- 0:13Speaker 1: Hello you guys, Welcome back to another episode of the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Hawkeral Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kaylee, and this is
- 0:19Speaker 1: your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
- 0:21Speaker 1: a new mindset, and another day if you become the
- 0:24Speaker 1: Hawkral Energy you want to attract. Oh my goodness, guys,
- 0:28Speaker 1: I almost said welcome back to another vlog. I think
- 0:31Speaker 1: I've just been on YouTube so much lately that i
- 0:34Speaker 1: feel like I've been recording with my camera more than
- 0:37Speaker 1: my podcast mike, and naturally, it just felt like I
- 0:40Speaker 1: should say welcome back to another vlog. But obviously this
- 0:43Speaker 1: is not a vlog, this is a podcast episode, But
- 0:47Speaker 1: welcome back to another episode.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Happy October.
- 0:51Speaker 1: This episode's going up on October first, So I cannot
- 0:54Speaker 1: believe we are entering another new month and literally three
- 0:58Speaker 1: months left in twenty twenty five, which is so crazy.
- 1:03Speaker 1: It's time for us to lock in, really just get
- 1:06Speaker 1: these next three months all focused on just achieving everything
- 1:10Speaker 1: we want to achieve before the end of the year,
- 1:12Speaker 1: and honestly, just enjoy the last few weeks of fall
- 1:16Speaker 1: because fall is super short and it's personally my favorite
- 1:19Speaker 1: time of the year, and this is also probably one
- 1:22Speaker 1: of my favorite months, just because there's so much to
- 1:24Speaker 1: look forward to in October, and I feel like November
- 1:27Speaker 1: for me, I would say the first like two weeks
- 1:32Speaker 1: of November is nice, but then the last two weeks
- 1:35Speaker 1: it's usually like pretty cold, and I immediately just start
- 1:38Speaker 1: thinking of Christmas as soon as November hits.
- 1:40Speaker 2: So for me, I'm totally not in the fall spirit.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I'm very much thinking about Christmas prepping and not gonna lie.
- 1:48Speaker 1: I was at home since like what maybe a week ago,
- 1:51Speaker 1: and they already had their Christmas decorations out, which that
- 1:55Speaker 1: was just too much. I'm like, you know, what, hasn't
- 1:56Speaker 1: even been Halloween. I say this every year, but I'm like,
- 1:59Speaker 1: it's just too much just that. But I do try
- 2:02Speaker 1: and take advantage of going to see the stuff because
- 2:05Speaker 1: I do know that usually the best stuff comes out
- 2:07Speaker 1: in the beginning and once it's gone, it's gone. It's
- 2:11Speaker 1: like a home goods like if you go into home
- 2:12Speaker 1: goods and you see something like, you got to snag it,
- 2:14Speaker 1: like you can't just wait on it. So anyways, I've
- 2:17Speaker 1: been kind of slowly planning Christmas, which is wild in
- 2:21Speaker 1: terms of how I want to decorate the house this year.
- 2:24Speaker 1: This is actually going to be our last Christmas in
- 2:26Speaker 1: this house, which literally makes me so sad thinking about that.
- 2:29Speaker 1: But I'm also very excited to decorate in the new
- 2:31Speaker 1: house as well. So anyways, very excited about that time
- 2:34Speaker 1: of the year. But I'm also just really excited for
- 2:37Speaker 1: the last month of fall in.
- 2:39Speaker 2: My opinion for October.
- 2:41Speaker 1: And you know, usually I always talk about, you know,
- 2:44Speaker 1: some goals that I'm setting for this month, but I
- 2:46Speaker 1: thought instead of talking about goals, we could talk about
- 2:48Speaker 1: things that I'm looking forward to this month, one of
- 2:50Speaker 1: them being Thanksgiving. So I am Canadian, as some of
- 2:54Speaker 1: you may or may not know, and we actually celebrate
- 2:56Speaker 1: Thanksgiving in two weekends, so not this weekend, but the
- 2:59Speaker 1: following weekend, and it's just one of the weekends that
- 3:02Speaker 1: I always.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Look forward to.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I think it's just because it brings families together, and
- 3:06Speaker 1: I'm really looking forward to spending time with family and
- 3:10Speaker 1: just really being present and enjoying good food, good company.
- 3:15Speaker 2: You know.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Zach and I we usually do one day with his
- 3:18Speaker 1: family for dinner and then one day with my family
- 3:20Speaker 1: for dinner, and then we do the whole shebang for Christmas,
- 3:24Speaker 1: where we visit like both sides of the family for Christmas,
- 3:28Speaker 1: meaning like I see my mom's side of the family,
- 3:31Speaker 1: my dad's side of the family, and then same thing
- 3:32Speaker 1: with Zach, I see his mom side of the family
- 3:34Speaker 1: and then his dad's side of the family. Whereas Thanksgiving
- 3:37Speaker 1: we actually rotate. So this year we're seeing my mom's
- 3:39Speaker 1: side of the family, not my dad's, and then we're
- 3:43Speaker 1: seeing Zach's mom side of the family and not his
- 3:45Speaker 1: dad's for Thanksgivings. So that's kind of how we do it,
- 3:48Speaker 1: just because doing for Thanksgivings in one weekend would be
- 3:52Speaker 1: way too much, like we cannot bounce around in two days,
- 3:56Speaker 1: so we decide to just like rotate every year. And yeah,
- 4:00Speaker 1: it's just something that's worked for us. But again very
- 4:02Speaker 1: much just looking forward to good food, some turkey, some
- 4:07Speaker 1: pumpkin pie, some apple pie, and just truly enjoy some
- 4:10Speaker 1: family time. I also always look forward to October because
- 4:14Speaker 1: of course it's fall season, but I also feel like
- 4:16Speaker 1: it's spooky season in October, Like obviously, I think people
- 4:20Speaker 1: take Halloween a bit more seriously. When October hits, I
- 4:23Speaker 1: feel like everybody's watching creepy movies. People are decorating their
- 4:27Speaker 1: front porch, you know, some people go full out for Halloween,
- 4:30Speaker 1: which I love when I see people like put the
- 4:32Speaker 1: skeletons out, you know, put some ghosts out.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Obviously, pumpkins all that.
- 4:37Speaker 1: So I always love seeing how people decorate their house
- 4:40Speaker 1: for October.
- 4:41Speaker 2: So I'm very much excited to see that. I'm excited
- 4:44Speaker 2: to go pumpkin picking because me and my sister, we
- 4:47Speaker 2: haven't gone to a pumpkin patch yet. We went to.
- 4:50Speaker 1: We went apple picking sorry last weekend, which was really fun.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I'm happy we did that because I think apple picking
- 4:55Speaker 1: is usually just for the.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Month of September.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Usually they end it by the last weekend of September,
- 5:00Speaker 1: so I'm pretty sure actually last weekend that we went
- 5:03Speaker 1: to was the last weekend that they were open, and
- 5:05Speaker 1: they didn't actually have much apples left. But it still
- 5:08Speaker 1: was a really fun experience and I'm really happy we
- 5:10Speaker 1: got to do that. But now going into October, I'm
- 5:13Speaker 1: really excited to go pick out pumpkins put them on
- 5:17Speaker 1: my front porch. I've already started to pick out a
- 5:19Speaker 1: few floral arrangements for my friend porch. You know the
- 5:22Speaker 1: ones that kind of have like those fall colors that
- 5:24Speaker 1: you can pick up at the grocery store.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I picked up three of those last week and they
- 5:29Speaker 2: look so pretty and I just love decorating my front
- 5:31Speaker 2: porch during the fall season.
- 5:34Speaker 1: So love that and very much looking forward to that,
- 5:37Speaker 1: and yeah, just spooky season in general. There's also stuff
- 5:41Speaker 1: that kind of goes around here in Ottawa for spooky season.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Like we have this place called Saunders Farm where it's
- 5:47Speaker 1: basically like a haunted house and you can walk through that.
- 5:50Speaker 1: There's like a haunted hay ride. There's just kind of
- 5:53Speaker 1: like a lot of fun things to do for spooky season. Oh,
- 5:56Speaker 1: they also have this drive through Haunted House where it's
- 6:00Speaker 1: basically a campground that's haunted and there's like people that
- 6:05Speaker 1: will like come up to your car and do creepy stuff.
- 6:07Speaker 1: And anyways, I think we did in the past, and
- 6:09Speaker 1: honestly it was kind of scary. And I do love
- 6:12Speaker 1: horror movies, but as I've aged, I feel like I'm
- 6:15Speaker 1: more and more terrified of them now, so I don't
- 6:17Speaker 1: watch them as much as I used to do.
- 6:20Speaker 2: I prefer a creepy movie.
- 6:22Speaker 1: I don't like the movies that are like overly intense
- 6:26Speaker 1: where it's like really horror and I'm like, this is
- 6:29Speaker 1: too much, like I cannot go to sleep, like that's.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Just not for me.
- 6:32Speaker 1: But something that's a little bit creepy I actually do enjoy,
- 6:35Speaker 1: or something with a really good storyline.
- 6:38Speaker 2: So yeah, I'm excited to kind of just yeah, I get.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Into that type of season and enjoy some Halloween movies
- 6:46Speaker 1: just all in all, some Halloween nights. I want to
- 6:49Speaker 1: paint some pumpkins with my friends one night. I think
- 6:52Speaker 1: that'd be really fun. I've seen a lot of people
- 6:53Speaker 1: do like pink pumpkins with cute little bows on it,
- 6:56Speaker 1: or just like decorating it really cute with like black
- 6:58Speaker 1: bats on it.
- 7:00Speaker 2: So I really hope I can do that as well.
- 7:01Speaker 1: And then obviously I'm looking forward to recreating a lot
- 7:04Speaker 1: of fall recipes that I feel like I've talked about chili, soups,
- 7:08Speaker 1: crop pot recipes. I recently just made a white chicken
- 7:11Speaker 1: chili which was phenomenal.
- 7:13Speaker 2: It was so so good.
- 7:14Speaker 1: And then we're actually making a soup I think on Thursdays,
- 7:18Speaker 1: the merry meat chicken recipe, which some of you may
- 7:21Speaker 1: or may not know that recipe. It's basically spinach, what's
- 7:25Speaker 1: the sundry tomatoes.
- 7:26Speaker 2: There we go.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I couldn't think of the name, and chicken with like
- 7:29Speaker 1: a cream sauce, but I saw this soup with nyuki
- 7:32Speaker 1: sounds incredible, so Zach and I are going to try
- 7:35Speaker 1: that this week. But you guys know me, I'm all
- 7:37Speaker 1: about trying newfall recipes, so I've just been on Pinterest
- 7:41Speaker 1: trying to find all these recipes like lasagna soup. I
- 7:43Speaker 1: want to do, butternut squash soup, tomato soup, all that.
- 7:48Speaker 2: So excited to get into.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Cozy season and hibernation season because it is getting a
- 7:54Speaker 1: little bit cooler here, which is so sad. It just
- 7:58Speaker 1: makes sense obviously because we are at that time of
- 8:00Speaker 1: the year and summer's officially gone, which we're going to
- 8:04Speaker 1: miss so much. But again, I do really love October
- 8:08Speaker 1: and the chilly mornings and chilly nights and the warm days.
- 8:12Speaker 1: And you know, farmers markets are going to be ending
- 8:14Speaker 1: soon too, so I'm trying to take advantage of going
- 8:17Speaker 1: these next few weekends before they shut down for the
- 8:20Speaker 1: beginning of November, just because obviously, since I do live
- 8:23Speaker 1: in a city that gets really cold in November December,
- 8:27Speaker 1: you know, they don't obviously put food out after that
- 8:29Speaker 1: time period, so October is really the last month just
- 8:33Speaker 1: to try and take advantage of the summery and fall
- 8:36Speaker 1: activities that we usually have and definitely going to miss it.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I'm already sad thinking about the winter, but I know
- 8:45Speaker 1: that I just want to really enjoy these next four
- 8:47Speaker 1: weeks of the fall and just enjoy as many fun
- 8:51Speaker 1: activities and family time as I can. Okay, So for
- 8:55Speaker 1: the episode this week, I really wanted to talk about
- 8:58Speaker 1: a health and wellness episode about things that I've tried
- 9:01Speaker 1: personally that I think is either fact or crap. So
- 9:05Speaker 1: things that I've spent honestly a hefty cost for certain
- 9:09Speaker 1: things that honestly may have not been worth it, or
- 9:12Speaker 1: things that I think are one hundred percent worth that
- 9:14Speaker 1: I've seen differences. I've used a lot of products now
- 9:17Speaker 1: for you know, more than six months where I feel
- 9:19Speaker 1: like I can give an actual, you know, good review
- 9:22Speaker 1: on or things that I personally think are worth the
- 9:24Speaker 1: money versus not just because personally, I've had a lot
- 9:26Speaker 1: of messages asking like, O Kailey, like I see you
- 9:29Speaker 1: use this a lot. Do you think it's worth it?
- 9:31Speaker 2: Yes?
- 9:31Speaker 1: No, and tell me why you think it's not worth using. Okay,
- 9:35Speaker 1: So let's just dive right in. We're going to get
- 9:37Speaker 1: right into this. The first one is red light therapy,
- 9:40Speaker 1: so this could be a red light therapy mask, it
- 9:43Speaker 1: could be a red light therapy panel. The benefits are
- 9:45Speaker 1: supposed to be anti aging, mood boosting, supposed to help
- 9:49Speaker 1: with your mental health, improve sleep, simulates collagen all that.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Personally, For me, I think it's fact. I love it.
- 9:55Speaker 1: I use mine usually two to three times a week.
- 9:58Speaker 1: I like to use it before bed and I'll just
- 10:00Speaker 1: put it on for ten minutes. I feel like it
- 10:02Speaker 1: really helps with my skin. I feel like when my
- 10:05Speaker 1: skin is not doing so great, I feel like whipping
- 10:08Speaker 1: it out and using it. I always notice a really
- 10:11Speaker 1: big difference the following day.
- 10:12Speaker 2: I do also think it makes an.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Impact in my mood as well, because I do think
- 10:17Speaker 1: just sometimes when you're in a funk, you know what
- 10:20Speaker 1: I mean, like when you're in a rut, and there's
- 10:22Speaker 1: little things you can do obviously to boost your mood,
- 10:25Speaker 1: like you know, cleaning around the house, feeling a little
- 10:28Speaker 1: bit more productive, getting out of the house, doing things,
- 10:31Speaker 1: all that. But I do think being consistent with the
- 10:34Speaker 1: routine of using red light therapy actually does make a difference.
- 10:37Speaker 1: When it comes to that. So in my opinion, I
- 10:39Speaker 1: do think the red light therapy is worth it anti aging.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I don't know if that's actually helping or not right now,
- 10:45Speaker 1: just because obviously I've been using a red light therapy
- 10:49Speaker 1: mass now for probably a year, but I'm still so
- 10:51Speaker 1: young that it's like it's not like I'm fifty year
- 10:55Speaker 1: over that, and you know, I'm noticing signs of aging
- 10:58Speaker 1: and I'm trying to get the red light therapy to
- 10:59Speaker 1: help manage that or whatever. Right, So I can't really
- 11:03Speaker 1: test to that, but for me, I think the mood
- 11:06Speaker 1: as well as just my skin in general, stimulating colligen
- 11:09Speaker 1: all that has been the best results that I've seen
- 11:11Speaker 1: for the red light therapy.
- 11:13Speaker 2: So yeah, So that's my take.
- 11:14Speaker 1: On the red light therapy. I personally think it's a fact.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Next one is the hatch alarm clock. Do I think
- 11:20Speaker 1: this is a fact or crap? One hundred percent fact?
- 11:23Speaker 1: This is one of the best purchases I've ever made.
- 11:25Speaker 1: I think I've talked about this a lot throughout like
- 11:28Speaker 1: morning Routine episodes and such, but the hatch alarm clock
- 11:33Speaker 1: is the best thing I've ever purchased. It is a
- 11:35Speaker 1: sun rise alarm clock, and on top of that, it
- 11:38Speaker 1: also has white noise, and it also has just like
- 11:41Speaker 1: better alarm noises. That way, when you wake up in
- 11:43Speaker 1: the morning, it's not that iPhone alarm where it just
- 11:46Speaker 1: sounds really annoying and you just honestly want to stop
- 11:49Speaker 1: the alarm and not even get out of bed just
- 11:51Speaker 1: because it's that unenjoyable. And what I love about the
- 11:54Speaker 1: Hatch is that you can change it to so many
- 11:55Speaker 1: different sounds. So I think right now they have the
- 11:58Speaker 1: Gilmore Girls as an alarm clock option if you want
- 12:02Speaker 1: to wake up to that noise like l l l
- 12:04Speaker 1: l L, which I think is so cool.
- 12:08Speaker 2: I think you have to pay for it. I didn't
- 12:09Speaker 2: change mind just because I don't pay for the subscription.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I just have the free one. So but I think
- 12:14Speaker 2: if you're willing.
- 12:15Speaker 1: To pay, I think it's like fifteen bucks a month,
- 12:18Speaker 1: you can get that as part as your alarm clock
- 12:21Speaker 1: in the morning. Another thing is that I've never been
- 12:24Speaker 1: a white noise girl, Like I've never relied on it.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I've always been that kind of person where I needed
- 12:29Speaker 1: like dead silence, like can't have anything happening in the room,
- 12:32Speaker 1: it needs to be quiet. It needs to be dark
- 12:34Speaker 1: or else I won't fall asleep. Now I heavily rely
- 12:37Speaker 1: on white noise. Every single night. I'm putting on either
- 12:40Speaker 1: the sound of waves or the sound of rain or
- 12:43Speaker 1: the sound of crickets, and I put on the Hatch
- 12:47Speaker 1: alarm clock, and I have the sunrise projecting in my face.
- 12:51Speaker 1: I think it's usually twenty minutes before I wake up,
- 12:54Speaker 1: and it just creates such a peaceful wake up, Like,
- 12:57Speaker 1: I don't know how to describe it, but it just
- 12:59Speaker 1: really is the best way to start the morning. And
- 13:02Speaker 1: you can also change the light color, so if you
- 13:04Speaker 1: want to project red, or if you want to project
- 13:07Speaker 1: you know, the color of sunrise so like yellow or orange.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Like you could literally do so many things with the setting.
- 13:12Speaker 1: It is kind of a hefty price point. I think
- 13:14Speaker 1: it's around two hundred and fifty dollars, But I've had
- 13:18Speaker 1: a Hatch alarm clock now for three years and it's
- 13:21Speaker 1: by far one of the best things I own. And
- 13:24Speaker 1: I would recommend it to anyone as a Christmas gift
- 13:26Speaker 1: or a Birthday gift, or I would buy it for
- 13:28Speaker 1: someone just because it's that great of a purchase in
- 13:31Speaker 1: my opinion. So that's one hundred percent fact, and I
- 13:33Speaker 1: think it's worth every single penny. Okay, Next, we're going
- 13:36Speaker 1: to talk about a few kind of like skincare stuff.
- 13:40Speaker 1: So one skincare product that I think a lot of
- 13:43Speaker 1: people talk about is retinal. In my opinion, I say crap,
- 13:49Speaker 1: And I know that might be a shock to a
- 13:51Speaker 1: lot of people, but maybe it's just because I haven't
- 13:54Speaker 1: found a good one that works for me. I personally
- 13:56Speaker 1: find retinal something that's never been a consistent thing of
- 13:59Speaker 1: my routine. Every time I do use it, you know,
- 14:02Speaker 1: I have to gradually try and use it, you know,
- 14:04Speaker 1: once every few days. It's not something you can just
- 14:06Speaker 1: like put on your face every single day. I unfortunately
- 14:10Speaker 1: did do that. I put it on my face like
- 14:11Speaker 1: two to three days in a row, and I got
- 14:13Speaker 1: a full on reaction. My face was extremely dry, you know,
- 14:19Speaker 1: I had irritated skin, red skin all that.
- 14:22Speaker 2: I was using my red light therapy mask a lot
- 14:24Speaker 2: during that time, which it healed up my skin so much, thankfully,
- 14:27Speaker 2: But I just have almost had the fear of going
- 14:30Speaker 2: back to retnal because of that situation where it literally
- 14:33Speaker 2: created so much irritation.
- 14:35Speaker 1: To my face and you could see it through makeup.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Even putting on makeup, it was like burning. It was
- 14:40Speaker 1: burning my face so much so it just made my
- 14:43Speaker 1: skin really dry, created a lot of hives on my face.
- 14:47Speaker 2: All that.
- 14:47Speaker 1: So, I've never really found a good retinal and I've
- 14:50Speaker 1: tried at least two to three different brands and I've
- 14:53Speaker 1: never had a good experience. It's always been that. So yeah,
- 14:58Speaker 1: I've kind of given up on retinal. So for me,
- 14:59Speaker 1: I I think it's crap and I would rather just
- 15:02Speaker 1: maybe do regular facials, stick to the red light theramy mask, like,
- 15:06Speaker 1: find other ways for anti aging and wrinkles versus a retinol.
- 15:10Speaker 1: So in my opinion, it's crap. It's not something that
- 15:13Speaker 1: I personally love, but I do know some people swear
- 15:16Speaker 1: by it and it works for them. So again, this
- 15:18Speaker 1: is just a personal opinion. All these things are personal
- 15:21Speaker 1: of just things that I've you know, purchased that I
- 15:23Speaker 1: think are either worth it or not. Another thing that
- 15:25Speaker 1: I also think is crap in my opinion is vitamin C.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I don't know, I've never had a good vitamin C
- 15:33Speaker 1: that has created like the brightness of my under eyes
- 15:36Speaker 1: or the brightness of my skin in general, like or
- 15:39Speaker 1: created more evenness, like I've never seen good results with
- 15:43Speaker 1: a vitamin C serum. I'm very much like I have
- 15:46Speaker 1: my you know, five different products that I use every
- 15:49Speaker 1: single morning, which is a hydrofiller, I cream, I use
- 15:53Speaker 1: the Metacube chemical exfoliance. I use a thick moisturizer sunscreen,
- 16:02Speaker 1: and the road Glazing milk, which is kind of just
- 16:07Speaker 1: like a sheer moisturizer in a sense where it just
- 16:11Speaker 1: kind of like hydrates the face. That is all I
- 16:13Speaker 1: use every single morning. Those products are like my holy Grail.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Would recommend it to anybody, and I personally feel like
- 16:20Speaker 1: it just gives me the best results for my skin.
- 16:22Speaker 1: I don't break out. I feel like my skin has
- 16:24Speaker 1: been looking really really good when I'm consistent with using
- 16:27Speaker 1: all those products. So it's just kind of something that
- 16:29Speaker 1: I stick to in my routine. The vitamin seed just
- 16:31Speaker 1: hasn't been my girl. She just hasn't worked for me,
- 16:33Speaker 1: so I have not included that into my routine. I
- 16:35Speaker 1: haven't seen any difference using one. I tried to stick
- 16:39Speaker 1: to the summer Friday's one and I just felt like
- 16:42Speaker 1: it was drying my skin out. Again, just not something
- 16:45Speaker 1: with good moisture or good results, so I just kind
- 16:48Speaker 1: of ditched it. So that's kind of like what I
- 16:51Speaker 1: focus my skin care products on are though, So as
- 16:54Speaker 1: I said, the chemical expolient, which is the metacube pads,
- 16:58Speaker 1: I guess that's another one that I could throw in
- 16:59Speaker 1: here as a fact or crap fact. It is so good, guys,
- 17:05Speaker 1: you need to buy this. I wake up in the
- 17:06Speaker 1: morning and my skin is glowing, like literally glowing. When
- 17:09Speaker 1: people post on TikTok like that glass skin look when
- 17:12Speaker 1: they wake up, I swear they're using this product because
- 17:15Speaker 1: it's that good. It's the brand Medicue, which I'm sure
- 17:18Speaker 1: you've seen on social media. I don't think they're that expensive.
- 17:22Speaker 1: You can get them off Amazon. It's a Korean skincare brand,
- 17:25Speaker 1: which everyone talks about going Korean skincare, like that's just
- 17:28Speaker 1: the way to go in terms of brands that you use.
- 17:31Speaker 1: So I have switched a lot of my skincare products
- 17:33Speaker 1: to Korean. So my face wash is now from a
- 17:38Speaker 1: Korean skincare brand, my chemical exfoliant, and then my moisturizer
- 17:43Speaker 1: is also by a Korean skincare brand. So I've been
- 17:46Speaker 1: trying my best to kind of adapt fully to that.
- 17:49Speaker 1: But I'm kind of just taking it step by step.
- 17:51Speaker 1: The medicue pads are a thousand percent worth it. I
- 17:54Speaker 1: use them every single day. They're gentle to use every
- 17:56Speaker 1: single day, which is great. I actually use them more
- 17:59Speaker 1: at nighttime. During the day.
- 18:01Speaker 2: I'm sure you could probably use it maybe twice in
- 18:03Speaker 2: a day.
- 18:04Speaker 1: I could be wrong. I'm not a dermatologist, so don't
- 18:07Speaker 1: hold me to that. Maybe do your research first. But
- 18:09Speaker 1: I use them once today. I use them before I
- 18:11Speaker 1: go to bed, and I wake up and my skin
- 18:13Speaker 1: just is literally glowing, and I feel like it just
- 18:15Speaker 1: really gets into my pores and it really just like
- 18:18Speaker 1: adds that brightening and moisture look. And I just feel
- 18:23Speaker 1: like it's the best thing on the market. So thousand
- 18:26Speaker 1: percent recommend it. As I said, it's on Amazon. Don't
- 18:29Speaker 1: think it's that expensive. And I've had mine for least
- 18:33Speaker 1: I want to say, three months. I think it's three
- 18:35Speaker 1: months worth of pads. I think there's like ninety pads
- 18:38Speaker 1: in one container, So worth it in my opinion if
- 18:41Speaker 1: it's going to last for that long. And yeah, it's
- 18:44Speaker 1: one hundred percent worth it in my opinion. Okay, next
- 18:47Speaker 1: product is a deep bloat Do I think you know,
- 18:50Speaker 1: any drinks or any vitamins that you take or like
- 18:53Speaker 1: supplements that help with deeploating.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Do I think it works? Do I not?
- 18:58Speaker 1: I think it's fact. I do think it actually works.
- 19:02Speaker 1: I use the brand Array. This is a supplement company
- 19:06Speaker 1: that's actually based here in Canada.
- 19:08Speaker 2: You can get it off of Amazon or Revolve.
- 19:10Speaker 1: I believe, and it literally transforms my body from night
- 19:15Speaker 1: to morning. And I know some people might be like,
- 19:18Speaker 1: of course you're inflamed after eating all day, like you're
- 19:20Speaker 1: gonna look skinnier in the morning, so you haven't eaten anything. Yes,
- 19:24Speaker 1: I can agree to that. But if I compare my
- 19:26Speaker 1: body from you know, Monday, let's say, woke up, I
- 19:30Speaker 1: always feel like a little puffy sometimes right, and I'm
- 19:33Speaker 1: kind of like, whatever, maybe it's just because I didn't
- 19:35Speaker 1: drink enough water that day.
- 19:36Speaker 2: At night.
- 19:37Speaker 1: When I'm done on that Monday eating all my food,
- 19:40Speaker 1: you know, finish dinner, I take two Array de blow pills.
- 19:44Speaker 1: I wake up on that Tuesday morning, all the inflammation
- 19:48Speaker 1: is gone. Like inflammation that I had Monday morning that
- 19:51Speaker 1: I kind of just felt a little puffy in gone.
- 19:53Speaker 1: I feel like my abs are looking shreaded I'm feeling confident,
- 19:56Speaker 1: I'm feeling good. Almost just feels a little bit of
- 19:58Speaker 1: a reset. And Yeah, I don't know, I just think
- 20:01Speaker 1: it works so well. Another brand that works really well
- 20:04Speaker 1: that if I don't take the Array pills and I
- 20:07Speaker 1: just want to take something in the morning, I take
- 20:09Speaker 1: a d bloat drink from the brand a Pro Mix,
- 20:12Speaker 1: and it's essentially just kind of like an electro like packet.
- 20:15Speaker 2: It's just like a.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Flavored water that you add to your morning routine. So
- 20:19Speaker 1: I usually drink that before I have breakfast, and that
- 20:22Speaker 1: just kind of makes me feel less bloated throughout the day.
- 20:24Speaker 1: I wouldn't exactly say that I wake up the next
- 20:26Speaker 1: morning and I'm like, oh my god, instant results, right,
- 20:29Speaker 1: That's just something I feel like that just kind of
- 20:30Speaker 1: like maintains my de blow throughout the day. But I
- 20:34Speaker 1: would say for something that you would want, like really
- 20:36Speaker 1: good results from like night to morning, Array is your girl.
- 20:41Speaker 2: She is so good. So I think it's a fact.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Some people may think it's a crap, but in my opinion,
- 20:46Speaker 1: I think it works. Another product that I think a
- 20:48Speaker 1: lot of people talk about is ice rolling. I love
- 20:50Speaker 1: ice rolling. I think it's a fact, I use this
- 20:53Speaker 1: almost every single morning, especially when my face is super
- 20:56Speaker 1: super puffy. I have the one by the brand Skinny
- 20:59Speaker 1: Confidential double sided one, so it has one side that
- 21:03Speaker 1: kind of has more of like like an arch to it,
- 21:06Speaker 1: so you can get into your jawline, your cheekbones, kind
- 21:11Speaker 1: of like a Guasha effect.
- 21:12Speaker 2: That's probably the best way to describe it.
- 21:14Speaker 1: And if you have a Guasha, I'm sure you could
- 21:16Speaker 1: just put it in your freezer and get it really
- 21:19Speaker 1: cold and then use it in the morning to help
- 21:20Speaker 1: deepuff your face. But sometimes if I've had a cocktail
- 21:23Speaker 1: the night before or a glass of wine, I'll wake
- 21:26Speaker 1: up with a puffy face just from drinking alcohol. So
- 21:29Speaker 1: I will grab my ice roller and I will use
- 21:31Speaker 1: it like deepuff my eyes, deep puff my face, and
- 21:34Speaker 1: within like ten minutes, my face has gone down so much.
- 21:38Speaker 1: So I find ice rolling works really well. I also
- 21:41Speaker 1: know some people rely on ice bucketing, where they fill
- 21:44Speaker 1: up a massive bowl with ice and cold water and
- 21:47Speaker 1: do the ice dunks. I've heard mixed opinions about that,
- 21:50Speaker 1: how it's not really great for your skin. So I
- 21:53Speaker 1: personally have done it in the past, but and you know, honestly,
- 21:57Speaker 1: if I was like really hungover, which I've not been
- 21:59Speaker 1: hung over, and like, I don't even know.
- 22:01Speaker 2: I want to.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Say, like probably two years. I haven't gotten black out
- 22:06Speaker 1: drunkn like two years because I rarely drink now, But
- 22:09Speaker 1: I used to do that just to kind of, like,
- 22:11Speaker 1: I don't know, create stimulation, get myself going, because I
- 22:15Speaker 1: hate feeling lazy, right, and when you're hungover, obviously you
- 22:18Speaker 1: feel super unproductive. You're not yourself. You just kind of
- 22:21Speaker 1: like want to be lazy all day. And I feel
- 22:23Speaker 1: like I would do the ice dunks to wake myself
- 22:25Speaker 1: up and like try and be productive.
- 22:26Speaker 2: All I had to do was just cut out drinking more,
- 22:29Speaker 2: Like who freaking knew? This is what happens when you age.
- 22:32Speaker 1: You just realize things that fill your cup and things
- 22:35Speaker 1: that don't. So anyways, so I do the ice rolling,
- 22:38Speaker 1: and what I typically do is I don't put it
- 22:40Speaker 1: on my face immediately out of the frazer, just because
- 22:43Speaker 1: it is really really cold and it almost feels like
- 22:45Speaker 1: it's burning your face, which we do not want that.
- 22:48Speaker 1: So I kind of let it on my counter for
- 22:50Speaker 1: like five to ten minutes, let it kind of cool
- 22:52Speaker 1: off a bit.
- 22:53Speaker 2: And sometimes what I'll do is.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I'll actually rub it on my hand to make sure
- 22:56Speaker 1: that it's at the perfect temperature before I apply it
- 22:59Speaker 1: to my face. So just a tip for anyone that
- 23:02Speaker 1: wants to get into ice rolling. You can get one
- 23:03Speaker 1: off Amazon for like probably twelve dollars. Like, it's not
- 23:07Speaker 1: that an expensive tool. I just have the skinny Confidential one,
- 23:10Speaker 1: and I love it just because it has that like
- 23:12Speaker 1: Guasha effect where I feel like I can really get
- 23:14Speaker 1: in the areas of like, as I said, my jawline,
- 23:18Speaker 1: my cheekbones, all that. So really love ice rolling and
- 23:21Speaker 1: I think it's a fact. The next one is the
- 23:23Speaker 1: new Face. So I'm sure some of you may or
- 23:26Speaker 1: may not have seen this. During like my bridal era,
- 23:28Speaker 1: I was using it pretty consistently. Then I wouldn't say
- 23:31Speaker 1: I use it as consistently as I would like to.
- 23:34Speaker 2: I should probably get back into it, but I think
- 23:36Speaker 2: it's a fact. I love it.
- 23:37Speaker 1: I think again kind of has that similar effect to
- 23:40Speaker 1: the ice rolling, except just a little bit different, where
- 23:43Speaker 1: again you can sculpt your face a bit more, kind
- 23:45Speaker 1: of like deep puff, you know, get the areas on
- 23:48Speaker 1: your cheekbone, your jawline, all that. It just really creates
- 23:51Speaker 1: more structure to the face and really just like makes
- 23:55Speaker 1: my face look really defined, if that makes sense. Like,
- 23:58Speaker 1: I actually have to go get my driver's license photo
- 24:01Speaker 1: taken this week. Anyways, my driver's license expired.
- 24:05Speaker 2: And I need to get it redund Now I'm like,
- 24:09Speaker 2: oh my god, I have to get my photo taken.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Like the stress right, like getting my make it looking good.
- 24:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna probably just a slick back ponytail because I
- 24:16Speaker 1: feel like that really like lifts my face. Right, this
- 24:18Speaker 1: is gonna be the photo for the next ten years,
- 24:19Speaker 1: so I want to make sure it looks good. The
- 24:22Speaker 1: photo I have now is not It's like me when
- 24:25Speaker 1: I was I don't even know, seventeen years old.
- 24:27Speaker 2: It's just awful.
- 24:28Speaker 1: So I'm like, if I can make this photo look good,
- 24:30Speaker 1: I'm gonna try my best to do that. So I'm
- 24:32Speaker 1: gonna be using my new face. I'm going to make
- 24:34Speaker 1: sure that my face is really defined, really structured, So,
- 24:39Speaker 1: you know, using the new face for you know, some
- 24:41Speaker 1: special event I think is really worth it for that.
- 24:44Speaker 1: And if you're in your bridal era and you really
- 24:46Speaker 1: want your face to just kind of be at its
- 24:48Speaker 1: prime again, might be worth the splurge. If you're in
- 24:51Speaker 1: that phase in your life. But I do think it
- 24:53Speaker 1: works if you're consistent with it and you keep it
- 24:57Speaker 1: into a consistent routine.
- 24:58Speaker 2: But yeah, I think gets fact.
- 25:00Speaker 1: And if you want something a little bit better than
- 25:03Speaker 1: a Guasha that gives a bit more power, then the
- 25:06Speaker 1: new Face would be the best product that would recommend
- 25:09Speaker 1: double cleansing. Do I think this is a fact or crap?
- 25:13Speaker 1: I think this is a fact. I double cleanse every
- 25:15Speaker 1: single night with you know, no makeup on or without
- 25:18Speaker 1: makeup on, Like obviously, you guys know, I don't really
- 25:20Speaker 1: wear much makeup throughout the day, so like for my
- 25:23Speaker 1: everyday makeup, I wear like very light makeup. But I
- 25:26Speaker 1: still double cleans just because I want to make sure
- 25:27Speaker 1: I get everything off my face. So I usually use
- 25:30Speaker 1: an oil cleanser and then the other cleanser I use
- 25:33Speaker 1: is more of like a milky cleanser, So I do
- 25:35Speaker 1: that and I feel like it just like gets all
- 25:38Speaker 1: the dirt off my face. And especially like with sunscreen,
- 25:41Speaker 1: I feel like I put sunscreen on my face every
- 25:43Speaker 1: single day obviously, so it requires usually two washes to
- 25:46Speaker 1: get everything off my face. I also find double cleansing
- 25:51Speaker 1: obviously works when you have a full thing a makeup. Sometimes, honestly,
- 25:55Speaker 1: I might have to use three different products to get
- 25:57Speaker 1: all my makeup off my face if I really want
- 25:59Speaker 1: to get everything off it. But usually just two washes
- 26:04Speaker 1: with an oil cleanser and a milk cleanser, and then
- 26:09Speaker 1: I use the Barrier butter by Road, which I've been loving.
- 26:12Speaker 1: I actually just got this recently and it's a thicker moisturizer,
- 26:15Speaker 1: so I love using that at night before bed, usually
- 26:18Speaker 1: a Summer Friday's lip bomb obviously because I'm obsessed with
- 26:21Speaker 1: Summer Friday's lip bombs. And then I also use the
- 26:25Speaker 1: obviously the Meta Cube Exfolia pads. So actually, okay, let
- 26:28Speaker 1: me break this down quickly because I'm kind of going
- 26:30Speaker 1: all over the map here. Usually I do the double
- 26:32Speaker 1: clean so I use the milk cleanser than the oil cleanser.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Then I will use the Medicue pads. Then I would
- 26:39Speaker 1: use my Barrier Butter by Road. Then I would use
- 26:42Speaker 1: my lip bomb by Summer Fridays.
- 26:45Speaker 2: And sometimes I'll.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Use a like Overnight I cream by the brand Katalie.
- 26:51Speaker 1: So yeah, I don't use that every night, but I
- 26:53Speaker 1: would say like every second night, I'll use the I
- 26:55Speaker 1: cream just because I have a little bit of dark
- 26:58Speaker 1: circles under my eyes, which I'm sensitive too, so I
- 27:02Speaker 1: like to try and brighten my under eyes by yeah,
- 27:05Speaker 1: using an I cream. So that's like my nighttime skincare routine.
- 27:08Speaker 1: But I do think double cleansing is a fact, and
- 27:11Speaker 1: I do think it does wonders to your skin if
- 27:13Speaker 1: you really want to get everything off of your face.
- 27:16Speaker 1: All right, this next one, this one, you guys are
- 27:19Speaker 1: gonna hold me to this. Okay, Green juices, Okay, I
- 27:23Speaker 1: used to be green juice girl. Okay, I would juice
- 27:27Speaker 1: all the time. I honestly just thought they tasted good,
- 27:31Speaker 1: and I think the benefits of just getting like your
- 27:34Speaker 1: greens in for the day was great. Now people sometimes
- 27:37Speaker 1: do juicing because they think it's gonna do wonders to
- 27:39Speaker 1: their skin, or there's gonna be like other benefits all that.
- 27:43Speaker 1: I honestly, over time of doing green juicing, I do
- 27:46Speaker 1: think it's crap, and that's kind of why I've stopped
- 27:49Speaker 1: doing it. I don't think that the benefits that people
- 27:53Speaker 1: say you get with juicing really goes to show the
- 27:57Speaker 1: benefits that you would get, which is a lot about
- 27:59Speaker 1: your skin in your body and all that. Now, it
- 28:03Speaker 1: is very time consuming, and I think that's another reason
- 28:06Speaker 1: why I wasn't consistent with it anymore, because when you
- 28:10Speaker 1: go through the juicer and you juice the vegetables and
- 28:14Speaker 1: you clean the machine like everything, it is almost a
- 28:17Speaker 1: two hour process. I'm not even over exaggerating, and you're
- 28:20Speaker 1: lucky to get maybe three to four days of the product,
- 28:25Speaker 1: and by like day four or five, it's not good
- 28:27Speaker 1: anymore to drink.
- 28:28Speaker 2: You have to dump it out.
- 28:29Speaker 1: So if you try and like prep it throughout the week,
- 28:31Speaker 1: you can really only prep it for like three days ahead.
- 28:34Speaker 1: It's not the most practical thing to do, I feel like,
- 28:36Speaker 1: just because I don't think it's worth the time consuming
- 28:41Speaker 1: and effort that you're going through to do the juicing yourself. Yeah, sure,
- 28:45Speaker 1: I'll buy a green juicey odd time at the grocery store.
- 28:48Speaker 1: But what I say, I'm buying it for the benefits Now,
- 28:51Speaker 1: I'm really just buying it because I feel like it
- 28:53Speaker 1: tastes good and I like to kind of mentally feel like, oh,
- 28:57Speaker 1: I'm getting my greens in this way because I didn't
- 28:59Speaker 1: eat vegetables today. But I don't really know if we're
- 29:02Speaker 1: getting the same benefits or not from it. I'm gonna
- 29:04Speaker 1: be fully transparent. We're just being honest.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Tier. So I kind of think it's crap. And yeah,
- 29:10Speaker 2: that's kind of my opinion on that. Probiotics and prebiotics.
- 29:14Speaker 2: I think it's a fact.
- 29:15Speaker 1: I think, honestly, it's something that has helped my gut
- 29:20Speaker 1: transform and something that I think is something that.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Everyone should include into their daily routine.
- 29:26Speaker 1: I personally find taking a supplement form of a probiotic
- 29:30Speaker 1: in probiotic, meaning like the brand Seed or Array also
- 29:34Speaker 1: has a prebiotic and probiotic, which is what I've been
- 29:37Speaker 1: using currently, is the brand Array, just because that's been
- 29:39Speaker 1: my favorite brand for supplements lately. I believe Ritual also
- 29:43Speaker 1: has a pre im probiotic. I've never tried theirs, but
- 29:46Speaker 1: I know they have a probiotic for that hold showers
- 29:50Speaker 1: and cold plunging. I think this is honestly crap.
- 29:56Speaker 2: Is that bad to say that? I don't know?
- 29:58Speaker 1: Like sauna's fact, I think saunas are one hundred percent
- 30:01Speaker 1: worth it. I think the benefits to sweating for fifteen
- 30:06Speaker 1: to twenty minutes I go to a spot and I
- 30:09Speaker 1: will go on a sauna, you know, throughout every hour
- 30:12Speaker 1: for fifteen minutes, and I will come home and I
- 30:15Speaker 1: will just feel like I've like regained energy, Like I
- 30:18Speaker 1: feel like I'm a new human being when I actually
- 30:21Speaker 1: be consistent with using saunas.
- 30:22Speaker 2: Whereas the cold plunge, I don't know.
- 30:26Speaker 1: I don't know if I love it or like the
- 30:30Speaker 1: cold shower thing or anything like that. Like obviously people
- 30:33Speaker 1: say that it boos circulation, helps reduce inflammation, increases alertness, energy,
- 30:39Speaker 1: boost mood.
- 30:40Speaker 2: All that.
- 30:40Speaker 1: Again, maybe it's just because it's not something that I
- 30:42Speaker 1: do consistently where I can be like, yeah, see the
- 30:45Speaker 1: benefits all that again. Some people think it is the
- 30:48Speaker 1: best thing ever, But personally for me, it's a crap
- 30:51Speaker 1: and I don't like doing it. And I'm a sauna
- 30:54Speaker 1: girl through and through and don't really love the whole
- 30:57Speaker 1: cold plunging thing. Silk pillowcases. I currently have a silk pillowcase.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Do I think it actually works?
- 31:03Speaker 2: No, I don't. I think it's crap.
- 31:06Speaker 1: I don't know if it actually reduces you know, like
- 31:10Speaker 1: skin wrinkles or creates less hair damage and frizz and
- 31:14Speaker 1: all that.
- 31:15Speaker 2: I wouldn't say.
- 31:15Speaker 1: I'm really noticing a difference with my skin from my
- 31:18Speaker 1: pillowcase or my hair, to be honest, like I wouldn't
- 31:21Speaker 1: say my hair feels silkier or anything like that.
- 31:24Speaker 2: I still use it just because that's my pillowcase and
- 31:27Speaker 2: I purchased it, you know, last year. But yeah, no,
- 31:32Speaker 2: I just honestly think it's kind of crap. Next is electrolytes.
- 31:36Speaker 2: I do think this is a fact. I think it
- 31:38Speaker 2: maintains hydration throughout the day.
- 31:40Speaker 1: I love electrolytes as well because I feel like it's
- 31:43Speaker 1: something that I crave in the sense where I like,
- 31:47Speaker 1: I'm kind of getting sick and tired of the taste
- 31:49Speaker 1: of water, and knowing that electrolytes provides the same benefits
- 31:51Speaker 1: but actually tastes a bit better is incredible. And I
- 31:55Speaker 1: do also feel like it gives me a second win
- 31:57Speaker 1: in the afternoon, especially when you know I've kind of
- 32:00Speaker 1: like the bottom of that like three pm lazy girl
- 32:04Speaker 1: like wants to sit on the couch, doesn't want to
- 32:07Speaker 1: get work done. I'll have my electrolyte and then I'm like,
- 32:10Speaker 1: all right, let's clean up this entire kitchen, let's actually
- 32:13Speaker 1: get shit going, let's start dinner. Like feel like just
- 32:16Speaker 1: a new wind comes out of me and I don't
- 32:18Speaker 1: ever drink energy drinks. Not a big energy drink girl.
- 32:21Speaker 1: So for me, I feel like my electrolytes is my
- 32:24Speaker 1: source of energy when I'm wanting it. So yeah, I
- 32:28Speaker 1: think electrolytes are fact and I love it and I
- 32:31Speaker 1: think it actually works really well. Okay, the last two
- 32:33Speaker 1: that I'm going to talk about are hair products, So
- 32:37Speaker 1: hair vitamins kind of like the growth ones when it
- 32:41Speaker 1: comes to like nutrifhil, I think haram vitamins are a fact.
- 32:44Speaker 1: I think neutrafoil has been a game changer for me personally.
- 32:47Speaker 1: I do think it's helped maintain my hair health. It's
- 32:49Speaker 1: definitely created more growth. There's obviously a lot of damage
- 32:53Speaker 1: that I have, like kind of like underneath my hair
- 32:55Speaker 1: from years ago or just like my roots in general
- 32:57Speaker 1: from doing slick back looks, and I feel like there's
- 33:00Speaker 1: been a lot of growth coming in just because of
- 33:02Speaker 1: doing the nutrifolds so consistently and taking the hair vitamins. Now,
- 33:08Speaker 1: hair oiling. People talk about hair oiling all the time.
- 33:10Speaker 1: This is the next one. Do I think this is
- 33:12Speaker 1: factor crap? I think this is crap, but it could
- 33:15Speaker 1: be crap to me. Because I could be doing it
- 33:17Speaker 1: the wrong way. Maybe I'm not doing it the right way,
- 33:20Speaker 1: but I don't know. Some people swear by it.
- 33:22Speaker 2: I don't.
- 33:23Speaker 1: I don't think the whole like massaging oiled into your scalp,
- 33:27Speaker 1: leave it in your hair for an hour, wash it
- 33:28Speaker 1: out in the shower, all that.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Like, I actually.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Find my hair feels thinner, Like I feel like it's
- 33:33Speaker 1: actually like not doing what I want it to do.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Like I feel like it's doing the opposite. I feel
- 33:37Speaker 1: like it's thinning out my hair. It's not creating the
- 33:39Speaker 1: growth that I wanted to create. So I think it
- 33:42Speaker 1: really just depends on Yeah, maybe the brand that you
- 33:46Speaker 1: use or the process that you do. Yeah, I feel
- 33:49Speaker 1: like maybe I need to watch more videos on it.
- 33:51Speaker 1: But I've watched a few tutorials, I've tried it out.
- 33:54Speaker 1: It just hasn't worked for me. So I'm like, if
- 33:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna do anything when it comes to like rebuilding
- 33:58Speaker 1: my hair strength or growth in general, I'm going to
- 34:01Speaker 1: be sticking to the hair vitamins or the brand's Mary
- 34:05Speaker 1: Ruth Roth, I think it might be it it's like
- 34:08Speaker 1: a liquid form where you kind of like take a
- 34:09Speaker 1: shot in the morning it's supposed to help with like skin, hair,
- 34:12Speaker 1: and nails and is really recommended. So anyways, but that's
- 34:16Speaker 1: kind of everything that I could personally think of. I'm
- 34:19Speaker 1: sure there's obviously a lot more that I could chat
- 34:21Speaker 1: about when it comes to things that I've personally tried
- 34:24Speaker 1: and like the health and wellness world and what I
- 34:26Speaker 1: think is fact or grap But I just thought this
- 34:29Speaker 1: would be a really interesting episode because I love to
- 34:31Speaker 1: hear what other people's opinions are about this stuff, because obviously,
- 34:35Speaker 1: like if people are spending a lot of money on
- 34:37Speaker 1: certain things, I want to know if it's worth the
- 34:39Speaker 1: hype or not. So I just wanted to share my
- 34:41Speaker 1: thoughts and opinions on things that I've splurged my money
- 34:44Speaker 1: on what I think is worth it versus what I don't. Also,
- 34:47Speaker 1: I know we're ending this episode off, but I forgot
- 34:49Speaker 1: to mention the beginning of the episode that I lied
- 34:51Speaker 1: to you guys last week saying that there wasn't gonna
- 34:53Speaker 1: be an episode this week because I was going to Dallas.
- 34:56Speaker 2: But I'm actually going to Dallas next week. I messed up.
- 34:59Speaker 1: I thought we we were going this week, and Zach
- 35:01Speaker 1: was like, no, babe, it's not.
- 35:03Speaker 2: This week, it's the following week. I'm like, oh my goodness.
- 35:05Speaker 2: I told all my girlies that I was going to
- 35:06Speaker 2: Dallas this week.
- 35:08Speaker 1: And here we are still home, which I'm not complaining
- 35:10Speaker 1: about because you guys know, I've been in my era
- 35:12Speaker 1: of wanting to stay home anyways, but we are heading
- 35:15Speaker 1: for his.
- 35:16Speaker 2: Work trip next week.
- 35:17Speaker 1: So if there's no episode next week, you now know
- 35:20Speaker 1: why because I will be in Dallas next week, not
- 35:23Speaker 1: this week. But anyways, thank you guys for listening to
- 35:26Speaker 1: another episode. If you guys are new, definitely make sure
- 35:29Speaker 1: to follow at the Hawkgirl Energy Instagram page. You can

- 35:36Speaker 2: Thank you guys for listening to another episode and I
