- 1:08Valentin and myself, Lance Miliaccio, we're going to be
- 1:12bringing you a go to source for cutting edge insights in the
- 1:15world of finance. Genesis Gold Group believes in
- 1:17empowering faith driven stewardship where gold and
- 1:20silver are an integral part of a balanced portfolio.
- 1:23Protecting your finances with precious metals has never been
- 1:25more crucial. Join us as we explore the forces
- 1:28shaping global markets, the power of precious metal digital
- 1:31assets, and the dynamics influence economies across the
- 1:34globe. George, man, how are you?
- 1:37I'm good. Second show of the two.
- 1:39Baby round two, huh? Yep, second show of the day, you
- 1:43know, But they listen. Finance things are exploding all
- 1:46over the place. Gee, I wonder why?
- 1:49We got trade deals. We got the big beautiful bills
- 1:53signed. S&P and NASDAQ closed at an all
- 1:56time high yesterday. We'll see what happens today at
- 1:59the end of the day. But you know what I don't know.
- 2:03But you know what we don't got? We don't got lower interest
- 2:07rates because Jerome Powell doesn't know what he's doing.
- 2:10Yeah, he's a Jag off. Yeah, he, you know, he's going
- 2:13out of his way to try to hurt the economy.
- 2:14He can't have Trump looking good.
- 2:17I've said it all along, let's nationalize the Federal Reserve
- 2:19and kick his ass out of there. But it is what it is.
- 2:22Start up by thanking our sponsor, of course, Genesis Gold
- 2:24Group. You know these guys are our gold
- 2:25and silver guys and I'm holding up that prepper bar.
- 2:28You guys know at the 62.2g prepper bar.
- 2:31It's perforated, easily broken down to your choice of three
- 2:33different denominations to fit a multitude of needs.
- 2:37And you know, the digital dollar is coming.
- 2:39And with that, the government's going to gain total control even
- 2:41under Donald Trump. You want to be thinking to
- 2:44yourself, do I have a different plan just in case?
- 2:48And that's what the prepper bar is all about.
- 2:49Whether it be for asset protection from inflation,
- 2:52economic turmoil, or its unique utility for barter and trade,
- 2:56Pepper Bar makes a perfect gift for everybody.
- 2:57There's nobody doesn't like to get gold and silver.
- 2:59Birthday, holidays, Easter, Christmas, you name it,
- 3:02Hanukkah, everybody loves your gold and silver.
- 3:06This baby is mined and minted in the US.
- 3:08You don't have to have any counterfeit.
- 3:09Comes with an assay report. It's the perfect gift for
- 3:12everybody out there. And of course, it's available in
- 3:15gold and silver. They are running low on the
- 3:17silver. Just so you know, I just found
- 3:18that out. So these slim prepper bars are
- 3:21going to fit neatly in your wallet and their utility enables
- 3:25use in any situation. Stick them in a sock drawer
- 3:27system in their safety deposit box.
- 3:29If you'd listen to George and I two years ago, you'd be sitting
- 3:31on a lot of upside. So head over to the big
- 3:33megbar.com. That's right, the big
- 3:35megbar.com. All caps prepper.
- 3:38PREPPERPREPPER. 10% off on the silver, 5% off on the gold, the
- 3:46big make bar.com. Now you can grab that QR code if
- 3:48you want to make it easy on yourself because George did that
- 3:51and you know it's going to work. So head there after the show and
- 3:53grab yourself a couple of bars. Break.
- 3:56Me off a piece of that prepper bong.
- 4:03There it is, there it is. You know he's got to do it.
- 4:08All right, so let's dig in. We got a lot to cover today.
- 4:11There's a lot going on, man. It's the markets are moving very
- 4:15quickly and Bitcoin is on a frigging tear Yeah.
- 4:20I mean, it hit an all time high already.
- 4:23A lot of people are saying it can run to 120,000.
- 4:25There's a lot of support. You know of course it reached
- 4:29170,000 four O 1 and that was an all time high for the second day
- 4:33in a row, causing a boom in the entire market.
- 4:36Of course this bullish momentum is building crypto analysis from
- 4:39the B to B in pay shared with cryptonews.com Of course, more
- 4:45ever all coins could be the biggest winners in this cycle.
- 4:49The oil all kinds are moving. We're going to be talking about
- 4:51that also. And after weeks of trading at
- 4:54about 1:06 and a little bit lower at different times,
- 4:57Bitcoin broke that 110. Then it broke that key level at
- 5:011:12, and it confirms the market has broken out of its indecisive
- 5:07phase. A lot of people have been
- 5:08talking about that for a while. I don't know, George.
- 5:11Do you think 120 is around the corner, man?
- 5:13I mean, listen, it hit a high all time high yesterday 1/17 and
- 5:19change 1:20 is right around the corner.
- 5:22Everything's going up even XRPI mean look, you know once
- 5:27Congress got that bill passed, you know sentiment people will
- 5:30give me a more positive. You know, they're saying they're
- 5:33looking at even the money from the tariffs coming in and if it
- 5:37stays where things are staying and then and our GDP grows, that
- 5:432 trillion deficit they're saying over 10 years from that
- 5:46big beautiful bill is covered. It won't be no deficit.
- 5:51So listen. But The thing is, you only got
- 5:53Trump for four years, right? That's why you going to make the
- 5:56right choice in these next elections.
- 6:00Well, the news is, is that a lot of people were wondering if the
- 6:02alt coins were going to follow and it's already proven so that
- 6:05they are, you know, Bitcoin's always really resilient.
- 6:08It's more resilient than the all coins are usually, you know,
- 6:11even a theory of an XRP and Solana and you know, it'll,
- 6:15it'll impact those macro shocks moving a little bit.
- 6:17But man, the all coins are usually more sensitive.
- 6:20But here it goes. Of course, anything that lowers
- 6:23risk appetite, here it goes, man.
- 6:24The all coins are moving and I think we're going to see more of
- 6:28this in the short term. So if you're not in the market,
- 6:31I recommend that you watch our show at 3:00 PM on Wednesday and
- 6:35Fridays. That's the Crypto Power hour.
- 6:37For everybody out there that doesn't know about crypto, it's
- 6:39the go to show. It's the number one crypto show
- 6:41on Rumble based on views. If you're looking for a place to
- 6:45get an education, find out about current news and events, maybe
- 6:48find out about projects it might be worthwhile getting involved
- 6:50with, that's the show to do it with Crypto Power Hour.
- 6:53It's on its own channel here on Rumble.
- 6:55So you've got to actually hit it and you'll go find the channel.
- 6:57It's called the Crypto Power Hour.
- 6:59All right, So what do you think, George?
- 7:02I'm being pretty bullish on the all coins right now.
- 7:06Listen well XRP has been jumping up to what 240 I think 2:40 and
- 7:12change salon is up there it. Was in two 50s.
- 7:16Was it two 50s? OK, Yeah, two fifties, 256,
- 7:19seven. Even better.
- 7:22So what does that tell you? They're going to follow.
- 7:24Everything's going to follow suit.
- 7:25Most of like this, you know, the stronger, you know, backing
- 7:28coins, all coins like XRP Therium Solana, they're going to
- 7:33they're going to I think they're going to continue to rise right
- 7:37on the heels, you know but what's going to be the next
- 7:40breakout? What's the resistance level for
- 7:43XRPI think it's well, it seems like it's like 260 mark 270
- 7:49before it hits the three again. That's what it seems like, but
- 7:53we saw that suit that has to get finalized, that got finalized.
- 7:56I think XRP would be the biggest breakout.
- 7:59Could be on a tear for sure. I mean, you know, clearly the
- 8:02the percentage wise it's doing really, really well.
- 8:06But you know, I think this I think for anybody that is in the
- 8:08markets when it comes to crypto, definitely important to start
- 8:12dipping your toe in it. If you guys you should have
- 8:15known we talked about in the crypto power.
- 8:17I think we even mentioned on the Global Finance forum a couple
- 8:19weeks, we were talking about that Circle blockbuster IPO, you
- 8:24know, and that's making stable coins go mainstream.
- 8:26And you know, the Circle came out June 5th.
- 8:31The the stock climbed more than 500% and they've issued over 61
- 8:38billion worth of its stable coins, the USDC Dash USD, and
- 8:43that makes it the second largest in the 250 billion, $3 billion
- 8:48stable coin market. Second largest stable coin out
- 8:52there. Big stuff.
- 8:54There's a chart there if you want to throw it up towards the
- 8:56Oh yeah, look what it's been doing.
- 8:57I can't believe it over the climbed over 500%.
- 9:01Wow. That 500%.
- 9:02That's an MPO. Man, people were cleaning up.
- 9:07It's amazing. I, I just, I'm like, I didn't
- 9:12know they went that much higher. I mean, all about the stable
- 9:15coins, right? Yeah, and here's the deal.
- 9:18Circle didn't wait. They've already gone into, you
- 9:21know, bringing out other stuff. I mean, there there was no slow
- 9:24down in them going public in kind of a waiting phase.
- 9:27They just announced June 30th, they applied to establish a
- 9:29National Trust bank charter. It's gonna be called First
- 9:33National Digital Currency Bank. And if it gets approved, it
- 9:38would be a big step toward integrating stable coins into
- 9:41traditional banking and financial markets.
- 9:44Now, you know, Ripple is their big plan is to replace the SWIFT
- 9:47system and to be a big part of that transition.
- 9:51But let's talk about, you know, I know this audience isn't quite
- 9:54as familiar because you guys aren't the crypto guys.
- 9:56Maybe let's talk about stable coins a little bit.
- 9:58George, what are stable coins for the audience?
- 10:00I'm so glad you asked. This is like education.
- 10:03This is my thing I love. It yeah, you like the education
- 10:05George always does. Let me say this.
- 10:06He does the education piece on the crypto power hour and we
- 10:09cover everything. This week we're going to be
- 10:11covering staking and you're going to be blown away by some
- 10:14of the returns you can get it staking.
- 10:15They're really unbelievable. But go ahead, George.
- 10:17All right, so stable coins, what are they are a type of
- 10:20cryptocurrency where whose value aims to mirror that of another
- 10:25asset. So let me give you an example,
- 10:27right. So let's say I'm going to say
- 10:29Lance is buying a stable coin pegged Nah to the US dollar
- 10:33would expect the value of the stable coin to remain at a
- 10:36dollar, right, which some referring to these coins as
- 10:39digital dollars. This sets stable coins apart
- 10:41from other crypto currencies everybody which can change in
- 10:44value significantly. Stablecoins, they're, they're a
- 10:48popular payment option. You're going to see that which
- 10:51is a forefront and probably paying bills, going to your
- 10:58machine, a local supermarket, whatever that's going to be the
- 11:01go to, I think. But you know, it's popular
- 11:04payment. It's other than cryptocurrencies
- 11:06because it, it has stability. Their their price is so stable
- 11:11and it's easier and quicker online transactions than
- 11:16traditional funds. And that's a key right there.
- 11:19We have price stability, quicker transactions, that's what we
- 11:24want. Some believe that these
- 11:26qualities could bring stable coins into broader use.
- 11:28So over long term, we expect stable coins to evolve from
- 11:34money rail of crypto markets to money rail of the Internet.
- 11:40This is bursting analysts, he wrote when initiating coverage
- 11:44of a circle. We believe total industry stable
- 11:47coin supply will reach listen to this number guys, 4 trillion
- 11:51over the next decade, meaning it I don't want 4 trillion, Lance.
- 11:55And that's a big, it's a big number.
- 11:57Yes, and then I. Wouldn't have guessed it would
- 11:59go that high because look like I guess today's stable coin
- 12:02markets 253 billion. So now you're talking about four
- 12:07trillion. That is a massive, massive
- 12:11increase. You know, and I think don't
- 12:13forget now there, there are more than one kind of stable coin.
- 12:16There's two types of stable coins.
- 12:17There's collateralized, collateralized in what I would
- 12:20call the algorithmic. And I think on collateralized
- 12:24coins, you know, they keep the prices stable with reserves.
- 12:27So when you get these providers issuing stable coins pegged to
- 12:31the dollar, keep reserves at least a dollar or equivalent
- 12:34holdings for each coin they issue.
- 12:36So they actually have to have those U.S. dollars on hand.
- 12:39And of course, with those reserves, the users expect to be
- 12:41able to exchange their stable coins for dollars.
- 12:44They're looking for instant liquidity or other backing
- 12:47assets at any time. So if they want to take the
- 12:49stable coin and cash it and do another currency, if they had to
- 12:52use USD, they can do it right on the spot.
- 12:54And of course, stable coins can be backed by a Fiat currency.
- 12:58Of course, we know the US dollar is a Fiat currency or
- 13:02commodities like gold, which you know, Solem Global, if you
- 13:04haven't checked them out, Solem dot global.
- 13:07They're doing some stuff with gold backed stable coins and
- 13:10also below market gold that you can buy.
- 13:13Pretty interesting. They've got a new proposition
- 13:15coming out. It'll be released here in the
- 13:16next week or so. That was a little teaser I just
- 13:18gave you. So I think the majority of the
- 13:21value right now in the stable coin market is held by U.S.
- 13:23dollar or you know, cash equivalent backed stable coins.
- 13:28But this, you know, circle CEO, I know that he's Co founder
- 13:31Jeremy Allar. He believes that the US
- 13:35shouldn't take that for granted. And I think he's right because I
- 13:39don't think it's only going to be US backed stable coins.
- 13:41I mean, I know the US dollar would love to see that, but
- 13:44there's a there, this is a serious digital currency space
- 13:47race is what he's contended. And then US needs to put laws in
- 13:50place allow for digital dollars to thrive.
- 13:54And he added to that on the question of whether a commodity
- 13:57money like gold or digital commodity like Bitcoin could
- 14:00play a larger role as a store of value or a reserve asset.
- 14:04I'm open minded about that. I think that could grow over
- 14:06time. Well, it is growing.
- 14:09Lots of people are adding their strategic reserve with Bitcoin
- 14:11kicking ass like it is. You can't blame them.
- 14:14They're looking for the upside. You know, the people that got in
- 14:17at 100 are already up, up nearly 20 grand per statement or
- 14:21Bitcoin. People like Michael Saylor are
- 14:24way up. You know, he's gone up just
- 14:25crazy amounts of money, hundreds of millions of dollars in the
- 14:28last couple of days. So you know, of course
- 14:31stablecoins got their start, you know, roughly A decade ago when
- 14:35the 1st and largest Fiat based Tether USDT, that's the the
- 14:40stablecoin the tether does that's the USD dash USD and but
- 14:44they came out in 2014. So they're probably the the O GS
- 14:48in the game. So I think it remains the
- 14:51largest stablecoin by market capitalism with 159 billion in
- 14:55circulation. So Tether is not to be trifled
- 14:59with. They've got a Bigfoot in the
- 15:00game, and people have already been using their coin for a long
- 15:03time and they like it. So they're going to be a hard
- 15:06one to knock over. All right, let's talk about all
- 15:09this debt, George. We got a bunch of debt, U.S.
- 15:12debt. They're talking about how it's
- 15:14going to push gold prices higher even without any kind of fiscal
- 15:17crisis. Yeah.
- 15:20Well, the problem is we're not doing anything to lower debt, it
- 15:24seems like. I mean, just the interest in
- 15:25loan loan is astronomical. But gold prices, you know,
- 15:28they're going to benefit from soaring US deficits and mounting
- 15:31fiscal instability even if no near term crisis occurs.
- 15:36But still it's going to, you know, gold's going to benefit.
- 15:39This is now, this is coming from the analysts at the World Gold
- 15:43Council. I didn't even know we had a
- 15:45World Gold Council. WTC, right?
- 15:49Gold member runs it. Gold member we got we got all
- 15:52these world council things and I don't know I just don't like
- 15:54anything where we have world council like W whatever who and.
- 16:00WEF World Economic. Forum and who and all them you
- 16:04know, but they're saying they're saying these uncertainties
- 16:07they're they're triggered a global reallocation of capital
- 16:11and they're saying but as a weaken the US dollar, but the
- 16:13dollar, you know, is starting to bounce back.
- 16:16Yeah, but isn't it all because of the big beautiful bill that
- 16:19triggered this? I mean, all of a sudden the US
- 16:21is staring down at what, 3.43 point?
- 16:245 trillion more in debt over the next decade?
- 16:27And they've. Got no plan in place, 36
- 16:29trillion and the US $5 trillion lift to the debt ceiling, which
- 16:34they said they could lift it so they added to heal up another 5
- 16:37trillion. I mean, that's what they keep
- 16:39doing. They don't come up with a plan
- 16:40to pay it off. They just keep leaving it,
- 16:41lifting the debt ceiling well. So they say that with the big
- 16:46beautiful bill, add 2 trillion. But however, you're not looking
- 16:50at what it's how it's going to stimulate the economy, the
- 16:54growth, the the money coming in from tariffs.
- 16:59I think you might be low on the $2 trillion number.
- 17:01No, but they're saying that's going to offset that and there's
- 17:05not going to be a deficit. However, that's great and dandy,
- 17:08but we still need either to cut the government, like break, you
- 17:14know, cut it more and figure out ways to save more money or, or
- 17:18fight the wherever the corruption is and the money
- 17:21stealing because we need to pay, start paying that debt down.
- 17:25I mean, it's, it's crazy. How about the 2.6 trillion they
- 17:30owe Social Security? Yeah.
- 17:33I mean, I think the other one, listen, I think, I think Trump
- 17:37should just tell China we're not whatever debt we owe China,
- 17:41whatever, we should just say, you know what, we're wiping it
- 17:43off for the for COVID. Yeah, COVID and a lot of crap.
- 17:47Yeah. You know, but I mean, I think
- 17:50our biggest. I think it's a great idea.
- 17:52I love it. Yeah.
- 17:53Well, you know, this all kind of started with Liberation Day.
- 17:56You know, Donald Trump's initial tariff announcement set off a
- 17:59bunch of alarms and all kinds of unprecedented sell off in U.S.
- 18:03Treasury. Everybody was in the panic and
- 18:06of course, the market barely recovered from that turmoil.
- 18:08Now it's pondering the potential impact of the BBB.
- 18:12I don't think it's beautiful. That's my own opinion.
- 18:15But you know, nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office
- 18:18estimates it's going to add the 3.4 trillion and then that's
- 18:23already we're at 36.2 trillion. So that's damn near 40 trillion
- 18:28with AT dollars. So of course the investors are
- 18:32watching to see what kind of impacts the spending bill having
- 18:34on asset allocation strategies. I can't blame them.
- 18:37Makes sense to do that. But you know, the rising
- 18:41interest rates would normally be seen.
- 18:42I think it's a significant headwind to gold prices.
- 18:44That's usually what happens. But there's been kind of an
- 18:47inverse thing that started in 2022 that again, you know, it's
- 18:52been counterbalanced by other factors.
- 18:54Normally you would see gold prices going down, but gold
- 18:58prices have been generally rising even as you know, the the
- 19:01rates rose currently above 2% over this time period.
- 19:07I mean, it's kind of a big deal. And you look at the higher
- 19:09opportunity cost counterbalance by other factors.
- 19:11And we talked about it in the show.
- 19:13We talked about you have to look at the big picture on gold
- 19:16because you got to look at things like the central banks
- 19:18that are buying up, you know, and accelerating their
- 19:20purchasing of gold and you got to look at what bricks is doing
- 19:24their acceleration of purchasing gold.
- 19:26So of course MO got gold that gets bought, the less there is
- 19:29the market scarcity increases prices.
- 19:32So those are, you know, a lot of the emerging markets central
- 19:35banks, you know, are, are all looking at do you know, buying
- 19:39gold for diversification of course to kind of offset
- 19:43geopolitical risk. And of course gold's performance
- 19:46has been excellent. We talked about it.
- 19:49I think when we started pitching gold on this show, we were 21,
- 19:52maybe 19102 thousand an ounce and now we're what, 3400 and
- 19:57change today? I think that's right, 3433,
- 20:01George. What's the price of gold today?
- 20:04It's like almost 34. Yeah.
- 20:09Well, here's the thing. When you start looking at this
- 20:11stuff and you start thinking to yourself, OK, where's it going
- 20:13to go? I think gold's going to continue
- 20:15to go up. My prediction, like Georgia
- 20:16said, it's going to continue to go.
- 20:18I think the the, and a lot of this, you have to look at the
- 20:20big picture. Again, the difference between
- 20:22the yield on AUS government bond and the fixed rate of an
- 20:25interest rate swap has been pushed up.
- 20:27And I think what that is, that's a potential sign of fiscal
- 20:29concerns. So in other words, in simple
- 20:32terms, I think, you know, we're witnessing investors inabilities
- 20:35or maybe even unwillingness to absorb debt issuance or sales by
- 20:39other bondholders at prevailing prices, you know, because so
- 20:43that's exerting upward pressure on bond yields, pushing that
- 20:47U.S. Treasury swap that spread
- 20:49higher. And you know, if you look at
- 20:52gold, we've got a chart here, gold rising alongside US fiscal
- 20:56concerns. That chart, Media five kind of
- 20:59just lays it out what's really going on in the market.
- 21:03So when you know, I think this for a simplified point, you
- 21:07know, the, the differential between U.S.
- 21:09Treasury swap, you know on the swap which which we believe you
- 21:13know of course is, I think that's partially linked to the
- 21:15US fiscal concerns. I think it's statistically
- 21:18significant. That explains the movement in
- 21:21the gold price. Volatility, volatility,
- 21:25volatility, but. No doubt.
- 21:26Are you going to, is there still you think going to be volatility
- 21:29now? I don't know.
- 21:30I think it's going to it seems, it seems like it's going to
- 21:33stabilize more. Well, here's the thing.
- 21:38I think the US is in kind of a precarious fiscal position,
- 21:41right? And we talked about it on our
- 21:42regular show. I can't see that the gold market
- 21:45isn't going to continue to be supported by that US fiscal
- 21:49issues, You know, as the bond market is going to remain
- 21:51sensitive to U.S. debt sustainability.
- 21:55Everybody's worried about whether or not the US would
- 21:57default on this debt because again, there's nothing in the
- 22:01beautiful bill to really compensate and do something to
- 22:04change that. Now that World Gold Council,
- 22:07they say that's not, you know, they, they, they don't see a
- 22:09full blown fiscal crisis in the US as an imminent threat to gold
- 22:13or to actually the markets. I don't know if I agree with
- 22:17them. The bigger the debt gets, the
- 22:19harder it's going to be for us to maintain the interest.
- 22:23So I, I don't know where this is all going to head.
- 22:25My personal opinion, you know, hope for the best but expect the
- 22:30worst maybe. You know, it seems like the
- 22:32government, like the Congressional Budget Office,
- 22:36they're never right anyway with their predictions.
- 22:39They're off by so much. They're off in 2017 with Trump.
- 22:43But The thing is, you always talk when Congress and any
- 22:48president, they always talk about all that we got to balance
- 22:50the budget, adding this much to the debt, to the our debt.
- 22:54But they never talk about any plan to start paying off that
- 22:58debt. You never see anything.
- 23:01You don't hear nothing. It's like, you know they don't
- 23:07care. It's not their money, right?
- 23:09Yeah, well, I think they do. In essence, it is their money
- 23:11because they're they're taxpayers too.
- 23:13I should I shouldn't have said that, but.
- 23:15No, I don't think they do. They spend it like it's not
- 23:18their money. I don't know.
- 23:23It's just and they and they fight to people like fight tooth
- 23:27and nail for programs that are just wasting money and nothing's
- 23:32getting done. It's like when's enough, enough?
- 23:34When will it stop? I don't know.
- 23:41I don't. Just all we can do is wait and
- 23:42see. Wait and see.
- 23:44Try to be patient, you know. Yeah, sorry, I'm just.
- 23:52What are you doing? Somebody just Eric Rhodey, just
- 23:55Eric Rhodey, just text me from a different number.
- 23:58I didn't know who it was. And he's like, like.
- 24:01Well, I think we got to take a short break, don't we?
- 24:03Yeah, Yeah, it's time. We can if you want.
- 24:05Or you want to show money, money, money in the Honey,
- 24:08honey, what do you want? No.

- 30:04Go there later after the show because we have education to do.
- 30:08And guess what? Education.
- 30:09The world's first 4 trillion. That's right, $4 trillion
- 30:14company NVIDIA almost a giant roller.
- 30:18I remember when companies George, which seemed like a
- 30:20couple of billion dollar company was a big deal.
- 30:22Then it went to 50 or 100 billion, but 4 trillion.
- 30:27This is crazy. This is this is a big I got to
- 30:30give it to them. You got to give it to NVIDIA.
- 30:31They have been around for a while.
- 30:33They've been doing it, man. They are bringing returns like
- 30:36nobody's business. So for the people that own the
- 30:38stock, I'm jealous. Great job having the foresight
- 30:42to buy that stock in. Advance.
- 30:44Yeah, I mean, it is unbelievable, but you know.
- 30:47This happened on Wednesday too man.
- 30:50It, it is, but I want to bring up something because there,
- 30:52there was in a Seeking Alpha survey, there was from November
- 30:552024, WSB subscribers were polled on what would be the
- 30:59first US company to reach for a trillion market cap.
- 31:02And guess what? NVIDIA was chosen by a
- 31:04landslide. Being out Microsoft, Apple, I
- 31:07thought, you know, maybe Apple would have been there.
- 31:09I don't know what is Apple up to now?
- 31:11I don't. Know, but I don't think they're
- 31:12in the realm of this. No, maybe.
- 31:15I don't think so. Maybe close to two, maybe.
- 31:17But yeah, but, you know, listen, that forecast has now been
- 31:22realized. It's a they're hitting my zone.
- 31:24Just, you know, during a break. I was telling Lance, I've just
- 31:26seen that NVIDIA is also for making special AI chips for
- 31:31China, which should be ready in September.
- 31:35I mean, they're moving fast. For everybody out there that
- 31:36didn't knew NVIDIA, I remember when they came out, it was in
- 31:39the early 90s, they were just, they were really just for video
- 31:43gamers. They had a high performance
- 31:44graphic cards and if you had an NVIDIA graphics card, it was a
- 31:48big deal. And you know, they they and they
- 31:51really leveraged the way now their CEO, Jensen Wong, and
- 31:54that's HUEANG for anybody out there that wants to look them
- 31:58up, you know, but you know, they leveraged their way into the
- 32:02mainstream computing, you know, and they and they came out with
- 32:04gaming computers. You know, they, they allege that
- 32:07they're the speeds for the gamers were that beat the market
- 32:11and man, they have just they have just exploded since they're
- 32:15they're now the king of the AI revolution.
- 32:17Everybody that's anybody that's building an AI solution ChatGPT
- 32:22grok, you know, anybody that's building powerful computing the
- 32:26US government, guess what, NVIDIA is what they're using.
- 32:30So these these they're they're powering these massive
- 32:33infrastructure build outs. You know that that they need
- 32:37that kind of high performing chips and I don't think the
- 32:40demand's letting up because of course the big tech rivalry is
- 32:43going on. Facebook's building their system
- 32:45X is expanding their system Grok, you know, and all these
- 32:49language models. Well, the Stargate project,
- 32:53that's America's AI footprint, that's going to be a big one
- 32:55also. And there that there's big money
- 32:57going into that. And guess what?
- 32:59NVIDIA is the process, but you know so NVIDIA.
- 33:02'S stock. Really.
- 33:03It took off when they when they in 2022 in November when they
- 33:07had when they announced break out the release of ChatGPT,
- 33:10that's when their stock really took off.
- 33:11But I have a correction to make. Apple is worth 3.2 trillion.
- 33:16Yeah. So I'm not too far behind, but.
- 33:21You know, think about it like this.
- 33:23He has a public company. NVIDIA is worth more than in
- 33:26than the stock markets of entire countries like Canada, the UK,
- 33:31France and Germany. Now I want to say this to you.
- 33:35What's even more amazing is NVIDIA was a penny.
- 33:38Stock. Less than 10 years ago.
- 33:42So if you owned $1000 with NVIDIA back in 2015 as an
- 33:46example, you'd now be sitting on $326,000.
- 33:54Now there are a lot of people that a lot of people are saying
- 33:57is it expensive? Is it too expensive?
- 34:00Not really. Well, a lot of people are saying
- 34:02no, George, the summary I have to say is the answer is no.
- 34:07It's not too expensive. So maybe break a little bit of
- 34:10this down for the audience because who knows, maybe there's
- 34:12some people out there still thinking out there sitting on
- 34:13the fence and buying NVIDIA and maybe this will push you over.
- 34:16Of course, this is nothing on the show's financial advice.
- 34:19Always talk to your own financial advisors.
- 34:21We just try to educate you and maybe what what you're going to
- 34:24learn about the show on NVIDIA. Maybe now you're going to want
- 34:26to add NVIDIA stock to your portfolio.
- 34:28It's not too late. If you can, I mean, listen,
- 34:31Nvidia's their evaluation, it's justified by what dominant AI
- 34:35infrastructure, explosive, really explosive earnings growth
- 34:39and unmatched margins. This it's not about hyper bubble
- 34:44dynamics. This is real people.
- 34:46Their company delivers record-breaking revenue, profit
- 34:49and free cash flow with expanding software like margins
- 34:52and and the defensible ecosystem that's powered by CUDA and
- 34:56proprietary networking. I mean, they're just moving and
- 34:59they're building up what big plant here in the in the States
- 35:01too now, right? Because of Trump, that's
- 35:03correct. So imagine how much more they're
- 35:05going to go up. I mean, what they're, they're
- 35:08risk though. Every, every company's going to
- 35:10have risk. By the way, anybody that says
- 35:12they don't have risk is full of it.
- 35:14But it's mainly geopolitical and competitive.
- 35:16But who's their competitor? Who's even coming close?
- 35:20I don't think they have one right now.
- 35:22But their quality growth and and profitability are our pace
- 35:26industry peers. And that's why they're they're
- 35:30they're such a high premium valuation.
- 35:33It's very high. So you can buy Lance just said
- 35:36you can buy. You still can put it in your
- 35:38portfolio. Buy NVIDIA stock.
- 35:41You you can't go wrong. Does it seem too expensive for
- 35:44you? I don't know, but we're going to
- 35:45throw you some numbers right now and someone throw these numbers
- 35:48up. Let me get the chart here.
- 35:50Sure there's the chart, right. Every time they hit a new high,
- 35:56someone, someone cries bubble right, They're going to cry.
- 36:00But that these numbers come in and they've beaten all that BS
- 36:04chatter, all the cry babies. It's it's.
- 36:08Well, a lot of people said, George, it was too expensive at
- 36:10500 billion, then it was too expensive at a trillion, then it
- 36:14was too expensive at 2 trillion, now it's 4 trillion.
- 36:18I'm not sure. Of course, the market, you know,
- 36:20yeah, the market could be incredulous.
- 36:22There's no doubt about it. You know how they like the down
- 36:25talk. Anybody that's on a tear, but I
- 36:27mean look at the look at the Q1 of you know of there generated
- 36:3144 billion in revenue and 26 billion in cash in just three
- 36:36months. So that 90% of that revenue
- 36:39comes from data centers. But the good news, I think if
- 36:42those margins are still expanding, and I think a lot of
- 36:45that's got to do with the arrival of that new Blackwell
- 36:47chip, which has given a super boom to all that proprietary
- 36:51networking. I don't think it's, I don't
- 36:54think it's a cheap stock, but I don't think it's expensive
- 36:57because the PEO is falling, the EPS is steadily exploding, the
- 37:00PEG is close to 1, The FCF yield is positive.
- 37:05And I, you know, and I think in the midst of an investment cycle
- 37:07like this, you have to think about and of course, now if you
- 37:10start comparing what they would be their competitors like AMD
- 37:13or, or Intel or Broadcom, right? I think that NVIDIA shows a
- 37:18clear advantage in profitability, earnings,
- 37:20quality, returns on capital. I think their whole thing about
- 37:24the, you know, becoming the infrastructure for all the new
- 37:27AI economy. And I think whoever's going to
- 37:29control that infrastructure controls the cycle.
- 37:32So this isn't a bubble. This is, I think they're in a
- 37:35dominant position and and you know, of course then they're
- 37:38monetized to the highest degree. So I don't know, I think a lot
- 37:43of investors that are thinking it's already over performed.
- 37:47I think they're wrong. Yeah, I mean, look, they're
- 37:50saying, they're saying, look, it's $164 a share.
- 37:56I just looked, it looked to make sure to confirm right now.
- 37:59So it's really not, it's not that it's not it's not expensive
- 38:02to buy compared to some other stocks.
- 38:05But look, they're not just on what GP us anymore.
- 38:08They're saying it's passport to the future.
- 38:10And anybody that's in the forefront with the AI and then
- 38:13and has the chips and stuff, let me tell you, they are the
- 38:16passport to the future because it's surprising, you know, the
- 38:19company's trying to come out with starting their chips even
- 38:23compete. It's not.
- 38:24Easy. I mean, at the end of the day,
- 38:25it takes a lot of infrastructure.
- 38:26Think about these guys have been in the chip game and the, you
- 38:29know, the gaming game since 1990.
- 38:31Three, all you need is couple smart guys to come up with a
- 38:34different way of making a chip or somehow making it better, and
- 38:38no or. Maybe.
- 38:39And maybe somebody can RIP a new chip out of an alien spacecraft.
- 38:42There you. Go.
- 38:43You know what, I wonder? Do you ever wonder this?
- 38:45You know, Elon Musk is a big gamer.
- 38:48Do you ever wonder how powerful the gaming computer is on that?
- 38:52He's probably using, He's probably loaded.
- 38:54He's probably got a quad processor and video machine
- 38:57knowing him, because of course, maybe Or maybe he's using Grok.
- 39:01Maybe he's using the Grok system to play games?
- 39:03I'm surprised he hasn't went, gone into this field and tried
- 39:06to develop because you know, you look at his, his solar panels
- 39:10and stuff, the way he makes them.
- 39:11They're, they're unbelievable. They don't, they're not like
- 39:14your traditional big ass solar panels.
- 39:16They actually look like roof shingles.
- 39:18Well, I'll tell you this, I, you know, as amazing as he is and
- 39:21stuff, I think with the what, what I, this is my opinion, this
- 39:23is an opinion, I could be wrong. I think the market is
- 39:27underestimating the strength of, of the, the, the integrated
- 39:30ecosystem that NVIDIA has built in, in the recent years.
- 39:34And I think they just don't know because it's not just about
- 39:37really powerful chips that are being used as an AI.
- 39:40It's a complete platform that has now become, in my opinion,
- 39:43the de facto standard for enterprise AI.
- 39:47So, you know, at the core of that is CUDA and that's CUDA for
- 39:50some of you guys that don't know.
- 39:52And that's a proprietary programming language that, you
- 39:54know, that basically makes every AIA model, AI model, you know,
- 39:58natively NVIDIA. So it's, that's what actually
- 40:01locks NVIDIA into being the processor behind it.
- 40:04So that lock in effect is that no competitor can replicate it.
- 40:08And it doesn't end there. So now you look at their, their,
- 40:11their infrastructure into the AI enterprise.
- 40:14You know every deployment now becomes a license.
- 40:17Which adds recurring income. So that's software that actually
- 40:20monetizes the hardware. And now you've got the new GB
- 40:25300, which they call the Blackwell chip, and that's
- 40:28superior performance. And man, it's got a higher ASP
- 40:32than the previous generation. And also it's got a high focus
- 40:36on AI acceleration. So I think what's happening in
- 40:39the back end is even more interesting because you've got
- 40:41proprietary networking with NV Link and Spectrum X and then
- 40:46you've got, because of these fundamentals you got, according
- 40:48to the company's, you know, official presentation, ARR is
- 40:51already estimated to exceed 8 billion.
- 40:55So software architecture, licensing, networking, these
- 41:00aren't accessories. These are things you have to
- 41:02have if you want to be able to be competitive and all that adds
- 41:06to the bottom line. But I think I think that's why
- 41:08you've got these gravity defying margins, George.
- 41:12That's that's why we have it. But if you look at their, their
- 41:15margins, what they, they reach 71% further improving it from
- 41:1968% in the in the previous quarter, right?
- 41:24I mean they're increased their software margins business.
- 41:26I mean it's what their company's doing is just, it's
- 41:32unbelievable. I mean, it's crazy.
- 41:33But their quarterly report that leaves no room for doubt, right?
- 41:36So let's talk about that. Nvidia's first quarter of FOI
- 41:3926, they left no room for doubt or optimistic interpretations.
- 41:43It was a statement of like operational strength.
- 41:47They have pricing power, industry dominance.
- 41:50And like I said, until somebody comes around and comes up with a
- 41:53maybe a better, more dominant chip, they're just going to keep
- 41:56being the dominating the industry of it.
- 42:00It is what it is, right? Somebody's going to be.
- 42:02There's always somebody who's going to come up with something
- 42:03better though. In April 25, their quarter
- 42:06ending, they generated listen to this line.
- 42:08It's 44 billion in revenue. That's up 69% compared to the
- 42:12previous year. Is that all?
- 42:15But they're up 69% from the previous year.
- 42:19What? That's big I.
- 42:20Mean big. You know, you'd be, I'm still
- 42:24surprised there's doubters out there because they have just,
- 42:27you know, at this point too, they're putting all that, a lot
- 42:29of that revenue into R&D, which is giving them even a bigger
- 42:32advantage. You know, how do people play
- 42:34catch up at this point with this company?
- 42:36So we'll keep an eye out of it. I just don't think it's as
- 42:38expensive as everyone thinks. A lot of people say, how much do
- 42:43you think NVIDIA should really be worth?
- 42:46You know, you know, we've run the numbers a little bit here
- 42:49and there. A lot of people are saying that
- 42:51168 to 175 per share is no big deal.
- 42:55It's an easy peasy, you know, and if it hits some support
- 42:59there, the question is, you know, how long before it's 200 a
- 43:02share? They keep posting numbers like
- 43:04this. I don't think that's far away.
- 43:06Let. Me just compare something real
- 43:07quick. So they're a $4 trillion
- 43:10company, right? Apple is a 3.2 trillion, NVIDIA
- 43:14share is 164. Apple right now is their shares
- 43:18are 212. Yeah.
- 43:21I mean it's like a no brainer people it.
- 43:24Seems like it. All right, let's switch gears
- 43:27here a little bit. Let's talk about, and we've done
- 43:30this on the show. We told you this many times,
- 43:33we're going to talk about silver.
- 43:35You know, we always like to talk about bullion and we have been
- 43:37talking about the impact of AI and EV trends and why they're
- 43:42boosting this precious metal. And it's not gold.
- 43:45We're talking about silver. So, you know, a lot of the
- 43:49commodities focused investors that watch this show, they're
- 43:52hoping to ride the trends of AI growth and of course, the EV
- 43:54technology, like Samsung's new EV technology.
- 43:59That's why people are very bullish on silver even right
- 44:01now. I know silver's been kind of
- 44:03wobbling around. It hasn't been making the big
- 44:05moves. George, how many times have we
- 44:07talked about the impact of, you know, EV technology on the price
- 44:11of silver? More than that can count because
- 44:14I know you specifically this is one of your strong points.
- 44:18You're told you brought it up is Samsung's EV battery.
- 44:21I was just going to ask you, have we got any updates on that?
- 44:24No, but maybe the next show I'll grab some stuff.
- 44:26I haven't really looked at what they're doing.
- 44:28The last thing I saw is they were in talks with several big
- 44:31car manufacturers. They were in the contract
- 44:33stages. Did they get those agreements
- 44:34done? I don't know, but you know, when
- 44:37you start looking at these modern EV batteries, that's
- 44:39definitely going to continue to rise.
- 44:40EV sales aren't going away anytime soon.
- 44:43I'm not a fan of EVs, but many people are.
- 44:45So at the end of the day, you know, I, I can't think that that
- 44:48the demand for silver is going to decrease.
- 44:52And of course, you know, even in the green energy, you need a lot
- 44:56of silver for those solar panels and other, the Transformers and
- 44:59the rest. So, so we've seen silver trading
- 45:02higher, but a lot of people are saying it's not, you know, to
- 45:05me, it's not just an investment, it's a trade.
- 45:07I think the action on silver, you know, you know, basically
- 45:11you can buy it when it, you know, looks terrible and you can
- 45:13sell it when it looks great. So you don't have to stay just
- 45:15in it. You know, you can trade through
- 45:17ETFs and other things if you want to.
- 45:20But of course, I think that for me, I always think, is it too
- 45:23late to buy silver? I think the answer is absolutely
- 45:26no. I think you have to think about
- 45:27this. You know, you don't want to
- 45:29necessarily hold it through a major downturn because that's a
- 45:33buying time, right? But at the end of the day, is
- 45:35there going to be a major downturn?
- 45:38Right now there haven't been any large, really large easy to mind
- 45:42deposits discovered holding that and saying where the demand is
- 45:46in on the industry and green energy and of course EV
- 45:49technology. I can't see where silver is
- 45:52going to continue to go up. George, what do you think?
- 45:54I think it's going to continue to go up.
- 45:56I mean, especially, I mean with the car batteries because like
- 46:00if you look at the EV cars, I look at them, they're I like
- 46:02them, they're nice, they're great cars.
- 46:03What I don't like is if you go on a trip, let's say I'm in, I'm
- 46:09in North Jersey, I want to drive to Florida, which I've driven
- 46:12whatever 16 hours, you know, I stop for gas, I don't know, 5
- 46:17minutes I'm there if that and I'm back on the road.
- 46:20Not with the EV battery though. I don't.
- 46:23I don't even know how long it takes to even get a full charge.
- 46:26Yeah, and how many miles? On the vehicle.
- 46:28Yeah, how many miles? On the charging station.
- 46:30That is and that's, that's one of the issues at hand.
- 46:33It's not like I, I mean take trips, but you know, it's
- 46:35something you got to keep in in your mind.
- 46:38Listen, I, I I agree with you 100%, but they.
- 46:40Do make like you look at some of the cars, they do make them
- 46:44stylish, I tell you. No doubts, one of the ones
- 46:46coming out of China are unbelievable.
- 46:48When I was in Florida, I was actually with Kirk and and the
- 46:51boys and we're waiting for a table for the restaurant and
- 46:54we're walking around and I never seen them.
- 46:56And also there was this electric car dealership, Genesis.
- 46:59They're a nice cause. Oh yeah, those are nice.
- 47:01What and you got and even the the financing pricing is not bad
- 47:05at all A really nice cause yeah damn and they're coming out with
- 47:11they're like SUV nice. We told the guy said Nah, Kirk
- 47:15needs an SUV. He's got all these kids.
- 47:17Well, we're coming out with one too and they said, but they're
- 47:20really nice. But that's, you know, that's the
- 47:21thing. So if they come out with the
- 47:24battery that's going to you get more mileage to it and or faster
- 47:29charging. Yeah, with the silver, Samsung
- 47:32just recently increases the distance and the charging time
- 47:35is super fast. So just imagine what's going to
- 47:38happen. I think a full charge is 10
- 47:39minutes. Interesting, so the price of
- 47:43silver will just go? Yeah, you need a kilo of silver
- 47:49for the Samsung technology. ETV requires a kilo of silver.
- 47:53So that's a big number. All right, let's talk about, you
- 47:56know, the, of course, you know about the Wall Street, you know,
- 47:57there was a big rally, you've seen it.
- 48:00But the Asian stocks tagged right along, man.
- 48:03They are, they are primed, primed and they are primed to
- 48:06advance further. They're already advancing today.
- 48:09Again, about this. A lot of people are bullish
- 48:11about what's going to happen. Of course, the equity index
- 48:13futures for Japan, Australia, and Hong Kong all gained.
- 48:17They took cues from, of course, that three 0.3% rise from the
- 48:21S&P 500. And of course, the US benchmark
- 48:24is up 6.8% this year, having a bunch of erased losses spurred
- 48:29by President Trump's reciprocal tariff announcement.
- 48:32They're already making money with the tariffs.
- 48:34There's more coming. He's in a fight with Brazil
- 48:37right now. Looks like Lulu and him are
- 48:39going at it. Not Couldn't be more well
- 48:42deserved. I wish it was Bolson Arrow and
- 48:44not Lulu. And there, of course, we'd
- 48:45probably be down to the game and a tariff agreement's already
- 48:48signed, but that's not how it goes.
- 48:50Do you think actually Brazil's going to be able to last?
- 48:53They want to do a tariff fight with us.
- 48:55No. No way forgot about it.
- 48:57They didn't go kick rocks. It's just he's showboating for
- 49:00his people, like, you know, to show like he's got strength and
- 49:02stuff. But, you know, even I think
- 49:04Trump saying that tariffs are going to rise in Japan or
- 49:08something right now, too. Yeah, they're going.
- 49:11Well, there's a lot of upbeat forecasts.
- 49:13You know, Delta had a great forecast.
- 49:15Their stock took a jump. Tesla, they're going to expand
- 49:19their robo taxi service. California and Arizona, NVIDIA,
- 49:24we know we already talked about that and how great things are
- 49:26for them. But I tell you, it looks like
- 49:30Wang is going to be meeting with President Trump before his
- 49:33planned trip to China. So that's interesting.
- 49:37Now, I think what's really going on here is you're seeing this
- 49:38resilience of the US consumer and in turn, U.S. companies.
- 49:42That's definitely a big hero. And that's why I think the, you
- 49:45know, the Asian markets, including some of the other
- 49:47ones, not just Japan, but you're seeing great growth throughout
- 49:51Hong Kong. Authorities intervened, you
- 49:53know, for the fourth time in two weeks to prevent the city's
- 49:54currency from weakening beyond its official trading ban.
- 49:58China's having some issues. I don't know if they're going to
- 50:00get full recovery. Of course, you know, there's
- 50:01still trade issues going on there with the United States
- 50:05that isn't all resolved yet. But, you know, look, policy
- 50:08makers, borrowing costs, you know, they're steady.
- 50:11They haven't gone down. I wish, I wish what would really
- 50:14boost the markets if as if Powell, this shithead would go
- 50:17ahead and lower interest rates. But I don't know if he's going
- 50:20to do that. But he did get attacked today.
- 50:23Trump's OMB director George, and you know him, you know who he
- 50:25is, It's Russell Vaught. He grossly, he said that Powell
- 50:29has gross mismanaged the Fed and of course White House pressure
- 50:34is building because of it. Interesting.
- 50:39I'm sorry, I was just taking care of some little glitch here.
- 50:42No, no problem. But, you know, grossly
- 50:43mismanaged the Fed is a big statement.
- 50:47I've talked about how we need to nationalize it.
- 50:49I don't want it to be a private institution controlling our
- 50:51money. Yeah.
- 50:52And Vaught, you got to remember he's the director of the United
- 50:54States Office of Management and Budget, and his statement is as
- 50:58follows. The president is extremely
- 50:59troubled by your management of the Federal Reserve System.
- 51:02Rd. Vaught, director of the Office
- 51:04Management of Budget. Instead of attempting to write
- 51:07the Fed's fiscal shift, you have plowed ahead with an an
- 51:11ostentatious overhaul of your Washington, DC headquarters.
- 51:16Well, he he his testimony pals what last month about the
- 51:19renovations before Senate committee, right?
- 51:22And Vaught said that he raised questions about the project's
- 51:25compliance. I mean called cost overruns of
- 51:29more than 700. Million, 700 million in cost
- 51:32overruns. I you know, and again, I wonder,
- 51:34is the US taxpayer paying for it?
- 51:36Is the US taxpayer paying for that?
- 51:38Rooftop Terrance gardens, VIP private dining rooms and
- 51:42elevators, water features and marble.
- 51:44Wow. Very.
- 51:44Nice, they need this for. I don't know.
- 51:47They need a rooftop garden, so they go up there and party, you
- 51:49know, with all the money they're stealing from the United States
- 51:51government and the American people.
- 51:54I mean once again, 36 trillion debt and he wants rooftop
- 51:59gardens and VIP private dining. And marble.
- 52:02Yeah, I mean, listen, but Trump's no, no, no Angel either.
- 52:07He he's also now sending wants to fast track these weapons to
- 52:12Ukraine. Yeah.
- 52:14We don't got money to do it bro. How about we pay off our debt?
- 52:18Why? We got to keep helping
- 52:20everybody. You know, you know what I think
- 52:23focus on home, make America great again.
- 52:25Let's do that. At the end of the day, it is
- 52:27what it is, George. But I think Vaught is asking the
- 52:30right questions. But of course, I'd like to, you
- 52:32know, of course, they've had a banner year of the Fed ripping
- 52:35off the country and have been for decades.
- 52:37So, you know, my opinion is nationalize the feds, seize the
- 52:41assets of all the banks and families that own it, and let's
- 52:44get back to work. That way we control our money,
- 52:46we control our own debt. We can get to do exactly what we
- 52:48need to do. Of course, you know what that
- 52:50means. Global Finance Reform powered by
