  Don't text him on Valentine's Day. Let go, let God, and stop repeating broken cycles.

  Put the phone down. Yes, right now. This is your big sister moment. Now listen to me.

  And I'm not trying to be bossy. Actually, I'm coming to you with a very sincere heart right now.

  Because I've been in this position. And this very position is what changed my

  life. before you open that message, before you type that text,

  before you scroll that page. I want you to pause.

  Because you've survived what's already behind you. And what's in front of you, God is preparing.

  And you cannot hold both. You can't cling to the past and reach for the promise at the same time.

  Do not text him. Nope, not today.

  Not hey stranger, not just checking in, not I miss you.

  No, because some doors God closed on purpose.

  And if the Holy Spirit is nudging you right now, this is for you.

  If he shut it, if God shut the door, I want you to trust him. Now let's be honest.

  Valentine's Day hits differently when you're single. The roses,

  the couples, the engagement posts, and suddenly your heart starts whispering.

  Maybe he wasn't that bad. Maybe I overreacted. Maybe I should see how he's doing.

  No, sis. That is loneliness talking. Not wisdom, not healing, not God.

  That is emotion trying to pull you back into something God already delivered you from.

  Don't dishonor that journey with one weak moment.

  Isaiah 43, 16 says, Forget the former things. Do not dwell on the past.

  Sis, God already told you, Stop revisiting what I rescued you from.

  Stop trying to revive what I already released.

  Let me say this with love. Some relationships ended because they were never sent by God.

  You prayed, you cried, you tried, you waited, and still it didn't work.

  Not because you weren't enough, but because it wasn't aligned.

  Proverbs 19.21 says, Many are the plans in a person's heart,

  but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails.

  Sis, if God removed it, he had a reason.

  Stop trying to rebuild what he

  already dismantled that hey

  stranger text has never healed anyone let's tell the truth that text never leads

  to closure it leads to confusion mixed signals late night conversations old

  feelings broken boundaries another situationship another tear session,

  another why did I do that moment.

  I know you guys can relate. I've been there. I remember saying, why did I do that?

  Every single time it ends in that. And every time you go back, healing gets delayed.

  Proverbs 26.11 says, as a dog returns to its vomit, so fools repeat their folly. That is scripture.

  Going back to what broke you is not love. That's a cycle. And that's how cycles begin.

  Just one more conversation. Just a little bit more closure. We can be just friends.

  What's the harm of checking in?

  No, no, no.

  That's how healing stalls. That's how progress gets delayed. That's how crowns slip.

  God is doing too much in you for you to be distracted by someone who couldn't protect your heart.

  Now, let's talk about feelings. Feelings are real, but they are not rulers.

  Jeremiah 17.9 says, The heart is deceitful above all things.

  Sometimes your heart lies to you. It tells you he's changed.

  He misses me. It'll be different this time.

  But discernment says if he was sent by God, you wouldn't have to beg,
• 7:05
  guess, chase, or shrink.

  You wouldn't have to overthink his texts. You wouldn't have to question your worth.

  You wouldn't have to fight for basic love.

  Peace is your confirmation. If it costs you your peace, it costs way too much.

  So don't look back. You're not going that way. The enemy loves to use this as a tactic.

  He'll remind you of the good times, the laughs, the memories, the potential.

  But he won't remind you of the tears, the confusion, the anxiety, the prayers for escape.

  Genesis 19.26 tells us, Lot's wife looked back and got stuck.

  Sis, don't look back. You're not going that way.

  Isaiah 43.18 says, Forget the former things. Do not dwell on the past.

  God is doing a new thing, but you'll miss it if you keep staring at what's behind you.

  You have to let go so God can heal you.

  Some of you are tired because you're carrying what God asked you to release.

  You can't heal what you keep holding.

  You can't grow while gripping the past. You can't receive new wine and old wineskins.

  Matthew 9.17 reminds us, new things need new space. Sis, God wants to heal you,
• 8:30
  but healing requires surrender.

  And healing isn't easy, but it is absolutely worth it.

  Some days are going to feel hard, but that doesn't mean you're failing.
• 8:44
  It means you're healing.
• 8:46
  Healing isn't pretty. Healing isn't instant.
• 8:49
  Healing takes courage, but it leads to wholeness.
• 8:54
  And you are becoming the woman your future husband is praying for right now, this very moment.

  You don't have time to waste anymore.

  I need you to protect your crown. God needs you to protect your crown.

  So I want you to ask yourself, why do I keep choosing the same kind of love?

  Why do I keep ignoring red flags? Why do I keep settling?

  Unhealed wounds attract familiar pain, but healed women choose differently.

  And Romans 12.2 says, be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

  This is your moment to think differently, love differently, choose differently differently.

  I want you to grab what's in front of you because there is more ahead of you
• 9:42
  than there is behind you.
• 9:44
  More peace, more clarity, more joy, more purpose, more love.

  And Philippians 3, 13 through 14 says, forgetting what is behind and straining

  toward what is ahead. I press on.

  This is your assignment. Press forward.

  Stop reaching for what already failed. Reach for what God is building.

  Some of you need more clarity today. And if that is you, I want you to write
• 10:10
  down what the relationship costs you.

  Your peace, your confidence, your sleep, your joy.

  Then I want you to thank God for delivering you and commit something to yourself.

  I, and to God, I want you to say, I will not go back. I will not repeat.

  I will not settle. Not another moment.

  Not one more moment, sis. Your royal assignment for this week for Valentine's.

  I want you to write a letter to your future self.

  I want you to tell her how proud you are for choosing peace,

  for waiting, for trusting God, for not going back.

  Then I want you to thank God in advance for the man who will never make you question your worth.

  The man who covers you, honors you, prays with you, protects your heart.

  He's coming and you're being prepared for him.
