
  dang,
• 13:03
  he's
• 13:03
  like,
• 13:04
  he's,
• 13:05
  he's
• 13:06
  a
• 13:06
  top
• 13:06
  tier
• 13:06
  director.
• 13:07
  Like,
• 13:08
  what
• 13:08
  is
• 13:08
  he
• 13:08
  doing
• 13:09
  with,
• 13:09
  with
• 13:10
  the
• 13:10
  superhero
• 13:11
  genre?
• 13:11
  Like,
• 13:12
  so
• 13:12
  I
• 13:13
  remember
• 13:13
  that.
• 13:14
  And
• 13:14
  then
• 13:15
  Tom
• 13:16
  Hiddleston
• 13:16
  comes
• 13:17
  out
• 13:17
  of
• 13:17
  nowhere
• 13:18
  with
• 13:18
  his
• 13:18
  performance
• 13:19
  and
• 13:19
  he's
• 13:20
  instantly
• 13:20
  everybody's
• 13:21
  favorite.
• 13:21
  And
• 13:22
  so,
• 13:22
  yeah,
• 13:22
  I've
• 13:24
  got
• 13:24
  some
• 13:24
  fond
• 13:25
  memories
• 13:25
  of
• 13:25
  this.
• 13:26
  I
• 13:26
  seen
• 13:26
  it
• 13:27
  only
• 13:27
  once,
• 13:28
  once
• 13:29
  more
• 13:29
  since
• 13:29
  then
• 13:30
  and
• 13:30
  I
• 13:30
  don't
• 13:31
  remember
• 13:31
  it
• 13:31
  too
• 13:31
  much
• 13:32
  and
• 13:32
  I
• 13:32
  kind
• 13:32
  of
• 13:32
  don't
• 13:32
  want
• 13:32
  to
• 13:33
  spoil
• 13:33
  it
• 13:33
  for
• 13:34
  myself.
• 13:34
  So.
• 13:35
  Yeah,
• 13:35
  I'm
• 13:35
  glad
• 13:35
  you
• 13:36
  were
• 13:36
  able
• 13:36
  to
• 13:36
  say
• 13:36
  some
• 13:36
  positive
• 13:37
  things.
• 13:38
  See,
• 13:38
  that
• 13:38
  is
• 13:38
  really
• 13:39
  cool
• 13:39
  because
• 13:40
  I
• 13:40
  always
• 13:41
  love
• 13:41
  hearing
• 13:42
  what
• 13:42
  people's
• 13:43
  favorite
• 13:43
  superhero,
• 13:44
  favorite
• 13:44
  comic
• 13:45
  book
• 13:45
  character
• 13:45
  is
• 13:45
  and
• 13:45
  like,
• 13:46
  especially
• 13:46
  something
• 13:46
  unique.
• 13:47
  It's
• 13:47
  like,
• 13:47
  I
• 13:47
  mean,
• 13:47
  you
• 13:48
  know,
• 13:48
  you
• 13:48
  hear
• 13:48
  so
• 13:48
  many
• 13:48
  people.
• 13:49
  I
• 13:49
  mean,
• 13:49
  I
• 13:49
  mean,
• 13:49
  I'm
• 13:50
  one
• 13:50
  of
• 13:50
  the,
• 13:50
  like,
• 13:50
  Batman
• 13:51
  is
• 13:51
  my
• 13:51
  favorite
• 13:51
  and
• 13:51
  like,
• 13:52
  you
• 13:52
  know,
• 13:52
  all
• 13:52
  the
• 13:52
  obvious
• 13:53
  ones
• 13:53
  I
• 13:53
  love
• 13:53
  when
• 13:53
  you
• 13:54
  hear
• 13:54
  someone,
• 13:54
  it's
• 13:54
  like,
• 13:55
  yeah,
• 13:55
  Thor
• 13:55
  is
• 13:55
  my
• 13:56
  favorite
• 13:57
  character
• 13:57
  or,
• 13:58
  or
• 13:59
  like
• 13:59
  Ant
• 13:59
  man
• 13:59
  or
• 13:59
  something
• 14:00
  like
• 14:00
  that,
• 14:00
  you
• 14:00
  know,
• 14:00
  like.
• 14:00
  And
• 14:01
  so
• 14:01
  that's
• 14:02
  really
• 14:02
  cool
• 14:02
  to
• 14:02
  see.
• 14:02
  So
• 14:02
  I
• 14:03
  imagine
• 14:03
  that
• 14:03
  made
• 14:03
  an
• 14:03
  impact.
• 14:04
  So
• 14:04
  I'm
• 14:04
  glad
• 14:04
  you
• 14:05
  were
• 14:05
  able
• 14:05
  to
• 14:05
  say
• 14:05
  some
• 14:05
  nice
• 14:05
  things
• 14:06
  here.
• 14:06
  But
• 14:07
  because
• 14:07
  I,
• 14:08
  I
• 14:08
  do
• 14:08
  have
• 14:08
  some
• 14:09
  negative
• 14:09
  ones
• 14:09
  to
• 14:09
  say
• 14:09
  about
• 14:09
  this.
• 14:10
  Sure,
• 14:10
  sure.
• 14:11
  But
• 14:11
  like,
• 14:11
  I.
• 14:11
  Well,
• 14:12
  actually,
• 14:12
  let
• 14:12
  me
• 14:12
  look
• 14:13
  at
• 14:13
  it.
• 14:13
  So
• 14:13
  from
• 14:14
  thinking
• 14:15
  back
• 14:15
  to
• 14:15
  2011.
• 14:17
  Yeah,
• 14:17
  because
• 14:17
  I
• 14:17
  mean,
• 14:17
  I
• 14:18
  said
• 14:18
  it
• 14:18
  on
• 14:18
  the
• 14:18
  last
• 14:19
  episode
• 14:19
  that
• 14:19
  I
• 14:19
  have
• 14:20
  seen
• 14:20
  every
• 14:20
  MCU
• 14:21
  movie
• 14:21
  in
• 14:21
  theaters,
• 14:22
  like
• 14:22
  from,
• 14:22
  you
• 14:23
  know,
• 14:23
  I
• 14:23
  talked
• 14:23
  about
• 14:23
  in
• 14:24
  the
• 14:24
  episode
• 14:25
  we
• 14:25
  did
• 14:25
  on
• 14:25
  Iron
• 14:25
  Man.
• 14:25
  Like,
• 14:26
  I
• 14:26
  remember
• 14:27
  even
• 14:27
  though
• 14:27
  I
• 14:27
  wasn't
• 14:28
  as
• 14:28
  familiar
• 14:28
  with
• 14:29
  that
• 14:29
  character,
• 14:29
  other
• 14:29
  than
• 14:30
  some
• 14:30
  passing
• 14:31
  familiarity
• 14:31
  with
• 14:32
  the
• 14:32
  cartoons
• 14:32
  and
• 14:32
  whatnot,
• 14:33
  I
• 14:34
  was
• 14:34
  still
• 14:34
  really
• 14:34
  excited
• 14:34
  about
• 14:35
  it
• 14:35
  from
• 14:35
  day
• 14:36
  one
• 14:36
  because
• 14:36
  I
• 14:36
  was
• 14:37
  in
• 14:37
  middle
• 14:37
  school.
• 14:38
  I
• 14:38
  was
• 14:38
  like
• 14:39
  at
• 14:40
  the
• 14:40
  mall
• 14:40
  with
• 14:40
  a
• 14:40
  friend.
• 14:40
  And
• 14:41
  like,
• 14:41
  we
• 14:41
  were
• 14:41
  looking
• 14:41
  at
• 14:41
  the
• 14:42
  concept
• 14:42
  art
• 14:42
  for
• 14:43
  the
• 14:43
  first
• 14:43
  time.
• 14:43
  So
• 14:44
  I
• 14:44
  was
• 14:44
  there
• 14:44
  and
• 14:44
  like,
• 14:44
  that
• 14:45
  was
• 14:45
  really
• 14:45
  cool.
• 14:45
  And
• 14:45
  then
• 14:46
  that
• 14:46
  movie
• 14:46
  was
• 14:46
  great.
• 14:47
  Still
• 14:47
  one
• 14:47
  of
• 14:47
  my
• 14:48
  all
• 14:48
  time
• 14:48
  favorites.
• 14:48
  And
• 14:48
  then,
• 14:49
  you
• 14:50
  know,
• 14:50
  this,
• 14:51
  like,
• 14:51
  2011
• 14:52
  was
• 14:52
  interesting
• 14:52
  because
• 14:53
  there
• 14:53
  were
• 14:53
  a
• 14:53
  lot
• 14:54
  of
• 14:54
  summer
• 14:54
  blockbusters
• 14:55
  that
• 14:55
  year,
• 14:55
  ups
• 14:56
  and
• 14:56
  downs,
• 14:56
  but
• 14:56
  I
• 14:56
  was
• 14:56
  going
• 14:57
  to
• 14:57
  all.
• 14:57
  So
• 14:57
  it
• 14:57
  was
• 14:57
  like
• 14:58
  this.
• 14:58
  It
• 14:58
  was
• 14:59
  green
• 14:59
  lantern,
• 15:00
  Super
• 15:00
  8,
• 15:00
  which
• 15:01
  is
• 15:01
  one
• 15:01
  of
• 15:01
  my
• 15:01
  favorite
• 15:01
  movies.
• 15:02
  Yeah,
• 15:02
  that's
• 15:03
  right.
• 15:03
  Yeah.
• 15:04
  Yep.
• 15:04
  And
• 15:04
  then
• 15:04
  Captain
• 15:05
  America,
• 15:05
  which
• 15:05
  talk
• 15:05
  about
• 15:06
  a
• 15:06
  little
• 15:06
  bit.
• 15:06
  So
• 15:06
  there
• 15:06
  were
• 15:07
  a
• 15:07
  lot
• 15:07
  of
• 15:07
  blockbusters
• 15:07
  back
• 15:08
  to
• 15:08
  back.
• 15:08
  And
• 15:08
  this
• 15:09
  was
• 15:09
  when
• 15:09
  I
• 15:09
  was
• 15:09
  starting
• 15:10
  to
• 15:10
  like,
• 15:10
  blog
• 15:10
  and,
• 15:11
  you
• 15:11
  know,
• 15:11
  really
• 15:11
  talk
• 15:12
  about
• 15:12
  movies
• 15:12
  and
• 15:12
  everything.
• 15:13
  And
• 15:13
  so.
• 15:14
  So,
• 15:14
  I
• 15:14
  mean,
• 15:15
  I
• 15:15
  think
• 15:15
  at
• 15:15
  that
• 15:15
  time
• 15:16
  I
• 15:16
  thought
• 15:16
  this
• 15:16
  one
• 15:17
  was
• 15:17
  perfectly
• 15:17
  fun.
• 15:17
  I.
• 15:19
  I
• 15:19
  liked,
• 15:19
  you
• 15:19
  know,
• 15:20
  the
• 15:20
  character
• 15:20
  overall
• 15:22
  and,
• 15:22
  you
• 15:22
  know,
• 15:23
  it
• 15:23
  was
• 15:23
  a
• 15:23
  fun
• 15:23
  summer
• 15:24
  of
• 15:24
  big
• 15:24
  blockbusters.
• 15:25
  And
• 15:25
  you
• 15:26
  know,
• 15:26
  the
• 15:26
  amount
• 15:26
  of
• 15:27
  superhero
• 15:27
  movies
• 15:27
  coming
• 15:28
  out,
• 15:28
  like,
• 15:28
  that
• 15:28
  was
• 15:28
  when
• 15:28
  it
• 15:29
  was
• 15:29
  exciting.
• 15:29
  There
• 15:29
  was
• 15:30
  no
• 15:30
  superhero
• 15:31
  fatigue
• 15:31
  because
• 15:31
  it
• 15:32
  was
• 15:32
  just
• 15:32
  like,
• 15:32
  wow,
• 15:33
  they're
• 15:33
  making
• 15:33
  movies
• 15:34
  about
• 15:34
  Thor
• 15:34
  and
• 15:34
  Green
• 15:35
  Lantern.
• 15:35
  Like,
• 15:35
  what
• 15:35
  are
• 15:35
  you?
• 15:36
  What's
• 15:36
  coming
• 15:37
  next?
• 15:37
  Like
• 15:37
  that.
• 15:37
  Well,
• 15:37
  yeah,
• 15:38
  like,
• 15:40
  Right,
• 15:40
  right,
• 15:40
  right.
• 15:40
  But
• 15:41
  like,
• 15:41
  for
• 15:41
  the
• 15:41
  most
• 15:41
  part,
• 15:41
  I
• 15:42
  mean,
• 15:42
  hey,
• 15:42
  like,
• 15:42
  I
• 15:42
  mean,
• 15:43
  the
• 15:43
  fact
• 15:43
  that
• 15:43
  like,
• 15:44
  you
• 15:44
  know,
• 15:44
  they're
• 15:44
  making
• 15:44
  these
• 15:44
  at
• 15:45
  all,
• 15:45
  like
• 15:45
  the.
• 15:45
  Wow,
• 15:45
  this
• 15:46
  is
• 15:46
  pretty
• 15:46
  cool.
• 15:47
  So
• 15:47
  I
• 15:47
  was
• 15:47
  very.
• 15:47
  I
• 15:48
  was,
• 15:48
  I
• 15:48
  was
• 15:48
  pretty
• 15:48
  into
• 15:48
  it.
• 15:49
  And
• 15:49
  they're
• 15:49
  putting
• 15:51
  behind
• 15:51
  it,
• 15:51
  like,
• 15:51
  they
• 15:52
  have
• 15:53
  Hopkins
• 15:54
  and
• 15:54
  like
• 15:54
  I
• 15:54
  said,
• 15:54
  Kenneth
• 15:55
  Br.
• 15:55
  It's
• 15:56
  like,
• 15:56
  dang.
• 15:56
  They
• 15:56
  are
• 15:57
  really
• 15:57
  going
• 15:57
  for
• 15:57
  it.
• 15:58
  Very
• 15:58
  much
• 15:58
  going
• 15:58
  for
• 15:59
  it.
• 15:59
  And
• 15:59
  like,
• 15:59
  you
• 15:59
  know,
• 15:59
  and
• 15:59
  I
• 16:00
  mean,
• 16:00
  Hemsworth
• 16:01
  and
• 16:01
  Hton,
• 16:01
  who.
• 16:02
  Which
• 16:02
  fun
• 16:02
  fact
• 16:03
  is
• 16:03
  that
• 16:03
  Hston
• 16:03
  originally
• 16:04
  auditioned
• 16:04
  for
• 16:04
  Thor,
• 16:05
  but
• 16:05
  like,
• 16:06
  you
• 16:06
  know,
• 16:06
  you.
• 16:06
  You
• 16:06
  can't,
• 16:06
  you
• 16:07
  know,
• 16:07
  I
• 16:07
  mean,
• 16:07
  you
• 16:08
  can't
• 16:08
  see
• 16:08
  him
• 16:08
  as
• 16:08
  anyone
• 16:09
  else
• 16:09
  but
• 16:09
  Loki,
• 16:10
  but
• 16:10
  like,
• 16:10
  it
• 16:10
  was
• 16:11
  great
• 16:11
  casting
• 16:11
  around
• 16:11
  there.
• 16:12
  So
• 16:12
  I
• 16:12
  enjoyed
• 16:13
  at
• 16:13
  the
• 16:13
  time
• 16:13
  it
• 16:13
  would.
• 16:14
  This
• 16:14
  is
• 16:14
  one
• 16:14
  where
• 16:15
  again,
• 16:15
  this
• 16:15
  is
• 16:16
  about
• 16:16
  watching
• 16:16
  these
• 16:17
  movies
• 16:17
  retrospectively,
• 16:18
  looking
• 16:19
  at
• 16:19
  it
• 16:19
  now.
• 16:19
  Yeah.
• 16:20
  So
• 16:20
  because
• 16:21
  I
• 16:21
  am
• 16:21
  doing
• 16:21
  a
• 16:22
  rewatch
• 16:22
  of
• 16:23
  each
• 16:23
  one
• 16:23
  as
• 16:23
  we're
• 16:24
  doing
• 16:24
  the
• 16:24
  series
• 16:25
  and
• 16:26
  trying
• 16:26
  to
• 16:26
  end.
• 16:27
  So.
• 16:28
  And
• 16:28
  it
• 16:28
  was
• 16:28
  interesting
• 16:29
  because,
• 16:29
  like
• 16:29
  doing
• 16:29
  the
• 16:29
  Iron
• 16:30
  man,
• 16:30
  Iron
• 16:30
  Man
• 16:30
  2
• 16:31
  and
• 16:31
  Incredible
• 16:31
  Hulk
• 16:31
  episode,
• 16:32
  it
• 16:32
  was
• 16:32
  fun
• 16:32
  because
• 16:33
  like,
• 16:33
  Iron
• 16:33
  man
• 16:34
  still
• 16:34
  love
• 16:34
  it.
• 16:35
  But
• 16:35
  like,
• 16:35
  Iron
• 16:36
  Man
• 16:36
  2
• 16:36
  and
• 16:36
  Hulk
• 16:36
  both
• 16:37
  surprised
• 16:37
  me
• 16:37
  in
• 16:37
  terms
• 16:38
  of
• 16:38
  like,
• 16:38
  you
• 16:38
  know,
• 16:38
  they
• 16:38
  always
• 16:39
  got
• 16:39
  bad
• 16:39
  reps.
• 16:39
  Like,
• 16:40
  I
• 16:40
  particularly
• 16:40
  actually
• 16:41
  really
• 16:41
  enjoyed
• 16:42
  Incredible
• 16:42
  Hulk
• 16:43
  on
• 16:43
  a
• 16:43
  rewatch.
• 16:43
  And
• 16:44
  Iron
• 16:44
  Man
• 16:44
  2
• 16:44
  is
• 16:45
  still
• 16:45
  quite
• 16:46
  entertaining.
• 16:46
  It
• 16:46
  has
• 16:46
  its
• 16:46
  flaws,
• 16:47
  but
• 16:47
  it's
• 16:47
  a.
• 16:47
  But
• 16:48
  it's
• 16:48
  entertaining.
• 16:49
  I
• 16:49
  have
• 16:49
  to
• 16:50
  say,
• 16:50
  looking
• 16:50
  at
• 16:50
  these
• 16:51
  movies
• 16:51
  objectively,
• 16:52
  retrospectively,
• 16:53
  I
• 16:53
  think
• 16:53
  this
• 16:54
  is
• 16:54
  the
• 16:54
  first
• 16:54
  flop
• 16:55
  in
• 16:55
  the
• 16:55
  mcu
• 16:55
  in
• 16:55
  terms
• 16:56
  of
• 16:56
  quality.
• 16:56
  In
• 16:57
  terms
• 16:57
  of
• 16:57
  like,
• 16:57
  I
• 16:57
  mean,
• 16:58
  yeah.
• 16:58
  So
• 16:58
  like,
• 16:59
  like,
• 17:00
  I,
• 17:00
  I
• 17:01
  did,
• 17:01
  I
• 17:01
  did.
• 17:01
  I
• 17:02
  said
• 17:02
  like,
• 17:02
  I
• 17:02
  mean,
• 17:02
  and
• 17:03
  I
• 17:03
  don't
• 17:03
  mean
• 17:03
  it
• 17:03
  in
• 17:04
  the.
• 17:04
  Like,
• 17:04
  it
• 17:04
  was
• 17:04
  obviously
• 17:05
  not,
• 17:05
  you
• 17:05
  know,
• 17:05
  box
• 17:05
  office
• 17:06
  like
• 17:07
  that,
• 17:07
  but
• 17:07
  in
• 17:07
  terms
• 17:07
  of
• 17:08
  a
• 17:08
  quality
• 17:08
  of
• 17:09
  a
• 17:09
  movie,
• 17:09
  this
• 17:10
  one
• 17:10
  was
• 17:10
  a
• 17:10
  struggle
• 17:11
  to
• 17:11
  get
• 17:11
  through
• 17:11
  on
• 17:11
  a
• 17:11
  rewatch.
• 17:12
  I
• 17:12
  mean,
• 17:12
  I
• 17:12
  think
• 17:12
  like,
• 17:13
  I
• 17:13
  mean,
• 17:13
  so
• 17:14
  I
• 17:14
  think
• 17:14
  for
• 17:14
  one,
• 17:15
  I
• 17:15
  mean
• 17:15
  a
• 17:15
  lot
• 17:15
  because
• 17:16
  again,
• 17:16
  casting,
• 17:17
  I
• 17:17
  mean,
• 17:17
  it's
• 17:17
  great.
• 17:17
  It's
• 17:18
  really
• 17:18
  fun
• 17:18
  to
• 17:18
  see
• 17:18
  the.
• 17:19
  You
• 17:19
  know,
• 17:19
  the
• 17:19
  first
• 17:20
  time
• 17:20
  Hemsworth
• 17:21
  and
• 17:21
  Hiddleston
• 17:21
  were
• 17:22
  in
• 17:22
  these
• 17:22
  roles.
• 17:22
  Like,
• 17:23
  none
• 17:23
  of
• 17:23
  that
• 17:23
  is
• 17:23
  a
• 17:24
  flaw.
• 17:24
  But.
• 17:25
  And
• 17:26
  like,
• 17:26
  and
• 17:26
  I
• 17:26
  think,
• 17:26
  I
• 17:26
  mean,
• 17:26
  you
• 17:27
  bring
• 17:27
  up
• 17:27
  Kenneth
• 17:27
  Branagh.
• 17:28
  I
• 17:28
  brought
• 17:29
  like,
• 17:29
  I
• 17:29
  think
• 17:30
  it
• 17:30
  was
• 17:30
  a
• 17:31
  good
• 17:31
  director
• 17:31
  choice
• 17:32
  because
• 17:32
  he
• 17:32
  had
• 17:33
  the
• 17:33
  Shakespearean
• 17:34
  background
• 17:35
  doing
• 17:35
  Hamlet,
• 17:35
  all
• 17:36
  that.
• 17:36
  And
• 17:36
  like,
• 17:36
  exactly.
• 17:37
  And
• 17:37
  like,
• 17:37
  I
• 17:37
  mean
• 17:38
  that,
• 17:38
  you
• 17:38
  know,
• 17:38
  you
• 17:39
  think
• 17:39
  all
• 17:39
  that
• 17:39
  would
• 17:39
  make
• 17:40
  sense.
• 17:40
  And
• 17:40
  I
• 17:40
  think
• 17:41
  the
• 17:41
  biggest
• 17:41
  issues
• 17:41
  with
• 17:42
  this
• 17:42
  movie
• 17:42
  were
• 17:43
  the
• 17:44
  script
• 17:44
  is
• 17:44
  incredibly
• 17:45
  lackluster.
• 17:46
  It
• 17:46
  pretty
• 17:46
  much
• 17:47
  Shakespeare.
• 17:49
  Right,
• 17:49
  Right.
• 17:49
  It's
• 17:49
  like.
• 17:50
  But
• 17:50
  it's
• 17:50
  ultimately,
• 17:51
  it's
• 17:52
  like,
• 17:52
  okay,
• 17:53
  it
• 17:53
  kind
• 17:53
  of
• 17:53
  just
• 17:53
  grinds
• 17:54
  through
• 17:54
  the
• 17:54
  beats
• 17:54
  of
• 17:54
  like
• 17:55
  does
• 17:55
  a
• 17:55
  little
• 17:55
  bit
• 17:55
  of
• 17:55
  the
• 17:55
  origin.
• 17:56
  Then
• 17:56
  it
• 17:56
  does
• 17:57
  like
• 17:57
  that
• 17:57
  it
• 17:58
  goes
• 17:58
  to
• 17:58
  the
• 17:58
  frost
• 17:58
  giant.
• 17:58
  Think
• 17:59
  it's
• 17:59
  banished
• 17:59
  to
• 17:59
  Earth.
• 18:00
  And
• 18:01
  the
• 18:01
  earth
• 18:01
  scenes
• 18:02
  are
• 18:02
  some
• 18:02
  of
• 18:02
  the
• 18:02
  most
• 18:02
  boring
• 18:03
  stuff
• 18:03
  I've
• 18:03
  seen.
• 18:05
  I
• 18:06
  mean,
• 18:06
  I
• 18:07
  will
• 18:07
  come
• 18:07
  back
• 18:07
  to
• 18:07
  this
• 18:07
  statement
• 18:08
  later
• 18:08
  on
• 18:09
  because
• 18:09
  I,
• 18:09
  you
• 18:09
  know,
• 18:09
  but
• 18:10
  I
• 18:10
  like,
• 18:10
  right
• 18:10
  now
• 18:11
  this
• 18:11
  is
• 18:11
  going
• 18:12
  to
• 18:12
  rank
• 18:12
  as
• 18:12
  like
• 18:13
  one
• 18:13
  of
• 18:13
  the
• 18:13
  more
• 18:14
  bottom
• 18:14
  tier
• 18:14
  boring
• 18:15
  MCU
• 18:16
  entries
• 18:16
  because
• 18:17
  it
• 18:17
  is
• 18:17
  because
• 18:18
  for
• 18:18
  that
• 18:18
  thing
• 18:18
  on
• 18:19
  a
• 18:19
  rewatch,
• 18:19
  I
• 18:20
  was
• 18:20
  just
• 18:20
  like
• 18:21
  really
• 18:22
  just
• 18:22
  struggling
• 18:23
  to
• 18:23
  get
• 18:23
  through
• 18:23
  Moto
• 18:24
  because
• 18:24
  I'm
• 18:24
  like,
• 18:24
  they're
• 18:25
  in
• 18:25
  the
• 18:25
  desert
• 18:25
  for
• 18:25
  half
• 18:26
  the
• 18:26
  time.
• 18:26
  They're
• 18:26
  in
• 18:26
  this
• 18:26
  small
• 18:27
  town.
• 18:27
  The.
• 18:27
  I
• 18:28
  mean,
• 18:28
  there
• 18:28
  are
• 18:28
  some
• 18:28
  funny
• 18:29
  quips
• 18:29
  between
• 18:31
  his.
• 18:31
  With
• 18:32
  Thor's
• 18:32
  interactions
• 18:33
  with
• 18:34
  Natalie
• 18:34
  Portman
• 18:35
  and.
• 18:38
  Right.
• 18:38
  There
• 18:38
  are
• 18:39
  some
• 18:39
  fun
• 18:39
  moments
• 18:39
  there.
• 18:40
  But
• 18:40
  ultimately
• 18:41
  that
• 18:41
  was
• 18:42
  it.
• 18:42
  But.
• 18:42
  But
• 18:42
  even
• 18:43
  more
• 18:43
  frustrating
• 18:43
  was
• 18:44
  as
• 18:45
  it
• 18:45
  was
• 18:46
  Asgard.
• 18:46
  Yep,
• 18:47
  yep.
• 18:48
  As
• 18:48
  Dr.
• 18:49
  Eric
• 18:49
  Salvage.
• 18:50
  But
• 18:50
  what's
• 18:51
  even
• 18:51
  more
• 18:51
  frustrating
• 18:52
  is
• 18:53
  the
• 18:53
  Asgard
• 18:54
  aesthetic
• 18:54
  here
• 18:55
  is
• 18:55
  extremely
• 18:56
  underdeveloped.
• 18:57
  It's
• 18:57
  really
• 18:57
  bad
• 18:58
  cg.
• 18:59
  It's
• 18:59
  like,
• 18:59
  you
• 18:59
  know,
• 18:59
  you're
• 18:59
  talking
• 19:00
  about
• 19:00
  like
• 19:00
  the,
• 19:01
  the
• 19:01
  money
• 19:01
  they
• 19:01
  put
• 19:01
  behind
• 19:02
  these
• 19:02
  movies.
• 19:02
  And
• 19:03
  you
• 19:03
  know,
• 19:03
  I
• 19:03
  think
• 19:03
  at
• 19:04
  the
• 19:04
  time
• 19:04
  this
• 19:05
  was.
• 19:05
  There
• 19:05
  was
• 19:05
  decent.
• 19:05
  But
• 19:06
  even
• 19:06
  then,
• 19:07
  when
• 19:07
  you
• 19:07
  compare
• 19:07
  this
• 19:08
  one
• 19:08
  with
• 19:08
  some
• 19:09
  entries
• 19:09
  we
• 19:09
  will
• 19:09
  get
• 19:09
  in
• 19:10
  in
• 19:10
  this
• 19:10
  episode,
• 19:11
  I.
• 19:11
  I
• 19:12
  think
• 19:12
  there
• 19:12
  is
• 19:12
  a
• 19:13
  very
• 19:14
  like
• 19:14
  early
• 19:15
  2000s
• 19:16
  video
• 19:16
  game
• 19:16
  feel
• 19:17
  to
• 19:17
  this
• 19:17
  movie
• 19:18
  where
• 19:18
  it
• 19:18
  just
• 19:18
  doesn't
• 19:19
  click
• 19:19
  for
• 19:19
  me.
• 19:19
  It's.
• 19:20
  I
• 19:20
  mean,
• 19:20
  it's
• 19:20
  like,
• 19:21
  and.
• 19:21
  And
• 19:21
  the
• 19:22
  other
• 19:22
  thing
• 19:22
  too
• 19:23
  is,
• 19:24
  you
• 19:25
  know,
• 19:25
  in
• 19:25
  terms
• 19:25
  of
• 19:25
  Asgard
• 19:26
  and
• 19:26
  like,
• 19:26
  some
• 19:26
  of
• 19:26
  the
• 19:26
  other
• 19:27
  characters
• 19:27
  there.
• 19:28
  So
• 19:28
  like,
• 19:28
  he
• 19:28
  has
• 19:29
  his,
• 19:29
  like,
• 19:30
  his
• 19:30
  three
• 19:31
  sidekicks
• 19:31
  there
• 19:33
  in
• 19:33
  the
• 19:33
  movie
• 19:33
  and
• 19:33
  like,
• 19:34
  and
• 19:34
  with
• 19:34
  them
• 19:35
  it's
• 19:35
  like,
• 19:35
  okay,
• 19:36
  they
• 19:36
  each
• 19:36
  kind
• 19:36
  of
• 19:37
  have
• 19:37
  like
• 19:37
  a
• 19:37
  one
• 19:37
  new
• 19:37
  thing.
• 19:38
  But
• 19:38
  when
• 19:38
  I
• 19:38
  think
• 19:39
  about,
• 19:39
  like
• 19:39
  this,
• 19:39
  and
• 19:40
  then
• 19:40
  later
• 19:40
  on
• 19:41
  we
• 19:41
  get
• 19:41
  to
• 19:41
  Black
• 19:41
  Panther
• 19:42
  and
• 19:42
  how
• 19:43
  well
• 19:43
  that
• 19:44
  world
• 19:44
  is
• 19:44
  established
• 19:45
  with
• 19:45
  Wakanda
• 19:45
  and
• 19:46
  all
• 19:46
  the
• 19:46
  supporting
• 19:46
  characters
• 19:47
  are
• 19:47
  clearly
• 19:47
  defined.
• 19:48
  There's
• 19:49
  none
• 19:49
  of
• 19:49
  that
• 19:49
  here
• 19:50
  where
• 19:50
  it's
• 19:50
  like
• 19:51
  the
• 19:51
  supporting
• 19:51
  characters,
• 19:52
  I
• 19:52
  remember
• 19:53
  them,.
• 19:54
  They
• 19:55
  were
• 19:55
  super
• 19:57
  hyped
• 19:57
  up
• 19:57
  in,
• 19:57
  like,
• 19:58
  the
• 19:58
  promos
• 19:59
  and
• 19:59
  stuff
• 19:59
  like
• 19:59
  that,
• 19:59
  but
• 19:59
  then
• 20:00
  they
• 20:00
  didn't
• 20:00
  do
• 20:00
  anything.
• 20:01
  I
• 20:01
  remember
• 20:02
  being
• 20:02
  excited
• 20:03
  for
• 20:03
  the.
• 20:04
  For
• 20:05
  the
• 20:05
  guy
• 20:05
  from
• 20:06
  Once
• 20:06
  Upon
• 20:07
  a
• 20:07
  Time.
• 20:07
  He
• 20:08
  played
• 20:08
  one
• 20:08
  of
• 20:08
  them.
• 20:08
  Oh,
• 20:09
  yeah,
• 20:09
  yeah,
• 20:09
  yeah,
• 20:09
  yeah,
• 20:10
  yeah,
• 20:10
  yeah,
• 20:10
  yeah,
• 20:11
  yeah.
• 20:11
  So,
• 20:12
  yeah,
• 20:13
  casting
• 20:13
  is
• 20:14
  not
• 20:14
  bad,
• 20:14
  but
• 20:14
  like.
• 20:14
  But
• 20:15
  it's
• 20:15
  just
• 20:15
  like,
• 20:15
  they're
• 20:16
  also
• 20:16
  one.
• 20:16
  Note,
• 20:17
  I
• 20:17
  don't
• 20:17
  want
• 20:18
  to
• 20:18
  spoil
• 20:19
  something
• 20:19
  from
• 20:20
  a
• 20:20
  future
• 20:21
  episode,
• 20:21
  but
• 20:22
  how
• 20:22
  do
• 20:22
  you
• 20:23
  rank
• 20:23
  this
• 20:24
  one
• 20:24
  versus
• 20:25
  the
• 20:25
  second
• 20:25
  Thor
• 20:26
  film?
• 20:26
  And
• 20:26
  that's
• 20:26
  a
• 20:27
  good
• 20:27
  question.
• 20:27
  So
• 20:27
  like,
• 20:27
  I.
• 20:28
  I'll
• 20:28
  go
• 20:29
  ahead
• 20:29
  and
• 20:29
  say
• 20:29
  I
• 20:29
  think
• 20:29
  the
• 20:30
  Thor
• 20:30
  franchise
• 20:31
  as
• 20:31
  a
• 20:31
  whole
• 20:31
  and
• 20:32
  is
• 20:32
  one
• 20:32
  where
• 20:33
  they
• 20:33
  really
• 20:33
  struggled.
• 20:33
  I
• 20:33
  think
• 20:34
  Thor
• 20:34
  as
• 20:34
  a
• 20:35
  character,
• 20:35
  they
• 20:36
  did
• 20:36
  well,
• 20:36
  pretty
• 20:36
  much
• 20:36
  in
• 20:37
  the
• 20:37
  earlier
• 20:37
  Avengers
• 20:38
  movies.
• 20:39
  And
• 20:39
  again,
• 20:39
  casting
• 20:40
  was
• 20:40
  always
• 20:40
  great,
• 20:40
  but
• 20:40
  like.
• 20:41
  But
• 20:41
  as
• 20:41
  a
• 20:41
  character
• 20:42
  and.
• 20:43
  And
• 20:43
  this
• 20:43
  is
• 20:43
  something
• 20:43
  I'll
• 20:44
  evaluate
• 20:44
  again
• 20:44
  more
• 20:45
  as
• 20:45
  we
• 20:45
  go
• 20:45
  along
• 20:45
  in
• 20:46
  the
• 20:46
  series.
• 20:46
  But
• 20:46
  they
• 20:46
  really
• 20:47
  struggled
• 20:47
  with
• 20:47
  them.
• 20:48
  Comparing
• 20:48
  this1
• 20:49
  to
• 20:49
  Thor2.
• 20:50
  Thor2
• 20:50
  is.
• 20:51
  Is
• 20:51
  not
• 20:51
  a
• 20:51
  good
• 20:51
  movie
• 20:52
  at
• 20:52
  all
• 20:52
  either.
• 20:53
  But.
• 20:54
  And
• 20:54
  I
• 20:54
  think.
• 20:54
  But
• 20:55
  I
• 20:55
  would
• 20:55
  have
• 20:56
  to
• 20:56
  say
• 20:56
  it's
• 20:57
  at
• 20:57
  least
• 20:57
  a
• 20:57
  little
• 20:57
  more
• 20:58
  entertaining.
• 20:58
  Whether
• 20:59
  it's
• 20:59
  like.
• 20:59
  I
• 20:59
  mean,
• 20:59
  from
• 20:59
  what
• 21:00
  I.
• 21:00
  I'll
• 21:00
  have
• 21:00
  to
• 21:00
  get
• 21:00
  off
• 21:01
  to
• 21:01
  reassess
• 21:01
  that
• 21:01
  once
• 21:01
  we
• 21:02
  get
• 21:02
  to
• 21:02
  it.
• 21:02
  But
• 21:04
  what
• 21:04
  I
• 21:04
  it
• 21:04
  it
• 21:04
  like,
• 21:05
  I
• 21:05
  mean,
• 21:05
  it's
• 21:05
  still.
• 21:05
  It's
• 21:06
  bad,
• 21:06
  don't
• 21:06
  get
• 21:06
  me
• 21:06
  wrong.
• 21:07
  But
• 21:07
  like,
• 21:07
  I.
• 21:08
  I
• 21:08
  think
• 21:08
  with
• 21:08
  that
• 21:09
  one
• 21:09
  at
• 21:09
  least,
• 21:09
  like,
• 21:10
  some
• 21:10
  of
• 21:10
  the
• 21:10
  visuals
• 21:11
  were
• 21:11
  a
• 21:11
  little
• 21:11
  more
• 21:11
  t.
• 21:11
  I.
• 21:12
  I
• 21:12
  liked
• 21:12
  that
• 21:12
  it
• 21:13
  was
• 21:13
  like,
• 21:14
  more
• 21:14
  on
• 21:14
  Asgard
• 21:15
  and
• 21:15
  they
• 21:16
  did
• 21:16
  a
• 21:16
  slightly
• 21:16
  better
• 21:17
  job
• 21:17
  with
• 21:17
  like,
• 21:17
  the.
• 21:18
  I
• 21:18
  mean,
• 21:18
  while
• 21:18
  it's
• 21:19
  still
• 21:19
  a
• 21:19
  mess
• 21:19
  of
• 21:19
  a
• 21:19
  script
• 21:20
  and
• 21:20
  everything.
• 21:20
  I.
• 21:21
  That
• 21:21
  was
• 21:21
  the
• 21:21
  biggest
• 21:21
  thing
• 21:22
  with
• 21:22
  here.
• 21:23
  Asgard
• 21:23
  looks
• 21:23
  really
• 21:24
  bad.
• 21:24
  The
• 21:25
  Earth
• 21:25
  stuff
• 21:25
  is
• 21:25
  boring.
• 21:26
  It
• 21:26
  just
• 21:26
  never
• 21:27
  really
• 21:27
  got
• 21:27
  going.
• 21:27
  There
• 21:28
  was
• 21:28
  never
• 21:28
  really
• 21:28
  any
• 21:29
  stakes.
• 21:29
  Like,
• 21:29
  is
• 21:30
  as
• 21:30
  far
• 21:30
  as,
• 21:30
  like,
• 21:31
  a
• 21:31
  movie
• 21:32
  that
• 21:32
  is
• 21:32
  like
• 21:33
  the
• 21:33
  biggest
• 21:33
  kind
• 21:33
  of
• 21:34
  like,
• 21:34
  trailer
• 21:34
  for
• 21:35
  what's
• 21:35
  to
• 21:35
  come.
• 21:35
  I
• 21:36
  think
• 21:36
  it's
• 21:36
  this,
• 21:36
  like.
• 21:36
  I
• 21:37
  mean,
• 21:37
  like,
• 21:37
  it's
• 21:37
  like
• 21:37
  Captain
• 21:38
  America
• 21:38
  and
• 21:38
  Iron
• 21:39
  man.
• 21:39
  Great
• 21:39
  origin
• 21:40
  movies.
• 21:40
  We'll
• 21:40
  get
• 21:40
  to
• 21:40
  Captain
• 21:40
  America
• 21:41
  in
• 21:41
  a
• 21:41
  minute.
• 21:41
  But,
• 21:41
  like,
• 21:42
  they
• 21:42
  stand
• 21:42
  on
• 21:42
  their
• 21:43
  own.
• 21:43
  This
• 21:43
  one
• 21:44
  is,
• 21:44
  like,
• 21:44
  felt
• 21:45
  like
• 21:45
  the
• 21:45
  kind
• 21:46
  of
• 21:46
  obligatory.
• 21:47
  They
• 21:47
  had
• 21:47
  to
• 21:47
  make
• 21:48
  it
• 21:48
  in
• 21:48
  order
• 21:48
  to
• 21:49
  set
• 21:49
  up
• 21:49
  the
• 21:49
  Avengers.
• 21:50
  But
• 21:50
  as
• 21:51
  a
• 21:51
  movie,
• 21:51
  it
• 21:51
  doesn't
• 21:52
  stand
• 21:52
  on
• 21:52
  its
• 21:52
  own.
• 21:53
  So
• 21:53
  I,
• 21:54
  you
• 21:54
  know,
• 21:54
  I.
• 21:54
  I
• 21:55
  think
• 21:55
  out
• 21:55
  of
• 21:55
  the
• 21:55
  thorough.
• 21:57
  Like
• 21:57
  a
• 21:57
  really.
• 21:58
  Ragnarok
• 21:58
  is
• 21:59
  the
• 21:59
  only
• 21:59
  one
• 21:59
  that's
• 22:00
  good.
• 22:00
  And
• 22:00
  even
• 22:00
  then,
• 22:01
  I
• 22:01
  don't
• 22:01
  think
• 22:02
  it's
• 22:02
  a
• 22:03
  particularly
• 22:03
  great
• 22:04
  Thor
• 22:04
  movie,
• 22:04
  if
• 22:05
  that
• 22:05
  makes
• 22:05
  sense,
• 22:05
  because
• 22:05
  they.
• 22:05
  It's
• 22:06
  a
• 22:06
  good
• 22:06
  action
• 22:06
  comedy
• 22:07
  and
• 22:07
  they
• 22:07
  like.
• 22:07
  I
• 22:08
  mean,
• 22:08
  Taika
• 22:08
  td,
• 22:08
  like,
• 22:09
  brought
• 22:09
  his
• 22:09
  own
• 22:09
  lens
• 22:10
  and
• 22:10
  style
• 22:10
  to
• 22:10
  that.
• 22:11
  But
• 22:11
  even
• 22:11
  then,
• 22:12
  it's
• 22:12
  not
• 22:12
  super
• 22:13
  faithful
• 22:13
  to
• 22:14
  who
• 22:14
  the
• 22:14
  character
• 22:15
  is.
• 22:15
  It's
• 22:16
  just.
• 22:16
  It's
• 22:16
  just
• 22:16
  a
• 22:16
  good
• 22:16
  movie
• 22:17
  on
• 22:17
  its
• 22:17
  own
• 22:18
  and.
• 22:19
  Yeah,
• 22:19
  right,
• 22:20
  right.
• 22:20
  But
• 22:20
  one
• 22:21
  of
• 22:21
  his
• 22:21
  films.
• 22:21
  Yeah,
• 22:22
  right,
• 22:23
  right.
• 22:23
  But,
• 22:24
  like,
• 22:24
  out
• 22:24
  of
• 22:24
  the
• 22:24
  others,
• 22:25
  I
• 22:25
  think,
• 22:25
  like,
• 22:26
  it's
• 22:26
  that
• 22:26
  1
• 22:27
  and
• 22:27
  then
• 22:27
  3
• 22:28
  very
• 22:28
  bad,
• 22:28
  2
• 22:28
  terrible
• 22:29
  movies.
• 22:31
  I'll
• 22:31
  get
• 22:31
  to
• 22:31
  my
• 22:31
  opinions
• 22:32
  on
• 22:32
  those
• 22:32
  later.
• 22:33
  But
• 22:33
  yeah,
• 22:34
  so
• 22:34
  this
• 22:34
  one
• 22:35
  just,
• 22:35
  like.
• 22:35
  Yeah.
• 22:36
  On
• 22:36
  a
• 22:36
  rewatch,
• 22:36
  it
• 22:37
  does
• 22:37
  not
• 22:37
  hold
• 22:37
  up.
• 22:38
  And
• 22:38
  again,
• 22:38
  I
• 22:38
  don't
• 22:39
  remember
• 22:39
  exactly.
• 22:39
  I
• 22:39
  mean,
• 22:39
  I
• 22:40
  know
• 22:40
  I
• 22:40
  didn't
• 22:40
  like.
• 22:40
  Oh,
• 22:41
  my
• 22:41
  gosh,
• 22:41
  love
• 22:41
  it
• 22:42
  when
• 22:42
  it
• 22:42
  came
• 22:42
  out,
• 22:43
  but
• 22:43
  I
• 22:43
  thought
• 22:43
  it
• 22:43
  was
• 22:43
  fine.
• 22:44
  Probably
• 22:44
  back
• 22:44
  then
• 22:45
  I
• 22:45
  was
• 22:45
  like,
• 22:45
  okay,
• 22:45
  you
• 22:45
  know,
• 22:46
  some
• 22:46
  cool
• 22:46
  stuff
• 22:46
  on
• 22:46
  that,
• 22:47
  but
• 22:47
  it,
• 22:47
  you
• 22:48
  know,
• 22:48
  particularly
• 22:49
  because
• 22:49
  of
• 22:50
  how
• 22:50
  the
• 22:50
  effects.
• 22:51
  Not
• 22:51
  just
• 22:51
  the
• 22:51
  effects,
• 22:52
  but
• 22:52
  the
• 22:52
  storytelling,
• 22:52
  everything
• 22:53
  else.
• 22:54
  Yeah.
• 22:54
  This
• 22:54
  one
• 22:55
  is
• 22:55
  just
• 22:55
  like.
• 22:56
  It's.
• 22:57
  It's
• 22:58
  there.
• 22:59
  It
• 22:59
  really
• 22:59
  does
• 22:59
  it.
• 23:00
  You
• 23:00
  know,
• 23:00
  it.
• 23:01
  The
• 23:01
  stakes
• 23:01
  are
• 23:01
  never
• 23:02
  there.
• 23:02
  It's
• 23:02
  like,
• 23:03
  obviously
• 23:03
  he's
• 23:03
  gonna
• 23:04
  pick
• 23:04
  up
• 23:04
  his
• 23:04
  hammer,
• 23:04
  but
• 23:04
  I
• 23:05
  never
• 23:05
  really
• 23:05
  felt
• 23:05
  that
• 23:06
  struggle
• 23:06
  for
• 23:07
  him
• 23:07
  to
• 23:07
  regain
• 23:08
  his
• 23:08
  honor.
• 23:10
  None
• 23:10
  of
• 23:10
  the
• 23:10
  villains
• 23:11
  were
• 23:11
  compelling.
• 23:12
  I
• 23:12
  mean,
• 23:12
  I
• 23:13
  guess
• 23:13
  even
• 23:13
  Loki
• 23:13
  here,
• 23:14
  it's
• 23:14
  like,
• 23:14
  you
• 23:14
  know,
• 23:14
  it's
• 23:14
  cool
• 23:15
  to
• 23:15
  see
• 23:15
  Tom
• 23:15
  Hiddleston's
• 23:16
  first
• 23:16
  one,
• 23:16
  but
• 23:16
  I
• 23:16
  don't
• 23:17
  think
• 23:17
  they
• 23:17
  gave
• 23:17
  the.
• 23:17
  The
• 23:18
  script.
• 23:18
  Doesn't
• 23:18
  give
• 23:18
  him
• 23:18
  much
• 23:19
  to
• 23:19
  work
• 23:19
  with.
• 23:20
  The
• 23:21
  Frost
• 23:21
  Giants
• 23:21
  look
• 23:22
  terrible.
• 23:22
  They
• 23:22
  look
• 23:23
  like
• 23:23
  the.
• 23:23
  It's
• 23:24
  like
• 23:24
  a
• 23:24
  early
• 23:24
  version
• 23:25
  rip
• 23:25
  off
• 23:26
  of
• 23:26
  the
• 23:27
  White
• 23:27
  Walkers.
• 23:28
  Even
• 23:28
  though
• 23:28
  the
• 23:29
  White
• 23:29
  Walkers
• 23:29
  came
• 23:29
  later,
• 23:30
  they
• 23:30
  look
• 23:30
  awful.
• 23:31
  And
• 23:31
  then
• 23:31
  they
• 23:31
  throw
• 23:32
  in
• 23:32
  a
• 23:33
  metal
• 23:33
  robot
• 23:33
  for
• 23:34
  Thor
• 23:34
  to
• 23:35
  fight
• 23:35
  on
• 23:35
  Earth
• 23:36
  at
• 23:36
  the
• 23:36
  end.
• 23:36
  Oh,
• 23:36
  yeah,
• 23:37
  yeah.
• 23:37
  It's
• 23:38
  just.
• 23:38
  Yeah.
• 23:39
  This
• 23:39
  one.
• 23:39
  I
• 23:39
  don't
• 23:40
  know.
• 23:40
  Yeah,
• 23:40
  I.
• 23:40
  I'm
• 23:41
  glad
• 23:41
  you
• 23:41
  and
• 23:41
  your
• 23:42
  dad
• 23:42
  particularly
• 23:42
  enjoyed
• 23:43
  it
• 23:43
  when,
• 23:43
  again,
• 23:43
  because
• 23:43
  it's
• 23:43
  your
• 23:44
  dad's
• 23:44
  favorite
• 23:44
  superhero.
• 23:45
  My
• 23:45
  dad
• 23:46
  being
• 23:46
  kind
• 23:46
  of
• 23:46
  disappointed,
• 23:47
  but.
• 23:48
  But,
• 23:48
  yeah,
• 23:48
  it
• 23:48
  was.
• 23:48
  Overall,
• 23:49
  he's
• 23:49
  like,
• 23:50
  I'm
• 23:50
  glad
• 23:50
  this
• 23:51
  movie
• 23:51
  exists.
• 23:52
  That's
• 23:52
  fair.
• 23:53
  Yeah.
• 23:53
  That
• 23:54
  I.
• 23:54
  And.
• 23:54
  And
• 23:54
  I.
• 23:55
  I
• 23:55
  understand
• 23:55
  that
• 23:55
  sentiment
• 23:56
  because
• 23:56
  again,
• 23:56
  for,
• 23:56
  like,
• 23:57
  at
• 23:57
  this
• 23:57
  time,
• 23:57
  Especially
• 23:58
  we're
• 23:59
  like,
• 23:59
  wow,
• 23:59
  they're
• 23:59
  making
• 23:59
  these
• 24:00
  movies.
• 24:00
  Like,
• 24:00
  I
• 24:01
  mean,
• 24:01
  we
• 24:01
  thought
• 24:01
  for
• 24:02
  a
• 24:02
  long
• 24:02
  time
• 24:02
  they
• 24:02
  would
• 24:02
  only
• 24:03
  make
• 24:03
  Batman,
• 24:04
  Spider
• 24:04
  Man,
• 24:04
  Superman,
• 24:05
  and
• 24:05
  like,
• 24:05
  you
• 24:05
  know,
• 24:05
  this
• 24:06
  was
• 24:06
  a
• 24:06
  big
• 24:06
  point
• 24:06
  of
• 24:07
  like,
• 24:07
  even
• 24:07
  if
• 24:07
  not
• 24:07
  all
• 24:08
  of
• 24:08
  them
• 24:08
  are
• 24:08
  good,
• 24:08
  I
• 24:09
  get
• 24:09
  the
• 24:09
  sentiment
• 24:09
  of,
• 24:09
  like,
• 24:10
  I'm
• 24:10
  glad
• 24:10
  it
• 24:10
  exists,
• 24:10
  you
• 24:11
  know.
• 24:12
  So,
• 24:12
  yeah,
• 24:13
  I
• 24:13
  just
• 24:13
  say,
• 24:13
  you
• 24:13
  know,
• 24:14
  I
• 24:14
  mean,
• 24:14
  there
• 24:14
  are
• 24:14
  some
• 24:14
  cool
• 24:15
  ideas
• 24:15
  that
• 24:15
  they
• 24:16
  introduced,
• 24:16
  but
• 24:16
  they
• 24:16
  didn't
• 24:17
  really
• 24:17
  go
• 24:17
  with
• 24:17
  it.
• 24:17
  Again,
• 24:18
  the.
• 24:18
  The
• 24:18
  honor
• 24:19
  legacy
• 24:19
  and,
• 24:20
  you
• 24:20
  know,
• 24:20
  him
• 24:20
  trying
• 24:21
  to
• 24:22
  prove
• 24:22
  to
• 24:22
  his
• 24:22
  father
• 24:23
  that
• 24:23
  he's
• 24:23
  worthy.
• 24:24
  There
• 24:24
  was
• 24:25
  stuff
• 24:25
  they
• 24:25
  set
• 24:25
  up,
• 24:25
  but
• 24:26
  I
• 24:26
  don't
• 24:26
  think
• 24:26
  they
• 24:26
  really
• 24:26
  expanded
• 24:27
  on
• 24:27
  and.
• 24:28
  And.
• 24:28
  And
• 24:28
  the
• 24:29
  whole,
• 24:29
  like,
• 24:29
  magic
• 24:30
  and
• 24:30
  science,
• 24:30
  you
• 24:31
  know,
• 24:31
  intertwining,
• 24:32
  like,
• 24:33
  that
• 24:33
  was
• 24:33
  cool.
• 24:33
  But
• 24:34
  again,
• 24:34
  they
• 24:34
  didn't
• 24:34
  really
• 24:35
  go
• 24:35
  anywhere
• 24:36
  with
• 24:36
  it.
• 24:36
  So.
• 24:37
  Yeah,
• 24:37
  it's
• 24:38
  just.
• 24:38
  It's
• 24:39
  a
• 24:39
  movie.
• 24:40
  But
• 24:40
  I.
• 24:40
  Yeah,
• 24:41
  I
• 24:41
  definitely
• 24:41
  think
• 24:41
  this
• 24:41
  is.
• 24:42
  So
• 24:42
  far
• 24:43
  in
• 24:43
  my
• 24:43
  rewatch,
• 24:44
  this
• 24:44
  is
• 24:44
  easily
• 24:44
  the
• 24:44
  weakest
• 24:45
  end.
• 24:45
  Is
• 24:45
  this
• 24:45
  where.
• 24:47
  Is
• 24:47
  this
• 24:48
  where
• 24:49
  Ilger
• 24:49
  Salba
• 24:50
  blew
• 24:50
  up?
• 24:51
  Because
• 24:51
  I
• 24:51
  think
• 24:52
  so.
• 24:52
  So
• 24:53
  around
• 24:53
  that.
• 24:53
  I
• 24:53
  mean,
• 24:53
  like,
• 24:54
  I
• 24:54
  mean,
• 24:54
  yeah,
• 24:55
  he's.
• 24:55
  He's
• 24:55
  introduces
• 24:56
  Hemdell
• 24:56
  here.
• 24:57
  I
• 24:57
  mean,
• 24:57
  he's
• 24:58
  not
• 24:58
  in
• 24:58
  it
• 24:58
  much
• 24:58
  here.
• 24:59
  He
• 24:59
  mainly
• 24:59
  is,
• 24:59
  like,
• 25:00
  guarding
• 25:00
  the
• 25:00
  bridge.
• 25:01
  But
• 25:01
  this
• 25:02
  was
• 25:02
  around
• 25:02
  that
• 25:02
  time,
• 25:03
  I
• 25:03
  mean,
• 25:03
  because
• 25:04
  at
• 25:04
  that
• 25:04
  time,
• 25:04
  it's
• 25:05
  like.
• 25:05
  I
• 25:05
  mean,
• 25:05
  because
• 25:06
  when
• 25:06
  he's
• 25:06
  making
• 25:06
  the
• 25:06
  break
• 25:07
  to
• 25:07
  movies,
• 25:07
  like,
• 25:07
  I
• 25:07
  mean,
• 25:07
  he
• 25:08
  was
• 25:08
  in
• 25:09
  the
• 25:09
  Wire
• 25:09
  before
• 25:10
  that
• 25:10
  and
• 25:10
  he
• 25:10
  started.
• 25:10
  But
• 25:11
  yeah,
• 25:11
  this
• 25:11
  was
• 25:12
  there
• 25:12
  where
• 25:12
  he
• 25:12
  started
• 25:13
  to
• 25:13
  really
• 25:13
  get
• 25:13
  big.
• 25:13
  So.
• 25:14
  So
• 25:14
  that.
• 25:14
  So,
• 25:15
  I
• 25:15
  mean,
• 25:15
  that's.
• 25:16
  I.
• 25:16
  I
• 25:16
  think
• 25:16
  that's
• 25:16
  the
• 25:17
  biggest
• 25:17
  gift
• 25:17
  this
• 25:17
  movie
• 25:18
  gives
• 25:18
  us
• 25:18
  is
• 25:19
  it
• 25:19
  kickstarted
• 25:20
  a
• 25:20
  lot
• 25:20
  of
• 25:20
  careers
• 25:20
  and
• 25:20
  elevated
• 25:21
  others.
• 25:21
  So
• 25:22
  that
• 25:22
  was
• 25:22
  really
• 25:23
  cool.
• 25:23
  But.
• 25:23
  But
• 25:24
  as
• 25:24
  a
• 25:24
  movie.
• 25:24
  Yeah,
• 25:25
  I
• 25:25
  am.
• 25:25
  But.
• 25:26
  So
• 25:27
  let's
• 25:27
  talk
• 25:27
  about
• 25:27
  some.
• 25:27
  One
• 25:27
  thing
• 25:28
  better.
• 25:28
  I
• 25:29
  do
• 25:29
  have
• 25:29
  very
• 25:29
  nice
• 25:29
  things
• 25:29
  to
• 25:29
  say
• 25:30
  about
• 25:30
  the
• 25:30
  next
• 25:30
  one.
• 25:30
  Right
• 25:30
  on.
• 25:31
  Let's
• 25:31
  do
• 25:31
  it.
• 25:32
  So
• 25:32
  let's
• 25:32
  get
• 25:32
  on
• 25:33
  to
• 25:33
  Captain
• 25:34
  America,
• 25:34
  the
• 25:34
  First
• 25:34
  Avenger,
• 25:36
  also
• 25:36
  released
• 25:36
  in
• 25:36
  2011,
• 25:38
  directed
• 25:38
  by
• 25:38
  Joe
• 25:38
  Johnson.
• 25:40
  Yeah.
• 25:41
  Yeah.
• 25:41
  I
• 25:41
  also
• 25:41
  wanted
• 25:42
  to
• 25:42
  say
• 25:42
  that
• 25:43
  this
• 25:43
  is
• 25:43
  the
• 25:43
  first
• 25:43
  MCU
• 25:44
  movie
• 25:45
  written
• 25:45
  by
• 25:45
  Christopher
• 25:46
  Marcus
• 25:47
  and
• 25:47
  Stephen
• 25:48
  McFeely,
• 25:48
  who
• 25:49
  in
• 25:50
  their
• 25:50
  own
• 25:50
  right,
• 25:50
  are
• 25:51
  very
• 25:51
  key
• 25:51
  architects
• 25:52
  of
• 25:52
  the
• 25:52
  mcu,
• 25:53
  particularly
• 25:54
  of
• 25:54
  the
• 25:54
  Infinity
• 25:54
  saga,
• 25:55
  because
• 25:55
  they
• 25:55
  wrote
• 25:56
  all
• 25:56
  three
• 25:56
  of
• 25:57
  the
• 25:57
  Captain
• 25:57
  America
• 25:57
  movies
• 25:58
  and.
• 25:58
  Yep.
• 25:58
  And
• 25:59
  they
• 25:59
  wrote
• 25:59
  Infinity
• 25:59
  War
• 26:00
  and
• 26:00
  endgame,
• 26:01
  and
• 26:01
  then
• 26:01
  McFeely
• 26:02
  is
• 26:02
  a
• 26:03
  big
• 26:03
  deal.
• 26:04
  Yep.
• 26:04
  So.
• 26:05
  So
• 26:05
  this
• 26:05
  is
• 26:06
  cool.
• 26:06
  But.
• 26:07
  Well,
• 26:07
  I've
• 26:07
  been
• 26:07
  talking
• 26:08
  for
• 26:08
  a
• 26:08
  minute,
• 26:08
  so,
• 26:08
  Evan,
• 26:08
  do
• 26:09
  you
• 26:09
  want
• 26:09
  to,
• 26:09
  like,
• 26:09
  say
• 26:09
  a
• 26:09
  little
• 26:10
  bit
• 26:10
  about
• 26:10
  this
• 26:10
  movie
• 26:10
  and
• 26:10
  your
• 26:11
  background
• 26:11
  with
• 26:11
  it?
• 26:11
  Captain
• 26:12
  America,
• 26:12
  the
• 26:12
  First
• 26:12
  Avenger.
• 26:13
  I
• 26:13
  remember
• 26:14
  thinking
• 26:15
  the
• 26:15
  line.
• 26:16
  The.
• 26:17
  I
• 26:17
  remember
• 26:17
  Thinking,
• 26:18
  I
• 26:18
  don't
• 26:18
  know
• 26:19
  when,
• 26:20
  if
• 26:20
  it
• 26:20
  was
• 26:20
  leaked
• 26:20
  or
• 26:21
  whatever,
• 26:21
  but
• 26:22
  the
• 26:22
  title
• 26:23
  was
• 26:23
  kind
• 26:23
  of
• 26:23
  cheesy.
• 26:23
  I
• 26:24
  thought,
• 26:24
  I'm
• 26:24
  like,
• 26:24
  really?
• 26:24
  They're
• 26:25
  gonna
• 26:26
  Avenger?
• 26:27
  It
• 26:28
  seemed
• 26:28
  too
• 26:28
  blunt
• 26:29
  and
• 26:29
  too
• 26:29
  like,
• 26:29
  okay,
• 26:30
  here
• 26:30
  we
• 26:30
  are
• 26:30
  planning
• 26:31
  something.
• 26:32
  But
• 26:32
  then
• 26:33
  I
• 26:33
  saw
• 26:33
  the
• 26:34
  concept
• 26:34
  art
• 26:35
  for
• 26:35
  his
• 26:36
  suit
• 26:36
  and
• 26:36
  I
• 26:36
  was
• 26:37
  instantly
• 26:38
  like,
• 26:39
  excited
• 26:40
  for.
• 26:40
  I'm
• 26:40
  like,
• 26:40
  that's
• 26:41
  how
• 26:41
  you
• 26:41
  do
• 26:41
  the
• 26:41
  suit.
• 26:42
  Not
• 26:42
  making
• 26:43
  it
• 26:43
  look
• 26:43
  cheesy
• 26:44
  to
• 26:44
  not
• 26:44
  make
• 26:45
  it
• 26:45
  look
• 26:45
  like
• 26:46
  blue
• 26:46
  spandex
• 26:47
  and
• 26:48
  a
• 26:49
  weird
• 26:49
  helmet
• 26:50
  because
• 26:51
  it
• 26:51
  was
• 26:51
  such
• 26:52
  a
• 26:52
  smart
• 26:52
  way
• 26:53
  to
• 26:53
  do
• 26:53
  the
• 26:53
  suit.
• 26:54
  That,
• 26:55
  that
• 26:55
  it,
• 26:55
  that
• 26:56
  it
• 26:56
  communicated
• 26:57
  a
• 26:59
  seriousness
• 27:00
  but
• 27:00
  not
• 27:03
  a
• 27:03
  commitment
• 27:04
  to
• 27:04
  something
• 27:04
  that
• 27:05
  they
• 27:05
  weren't
• 27:06
  gonna
• 27:06
  do.
• 27:06
  So
• 27:07
  I
• 27:08
  remember
• 27:08
  seeing
• 27:09
  those
• 27:10
  concept
• 27:11
  art
• 27:12
  being
• 27:12
  dropped
• 27:13
  and
• 27:13
  kind
• 27:14
  of
• 27:14
  skeptical
• 27:14
  that
• 27:16
  Chris
• 27:16
  was
• 27:17
  doing
• 27:17
  it
• 27:17
  again.
• 27:17
  I'm
• 27:18
  like,
• 27:18
  really?
• 27:19
  But,
• 27:20
  and
• 27:20
  who
• 27:20
  the
• 27:21
  heck
• 27:21
  is
• 27:21
  the
• 27:22
  Red
• 27:22
  Skull?
• 27:22
  Like,
• 27:23
  I
• 27:23
  didn't
• 27:23
  know
• 27:23
  much
• 27:24
  about
• 27:24
  Captain
• 27:24
  America,
• 27:25
  but
• 27:26
  I
• 27:26
  knew
• 27:26
  that
• 27:27
  he
• 27:27
  had
• 27:27
  a
• 27:27
  old
• 27:28
  70s
• 27:28
  or
• 27:29
  80s
• 27:30
  movie.
• 27:31
  And
• 27:31
  I
• 27:32
  remember
• 27:33
  his
• 27:33
  shield
• 27:33
  was
• 27:34
  cool,
• 27:34
  but
• 27:35
  I
• 27:35
  didn't
• 27:36
  know
• 27:36
  too
• 27:36
  much.
• 27:37
  And,
• 27:38
  and,
• 27:38
  and
• 27:39
  I
• 27:39
  think
• 27:40
  the
• 27:40
  film
• 27:40
  was
• 27:41
  pretty
• 27:41
  solid
• 27:42
  in
• 27:43
  the,
• 27:44
  and
• 27:45
  like,
• 27:46
  like
• 27:46
  what
• 27:47
  I
• 27:47
  said
• 27:47
  with
• 27:48
  the
• 27:48
  first
• 27:48
  one
• 27:49
  or
• 27:49
  with
• 27:49
  a
• 27:50
  Thor,
• 27:50
  like,
• 27:50
  they
• 27:51
  went
• 27:51
  all
• 27:51
  out.
• 27:52
  They
• 27:52
  got
• 27:52
  Hugo
• 27:53
  Weaving,
• 27:54
  they
• 27:54
  got
• 27:54
  Tommy
• 27:55
  Lee
• 27:55
  Jones.
• 27:55
  Yeah,
• 27:56
  Tommy
• 27:57
  Jones.
• 27:57
  Yeah,
• 27:57
  yeah.
• 27:58
  And
• 27:58
  then
• 27:59
  they,
• 28:00
  they
• 28:00
  even
• 28:00
  got
• 28:01
  some
• 28:01
  good
• 28:01
  supporting
• 28:01
  characters.
• 28:02
  Some
• 28:02
  good,
• 28:03
  like
• 28:03
  a
• 28:03
  B
• 28:04
  roll
• 28:04
  guys.
• 28:04
  And,
• 28:06
  and
• 28:07
  the
• 28:08
  storyline
• 28:10
  with
• 28:10
  him
• 28:10
  and
• 28:13
  Peggy
• 28:14
  Carter
• 28:14
  was
• 28:15
  great.
• 28:15
  And
• 28:16
  him
• 28:17
  with
• 28:17
  Bucky
• 28:17
  and
• 28:18
  the
• 28:18
  whole
• 28:18
  technology
• 28:18
  of
• 28:19
  it
• 28:19
  all.
• 28:20
  And
• 28:21
  the
• 28:21
  director,
• 28:24
  Joe
• 28:24
  Johnson,
• 28:26
  I
• 28:26
  remember
• 28:27
  thinking
• 28:27
  that
• 28:28
  I
• 28:28
  was
• 28:28
  so
• 28:28
  cool
• 28:29
  because
• 28:29
  I
• 28:30
  knew
• 28:30
  him
• 28:31
  when
• 28:31
  he
• 28:31
  was
• 28:32
  a
• 28:32
  part
• 28:32
  of
• 28:32
  Star
• 28:32
  wars
• 28:33
  and
• 28:33
  stuff
• 28:33
  like
• 28:33
  that
• 28:33
  and
• 28:35
  try
• 28:35
  to
• 28:35
  pull
• 28:35
  that
• 28:35
  card
• 28:36
  on
• 28:36
  people.
• 28:36
  Like,
• 28:36
  hey,
• 28:37
  did
• 28:37
  you
• 28:37
  know.
• 28:38
  So,
• 28:39
  yeah,
• 28:39
  he
• 28:39
  was
• 28:40
  a
• 28:40
  student
• 28:40
  of
• 28:40
  Lucas.
• 28:41
  Absolutely.
• 28:41
  Yeah.
• 28:42
  Yeah.
• 28:42
  So,
• 28:42
  yeah.
• 28:43
  Overall,
• 28:43
  I
• 28:44
  really
• 28:44
  love
• 28:44
  this
• 28:44
  movie.
• 28:45
  I,
• 28:46
  I,
• 28:47
  I,
• 28:48
  I
• 28:48
  was,
• 28:49
  I
• 28:49
  came
• 28:49
  out
• 28:50
  of
• 28:50
  it
• 28:50
  going,
• 28:51
  I
• 28:51
  think
• 28:52
  whatever
• 28:53
  they
• 28:53
  are
• 28:53
  doing
• 28:53
  with
• 28:53
  these
• 28:54
  films,
• 28:55
  I
• 28:55
  think
• 28:56
  for
• 28:56
  the
• 28:56
  most
• 28:56
  part
• 28:56
  it's
• 28:56
  in
• 28:57
  good
• 28:57
  hands.
• 28:57
  So.
• 28:58
  No,
• 28:58
  absolutely.
• 28:59
  This
• 28:59
  is
• 28:59
  one
• 29:00
  always
• 29:00
  have
• 29:00
  a,
• 29:01
  like
• 29:01
  fond
• 29:01
  remembrance
• 29:02
  of
• 29:02
  and
• 29:02
  it
• 29:02
  still
• 29:03
  very
• 29:03
  much
• 29:03
  holds
• 29:03
  up.
• 29:04
  So
• 29:05
  looking
• 29:05
  Back
• 29:05
  to
• 29:05
  in
• 29:05
  2011,
• 29:06
  when
• 29:06
  I
• 29:06
  saw
• 29:06
  it,
• 29:07
  yeah,
• 29:07
  I
• 29:07
  mean,
• 29:07
  I
• 29:07
  was
• 29:08
  more
• 29:08
  familiar
• 29:09
  with
• 29:09
  Captain
• 29:10
  America's
• 29:10
  story.
• 29:11
  I
• 29:11
  see
• 29:11
  him
• 29:11
  in
• 29:11
  cartoons
• 29:12
  and
• 29:12
  some
• 29:12
  of
• 29:12
  the
• 29:12
  comics
• 29:13
  and
• 29:13
  like,
• 29:13
  I
• 29:13
  mean,
• 29:14
  I
• 29:14
  think
• 29:14
  I
• 29:14
  had
• 29:14
  some
• 29:14
  of
• 29:14
  the
• 29:15
  figures
• 29:15
  and
• 29:15
  whatnot.
• 29:16
  So,
• 29:16
  like,
• 29:17
  I
• 29:17
  was,
• 29:17
  you
• 29:17
  know,
• 29:18
  kind
• 29:18
  of
• 29:19
  ready
• 29:19
  going
• 29:19
  in.
• 29:19
  I
• 29:20
  like
• 29:20
  the
• 29:20
  character
• 29:20
  a
• 29:20
  lot
• 29:21
  and
• 29:21
  I,
• 29:21
  and
• 29:21
  I
• 29:22
  did
• 29:22
  laugh
• 29:22
  too
• 29:22
  at
• 29:22
  the
• 29:22
  end
• 29:22
  of
• 29:23
  like,
• 29:23
  oh,
• 29:23
  wow.
• 29:23
  They
• 29:23
  had
• 29:24
  the
• 29:24
  guy
• 29:24
  from
• 29:24
  Fantastic
• 29:25
  Four
• 29:26
  playing
• 29:26
  him
• 29:26
  now,
• 29:26
  you
• 29:27
  know,
• 29:27
  and,
• 29:27
  but,
• 29:28
  you
• 29:28
  know,
• 29:28
  absolutely
• 29:29
  perfect
• 29:29
  casting
• 29:30
  that
• 29:30
  was,
• 29:31
  you
• 29:31
  know,
• 29:31
  like
• 29:32
  Chris
• 29:32
  Evans
• 29:33
  just
• 29:33
  stepped
• 29:33
  right
• 29:34
  into
• 29:35
  this
• 29:35
  role.
• 29:35
  Of
• 29:35
  Steve
• 29:36
  Rogers.
• 29:36
  I
• 29:36
  also
• 29:37
  have
• 29:37
  a
• 29:37
  fun
• 29:38
  memory
• 29:38
  I
• 29:38
  have
• 29:39
  of
• 29:39
  this
• 29:39
  one
• 29:39
  is
• 29:39
  like,
• 29:39
  my
• 29:39
  dad
• 29:40
  and
• 29:40
  I
• 29:40
  saw
• 29:40
  this
• 29:40
  one
• 29:41
  when
• 29:41
  it
• 29:41
  came
• 29:41
  out,
• 29:41
  and
• 29:42
  he
• 29:43
  actually.
• 29:43
  I
• 29:43
  don't
• 29:43
  know
• 29:44
  if
• 29:44
  he
• 29:44
  still
• 29:44
  does
• 29:45
  work
• 29:45
  with
• 29:45
  this
• 29:45
  guy,
• 29:45
  but
• 29:46
  he
• 29:46
  worked
• 29:46
  with
• 29:47
  the
• 29:47
  guy
• 29:47
  ups
• 29:48
  named
• 29:49
  Steve
• 29:49
  Rogers.
• 29:50
  So
• 29:51
  he.
• 29:51
  He
• 29:51
  joked
• 29:52
  about
• 29:52
  that
• 29:52
  with
• 29:52
  him
• 29:53
  the.
• 29:53
  The
• 29:53
  week,
• 29:54
  you
• 29:54
  know,
• 29:55
  like,
• 29:55
  you
• 29:55
  know,
• 29:55
  after
• 29:55
  seeing
• 29:56
  over
• 29:56
  the
• 29:56
  Weekend
• 29:56
  with
• 29:56
  me,
• 29:56
  he's
• 29:57
  like,
• 29:57
  hey,
• 29:57
  it's
• 29:57
  Captain
• 29:58
  America.
• 29:58
  You
• 29:58
  know,
• 29:59
  like.
• 30:00
  And
• 30:00
  that
• 30:01
  was
• 30:01
  fun,
• 30:01
  but.
• 30:02
  Right,
• 30:02
  right.
• 30:03
  Yeah.
• 30:04
  So
• 30:04
  that
• 30:05
  was
• 30:05
  really
• 30:05
  cool.
• 30:05
  And.
• 30:06
  But
• 30:06
  yeah,
• 30:06
  no,
• 30:06
  I
• 30:07
  really
• 30:07
  love
• 30:07
  this
• 30:08
  movie
• 30:08
  from
• 30:09
  the
• 30:09
  beginning,
• 30:09
  and
• 30:09
  it
• 30:09
  absolutely
• 30:10
  holds
• 30:10
  up.
• 30:10
  I
• 30:11
  love
• 30:11
  the
• 30:11
  pulpy
• 30:12
  World
• 30:13
  War
• 30:13
  II
• 30:13
  aesthetic
• 30:13
  of
• 30:14
  it.
• 30:14
  I
• 30:14
  like
• 30:14
  how
• 30:15
  it's
• 30:15
  a
• 30:15
  movie
• 30:15
  that
• 30:16
  stands
• 30:16
  on
• 30:16
  its
• 30:16
  own,
• 30:17
  but
• 30:17
  it
• 30:17
  absolutely
• 30:18
  plants
• 30:18
  the
• 30:19
  seeds
• 30:19
  for
• 30:19
  the
• 30:19
  larger
• 30:19
  universe
• 30:20
  and
• 30:20
  sets
• 30:20
  up
• 30:20
  the
• 30:20
  Avengers
• 30:21
  really
• 30:21
  well.
• 30:22
  But
• 30:22
  it's
• 30:22
  not
• 30:22
  beholden
• 30:23
  to
• 30:23
  that.
• 30:23
  It
• 30:23
  very
• 30:24
  much
• 30:24
  is
• 30:25
  much
• 30:25
  like
• 30:25
  the
• 30:25
  first
• 30:25
  Iron
• 30:26
  Man.
• 30:26
  It
• 30:26
  focuses
• 30:27
  on
• 30:27
  telling
• 30:27
  a
• 30:27
  good
• 30:28
  story
• 30:28
  and
• 30:28
  making
• 30:29
  you
• 30:29
  connect
• 30:30
  with.
• 30:30
  You
• 30:31
  connect
• 30:31
  with
• 30:31
  the
• 30:32
  rest
• 30:32
  of
• 30:32
  the
• 30:32
  cast.
• 30:32
  To
• 30:32
  him
• 30:33
  in
• 30:33
  the
• 30:33
  first
• 30:33
  Iron
• 30:33
  Man.
• 30:34
  That
• 30:35
  was
• 30:35
  a
• 30:35
  fun
• 30:35
  tease.
• 30:35
  I
• 30:36
  remember
• 30:36
  that
• 30:36
  being.
• 30:36
  Yes,
• 30:38
  a
• 30:38
  big
• 30:38
  deal.
• 30:39
  Yeah,
• 30:39
  absolutely.
• 30:43
  Yes,
• 30:43
  exactly.
• 30:44
  Exactly.
• 30:45
  They
• 30:45
  were
• 30:45
  planting
• 30:45
  the
• 30:46
  seeds
• 30:46
  very
• 30:47
  early
• 30:47
  on.
• 30:48
  And
• 30:48
  seeing
• 30:48
  it
• 30:48
  all,
• 30:49
  this
• 30:49
  is
• 30:49
  where
• 30:49
  you
• 30:50
  get
• 30:50
  to
• 30:50
  see
• 30:50
  it
• 30:50
  really
• 30:50
  come
• 30:51
  to
• 30:51
  fruition.
• 30:51
  Because,
• 30:52
  like,
• 30:52
  I
• 30:52
  guess,
• 30:52
  I
• 30:53
  mean,
• 30:53
  at
• 30:53
  this
• 30:53
  point
• 30:53
  it's
• 30:54
  like,
• 30:54
  yeah,
• 30:54
  with
• 30:55
  Thor,
• 30:55
  with
• 30:56
  Incredible
• 30:56
  Hulk,
• 30:56
  Iron
• 30:56
  Man
• 30:57
  2,
• 30:57
  it's
• 30:57
  like,
• 30:57
  okay,
• 30:58
  they're
• 30:58
  building
• 30:58
  stuff,
• 30:58
  but
• 30:59
  this
• 30:59
  is
• 30:59
  where
• 30:59
  it's
• 30:59
  like,
• 30:59
  really?
• 31:00
  Like,
• 31:00
  oh,
• 31:00
  yeah,
• 31:01
  no,
• 31:01
  Avengers
• 31:01
  is
• 31:01
  definitely
• 31:02
  happening
• 31:02
  now.
• 31:03
  And.
• 31:04
  But
• 31:04
  again,
• 31:04
  you
• 31:05
  can
• 31:05
  still
• 31:05
  enjoy
• 31:05
  this
• 31:05
  movie
• 31:06
  on
• 31:06
  its
• 31:06
  own.
• 31:06
  And
• 31:07
  I
• 31:07
  really
• 31:07
  love
• 31:08
  comparing
• 31:09
  this
• 31:09
  one
• 31:09
  with
• 31:09
  the
• 31:09
  first
• 31:10
  Iron
• 31:10
  man
• 31:10
  because
• 31:12
  not
• 31:12
  only
• 31:12
  do
• 31:12
  you
• 31:14
  really
• 31:15
  have
• 31:15
  a
• 31:15
  clearly
• 31:16
  defined
• 31:17
  origin
• 31:17
  story,
• 31:17
  clearly
• 31:18
  my
• 31:18
  character,
• 31:18
  but,
• 31:18
  like,
• 31:19
  the
• 31:19
  links
• 31:19
  between
• 31:20
  them,
• 31:20
  even
• 31:20
  though
• 31:21
  they
• 31:21
  are
• 31:21
  very
• 31:21
  different
• 31:22
  personalities,
• 31:22
  they
• 31:23
  come
• 31:23
  from
• 31:23
  totally
• 31:23
  different
• 31:23
  worlds.
• 31:24
  I
• 31:24
  love
• 31:25
  that
• 31:26
  their
• 31:26
  stories
• 31:26
  still
• 31:27
  mirror
• 31:27
  one
• 31:27
  another.
• 31:28
  So,
• 31:28
  like,
• 31:28
  for
• 31:28
  instance,
• 31:29
  where
• 31:29
  a
• 31:30
  big
• 31:30
  thing
• 31:30
  is
• 31:30
  like
• 31:30
  Erskine
• 31:31
  here,
• 31:32
  played
• 31:32
  by
• 31:33
  Stanley
• 31:33
  Tucci,
• 31:33
  the
• 31:34
  scientist
• 31:34
  who
• 31:35
  oversees
• 31:36
  the
• 31:37
  Super
• 31:38
  Super
• 31:38
  Soldier
• 31:39
  initiative.
• 31:40
  You
• 31:41
  know,
• 31:41
  he's
• 31:41
  this
• 31:42
  kind
• 31:42
  of
• 31:42
  older
• 31:42
  mentor
• 31:43
  figure
• 31:43
  who
• 31:43
  believes
• 31:44
  in
• 31:44
  Steve
• 31:44
  and
• 31:45
  is
• 31:45
  part
• 31:45
  of
• 31:45
  his
• 31:46
  life
• 31:46
  for
• 31:46
  a
• 31:46
  very
• 31:46
  brief
• 31:47
  time,
• 31:47
  but
• 31:47
  has
• 31:48
  a
• 31:48
  profound
• 31:48
  impact
• 31:49
  on
• 31:49
  him.
• 31:49
  Same
• 31:50
  thing
• 31:50
  happens
• 31:50
  with.
• 31:51
  With
• 31:51
  the
• 31:51
  ensign
• 31:52
  in
• 31:52
  Iron
• 31:52
  Man.
• 31:53
  And
• 31:53
  so
• 31:53
  I
• 31:53
  love,
• 31:53
  you
• 31:54
  know,
• 31:54
  that
• 31:54
  parallel
• 31:55
  there.
• 31:55
  Then
• 31:55
  obviously,
• 31:57
  Howard
• 31:57
  Stark
• 31:58
  is,
• 31:58
  you
• 31:58
  know,
• 31:59
  a
• 31:59
  big
• 31:59
  part
• 32:00
  of
• 32:00
  this.
• 32:00
  That
• 32:00
  was
• 32:00
  a
• 32:00
  cool
• 32:01
  connection.
• 32:02
  Yes.
• 32:02
  And
• 32:02
  like,
• 32:03
  and
• 32:03
  I
• 32:03
  love
• 32:03
  how
• 32:03
  they
• 32:03
  come
• 32:03
  back
• 32:04
  to
• 32:04
  an
• 32:04
  adventures
• 32:04
  where
• 32:05
  when
• 32:05
  Tony
• 32:06
  first
• 32:06
  meets
• 32:06
  Steve,
• 32:06
  he's
• 32:06
  like,
• 32:07
  that's
• 32:07
  the
• 32:07
  guy
• 32:07
  my
• 32:07
  dad
• 32:07
  never
• 32:08
  shut
• 32:08
  up
• 32:08
  about.
• 32:08
  You
• 32:08
  know,
• 32:08
  like,
• 32:09
  I
• 32:09
  love
• 32:09
  that
• 32:09
  one.
• 32:10
  We'll
• 32:10
  get
• 32:10
  to
• 32:10
  that.
• 32:11
  But.
• 32:11
  But
• 32:12
  yeah,
• 32:12
  it's
• 32:12
  just
• 32:12
  like,
• 32:12
  you
• 32:12
  know,
• 32:12
  and,
• 32:13
  and
• 32:13
  like
• 32:13
  you
• 32:13
  said,
• 32:13
  I
• 32:13
  mean,
• 32:13
  Hayley
• 32:14
  Atwell
• 32:14
  is
• 32:14
  fantastic
• 32:15
  as
• 32:16
  Becky
• 32:16
  Carter.
• 32:17
  It's
• 32:17
  the
• 32:17
  introduction
• 32:18
  of
• 32:18
  Bucky,
• 32:19
  you
• 32:19
  know,
• 32:19
  and
• 32:19
  like.
• 32:20
  But
• 32:20
  you
• 32:20
  know
• 32:21
  what
• 32:21
  I
• 32:21
  was
• 32:21
  just
• 32:21
  saying
• 32:22
  about
• 32:22
  Thor
• 32:22
  in
• 32:22
  terms
• 32:23
  of
• 32:23
  like,
• 32:23
  yeah,
• 32:23
  I
• 32:24
  was
• 32:24
  all
• 32:24
  right
• 32:24
  at
• 32:24
  the
• 32:24
  time,
• 32:25
  but
• 32:25
  like,
• 32:25
  it
• 32:25
  really
• 32:26
  doesn't
• 32:26
  hold
• 32:26
  up
• 32:26
  today
• 32:27
  because
• 32:27
  there
• 32:27
  have
• 32:27
  been
• 32:27
  so
• 32:27
  many
• 32:28
  other
• 32:28
  movies
• 32:28
  that
• 32:28
  have
• 32:28
  been
• 32:29
  better.
• 32:29
  What
• 32:29
  I
• 32:29
  really
• 32:30
  love
• 32:30
  about
• 32:30
  this
• 32:30
  movie
• 32:30
  is
• 32:31
  like,
• 32:31
  it
• 32:31
  absolutely
• 32:32
  holds
• 32:32
  up
• 32:32
  today.
• 32:32
  I
• 32:32
  mean,
• 32:32
  I,
• 32:33
  I
• 32:33
  know
• 32:33
  people
• 32:34
  who
• 32:34
  are
• 32:34
  like,
• 32:34
  come
• 32:34
  on,
• 32:35
  that
• 32:35
  one's
• 32:35
  dumb.
• 32:35
  Like,
• 32:36
  you
• 32:36
  know,
• 32:36
  and
• 32:36
  I'm
• 32:36
  like,
• 32:36
  no,
• 32:37
  this
• 32:37
  is
• 32:37
  like
• 32:38
  the,
• 32:38
  the
• 32:38
  MCU
• 32:39
  wouldn't
• 32:39
  work
• 32:39
  with
• 32:40
  movie
• 32:40
  without
• 32:40
  movies
• 32:41
  like
• 32:41
  this.
• 32:41
  It's
• 32:41
  like
• 32:42
  this
• 32:42
  is
• 32:42
  laid
• 32:43
  the
• 32:43
  foundation
• 32:43
  for
• 32:43
  everything
• 32:44
  they
• 32:44
  get
• 32:44
  for
• 32:44
  sure.
• 32:44
  After
• 32:45
  that,
• 32:45
  it
• 32:45
  very
• 32:46
  much
• 32:46
  fits
• 32:46
  in
• 32:46
  time.
• 32:46
  And
• 32:47
  yes,
• 32:47
  I'm
• 32:47
  so
• 32:47
  glad
• 32:47
  you
• 32:48
  brought
• 32:48
  up
• 32:48
  Joe
• 32:48
  Johnston
• 32:49
  because,
• 32:49
  yeah,
• 32:49
  he
• 32:49
  came
• 32:50
  from
• 32:50
  the
• 32:50
  school
• 32:50
  of
• 32:51
  George
• 32:51
  Lucas.
• 32:52
  He
• 32:52
  worked
• 32:52
  on
• 32:52
  Star
• 32:53
  wars
• 32:54
  and
• 32:54
  you
• 32:55
  know,
• 32:55
  he
• 32:55
  directed
• 32:55
  movies
• 32:56
  like
• 32:56
  Jumanji
• 32:57
  and
• 32:57
  October
• 32:58
  sky,
• 32:58
  which
• 32:58
  were
• 32:59
  favorites
• 32:59
  of
• 32:59
  mine
• 32:59
  as
• 33:00
  a
• 33:00
  kid.
• 33:00
  Yeah,.
• 33:03
  First
• 33:04
  DVD
• 33:04
  back
• 33:04
  then.
• 33:05
  Yeah,
• 33:06
  yeah,
• 33:06
  yeah,
• 33:06
  yeah,
• 33:07
  yeah.
• 33:07
  Oh,
• 33:07
  that
• 33:07
  was
• 33:08
  a
• 33:08
  favorite
• 33:08
  of
• 33:08
  ours
• 33:08
  growing
• 33:09
  up.
• 33:09
  And
• 33:09
  so.
• 33:10
  So
• 33:10
  I
• 33:10
  think
• 33:10
  he
• 33:10
  very
• 33:11
  much
• 33:11
  brings
• 33:11
  the
• 33:12
  sensibility.
• 33:13
  I
• 33:13
  mean.
• 33:15
  Yeah,
• 33:16
  yes,
• 33:16
  exactly.
• 33:17
  And
• 33:17
  I
• 33:17
  mean,
• 33:18
  I
• 33:18
  mean,
• 33:18
  it
• 33:19
  captures
• 33:19
  the
• 33:19
  World
• 33:19
  War
• 33:20
  II
• 33:20
  feel.
• 33:20
  I
• 33:21
  love
• 33:21
  the
• 33:21
  Howling
• 33:21
  Commandos.
• 33:22
  I
• 33:23
  love
• 33:23
  how
• 33:23
  they
• 33:23
  do
• 33:23
  Red
• 33:23
  Skull.
• 33:24
  Yeah.
• 33:25
  So,
• 33:25
  yes,
• 33:25
  that
• 33:25
  was
• 33:25
  fun.
• 33:27
  Oh,
• 33:27
  Neil
• 33:27
  McDonough
• 33:28
  leading
• 33:28
  in
• 33:28
  and
• 33:29
  Kenneth
• 33:29
  Choi
• 33:29
  in
• 33:29
  there.
• 33:30
  Great
• 33:31
  casting.
• 33:31
  And
• 33:31
  yes,
• 33:32
  Hugo
• 33:32
  Weaving,
• 33:33
  absolutely
• 33:34
  perfect
• 33:34
  casting
• 33:34
  is
• 33:35
  Red
• 33:35
  Skull.
• 33:36
  He
• 33:36
  just
• 33:36
  brings
• 33:36
  that
• 33:37
  kind
• 33:37
  of.
• 33:37
  I
• 33:37
  mean,
• 33:37
  you
• 33:38
  have
• 33:38
  to
• 33:38
  have
• 33:38
  a
• 33:38
  first
• 33:39
  rate
• 33:39
  villain
• 33:39
  here
• 33:40
  to
• 33:40
  chat.
• 33:40
  And
• 33:41
  it's
• 33:41
  one
• 33:41
  where
• 33:42
  it
• 33:42
  doesn't
• 33:42
  feel
• 33:43
  overly
• 33:43
  cheesy.
• 33:44
  This
• 33:44
  is
• 33:44
  like
• 33:44
  a
• 33:44
  very
• 33:45
  sadistic
• 33:45
  character
• 33:46
  who
• 33:46
  is
• 33:47
  trying
• 33:47
  to
• 33:47
  surpass
• 33:48
  Hitler
• 33:48
  and
• 33:49
  you
• 33:49
  know,
• 33:49
  and
• 33:49
  I
• 33:49
  mean,
• 33:49
  and
• 33:50
  is
• 33:50
  obsessed
• 33:50
  with
• 33:50
  the
• 33:50
  occult
• 33:51
  and
• 33:51
  that.
• 33:52
  Oh,
• 33:52
  like
• 33:52
  all
• 33:53
  of
• 33:53
  the,
• 33:53
  the
• 33:53
  Indiana
• 33:54
  Jones
• 33:54
  influence
• 33:55
  is
• 33:55
  so
• 33:55
  apparent
• 33:55
  here.
• 33:56
  I
• 33:56
  just,
• 33:57
  I
• 33:57
  love
• 33:58
  it.
• 33:58
  Like,
• 33:58
  I
• 33:58
  mean,
• 33:58
  it
• 33:58
  just
• 33:58
  like,
• 33:59
  because,
• 33:59
  I
• 33:59
  mean,
• 34:00
  I
• 34:00
  know
• 34:01
  one
• 34:01
  of
• 34:02
  the
• 34:02
  big
• 34:02
  criticisms
• 34:02
  levity
• 34:03
  of
• 34:03
  the
• 34:03
  mcu
• 34:03
  and
• 34:03
  I,
• 34:03
  and
• 34:04
  I
• 34:04
  do
• 34:04
  agree
• 34:04
  with
• 34:04
  it,
• 34:04
  is
• 34:05
  that
• 34:05
  like
• 34:05
  a
• 34:05
  lot
• 34:05
  of
• 34:05
  times
• 34:06
  the
• 34:06
  style
• 34:07
  and
• 34:07
  the
• 34:07
  Marvel
• 34:08
  brand
• 34:08
  is
• 34:08
  there
• 34:09
  throughout
• 34:09
  and
• 34:09
  it
• 34:10
  doesn't
• 34:10
  allow
• 34:11
  as
• 34:11
  much
• 34:11
  of.
• 34:12
  For
• 34:13
  creativity
• 34:13
  with
• 34:14
  like
• 34:14
  directors
• 34:15
  visions.
• 34:15
  But
• 34:15
  I
• 34:15
  think
• 34:16
  this
• 34:16
  is
• 34:16
  an
• 34:16
  example
• 34:16
  where
• 34:17
  Joe
• 34:17
  Johnston
• 34:18
  really
• 34:18
  lets
• 34:19
  his
• 34:19
  unique
• 34:20
  lens
• 34:20
  and
• 34:21
  aesthetic
• 34:21
  shine
• 34:22
  here.
• 34:23
  And
• 34:23
  all
• 34:23
  the,
• 34:23
  like
• 34:24
  I
• 34:24
  said,
• 34:24
  Indiana
• 34:24
  Jones,
• 34:25
  Jumanji,
• 34:25
  all
• 34:25
  of
• 34:25
  those
• 34:26
  influences
• 34:26
  are
• 34:26
  very
• 34:26
  apparent
• 34:28
  and
• 34:28
  as
• 34:29
  our
• 34:29
  classic
• 34:29
  World
• 34:29
  War
• 34:30
  II
• 34:30
  movies.
• 34:31
  So
• 34:31
  it
• 34:32
  just.
• 34:32
  Yeah,
• 34:32
  man,
• 34:32
  it,
• 34:32
  it
• 34:33
  flows.
• 34:33
  It's
• 34:34
  a
• 34:34
  great,
• 34:34
  you
• 34:34
  know,
• 34:35
  it's
• 34:35
  obviously
• 34:35
  a
• 34:35
  great
• 34:36
  underdog
• 34:36
  story
• 34:38
  and
• 34:38
  I
• 34:38
  Thought,
• 34:38
  you
• 34:39
  know,
• 34:39
  this
• 34:39
  is
• 34:39
  the
• 34:39
  one.
• 34:39
  I.
• 34:40
  I
• 34:40
  saw
• 34:40
  my
• 34:40
  dad
• 34:40
  and
• 34:40
  like,
• 34:41
  you
• 34:41
  know,
• 34:41
  I
• 34:41
  think
• 34:41
  if
• 34:42
  my
• 34:42
  dad
• 34:42
  were
• 34:42
  to
• 34:42
  see
• 34:42
  an
• 34:43
  MCU
• 34:43
  movie
• 34:43
  today,
• 34:43
  he'd
• 34:44
  be
• 34:44
  like,
• 34:44
  what
• 34:44
  is
• 34:44
  going
• 34:44
  on?
• 34:45
  I'm
• 34:45
  like.
• 34:45
  And
• 34:45
  I'm
• 34:46
  like,
• 34:46
  yeah,
• 34:46
  you
• 34:46
  kind
• 34:46
  of
• 34:46
  have
• 34:46
  to
• 34:46
  watch
• 34:47
  30
• 34:47
  other
• 34:47
  movies.
• 34:47
  Like,
• 34:48
  this
• 34:48
  is
• 34:48
  a
• 34:48
  great
• 34:49
  example
• 34:49
  of
• 34:49
  one
• 34:49
  where,
• 34:49
  like,
• 34:50
  you
• 34:50
  can
• 34:50
  watch
• 34:50
  this
• 34:51
  one
• 34:51
  on
• 34:51
  its
• 34:51
  own,
• 34:52
  perfectly
• 34:52
  enjoy
• 34:53
  it.
• 34:53
  And.
• 34:54
  And
• 34:54
  like,
• 34:54
  you
• 34:55
  say,
• 34:55
  like
• 34:55
  you
• 34:55
  said,
• 34:55
  you
• 34:56
  know,
• 34:56
  you
• 34:56
  got
• 34:56
  Tommy
• 34:56
  Lee
• 34:56
  Jones
• 34:57
  and
• 34:57
  great
• 34:58
  actors
• 34:58
  in
• 34:58
  here.
• 35:00
  Appeal
• 35:01
  to.
• 35:01
  Yes.
• 35:02
  Bring
• 35:02
  some
• 35:02
  weight
• 35:02
  and,
• 35:03
  like,
• 35:03
  appeal
• 35:04
  to
• 35:04
  mainstream
• 35:04
  audiences.
• 35:05
  And
• 35:06
  it
• 35:06
  just
• 35:06
  tells
• 35:06
  a
• 35:07
  good
• 35:07
  story.
• 35:08
  There's
• 35:09
  not
• 35:09
  really
• 35:09
  any
• 35:09
  point
• 35:09
  where
• 35:09
  it
• 35:10
  really
• 35:10
  lags.
• 35:11
  There
• 35:11
  are
• 35:11
  some
• 35:11
  great
• 35:12
  fight
• 35:12
  sequences
• 35:12
  and.
• 35:13
  And
• 35:13
  again,
• 35:13
  it
• 35:13
  establishes
• 35:14
  everything
• 35:15
  about
• 35:15
  Steve's
• 35:15
  character
• 35:16
  and
• 35:16
  lays
• 35:17
  the
• 35:17
  foundation
• 35:17
  for
• 35:17
  him
• 35:18
  and
• 35:18
  Bucky.
• 35:18
  And
• 35:18
  it
• 35:19
  only
• 35:19
  gets
• 35:19
  better.
• 35:20
  These
• 35:20
  special
• 35:20
  effects
• 35:21
  on
• 35:22
  his.
• 35:22
  Yes,
• 35:23
  yes.
• 35:24
  They
• 35:24
  were
• 35:24
  huge
• 35:25
  back
• 35:25
  then.
• 35:26
  I
• 35:26
  remember
• 35:27
  seeing,
• 35:27
  like,
• 35:27
  the
• 35:28
  breakdowns
• 35:28
  on
• 35:29
  how
• 35:29
  they
• 35:29
  did
• 35:29
  the.
• 35:31
  The.
• 35:31
  A
• 35:31
  small
• 35:32
  vers.
• 35:33
  Of.
• 35:33
  Of
• 35:33
  Chris
• 35:34
  Evans.
• 35:34
  And
• 35:34
  I
• 35:34
  was
• 35:35
  like,
• 35:35
  wow,
• 35:35
  this
• 35:36
  is
• 35:36
  amazing.
• 35:36
  Yeah.
• 35:37
  Yeah.
• 35:38
  And
• 35:39
  so.
• 35:39
  No,
• 35:39
  they
• 35:39
  were
• 35:40
  rather.
• 35:40
  And
• 35:40
  like.
• 35:42
  Yeah.
• 35:42
  And
• 35:42
  like,
• 35:42
  it's
• 35:43
  like
• 35:43
  with
• 35:43
  Thor,
• 35:43
  it's
• 35:43
  like.
• 35:44
  Yeah.
• 35:44
  I
• 35:44
  think
• 35:44
  the
• 35:44
  special
• 35:44
  effects
• 35:45
  there
• 35:45
  are
• 35:45
  really
• 35:45
  weak,
• 35:45
  but
• 35:45
  this
• 35:46
  one
• 35:46
  came
• 35:46
  out
• 35:46
  in
• 35:46
  the
• 35:46
  same
• 35:47
  year
• 35:47
  and
• 35:47
  it's
• 35:47
  like
• 35:47
  Night
• 35:48
  and
• 35:48
  Day.
• 35:48
  It's
• 35:48
  like,
• 35:48
  you
• 35:48
  know,
• 35:49
  I
• 35:49
  mean,
• 35:49
  it's
• 35:49
  just.
• 35:50
  I
• 35:50
  mean,
• 35:50
  they
• 35:51
  really
• 35:51
  put
• 35:51
  the
• 35:51
  end.
• 35:51
  And
• 35:52
  I.
• 35:52
  You
• 35:52
  know,
• 35:52
  when
• 35:52
  you're
• 35:53
  done
• 35:53
  bringing
• 35:53
  up
• 35:53
  the
• 35:53
  title.
• 35:54
  I
• 35:54
  agree.
• 35:54
  Like,
• 35:54
  when
• 35:55
  they
• 35:55
  first
• 35:55
  said
• 35:56
  I'm
• 35:56
  like,
• 35:58
  in
• 35:58
  that.
• 35:59
  But
• 35:59
  then
• 35:59
  when
• 35:59
  you
• 36:00
  watch
• 36:00
  the
• 36:00
  movie,
• 36:00
  it
• 36:01
  fits
• 36:01
  so
• 36:01
  well
• 36:01
  because
• 36:02
  it.
• 36:02
  It's.
• 36:02
  Right,
• 36:03
  it
• 36:03
  fits
• 36:03
  in
• 36:04
  with
• 36:04
  that
• 36:04
  pulpy
• 36:04
  aesthetic.
• 36:05
  And
• 36:06
  it's
• 36:06
  both
• 36:06
  an
• 36:06
  origin
• 36:07
  for
• 36:07
  Steve
• 36:07
  and
• 36:08
  also
• 36:08
  setting
• 36:09
  up
• 36:09
  the
• 36:09
  Avengers.
• 36:10
  But
• 36:10
  it's
• 36:10
  not
• 36:10
  too
• 36:10
  overstuffed
• 36:11
  or
• 36:11
  anything.
• 36:12
  When
• 36:12
  I
• 36:13
  was
• 36:13
  making
• 36:14
  Face
• 36:14
  Lights,
• 36:15
  I
• 36:15
  wasn't
• 36:15
  sure
• 36:16
  to
• 36:16
  put
• 36:17
  the
• 36:17
  colon
• 36:18
  or
• 36:18
  not
• 36:18
  because
• 36:19
  they.
• 36:19
  Right,
• 36:19
  right.
• 36:20
  Because
• 36:20
  they
• 36:20
  didn't
• 36:21
  have
• 36:21
  it.
• 36:21
  And
• 36:21
  usually
• 36:22
  that
• 36:22
  means
• 36:22
  it's
• 36:22
  just
• 36:22
  all
• 36:23
  one
• 36:23
  title,
• 36:23
  so.
• 36:24
  Yeah.
• 36:25
  Yeah,
• 36:25
  yeah,
• 36:26
  yeah.
• 36:27
  But
• 36:28
  that's
• 36:28
  like.
• 36:28
  Yeah.
• 36:29
  No.
• 36:29
  So
• 36:29
  I
• 36:29
  just.
• 36:29
  I
• 36:29
  really
• 36:30
  love
• 36:30
  this
• 36:30
  movie.
• 36:30
  I
• 36:30
  think
• 36:30
  it
• 36:30
  has
• 36:30
  a
• 36:31
  lot
• 36:31
  to
• 36:31
  say
• 36:31
  about
• 36:31
  heroism,
• 36:32
  and
• 36:32
  it's
• 36:33
  not.
• 36:33
  It
• 36:33
  introduces
• 36:34
  very,
• 36:34
  like,
• 36:34
  golden.
• 36:35
  A
• 36:35
  Boy
• 36:36
  Scout
• 36:36
  type
• 36:36
  character
• 36:37
  without
• 36:37
  it
• 36:37
  being,
• 36:38
  like,
• 36:38
  so
• 36:39
  unrealistic.
• 36:40
  You
• 36:40
  know,
• 36:40
  it's
• 36:40
  like,
• 36:40
  you
• 36:40
  know,
• 36:41
  having
• 36:41
  like.
• 36:41
  It's
• 36:42
  like
• 36:42
  we've.
• 36:42
  Everyone
• 36:42
  had
• 36:43
  fall
• 36:43
  in
• 36:43
  love
• 36:43
  with
• 36:43
  the
• 36:43
  first
• 36:43
  Iron
• 36:44
  man
• 36:44
  movie,
• 36:44
  and
• 36:44
  he's
• 36:44
  this,
• 36:44
  like,
• 36:45
  very
• 36:45
  cocky,
• 36:46
  arrogant,
• 36:46
  egotistical
• 36:48
  protagonist.
• 36:49
  And
• 36:49
  here
• 36:49
  you
• 36:49
  have
• 36:49
  the
• 36:49
  direct
• 36:50
  opposite.
• 36:50
  But
• 36:50
  at
• 36:50
  the
• 36:51
  same
• 36:51
  time,
• 36:51
  it's
• 36:51
  like,
• 36:52
  you
• 36:52
  know,
• 36:53
  you
• 36:53
  know,
• 36:53
  he
• 36:53
  starts
• 36:54
  insecurities.
• 36:54
  I
• 36:55
  still
• 36:55
  love
• 36:55
  how,
• 36:55
  like,
• 36:56
  Peggy
• 36:57
  chastises
• 36:58
  them
• 36:58
  for
• 36:59
  not
• 36:59
  knowing
• 36:59
  how
• 36:59
  to
• 37:00
  talk
• 37:00
  to
• 37:00
  a
• 37:00
  woman.
• 37:00
  And,
• 37:01
  like,
• 37:01
  their
• 37:01
  dynamic
• 37:02
  and
• 37:02
  the
• 37:02
  chemistry
• 37:03
  there
• 37:03
  is
• 37:03
  flawless.
• 37:04
  But.
• 37:04
  But,
• 37:05
  no,
• 37:05
  he's
• 37:05
  a
• 37:05
  really,
• 37:05
  like,
• 37:06
  grounded
• 37:06
  character.
• 37:08
  He's
• 37:08
  just
• 37:08
  a
• 37:08
  guy
• 37:09
  who
• 37:09
  wants
• 37:09
  to
• 37:10
  do
• 37:10
  what's
• 37:10
  right,
• 37:10
  and
• 37:10
  he
• 37:10
  wants
• 37:11
  to
• 37:11
  stand
• 37:11
  up
• 37:11
  to
• 37:11
  bullies.
• 37:12
  And
• 37:13
  Chris
• 37:13
  Evans
• 37:14
  just
• 37:14
  fully
• 37:14
  embraced
• 37:15
  that
• 37:15
  and
• 37:15
  gave
• 37:15
  it
• 37:15
  it
• 37:16
  all
• 37:16
  is
• 37:16
  all.
• 37:16
  And
• 37:16
  in
• 37:16
  this
• 37:16
  role,
• 37:17
  the
• 37:17
  only
• 37:17
  thing
• 37:18
  that.
• 37:18
  That
• 37:18
  I
• 37:19
  don't
• 37:19
  like
• 37:19
  about
• 37:19
  it
• 37:19
  is
• 37:20
  that
• 37:20
  I
• 37:20
  never
• 37:20
  got
• 37:21
  that.
• 37:21
  I
• 37:21
  never
• 37:22
  got
• 37:22
  into
• 37:24
  a
• 37:24
  Peggy
• 37:24
  show,
• 37:26
  Agent
• 37:26
  Carter.
• 37:27
  I
• 37:27
  just
• 37:28
  never
• 37:28
  got
• 37:29
  around
• 37:29
  to
• 37:29
  watching
• 37:30
  it,
• 37:30
  and
• 37:30
  I
• 37:30
  heard
• 37:31
  so
• 37:31
  many
• 37:31
  good
• 37:31
  things
• 37:31
  about
• 37:32
  it.
• 37:32
  And
• 37:32
  I
• 37:33
  also.
• 37:33
  I
• 37:33
  unfortunately,
• 37:34
  have
• 37:34
  not
• 37:34
  gotten
• 37:34
  to
• 37:35
  either.
• 37:35
  But,
• 37:35
  like,
• 37:35
  that's
• 37:36
  on
• 37:36
  my
• 37:36
  list
• 37:36
  this
• 37:36
  year
• 37:37
  as,
• 37:37
  like,
• 37:37
  as
• 37:37
  I'm
• 37:37
  gonna
• 37:38
  try
• 37:38
  to,
• 37:38
  like,
• 37:38
  fill
• 37:39
  in
• 37:39
  some
• 37:39
  of
• 37:39
  my
• 37:39
  gaps
• 37:40
  because
• 37:41
  there
• 37:41
  is
• 37:41
  still.
• 37:41
  There's
• 37:42
  so
• 37:42
  much
• 37:42
  MCU
• 37:43
  stuff
• 37:43
  out
• 37:43
  there.
• 37:43
  I
• 37:44
  was
• 37:44
  trying
• 37:44
  to
• 37:44
  remember.
• 37:46
  Did.
• 37:46
  Did
• 37:48
  Agents
• 37:48
  of
• 37:49
  S.H.I.E.L.D.
• 37:49
  Was
• 37:50
  already
• 37:50
  out
• 37:50
  already,
• 37:51
  right?
• 37:52
  No,
• 37:52
  it
• 37:52
  came
• 37:53
  after
• 37:53
  the
• 37:53
  first
• 37:53
  Avengers,
• 37:55
  because,
• 37:55
  remember.
• 37:56
  Because
• 37:56
  remember,
• 37:57
  like,
• 37:57
  Coulson
• 37:58
  dies
• 37:58
  in
• 37:58
  Avengers,
• 37:59
  and
• 37:59
  then
• 37:59
  they
• 38:01
  operated.
• 38:01
  Yeah.
• 38:02
  So
• 38:02
  Agents
• 38:02
  of
• 38:02
  Tahiti,
• 38:03
  I
• 38:03
  think,
• 38:03
  was
• 38:03
  like,
• 38:04
  whatever.
• 38:04
  Yeah,
• 38:05
  yeah,
• 38:05
  yeah,
• 38:05
  yeah.
• 38:06
  Because
• 38:06
  the
• 38:06
  Avengers
• 38:07
  was
• 38:07
  summer
• 38:07
  of
• 38:08
  2012.
• 38:08
  Agents
• 38:09
  of
• 38:09
  Shield
• 38:09
  was
• 38:10
  like
• 38:10
  fall
• 38:11
  of
• 38:11
  2013,
• 38:12
  something
• 38:12
  like
• 38:12
  that.
• 38:12
  Yeah,
• 38:13
  yeah,
• 38:13
  yeah,
• 38:13
  yeah,
• 38:14
  yeah.
• 38:14
  Yep.
• 38:14
  And
• 38:14
  I
• 38:15
  think
• 38:15
  Agent
• 38:15
  Carter
• 38:15
  was
• 38:15
  a
• 38:16
  little
• 38:16
  bit
• 38:16
  after
• 38:16
  that,
• 38:16
  if
• 38:16
  I'm
• 38:16
  not
• 38:16
  mistaken,
• 38:17
  somewhere
• 38:17
  on
• 38:17
  that.
• 38:17
  Right.
• 38:18
  But
• 38:18
  yeah,
• 38:18
  yeah.
• 38:20
  So,
• 38:20
  yeah,
• 38:20
  Very
• 38:21
  nice
• 38:21
  things
• 38:21
  about
• 38:21
  it.
• 38:21
  I
• 38:22
  love
• 38:22
  this
• 38:22
  movie.
• 38:23
  And
• 38:23
  now
• 38:23
  let's
• 38:24
  get
• 38:24
  on
• 38:24
  to
• 38:24
  the
• 38:24
  big
• 38:24
  one.
• 38:25
  The
• 38:25
  big
• 38:26
  let's
• 38:27
  eat
• 38:27
  shawarma
• 38:28
  together.
• 38:29
  Nice.
• 38:30
  I
• 38:31
  love.
• 38:31
  I
• 38:31
  love
• 38:31
  how
• 38:31
  you
• 38:32
  put
• 38:32
  on
• 38:32
  the
• 38:32
  slide
• 38:32
  here
• 38:33
  for.
• 38:33
  For
• 38:33
  those
• 38:33
  not
• 38:34
  watching
• 38:34
  on
• 38:34
  YouTube.
• 38:35
  Evan's
• 38:35
  done
• 38:35
  the
• 38:36
  slides
• 38:36
  for
• 38:36
  these,
• 38:36
  and.
• 38:37
  And,
• 38:37
  like,
• 38:38
  for
• 38:38
  each
• 38:38
  one,
• 38:38
  he
• 38:38
  put,
• 38:38
  like,
• 38:39
  director
• 38:39
  and
• 38:39
  cast.
• 38:40
  And
• 38:40
  for
• 38:40
  this
• 38:40
  one,
• 38:41
  for
• 38:41
  the
• 38:41
  Avengers,
• 38:41
  he
• 38:42
  just
• 38:42
  said,
• 38:42
  cast,
• 38:43
  everybody.
• 38:46
  Yes,
• 38:47
  yes,
• 38:47
  absolutely.
• 38:48
  Now,
• 38:49
  Evan,
• 38:49
  when
• 38:50
  this
• 38:50
  one
• 38:50
  came
• 38:50
  out.
• 38:51
  Okay,
• 38:51
  so
• 38:51
  it
• 38:51
  was
• 38:52
  May
• 38:52
  of
• 38:52
  2012.
• 38:53
  How
• 38:53
  old
• 38:54
  were
• 38:54
  you?
• 38:55
  It
• 38:55
  was.
• 38:55
  It
• 38:56
  was
• 38:56
  Star
• 38:56
  Wars
• 38:56
  Day.
• 38:56
  Yeah,
• 38:57
  yeah.
• 38:57
  How.
• 38:58
  How
• 38:58
  old.
• 38:58
  How
• 38:59
  old
• 38:59
  were
• 38:59
  you
• 38:59
  when
• 38:59
  it
• 39:00
  came
• 39:00
  out?
• 39:00
  Because
• 39:00
  I
• 39:00
  was
• 39:01
  a
• 39:01
  senior
• 39:01
  in
• 39:01
  high
• 39:01
  school,
• 39:01
  so
• 39:02
  I
• 39:02
  have
• 39:02
  my.
• 39:02
  Like,
• 39:02
  I
• 39:02
  want
• 39:03
  to
• 39:03
  share,
• 39:03
  you
• 39:03
  know,
• 39:03
  where
• 39:04
  I
• 39:04
  was
• 39:04
  then.
• 39:04
  But,
• 39:05
  like,
• 39:05
  do
• 39:05
  you
• 39:05
  remember,
• 39:05
  like,
• 39:06
  where
• 39:06
  you
• 39:06
  were
• 39:06
  in
• 39:06
  life?
• 39:07
  25
• 39:07
  or
• 39:08
  26,
• 39:08
  I
• 39:09
  remember.
• 39:09
  Okay,
• 39:10
  cool.
• 39:10
  I
• 39:10
  remember
• 39:11
  vividly.
• 39:11
  We
• 39:11
  were
• 39:12
  moving
• 39:12
  out
• 39:13
  of
• 39:13
  our
• 39:13
  first
• 39:13
  apartment
• 39:14
  that
• 39:14
  we.
• 39:15
  That
• 39:15
  me
• 39:16
  and
• 39:16
  my
• 39:16
  wife
• 39:16
  had
• 39:17
  together.
• 39:17
  We
• 39:18
  were
• 39:18
  moving
• 39:18
  to
• 39:19
  a
• 39:19
  different
• 39:19
  part
• 39:20
  of
• 39:20
  town
• 39:21
  when
• 39:21
  this
• 39:22
  movie
• 39:22
  came
• 39:22
  out,
• 39:22
  like,
• 39:23
  on
• 39:23
  that
• 39:23
  day,
• 39:24
  and
• 39:25
  her
• 39:25
  and
• 39:26
  her
• 39:26
  parents
• 39:27
  were.
• 39:28
  They
• 39:28
  were.
• 39:29
  They
• 39:30
  were
• 39:30
  helping
• 39:31
  us
• 39:31
  move.
• 39:32
  And
• 39:33
  I
• 39:33
  remember
• 39:33
  when
• 39:33
  we
• 39:33
  finally
• 39:34
  finished,
• 39:34
  we.
• 39:35
  We
• 39:35
  finally
• 39:36
  got
• 39:36
  everything
• 39:37
  to
• 39:38
  the
• 39:38
  new
• 39:38
  place,
• 39:39
  and
• 39:40
  we
• 39:40
  Were
• 39:40
  all
• 39:40
  just
• 39:40
  like,
• 39:40
  huh?
• 39:41
  And
• 39:42
  then
• 39:42
  I
• 39:42
  brought
• 39:43
  it
• 39:43
  up.
• 39:43
  Hey
• 39:43
  guys,
• 39:44
  you
• 39:44
  want
• 39:44
  to
• 39:44
  go
• 39:44
  watch
• 39:44
  a
• 39:45
  movie?
• 39:45
  Because,
• 39:47
  Because
• 39:48
  I
• 39:48
  wanted
• 39:48
  to
• 39:48
  watch
• 39:49
  it
• 39:49
  so
• 39:49
  bad
• 39:49
  because
• 39:50
  it
• 39:50
  was
• 39:50
  so
• 39:50
  hyped
• 39:51
  up
• 39:51
  and
• 39:51
  you
• 39:51
  know,
• 39:52
  like
• 39:52
  I
• 39:52
  was
• 39:52
  in
• 39:53
  the
• 39:53
  scene,
• 39:53
  like
• 39:54
  I
• 39:54
  couldn't
• 39:55
  wait
• 39:55
  for
• 39:55
  this
• 39:55
  movie
• 39:55
  and
• 39:56
  I
• 39:56
  was
• 39:56
  just
• 39:56
  like,
• 39:57
  I
• 39:57
  want
• 39:57
  to
• 39:57
  go
• 39:57
  watch
• 39:57
  it.
• 39:58
  You
• 39:58
  guys
• 39:58
  want
• 39:58
  to
• 39:58
  go
• 39:58
  watch
• 39:58
  it?
• 39:59
  And
• 39:59
  they
• 39:59
  were
• 39:59
  like,
• 39:59
  yeah,
• 40:00
  sure,
• 40:00
  let's
• 40:00
  go.
• 40:00
  I
• 40:01
  was
• 40:01
  like,
• 40:01
  yes,
• 40:01
  thank
• 40:02
  God.
• 40:03
  And,
• 40:04
  and
• 40:05
  my,
• 40:05
  I
• 40:06
  remember
• 40:06
  my
• 40:07
  in
• 40:07
  laws
• 40:08
  they
• 40:08
  have,
• 40:09
  they
• 40:09
  knew
• 40:10
  about
• 40:10
  the
• 40:10
  characters
• 40:11
  but
• 40:11
  they
• 40:11
  didn't
• 40:12
  want
• 40:12
  to
• 40:12
  touch
• 40:13
  any
• 40:13
  of
• 40:13
  the,
• 40:14
  any
• 40:14
  of
• 40:15
  the
• 40:15
  previous
• 40:15
  movies.
• 40:16
  But
• 40:16
  they
• 40:17
  loved
• 40:17
  this
• 40:17
  film.
• 40:18
  They
• 40:18
  loved
• 40:19
  it.
• 40:19
  Yeah,
• 40:20
  they
• 40:20
  thought
• 40:20
  it
• 40:20
  was
• 40:20
  great
• 40:21
  and
• 40:22
  just
• 40:23
  the
• 40:23
  comedy,
• 40:24
  the
• 40:24
  stakes
• 40:25
  were
• 40:25
  big
• 40:25
  and
• 40:27
  aliens
• 40:27
  and,
• 40:28
  and
• 40:29
  I
• 40:29
  remember
• 40:30
  just
• 40:31
  hype
• 40:31
  around
• 40:31
  this
• 40:32
  movie.
• 40:32
  I
• 40:32
  will
• 40:33
  never
• 40:33
  forget
• 40:34
  one
• 40:34
  of
• 40:34
  my
• 40:35
  favorite
• 40:35
  podcasts
• 40:35
  around
• 40:36
  that
• 40:36
  time
• 40:36
  was
• 40:36
  called.
• 40:37
  Was
• 40:37
  called
• 40:38
  Battleship
• 40:38
  Retention
• 40:39
  and
• 40:40
  my
• 40:40
  buddy
• 40:40
  Tyler
• 40:41
  Smith
• 40:41
  was
• 40:41
  on
• 40:41
  it
• 40:42
  and
• 40:42
  he
• 40:42
  was
• 40:42
  saying
• 40:43
  that
• 40:44
  he
• 40:44
  felt
• 40:44
  like
• 40:45
  we
• 40:46
  were
• 40:46
  living
• 40:46
  in
• 40:47
  cinema
• 40:48
  history
• 40:49
  and
• 40:50
  that
• 40:51
  we've
• 40:51
  never
• 40:51
  seen
• 40:51
  something
• 40:52
  like
• 40:52
  this
• 40:52
  before.
• 40:52
  Like
• 40:53
  that
• 40:54
  we've
• 40:54
  seen
• 40:54
  it
• 40:54
  in
• 40:54
  the
• 40:54
  comics,
• 40:55
  how
• 40:55
  we
• 40:55
  had
• 40:56
  the
• 40:56
  whole
• 40:56
  build
• 40:56
  up
• 40:57
  and
• 40:57
  they
• 40:57
  had
• 40:57
  like
• 40:58
  crossovers
• 40:59
  and
• 41:01
  team
• 41:01
  up
• 41:01
  comics,
• 41:02
  but
• 41:03
  we
• 41:03
  had
• 41:03
  never
• 41:03
  really
• 41:03
  seen
• 41:04
  it
• 41:05
  in
• 41:05
  film
• 41:05
  and
• 41:06
  we've
• 41:06
  never
• 41:06
  seen
• 41:06
  it
• 41:06
  done
• 41:07
  so
• 41:07
  good.
• 41:10
  And
• 41:10
  I
• 41:10
  just
• 41:11
  remember
• 41:11
  that
• 41:13
  always
• 41:14
  stuck
• 41:14
  with
• 41:14
  me
• 41:14
  in
• 41:15
  saying
• 41:15
  that,
• 41:15
  yeah,
• 41:16
  we
• 41:16
  lived
• 41:17
  in
• 41:17
  like,
• 41:18
  we
• 41:18
  can
• 41:18
  tell
• 41:19
  our
• 41:19
  kids
• 41:19
  later
• 41:20
  that
• 41:20
  we
• 41:20
  lived
• 41:21
  through
• 41:22
  a
• 41:22
  culmination
• 41:23
  of
• 41:23
  the
• 41:24
  Avengers.
• 41:25
  So.
• 41:26
  And
• 41:26
  that's
• 41:26
  a
• 41:27
  pretty
• 41:27
  big
• 41:27
  deal,
• 41:27
  I
• 41:27
  think.
• 41:29
  I
• 41:29
  love
• 41:29
  how
• 41:30
  you
• 41:30
  say
• 41:30
  it
• 41:30
  like
• 41:30
  that
• 41:30
  because
• 41:31
  I,
• 41:31
  it's
• 41:31
  like,
• 41:32
  you
• 41:32
  know
• 41:32
  the
• 41:33
  movie
• 41:33
  Troy
• 41:33
  at
• 41:34
  the
• 41:34
  end
• 41:34
  of
• 41:34
  it,
• 41:34
  like
• 41:35
  it
• 41:35
  was
• 41:35
  like,
• 41:35
  let
• 41:35
  us,
• 41:36
  let
• 41:36
  us
• 41:36
  say
• 41:36
  that
• 41:36
  we
• 41:37
  lived
• 41:37
  in
• 41:37
  the
• 41:37
  times
• 41:38
  of
• 41:38
  Achilles
• 41:39
  and
• 41:39
  Hector.
• 41:41
  But
• 41:41
  it
• 41:41
  literally
• 41:42
  is,
• 41:42
  it's
• 41:42
  like
• 41:42
  because
• 41:43
  this
• 41:43
  is
• 41:43
  a
• 41:43
  modern
• 41:43
  mythology,
• 41:44
  it's
• 41:44
  like
• 41:44
  for
• 41:45
  us,
• 41:45
  it's
• 41:45
  like,
• 41:46
  let
• 41:46
  us
• 41:47
  let
• 41:47
  our
• 41:47
  children
• 41:48
  know
• 41:48
  that
• 41:48
  we
• 41:48
  lived
• 41:49
  in
• 41:49
  the
• 41:49
  time
• 41:49
  of
• 41:49
  Tony
• 41:50
  Stark
• 41:50
  Rogers
• 41:51
  on
• 41:51
  screen.
• 41:52
  Yeah,
• 41:53
  but
• 41:53
  no,
• 41:54
  I
• 41:54
  mean
• 41:54
  I,
• 41:54
  Yeah,
• 41:55
  and
• 41:55
  I
• 41:55
  mean
• 41:56
  for
• 41:56
  me
• 41:56
  it
• 41:56
  was
• 41:56
  a
• 41:57
  similar
• 41:57
  thing
• 41:57
  of
• 41:57
  like.
• 41:57
  So
• 41:58
  I,
• 41:58
  I
• 41:58
  remember,
• 41:58
  I
• 41:59
  eventually
• 41:59
  remember.
• 42:00
  Yeah,
• 42:00
  I
• 42:00
  was
• 42:01
  just
• 42:01
  about
• 42:02
  to
• 42:02
  graduate
• 42:02
  from
• 42:02
  high
• 42:02
  school.
• 42:03
  I
• 42:03
  had
• 42:03
  what,
• 42:04
  like.
• 42:04
  Yeah,
• 42:04
  about
• 42:04
  a
• 42:05
  month
• 42:05
  left,
• 42:05
  I
• 42:05
  think,
• 42:05
  you
• 42:06
  know,
• 42:06
  and
• 42:06
  so
• 42:06
  we're
• 42:07
  already,
• 42:07
  you
• 42:07
  know,
• 42:07
  pretty
• 42:07
  checked
• 42:08
  out.
• 42:08
  We're
• 42:08
  just
• 42:08
  kind
• 42:08
  of
• 42:08
  like
• 42:09
  cruising
• 42:09
  through
• 42:10
  and
• 42:10
  like,
• 42:10
  I
• 42:10
  mean.
• 42:10
  And
• 42:11
  I
• 42:11
  cannot
• 42:11
  wait
• 42:12
  to
• 42:12
  go
• 42:12
  see
• 42:13
  oh
• 42:13
  big
• 42:13
  time
• 42:13
  Senioritis.
• 42:14
  But,
• 42:14
  but
• 42:14
  we
• 42:15
  were
• 42:15
  enjoying
• 42:15
  it
• 42:15
  too,
• 42:15
  like
• 42:16
  happening,
• 42:16
  you
• 42:16
  know.
• 42:16
  And
• 42:16
  so
• 42:17
  yeah,
• 42:17
  I
• 42:17
  couldn't
• 42:17
  wait
• 42:18
  that
• 42:18
  Friday
• 42:19
  go
• 42:20
  see
• 42:20
  this
• 42:20
  after
• 42:20
  school.
• 42:20
  And
• 42:21
  yeah,
• 42:21
  I
• 42:21
  mean
• 42:21
  it
• 42:21
  absolutely
• 42:22
  blew
• 42:22
  my
• 42:22
  mind.
• 42:22
  I
• 42:22
  mean
• 42:22
  I,
• 42:23
  I
• 42:23
  think
• 42:23
  I
• 42:24
  saw
• 42:24
  it
• 42:24
  at
• 42:24
  least
• 42:24
  three
• 42:24
  or
• 42:25
  four
• 42:25
  times.
• 42:25
  And
• 42:25
  this
• 42:25
  was
• 42:26
  the
• 42:26
  same
• 42:26
  summer
• 42:27
  as,
• 42:27
  like.
• 42:27
  Oh,
• 42:28
  yeah,
• 42:28
  yeah.
• 42:28
  This
• 42:28
  was
• 42:29
  the
• 42:29
  same
• 42:29
  summer
• 42:29
  as
• 42:29
  Dark
• 42:29
  Knight
• 42:30
  Rises.
• 42:30
  And,
• 42:31
  you
• 42:31
  know,
• 42:31
  it
• 42:31
  was
• 42:31
  just
• 42:31
  all
• 42:32
  the,
• 42:32
  like.
• 42:32
  But
• 42:33
  I
• 42:33
  mean,
• 42:33
  that,
• 42:34
  like
• 42:34
  you
• 42:34
  said,
• 42:34
  it
• 42:35
  was
• 42:35
  just
• 42:35
  like,
• 42:35
  okay,
• 42:35
  we
• 42:36
  had
• 42:36
  seen
• 42:36
  gobble
• 42:37
  movies
• 42:37
  at
• 42:37
  this
• 42:37
  point.
• 42:38
  You
• 42:38
  know,
• 42:38
  we.
• 42:38
  I'd
• 42:39
  been
• 42:39
  there
• 42:39
  for
• 42:39
  Dark
• 42:40
  Knight
• 42:40
  and
• 42:40
  all
• 42:40
  this
• 42:40
  stuff,
• 42:40
  but
• 42:41
  this
• 42:41
  was
• 42:41
  just
• 42:42
  a
• 42:42
  whole
• 42:42
  nother
• 42:42
  level
• 42:42
  of,
• 42:43
  like,
• 42:44
  you
• 42:44
  know,
• 42:44
  regardless
• 42:45
  of,
• 42:45
  like,
• 42:45
  whether
• 42:45
  it's
• 42:45
  the
• 42:46
  best
• 42:46
  or
• 42:46
  not.
• 42:46
  But
• 42:47
  it
• 42:47
  just.
• 42:47
  The
• 42:47
  culmination
• 42:48
  of
• 42:48
  everything,
• 42:49
  like,
• 42:49
  seeing
• 42:49
  all
• 42:50
  these
• 42:50
  characters
• 42:50
  on
• 42:50
  screen
• 42:51
  at
• 42:51
  once.
• 42:51
  And
• 42:51
  it
• 42:51
  actually
• 42:51
  came
• 42:52
  together
• 42:52
  and
• 42:53
  they
• 42:53
  delivered.
• 42:53
  And
• 42:53
  it
• 42:54
  delivered.
• 42:55
  Yes.
• 42:56
  Yeah.
• 42:56
  I
• 42:56
  mean,
• 42:56
  because
• 42:57
  this
• 42:57
  could
• 42:57
  have
• 42:57
  easily
• 42:58
  fallen
• 42:58
  apart.
• 42:58
  It's
• 42:58
  like,
• 42:58
  you
• 42:59
  know,
• 42:59
  there.
• 42:59
  There's
• 42:59
  easily
• 43:00
  a.
• 43:01
  Another
• 43:01
  universe
• 43:02
  where
• 43:02
  it's
• 43:02
  like,
• 43:02
  okay,
• 43:03
  yeah,
• 43:03
  we
• 43:03
  got
• 43:03
  an
• 43:03
  Avengers
• 43:04
  movie.
• 43:04
  But
• 43:04
  it
• 43:04
  was
• 43:04
  terrible.
• 43:05
  Like,
• 43:05
  no,
• 43:05
  here
• 43:06
  it
• 43:06
  was.
• 43:06
  Here
• 43:06
  it
• 43:06
  was
• 43:06
  like,
• 43:07
  it
• 43:07
  hit
• 43:08
  all
• 43:08
  the
• 43:08
  beats.
• 43:08
  All
• 43:09
  the
• 43:09
  characters
• 43:09
  got,
• 43:11
  you
• 43:11
  know,
• 43:11
  a
• 43:11
  storyline
• 43:12
  here.
• 43:13
  They
• 43:13
  naturally
• 43:13
  came
• 43:14
  together.
• 43:14
  Like
• 43:15
  you
• 43:15
  said,
• 43:15
  the
• 43:15
  stakes
• 43:15
  were
• 43:16
  high.
• 43:17
  You
• 43:17
  know,
• 43:17
  I
• 43:17
  mean,
• 43:17
  I
• 43:18
  think
• 43:18
  there
• 43:18
  was
• 43:18
  an
• 43:18
  element
• 43:18
  of,
• 43:19
  like,
• 43:19
  you
• 43:19
  know,
• 43:20
  our
• 43:20
  every.
• 43:20
  Even
• 43:21
  though
• 43:21
  obviously
• 43:21
  they're
• 43:22
  going
• 43:22
  to
• 43:22
  save
• 43:22
  the
• 43:22
  world,
• 43:22
  but
• 43:23
  is
• 43:23
  everyone
• 43:23
  going
• 43:23
  to
• 43:24
  make
• 43:24
  it
• 43:24
  out
• 43:24
  by
• 43:24
  the
• 43:24
  end?
• 43:24
  What's
• 43:25
  going
• 43:25
  to
• 43:25
  happen?
• 43:26
  What
• 43:26
  is
• 43:26
  that?
• 43:26
  You
• 43:26
  know,
• 43:28
  I
• 43:28
  was
• 43:28
  really
• 43:29
  skeptical
• 43:30
  about
• 43:30
  Loki
• 43:31
  being
• 43:32
  the
• 43:32
  bad
• 43:32
  guy.
• 43:33
  Yeah,
• 43:33
  Yeah.
• 43:34
  I
• 43:34
  was
• 43:34
  waiting
• 43:34
  for
• 43:35
  that
• 43:35
  to,
• 43:35
  like,
• 43:36
  to
• 43:36
  not
• 43:36
  work,
• 43:37
  but
• 43:37
  it
• 43:38
  worked,
• 43:38
  like.
• 43:39
  Yeah,
• 43:39
  yeah.
• 43:40
  Because,
• 43:40
  like,
• 43:40
  we
• 43:40
  were
• 43:41
  talking
• 43:41
  about
• 43:41
  earlier,
• 43:41
  like,
• 43:41
  I
• 43:41
  mean,
• 43:42
  the
• 43:42
  way
• 43:42
  he's
• 43:42
  written
• 43:43
  in
• 43:43
  the
• 43:43
  first
• 43:43
  Thor
• 43:44
  movie
• 43:44
  is
• 43:44
  not
• 43:44
  great.
• 43:45
  I
• 43:45
  mean,
• 43:45
  like,
• 43:45
  you
• 43:45
  know,
• 43:46
  performance,
• 43:47
  but,
• 43:47
  like,
• 43:47
  it's
• 43:48
  a
• 43:48
  side
• 43:48
  character.
• 43:49
  And
• 43:49
  it's
• 43:49
  like,
• 43:49
  you
• 43:49
  know,
• 43:49
  is
• 43:50
  he
• 43:50
  really
• 43:50
  the
• 43:50
  one
• 43:51
  who
• 43:51
  can
• 43:51
  challenge
• 43:52
  the
• 43:52
  Avengers
• 43:52
  in
• 43:52
  the
• 43:53
  fact.
• 43:53
  It's
• 43:53
  like,
• 43:53
  yes,
• 43:53
  that
• 43:54
  was
• 43:54
  what
• 43:54
  they
• 43:54
  did
• 43:55
  in
• 43:55
  the
• 43:55
  comics
• 43:55
  in
• 43:55
  the
• 43:55
  first
• 43:56
  iteration,
• 43:57
  but
• 43:57
  still,
• 43:57
  it's
• 43:57
  like,
• 43:57
  you
• 43:57
  know,
• 43:58
  is
• 43:58
  he
• 43:58
  the
• 43:58
  one
• 43:59
  they
• 43:59
  should
• 43:59
  get.
• 43:59
  And
• 44:00
  there
• 44:00
  were
• 44:00
  earlier
• 44:00
  drafts
• 44:01
  where
• 44:01
  actually
• 44:02
  Red
• 44:02
  Skull
• 44:02
  was
• 44:03
  the
• 44:03
  main
• 44:03
  villain.
• 44:04
  They
• 44:04
  were
• 44:04
  gonna
• 44:04
  bring
• 44:04
  him
• 44:04
  back,
• 44:05
  so.
• 44:06
  Yeah,
• 44:07
  yeah,
• 44:07
  yeah,
• 44:07
  yeah.
• 44:08
  So
• 44:08
  there's
• 44:09
  a
• 44:09
  million
• 44:09
  directions
• 44:10
  they
• 44:10
  could
• 44:10
  have
• 44:10
  gone
• 44:10
  with,
• 44:10
  but.
• 44:11
  But
• 44:11
  no,
• 44:12
  it
• 44:12
  works.
• 44:12
  The.
• 44:13
  The
• 44:13
  humor
• 44:13
  is
• 44:14
  great.
• 44:15
  I.
• 44:15
  I
• 44:15
  know
• 44:16
  Josh
• 44:16
  Whedon
• 44:16
  is
• 44:16
  a
• 44:16
  very
• 44:17
  problematic
• 44:17
  figure,
• 44:17
  and
• 44:18
  that's
• 44:18
  why.
• 44:20
  But
• 44:20
  back.
• 44:22
  Or
• 44:22
  at
• 44:22
  least
• 44:22
  we
• 44:22
  didn't
• 44:23
  know.
• 44:23
  Yes.
• 44:23
  Yeah.
• 44:23
  I
• 44:23
  mean,
• 44:24
  yeah.
• 44:24
  And
• 44:25
  that
• 44:25
  was
• 44:25
  the
• 44:25
  thing,
• 44:25
  too,
• 44:25
  is
• 44:26
  like,
• 44:26
  yes,
• 44:26
  he
• 44:26
  had
• 44:26
  done
• 44:27
  movies
• 44:27
  before.
• 44:27
  He
• 44:28
  had
• 44:28
  done
• 44:28
  Serenity,
• 44:29
  but
• 44:29
  he
• 44:29
  came
• 44:29
  mainly
• 44:30
  from
• 44:30
  his
• 44:30
  TV
• 44:30
  background.
• 44:31
  And
• 44:32
  any.
• 44:32
  Any
• 44:32
  idea,
• 44:33
  you
• 44:33
  know,
• 44:33
  re
• 44:33
  watching
• 44:34
  this,
• 44:34
  too?
• 44:35
  I.
• 44:35
  It
• 44:35
  is
• 44:36
  interesting
• 44:36
  the
• 44:37
  way
• 44:37
  the
• 44:37
  story
• 44:37
  is
• 44:37
  structured.
• 44:38
  It's
• 44:38
  so
• 44:38
  him.
• 44:39
  And
• 44:39
  it
• 44:39
  also
• 44:39
  is,
• 44:40
  in
• 44:40
  many
• 44:41
  ways,
• 44:41
  it
• 44:41
  feels
• 44:42
  structured
• 44:42
  like
• 44:43
  a
• 44:43
  season
• 44:43
  of
• 44:43
  tv.
• 44:44
  But
• 44:45
  it
• 44:45
  works.
• 44:46
  And
• 44:46
  it's.
• 44:46
  Yeah,
• 44:47
  because,
• 44:47
  I
• 44:47
  mean,
• 44:47
  even
• 44:48
  you
• 44:48
  could
• 44:48
  break
• 44:48
  it
• 44:48
  up
• 44:48
  in
• 44:49
  ep.
• 44:49
  It's
• 44:49
  like
• 44:49
  the
• 44:49
  first
• 44:50
  episode,
• 44:50
  you
• 44:50
  could
• 44:50
  have
• 44:51
  the
• 44:51
  intro
• 44:52
  with,
• 44:52
  you
• 44:52
  know,
• 44:52
  Loki's
• 44:53
  attack
• 44:53
  and
• 44:54
  unshield
• 44:55
  and
• 44:55
  then
• 44:55
  starting
• 44:56
  and
• 44:56
  then,
• 44:56
  you
• 44:56
  know,
• 44:56
  the
• 44:56
  first
• 44:57
  hour
• 44:57
  being
• 44:57
  them
• 44:57
  kind
• 44:58
  of
• 44:58
  assembling,
• 44:59
  and
• 44:59
  then
• 45:00
  the
• 45:00
  second
• 45:00
  being
• 45:01
  them
• 45:02
  kind
• 45:02
  of
• 45:02
  working
• 45:02
  together
• 45:02
  and
• 45:03
  so
• 45:03
  on
• 45:03
  and
• 45:03
  so
• 45:03
  forth.
• 45:04
  But,
• 45:04
  like.
• 45:04
  But
• 45:05
  it
• 45:05
  still
• 45:05
  works
• 45:05
  as
• 45:06
  a
• 45:06
  movie.
• 45:06
  And
• 45:06
  I
• 45:06
  mean,
• 45:06
  it
• 45:07
  has
• 45:07
  all
• 45:07
  the
• 45:07
  blockbuster
• 45:08
  spectacle.
• 45:09
  It's
• 45:09
  just.
• 45:09
  This
• 45:10
  is
• 45:10
  clearly.
• 45:10
  It's
• 45:11
  a
• 45:11
  script
• 45:11
  in
• 45:11
  a
• 45:12
  direction
• 45:13
  that
• 45:13
  very
• 45:13
  much
• 45:14
  understands
• 45:14
  these
• 45:15
  characters.
• 45:15
  It,
• 45:16
  you
• 45:16
  know,
• 45:17
  like,
• 45:17
  it
• 45:17
  puts
• 45:17
  them
• 45:18
  together
• 45:18
  in
• 45:18
  natural
• 45:19
  scenarios.
• 45:19
  I
• 45:19
  mean,
• 45:20
  the
• 45:20
  first
• 45:21
  time
• 45:21
  Iron
• 45:22
  Man,
• 45:23
  Thor
• 45:23
  and
• 45:24
  Cap
• 45:26
  fight
• 45:26
  in
• 45:26
  the
• 45:26
  woods,
• 45:27
  there
• 45:27
  is
• 45:27
  just.
• 45:27
  You
• 45:28
  know,
• 45:28
  I
• 45:28
  even
• 45:28
  watched
• 45:28
  a
• 45:29
  screen
• 45:29
  Crush
• 45:29
  video
• 45:29
  recently
• 45:30
  about
• 45:30
  saying
• 45:30
  that
• 45:31
  that
• 45:31
  is
• 45:31
  like,
• 45:31
  one
• 45:32
  of
• 45:32
  the
• 45:32
  most
• 45:32
  important
• 45:32
  scenes
• 45:33
  in
• 45:33
  the
• 45:33
  mcu.
• 45:34
  Because,
• 45:34
  like.
• 45:35
  Yeah,
• 45:35
  yeah.
• 45:35
  Because,
• 45:36
  I
• 45:36
  mean,
• 45:36
  everything
• 45:37
  else
• 45:37
  that
• 45:37
  comes
• 45:37
  after
• 45:37
  that
• 45:38
  doesn't
• 45:38
  work
• 45:38
  without
• 45:39
  that
• 45:40
  dynamic
• 45:40
  there.
• 45:41
  But,
• 45:42
  yeah,
• 45:42
  it's
• 45:42
  just.
• 45:42
  I
• 45:43
  mean,
• 45:43
  it
• 45:43
  keeps
• 45:43
  you
• 45:44
  engaged.
• 45:45
  It
• 45:45
  was
• 45:45
  one
• 45:45
  of
• 45:46
  the
• 45:46
  best
• 45:46
  theatrical
• 45:46
  experiences
• 45:47
  I
• 45:47
  had
• 45:47
  had
• 45:47
  in
• 45:48
  my
• 45:48
  life
• 45:48
  up
• 45:48
  until
• 45:48
  that
• 45:49
  point.
• 45:49
  And
• 45:50
  still,
• 45:50
  I
• 45:50
  look
• 45:50
  back
• 45:51
  finally
• 45:51
  on.
• 45:51
  Yeah,
• 45:52
  I
• 45:52
  still
• 45:52
  don't
• 45:52
  like
• 45:53
  a
• 45:53
  Captain
• 45:53
  America
• 45:54
  suit
• 45:54
  in
• 45:54
  this.
• 45:55
  It's
• 45:55
  so
• 45:55
  tacky.
• 45:58
  It's
• 45:58
  a
• 45:58
  little
• 45:58
  over
• 45:58
  top.
• 45:59
  Yeah,
• 45:59
  Yeah.
• 45:59
  I
• 46:00
  still.
• 46:00
  I
• 46:00
  agree.
• 46:01
  It
• 46:01
  got.
• 46:01
  It
• 46:02
  got
• 46:02
  better
• 46:02
  as
• 46:02
  it
• 46:02
  went
• 46:02
  along.
• 46:06
  Yes,
• 46:06
  Yes.
• 46:06
  I
• 46:07
  was
• 46:07
  waiting
• 46:07
  for
• 46:07
  them
• 46:08
  to.
• 46:09
  To.
• 46:10
  To
• 46:10
  do
• 46:10
  something
• 46:11
  with
• 46:11
  the
• 46:11
  Hulk
• 46:11
  and
• 46:11
  I.
• 46:12
  And,
• 46:13
  like,
• 46:13
  I
• 46:13
  knew
• 46:14
  why
• 46:14
  they
• 46:15
  couldn't
• 46:15
  do
• 46:16
  his
• 46:17
  own
• 46:17
  film,
• 46:17
  so
• 46:18
  I
• 46:18
  was
• 46:18
  excited.
• 46:19
  And
• 46:19
  they
• 46:19
  just
• 46:20
  blended
• 46:20
  it
• 46:21
  so
• 46:21
  smoothly
• 46:21
  into
• 46:21
  this
• 46:22
  plot.
• 46:23
  And
• 46:23
  that
• 46:24
  was
• 46:24
  the
• 46:24
  thing,
• 46:24
  like,
• 46:24
  when
• 46:24
  doing
• 46:25
  this
• 46:25
  series.
• 46:25
  And
• 46:25
  I
• 46:25
  was
• 46:26
  talking.
• 46:26
  I
• 46:26
  said
• 46:26
  earlier
• 46:27
  that,
• 46:27
  like,
• 46:27
  I
• 46:28
  actually,
• 46:28
  like,
• 46:28
  enjoyed
• 46:29
  Incredible
• 46:29
  Hulk
• 46:30
  more
• 46:30
  on
• 46:30
  a
• 46:30
  re
• 46:30
  watch
• 46:31
  than
• 46:31
  I
• 46:32
  thought
• 46:32
  I
• 46:32
  might.
• 46:32
  But.
• 46:33
  But,
• 46:33
  you
• 46:33
  know,
• 46:33
  it
• 46:33
  still
• 46:34
  has
• 46:34
  its
• 46:34
  issues,
• 46:34
  of
• 46:34
  course,
• 46:35
  but,
• 46:35
  like.
• 46:35
  But
• 46:36
  I.
• 46:36
  You
• 46:36
  know,
• 46:36
  I
• 46:36
  still
• 46:36
  appreciate.
• 46:37
  But
• 46:37
  this
• 46:37
  one
• 46:37
  is,
• 46:38
  like,
• 46:38
  you
• 46:38
  know,
• 46:38
  I
• 46:38
  mean,
• 46:38
  no
• 46:39
  disrespect
• 46:39
  to
• 46:39
  Edward
• 46:40
  Norton,
• 46:40
  but
• 46:40
  it
• 46:40
  was
• 46:40
  just
• 46:40
  like
• 46:41
  when,
• 46:42
  you
• 46:42
  know,
• 46:42
  once
• 46:42
  he
• 46:43
  kind
• 46:43
  of
• 46:43
  fell
• 46:43
  out
• 46:43
  and
• 46:44
  they
• 46:44
  brought
• 46:44
  Mark
• 46:44
  Ruffalo
• 46:45
  in.
• 46:45
  Mark
• 46:45
  Ruffalo.
• 46:46
  Just
• 46:46
  wait.
• 46:46
  I
• 46:47
  mean,
• 46:47
  for
• 46:47
  him,
• 46:48
  like,
• 46:48
  this
• 46:48
  being
• 46:49
  his
• 46:49
  first
• 46:49
  time
• 46:50
  as
• 46:50
  Banner
• 46:50
  and
• 46:51
  Hulk,
• 46:51
  he
• 46:51
  absolutely
• 46:52
  nailed
• 46:52
  it.
• 46:52
  I
• 46:53
  love
• 46:53
  how.
• 46:54
  And
• 46:54
  that's
• 46:54
  something
• 46:55
  that
• 46:55
  it
• 46:55
  could
• 46:55
  have
• 46:55
  been.
• 46:56
  You
• 46:56
  know,
• 46:56
  he
• 46:56
  could
• 46:57
  have
• 46:57
  barely
• 46:57
  made
• 46:57
  appearances
• 46:58
  and
• 46:58
  just
• 46:58
  kind
• 46:58
  of
• 46:59
  been
• 46:59
  in
• 46:59
  the
• 46:59
  background.
• 46:59
  But
• 47:00
  I
• 47:00
  love
• 47:00
  what
• 47:00
  the
• 47:00
  script
• 47:01
  does
• 47:01
  with
• 47:02
  making
• 47:02
  him
• 47:02
  very
• 47:03
  integral
• 47:03
  to
• 47:03
  the
• 47:03
  story.
• 47:04
  And,
• 47:04
  you
• 47:04
  know,
• 47:05
  he
• 47:05
  steps
• 47:05
  right
• 47:05
  into
• 47:06
  the
• 47:06
  shoes
• 47:06
  of
• 47:06
  that
• 47:06
  character.
• 47:07
  You
• 47:08
  see
• 47:08
  his
• 47:09
  hesitancy
• 47:09
  to
• 47:09
  even
• 47:10
  be
• 47:10
  a
• 47:10
  part
• 47:10
  of
• 47:10
  this
• 47:10
  because
• 47:10
  he's
• 47:11
  just
• 47:11
  finally
• 47:12
  been
• 47:12
  getting
• 47:12
  the
• 47:12
  Hulk
• 47:13
  under
• 47:13
  control
• 47:13
  and
• 47:14
  he
• 47:14
  doesn't
• 47:14
  want
• 47:14
  to
• 47:14
  risk
• 47:14
  anything.
• 47:16
  And
• 47:16
  you
• 47:16
  know,
• 47:16
  and
• 47:16
  he's
• 47:17
  like
• 47:17
  very
• 47:18
  level
• 47:18
  headed
• 47:18
  but.
• 47:19
  But
• 47:19
  still
• 47:20
  the
• 47:20
  tensions
• 47:21
  are
• 47:21
  high.
• 47:21
  They're
• 47:21
  all
• 47:22
  butting
• 47:22
  heads
• 47:22
  with
• 47:22
  each
• 47:22
  other
• 47:23
  and
• 47:24
  it's
• 47:24
  like,
• 47:24
  yes,
• 47:25
  you
• 47:25
  know
• 47:25
  that
• 47:25
  it's
• 47:25
  gonna.
• 47:26
  He's
• 47:26
  relying
• 47:27
  on
• 47:27
  that
• 47:27
  and
• 47:28
  Right.
• 47:28
  And
• 47:29
  like.
• 47:29
  And
• 47:30
  very
• 47:30
  much
• 47:30
  all
• 47:30
  of
• 47:30
  that
• 47:31
  lays
• 47:31
  the
• 47:31
  groundwork
• 47:32
  for
• 47:32
  civil
• 47:33
  war
• 47:33
  later
• 47:33
  on.
• 47:34
  But,
• 47:35
  but
• 47:35
  still
• 47:35
  here
• 47:36
  you
• 47:36
  see
• 47:36
  all
• 47:36
  the
• 47:37
  banter,
• 47:37
  you
• 47:37
  see
• 47:37
  that
• 47:38
  this
• 47:38
  group
• 47:38
  of
• 47:39
  unlikely.
• 47:40
  And
• 47:40
  then.
• 47:40
  Yes.
• 47:41
  Oh,
• 47:41
  it's.
• 47:41
  Oh,
• 47:42
  it's
• 47:42
  just
• 47:42
  like.
• 47:42
  Yeah,
• 47:42
  like
• 47:45
  oh
• 47:45
  my
• 47:45
  gosh.
• 47:46
  Why
• 47:46
  that's
• 47:47
  the
• 47:47
  thing.
• 47:47
  Watching
• 47:47
  it
• 47:47
  now
• 47:48
  is
• 47:48
  like
• 47:48
  I
• 47:48
  can't
• 47:49
  watch
• 47:50
  all
• 47:50
  the
• 47:50
  memes.
• 47:51
  Yes.
• 47:52
  Oh
• 47:52
  my
• 47:52
  gosh.
• 47:53
  It's
• 47:53
  just
• 47:53
  like
• 47:54
  back
• 47:54
  then
• 47:54
  I
• 47:54
  don't
• 47:55
  think
• 47:55
  we
• 47:55
  like
• 47:55
  meme
• 47:56
  culture
• 47:56
  wasn't
• 47:57
  what
• 47:57
  it
• 47:57
  is
• 47:57
  today.
• 47:58
  And
• 47:58
  so
• 47:59
  like
• 47:59
  now
• 48:00
  like,
• 48:00
  I
• 48:00
  mean.
• 48:00
  Oh,
• 48:00
  watching.
• 48:01
  I
• 48:01
  mean
• 48:01
  even
• 48:01
  the
• 48:02
  scene
• 48:02
  when
• 48:03
  like
• 48:04
  Tony's
• 48:04
  in
• 48:05
  the
• 48:05
  background
• 48:05
  and
• 48:05
  does
• 48:05
  the
• 48:06
  like
• 48:06
  eye
• 48:06
  glare
• 48:07
  role.
• 48:07
  Yeah,
• 48:09
  like,
• 48:09
  I
• 48:09
  mean
• 48:09
  that's.
• 48:10
  I'm
• 48:10
  like,
• 48:10
  oh
• 48:10
  my
• 48:10
  gosh,
• 48:11
  there's
• 48:11
  a
• 48:11
  meme.
• 48:11
  There's
• 48:12
  a
• 48:12
  meme.
• 48:12
  There's
• 48:12
  a
• 48:12
  meme.
• 48:13
  Like,
• 48:13
  you
• 48:13
  know,
• 48:13
  and
• 48:13
  oh,
• 48:14
  that
• 48:14
  man
• 48:14
  is
• 48:14
  playing
• 48:14
  Galga.
• 48:15
  You
• 48:15
  know,
• 48:15
  I
• 48:15
  mean
• 48:16
  like
• 48:16
  all
• 48:16
  the
• 48:17
  things.
• 48:17
  That
• 48:18
  little
• 48:18
  thing
• 48:18
  that
• 48:18
  was
• 48:19
  here.
• 48:19
  Yes.
• 48:19
  And
• 48:20
  the
• 48:20
  whole
• 48:20
  Tony
• 48:20
  Stark
• 48:21
  like
• 48:21
  trying
• 48:22
  to
• 48:22
  close
• 48:22
  one
• 48:22
  eye
• 48:23
  to
• 48:23
  see
• 48:23
  how
• 48:23
  he
• 48:24
  drove
• 48:24
  the
• 48:24
  ship
• 48:24
  or
• 48:25
  whatever.
• 48:27
  Was
• 48:27
  it
• 48:27
  Tony
• 48:27
  story?
• 48:27
  Classic.
• 48:28
  Yeah.
• 48:29
  Yep,
• 48:29
  yep.
• 48:30
  And
• 48:30
  like
• 48:30
  when
• 48:31
  Tony
• 48:31
  and
• 48:31
  Steve
• 48:32
  like
• 48:32
  lay
• 48:32
  at
• 48:32
  each
• 48:32
  other
• 48:33
  and
• 48:33
  those
• 48:33
  are
• 48:34
  the
• 48:34
  like,
• 48:34
  you
• 48:34
  know,
• 48:34
  like,
• 48:35
  like
• 48:36
  that's
• 48:36
  been
• 48:36
  memed
• 48:36
  a
• 48:37
  thousand
• 48:37
  times.
• 48:37
  Like,
• 48:38
  oh,.
• 48:40
  I
• 48:40
  got
• 48:40
  that
• 48:41
  reference.
• 48:42
  That
• 48:43
  the.
• 48:44
  I
• 48:44
  understood
• 48:45
  that
• 48:45
  reference.
• 48:45
  Was
• 48:45
  that
• 48:46
  from
• 48:46
  this
• 48:46
  one
• 48:46
  or
• 48:46
  was
• 48:47
  it.
• 48:47
  Yes,
• 48:47
  yes,
• 48:48
  that
• 48:48
  was
• 48:48
  in
• 48:48
  this
• 48:49
  one
• 48:49
  way.
• 48:49
  When
• 48:50
  Steve
• 48:50
  says,
• 48:50
  I
• 48:50
  understand
• 48:51
  that
• 48:51
  reference.
• 48:51
  Yes.
• 48:52
  Because
• 48:53
  he's
• 48:53
  been
• 48:53
  clueless
• 48:53
  to
• 48:54
  so
• 48:54
  many.
• 48:54
  I
• 48:54
  remember
• 48:55
  my
• 48:55
  father
• 48:56
  in
• 48:56
  law,
• 48:56
  he
• 48:56
  loved
• 48:57
  how,
• 48:57
  how,
• 48:58
  how
• 48:58
  Captain
• 48:59
  America
• 48:59
  was,
• 48:59
  was
• 49:00
  treated.
• 49:01
  I
• 49:01
  remember
• 49:02
  when
• 49:02
  he
• 49:02
  said
• 49:03
  his
• 49:03
  line,
• 49:03
  he
• 49:03
  goes,
• 49:04
  ma',
• 49:04
  am,
• 49:04
  there's
• 49:05
  only
• 49:05
  one
• 49:05
  God
• 49:05
  and
• 49:06
  he
• 49:06
  doesn't
• 49:06
  dress
• 49:06
  like
• 49:06
  that.
• 49:07
  And
• 49:07
  he
• 49:07
  claps.
• 49:08
  He's
• 49:08
  like,
• 49:08
  yeah,.
• 49:10
  It's
• 49:11
  just
• 49:11
  so
• 49:11
  like
• 49:12
  they're
• 49:12
  so
• 49:13
  unabashedly
• 49:14
  themselves
• 49:14
  in
• 49:14
  this
• 49:14
  movie.
• 49:15
  There's
• 49:15
  no
• 49:16
  trying
• 49:16
  to
• 49:16
  like
• 49:16
  sugarcoat
• 49:17
  anything.
• 49:17
  They
• 49:17
  all
• 49:18
  shine.
• 49:18
  Yeah.
• 49:19
  It
• 49:19
  just
• 49:19
  lifted
• 49:20
  straight
• 49:20
  from
• 49:20
  the
• 49:20
  page
• 49:21
  of
• 49:21
  the
• 49:21
  comics.
• 49:21
  Hawkeye.
• 49:22
  That
• 49:22
  another
• 49:22
  one.
• 49:22
  It's
• 49:22
  like
• 49:23
  he
• 49:23
  was
• 49:23
  only
• 49:23
  in
• 49:24
  one
• 49:24
  scene
• 49:24
  in
• 49:24
  Thor
• 49:25
  and
• 49:25
  that
• 49:25
  was
• 49:25
  how
• 49:25
  it
• 49:26
  was
• 49:26
  introduced.
• 49:26
  And
• 49:27
  again
• 49:27
  this
• 49:27
  movie
• 49:28
  is
• 49:28
  such
• 49:28
  a
• 49:28
  juggling
• 49:28
  act
• 49:29
  for.
• 49:29
  And
• 49:29
  it's
• 49:30
  amazing
• 49:30
  it
• 49:30
  came
• 49:30
  to
• 49:30
  end
• 49:30
  like.
• 49:31
  And
• 49:31
  Fury
• 49:31
  has
• 49:32
  only
• 49:32
  had
• 49:32
  cameos
• 49:32
  at
• 49:33
  this
• 49:33
  point.
• 49:33
  Well,
• 49:33
  he
• 49:33
  has
• 49:34
  a
• 49:34
  little
• 49:34
  bigger
• 49:34
  role
• 49:34
  in
• 49:34
  Iron
• 49:35
  Man
• 49:35
  2.
• 49:35
  But
• 49:35
  still
• 49:36
  slate
• 49:36
  cameo
• 49:37
  and,
• 49:37
  like,
• 49:37
  they
• 49:37
  make
• 49:37
  him
• 49:38
  very
• 49:38
  integral
• 49:38
  to
• 49:38
  the
• 49:38
  story.
• 49:38
  They
• 49:39
  make
• 49:39
  Black
• 49:39
  Widow
• 49:39
  very
• 49:39
  integral.
• 49:40
  This
• 49:40
  was
• 49:40
  the
• 49:41
  first.
• 49:42
  Yeah,
• 49:42
  sorry,
• 49:42
  sorry.
• 49:43
  No,
• 49:43
  you're
• 49:43
  good.
• 49:44
  Go
• 49:44
  ahead.
• 49:45
  This
• 49:45
  was
• 49:46
  the
• 49:46
  first
• 49:46
  time,
• 49:46
  I
• 49:47
  think,
• 49:47
  for
• 49:47
  whatever
• 49:48
  reason,
• 49:48
  I
• 49:49
  found
• 49:49
  out
• 49:49
  that
• 49:50
  it
• 49:50
  was
• 49:50
  Kevin's
• 49:51
  feige
• 49:51
  behind
• 49:51
  all
• 49:52
  this,
• 49:52
  you
• 49:52
  know?
• 49:53
  Yeah,
• 49:53
  Yeah.
• 49:54
  I
• 49:54
  was
• 49:54
  like,
• 49:54
  oh,
• 49:55
  so
• 49:55
  he's
• 49:56
  been
• 49:56
  the
• 49:56
  one
• 49:56
  kind
• 49:57
  of
• 49:57
  behind
• 49:57
  all
• 49:57
  of
• 49:57
  this.
• 49:57
  Wow.
• 49:58
  And
• 49:58
  then
• 49:59
  I
• 49:59
  didn't
• 49:59
  know
• 50:00
  his
• 50:00
  history
• 50:00
  with
• 50:01
  the
• 50:01
  company
• 50:01
  and
• 50:01
  stuff
• 50:01
  like
• 50:01
  that,
• 50:02
  so.
• 50:02
  Right,
• 50:03
  right.
• 50:04
  And
• 50:04
  this
• 50:04
  just
• 50:05
  shows
• 50:05
  the.
• 50:06
  Like,
• 50:06
  I
• 50:07
  mean,
• 50:07
  yes,
• 50:07
  he
• 50:07
  was
• 50:07
  the
• 50:08
  main
• 50:08
  architect,
• 50:08
  and
• 50:08
  then
• 50:09
  you
• 50:09
  had
• 50:09
  all
• 50:09
  these
• 50:09
  other
• 50:09
  creators,
• 50:10
  like,
• 50:10
  you
• 50:10
  know,
• 50:11
  and,
• 50:11
  like.
• 50:11
  And
• 50:12
  I
• 50:12
  mean,
• 50:13
  people,
• 50:13
  like,
• 50:14
  forget
• 50:15
  that.
• 50:15
  Like,
• 50:15
  they
• 50:16
  did
• 50:16
  not
• 50:16
  have
• 50:16
  this
• 50:17
  massive
• 50:17
  plan
• 50:17
  from
• 50:17
  the
• 50:18
  beginning.
• 50:18
  Like,
• 50:18
  they
• 50:18
  were
• 50:18
  still.
• 50:19
  Right,
• 50:19
  you
• 50:19
  know,
• 50:19
  kind
• 50:19
  of
• 50:20
  like,
• 50:20
  are,
• 50:20
  you
• 50:20
  know,
• 50:21
  drawing
• 50:21
  it
• 50:21
  up
• 50:21
  as
• 50:21
  they
• 50:22
  went
• 50:22
  along.
• 50:22
  Contrary.
• 50:23
  Still
• 50:23
  popular
• 50:24
  belief
• 50:24
  now
• 50:25
  it's
• 50:25
  like,
• 50:26
  kids,
• 50:26
  you
• 50:26
  have
• 50:27
  no
• 50:27
  idea.
• 50:28
  Like,
• 50:28
  come
• 50:28
  on.
• 50:28
  They
• 50:29
  did
• 50:29
  not
• 50:29
  have
• 50:29
  the
• 50:29
  Infinity
• 50:30
  Saga
• 50:30
  mapped
• 50:30
  out
• 50:31
  for
• 50:31
  years
• 50:32
  and
• 50:32
  years,
• 50:32
  but.
• 50:33
  But
• 50:33
  still,
• 50:34
  they
• 50:34
  made
• 50:34
  it
• 50:34
  all
• 50:34
  work
• 50:35
  here
• 50:35
  and
• 50:35
  it.
• 50:35
  It
• 50:35
  came
• 50:36
  out.
• 50:36
  What
• 50:36
  was
• 50:37
  the
• 50:37
  next
• 50:37
  movie
• 50:38
  after
• 50:38
  this?
• 50:39
  Yeah,
• 50:39
  so
• 50:39
  there's
• 50:40
  a
• 50:40
  break.
• 50:40
  And
• 50:40
  then
• 50:40
  it
• 50:40
  was
• 50:41
  Iron
• 50:41
  Man
• 50:41
  3.
• 50:42
  Oh,
• 50:42
  was
• 50:42
  it?
• 50:42
  Okay.
• 50:43
  Okay.
• 50:43
  Yeah.
• 50:44
  So.
• 50:44
  Because
• 50:44
  at
• 50:45
  this
• 50:45
  point,
• 50:45
  like,
• 50:45
  this
• 50:46
  was
• 50:46
  the
• 50:46
  only
• 50:46
  movie
• 50:47
  in
• 50:47
  2012.
• 50:47
  Iron
• 50:48
  Man
• 50:48
  3
• 50:48
  was
• 50:48
  not
• 50:48
  until
• 50:49
  fall
• 50:50
  of
• 50:50
  2013.
• 50:51
  So
• 50:51
  this
• 50:51
  was
• 50:51
  a
• 50:52
  time
• 50:52
  when,
• 50:52
  like,
• 50:53
  there
• 50:53
  was,
• 50:53
  like,
• 50:54
  it
• 50:54
  was
• 50:54
  not
• 50:54
  like
• 50:55
  they
• 50:55
  were
• 50:55
  putting
• 50:55
  out
• 50:56
  a
• 50:56
  movie,
• 50:56
  like,
• 50:57
  every
• 50:58
  few
• 50:58
  months
• 50:58
  like
• 50:59
  they
• 50:59
  do
• 50:59
  now.
• 50:59
  Like,
• 50:59
  I
• 51:00
  mean,
• 51:00
  well,
• 51:00
  of
• 51:00
  course
• 51:00
  now
• 51:00
  it
• 51:01
  slowed
• 51:01
  down
• 51:01
  a
• 51:01
  little
• 51:01
  bit,
• 51:01
  but,
• 51:01
  like.
• 51:02
  And
• 51:02
  there
• 51:02
  was
• 51:02
  that
• 51:02
  build
• 51:03
  up
• 51:03
  in
• 51:03
  the
• 51:03
  anticipation.
• 51:04
  But,
• 51:05
  yeah,
• 51:05
  there
• 51:05
  was
• 51:05
  a
• 51:05
  big
• 51:06
  gap
• 51:06
  between
• 51:07
  this
• 51:07
  and
• 51:07
  then.
• 51:08
  Yeah,
• 51:08
  they
• 51:09
  just
• 51:09
  kind
• 51:09
  of
• 51:10
  rolled
• 51:10
  the
• 51:10
  dice
• 51:10
  with.
• 51:11
  With
• 51:11
  Thanos
• 51:12
  at
• 51:12
  the
• 51:12
  end
• 51:12
  of
• 51:13
  this
• 51:13
  one,
• 51:13
  because
• 51:13
  I
• 51:14
  remember
• 51:14
  hearing,
• 51:14
  like,
• 51:15
  they
• 51:15
  didn't
• 51:15
  know
• 51:16
  kind
• 51:16
  of
• 51:16
  where
• 51:16
  they
• 51:16
  wanted
• 51:17
  to
• 51:17
  go.
• 51:17
  But
• 51:17
  yeah,
• 51:18
  no.
• 51:18
  Yeah.
• 51:19
  And
• 51:19
  it's
• 51:19
  like
• 51:19
  they.
• 51:20
  It's
• 51:20
  like
• 51:20
  they'd
• 51:21
  had
• 51:21
  Infinity
• 51:22
  Stones
• 51:22
  planet.
• 51:22
  But,
• 51:22
  yeah,
• 51:23
  absolutely.
• 51:23
  They
• 51:23
  did
• 51:23
  not
• 51:24
  have
• 51:24
  this
• 51:24
  big,
• 51:25
  you
• 51:25
  know,
• 51:25
  end
• 51:25
  game
• 51:25
  plan
• 51:26
  yet.
• 51:27
  So
• 51:27
  that.
• 51:27
  Yeah,
• 51:28
  but.
• 51:28
  But
• 51:28
  they
• 51:28
  dropped
• 51:29
  that.
• 51:29
  And
• 51:29
  I
• 51:29
  still
• 51:29
  remember
• 51:30
  that
• 51:30
  reaction
• 51:30
  of
• 51:31
  like,
• 51:31
  you
• 51:31
  know,
• 51:31
  everyone's
• 51:32
  like,
• 51:32
  oh,
• 51:32
  my
• 51:32
  gosh,
• 51:33
  like,
• 51:33
  they're
• 51:33
  being
• 51:33
  Thanos.
• 51:34
  They're
• 51:34
  like,
• 51:34
  that
• 51:35
  was.
• 51:35
  I
• 51:35
  didn't
• 51:36
  know
• 51:36
  who
• 51:36
  Thanos
• 51:36
  was.
• 51:37
  Right,
• 51:37
  right.
• 51:38
  I
• 51:38
  thought
• 51:38
  it
• 51:38
  was.
• 51:40
  I
• 51:40
  forgot
• 51:40
  who
• 51:40
  that
• 51:41
  was,
• 51:41
  but
• 51:42
  Some
• 51:42
  sort
• 51:42
  of
• 51:42
  meme
• 51:42
  or
• 51:43
  something.
• 51:43
  But
• 51:43
  yeah,
• 51:44
  yeah,
• 51:44
  yeah,
• 51:44
  yeah,
• 51:45
  yeah.
• 51:45
  But,
• 51:46
  yeah,
• 51:46
  but
• 51:46
  there's
• 51:47
  just
• 51:47
  so
• 51:47
  much
• 51:47
  of
• 51:47
  this
• 51:47
  movie.
• 51:48
  It
• 51:48
  still
• 51:48
  holds
• 51:48
  up.
• 51:49
  I
• 51:49
  mean,
• 51:49
  yes,
• 51:50
  there
• 51:50
  are
• 51:50
  better
• 51:50
  MCU
• 51:51
  movies,
• 51:51
  I
• 51:51
  think
• 51:51
  now,
• 51:52
  but
• 51:53
  in
• 51:53
  terms
• 51:53
  of
• 51:53
  just
• 51:53
  the
• 51:54
  magnitude
• 51:54
  of
• 51:55
  what
• 51:55
  this
• 51:55
  was
• 51:55
  and
• 51:55
  what
• 51:55
  it
• 51:56
  Meant
• 51:56
  when
• 51:56
  it
• 51:56
  came
• 51:56
  out,
• 51:57
  we
• 51:57
  just
• 51:57
  never
• 51:58
  thought,
• 51:58
  like,
• 51:58
  wow,
• 51:59
  they
• 51:59
  would
• 51:59
  do
• 51:59
  an
• 51:59
  Avengers
• 52:00
  movie
• 52:00
  like
• 52:00
  this
• 52:00
  or
• 52:01
  a
• 52:01
  Justice
• 52:01
  League
• 52:01
  or
• 52:01
  anything
• 52:02
  like
• 52:02
  that.
• 52:02
  And
• 52:02
  they
• 52:02
  were
• 52:02
  so
• 52:03
  creative.
• 52:03
  And
• 52:04
  they
• 52:04
  battled
• 52:05
  the
• 52:05
  Battle
• 52:05
  of
• 52:05
  New
• 52:06
  York.
• 52:06
  Like,
• 52:07
  yes.
• 52:08
  The
• 52:08
  whole
• 52:08
  thing
• 52:08
  with,
• 52:09
  like,
• 52:10
  Iron
• 52:10
  man
• 52:10
  kind
• 52:11
  of
• 52:11
  bouncing
• 52:11
  it
• 52:11
  off
• 52:12
  of
• 52:12
  Cap's
• 52:14
  shield
• 52:14
  and
• 52:14
  stuff
• 52:15
  like
• 52:15
  that.
• 52:15
  Yes,
• 52:15
  yes.
• 52:16
  And
• 52:16
  the
• 52:16
  Hulk
• 52:17
  and
• 52:17
  the
• 52:17
  way
• 52:17
  he
• 52:17
  was,
• 52:18
  like,
• 52:18
  kind
• 52:18
  of
• 52:18
  struggling
• 52:19
  through
• 52:19
  the
• 52:19
  battle
• 52:20
  and
• 52:20
  they
• 52:20
  were.
• 52:22
  It
• 52:22
  kind
• 52:22
  of
• 52:22
  like,
• 52:25
  it
• 52:25
  kind
• 52:25
  of
• 52:25
  makes
• 52:25
  me
• 52:25
  think
• 52:26
  of
• 52:26
  the
• 52:27
  final
• 52:27
  battle
• 52:27
  at
• 52:28
  Of
• 52:29
  Return
• 52:29
  of
• 52:29
  the
• 52:29
  Jedi
• 52:30
  that
• 52:30
  there
• 52:30
  were
• 52:31
  so
• 52:31
  many
• 52:31
  moving
• 52:31
  pieces
• 52:31
  going
• 52:32
  on,
• 52:33
  and
• 52:33
  they.
• 52:34
  And
• 52:34
  they
• 52:34
  just
• 52:34
  kind.
• 52:35
  And
• 52:35
  they
• 52:35
  kind
• 52:35
  of
• 52:35
  cut
• 52:36
  it.
• 52:36
  They
• 52:36
  just
• 52:37
  kind
• 52:37
  of
• 52:37
  put
• 52:37
  it
• 52:37
  together
• 52:37
  so
• 52:38
  well.
• 52:38
  So
• 52:39
  well.
• 52:39
  Yeah.
• 52:39
  Yep.
• 52:40
  Yep.
• 52:40
  Oh,
• 52:41
  and
• 52:41
  like,
• 52:41
  Black
• 52:41
  Widow
• 52:43
  bouncing
• 52:43
  off
• 52:43
  Cap
• 52:44
  SHIELD
• 52:44
  and
• 52:44
  jumping
• 52:45
  onto
• 52:45
  a
• 52:45
  Shitari
• 52:46
  cruiser,
• 52:47
  like,
• 52:47
  all
• 52:47
  that,
• 52:48
  you
• 52:48
  know,
• 52:48
  Like,
• 52:48
  I
• 52:48
  mean,
• 52:49
  there's
• 52:49
  this,
• 52:49
  so.
• 52:49
  And
• 52:50
  of
• 52:50
  course,
• 52:50
  you
• 52:50
  know,
• 52:50
  the.
• 52:51
  The
• 52:51
  iconic
• 52:51
  tracking
• 52:52
  shot.
• 52:52
  You
• 52:53
  know,
• 52:53
  you'll
• 52:53
  never
• 52:53
  forget
• 52:54
  the
• 52:54
  first
• 52:54
  time
• 52:54
  you
• 52:54
  saw
• 52:55
  that
• 52:55
  with
• 52:55
  the
• 52:55
  Alan
• 52:56
  Silvestri
• 52:56
  score
• 52:57
  pulsating
• 52:58
  in
• 52:58
  your
• 52:58
  ears.
• 52:59
  It
• 52:59
  was
• 52:59
  just
• 52:59
  awesome.
• 53:00
  Yeah.
• 53:00
  Oh,
• 53:00
  and
• 53:01
  the
• 53:01
  whole.
• 53:04
  This
• 53:04
  is
• 53:05
  where
• 53:05
  the
• 53:05
  Hulk
• 53:06
  and
• 53:06
  a
• 53:06
  Thor
• 53:07
  kind
• 53:07
  of
• 53:07
  had
• 53:07
  their.
• 53:08
  They
• 53:09
  do
• 53:09
  have
• 53:09
  their.
• 53:09
  Yep.
• 53:10
  They're
• 53:10
  the
• 53:10
  little
• 53:10
  buddy
• 53:11
  cop.
• 53:11
  Yeah,
• 53:12
  yeah,
• 53:13
  yeah,
• 53:13
  yeah.
• 53:15
  Oh,
• 53:15
  and,
• 53:15
  like.
• 53:15
  And.
• 53:15
  Yeah.
• 53:16
  And.
• 53:17
  And,
• 53:17
  oh,
• 53:17
  and
• 53:17
  we
• 53:18
  have
• 53:18
  the
• 53:18
  fun.
• 53:18
  I
• 53:18
  mean,
• 53:18
  I
• 53:19
  still
• 53:19
  remember
• 53:19
  the
• 53:19
  laughter
• 53:20
  that
• 53:20
  ensued
• 53:20
  when
• 53:21
  Hulk
• 53:21
  smashes
• 53:22
  Loki
• 53:22
  to
• 53:22
  pieces
• 53:23
  after
• 53:23
  somebody's,
• 53:24
  like,
• 53:24
  so
• 53:24
  funny.
• 53:25
  Puny.
• 53:26
  God.
• 53:26
  Yeah.
• 53:27
  Like,
• 53:27
  oh.
• 53:28
  Oh.
• 53:28
  I
• 53:28
  could
• 53:28
  not
• 53:29
  believe
• 53:29
  it.
• 53:29
  I
• 53:29
  was
• 53:29
  like,
• 53:29
  that's
• 53:30
  hilarious.
• 53:31
  First
• 53:31
  thing
• 53:31
  doing.
• 53:31
  I
• 53:32
  thought.
• 53:32
  I
• 53:32
  thought
• 53:32
  they
• 53:32
  were
• 53:32
  gonna
• 53:33
  go
• 53:33
  through
• 53:33
  the
• 53:33
  floor.
• 53:34
  It's
• 53:34
  like.
• 53:35
  Right.
• 53:36
  But
• 53:36
  I
• 53:37
  was
• 53:37
  like,
• 53:37
  oh,
• 53:37
  I
• 53:37
  know.
• 53:37
  Right?
• 53:39
  Yeah.
• 53:41
  Ah,
• 53:41
  but
• 53:41
  there's
• 53:41
  just
• 53:41
  so
• 53:42
  much
• 53:42
  about
• 53:42
  this
• 53:42
  one
• 53:43
  that,
• 53:43
  like.
• 53:43
  Yeah,
• 53:43
  it's.
• 53:43
  The
• 53:44
  whole
• 53:45
  Battle
• 53:45
  of
• 53:45
  New
• 53:46
  York
• 53:46
  was
• 53:46
  such
• 53:47
  a
• 53:47
  pivotal
• 53:48
  plot
• 53:48
  for
• 53:48
  the
• 53:49
  whole
• 53:49
  rest
• 53:49
  of
• 53:50
  the.
• 53:52
  For,
• 53:52
  like,
• 53:52
  probably
• 53:53
  good
• 53:53
  10
• 53:53
  movies
• 53:53
  after
• 53:54
  that.
• 53:54
  You
• 53:54
  know,
• 53:54
  it's
• 53:55
  like.
• 53:55
  Yeah,
• 53:55
  absolutely.
• 53:56
  It
• 53:56
  was
• 53:57
  a
• 53:57
  part
• 53:57
  of
• 53:57
  the
• 53:57
  whole
• 53:58
  storyline.
• 53:59
  And
• 53:59
  even
• 53:59
  in
• 53:59
  the,
• 54:00
  like,
• 54:00
  in
• 54:00
  the
• 54:00
  Netflix
• 54:01
  Marvel
• 54:02
  shows,
• 54:02
  they
• 54:02
  have.
• 54:02
  Maybe
• 54:03
  they.
• 54:03
  You
• 54:03
  know,
• 54:03
  they
• 54:03
  have
• 54:04
  the.
• 54:04
  Ben
• 54:04
  Yurik
• 54:05
  has
• 54:05
  the
• 54:05
  paper,
• 54:05
  the
• 54:05
  newspaper
• 54:06
  with
• 54:06
  the.
• 54:07
  The
• 54:07
  headline
• 54:07
  he
• 54:08
  wrote,
• 54:08
  you
• 54:08
  know,
• 54:08
  I
• 54:08
  mean.
• 54:09
  Yeah,
• 54:10
  all
• 54:10
  that.
• 54:10
  So
• 54:11
  it's.
• 54:11
  This
• 54:11
  was
• 54:12
  just
• 54:12
  a
• 54:12
  gargantuan.
• 54:13
  It's
• 54:13
  like,
• 54:13
  we.
• 54:13
  You
• 54:13
  know,
• 54:14
  I
• 54:14
  think
• 54:14
  if,
• 54:14
  like,
• 54:15
  you
• 54:15
  have
• 54:16
  new
• 54:16
  MCU
• 54:17
  fans
• 54:17
  coming
• 54:17
  to,
• 54:18
  you
• 54:18
  know,
• 54:18
  like,
• 54:18
  younger
• 54:18
  generations
• 54:19
  watching
• 54:19
  these
• 54:19
  now.
• 54:20
  Like,
• 54:20
  it's
• 54:21
  like,
• 54:21
  hey,
• 54:21
  there
• 54:22
  was
• 54:22
  a
• 54:22
  time
• 54:22
  where,
• 54:22
  like,
• 54:23
  this
• 54:23
  was
• 54:23
  just
• 54:23
  a
• 54:23
  huge
• 54:24
  deal
• 54:24
  for
• 54:25
  all
• 54:25
  these
• 54:26
  characters
• 54:26
  to
• 54:26
  come
• 54:26
  together,
• 54:27
  and
• 54:27
  there's
• 54:28
  never
• 54:28
  gonna
• 54:28
  be
• 54:28
  something
• 54:28
  quite
• 54:29
  like
• 54:29
  it.
• 54:29
  You
• 54:30
  know,
• 54:30
  just
• 54:30
  not
• 54:31
  for
• 54:31
  the
• 54:31
  nerds,
• 54:31
  too.
• 54:32
  It
• 54:32
  was.
• 54:32
  Right,
• 54:33
  Right.
• 54:33
  Huge.
• 54:34
  Like
• 54:34
  my.
• 54:35
  Oh,
• 54:36
  my
• 54:37
  dad
• 54:37
  and.
• 54:37
  Yep,
• 54:38
  yep.
• 54:39
  My
• 54:39
  dad
• 54:39
  told
• 54:39
  me
• 54:39
  stories
• 54:40
  that
• 54:40
  they
• 54:41
  were
• 54:41
  talking
• 54:41
  about
• 54:41
  it
• 54:41
  at
• 54:42
  work
• 54:42
  and
• 54:42
  stuff.
• 54:42
  Like,
• 54:43
  it's
• 54:43
  wild.
• 54:44
  It
• 54:44
  was
• 54:44
  wild.
• 54:45
  It
• 54:45
  was
• 54:45
  just
• 54:46
  this
• 54:46
  pop
• 54:46
  culture
• 54:46
  juggernaut
• 54:47
  that
• 54:47
  you
• 54:47
  had
• 54:47
  to
• 54:48
  be
• 54:48
  a
• 54:48
  part
• 54:48
  of.
• 54:48
  And,
• 54:48
  you
• 54:49
  know,
• 54:49
  and.
• 54:49
  And
• 54:49
  I
• 54:49
  think
• 54:50
  now
• 54:50
  it's
• 54:50
  like
• 54:50
  the
• 54:51
  MCU
• 54:51
  was
• 54:51
  kind
• 54:51
  of,
• 54:51
  you
• 54:51
  know,
• 54:51
  we'll
• 54:52
  see.
• 54:52
  I'm
• 54:52
  really
• 54:52
  curious
• 54:52
  what
• 54:53
  will
• 54:53
  happen
• 54:53
  with
• 54:54
  Doomsday
• 54:54
  is
• 54:54
  it's
• 54:54
  gonna
• 54:55
  have
• 54:55
  that
• 54:55
  effect,
• 54:55
  but.
• 54:56
  Oh,
• 54:57
  at
• 54:57
  that
• 54:57
  time,
• 54:58
  it
• 54:58
  was
• 54:58
  like,
• 54:58
  yeah,
• 54:58
  you
• 54:58
  couldn't
• 54:59
  go
• 54:59
  to
• 54:59
  work
• 54:59
  or
• 54:59
  school
• 55:00
  if
• 55:00
  you
• 55:00
  hadn't
• 55:00
  seen
• 55:01
  the
• 55:01
  latest
• 55:01
  movie.
• 55:02
  You
• 55:02
  had
• 55:02
  to,
• 55:02
  you
• 55:02
  know,
• 55:03
  be
• 55:03
  in
• 55:03
  tune
• 55:03
  with
• 55:04
  the
• 55:04
  conversation.
• 55:04
  I
• 55:04
  remember
• 55:06
  this
• 55:06
  was
• 55:06
  where
• 55:08
  Dark
• 55:08
  Knight
• 55:08
  Rises
• 55:09
  was
• 55:09
  that
• 55:09
  you
• 55:09
  said.
• 55:11
  It
• 55:12
  was
• 55:12
  about.
• 55:12
  About
• 55:13
  two
• 55:13
  months
• 55:13
  later.
• 55:14
  Yeah,
• 55:14
  yeah.
• 55:15
  I
• 55:15
  remember
• 55:15
  going.
• 55:16
  Because
• 55:17
  I
• 55:17
  remember
• 55:18
  I
• 55:19
  wanted
• 55:19
  to
• 55:19
  see
• 55:21
  this
• 55:22
  Avengers
• 55:23
  more
• 55:23
  times
• 55:24
  than
• 55:24
  I
• 55:24
  saw
• 55:25
  Batman
• 55:25
  because
• 55:26
  I
• 55:26
  didn't
• 55:27
  like
• 55:27
  how
• 55:27
  Batman
• 55:28
  finished.
• 55:30
  Right,
• 55:30
  right,
• 55:30
  right.
• 55:30
  That's
• 55:31
  fair.
• 55:31
  I
• 55:31
  was
• 55:31
  kind
• 55:31
  of
• 55:31
  like
• 55:32
  trying
• 55:33
  tooth
• 55:34
  ticket
• 55:34
  to
• 55:34
  the
• 55:34
  man.
• 55:36
  No,
• 55:37
  that's
• 55:37
  fair.
• 55:37
  I
• 55:37
  mean,
• 55:37
  like,
• 55:38
  you
• 55:38
  know,
• 55:38
  like,
• 55:39
  oh,
• 55:39
  I
• 55:39
  could
• 55:39
  do
• 55:39
  a
• 55:39
  whole
• 55:40
  episode.
• 55:40
  I
• 55:40
  saw
• 55:40
  this
• 55:40
  probably
• 55:40
  like
• 55:41
  three
• 55:41
  or.
• 55:41
  Four
• 55:42
  times
• 55:43
  and
• 55:43
  I
• 55:43
  think.
• 55:44
  So
• 55:44
  Dark
• 55:44
  Knight
• 55:44
  Rises
• 55:45
  maybe
• 55:45
  just
• 55:45
  twice
• 55:46
  or
• 55:46
  something
• 55:46
  like
• 55:46
  that.
• 55:46
  Yeah,
• 55:47
  yeah,
• 55:47
  yeah,
• 55:48
  yeah.
• 55:49
  Anyway,
• 55:49
  Amazing
• 55:50
  Spider
• 55:50
  man
• 55:50
  was
• 55:51
  that
• 55:51
  year
• 55:51
  as
• 55:51
  well,
• 55:51
  so
• 55:51
  it
• 55:51
  was.
• 55:52
  Was
• 55:52
  it
• 55:52
  really?
• 55:53
  Yeah,
• 55:53
  I
• 55:53
  don't
• 55:53
  think
• 55:54
  I
• 55:55
  saw
• 55:55
  it
• 55:55
  then,
• 55:55
  though.
• 55:56
  I
• 55:56
  don't
• 55:56
  think
• 55:56
  I
• 55:57
  did.
• 55:57
  Yeah.
• 55:57
  Oh,
• 55:58
  possibly.
• 55:58
  It
• 55:59
  was
• 55:59
  quite
• 55:59
  the
• 55:59
  year.
• 55:59
  Cool,
• 56:00
  man,
• 56:00
  cool.
• 56:00
  But,
• 56:01
  yeah,
• 56:02
  well,
• 56:03
  they're
• 56:03
  not
• 56:03
  the
• 56:04
  Avengers.
• 56:04
  And
• 56:05
  Evan,
• 56:05
  before
• 56:05
  we
• 56:06
  go.
• 56:06
  So
• 56:07
  if
• 56:07
  you
• 56:07
  had
• 56:07
  to
• 56:08
  rank
• 56:08
  all
• 56:08
  three
• 56:08
  of
• 56:09
  these
• 56:09
  movies,
• 56:10
  you
• 56:10
  know,
• 56:10
  I.
• 56:10
  I
• 56:10
  mind,
• 56:11
  but.
• 56:11
  But
• 56:11
  what
• 56:11
  would
• 56:12
  you
• 56:12
  put
• 56:12
  in
• 56:12
  terms
• 56:12
  of
• 56:14
  top
• 56:14
  or
• 56:14
  if
• 56:15
  you.
• 56:15
  I
• 56:15
  don't
• 56:15
  know,
• 56:15
  if
• 56:15
  you
• 56:15
  want
• 56:15
  to
• 56:16
  do
• 56:16
  maybe
• 56:16
  number
• 56:17
  three.
• 56:17
  Number
• 56:17
  two.
• 56:17
  Number
• 56:18
  one.
• 56:18
  Number
• 56:18
  three.
• 56:19
  Four,
• 56:20
  Two
• 56:20
  Captain
• 56:21
  and
• 56:22
  one
• 56:23
  Avengers.
• 56:24
  Yeah.
• 56:25
  I
• 56:25
  think
• 56:25
  if
• 56:25
  you
• 56:25
  don't
• 56:26
  have
• 56:26
  that,
• 56:26
  you
• 56:26
  are
• 56:27
  wrong.
• 56:27
  Now
• 56:28
  we
• 56:28
  have
• 56:28
  the
• 56:28
  same
• 56:28
  ranking
• 56:28
  for
• 56:29
  this
• 56:29
  one.
• 56:29
  It
• 56:29
  was
• 56:30
  really.
• 56:30
  It
• 56:30
  was
• 56:30
  really
• 56:31
  fascinating
• 56:31
  doing
• 56:31
  the
• 56:32
  last
• 56:32
  episode.
• 56:32
  If
• 56:33
  you
• 56:33
  watch
• 56:33
  it,
• 56:33
  like
• 56:34
  the
• 56:34
  Iron
• 56:34
  man,
• 56:34
  Iron
• 56:34
  Man
• 56:35
  2
• 56:35
  and
• 56:35
  Hulk
• 56:35
  1,
• 56:36
  Christian
• 56:36
  and
• 56:36
  I
• 56:36
  had
• 56:36
  very
• 56:37
  different
• 56:37
  answers
• 56:37
  there.
• 56:38
  But
• 56:38
  the
• 56:38
  Fox
• 56:38
  X
• 56:39
  Men
• 56:39
  trilogy
• 56:40
  and
• 56:40
  this
• 56:40
  one,
• 56:41
  it's
• 56:41
  very
• 56:41
  unanimous.
• 56:41
  But.
• 56:42
  And
• 56:42
  even
• 56:42
  that,
• 56:42
  the
• 56:43
  only
• 56:43
  thing
• 56:43
  I
• 56:43
  was
• 56:43
  like,
• 56:44
  I
• 56:44
  actually
• 56:44
  do
• 56:44
  put
• 56:45
  Avengers
• 56:45
  and
• 56:45
  First
• 56:45
  Cap
• 56:46
  pretty
• 56:46
  close
• 56:46
  together.
• 56:47
  I
• 56:47
  think
• 56:47
  Avengers
• 56:47
  gets
• 56:48
  a
• 56:48
  point
• 56:48
  above
• 56:48
  just
• 56:48
  for
• 56:49
  being
• 56:49
  the
• 56:49
  Juggernaut
• 56:50
  that
• 56:50
  it
• 56:50
  was
• 56:50
  and
• 56:51
  like,
• 56:51
  bringing
• 56:51
  them
• 56:52
  all
• 56:52
  together.
• 56:52
  But
• 56:52
  I
• 56:52
  really
• 56:53
  do
• 56:53
  love.
• 56:53
  And
• 56:53
  for
• 56:54
  me,
• 56:54
  though,
• 56:54
  I
• 56:54
  like.
• 56:55
  I
• 56:56
  really
• 56:56
  like
• 56:56
  Thor,
• 56:57
  so.
• 56:57
  Yeah.
• 56:58
  Yeah.
• 56:58
  So
• 56:58
  Thor
• 56:59
  is
• 56:59
  just
• 57:00
  under
• 57:00
  Captain
• 57:00
  America
• 57:01
  for
• 57:01
  me.
• 57:01
  That's
• 57:02
  fair.
• 57:02
  Yeah.
• 57:03
  So
• 57:04
  awesome.
• 57:05
  Well,
• 57:05
  this
• 57:05
  is.
• 57:05
  Oh,
• 57:06
  I'm
• 57:06
  loving
• 57:06
  this
• 57:06
  series.
• 57:06
  It's
• 57:07
  an
• 57:07
  absolute
• 57:07
  blast
• 57:07
  to
• 57:08
  go
• 57:08
  through
• 57:08
  all
• 57:08
  these.
• 57:08
  So.
• 57:09
  But
• 57:09
  I.
• 57:09
  And
• 57:10
  if
• 57:10
  you're
• 57:10
  listening,
• 57:10
  watching
• 57:11
  out
• 57:11
  there,
• 57:11
  you
• 57:11
  know,
• 57:11
  share
• 57:12
  your
• 57:12
  thoughts
• 57:12
  with
• 57:12
  us.
• 57:12
  We
• 57:13
  want
• 57:13
  to
• 57:13
  hear
• 57:14
  what
• 57:14
  your
• 57:14
  rankings
• 57:14
  would
• 57:15
  be,
• 57:15
  any
• 57:15
  insights
• 57:16
  that
• 57:16
  you
• 57:16
  have
• 57:16
  that
• 57:16
  we
• 57:17
  missed.
• 57:17
  And,
• 57:18
  yeah,
• 57:18
  I'm
• 57:18
  really
• 57:19
  enjoying
• 57:19
  watching
• 57:20
  all
• 57:20
  these
• 57:20
  and,
• 57:20
  you
• 57:20
  know,
• 57:21
  any
• 57:21
  Easter
• 57:21
  eggs
• 57:21
  you
• 57:21
  find
• 57:22
  that
• 57:22
  maybe
• 57:23
  lead
• 57:23
  to
• 57:23
  clues
• 57:24
  about
• 57:24
  doomsday,
• 57:25
  I'm,
• 57:25
  you
• 57:25
  know,
• 57:26
  geeking
• 57:26
  out
• 57:26
  on
• 57:26
  all
• 57:26
  of
• 57:26
  that.
• 57:27
  So
• 57:27
  thank
• 57:28
  you
• 57:28
  all
• 57:28
  for
• 57:28
  being
• 57:28
  with
• 57:28
  us.
• 57:29
  This
• 57:29
  was
• 57:29
  so
• 57:29
  much
• 57:29
  fun.
• 57:30
  And
• 57:31
  remember,
• 57:31
  we
• 57:31
  are
• 57:32
  all
• 57:32
  a
• 57:32
  chosen
• 57:32
  people.
• 57:33
  A
• 57:33
  geekdom
• 57:34
  of
• 57:34
  priests.
• 57:35
  Avengers,
• 57:35
  assemble.
• 57:36
  Go
• 57:36
  eat
• 57:37
  shawarma.
