Virginia’s Park and Ride on Oranda Road is getting a major upgrade—expanding from 40 to 131 spots, plus new lighting, drainage, and repaved surfaces. Built across the road with a safe crosswalk, the $1.65M project by Shirley Contracting aims to finish by February 2027.
