  Speaker 5: Iana, and you can also join and learn a lot

  Speaker 5: through that in terms of just like healthy eating and

  Speaker 5: like finding like a workout that you enjoy.

  Speaker 5: A lot through someone who is very I mean, obviously

  Speaker 5: there's a good balance, but between the two, I think
