- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Hope that everybody's having a great Friday morning out there
- 0:07Speaker 1: and hopefully you all have fantastic plans lined up for
- 0:11Speaker 1: the weekend. But before we get there, we're going to
- 0:15Speaker 1: talk about good old Richard Kahn. Now, Richard Kahn and
- 0:21Speaker 1: Darren Indyk, they were Jeffrey Epstein's in-house team, right? You
- 0:25Speaker 1: had the accountant on one side, which was Kahn, and
- 0:29Speaker 1: then on the other side, you had the lawyer, which
- 0:31Speaker 1: was Darren Indyk. And working in conjunction, these two were
- 0:37Speaker 1: two of the main cogs of Epstein's machine. Now, you
- 0:41Speaker 1: can take a look at court documents and see those
- 0:43Speaker 1: very allegations being laid against these guys by the federal
- 0:47Speaker 1: government themselves. down in the Virgin Islands. So, look, these
- 0:52Speaker 1: two dudes had no business being the executors of Jeffrey
- 0:57Speaker 1: Epstein's estate in the first place. How that ever happened,
- 1:00Speaker 1: I don't know. And how there's not some sort of
- 1:02Speaker 1: mechanism that's in place to remove people like that is
- 1:06Speaker 1: beyond me, but here we are. Somehow, Indycan Khan played
- 1:13Speaker 1: a crucial role in administering funds to the survivors. Just
- 1:18Speaker 1: chew on that for a minute. How is it that
- 1:20Speaker 1: these guys are sitting around and negotiating anything and not
- 1:24Speaker 1: worrying about their own indictments? Well, I guess you'll have
- 1:28Speaker 1: to ask the SDNY that question, folks. I don't have
- 1:31Speaker 1: the answer, unfortunately. I wish I did. So until we
- 1:35Speaker 1: get that answer, why don't we keep digging through the
- 1:38Speaker 1: rubble and let's see what we come up with. This morning,
- 1:41Speaker 1: we have an article from the Daily Mail. And this
- 1:45Speaker 1: article was originally published On October 7th of 2019. Headline.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Executive of Jeffrey Epstein's estate, named a new lawsuit, was
- 1:57Speaker 1: seen removing a bag of items from the pedophile's mansion
- 2:01Speaker 1: the day after his suicide, allegedly, and after Millionaire had
- 2:06Speaker 1: admitted to having damaging dirt on high-powered houseguests. Yeah, it's
- 2:10Speaker 1: all a conspiracy theory, though. You guys are just making
- 2:13Speaker 1: it up. And that's why these episodes are very important.
- 2:19Speaker 1: It shines a light back on the things that we've
- 2:20Speaker 1: talked about in the past, but there has been so
- 2:23Speaker 1: much since then, people who might be new to the
- 2:26Speaker 1: case or even those of us who have been following
- 2:28Speaker 1: it forever, these are the kind of things that we
- 2:31Speaker 1: might have forgotten. And this is crucial. When it comes
- 2:35Speaker 1: to unraveling what else went on here, I have no
- 2:38Speaker 1: idea how this was allowed to occur. This guy removes
- 2:43Speaker 1: evidence the day after Jeffrey Epstein commits suicide? How's that
- 2:47Speaker 1: even possible? Considering the guy was under indictment, sitting in
- 2:51Speaker 1: a jail cell, nobody should have been removing anything from
- 2:54Speaker 1: that house. And then he should have been subpoenaed by
- 2:57Speaker 1: the federal government for whatever he took. None of that occurred.
- 3:02Speaker 1: This article was authored by Luis Boyle. The co-executor of
- 3:09Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's Last Will and Testament is pictured for the
- 3:12Speaker 1: first time by DailyMail.com after he was seen removing a
- 3:16Speaker 1: bag of items from the late pedophile's Manhattan townhouse. Richard
- 3:20Speaker 1: Kahn was spotted at Epstein's home one day after the
- 3:24Speaker 1: convicted pedophile's alleged suicide in pictures exclusively obtained by the DailyMail.com. Kahn, 46,
- 3:33Speaker 1: is a longtime business associate of Epstein. He was named
- 3:37Speaker 1: as a defendant last week, along with co-executor Darren K. Indyke,
- 3:41Speaker 1: in a new civil suit from a Jane Doe plaintiff
- 3:44Speaker 1: who claims she was routinely abused and exploited for three
- 3:48Speaker 1: years by Epstein at his New York home around 2002
- 3:53Speaker 1: when she was 14 years old or younger. So, just
- 3:58Speaker 1: from that first opening salvo, do these sound like the
- 4:02Speaker 1: kind of guys that should be administering any sort of
- 4:06Speaker 1: compensation funds for survivors, or do these sound like the
- 4:10Speaker 1: kind of dudes who should be lawyering up? I know
- 4:13Speaker 1: my opinion is they should be lawyering up, but I
- 4:16Speaker 1: guess that's not how the real world works anymore. Three
- 4:21Speaker 1: other women have filed Jane Doe suits against Epstein's estate,
- 4:25Speaker 1: alleging rape and sexual assault. One woman claims he continued
- 4:29Speaker 1: to abuse her up until 2014. Khan, who has no
- 4:34Speaker 1: social media presence and has not been pictured publicly before,
- 4:38Speaker 1: has now been placed front and center in the Epstein
- 4:41Speaker 1: scandal in his role as co-executor. Khan did not respond
- 4:46Speaker 1: to multiple voicemail and email messages from DailyMail.com requesting comment.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Now I wonder why Mr. Khan has no social media presence. Interesting.
- 4:58Speaker 1: You know who else doesn't have a social media presence
- 5:00Speaker 1: or who didn't have one? Steven Paddock, the guy that
- 5:03Speaker 1: shot up Las Vegas during the October festival. He had
- 5:09Speaker 1: no social media profile either. You know who doesn't have
- 5:11Speaker 1: a social media profile? Weirdos. That's who. Or people who
- 5:15Speaker 1: have something to hide. And I'm guessing that Khan is
- 5:19Speaker 1: probably both of those things. Definitely something to hide, in
- 5:22Speaker 1: my opinion. As far as a weirdo, well, if you're
- 5:24Speaker 1: hanging out with Epstein and you're facilitating shit for Epstein,
- 5:27Speaker 1: chances are, you're a weirdo. And when you look at
- 5:31Speaker 1: the pictures, you'll see he's out here in a hoodie, right?
- 5:34Speaker 1: He has the hoodie pulled up in a pair of shorts,
- 5:37Speaker 1: wearing a baseball cap underneath the hoodie, some glasses on,
- 5:41Speaker 1: and acting like he is, you know, O-Dog from Menace
- 5:45Speaker 1: to Society after he just held up the convenience store.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I mean, give me a break with this dude. Yeah,
- 5:51Speaker 1: you don't look suspicious or anything. What were the police doing?
- 5:55Speaker 1: I mean, are they too busy down there? What is it?
- 5:58Speaker 1: Pina Colada hour? What do we have, hors d'oeuvres over at,
- 6:02Speaker 1: you know, the local Tammany Hall? What the hell is
- 6:06Speaker 1: going on, folks? The day after Epstein's suicide, alleged, Kahn
- 6:14Speaker 1: entered Epstein's 71st Street townhouse. dressed in a t-shirt, shorts, sunglasses,
- 6:21Speaker 1: and with a baseball cap pulled low, Khan went inside
- 6:24Speaker 1: the $ 77 million property after a man, believed to be
- 6:27Speaker 1: an employee of the late financier, raced from a waiting
- 6:31Speaker 1: car and unlocked the door. Yeah, well, who was that man, too?
- 6:34Speaker 1: There's a picture of him standing right next to Khan,
- 6:38Speaker 1: another person that should be talked to. You see, if
- 6:40Speaker 1: this was a real criminal case, case and they were
- 6:44Speaker 1: really going after these people as a criminal organization, every
- 6:48Speaker 1: single person that was pictured with Epstein ever would have
- 6:51Speaker 1: a criminal profile built on them the same way they
- 6:53Speaker 1: do in the mafia. You know, like when you see
- 6:55Speaker 1: the movies or the TV shows and they have like
- 6:57Speaker 1: the punch boards or the whiteboards with all the different
- 7:01Speaker 1: leaders and the roles that people are playing within criminal organizations.
- 7:07Speaker 1: If they had one of those for Epstein, then you
- 7:09Speaker 1: would have in Dyke and Kahn right below the Epstein
- 7:13Speaker 1: and Maxwell, in fact, probably right on an even keel
- 7:17Speaker 1: with Maxwell because I doubt she was telling Indyker Khan
- 7:20Speaker 1: what to do. Her duties were elsewhere with the girls,
- 7:23Speaker 1: making sure the core four were doing what they were
- 7:25Speaker 1: supposed to do and opening up those social doors. When
- 7:29Speaker 1: it came down to the dirty work, you know that
- 7:32Speaker 1: Epstein was in on that on himself with these two dudes.
- 7:37Speaker 1: The pair spent around 45 minutes inside before Khan emerged
- 7:41Speaker 1: in a red hoodie, carrying a medium-sized blue shopping bag,
- 7:45Speaker 1: and got into a waiting car with the employee. He
- 7:48Speaker 1: was driven around the corner where he climbed into a
- 7:51Speaker 1: Range Rover. I mean, these guys are playing cloak and
- 7:53Speaker 1: dagger over here. The journalists can find them, right? The
- 7:57Speaker 1: New York Times journalists easily found them. What was the
- 8:01Speaker 1: FBI doing? What was the SDNY doing? Too busy trying
- 8:05Speaker 1: to cover up the fact that you all look like
- 8:07Speaker 1: boobs because Epstein died in your custody? The following day,
- 8:12Speaker 1: the New York Times published an account by journalist James B.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Stewart who had interviewed Epstein in August of 2018. In
- 8:21Speaker 1: the course of their conversation, Epstein told Stewart that he
- 8:24Speaker 1: had filed away dirt on his famous houseguests, some of
- 8:28Speaker 1: it potentially damaging or embarrassing, including details about their supposed
- 8:32Speaker 1: sexual proclivities and recreational drug use. Huh, I thought that
- 8:38Speaker 1: was all a conspiracy theory, you bunch of silly people
- 8:40Speaker 1: out there. You better believe the official narrative that shoved
- 8:44Speaker 1: down your throat. And that's why it amazes me when people...
- 8:49Speaker 1: Dive right in and just accept the official narrative for
- 8:52Speaker 1: what it is all the time. You know, here's the thing.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Trust but verify, right? I'm not one of these people
- 8:58Speaker 1: that sees a boogeyman around every corner like other folks do.
- 9:01Speaker 1: You know, some people always have to have a boogeyman.
- 9:04Speaker 1: The World Economic Forum or this one or that. You know,
- 9:08Speaker 1: come on. That's a little much for me. But accepting
- 9:11Speaker 1: the official narrative... From an institution like the DOJ or
- 9:17Speaker 1: the federal government who has a lot on the line
- 9:20Speaker 1: as far as, you know, it goes. Talking about their
- 9:24Speaker 1: credibility and people up in arms about the way they're
- 9:29Speaker 1: conducting themselves. Of course they don't want that to be
- 9:31Speaker 1: out publicly, right? Even if it was just the most
- 9:36Speaker 1: incredible gaffe ever and everything lined up perfectly... Like Bill
- 9:40Speaker 1: Barr said, and it was a perfect storm, that alone
- 9:43Speaker 1: is enough to make them look horrible. So they're going
- 9:46Speaker 1: to try and save face as much as they possibly can.
- 9:52Speaker 1: But how in the world do the federal authorities not
- 9:58Speaker 1: have what it is that Khan had in his possession?
- 10:02Speaker 1: Especially because we know that Epstein had this sort of stuff.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Hard drives, probably flash drives, you know, you name it.
- 10:11Speaker 1: I'm sure he had it. And all of it just
- 10:13Speaker 1: happened to be gone. Just like when they came down
- 10:15Speaker 1: and raided the Palm Beach pad. Before they got there,
- 10:19Speaker 1: he was tipped off, allegedly, and everything was gone then, too.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Stewart added, so one of my first thoughts on hearing Mr.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Epstein's suicide was that many prominent men, and at least
- 10:32Speaker 1: a few women, must be breathing sighs of relief, and
- 10:35Speaker 1: whatever Mr. Epstein knew, he has taken it with him.
- 10:39Speaker 1: And I'm sure there is a lot of that. I'm
- 10:40Speaker 1: sure there are things that only Jeffrey Epstein knew. But
- 10:44Speaker 1: there were other people who were privy to his crimes.
- 10:47Speaker 1: At least some of them. And he needed other people
- 10:50Speaker 1: for a lot of these crimes to work. So he
- 10:53Speaker 1: didn't do this alone. It wasn't done in a vacuum.
- 10:57Speaker 1: The names of hundreds of people... Linked to Epstein could
- 11:01Speaker 1: be made public if court documents, which are part of
- 11:03Speaker 1: a defamation lawsuit by Epstein survivor Virginia Roberts, are made public.
- 11:09Speaker 1: And we now know that those have been made public, right?
- 11:12Speaker 1: Roberts has claimed Epstein and his cohort, British socialite, co-conspirator,
- 11:16Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag, fellow child abuser, and bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 11:22Speaker 1: allegedly trafficked her for sex while she was a teenager.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Maxwell has repeatedly denied the claims and called Roberts a liar. Well,
- 11:30Speaker 1: she was sued for that, and now she's sitting in
- 11:32Speaker 1: a jail cell. So, Ghislaine Maxwell, bipedal serpent, who is
- 11:36Speaker 1: a liar now? Virginia Roberts told the Daily Mail in
- 11:40Speaker 1: February 2011 that she was forced to have sex with
- 11:45Speaker 1: Prince Andrew on orders when she was younger. The defamation
- 11:48Speaker 1: case was settled on undisclosed terms. More than 900 filings
- 11:53Speaker 1: in the suit had remained secret until August when a
- 11:57Speaker 1: federal appeals court unsealed about 2,000 pages. So this is
- 12:03Speaker 1: the defamation case that we've been talking about. And again,
- 12:06Speaker 1: it's relevant now because Preska is getting ready to release
- 12:11Speaker 1: more documents. So I want to make sure that we're
- 12:13Speaker 1: all prepared for that. A federal judge in New York
- 12:17Speaker 1: has said parties on both sides will have a chance
- 12:20Speaker 1: to make arguments about what should be public and what
- 12:23Speaker 1: should remain secret. And Preska so far has been pretty
- 12:27Speaker 1: true to her word as far as unsealing this stuff.
- 12:31Speaker 1: I think she's done a pretty good job being transparent.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyer, Jeffrey Pagliuca, said at a hearing earlier this
- 12:40Speaker 1: month that the documents contained hundreds of names of people
- 12:43Speaker 1: who would need to be notified and given a chance
- 12:46Speaker 1: to object before they were released. And remember, she was
- 12:49Speaker 1: fighting all of this. She didn't want any of this
- 12:52Speaker 1: released while she was going through her trials and tribulations.
- 12:55Speaker 1: But now that her goose is cooked, she don't give
- 12:58Speaker 1: a shit. Every man or woman for themselves. Earlier this month,
- 13:04Speaker 1: lawyers for one John Doe petitioned the New York court
- 13:07Speaker 1: asking that the names of the people in the documents
- 13:10Speaker 1: who are not party to the lawsuit be kept secret. Epstein, 66,
- 13:15Speaker 1: who faced decades in jail on sex trafficking charges, hanged
- 13:18Speaker 1: himself in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in
- 13:22Speaker 1: Lower Manhattan on August 10th, allegedly. He had pleaded not
- 13:27Speaker 1: guilty to charges of sex trafficking involving dozens of underage
- 13:32Speaker 1: girls as young as 14 from at least 2002 to 2005.
- 13:34Speaker 1: And we know it goes back way, way longer than that.
- 13:43Speaker 1: That's just what they, those are the hold'em charges, right?
- 13:45Speaker 1: Remember when Maxwell got nailed, I told you, hey, look,
- 13:48Speaker 1: these are just the hold'em charges. And then what happened?
- 13:50Speaker 1: Superseded indictment came, right? Same thing here. These were hold'em charges.
- 13:54Speaker 1: This was going to become more robust, guaranteed. Epstein's cellmate
- 14:02Speaker 1: had been transferred, and the financier, pedophile, was not on
- 14:05Speaker 1: suicide watch at the time of his death, despite an
- 14:08Speaker 1: apparent attempt to take his own life weeks earlier. Boy,
- 14:11Speaker 1: they leave a lot out here, don't they? And this
- 14:13Speaker 1: is the problem with the legacy media and even some
- 14:16Speaker 1: outlets like the Daily Mail. The reporting is not complete.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Why don't we be honest and say the person who
- 14:23Speaker 1: was transferred out of his jail cell was somebody that's
- 14:26Speaker 1: staring down the barrel at four homicide convictions, a violent felon,
- 14:32Speaker 1: and somebody who was caught with a cell phone contraband
- 14:35Speaker 1: in their cell before being moved with Jeffrey Epstein. So
- 14:39Speaker 1: ask yourselves, why in the hell would Nicholas Tartaglione, a
- 14:43Speaker 1: violent criminal, be put in with a chomo, a child molester,
- 14:48Speaker 1: when we all know that you're going to score points
- 14:51Speaker 1: if you hurt somebody like Jeffrey Epstein in prison. It
- 14:54Speaker 1: defies logic, and still, to this day, since it's happened,
- 14:59Speaker 1: nobody has put forth a valid argument that makes me say, oh, well, yeah,
- 15:03Speaker 1: that makes sense. Nobody. There have been numerous questions as
- 15:09Speaker 1: to how Epstein, a friend of President Donald Trump, Prince Andrew,
- 15:13Speaker 1: and Bill Clinton, among other high-powered figures, had been able
- 15:16Speaker 1: to take his own life. The FBI and the DOJ
- 15:20Speaker 1: have opened investigations into his suicide, alleged. It was later
- 15:25Speaker 1: revealed that the guards on duty had not checked on
- 15:27Speaker 1: Epstein in three hours before he was found dead and
- 15:31Speaker 1: had falsified records in a logbook. Now, mind you, this
- 15:34Speaker 1: goes on top of the fact that the cameras weren't
- 15:37Speaker 1: working the previous time around, pointed at the wrong cell.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Then you have guards falling asleep, nobody checking logbooks. the
- 15:47Speaker 1: procedure when he was dead in the jail cell not followed.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Then you wonder why people have questions. I think instead
- 15:55Speaker 1: of the legacy media being so sarcastic and snarky and
- 16:00Speaker 1: acting like people shouldn't ask questions, the question they should
- 16:04Speaker 1: ask is, why don't people believe in these institutions anymore?
- 16:08Speaker 1: That's the real question. Epstein was discovered to have put
- 16:14Speaker 1: his affairs in order just two days before his suicide. Now,
- 16:18Speaker 1: that's one thing that that goes into the column of
- 16:20Speaker 1: he might have done this himself. He might have, you know, said, look,
- 16:23Speaker 1: I'm not going to be able to deal with the
- 16:25Speaker 1: jail sentence. I'm going to kill myself. Certainly, I have not,
- 16:29Speaker 1: you know, I'm not 100 percent convinced one way or
- 16:33Speaker 1: the other. My biggest problem is no transparency here. Let
- 16:37Speaker 1: us see for ourselves. Don't just tell us. You haven't
- 16:40Speaker 1: earned that trust from us as the tax-paying public. He
- 16:46Speaker 1: named Conan Indyke, a longtime Epstein lawyer, as co-executors and
- 16:50Speaker 1: his brother Mark Epstein, 65, a multimillionaire property developer, as
- 16:55Speaker 1: sole heir to his estimated $ 577 million fortune. But... It
- 17:03Speaker 1: is from that fortune which survivors who have lost the
- 17:06Speaker 1: opportunity to have their day in court against Epstein, since
- 17:09Speaker 1: prosecutors dropped the case, are now seeking compensation. And we
- 17:13Speaker 1: all know that the compensation fund went live and that
- 17:16Speaker 1: these survivors were paid out, but were they really compensated
- 17:21Speaker 1: like they should have been? I don't know. That's another
- 17:24Speaker 1: question and another debate to have. Federal prosecutors for the
- 17:30Speaker 1: Southern District of New York, who led the case against Epstein,
- 17:34Speaker 1: vowed that the investigation would not end with his death
- 17:37Speaker 1: and would now focus on the financiers' network of associates. Well,
- 17:42Speaker 1: they're doing a piss-poor job of that, aren't they? Do
- 17:44Speaker 1: they really think that just going after Maxwell is good enough?
- 17:47Speaker 1: Because it's not. Where's Kahn? Where's Indyke? Where's Sarah Kellen Vickers?
- 17:53Speaker 1: What about Adriana Ross? Leslie Groff's just gonna get away with,
- 17:58Speaker 1: you know, no further look? Okay, I guess. Kahn lives
- 18:02Speaker 1: in a luxury doorman apartment building a few blocks from
- 18:05Speaker 1: Epstein's mansion on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, where
- 18:08Speaker 1: apartments sell for around $ 3. 3 million. Lisa Kahn, believed to
- 18:13Speaker 1: be his wife, is also listed on property records for
- 18:16Speaker 1: the apartment, and Kahn is believed to have at least
- 18:19Speaker 1: one daughter. Now how, especially if you have a daughter,
- 18:23Speaker 1: can you associate with Epstein at all? It is unbelievable.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Lisa Kahn also has no apparent social media, and it
- 18:33Speaker 1: is unclear what she does for a living. Prior to
- 18:36Speaker 1: his August visit, Kahn was seen by DailyMail.com spending around
- 18:40Speaker 1: two hours at Epstein's townhouse in February while the pedophile
- 18:44Speaker 1: was in town. Khan has held a CPA license for
- 18:49Speaker 1: the accounting industry according to public records, although there is
- 18:53Speaker 1: no record of his employment to be found publicly. So
- 18:57Speaker 1: you mean to tell me this guy lives in a $ 3. 3
- 18:59Speaker 1: million apartment on the Upper East Side and he has
- 19:02Speaker 1: no listed employment, huh? Yeah, all right, cool. Must be
- 19:05Speaker 1: a great job. Where do I get me one of
- 19:07Speaker 1: those no-show jobs? In one record of political donation with
- 19:12Speaker 1: the Federal Election Committee... Khan gives his occupation as an attorney.
- 19:18Speaker 1: A Daily Beast investigation in August first revealed that Khan
- 19:22Speaker 1: took over as president of Epstein's shadowy foundation, Gratitude America LTD,
- 19:28Speaker 1: in 2015. I mean, come on, guys, really? How is
- 19:32Speaker 1: it that the SDNY let this shit occur? How do
- 19:35Speaker 1: you let these dudes become the executors of the estate,
- 19:38Speaker 1: knowing all of this stuff? Gratitude America has held tax-exempt
- 19:44Speaker 1: status as a non-profit since 2012, but only began making
- 19:48Speaker 1: charitable donations to the tune of almost $ 2 million, which
- 19:52Speaker 1: registered in the tax years of 2016 and 17. The
- 19:57Speaker 1: non-profit was established after Epstein completed his 18-month jail term
- 20:02Speaker 1: in 2010 in an apparent move by the convicted sex
- 20:06Speaker 1: offender to rehabilitate his reputation in society. And Khan was
- 20:12Speaker 1: right along for the ride. Mister, I have a daughter myself,
- 20:15Speaker 1: but let me help Jeffrey Epstein along the way here
- 20:18Speaker 1: ruin countless lives. Hell of a fellow, this guy. Epstein
- 20:26Speaker 1: had pleaded guilty in a Florida state court to two
- 20:28Speaker 1: felony offenses, including a prostitution charge with a person under 18.
- 20:33Speaker 1: I mean, really, how the hell can someone be under
- 20:36Speaker 1: 18 and a prostitute? Please explain that as well. despite
- 20:40Speaker 1: the fact he had been accused of having sex with
- 20:45Speaker 1: victims as young as 14. The deal, now much maligned,
- 20:50Speaker 1: was struck by his high-powered attorneys and federal prosecutors, including
- 20:54Speaker 1: Trump's former Labor Secretary, Alexander Acosta, who resigned in the
- 20:58Speaker 1: wake of the scandal. Epstein was allowed to spend much
- 21:02Speaker 1: of his sentence on work release from the low-security Palm
- 21:05Speaker 1: Beach County Stockade, sometimes up to 12 hours a day.
- 21:09Speaker 1: I mean, imagine this was your kid and this dude
- 21:13Speaker 1: was granted all of these, you know, special privileges of
- 21:17Speaker 1: being let out of jail, go to work every day.
- 21:19Speaker 1: How many people... have lost their jobs because they're in
- 21:23Speaker 1: jail for, insert petty crime here, non-violent petty crime. They
- 21:28Speaker 1: lose their jobs, their livelihoods, get stuck with a felony charge,
- 21:32Speaker 1: and this scumbag is able to just continue his life
- 21:35Speaker 1: basically as usual while he's supposed to be in jail?
- 21:42Speaker 1: He worked at another non-profit that appeared to have set
- 21:44Speaker 1: up especially the Florida Science Foundation that was shuttered when
- 21:48Speaker 1: he finished his jail term. He later infamously told the
- 21:52Speaker 1: New York Post that he wasn't a predator on children,
- 21:54Speaker 1: but a sexual offender. According to Epstein, it was the
- 21:58Speaker 1: difference between a murderer and a person who steals a bagel.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Imagine that. That's his logic, right? It's like the story
- 22:05Speaker 1: about Mike Tyson. One time it was said to him,
- 22:09Speaker 1: you know, he's a rapist and a recluse. And Tyson
- 22:11Speaker 1: responded with, I ain't no recluse. Kind of like the
- 22:15Speaker 1: same thing that Epstein responded with here. I mean, what
- 22:19Speaker 1: an absolute fool. It's between a murderer and a person
- 22:23Speaker 1: who steals a bagel. Really? That's your logic? Kahn was
- 22:28Speaker 1: listed in public records as the president of Gratitude America
- 22:32Speaker 1: LTD and Indyk as the treasurer, with an address in
- 22:36Speaker 1: a 35-story office building on Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. Erica A. Kellerhals,
- 22:43Speaker 1: another longtime attorney for Epstein who specializes in tax in
- 22:47Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands, is listed as a secretary. You
- 22:50Speaker 1: might as well just call yourself somebody who hides money
- 22:52Speaker 1: in shell companies. A tax specialist who specializes in the
- 22:57Speaker 1: Virgin Islands? Oh, okay, sure. That doesn't seem sus or nothing.
- 23:02Speaker 1: According to public records, Epstein's nonprofit operated from 9053 Estate
- 23:07Speaker 1: Thomas Suite 101, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, the same
- 23:12Speaker 1: address as Keller Hall's law firm, Keller Hall's Ferguson-Crobin PLLC.
- 23:19Speaker 1: The Wall Street Journal reported earlier this month that Epstein
- 23:22Speaker 1: had used Gratitude America Limited for his own benefit. The
- 23:26Speaker 1: pedophile allegedly spent the money to cut himself tax breaks
- 23:31Speaker 1: and to allegedly avoid violations relating to construction on his
- 23:36Speaker 1: Virgin Islands homes. That's what these people do. They'll set
- 23:39Speaker 1: up these charities, these non-profits, and then they'll pilfer them, right? Oh,
- 23:43Speaker 1: I'm such a charitable guy. As you're pilfering the non-prof.
- 23:47Speaker 1: out human trafficking people, but still, you're going to get
- 23:50Speaker 1: those tax breaks. In 2015, Gratitude America Limited received a
- 23:58Speaker 1: one-off $ 10 million from a company called BV70 LLC. According
- 24:05Speaker 1: to BuzzFeed News, the address listed is 445 Park Avenue,
- 24:11Speaker 1: New York, the same as the Leon and Deborah Black
- 24:15Speaker 1: Family Foundation. Boy, that's a coincidence, huh? So was that
- 24:20Speaker 1: part of the $ 158 million? See, we never get a
- 24:24Speaker 1: real accounting here. We've never had a real good forensic
- 24:26Speaker 1: look of what went on. The Family Foundation had listed
- 24:31Speaker 1: Epstein as a director until 2012, which was chalked up
- 24:35Speaker 1: to a recording error, according to Forbes. Yeah, cameras don't work,
- 24:39Speaker 1: recording errors, clerical errors. No one has ever hung out
- 24:44Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein. Black, the billionaire founder of private equity
- 24:48Speaker 1: firm Apollo Global Management, and the current chairman of MoMA
- 24:52Speaker 1: in New York, later received $ 225, 000 for his charity, the
- 24:57Speaker 1: Melanoma Research Alliance, that he founded with his wife, Debra.
- 25:01Speaker 1: According to the New York Times, Black emailed employees in
- 25:04Speaker 1: August in an effort to distance himself from the late pedophile.
- 25:09Speaker 1: The Melanoma Research Alliance and Apollo Investment, Black's company, did
- 25:13Speaker 1: not respond to requests for comment to DailyMail.com. How many
- 25:19Speaker 1: of these guys use the same strategy? They all have amnesia,
- 25:21Speaker 1: and it's all a marathon away from Epstein at this point. Oh,
- 25:24Speaker 1: I didn't know him, I never saw him, and I
- 25:26Speaker 1: never did business with him. Well, the receipts tell us differently, sir.
- 25:32Speaker 1: In recent years, the recipients of Epstein's largesse through Gratitude
- 25:36Speaker 1: America Limited reportedly received close to $ 2 million. They have
- 25:41Speaker 1: included Of the Great and Good of Elite Society, along
- 25:44Speaker 1: with storied academic institutions and prestigious arts and cultural centers.
- 25:51Speaker 1: Gratitude America gave thousands of dollars in 2016 and 2017
- 25:57Speaker 1: to health nonprofits, including the Icahn School of Medicine at
- 26:01Speaker 1: Mount Sinai in New York, the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation
- 26:04Speaker 1: of America, and the Women Global Cancer Initiative, Incorporated. You know,
- 26:10Speaker 1: if they can buy some goodwill with the money that
- 26:12Speaker 1: they've already stolen, and let's not cut corners here. We
- 26:15Speaker 1: know Epstein was an epic thief. Well, why not spread
- 26:19Speaker 1: a little of that around? It's the cost of doing business.
- 26:21Speaker 1: It's not because they care about cancer. It's not because
- 26:24Speaker 1: he cares if you have Crohn's or colitis. It's so
- 26:26Speaker 1: that he can use it as a shield. In a
- 26:30Speaker 1: statement to DailyMail.com, the Mount Sinai Health System responded regarding
- 26:34Speaker 1: donations from Jeffrey Epstein. The Mount Sinai Health System has
- 26:38Speaker 1: a deep and long-standing commitment to ensuring the health, safety,
- 26:42Speaker 1: and dignity of rape, sexual assault, and domestic violence survivors.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's reprehensible behavior... Is completely... Against these values... As
- 26:53Speaker 1: a result... We will be contributing a sum equal to
- 26:56Speaker 1: the donations... We received from Mr. Epstein... And his foundation...
- 27:00Speaker 1: To a charity focused on preventing human trafficking... And sexual exploitation...
- 27:05Speaker 1: as well as providing financial support for the work of
- 27:09Speaker 1: our sexual assault and violence intervention program, which provides immediate
- 27:14Speaker 1: medical treatment and counseling and public education around issues of
- 27:19Speaker 1: sexual and domestic violence. That's all fine and well, but
- 27:22Speaker 1: why did you take the money from him in the
- 27:24Speaker 1: first place? You all knew what he was, but still
- 27:27Speaker 1: you took the money? The other non-profits did not respond
- 27:31Speaker 1: to a request for comment. Well, at least they had
- 27:34Speaker 1: the dignity to respond here, right? Some of the biggest
- 27:38Speaker 1: donations went to charities of men that he had crossed
- 27:40Speaker 1: paths with, both socially and professionally. One of the biggest donations, $ 375, 000,
- 27:49Speaker 1: went to the International Peace Institute Incorporated with an address
- 27:53Speaker 1: at United Nations Plaza in New York. The think tank
- 27:57Speaker 1: is led by Terry Rod Larson, a former Norwegian deputy
- 28:01Speaker 1: prime minister and special envoy to the UN and employs
- 28:05Speaker 1: former United Nations staffers. We've talked about this before, and
- 28:10Speaker 1: it caused a big shitstorm for Terry Rod Larson, and
- 28:13Speaker 1: he had to step down. The International Peace Institute did
- 28:20Speaker 1: not respond to a request for comment. Gratitude America Limited
- 28:25Speaker 1: also gave $ 150, 000 to both MIT and the Kuhn Foundation
- 28:30Speaker 1: in 2017, according to tax returns. Robert Lawrence Kuhn, a
- 28:35Speaker 1: fellow at MIT and investment banker, is the creator of
- 28:39Speaker 1: the PBS science series Closer to Truth and Expert on China. Now,
- 28:45Speaker 1: we know that that never ended up coming to fruition.
- 28:49Speaker 1: That show never ended up coming out. According to the
- 28:52Speaker 1: Daily Beast, Coon recorded his donation from the Jeffrey Epstein
- 28:55Speaker 1: Foundation in care of Richard Kahn, KBRK Associates 57. Kahn
- 29:01Speaker 1: operates several other companies, HBRK Associates Incorporated, ARC Holdings Incorporated,
- 29:08Speaker 1: KNF Capital Corp., and RK Capital Corp., according to public records.
- 29:13Speaker 1: KBRK Associates 57 appears to be noted, mistakenly, for HBRK Associates.
- 29:21Speaker 1: MIT and the Kuhn Foundation did not respond for requests
- 29:24Speaker 1: for comment. The Hasty Pudding Institute of 1770, the Harvard
- 29:29Speaker 1: Social and Theatrical Club, received $ 50, 000 from Epstein's charity in 2016. Epstein,
- 29:37Speaker 1: who dropped out of NYU, was known to cultivate his
- 29:39Speaker 1: links with the Ivy League school. The Hasty Pudding is
- 29:43Speaker 1: the oldest social club in America, and former members include
- 29:46Speaker 1: JFK and both presidents Roosevelt and Adams. Look, I'm not
- 29:51Speaker 1: trying to be involved in anything called the Hasty Pudding, okay?
- 29:55Speaker 1: What a weird-ass name. All of these people, our so-called bettors,
- 29:58Speaker 1: are all odd-ass folks. The Hasty Pudding Institute did not
- 30:04Speaker 1: respond to a request for comment. The Hewitt School, an
- 30:09Speaker 1: all-girls school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, received $ 15, 000
- 30:11Speaker 1: from Epstein's non-profit. Oh, that's reassuring, huh? A girls' school.
- 30:17Speaker 1: In a statement to DailyMail.com, Hewitt's spokesperson said the Hewitt
- 30:21Speaker 1: School received a gift from Gratitude America Limited in 2016.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Upon learning of the foundation's background several months ago, the
- 30:30Speaker 1: school immediately returned the funds. Hewitt has had no other
- 30:33Speaker 1: contact with the foundation or with anyone related to the foundation. Bro.
- 30:40Speaker 1: You guys had this money in 2016. You just figured
- 30:43Speaker 1: out where it came from? Stop it. You're not lying
- 30:46Speaker 1: to anyone. No one believes you. Epstein also donated $ 30, 000
- 30:50Speaker 1: to a Harlem preschool, the O'Gorman Garden, and gave $ 25, 000
- 30:56Speaker 1: to the Junior Tennis Champion Center in College Park, Maryland.
- 31:01Speaker 1: The O'Gorman Garden and Junior Tennis Champion Center did not
- 31:05Speaker 1: respond to requests for comment. Another notable beneficiary of Epstein's
- 31:10Speaker 1: wealth was Friends of Elton John, according to 2017 tax returns,
- 31:16Speaker 1: which received $ 15, 000. The address listed is the same London
- 31:20Speaker 1: address as Elton John's AIDS Foundation. A spokesperson from Elton
- 31:26Speaker 1: John's AIDS Foundation declined to comment to Daily Mail. Of
- 31:29Speaker 1: course they did. How come you don't comment to Daily Mail?
- 31:32Speaker 1: So Elton John's Foundation can just take money from Jeffrey
- 31:35Speaker 1: Epstein and it's all good? Oh, I guess so. I guess, look,
- 31:38Speaker 1: if you're rich, the rules don't apply to you. You
- 31:41Speaker 1: can make money however you want, accept money from whoever
- 31:44Speaker 1: you want, and everything is just all good. It's amazing
- 31:49Speaker 1: to me how this, a guy like even Elton John
- 31:52Speaker 1: can be wrapped up in something like this, and there's
- 31:54Speaker 1: not more around that. In public records, Kahn is also
- 31:59Speaker 1: listed as director and treasurer of the now-shuttered COUQ Foundation, Inc.,
- 32:05Speaker 1: and the CEO of RDK Asset Management, Inc. COUQ is
- 32:11Speaker 1: listed as a donor to the Clinton Foundation in the $ 10, 000
- 32:14Speaker 1: to $ 25, 000 donor bracket. And I have an episode coming
- 32:19Speaker 1: up later for you folks that's going to talk about
- 32:21Speaker 1: how Epstein's lawyers are on record talking about how Epstein
- 32:27Speaker 1: was one of the major donors who got the Clinton
- 32:29Speaker 1: Global Initiative off the ground. The Clinton Foundation did not
- 32:35Speaker 1: respond to DailyMail.com's request for comment. Kahn was also an
- 32:39Speaker 1: active political donor, and his donations were made in similar
- 32:42Speaker 1: patterns to Epstein and Indyk. In 2018, the three business
- 32:48Speaker 1: associates each gave the maximum donation allowed for an individual, 2,700,
- 32:54Speaker 1: to a primary campaign for Stacey Plaskett, Democratic congresswoman from
- 32:58Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands, according to Federal Election Commission data.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Khan also made contributions to Plaskett in 2014 and 16,
- 33:09Speaker 1: as did Indyk. So I guess it was just a,
- 33:11Speaker 1: you know, a coinkydink that they all happened to donate
- 33:14Speaker 1: money there. Or was it their way to get around the,
- 33:18Speaker 1: you know, the rules for making donations, political donations, a
- 33:24Speaker 1: way to donate more money? And again, has anyone talked
- 33:27Speaker 1: to Plaskett about this? Why she was getting this money?
- 33:30Speaker 1: Of course not. Following Epstein's arrest in July, Plaskett told
- 33:34Speaker 1: CNBC that she would donate Epstein's contributions to women and
- 33:38Speaker 1: children's charities after initially saying she would not. It is
- 33:43Speaker 1: unclear whether she would also be returning the campaign contributions
- 33:47Speaker 1: given to her by Epstein's business associates, Kahn and Indyke.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Her spokesman, Mike McQuarrie, did not respond to a request
- 33:54Speaker 1: for comment by DailyMail.com. Notice how nobody ever responds? You
- 34:00Speaker 1: see a pattern here yet, folks? Epstein, Kahn, and Indyke
- 34:05Speaker 1: also made large donations to New Mexico gubernatorial candidate Gary
- 34:09Speaker 1: King's campaign in 2014, according to BuzzFeed. In 2014, Khan's business,
- 34:16Speaker 1: HBRK Associates Incorporated, gave King $ 5, 200 shortly after Indyke donated
- 34:24Speaker 1: the same amount, according to BuzzFeed. And wait till you
- 34:27Speaker 1: see what's coming up next. Epstein followed that up with
- 34:30Speaker 1: more than $ 35, 000 in donations to King through a network
- 34:34Speaker 1: of companies, the Santa Fe New Mexican reported. King later
- 34:38Speaker 1: said he would return the money. King's father, the late
- 34:42Speaker 1: Governor Bruce King, sold the 10,000-acre Azorro Ranch in Stanley,
- 34:46Speaker 1: New Mexico to Epstein in 1993. It became another location
- 34:50Speaker 1: where Epstein would allegedly fly young girls and sexually assault them.
- 34:55Speaker 1: So you wonder why Epstein was never nailed in New Mexico, huh?
- 34:58Speaker 1: You wonder why nothing ever came of it? Well, when
- 35:00Speaker 1: you have the King family and people like Richardson protecting you,
- 35:04Speaker 1: pretty easy. At the formal end of the case against Epstein,
- 35:10Speaker 1: Judge Richard M. Berman invited the woman who claimed to
- 35:14Speaker 1: have been victimized by the late financier to share their stories.
- 35:18Speaker 1: One Jane Doe told the federal courtroom, When I was
- 35:21Speaker 1: 15 years old, I flew on Jeffrey Epstein's plane to
- 35:24Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch, where I was sexually molested by him for
- 35:27Speaker 1: many hours. What I remember most vividly was him explaining
- 35:31Speaker 1: to me how beneficial the experience was for me and
- 35:34Speaker 1: how much he was helping me to grow. Imagine this
- 35:36Speaker 1: sick fuck saying that to your kid. That was someone's
- 35:40Speaker 1: kid he said that to. Someone's child. Someone's daughter. And
- 35:46Speaker 1: this disgusting backwards ass animal had the audacity. Epstein donated $ 50, 000
- 35:53Speaker 1: to political campaign funds for former New Mexico Governor Bill
- 35:57Speaker 1: Richardson in 2006. He later donated those funds to charity.
- 36:02Speaker 1: In 2007, public records show that Kahn and his wife,
- 36:05Speaker 1: along with Indyk and his wife, all donated $ 2, 300 to
- 36:08Speaker 1: his presidential campaign. Richardson was recently named in unsealed court
- 36:15Speaker 1: documents by Roberts as one of the powerful men that
- 36:19Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell ordered her to have sex with. A spokesperson
- 36:23Speaker 1: for the governor denied the allegations. Well, folks, there you
- 36:28Speaker 1: have it, okay? What was Khan doing taking stuff out
- 36:31Speaker 1: of this place? Should have never been allowed to do that.
- 36:35Speaker 1: Completely against protocol. But somehow, when you're in Epstein's orbit,
- 36:40Speaker 1: when you're working for Jeffrey Epstein, Mr. Teflon Epstein, everything's okay.
- 36:44Speaker 1: You can do whatever you want. The reality is, all
- 36:50Speaker 1: of this information should have been in the hands of
- 36:52Speaker 1: the investigators. They should have raided all of these properties
- 36:57Speaker 1: at the same time, collected all of this information, and
- 37:00Speaker 1: then built a gigantic case against everybody who was caught
- 37:04Speaker 1: on tape, every last person. But instead, what they're going
- 37:08Speaker 1: to try and do is just serve us up Maxwell
- 37:10Speaker 1: and act like there's nothing else to come. Well, there's
- 37:13Speaker 1: a lot more to come. And the SDNY better get
- 37:16Speaker 1: on the ball because nobody's forgetting and nobody is going
- 37:21Speaker 1: to let this just go away. We've come way too
- 37:26Speaker 1: far at this point, so it's time to see it through.
- 37:29Speaker 1: And it would be nice if the Department of Justice
- 37:32Speaker 1: would start doing their job. If you'd like to contact me,
- 37:36Speaker 1: you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I
- 37:44Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. You can also find me on Twitter at
- 37:48Speaker 1: B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The article that we discussed can be
- 37:56Speaker 1: found in the description box. All right, folks, hope you
- 37:59Speaker 1: all have a great morning, and I'll be back later.
- 38:02Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the program. So
- 38:06Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was in possession of a fake Saudi Arabian
- 38:10Speaker 1: passport when he was arrested. And the questions were swirling
- 38:14Speaker 1: at the time about what he was doing with this passport.
- 38:18Speaker 1: And I was always under the impression that he was
- 38:21Speaker 1: friendly with the ruling family. MBS and the rest of
- 38:24Speaker 1: the royals, it makes sense that a billionaire like Jeffrey
- 38:27Speaker 1: Epstein would be rubbing shoulders with these guys. But still,
- 38:31Speaker 1: after all of these years, we don't have any real
- 38:33Speaker 1: concrete answers about his relationship with the royal family of
- 38:37Speaker 1: Saudi Arabia or other people in that country. So today
- 38:40Speaker 1: we're hopping back in the time machine, going back to 2019,
- 38:44Speaker 1: and we're going to talk about why Jeffrey Epstein was
- 38:48Speaker 1: in Riyadh on the eve of the 2016 election. This
- 38:53Speaker 1: article was published by Insider and it was first published
- 38:58Speaker 1: on September 19th, 2019. Headline, why did Jeffrey Epstein's private
- 39:03Speaker 1: jet fly to Riyadh on the eve of the 2016 election? Man,
- 39:09Speaker 1: there are so many questions surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and his relationships.
- 39:14Speaker 1: And as far as why he was in Saudi Arabia,
- 39:17Speaker 1: it could be a multitude of reasons. A multitude of reasons.
- 39:21Speaker 1: My guess is some kind of business deal he was
- 39:24Speaker 1: engaging in with the royal family. Some sort of grift
- 39:27Speaker 1: he was engaging in, I should say. In August, Insider
- 39:31Speaker 1: reported that Jeffrey Epstein's private jet was spotted over the
- 39:35Speaker 1: Arabian Peninsula on the eve of Election Day 2016. The
- 39:40Speaker 1: available flight data was incomplete, however, leaving the Gulf Stream's
- 39:44Speaker 1: final destination an open question. Now we have the answer.
- 39:49Speaker 1: According to the journalist Eric Rosenwald, who analyzed aviation data
- 39:54Speaker 1: collected by the Flight Tracking Service plane finder, Epstein's jet
- 39:58Speaker 1: landed at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, the capital
- 40:02Speaker 1: and largest city of Saudi Arabia, at 6.35 p.m. local
- 40:06Speaker 1: time on November 7, 2016. The flight pattern provides significant
- 40:12Speaker 1: new evidence of Epstein's rumored ties to the kingdom and
- 40:16Speaker 1: its ruling family. There has been a lot of rumors
- 40:19Speaker 1: surrounding Jeffrey Epstein having a relationship with Bin Talal, who,
- 40:24Speaker 1: up until MBS came into power, was one of the
- 40:27Speaker 1: most rich men in the world, right? This guy was
- 40:30Speaker 1: out here, owned a bunch of Twitter, owned this, that,
- 40:33Speaker 1: the other thing. MBS comes into power and arrests him
- 40:36Speaker 1: and takes a bunch of his dough. So, not as
- 40:39Speaker 1: much the richest man in the world anymore, or even
- 40:42Speaker 1: amongst them. But there's a lot of talk that him
- 40:45Speaker 1: and Epstein had a lot of ties. Insider discovered the
- 40:50Speaker 1: flight from Paris to the Arabian Peninsula in a data
- 40:54Speaker 1: set maintained by ADS-B Exchange, a crowdsource website that aggregates
- 41:00Speaker 1: aviation signals from all over the world. ADS-B refers to
- 41:04Speaker 1: the protocol's technical name, Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast. So you
- 41:10Speaker 1: can track these different planes and flights and where they're
- 41:13Speaker 1: going and all this other stuff with today's technology and
- 41:17Speaker 1: that's what they did here to try and figure out
- 41:19Speaker 1: what Epstein was up to Rosenwald filled the gaps in
- 41:24Speaker 1: the ADS-B mainly over the Arabian Peninsula by combining them
- 41:29Speaker 1: with the plane finders own data For about six months,
- 41:33Speaker 1: I got a notification every time that this plane was
- 41:36Speaker 1: spotted in Plane Finder's system. And I knew it was
- 41:39Speaker 1: in Riyadh on election day. Rosenwald told Insider, I didn't
- 41:42Speaker 1: know what to do with it. And I don't know
- 41:45Speaker 1: if there's any significance to it being there on election
- 41:49Speaker 1: day per se. I think from my perspective, what I
- 41:53Speaker 1: take from it is just the fact that Epstein had
- 41:55Speaker 1: such close ties to the Saudi ruling family. It tells
- 42:00Speaker 1: you everything you need to know about Epstein and his reach.
- 42:03Speaker 1: When you're breaking bread with people like that, you know
- 42:06Speaker 1: you're breaking bread with the most powerful, influential people in
- 42:09Speaker 1: the world. Epstein's jet in Riyadh at the same time
- 42:15Speaker 1: as Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. There isn't enough information
- 42:19Speaker 1: to precisely reconstruct the 48 hours Epstein's jet spent in Riyadh,
- 42:24Speaker 1: and Rosenwald's data doesn't show whether Epstein was a passenger
- 42:28Speaker 1: on either leg of the flight. Such information likely turned
- 42:31Speaker 1: up in a recent subpoena issued to Epstein's pilots, but
- 42:35Speaker 1: has not yet been made public. Still, it is reasonable
- 42:38Speaker 1: to suppose that Epstein was flying aboard his own private jet. Well,
- 42:42Speaker 1: why else would it be going to Saudi Arabia? Going
- 42:46Speaker 1: over there for a quick day trip? Get the pilot
- 42:49Speaker 1: some experience? Highly doubt it. Two people of note were
- 42:54Speaker 1: in Riyadh at roughly the same time. The first person
- 42:57Speaker 1: is Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, who
- 43:01Speaker 1: at the time served as the kingdom's Minister of Defense
- 43:04Speaker 1: and second Deputy Prime Minister. On November 8th, the state-owned
- 43:09Speaker 1: Saudi press agency reported that bin Salman, also known as MBS,
- 43:14Speaker 1: and his father, the Saudi king, bestowed chairman of the
- 43:17Speaker 1: Joint Chiefs Staff, Joseph F. Dunford Jr., with the Order
- 43:21Speaker 1: of King Abdul Aziz, a civilian award for distinguished service
- 43:27Speaker 1: to Saudi Arabia. So, a bunch of hubbub for, you know,
- 43:31Speaker 1: like a civil service award. And the kingdom gave it
- 43:35Speaker 1: to an American military man for his service as far
- 43:40Speaker 1: as the protection of the kingdom. You know, that's why
- 43:43Speaker 1: America was invited to Saudi Arabia in the first place.
- 43:46Speaker 1: Up until that point, the thought of an infidel on
- 43:49Speaker 1: Saudi land was absurd. And an American base in Saudi Arabia? Yeah, right. Well,
- 43:55Speaker 1: the first war with Iraq changed all of that. And
- 43:58Speaker 1: ever since then, obviously, America has had a huge presence
- 44:02Speaker 1: in Saudi Arabia. The second person is Jeff Bezos, the
- 44:08Speaker 1: billionaire co-founder and CEO of Amazon. On November 9th, the
- 44:12Speaker 1: day Epstein's jet returned to Paris, MBS held an unrelated
- 44:17Speaker 1: meeting with Bezos, several Amazon executives, and two Saudi ministers.
- 44:22Speaker 1: The Saudi press agency said they discussed fields of cooperation
- 44:26Speaker 1: and investment opportunities available according to the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
- 44:32Speaker 1: the Crown Prince's signature economic initiative. Now, just in a nutshell,
- 44:36Speaker 1: the 2030 vision is Saudi Arabia moving away from being
- 44:41Speaker 1: oil dependent. And they want to get more into the
- 44:43Speaker 1: world of tourism, more into the world of technology. And
- 44:46Speaker 1: this 2030 vision is MBS's plan to get them there.
- 44:52Speaker 1: And obviously, if you have investment opportunity, why not have
- 44:55Speaker 1: Jeff Bezos there? And of course, well, why not Jeffrey Epstein?
- 45:01Speaker 1: Because the precise timing of the MBS meeting is uncertain,
- 45:05Speaker 1: I cannot determine whether Epstein's jet and Bezos were in
- 45:08Speaker 1: Riyadh at precisely the same time. The Saudi press agency
- 45:12Speaker 1: said it took place on November 9th, but not at
- 45:14Speaker 1: which hour. Yet, an overlap seems far more likely than not.
- 45:19Speaker 1: A direct flight from Seattle to Riyadh takes about 14
- 45:21Speaker 1: hours and 30 minutes. And if you and a small
- 45:25Speaker 1: group of your close colleagues, all based in Seattle, plan
- 45:29Speaker 1: to meet a dignitary in Riyadh on a Wednesday, you
- 45:31Speaker 1: would likely schedule the flight there for Monday or Tuesday.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Now look, I'm not saying that he was meeting with
- 45:38Speaker 1: Bezos while he was there. I don't know that for
- 45:41Speaker 1: a fact. But we know that he has met with Bezos.
- 45:44Speaker 1: We know that Maxwell was still being invited to Bezos'
- 45:47Speaker 1: stupid little adventures. So the dog definitely hunts. Epstein claimed
- 45:55Speaker 1: to be longtime friends with MBS, the crown prince of
- 45:58Speaker 1: Saudi Arabia. Last year, Epstein told a New York Times
- 46:02Speaker 1: reporter that he personally knew and routinely played host to MBS.
- 46:07Speaker 1: The same reporter encountered a full-length portrait of the Saudi
- 46:11Speaker 1: Arabian prince on a wall in Epstein's New York City mansion.
- 46:15Speaker 1: And Bezos has broken bread with Epstein, at least twice,
- 46:18Speaker 1: in 2004 and again in 2011 at the so-called billionaire's
- 46:23Speaker 1: dinner hosted by the Edge Foundation. Now, why would Epstein
- 46:26Speaker 1: be invited to that? Or Bezos even go to anything
- 46:29Speaker 1: with Epstein after he was a convicted sex offender? You
- 46:32Speaker 1: need to ask yourself that question and really ask yourself
- 46:35Speaker 1: why all of these people thought it would be okay.
- 46:40Speaker 1: One noteworthy attribute that Epstein and his apparent friend MBS
- 46:44Speaker 1: share is a history of being accused of blackmail. In January, Bezos,
- 46:49Speaker 1: chief of security, accused the Saudi kingdom of gaining unauthorized
- 46:53Speaker 1: access to Bezos' personal messages and photos. According to the
- 46:57Speaker 1: Daily Beast, the Saudis plan to blackmail Bezos, who purchased
- 47:01Speaker 1: the Washington Post in 2013, as punishment for its paper's
- 47:05Speaker 1: aggressive coverage of their own columnist, Jamal Khashoggi, whom Saudi
- 47:09Speaker 1: agents assassinated in Istanbul last year. Certainly well within the
- 47:14Speaker 1: purview of MBS and the Saudi special services. These guys
- 47:18Speaker 1: are smarmy, but remember, they learn from the best, the CIA.
- 47:24Speaker 1: The Saudis denied the blackmail operation and others blamed the
- 47:27Speaker 1: brother of Bezos' girlfriend for obtaining and selling their correspondence
- 47:31Speaker 1: to the National Enquirer, whose publisher, American Media Incorporated, has
- 47:35Speaker 1: its own murky ties to Saudi Arabia. But the allegations
- 47:39Speaker 1: closely match a certain thread of speculation about the source
- 47:43Speaker 1: of Epstein's Titanic wealth. His case is laden with indications,
- 47:48Speaker 1: some more obvious than others, that he engaged or attempted
- 47:51Speaker 1: to engage in high-stakes blackmail. Well, no shit. It was
- 47:55Speaker 1: all about compromise. And when he was providing girls for
- 47:59Speaker 1: these men, it was about getting information from them. And
- 48:03Speaker 1: that fits right in with what the Saudis were up to, right?
- 48:06Speaker 1: So talk about perfect bedfellows. And then you add in
- 48:10Speaker 1: the fact that Epstein had that Saudi passport, and it
- 48:12Speaker 1: certainly looks like Epstein had some pretty deep ties to
- 48:16Speaker 1: Saudi Arabia and some pretty deep friendships built within the monarchy.
- 48:21Speaker 1: Did Epstein encounter MBS or Bezos in Riyadh? These circumstances
- 48:26Speaker 1: raise an obvious question. If Epstein was indeed in the
- 48:29Speaker 1: Saudi capital, did he meet with MBS or Bezos on
- 48:32Speaker 1: November 7th, 8th, or 9th of 2016? Good question, did he?
- 48:38Speaker 1: Of course, we'll never get a real answer here, but
- 48:40Speaker 1: it's a good question. Insider asked Amazon, the Saudi government,
- 48:45Speaker 1: and Epstein's estate whether any of the men crossed paths
- 48:48Speaker 1: in Riyadh. We also asked the Saudis and the estate
- 48:51Speaker 1: if Epstein and MBS personally knew each other. A spokesperson
- 48:55Speaker 1: for Amazon declined to answer detailed questions sent via email.
- 48:59Speaker 1: Of course not. They'll never answer. Unless they think that
- 49:02Speaker 1: it'll give them a little buzz, right? Oh yeah, we'll
- 49:05Speaker 1: answer a question that'll give us some shine, but we'll
- 49:07Speaker 1: just ignore questions about Jeff Bezos and Ghislaine Maxwell, his
- 49:11Speaker 1: relationship with Ed Epstein, and what he was doing. An
- 49:17Speaker 1: unnamed spokesperson for the Center for International Communications a state-owned
- 49:21Speaker 1: agency that coordinates media coverage of the Saudi government, said
- 49:25Speaker 1: they would pass our questions to the proper entities. We
- 49:28Speaker 1: did not receive a response by press time. And I
- 49:31Speaker 1: don't even know what that means, proper entities? You mean
- 49:34Speaker 1: it's just going to get killed on the vine over
- 49:35Speaker 1: there in Saudi Arabia, right? By the government. You see,
- 49:38Speaker 1: the government of Saudi Arabia, they don't play games, folks.
- 49:42Speaker 1: It's not like these other governments out here. They'll snatch
- 49:44Speaker 1: you right off the street and that'll be the end
- 49:46Speaker 1: of it. Epstein's attorney, Reid Weingarten, did not acknowledge requests
- 49:52Speaker 1: for comment. The flight to Riyadh is the latest piece
- 49:55Speaker 1: of evidence concerning Epstein's connections to Saudi Arabia. The trip
- 50:00Speaker 1: to Riyadh offers some of the most significant evidence to
- 50:03Speaker 1: date of Epstein's ties to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
- 50:07Speaker 1: a relationship that could propel further speculation about his potential
- 50:11Speaker 1: role in the world of intelligence. Can somebody answer how
- 50:15Speaker 1: he has all of these ties, all of these passports,
- 50:17Speaker 1: all of this other stuff? Can somebody please answer that question?
- 50:22Speaker 1: Former U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta reportedly told members of the
- 50:26Speaker 1: Trump administration that he declined to press federal sex trafficking
- 50:29Speaker 1: charges against Epstein after being told, it's unclear by whom,
- 50:35Speaker 1: that Epstein belonged to intelligence and to leave it alone.
- 50:38Speaker 1: My guess is that offer came from high, the Mukaseys
- 50:41Speaker 1: of the world. And it's amazing that nobody likes to
- 50:44Speaker 1: bring up Mukasey. Whenever I hear people talk about this
- 50:46Speaker 1: case and they just bring up Acosta, It makes my
- 50:50Speaker 1: eyes glaze over because I realize they have no grasp
- 50:53Speaker 1: on what really went on. That is only a surface-level
- 50:56Speaker 1: understanding of how the Justice Department works. Acosta has mocked
- 51:03Speaker 1: coverage of these remarks, which were first reported by Vicki
- 51:06Speaker 1: Ward of the Daily Beast, but has never denied making them.
- 51:09Speaker 1: He did, however, resign as the Secretary of Labor over
- 51:13Speaker 1: his handling of the Epstein case. So, making mockery of things,
- 51:17Speaker 1: joking about things, that's one thing, but he's never denied it. And,
- 51:21Speaker 1: let's remember, he's the one who originally made the statement.
- 51:24Speaker 1: So to backtrack now and walk it back, it just
- 51:26Speaker 1: makes it look like somebody got to you. After his
- 51:31Speaker 1: arrest in July, prosecutors revealed that Epstein possessed a counterfeit
- 51:35Speaker 1: Austrian passport, bearing Epstein's photo, but a different name, whose
- 51:39Speaker 1: stamp show traveled to and from Saudi Arabia, along with France, Spain,
- 51:44Speaker 1: the United Kingdom. The passport listed Epstein's residence as Saudi Arabia, too.
- 51:49Speaker 1: And they said that Epstein got these passports because it
- 51:52Speaker 1: was at a time when, you know, Palestinians were hijacking
- 51:55Speaker 1: planes and taking Jewish hostages. Give me an effing break.
- 52:01Speaker 1: Shortly after Epstein's death in August, a friend and attorney
- 52:05Speaker 1: for Ghislaine Maxwell, his longtime companion and accused co-conspirator, child
- 52:09Speaker 1: sex abuser, fellow abuser, fellow scumbag, you know, bipedal serpent,
- 52:15Speaker 1: staged a photograph of Maxwell reading the Book of Honor,
- 52:18Speaker 1: the secret lives and deaths of CIA operatives at a
- 52:21Speaker 1: Los Angeles In-N-Out burger. So we always forget about that.
- 52:25Speaker 1: We don't talk about that, but why was that picture posted?
- 52:28Speaker 1: What were they pointing to? And late last week, journalist
- 52:36Speaker 1: Edward J. Epstein recounted an April 2013 meeting with the financier, pedophile,
- 52:41Speaker 1: who is unrelated, at his Upper East Side mansion. In
- 52:45Speaker 1: the ante room, I had seen photos of Epstein with
- 52:48Speaker 1: Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Emirate Prince Mohammed bin Zayed.
- 52:53Speaker 1: Some in beach water and with snorkel gear. I asked,
- 52:56Speaker 1: are these clients in the Middle East? He answered that
- 52:58Speaker 1: some were and that he was planning to buy a
- 53:01Speaker 1: house in Riyadh since that was becoming the new center
- 53:04Speaker 1: of international finance. Now, I don't know why anyone would
- 53:08Speaker 1: be shocked to see Epstein hanging out with these dudes.
- 53:10Speaker 1: These guys are right in his... you know, worldview. We've
- 53:15Speaker 1: all heard the disgusting stories about what happens with royalty
- 53:20Speaker 1: in this part of the world and these Instagram models
- 53:22Speaker 1: that go there. I'm not going to get into the details,
- 53:25Speaker 1: but man, it's a pretty gross environment. So Epstein would
- 53:29Speaker 1: feel right at home here. We asked several Emirati agencies
- 53:35Speaker 1: whether Mohammed bin Zayed, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi,
- 53:38Speaker 1: was friends with or had connections to Jeffrey Epstein. None
- 53:42Speaker 1: of those agencies, including the UAE embassy in Washington, acknowledged
- 53:46Speaker 1: our request for comment. Well, that's a shock, huh? What
- 53:49Speaker 1: do you know? They don't want to talk about their
- 53:52Speaker 1: crown prince's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. But look, there's obviously
- 53:57Speaker 1: something here. You don't just get a passport. You don't
- 53:59Speaker 1: just get the access to Saudi Arabia for nothing. So
- 54:02Speaker 1: the question is, what was that access for? And how
- 54:06Speaker 1: did he come across that passport? We're going to keep digging, folks,
- 54:10Speaker 1: and until we get to the bottom of it, you
- 54:12Speaker 1: can guarantee that we'll be here every day talking about it.
