- 1:52It opens up opportunity to move things in a positive direction. It's my
- 1:57favorite thing. So if you have a question for you or a loved one,
- 2:01now is a really great time to call six three two one thirteen ten.

- 2:07with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place again, three locations, Madison, West,
- 2:13Fitchburgen's sun Pray and of course online find your Healthy Place dot com.
- 2:15Let's find your Healthy Place dot com. And before we get to the get
- 2:20to the phone, to get to the emails, get to the questions as
- 2:22well. I just want to really quick Tim talk a little bit about about
- 2:24you. I think one of the things that people notice right away, and
- 2:28anytime I talk with folks about you and what you do is they always say,
- 2:31is Tim really like that in person? And for people that don't know
- 2:36you are you? You are? There is a It's a genuine and I
- 2:38think a lot of people realize it real quick. Is it's a genuine passion
- 2:44and a love for what you guys do at the Healthy Place, and you
- 2:46and Becky lead and it runs throughout the entire the entire operation, doesn't it.
- 2:52I mean, thanks for saying that, dude. I have this like
- 2:53fire in my chest and I'm not exactly sure what it is, but I'm
- 2:57just like, you know, once I discovered that, man, there there's
- 3:01so many people suffering in general, in life, in our world, in
- 3:06our circles of influence, loved ones. You know, my mom went through
- 3:08cancer my gramma died of Alzheimer's. You know, it's just in my family,
- 3:14you know, And then you start to connect the dots. You're like,
- 3:15there's natural alternatives that are working and work really really well, and people
- 3:22don't know about it. They simply don't know about it. So in Dame
- 3:25County here we have tens of thousands, maybe you know, maybe it's in
- 3:29the hundreds of thousands of people that don't know there's natural alternatives to treat all
- 3:35sorts of small, medium, large issues in their life. So they are
- 3:38sort of like on robotic mode where it's it's like, hey, I have
- 3:43a problem. I'm going to go to my medical doctor, which is great.
- 3:45I respect our medical doctors. And then they might get a prescription or
- 3:49they might get a surgery, and both of those things are quite can be
- 3:53quite negative. You know. Drugs have our chemicals and they treat a symptom
- 3:58and have certain side effects, which is okay, you know if you walk
- 4:00into it knowing that. And surgeries, you know, hey, very invasive,
- 4:03we're cutting into your body. And if that person in those instances knew
- 4:08about a natural alternative that was working for you know, perhaps millions of people
- 4:13around the world, they would at least maybe want to know about that before
- 4:17getting on the drugs or the surgery. And so just that one piece,
- 4:23you know. You know, it's like once I put those dots together as
- 4:26a as a you know, I grew up in this industry, so my
- 4:29mom managed to health food store. So I just from the age of five,
- 4:32I just got to see people coming in that were suffering. And then
- 4:38since I was at my mom's store so often because I was at homeschool,
- 4:41those kids went to mom would work and did our homeschool work. You know,
- 4:44I just got to watch these people come back a week later, a
- 4:46month later, six months later, a year later, five years later,
- 4:48and just get to watch that journey of natural alternatives change radically, change sometimes
- 4:56radically change their lives, I mean save their lives, seeing them get away
- 5:00from the drugs under their medical professionals guidance, and watching them avoid surgeries,
- 5:04and watching them to postpone maybe a knee surgery or a hip surgery, a
- 5:10shoulder resurfacing. Just just dozens and dozens and dozens of testimonies to the point
- 5:15where it's just in my DNA. I'm like, man, you know,
- 5:17if you if you have an issue. You know there's there's you should at
- 5:20least know about the natural alternative that you could reach for instead of chemicals that
- 5:25damage your body, damage your system. So yes, I get kind of
- 5:29excited about it. And then then you marry that with the fact that life
- 5:31is a gift and health is a gift, and our circles of influence in
- 5:36the amount that we can bring change positive change. You know, you hear
- 5:40the statement like be the change you want to see. Well, hey,
- 5:43you can't do that if you are sick, if you are in chronic you
- 5:47are minimized. Your light has been hampered sort of speak. So I love
- 5:51the fullness of life. I love the idea of the full fullness of light
- 5:56that each of us can carry in and bring to the community. It's really
- 6:00powerful when you connect the dots, the impact you can have, the ripple
- 6:02effect, the butterfly effect, whatever you want to call it. Life is
- 6:05a gift, man, and we're bringing life to Madison every day. It's
- 6:09really cool. One of the things I've loved is hearing from folks that have
- 6:12had a chance to stop in and meet with the wellness consultant, and you
- 6:15often hear doctors talk about making lifestyle simple modifications and sometimes something as simple as
- 6:19as taking the right supplement for yourself can really do some phenomenal things for you.
- 6:25And that's a great thing about starting that journey. All you gotta do
- 6:27is get on in, whether it's the West side of the store for the
- 6:29Healthy Plays or of course Fitchburg's Sun Prairie, and of course online find your
- 6:32Healthy Place dot com. That's find your Healthy Place dot com. Phone lines
- 6:36are open six three two one thirteen ten. That's three two one thirteen ten.
- 6:40And John joins us. John, welcome to the program. You're on
- 6:43the air with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place. Hey John, good morning,
- 6:46Good morning. My question those commies that you're did we lose John though
- 7:00blast Jones? Do you want to you want to say that one more time,
- 7:03buddy. Um. Yeah, there's the new cd CD gummies that you
- 7:08guys have been advertised to those show up on your analysis. Oh great,
- 7:12great question. Unfortunately they do. This is true and real delta nine THHC.
- 7:17That's in the strata gummies. If you're you're on our website, you
- 7:23type in THHC. That brings up the um uh THHC gummies. Now if
- 7:28you're just talking about a CBD gummy, but you're still at risk even with
- 7:32a CBD isolate gummy because of the CBD tabolites. Um. But when you
- 7:38are taking a gummy that has both CBD and delta nine THHC in it,
- 7:43or really any of the deltas, you are going to test positive. Um,
- 7:46you know, unless you uh, during two gallons of water. You
- 7:49know, I did this as a teenager, tied up for a drug test.
- 7:54But you are at risk, my man. So you'd want to be
- 7:56real careful, um or connect with your you know, management to see,
- 8:00hey, you know, can I take these? I'm not you know,
- 8:03you can go through that process. But yeah, unfortunately it is true and
- 8:07real delta nine thc. All right, thank you. I appreciate that great
- 8:13question. John. The other thing too, and there are ways to if
- 8:16you're still there. There there's ways to treat pain. You know. I
- 8:18don't know what you're going after. Um. Is it chronic pain? Is
- 8:22it stress? Anxiety? Depression? I don't know if you mind sharing.
- 8:26Well, I got lower back issues with the law that I had two thousand
- 8:31and five and a little bit of stress. Yeah, yeah, I mean
- 8:35the stratagummies would be absolutely helpful. I mean they are for most of our
- 8:39customers that try it for those sorts of issues. So it always saddens me
- 8:43in these situations if they can't use it. I've had people go, you
- 8:46know what, my pain and quality of life, Um, it's worth more
- 8:52than my my job, and they've switched jobs over it. But I do
- 8:54want you to know that there is products like Kira relief that is very effective
- 9:01non CBD, non THHC approach that I used for a decade, you know,
- 9:05before we were able to sell CBD and THHC products, and I still
- 9:09sell quite a lot of that product. It's called Kiraut Relief at cu are
- 9:13a relief and another product called joint Jive that brings like some flexibility cushioning lasticity
- 9:18to the body of the ligaments the tendons helps with lower back pain. UH
- 9:22topicals like Comfrey cream is known as a trauma plant that you could put on
- 9:28topically to your lower back. So if you do want to shoot an email
- 9:31tim at find your Healthy Place dot com, I could shoot you a few
- 9:33links. I never want to leave someone like that hanging. Great question,
- 9:37John, I appreciate it. I'll have to come down to see you,
- 9:41John. Thanks John, appreciate question. And you mentioned two for for folks
- 9:43that have quite That's one of the great things about talking with a wellness consultant
- 9:46is options. Is depending on what your needs are and what works for you
- 9:52having those options. That's a great thing about working with the wellness consultants at
- 9:54the Healthy Place. Fall Mines are open six away, three two one thirteen
- 9:58ten. That's three two one thirteen ten and Marylyn joins us this morning.
- 10:01Marylyn, welcome to the program. You're on the air with Tim O'Brien from
- 10:03the Healthy Place. Well you, Good morning, Marylyn, good morning,
- 10:07Thank you. My question has to do with multi vitamins and I know and
- 10:11some while ago you spoke about the differences between products and I've been taking centrom
- 10:20for a number of years and I would like you to talk about that again.
- 10:24Yeah, I'd be a very good question. And it's it's one of
- 10:28the staples, you know, it's one of the foundations of the supplement world.
- 10:31You know, if somebody comes in, they say, hey, what
- 10:33are the top few supplements I could take? If I give them three,
- 10:37one of those would almost always be a multivitamin. You know, I'd like
- 10:41to ask a few questions and before I make a recommendation. Our wellness consultants
- 10:43are trained in that fashion too. A multivitamin. We're just all nutritionally deficient
- 10:48in one way or another, so a multivitamin is just super helpful. And
- 10:52you mentioned centrum. You know, there's a number of kind of mass market
- 10:56multivitamins out there, and they are kind of sad as far as how much
- 11:00they deliver to the body. Their heat compressed, you know, these little
- 11:03tablets their heat compressed with twenty thousand pounds of pressure per square inch, so
- 11:07they're they're very compressed, like little stones. And um, you know,
- 11:11I don't mean TMI here, but you know I talk to plumbers. It's
- 11:13kind of a funny joke I bring up. But they actually see these pills
- 11:18on the other side, and some of them will still have C for centrom
- 11:20on them. And so it's in addition, even if it did break down
- 11:24in the system and absorb the nutrients themselves are forms of ingredients that are not
- 11:31bioavailable. So your stomach acid might break the tablet down if you have a
- 11:35strong stomach, but the nutrients you know, for example, m B twelve
- 11:39cion caboloman it's a synthetic form of B twelve, So your your body just
- 11:45has to convert it into the natural form and then the much is lost within
- 11:48that absorption process. And I could give you, you know, forty examples.
- 11:52Most of the B vitamins would be synthetics, and the vitamin C would
- 11:56be your your lower absorbed form of vitamin C. The minerals are like magnesium
- 12:01oxide tests the hair above placebo, so you just you don't absorb some of
- 12:05the nutrients even if your stomach acid does break the pill down. So I
- 12:07have kind of a hard time with mass markets approach to multi vitamin I'm I'm
- 12:13maybe you know, maybe there's still some benefit there. I hope. So.
- 12:16Um, like you said, you've been taking it for a long time,
- 12:18and you want to believe you were doing a good thing, and I
- 12:20do. I do believe it was good for your body. So that's that's
- 12:22good. Um, So multi vitamins when you look in the more natural side
- 12:26health food stores, that's I always encourage folks. You know, hey,
- 12:28if you're buy supplements, uh, you know, find a health food store
- 12:33that you can trust, find find you know, don't don't buy your supplements
- 12:37from mass market kind of box stores because of these very things that we're talking
- 12:41about. So some things that you could expect if you came to the Healthy
- 12:45Place. For example, you know, our top seller is Lively Vitamin CO
- 12:48Multi vitamin, and it's in a capsule versus a tablet, so your body
- 12:52is just going to break that down really easily. And the forms of the
- 12:54ingredients is where I get kind of nerded out and excited about it because you
- 13:00know I brought up the B twelve signed caboloman is synthetic. Well, hey,
- 13:03if you use a methylcobolomin form of B twelve, that's the bioactive,
- 13:07that's the natural form of B twelve, and your your body, your system
- 13:09absorbs that really well. Same with it B six proxy fi phosphate versus proxidine
- 13:13hydrochloride, which is a synthetic B six. So you want the all natural
- 13:16bioact So the better multis will offer a highly bioavailable and you will feel So
- 13:24this is the last piece, like what you should feel from a good quality
- 13:26multi is a burst of energy. You should notice some stress reduction, you
- 13:31should see some more mental clarity, and focus, and I'm talking the first
- 13:35time you take it. And then lastly, hair, skin and nail nail
- 13:37benefits are a result you would see in some weeks from a good quality multi
- 13:41vitamin. So i'd highly encourage you to either find a health food store that
- 13:46you can trust, you know, in your kind of circle, or hit
- 13:48up the Healthy Place. Our wellness consultants would also love to elaborate on this.
- 13:52We're pretty passionate about some of these staples and these foundations because it really
- 13:56builds something in your system. You know, it really aids and helps over
- 14:00time, and in this case better quality. You'll feel it even the first
- 14:05day that energy, stress reduction, mental clarity, and her skin nail benefits
- 14:09in some weeks. So yeah, very good question, great question, Thanks
- 14:11for thank you, Marilyn. Great question this morning. Let's go to question
- 14:16Deborah. Deborah, welcome to the program. You're on there with Tim O'Brien
- 14:18from the Healthy Place. Good morning. Hey, you helped me so much
- 14:24with my lower back pain and I am support of supporter of tour release.
- 14:31So the previous caller, um, I would tell him to get out there
- 14:35and get it because it's the only thing that solves my lower back pain.
- 14:39So thank you for that. And I have another question. So that's awesome,
- 14:43John, if you're still listening, here's a real testimony. And I
- 14:46didn't pay her no commission, but hey I can if I could, should
- 14:48send you five bucks. No, I've been using it for I think close
- 14:54to three years now, us even like if I'm out in the garden and
- 14:58I know I'm going to be sore, I right away get get on it,
- 15:01make sure, and it's just it's just made a world a different for
- 15:05my back. So thank you so much for that. Very well. We
- 15:09have another question, um for thinning hair for women? Do you have supplements?
- 15:16There is there's something that I that you guys can recommend that I can
- 15:18come over and grab to help with that. Yeah, you said thinning hair
- 15:22right right? And for women, Yeah, yep. A few different approaches.
- 15:30One, you know, hair loss can be hormone related, so I
- 15:33like to bring up a product called get Even, and that just helps balance
- 15:37the hormones. It's a normalizer, so in case there's any hormone related hair
- 15:41loss there or hair thinning U it helps with that. Another product that is
- 15:46highly recommended every time in this case is one called perfect ten and that has
- 15:52an arlopoic acid with a therapeutic dose of biatin. It's it's five thousand micrograms,
- 15:58which is a really therapeutic, so it helps the arlopoic acid absorb better.
- 16:02And arlopoic acid is really the super woman in this case and passes the
- 16:08blood brain barrier. So it's very good for your brain, very good for
- 16:11your body as an antioxidant actually rebuilds and help your body's body rebuild the structure
- 16:18and helps rebuild more collagen. So that would help with with hair, skin
- 16:21and nails. That's a very popular product. And then the third thing I
- 16:25like to at least bring up is one called hair renew and I can send
- 16:27you links and all this stuff too. You can shoot me an email Tim
- 16:30and find your Hair Renew is by Terry Natural Terry lamoron up in Green Bay.
- 16:36He's one of my heroes in this industry and he created a really nice
- 16:38product that has a blend of all your top sort of ingredients for um for
- 16:45hair growth and stopping the thinning of hair. There's like millet in there and
- 16:48horsetail and alcysteine and methanine. It's a really nice blend. So if if
- 16:52you have a guy or gal, that's that's very you know, concerned or
- 16:56you know, all three of these even could be done for say three months
- 17:02period of time to really start getting some breakthrough and put that fire out,
- 17:06you know. Oh great, Okay, it's for my daughter and she's young,
- 17:10so we shouldn't be dealing with us now. So great, thank you,
- 17:14Yeah you are y, Yeah, you are so welcome. And thanks
- 17:17for that testimony too. That always kind of like makes my day. Great
- 17:19question and great, yeah, great comments. Yeah, I love hearing that
- 17:22feedback, Tim, and it's it's been a great morning on the phone,
- 17:25so we still had a little bit of time. By the way, if
- 17:26you want to join the conversation, we'd love to get you on the air.

- 18:22Madison, West, Fitchburg and Son Prairie stop on and they'd love to see
- 18:25a chat with the wellness consultant and Tim. One of the great things about
- 18:29getting calls getting questions is also hearing from people that have a chance, have
- 18:32had a chance. I know our caller just before the break there, she'd
- 18:34been in a couple of times before and just rave about the results. And
- 18:38that's a great thing to see as well. And one of the neat things
- 18:41about the Healthy Place is I think you've you've described in the past as a
- 18:45high. If you guys all get together, you share information, share knowledge.
- 18:48That's a really important part of what you do, isn't it? Absolutely?
- 18:52Man? I mean look at that. You know John calls you know,
- 18:56hey, lower back pain. This is real. Lower back pain can
- 18:59be a plague, you know. And then stress. Who doesn't deal with
- 19:00stress? So then next we get a call that's like, hey, I
- 19:03tried cure relief for lower back pain. I mean, come on, that
- 19:07is so cool and it worked for her. And it's one of those things,
- 19:11Sean, that that that that if if you know John right, you
- 19:15know, he's maybe not tried these natural alternatives and he's maybe dealt with this
- 19:18lower back pain for a decade, let's say, and and it just ib
- 19:22profan Thailand all maybe heavy duty drugs, who knows, And then this cure
- 19:26relief brings relief U forty five minutes is common. You feel it the first
- 19:33time you take. So, now John, if he goes and tries this
- 19:34product and if it works for him, and John, if you're listening,
- 19:37dude, you should call back if it does work. Actually, either way,
- 19:40I just testimonies. I love it. You know, the change of
- 19:42life, Sean, that's what I get out of bed for more. I
