• 1:07
Speaker 1: That Giants-Cowboys game was Entertaining.
• 1:22
  Speaker 2: Yeah, it was.
• 1:26
Speaker 1: I don't think any team yeah, it was.
• 1:27
Speaker 1: I don't think either of those teams are any good.
• 1:30
  Speaker 1: They both suck.
• 1:31
Speaker 1: But it was fun to watch Ruston throw it.
• 1:36
Speaker 1: He's got that deep ball still.
• 1:38
Speaker 1: If you're not going to give him, it's all he's got.
• 1:41
Speaker 1: Yeah, if you can't get to him, he can still throw it.
• 1:44
Speaker 1: But they blew it.
• 1:48
  Speaker 1: I mean, kicking a 64-yarder ain't nothing.
• 1:51
Speaker 1: 60-yarders are going in left and right now.
• 1:54
Speaker 1: Yeah, 70-yarder is coming.
• 1:59
Speaker 1: Somebody's going to kick a kick from their side of the 50.
• 2:08
Speaker 2: Need to narrow the goal posts?
• 2:09
Speaker 1: Ooh, something like that.
• 2:12
Speaker 1: I don't wanna see all this kicking.
• 2:14
Speaker 2: They did it before they can do it again.
• 2:16
Speaker 2: The Noles had a bye Still got to move up.
• 2:24
Speaker 2: The Knowles had a bye Still got to move up.
• 2:29
Speaker 1: And they moved up.
• 2:29
Speaker 1: This happens, doesn't always happen.
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: Gators Suck.
• 2:41
Speaker 1: I mean they played.
• 2:42
Speaker 1: The defenses get better but the quarterback's worse.
• 2:46
Speaker 1: It's like the team got better but the quarterback got worse.
• 2:50
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 2:53
Speaker 2: He just looks like somebody that didn't practice for eight months.
• 2:56
Speaker 1: Yeah, as the Gators fall to 1-2, Notre Dame falls to 0-2.
• 3:03
  Speaker 2: Still ranked.
• 3:04
Speaker 1: Controversial ending Definitely a hold.
• 3:06
Speaker 1: Oh dude, it was blatant.
• 3:07
Speaker 1: A one and two Notre Dame falls to 0-2.
• 3:08
Speaker 1: Still ranked Controversial ending Definitely a hold.
• 3:10
Speaker 1: Dude, it was blatant.
• 3:10
Speaker 2: They tackled the dude.
• 3:12
Speaker 2: Yeah, come on, man, when you grab a guy by the legs and pull him down, that's shit you got to call If it was just up around the shoulder pads.
• 3:22
Speaker 2: Should that be reviewable?
• 3:24
Speaker 1: Obvious plays obvious penalties If it was just like up around the shoulder pads.
• 3:25
Speaker 1: Yeah, That'd be reviewable.
• 3:26
Speaker 1: I mean obvious plays like obvious penalties.
• 3:29
Speaker 1: Is that the next step?
• 3:31
Speaker 2: I don't know, but it should be so many angles though.
• 3:34
Speaker 2: It should be a fireable offense, I mean you can't miss obvious holds like that.
• 3:39
Speaker 1: This is similar to like a blown call, the one you had Remember there was it in in the NFC championship in New Orleans with the pass interference and they tried to review pass interference.
• 3:49
Speaker 1: That didn't last, Right, Because what do you like?
• 3:53
Speaker 2: but still, this makes you want to like bring in a rule change.
• 3:56
Speaker 2: You have officials on the field whose responsibility it is is to watch the line play.
• 4:04
Speaker 1: You can't let the obvious hold like that.
• 4:06
Speaker 2: That's why they call him the goddamn line judge.
• 4:09
Speaker 1: Right, you can't tackle a guy on the offensive line.
• 4:13
Speaker 1: That's pretty much all you have to watch out Like you can, just got to call the obvious ones guys.
• 4:18
Speaker 2: Right, you could call it on every play, but you don't.
• 4:21
Speaker 1: But you got to call that yeah, but Texas A&M comes with that.
• 4:27
Speaker 1: That probably would have affected the play.
• 4:30
Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you would have backed them up another 10 yards Instead of scoring.
• 4:33
Speaker 1: but that's one of the games.
• 4:37
Speaker 1: But you were right, that was.
• 4:38
Speaker 1: You picked that one as a game to watch.
• 4:41
  Speaker 2: Dude.
• 4:41
Speaker 1: my takeaway is that, Chris Ash, 41-40, Texas A& that Chris Ash is a significant downgrade from Al Golden, that defensive coordinator.
• 4:49
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 4:51
Speaker 2: I mean, they missed the seniors that were on that defense.
• 4:54
Speaker 2: They missed those guys.
• 4:55
Speaker 2: But dude, that guy has no idea what he's doing.
• 4:58
Speaker 1: At least we're not Tennessee fans today.
• 5:02
  Speaker 1: That's a tough one.
• 5:03
Speaker 1: What a great game that was.
• 5:04
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 5:05
Speaker 1: I mean, if you don't have a dog in the fight.
• 5:07
Speaker 2: That's what Tennessee does, no pun intended, but God you're right.
• 5:12
Speaker 1: I mean it's hard to believe.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: The last time they won was that Hail Mary, you know because I remember that.
• 5:18
Speaker 1: And like, since then, they've just been, oh, biting it, and that was a tough one man.
• 5:22
Speaker 1: And that was a tough one man when you had the penalty.
• 5:24
Speaker 1: That backed it up, though, by Josh Heupel.
• 5:29
Speaker 1: You got to try to get that closer.
• 5:33
Speaker 1: I mean you know, it wasn't even close.
• 5:35
Speaker 1: But then he nails it in overtime, right?
• 5:39
Speaker 1: But it doesn't matter, right?
• 5:43
Speaker 1: That pressure's still there for a kicker.
• 5:46
  Speaker 1: Yeah, that one.
• 5:46
Speaker 1: That one sailed just like that wide right at 91, just like it wasn't as close.
• 5:52
Speaker 1: But it had that, he just pushed it, pushed it, you knew it though, man, you, it wasn't close.
• 5:58
Speaker 2: You're up eight points and george's got the ball late in the fourth quarter.
• 6:03
Speaker 2: You know they got a score and get a two-point conversion.
• 6:05
Speaker 2: When you allow them to do that, that kind of just, that's Tennessee Well missing the kick.
• 6:12
Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, but they should have ended.
• 6:15
Speaker 2: It Shouldn't have got to that Like, your defense has to be able to make a stop with the game on the line, and it's same old, same old man.
• 6:28
  Speaker 1: Miami looks good.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: Yeah, they look like a top five team.
• 6:32
Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I mean Both sides of the ball.
• 6:35
Speaker 2: Right and USF is not no.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: USF came back to their reality Right, which you said that was.
• 6:43
  Speaker 1: I picked a backdoor cover.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: I was all for that all.
• 6:46
Speaker 2: There's no shot at that, yep miami looks the part they won't.
• 6:50
Speaker 2: You know, usf will not win their conference that no they're not good.
• 6:56
  Speaker 1: They're not.
• 6:56
Speaker 1: It's really shocking to see florida, you know.
• 6:59
Speaker 1: Then, coming back to florida and seeing what, seeing what I thought would happen is I thought they would come in fired up and play hard and inspired, and I thought they did, which you could see on defense.
• 7:16
Speaker 2: You turned the ball over five times.
• 7:18
Speaker 2: Their defense is giving up two touchdowns this season and the one they gave up against USF was a fluke.
• 7:24
Speaker 1: You come into a number three team in the country touchdowns this season.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: The one they gave up against USF was a fluke and you play that good, except for one position and he blew it, one of them being a pick six to ice it.
• 7:36
  Speaker 1: I mean you can't as a, that's a tough one.
• 7:43
Speaker 2: The interceptions he threw were not just that's on billy because he's isn't.
• 7:48
Speaker 1: He do everything offensive, he's the quarterback.
• 7:51
Speaker 1: He's the offensive coordinator.
• 7:53
Speaker 2: He's the play caller, he's the whisper well, he's not the quarterback coach, he's the play caller.
• 7:56
Speaker 2: He's the play caller.
• 7:57
Speaker 2: So what I mean?
• 7:59
Speaker 2: He's got to dumb the scheme down, right?
• 8:02
  Speaker 2: What?
• 8:02
Speaker 2: It is the LSU game all night.
• 8:06
Speaker 2: Dj Lagway's mechanics are horrible.
• 8:10
Speaker 2: Very rarely does the ball come out of his hand the same way from throw to throw, same arm angle, same delivery, and nowhere was it magnified more than on those quick slants where you have to have the ball in front of the receiver, at his chest, at his face, hitting him in the hands, especially in press coverage.
• 8:34
Speaker 2: And he could not do that.
• 8:36
Speaker 2: Time and time again he threw interceptions, he threw incompletions and that, like that's frustrating, right.
• 8:45
Speaker 2: So you got to dumb the scheme down, man.
• 8:47
Speaker 2: You have to make pretty much every throw that he's going to make now high percentage.
• 8:52
Speaker 1: Do you think he's?
• 8:52
  Speaker 2: hurt.
• 8:52
  Speaker 2: I don't know.
• 8:54
Speaker 2: I don't know if he's hurt as much as he's just rusty Rusty.
• 8:59
Speaker 1: And he's just Thumbs off.
• 9:00
Speaker 2: Yeah, because he looked way better last year he off.
• 9:06
  Speaker 2: Yeah, well he's.
• 9:06
Speaker 2: He looked way better last year, he did way better, but he still wasn't accurate, even in his good games.
• 9:09
Speaker 2: You know he was barely over 50.
• 9:10
Speaker 2: Yep, he had some throws downfield that went, you know.
• 9:13
Speaker 2: But no, his mechanics are horrible, he doesn't.
• 9:17
Speaker 2: He looks like somebody who has done no practicing since last season, who hasn't worked on getting any better anywhere well, if you have the defense where you can play like that, you can't have that.
• 9:30
Speaker 1: So you you just got to rely on your punter right and just run the ball running game and run the ball.
• 9:36
Speaker 2: Don't allow him to do that, and that's that's.
• 9:39
Speaker 2: Another thing is he doesn't have what anthony had, which is you know what, if I'm having accuracy issues, plays are breaking down, I can just take off and house it 40 yards because I'm faster than everybody else.
• 9:53
Speaker 2: That's not DJ Lagway.
• 9:55
  Speaker 2: He's mobile enough.
• 9:58
Speaker 1: You know he's big kid strong More of a Cam Moore type.
• 10:00
Speaker 1: Right, but he doesn't have that.
• 10:03
Speaker 2: He's a lot more like Graham Mertz than he would than anybody.
• 10:07
Speaker 2: You know he's not going to kill you with his legs.
• 10:11
Speaker 1: Well, he killed him with his arms and uh, the Gators fall to one and two with Miami coming yeah, and I'm gonna say something the LSU great defense, their offense.
• 10:23
  Speaker 2: I don't think it's that great, which?
• 10:25
Speaker 1: is yeah, you got nussmeyer.
• 10:28
Speaker 2: They're damn near making four million yeah, I got man, they got some, they got some problems.
• 10:33
Speaker 2: These guys aren't that good they don't have much of a running game is that young?
• 10:36
Speaker 2: And yeah, they don't have nfl receivers looks bad.
• 10:41
Speaker 1: their defense looks really good.
• 10:43
Speaker 1: The coordinator change was a good hire, yeah.
• 10:47
Speaker 2: So Florida's rolling in this next week with the high-powered offense they're going up against.
• 10:52
Speaker 1: Yeah, Miami has high-powered offense.
• 10:53
Speaker 2: Yeah, relying on that defense to keep you in the game.
• 10:56
Speaker 2: That's not going to work.
• 10:58
  Speaker 1: Miami looks good.
• 10:59
Speaker 1: Shannon Dawson his resume is looking really good.
• 11:03
Speaker 1: I mean, you're taking, if you're a good transfer quarterback, I mean where else would you want to go if you're not going to be drafted in the first round?
• 11:14
Speaker 1: And you want to go somewhere, go to Miami.
• 11:17
Speaker 2: Yeah, if you don't want to.
• 11:18
Speaker 1: Because what he's doing right now with Carson Beck is.
• 11:21
Speaker 1: I saw Carson Beck at Georgia.
• 11:23
Speaker 1: This is a way better version of him.
• 11:26
Speaker 2: Well, the receivers are catching the ball.
• 11:27
Speaker 1: The receivers are catching the ball.
• 11:29
Speaker 1: He looks more polished.
• 11:30
Speaker 2: He looks more confident You're keeping heat off of him Right?
• 11:34
Speaker 1: Yep, miami looks the part that.
• 11:36
Speaker 1: Yeah, and Carson Beck was a good decision.
• 11:39
Speaker 1: I mean, especially when you're going to give him $4 million.
• 11:42
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 11:43
Speaker 1: Yeah, miami looks good, the defense Bain looks like a killer.
• 11:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, you know, Florida's in trouble.
• 11:52
  Speaker 1: Florida's in trouble.
• 11:53
Speaker 1: We said that last week their best chance was to win at LSU, which we saw, and I think they outplayed LSU, except for one position Right, which you got to give lsu credit.
• 12:06
Speaker 1: You know they did make the place they did and um the.
• 12:10
Speaker 2: The pick six was a great play, but you got to give the defensive coordinator credit.
• 12:14
Speaker 1: You got to give brian kelly credit for hiring that guy.
• 12:16
Speaker 1: So I mean, like you didn't make the interceptions and it doesn't matter, yeah it doesn't.
• 12:22
Speaker 1: Sometimes it's not pretty, it doesn't matter, you'd rather be.
• 12:24
Speaker 1: Sometimes it's not pretty, it doesn't matter, you'd rather be undefeated, like you are so far right.
• 12:28
Speaker 1: Right, I mean you can look good and lose and win heismans and have three or four losses.
• 12:33
Speaker 1: I'd rather win and uh.
• 12:36
Speaker 2: So no hate on lsu no, but I I think you know people like herb street crowning them the best team in the country need to, you know.
• 12:46
  Speaker 1: Oh no.
• 12:47
  Speaker 2: That's Kirk.
• 12:47
Speaker 2: That's what he does.
• 12:48
  Speaker 2: Nobody knows.
• 12:49
  Speaker 1: Nobody knows.
• 12:50
Speaker 1: It's so wide open now with the NIL and the transfer portal from year to year.
• 12:56
Speaker 2: They beat a bad Clemson team.
• 12:57
Speaker 2: Look at Florida State this year.
• 12:59
Speaker 1: I mean, look at, at least you have, because you still have teams like Georgia Tech, yeah, and a coach like Brent P out there who's just beat if you're an underdog.
• 13:11
Speaker 1: Oh great, they beat Clemson.
• 13:15
  Speaker 1: I don't think that was a shock.
• 13:17
Speaker 2: No, that wasn't At all.
• 13:18
Speaker 2: I actually I kind of expected them to, not, right I?
• 13:22
Speaker 1: picked Georgia Tech to win the game.
• 13:24
Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's no disrespect to Clemson, it's respect to Georgia Tech and what he's built there.
• 13:31
Speaker 1: I mean, this is a team.
• 13:33
Speaker 1: That now what the next step they have to do is take when they're the target, because now that's going to change.
• 13:44
Speaker 1: If you look at their schedule, they're going to be favored now.
• 13:45
Speaker 1: That's going to change.
• 13:45
Speaker 1: If you look at their schedule, they're going to be favored in the rest of their games Until you get to that Georgia week.
• 13:49
Speaker 1: Well, I'm talking about in terms of getting to Charlotte for them.
• 13:53
Speaker 1: Yeah, Like if they go undefeated they make it to Charlotte.
• 13:56
Speaker 2: There's some very interesting schedules out there, because all of a sudden you got Cal out at Berkeley who doesn't play with the gunslinger yeah and they're.
• 14:08
Speaker 2: They're tough as they don't play miami, fsu or georgia tech.
• 14:12
Speaker 1: Their toughest game is louisville in november and who would have thought that, yeah, nobody was saying that no, you don't know, nobody knows.
• 14:21
Speaker 1: It'll be fun to watch, though, and Miami and Florida State is looking like a showdown.
• 14:26
Speaker 1: Yeah, of two teams where if you have a game where, if they both play up to their expectations, whoever loses that game is not going to be out of it, right, if they keep playing like they are.
• 14:41
Speaker 1: That's why, if it comes down, it's like a field goal If they keep playing like they are.
• 14:45
Speaker 2: That's why, if it comes down, it's like a field goal.
• 14:47
Speaker 2: Now that may be, the winner or loser of that game may find themselves not going to Charlotte.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: Exactly, that's exactly where I was going.
• 14:52
Speaker 1: But based on the schedule of Georgia Tech and Cal, you have a good chance of one of them being undefeated.
• 15:00
Speaker 1: Yeah, so it means the winner of Miami-Florida State is going to play one of those teams, yeah Right, and a loser which you wouldn't?
• 15:09
Speaker 1: Will that take them out of the playoff consideration?
• 15:13
Speaker 1: Then you have this argument which you're going to have is this one You're glad you beat Alabama and that should.
• 15:22
Speaker 1: We'll see if that holds weight, like it did for Texas two years ago, yeah.
• 15:27
Speaker 2: That's the only thing that matters.
• 15:29
Speaker 1: Yeah, because if you're telling me, a Florida state team wins out and the only loss hat, and they do lose to Miami in a good game and Miami's undefeated, beating the shit out of everybody, yeah, and they're number one in the country.
• 15:43
Speaker 1: I'm going to see Florida state have another shot at that Right.
• 15:47
Speaker 1: Over and they've proven they deserve that.
• 15:51
Speaker 1: If, if they win the rest of their games in it which which they might can do there's a chance.
• 15:58
Speaker 2: I would be shocked for miami, though.
• 16:00
Speaker 1: Same thing for miami.
• 16:01
Speaker 1: What if they come in here and they play in a close game and florida state wins in a close game, but look at their schedule.
• 16:07
Speaker 1: They go on and win the rest of their games.
• 16:09
Speaker 1: They get left out.
• 16:10
Speaker 1: Yeah, they have that win against Notre Dame, but that's not looking as good as it once was.
• 16:16
Speaker 2: But that's going to be the argument If I had to take a pick, I would say that Miami can probably afford to lose that game and still have a shot at going to the ACC championship game.
• 16:30
Speaker 2: The likelihood of them winning out, compared to, say, if Florida State wins and then winning out, I think is higher.
• 16:39
Speaker 1: Well, that doesn't mean anything, I guess.
• 16:41
Speaker 1: It just shows you how big this game is.
• 16:44
Speaker 2: Yeah Well, you got to not step on your dick going up to Charlottesville first.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a big game too, and we've already mentioned that, and Miami took care of their test.
• 16:56
Speaker 1: They'll have another one with the Gators you know whose defense which we'll see how good the Miami offense is.
• 17:06
Speaker 2: Right, I think this will be the best defense they've faced.
• 17:08
Speaker 2: I don't think it's going to matter, though.
• 17:11
Speaker 1: But yeah, how hard will they try after a quarter and now or, you know, even right in planning?
• 17:19
Speaker 2: well, after watching your quarterback, give the ball away continuously, which I I have no.
• 17:24
  Speaker 1: This is this.
• 17:25
Speaker 2: I have no reason to think that lagway is going to stop doing that yeah, you got to go into the foxhole.
• 17:31
Speaker 1: If you're the gators, though, I mean you're not going to win the sec, so what you have here is a rivalry game that you have to respond to.
• 17:39
Speaker 1: You got your asses kicked at home.
• 17:41
Speaker 1: You got to motivate that way.
• 17:42
Speaker 1: You got to go in, and this is about pride yeah and this is about everything is on the line.
• 17:48
Speaker 1: Your quarterback's got to go into the foxhole, so you got to prevent him from making those type of throws.
• 17:55
Speaker 1: I mean, this is pretty much Slow the game down, slow the game down, keep the ball out of Carson Beck's hand in that big bad Miami offense, because that's what it is.
• 18:06
Speaker 2: That's another thing, though Miami can.
• 18:09
Speaker 2: They can just run the ball if they want.
• 18:11
  Speaker 2: I know.
• 18:13
Speaker 1: That's what the game plan for Florida has to be First downs it's got to be.
• 18:18
Speaker 1: They need to call up.
• 18:19
Speaker 1: They need to meet at the Waffle House.
• 18:21
Speaker 1: Right Napier needs to call up.
• 18:23
Speaker 1: I mean, I know he's got it in him and he's got to go Georgia Tech here.
• 18:26
Speaker 1: That's how you beat Miami.
• 18:28
Speaker 1: That's how you beat anybody that supposedly has a talent gap and Georgia.
• 18:35
Speaker 2: Tech yeah, you slow it down.
• 18:36
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 18:37
  Speaker 2: Shorten the game.
• 18:37
  Speaker 2: Limit the possessions.
• 18:39
Speaker 1: Yep, take care of the football yeah you can't turn it over, nope.
• 18:43
Speaker 1: And you have to have a quarterback that's going to run it too, and I don't see that NFL.
• 18:51
Speaker 1: It was a crazy day, some good games.
• 18:55
Speaker 1: Man, I was colts look for real.
• 18:58
Speaker 1: Yeah, holy shit, the colts are two and oh two and oh against, uh, because the broncos played well they did bone eggs still makes really dumb decisions.
• 19:08
Speaker 1: I think the game plan was dumbed down a little bit, yep, and you can see why.
• 19:13
Speaker 1: But the Colts look good.
• 19:16
  Speaker 1: The.
• 19:17
Speaker 2: Eagles About the Chiefs 0-2.
• 19:20
  Speaker 2: 0-2.
• 19:22
Speaker 1: Patrick Mahomes first time he's lost three games in a row in his career.
• 19:25
Speaker 1: I mean it wasn't his fault.
• 19:28
Speaker 1: No, I looked at him and I was like damn.
• 19:31
Speaker 2: I was impressed he was still got it.
• 19:32
Speaker 2: He still got it.
• 19:32
Speaker 2: Everybody around him, yeah, they don't have.
• 19:35
Speaker 1: They don't have any talent around them kelsey's are thin, kelsey's washed up.
• 19:40
  Speaker 1: Yeah, he's a backup.
• 19:41
Speaker 1: I think he can still, but you don't.
• 19:43
Speaker 2: You need somebody else to emerge as a tight end right well when you, dick, hand a touchdown into the defender's arms at that point in the game, but he looks like a one-man show out there yeah, I mean he, he's doing everything he can, but he doesn't have anything.
• 20:00
Speaker 1: He's the leading rusher, there's no, they needed xavier worthy and he's out.
• 20:05
Speaker 1: Um, they're oh and two, and that division looks tough because the raiders are better than.
• 20:12
Speaker 2: Raiders are better than they have been Broncos Chargers, the rosters, the.
• 20:15
Speaker 1: Chargers look like they're for real.
• 20:18
Speaker 1: Baltimore beat the crap out of Cleveland.
• 20:22
Speaker 1: I was wrong about that.
• 20:23
Speaker 1: 12 points was just a dangly little trap that I bit and I got trapped.
• 20:30
Speaker 2: Cleveland is just yeah on the road I should have known this.
• 20:33
Speaker 1: Baltimore has these games, especially they get rolling at home.
• 20:36
Speaker 1: Even you saw in the beginning you saw like, oh, miles Garrett's here, yeah, he's even going to make plays, but eventually this roller coaster is going to keep going.
• 20:45
Speaker 2: We have all the famed players.
• 20:47
Speaker 2: Yeah, Burrow's a lot easier to sack than Lamar Jackson.
• 20:50
Speaker 1: Yeah, well, you mean.
• 20:54
Speaker 2: Flacco, no, I mean for Miles Garrett.
• 20:57
Speaker 2: Sacking Joe Burrow was a lot easier, week one Exactly yeah, you're right.
• 21:01
Speaker 1: My bad, Lamar still got it.
• 21:03
  Speaker 1: I mean he didn't.
• 21:04
Speaker 1: It wasn't his fault.
• 21:06
Speaker 1: They lost to Buffalo.
• 21:09
Speaker 2: No, it was Dale Henry's.
• 21:10
Speaker 2: They lost last year.
• 21:10
Speaker 1: It's going to come down to the playoffs for them.
• 21:12
Speaker 1: That's my Super Bowl pick.
• 21:14
Speaker 1: I'm sticking with it.
• 21:15
Speaker 1: I think this is the year.
• 21:17
  Speaker 1: Why not?
• 21:20
Speaker 2: Because, no, well, one of them is going to have to For the same reason.
• 21:25
Speaker 2: They never win it.
• 21:26
Speaker 2: They're the team man, they're the Marty Schottenheimer.
• 21:29
  Speaker 1: Yeah, the gleam.
• 21:30
Speaker 1: There's a gleam man, listen, john's already got his his super bowl ring uh, so it's like because they're every year the most dominant, he could win the mvp, like every year.
• 21:43
Speaker 1: His numbers are crazy.
• 21:45
Speaker 1: Last year he had 41 touchdowns and four four picks yeah and he's lamar jackson too.
• 21:51
Speaker 1: He still isn't crazy.
• 21:54
Speaker 1: He's crazy, and jimbo wanted him at wide receiver yeah that old brainiac.
• 22:05
Speaker 2: No, I don't want to watch him throw.
• 22:06
Speaker 2: Put him in the receiver group.
• 22:07
Speaker 2: Okay, bob, nice job, we got doubleheader I'll tell you who sucks.
• 22:15
  Speaker 1: What it's.
• 22:16
Speaker 1: Jj McCarthy yeah, the Vikings Oof.
• 22:19
Speaker 1: That was tough to watch.
• 22:21
Speaker 1: The Falcons took care of business, though he can't throw to his left.
• 22:24
Speaker 2: He's like Zoolander Everything is to the right.
• 22:28
Speaker 1: Well, there's so much unknown about this guy Because Michigan ran the ball 40 times a game.
• 22:34
Speaker 2: Well, you go back to that, to his season in michigan, where they won every game, yeah and where they finally fired connor stallions, and you look at his stats.
• 22:43
Speaker 1: So this is this guy's just been a benefit and they've just taken a nosedive since stallions was shit canned.
• 22:50
Speaker 2: Yep, those last few games, the, that's the champion, Right, Not a team that, oh God.
• 22:56
Speaker 1: I finally watched that Netflix thing about Stallions.
• 22:58
Speaker 1: I mean what a great tactician, but still the fact that you're still having the signs being in the game.
• 23:04
Speaker 1: But that's interesting, though you see the plays, he knew what was coming.
• 23:10
Speaker 2: Right, and now he doesn't the last four games.
• 23:14
Speaker 1: They won weren't because of him.
• 23:15
Speaker 2: No, and it's because of run game the defense is a rookie it's not a rookie know much about him.
• 23:22
Speaker 2: When he was there the entire season last year.
• 23:25
Speaker 2: Yeah, he got hurt, but he was still there, right, you know, you're still learning the concepts, you're still trying to take everything.
• 23:33
Speaker 2: So you don't think he doesn't have it.
• 23:36
Speaker 2: It's not just throwing the ball, he's just not ready.
• 23:40
Speaker 2: It's handling the ball, running the offense.
• 23:42
Speaker 2: I mean you see the amount of delay game penalties they've had through two games getting the play in, getting everybody adjusted why would that change?
• 23:49
Speaker 1: Because if you knew the play was coming?
• 23:51
Speaker 1: It changes their mindset and that just shows you how big of an advantage that team has.
• 23:57
Speaker 2: Yeah, and the NFL's hard, the NFL's really hard, it's hard man.
• 24:00
Speaker 1: But when you're not doing college right to prepare yourself for that next level, when you're changing.
• 24:07
Speaker 2: When you got it, when you know a play's coming.
• 24:10
  Speaker 1: I mean, I don't take any, it's not on him at all no I don't.
• 24:14
Speaker 1: I don't think that's on him at all.
• 24:15
Speaker 1: You, that's a fucking awesome advantage, yeah it's the way we were doing it yeah, it's the way they're doing.
• 24:20
Speaker 1: That's on whatever steak told me to do it.
• 24:22
Speaker 1: The big 10 could have could have stepped in and not allowed them to compete they should have done.
• 24:27
Speaker 2: They can't do that with one of their, one of their faces of their conference.
• 24:30
Speaker 2: Yeah, they should have done.
• 24:30
Speaker 2: They can't do that with one of their faces of their conference?
• 24:32
Speaker 1: Yeah, they should have.
• 24:32
Speaker 1: They should have done that.
• 24:34
Speaker 1: They got scared and what they did was they knew they were cheating.
• 24:38
Speaker 1: You keep them out.
• 24:40
Speaker 2: They allowed Michigan to impose their own penalties.
• 24:42
Speaker 1: It's like I don't care, you're not playing for it this year, right.
• 24:47
Speaker 2: Because you took the whole game.
• 24:48
Speaker 2: We're going to suspend your next coach, but he gets to pick the games that he misses.
• 24:50
Speaker 2: Instead, we're going to have Alabama make it.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: We're going to have an undefeated team.
• 24:55
Speaker 1: Get left out and we're going to have a team with proven cheating.
• 24:59
  Speaker 1: Make it.
• 25:00
Speaker 1: Right Big Ten committee could have easily taken.
• 25:03
Speaker 2: They're not doing that that's their shot at glory.
• 25:06
Speaker 1: Well, yeah, that just goes to show you it's their money Right?
• 25:10
  Speaker 1: It's Michigan man.
• 25:12
Speaker 1: We want Michigan, alabama and the Rose Bowl bro, it's coming already.
• 25:15
Speaker 1: We got to beat the SEC, man.
• 25:16
Speaker 1: This is our only way of doing it.
• 25:18
  Speaker 1: What?
• 25:19
Speaker 1: But it's just so messed up, man, I'll never forget.
• 25:25
  Speaker 2: You shouldn't.
• 25:25
Speaker 2: I'll never get over it, never, never.
• 25:35
Speaker 1: It's only going to prove throughout time to that.
• 25:36
Speaker 1: It was how bad it was right.
• 25:36
Speaker 1: I think you see in it, like even what keon coleman said at that time, you'll see how the player like I loved how he got that.
• 25:42
Speaker 2: He did that georgia oh, yeah, he's, yeah, he's those things he's gotten malachi starks a couple times since they've gotten into the league.
• 25:52
Speaker 1: He looks like he made a big jump from year one to year two, which you'd want to see, and you kind of knew what was coming.
• 26:02
  Speaker 1: He's a competitor, he's a fun guy, but he's not a partier.
• 26:07
Speaker 1: He doesn't really drink or anything.
• 26:10
Speaker 1: No he's there to play football.
• 26:12
Speaker 1: Yeah, and you knew he was going to have a better year.
• 26:18
  Speaker 1: I could.
• 26:18
Speaker 1: I knew that bothered him and that's what the bills need.
• 26:19
Speaker 1: They need a number one receiver and he, I think he's going to step up and be that guy.
• 26:21
Speaker 1: If he does, that could be the difference and to get them over the top.
• 26:25
Speaker 2: Yeah, they look tough.
• 26:26
  Speaker 2: Man.
• 26:27
Speaker 2: James cook, you got cook and now coleman with Allen.
• 26:30
Speaker 1: Yeah, they needed, they need.
• 26:32
Speaker 1: Last year they didn't have a receiver threat.
• 26:35
Speaker 1: They didn't have anybody that you had to fear or that you could rely on.
• 26:39
Speaker 1: He's looking like he's going to be that guy.
• 26:43
Speaker 1: That's what they drafted him for and that's what they wanted to see.
• 26:48
Speaker 1: The Bills looked the part, the Jets, ugh.
• 26:50
Speaker 1: Yeah, they still suck, justin.
• 26:52
  Speaker 2: Fields.
• 26:53
Speaker 2: Just I think what we found out is that the Steelers suck too.
• 26:57
Speaker 1: Yep, that's why it was a close game.
• 26:59
Speaker 1: They gave them, well, one of the touchdowns was they literally on a kickoff where they kicked it in the end zone and then Seattle went down there and nobody could catch the kickoff or something.
• 27:10
Speaker 1: So like that's, like don't, but yeah, I mean, well, seattle's defense is for real and I told you that.
• 27:21
Speaker 2: Their defense is number one in every stat, but it's only been two weeks.
• 27:23
  Speaker 1: Yeah, that's fine.
• 27:24
Speaker 1: Their defense is for real.
• 27:26
Speaker 1: That team is going to be tough.
• 27:29
Speaker 1: They might not win a bunch, but they're going to be tough for everybody.
• 27:33
Speaker 2: The Steelers still, they look like they got a 42-year-old quarterback.
• 27:40
Speaker 1: So when you play against those kind of teams, you're not going to be able to have those games before touchdown.
• 27:46
Speaker 2: Right, he's not going to.
• 27:47
Speaker 2: Just you know, it's one thing to do it against the Jets.
• 27:51
Speaker 1: The Jaguars blew it.
• 27:53
Speaker 1: In a game where you lose Joe Burrow, you're allowed Browning to come in and lead a game-winning drive.
• 28:00
Speaker 2: Right, and you saw who they picked on on that game-winning drive Trevor Hunter.
• 28:06
Speaker 1: Yeah, travis Hunter, sorry, and that's what the back end.
• 28:10
Speaker 1: What should the Bengals do?
• 28:11
Speaker 1: I mean honestly, browning's's not bad, he's proven already.
• 28:16
Speaker 1: He's had time because joe burrow right, he's been there.
• 28:18
Speaker 1: Yeah, he's been there, so I but they probably should get a backup you weren't winning the division with joe burrow well, you know I think if you're two and oh, you go for a budget back up here Right.
• 28:31
Speaker 1: Only taking this to bring up.
• 28:34
Speaker 1: Why not bring in Jameis?
• 28:35
  Speaker 1: Would Jameis start?
• 28:36
Speaker 2: over Browning no no.
• 28:39
Speaker 1: But you need to have somebody.
• 28:41
Speaker 2: There's a whole lot of teams that need to bring in Jameis right now.
• 28:44
Speaker 2: Yes, who Help me?
• 28:47
Speaker 2: I'll start with the Vikings.
• 28:48
  Speaker 2: Oh my gosh.
• 28:49
Speaker 2: Panthers, dolphins, it's my quarterback.
• 28:52
Speaker 2: Saints it's my quarterback.
• 28:55
Speaker 2: I mean, just go down the list.
• 28:57
Speaker 2: Jets, it's my quarterback.
• 28:59
  Speaker 1: I know.
• 28:59
Speaker 1: So what are they?
• 29:01
Speaker 1: I mean, and he's third string Right, because Russ can still sling it.
• 29:06
Speaker 1: I think Dart can play.
• 29:08
Speaker 1: So what are the Giants doing?
• 29:09
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 29:13
Speaker 1: They're doing Giants stuff.
• 29:14
Speaker 2: I guess I don't know, Just stay here and be the backup man You're getting mediatized.
• 29:19
Speaker 2: Keep paying me that money, then fine.
• 29:22
Speaker 1: Whatever, fine, I just need him on there.
• 29:24
Speaker 1: If he's not going to play, we need to get him in coach or media spot.
• 29:29
Speaker 2: I mean, he's basically coaching right now for the Giants.
• 29:33
Speaker 2: You saw him talking to the linemen for New York.
• 29:36
  Speaker 1: Oh, he's great.
• 29:37
Speaker 1: He's a great lesson to young players.
• 29:39
Speaker 1: He's going to keep a job by his attitude, because they probably see like, this guy's pretty good and he's third string, right, it's all football with him.
• 29:49
Speaker 1: But he's just doing what he can control.
• 29:52
Speaker 1: He only can control what you can control.
• 29:55
Speaker 2: But there are some shitty quarterbacks in the league, right now.
• 29:57
Speaker 2: There really are Spencer Rattler dude, he's starting, he's starting Him and Bryce Young and Tua, the diminutive quarterbacks in the NFL.
• 30:10
Speaker 1: Yeah, tua looks like he's scared, which is understandable.
• 30:16
Speaker 2: Well, he's done, man, yeah.
• 30:18
  Speaker 1: He's had his.
• 30:19
Speaker 2: Like, the years are starting to stack up.
• 30:21
Speaker 2: All those concussions Right, the coach is done there, yep.
• 30:25
Speaker 2: That was a tough one.
• 30:27
Speaker 2: Bryce Young has never been good yeah.
• 30:35
Speaker 1: I think Panix is the deal, real deal.
• 30:36
Speaker 1: Yeah, I like them, I like the ball.
• 30:40
  Speaker 1: He's got a good arm.
• 30:41
Speaker 1: You know, actually, the loss when he made those plays.
• 30:46
Speaker 1: Yeah, that was what impressed me, his tough and, uh, his ability to make those plays and fighting the bucks in week one.
• 30:56
Speaker 1: Yeah, but I like him.
• 30:58
Speaker 1: I think he's a keeper, um, but you're right, um, it's such a nobody knows but, you have to have it.
• 31:08
Speaker 1: So it's like we'll get cousins, but we like this guy.
• 31:10
Speaker 1: We like this guy like kirk pay brock purdy, but we like mac jones all along.
• 31:17
Speaker 2: So we just want what we really want is to pay a guy to not play and win with a guy on cheap to show how brilliant I am despite my idiot gm right.
• 31:28
Speaker 2: That's the whole plan here he just loves collecting backup qbs and making him look good this is so kyle shanahan, right, this whole, like he is loving this.
• 31:40
Speaker 1: He's like oh so we can pay this brock purdy kid, right, he's just gonna get hurt and then I'm gonna win with whoever I'll win with whoever, and then it's gonna just show how good of a coach I am.
• 31:49
Speaker 1: But then they're going to be like well, why'd you trade for Trey Lance?
• 31:53
Speaker 2: Nobody talk about that anymore, okay.
• 31:56
Speaker 1: Or you're going to just blame freaking John Lynch.
• 31:58
  Speaker 1: It doesn't matter.
• 32:01
Speaker 2: It's baffling to me.
• 32:02
Speaker 2: Yeah, none of them should have a job based on that.
• 32:06
Speaker 1: I know, but like but they've just managed to.
• 32:08
Speaker 2: Well, there's some sort of uh, that's.
• 32:12
Speaker 1: There's some sort of disconnect there with gm play caller, I think shanahan yeah, he just does what he wants right, he does what he wants, good enough it's good enough until your, your workhorse gets hurt.
• 32:27
Speaker 2: Because I'm telling you, man, if McCaffrey goes down they got the backup he's pretty good, We'll see.
• 32:35
Speaker 1: It's the Saints man.
• 32:36
Speaker 2: It's the Saints so it's on the road, it's the NFL, it's still the Saints.
• 32:40
  Speaker 2: You're 2-0.
• 32:41
Speaker 2: Yeah, and you know you'll see Mac Jones can play against a good defense.
• 32:46
Speaker 1: Yeah, you got to play the Rams though.
• 32:48
Speaker 1: Right, there you go.
• 32:48
Speaker 1: You got to play a good defense.
• 32:50
Speaker 1: We'll see what you can do.
• 32:51
Speaker 1: I think the Rams, like I said, if Matt Stafford stays up, they're my pick.
• 33:00
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 33:02
  Speaker 1: In that division.
• 33:03
Speaker 1: Yeah, I think they've done a great job in replacing the talent on that defense.
• 33:07
Speaker 2: It's going to be the Eagles and the NFC again.
• 33:09
Speaker 1: Well, no, no, no, no.
• 33:11
Speaker 1: You saw it last year in the divisional round.
• 33:13
Speaker 1: The Rams could play with them, the Rams, if that game's without the snow freaking a snowstorm even if it's in Philadelphia.
• 33:23
Speaker 1: Without that snowstorm, Rams win Right.
• 33:27
Speaker 2: This year the Eagles defense is better this year.
• 33:30
Speaker 1: Yeah, they lost some guys on the edge they got younger.
• 33:34
  Speaker 1: Yeah, but they're a monster inside, right, I don't know.
• 33:41
Speaker 1: I think Green Bay and LA can challenge them.
• 33:47
Speaker 1: But you're right, philadelphia's got to be the favorite.
• 33:49
Speaker 1: But I think, if you get in a one-game scenario, I could see the Rams beating the Eagles.
• 33:57
Speaker 1: I could see the Packers beating the Eagles.
• 33:59
Speaker 1: Yeah, those are my three teams.
• 34:02
Speaker 1: Get them away from Philly.
• 34:03
Speaker 1: Those are my three teams.
• 34:05
Speaker 1: No, no, no, I think you can beat them.
• 34:07
Speaker 1: You just can't have a snowstorm.
• 34:10
Speaker 2: Well, that's going to be Philadelphia, man, yeah, you're right.
• 34:14
  Speaker 1: You're right.
• 34:14
Speaker 1: So home field is going to matter because you got Lambeau, or if you're the Rams you got to come out here playing the damn great weather.
• 34:24
Speaker 2: Yeah, we don't have to freeze our asses off, we just play real football.
• 34:30
Speaker 1: I think it's going to be something to watch.
• 34:32
Speaker 1: I think those are your top teams, but Niners will have something to say about it.
• 34:38
Speaker 1: Yeah, bucks will have something to say about it.
• 34:41
Speaker 2: They play at night, I think you got Niners Bucks Lions, even Lions.
• 34:45
Speaker 1: Kind of that second tier.
• 34:46
Speaker 1: Yeah, they look like they didn't.
• 34:47
Speaker 1: Bears are fucking awful man, yeah, and the Lions are really good that was one week and the Packers are really good.
• 34:53
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what that is Lambeau's.
• 34:55
Speaker 1: Really tough to play the Packers when they're good.
• 34:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, when they got a pass rusher and a quarterback and a coach, good luck, yep.
• 35:04
Speaker 2: And it I mean it.
• 35:06
Speaker 1: Because those fans are about as loyal as it gets.
• 35:09
Speaker 1: Well, they own the team, they own the team.
• 35:11
Speaker 1: The stadium just keeps getting bigger and bigger.
• 35:13
Speaker 1: It's tough to play there.
• 35:16
  Speaker 2: Sucks playing there.
• 35:17
Speaker 2: Yeah, how many years did it go before they finally lost a playoff game in Green Bay?
• 35:22
Speaker 2: I think it was Vic.
• 35:23
Speaker 1: So I think, the Packers, the Eagles, but, I, I like the in the Rams, we'll battle it out and we'll see if the NFC West or the NFC North, the NFC East, which is tougher, you know, because that'll that'll, that'll tell the tale which divisions the toughest.
• 35:49
Speaker 1: We'll tell you who, which one of those teams gets the one seed.
• 35:52
Speaker 1: Yep, because and the afc is uh you got buffalo yeah, buffalo baltimore that looked like a possible afc championship goddamn colts, watch out for the indianapolis colts daniel dimes coming in, showing that we just need a competent quarterback.
• 36:10
Speaker 1: We have the physicality up front, we have the running game and taylor, we have weapons.
• 36:16
Speaker 1: We just need someone not to screw it up, and he, he stepped right in yeah, because they look like a totally different team and then chargers, we'll see what they got tonight the chargers yep, and that's in, that's out, that's out west where the chiefs now are.
• 36:32
Speaker 1: Oh and two, you have the broncos at two, and oh no no one, I'm sorry broncos and I like the chargers out there well, but we'll see they play the raiders tonight.
• 36:43
Speaker 1: Yeah, this, this, uh, this whoever wins tonight is in control of the division.
• 36:47
Speaker 1: You could have the Raiders sitting pretty.
• 36:51
Speaker 2: But these division games are big.
• 36:53
Speaker 1: Their division games are big, kansas City's 0-2.
• 36:58
  Speaker 2: But their defense.
• 36:59
Speaker 2: You're not going to count them out.
• 37:01
Speaker 1: The defense still looks the part they look like they were able to handle Philly.
• 37:07
Speaker 1: The problem is they don't have weapons on offense anywhere, but they they're physical still yeah, they still got spags yeah, still got spags and that's why I said I I think this team's 10 and 7 yeah, that's the way I think they get worthy, they get right, they're gonna get healthier at the end of the year.
• 37:26
Speaker 1: They're still gonna be bad teams.
• 37:28
Speaker 1: Yeah, and they're not.
• 37:29
Speaker 1: And I mean they played the Chargers in Brazil.
• 37:33
Speaker 2: Right, and then they played the Eagles.
• 37:35
Speaker 1: Freaking Super Bowl champs.
• 37:36
Speaker 1: So, I'm not counting out Mahomes and I'm not counting on Andy Reid.
• 37:41
Speaker 2: No, I think they'll be in the playoffs.
• 37:43
  Speaker 2: I just don't, you know.
• 37:45
Speaker 2: I think they might have to go on the road if they're going to do it.
• 37:49
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, no, you're not winning.
• 37:50
Speaker 1: You're not going to win 15 straight.
• 37:52
Speaker 1: Yeah so, but those aren't those are losses that I picked them to lose in in and those are tough losses in the nfl, like you have to move.
• 38:05
Speaker 1: That was almost like.
• 38:05
Speaker 1: I mean notre dame.
• 38:07
Speaker 1: I would not be shocked if they still make the playoff.
• 38:10
Speaker 1: They want to put Notre Dame in.
• 38:12
Speaker 1: If they win out, they're in.
• 38:16
Speaker 2: They got some work to do on defense.
• 38:17
Speaker 2: You know they play at Arkansas here in a few weeks and I know Arkansas has lost to Ole Miss Jalen Brown, former FSU wide receiver, the game-clinching fumble.
• 38:28
Speaker 2: Everybody just do your job.
• 38:32
Speaker 2: That QB, that QB for Arkansas man.
• 38:36
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 38:36
Speaker 2: He's going to give them some prizes, just like the A&M quarterback, notre Dame's defense.
• 38:43
Speaker 1: We've won in the SEC.
• 38:43
  Speaker 1: It's wide open.
• 38:45
Speaker 1: This year it is.
• 38:46
Speaker 1: It's going to be fun to watch.
• 38:48
Speaker 1: I'm not going to lie, I'll tell you who's not winning it.
• 38:50
Speaker 1: I really enjoyed the tennessee georgia game.
• 38:57
  Speaker 1: It's texas.
• 38:57
Speaker 1: Just seeing the emotion of team other.
• 38:58
Speaker 1: Like when it's your team I've been there it's agony, but like when it's someone else's team, it's it's fun to watch.
• 39:02
Speaker 1: Yeah, sorry, like I don't have anything against any fan base, it's just like you get those shots of like.
• 39:10
Speaker 1: Yeah, I know you do you get those shots of like.
• 39:13
Speaker 1: There was a shot of the tennessee fan.
• 39:14
  Speaker 1: He knew it.
• 39:15
Speaker 1: Yeah, he knew it.
• 39:17
  Speaker 1: You know what?
• 39:18
Speaker 2: I'm talking about right.
• 39:18
Speaker 1: Yeah, he's the big guy, yeah they showed him and he could just the optimisms there in the back.
• 39:23
Speaker 1: He's like no way, it's not.
• 39:24
  Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not it's not.
• 39:26
Speaker 2: I can feel it.
• 39:26
Speaker 2: I know I've been here before kirby's smart.
• 39:30
Speaker 1: He even admitted it after the game.
• 39:31
Speaker 1: Tennessee deserved to win the game.
• 39:33
Speaker 1: You know, hey, chuck, I'm feeling all tight.
• 39:35
Speaker 2: Talking about Miss Kerba.
• 39:36
  Speaker 1: Miss Kirby.
• 39:37
  Speaker 2: Miss.
• 39:37
  Speaker 1: Kerba, miss Kerba.
• 39:40
Speaker 2: You can't do that.
• 39:41
Speaker 2: You can't do that.
• 39:42
Speaker 2: You can't do that.
• 39:43
Speaker 2: Looked like somebody's grandma come chasing me, it's my quarterback.
• 39:47

• 40:17
Speaker 1: Tampa Bay has never won in Houston.
• 40:20
Speaker 2: This might be their best shot.
• 40:22
Speaker 2: We'll see if they can keep Stroud upright.
• 40:25
Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's the beat.
• 40:27
Speaker 1: They can protect him.
• 40:28
Speaker 1: I think Houston's going to be a tough one for Tampa to win, but you're right, the Bucs are tough, yeah, and they're going to be in it because they got a gunslinger.
• 40:37
Speaker 2: And they play in a shit division, although with the Falcons looking better.
• 40:41
Speaker 1: Falcons look better, yeah, but yeah, you're right, it's those two teams.
• 40:47
Speaker 2: Yeah, and you saw that in week one.
• 40:48
Speaker 1: That was a hell of a match and you kind of knew it.
• 40:50
Speaker 1: They'll meet again and the winner of that division will be 10-7 or 9-8.
• 40:56
Speaker 2: But whoever wins the matchup, they'll be hosting a playoff game Yep At the old Sunburn Hotel.
• 41:03
