- 2:46Speaker 1: Zelman's will be there and it's going to be a
- 2:49Speaker 1: great time. And so here's a couple of things. You
- 2:53Speaker 1: get a tour of my home elevator so you go
- 2:57Speaker 1: from ground floor ground Florida penthouse, a lot of swag.
- 3:04Speaker 1: You'll be able to visit a tour of my home
- 3:07Speaker 1: studio one room, and you can actually sit in it's
- 3:12Speaker 1: like the sitting behind the oval in the Oval office,
- 3:14Speaker 1: behind the resolute desk.
- 3:16Speaker 2: You'll actually be able to sit in my chair.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Keeping in mind that during the summer I wear nothing,
- 3:22Speaker 1: so uh it gets a little bit wet with the
- 3:26Speaker 1: sweat going off of my.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, so something as yes, So.
- 3:32Speaker 1: It's a by the way, Okay, So that's going to
- 3:37Speaker 1: it's eight thousand dollars already, and hopefully then there is
- 3:42Speaker 1: chair Okay Dodger games, both with Dean and Tina Sharp
- 3:46Speaker 1: and separately with Gary and Shannon.
- 3:49Speaker 2: I'm going to read to you join.

- 4:00Speaker 1: their own transportation to the stadium, plus buying their own food,
- 4:05Speaker 1: plus paying for Gary and Shannon's tickets.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Wow, that seems less of a deal that I thought
- 4:12Speaker 3: it was.
- 4:13Speaker 1: And then this is great an hour co hosting with
- 4:16Speaker 1: John coppol I don't know anybody in the right mind
- 4:18Speaker 1: that we do that. And you get to actually co
- 4:20Speaker 1: host an hour and that's a thirty six to fifty
- 4:21Speaker 1: it's going to go up pretty dramatically. And then one
- 4:25Speaker 1: on one coaching a session with doctor Wendy and she'll
- 4:30Speaker 1: give you a one on one zoom to talk about
- 4:32Speaker 1: your current relationship goals, getting laid. If you're single and
- 4:36Speaker 1: need help building your dating profiles and meeting people, She's
- 4:40Speaker 1: got advice.
- 4:41Speaker 2: It's about getting laid.
- 4:42Speaker 1: If you're in a long term marriage and are wondering
- 4:44Speaker 1: how to give it some spice, tell me that's not
- 4:46Speaker 1: about getting laid, and doctor Wendy will help you with that.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Wow how much?
- 4:53Speaker 4: Well right, well, yeah, yeah, I like the way you
- 4:59Speaker 4: kind of boy it down.
- 5:01Speaker 2: All right. Yeah.
- 5:01Speaker 1: And all these values are priceless, of course, uh, which
- 5:05Speaker 1: means that everybody is donating these for free because they're priceless.
- 5:11Speaker 2: There's not dodgers.
- 5:13Speaker 3: How else are you going to get into your I
- 5:15Speaker 3: can't even get in here.
- 5:16Speaker 2: That's true. That's true. And so there's a tell the
- 5:20Speaker 2: guy in the.
- 5:20Speaker 3: Gate, tell them it's Neil n E I L.
- 5:25Speaker 4: And then he says, sorry, anyone with a Spanish last
- 5:28Speaker 4: name isn't allowed without the blower.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Well, also not allowed if they don't have a blue
- 5:33Speaker 1: shirt with their name across.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Uh the top of their service worker not allowed, by
- 5:39Speaker 2: the way.
- 5:39Speaker 1: I do not have a gated community where we have
- 5:42Speaker 1: a guard gate.
- 5:43Speaker 2: I used to.
- 5:45Speaker 5: Do.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's it's gated, but there's no there's no
- 5:48Speaker 1: guard at the gate.
- 5:49Speaker 3: It's a robot. It's a little robot guard out there.
- 5:53Speaker 2: It's a robot yard.
- 5:54Speaker 1: It's a machine it's a machine and you're that opens up.
- 5:58Speaker 4: The gate and then these little home Depot paint chips
- 6:02Speaker 4: come out and if you're darker than them, it won't
- 6:05Speaker 4: let you in.
- 6:06Speaker 5: I had to do it.
- 6:07Speaker 4: I had to put my hand in the scanner, barely passed.
- 6:11Speaker 4: Thank God for my white mom.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Yeah, anyway, I'm no longer. I'm no longer at the
- 6:18Speaker 1: Persian Palace, which did have a guard gate, and now
- 6:22Speaker 1: I am not.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Now we just have a gate.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Now you just call it the home.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Yes, yes, now we just call it the Persian. Okay,
- 6:33Speaker 1: We're done with that. Cheff Bruno's coming aboard and just
- 6:36Speaker 1: for a moment, and we asked you to please please donate.
- 6:39Speaker 1: You can come out here and have some bagels and coffee,
- 6:42Speaker 1: and we are.
- 6:43Speaker 2: We're having a great time.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Amy is here, Neil is here with me, and our
- 6:47Speaker 1: producer is here. Kono's in studio. We've got will Cole
- 6:51Speaker 1: Schreiber in studio. Michelle is here, the executive producer. She
- 6:55Speaker 1: was with me for twenty four years, twenty five years,
- 6:57Speaker 1: and then was promoted.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Actually was you've never seen her.
- 7:01Speaker 3: I've never seen her half year.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I know when she got the hell out of there,
- 7:04Speaker 1: and so come on by.
- 7:05Speaker 2: We're it's on Anaheim Bullard at war.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Zonakatella, It's on wherever they have, Hey, whatever, what is it,
- 7:16Speaker 1: eight eighty seven South Anaheim Boulevard. You know you can
- 7:19Speaker 1: just you know, ways or whatever. Anaheim White House Restaurant, Anaheim.
- 7:24Speaker 1: That's what I would do.
- 7:25Speaker 2: I've already forgotten the address, and it was just told me.
- 7:27Speaker 3: To tell it doesn't matter.
- 7:28Speaker 4: You have ways, You're good to go.
- 7:29Speaker 3: That's true.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Come on by and I help us do all this
- 7:34Speaker 1: and have a good time if you will. All right, So,
- 7:36Speaker 1: Chef Bruno, who started all of this many years ago,
- 7:41Speaker 1: we are We don't I don't want to get into
- 7:43Speaker 1: the history Bruno, how it started, because if we do
- 7:45Speaker 1: that again, I'll blow my brains out. So let's talk
- 7:49Speaker 1: about where you are now, what's going on with the
- 7:52Speaker 1: various programs now, because that's an extraordinary story.
- 7:56Speaker 6: Yeah, especially twenty years litter still all right, a lot
- 8:00Speaker 6: of people are gone. After a few years. We are
- 8:03Speaker 6: at two hundred Nady family. Then we move out by
- 8:08Speaker 6: paid first the last month. Because something that people don't
- 8:11Speaker 6: know that this is one of the programs of Katirino's Club.
- 8:15Speaker 6: We are in forty city in Osh County, including some
- 8:19Speaker 6: me in Long Beach which is Eli County, San Bernardino County,
- 8:24Speaker 6: and we are on average of five thousand miles a
- 8:27Speaker 6: daily a lover.
- 8:29Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 8:29Speaker 1: One of the things is Bruno just disguised. I want
- 8:32Speaker 1: to give you a little backstory on this.
- 8:34Speaker 2: One of the programs he has.
- 8:35Speaker 1: These are Family's Motel Kids, where the families lost their
- 8:40Speaker 1: income during COVID, the Great Recession. If you and they
- 8:44Speaker 1: lived in motels, literally family of four or five in
- 8:48Speaker 1: one motel room with a little tiny refrigerator, you get
- 8:51Speaker 1: a Costco one hot plate.
- 8:53Speaker 2: And what Chef Bruno's charity does Caroina's Club.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Is it helps these people who are living this way
- 9:00Speaker 1: into an apartment or a house, paying first and last
- 9:04Speaker 1: month's rent and getting them started and furniture donating whatever
- 9:10Speaker 1: we can do to get this going. And I've donated furniture,
- 9:14Speaker 1: used disgusting furniture that Bruno immediately took to the landfill.
- 9:20Speaker 1: And I know, yes, exactly, we may be poor, but
- 9:24Speaker 1: we're not that poor. And that's and it's two hundred
- 9:27Speaker 1: and eighty families now right, Yeah.
- 9:29Speaker 6: The first family. I'll still remember the first family because
- 9:33Speaker 6: they live in a motel room, six of them for children,
- 9:36Speaker 6: mom and dad twelve years. Think about living a motel
- 9:39Speaker 6: room not bigger than your own bedroom twelve years, which
- 9:43Speaker 6: is a long time. And that is what make me
- 9:46Speaker 6: feel like I have to do something.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Yeah, we keep in mind first and last alone.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Let's say you're talking with three twenty five hundred dollars
- 9:54Speaker 1: for a reasonably small hotel apartment two three bedrooms.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Get a new crash in bad five.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Okay, thank you, that's five. That's five thousand dollars right there.
- 10:05Speaker 1: And who has five thousand dollars When you're living paycheck
- 10:09Speaker 1: to paycheck, or you don't have a marketable skill and
- 10:11Speaker 1: you're earning money, it's impossible.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Well, Bruno came.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Up with this program to help these people with extraordinary
- 10:18Speaker 1: and then your hospitality program.
- 10:21Speaker 5: Well I have something cool. Well happened two weeks ago.
- 10:24Speaker 6: I invited three hundred children over here every years, no
- 10:27Speaker 6: day Santa. We give toys two kids from a lot
- 10:30Speaker 6: of the boys girls club in Culli and a girl
- 10:33Speaker 6: came as a volunteer and she said, Buno, you remember me.
- 10:37Speaker 6: I look at a second, not really, so dozands of people,
- 10:40Speaker 6: see he said, I used to be on hospitality girls working.
- 10:44Speaker 5: For you to form your program. So what are you
- 10:48Speaker 5: doing now?
- 10:48Speaker 6: I'm a food and betterers working at the Cambrio Hotel.
- 10:51Speaker 5: You know.
- 10:52Speaker 6: Let me thinking about from an hospitality young teenager.
- 10:55Speaker 5: Oh that is great.
- 10:57Speaker 6: Another girl, one boy, one girl graduated the CIA Napa Valle.
- 11:04Speaker 5: All theta chefs.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Wow, that is for me.
- 11:08Speaker 5: I took customers sometime.
- 11:10Speaker 6: If you see a teenager around the du dials serving you,
- 11:13Speaker 6: they make mistake. Forgive them because we are here to
- 11:17Speaker 6: teach them and to look the hospitality.
- 11:20Speaker 1: And this is uh the train part of the hospitality
- 11:24Speaker 1: program that Bruno offers. There is a certificate right where
- 11:29Speaker 1: they get and since Bruno is so well known, if
- 11:31Speaker 1: you ask any chef, any restaurant owner in Anaheim, Orange County,
- 11:35Speaker 1: they instantly know who Bruno is. Well with that certificate,
- 11:39Speaker 1: they can go to any restaurant and say I took
- 11:41Speaker 1: Bruno's hospitality course, and all of a sudden they've got
- 11:44Speaker 1: to step up and started. It's amazing stuff.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Bruno.
- 11:48Speaker 1: I make a lot of fun of Bruno, as in
- 11:50Speaker 1: he sounds like he got off the boat yesterday afternoon.
- 11:52Speaker 1: You can't understand a word he says, you've been here
- 11:55Speaker 1: for how long Bruno in America?
- 11:57Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 11:57Speaker 5: Since ninety eight?
- 11:59Speaker 2: Oh wow, yeah.
- 12:01Speaker 1: As opposed to December one, twenty twenty five, is what
- 12:05Speaker 1: you sound like.
- 12:05Speaker 4: You know what's great, though, is you can tell the
- 12:08Speaker 4: kids that come out of his hospitality group because they're like.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Bruno.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Yeah, it's very funny.
- 12:19Speaker 1: So anyway, all of this is extraordinary that Bruno has done,
- 12:22Speaker 1: and the awards that Bruno has received internationally. From the Pope,
- 12:27Speaker 1: He's been knighted. He is Sir Bruno by the Italian
- 12:31Speaker 1: government and royalty. Matter of fact, real quick before we
- 12:34Speaker 1: take a break. When Bruno was knighted, he actually was
- 12:38Speaker 1: here at the Anaheim White House and he came in
- 12:41Speaker 1: in medieval Italian garb, looking like mediciese on the biggest
- 12:45Speaker 1: horse you have ever seen in your life. He had
- 12:49Speaker 1: never been on a horse in his life. To see
- 12:53Speaker 1: how scared he was was an absolute joy.
- 12:57Speaker 6: I had the Sikhs way that helped me out to
- 12:59Speaker 6: come down after that.
- 13:02Speaker 2: All right, we're coming back. Bruno.
- 13:04Speaker 1: As always, thank you, and we asked you to come
- 13:07Speaker 1: down and please please donate to.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Go at KFI A M six forty.
- 13:12Speaker 7: Dot com Slash Pastathon, Smartan Final, Yama Va Resort and Casino,
- 13:18Speaker 7: and our auction items that we are providing, which a
- 13:22Speaker 7: great fund.
- 13:24Speaker 4: Hey everybody, it is Neil Silvadra in the morning. Crew
- 13:28Speaker 4: Bill Handle is taking a little break bathroom. But we're
- 13:35Speaker 4: happy to be with you today in the fifteenth annual
- 13:38Speaker 4: Pastathon here at the Anaheim White House in conveniently enough Anaheim, California.
- 13:45Speaker 4: And this is such a major thing for us because
- 13:49Speaker 4: of you. You are the most generous group of people
- 13:53Speaker 4: on the planet. KFI listeners are amazing. So you all
- 13:57Speaker 4: know about Chef Bruno's charity, Katerina's Club. They provide more
- 14:00Speaker 4: than twenty five thousand meals every week to kids in
- 14:05Speaker 4: need here in southern California. And your generosity makes this happen.
- 14:10Speaker 4: So our broadcast today December two, Giving Tuesday, will be
- 14:14Speaker 4: here from five am to.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Eight pm at the Anaheim White House.
- 14:18Speaker 2: All of our.
- 14:18Speaker 4: Hosts will be out here. You can donate pasta and sauce.
- 14:24Speaker 4: And also one of the cool things is my friends
- 14:27Speaker 4: at Wildfork Foods. Any of their locations they have eleven
- 14:30Speaker 4: here in southern California, you go in, you buy their
- 14:34Speaker 4: great product.
- 14:35Speaker 2: It's just if you've never been to.
- 14:37Speaker 4: A Wildfork Foods location, it is something special.
- 14:41Speaker 3: And then you say.
- 14:42Speaker 4: KFI Pastathon at checkout, you get fifteen percent off your
- 14:47Speaker 4: purchase with will be not fifteen percent off, rather, fifteen
- 14:52Speaker 4: percent of your purchase will be donated here to the
- 14:55Speaker 4: KFI Pastathon. Smart and Final you can donate at any
- 15:00Speaker 4: any amount at their stores in California, also Arizona, Nevada
- 15:04Speaker 4: through the seventh of this month. Wendy's you can donate
- 15:08Speaker 4: any so cao Wendy's location through the seventh of this month,
- 15:12Speaker 4: and five dollars.
- 15:13Speaker 3: Gets you a coupon book that includes three frosties.
- 15:16Speaker 4: I mean, come on, I know it's great. It's got
- 15:18Speaker 4: all kinds of things. So we're here with Chef Bruno.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Obviously you've been an amazing partner. This is something that starts.
- 15:29Speaker 4: I was talking to Michelle Cube. She starts in June,
- 15:34Speaker 4: working with you and your folks to prepare for this day.
- 15:39Speaker 4: How much of your budget relies on what the KFI
- 15:46Speaker 4: listener brings to the table right now, there's a question.
- 15:49Speaker 6: A lot of my friends customer asked for it over
- 15:53Speaker 6: fifty percent.
- 15:54Speaker 3: That's just insane.
- 15:55Speaker 6: Yeah, because remember at the beginning, I used to do
- 15:58Speaker 6: two three hundred meals a day, and the first five
- 16:02Speaker 6: six years I was doing that alone on my own packet.
- 16:06Speaker 6: When four five years later then K five jump in
- 16:11Speaker 6: to do a undred one thousand meals and now we
- 16:14Speaker 6: have five thousand meals. We thought K five I would
- 16:17Speaker 6: have to cut more than fifty percent of what we do.
- 16:21Speaker 6: And as you heard before, like from the work come
- 16:23Speaker 6: home fifteen years ago, used to be fifteen twenty five
- 16:27Speaker 6: hundred dollars to down paymit now it's four five thousand dollars.
- 16:32Speaker 6: Were just double it and the cost of everything, the
- 16:35Speaker 6: gas to employ it and everything then be around with
- 16:40Speaker 6: very specs, I mean K five we thought cave to
- 16:44Speaker 6: cut big times.
- 16:46Speaker 5: Caterina's Club.
- 16:47Speaker 4: So obviously the weight of your charity and your kindness
- 16:53Speaker 4: and during this time of giving today, being given Tuesday
- 16:57Speaker 4: and all is a powerful, a powerful push during this
- 17:02Speaker 4: holiday season to really see kids eat at The interesting
- 17:08Speaker 4: thing about Katerina's Club is we all know the story
- 17:12Speaker 4: of observation of the namesake your mother Katerina, and observing
- 17:19Speaker 4: the children eating chips for dinner. Then you take that over,
- 17:24Speaker 4: you feed them. We partner with you then you see more.
- 17:29Speaker 4: You see that they're now needing housing, and they're so
- 17:33Speaker 4: even doing this, you continue to see more need out
- 17:36Speaker 4: there as.
- 17:37Speaker 5: Well, lately, more than ever.
- 17:39Speaker 6: In fact, a few weeks ago, for a while, I
- 17:42Speaker 6: used to delivering turkey to a mobile park area on
- 17:47Speaker 6: the previous family over there and unless yea, we then
- 17:51Speaker 6: I'll do it.
- 17:52Speaker 5: I'n't even remember why.
- 17:54Speaker 6: But they call me this week two weeks ago, this
- 17:57Speaker 6: runo is any we can deliver in food to our
- 18:00Speaker 6: area this week?
- 18:01Speaker 5: I said sure, So you need to say we need
- 18:04Speaker 5: badly this time.
- 18:05Speaker 6: I mean, it was the big difference from a year,
- 18:08Speaker 6: two years ago. The request. I mean, I call some
- 18:11Speaker 6: chapan students, they can you get some yal because they
- 18:14Speaker 6: live in Turkey. To one hundred and fifty family is
- 18:16Speaker 6: a lot. And we went door to door. Now the
- 18:19Speaker 6: door cheve gounos turkey shap and people thank you, thank you,
- 18:23Speaker 6: thank you. But even one of my girls in Caterina's
- 18:27Speaker 6: office call me. We had eight locations. Now I was
- 18:30Speaker 6: waiting for us to see us. But remember the first
- 18:33Speaker 6: ten months of the year, we don't as much money
- 18:36Speaker 6: on Katerina's club. We wait for Pastaton to see our
- 18:41Speaker 6: budget go and to have eight locasions. I mean it's
- 18:44Speaker 6: probably if three four hundred is more to to to
- 18:48Speaker 6: so and this.
- 18:49Speaker 5: Is a lot, it's more than before. But it's it's.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Insane because each time you fill a hole.
- 18:58Speaker 4: Or gap only, but there's another one well, and you
- 19:02Speaker 4: become that resource because there's so much need. Have you
- 19:07Speaker 4: seen in addition to that, this has been a rougher
- 19:10Speaker 4: year for many I mean no.
- 19:14Speaker 6: Ten days ago, a lady came to the restaurant and
- 19:18Speaker 6: I was yellow. That was two three o'clock afternoon. I
- 19:20Speaker 6: usually come early. And she say, yeah, can I get
- 19:26Speaker 6: some food? And I didn't put things together. I say, okay,
- 19:32Speaker 6: should give me one seke? I said, how many people?
- 19:35Speaker 6: It's me and my fourth children. I say okay.
- 19:37Speaker 5: I went back. I say, but did you find me?
- 19:40Speaker 6: I said, why you came to the restaurant that's for
- 19:42Speaker 6: full usage with the Livery hotel, to street to boys
- 19:46Speaker 6: girls club. She says, somebody told me if I'm hungry
- 19:50Speaker 6: to come to see you at the restaurant. I said, okay,
- 19:54Speaker 6: well give me one second. Said she prepared me some
- 19:56Speaker 6: past and she came to go. Don't find minutes be prepared.
- 20:00Speaker 6: I give it to her. She give me kids, blah
- 20:02Speaker 6: blah blah, and I said, well, anytime you're hungry, come here.
- 20:06Speaker 5: I'm here.
- 20:06Speaker 6: But fivemous later a boy came with a song. It's like,
- 20:12Speaker 6: I'm the son of the lady who just came for
- 20:14Speaker 6: the past and said, oh, what can I do for you?
- 20:17Speaker 6: We don't have any civil well to eat it. You
- 20:19Speaker 6: have some and we can borrow till we eat our pasta.
- 20:23Speaker 6: I mean at twelve, I say, I know I'm doing
- 20:26Speaker 6: the right things. When you see a sixteen year old
- 20:28Speaker 6: kid come back inside of my reason ask her for
- 20:32Speaker 6: civil well to because you want to eat the past.
- 20:34Speaker 6: That just don't it? Done nothing? And after that I said,
- 20:38Speaker 6: what were you guys living? I think you see in
- 20:41Speaker 6: the garage in the car and there's like five people.
- 20:45Speaker 6: It's obviously has it come here anytime? But that's just
- 20:48Speaker 6: every day. I mean, I have We could be here
- 20:50Speaker 6: for twelve hours and talk about story and story and story.
- 20:55Speaker 5: But out there is a problem. Man. I know people
- 20:58Speaker 5: here past the tongue past up. We don't take for
- 21:01Speaker 5: granted to me know what we do every day.
- 21:04Speaker 6: I have a full driver, full time, give allos chanion
- 21:08Speaker 6: and counter to delivery.
- 21:09Speaker 4: Well, God bless you and your team and everybody that

- 21:33Speaker 4: where the food's coming from, just to be able to
- 21:35Speaker 4: give it to people in need, that even.

- 22:01Speaker 2: was uh no, all right, welcome everybody, and please join
- 22:07Speaker 2: us when we're live at the Oh. Costco shirt is.
- 22:11Speaker 3: That it looks just like what a bit does? It
- 22:14Speaker 3: does very similar?
- 22:15Speaker 2: Is that a real Tony Bahama wow?
- 22:18Speaker 3: Tomah?
- 22:19Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 22:20Speaker 1: Yeah, one of those big spend Yeah, you know, I
- 22:23Speaker 1: only had Costco shirts and Lindsey started buying me real
- 22:27Speaker 1: shirts and I'm looking at these. I saw the price
- 22:30Speaker 1: tag of a Tommy Bahama shirt. Yeah, and Itu, and
- 22:35Speaker 1: I couldn't believe the cost of a Tommy Bahama shirt.
- 22:38Speaker 3: You can talk about putting lipstick on a page.
- 22:40Speaker 1: I know I could get the money costco shirts fat
- 22:45Speaker 1: certainly eight So anyway, so much for that. Anyway, We're
- 22:50Speaker 1: at the Anaheim White House restaurant, Bruno's Restaurant Pastathon, our
- 22:55Speaker 1: fifteenth annual pastathon where we raise money to help Bruno
- 23:00Speaker 1: the kids twenty five thousand meals a week now. When
- 23:03Speaker 1: we first started, it was two hundred kids a night,
- 23:06Speaker 1: and Amy was just asking, how do they feed that
- 23:09Speaker 1: many kids? So you can't get five thousand meals a
- 23:12Speaker 1: day out of a restaurant, And so it started here
- 23:17Speaker 1: and then he had to buy a separate pasta machine,
- 23:21Speaker 1: one of those pasta cookers. It looks like a French
- 23:23Speaker 1: fried cooker, and a major a fast food establishment, you know,
- 23:26Speaker 1: this big thing. And then he outgrew that, and then
- 23:30Speaker 1: satellite kitchens started coming up, and now it's five thousand
- 23:33Speaker 1: meals a night and it's done I believe it's done
- 23:36Speaker 1: at boys and girls clubs throughout southern California. And then
- 23:39Speaker 1: he's got delivery Vans now and it has become a very,
- 23:42Speaker 1: very big deal and we are absolutely, really.
- 23:46Speaker 2: Proud to be part of it.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Michelle, our executive producer, found the charity. We were looking
- 23:53Speaker 1: to adopt a charity and we found what she found out.
- 23:57Speaker 4: Not only did she pitch it to KFI I she
- 24:01Speaker 4: has been at the helm of it for these fifteen
- 24:04Speaker 4: years and it consumes a lot.
- 24:07Speaker 3: But you, yeah, absolutely, Michelle ce can they applaud for that, Phil.
- 24:11Speaker 2: They can applaud for that. Now.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Zelman's Minty Mouth is here, and as I said, there
- 24:18Speaker 1: are free samples. Not only do you get the bagels
- 24:21Speaker 1: in the coffee, but free samples from Zelman's. Anthony and Lauren,
- 24:25Speaker 1: the owners of Zelmans, are here, and the samples are
- 24:30Speaker 1: really free.
- 24:32Speaker 4: Oh yeah, and this has nothing him throwing them at you,
- 24:35Speaker 4: has nothing to do with the fact that you're facing
- 24:37Speaker 4: us and.
- 24:38Speaker 2: We can smell each and other. Yet, so that's true.
- 24:41Speaker 2: And I feel like the mattresses are free. No, the
- 24:44Speaker 2: Zelmans are free, so.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Please, Oh you know what they're scrambling for these things
- 24:48Speaker 1: on the floor. You know this is not a baseball
- 24:51Speaker 1: at a World Series game. Guys that you're the same
- 24:54Speaker 1: way over the bagels. That's true, absolutely, you know we
- 24:57Speaker 1: were having a bagel fight. In any case, Thank you.

- 25:14Speaker 1: As of last hour, we are at thirty thousand dollars.
- 25:17Speaker 2: That's just the start.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Last year we raised one point three million dollars. We're
- 25:22Speaker 1: at six thousand pounds of pasta and sauce. Last year
- 25:25Speaker 1: we were at Michelle one hundred thousand pounds of pasta
- 25:32Speaker 1: and sauce. You know what one hundred thousand pounds of
- 25:34Speaker 1: pasta and sauce look like?

- 25:56Speaker 5: He's not missed that much.
- 25:57Speaker 3: Who was that? I heard him out?
- 25:59Speaker 1: Yeah, I heard something going on? And Cono who Cono.
- 26:04Speaker 1: We never know, we never let Cono out in public.
- 26:07Speaker 1: He's like your great uncle that's in the closet, who's
- 26:11Speaker 1: had all kinds of problems.
- 26:13Speaker 5: His whole life.
- 26:13Speaker 1: And that's wait, everybody else, Michelle, who's your executive producer,
- 26:19Speaker 1: that's pretty much everybody. All right, coming back, we'll figure
- 26:22Speaker 1: out what the hell we're going to talk about, because
- 26:24Speaker 1: today is just.
- 26:25Speaker 2: One of those days.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Maybe pastaon, maybe pastathon, Yeah, because it is, you know,
