Speaker 1: Hello there, welcome back to Empower your Soul.
• 0:04
Speaker 1: This episode, I'm so sorry, is all about me.
• 0:08
Speaker 1: Today, spirit has come on to ask me to talk about me and my life updates and where I'm at and how everything has shifted for me throughout the year.
• 0:17
  Speaker 1: So buckle up.
• 0:17
Speaker 1: This is a little bit of a journey.
• 0:20
Speaker 1: I'm sure I will be all over the place with this, because I don't really have notes and it has been quite an interesting year for me, so vulnerability is full on right now.
• 0:32
Speaker 1: I'm very uncomfortable, but I'll get over it.
• 0:34
Speaker 1: This is the part.
• 0:36
Speaker 1: We feel the fear and we do it anyway, everybody.
• 0:38
Speaker 1: So back in March April, personally for me, it feels like my life hit the brakes.
• 0:45
Speaker 1: It feels like everything slowed down.
• 0:47
Speaker 1: Everything felt very out of alignment, things weren't working anymore and things just felt like really slowed down.
• 0:54
Speaker 1: And what proceeded after the March April timeframe is essentially, for me personally, going through a lot of trauma in terms of my personal life, in terms of my family lineage and sort of in terms of my past lives, and these trauma things just kept coming up over and over and over again, and so what that meant is I was going through nervous system fight, flight or freeze pretty consistently over the spring, over the summer, especially while my kids were home, and we finally hit September right now.
• 1:25
Speaker 1: And it's just really interesting because that phase and I know we're in eclipse season right now that phase from essentially March, april until early September I'm going to call that as the great undoing, and I think that's actually the name of what I called this eclipse that happened just this weekend on September.
• 1:46
Speaker 1: But what really was the great undoing for me?
• 1:49
Speaker 1: It was the removing of old beliefs, old traumas, old systems for me that were no longer working.
• 1:56
Speaker 1: For me reflected that too much in my business.
• 2:02
Speaker 1: Yet A lot of this has been more personal processing for me, my personal life going through and kind of doing things behind the scenes, changing the way that I teach, changing the things that I talk about a little bit in terms of the mediumship, mastermind, etc.
• 2:16
Speaker 1: But for me this has really been the undoing of, I want to say, like the corporate version of me, or at least the parts of me that played it safe and really coming into alignment with the newest and best version of me, which has been really, really interesting because I feel like I've been doing both for a while because, if you know, it takes so long to undo when you are in bad structures.
• 2:44
Speaker 1: I think that's the generic way I want to say it.
• 2:46
Speaker 1: So let me give an example.
• 2:47
Speaker 1: It's so hard to undo the corporate mindset, it is so hard to undo toxic systems and beliefs that have been in your energy for since you've been born right Since before you were born because that's part of your family lineage.
• 3:02
Speaker 1: And so for me this has been really a season half a year really of double clicking into toxic beliefs and patterns that I have been in and undoing them one at a time.
• 3:18
Speaker 1: And if it sounds exhausting, it fucking was, it fucking is, and I'm sure I'll continue to process all these things.
• 3:26
Speaker 1: But it's been this really interesting point for me because I actually just had a quick chat last week with one of my former colleagues and from my last job in corporate America, and it was so easy to jump back into that mindset, into that system.
• 3:41
Speaker 1: I mean, she was literally calling me from the office hey girl, if you're listening.
• 3:45
Speaker 1: And it was so easy to just go back into the corporate talk, the water cooler talk, understanding the structures and beliefs, right, there was something so familiar with having that conversation and getting updates of the company, of the projects, of the people that I know and the people that I was so close to for several years, and it felt so familiar and it felt honestly good to be in the familiar.
• 4:14
Speaker 1: And then I had to honestly get off the call with her.
• 4:16
Speaker 1: I love her, so this is not about you, girl.
• 4:17
Speaker 1: I had to get off the call with her and like go for a walk, like shake off that energy, because when toxicity shows up again in the way that it always has in your life, it's so easy to go right back into old routines and old mentality.
• 4:31
Speaker 1: And so this year has really been all about undoing the structures that don't serve me in terms of where I'm going, and I think it's really appropriate because I've just started the Joe Dispenza book it's I don't know if I can finish this one Becoming Supernatural, because I think it's that one.
• 4:55
Speaker 1: I'm not sure, caveat, that I might be referencing the wrong book.
• 4:59
Speaker 1: This is the one that's popping in my head right now, but putting yourself in this mindset of who do I want to be before you actually are that person, and setting yourself up for success energetically that way.
• 5:09
Speaker 1: And it's not about affirmations, it's not about saying positive things, right, saying things in the present tense, even though they haven't happened yet.
• 5:19
Speaker 1: This is more about living and embodying who you want to be, so that you eventually energetically catch up to that.
• 5:26
Speaker 1: I love that idea.
• 5:27
Speaker 1: I love that idea and I think I've been playing the opposite honest to God in this business and I think this is a function of being in this metaphysical work.
• 5:37
Speaker 1: I think it's so different for me because in corporate, I have always been told what I'm supposed to do.
• 5:43
Speaker 1: What project am I working on?
• 5:44
Speaker 1: What executives am I working with?
• 5:46
Speaker 1: I have always been told what's the structure, what's the methodology in executing this project, what are the toll gates that I have to present with, you know my findings for, and getting approval to go forward.
• 5:58
Speaker 1: Can I work from home, right, like?
• 6:01
Speaker 1: What days can I take off, how much time I can take off?
• 6:04
Speaker 1: So I've always been this under this umbrella in my businesses, or at least in my career aspect of everything is always told to me.
• 6:13
Speaker 1: Everything is always approved by somebody else, and this is almost the mindset I'm working through right now.
• 6:24
Speaker 1: I feel like I'm on the later half of it, but always waiting for someone else to tell me what to do, what's the right time frame, always waiting for approval externally of my successes, always waiting for somebody else to tell me good job, you're doing great.
• 6:39
Speaker 1: That is really the thing that I'm undoing at this very moment, because I have gotten so many downloads from Spirit about what I should be doing in this business, and I mean they are freaking nuggets of gold, they are amazing.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: But at the same time, I'm hesitating on those things Because I wonder will you all like those service offerings?
• 7:01
Speaker 1: Will you like those trainings?
• 7:03
Speaker 1: Is that what the market needs?
• 7:05
Speaker 1: And again, this is my brain kicking in over my spiritual knowing, and I don't think this is me purposely sabotaging it.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: I think it's the function of these behaviors and mindsets that I have grown accustomed to over the past 25 years, that I have grown accustomed to over the past 25 years Waiting for somebody else to say yeah, that's a good idea, great job.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: And God, my loving weather, vane witches, they get it from me the most.
• 7:30
Speaker 1: Hey, what do you think about the service offering?
• 7:32
Speaker 1: Does this look good?
• 7:33
Speaker 1: Is this a good idea?
• 7:35
Speaker 1: Right, and some of you might be very surprised to hear me say this.
• 7:41
Speaker 1: I think in my gut I know that these are the right things to do, but I'm still stuck in that pattern, that mindset of seeking approval, seeking validation, and so I think right now I'm going to vow that I'm going to break that and I'm just going to go for it and I feel like I've started doing this.
• 7:57
Speaker 1: So, case in point and it's really interesting case in point is the Sacred Roots program.
• 8:03
Speaker 1: Okay, so launch that spirit was like do this, do this, do this.
• 8:06
Speaker 1: And I said no, this is not in alignment with me.
• 8:08
Speaker 1: And they said Do it anyway.
• 8:10
Speaker 1: And so I've done it and it's been an amazing, incredible impactful program for those of you that have gone through it, for me, that have created, created it.
• 8:16
Speaker 1: And I'm so happy that I listened to spirit, against my own better judgment, worse judgment, and executed this program so that people could get out of this nervous system, reactivity and get moving thank you, spirit into the vibes and energy that is in place right now in September, which is more execution mode and less let's uncover every problem under the sun, work through it to set us up for September right, and I feel like that's the season that a lot of people have been in.
• 8:52
Speaker 1: And then, case in point number two is a new program I'm releasing in a few weeks.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: Well, I have released it, but it's starting in a few weeks to do the spirit communication mentorship.
• 9:05
Speaker 1: I'm hesitating here because it's a little bit of a pitch, but I've been talking about this on the podcast for months about how I want to do this program, about all of the spirit communication, breaking it down, about how it's not difficult.
• 9:21
Speaker 1: Right, you need to learn the foundation of spirit communication and it's the same across all the different modalities.
• 9:26
Speaker 1: So let's take a couple months to learn the foundation of spirit communication, how it works within your energy, how it actually works across the different spirit communication modalities, and let's go into those one at a time and get you connected psychically, get you connected to departed loved ones, get you connected to the Akashic Records, to the galactic realm, right and so, and spirit guides don't forget the spirit guides because they're always in my ear and so creating this nine-month program in my head it's been swirling for months, but I've been waiting, I've been waiting, I've been waiting, I've been waiting.
• 9:55
Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, when's the time?
• 9:56
Speaker 1: When's the time, when's the time?
• 9:57
Speaker 1: And literally, time and literally I was meeting with a lovely person who called in and was inquiring about mentoring with me and Spirit said you're going to release that in three weeks.
• 10:09
Speaker 1: And I'm like what?
• 10:10
Speaker 1: And they're like three weeks, you have three weeks to launch that while I was on the call with her and I'm like, okay, there it is.
• 10:16
Speaker 1: So now I've launched that program and I haven't.
• 10:21
Speaker 1: This is the way.
• 10:21
Speaker 1: This is the way I have to function with spirit, because I know my mind will get in.
• 10:25
Speaker 1: The way is, when I hear that I stand it up in a day, I mean I still have to create the classes.
• 10:31
  Speaker 1: That's fine.
• 10:31
Speaker 1: Some of them are created, some of them aren't, because it is a nine-month program.
• 10:34
Speaker 1: But I stood that up in a day before my brain could catch up and reason and logic my way out of it.
• 10:40
Speaker 1: And I released it in one day and I said here it is, here's the program.
• 10:44
Speaker 1: And then the next day my brain was there, doubting me, doubting that anyone would sign up, because this is our brains, everybody, this is.
• 10:54
Speaker 1: This is what it's like being a metaphysical practitioner, even though we know the direction from spirit is get this done.
• 10:59
Speaker 1: Now our brains are still like I don't know about that, maybe it's just me, maybe I'm the only one that's like this, but this is apparently a function of my projector self and my one three line in the human design?
• 11:16
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 11:16
Speaker 1: This is what I've been told.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: So I stood up and we've already had some people sign up for it, so I'm so excited.
• 11:23
Speaker 1: So if you want to learn spirit communication or any of those different modalities, this is it.
• 11:27
Speaker 1: Even if you're like a beginner or you've taken a beginner's mediumship class, this is going to give you an incredible foundation in the way that you haven't had it before understanding the why, understanding the mechanics of spirit communication, wondering how certain clairs come in.
• 11:41
Speaker 1: It's not just about the evidence.
• 11:42
Speaker 1: This is about learning the language of spirit as a foundation so that, as you go forward, you know exactly how to troubleshoot some of the issues that you're having.
• 11:54
Speaker 1: Having a shitty connection day, well, that's because your vibration can be low.
• 11:59
Speaker 1: Or if you've had bad things going on, of course it's going to be a little bit lower.
• 12:02
  Speaker 1: Are you hectic?
• 12:03
Speaker 1: Of course you're not going to hear your spirit guides, because you need to make space for them.
• 12:06
Speaker 1: It needs to be quiet, right?
• 12:08
Speaker 1: So, understanding a lot of the things that catch people up downstream as they're into the modality and they don't understand why that's what I want to give you on the front end is the why it's going to be a lot of nitty gritty, how to's and why's in the front, so fair warning.
• 12:27
Speaker 1: But having that basic knowledge is going to make the rest of the classes and learning the rest of modality so much easier.
• 12:33
Speaker 1: So I'm really excited about that one.
• 12:36
Speaker 1: I am listening to spirit and following my gut and just going with that.
• 12:39
Speaker 1: But it's the same with the rest of my business too is just listening to spirit in these downloads and knowing when it's time to move forward with all this stuff.
• 12:49
Speaker 1: So I mean that, essentially, is what's changing with me and my business is that I'm trusting spirit more.
• 12:55
Speaker 1: I'm undoing this version of me that was waiting for approval either from my witches or my community, and I think I'm just going to start going out there and I think I'm going to take like the a la Joe Dispenza or whatever book I read and really just put myself out there the way that I want to be put out there, the way that I want to put out there not put out, though, everybody that's what she said to make sure that I'm representing myself in the way that I need to, because I think there's just so much.
• 13:29
Speaker 1: Here's where, exactly where my mind went, and exactly why I just paused right now is because I was like there's so much of the same out there and that's what I'm worried about.
• 13:39
Speaker 1: But then I remind myself that I'm not the same as everybody else out there, and what I do, even if a million other people do it, is going to be my vibration, my energy, my version of it, and that's exactly what some people need.
• 13:52
Speaker 1: And so I'm going to stop waiting for space to be given to me.
• 13:56
Speaker 1: Let me say this again I'm going to stop waiting for space to be given to me.
• 14:00
Speaker 1: I'm going to start taking that space that I earned already and showing up the way that I feel is in the highest and best alignment for what I need, because I know if it's for what I need, it's for what you need too, and so I'm really excited about this.
• 14:15
Speaker 1: I'm I'm really excited about this.
• 14:16
Speaker 1: I'm really really excited about this because I really feel like the great undoing that has taken place over the course of the year so far has allowed me to show up as this version of me today, because, before I hit record on this podcast, I pulled a card from my James Eads Cosmo Visions Oracle.
• 14:41
Speaker 1: It's one of my favorite decks.
• 14:42
Speaker 1: It is one of my favorite decks.
• 14:44
Speaker 1: It is beautiful, all the photos, all the pictures are like Van Gogh-esque.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: And all of the suits, because it's like a, it's a tarot spoof I'll talk about that in a second.
• 14:56
Speaker 1: But all of the suits in because it's it's like a, it's a tarot spoof I'll talk about that in a second.
• 14:57
Speaker 1: But all of the suits in it, like there's what are they?
• 15:01
Speaker 1: Trees, there's a bunch Lotuses, and so all of the suits that are.
• 15:09
Speaker 1: Those all have a picture that's like panoramic.
• 15:14
Speaker 1: If you put all the cards in order, it's.
• 15:15
Speaker 1: It's the most gorgeous deck, but the the premise of this oracle deck is it's a mirror version of the tarot deck, but it starts at death and it talks about your life between lives.
• 15:28
Speaker 1: So it's like the cut.
• 15:29
Speaker 1: So I just really love it because it talks about everything after death and and like bringing you back to your next life, like that's the idea of the Cosmo Visions Oracle, and so a lot of what you read, or a lot of the cards, will be very similar to the tarot deck, but they take a little bit of a different spin on it.
• 15:45
Speaker 1: So I got the four of lotus, or sorry, so the card I got was the seven of lotuses, which is essentially the seven of cups, and it says choices and daydreaming, which is exactly how I feel right now, energetically.
• 15:56
Speaker 1: So it's a picture of lotuses growing under a river that has flooded, and there's frogs in the picture too, and it says under the water a new world unfolds.
• 16:11
Speaker 1: Life has adapted and now various fish and amphibians thrive in the recent flood, opening up new opportunities for growth.
• 16:18
  Speaker 1: Here we go.
• 16:19
Speaker 1: It is a symbol of duality two worlds existing simultaneously.
• 16:22
Speaker 1: For many, the new rush of water is welcomed.
• 16:25
Speaker 1: For others, it may be an opportunity to adapt.
• 16:28
Speaker 1: If you find yourself immersed in a wondrous and new world, the magic that flows through these waters will be alluring and intoxicating.
• 16:36
Speaker 1: This card shows up when you have been living in two worlds, as a way of not choosing one.
• 16:41
Speaker 1: You may be feeling overwhelmed by decisions and instead have chosen to retreat into another daydream.
• 16:47
Speaker 1: It is healthy to fantasize about having two lives, but it is too much time spent between you.
• 16:52
Speaker 1: But if too much time has been spent in between you, will they don't have a, they're missing a comma.
• 16:59
Speaker 1: You will wake up feeling not part of either, feel fully in it and get caught up in the wonder of one.
• 17:06
Speaker 1: So I guess that's really where I'm going to challenge you all today, given where you have all been in the past six months.
• 17:19
Speaker 1: If you're anything like the other people I have been talking to, it has been a rough go of 2025.
• 17:26
Speaker 1: Personally, I'm going to say it that way For all of us, it's been a lot of things that have bubbled up that needed healing, that maybe you have ignored for a while, maybe things that you didn't even know you needed healing on right, and so you don't have to stay in that space.
• 17:44
Speaker 1: If you don't want to, you can choose.
• 17:46
Speaker 1: The healing is meant to move you forward.
• 17:52
Speaker 1: The healing isn't meant to show you how defective you are or what's broken with you Absolutely not.
• 17:57
Speaker 1: When something comes up and bubbles up for healing, these are signs that you are ready to move on and let go, and so it's really interesting, because the energy spirit keeps giving me is a lot of people keep looking back.
• 18:14
Speaker 1: They keep looking back to the past six months and seeing, like, wondering what the fuck, like where have I been?
• 18:20
Speaker 1: Like holy shit, I'm a broken person.
• 18:23
Speaker 1: Look at all the stuff that I needed.
• 18:24
Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no.
• 18:25
Speaker 1: That's not what I want you to do.
• 18:28
Speaker 1: I want you to look back and say look at how much I have overcome, look at everything that I have been through and persevered through and has continued to show up.
• 18:36
Speaker 1: As for me and for those people that are all around you Because that is the version that they want you to see the whole purpose of the last six months has been releasing the chains, releasing the cords of things that are no longer aligned to your highest and best self.
• 18:57
Speaker 1: So what are you doing with that?
• 18:59
Speaker 1: Are you going to choose to keep looking backwards and living the old ways of doing things, or are you going to choose to finally leave those stones in the past, the boulders of your past, back there, and start moving forward into the sunlight?
• 19:13
Speaker 1: And start moving forward into the sunlight.
• 19:16
Speaker 1: We get to choose everybody.
• 19:17
Speaker 1: This is eclipse season.
• 19:18
Speaker 1: We get to choose who and what we want to be.
• 19:22
Speaker 1: At any moment in any day, you can decide to be different.
• 19:24
Speaker 1: Make that day to day.
• 19:26
Speaker 1: What do you want to be?
• 19:28
Speaker 1: Who do you want to show up as?
• 19:30
Speaker 1: Because I'll tell you what there are no mistakes.
• 19:34
Speaker 1: There are zero mistakes in your life.
• 19:38
Speaker 1: Everything that you have been through, everything that you have failed, crashed and burned on.
• 19:44
Speaker 1: They all serve a purpose to help you where you're at today, and so I'm going to do it myself, and I'm going to encourage you as well to stop living in these two worlds of the past and the potential future and start living in the present and allowing that present to be the best and highest version of yourself, which is going to change your vision, your perspective on the past, and it's also going to set you up for success in the future.
• 20:12
Speaker 1: Choose you, choose your highest and best path.
• 20:18
Speaker 1: Stop living two worlds.
• 20:20
Speaker 1: Everybody, there we go.
• 20:27
Speaker 1: That is my life update for all of you.
• 20:27
Speaker 1: I hope you enjoyed this.
• 20:28
Speaker 1: Stay tuned, for I have no idea, because spirits telling me what to do on the daily basis right now.
• 20:31
Speaker 1: So stay tuned for more Everybody, take care.
