- 0:13Speaker 2: better a substack. You can get her podcast, her columns
- 0:16Speaker 2: everything at and Culter dot substack dot com. And then
- 0:20Speaker 2: make sure you watch her rumble channel. And Culter's got
- 0:23Speaker 2: a great rumble channel. All sorts of stuff up there.
- 0:26Speaker 2: And Culter, How you doing.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Fantastic. I've been watching the Fauchi hearings War War Primes hearings.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Yeah, well, apparently they're over. He took the fifth one
- 0:41Speaker 2: hundred and eleven times in two hundred and fifty previous
- 0:46Speaker 2: Senate hearings. He never took the fifth before. What do
- 0:48Speaker 2: you make of that?
- 0:51Speaker 1: I'm glad you mentioned that. It's not so much in
- 0:53Speaker 1: the number of times he took it, it's that it's
- 0:56Speaker 1: utterly completely illegitimate. This dis amendment is to protect you
- 1:01Speaker 1: from self incrimination for any previous law breaking you might
- 1:05Speaker 1: have done, any earlier crimes. You can't take the fifth
- 1:10Speaker 1: about a bank robbery you haven't committed yet. You're going
- 1:14Speaker 1: to commit the bank robbery, You're going to kidnap someone.
- 1:17Speaker 1: It's not for future crimes. It absolutely cannot be used
- 1:20Speaker 1: for future crimes. And as we know the Biden administration,
- 1:24Speaker 1: the Biden auto pen pardons Fauci for all and you
- 1:28Speaker 1: can only be pardoned for any previous crimes. Though they
- 1:31Speaker 1: may not have thought this through, but because he has
- 1:33Speaker 1: been pardoned for all crimes up until Biden left office,
- 1:39Speaker 1: he doesn't have he can't claim the fifth for anything
- 1:43Speaker 1: going forward. Yes, I'm about to commit perjury. Therefore I
- 1:46Speaker 1: can't answer this question. Okay, don't ask about anything since
- 1:50Speaker 1: Biden left office. He hasn't really, I mean, he's just
- 1:52Speaker 1: gone back to being a retired dusty bureaucrat.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:56Speaker 1: The other thing is I mean this I have not
- 1:58Speaker 1: expressly looked up. But the reason he was refusing to
- 2:02Speaker 1: answer questions like what color is the carpet is because
- 2:07Speaker 1: a lawyer will tell you once you start waving the fifth.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I think this is a little, a little crimped understanding
- 2:14Speaker 1: of the law, but this is what they say. You
- 2:17Speaker 1: have to take the fifth to everything. Don't answer any
- 2:19Speaker 1: of their questions because then, I mean, it's like, you know,
- 2:22Speaker 1: you answer a question, answer a question, answer question, get
- 2:25Speaker 1: a question. No, I believe the fifth. It seems to
- 2:28Speaker 1: imply some sort of guilt in any event, Why isn't
- 2:32Speaker 1: his opening statement part of that? Hasn't he hasn't he
- 2:35Speaker 1: waived that he's already he's begun testifying there. So for
- 2:40Speaker 1: two reasons, I think it shouldn't be accepted. But the
- 2:43Speaker 1: most important point I have to make, which I've been
- 2:45Speaker 1: tweeting like mad and I wish rans Paul would read it,
- 2:49Speaker 1: as we know Washington, d C. You will get a
- 2:53Speaker 1: bronx jurry in Washington, d C. So Democrats can never,
- 2:57Speaker 1: excuse me, excuse me, can never ever ever be held
- 3:01Speaker 1: to account in the city of Washington, d C. Even
- 3:05Speaker 1: though it is a federal protectorate and should should be
- 3:09Speaker 1: run by Congress and not by local control. But that
- 3:11Speaker 1: doesn't really matter. The jury is the jury. You get
- 3:13Speaker 1: their bronx juries. They will convict, They'll fill a cliff
- 3:18Speaker 1: the you know John Hinckley for trying to kill Reagan,
- 3:21Speaker 1: but will not convict any Democrat for anything. It's like
- 3:24Speaker 1: the jury that that you know sat on Trump's cases
- 3:28Speaker 1: in New York City. This is a Manhattan jury. It
- 3:30Speaker 1: doesn't matter what the crime is, even if it's not
- 3:32Speaker 1: a crime, They're going to convict but haha, Senate can
- 3:36Speaker 1: they don't have to hold their hearings in Washington, d C.
- 3:39Speaker 1: And the crimes were probably looking at year. I assume
- 3:44Speaker 1: this is what they're trying to get, is the crime
- 3:46Speaker 1: of perjury, not something he did during the pandemic. Those
- 3:49Speaker 1: were those were war crimes. These are simple, you know,
- 3:52Speaker 1: legal crimes in the United States of America. What will
- 3:55Speaker 1: he say? Uh? And Rand Paul ought to start holding
- 3:58Speaker 1: these hearings in Kentucky or any place. Actually, it's it's
- 4:02Speaker 1: within the Senate rules that that that that a committee
- 4:05Speaker 1: can hold hearings any place and any time of their
- 4:09Speaker 1: choosing and get Fauci to go to basically any state
- 4:13Speaker 1: in the Union other than you know, New York, Washington,
- 4:17Speaker 1: d C. Actually, there's some parts in upstate New York,
- 4:21Speaker 1: most places in California. Uh, I mean Fauci is responsible
- 4:26Speaker 1: for mio carditis deaths, vaccine deaths, COVID deaths, people dying
- 4:34Speaker 1: in hospitals and nursing homes without being able to hold
- 4:38Speaker 1: their loved ones hands or say goodbye, destroying the education
- 4:43Speaker 1: and social lives of children across America. That happened in
- 4:46Speaker 1: every state. It wasn't limited to Washington, d C. So
- 4:50Speaker 1: we ought to start holding the hearings someplace where if
- 4:53Speaker 1: he if he is forced to testify, and if he
- 4:55Speaker 1: were to commit perjury, you would at least have a
- 4:58Speaker 1: jury or that would that would fairly evaluate the evidence.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Yeah, but if you did in Kentucky, he would just
- 5:04Speaker 2: take the fifth there. So what good would that be?
- 5:09Speaker 1: I think you could. You can have the chairman rule
- 5:13Speaker 1: that he can't and that isn't a legit use of
- 5:16Speaker 1: the Fifth Well, what if he came in and said no,
- 5:21Speaker 1: what if he doesn't even use the words Fifth Amendment
- 5:23Speaker 1: because what he is doing now is the same as
- 5:26Speaker 1: as citing. I don't know. Mickey Mouse says, I don't
- 5:30Speaker 1: have to answer that.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Yeah, he came in with six attorneys. Who's paying for
- 5:35Speaker 2: these six attorneys? Al capone did have six attorneys.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Well, I think I've I've pretty much read kind of
- 5:46Speaker 1: I don't know if it wrecked my vacation or made
- 5:48Speaker 1: my vacation even more enjoyable this week, but I'd say
- 5:52Speaker 1: I've read a good eighty ninety percent of the Fauci Diaries,
- 5:56Speaker 1: which I will be writing about or have written about
- 5:58Speaker 1: and be posting later today on sub second and culture
- 6:02Speaker 1: dot Com a little longer than usual because I wanted
- 6:05Speaker 1: to give the really good quotes. And one thing that's
- 6:09Speaker 1: hilarious is how the diary turns. I mean, it's just
- 6:12Speaker 1: all about how fabulous he is, and he's meeting celebrities
- 6:15Speaker 1: and everybody loves me and they all wants selfies with me.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I'm the most famous person in the world. And then
- 6:22Speaker 1: and then probably after his first testimony before Rand Paul,
- 6:26Speaker 1: Oh my god, that man has tin skin. He's weeping
- 6:30Speaker 1: and crying over oaks. The radical right wing crazies places
- 6:34Speaker 1: like bright Bart they're attacking me. We're at war now.
- 6:38Speaker 1: And crazies like Rand Paul in the Senate they won't
- 6:41Speaker 1: leave me alone. Oh my gosh, he has tin skin.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Yeah. So you're on vacation.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Where are you? A secret, undisclosed location?
- 6:51Speaker 2: Cape God, Cape God. That's a vacation, all right, it's.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Pretty I forgot You're very fancy. It's fine Oriental middle
- 7:02Speaker 1: of July.
- 7:03Speaker 2: It's the most crowded place in the world, isn't it.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Yes, it's nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded.
- 7:14Speaker 2: So u hey, if you read the journal during the pandemic,
- 7:19Speaker 2: rhyd DeSantis. That's where DeSantis first became pretty famous for
- 7:22Speaker 2: opening up the state no massy and uh, no restrictions.
- 7:27Speaker 2: If you read the journal, Fauci is really upset. He's
- 7:30Speaker 2: calling the rand Paul I mean calling DeSantis a jerk.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Said he's a threat to democracy with what he's doing.
- 7:37Speaker 2: What a weird thing to write.
- 7:41Speaker 1: And Uh. The states that completely ignored the opposite of
- 7:46Speaker 1: everything Sauci said did not turn out one io to
- 7:50Speaker 1: worse in terms of COVID exs death. Uh. But their
- 7:55Speaker 1: economies weren't destroyed. Their children weren't deprived or deprived of
- 7:59Speaker 1: going to school or deprived of oxygen. Businesses didn't go under.
- 8:03Speaker 1: You didn't have all the myocarditis deaths and people being fired.
- 8:09Speaker 1: So the states that ignored Fauci did a lot lot better.
- 8:13Speaker 1: I might add that the Scandinavian countries like Sweden. Sweden
- 8:17Speaker 1: was you probably remember from MSNBC whoh they were they were.
- 8:23Speaker 1: They thought that the whole country was being run by
- 8:26Speaker 1: a bunch of mengal As it turns out Mengala was
- 8:28Speaker 1: our guy and he was testified today. But they Sweden
- 8:33Speaker 1: from day one said do not mask, no shutdowns, go
- 8:39Speaker 1: about your lives and they had fewer excess deaths than
- 8:43Speaker 1: the United States and then most of Europe.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Well, hey, as bad as the Fauci looks today, he's
- 8:50Speaker 2: been totally exposed all that. Most people are going to
- 8:54Speaker 2: see this. It's not being covered by the regular networks.
- 8:57Speaker 2: It's not being covered in the mainstream media. What do
- 9:00Speaker 2: you do about that?
- 9:02Speaker 1: Well, one thing about the quotes from the priceless quotes
- 9:08Speaker 1: from Fauci's diary, there were so many of them. I
- 9:11Speaker 1: had to cut some of the quotes from the media
- 9:15Speaker 1: about Fauci. But oh my gosh, they work their way in. Boy,
- 9:18Speaker 1: it's just one admiring profile after another, and he's, you know,
- 9:22Speaker 1: as everyone knows now. I tried to avoid stuff that's
- 9:25Speaker 1: already been all over Twitter, but you know, he's chit
- 9:27Speaker 1: chatting with all the journalists and they love him. Part
- 9:32Speaker 1: of what I cut, I mean, I'd like to use
- 9:34Speaker 1: this at some point though. He talks about how famous
- 9:38Speaker 1: he is, how recognizable he is, his fame it knows
- 9:40Speaker 1: no bounds. Pre the diary coming out, I at least
- 9:45Speaker 1: say that The New York Times is chryl Gay Stolberg,
- 9:49Speaker 1: who covered Fauci for the Time, said well, Fauci says,
- 9:54Speaker 1: and I believe him. He really did not like the
- 9:56Speaker 1: Cult of Fauci, abstantly boasting about the Marbleheads, and Julia
- 10:04Speaker 1: Roberts called me uh and Washington Post said, yes, he
- 10:10Speaker 1: hated the Cult of Fauci. Hated it. So not only
- 10:14Speaker 1: did they did they create these elisus I think I'm mispronounced,
- 10:21Speaker 1: asked that, you know, profiles of him, but also they
- 10:26Speaker 1: really admired him for his humility.
- 10:31Speaker 2: And we only get a minute left and cult, you're
- 10:33Speaker 2: a famous person. People are writing about you. Have you
- 10:35Speaker 2: ever kept a journal and wrote down, Oh, how great
- 10:38Speaker 2: this is.
- 10:42Speaker 1: I should be embarrassed if I wrote a diary like
- 10:46Speaker 1: this at age eight. It's really a classic. Like I say,
- 10:54Speaker 1: I can't say it ruins my vacation. It really just
- 10:56Speaker 1: made it so much better.
- 10:59Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, so, Hey, I had a lot of
- 11:01Speaker 2: stuff written about me this week. I can't imagine starting
- 11:03Speaker 2: a journal. Hey, people are writing six.
- 11:07Speaker 1: No, and he posts them in ansiary, the full profile,
- 11:11Speaker 1: and he emails them to people all the time, doing
- 11:15Speaker 1: a little humble brag, sends out an article about how he's,
- 11:19Speaker 1: you know, one of the sexiest man men. A lot
- 11:21Speaker 1: he emails this to other people, this article. But in
- 11:24Speaker 1: order to show that this isn't just boastful, he says,
- 11:27Speaker 1: our society has gone nuts.
- 11:30Speaker 2: He is very here.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Let me show it to.
- 11:32Speaker 2: You very sexy. He did beat out ed Asner for
- 11:35Speaker 2: that title. So anyway, we're out of time, but you
- 11:41Speaker 2: or this will be your column.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Tonight, yes, going up hopefully hours from now.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Okay, you want to make sure to read this, just
- 11:49Speaker 2: go to and culture on Twitter or substack and culture
