Darren Indyke And The Art Of The Structure · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: All right, so our article tonight, we're going to go
0:03
Speaker 1: back to 2020, July 8th. And we're going to talk
0:08
Speaker 1: a little bit about Darren Indyke once again. This is
0:13
Speaker 1: a guy who somehow has been able to avoid the spotlight.
0:18
Speaker 1: And when I say spotlight, I certainly don't mean you
0:21
Speaker 1: folks who are out there digging. Everybody who follows this
0:25
Speaker 1: case understands how intimately involved Darren Indyk was with Jeffrey
0:31
Speaker 1: Epstein and this whole entire operation and we've talked about
0:36
Speaker 1: the structuring with Darren Indyk and how he was integral
0:42
Speaker 1: in what happened with Deutsche Bank the 97 trips to
0:47
Speaker 1: pull out 7500 obvious structuring and this article we're going
0:52
Speaker 1: to read tonight is going to open the door a
0:57
Speaker 1: little bit more It's going to talk a little bit
1:01
Speaker 1: more about the jeopardy that Indyke probably has already found
1:07
Speaker 1: himself in over this sort of thing. This is the
1:10
Speaker 1: kind of leverage the government loves to have on you.
1:12
Speaker 1: And if you're a co-conspirator, do you really think someone
1:17
Speaker 1: like Darren Indyke wouldn't roll over on Ghislaine Maxwell if
1:22
Speaker 1: it meant him staying out of prison or him getting
1:25
Speaker 1: a reduced sentence? And when the government already has their
1:30
Speaker 1: mitts on you, their claws dug deep over another crime,
1:35
Speaker 1: maybe a crime that doesn't even have anything to do
1:38
Speaker 1: with the case that they're looking into, well, now they
1:40
Speaker 1: have leverage on you. And with Indyk being involved with
1:46
Speaker 1: Deutsche Bank and the structuring situation, it's very evident that
1:52
Speaker 1: the federal government most certainly has a route to go.
1:57
Speaker 1: If this is where they're looking to get this guy
2:02
Speaker 1: caught up. This is the perfect way for them to
2:06
Speaker 1: have him roll over. And talk about all of these
2:10
Speaker 1: other people that were involved. Whatever he might know. And
2:16
Speaker 1: I would think that what Darren Indyk knows is quite
2:20
Speaker 1: a bit. The guy's been around in Jeffrey Epstein's pocket
2:24
Speaker 1: as the in-house lawyer for decades. Him and Epstein were very,
2:29
Speaker 1: very close. And Indyk's name is littered all over. Tons
2:36
Speaker 1: of receipts. We know that Indyk was around for all
2:41
Speaker 1: of it and was an intimate part when it comes
2:46
Speaker 1: to the financial aspect of this case at the very least.
2:50
Speaker 1: So the feds having him on paper here involved in
2:56
Speaker 1: obvious structuring Is the hook that they need. The kind
3:00
Speaker 1: of situation that they love. At the Department of Justice.
3:05
Speaker 1: This is why this sort of thing. The Mafia. You're
3:09
Speaker 1: not allowed to do drugs in the Mafia. Or sell
3:11
Speaker 1: drugs in the Mafia. Because they'll nail you for an
3:14
Speaker 1: unrelated drug charge. And then they'll have you singing. Like
3:18
Speaker 1: a little canary. About what's going on in the operation.
3:23
Speaker 1: Because you're trying to save yourself. And I feel like
3:26
Speaker 1: that's the kind of situation that we're going to find
3:28
Speaker 1: ourselves in with Indyk. I don't see how the government
3:32
Speaker 1: could not pursue him at this point. We know that
3:34
Speaker 1: Denise George is going to hammer time on this guy
3:38
Speaker 1: right now. We know she doesn't trust him. She doesn't
3:42
Speaker 1: trust the estate. And she has subpoenaed a mountain load
3:47
Speaker 1: of evidence. So Indyk is somebody that I don't know
3:55
Speaker 1: how he avoids criminal prosecution in this case. It would be,
3:59
Speaker 1: I'm talking, hitting megabucks type of miracle, in my opinion,
4:04
Speaker 1: that this dude avoids criminal charges. He might not have
4:10
Speaker 1: been involved in the actual abuse of these girls, but
4:15
Speaker 1: this dude helped build the whole entire framework of the
4:21
Speaker 1: financial portion of this at the very least. And he
4:24
Speaker 1: was somebody who helped the dark, dark, dark laundered money
4:30
Speaker 1: keep pumping life through the heart of Jeffrey Epstein's criminal
4:34
Speaker 1: enterprise with his offshore operations, his structuring, and all of
4:39
Speaker 1: the other financial douchebaggery this guy was allegedly engaging in.
4:47
Speaker 1: So like I said, we have an article from Above
4:49
Speaker 1: the Law tonight. The author is Elizabeth Dye. Headline, Jeffrey
4:55
Speaker 1: Epstein's lawyer may need competent counsel of his own. And
5:00
Speaker 1: there's no doubt about that. Remember, this was all the
5:03
Speaker 1: way back on July 8th of 2020. So this is
5:09
Speaker 1: quite some time ago. And in the months since then,
5:15
Speaker 1: you would have to think that the federal government is salivating.
5:21
Speaker 1: And I would not be shocked if... Indyk turn state
5:25
Speaker 1: evidence or if he's already speaking with the authorities. Holy structuring, Batman! Yesterday,
5:37
Speaker 1: Deutsche Bank inked a $ 150 million settlement with New York's
5:41
Speaker 1: Department of Financial Services for the bank's failure to comply
5:44
Speaker 1: with anti-money laundering laws in its dealings with Jeffrey Epstein
5:49
Speaker 1: and two small foreign banks. So... We covered this at
5:54
Speaker 1: length when it first happened with Deutsche Bank, the $ 150
5:58
Speaker 1: million fine, how it's a slap on the wrist, and
6:01
Speaker 1: how the institution could care less. They couldn't care less, okay?
6:08
Speaker 1: They will pay the $ 150 million and keep it moving.
6:12
Speaker 1: That's why it's so important for these executives at these places,
6:16
Speaker 1: places like Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and the other financial
6:21
Speaker 1: institutions sector institutions, it's important for these executives to be
6:27
Speaker 1: held criminally liable. If they're the ones that are steering
6:33
Speaker 1: the ship, if they're the ones that are making sure
6:35
Speaker 1: that the financial institution looks the other way, if they're
6:38
Speaker 1: the ones that are in bed with people like Jeffrey Epstein,
6:42
Speaker 1: the institution should have to pay a fine, sure. But
6:45
Speaker 1: there should be criminal liability for whoever is in charge
6:49
Speaker 1: of the department. that this is occurring in. If you're
6:54
Speaker 1: going to make big bucks, you have to take some
6:57
Speaker 1: responsibility when shit goes south. And none of that happens
7:01
Speaker 1: in the financial sector. It's everybody's running for the hills,
7:04
Speaker 1: pointing to the next guy, and the can just continuously
7:08
Speaker 1: gets kicked down the road. Oh yeah, we'll get him
7:10
Speaker 1: next time. The next time there's a meltdown. That's why
7:16
Speaker 1: when I heard the phrase, too big to fail, I
7:19
Speaker 1: wanted to put my head through a wall. While my
7:23
Speaker 1: 401k was getting hammered during the financial meltdown, these clowns
7:27
Speaker 1: were busy catching a tart bell out. And then they
7:30
Speaker 1: have the audacity to put the screws to people a
7:33
Speaker 1: decade later during a worldwide pandemic. And nobody is up
7:39
Speaker 1: in arms about this. Nobody is yelling and screaming about
7:42
Speaker 1: the banks picking up the tab for the $ 453 billion
7:48
Speaker 1: stimulus package to give every American two grand. I'll tell
7:54
Speaker 1: you what, I would do a complete auditing of these banks.
7:58
Speaker 1: I'm sure if there was a complete audit done of
8:00
Speaker 1: these banks, a good portion of that money could be
8:03
Speaker 1: recovered and pumped right back in to the economy and infrastructure.
8:09
Speaker 1: But it'll never happen, right? The banks will continue to
8:12
Speaker 1: do their song and their dance. They'll continue to send
8:15
Speaker 1: their bought and paid for politicians to Washington, D.C. And
8:20
Speaker 1: we will continue to suffer because from the money laundering
8:24
Speaker 1: and the financial scheming and the general disregard for anybody
8:29
Speaker 1: who isn't part of their so-called elite society club. In
8:36
Speaker 1: the consent order, DFS describes Epstein's attorney making 97 cash
8:40
Speaker 1: withdrawals on his client's behalf, totaling $ 200, 000 over just four years.
8:48
Speaker 1: And that is the epitome of structuring. When I was
8:53
Speaker 1: doing my Title 31 training, when I worked for Cantor Fitzgerald,
8:58
Speaker 1: this is exactly what one of the scenarios basically was.
9:04
Speaker 1: You can't structure these. You can't pull this money out
9:07
Speaker 1: under the $ 10, 000 mark, at the $ 7, 500 mark, to make
9:08
Speaker 1: sure you go under that $ 10, 000 sum that would trigger
9:10
Speaker 1: the paperwork. But yet he was able to do it
9:21
Speaker 1: 97 times at Deutsche Bank. And regulators decided that, after
9:26
Speaker 1: looking at everything and all of the evidence in the case,
9:29
Speaker 1: that Deutsche Bank was negligent to the tune of $ 150 million.
9:34
Speaker 1: And while it's all fine and well, what about the
9:40
Speaker 1: executives who are in charge of all of this nonsense?
9:47
Speaker 1: When asked why he needed so much money, the unnamed
9:50
Speaker 1: attorney claimed Epstein needed it for travel, tipping, and expenses.
9:55
Speaker 1: In other words, payoff money, hush money, and money for...
10:00
Speaker 1: Lord knows what else. But I highly doubt it was
10:03
Speaker 1: for travel, tipping, and expenses. Okay? First of all, a
10:08
Speaker 1: guy like Jeffrey Epstein doesn't strike me as the kind
10:11
Speaker 1: of guy that's pulling out C-notes and shoving them in pockets. Tipping.
10:18
Speaker 1: You mean... Trying to pay off young girls that he
10:21
Speaker 1: lured to his Palm Beach mansion. Is that what you
10:25
Speaker 1: mean by tipping? Because if that's what you mean by
10:27
Speaker 1: tipping and expenses, okay. It's ludicrous. Ridiculous. Whatever word you
10:36
Speaker 1: want to use to describe it, it's that. That Indyk,
10:40
Speaker 1: who is under this huge shroud of Jeffrey Epstein's fallout.
10:48
Speaker 1: is not only still walking free, but he's in charge
10:51
Speaker 1: of the estate. How does any of that mesh up?
10:55
Speaker 1: How does any of that make any sense? This guy
11:01
Speaker 1: should have been ejected from the estate long ago. In fact,
11:05
Speaker 1: he should have never been accepted as part of this estate.
11:10
Speaker 1: There has to be some sort of way around it,
11:13
Speaker 1: some sort of way to get him ejected. And I
11:16
Speaker 1: tell you what, I'm pretty sure a federal indictment would
11:19
Speaker 1: do the trick, wouldn't it? But the attorney had questions
11:24
Speaker 1: of his own for Deutsch. In May 2014, the attorney
11:29
Speaker 1: inquired into how often he could withdraw cash on behalf
11:32
Speaker 1: of Mr. Epstein without triggering an alert. Right then and there,
11:36
Speaker 1: it should have been over and done with. When somebody
11:40
Speaker 1: asks you how to structure, you have to report that.
11:44
Speaker 1: I couldn't even talk to people about that, right? If
11:48
Speaker 1: they went over $ 10, 000, I couldn't tell them why I
11:51
Speaker 1: needed their identification, none of that stuff. All I could
11:54
Speaker 1: tell them that it was for tax purposes. And I
11:56
Speaker 1: had these little cards that explained all of the laws
12:00
Speaker 1: and the rules that I would have to give the person.
12:04
Speaker 1: And if they were to ask me about structuring, right away,
12:08
Speaker 1: not even a question, I would have sarred them. So
12:12
Speaker 1: I don't know what was going on at Deutsche Bank.
12:14
Speaker 1: And this moron, a lawyer, is asking this kind of question.
12:18
Speaker 1: Have you noticed that these people, these people from so-called
12:20
Speaker 1: polite society, are not really good criminals when they don't
12:24
Speaker 1: have cover being put down for them by the best
12:27
Speaker 1: criminals in the world, people at the CIA and other
12:29
Speaker 1: intelligence agencies. These people are not smart. These people are
12:34
Speaker 1: not criminals. And they're not built for this life when
12:38
Speaker 1: the pressure gets turned up. You put these people in
12:41
Speaker 1: a room with an investigator and a hardened interrogator, and
12:46
Speaker 1: these people will crack. And the more I think about it,
12:53
Speaker 1: and the more I learn about Indyk, I would not
12:56
Speaker 1: be shocked to find out that he is already cooperating
13:00
Speaker 1: with the government and has already provided a proffer statement. Now, again, folks, look,
13:05
Speaker 1: I don't have direct evidence of that. I'm putting two
13:08
Speaker 1: and two together here, right? We're putting the pieces together.
13:11
Speaker 1: We're reading between the lines. And if Maxwell was arrested
13:17
Speaker 1: and is being held without bail, you would think that Indyke,
13:21
Speaker 1: who played a significant role in at the very least
13:25
Speaker 1: paying a hush money off to these girls, let's just
13:28
Speaker 1: say that at the very least, that would make him complicit.
13:31
Speaker 1: So it's fishy to me that Indyke has not been
13:34
Speaker 1: swooped up yet. It's very fishy to me that he
13:37
Speaker 1: is still walking free. And I would be utterly shocked
13:43
Speaker 1: if when all is said and done, we don't find
13:45
Speaker 1: out that he was a cooperating witness against Maxwell. That
13:49
Speaker 1: would be my guess. Again, just so we're clear, I
13:52
Speaker 1: don't have any evidence of that. That is speculation on
13:56
Speaker 1: my part due to the way this case has moved
14:01
Speaker 1: and what We know about Indyke, but yet we have
14:05
Speaker 1: seen no movement from the authorities. So, something has to give.
14:13
Speaker 1: Relationship Coordinator 1 sent an email to the branch manager
14:16
Speaker 1: stating that Attorney 1 asked how often they could come
14:20
Speaker 1: in to withdraw cash without creating some sort of alert,
14:24
Speaker 1: and asking, is it once a week? Twice a week?
14:27
Speaker 1: Once every other week? The bank has represented... that it
14:30
Speaker 1: has no record of any response. There should be no response.
14:34
Speaker 1: But I'm guessing in this financial sector that the manager
14:38
Speaker 1: probably came down and spoke with Indyke one-on-one. What they
14:43
Speaker 1: spoke about and what they came up with is anybody's guess.
14:47
Speaker 1: But I'm certain that Indyke was not ignored. Jeffrey Epstein's guy?
14:51
Speaker 1: Highly doubt he was ignored. With all the money in
14:53
Speaker 1: that bank and all the money Epstein was steering towards
14:56
Speaker 1: that bank? Oh yeah, this is a preferred client. This
14:59
Speaker 1: is somebody who's going to get the time of a
15:01
Speaker 1: branch manager and he most surely is not being ignored.
15:06
Speaker 1: That's 100% certain. As far as it not being on record,
15:10
Speaker 1: I could totally see that too. Why would anyone want
15:12
Speaker 1: to keep that conversation recorded or on record? Dude's breaking
15:17
Speaker 1: the law. If whoever that branch manager is helped Indyke structure,
15:24
Speaker 1: then he's in huge trouble. He's somebody that should be
15:26
Speaker 1: investigated as well. Because you can't be in a position
15:29
Speaker 1: like that, a branch manager at a bank or in
15:32
Speaker 1: a financial institution, and you're helping people structure? Hell no.
15:37
Speaker 1: Hell no. DB claims to have understood this as a
15:43
Speaker 1: question about its own 7500 limit on third-party withdrawals, not
15:48
Speaker 1: an attempt to evade triggering a mandatory report to the
15:51
Speaker 1: Treasury Department for a cash transaction of $ 10, 000 or more.
15:58
Speaker 1: And that's what happens. The second it's $ 10, 000 and one cent,
16:01
Speaker 1: it becomes a whole new animal under Title 31. And
16:06
Speaker 1: they were trying to beat that. They were trying to
16:09
Speaker 1: structure it so it did not alert them that it
16:14
Speaker 1: was Title 31. That way they could avoid the taxes.
16:17
Speaker 1: That way they could keep this money moving around without
16:20
Speaker 1: anyone knowing where it was going without any receipts. You know,
16:25
Speaker 1: all of the stuff we've been talking about here on
16:27
Speaker 1: the podcast for a while. But really, for the past
16:31
Speaker 1: few months, we've zeroed in on this whole financial aspect.
16:35
Speaker 1: And this is why. This is the kind of shit
16:37
Speaker 1: that was happening. And when you see it, if it
16:40
Speaker 1: was just this one story, you'd be like, oh my god,
16:43
Speaker 1: what a moron this guy is. He's trying to get over. Okay,
16:46
Speaker 1: I get it. But when you add it all up
16:48
Speaker 1: and you see all of this happening over and over
16:50
Speaker 1: and over again with a bunch of different players... On
16:54
Speaker 1: the same stage. And in a bunch of different sectors.
16:57
Speaker 1: Be it academia. The modeling world. Finance. You have to
17:02
Speaker 1: say to yourself. How many coincidences are there? Or is
17:07
Speaker 1: this a well oiled. Criminal enterprise. That is moving. Like
17:17
Speaker 1: nobody's business. And to me. After everything we know. And
17:21
Speaker 1: all of the people. That have been outed. it is
17:25
Speaker 1: quite obvious that this isn't just a bunch of coincidences, okay?
17:30
Speaker 1: This is a man, Jeffrey Epstein, and a woman, his
17:33
Speaker 1: alleged co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell, who had this whole entire operation
17:38
Speaker 1: running like they were mafioso. They had money laundering, sex trafficking,
17:44
Speaker 1: a honey trap, you name it. These people had it
17:50
Speaker 1: going on. In 2017, Epstein's lawyer asked again, but this
17:57
Speaker 1: time he specifically wanted to know whether a withdrawal transaction
18:01
Speaker 1: in excess of up to $ 10, 000 would require a reporting and,
18:07
Speaker 1: upon being advised that it would, broke up the withdrawal
18:10
Speaker 1: transaction over two days. They should have never allowed it.
18:14
Speaker 1: The second he asked that question, if he tried to
18:16
Speaker 1: take out less than the 10 dimes or put in
18:20
Speaker 1: more than the 10 dimes, nope. You're not making this transaction, sir.
18:24
Speaker 1: And not only that, I don't want to do business
18:26
Speaker 1: with you anymore. Your account is frozen and you'll have
18:29
Speaker 1: to speak to the branch manager. The SAR should have
18:33
Speaker 1: been filed and the ball should have been rolling. This
18:37
Speaker 1: dude is engaged in structuring. This is a crime. This
18:39
Speaker 1: is a federal crime and he should go to prison
18:42
Speaker 1: for this, if nothing else. So again, I really strongly
18:48
Speaker 1: believe that Indyk is cooperating at this point, what else
18:52
Speaker 1: could it be that's keeping him out of the clink? Why,
19:01
Speaker 1: said attorney, asked the bank teller, instead of Mr. Google,
19:05
Speaker 1: about treasury reporting triggers is unclear. Pretty snarky, I like that.
19:11
Speaker 1: And it's true. So this guy's running around asking the
19:15
Speaker 1: bank teller about structuring? asking the bank teller to help
19:18
Speaker 1: him commit crimes. What an absolute douche lord. And you see,
19:23
Speaker 1: these people are not as intelligent as they think, folks.
19:27
Speaker 1: You know, they come off like they're so intelligent, like
19:29
Speaker 1: they're so much better than the rest of us. Screw that.
19:32
Speaker 1: These people are absolute morons of the highest order. But
19:39
Speaker 1: if he had done a minimum of research, he'd probably
19:42
Speaker 1: have discovered that the government takes a rather dim view.
19:46
Speaker 1: of structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements. 100%. I had
19:52
Speaker 1: to take classes on this shit. It was serious business.
19:55
Speaker 1: If you missed somebody, a title 31 transaction, forget about it.
20:01
Speaker 1: We're talking you get suspended at my job, possibly terminated, depending.
20:07
Speaker 1: So it's a serious deal. It's a big deal. And
20:09
Speaker 1: the fact that it was just, you know, no big
20:11
Speaker 1: deal over at Deutsche Bank and, you know, we'll do
20:14
Speaker 1: whatever we want over here. We don't got to worry
20:16
Speaker 1: about Title 31. That's a big problem. And that's another
20:19
Speaker 1: reason why I'm so adamant about this sector being regulated.
20:25
Speaker 1: I have had enough. I have had enough of their games.
20:28
Speaker 1: I have had enough of their 25.5% finance rates. And
20:32
Speaker 1: I certainly have had enough of them bankrolling the biggest,
20:36
Speaker 1: most crooked oligarchs and criminals in the world. Faced with
20:42
Speaker 1: the attorney's apparently unequivocal admission that his goal was to
20:46
Speaker 1: evade federal reporting, not the bank's own rules, Deutsche Bank's
20:51
Speaker 1: compliance department sprung into action. No. Not really. But they
20:56
Speaker 1: definitely gestured in the direction of action. And this is typical.
21:01
Speaker 1: Millions and millions of dollars of Epstein's money was in there.
21:03
Speaker 1: They don't want to rock that boat. They want that
21:06
Speaker 1: dough to keep on growing. They want it to metastasize, right?
21:11
Speaker 1: Pour a little water on it like a gremlin. That's
21:14
Speaker 1: what they want. They don't care about money laundering or
21:18
Speaker 1: human trafficking or structuring if they can get away with it.
21:21
Speaker 1: They don't care. They only care when they get caught.
21:27
Speaker 1: An anti-money laundering officer, among others, spoke with Attorney 1
21:31
Speaker 1: and advised that A, his patterns gave the appearance of structuring, B,
21:36
Speaker 1: this pattern was unacceptable, and C, he would be provided
21:40
Speaker 1: with additional information about CTR reporting requirements. This is exactly
21:46
Speaker 1: what I was just telling you folks, right? Like I said,
21:49
Speaker 1: we had this little card that I would slip to
21:51
Speaker 1: the high rollers, people who didn't understand what CTR and
21:54
Speaker 1: Title 31 is. and in Dyke, all he had to
21:58
Speaker 1: do was take a trip out to Las Vegas and
22:00
Speaker 1: come to my casino, and he would have got a
22:02
Speaker 1: face full of it. When some jackass sportsbook manager like
22:08
Speaker 1: yours truly is more of a watchdog when it comes
22:12
Speaker 1: to the financial sector than the actual financial sector, folks,
22:17
Speaker 1: we have a four-alarm fire that most certainly needs to
22:21
Speaker 1: be addressed. Attorney One represented that he had not intended
22:27
Speaker 1: to structure cash withdrawals. Bank personnel found Attorney One credible
22:33
Speaker 1: and permitted him to continue to withdraw cash from his
22:36
Speaker 1: own and Epstein's accounts. That would never, ever have happened
22:42
Speaker 1: at my sportsbook. And believe me, I didn't work for
22:44
Speaker 1: a squeaky clean operation, okay? I'm sure all of you
22:48
Speaker 1: are familiar with, you know, Cantor Fitzgerald. And for those
22:52
Speaker 1: of you who might be interested in the sports gambling world,
22:57
Speaker 1: I know you know about CG. So not the squeakiest
23:00
Speaker 1: operation in the world, right? But when it came to
23:03
Speaker 1: Title 31 and my shop where I was in charge,
23:06
Speaker 1: you better believe we had our shit together. They asked
23:14
Speaker 1: him if he was committing a crime and he said no.
23:16
Speaker 1: Case closed. Yeah, that's it. We'll work on the buddy system.
23:19
Speaker 1: We'll just let you self-verify. No wonder the bank got
23:24
Speaker 1: whacked for $ 150 million. $ 150 million. Not enough, right? Nowhere
23:30
Speaker 1: near enough. But it's a start. And all of those
23:33
Speaker 1: executives that were involved, they should be charged criminally as well.
23:37
Speaker 1: And they should face personal liability for this. And every
23:40
Speaker 1: single one of these money laundering dollars that is taken
23:45
Speaker 1: from these people should be pumped back in to the
23:47
Speaker 1: American people's pockets via infrastructure or otherwise. Enough with these
23:54
Speaker 1: banks getting rich. Then, in 2018, just before Deutsch closed
24:01
Speaker 1: the branch nearest Epstein's house, the same attorney made a $ 100, 000
24:05
Speaker 1: cash withdrawal. When asked, he explained that Mr. Epstein needed
24:09
Speaker 1: the funds for tipping and household expenses, which seemed to
24:13
Speaker 1: satisfy the bank. Oh, well, isn't that nice? Imagine having
24:17
Speaker 1: that kind of clout. You just walk in there, you're like, yeah,
24:18
Speaker 1: let me get $ 100, 000. Um... Oh, yeah, it's just for
24:22
Speaker 1: tips and expenses and shit. No worries. Oh, that paperwork? Yeah,
24:26
Speaker 1: you don't got to file that. Jeffrey says, Uncle Jeffy
24:29
Speaker 1: says you don't got to file that paperwork. I mean,
24:32
Speaker 1: that's basically what's going on here, right? That's what it
24:35
Speaker 1: seems like anyway. It's such a joke that Epstein had
24:39
Speaker 1: so much power and so much reach, so much power
24:42
Speaker 1: and so much reach that he manipulated the financial markets.
24:45
Speaker 1: And not only that, that his reach was so long
24:48
Speaker 1: and so strong that he was able to finesse, prosecutors,
24:54
Speaker 1: federal and state, you would think that their colleagues at
24:58
Speaker 1: the SDNY and elsewhere would be foaming at the mouth
25:03
Speaker 1: to scrape this egg off of their face, to right
25:08
Speaker 1: this huge wrong, and finally bring some justice where it's
25:13
Speaker 1: needed the most. The ball's in your court, SDNY. What
25:20
Speaker 1: you gonna do with it? It did not, however, satisfy
25:26
Speaker 1: the New York State Department of Financial Services. And if
25:30
Speaker 1: it wants to lean on this attorney for cooperation against
25:33
Speaker 1: Epstein's still-living co-conspirators, it appears to have ample leverage. Great job,
25:41
Speaker 1: attorney one. And that's what I was getting at earlier
25:45
Speaker 1: when we were talking at the beginning of this article.
25:48
Speaker 1: The leverage that the federal government has when they catch
25:52
Speaker 1: you up in a different crime. It's a lot. Enough
25:57
Speaker 1: to crush you under its weight. And that's what they
26:01
Speaker 1: live for. Process crimes. Shit like this. They want to
26:04
Speaker 1: walk you into a lie under oath. A perjury trap.
26:08
Speaker 1: That's what they do. And for attorney number one... Darren Indyke.
26:16
Speaker 1: He's in big trouble. And he's exposed. And when you're
26:18
Speaker 1: exposed and you're part of a criminal enterprise... And there's
26:23
Speaker 1: blood in the water. And a feeding frenzy. Is occurring.
26:28
Speaker 1: Well my friends. It most certainly is. Every shark. For themselves.
