- 0:03I wanted family. Good morning, God blessed me. Welcome back to the
- 0:05morning Devo. Today is Friday, so you already know. We get into
- 0:10an authentic imitationology mode a man. We switch and we get into a focus
- 0:15on imitating the most successful person who has ever lived on this planet Earth,
- 0:20the Lord Jesus. Amen, him and everything that he has done, everything
- 0:24he is doing everything that we're becoming like him, Amen, And we're being
- 0:29like him, So we're imitating him and no other. Amen. And Jesus,
- 0:34the Lord, Amen, the perfect example of God on this earth.
- 0:39He gave us the perfect example, the sinless man, the sinless servant,
- 0:43Amen, the suffering servant, the one who took all the sins of the
- 0:48whole entire planet, on the whole entire world upon himself, yet he himself
- 0:52did not sin. We're gonna imitate him on Fridays Authentic Imitationlogy. This is
- 0:57episode number seventy eight. And the question I have today is how do you
- 1:04endure trials? And then I asked this the other day on the youth group
- 1:10that I was I was blessed to be a part of to teach a man,
- 1:15And I asked that question, and I said, listen them, let's
- 1:18how you cope with your trials? What do you do? You go to
- 1:21other people, you do this, you do that, And they were mentioning
- 1:25some interesting things, so I figured, let me see, let me ask
- 1:29that to the authentic invitationlogy people right online. How do you endure trials and
- 1:38what do you focus on to help you persevere through suffering? These are some
- 1:42questions that listen regardless if you believe in the Lord Jesus or not, I
- 1:47could guarantee you we're going to have a position of pain that's very similar.
- 1:52We all suffer, we all go through pain, hardships, loss, all
- 1:56kinds of stuff. But how do we endure right and who do we stay
- 2:00focused on or what do we stay focused on to persevere during those times of
- 2:06suffering and pain and all that stuff that happens is going to happen in life.
- 2:10About how do we focus and what do we do? So I'm calling
- 2:14this one look forward because if you look back to sometimes that you know are
- 2:19unfortunate and you keep on focus on the things behind us, Amen, you're
- 2:23not looking forward to the hope that we have in Christ, then you're going
- 2:25to be in the worst position Amen. So from experience, I know what
- 2:30I'm talking about, from experience, trying to help you out. From experience,
- 2:32I'm like, let's look forward, don't look back, Amen, because
- 2:36sometimes in the back, other than Christ, the day that you met him,
- 2:39the day that he found you, the day that he saved you,
- 2:43rescued you, filled you with his spirit. Amen, that day that I
- 2:46look back on is beautiful. But everything around those times in the back Amen,
- 2:53then not really you know, helping me or benefiting me. Amen.
- 2:57So I try to focus and I try to look forward, Amen, look
- 3:00forward to our hope in Christ. I hope in Christ. I hope you
- 3:04get what I'm saying. Amen. Good morning, Sister Joy, and good
- 3:07morning God bless you. Welcome back to the Morning Devo. So every Friday,
- 3:09Authentic Imitationalogy. This is episode number seventy eight. So we've been together
- 3:15seventy eight Fridays, Amen, getting this on. So, Oh, glory
- 3:19to God. Right, So let's pray first. After we pray, we'll
- 3:21share this out for sixty seconds. Help me share this to as many people
- 3:24that come to your heart, that comes to your mind, so that way
- 3:27they could get on this word and they could get this morning Devo into their
- 3:30system, Amen, into their body, into their mind, into their heart.
- 3:34Amen, And they could apply on these principles, and they can apply
- 3:37this word that we have Amen, through the scriptures in their own lives in
- 3:42real time and see what God could do with those opportunities in that situation and
- 3:46the situation that you're facing. God is able to help you through those situations.
- 3:52Amen. Sometimes he won't take away the pain, sometimes he won't take
- 3:55away the trial. Amen. But as long as we're focused on Him,
- 4:00the author and perfector of our faith, and we're looking forward, we have
- 4:02a great, great possibility, a great chance to get through it. Amen,
- 4:08to get through any trial, any situation with Him. Without him,
- 4:13I think it's curtains. With him, we could do all things through Christ,
- 4:15who gives us the strength. So you have any questions, comments,
- 4:19concerns, prayer requests. I'm your man right here, Amen, So don't
- 4:25hesitate to leave it on a live chat. If you're listening from Soul Winners
- 4:28with a z dot org, welcome back. If you're watching online on social
- 4:32media or from the website so So Winners with a z dot org, there's
- 4:35a lot stream there as well. Amen, Welcome back. Amena. If
- 4:40this is your first time, no coincidences. Hold on, stay here,
- 4:43Amen, This message is for you, designed specifically for you. There's no
- 4:47coincidence coincidences in the Kingdom of God. When God draws you to himself,
- 4:54Amen, by way of his spirit. Amen, there's no mistakes. Listen
- 4:58up. This message is for you. So Father God, Thank you Lord
- 5:00Jesus for today, and thank you Lord God that we have the way of
- 5:04looking forward and not relying on the past. Only past that we rely on,
- 5:10Lord God, is the past that you've shown us through your word.
- 5:13And what you have done before is your resume of what you can do for
- 5:16us and through us today. I thank you Lord God for saving You're saving
- 5:21grace. Thank you, Look God that you are all truthful, that in
- 5:26you there's no lies. In you, there's no darkness. Thank you,
- 5:28Lord God, that you're full of grace and mercy upon our lives. Thank
- 5:30you Lord Jesus that you love us, You loved us so much that you
- 5:33died for us, that we will have eternal life. All we have to
- 5:38do, Low God, and all our pray, Lord God, is that
- 5:40you will help us focus and look forward towards what you have done and what
- 5:45you're doing in our lives. I pray a hedge protection over all of the
- 5:48people right now that's listening and watching, over myself, my family, my
- 5:51bloodline. In Jesus' name, I pray forth ark ween angels, minister angels,
- 5:57dispatching them right now through every single regions or every single people place wherever
- 6:03you are, Lord God, I pray that your arkwen angels, minsterry angels
- 6:06and warrant angels will annihilate the tactics of the enemy over our lives. In
- 6:11Jesus name, I pray peace to their body physically, emotionally and spiritually.
- 6:15For everyone listening and watching, I pray Lord God that over myself as well,
- 6:18I pray Lord God, that we will come together devote sometimes to you,
- 6:23look forward towards you, and Lord God, that you would look at
- 6:26us and be mindful of who we are, because you already know our hearts,
- 6:30You already know what we think. And I thank you, Lord God
- 6:32that you love us anyway. I thank you Lord God that you are with
- 6:34us anywhere. And thank you Lord God that you will never leave us nor
- 6:38forsake us. And I pray to God that the peace of God will give
- 6:42us this surpassing peace that the world needs, but they don't know where to
- 6:46get it. And help us, Lord God, introduce people to the one
- 6:49who is the princip peace, which is you, Lord Jesus. So I
- 6:53pray by faith, I pray, Lord God, that you will continue to
- 6:56work through these authentic imitationology sessions, these morning deeps and touch the hearts of
- 7:00every single person who is seeking truth in Jesus name. I prayed. It's
- 7:04by faith, and everyone who agrees we say amen, and Amen is power
- 7:08and agreement. So let's agree. Let's take sixty seconds to share this album.
- 7:12When we come back, we'll get right into the scripture. And the
- 7:15scripture is Second Corinthians, chapter number four, Second Corinthians, Chapter number four,
- 7:18verses sixteen to eighteen. The apostle Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit,
- 7:24is gonna let us know a couple of things today. Amen. So
- 7:26let's go for it. I'll be very bad man. We're back. We're
- 8:45back. Let's go for it. Let's see what the word of God has
- 8:48for us today. It's amazing that holy spirite God has an on time word
- 8:52for us every single day. Who could testify? Who say amen? Because
- 8:54listen. Every time I read the scripture, I'd be like, that's for
- 8:58me right now. I'm taking that, I'm stealing that, owning that,
- 9:01Amen, and I'm gonna apply that to my life. There's never a miss.
- 9:05You can never miss when you put the word of God in front of
- 9:09you, look forward to what God's word has for you daily. Amen,
- 9:13can never miss. You will never be letting every ts for for us every
- 9:16single time we read his word. Why because his word is alive, active,
- 9:20shopping at any double edged sword, and his word is able to do
- 9:24exactly what his word says it would do. Amen, penetrating our heart.
- 9:28Penetrating our heart. Sister Joint says, I thank God for another day he
- 9:33gives me to wake up. But I am asking you to pray for my
- 9:37son, Louis. I know you are, And now it's my husband.
- 9:41He has pain in his chest. I don't know what to do. I
- 9:46want to take him to the emergency room today. He is not feeling too
- 9:48good. You know what he is going through. He is going through chemo.
- 9:54I guess chemo right now, and my son he has to go for
- 9:58surgery. I'm getting so tired and so weak. I don't have nobody to
- 10:03help me. I'm all by myself. So God, we set forth the
- 10:05ark green angels, minister angels, the angels that will help sister Joanne's family
- 10:11right now. Give it a wisdom, give it a strength, and when
- 10:15she's weak, you will show you so strong in her life over the tourist
- 10:18family, from the very youngest family member to the very oldest family member,
- 10:22and every single person in between, that you would touch their heart, touch
- 10:26their lives and go and move forward and victory. My sister, you got
- 10:28what you need. Amen, you have the Lord. You're never loan.
- 10:33Amen, and reach out to the sisters in Christ that you know that pray
- 10:37for you and reach out and they will definitely be there with you, and
- 10:41they will send somebody and send hope. Most partly we will pray, and
- 10:46that's the Lord to intervene. But Angelo, God bless you, Bro,
- 10:50Larro prayers being lifted in Jesus name. There you go right there. You
- 10:54never alone, my sister, You never alone. I pray for strengths.
- 10:56Xavier, God bless you, my bro. Pray for strengths. See that
- 11:01we've already got people praying and we're ministering in the spirit right now, sending
- 11:05your way, hope your way, sending peace your way, sending arkmen,
- 11:11angels your way, ministering angels your way, sending the presence of God.
- 11:15Amen. With You're already inside of you, my sister, so you're never
- 11:18alone. Thank you for trusting us enough to share that. And that's some
- 11:22you know. I trust that you trust in God. Amen, And thank
- 11:26you so much for sharing that. But don't be having fear. Amen,
- 11:31have faith and look forward to what God is going to do in your life.
- 11:35Every time God intervenes in my life, for example, Amen, is
- 11:37always something the best thing that I could ever hope for when God intervenes.
- 11:43Sometimes it'll be painful on my end, but it would be the best thing
- 11:48that ever happens, if that makes any sense. So let's go forward.
- 11:52Let's see what we have today. Thank you so much, my sister for
- 11:54sharing that. Amen. I love to pray for people, and I know
- 11:58the our prayer works. So on this episode of authentic immentationology, we're gonna
- 12:05look forward. Hey man, that's what I'm calling this one today. Amen.
- 12:07And this is the scripture right here. Second Corinthians chapter four, sixteen
- 12:11to eighteen. I hope that's low. Come this, okay, I get
- 12:20it. That's that's six days is supposed to be sixteen. So we do
- 12:24not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away. Listen closely.
- 12:31The Bible is honest. The Bible's honest. Though our outer self is wasting
- 12:37away, we're getting older, everyone is. Our inner self is being renewed
- 12:41day by day. This is what I'm what I've been trying to tell young
- 12:46people for years. Or you old, you old, you old? Okay,
- 12:52the outer part, everybody out of self is wasting away. Everybody.
- 12:56For the young people, listen, thank God that you're young. Use your
- 13:01youth and follow Christ. Amen, use your strength and youth and everything.
- 13:05But the guarantee is this. You're out of self is wasting away just like
- 13:09everybody else. But our inner self, if you're in Christ, is being
- 13:13renewed day by day. A men, you notice anybody with a young spirit
- 13:18in them, They might be sixty seventy years old, but they have such
- 13:20a young spirit inside of them. That's because the spirit is being renewed inside
- 13:24of them day by day, Verse seventeen. For this light, momentary affliction
- 13:31is preparing for us an internal way of glory beyond all comparison. Right,
- 13:37So I know I don't like affliction. I don't like pain. I don't
- 13:41like drama, chaos, I don't like pain. I don't like none of
- 13:45it. I don't know anybody who welcomes that or loves that or likes that
- 13:48either. But it's a momentary affliction. According to when we're looking forward to
- 13:54what God has for you and what God has for me, momentary affliction is
- 14:00preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison Verse eighteen. As
- 14:05we look not to the things that are seen, but to the things that
- 14:11are unseen in the spirit. Right, For the things that are seen are
- 14:16transient. In other words, they're temporary. But the things that are unseen
- 14:22are what eternal. Last time I checked, temporary has no comparison to eternity.
- 14:31What's happening to us when it comes to affliction is preparing us where actually
- 14:37God has actually taking affliction and using it for us to learn from and to
- 14:43grow from. Right and affliction, pain and all that. If you're in
- 14:46Christ, those are our slaves, Those are not our masters. As a
- 14:50matter of fact, nothing compares to what's coming the way of glory. Nothing
- 14:56compares to that, this temporary life that we're living. A man, let's
- 14:58make account, let's share the gospel. Let's reach people with the love of
- 15:01Christ. Amen. But all those other things that are temporary, Amen,
- 15:07Well, we ain't gonna look at that and compare that to anything that God
- 15:11has for us. We can look forward to what God has for you and
- 15:13for me. For the things that are seeing, what are transient, temporary,
- 15:18but the things that are unseen are eternal. We serve a God who
- 15:22is spirit. We serve a God who is unseen but shows up and makes
- 15:26himself seen through various ways. Man who can testified. And when you don't
- 15:33think God is working Amen, he shows up Amen, when we look forward
- 15:35towards him, when we look forward to the Lord. Amen. So he's
- 15:39never going to abandon us. He's never gonna Nothing can separate from us from
- 15:45His love first and foremost, right, height, depth, demons, life,
- 15:48death, Nothing can separate us from the love of God. Sin will
- 15:54separate rate us, Sin will separate us from his goodness, but his love.
- 15:58Because God is nothing can separate us from God's love. The Bible says
- 16:03it. I agree with it, and I believe it. So the joy
- 16:04us, Good morning, God blessed, Praise the Lord. Yeah, we're
- 16:07praising the Lord here. Amen. On the morning Devo. Xavier says,
- 16:12this is an awesome verse about finding strength and renewal in times of difficulty,
- 16:18focusing on the eternal rather than the temporary. Yes, listen, what we
- 16:22have in common. No matter who believes or not, we're all going to
- 16:26go through some kind of trouble, some kind of pain, some kind of
- 16:30suffering. Amen. My pain might be different from your pain, but amen,
- 16:34we have common ground. Things don't always come together the way we think
- 16:38they will, and in this world Jesus said, we will have trials and
- 16:42trouble. Amen. So we all go through things. The thing is what
- 16:47are we doing, who we're focusing on, who we're believing in, What
- 16:51are we believing in? Amen? So it always helps to have something to
- 16:56look forward to, not something to look back on. Think about it,
- 17:00man, thank you, thank you. This is the verse that God gave
- 17:03me through my Bible app that I use to do these morning DeVos. So
- 17:11I believe this is for us right now today, Amen, for us to
- 17:15look forward. It might not be a message for everybody. Somebody might be
- 17:18already in this zone of looking forward, and I'm looking back Praise the Lord.
- 17:22Amen. Sometimes I get into that zone too, But I know that
- 17:26I could use the word of God daily. I could use the help of
- 17:30God's Holy Spirit daily. Amen. I'm humble enough to say that I don't
- 17:33have it all together. Amen. There's a lot of evangelists on these social
- 17:37media seemingly having it altogether. But let's pray for one another that will be
- 17:44honest. The Word of God is honest. Telling us listen, you're out
- 17:48of self is decaying, it's wasting away. Amen. You don't hear a
- 17:52lot of people preaching that, but it's the word of God. Amen.
- 17:55So let's be honest. The Word is honest with us. So let's go
- 17:57for it. Let's apply with the word or the God has for us.
- 18:00Let's not apply something that's outside of the word and try to make it the
- 18:03word and try to tell people that this word is not relevant anymore, because
- 18:08you know this word is relevant. Amen. God, let you or will
- 18:12be done yes all the time, as it is in heaven, let it
- 18:17be on earth. Amen. So it always helps to have something to look
- 18:21forward to when the work week feels like it never is never going to end.
- 18:27Weekend plans are bright light at the end of the tunnel. That's why
- 18:32our fridays I try to shift it into my weekend mode, right because I
- 18:37look forward to some time, some downtime, even though as a minister and
- 18:42ministry weekends might get a little bit busier than the week But amen, whatever
- 18:48the situation is, you know what I mean. Usually Amen, Commonly,
- 18:52the weekend is something to look forward to for a lot of people, other
- 18:56people in certain professions like nurses and doctors. The weekend, the weekend,
- 19:00it is what it is. But we have to have some kind of downtime,
- 19:03some kind of time to engage our family, you know, to be
- 19:07with family, be with friends, to rest, Amen, to rest.
- 19:12So the weekend is something to look forward to sometimes knowing that winter won't last
- 19:19forever and that spring is coming and spring is here, right, winter was
- 19:23to me, winter is kind of dreadful a man. Depending on where you're
- 19:27living over in the Northeast, to me, it's kind of dreadful. Some
- 19:32people embrace winter, some people love winter. I could do without it,
- 19:36but I don't want summer all year around either. A man would have to
- 19:38rather have spring summer and fall. You could take the winter away, but
- 19:45amen, I'm not in a place where we don't have a winter season,
- 19:48so all those things won't last forever. Spring is here, and that can
- 19:55help you get through a cold, dark place in your life knowing that this
- 20:00nothing else to look forward to. Like when different seasons hit, Amen,
- 20:04I literally get into different season mode. I don't know if that makes sense
- 20:07to you. Spring comes, that means spring cleaning, spring, this new
- 20:11things, that new year comes in the winter. I'm like, yeah,
- 20:15knew this, knew that. Amen. It gets me into a mold to
- 20:18look forward to other things, to better things. A man, I'm not
- 20:21gonna look back to Man, that was my worst year I had or fifteen
- 20:26twenty thirty years ago. That's the worst time I ever had in my life.
- 20:29I think about it every now and then because I'm human being right,
- 20:30But I don't stay there. I look forward a man. I live my
- 20:36life the way I drive. I look forward, not backwards. A man.
- 20:38If I waste time or too much time looking through the rear view mirror
- 20:41or through my side mirrors, I'm gonna lose focus on what's in front of
- 20:45me. Amen, So never lose focus on what's in front of you.
- 20:48And the Lord is in front of you. The Lord is in you,
- 20:49The Lord's with you, He's by your side. Amen, he has your
- 20:52back. And he doesn't even remind us of our past. So who's reminding
- 20:57us of our past? If it ain't the Lord exactly, either us or
- 21:03the enemy. Because it ain't, it ain't God. God's not saying,
- 21:07yo, remember what you did twenty years ago. You know, I'm gonna
- 21:10remind you that you're this and you're nah God. That's not Jesus, that's
- 21:12not God. That's another spirit. Hey man, Some days there's terrible days,
- 21:18to be honest, some days there's good days. Some days there's peace,
- 21:22some days there's chaos. Some days there's pain. Sometimes it's pain free.
- 21:26We got to be honest. We men live by the day. Sometimes
- 21:29I'm learning to learn by the day. But most importantly, I learned to
- 21:33look forward to what God has for me and for you. Amen. When
- 21:37when you look forward to the hope that God offers, His hope never disappoints.
- 21:41This world system promises you all kinds of stuff, promise me and my
- 21:47children all kinds of stuff, man, And those things are all transient temporary,
- 21:52and you focus on the temporary, you're gonna get temporary results. Some
- 21:55people ask me, why would a god punish you eternal for something that you've
- 22:00done temporarily. That's a good question, right, Why would God punish sin
- 22:06eternally? Because it was never his plan to begin with? Think about it.
- 22:10Genesis one reading hisself, Genesis two, read of hisself, then Genesis
- 22:14three, and something happens in Genesis three. And we don't even know how
- 22:18long it took Eve to be deceived by that serpent. We just think it
- 22:22happened right away, and we think Eve ate that apple right away because we're
- 22:26just putting that in there. There's no dates there, Amen, But say
- 22:30it was right away that We don't know how long they were living with God,
- 22:34that Adam and even were obeying God. It could have been a billion
- 22:37years that they were obeying and then that one time it disobeyed. So we
- 22:44take time as if Jesus looking at my calendar and that or God is looking
- 22:48at your calendar. His time, he's an eternal God. His time is
- 22:52not like our time. Amen. He stepped into our time. In the
- 22:56beginning. God created us. He wasn't created, He was created tour in
- 23:00the beginning, got created the heavens and the earth. Nowhere in the scripture
- 23:03does it say, oh, that only took a week or a couple of
- 23:06weeks, or a month, a couple of years, or that was way
- 23:08back in one AD or one BC. Nah, come on, we're making
- 23:14that up. Let's be honest. The word says what the word says,
- 23:17and let's go by what the word says. Amen. There's a request here,
- 23:22please help the children feed. Please, if somebody wants to go to
- 23:26that site, I'll put it up. Amen. The reason why I,
- 23:32you know, I'm kind of like cautious about these kind of messages is that
- 23:37there's a lot of things going on online. So if it's true that you
- 23:41need this request for your children, there's many ministries depending on where you are,
- 23:47I'll get with you and I'll send you some links to some ministries that
- 23:49do this, that help people all over the world with food and hunger and
- 23:53all that. Amen. So thank you for sharing that. The suffering feels
- 23:57so heavy. Sometimes, the trials feel heavy. Sometimes the struggle seems like
- 24:02is never going to end. So how do you endure? You look forward
- 24:07to what God has now for what the world has. Please, if you're
- 24:11buying into this world system and man, you might want to rethink that.
- 24:15I could guarantee I tried what the world offered, trust me, and I
- 24:19tried it, and I did it. I guess well, according to the
- 24:22world standards, and I was lied to, Oh, just drink this smoke
- 24:27that, get with this person, get this car, get this type of
- 24:32money, get in this crowd. Done it, been there, done that.
- 24:36It was all lie. Amen. So some people it seemingly works because
- 24:41it's only a temporary fix to something that's eternally broken in their hearts. You
- 24:45want an eternal fix. Look forward to what the Lord Jesus has for you
- 24:48and for me. So we have what we need through the verses today we
- 24:52have what we need through God every day, and we got the temporary,
- 24:57the afflictions and all that a slave to the Master. Amen. And he's
- 25:03using these pains and afflictions that are temporary and showing us to look forward to
- 25:07the eternal. Don't dwell on your past, Amen. We have today right
- 25:11now. We could change some things. We could seek God, run after
- 25:15him, run after our purpose in Christ, and move forward and look forward.
- 25:18Amen. I hope you get what I'm saying today, and I hope
- 25:21this sparks up something in your life for this weekend to be the best weekend
- 25:25you've very experienced in a long time. Right, second, gringth is shot
- 25:27the four. Read the whole chapter for yourself amount of time. But thank
- 25:32you so much for coming through to these morning DeVos on Fridays we do authentic
- 25:36commitationology. God bless you all, got keep you all or remember always that
- 25:41God is good. Peace,
