Speaker 1: Hey, I Do Part two. It's Ben Higgins jumping in
• 0:19
Speaker 1: for a very special episode on the pod, and I'm
• 0:21
Speaker 1: joined by one of your favorite hosts, one of my
• 0:24
Speaker 1: favorite hosts, Kathy Swartz.
• 0:27
Speaker 2: Hello, Kathy, Hello there, Ben.
• 0:30
Speaker 1: Now, this is I Do Part two, the pod that's
• 0:33
Speaker 1: all about never giving up on love and hopefully finding
• 0:36
Speaker 1: love again. In chapter two, today, we're gonna be talking
• 0:40
Speaker 1: with one of the stars of the new Amazon Prime
• 0:43
Speaker 1: show It's not like that, Kathy. We both watched. We
• 0:50
Speaker 1: both were just talking about how much we enjoyed it.
• 0:54
Speaker 1: Aaron in this Aaron Hayes, who is our guest today,
• 0:58
  Speaker 1: is fantastic.
• 1:00
  Speaker 2: Do you agree.
• 1:02
  Speaker 3: I think she's fabulous, and it's amazing since she's married
• 1:04
Speaker 3: to her high school sweetheart and has two kids.
• 1:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, I know, she's really good at pulling deep. Here,
• 1:10
Speaker 1: let's bring Aaron in to talk to her about this
• 1:14
Speaker 1: new Amazon Prime show that I think everybody should watch.
• 1:18
Speaker 2: It's not like that Hillon.
• 1:22
Speaker 3: Well, I just want to say Aaron that I've watched
• 1:25
Speaker 3: the first three episodes and for me, my husband passed
• 1:30
Speaker 3: away and it was such a really good representation of
• 1:36
Speaker 3: what it's like to walk that journey of grief.
• 1:39
  Speaker 4: And oh wow.
• 1:40
Speaker 3: Yeah, and just it just reminds me of the ripple
• 1:43
Speaker 3: effect death, divorce, any kind of loss has on your
• 1:46
  Speaker 3: family and friends.
• 1:47
Speaker 5: So my hat is off to you guys. It's a
• 1:50
  Speaker 5: great show.
• 1:51
Speaker 6: Thank you, Thank you for watching. And I'm so glad
• 1:53
Speaker 6: that you had that experience, Like it's nice to hear
• 1:55
Speaker 6: from people that we are doing that process justice.
• 1:59
  Speaker 4: You know.
• 2:00
Speaker 1: It's you know, I think the show watching it, it
• 2:03
Speaker 1: does a fantastic job, and especially early on, of introducing
• 2:09
Speaker 1: these two stories, you know, separate but different, and how
• 2:13
  Speaker 1: they intertwined together.
• 2:16
Speaker 2: Obviously you know your character.
• 2:21
Speaker 1: Has gone through a divorce and your co stars character
• 2:25
Speaker 1: has just recently lost their wife. It starts, at least
• 2:30
Speaker 1: in episode one, with the family dynamics of this. Yeah,
• 2:35
Speaker 1: I think my question for you here is kind of
• 2:39
Speaker 1: how did you bring in this insight? Obviously you're married
• 2:42
Speaker 1: to your high school sweetheart, you have two children, So
• 2:47
Speaker 1: how do you kind of bring in the accuracy that
• 2:50
Speaker 1: Kathy is speaking about into how this whole both dynamics work.
• 2:55
Speaker 6: Well, it's I mean that part of it, I'll be honest,
• 2:58
Speaker 6: was a little bit tricky because I have not gotten
• 3:00
Speaker 6: a divorce, but I am still like, I'm twenty one
• 3:05
Speaker 6: years married, but my parents got divorced when I was fourteen,
• 3:11
Speaker 6: and it really threw my whole world upside down. So
• 3:17
Speaker 6: like pulling on that or realizing that, like, how would
• 3:21
Speaker 6: I have parented myself?
• 3:24
Speaker 7: How would I have liked to have been parented through
• 3:26
Speaker 7: that hard time I was? I thought a lot about
• 3:30
Speaker 7: in terms of meeting my character with a little bit
• 3:33
Speaker 7: of grace and understanding, And then you know, I don't.
• 3:38
Speaker 7: I think there's very few lives in this world that
• 3:40
Speaker 7: have not been touched by loss.
• 3:42
  Speaker 3: I have.
• 3:43
Speaker 4: I like, literally I have not had a very very
• 3:46
Speaker 4: close friend to me pass, but I have had lots
• 3:50
Speaker 4: of friends who have had very close people pass very
• 3:54
Speaker 4: like you know, tight tight best friends. Talk to some
• 3:57
  Speaker 4: of them.
• 3:58
Speaker 6: There's so many great books out there about the grieving process,
• 4:02
Speaker 6: about divorce, all of it. So I've picked up a
• 4:05
  Speaker 6: couple of those.
• 4:07
Speaker 7: And then I have to just give a lot of
• 4:09
Speaker 7: the credit to our writers because it was baked into
• 4:12
Speaker 7: the script. You know, it was just the specifics that
• 4:17
Speaker 7: then we were, you know, conversations we had about how
• 4:22
Speaker 7: we might feel in each moment, but so much.
• 4:26
Speaker 6: Of it was already was already right there in the.
• 4:28
Speaker 1: Script grief is I mean, I've leaned and heard Kathy's
• 4:35
Speaker 1: story multiple times, but grief usually is a concept for
• 4:40
  Speaker 1: a show, like it's a story piece of a show,
• 4:42
Speaker 1: but it's not necessarily something with the.
• 4:44
  Speaker 2: Show leads with.
• 4:45
Speaker 1: But this, this show leads with grief, which I think
• 4:50
Speaker 1: is very relatable because so many of us have experienced
• 4:54
Speaker 1: grief and pain. And I kind of believe that everybody
• 4:58
Speaker 1: has experienced some type of grief and pain. What made
• 5:02
Speaker 1: you jump on the show and say, yes, I want
• 5:05
Speaker 1: to do it knowing that grief was such a focus,
• 5:08
Speaker 1: at least early on in the in the storyline.
• 5:11
Speaker 6: Yeah, I was so drawn to this show. And I
• 5:14
Speaker 6: think because of that, you know, they they really you know,
• 5:21
Speaker 6: grief sneaks up on you and in moments that you
• 5:23
  Speaker 6: don't expect. In there's there's just such a there was
• 5:27
Speaker 6: such a beautiful moment in the pilot that I was like, Oh,
• 5:31
Speaker 6: this this is where they've gotten it right, you know,
• 5:34
Speaker 6: because Scott Foley's character, you know, his he lost his wife,
• 5:38
Speaker 6: who was my best friend. And to lose your best friend,
• 5:44
Speaker 6: to lose your wife, to have, you know, to have
• 5:46
Speaker 6: your new best friend become your wife's partner, you know,
• 5:50
Speaker 6: the husband where she's you know, they're in a car
• 5:54
Speaker 6: and she's there. Both have had terrible days and she
• 5:57
Speaker 6: wants to complain to her friend and she does, and
• 6:01
Speaker 6: then he lightens the moment and he makes a joke,
• 6:03
Speaker 6: and I think for me, it was that moment where
• 6:06
Speaker 6: I was like, Oh, this is when you need your
• 6:09
Speaker 6: best friend, and that's and then she pivots and is like,
• 6:13
Speaker 6: I miss Jenny. Because at first I was like, how
• 6:15
Speaker 6: do I get from this place to I miss Jenny?
• 6:18
Speaker 6: It was like, oh, that's why, because she's talking to
• 6:21
Speaker 6: the wrong person, but the right person is no longer there,
• 6:25
Speaker 6: and that is so specific and it's so painful when
• 6:30
Speaker 6: you just need that one person to talk to but
• 6:33
Speaker 6: they can't, they can't be there anymore. And I loved
• 6:37
Speaker 6: the way they wrote that, and I was like, if
• 6:39
Speaker 6: they get this, which is also such a female perspective,
• 6:44
Speaker 6: you know, about like how we talk to our best friends.
• 6:47
Speaker 6: I'm in safe hands. You know, this is going to
• 6:50
Speaker 6: be good. It's going to be nuanced, it's going to
• 6:54
Speaker 6: deal with the complicated nature of it, the little moments
• 6:58
Speaker 6: that that sneak up all of that.
• 7:00
Speaker 3: I find it interesting though we don't talk about grief.
• 7:03
Speaker 3: There aren't many shows that focus on griefs. It's a
• 7:08
Speaker 3: very uncomfortable topic. And that's why I find this so interesting.
• 7:13
Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm glad you feel that way, because it's true.
• 7:16
Speaker 6: Like where we meet them, it's not right after a
• 7:18
Speaker 6: lot of you know, shows might show the week after
• 7:22
Speaker 6: where it's so fresh and it's so raw. But to
• 7:26
Speaker 6: kind of start these meet these characters maybe ten months
• 7:31
Speaker 6: into their grief journey when most people kind of think, right,
• 7:38
Speaker 6: you should be back to normal and getting on with
• 7:40
Speaker 6: your life. And to have two people that really understand
• 7:44
Speaker 6: each other's grief so well and can talk about it,
• 7:48
Speaker 6: and and the way they with the kids too, that
• 7:51
Speaker 6: it's very discussed. It is on these lingering effects of
• 7:55
Speaker 6: if you know, if you watch episode three, it's like
• 7:57
Speaker 6: they have a means to go through moms stuff and
• 8:01
Speaker 6: like how each person is going to deal with that
• 8:07
Speaker 6: moment of you know, quote unquote moving on.
• 8:10
Speaker 1: Aaron, Kathy and I are both people who openly and
• 8:16
Speaker 1: passionately express our faith. Faith is a huge element of
• 8:20
Speaker 1: this show. Yeah, here is something that I think I
• 8:24
Speaker 1: want you to speak on.
• 8:26
Speaker 2: Okay, grew up in.
• 8:27
Speaker 1: The church, still actively involved. I would never tell anybody
• 8:31
Speaker 1: for the first thirty five years of my life to
• 8:35
Speaker 1: watch any Christian television. It was poorly made, it was goofy,
• 8:41
Speaker 1: it was awkward, it was oftentimes that acting like there
• 8:46
Speaker 1: was just all this like low budget, like there were
• 8:49
Speaker 1: so many things that were like it was made fun of,
• 8:51
Speaker 1: like why would we not?
• 8:52
Speaker 2: Why would do this? The Wonder Project.
• 8:54
Speaker 1: I know the people that started the Wonder Project, well,
• 8:57
Speaker 1: they've done a couple things that are spitular. It's spectacular,
• 9:02
Speaker 1: will be well done. I believe the show is one
• 9:06
Speaker 1: of them. If I think if people didn't know, they
• 9:09
Speaker 1: would never know that this was, you know, a faith
• 9:12
Speaker 1: backed show. I really want you, though, to kind of
• 9:17
Speaker 1: tell the listeners and the audience here that this is
• 9:21
Speaker 1: different than maybe what they imagine Christian television to look like.
• 9:25
  Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean I think here, here's the thing. I
• 9:28
Speaker 6: did not grow up particularly religious at all. My parents
• 9:32
Speaker 6: were a little more New Age and but have deeply
• 9:36
Speaker 6: instilled in me a lot of the tenants of it.
• 9:40
Speaker 6: You know, love your neighbor and be kind of people,
• 9:43
Speaker 6: and lead with grace and like all of these kind
• 9:44
Speaker 6: of things. So I like, there is that thing about
• 9:50
Speaker 6: Christian television or faith based television. And I would say
• 9:54
Speaker 6: that our show is a show about families, and Scott
• 10:02
Speaker 6: fully plays a pastor, like that's the thing. It's so
• 10:06
Speaker 6: it's showing the reality of a pastor words and all,
• 10:12
Speaker 6: and really humanizing that and making him a real person.
• 10:16
Speaker 6: And it's more I feel like it's there if you
• 10:18
Speaker 6: want it, and it's really not if you're not looking
• 10:22
Speaker 6: for you know, it's more like, yes, every character might
• 10:26
Speaker 6: have their separate, different relationship with faith with God, but
• 10:31
Speaker 6: this is not a show that is preaching to you
• 10:34
Speaker 6: about that. It's a show about personal relationships and some
• 10:39
Speaker 6: of our things. Some of the scenes take place at
• 10:41
  Speaker 6: a church. Well.
• 10:42
Speaker 3: I also think though that that you the show is great,
• 10:45
Speaker 3: that it shows the struggle of adolescence, fighting with parents,
• 10:52
Speaker 3: their parents about church and their faith and struggling with that.
• 10:57
Speaker 5: I just think it encompasses so much many aspects.
• 11:01
Speaker 3: Of family life in addition to dealing with divorce laws.
• 11:06
Speaker 6: Yeah, it is interesting to me too, because you know,
• 11:10
Speaker 6: I think my best friend when I was a kid,
• 11:12
Speaker 6: her dad was a pastor and uh, and I remember like, oh,
• 11:18
Speaker 6: it was so foreign to me getting to go to
• 11:21
Speaker 6: Sunday school with her, like have a sleepover Saturday night
• 11:24
Speaker 6: and then get to go to Sunday school and be like, mom,
• 11:27
Speaker 6: they have the best snacks. Mom, we get to like
• 11:30
Speaker 6: go and hang out. And she's like, okay, listen, if
• 11:32
Speaker 6: that's what you're if you want to go, then you
• 11:34
Speaker 6: could do that. I moved schools and I did not
• 11:37
Speaker 6: keep in touch with her, but it was so interesting
• 11:40
Speaker 6: to me because I don't know that life, you know,
• 11:43
Speaker 6: And like, the conversations that are had on the show
• 11:47
Speaker 6: about religion are for the most part between a pastor
• 11:51
Speaker 6: and his children, and they are they're about like, how
• 11:54
Speaker 6: do you reconcile your faith when you lose someone very
• 11:59
Speaker 6: close to you and that's not what you know? You know,
• 12:02
Speaker 6: how how can like his daughter asks her like, I
• 12:06
Speaker 6: don't know how you can go back there after this,
• 12:08
Speaker 6: and he's like, well, this isn't you know. So they
• 12:12
Speaker 6: have that conversation, that conversation, and it kind of like
• 12:15
Speaker 6: pulls the you know, pulls the shade away from what
• 12:20
Speaker 6: it might be to to grow up as a pique,
• 12:23
Speaker 6: as a as a pastor's kid, and all that that
• 12:26
Speaker 6: entails at school and at home. So the religious aspect
• 12:30
Speaker 6: of the show, I think is very grounded in what
• 12:33
Speaker 6: the reality, and it's not forced into moments to just
• 12:37
Speaker 6: to put it out there.
• 12:39
Speaker 1: I think you said that really well, it doesn't feel forced,
• 12:42
Speaker 1: and I think in the past faith based programming felt forced.
• 12:47
Speaker 1: There was this struggle and then there's this like miraculous
• 12:51
Speaker 1: turnaround and everything seems to be peachy, you know, peachy
• 12:55
Speaker 1: and good. What I enjoyed and what I enjoy about
• 12:58
Speaker 1: television in general and storytelling is you use the words,
• 13:01
Speaker 1: and I think it's true. It humanizes the characters. I
• 13:04
Speaker 1: think your show really humanizes the experience of a pastor
• 13:09
Speaker 1: trying to process loss and as you know, your best
• 13:12
Speaker 1: friend who was lost and you going through divorce on
• 13:15
Speaker 1: the show, how you're processing it. And it reveals these
• 13:20
Speaker 1: these conversations that we don't see in faith programming often
• 13:24
Speaker 1: about a desire for intimacy physical intimacy again, yeah, a
• 13:28
Speaker 1: desire for you to say, hey, I need to be
• 13:30
Speaker 1: bitchy for a little bit. I think it just it
• 13:36
Speaker 1: feels more real than what others did. And I think
• 13:40
  Speaker 1: that's healthy because I watch it and I relate. I
• 13:44
Speaker 1: watched other faith programming and I said, I that's not me, Like,
• 13:47
Speaker 1: that's not my household.
• 13:49
  Speaker 6: They're not like, yeah, I think that they've they've done
• 13:52
Speaker 6: a beautiful job of These are people going through things
• 13:56
Speaker 6: that make mistakes and don't always say the right thing,
• 13:59
Speaker 6: and they are not gonna have maybe the perfect parenting moment.
• 14:04
Speaker 6: You know, you might walk away and be like, that's
• 14:06
Speaker 6: not don't all what I meant to say to my child.
• 14:08
Speaker 6: Now she's mad at me with that, And like I like,
• 14:13
Speaker 6: when I'm watching, I'm like, this is a family show
• 14:16
Speaker 6: at its heart. It's about as religious as nobody wants this,
• 14:19
  Speaker 6: you know, like it's just it's yeah, it's it's it's family,
• 14:25
Speaker 6: and it's not pushing that. And that's what drew me
• 14:28
Speaker 6: to honestly, drew me to it was that it wasn't
• 14:33
Speaker 6: like it's foreign to me. So I'm like, okay, let's
• 14:35
Speaker 6: let's let's dive in. Let's see what we can make here.
• 14:38
Speaker 6: Without being being preachy to people.
• 14:41
Speaker 3: I want to add, I think that it is not
• 14:44
Speaker 3: just about a man and a woman adults.
• 14:47
Speaker 5: I think it is a family show.
• 14:49
Speaker 3: I could well imagine my children were older when my
• 14:53
Speaker 3: husband died, But I could well imagine that had they
• 14:56
Speaker 3: been younger, that would have been a really good show.
• 14:59
  Speaker 5: Yeah.
• 14:59
Speaker 6: I've got messages from friends that like are watching it
• 15:02
Speaker 6: with like their twelve year old and really because I
• 15:04
Speaker 6: think that that we have a storyline, you know, with
• 15:07
Speaker 6: the like the preteen girls, and this is I mean,
• 15:11
Speaker 6: it's happened in my life where your best friend and
• 15:14
Speaker 6: the kids grow up together and then all of a
• 15:16
Speaker 6: sudden they don't like each other anymore. And you're like,
• 15:19
Speaker 6: but hanging out used to be so easy, and we
• 15:22
Speaker 6: can make all these plans and I can make plin
• 15:24
Speaker 6: and then would just be there and now it's like
• 15:27
Speaker 6: you and I can do something right, but are like,
• 15:30
Speaker 6: hopefully they'll grow out of it or hopefully they'll come
• 15:32
  Speaker 6: back together.
• 15:32
Speaker 5: And that's what's just so amazing is the layering in
• 15:36
  Speaker 5: the show.
• 15:37
  Speaker 3: I just, I just it's not just about faith, it's
• 15:40
Speaker 3: not just about loss, it's not just about divorce. It
• 15:44
Speaker 3: really encompasses so many family aspects that we all go
• 15:47
Speaker 3: through it sometime or another.
• 15:49
  Speaker 6: Yeah.
• 15:49
Speaker 2: Absolutely, Aaron on this podcast.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: One of the topics that it's always brought up because
• 16:05
Speaker 1: this show is about that second chapter and about finding
• 16:10
Speaker 1: love again, and you know, reference to today's conversation, it's
• 16:17
Speaker 1: obviously about a divorce. And a loss of a spouse.
• 16:22
Speaker 1: But in your own personal life, I think, just so
• 16:24
Speaker 1: people can get to know you better, how do you
• 16:27
Speaker 1: find the ability to love yourself every day? You know,
• 16:32
Speaker 1: you have this incredible story with your high school sweetheart
• 16:36
Speaker 1: and your two kids, But how do you personally find
• 16:39
Speaker 1: you know, that second renewal of love.
• 16:43
Speaker 6: Yeah, it's I mean, I think for like most of us,
• 16:48
Speaker 6: it's a struggle. It's like day to day, right, like,
• 16:51
Speaker 6: how much are you I find that I am? Well,
• 16:56
Speaker 6: I don't know. I'll answer it this way. Let me
• 16:58
Speaker 6: know if you if this was what you met, like,
• 17:01
Speaker 6: I find that I'm most fulfilled when i'm you know,
• 17:06
Speaker 6: like having it all. And I mean like did I
• 17:10
Speaker 6: get outside a little bit today? Did I do Did
• 17:13
Speaker 6: I have some time with my children that felt meaningful?
• 17:17
Speaker 6: Have I laughed with my husband? Have I exercise? Have
• 17:21
Speaker 6: I exercised? You know, did I like, do one nice
• 17:25
Speaker 6: thing in the house or did I talk to a
• 17:27
Speaker 6: hang out with a friend. I mean, you can't keep
• 17:29
Speaker 6: all your cups filled all the time. But if I
• 17:32
Speaker 6: you know, hit three out of five and one of
• 17:35
Speaker 6: them involves like doing something nice for my husband or
• 17:39
Speaker 6: doing something nice for my children, then usually I feel like,
• 17:43
Speaker 6: you know, a little pat on the back, like I
• 17:45
Speaker 6: feel all right, I feel a little full. But there
• 17:49
Speaker 6: are those times, and it's interesting like with the show,
• 17:51
Speaker 6: because I think we meet her at one of these
• 17:53
Speaker 6: early times where which is a very typical mom experience.
• 17:58
Speaker 6: You know, we are trying to make everything okay for
• 18:01
Speaker 6: everybody else all the time. We want our kids to
• 18:03
Speaker 6: be okay. We even like she's even taking care of
• 18:06
Speaker 6: her ex husband because she doesn't know how not to
• 18:09
Speaker 6: do that. She wants to take care of Malcolm. She
• 18:12
Speaker 6: wants to do so it's like you see Lorie like
• 18:15
Speaker 6: giving and giving and trying to wrestle with how do
• 18:20
Speaker 6: I take care of myself? I think me as an actor,
• 18:24
Speaker 6: like I have a lot of time off in between
• 18:27
Speaker 6: jobs a lot of times, you know, like we're not like,
• 18:30
Speaker 6: oh so overworked, We're just like, please give me work
• 18:34
Speaker 6: so that in the time off I can I can
• 18:39
Speaker 6: take time for myself, usually especially when the kids are
• 18:42
Speaker 6: at school and you know they're sixteen and eighteen now,
• 18:45
Speaker 6: so they drive, so there's like a lot less to
• 18:47
Speaker 6: do so I can have that time. But it's interesting,
• 18:50
Speaker 6: like where we meet this character is that she doesn't
• 18:54
Speaker 6: know how to do.
• 18:55
Speaker 1: That yet, Kathy, do you feel that way not to
• 18:57
Speaker 1: turn this conversation on?
• 18:58
  Speaker 6: No, please?
• 19:00
Speaker 5: Did I feel which way?
• 19:03
Speaker 1: Like there wasn't enough, you know, after especially after your loss,
• 19:07
Speaker 1: like that you're taking care of everybody else, So.
• 19:11
Speaker 5: You know, for me, my.
• 19:14
Speaker 3: Struggle was a little bit more difficult because of the
• 19:17
Speaker 3: nature of my husband's death and my kids were older.
• 19:21
Speaker 6: How old were they, can I ask.
• 19:23
Speaker 3: Yeah, sure, My daughter was thirty two and a son
• 19:29
Speaker 3: thirty six, and a son about that thirty thirty two
• 19:34
Speaker 3: in their thirties, and one grandchild, And so for me
• 19:39
Speaker 3: it was it was very difficult to I found I
• 19:42
Speaker 3: really struggled to meet my kid's needs. I couldn't even
• 19:45
Speaker 3: meet my own needs when he died. So it's a
• 19:49
Speaker 3: little bit different now. I think that's why this show
• 19:52
Speaker 3: resonates with me so much now, because it's almost looking
• 19:57
Speaker 3: in the rear view mirror of coming up on his
• 20:00
Speaker 3: seventh anniversary of his death, And for me, his death
• 20:05
Speaker 3: was a suicide, and so it was a very different
• 20:08
Speaker 3: kind of the character on the show. He has time
• 20:15
Speaker 3: to process that she's dying of cancer, and I think
• 20:17
Speaker 3: that makes a difference. So for me, it's a little
• 20:20
Speaker 3: bit different. But that's why I appreciate this show so much.
• 20:23
Speaker 3: I get to reflect on how my life has changed,
• 20:27
Speaker 3: and it actually gives me a lot of hope that
• 20:29
Speaker 3: I've come so far, because grief is a journey that
• 20:32
Speaker 3: you just keep walking through.
• 20:34
  Speaker 4: You.
• 20:35
Speaker 6: Yeah, well, I'm glad that you are sitting in a
• 20:38
Speaker 6: comfortable space watching this experience that me coming on this
• 20:41
  Speaker 6: podcast wasn't mess.
• 20:44
Speaker 3: Oh no, thoroughly, I really thoroughly. I actually would kind
• 20:47
Speaker 3: of like my kids to watch. I think they would
• 20:49
Speaker 3: benefit from it as well.
• 20:51
Speaker 2: I'm good now, Aaron.
• 20:53
Speaker 1: That kind of wraps us up here to really the
• 20:55
Speaker 1: final chapter for viewers out there, are people curious about
• 20:59
Speaker 1: what we're speaking about today. What do you hope they
• 21:01
Speaker 1: get out of watching this show? What do you hope
• 21:03
Speaker 1: there are overall experiences.
• 21:07
Speaker 6: Listen? Number one? I hope they're entertained. Number two, I
• 21:11
Speaker 6: hope we can. You know, I love the messages of
• 21:15
Speaker 6: this show is it's really kind of how do we
• 21:21
Speaker 6: meet other people and ourselves with a little bit of
• 21:25
Speaker 6: grace and kindness, you know, because we don't we think
• 21:29
Speaker 6: we know what people are going through. We don't know
• 21:31
Speaker 6: what anybody is going through and so to meet somebody
• 21:36
Speaker 6: from a place of understanding and kindness. I guess that's
• 21:41
Speaker 6: what I would like people to take from this show.
• 21:44
Speaker 3: And how to support I think you're you at your character.
• 21:48
Speaker 3: You do a great job of showing how to support people,
• 21:52
Speaker 3: children and other and adults going through this.
• 21:55
Speaker 6: So my head, I love this because I tell you,
• 21:57
Speaker 6: like in my my own personal and my friends will
• 21:59
Speaker 6: know this, like, oh, I will mother ever anybody you
• 22:04
Speaker 6: let me mother you. I just like, come come here,
• 22:07
Speaker 6: let me brush your hair, Let's hold your hand. I
• 22:09
Speaker 6: want to I'll tell you, I'll tell you some heart's truth,
• 22:12
Speaker 6: but I'll also want to snuggle you afterwards when we
• 22:14
Speaker 6: watch some television. So I love like and I love
• 22:16
Speaker 6: the children on this show so much, like I just
• 22:19
Speaker 6: get to mother more people, please. That fills my heart.
• 22:24
Speaker 1: It's really well done. We wouldn't be speaking about it
• 22:28
Speaker 1: today unless it was for anybody listening who will come
• 22:33
Speaker 1: across this. Be sure to check out it's not like
• 22:36
Speaker 1: that on Amazon Prime.
