A cold case from 1999 is heating up: Concord police are re-examining the disappearance of Charlene Gagnon, who vanished on August 6, 1999, while heading to an apartment in Manchester. Last seen bolting from the building into a dark Florida-plate pickup, she’s been missing ever since—now 27 years later. At 65 if still alive, she was 5’6”, 130 lbs, blue-eyed, with tattoos and scars.
