Transcript
- 0:39None. We're living together.
- 1:40Hello, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Brett Keene and you
- 1:43were watching and listening to the Brett Keene Show.
- 1:46If you'd like to support me, you can do so by checking out my
- 1:50radio station, my international radio station, where I'm heard
- 1:54over hundreds of different locations and places all over
- 1:58the net on your stereo, your television, your car stereo,
- 2:03whatever. Just make sure that you have
- 2:05some really awesome speakers so you can pump up the music as
- 2:10well as be able to enjoy my talk show.
- 2:14On Friday, 7:00 PM Central, I'm going to be doing a live show.
- 2:18I'm going to attempt to do more live shows.
- 2:22I know that I had said goodbye, and I know that fifty other
- 2:26times before in the last 20 years, I've said goodbye.
- 2:30And I would hope that any of you out there who watch me, who also
- 2:34suffer from similar health issues and problems, those who
- 2:38suffer from severe depression, some of you out there who've
- 2:42been sick, you know that whenever you're going through
- 2:45these kind of issues, sometimes you feel like the world's come
- 2:49to an end. You feel like I just can't keep
- 2:52doing what I'm doing. I just can't.
- 2:55I'm not going to be able to do it.
- 2:58Even if it's something that you've normally found a lot of
- 3:02enjoyment from. When you're sick, it's hard just
- 3:05to be able to get up in the morning to enjoy your day, am I
- 3:08right? So you may tell everybody
- 3:11goodbye. I just can't do it anymore.
- 3:14You may say a whole lot of different things that you
- 3:17wouldn't necessarily mean if you were feeling good or you were
- 3:22feeling your normal useful self. So that's, that's who I am and
- 3:27that's what I'm about. When I don't feel good, I don't
- 3:31feel like I can do things anymore.
- 3:33This just happens to be one of those days.
- 3:37Hopefully it continues to stay like this where I'm not
- 3:41depressed, I'm not feeling absolutely horrible and I feel
- 3:47like I could actually chill. And maybe it's because I was
- 3:51hanging out with my friend during the last show that I did,
- 3:55Adam Lohr and Bubblegum, and also having a conversation with
- 3:59missing mod in text and it just made me, it was a good
- 4:04experience. It was positive.
- 4:06Even though I did get raided by a bunch of trolls, I still felt
- 4:11really good about it. That actually when something
- 4:14good happens that sometimes physically ails me and actually
- 4:19gives me the will or the desire to continue.
- 4:22So I'm going to give it a shot. I'm going to put some effort in
- 4:25it. So besides all that good stuff,
- 4:32if you also would like to support me, you can check out my
- 4:35T-shirts and check out my merchandise store.
- 4:38Got a lot of really neat new stuff on there.
- 4:41That man AT shirt for whatever reason, the selling like hot
- 4:45cakes. I've been able to take care of a
- 4:47lot of bills and take care of a lot of things that I've wanted
- 4:52in my life due to it. All right, so let's get into the
- 4:57topic of the video. I was having a conversation with
- 5:03an atheist and I noticed, and I've mentioned this before in
- 5:07the past, that when you talk to 1 atheist, you might as well be
- 5:12talking to all of them. They're a dime a dozen.
- 5:15They always say the same things. It's almost as if they're
- 5:17programmed or scripted. And although I was, I believe
- 5:25that I had an exceptional perspective or idea on where an
- 5:28atheist is coming from or why they behave the way they do.
- 5:34I've come to the conclusion, I think, that I've had a what is
- 5:37called an epiphany. I believe that a light bulb has
- 5:42went off in my head. Darn, why atheists do the things
- 5:46they do. And I think that if religious
- 5:48people listen to this, or people of all different faiths or
- 5:52anybody that might have doubts or skepticism, this could
- 5:56actually be a learning experience from what I have
- 5:59analyzed and what I've researched.
- 6:01And what have I, I have actually observed from atheist.
- 6:07Atheist behave like a bereaved widow.
- 6:14They behave like a person who's broken.
- 6:18They behave like someone who expected a whole lot from a
- 6:22relationship and did not get what they feel their desires or
- 6:27needs or wants accomplished. And let me give you an example
- 6:32of something like that. Have you ever been in a
- 6:35relationship with someone where you don't feel as though they're
- 6:39paying enough attention to you, you don't think that they're
- 6:42making love to you enough, you don't think that they spend
- 6:46enough time listening to you, or you feel as though they don't
- 6:50care about what you think? Have you ever been with someone
- 6:55where they promise you heaven and earth and then things don't
- 6:58go the way you naturally would expect them to be?
- 7:03Or maybe you got into a relationship where everything
- 7:06was good and it seemed like everything was great, but at
- 7:10some point in time the the candle just kind of faded.
- 7:14The passion and the heat of the moment just kind of simmered
- 7:19down to where at this point you just feel like you're alone in a
- 7:24dark cave just trying to keep warm At this point.
- 7:28I think a lot of us have had these kind of things, but I
- 7:31think what's important is how do we respond afterwards?
- 7:36Some people when they have a failed relationship or something
- 7:40went wrong, we have a tendency, don't we, ladies and gentlemen,
- 7:44where we like to blame the other party for why shit failed or why
- 7:48things didn't go the way we wanted.
- 7:51We like to say, man, I gave it everything I got.
- 7:54I I love this person. I, I held them, I gave them
- 8:00things, I bought them little gifts, I did all this shit and
- 8:03then in the end they just fucked me over.
- 8:05They cheated on me or they just told me they didn't love me
- 8:09anymore or they just didn't say shit.
- 8:12Which for some people that's actually worse, isn't it?
- 8:15When the person you want them to at least say something, you
- 8:19would rather them hurt you and just straight up tell you how
- 8:24fucking irrelevant and insignificant you are as opposed
- 8:27to just completely ignore you. I don't know how many of you
- 8:31agree with that. Would you rather just someone
- 8:34that you love when the relationship is dying?
- 8:38Would you rather than just tell you the words, just tell you why
- 8:42it is you fucking failed and why they don't want to have nothing
- 8:45to do with you? As opposed to just ignore you
- 8:48and keep on going on like nothing's even happening.
- 8:52What do you think would be the better thing?
- 8:54Someone just straight up lay it out on the table for you and say
- 8:58look, you just don't do it for me.
- 9:00You don't have the physical nor mental emotional makeup in order
- 9:08to make me happy. And that's the reason why this
- 9:10is all going to shed. We all like to pretend though,
- 9:14after it's all said and done though, that if someone does do
- 9:18this, whether they ignore you into oblivion or they speak
- 9:22these words at you, we like to pretend as though we had nothing
- 9:26to do with it. But usually when a relationship
- 9:29falls apart, it's because of both.
- 9:33Both people. A person will start ignoring you
- 9:37or they won't have nothing to do with you because you're not
- 9:40doing as they expect. And maybe they've gotten to the
- 9:44point where they don't want to even bother telling you anymore
- 9:48because they think that you don't.
- 9:51You care so little that you're not going to do anything about
- 9:54it anyway. Have you ever been with someone
- 9:57or been in a relationship with someone where you feel like
- 10:01there's a lot of things going wrong, but you are like, man,
- 10:05this person cares so little about my fucking feelings and
- 10:08about me as a person to tell them what the issue is.
- 10:14A couple different things could happen and neither one of them
- 10:16good. They're going to either say who
- 10:18fucking cares? So what?
- 10:21I don't give a damn about your feelings.
- 10:23Or they'll tell you a bunch of things that you don't want to
- 10:26hear that you know deep down inside is true.
- 10:29So either way, you're going to get hurt.
- 10:32That's the beauty of relationships.
- 10:35There's risks that are being taken.
- 10:38You're making yourself vulnerable to someone else.
- 10:40You're putting yourself out there, right?
- 10:45And I think that's what happened with atheist and God.
- 10:50I think that the atheist doesn't want to accept that he didn't do
- 10:54what he needed to do or she needed to do.
- 10:57I think that the atheist was a person who was formerly in a
- 11:02relationship and they didn't feel like they got what was owed
- 11:07to them or what was obligated or what they felt they desired,
- 11:12wanted or needed. So everybody has experienced a
- 11:18broken heart. Everybody has experienced, well,
- 11:21I didn't get what I wanted out of this.
- 11:23But some people, it's not enough.
- 11:26Some people whenever they're told, look, you know, the love
- 11:30just simply isn't there and it's not coming back.
- 11:34Some people can't deal with that.
- 11:36Some people don't have the fortitude or the strength to
- 11:41just walk away and try to find better in their life instead.
- 11:46Some people will remain in the fight until there's absolutely
- 11:51nothing that even is similar or identifies with what they
- 11:55originally believed it was supposed to be, if that makes
- 11:58sense. Some people whenever they break
- 12:03up with another person, and this is where atheists really, really
- 12:09shine. Sometimes when you break up in a
- 12:13relationship, sometimes the relationship breakup was so
- 12:16fucking awful and so terrible that if you see the person with
- 12:22someone else, it kills you inside.
- 12:26It's like, why is this person smiling?
- 12:30Why is this person happy? Why is it that this, they're
- 12:34getting everything that they want and everything seems to be
- 12:38going great with the same person I used to be involved with, but
- 12:44I couldn't get that. You ever seen somebody like that
- 12:48where someone's going out with a girl and they went out with the
- 12:52girl before and now they see this, The guy that is with the
- 12:57girl now is saying, oh, she's the most wonderful thing in the
- 13:00world. She does everything that I like,
- 13:03She makes me happy. She's my world, all this shit
- 13:07and you're thinking to yourself, what the fuck?
- 13:11Why didn't she do all this shit when we were going out?
- 13:15Why didn't she hug me like this guy claims?
- 13:18Why doesn't, why didn't she talk to me?
- 13:21Why didn't she share her feelings and do all this?
- 13:24Why? Why was my experience so fucking
- 13:27opposite of what's going on? And sometimes when you see that
- 13:32girl that you used to go out with, you imagine that she
- 13:38actually treats you the same way that she's treating the new guy.
- 13:44And that's kind of rough, isn't it?
- 13:46That's rough because unfortunately, whenever you have
- 13:49a breakup in this world, when you break up with somebody,
- 13:53especially if you live in a small town or where everybody
- 13:57goes to hang out, you're going to always see that person.
- 14:01You're always going to experience that person.
- 14:04And it's going to be odd because now you're on the outside of the
- 14:07relationship and now you're seeing a bunch of shit that you
- 14:10didn't notice before because you were too close to the person.
- 14:15You were too close, so you weren't aware of all the things
- 14:18that were going on, and you were so absorbed and thinking about
- 14:23your feelings and what you were lacking that you never noticed a
- 14:28lot of these things before. Some people had this sad thing
- 14:36happened where later on down the road, something clicks in their
- 14:41head where they're like, oh, maybe I shouldn't have said
- 14:45this, or maybe I shouldn't have done that.
- 14:48Had I done this right or done this, maybe things could have
- 14:53been a lot different. Some people live like that for
- 14:56years in their heart and in their mind where they're saying,
- 15:00damn, maybe this person was a lot better.
- 15:04You ever heard that song? You don't know what you got till
- 15:07it's gone. Don't know what you got till
- 15:11it's gone. It's by a band called
- 15:12Cinderella. It's where you think that you
- 15:15don't have much, you think that you have very little, and you
- 15:19think that the grass is greener on the other side.
- 15:21And then when you give up that person or that person gives up
- 15:25on you. Everything that you thought was
- 15:28so minute and so little, suddenly you realize, even if
- 15:33it's ten years down the road, my goodness, I could have had
- 15:37children with this person. I could have.
- 15:39There's so many things that could have positively happened
- 15:43if I would have just said this or did this.
- 15:45Sometimes people realize when it's too late that they were the
- 15:50ones that did wrong in the relationship.
- 15:53And that's where the atheist comes in.
- 15:54Ladies and gentlemen. That's what the atheists act
- 15:58like. They're they act like they used
- 16:00to be in a relationship with God, but they'll tell you that
- 16:03there was no relationship at all.
- 16:06Just like the way a guy would say if he broke up with a woman
- 16:09or he divorced a woman or a woman did, vice versa.
- 16:13They say, no, I didn't really have a relationship.
- 16:16I felt like there was something there.
- 16:18I believe that there was more to it than what there was, but it
- 16:22just didn't. And now the atheist or the
- 16:27female atheist has this desire that whenever they see someone
- 16:32talking about that girl or that guy or that God, they feel the
- 16:37desire to tell everybody in the world, Oh no, she's a bitch.
- 16:44I used to be in a relationship with her and it was not good at
- 16:48all. I had nothing but bad
- 16:50experiences. And that's how you can tell that
- 16:54the person is unhealthy. That's how you can tell that
- 16:58atheists suffer from mentally emotional brokenness when they
- 17:04feel they have to constantly tell everybody else, because I
- 17:09had a bad experience, you too will have a bad experience
- 17:14because the relationship that I had or felt that I had didn't
- 17:18work out the way I wanted, That must logically mean that your
- 17:22shit ain't going to go right either.
- 17:25It can't be possible that the atheist has done something
- 17:30wrong. It can't be logically possible
- 17:34that they didn't feed the relationship, that they simply
- 17:37were just there, you know, like the person that just goes to
- 17:41church, but they're not really listening.
- 17:43The person that opens up their Bible reads a couple passages,
- 17:48but they stop there and they don't bother to have the love or
- 17:51passion to read any further. They just figure, oh, I read
- 17:55this little bit and that's enough for me.
- 17:57That's all I need to know. Well, has that ever worked in
- 18:01any kind of relationship you've ever been in, where you just
- 18:04simply see your partner as someone who's predictable?
- 18:08So why bother even listening to their issues?
- 18:10Why bother listening to them talk about their wants?
- 18:16Can a relationship work like that?
- 18:17Can you grow as a person? Can a relationship get stronger
- 18:22if you tell the other person? I've heard all I need to know,
- 18:27I've seen all that I need to see, and unless I'm able to see
- 18:32more coming from this direction, then it's not even worth trying
- 18:39or putting any kind of effort in.
- 18:41Well, relationships like that are going to burn out quick,
- 18:44aren't they? They're not going to work.
- 18:46Not unless you want it to. Not unless you're willing to put
- 18:50effort into it. And if you love somebody,
- 18:52sometimes it's not enough just to say I love someone or I love
- 18:56something. Sometimes you have to show it.
- 18:59Sometimes you have to prove it. Sometimes it has to be seen in
- 19:03your behavior. If you're walking around with a
- 19:05woman in the mall or you take her out to dinner, but you don't
- 19:10smile or show any joy in what you're doing, she's going to
- 19:14pick up Arnett. She's going to be like, you
- 19:16don't look happy, you don't seem happy.
- 19:20Well, I think that God in many ways behaves the same way.
- 19:25He can tell whenever this relationship is spoiled.
- 19:29He can tell whenever someone's not interested in doing his
- 19:34wants and desires. A lot of atheists out there,
- 19:38they talk as though God should have done all this and this and
- 19:41that for them, but never do they speak of what they did for God.
- 19:48Never, do they? When they did get something from
- 19:51God, did they sit down just for a moment, contemplate it and
- 19:55actually thank God for the things they've been given?
- 20:00Has any of you ever had that issue before?
- 20:02Has your wife ever bought you some flowers or bought you a
- 20:05gift or done something sweet for you?
- 20:08And you were like, yeah, like you just expected that.
- 20:12They do that instead of saying aw that's so sweet honey, Thank
- 20:17you for that. For some reason, when the
- 20:21atheist thinks of God, they expect that if there is a God,
- 20:25then God has to do all this kind of stuff for them or he's not
- 20:30worth worshipping. If God doesn't do this for me
- 20:33and do this for me, if God can't make sense of this for me, then
- 20:37God's not even worth dealing with.
- 20:39Well, what would happen if you treated your own mother like
- 20:43that? Or your father, Or your own
- 20:45kids, or your girlfriend, where you don't thank them for any of
- 20:49the things they do and that you just expect them to be obligated
- 20:53to give, give, give. But you never give back.
- 20:58And the atheists will probably argue, but I did give.
- 21:01I went to the church. I read the couple passages.
- 21:05I took the pamphlets when religious people knocked on my
- 21:08door. What else am I supposed to do?
- 21:14You hear a lot of guys who are in bad relationships speak
- 21:17exactly the same way, don't they?
- 21:20They're like, well, yeah, she did this and she did that every
- 21:24once in a while. But we're in a relationship.
- 21:27She's supposed to do that. He's supposed to do that.
- 21:29My kids are supposed to do that. You know, Why should I thank
- 21:33them for something that they were supposed to do?
- 21:38Where do we get that idea in our head, where we're entitled,
- 21:42where the universe fucking owes us something?
- 21:45Where do we get this idea and our and our little brains where
- 21:52the world should be fair and it should always fucking bow down
- 21:56to what we think is right or what we think is good?
- 22:00Where do we come up with that chef?
- 22:02Where do people come up with that ideas?
- 22:08I met a lot of people like that. They even got a name for it.
- 22:12They call it a Karen, basically a woman who thinks that
- 22:16everybody should fucking do what they tell them to do.
- 22:20And have you ever seen what happens to an atheist if they
- 22:24see somebody talking about how great and wonderful God is?
- 22:27It fucking gets under their skin.
- 22:31They're not exactly sure why it bothers them, but it bothers
- 22:35them to the point where they feel like they have to engage or
- 22:38interact with the person who's having a good day.
- 22:42And they'll say, well, that's not the experience I had, that's
- 22:47not what happened to me. So you must be delusional.
- 22:52You must be mentally ill to say that all these good things are
- 22:55happening. They can't accept the idea that
- 22:58maybe the relationship that this person has with God is actually
- 23:03good and that theirs was absolute garbage.
- 23:07They can't accept that because they feel as though they are
- 23:10owed everything that they ever wanted and desired.
- 23:15So they do like the bereaved man or woman who's broken hearted
- 23:20and they'll engage the person who's having the good experience
- 23:23and say, well, there's something wrong with you.
- 23:26You're a dumb ass person if you actually think this is going on
- 23:30and this is going on. If you actually think that
- 23:33you've seen this or you heard something that I never did, then
- 23:37there's something wrong with you.
- 23:39Could it be possible though that the coin is switched?
- 23:43That there was something wrong with you the whole fucking time,
- 23:47and that the person who's experiencing life differently
- 23:50than you is really having the good, positive experiences?
- 23:55But just because you didn't experience it doesn't mean it
- 23:58didn't happen. It doesn't mean just because you
- 24:02didn't make out with the girl or make out with the man that the
- 24:09world is shit. You ever had somebody happen
- 24:12like that? I've had those moments where I'm
- 24:14not feeling good and I'm sick and everything and I just feel
- 24:18like the world's coming to shit. But is that true?
- 24:21Is that a true emotional statement or experience that I'm
- 24:24making? Is that truly what the qualia is
- 24:27telling us are in our response or reaction to emotion?
- 24:31Just because things are going shit for me in the moment
- 24:35doesn't necessarily mean that it's going to be shit on the
- 24:38outside of my physical, emotional, and spiritual body.
- 24:43Somebody down the street might be having the best time of their
- 24:46fucking life while I'm over here fucking spitting up blood.
- 24:51You see what I mean? Just because you're having a bad
- 24:54moment doesn't mean the rest of the world is shut.
- 24:58Just because someone over in a different country is having the
- 25:01worst time of their life doesn't mean that 10 miles away there
- 25:04ain't somebody that's having the the most greatest thing they've
- 25:08ever desired happened in theirs. And that's the problem with the
- 25:13atheist. The atheist is so fucking
- 25:15shallow that he can't accept that his narrow view of reality
- 25:21is simply limited so badly due to his own narrow intelligence
- 25:29that it is possible for many, many things to be happening, be
- 25:35observed, be experienced, and be felt that they simply did not.
- 25:43One of the most unusual things I've seen with people is I've
- 25:49noticed a lot of atheists, many of them are introverted and
- 25:54social media, they act like an amplified version of themselves.
- 25:58But in real life, even sometimes they'll have that moment of
- 26:02honesty where they'll say I don't get out much.
- 26:06I don't go hang out with people. I'd rather just sit home and
- 26:09read a book, or I'd rather just sit on my computer and fuck
- 26:13around so I don't get out much. But these are the same people
- 26:17who say I just don't have any good luck on finding someone.
- 26:21I don't have good luck on making connections with people or
- 26:26things. But don't you see the conundrum?
- 26:29The problem, if alls you like to do is sit on the computer and
- 26:34alls you like to do is sit in your house closed and reading a
- 26:38fucking book and you're not out interacting and having
- 26:42experiences with other people, why would you possibly logically
- 26:47think that you're going to have any luck at all?
- 26:49If you don't get out there and make the connection, it's not
- 26:54going to come to you. You have to go out there and
- 26:57make yourself accessible and available or shit doesn't
- 27:01happen, right? You're not going to see a
- 27:04fucking miracle if your head is constantly up your ass and all
- 27:08you see is the darkness of your own butt hole, you know?
- 27:14And that's one of the reasons why relationships fail, because
- 27:18sometimes one person in the relationship or both have their
- 27:21heads so far up their own ass they're not seeing anything else
- 27:25around them but the darkness of their own ass cheeks.
- 27:29And that's it. And then they have the audacity
- 27:33to fucking move their head around in their own ass and go,
- 27:35damn, why is it smell so bad in this relationship?
- 27:41You know? So yeah, have you guys noticed
- 27:50that what befuddles the atheist who say I must go into that chat
- 27:58room and I must tell these religious people that their
- 28:02experiences are shit, that they really don't have a relationship
- 28:06with anything? That everything that they're
- 28:08talking about is a fucking lie because my relationship didn't
- 28:14go well, they couldn't possibly be doing well themselves, and
- 28:19I'm going to do everything I can to make them feel as shitty as I
- 28:23possibly can. In fact, I'm going to make them
- 28:26feel just as shitty as me and how I feel.
- 28:33Why do people want to do that for it?
- 28:37It should be. It seems like if you want the
- 28:40world to work and you want humanity to be good when you
- 28:44have a good experience, you should want to share that with
- 28:47people and bring some light in their life.
- 28:51You should say things like, I'm glad that worked out.
- 28:55I'm glad that you were able to make sense of this.
- 28:57I'm glad that this brings you some form of peace.
- 29:01I'm glad that the relationship that I couldn't have worked out
- 29:05for you not you're fucking stupid.
- 29:09You're dumb. You're full of shit and a lot of
- 29:13these type of interactions happen from people that never
- 29:17even met the other person before.
- 29:20Having a a complete stranger who has a miserable experience in
- 29:25their life, never even met you in their life, but they're so
- 29:29far up their own ass that they suspected every other human
- 29:33being should be feeling the same way.
- 29:37It's odd. So yeah, I really, I was just
- 29:47sitting back and I was thinking to myself, why do they do that
- 29:50for? Why do non believers behave this
- 29:53way? And I tried to think of a
- 29:55similar occasion where you see that same type of behavior.
- 30:00And the only thing I could really come up with was people
- 30:04who've had their hearts broken, people who couldn't make shit
- 30:08work for themselves or make shit right.
- 30:12People who feel like they're entitled by their, they're owed
- 30:15something. Expect this.
- 30:22You know, it's interesting. I was talking to my friend Adam,
- 30:26love the guy, love the guy. And I was talking to my buddy
- 30:29Bubblegum. And my friend he is, refuses to
- 30:34accept the idea that there's objective morality that comes
- 30:38from the concept of God. Now, he'll probably tell me I'm
- 30:41wrong and that's not what he means, or I'm incorrect in how
- 30:45I'm saying this. But he clearly believes that if
- 30:48God does something, then God is subjective as well, just as
- 30:52subjective as a human being. And I explained to him there's a
- 30:58difference between being on the outside of the painting, then
- 31:02the person who's actually creating the art.
- 31:05If somebody creates something or someone put something together,
- 31:10then in all ways possible that thing is objectively true.
- 31:16I'll give you an example of something.
- 31:18If you paint the picture right now or my friend missing, Maude
- 31:22makes a a piece of art, which she does a lot and they're
- 31:26beautiful pieces of art. And she has the ability to
- 31:29actually show us on her videos and send them to us in the mail
- 31:33and all this. Is it not so that she can
- 31:39objectively say I created a painting, I created this, and
- 31:46that is objectively true. It's also objectively right in
- 31:51the sense that when she says this, her words are actually
- 31:55true. And they are right because she
- 31:57did in fact do this. Whether you believe it or not,
- 32:02whether you believe that the painting is good or bad or
- 32:05whatever, she did in fact do it. It is objectively true that that
- 32:10painting was created at this certain time.
- 32:12And all this the only thing that you can argue as if missing
- 32:18Maude were to say that something is objectively beautiful.
- 32:23When you start talking about optics, that's the point where
- 32:27you can argue otherwise. She may say this is the most
- 32:31beautiful painting in the world as where you could then come
- 32:35along and say, no, I don't think so.
- 32:37I've seen better, I've seen more beautiful or whatever.
- 32:41I personally think that our paintings are absolutely
- 32:43beautiful. Personally.
- 32:46That's when you start getting the subjective ideas and I think
- 32:52a lot of people out there, they don't understand that.
- 32:54They don't get that. Why is it that something?
- 32:58Why is it that the painter gets this extra appeal or this extra
- 33:03authority? Why does the creator get this
- 33:07ability suddenly inherently to be able to speak of things
- 33:12outside of your purview? Well, isn't it obvious it
- 33:19understands itself. The painter knows itself just as
- 33:22well as the creation, so you would expect that it's going to
- 33:30understand a great deal more of why it's purpose or meaning or
- 33:34why it even desired to make the painting than someone who's on
- 33:38the outside. And I really do believe the
- 33:43reason why I bring up all that and the art in the painting is I
- 33:47believe that people can actually have relationships with things,
- 33:51material stuff. And I believe that's where the
- 33:55atheist is trying to find his new relationship.
- 33:58He's saying, oh, I can't find things spiritually.
- 34:01I can't have a relationship with things unless I actually can see
- 34:06it for whatever they claim that it is.
- 34:11I do believe that a person can actually have an attachment or
- 34:15connection to something, even if it isn't living or breathing.
- 34:21Yeah, so I guess I'll end the video with some advice.
- 34:31If you've had a bad relationship, if you've had some
- 34:35experiences that you didn't feel were good enough to make you
- 34:40happy, then maybe you should make your own experiences.
- 34:44Maybe you should keep your mind open and at some point in time
- 34:50you'll find that meaning and purpose that you're looking for.
- 34:54If you just simply give up and you simply take your head and
- 34:58stick it up your ass like a fucked up ostrich, you're never
- 35:01going to find the answers. You're never going to find what
- 35:03you want. But whatever you do, don't run
- 35:07into people that you don't even know and then tell them that
- 35:12they are incapable of actually having experiences simply
- 35:17because you failed at what you subjected yourself to believe or
- 35:24think. Because not all things are like
- 35:27what you want and sometimes what you think you want and what you
- 35:30think you need or aren't actually what you want or need
- 35:33at all. All right, with that being said,
- 35:38I think that you all get the point.
- 35:40Remember Friday, 7:00 PM Central.
- 35:43I'm going to be doing a a live show and you are all welcome.
