SPEAKER_02: Blessings and welcome to the Ascension Alchemist Podcast.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_02: It is your hosts, Reverend Honey Borden and Michael Abramson.
• 0:09
SPEAKER_02: We are so delighted to have our combination episode today with you and get into a very deep area within a relationship that we found is extremely important to communicate when we are living in a committed, purpose-driven, mission-driven, God-oriented relationship and the things that come across, how to maneuver it.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_02: We'll certainly talk about what we did in the past that didn't work, and we would consider that failure.
• 0:49
  SPEAKER_03: Or learning.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_02: So this is this episode is really for anyone in any kind of relationship, especially in a couple's relationship or parent relationship, it is really important what we're going to talk about.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_02: And we welcome you to this hour.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_02: So welcome, welcome, and welcome.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: And we're thank you for each of you tuning in throughout the world.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: It means so much for Honey and I to have viewers that are consistently receiving these messages because ever since I met Honey, we've had these deep conversations.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: We just know the importance of sharing them from our livelihood, raw, real in time.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: And I feel this discussion is a very valuable one in which we're constantly sitting down and sharing the gifts that come out of it, let alone the overcoming of what we've done before.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: So thank you, honey, for once again of just bringing this into the awareness because yesterday was a pretty intense day.
• 2:07
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_02: And before getting into it, just again, for those of you who are new, this channel is all about embodiment of the God presence.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_02: So it is a podcast for those who are have been seeking spirituality and they've gone done everything, yet they still didn't have a true conviction or faith and trust.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_02: And it's also for those who have followed the path of religion and yet there's been something missing.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_02: So we really the bridge between that because we are focused on the embodiment of the God's presence into our lives and in every area of our lives.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_02: So welcome if you have found us.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_02: We are truly belighted to have you.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_02: And let's go ahead and talk about this important conversation.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_02: So in any relationship, there are going to be the magical, mystical, remarkable, romantic, glorious, gorgeous, wondrous experience.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_02: Along that also comes the challenges, the difficulties, the different lens that we see through based on when we are in the in our journey, and also the circumstances, life circumstances that come up that we face.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_02: From the lens that Michael and I are standing in now, this is 10 years into our recoming into our this is our 10th year of our relationship, one decade.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_02: This relationship of ours has gone through so many different experiences and it's been stretched, it's been pulled, it's been tested and tested and tested.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_02: So where we're speaking from right now is a mature, grounded place that we have moved into where we can face life's challenges with the presence of God on me, God Almighty, in a very different way.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_02: And we surely share with you that it wasn't so many years ago.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_02: And even not that long ago, also, because we both we both had different things that we were individually experiencing while let's say challenges or or life circumstances would come about.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_02: So why I'm sharing this is because if you've been in a relationship like let's say six months, a year, two years, your relationship hasn't matured, it hasn't become that great olive or that great wine, so that it can be so strong in what it's gone through that it can stand the weathers of life.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_02: So being in it a decade, we are, you know, through the commitment, through the devotion, through the deliverance, we really have been tested.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_02: So having said that, life will bring things.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_02: If you've been blessed, you've been anointed, you know you you are ordained to deliver God's call.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_02: A lot of you in this call are mission-focused, you know you have a calling in your life purposeful.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_02: It does not excuse or it does not, how you say, um prevent you from having challenges.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_02: If anything, you're going to have challenges, maybe even more so than usual and normal individuals, because in order for your faith to be tested, in order for you to walk in faith, remain in trust, and go towards the direction of that promise of deliverance, you are going to have to be tested, and that test is set up strategically to see how individually you're going to go through it and in relationship, how the relationship is going to go through it, so that way it can become stronger and it holds has a greater capacity to handle more of what's coming on its way.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_02: So that's what I like to start it with.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_02: So we have this deep understanding of where we're speaking from.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_00: And I feel that these tests are very valuable.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: A lot of times we can view challenges or difficulties in judgment of incompatibility, or maybe the person is not the right one for me.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: Yet when we step far enough aback, we can look at these patterns, we can look at these tests, and we can look to see how they're bringing the greater mastery through us.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: Even the greatest mastery of these areas to be sometimes our parents' wounds or generational wounds or aspects of us that we're helping clear.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: And so we find them to be extremely valuable.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: We bring them into the forefront because we're always learning and evolving and really remembering that they come around.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: And as they come around, they bring up not only the current circumstances, but they also bring up what I believe in seeing what we both have noticed is just deep wounds that haven't been healed.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_00: And I find it's a great opportunity to, as we always do, bring it out into the wide open, speak from our truth, most important from our real experiences, because as we see, the more light and awareness we shine upon them, the more we evolve.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: And then as they move to the next level, we can see these are just stepping stones.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: Stepping stones to move into our greater versions of ourselves and to allow that life is not happening against you, it's happening for you.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_00: It's not a set back, but a set up to see how once again, when these areas arrive within us, how do we choose to respond, react?
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: And how we really what I find is the pure mastery is moving them together in a relationship.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_00: Because it's one thing when you're dealing with the situations by yourself, it's a whole other level when you're dealing it with yourself and in a relationship and to maneuver through it in the most graceful way, which to be raw and honest, we have not always done that.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: There's been a lot of bumpy conflicts, challenging areas.
• 8:49
SPEAKER_00: So to bring this to life, we really enjoy it because it's an evolving piece that we really like to share.
• 8:56
  SPEAKER_02: Definitely.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_02: So I will begin with this.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_02: One of the areas that Michael and I have been working through and moving through because we've been blessed with the opportunity for it's sort of like a theme or a pattern repeating so that way it's given the opportunity for us to become aware and break the pattern individually and through the relationship, so the relationship can move to its next destination, because it's the next destination can't carry this pattern with it, it needs to be stronger so it can handle what's ahead.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_02: So it's gonna keep circling until we can literally pass the test.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_02: So one of the areas that I found that within these past, I would say within the past nine months or so, that I have stepped into the space where the presence of God Almighty has become so much more integrated and in the body, in my body and in my bodies, where that space of separation that I experienced before is not there.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_02: It's on a daily basis, and my my focus is set on that, so that way I keep returning to it daily and daily.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_02: So when when a life circumstance comes, I can see how it is for me, it's not against me.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_02: And I can see right away if it if a life circumstance kicks into, like, for example, when the when the water thing happened with our apartment, my immediate response when a thought came in, I said, no, this is happening for us, it's even greater, it's amazing.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_02: So my attitude was extremely positive and set on that great blessing, and I was able to maneuver it good.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_02: So there has been numerous times this year that Michael has bear witness that I have remained solid, not on anybody else, but solid in the presence of God, and not allowed my own human limitation take the wheel.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_02: If anything, the the greater strength of God Almighty through me has shown out, being able to witness that and not not giving myself permission to voice that limitation.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_02: So sort of silencing that voice and resurrecting the rise of the true voice of what God Almighty said about me.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_02: So this part of inside of me, it seems like not it seems the the battle inside of me has ended, and there is a there's this continuous peace, and as a result of that continuous peace, there's this more radiance of joy, more sustained joy, more flowing abundance, more prosperity.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_02: So I'm seeing to me, my finances expanding, more opportunity going, more growth.
• 12:32
SPEAKER_02: So I've I've moved into that more in while things are happening, it's not affecting me.
• 12:40
  SPEAKER_02: This is important.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_02: Now, there has been the last few months, my code has been given the opportunity that certain things come up and he's not operating like he used to, where he used to get mad and angry and frustrated.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_02: And some of you that have been part of our circle, you know this has been the journey that he's navigated to help other men.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_02: So before he would act out, trigger out, and all of that, and it was something that really took a while for my for me to help Michael become educated that you can experience that it's valid, but you are in charge of how you're going to express it.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_02: You don't need to bring it to the house.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_02: You can release it, you can let it go.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_02: So because the strongholds has had a strong hold over him, it's gotten less, but not complete yet.
• 13:34
  SPEAKER_02: Much more improved.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_02: So the last so the last few months, opportunity has come, and my core has been able to meet, yet he the the the extreme level has completely settled down, yet it's still like showing up.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_02: And and this is where my court is going to be, where something showed up yesterday, which we're gonna talk about, and what was his rule, what was my role, and how we move through it.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: And thank you, honey, for bringing that awareness because I would say in different areas, especially in Honey's relationship with God and that beautiful union that has also been growing within myself, and that dedication and most important, devotion to have God Almighty more present in my life.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: And I feel the extreme natures have started to settle down, yet the true refinement is where it seems like small opportunities come up to once again make an area be seen that may not be a hundred percent fully cleared or fully acknowledged, or wants to come up again to see how I choose to react or respond.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_00: And I would say in this time pattern and in this feeling, how important it has been to really see that presence within me, that God Almighty presence versus what happened yesterday, giving the hand over to the limited belief or the wounded part or the aspect that wants to pop up and really take control of where I'm currently at and see how far it can pull me into an old area, which I believe many of us get tested to see, okay, is this going to have an impact?
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: Is it going to have an impact on myself?
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: Is it going to have an impact on my relationship?
• 15:34
SPEAKER_00: So thank you for making that awareness because a lot of times I feel as we overcome certain areas, even my mental mind sometimes thinks, okay, I've cleared that one, I mastered that, I'm done with that situation.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: Yet it's interesting how it can be a revolving door where it comes around again just to see how this opportunity is going to take place in my own choice of giving energy to it or moving beyond it.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_02: So, for practical purposes, just so like we can use like examples, so we're very transparent.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_02: For example, like let's say we're going to talk about last week.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_02: Last week, Michael and I went to FIFA to watch a game.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_02: We're so excited on Friday.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_02: And so so we we love soccer and uh World Cup in America.
• 16:25
  SPEAKER_02: So exactly.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_02: So we went to see it, and one of the things that I have been I have been inviting Michael to take charge and ownership authority is his own bodies to be in charge.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_02: So this whole journey of embodiment means we are becoming aware of our different bodies, our mental body, our emotional body, our physical body.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_02: We take charge so that God Almighty takes charge of our bodies.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_02: That's really the walk of it.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_02: So that way we don't allow our human limitation to live through us, we allow God's presence to live through us.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_02: So these are smaller things.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_02: Like, for example, we went to we went to FIFA and we were looking forward to it.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_02: And this is always the key.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_02: You're in this good place, you're in this good mood, you want to do something amazing, have fun, enjoy.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_02: And you have to remember that the limited part of you works in a way that only knows you from a survival place, from a scarcity place, doesn't know you completely in a thriving, amazing place.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_02: So it kind of wants to create disturbs, disturbance.
• 17:45
SPEAKER_02: It is an intruder, and that intruder ties to energies that want to make sure you don't succeed, you don't go to your, you don't deliver your promise, you don't go to your purpose, isn't it so and just when you're getting ready to to take a step into your next level of share or your the things you're excited about, these these things inside of you, it's inside of you start showing up even more.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_02: So when we went Friday, for example, last week to to watch a game, it was just Michael and I.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_02: We went to this restaurant, Michael picked it, it was this Mexican restaurant, super loud.
• 18:31
SPEAKER_02: And we were kind of shocked how loud it was.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_02: But at first, it was loud.
• 18:36
SPEAKER_02: At first, it wasn't very loud.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_02: So we just wanted to see the game.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_02: We're like, okay, we're gonna eat too.
• 18:40
  SPEAKER_02: This is fun.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh, this is exciting.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_02: So we went, we went in there, we saw a guy from our gym that hooked us up with a table.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_02: The place was so packed, screens, screens of the TV everywhere, which at first we're like, okay, this is great, but we couldn't hear the soccer announcements.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_02: We we wanted to hear that it was blocked off by the sounds.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_02: So as as the game started, food came, the it started to get a little bit louder and louder.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_02: And Michael and I were eating.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_02: Now the music was great, it was so chaotic, it was so insane that I was like, you know what?
• 19:17
SPEAKER_01: I want to tune in the music.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_01: This this is good, like you know, 90s music.
• 19:22
  SPEAKER_01: This is great.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_02: And there were a couple other people like enjoying it, so it started to feel like actually nightclub and packed insane, and the the we and you weren't sure which screen to look at.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_02: Michael and I were sitting across each other.
• 19:38
SPEAKER_02: So, with this, at some point, as we ate the food, it took another level of loudness.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_02: Usually, those are the ones like we put earpiece in our ears because it's just too loud.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_02: So I offered that to Michael.
• 19:53
SPEAKER_02: Michael denied it, but I wasn't sure what was going on.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_02: I was still having a good time.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, okay, you know, after halftime, we're gonna leave.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_02: So while we did this, Michael, yeah.
• 20:04
SPEAKER_00: And so what was interesting was as this was going on, I could notice within myself irritability, frustration to start to rise because as the music was starting to rise, I was recognizing within myself this level of discomfort, which I wasn't taking the full awareness of seeing how much this was starting to move and boil up because it wasn't just the noise, there was like lights going on, the crowd was it.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_00: It just felt like in a very chaotic moment.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_00: Like I've been to clubs and places, and it just was just chaos at its moment.
• 20:42
  SPEAKER_00: Beautiful chaos.
• 20:43
SPEAKER_00: I mean, there were birthday parties going, there were drums going on, there were all these things, and so as honey was getting more into it, I started to recognize my enjoyment started to drop.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_00: It started to like fall a little.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: But in the old past, what I've done before, which is a no-no, is not to communicate my feelings because somewhere I didn't want to burst someone's bubble of joy.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: I didn't want to be a Debbie down, or I didn't want to do it, so I just said, okay, let me just take one for the team, and by halftime, we can go meet her son and listen to the audio.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_00: Because the whole goal was to watch the game together, listen to the game together.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: But if you can imagine, it was a pandemonium of just like circus.
• 21:28
  SPEAKER_00: It was crazy.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: To do what I feel not only myself, but most men do is share their emotions at that moment so it can at least give the opportunity to prepare someone because I could just feel like I was So Michael, Michael, be very clear.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_02: So it started creeping in so fast, the discomfort.
• 21:56
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 21:56
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_02: So the discount as it but you didn't communicate to me because You simply couldn't sit and cross me with the loudness for some reason.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_02: It started creeping in so fast.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: So it was so loud that it was hard to communicate.
• 22:07
  SPEAKER_02: I know, I know.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_02: So for the purpose of the audience, so you right away, without being able to control it, you gave into the discomfort and the irritation.
• 22:18
  SPEAKER_02: Very quickly.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_02: So the chick came and very irritable.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_02: You wanted to get out.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_02: I had no clue what was going on.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_02: So on my end, we're having this great time.
• 22:27
  SPEAKER_02: Michael's showing me a smile, we're laughing, we're having a good time.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_02: And then suddenly it's a complete opposite.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_02: And this used to throw me around so much because I wouldn't know what was going on.
• 22:39
SPEAKER_02: He wouldn't, he wasn't communicative, and some suddenly from one to another extreme, it's like 180 degrees different.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_02: So as we left, I could tell as soon as we came, he was already in the trigger state, speaking from the trigger state, not being able to catch it.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_02: And so he got quiet in the car, and I was just completely shocked and surprised.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_02: I didn't know what on earth happened.
• 23:02
SPEAKER_02: So this is a pattern Michael and I have gone through numerous times over these years.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_02: So something comes up, Michael hasn't been able to catch it, and this has been part of him taking ownership in being in the body.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_02: And I've invited him to you have to communicate to me.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_02: Learn to communicate this is what's happening, or this is what I need help, or this is what so to another person is not shocked what what happened.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: And to take, you know, what I feel with most men is our journey is to take emotional control over these lower emotions that want to come up, basically keeping in a stable moment so that those areas of what I would say frustration, anger, do not have to ruin the situation.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: Or what I saw this time just go into silence because I was basically just trying to ground myself in a line coming out of a very chaotic situation.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: In the past, what's happened is because it's basically stirred up me, there'd be many times where I would project that.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: I would project that onto me.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: Project it upon the situation because I didn't have any control of those emotions, and I allowed that human aspect of me just to blabber it out versus allowing myself to say, okay, God Almighty is here right now.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: I have the ability to call God in, I have the ability to control this situation because this situation doesn't have to be bigger than me.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: I have the choice to take authority over my emotions, take authority over my thoughts, and the big one, not allow them to control me and run me versus still stay with it.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: Now it's a journey of when that's been playing the, let's just say, control mantle for so many years and then being put in a situation where it's so loud, so communication can't be clear.
• 25:01
SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of chaos going on, so it just turns up the volume a little deeper to see how one can not only move maneuver through it, but how one can communicate through it.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, that opportunity I didn't do as well as I did.
• 25:15
SPEAKER_00: There was a shift and change of not screaming, projecting.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: I went more silent, I left the restaurant.
• 25:22
SPEAKER_00: I know you know you were wanting to call your brother and do a little video, and I just had to remove myself out of the situation.
• 25:28
SPEAKER_00: So there were patterns that were improving, but at the same time, the greater portion is to understand that at that moment, and at any moment that where something comes up, there is an ability to purely tap into our God essence, to take the reins of that situation and not let that control what was moving through me at that moment.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so you weren't able to do that.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_02: You weren't able to do it like the week before, right?
• 25:57
  SPEAKER_02: With the apartment.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_02: And like so the there are little patterns coming up because it's the refinement.
• 26:03
SPEAKER_02: Your awareness has kicked in, but then to actually apply it, like really ownership, that's what's that's what's making it.
• 26:10
  SPEAKER_02: Apartment I did that.
• 26:11
SPEAKER_00: It was just the questioning of that situation when that's right.
• 26:15
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we exactly.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_02: So we're just talking about in refinement, right?
• 26:20
  SPEAKER_02: Ownership, authority.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_02: So these situations come up so we can take authority with God's presence over these things.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_02: So so then yesterday, for example, yesterday's a gorgeous day, beautiful sunny day, remarkable.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_02: We wanted to prepare for teaching today, our true prosperity, true prosperity mentorship.
• 26:41
SPEAKER_02: And and Michael, it's amazing.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_02: Michael has his next um the next evolution of his sacred evolvement coming up with the new speakers that start actually next week.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_02: So there are all this greatness happening.
• 26:57
SPEAKER_02: So yesterday we were supposed to meet at the pool in this beautiful place, we're both joyful, so that we can go over the teaching for today.
• 27:06
SPEAKER_02: And and that, so I was like, okay, Michael, I leave, come meet me.
• 27:10
SPEAKER_00: And so before I left, I was checking certain accounts and I was looking at my credit cards, and once again, there was an old pattern where when I see certain amounts of numbers, like any of us, if we were looking at dad credit, that it triggered me, and then a lot of these core wounds started coming up, where all of a sudden, before calling in God Almighty, before taking reins at the situation, I could all of a sudden feel this energy come up through me, which felt like defeat, or felt like frustration, or felt stressed and anxiety, this overwhelming feeling that purely came through, and said, instead of taking the reins over it, I could feel that it just came in so strong and consumed and consumed me.
• 27:58
SPEAKER_02: And like it released like it's poison onto you.
• 28:01
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean it came it came through me, which which again, not right or wrong, good or bad.
• 28:07
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes these things happen, but at the same time, it's catching it before it takes over.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_00: Because immediately I told honey, I can't meet you right now to meet because I have to take care of what's happening to me.
• 28:19
SPEAKER_00: Because I knew it already, that door already opened up, and by giving the power to that energy, it started to consume my thoughts, consume my energy, consume my feelings, where I just wanted to go outside and just debrief and say, okay, this has come up now.
• 28:35
SPEAKER_00: Let me see how I can move back into alignment and see what was brought through.
• 28:39
SPEAKER_00: Because, like we've spoken in the past, sometimes one thought will come up, one emotion will come up, and it's like a spider web effect where it just links to all these other areas.
• 28:49
SPEAKER_00: So it was very important not only to, you know, see that, but I feel what the biggest point was, which I'm so grateful, is in that moment, honey suggested, can I hold space?
• 29:03
  SPEAKER_02: You're going a little faster, you're missing a company.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_02: So I was already at the pool and I was like, okay, ready, waiting for Michael to come.
• 29:10
SPEAKER_02: So Michael didn't come, it was an hour later.
• 29:13
  SPEAKER_02: I didn't understand what happened.
• 29:14
SPEAKER_02: So I finally called and I saw text coming in.
• 29:18
  SPEAKER_02: And I called.
• 29:20
SPEAKER_02: When I talked to him, I was so shocked because he was speaking from that triggered place.
• 29:26
  SPEAKER_02: I can't come to the pool.
• 29:28
SPEAKER_02: I'm very triggered right now.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_02: This and starting to go there.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_02: I was again on the receiving end, I had no clue what was going on.
• 29:36
SPEAKER_02: We were just in a great place.
• 29:38
  SPEAKER_02: What just happened?
• 29:39
SPEAKER_02: And I'm sure sometimes you all are dealing with this with your family, you're in this good place, and then something's happened, you're you've been in the dark, and there's this shock and surprise.
• 29:49
  SPEAKER_02: Like, what just happened?
• 29:50
SPEAKER_02: Because the desire is to continue.
• 29:52
SPEAKER_02: It's like, oh my gosh, we have the teaching coming up.
• 29:55
  SPEAKER_02: This is amazing.
• 29:56
  SPEAKER_02: So continue it.
• 29:57
SPEAKER_02: And then it's like, and so I asked Michael, I said, wait a minute, hold on, hold on.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_02: I was like, wait, what just happened?
• 30:03
SPEAKER_02: Like, I'm just can you walk me through what happened?
• 30:06
SPEAKER_02: And he said, No, I just before I came, I went to this, I went, I went logged in to pay something, and then this came up.
• 30:13
SPEAKER_02: I said, Okay, wait, did you apply this?
• 30:16
SPEAKER_02: So there were these agreements we placed forth whenever there's a disturbance before we go into disturbance to actually apply the action.
• 30:24
  SPEAKER_02: He's he was honest, he said, I didn't.
• 30:26
SPEAKER_02: I was like, Okay, did you apply this?
• 30:28
  SPEAKER_02: He didn't.
• 30:29
SPEAKER_02: So naturally, he was consumed right away.
• 30:34
  SPEAKER_02: He was consumed now.
• 30:35
  SPEAKER_02: Let me pause here.
• 30:37
SPEAKER_02: Before in the past, when this would happen, I would get very upset because I would get upset that why didn't you do it?
• 30:47
  SPEAKER_02: You know better.
• 30:48
  SPEAKER_02: You already know.
• 30:49
SPEAKER_02: Like, why aren't you applying what you're supposed to apply?
• 30:52
SPEAKER_02: Why are you disturbing this space?
• 30:54
SPEAKER_02: Like you're not being responsible, you're not being accountable.
• 30:58
SPEAKER_02: So I would actually get very upset because it was something, and I would I would then get pulled in, and this was a pattern, continuous pattern, because like like for me was if I'm applying this, why aren't you applying?
• 31:14
SPEAKER_02: And that was from coming from my judgmental lens.
• 31:17
SPEAKER_02: So then, so yesterday, for example, and this is something that I have been applying.
• 31:23
SPEAKER_02: So yesterday, while there, while Marco was in it, I didn't go to what to the way I used to operate.
• 31:34
SPEAKER_02: I stood in the presence of God in that truth, recognizing he's struggling in this area.
• 31:41
SPEAKER_02: This part has come up.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_02: I can be compassionate and understanding, and I can remain in that truth to help him come to his truth and not go rescue him, not go save him, which before this is a lot of times, I wanted to like save him from his own suffering.
• 32:03
SPEAKER_02: And it would it would just create a lot of chemists.
• 32:07
SPEAKER_02: I would first get uh I would I would get angry because you he wasn't doing his part, and then try to, by that time, he then I'm meeting his triggered state that you can't even talk to.
• 32:20
SPEAKER_02: It's it's completely lost any kind of reason.
• 32:23
SPEAKER_02: So it would be really, really difficult and challenging.
• 32:26
SPEAKER_02: It would throw my nervous system around.
• 32:28
SPEAKER_02: I was just so difficult dealing with that.
• 32:31
SPEAKER_02: So evolving out of that, one part of it had to do with me.
• 32:36
SPEAKER_02: First recognizing this is his invitation to claim ownership authority.
• 32:45
SPEAKER_02: No, I do not need to rescue him, and no, I do not need to save him.
• 32:49
SPEAKER_02: Yet I can be the spaceholder in in lending a hand of strength so he can find that connection bad with God Almighty.
• 33:01
SPEAKER_02: So yesterday, when I talked to him, I called him back.
• 33:04
SPEAKER_02: I said, Michael, do you want me to hold space for you?
• 33:08
SPEAKER_00: And that's where I and that's where I came in and said, Yes, honey.
• 33:11
SPEAKER_00: And so I went through, which was so powerful, and I highly recommend this with partners of knowing that if there's a time and space, and of course, if there's an equal understanding, that one partner can just hear and listen, because it's so important for myself in that situation just to share what was going on, what was happening, so that that energy could be expressed without going into victimization, have to go into you know a sputtering down.
• 33:42
SPEAKER_00: I was just giving the present awareness of what was happening in my field.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_00: And I could not be more grateful because Honey could at least hear all the areas that I was moving through, and then from there bring the awareness of like, okay, did I call God Almighty?
• 33:58
SPEAKER_00: And did I allow these, let's just say, negative intruders, or even bigger, that voice of self-sabotage?
• 34:06
SPEAKER_00: Did I allow certain emotions once again to come in front?
• 34:10
SPEAKER_00: The anger, the victimization, certain areas that come forth.
• 34:13
SPEAKER_00: And so by allowing that and by having someone bring forth that, it gave me a new opportunity just to be present, not to fight with her, not to defend, but just clearly say, Yes, I was aware of that.
• 34:28
SPEAKER_00: Yes, I was aware of that.
• 34:29
SPEAKER_00: And the more that I was bringing awareness to it, I felt like it was subduing because it was like shining light on an area that was so dark that had control that it was like, here are the areas that are once again wanting to be brought forth in a higher level of consciousness through just seeing them and not allowing them to go through and pull me down.
• 34:50
SPEAKER_00: And really, what Honey said in the beginning, not shift me from the daily responsibilities, the excitement, the joy, the passion, inspiration of what's coming up in this next week for me.
• 35:03
SPEAKER_00: And it's it was like the perfect storm in some aspects because we were getting ready to sit down, go over today's mentorship.
• 35:10
SPEAKER_00: Everything was beautiful, had a great walk, yet one small little trigger lit a flame, and before I knew it, it had control.
• 35:20
SPEAKER_00: Honey did an amazing job, a phenomenal way just to listen, to hear, and then reflect back of what was going on that then brought me into a more calm state.
• 35:31
SPEAKER_02: So, so yesterday I said, you know, can I be the spaceholder for you?
• 35:38
SPEAKER_02: So it gave Michael the opportunity to just talk it out.
• 35:43
SPEAKER_02: So a lot of times when a person is in that trigger place, they just need to talk it out, vent it out so it comes out.
• 35:50
SPEAKER_02: And that was my place to be very, very settled inside of me.
• 35:56
SPEAKER_02: That non-judgmental, this isn't about me, this is what's just his experience.
• 36:02
SPEAKER_02: I can just hold a neutral, complete neutral space, which I did.
• 36:07
SPEAKER_02: Then, as he spoke out, then I said, Were you able to apply this?
• 36:13
SPEAKER_02: He wasn't able to apply God Almighty coming in.
• 36:16
SPEAKER_02: Okay, were you able to apply this?
• 36:19
SPEAKER_02: He wasn't, and so that awareness became, okay, in this situation, you can you can apply this, you can ask God Almighty to come into you and take over so that way this limitation doesn't consume you.
• 36:36
SPEAKER_02: So that remembrance was there.
• 36:38
SPEAKER_02: Then the other part was as then when you know somebody, this is the advantage.
• 36:45
SPEAKER_02: Because the person has been kind of like sting, like a like a stay, like a snake or like a bee is being stung by a poison of negativity on the inside.
• 36:59
SPEAKER_02: You can you, if you know that person, you can step in.
• 37:02
SPEAKER_02: I said, okay, Michael, this isn't truth.
• 37:06
SPEAKER_02: This isn't true because I know you.
• 37:09
SPEAKER_02: I was able to then speak from the place, speak of evidence of the things that he has accomplished, the things that he has delivered, the way God Almighty has showed out in him.
• 37:22
SPEAKER_02: I was able to start bringing truth of those evidence, not trying to lift him up, but speak truth to him and over him, and then say what God Almighty said about him.
• 37:39
SPEAKER_02: And also help him see that just he's just about to take off on his next destination.
• 37:48
SPEAKER_02: And we are leaders, we know this.
• 37:50
SPEAKER_02: Whenever we're about to spread our wing for our next, what happens?
• 37:55
SPEAKER_02: There's the limitation, fear, all of those victims come to see if they can hold you back before you have a breakthrough.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_02: Now, if you don't catch it, they'll hold you back from taking off, from your flight.
• 38:12
SPEAKER_02: Now, if you have somebody you bless enough to be in a partnership like ours, then one person stays very true in that conviction and speaks from that place of authority, points to that look, you're about to take off.
• 38:27
SPEAKER_02: So that was the self-sabotage coming to her, try to hold you back.
• 38:31
SPEAKER_02: And this is what's getting ready to break.
• 38:34
SPEAKER_02: You can bless it, you can release it, you can give it to God.
• 38:38
SPEAKER_02: You know, you're not gonna need this where you're going.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_02: So you can move in your next thing, you're safe.
• 38:44
SPEAKER_02: So this has to do with safety in the body, regulation.
• 38:48
SPEAKER_02: That's where these things come up.
• 38:50
SPEAKER_02: And so, yesterday, what was very monumental in that place, I was able to say what God said about Michael, the truth, and Michael was able to hear that.
• 39:02
SPEAKER_02: I was able to also point out in these beautiful things that are already in front of him.
• 39:11
SPEAKER_02: So that's a gift of when somebody can see through the lens of God Almighty.
• 39:15
SPEAKER_02: You can tell another person struggling, but you're gonna when you point it out on the inside that truth responds.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_02: So he was able to resurrect in that truth as well.
• 39:27
SPEAKER_02: And also, one more thing, the other part, me being so clear, this is not my battle.
• 39:35
SPEAKER_02: This is not for me to go save Michael.
• 39:39
SPEAKER_02: To I I this is the gift for Michael to take authority once and for all for himself, so he can experience that liberation and freedom for him, and that's the vision that I wanted to hold for him so that he can do that.
• 39:57
SPEAKER_02: Now, I'll I'll say this, then Michael follow up.
• 40:00
SPEAKER_02: So after that, beautiful came, ate food.
• 40:04
SPEAKER_02: I went to the gym, and when I when I came back from the gym, I saw Michael, I had made the most incredible video announcement about his men's circle.
• 40:17
SPEAKER_02: And it was so gorgeous.
• 40:21
SPEAKER_02: It was incredible, it was it was by far his greatest video.
• 40:26
SPEAKER_01: And I was like, oh my gosh, God Almighty, you're amazing how you turn this around.
• 40:33
SPEAKER_02: Because within that short period, I also shared with Michael, I said, Michael, as a guidance, I said, Michael, here's this what's in front of you.
• 40:42
SPEAKER_02: You gotta get focused in here.
• 40:45
SPEAKER_02: These things are coming to distract you.
• 40:48
SPEAKER_02: You can't give them voice, you can't give them attention, you have to silence them and turn up the volume of God inside of you, greater.
• 40:58
SPEAKER_02: And that's what I left them with.
• 41:00
SPEAKER_02: And to come back to see that was so amazing.
• 41:05
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, wow, like that's that's so beautiful.
• 41:08
SPEAKER_02: Look how look how quickly you made that turnaround and you and our relationship was not affected negatively.
• 41:19
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 41:20
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you, honey.
• 41:20
SPEAKER_00: I feel like in those steps, which we've practiced so often, is when that hit me, I immediately went to a place that I knew I could ground and regulate my central nervous system.
• 41:32
SPEAKER_00: We all have different places.
• 41:33
SPEAKER_00: For me, I went out into nature and I just started focusing on my breath.
• 41:37
SPEAKER_00: And I really looked at these limited beliefs that came up because they were limited beliefs that were questioned.
• 41:42
SPEAKER_00: Well, hold on, hold on.
• 41:43
SPEAKER_02: You're not just for audience purposes, when it first came out, you didn't do that.
• 41:48
  SPEAKER_02: No, you didn't.
• 41:49
SPEAKER_02: You were consumed first after we talked, then you're not.
• 41:53
SPEAKER_00: After we talked, I then went to the park to regulate my central nervous system.
• 41:57
SPEAKER_00: In regulating my central nervous system, I started to focus on my breath, slow myself down so that the thoughts weren't, you know, starting to race.
• 42:08
SPEAKER_00: You know, we all know when we start to just dwell on areas, it opens up all levels of challenge within ourselves.
• 42:16
SPEAKER_00: As I was starting to watch those thoughts and look at them and then question those limited beliefs and see that they were untrue, and then bring what God Almighty has said about me.
• 42:28
SPEAKER_02: Which is challenging in beliefs.
• 42:30
SPEAKER_02: That's that's the one part that when we taught the emotion, belief, emotion, thought, belief, thought, emotion, self-mastery, we've gone through that, that teaching, and this has been part of us to to challenge the belief.
• 42:47
  SPEAKER_02: They're not true.
• 42:48
SPEAKER_02: And so, and every now and then we can miss it because depending on what comes up, but it's the refinement, refinement.
• 42:56
SPEAKER_00: And sometimes it can just be not grounded, moving really fast, something comes up.
• 43:00
  SPEAKER_00: It's like driving.
• 43:00
SPEAKER_00: A flat tire comes up.
• 43:02
SPEAKER_00: Some instances you're doing really good, you can pull over.
• 43:05
SPEAKER_00: Other times you're in traffic, you're racing, you may have a different situation.
• 43:08
SPEAKER_00: For me, it was a gift that when this came up, that I did have the time afterwards to go to the park, sit down, and then start to draw the patterns of like, okay, here comes up again.
• 43:21
SPEAKER_00: What does it want to show me?
• 43:22
SPEAKER_00: What does it want to teach me?
• 43:23
  SPEAKER_00: What is it sharing?
• 43:24
SPEAKER_00: Because I'm always looking to learn and grow from it.
• 43:28
SPEAKER_00: In that moment, when I started to see it, then I started to close my eyes, go deep, and then recognize what does God Almighty say about me?
• 43:37
SPEAKER_00: And I just started feeling that God Almighty has told that I am an heir of God, I am a son of God, I am of divine abundance and prosperity, and this is my innate nature.
• 43:47
SPEAKER_00: And so as I start to just bring what God has said about me, I could feel myself regulate, I could feel myself calm down, and I could feel myself take control over these thoughts, over these emotions, because what One benefit that I'd highly recommend is when this stuff comes up to immediately go after it so it doesn't sit, linger, and what many of us have done, especially men, suppress it, ignore it, run away, substance it, and then before you know it, it waits for another rainy day or a storm to bring it back up.
• 44:19
  SPEAKER_00: And it gets louder.
• 44:20
  SPEAKER_00: And it gets louder.
• 44:21
SPEAKER_00: I also know when it gets loud or it comes up, it's on its way out.
• 44:26
SPEAKER_00: And so to recognize, okay, here it comes again.
• 44:29
SPEAKER_00: So I came back and I was amazed because the difference between previous situations and now is the timing.
• 44:38
SPEAKER_00: And the timing I feel is very important to speak about this because even if it's happened, sometimes even the old Mr.
• 44:45
  SPEAKER_00: Blame, Mr.
• 44:46
  SPEAKER_00: Guilt, Mr.
• 44:47
SPEAKER_00: Shame can come as like, oh, you let it up one more time.
• 44:49
SPEAKER_00: But what happens if this was just another one?
• 44:52
SPEAKER_02: But when when that would happen, it would affect our relationship for days and like weeks, and it would affect our events, it would affect everything.
• 45:02
SPEAKER_02: I mean, it affected us so negatively.
• 45:05
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 45:06
SPEAKER_00: So in the patterns that have happened in the past, and now as they come up, to really see how quickly one or myself can go through, because ultimately the greatest mastery is as they come up to move through them in a way that does not have the impact to throw everything on the outer environment.
• 45:27
SPEAKER_00: And I felt this was a great gift to say, Wow, look what's happened so many times in the past.
• 45:32
SPEAKER_00: That's whether it's been fighting, challenging, distortion, and then all of a sudden it's pushed everything back.
• 45:39
SPEAKER_00: Now to come on the full circle to see how to handle it in the moment, to meet it, to breathe through it, to be in an environment that can call in God and show what is our true purpose and identity of what is within around us, help me not only to overcome it, but then it helped me empower me for what I was supposed to do earlier in that day, and then to come into full force and to deliver what the gift was show up in my trueness, in my authentic nature, in my confidence.
• 46:11
SPEAKER_00: So I felt like as this came through me, it allowed me to embody that true nature because what we see many times is when we're clearing this, it has a lot of heavy pressure and creates a lot of density.
• 46:26
SPEAKER_00: When we move through it, it opens up our space within it.
• 46:29
SPEAKER_00: So our greater divine nature, our God Almighty presence can come and shine through.
• 46:33
SPEAKER_00: And as it did it, I put the video on, took one take, it went perfect, and then I was like, let me go to the gym, congratulate myself, celebrate myself, and come back and finish the rest of the day.
• 46:44
SPEAKER_00: And so, point being is when we meet these discomforts individually, how we move through them is so critical because it not only affects myself, it affects relationship.
• 46:57
SPEAKER_00: It affects everything outside of us.
• 47:00
SPEAKER_00: And when looking back on it, there's patterns that can be seen not only within our relationship, but also what has been done before us.
• 47:10
SPEAKER_00: For example, as a male that has had a father with anger, or any time in the past where maybe not as responsible.
• 47:19
SPEAKER_00: Or responsible, but also with you as a father that had anger that maybe was not responsible, or in times where all of a sudden mood would shift or there'd be this shocking energy.
• 47:31
SPEAKER_00: In both our patterns and lifestyles, these are coming up.
• 47:34
SPEAKER_00: So they're actually tests greater, obviously for myself, but also for honey not to be shocked and surprised to throw her central nervous system out as it's been done previously before she met me, and for me to control my central nervous system so it doesn't have an impact.
• 47:51
SPEAKER_00: So there's many layers when this happens because for both of us, there are gifts happening of how we can move through it together and that awareness and consciousness of really stepping back as honey being a spaceholder, allowing me to express, then taking the time for myself to meet it, and then looking and saying, wow, look how this is valuable for most couples in relationships, not to personalize, not to defend, not to judge, and not to go into a royal rumble of why and question versus allowing what we see is our greater, higher, God Almighty self to know that it can handle anything.
• 48:31
SPEAKER_00: And when that human side or that limitation wants to speak, it's so important, as honey's reminding me, to take the authority to step on that and not allow old aspects of myself to come in and repeat patterns because that's just reliving an old wound that no longer serves at this moment.
• 48:54
SPEAKER_02: I would say also that Michael that level of responsibility, I feel like me being me my life journey has given me the opportunity to be responsible very early on.
• 49:12
SPEAKER_02: And responsibility is a muscle that's been, I would just say, more trained in it.
• 49:18
  SPEAKER_00: And discipline.
• 49:18
SPEAKER_02: Discipline and also being a mother, this all has allowed me to put into practice easier.
• 49:27
SPEAKER_02: For example, during this, I also had during during this the day before it, there was something with my mom that I chose not to give it energy.
• 49:39
SPEAKER_02: So what I was sharing with you, Michael, silence that word, not give it power is because something I'm applying myself.
• 49:47
SPEAKER_02: So something had come up, and it was right before going to bed the night before that.
• 49:53
SPEAKER_02: I had to give that completely to God and that true relationship with God Almighty and say, I'm not carrying that.
• 50:02
SPEAKER_02: This is not my responsibility.
• 50:04
SPEAKER_02: I'm releasing this to you.
• 50:06
SPEAKER_02: So come into me, allow your peace to be in my body.
• 50:11
SPEAKER_02: I'm not carrying this, this is not mine, and to actually then not go into the trigger, not go to that, not act that from there.
• 50:20
SPEAKER_02: So that's something that I've been practicing and practicing in truth to not give it power.
• 50:27
SPEAKER_02: And even like coming from my mom's house, there was a letter, some letter had come.
• 50:32
SPEAKER_02: I was like, I'm not gonna open this until the next morning.
• 50:35
SPEAKER_02: I gave it to God Almighty again, discipline.
• 50:38
SPEAKER_02: And there was there was it wasn't that there wasn't a voice there, there were thoughts there, there were voice there, but I had to be, I had to face them on the inside to say, nope, you have no authority, you have no power.
• 50:52
SPEAKER_02: This is the house of God Almighty.
• 50:55
SPEAKER_02: My temple is the house of God Almighty.
• 50:58
SPEAKER_02: I cast you out, you have no authority to be here, and you're not going to interject, you're not going to feed your thoughts to me.
• 51:08
SPEAKER_02: So, what I share with Michael, what I do with other clients, is because I'm living it myself, and because I'm practicing it, it's become more adapted in me.
• 51:23
SPEAKER_02: And this is giving Michael the opportunity for it to be his truth and adopt it as a way for himself, but it's part of his journey to take authority and ownership, and that's where the opportunity is coming for him to catch it before it takes root, not afterwards, because this is the part now that he's done the one afterwards.
• 51:50
SPEAKER_02: Now he's really being invited to catch it, silence it, take dominion overship, ownership because God Almighty is in charge, not have these parts of him that used to be true because he'd given it power and energy not to run the show anymore.
• 52:11
SPEAKER_02: So this is really, really important, very important because it's easy to talk about this, but it is another experience to actually live it and not allow it.
• 52:24
SPEAKER_00: And I feel one of the greatest things I learned yesterday was to have the greatest discipline not to allow negative thoughts, negative emotions to overcome what was happening through a beautiful day, to have the responsibility to look at these limited beliefs and not give them the power, and then really have the commitment to move through what I need to do to regulate my central nervous system because all these areas I feel are huge aspects within ourselves and relationships that come up and they can easily create disturbance.
• 53:01
SPEAKER_00: And they're there many times to see if we can once again overcome them in our greatest peace and grace.
• 53:09
SPEAKER_00: And interesting, discipline, responsibility, commitment.
• 53:14
SPEAKER_00: These are areas in men that sometimes we just kind of let go because, like, oh, I do it.
• 53:20
SPEAKER_00: Yet it's an area where even where fathers may not have shown the greatest discipline or commitment, or sometimes it's lacking.
• 53:29
SPEAKER_00: So these areas are coming up again, and they find such small areas of refinement to come up in any areas.
• 53:37
SPEAKER_00: Even when I saw this, you know, these expenses, sometimes lack, limitation, not enough.
• 53:44
SPEAKER_00: They'll find any which way to come in.
• 53:47
SPEAKER_00: And the key is what I learned is to remember what is my truth, what is our truth, what has God Almighty said, so that it constantly comes back to what we know is our essence, and we're here to share.
• 54:01
SPEAKER_00: And in a committed union, we're grateful because not only do we get to share this, but we get to work together.
• 54:07
SPEAKER_00: And I feel many of us that are in relationships, we have these opportunities that one person may have an advantage versus the other in certain situations, as the other does, and it switches back and forth.
• 54:20
SPEAKER_00: And for one person, as we've seen in our relationship, to stay higher than the other person that may be dropping.
• 54:26
SPEAKER_00: If one person's higher, they can hold that.
• 54:29
SPEAKER_00: The key is if both people are in a lower situation or both dropping, then there has to be a pause or a sense of regulation so that both dysregulated central nerve systems aren't fighting against each other because they're serving a purpose to help one another in a situation on a higher mastery to learn and go through what the current situation is going.
• 54:52
SPEAKER_00: And for me, the key lesson is not to let the current circumstance rule the what we know as our truth of God Almighty.
• 55:02
SPEAKER_00: And that's what happened yesterday.
• 55:03
SPEAKER_00: And I'm just very grateful to you, honey, for bringing your wisdom and your space holding and just that remembrance of what is within us so that these other intruders or limitations don't have to pull us into a different direction.
• 55:20
  SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
• 55:21
SPEAKER_02: And we are very honest in our relationship and sharing it, sharing it publicly podcast, because we understand we're put in a position to be a voice through these life experiences within a relationship, and this relationship itself is on purpose.
• 55:44
SPEAKER_02: So the way it's on purpose is by what we have personally experienced, what the relationship has experienced, so there is a teaching that has come out of it.
• 55:56
SPEAKER_02: So for example, for today's topic, the takeaway is there's several takeaways here.
• 56:02
SPEAKER_02: One of the album name one, you name one.
• 56:04
SPEAKER_02: So, first takeaway, if you in a relationship we'll focus on that, if you come across something that in immediately you experience a discomfort and then sighed, here's your takeaway.
• 56:24
SPEAKER_02: Call God Almighty into that situation, into that news, into that text, into that email, into that bank, into whatever it is.
• 56:36
SPEAKER_02: Call God Almighty in first and say, literally say, God Almighty, come into this situation now, take over.
• 56:45
SPEAKER_02: That's all you gotta do.
• 56:48
  SPEAKER_02: And breathe.
• 56:49
SPEAKER_02: So you don't you neutralize any emotion taking over you.
• 56:56
  SPEAKER_02: That's a first takeaway.
• 56:57
SPEAKER_00: And speaking about any emotion, second takeaway.
• 57:01
SPEAKER_00: Second takeaway, I would say, is any emotion that doesn't feel good, any situation of thought that's bringing negativity, question it.
• 57:09
SPEAKER_00: Question it in a way where you can identify the limitation of the belief that that thought or emotion is coming over it.
• 57:17
SPEAKER_00: So that when you question it, you don't give the opportunity for you to allow it to take control over you.
• 57:25
SPEAKER_00: In questioning it, then it's important to then reframe a new empowered belief.
• 57:31
SPEAKER_00: For example, with God Almighty, I am able to do everything that I plate my heart and mind to.
• 57:37
SPEAKER_00: So immediately as you question, challenge it in saying it's not true, bring in a new empowered belief.
• 57:45
SPEAKER_00: So that old belief is not continue to run the show and bring you back into what caused the situation.
• 57:52
  SPEAKER_02: So that's a really good point.
• 57:53
SPEAKER_02: So that takeaway, like for example, if the emotion is like, I don't have enough look, there's not much in my, let's say, bank account as you call God Almighty in to challenge it, right?
• 58:06
SPEAKER_02: Challenge that belief to be like, no, God Almighty has given you plenty.
• 58:11
SPEAKER_02: Like, what was the thing that I said to you yesterday?
• 58:13
SPEAKER_02: I said, Michael, if you needed it, it would have been there.
• 58:15
SPEAKER_02: God's giving you everything, you already have everything.
• 58:18
SPEAKER_00: I am plenty in you.
• 58:19
SPEAKER_02: You have you're more than enough.
• 58:21
SPEAKER_02: God has given you everything, it's already in you.
• 58:24
SPEAKER_02: You have it, you God blessed you fully.
• 58:28
SPEAKER_02: So to be able to say no, God has given me everything.
• 58:32
SPEAKER_02: I am more than enough.
• 58:34
SPEAKER_02: So you have to stand up to that, to that belief.
• 58:38
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 58:38
SPEAKER_02: That that that's how you challenge it.
• 58:40
SPEAKER_02: Okay, third takeaway: if you're in a relationship, ask for help.
• 58:49
SPEAKER_02: If you find yourself struggling because it can happen, just say, hey, I need help for a second.
• 58:55
SPEAKER_02: Can you just hear me?
• 58:57
SPEAKER_02: Can you hold a neutral space for me?
• 59:00
SPEAKER_02: If the person can, great.
• 59:02
SPEAKER_02: If the person cannot, then don't.
• 59:05
  SPEAKER_02: This is very important.
• 59:06
SPEAKER_02: If the person can hold a neutral space where you can just talk it out, so what happens?
• 59:12
SPEAKER_02: It's coming out and it wants to leave you.
• 59:15
SPEAKER_02: You just need to be able to speak it.
• 59:17
SPEAKER_02: If you don't have a person, my gosh, best either some running water or tree.
• 59:24
SPEAKER_02: Go talk to a tree.
• 59:25
SPEAKER_02: Tree, I want you to hold a space for me.
• 59:27
SPEAKER_02: I need to say this, or go buy some running water, or like even run your water by kitchen.
• 59:33
SPEAKER_02: I want to tell you what's happening.
• 59:35
SPEAKER_02: It helps wash it out.
• 59:37
SPEAKER_02: You don't have to drown and suffer in it.
• 59:40
  SPEAKER_02: Fourth takeaway.
• 59:41
SPEAKER_00: Fourth takeaway is when something like this comes up, immediately take care of it.
• 59:47
SPEAKER_00: If you're in a situation that you have the ability to go and meet the current circumstance, don't let this sit by the side.
• 59:55
  SPEAKER_00: Don't suppress it.
• 59:56
SPEAKER_00: Don't save it for a rainy day.
• 59:58
SPEAKER_00: Whether you have to journal it, whether you have to go outside, take care of it immediately because the faster you deal with it, the greater the opportunity you'll be able to move through it.
• 1:00:08
SPEAKER_00: So when the next time arises, you'll be able to go through it much faster.
• 1:00:13
  SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
• 1:00:13
SPEAKER_02: And the most important part about what Michael said, the fastest you take over it, it will not take root inside of you.
• 1:00:22
SPEAKER_02: When you suppress it, it takes root, and the poison keeps on releasing.
• 1:00:26
SPEAKER_02: You want to uproot, you don't want it to take root, you want to make sure it's uprooted, not rooted.
• 1:00:32
SPEAKER_00: And I say with clients, while it's hot, take care of it.
• 1:00:35
  SPEAKER_00: Because while it's hot, it's burning.
• 1:00:36
SPEAKER_00: And when it's burning, you want to take care of it as soon as possible because that's where transformation can happen so quickly when it's that raw, sensitive, and very vulnerable within us.
• 1:00:46
SPEAKER_02: And the fifth takeaway: when you have gone through this and you've had you made a turnaround, you need to celebrate and stand in that deep praise and thanksgiving to God Almighty, that God Almighty's strength helped you move through, carried you.
• 1:01:07
SPEAKER_02: You weren't alone in it, and how grateful you are that you don't have to do life alone.
• 1:01:14
SPEAKER_02: And if you're in a relationship, celebrate that.
• 1:01:18
SPEAKER_02: Light a candle, enjoy together, walk each other, hug each other, make love, whatever it is, that you can just celebrate.
• 1:01:27
SPEAKER_02: Wow, look how strong our relationship, look how beautiful, look how much the presence of God Almighty is in our relationship, and we are coming out even brighter, more radiant, more bold, more beautiful.
• 1:01:43
SPEAKER_00: And to bring a note to that celebration, thank you, honey, to claim victory in that celebration because somewhere there was a victim coming out in survival, somewhere there was something that brought up.
• 1:01:57
SPEAKER_00: And when we can claim victory over old areas that have affected us, it gives us not only just a celebration, but just that joyous energy of completion.
• 1:02:08
SPEAKER_00: Like, wow, I was able to do it, and now I'm even greater and even more strong with God Almighty by my side.
• 1:02:15
SPEAKER_00: That celebration energy is like the victorious energy that God is applauding because you went through it and you were able to speak your dominion, express your conviction, and move through it in your highest grace.
• 1:02:29
SPEAKER_02: So those are our six takeaways, and we are so grateful that we had this opportunity to share this with you before teaching our true prosperity mentorship today, which is all of this is part of the direct experience that we're teaching others because it does affect your finances, it does affect the blessing, it does affect all the goodness that God's bringing into our life.
• 1:02:52
SPEAKER_02: So we're very, very grateful.
• 1:02:54
SPEAKER_02: And we ask you, as you listen to this, if what we share today truly had an impact on you, help you shift things, and you're like, wow, I can apply this in my life, I can, I can, I can definitely be a different version.
• 1:03:10
SPEAKER_02: And share this podcast on your social media, tag us, help pass it on to others, let others watch so they too can benefit.
• 1:03:20
SPEAKER_02: Because as you open yourself and as you allow this to come out, you are the one who's going to benefit more out of this, and it also helps others rise up.
• 1:03:31
SPEAKER_02: So together we rise up in this greatness in the image of God Almighty.
• 1:03:37
SPEAKER_02: And for those of you, if what we are experiencing and sharing with you is seems to be much more on an advanced level, but you really you're drawn to this, you want to go deeper.
• 1:03:49
SPEAKER_02: We highly, highly, highly, highly recommend please take our self-mastery course of the belief, thought, emotion, self-mastery.
• 1:03:59
  SPEAKER_02: It's 14 modules.
• 1:04:01
SPEAKER_02: So in-depth, we have we walk through layers and layers in that one.
• 1:04:07
SPEAKER_02: And it's a course on our website on Association on Ascension Alchemist under course.
• 1:04:13
  SPEAKER_02: That one is$2,222.
• 1:04:16
SPEAKER_02: Our members get a special offer in that, the ones that are part of our Ascension Alchemy Association, it is life-changing, and it allows you to then move to this space of refinement, refinement and refinement.
• 1:04:30
SPEAKER_00: And what I would say through this in relationships, in our greatest conflicts and our greatest challenges, are our greatest growth and expansion.
• 1:04:40
SPEAKER_00: And I would have to say, from what I've been in this union, beyond any other level is how much it has taught me to become the greatest version, the greatest man.
• 1:04:52
SPEAKER_00: The inspiration of what is constantly birthed out of these experiences help elevate me, they help bring forth greater awareness, and it's inspired me in such new levels that even in my internal work, external work, this Thursday, June 25th, and coming up for next Thursday.
• 1:05:14
SPEAKER_00: This work that honey and I speak about, what happens in our relationship brings even greater reverence of working with men.
• 1:05:23
SPEAKER_02: Because you poured it into the men.
• 1:05:25
SPEAKER_00: Because what I'm learning not only about myself, but going through these situations helps give awareness and even greater communication to those that may not have the resources or maybe not even the relationship.
• 1:05:38
SPEAKER_00: So I'm so excited that on the 25th, it's a greater expansion because now I'm inviting guest speakers, leaders of their craft, masters of their industry to bring their wisdom once a month, in which it's going to bring even a greater gift to the brotherhood.
• 1:05:56
SPEAKER_00: Because now it's gentlemen that really get to share.
• 1:06:00
  SPEAKER_00: Share their own experience.
• 1:06:02
SPEAKER_00: And for me, this or next Thursday, we're going to have such a powerful man of Matt Berthart, which he's going to help bring forth the communication of the voice and helping men and leaders find their authentic trueness of their communication, which I believe is literally one of the greatest areas of communication that we can bring toward relationships.
• 1:06:22
SPEAKER_00: So for those that are interested, please email us at info at ascensionalchemists.com and we can send you more information because this is going to be an expanded monthly gathering online that I'll be having six speakers till the end of the year once a month that are really going to help bring forth what I feel a greater gift and treasure to our brotherhood.
• 1:06:43
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's the elevation of your next level of leading your men's circle.
• 1:06:49
SPEAKER_02: And it it really is pouring in from everything you and I directly experience, and you're pouring the wisdom into your brotherhood circle.
• 1:07:00
SPEAKER_02: So and this is the gift.
• 1:07:02
SPEAKER_02: When we live for God Almighty, we're experiencing what God Almighty is having us go through.
• 1:07:08
SPEAKER_02: So that becomes a testament, and that testament becomes a direct truth experience that has been lived from that lived experience.
• 1:07:18
SPEAKER_02: We're pouring it into our circle.
• 1:07:20
SPEAKER_02: So you're pouring it into your brother, her circle.
• 1:07:23
SPEAKER_02: You know, I'm pouring it into my mentorship with the woman that I lead.
• 1:07:28
SPEAKER_02: So this is this is the gift.
• 1:07:30
SPEAKER_02: This is how we do this.
• 1:07:31
SPEAKER_02: And it truly is a blessing.
• 1:07:34
SPEAKER_02: And we wouldn't have it any other way.
• 1:07:36
SPEAKER_00: The best blessing you can give to yourself because many times it's easy to run away from discomfort.
• 1:07:42
SPEAKER_00: Many times we can look at challenges and saying this isn't the right fit.
• 1:07:45
SPEAKER_00: But when we really look at it's all happening for you, and to bring forth your greatest version of yourself, then it allows us to see what gems and treasures are being brought forward to us.
• 1:07:56
SPEAKER_02: And you know what's the best?
• 1:07:58
SPEAKER_02: Michael, finally, finally, after 10 years.
• 1:08:02
SPEAKER_01: Last week he said to me, Honey, I'm so glad.
• 1:08:05
  SPEAKER_01: What did you say?
• 1:08:07
SPEAKER_01: I'm so glad you're older than me.
• 1:08:09
SPEAKER_01: You've had these experiences first.
• 1:08:12
  SPEAKER_01: You admitted it.
• 1:08:14
  SPEAKER_00: I didn't know.
• 1:08:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you did.
• 1:08:16
  SPEAKER_00: You did admit it.
• 1:08:18
  SPEAKER_01: I said, it's not competition.
• 1:08:19
SPEAKER_01: You God almighty orchestrate our life this way.
• 1:08:28
SPEAKER_00: And every moment to many men and women is thank God for you, honey, and thank God for all the women that have been gifted the accelerated level of consciousness that have helped many men because of just what we've seen with the sacred divine feminine, having a greater embodiment that has helped share that with men, so that the leadership roles of yours in age, but also wisdom that you and many women have can help serve the men that may not be at that conscious level that we're all here together to do in alignment without any level of competition.
• 1:09:04
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, now you're not upset at it anymore, which is good.
• 1:09:06
  SPEAKER_00: I don't think I've ever been upset.
• 1:09:08
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you are you or you or you can be you can be true without it.
• 1:09:12
  SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh.
• 1:09:13
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so we're in a different place now, which is it's nice.
• 1:09:16
  SPEAKER_01: I mean, listen, I'm just saying it's nice.
• 1:09:18
SPEAKER_01: You can be you can smile about it.
• 1:09:20
  SPEAKER_01: It's nice.
• 1:09:21
  SPEAKER_00: I was never upset.
• 1:09:22
SPEAKER_00: I believe it was just an awareness that sometimes when we get into it, as you know, all of us have our lens.
• 1:09:28
SPEAKER_00: And as they get more cleared, God Almighty.
• 1:09:30
  SPEAKER_01: I used to think it's a competition.
• 1:09:32
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, there's no competition here, Michael.
• 1:09:34
SPEAKER_00: There's never any competition, it was the lens that we were seeing it through.
• 1:09:38
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like in that your lens, yeah, the lens that we all see through our perspective that gave us the opportunity now to see in a clear God lens.
• 1:09:46
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
• 1:09:48
SPEAKER_02: So that's our episode today.
• 1:09:50
SPEAKER_02: We trust you received a lot, and we're so thankful that you stay on listening.
• 1:09:56
  SPEAKER_02: We're so, so grateful.
• 1:09:57
SPEAKER_02: So be sure to you are your men listening on this, or you have men in your life, send them Michael's way because he's definitely ready to share some good insights with the men next week.
• 1:10:10
SPEAKER_02: And also, yeah, go through the thought, the belief, thought, emotion, self mastery.
• 1:10:16
  SPEAKER_02: It's an amazing one.
• 1:10:17
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
• 1:10:18
SPEAKER_02: Have a beautiful day, everyone.
• 1:10:19
  SPEAKER_00: Much love, many blessings.
