- 3:03Speaker 3: the mortician that was working on his son Sonny. So
- 3:09Speaker 3: that that might be the comment of the night so far,
- 3:12Speaker 3: even though it was the first one. South to West

- 6:14Speaker 4: It's not guaranteed to be a pace we can keep
- 6:16Speaker 4: up with, though, it's hard to have banger after banger
- 6:21Speaker 4: after banger after banger.
- 6:23Speaker 3: But we did have a banger two day.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Oh yeah, this past members only straight yeah, flown over there,
- 6:36Speaker 4: we were you blew my mind.
- 6:39Speaker 3: It was uh and we're gonna maybe get into it
- 6:44Speaker 3: in a coming future week. We have some uh two
- 6:48Speaker 3: guests lined up for February as well that you will
- 6:53Speaker 3: be excited to hear from. And yeah, with that, let's
- 6:57Speaker 3: let's get us started here.
- 7:00Speaker 4: All right, So Joe, tonight, we're gonna be talking about
- 7:02Speaker 4: two morticians, one being Paul Grudy, the other being John Liggett.
- 7:09Speaker 4: Thanks to somebody bringing up John Liggett a couple weeks back.
- 7:14Speaker 4: Just turned into a double mortician show because I actually
- 7:17Speaker 4: haven't done a show on Paul Grudy before. Now, Paul
- 7:22Speaker 4: Grudy was Oswalt's mortician. Okay, he's the one that prepared
- 7:28Speaker 4: Oswald's body for burial in Dallas and John and Niggot's
- 7:34Speaker 4: a different story, and we'll get there in a minute.
- 7:36Speaker 4: Joe's gonna handle that, and I'm gonna handle Paul Grudy.
- 7:42Speaker 4: So Paul Grudy is a very mysterious guy. Like, he's
- 7:50Speaker 4: not really outspoken, and the only interview ever done with
- 7:55Speaker 4: him was on the men who killed Kennedy. And like
- 8:00Speaker 4: we always say, it helps when you see the person
- 8:05Speaker 4: and you listen to them speak. At least that helps
- 8:09Speaker 4: my bullshit meet her a lot. Okay, to me, Joe,
- 8:15Speaker 4: this guy doesn't sound like a kook. I mean, of course,
- 8:20Speaker 4: you gotta be a little fucking weird. Don't want to
- 8:21Speaker 4: work with dead bodies and.
- 8:22Speaker 3: Shit, right, right, that's part for the course, as they say, right, But.
- 8:29Speaker 4: This dude seems pretty grounded in his shit. So we're
- 8:34Speaker 4: going to take a look at the only known interview
- 8:38Speaker 4: of Paul Grudy and then we'll get into talking about
- 8:41Speaker 4: it a little bit. But let's hear what he says first.
- 8:43Speaker 3: Okay. And it was Sally who recommended Ligot. I wasn't
- 8:49Speaker 3: sure if it was Sally or Paula, but it was Sally,
- 8:51Speaker 3: So thank you Sally for that.
- 8:58Speaker 4: Okay, see how this works.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Let me that's what lighting here.
- 9:09Speaker 4: Let's see how this works.
- 9:19Speaker 3: You didn't compliment me on my haircut. My haircut I
- 9:25Speaker 3: was saving just before I go to Italy. I don't
- 9:29Speaker 3: know how the barbers are work over there.
- 9:32Speaker 4: So okay, here we go. All right, let me make
- 9:43Speaker 4: this bad boy a full screener. I'm gonna get rid
- 9:47Speaker 4: of the comments here, just for clarity's sake. Here for
- 9:53Speaker 4: a minute.
- 9:54Speaker 3: Wow, you're good at that.
- 9:57Speaker 5: I had gotten to the funeral home with his body
- 10:00Speaker 5: something in the neighborhood of eleven o'clock at night, and
- 10:03Speaker 5: it is a several hour procedure to prepare the remains.
- 10:08Speaker 5: After this time, someplace in the early early morning, agents came.
- 10:15Speaker 5: Now I say agents because I'm not familiar at the
- 10:18Speaker 5: moment with whether they were Secret Service or if be
- 10:22Speaker 5: high or what they were. But agents did come. And
- 10:26Speaker 5: when they did come, they fingerprinted. And the only reason
- 10:32Speaker 5: that we knew they did. They were carrying a satchel
- 10:35Speaker 5: and equipment and ask us if they might have the
- 10:39Speaker 5: preparation room to themselves. And after it was all over,
- 10:44Speaker 5: we found ink on Lee Harvey's hands showing that they
- 10:50Speaker 5: had finger printed him and palm printed him. We had
- 10:54Speaker 5: to take that ink back off in order to prepare him.
- 10:57Speaker 5: For burial and to eliminate that ink.
- 11:03Speaker 4: All right, I'm hesitant to play the rest because I
- 11:08Speaker 4: hear the music coming up in the background, So maybe
- 11:17Speaker 4: let me turn on close captions and see if we
- 11:23Speaker 4: can mute this. Okay, sorry about that, folks, But Joe,
- 11:31Speaker 4: what do you think so far about mister Grudy's credibility
- 11:36Speaker 4: and his believability just from singing him on here?
- 11:39Speaker 3: Uh to me, seems pretty credible, to be honest.
- 11:44Speaker 4: Yeah. Now, of course Grudy handled the Oswald funeral as well,
- 11:51Speaker 4: and we'll get into I'm gonna get into that here
- 11:52Speaker 4: in a minute. He also handled, or was involved with,
- 11:57Speaker 4: or consulted with uh ring Lee Harvey Oswald's exhumation in
- 12:02Speaker 4: nineteen eighty one, which is what we're going to be
- 12:04Speaker 4: getting into on members Only next week as a part
- 12:09Speaker 4: two to this. Now here he is again, I'll shut up. Yeah,
- 12:25Speaker 4: Oswald funeral, patted his body, caressed him, reached down between
- 12:34Speaker 4: his legs and eased the seat back, took his wedding band.
- 12:53Speaker 3: How did they even pay for that?
- 12:55Speaker 4: Who?
- 12:57Speaker 3: Just the gravestone, tombstone and that nice.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Little Marina's money? What do you think?
- 13:07Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 13:07Speaker 4: You know his mom didn't pay for shit.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Well Marina didn't really get the money until a little later.
- 13:15Speaker 4: Yeah, but they kind of do it, do it on
- 13:17Speaker 4: like credit, you know. I mean, you got to bury people,
- 13:20Speaker 4: and it was probably pay as you go type of thing.
- 13:25Speaker 3: Yeah, don't get me started on the cemetery industrial complex.
- 13:34Speaker 3: It is real. Now.
- 13:36Speaker 4: What he's saying here is they don't know who they
- 13:39Speaker 4: have out there in that grave. And this is again,
- 13:44Speaker 4: this is part of the exhumation when they when they
- 13:47Speaker 4: dug his ship up to nineteen eighty one, the author
- 13:53Speaker 4: Edward Epstein convinced Marina that a different Oswald came back
- 14:01Speaker 4: from Russia then the one that went to Russia, and
- 14:05Speaker 4: she pulled into it so much she agreed to Ezuoma's body. Now,
- 14:08Speaker 4: of course Robert was against it, Marguerite was against it,
- 14:12Speaker 4: but Marguerite died before this happened. I think his gravestone
- 14:26Speaker 4: was stolen a couple of times by looters. Yeah, he's
- 14:33Speaker 4: just getting into the exclamation.
- 14:35Speaker 3: Part of this.
- 14:35Speaker 4: So I'm just going to stop it right there and
- 14:42Speaker 4: we'll watch the rest of it on or we don't
- 14:47Speaker 4: have to worry about getting dinged, which.
- 14:54Speaker 6: We did by my fault. Yeah, with the uh you know,
- 15:02Speaker 6: Oswald was shot. Oswald was shot.
- 15:05Speaker 3: There was a shot. Basically, I didn't touch the thing.
- 15:16Speaker 4: What in the sam hades is going on here?
- 15:19Speaker 3: I'm in the comments section, bro, It's not me this
- 15:22Speaker 3: time for months?
- 15:32Speaker 7: What the ship?
- 15:39Speaker 4: What is going on here?
- 15:42Speaker 3: Scott said. Oswalt did or I guess paid for it,
- 15:46Speaker 3: which would make sense to me. You know, the money
- 15:51Speaker 3: for Marino was just starting to pour in. So at
- 15:57Speaker 3: the hands of James.
- 15:58Speaker 7: Verbarton, of course, I'll get things fixed here eventually.
- 16:09Speaker 3: Oh, you're good right now.
- 16:13Speaker 4: They had that back then turned the chat box back on. Okay,
- 16:20Speaker 4: we're back to normal, all right, what eli alalujah now.
- 16:28Speaker 4: So in nineteen sixty three, mister Paul Grudy was employed
- 16:32Speaker 4: by the Miller Funeral Home out of Fort Worth, and
- 16:37Speaker 4: that's where Oswald's corpse was received from Parkland Hospital at
- 16:43Speaker 4: around eleven pm in the evening on twenty four November
- 16:48Speaker 4: to be embalmed and prepared immediately for a hasty viewing
- 16:51Speaker 4: and burial the next day. So they didn't fuck around.
- 16:54Speaker 4: They wanted this dude brown. What I am surprised about
- 16:58Speaker 4: is that they kept him at Parkland for ten hours
- 17:00Speaker 4: after he died. I guess they had to make arrangements
- 17:07Speaker 4: and all.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Yeah, but we muted at Peaches on purpose as to
- 17:14Speaker 3: not get copyrighted.
- 17:16Speaker 4: So yeah, they started playing some spooky background music.
- 17:23Speaker 3: Yeah, where was I?
- 17:36Speaker 4: So what he was saying in the video is that
- 17:40Speaker 4: while Oswald was at the funeral home that night on
- 17:43Speaker 4: the twenty fourth, that some agents, and he doesn't know
- 17:47Speaker 4: where they were from. He doesn't know whether they were FBI,
- 17:50Speaker 4: Secret Service CIA came and fingerprinted Lee Harvey Oswald after
- 17:57Speaker 4: he's been dead for at least twelve hours. Right now,
- 18:03Speaker 4: I'm not sure the reason for this. Some speculate that
- 18:09Speaker 4: they used those prints from Oswald and transferred certain pieces
- 18:15Speaker 4: of them to the rifle. And my guess is that
- 18:20Speaker 4: was FBI agents, because they had the FBI by this
- 18:23Speaker 4: time had taken control of the investigation, control of the evidence,
- 18:28Speaker 4: control of the rifle. It was the FBI lab. So
- 18:34Speaker 4: I'm not sure, because they already had his fingerprints a
- 18:37Speaker 4: couple times over. You know, they got him when they booked.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Him, right, but his fingerprints weren't found on the rifle initially,
- 18:45Speaker 3: and then a partial was found later.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Correct, It's all hazy like if you read that book
- 18:54Speaker 4: first day evidence, they claimed that they had fingerprints on
- 18:59Speaker 4: the rifle and that from them collecting them, they kind
- 19:03Speaker 4: of destroyed the evidence, send it to the FBI, and
- 19:09Speaker 4: then I believe the FBI didn't find any actually on
- 19:12Speaker 4: the rifle. But once they took the rifle apart, they
- 19:15Speaker 4: found a partial palm print under the barrel, under the stock.
- 19:23Speaker 4: So who knows it's the fingerprint evidence? You can't you
- 19:29Speaker 4: can't trust. There's the chain of custody screws everything all up.
- 19:35Speaker 4: You need to mention the fact that these spooky agents
- 19:39Speaker 4: come to get his fingerprints in the in the middle
- 19:43Speaker 4: of the night for some reason, after he's dead. I'm
- 19:49Speaker 4: not sure what happens to the body after you're dead
- 19:53Speaker 4: for so long, or if skin slippers becomes a factor,
- 19:57Speaker 4: or your body starts secreting different oils and uh stuff
- 20:02Speaker 4: out of your skin, how it would affect your fingerprint,
- 20:05Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 20:06Speaker 3: Right, but this is the night of Sunday evening to
- 20:10Speaker 3: Monday morning.
- 20:12Speaker 4: Sunday, right, yep, in the early hours of twenty five November.
- 20:18Speaker 4: That would be early in the middle of the night
- 20:20Speaker 4: Monday morning, so after midnight he was working on Oswald's
- 20:27Speaker 4: corpse and when he was interrupted by the arrival of
- 20:29Speaker 4: two agents. Grudy is now dead. Of course, he died
- 20:33Speaker 4: in shit, when was it? When was it?
- 20:40Speaker 3: Joe, Wendy Birdie die? I don't know.
- 20:46Speaker 4: I've got it here, Just give me two seconds. I've
- 20:50Speaker 4: got it all right, Yeah, all right. He died in
- 20:56Speaker 4: twenty ten.
- 21:00Speaker 3: So star media medal medal, So he must have been.
- 21:07Speaker 4: He was a World War Two hero. Yeah, bronze recipient
- 21:11Speaker 4: from in the US Army Tech three Level three technician
- 21:15Speaker 4: US Army.
- 21:16Speaker 3: Oh I didn't see that in the middle yeah.
- 21:19Speaker 4: Yeah, And he lived a nice long life, lived to
- 21:23Speaker 4: be ninety one years old. Like I said, died in
- 21:28Speaker 4: twenty ten. So is this the kind of guy that's
- 21:34Speaker 4: gonna make up fucking bullshit stories? Joe? Do you think?
- 21:39Speaker 3: Uh? No, not on the surface. I do not think so. No,
- 21:45Speaker 3: my original, it's not my original, feel.
- 21:52Speaker 4: Let's see. So, according to Sebastian Latona's Warrant Commission testimony,
- 21:59Speaker 4: it ccluded the information that the Secret Service only occasionally
- 22:02Speaker 4: dealt with forensic evidence. Since the Secret Service had no
- 22:05Speaker 4: investigative role after the assassination, we could probably comfortably conclude
- 22:11Speaker 4: that it was FBI agents who came into the Prince
- 22:17Speaker 4: I'd agree with that. The two men asked Grudy to
- 22:20Speaker 4: be left alone with Oswald's body for a while, and
- 22:23Speaker 4: mister Grudy obligingly withdrew from the room. When the two
- 22:28Speaker 4: agents departed. Some time later, Grudy recalled Oswald's hands needed
- 22:32Speaker 4: to be thoroughly cleaned again due to a fresh coating
- 22:35Speaker 4: of black ink where his visitors had obviously taken prints
- 22:40Speaker 4: from the corpse. This incident at the funeral home was
- 22:46Speaker 4: Oswald's fifth fingerprinting. Joe, I told you they fingerprinted the
- 22:51Speaker 4: hell out of this dude. They already had it four times.
- 22:55Speaker 4: This was the fifth fucking time they printed. Why Why?
- 23:11Speaker 4: The incident in the funeral home was Oswall's the fifth
- 23:14Speaker 4: and final post assassination fingerprinting, the preceding four having been
- 23:19Speaker 4: entered sequentially into evidence by the Warrant Commission at CEE
- 23:22Speaker 4: six two seven that would be his arrest Prince his
- 23:25Speaker 4: initial arrest prints C six eight and six twenty nine.
- 23:30Speaker 4: These were his two palm prints that were taken in custody,
- 23:34Speaker 4: and CE six point thirty his post mortem DPD palm
- 23:39Speaker 4: prints and fingerprints taken at the Parkland Morgue.
- 23:45Speaker 3: So that was during the ten hours before he was transferred.
- 23:49Speaker 4: Yes, now, and those prints are actually in the sixth
- 23:57Speaker 4: floor museum. You want to see another picture from my
- 24:07Speaker 4: visit Joe of course, through the sixth floor. Yeah, let's
- 24:13Speaker 4: see here. Where is my gallery if I got to
- 24:21Speaker 4: go back to twenty nineteen, back in the day when
- 24:26Speaker 4: I was there.
- 24:28Speaker 3: The last time the Triple B will be there was there.
- 24:33Speaker 4: Yeah, or we'll be here they are. Let me share
- 24:45Speaker 4: these with my email and then I can pull them.
- 24:52Speaker 4: I want to show you these because it's again something
- 24:55Speaker 4: that you don't really see every day. And they're still
- 24:58Speaker 4: surprisingly and good condition like they you know, they haven't
- 25:03Speaker 4: deteriorated over the years. And they're big, which is Jesus nice,
- 25:18Speaker 4: a big baby.
- 25:22Speaker 3: There were some big Dorothy fingerprints.
- 25:27Speaker 4: Yeah, here we go, it's incoming. Here we go. See this.
- 25:33Speaker 4: So we got Oswald's fingerprints and palm prints taking November
- 25:36Speaker 4: twenty second, matched prints found in the sniper's perch and
- 25:40Speaker 4: on the rifle. Of course, that's what they're going to say.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Now at the.
- 25:45Speaker 4: Bottom left corner, it's the Dallas Police lifted Oswald's palm
- 25:49Speaker 4: prints from beneath the wooden stock of the rifle, and
- 25:54Speaker 4: then on the bottom right it has the alleged points
- 25:59Speaker 4: in the sight paper's nest area where Oswald's prints were
- 26:04Speaker 4: found on the boxes. And then of course we have
- 26:13Speaker 4: the big full hand palm and fingerprints. And then in
- 26:17Speaker 4: the very top middle that's when he was arrested. That's
- 26:21Speaker 4: his initial arrest fingerprinting. So I just thought it was
- 26:26Speaker 4: cool that I actually had a picture that had all
- 26:29Speaker 4: of these examples in there, you know, all in one
- 26:32Speaker 4: foul swoop, right, So yeah, very cool.
- 26:37Speaker 3: Yeah, like a little plaque type thing.
- 26:40Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean they're in good shape.
- 26:42Speaker 3: Man.
- 26:50Speaker 4: The prints taken, presumably by the FBI, are not in
- 26:55Speaker 4: any kind of findable record. Shocker enough, they don't even
- 27:02Speaker 4: admit that they did it, so that's a problem.
- 27:09Speaker 3: Uh.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Now. In June nineteen sixty, Hoover had written an intriguing
- 27:17Speaker 4: memo to the State Department concerning the then unknown Oswald's
- 27:20Speaker 4: activities at the time of his defection, his attempt to
- 27:24Speaker 4: enroll with the Albert Schweizer School in Switzerland. This memo,
- 27:28Speaker 4: which does not appear in the Warrant Commission's evidence, but
- 27:32Speaker 4: later was found in the jfk assassination files contained Hoover's
- 27:37Speaker 4: statement that their quote, there's a possibility that an impostor
- 27:40Speaker 4: is using Oswald's birth certificate. It therefore appears highly likely
- 27:45Speaker 4: that someone in the FBI, perhaps Hoover himself, wanted to
- 27:48Speaker 4: personally satisfy themselves that Lee Harvey Oswald, whose fingerprints the
- 27:52Speaker 4: FBI already possessed, was the same Lee Harvey Oswald then
- 27:55Speaker 4: lying in the Fort Worth morgue. So that's an interesting
- 28:02Speaker 4: possibility as well. I'm not even gonna get into the
- 28:14Speaker 4: mac Wallace of the alleged Macwallace fingerprint bullshit. Yeah, we
- 28:20Speaker 4: don't need to do that. We don't need to go there,
- 28:26Speaker 4: because that is shit, all right. For whatever reason, Oswald
- 28:36Speaker 4: refused to sign his freshly inked ten print card that
- 28:40Speaker 4: was his initial arrest fingerprint card. He didn't sign it.
- 28:43Speaker 4: He ain't signing that everybody, effectively attempting to deny ownership
- 28:49Speaker 4: of his own fingerprints. The first set of post arrest
- 28:52Speaker 4: prints became the warning commission to the exhibit see thirty
- 28:55Speaker 4: See six thirty. Sorry it's some stage. In the next
- 28:59Speaker 4: twelve hours, as Oswald's interrogation proceeded and fits and starts.
- 29:03Speaker 4: Prints were also taken from his left and right poems
- 29:05Speaker 4: blah blah blah. During the evening of November twenty second,
- 29:09Speaker 4: dpd's John Day JC Day successfully vert a few indistinct
- 29:15Speaker 4: fingerprints and one distinct palm print from the alleged assassination rifle.
- 29:20Speaker 4: Working alone, though throughout he performed a comparison between these
- 29:23Speaker 4: lifted prints and Oswald's inc post arrest prints. Day later
- 29:29Speaker 4: stated that his comparison was suggestive of a match, but
- 29:32Speaker 4: not conclusive. The rifle subsequently became CE one thirty nine
- 29:37Speaker 4: and the palm print lifted from it as CE six
- 29:40Speaker 4: thirty seven. Now in the middle of all this happening,
- 29:45Speaker 4: the FBI descended on Dallas and seized control of the
- 29:49Speaker 4: investigation and the evidence at eleven forty five. The evening
- 29:54Speaker 4: of eleven twenty two sixty three, Lieutenant Day handed the
- 29:58Speaker 4: rifle to FBI agent Vince Dane, who departed with it
- 30:01Speaker 4: on a flight to d to Washington, DC, headed for
- 30:05Speaker 4: FBI headquarters. Drayne left without days accompanying fingerprint materials. Lieutenant
- 30:14Speaker 4: Day declined to provide a written statement to the Warrant Commission,
- 30:19Speaker 4: but a report of his recollections from that day or
- 30:21Speaker 4: from that night is included in the documents comprising of
- 30:24Speaker 4: CE three one four five. Lieutenant Day is surprisingly recorded
- 30:29Speaker 4: as having said that it was his sole personal and
- 30:32Speaker 4: private decision to disobey orders issued by the DPD Chief
- 30:37Speaker 4: Jesse Curry to hand over all the evidence to the FBI.
- 30:42Speaker 4: Day said that he held back to print evidence for
- 30:44Speaker 4: further study to see if it could definitely be matched
- 30:47Speaker 4: to Oswald. So here you have Lieutenant J. C. Day
- 30:51Speaker 4: purpose purposefully not handing over his fingerprint examination in comparison
- 31:02Speaker 4: to the rifle from Oswald stuff. Now, early on the
- 31:09Speaker 4: twenty thirty November of the FBI, Sebastian Latona, he was
- 31:13Speaker 4: a supervisor of the Fingerprint ID Department for the FBI,
- 31:17Speaker 4: took possession of the rifle. As he subsequently testified before
- 31:21Speaker 4: the warrant commissioned. His examination found some vague smears produced
- 31:26Speaker 4: by contact with human hands on the rifle surfaces, but
- 31:31Speaker 4: no fingerprints or palm prints complete enough for identification purposes.
- 31:40Speaker 4: So the FBI Joe did not find any palm prints
- 31:43Speaker 4: or fingerprints on the rifle, which was a problem. That's
- 31:49Speaker 4: a problem for them. On the same day, the rifle
- 31:56Speaker 4: was quietly returned to Dallas. On November twenty fourth, nineteen
- 31:59Speaker 4: sixty three, Oswald shot while in DPD custody, rushed to
- 32:02Speaker 4: Parkland Memorial Hospital, where he died and his body was
- 32:05Speaker 4: put in the hospital's morgue. Now, Grudy doesn't really say
- 32:14Speaker 4: anything crazy, and he doesn't really make any conspiratorial accusations
- 32:22Speaker 4: of really any kind.
- 32:25Speaker 3: It's just.
- 32:27Speaker 4: He witnessed a very odd or oddly timed event, if
- 32:33Speaker 4: you will, right, you know, why is the FBI coming
- 32:37Speaker 4: to fingerprintice motherfucker again for the fifth time? Unless unless
- 32:45Speaker 4: the DPD wasn't handing over Oswald's fingerprint evidence they wanted
- 32:53Speaker 4: their own, I guess, but you think they could have
- 32:57Speaker 4: done it during the ten hours that he's laying on
- 32:59Speaker 4: the slavic Parkland instead of waiting until he's in the
- 33:04Speaker 4: morgue or at the funeral home getting embalmed. But that's
- 33:10Speaker 4: just me. Also, you have to remember that the DPD
- 33:20Speaker 4: was suspiciously publicly silent about their so called fingerprint evidence.
- 33:30Speaker 4: They didn't say a word about JC days alleged matching
- 33:37Speaker 4: of the fingerprints and palm prints to anything on the
- 33:40Speaker 4: rifle from Oswald. They didn't mention it publicly. They didn't
- 33:45Speaker 4: talk about it, So they're kind of withholding it information
- 33:48Speaker 4: and evidence from the FBI on purpose. That wasn't because
- 33:56Speaker 4: they destroyed the evidence collecting the evidence. I don't know
- 34:11Speaker 4: now what's interesting about Groody. I mean, he's the director
- 34:22Speaker 4: of the funeral home, right, Yeah, Nobody wanted to dig
- 34:29Speaker 4: this motherfucker's grave. Nobody wanted to be pallbearers.
- 34:34Speaker 3: For Oswald, right right, the reporters to be.
- 34:43Speaker 4: He told the grave diggers that the piles of dirt
- 34:47Speaker 4: they were moving were in service of a deceased man
- 34:49Speaker 4: named William Bobo and not Lee Harvey Oswald. He told
- 34:57Speaker 4: He even told him a story that Bobo was an
- 34:59Speaker 4: old in the Fort Worth area and he was currently
- 35:08Speaker 4: occupying one of the tables inside the funeral parlor. He
- 35:11Speaker 4: died from old age and sun drenched living, having caught
- 35:14Speaker 4: up to him at the age of the ripe old
- 35:15Speaker 4: age of seventy five. That's what Grudy told him. He said,
- 35:21Speaker 4: that hole is for Bobo. So he lied to him
- 35:25Speaker 4: purposefully because he knew that the grave diggers had been like,
- 35:30Speaker 4: I ain't digging that guy's grave. When Griddy called in
- 35:35Speaker 4: the range for flowers for Oswald's casket and for the funeral.
- 35:40Speaker 4: He told the floors to put Bobo on the tag
- 35:44Speaker 4: and not Oswalt's name. Interesting, when Grudy picked out a
- 35:52Speaker 4: brown suit for the service, the reporters who were milling
- 35:55Speaker 4: around the funeral home asked him who it was for,
- 35:58Speaker 4: and he told them the reporters it's for mister Bobo.
- 36:04Speaker 4: Groody was lying. The flowers weren't for Bobo, the hole
- 36:09Speaker 4: wasn't for Bobo, the suit wasn't for Bobo. They were
- 36:19Speaker 4: actually for Lee Harvey Oswald. And like Joe said, nobody
- 36:25Speaker 4: wanted to be a pall bear. So they basically harangued
- 36:31Speaker 4: the media, the newsmen that were there, into carrying Oswald's
- 36:37Speaker 4: casket to the spot in the cemetery where he would
- 36:42Speaker 4: later be buried. So, like I said, not too crazy
- 36:50Speaker 4: of a story with Groody on this end of it
- 36:57Speaker 4: remembers only next week. The story does get crazier when
- 37:01Speaker 4: we start talking about Oswald's exhumation, if you will, and
- 37:07Speaker 4: some of the things that he talks about there, especially
- 37:11Speaker 4: after they dig Oswald up and seemingly his head is
- 37:16Speaker 4: not attached to his body anymore. But we'll get there
- 37:21Speaker 4: on members only. So, Joe, I'm gonna turn it over
- 37:23Speaker 4: to you, and we're gonna get into the other mortician
- 37:26Speaker 4: that we're gonna be talking about tonight, mister John Liggett.
- 37:32Speaker 3: Yes, mister John Melvin Liggott.
- 37:37Speaker 4: And uh I saw that, dude, and I was like,
- 37:40Speaker 4: and I had to look really close. I was like,
- 37:41Speaker 4: does that say Martin? It's John Martin Liggot. I'm gonna
- 37:44Speaker 4: flip no, John Melvin.
- 37:49Speaker 3: Yeah. So he worked as a mister Liggett as an
- 37:54Speaker 3: embalmer and a mortetician in Dallas, primarily at Restland Funeral Home.
- 38:03Speaker 3: He was highly skilled in body reconstruction, capable of rebuilding
- 38:09Speaker 3: facial features, lips, noses, eyes, that type of things on
- 38:15Speaker 3: victims of shootings, accidents, or other type of traumas. Colleagues
- 38:20Speaker 3: such as mortician Charles Smith, who were going to hear
- 38:24Speaker 3: from in a couple of minutes in The Men Who
- 38:28Speaker 3: Killed Kennedy, praised him as quote the best in his field,
- 38:32Speaker 3: noting he would often work overnight on complex cases.
- 38:37Speaker 4: Well, Joe, this is the guy they called to reconstruct
- 38:41Speaker 4: Jane Mansfield after being decapitated in a horrible automobile accident.
- 38:47Speaker 4: Back then because her family wanted to have an open casket,
- 38:51Speaker 4: so he had to reconstruct her to make it look
- 38:53Speaker 4: like she didn't ever head snapped off, and you know
- 38:58Speaker 4: he had to reconstruct her face enough to where she's
- 39:00Speaker 4: recognizable and doesn't look horrible in the casket. Right, Yeah,
- 39:05Speaker 4: the guy was at what he did.
- 39:07Speaker 3: Yes, he had to use all of his powers. To
- 39:12Speaker 3: quote the Godfather again and Trey. He was also allegedly
- 39:16Speaker 3: evolved in the Civil Air Patrol, where family members claimed
- 39:21Speaker 3: he knew figures like David Ferry.
- 39:27Speaker 4: See signor He then in the.
- 39:31Speaker 3: Seventies got into some trouble. Rough, He got into some trouble.
- 39:39Speaker 3: He became embroiled in serious crimes. In March seventy four,
- 39:43Speaker 3: he was arrested for the attempted murder, aggravated robbery, and
- 39:47Speaker 3: arson of Dorothy A. Peck, a forty four year old
- 39:50Speaker 3: woman he met at a nightclub in Dallas. According to reports,
- 39:55Speaker 3: he beat her with the hammer, causing severe headface in
- 39:59Speaker 3: abdamo injuries, set her bed on fire after stuffing clothing
- 40:04Speaker 3: under it, and stole her nineteen seventy one plymouth, which
- 40:08Speaker 3: was later found burned as well. Police questioned him in
- 40:14Speaker 3: February seventy four, and let me see, I'm just gonna
- 40:24Speaker 3: skip through some of this. At the time of his death,
- 40:26Speaker 3: he faced charges including robbery, arson, assault with intent to
- 40:31Speaker 3: commit murder, and the unauthorized use of a vehicle. Leaguette
- 40:36Speaker 3: died on February fourteenth, nineteen seventy five, at the young
- 40:40Speaker 3: age of forty one rob in Dallas, Texas. During a
- 40:45Speaker 3: transfer where does that sound familiar from the Dallas County
- 40:50Speaker 3: Courthouse back to jail after a court appearance, he freed
- 40:56Speaker 3: himself from handcuffs and attempted to escape from a paddy wagon.
- 41:02Speaker 3: He ran along Houston Street, ignored commands to halt, and
- 41:07Speaker 3: was shot in the back by Deputy Joe Crawford with
- 41:10Speaker 3: a nine millimeter pistol. He fell face down onto the
- 41:14Speaker 3: sidewalk and was taken to, of course, Parkland Hospital and
- 41:20Speaker 3: died on the operating table at three point thirty pm,
- 41:24Speaker 3: about thirty minutes after being shot. Newspaper accounts from the
- 41:28Speaker 3: Dallas Times Herald which I and Dallas Morning News which
- 41:31Speaker 3: I have.
- 41:31Speaker 8: Both of those.
- 41:33Speaker 3: Describes it as a legitimate escape attempt, though some conspiracy
- 41:38Speaker 3: theorists speculate it was a staged quote execution end quote
- 41:43Speaker 3: to silence him. And now we're going to get to
- 41:50Speaker 3: the alleged connection to the Kennedy assassination. Legets. Purported involvement
- 41:55Speaker 3: in the JFK assassination stems entirely from quote, fringe conspiracy
- 42:03Speaker 3: theories with little credible evidence from official investigations like the
- 42:10Speaker 3: Warren Commission or the HSCA. And yes, Rob I searched
- 42:15Speaker 3: on Mary Farrell and there is nothing on him. There's
- 42:20Speaker 3: nothing on him.
- 42:21Speaker 4: Yeah, but those fringe conspiracy theories are highly entertaining, so
- 42:25Speaker 4: they stick around.
- 42:26Speaker 3: Yeah. These claims gained prominence in two thousand and three
- 42:31Speaker 3: episode of The Men Who Killed Kennedy which were Going
- 42:34Speaker 3: to Get to shortly produced by Nigel Turner, as well
- 42:39Speaker 3: as Tim Fleming's twenty thirteen historical novel The President's Mortician.
- 42:48Speaker 3: On the Day, some conspiracy theories claim on the day
- 42:53Speaker 3: of the assassination, Liggett was at Wrestling Funeral Home attending
- 42:58Speaker 3: the funeral of I Guess, his aunt, when he received
- 43:02Speaker 3: a call from Parkland. Theorists claim he was summoned to
- 43:08Speaker 3: reconstruct or alter JFK's body, specifically to modify head wounds
- 43:15Speaker 3: to conceal evidence. Of multiple shooters or a frontal shot,
- 43:20Speaker 3: supporting the single shooter narrative. Some versions suggests he participated
- 43:26Speaker 3: in a quote body switch of JD. Tippett. I'm not
- 43:31Speaker 3: going to.
- 43:34Speaker 4: A different body.
- 43:37Speaker 3: Yeah. So after the call, Legett allegedly rushed home, told
- 43:44Speaker 3: his family to pack, and fled Dallas in a high
- 43:47Speaker 3: speed drive to Austin, San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Texas,
- 43:53Speaker 3: holding secretive meetings with relatives and friends along the way.
- 43:58Speaker 3: Upon seeing Jack Ruby shoot Lee Harvey Oswalt on TV,
- 44:03Speaker 3: he reportedly said, quote, everything's okay, Now we can go home.
- 44:08Speaker 3: The family returned to Dallas, where Leggett suddenly acquired wealth
- 44:16Speaker 3: and a luxurious lifestyle, which Lois is his wife, who
- 44:23Speaker 3: also appears on Men Who Killed Kennedy? What we're going
- 44:28Speaker 3: to get too shortly. There's some claims that he had
- 44:35Speaker 3: intelligence connections. I'm not going to get into that because
- 44:38Speaker 3: I don't, you know, it's kind of hearsay. Sources for
- 44:42Speaker 3: these claims include interviews with his ex wife Lois and
- 44:46Speaker 3: daughter Deborah in the documentary Men Who Could Kill Kennedy,
- 44:50Speaker 3: who described him as quote insanely talented at bodywork and
- 44:55Speaker 3: suggested the family was used as a cover, so a
- 45:02Speaker 3: lot of mainstream historians and official reports dismissed these theories
- 45:07Speaker 3: as baseless speculation, relying on circumstantial anecdotes and secondhand accounts
- 45:17Speaker 3: without physical evidence. The documentary series itself was controversial. The
- 45:23Speaker 3: History Channel withdrew the episodes in two thousand and four
- 45:27Speaker 3: after backlash, including a lawsuit by Malcolm Liggett was his brother,
- 45:33Speaker 3: I believe, who proved he was in California during the
- 45:36Speaker 3: time of the alleged events, who had never met Ruby,
- 45:40Speaker 3: and the photo was misidentified. The suit settled confidentially, so
- 45:47Speaker 3: no records like I mentioned before, placed Ligott at Parkland
- 45:51Speaker 3: Hospital working on JFK's body. Autopsy evidence supports the official
- 45:55Speaker 3: findings of lone gunman blah blah blah. In summary, while
- 46:02Speaker 3: Leggett led a troubled life marked by skilled mortuary work
- 46:07Speaker 3: and later violent crimes, his JFK connections remains a product
- 46:12Speaker 3: of conspiracy lore without empirical support. So with that, rob
- 46:22Speaker 3: Let's let's view the portion of the men who killed
- 46:31Speaker 3: Kennedy and I am going to possibly narrate this because
- 46:37Speaker 3: there is some background music and it is probably going
- 46:41Speaker 3: to get us flagged, But I'm going to try to
- 46:44Speaker 3: pause and stop as much as I can to make
- 46:51Speaker 3: sure that doesn't happen. But if it does, then it's
- 46:56Speaker 3: okay because we will.
- 46:58Speaker 4: Just go close caption and we can narrate.
- 47:02Speaker 7: Yeah, all right, it's the over under.
- 47:12Speaker 4: Joe's gonna fuck this up?
- 47:14Speaker 3: Yeah, of course I am.
- 47:21Speaker 5: Uh.
- 47:35Speaker 3: Oh, hold on, I sucked up. You're good. You're good.
- 47:49Speaker 4: You have to media share, not screen share.
- 47:52Speaker 8: Oh okay, Oh that's not letting the media shore.
- 48:04Speaker 3: But who.
- 48:19Speaker 4: What in the sam hades is going on here?
- 48:23Speaker 3: Skiffs abound?
- 48:32Speaker 4: Take two? Allegedly, I see you, James. There was more
- 48:45Speaker 4: about Grouty in the book The Loon Stars speaks. I
- 48:50Speaker 4: don't know how he's spoken, and the loon Star speaks
- 48:52Speaker 4: if he died in twenty ten. I'm pretty sure the
- 48:54Speaker 4: book came out after that. But maybe they had an
- 48:57Speaker 4: interview with him while you're still alive.
- 48:59Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 49:01Speaker 4: I don't have that book, all right, so I might.
- 49:09Speaker 3: Stop this or mute this, and I'm going to turn
- 49:12Speaker 3: on close captions here, which I think is on in English, and.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Feel Kuild of Honor in Westland Cemetery, Dallas and the
- 49:27Speaker 2: burial site of a professional mortician, laid to rest here
- 49:31Speaker 2: by his colleagues on February seventeenth, nineteen seventy four. This
- 49:35Speaker 2: plaque marks the life of a mysterious man whose links
- 49:39Speaker 2: to the Kennedy assassination are only just beginning to emerge.
- 49:43Speaker 2: His name was John Liggett. He is remembered as a
- 49:46Speaker 2: highly skilled embalmer by a former friend and co worker,
- 49:50Speaker 2: Charles Smith.
- 49:51Speaker 9: If he'd had to build a lip or nose, or
- 49:54Speaker 9: build an orbit or ear here a wook all that
- 49:56Speaker 9: long during the reconstructive work of some one that had
- 50:00Speaker 9: been maybe shot in the face or alba rel accident.
- 50:04Speaker 3: He was the best.
- 50:05Speaker 9: He would tell you he was the best, and when
- 50:07Speaker 9: he finished it, he wanted the family tell him he
- 50:09Speaker 9: was the best.
- 50:10Speaker 2: Popular with his colleagues, he also had a secret life.
- 50:14Speaker 9: Three three days when John wire Collins say I need
- 50:16Speaker 9: to miss tonight, or I'm not going to be there,
- 50:18Speaker 9: or this happened quite a bit that John was. We
- 50:21Speaker 9: didn't know where John was, and I don't know that
- 50:23Speaker 9: management where he was. He would just call in and
- 50:25Speaker 9: say I kneed off. Never discussed who it was. We
- 50:29Speaker 9: had asked.
- 50:30Speaker 3: A lot of fellow workers would have wondered, why can
- 50:32Speaker 3: he be.
- 50:32Speaker 9: Gone to a three weeks come up back into easy
- 50:34Speaker 9: And we felt like if we were going off to
- 50:36Speaker 9: a three weeks.
- 50:37Speaker 2: L there's no use to coming back. Big City. John
- 50:50Speaker 2: Niggett is remembered by a former wife. Lewis married him
- 50:54Speaker 2: in Dallas after a whirlwind romance, only three months before
- 50:58Speaker 2: Kennedy's assassination.
- 51:00Speaker 10: John.
- 51:01Speaker 3: So he got married like in August of sixty three.
- 51:05Speaker 4: To this, she's a looker.
- 51:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I hope her her piano playing as a copyright.
- 51:15Speaker 10: Very charming person. And I found him to be very
- 51:20Speaker 10: attentive and considerate and pret prets free to me, and
- 51:27Speaker 10: I loved him and I fell.
- 51:28Speaker 9: In love with him.
- 51:30Speaker 11: John came into our lives less than a year after
- 51:32Speaker 11: our own father, Charles Goblin, had been killed in a
- 51:35Speaker 11: private plane crash, and John was not really welcomed by
- 51:39Speaker 11: my two older sisters and my brother and myself. We
- 51:43Speaker 11: were a family, and he had already made cover. And
- 51:46Speaker 11: that's what I've always said, is that we were convenient
- 51:49Speaker 11: cover for a man who needed that.
- 51:54Speaker 2: On the day of the assassination, John was with Lewis.
- 52:00Speaker 3: And we talked about sorry, I JOI we talked about
- 52:06Speaker 3: Restland Funeral Home, which is where he was at the time.
- 52:14Speaker 2: At Wrestland attending the funeral service of her late aunt.
- 52:17Speaker 2: He was suddenly called from the graveside. John went to.
- 52:22Speaker 10: The office and came back very shortly and explained to
- 52:27Speaker 10: me that the President of the United States had been
- 52:31Speaker 10: shot and that he was called to go to Parkland Hospital.
- 52:38Speaker 10: I went home after the funeral, and it was about
- 52:42Speaker 10: two o'clock in the afternoon and John called me from Parkland.
- 52:48Speaker 10: I could hear the confusion in the background, and I
- 52:53Speaker 10: asked him what was going on. He said, the President
- 52:56Speaker 10: has died.
- 52:58Speaker 2: And I said, we'll do this.
- 53:00Speaker 10: Land get the job, and he said, no, some other
- 53:04Speaker 10: funeral home got the job. But he said, I've got
- 53:07Speaker 10: a lot of work to do. Don't try to call me.
- 53:12Speaker 10: I'll call you as soon as I can. And it
- 53:17Speaker 10: was about twenty four hours before I heard from him.
- 53:22Speaker 10: He came home and he walked in the door, and
- 53:27Speaker 10: when I saw him, he physically looked like he had
- 53:31Speaker 10: really been through a very traumatic experience. His clothes were disarrayed,
- 53:38Speaker 10: and that was so out of character for him.
- 53:41Speaker 11: He was obviously tired, very exhausted, but agitated and hyped
- 53:47Speaker 11: and for my mother that we would be leaving town,
- 53:50Speaker 11: that we had to get out of town.
- 53:52Speaker 10: I said, where are we going? And he said, We're
- 53:56Speaker 10: going to get out of town for a while until
- 53:59Speaker 10: all of this goes over.
- 54:02Speaker 2: That was a quote because I thought the flows over.
- 54:08Speaker 2: A high speed journey south took the perplexed family firstly
- 54:11Speaker 2: to Austin and then San Antonio. John made brief stops
- 54:15Speaker 2: on route to have huddled conversations with various contacts.
- 54:21Speaker 10: Throughout this journey, there were conversations that went on between
- 54:26Speaker 10: John and his relatives and friends that I did not
- 54:31Speaker 10: feel like I was privy to, that they knew something
- 54:37Speaker 10: I didn't know, and I didn't understand what was going on.
- 54:42Speaker 2: In the early hours of Sunday morning, November twenty fourth,
- 54:45Speaker 2: the family finally checked into a motel near Corpus Christie.
- 54:49Speaker 2: John had a further meeting, this time with his elder
- 54:52Speaker 2: brother Malcolm.
- 54:54Speaker 10: Here again, they had conversations that made me feel like
- 54:58Speaker 10: I didn't belong if they knew something I didn't know.
- 55:03Speaker 10: I don't know why we were there, but it seemed
- 55:07Speaker 10: to be very important to John that we were there.
- 55:11Speaker 11: I do recall it every time I would see John
- 55:13Speaker 11: in the room. There he was sitting on the end
- 55:15Speaker 11: of the bed watching the television and very intently watching
- 55:19Speaker 11: the news and chain smoking because he did chain smoking.
- 55:23Speaker 3: Was when John was nervous.
- 55:25Speaker 11: He had a little bit of a nervous tick in
- 55:26Speaker 11: his cheek, which I always knew that was that he
- 55:30Speaker 11: was a little nervous there.
- 55:32Speaker 3: That's when he's I'm a mute this part. That's when
- 55:37Speaker 3: he was a little nervous when he saw Oswald killed
- 55:40Speaker 3: by Jack Ruby. The minute he saw that, he looked
- 55:50Speaker 3: at me and said, everything's okay now, and you could
- 55:53Speaker 3: just see his face. He was like all the pressure
- 56:00Speaker 3: had been taken off of him all of a sudden.
- 56:03Speaker 3: He was like, sigh of relief. Let's go. We can
- 56:08Speaker 3: go home now. It was basically, pack your things, come home,
- 56:12Speaker 3: we're leaving, you know, now we go. We went back
- 56:15Speaker 3: to Dallas and everything went back to normal, as normal
- 56:20Speaker 3: as they think could be under those conditions of the
- 56:25Speaker 3: president's death. But their lifestyle changed after the assassination. John
- 56:31Speaker 3: seemed to come into a lot of money. The family
- 56:35Speaker 3: moved into a luxury home, and Legott became a big
- 56:39Speaker 3: time gambler and poker player. In Dallas.
- 56:45Speaker 10: Lifestyle from the moment John.
- 56:48Speaker 3: Kennedy was shot. What did you say anything?
- 56:55Speaker 4: No?
- 56:56Speaker 3: Okay.
- 56:58Speaker 2: It was just.
- 57:00Speaker 10: One chaotic thing after another. Either the police were involved
- 57:04Speaker 10: in something he was doing, or his gambling was involved
- 57:09Speaker 10: in something he was doing.
- 57:11Speaker 2: It was just wail over my head.
- 57:15Speaker 10: The company he kipt, the people.
- 57:18Speaker 2: The pressure. It was just more than I could take.
- 57:25Speaker 11: There was an occasion that my sister Binny and my
- 57:28Speaker 11: mother both recall of a visit from one of John's
- 57:33Speaker 11: rather eccentric friends from New Orleans and.
- 57:38Speaker 3: He eccentric friends from New Orleans. Rob.
- 57:43Speaker 11: Yeah, it was a rather freakish character, and my sister
- 57:47Speaker 11: claims that we made merciless fun of him, the kids,
- 57:51Speaker 11: my brother, my sisters, because he was rather odd with
- 57:56Speaker 11: the painted on eyebrows in the wig. It's rather freaking
- 58:00Speaker 11: man John.
- 58:01Speaker 3: Of course they are referring to mister David Ferry here.
- 58:07Speaker 11: Well, I'm said to us that this was a friend
- 58:10Speaker 11: of his from the Civil Air Patrol, that they had
- 58:13Speaker 11: been in Civil Air Patrol together, and we believe this
- 58:17Speaker 11: was David Ferry.
- 58:20Speaker 2: David Ferry was a prime suspect in the nineteen sixty
- 58:23Speaker 2: seven Garrison investigation into Kennedy's assassination. He was found dead.
- 58:27Speaker 3: All right, I'm gonna I'm gonna kind of stop it there.
- 58:33Speaker 3: But thoughts, mister rob.
- 58:42Speaker 4: It's an interesting story.
- 58:45Speaker 3: It's an interesting story. I don't know if it's true.
- 58:49Speaker 4: Now when you put it up next to other things,
- 58:53Speaker 4: you know, there is there is a story of two
- 58:56Speaker 4: separate coffins arriving Beths the hospital. I mean, I even
- 59:02Speaker 4: interviewed the one dude who was on duty that night
- 59:08Speaker 4: who received probably JFK's real body out of a black
- 59:14Speaker 4: hearse that arrived about an hour or so before Bobby Kennedy,
- 59:22Speaker 4: Jackie Kennedy, you know, arrived in the gray ambulance in
- 59:28Speaker 4: the front. So I mean this to me, this guy
- 59:34Speaker 4: sounds like le c I, a spook who can disappear
- 59:41Speaker 4: when needed for two or three weeks, be allowed to
- 59:45Speaker 4: come back for work. He's an expert corpse reconstructor, you know, which,
- 59:53Speaker 4: which could help, of course with dead bodies. But imagine
- 59:56Speaker 4: what he could do with a living person, reconstructing their
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: facial features. Yeah, for purposes of hiding, creating a new
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: identity for people, things like that. So this is a
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: guy whose skills would have could have definitely been used
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: by the CIA.
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: It could have been, for sure. I'm just landing on
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: the side of I'm not so sure about this story.
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: Well, the kids talking about making fun of David Ferry,
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: I mean, why would why would the kids make up
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: this story?
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: Well, this isn't what ninety three men cole Kennedy. I
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: don't know it would be weird. I mean, I guess,
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: I don't know. It just seems the story is a
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: little sus to me.
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: Well, it gets susser. If you'd like me to continue
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: with the SKAFFOOSERI.
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: I would love you to continue with the skaffosery as
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: a prime prime skaffusing myself. Yes, let me and show you.
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: A story.
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: Okay, I'm glad everyone that is catching this live over
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: fifty fifty six of you now I saw that because
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: I hope you don't get dinged for it.
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: I tried to pause and if you're on the replaying,
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: we had to take it out. Sorry. Yeah, google the
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: Man who Killed Kennedy part Yeah.
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: Well, we're gonna put in the comments and I'll pin
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: it with the timestamp of where you can watch it fully.
- 1:01:48Speaker 4: All right, Joe, I'm gonna show you a picture and
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: then I'm going to tell you a story.
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: Oh I like pictures and stories.
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: Okay, let's maximize this. Joe, tell me who the person
- 1:02:01Speaker 4: on the right is.
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: That would be Lyndon Binges Big Dick Johnson.
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: And who's the person on the left.
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: I don't know. Is that like Billy Celesti's.
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: No, look real closely, is that the same person is Lindy.
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: Maybe at like an older age? Yeah, yeah, I could
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: see that at an old The nose, yeah, yeah, yeah, I.
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: Mean the pant, the nose, the eyebrows, the facial creases
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: around the mouth, no, upper.
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: Lip, yeah, the nose being the most notable feature.
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: Yeah. And of course, well the hot tell you the
- 1:02:51Speaker 4: guy on the left is not Lyndon Baines Johnson. This
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: is Lyndon Baines Johnson's second cousin. His name is Jay
- 1:03:01Speaker 4: Burt Peck. Okay, yes, and he was a deputy sheriff
- 1:03:07Speaker 4: in Garland, Texas, just outside of Dallas, and also a
- 1:03:12Speaker 4: part time security for the Dallas Cowboys.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: Then time ago, and Peck, by the way, has an
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: interesting connection with Leggott.
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: We'll get there. I don't, don't, don't, That's why.
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: I made it. Vegue bro why I made it, Vegue,
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: I know where you're going.
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: But in his spare time, he was also employed by
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: Lyndon Baines Johnson in a mostly still secret role as
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: Lyndon Johnson's body double, meaning he would act as Lyndon
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: Baines Johnson publicly as a body double.
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: Right. I mean there definitely are body doubles. If you
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: go to Biden, remember the Biden that was like so tall.
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean there's like different Biden's. You know, it's like.
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: He was like six'.
- 1:04:10Speaker 4: Five Even trump has body, DOUBLES i bet. Yeah but
- 1:04:16Speaker 4: this guy Was linden one Of Lyndon JOHNSON'S.
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: I don't doubt it would be a good. One.
- 1:04:23Speaker 4: Now In Lyndon Banks johnson's last year as, President Old
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: peck did some things that apparently greatly Embarrassed, johnson, okay
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: ultimately leading to Mister peck's death in nineteen sixty, nine
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: being shot in his own house allegedly by an, intruder
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: although it was deemed a. Suicide. Okay it all started
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: when a news item appeared in two national magazines announcing
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: That Lyndon johnson had a a man who was known
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: to have stood in For johnson on a number of
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: occasions When johnson wanted his presence known to have, existed
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: even though he needed to be someplace else at that
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: point in. Time peck made the mistake of making his
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: role public when he appeared On Johnny Carson's Tonight's show
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: to talk about his experiences as lbj's, double and again
- 1:05:23Speaker 4: when he appeared in the nineteen sixty eight Movie The
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: Wrecking crew Starring Dean, Martin Elk, summer And Sharon, tate
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: who would later be murdered, by of, course The Mason. Family.
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: Yeah peck appeared in two scenes of the, movie Playing
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: President Lyndon Baines. Johnson one shot of him was taken
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: from the back and right side as he PLAYING, lbj
- 1:05:47Speaker 4: was told about some stolen gold. Bullion the second scene
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: showed him dancing around With Elk. Summer the fact that
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: these scenes were originally in the, movie as noted by
- 1:05:56Speaker 4: the news articles And peck's, obituary but were elited at
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: some later point Suggested johnson did not want it known
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: to the public that he had a double in such
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: a record that might become, permanent like a movie or
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: going On.
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: Johnny Carson, yeah which seems ridiculous that he would do.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: That you.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: Think, Yeah, now for what it's, Worth this next bit
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: comes From billy So, estes so believe it or, Not
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: but according To billy So, Estes johnson Had peck stand
- 1:06:42Speaker 4: in for him on several, occasions including the evening Of
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: november twenty, one so he could go To Clint merchiston's,
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: party which the final go nod for the assassin assassination
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: would be given BY. Lbj he knew That peck would
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: only make a brief appearance at The Hotel Fort worth
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: to throw off reporters as to his, whereabouts while the
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: REAL lbj was really at The Clint murchison party finalizing
- 1:07:09Speaker 4: plans for the assassination the next. Day, right.
- 1:07:15Speaker 11: What?
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: Evs, yeah that whole, party by the, way has a lot.
- 1:07:22Speaker 7: Of a lot of that's a problems with.
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: It, Yeah. No one thing you can't argue with is
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: a article that was In, People i'm, sorry in The
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: people section Of time magazine from The august, second nineteen
- 1:07:39Speaker 4: sixty eight. Edition, okay from that, article it says This
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: Dean martin And Elk summer have locked up star billing
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: In Columbia's new Matt helm, thriller yet one supporting role
- 1:07:52Speaker 4: was sure to set the audience. Buzzing that's when an
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: aid informs The president that thieves have made off with
- 1:07:59Speaker 4: one bill billion dollars in. Gold Bullyon, joe and there's
- 1:08:04Speaker 4: the OLD lbj listening to the bad. News old, Who,
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: well it's not quite the boss, himself, folks it's his
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: cousin to play the. President central casting TAP. Jb, peck
- 1:08:17Speaker 4: aged sixty, six Retired Dallas County Deputy sheriff Of, Garland
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: texas And lbjy's lookalike first cousin when it's actually his second.
- 1:08:26Speaker 4: Cousin it's just a flash in his, pan and OLD.
- 1:08:32Speaker 4: Jb peck got a kick out of it. All the same,
- 1:08:36Speaker 4: Week the following epsert came from an article From Newsweek
- 1:08:39Speaker 4: magazine Dated august, fifth sixty. Eight, quote it was a
- 1:08:43Speaker 4: toss up as to who revealed a fascinating profile when
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: they posed. Together Actress Elk summer or a Tall texan
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: who is making his movie debut With elk And Dean
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: martin in the Movie The Wrecking. Crew The neo fight
- 1:08:59Speaker 4: looks un candily Like Lyndon johnson and his cast in
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: a brief one thousand dollars role as an unnamed president
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: of The United. States but of course he looks just
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: like the current, President Lyndon Beane. Johnson, uh he, says
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: he just he played this one scene swiveling from back
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: to forth in a presidential chair to jolt the audience
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: with his seemingly familiar. Features who is? He A dallas
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: knight watchman and sometimes? Songwriter he wrote the Song Peter
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: Nally's RIVER.
- 1:09:33Speaker 3: J.
- 1:09:33Speaker 4: B peck sixty, six that's. Who my mother was A,
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: johnson And I'm lynden's second, cousin he, Said but the
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: relationship was news to The White, house, apparently emphasis, added
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: trying To johnson's. Denying and he even knew this motherfucker, existed, Right, okay.
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: His second, Cousin, yeah, yeah. Okay so.
- 1:09:59Speaker 4: Moving on a little, bit you might be saying to, Yourself, well,
- 1:10:06Speaker 4: folks what in the hell Does Lyndon johnson's look alike
- 1:10:12Speaker 4: second cousins stand in have to do with the two
- 1:10:16Speaker 4: morticians we're fucking talking about here. Tonight, Well i'm not
- 1:10:21Speaker 4: ready to tell. You be prepared to hold on to
- 1:10:24Speaker 4: your hats if you got them. Now Apparently Jay Burt
- 1:10:31Speaker 4: peck was not Just Lyndon johnson double not just a stand,
- 1:10:34Speaker 4: in not just A dallas hit, sheriff not just a
- 1:10:38Speaker 4: night watchman at The Cowboys. Stadium he was also a.
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: KILLER a. Killer, Interesting, yeah let's See march twenty. Seventh
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: in seventy, Four Jay Burt's peck's, wife a lady by
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: the name Of Dorothy Dorothy, peck was attacked by the,
- 1:11:14Speaker 4: Mortician John. Liggett beaten with a, hammer, yes and left for,
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: Dead but she didn't die, Right he aired in not
- 1:11:31Speaker 4: double checking to be sure she was dead before starting
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: a fire under her bed with clothing that he had
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: stuffed under it and then running out the. Door dorothy
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: managed to regain consciousness and stumbled her way out of
- 1:11:46Speaker 4: the fire to a neighbor's house to call the fire
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: and police. Departments and she knew her, Attacker John Melvin,
- 1:11:54Speaker 4: liggett because he had accompanied her home from a bar
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: the night, before since she was able to wake up
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: and leave the burning bedroom to identify. Him John liggett
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: was arrested and subsequently investigated for several Other dallas area
- 1:12:11Speaker 4: murders involving similar arson attempts to destroy the evidence left
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: behind by the.
- 1:12:17Speaker 3: Killer right hence his attempted murder. Charge.
- 1:12:24Speaker 4: Yeah, Now liggott had worked at several other funeral homes
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: In dallas before he went to the Largest, wrestland which
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: we talked about here. Earlier Now wrestland was allegedly owned
- 1:12:38Speaker 4: by a member of The Texas. Mafia, Allegedly liggott had
- 1:12:43Speaker 4: become a highly skilled in the use of reconstructive techniques
- 1:12:48Speaker 4: to eliminate all signs of physical damage on corpses which
- 1:12:51Speaker 4: had been rudely, attacked horribly disfigured in automobile, accidents or
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: died by. Gunshots and he was considered the best in
- 1:12:58Speaker 4: the world by his colleagues in that particular segment of
- 1:13:02Speaker 4: the mortuary. Business so which we Heard Charles smith, say,
- 1:13:07Speaker 4: so if this guy is known in these, circles it's
- 1:13:12Speaker 4: not out of the realm of possibility that this is
- 1:13:14Speaker 4: the go to guy to alter wounds In JFK's, head
- 1:13:23Speaker 4: to reconstruct parts that should be blown, out and to
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: blow out parts that should be. Intact excuse. Me, apparently
- 1:13:35Speaker 4: Though lecott let a due. Life he married a woman
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: Named lois who we saw who said if he'd be
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: gone for days or weeks at a time without. Explanation
- 1:13:45Speaker 4: lois had children from her previous, marriage But john maintained
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: his distance from them during that, period and one of, Them,
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: deborah claims she had always suspected that he was merely
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: treating them as a cover to provide him with an
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: aura of being a plain average.
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: Guy heard from her too as.
- 1:14:01Speaker 4: Well, yeah now to, me this sounds like spook activity.
- 1:14:07Speaker 3: Could.
- 1:14:08Speaker 4: Be, yeah, WELL i, mean who else do you Know
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: joe just leaves for days or weeks at a time
- 1:14:13Speaker 4: and then comes back like everything's.
- 1:14:14Speaker 3: NORMAL i, mean no.
- 1:14:19Speaker 4: One but immediately After JFK's, Assassination ligott was called while
- 1:14:25Speaker 4: at work at. Wrestling he rushed To, parkland calling his
- 1:14:29Speaker 4: wife only wants to let her know that he'd been
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: asked to work on the president and that he would
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: call her and she shouldn't try to call, him which
- 1:14:36Speaker 4: we heard From, lois right, right excuse me, Now according
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: to Again BILLY sossi should take this for what it's.
- 1:14:46Speaker 4: Worth liggott left wrestling with an assistant taking a body
- 1:14:51Speaker 4: that had been stored in the morgue that was similar
- 1:14:52Speaker 4: To JFK's body and prepared to look like a rear
- 1:14:55Speaker 4: headshot was the cause of. Death. As he stated that
- 1:14:59Speaker 4: the second body he was used to create false, evidence
- 1:15:01Speaker 4: and that, PHOTOGRAPHS x, rays and even complete brain from
- 1:15:04Speaker 4: that cadaver were substituted for JFK's autopsy records in order
- 1:15:09Speaker 4: to reframe documents to conform to the official. Story, moreover
- 1:15:13Speaker 4: he stated that all this was sent first to The
- 1:15:15Speaker 4: White house before being sent to THE, fbi The Warrant,
- 1:15:17Speaker 4: commission and The National. Archives, furthermore according To, estes the
- 1:15:22Speaker 4: other body was taken To washington on a private. Jet,
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: now if that story is, true it is a possible
- 1:15:28Speaker 4: explanation of the providence of the discrepancies that exist in
- 1:15:30Speaker 4: the photographs AND x rays which could have not been
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: taken Of kennedy's. Head, again that's a. Problem and we
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: know the medical evidence when it comes to THE x
- 1:15:40Speaker 4: rays and the, photographs and it's just a fucking shit,
- 1:15:47Speaker 4: show right, right the missing, brain all that, stuff Right,
- 1:15:55Speaker 4: Yeah so, yeah yo, too a story about coming back
- 1:16:04Speaker 4: On saturday, afternoon grabbing up the, family heading To, Austin San,
- 1:16:10Speaker 4: Antonio Corpus. Christi he even got a speeding ticket Between
- 1:16:15Speaker 4: dallas And. Austin and then you know they Watched Jack
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: ruby Shoot. Oswald he's very relieved after that everything's over,
- 1:16:25Speaker 4: now blah blah. Blah and at one of these, parties
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: the daughter Of Lois Deborah, godwin state of The David,
- 1:16:32Speaker 4: ferry who was a longtime acquaintance and short time handler
- 1:16:34Speaker 4: Of Lee Harvey oswald and the summer of sixty, three
- 1:16:37Speaker 4: appeared and That john said he had known him while
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: he served in The Civil Air. Patrol so, again this
- 1:16:43Speaker 4: is a possible link To David ferry's trip To. Texas
- 1:16:51Speaker 4: we know he went To Corpus, Christie so what the, hell,
- 1:16:58Speaker 4: man they were patrol.
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: Together, yeah that connection is very. Weird and trying to
- 1:17:09Speaker 3: wrap my head around all THOSE.
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: I mean when the kids described this guy and say
- 1:17:14Speaker 4: that they were making fun of him and that's why
- 1:17:16Speaker 4: they remember was painted on eyebrows and, SHIT i mean that's.
- 1:17:21Speaker 4: HARDER i, mean that's hard to. Refute. Yeah, now according
- 1:17:34Speaker 4: to this, Author Phil, nelson again take it from what it's,
- 1:17:39Speaker 4: worth because he is A lbj guy did IT lbj
- 1:17:43Speaker 4: did it? Guy according to, him he doesn't cite. Anything excuse.
- 1:17:51Speaker 4: Me before attempting to kill Missus peck in early nineteen seventy,
- 1:17:54Speaker 4: Four John leggott had killed several people In New, orleans
- 1:17:58Speaker 4: whom he felt new of his role in the. Assassination
- 1:18:03Speaker 4: among the other victims of The Demented mortician was a
- 1:18:06Speaker 4: forty one year old woman Named Susan, payne who he
- 1:18:11Speaker 4: had mistaken For Ruth, paint who had been found dead
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: in her fire Gutted North dallas apartment two weeks before
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: the attack On Dorothy. Peck she had only recently moved
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: To dallas From. California Miss payne's body had been sexually
- 1:18:26Speaker 4: abused and her body mutilated before the fire was, set
- 1:18:31Speaker 4: both Acts ligott had often adopted as his emodus.
- 1:18:34Speaker 3: Operandi, yeah he liked to set people on.
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: Fire liggott had a habit of hanging around The Duck
- 1:18:42Speaker 4: Creek lodge Or lounge In dallas after, work and he
- 1:18:46Speaker 4: would drink too. Much there he would become too talkative
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: about some of the jobs he'd done that later made
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: him become paranoid about what he had revealed to some,
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: people INCLUDING. A Lewis stratton And MARIE. I Mean, elliott
- 1:19:02Speaker 4: who were killed because they had the misfortune of listening
- 1:19:04Speaker 4: To liggott tell them too much while he was. Drunk
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: Miss elliott had previously worked at The Duck Creek, lounge
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: where she would have Known liggott and where she had
- 1:19:12Speaker 4: most likely been told too much by the Murderous Loose lip.
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: Mortician by the time of their, deaths she had gone
- 1:19:20Speaker 4: to work For stratton at his bar and lounge And Oak.
- 1:19:23Speaker 4: Cliff they were both sexually mutilated after they were dead
- 1:19:28Speaker 4: and the bar was set on fire.
- 1:19:30Speaker 3: And bro that kind of makes sense if you think about,
- 1:19:32Speaker 3: it like if you're a, mortician like would it do
- 1:19:39Speaker 3: you maybe have a fetish for like recently deceased. Corpses,
- 1:19:46Speaker 3: Yeah i'm just, saying, like, Definitely. Joe i'm just say,
- 1:19:52Speaker 3: LIKE i, know not to get too.
- 1:19:56Speaker 4: Graphic but now another possible victim Of, legates, possibly according
- 1:20:03Speaker 4: To Phil, nelson Is Roscoe, white a policeman who had
- 1:20:10Speaker 4: only obtained his position a few weeks before the. Assassination
- 1:20:13Speaker 4: now this next bit That i'm going to, Read joe
- 1:20:16Speaker 4: jumped out off the page to. Me AND i don't
- 1:20:18Speaker 4: know if it's true or, not.
- 1:20:21Speaker 3: But hear the. Burial, no.
- 1:20:26Speaker 4: This is What Phil nelson. Says before That Roscoe white
- 1:20:29Speaker 4: had worked at Jagger Childs. Stovevall Roscoe white had worked
- 1:20:37Speaker 4: At jagger's Child, stovevall which had contacts with THE Us
- 1:20:45Speaker 4: army to perform highly classified, work at which Somehow Lee
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: Harvey oswald had also obtained a. Job white's job there
- 1:20:52Speaker 4: involved map making and working with photographic, development which gave
- 1:20:56Speaker 4: him skills and retouching. Photographs the two had known each
- 1:20:58Speaker 4: other from their marine corps were tours In. Japan among
- 1:21:06Speaker 4: his photographic, achievements according to Researcher Stephen, peggs he was
- 1:21:11Speaker 4: a set of infamous photos ostensibly Showing oswald holding a
- 1:21:14Speaker 4: rifle and confusing Rival marxist Communist john on the, newspapers
- 1:21:19Speaker 4: taken in a. Backyard. Okay pigs asserted that the photographs
- 1:21:26Speaker 4: showed a bump on the figure's arm That oswald did not,
- 1:21:29Speaker 4: have But Roscoe white. Did, that together with many other
- 1:21:32Speaker 4: discrepancies identified by other, researchers conclusively proved that those photographs were,
- 1:21:36Speaker 4: fabricated apparently By Roscoe. White. Allegedly i'm not even going
- 1:21:43Speaker 4: to get into this badge man horseshit here uh or
- 1:21:51Speaker 4: the diary blah blah. Blah according To Tosh, plumbley again
- 1:22:03Speaker 4: a lot OF skaffuzeri here a, lot he. Says Roscoe
- 1:22:07Speaker 4: white was at The radar complex and jungle warfare training In,
- 1:22:11Speaker 4: honolulu and that's WHERE i first met him and WHEN
- 1:22:13Speaker 4: i met WHEN i say met, HIM i would have
- 1:22:16Speaker 4: never ever Picked Roscoe, white and my feelings is a
- 1:22:20Speaker 4: tragedy of what happened To Roscoe white's. Life he was an,
- 1:22:23Speaker 4: operative he was military. Intelligence, again this is coming From
- 1:22:28Speaker 4: Tosh plumbley right to take it with a grain of
- 1:22:32Speaker 4: salt right. Now his and With Roscoe, white his connections
- 1:22:39Speaker 4: to Both John liggett And Jack ruby And Lee Harvey
- 1:22:41Speaker 4: oswald Apparently Jack ruby the day Following JFK's assassination allegedly
- 1:22:52Speaker 4: AND i don't know where this this is coming, from
- 1:22:54Speaker 4: but H he's saying That Jack ruby Attended Roscoe white's
- 1:22:59Speaker 4: birthday party for their young Son ricky the day after the,
- 1:23:02Speaker 4: assassination together with the fact that they lived across the
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: street FROM. Jd, tippett puts him at the epicenter of
- 1:23:11Speaker 4: the preassassination. CONSPIRACY i don't know how much of that
- 1:23:14Speaker 4: sentence THAT i just read you was. TRUE i don't
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: Know Roscoe white lived across the street FROM.
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: Jd.
- 1:23:20Speaker 4: TIPPETT i, mean what the Fuck Jack ruby was At
- 1:23:25Speaker 4: Roscoe white's birthday party for the young, Son ricky the
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: day after the. ASSASSINATION i don't. Know, AGAIN i don't
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: know where all this shit's coming. From it should also
- 1:23:35Speaker 4: be noted That white died as a result of an industrial, accident,
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: which in light of the next possible victim in the following,
- 1:23:42Speaker 4: paragraph should not be discounted as being within the skill
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: set Of John. Liggett in the absence of full accounting
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: of the, incident it should at least be stipulated that
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: the victim's son is noted, above does not believe it
- 1:23:53Speaker 4: was an. Accident, again he's talking About Ricky white, there
- 1:23:57Speaker 4: not believing That Roscoe white's death was an accident which
- 1:24:00Speaker 4: he blew himself, up burned third degree burns over ninety
- 1:24:04Speaker 4: percent of his, body which, he of course he would
- 1:24:06Speaker 4: succumb to within a couple of days.
- 1:24:10Speaker 3: Of the, accident and whose modus operandi was burning.
- 1:24:17Speaker 4: People right, now the next alleged victim Of John. Liggott
- 1:24:25Speaker 4: you're gonna like this, One joe.
- 1:24:28Speaker 3: AM.
- 1:24:28Speaker 4: I another possible victim Of ligott Was Mary, Sherman, Yes,
- 1:24:34Speaker 4: yes which murder remains unsolved to this. Day one hundred
- 1:24:40Speaker 4: and seventeen page police report and seventy pages of case
- 1:24:43Speaker 4: files recently obtained BY nola dot. Com The Times pecune
- 1:24:47Speaker 4: paints only a picture of detectives tracking leads that went.
- 1:24:50Speaker 4: Nowhere the report contains no smoking guns and no definite
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: suspect to the. Crime the article then stated that firefighters
- 1:24:58Speaker 4: hauled out a burning mattress and found the body of
- 1:25:01Speaker 4: Doctor Mary sherman lying face up on the. Floor she
- 1:25:05Speaker 4: was severely burned on her right. Side her, liver, intestines
- 1:25:08Speaker 4: and charred lung were. Exposed her right arm and right
- 1:25:12Speaker 4: torso were. Gone simply gone does not adequately describe the
- 1:25:18Speaker 4: very troubling mystery of her. Death so that's, Odd, OKAY i,
- 1:25:29Speaker 4: mean where this is some hindsight shit here right. Now,
- 1:25:36Speaker 4: now this is Totally Phil nelson's take on the death
- 1:25:40Speaker 4: Of John, ligott which you told us, about Right but
- 1:25:45Speaker 4: to dive a little bit more into the conspiracy theory
- 1:25:48Speaker 4: Surrounding ligot's, Death. Okay one of the most distinguished and
- 1:25:56Speaker 4: expensive criminal lawyers In, dallas a guy by the name
- 1:25:59Speaker 4: Of Charles, tesmer was recruited to Be John leggott's. Lawyer
- 1:26:06Speaker 4: it appears that he'd been selected by, others judging by
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: the kind of advice that he would go on to
- 1:26:10Speaker 4: give his. Client tesmer was described in a nineteen ninety
- 1:26:15Speaker 4: nine article In The Dallas observer as being the quote
- 1:26:18Speaker 4: don Of dallas criminal, lawyers and as having possessed the
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: stage presence of An, olivier the oratorical skills of A greek,
- 1:26:28Speaker 4: philosopher and the liver Of Nicholas cage and Leaving Las.
- 1:26:32Speaker 4: Vegas he celebrated his wins by going on lengthy drinking.
- 1:26:36Speaker 4: Binges and he was always, Winning, joe and he was
- 1:26:41Speaker 4: always buying the rounds as. Well he was good Time
- 1:26:45Speaker 4: charlie to his, friends and everyone was his, friend, right
- 1:26:53Speaker 4: good Time Charlie.
- 1:26:54Speaker 3: Tesmer that's a great. NICKNAME i should call it good.
- 1:26:59Speaker 3: Name Joe.
- 1:27:03Speaker 4: Tesmer briefly considered Representing Jack ruby until he discussed it
- 1:27:07Speaker 4: with his good Friend Sheriff Bill, decker who told him
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: to stay away from that. One this might be a,
- 1:27:13Speaker 4: conspiracy according To Bill. Decker tesma Recalls decker saying those
- 1:27:19Speaker 4: are dangerous, people implicitly Meaning Lyndon johnson and his, cohorts
- 1:27:26Speaker 4: all of whom most people In dallas were, afraid probably
- 1:27:30Speaker 4: including many in The Dallas Police. Department the mayor And Henry,
- 1:27:33Speaker 4: wade the district attorney and clearly by his own omission
- 1:27:36Speaker 4: when then became Public Sheriff Bill. Decker perhaps he didn't
- 1:27:41Speaker 4: know of his connection back to the original murder when
- 1:27:43Speaker 4: he accepted the challenge of Defending John, liggett or maybe
- 1:27:46Speaker 4: he did in spite of that. Connection to help perform
- 1:27:49Speaker 4: a task and most defense lawyers would, avoid even if
- 1:27:51Speaker 4: paid very, well the esteemed lawyer paradoxically gave his, Client John,
- 1:27:56Speaker 4: liggott some strange and unusual. Advice he Prohibited liggott from
- 1:28:02Speaker 4: discussing the case with other prosecutors or police officers or
- 1:28:05Speaker 4: anyone else besides him for month after, month all While
- 1:28:10Speaker 4: liggott was being held pending a trial that kept being
- 1:28:13Speaker 4: rescheduled time after time and kicked down the road after
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: nearly a year of. Delays and when you, know they
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: didn't fuck around back in the, Sixties joe In texas
- 1:28:25Speaker 4: when it came to starting, trials look out, Quickly Jack
- 1:28:29Speaker 4: ruby's ass got on.
- 1:28:30Speaker 3: Trial, yeah not like not like. Today, no it takes two. Years,
- 1:28:38Speaker 3: yeah it takes years to go to trial these.
- 1:28:40Speaker 4: Days, Yeah, well back, then they didn't screw around so
- 1:28:42Speaker 4: forth to go for a year without a. Trial that's
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: a long time. Back, then after nearly a year of,
- 1:28:51Speaker 4: delays On Valentine's day in nineteen seventy, five from the
- 1:28:57Speaker 4: jail to another, Location john allegedly tried to escape and
- 1:29:01Speaker 4: was killed by a shot in the back by one
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: of the. Guards the term allegedly is used here to
- 1:29:07Speaker 4: convey the official, story even though there are a number
- 1:29:10Speaker 4: of unexplained holes in the. Story, first it appears That
- 1:29:14Speaker 4: ligott was given a key to use to slip the
- 1:29:18Speaker 4: handcuffs off his wrist before his escape.
- 1:29:20Speaker 3: Attempt, yes he did get his. Handcuffs he did get
- 1:29:24Speaker 3: out of his.
- 1:29:24Speaker 4: Handcuffs, yeah so he's saying they gave him a. Key.
- 1:29:29Speaker 4: Okay both his wife at the, time as well as
- 1:29:32Speaker 4: his previous wife and her daughter have disputed those, assertions
- 1:29:36Speaker 4: though to the point that his ex wife suggested that
- 1:29:38Speaker 4: he wasn't killed at. All and here's where it gets. Weird,
- 1:29:41Speaker 4: yeah and then another body was substituted for his and
- 1:29:46Speaker 4: there's a reason for. That his wife at the time
- 1:29:50Speaker 4: he was, Killed, leona later stated that the body she
- 1:29:54Speaker 4: was asked to identify in nineteen seventy five As John
- 1:29:58Speaker 4: liggott was not her. Husband, Okay, yeah was it as brother.
- 1:30:04Speaker 4: Well she said that the corpse had a mustache and
- 1:30:07Speaker 4: That ligott did not have a, mustache and that she
- 1:30:10Speaker 4: did not believe that he could have had one if he.
- 1:30:12Speaker 4: Tried his ex daughter in law agreed with that, assessment
- 1:30:15Speaker 4: and his ex, Wife, lois who can be seen in
- 1:30:17Speaker 4: the video of the Minicat Kennedy part, seven was convinced
- 1:30:21Speaker 4: that she had Seen john in A Las vegas casino
- 1:30:24Speaker 4: some years after he was supposed to be.
- 1:30:26Speaker 3: Dead, YEAH i believe it was The Horseshoe casino.
- 1:30:31Speaker 4: Instead or, indeed he had previously worked in that casino
- 1:30:35Speaker 4: for several years In Las vegas and had remained well connected.
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: There there were other discrepancies related to the death certificate
- 1:30:41Speaker 4: issue For John, liggett including the fact that he stated
- 1:30:45Speaker 4: that the shooting occurred on another street several hundred meters
- 1:30:49Speaker 4: from the place where he'd actually, died and that the
- 1:30:52Speaker 4: deputy shot him was not on the list of the sheriff's.
- 1:30:54Speaker 4: Deputies it also indicated that he had died quote due
- 1:30:58Speaker 4: to an injury on the front of his thor, axe
- 1:31:01Speaker 4: even though he was shot in the back as he
- 1:31:04Speaker 4: was running. Away so there's a lot of skuffusery going
- 1:31:09Speaker 4: on with his death. Certificate another important piece of evidence
- 1:31:13Speaker 4: presented in the reference video as a, photograph according to Miss,
- 1:31:16Speaker 4: godwin Of John leggot's Brother malcolm standing next To Jack
- 1:31:20Speaker 4: ruby AND i believe you mentioned this That malcolm sued
- 1:31:23Speaker 4: the fuck out of the man who Killed kennedy over.
- 1:31:27Speaker 10: This.
- 1:31:28Speaker 4: Yeah, malcolm further with stated was one of the People
- 1:31:31Speaker 4: john met on The Leggate strange ride Through texas in
- 1:31:34Speaker 4: the two days Following JFK's murder Before oswald was shot
- 1:31:38Speaker 4: on national television and the greatly Relieved liggott suddenly decided
- 1:31:42Speaker 4: it was okay to return To dallas after speaking To
- 1:31:44Speaker 4: Jack David. Ferry as a result of that scene where
- 1:31:49Speaker 4: the person in the photograph was identified as Being, malcolm
- 1:31:51Speaker 4: a lawsuit was brought by him against The History, channel
- 1:31:55Speaker 4: which claimed the accusations were false and that they had
- 1:31:58Speaker 4: never Met ruby and were in no way involved did
- 1:32:00Speaker 4: any conspiracy to assassinate. Anyone god damn. It it remained
- 1:32:08Speaker 4: unclear whether the lawsuit was only against The History, channel
- 1:32:11Speaker 4: and if. So while the former Missus John liggott and
- 1:32:13Speaker 4: her daughter were not named in the, suit it was
- 1:32:16Speaker 4: they who had the courage to go on a national
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: television and make the specific charges regarding having Seen Malcolm
- 1:32:22Speaker 4: liggett meet with her husband two days after the assassination
- 1:32:25Speaker 4: and who identified him in the photograph next To Jack.
- 1:32:28Speaker 4: Ruby the photograph shown in the video about forty three
- 1:32:34Speaker 4: minutes into episode of seven certainly looks like the same,
- 1:32:36Speaker 4: man but then there are a lot of look, alikes
- 1:32:40Speaker 4: so we'll never know who that might have been if
- 1:32:43Speaker 4: it wasn't Mister. Liggett now wo we're getting into The
- 1:32:50Speaker 4: David ferry. Connection the evidence noted above of a close
- 1:32:55Speaker 4: connection Between liggott And, ferry the Alleged New orleans handler
- 1:32:58Speaker 4: Of Lee Harvey, oswald and extrapally leads one to ponder
- 1:33:01Speaker 4: Whether nigga's purported involvement in handling the reconstruction of JFK's
- 1:33:04Speaker 4: skull was directly connected to his longtime friendship with key
- 1:33:08Speaker 4: members of The New orleans Group Clay Shaw Bertrand slash
- 1:33:14Speaker 4: bertrand guide Banister David, ferry overseeing the details related to
- 1:33:18Speaker 4: the preparations for the. Assassination When oswald returned To New
- 1:33:23Speaker 4: orleans In april sixty, three he was immediately swept into
- 1:33:27Speaker 4: the nascent, conspiracy either through his previous association With ferry
- 1:33:31Speaker 4: or through his uncle Dutz, morett who was on the
- 1:33:33Speaker 4: payroll Of Carlos. Marcello and then we get into a
- 1:33:38Speaker 4: lot of skeffusery For Delphine, Roberts Johnny, Rosellie george jo
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: And EDI's Bill, Harvey Dave, brown you, know the whole.
- 1:33:46Speaker 4: Crew but, YEAH i mean it gets, crazy, man it gets.
- 1:33:56Speaker 3: Crazy it's a crazy. Story it's it's it's it's. Nuts
- 1:34:02Speaker 3: it's one of the craziest STORIES i think we've.
- 1:34:05Speaker 4: Covered, yeah and of, course all of these alleged murders
- 1:34:11Speaker 4: by him are just that alleged. Allegations there's no proof of,
- 1:34:17Speaker 4: anything except FOR i, mean it's damn odd that he
- 1:34:22Speaker 4: tried to Kill Jay Burt peck's, wife the guy who
- 1:34:27Speaker 4: was impersonating.
- 1:34:29Speaker 3: Uh i'll be.
- 1:34:32Speaker 4: Ja, yeah that's, wild, MAN i mean, yeah connection and
- 1:34:39Speaker 4: And kelly planned it because, he you, know he made
- 1:34:43Speaker 4: it seem, like you, know they met at the bar
- 1:34:45Speaker 4: of the night before right where he got to know
- 1:34:48Speaker 4: her and went home with, her probably banging the ship
- 1:34:50Speaker 4: out of. Her and then the next night he come
- 1:34:52Speaker 4: back to killer you know WHAT i.
- 1:34:55Speaker 3: Mean, yeah it's.
- 1:34:58Speaker 4: Wild it's.
- 1:35:01Speaker 3: Wild. Man dude has a had a crazy life and
- 1:35:07Speaker 3: was kind of LIKE i think it might have Been
- 1:35:11Speaker 3: Timothy ryan who said something like he was like the
- 1:35:14Speaker 3: person you would call when you wanted something, done kind
- 1:35:17Speaker 3: of off the books type of.
- 1:35:19Speaker 4: Thing so was he a freaking serial? Killer was he a?
- 1:35:22Speaker 4: Spook what was this? Guy was?
- 1:35:27Speaker 3: He what's the name of the people that start? FIRES
- 1:35:32Speaker 3: i like to start? Fires an?
- 1:35:34Speaker 4: Arsonists, yeah.
- 1:35:37Speaker 3: An arsonist killer slash Sex, yeah person tiny said it.
- 1:35:44Speaker 3: Earlier person that likes.
- 1:35:45Speaker 4: To uh sexually mutilate their, victims like, yes but after.
- 1:35:51Speaker 3: Death, Yeah i'm looking for like, yeah, yeah that's. What.
- 1:35:59Speaker 3: UH i don't, know, MAN i, mean, listen when you're
- 1:36:02Speaker 3: dealing with, like, uh these type of, people like they're, weird.
- 1:36:08Speaker 5: You, know.
- 1:36:10Speaker 4: More.
- 1:36:10Speaker 3: AETICIANS i don't, know, Man it's not to ride the.
- 1:36:18Speaker 3: Fence BUT i don't know what to think.
- 1:36:19Speaker 4: Here, yeah and, again most of WHAT i just read
- 1:36:23Speaker 4: you comes from very questionable, sources folks THAT i put
- 1:36:27Speaker 4: not much faith. In when we're talking About Phil nelson
- 1:36:31Speaker 4: And Tosh plumbley and like. That, again nothing is cited
- 1:36:37Speaker 4: in this. Article nothing is to be. CORROBORATED i, mean
- 1:36:43Speaker 4: it's just it's all written to support the fact THAT
- 1:36:48Speaker 4: lbj was the mastermind of the.
- 1:36:50Speaker 12: Assassination but then then, again you also have not related
- 1:36:57Speaker 12: to that what you just, said but his wife and,
- 1:37:00Speaker 12: daughter you, know kind of corroborating it in a sense
- 1:37:05Speaker 12: in terms of his.
- 1:37:08Speaker 3: Craziness you. Know SO i don't, know, Man, yeah that's
- 1:37:18Speaker 3: what he always say.
- 1:37:21Speaker 4: Right, Now but this one's a real head, Scratcher LIKE i,
- 1:37:26Speaker 4: mean that dude certainly looks Like Lennon, johnson.
- 1:37:31Speaker 3: Oh for, sure.
- 1:37:34Speaker 2: You.
- 1:37:34Speaker 4: Know and THEN lbj gets pissed at him for starting
- 1:37:38Speaker 4: to talk, right and then all of a, sudden this
- 1:37:41Speaker 4: guy turns up dead in nineteen sixty. Nine was it
- 1:37:46Speaker 4: Mac wallace who killed? Him or was It John? Legott
- 1:37:49Speaker 4: the world will never? Know or was he just an
- 1:37:56Speaker 4: old fart who had a heart attack at the bad.
- 1:37:58Speaker 4: Time oh that's, right he gunshot. Wound, sorry an alleged.
- 1:38:03Speaker 4: Suicide alleged, suicide probably a. MURDER i, mean who, knows, Dude, yeah.
- 1:38:13Speaker 3: Who who the fuck?
- 1:38:16Speaker 4: Knows BUT.
- 1:38:19Speaker 3: I definitely find the first mortetician very. CREDIBLE I i
- 1:38:30Speaker 3: do think they if they couldn't find a pomp, print
- 1:38:33Speaker 3: they would have done. THIS kafuzeri and tried to get
- 1:38:39Speaker 3: his handprint and put it on the rifle and blah
- 1:38:42Speaker 3: blah blah blah like. That that's plausible to.
- 1:38:45Speaker 4: Me, yeah like if you believe him AND i do,
- 1:38:49Speaker 4: that THE fbi showed up to fingerprint him and then
- 1:38:53Speaker 4: turns out the FBI's Lee. Harvey, also fingerprints aren't in
- 1:38:57Speaker 4: the record. Anywhere that's suspect for, sure because maybe their
- 1:39:06Speaker 4: little transfer scheme didn't work because they came back and
- 1:39:08Speaker 4: said they couldn't find any fingerprints on the, rifle, Right
- 1:39:14Speaker 4: so maybe they're a little you, know whatever plan they
- 1:39:17Speaker 4: had to transfer the prince to the rifle.
- 1:39:19Speaker 3: Didn't, work, Right, yeah they had to go To PLAN. B,
- 1:39:23Speaker 3: yeah or maybe.
- 1:39:25Speaker 4: They simply wanted a set of their own because The
- 1:39:27Speaker 4: dallas police wouldn't give them.
- 1:39:28Speaker 3: Any that's possible.
- 1:39:30Speaker 4: Too you, know much easier to go fingerprint a dead
- 1:39:34Speaker 4: man than it is to track down His Marine corps fingerprint,
- 1:39:37Speaker 4: card you know WHAT i, mean if you want it
- 1:39:43Speaker 4: in a, hurry.
- 1:39:47Speaker 3: Thank, You Sally, mortician.
