- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: So what are your thoughts on Moody's downgraded the US
- 1:03Speaker 3: credit rating? So what are your thoughts on the downgrade
- 1:06Speaker 3: and does this make this environment more pessimistic when it
- 1:11Speaker 3: comes to investing.
- 1:13Speaker 4: It's concerning a little bit. It's not a huge red flag,
- 1:17Speaker 4: it's a small red flag. We've been talking about this
- 1:19Speaker 4: for the last two years, like the volatility of the
- 1:22Speaker 4: market that's going up, interest rates is going up. No
- 1:25Speaker 4: one wants to buy our debt. I think I saw
- 1:27Speaker 4: a report where China hasn't bought a new Boeing airplane
- 1:31Speaker 4: since twenty seventeen. So we have a bunch of geopolitical
- 1:34Speaker 4: issues that have been happening. You never want your credit
- 1:37Speaker 4: rating to get downgraded by Moodies. Moodies is also a
- 1:40Speaker 4: good stock of investing in, Like if you were looking
- 1:43Speaker 4: for like a B tier company ticker MCO is one
- 1:47Speaker 4: that I like a lot. It's not favorable. No one
- 1:50Speaker 4: wants majority of our equities. I know the Magnificent seven
- 1:56Speaker 4: things has been talked about a lot. I think some
- 1:58Speaker 4: of that has been exaggerated. That maybe like third companies
- 2:00Speaker 4: that are really good right now. But it's not a
- 2:02Speaker 4: good sign and a sign of in the middle of
- 2:05Speaker 4: a storm. We are not having much positive news. Besides,
- 2:10Speaker 4: and video has been up forever. The new chip is
- 2:13Speaker 4: going to do well revenue as well. But if we
- 2:16Speaker 4: are looking publically things are not great in the United States,
- 2:20Speaker 4: and we're looking for signs of hope and signs that
- 2:22Speaker 4: things are going to get better, and we haven't seen
- 2:24Speaker 4: them yet.
- 2:25Speaker 5: So this is like.
- 2:27Speaker 4: If you were already getting c's in class and you
- 2:29Speaker 4: got to see minus, it's like, it's not the end
- 2:31Speaker 4: of the world. But we're not seeing an uptick in
- 2:34Speaker 4: positive news and positive outcomes in our environment.
- 2:36Speaker 5: So I would argue this is a better time to invest.
- 2:41Speaker 4: I think too many people want to invest when everything
- 2:43Speaker 4: is at of hype cycle, but now when it's set
- 2:46Speaker 4: the down cycle, no one wants to buy in.
- 2:48Speaker 5: This is why I love like the enthusiasm in the
- 2:50Speaker 5: crypto space.
- 2:52Speaker 4: When we were hovering in the twenties and thirties, low
- 2:55Speaker 4: thirties and bitcoin, no one wanted to buy. But when
- 2:57Speaker 4: it was at fifty five, everyone was going crazy saying
- 2:59Speaker 4: it was going to go to the moon, to go
- 3:00Speaker 4: to one twenty. We have to buy at the right time,
- 3:03Speaker 4: and now it's the time for great investors in. Those
- 3:05Speaker 4: who really want to get rich or wealthy buy in.
- 3:08Speaker 6: Yeah, that's interesting that you brought up boweling when we
- 3:10Speaker 6: talked about this, because yeah, the outlook I mean went from.
- 3:14Speaker 7: Went to negative from stable. Yeah, I mean bowen.
- 3:17Speaker 6: That's an interesting case, right, Like China is now considering
- 3:20Speaker 6: having the freeze lifted from the bowing jets. But you
- 3:23Speaker 6: know came in and bought a bunch of bowling jets.
- 3:25Speaker 6: Who was that United Emirates They just bought ninety well
- 3:29Speaker 6: ninety yeah, ninety seven. I don't want to say they're
- 3:32Speaker 6: not seven thirty seven, they're seven seventy sevens. So ninety
- 3:35Speaker 6: This is like a multi I think almost fifty two
- 3:38Speaker 6: billion dollar deal.
- 3:39Speaker 7: And so that's encouraging, right.
- 3:40Speaker 6: And again when we talked about politics and business, we
- 3:43Speaker 6: spoke about China. Yes, and Video has their new chip,
- 3:48Speaker 6: and it's the price point is between twenty five to
- 3:50Speaker 6: forty thousand to forty thousand, and it's more it's more
- 3:54Speaker 6: catered toward AI generating products. Right, So when we're talking
- 3:58Speaker 6: about graphics, when we're talking about ten, this is where
- 4:00Speaker 6: it's more kid to.
- 4:03Speaker 7: This is big business.
- 4:04Speaker 6: Most importantly is how that relates to China, because again
- 4:08Speaker 6: every time, well the past two chips that Nvidia has put.
- 4:10Speaker 7: Out, there's been a band where you.
- 4:13Speaker 6: Know, China cannot order them, and then there's been bands
- 4:15Speaker 6: going back back and forth between the two. But these
- 4:17Speaker 6: are American companies that have products that are.
- 4:21Speaker 7: The world are using.
- 4:22Speaker 6: So how will it affect I mean short term?
- 4:27Speaker 7: I don't I don't know how much it affects it.
- 4:29Speaker 6: But what will be interesting, and I wrote this in
- 4:31Speaker 6: my notes, is that what would be more important is
- 4:34Speaker 6: what happens this week with the data that's coming out
- 4:37Speaker 6: about inflation and the consumer price index, because that will
- 4:40Speaker 6: tell us again short term, will race be raised.
- 4:44Speaker 7: And how long will it be raised?
- 4:45Speaker 6: And will it be raised for November or December? And
- 4:47Speaker 6: what does it looked like for the outook for January
- 4:50Speaker 6: in February. So like those those things are more immediate
- 4:53Speaker 6: to affecting our market.
- 4:54Speaker 5: I agree.
- 4:55Speaker 4: And it's different because in two thousand and eight, two
- 4:58Speaker 4: thousand and nine, some of the things were come off
- 5:00Speaker 4: as a shock. I think we have a much more
- 5:02Speaker 4: season and smart investor class now who understands this already,
- 5:07Speaker 4: so it is not as big of a shock. But
- 5:09Speaker 4: like you said, CPI, key inflation key. If Biden and
- 5:15Speaker 4: ggping have issues in their meetings, that can send a
- 5:19Speaker 4: market into a tail span.
- 5:20Speaker 5: But this isn't a lynch pin event for sure. You
- 5:25Speaker 5: want talk about HubSpot.
- 5:28Speaker 7: Oh we could, we could, we could? We can go there?
- 5:33Speaker 5: Yeah, so we need a monologue. I mean point yeah, Mike,
- 5:37Speaker 5: we need to.
- 5:38Speaker 7: I saw it was that, no need for that. It
- 5:40Speaker 7: was just an interesting thing.
- 5:42Speaker 6: We were talking about house Spot in Chicago at Market
- 5:45Speaker 6: Monday's Live. I told it was a company I was watching,
- 5:48Speaker 6: and we were looking at it from an option standpoint
- 5:49Speaker 6: and looking at the analyst research, and you know, I
- 5:51Speaker 6: kind of gave people a shortcut into doing an analyst
- 5:54Speaker 6: research and how it could be used your advantage. At
- 5:56Speaker 6: the time, I think house Spot was trading at about
- 5:58Speaker 6: four hundred and two thousand, one hundred and three dollars,
- 6:01Speaker 6: and I we'll just tap in every now and then
- 6:03Speaker 6: like hey, I hope you're watching it, and I hope you're
- 6:04Speaker 6: watching it.
- 6:05Speaker 7: They had great earnings.
- 6:07Speaker 6: And the stock went from I think four forty, so
- 6:11Speaker 6: obviously there was a forty dollars increase there up to
- 6:13Speaker 6: four seventy before training the day after, and then the
- 6:17Speaker 6: day after we saw it pulled back a little bit.
- 6:19Speaker 6: But this is a company that we've been watching, especially
- 6:22Speaker 6: if you were at the live show and putting on
- 6:24Speaker 6: our watchers. So we started to hear on Walking Moneys
- 6:26Speaker 6: as well. This is a company inside the CRM space
- 6:28Speaker 6: and it's interesting. We were on to call this week
- 6:30Speaker 6: and they were talking about you know CRMs that they're using.
- 6:34Speaker 6: And this episode is brought to you by P and
- 6:37Speaker 6: C Bank. A lot of people think podcasts about work
- 6:40Speaker 6: are boring, and sure they definitely can be, but understanding
- 6:44Speaker 6: a professionals routine shows us how they achieve their success
- 6:47Speaker 6: little by little, day after day. It's like banking with
- 6:52Speaker 6: P and C Bank. It might seem boring the safe
- 6:54Speaker 6: plan and make calculated decisions with your bank, but keeping

- 8:26Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 8:29Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 8:33Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 8:38Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 8:42Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 8:45Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Nohm, the United States
- 8:49Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 8:54Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 8:57Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 9:01Speaker 1: were here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 9:05Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day. Imprisoned and deported, you will
- 9:09Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home

- 9:16Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws
- 9:21Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 9:26Speaker 6: And the first name they said was Salesforce, and I
- 9:28Speaker 6: was like, oh, great, invested in that. And the next
- 9:29Speaker 6: thing they said it was HubSpot. I'm like, that's interesting.
- 9:32Speaker 6: I've been kind of telling people to watch out for
- 9:33Speaker 6: and put it on their watch list. So this is
- 9:35Speaker 6: one of those things where you take your time and
- 9:38Speaker 6: you do your research on the company. Then you look
- 9:41Speaker 6: at all the analytics, and then you find your time
- 9:43Speaker 6: to make a move. If you look at its history
- 9:45Speaker 6: over the past three years, it had a crazy run
- 9:48Speaker 6: during the pandemic. I'm looking at the chart here in
- 9:51Speaker 6: twenty twenty three. Well, it ran up during the pandemic.
- 9:55Speaker 6: It got up to five hundred and eighty dollars in
- 9:57Speaker 6: July of this year, kind of had a pullback, and
- 9:59Speaker 6: we saw in September in October with tech having a
- 10:02Speaker 6: major pullback.
- 10:03Speaker 7: But again, if we've been here, if you've been watching.
- 10:06Speaker 6: Your market, mondays, we know what September in October looks
- 10:08Speaker 6: like in the market. And so it kind of hit
- 10:10Speaker 6: that support line that I liked it at around four hundred.
- 10:14Speaker 6: Hit the line I said, all right, this is the
- 10:15Speaker 6: time to make the move, and we're invested in it.
- 10:18Speaker 6: So these are these small wins that take time. Right,
- 10:21Speaker 6: it might have been a four month study to have
- 10:23Speaker 6: a sixteen percent gain, but it's worth it in the
- 10:26Speaker 6: long run, Right, I'm looking at sixteen percent, All right,
- 10:28Speaker 6: that's great. Now, depending on how much I investor will
- 10:30Speaker 6: determine the return. But again, I don't treat my brokerage
- 10:34Speaker 6: account as something that I'm looking at the source of revenue.
- 10:37Speaker 6: It's something that I'm building wealth inside of. And even
- 10:39Speaker 6: so the profits that come from that. Right, because it
- 10:42Speaker 6: was an option call, it now goes into a longer
- 10:44Speaker 6: option call, or it goes to a situation where I
- 10:46Speaker 6: might even an exercise a call to say, all right,
- 10:48Speaker 6: I want one hundred shiar to just have it long term,
- 10:50Speaker 6: which I've done.
- 10:51Speaker 7: In the past. Yeah. Yeah, So shout out shout to
- 10:53Speaker 7: help so out for being his earnest.
- 10:55Speaker 5: And shout out to you for the information you gave
- 10:57Speaker 5: in Chicago.
- 10:58Speaker 6: Yeah, hopefully people took it to care to it and
- 11:01Speaker 6: make some some good investments.
- 11:03Speaker 4: And if you're not using GPT for with these upgrades, shotty,
- 11:07Speaker 4: I know you're in there every day.
- 11:08Speaker 5: Man.
- 11:08Speaker 4: I feel like it's getting better every week. And for
- 11:11Speaker 4: those of you keep asking me, how could I invest
- 11:13Speaker 4: in Chat, GPT, micro Soft, Yes, yes, up sixty one percent.
- 11:19Speaker 4: I don't want to hear nothing else. Put yes and chat.
- 11:21Speaker 4: If I made you more Apple, Microsoft is not.
- 11:26Speaker 3: We also met somebody from Google this this weekend and
- 11:30Speaker 3: she was like she was another one. She was like,
- 11:31Speaker 3: you guys talk about Chat, GBT and Microsoft all the time,
- 11:34Speaker 3: but you never speak about Google and Anthropic. And she
- 11:39Speaker 3: was like, you need to be you need to be
- 11:40Speaker 3: paying more attention to Google's partnership with Anthropic, And so
- 11:44Speaker 3: you know.
- 11:44Speaker 6: What, I looked at him, This is the face I
- 11:46Speaker 6: could have How you put that bullet for me and Shotty?
- 11:52Speaker 7: You don't think about anthropic what? Yeah, well, I mean.
- 11:56Speaker 5: It was good.
- 11:56Speaker 7: But those type of conversations are interesting. Right, We're at
- 11:59Speaker 7: a festival and those are the type.
- 12:00Speaker 6: Of conversations that we're having. You need to talk about
- 12:02Speaker 6: more of that partnership. And that was kind of what
- 12:05Speaker 6: Ama was saying. There's going to be people working together.
- 12:09Speaker 6: Look at the collaborative efforts with big tech and some
- 12:11Speaker 6: of these AI generitive companies. Right, So we're talking about
- 12:15Speaker 6: Amazon and Anthropic, she's talking about Googling anthropic, We're talking
- 12:18Speaker 6: about Microsoft and open Ai. In fact, open ai just
- 12:20Speaker 6: asks for more money, right, They want a bigger investment.
- 12:24Speaker 6: The ten billion wasn't enough. They actually are asking now
- 12:27Speaker 6: to have a bigger investment inside of open ai for
- 12:29Speaker 6: more technology that they want to you know, create and
- 12:33Speaker 6: create more advancements inside of the AI space.
- 12:36Speaker 7: These are the key partnerships that we have to be watching.
- 12:38Speaker 7: So how do we do it? Then?
- 12:39Speaker 6: Your spot on Microsoft right there? If you want to
- 12:41Speaker 6: invest in check Microsoft, that's it easy.
- 12:44Speaker 4: I mean, now on TRGPT four you can come up
- 12:47Speaker 4: with images for arcade games and podcasts and flyers and like,
- 12:53Speaker 4: and they should ask for more money, like, because you
- 12:56Speaker 4: need capital to increase that gap and increase that market share.
- 13:00Speaker 5: So microsoft'sn't give them that money.
- 13:01Speaker 4: And I think they've been a good steward of innovation
- 13:03Speaker 4: and the capital. And we already know, like the AI
- 13:07Speaker 4: Awards are going to heat up, but they've been doing
- 13:09Speaker 4: a great job of pacing the hand, Like even when
- 13:12Speaker 4: growth slowed down and the newness of it went away,
- 13:16Speaker 4: they started to iterate and.
- 13:18Speaker 5: Move very quickly to be able to add other features.
- 13:21Speaker 5: And this made my life so much easier.
- 13:24Speaker 4: So we are officially in the AI era, and I
- 13:26Speaker 4: think it's going to cause a great tech boe in
- 13:28Speaker 4: twenty twenty four before we get the official recession announcement.
- 13:33Speaker 4: But yeah, Google, Apple, Microsoft are going to be the
- 13:36Speaker 4: leaders in that space.
- 13:38Speaker 5: And if you're missing out on this run, it will.
- 13:40Speaker 4: Be the equivalent of missing out on a social media
- 13:42Speaker 4: run from two thousand and nine to twenty twenty.
- 13:46Speaker 5: This has miss out if you want to, but I'm not.
- 13:49Speaker 7: This is a run.
- 13:49Speaker 6: And GBT just added a new I shouldn't say chat GBT. Yeah,
- 13:54Speaker 6: they added the PDF feature. Right we were talking about.
- 13:57Speaker 6: Anthropic is one of those start qualities that it had
- 14:01Speaker 6: open and I took about two months.
- 14:03Speaker 7: They said all right, well we're not adding that to
- 14:05Speaker 7: our So now.
- 14:06Speaker 6: It's going to go back and forth with what will
- 14:08Speaker 6: separate what's going to be the differation factor for Anthropic.
- 14:12Speaker 6: So this is it really is a one and we
- 14:14Speaker 6: get to watch it play out pretty much by the day,
- 14:17Speaker 6: everybody's trying to top the next person. I noticed, you
- 14:20Speaker 6: said Amazon, you said Google, and you said Microsoft, but
- 14:23Speaker 6: we didn't mention Apple, and that baby's in there, and
- 14:26Speaker 6: so we got we'll see who was there, who was
- 14:28Speaker 6: their partner or who will or will it be We're
- 14:31Speaker 6: going to create our own.
- 14:33Speaker 4: They probably go to acquisition round and they needed to
- 14:36Speaker 4: talk about a company that hasn't innovated at a fasten
- 14:39Speaker 4: up for those of you who work in Apple headquarters.
- 14:41Speaker 4: I'm talking about with the software at the feel and
- 14:43Speaker 4: experience from the consumer side. So I love you guys
- 14:48Speaker 4: so much.
- 14:49Speaker 5: Hit the like button, yes, and here, hit the like button.
- 14:53Speaker 4: You start to get them corporate emails and calls.
- 14:56Speaker 7: We love you all.
- 14:58Speaker 3: Hit the like button and sh an.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child in Massachusetts,
- 15:05Speaker 1: An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador accused of
- 15:09Speaker 1: murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with filming and
- 15:13Speaker 1: selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just some of
- 15:17Speaker 1: the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President Donald J.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States Secretary of
- 15:24Speaker 1: Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border crossings are
- 15:29Speaker 1: at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over one hundred
- 15:32Speaker 1: thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you are here illegally,
- 15:37Speaker 1: your next you will be fined nearly one thousand dollars
- 15:40Speaker 1: a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will never return. But
- 15:44Speaker 1: if you register using our CBP home app and leave now,
- 15:48Speaker 1: you could be allowed to return legally. Do what's right.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws, border and families
- 15:57Speaker 1: will be protected.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department Homeland Security,
